Thursdays, 2 p.m. Eastern is when you can come and hang out with me and the very slick-looking Undertaker, Andrew Erickson, week three. We're in our mode right now. This is our, like, seven shows over two days mode, and we're going to be prepping for the prop show. So how are we doing there, show brother? Dude, doing great, man. Excited for another slate of NFL. Action had an amazing Thursday night experience. All the bets hit. So super happy about that. And looking forward to another fun-filled Sunday filled with NFL action. Had my first of many weddings coming up this weekend as well. Is it wedding season already? It is. It is a wedding season. Ready to go. That's where I'm going to get the locks are going to get chopped this weekend. So I'll be hopefully set for the next couple weeks. Do you have bad friends? Why is wedding season during football? All the time. Because, no, I have friends that embrace the beautiful foliage of fall and how nice it is to get married in New England during fall. My wedding wasn't during fall because I respect my job. And people and friends and people having it. Because they're not doing this on a Tuesday wedding. They're doing it on a Saturday. I mean, at least they're not getting married on Sunday. That's positive. That's good. No human being that I know has been to more weddings than me. Than Andrew Erickson. Can you give me a rough estimate of the amount of weddings you have gone to? Maybe even since I've known you. I mean, it's got to be at least 10. No. I was about to curse. No way. No freaking way. As in, you think it's more? In your life, you've only been to 10. You've been to 10 in the last 18 months. You're a popular guy. I'm starting to slow down. People have to have you around. Oh, you're getting older. I'm starting to slow down because now it's, well, because this weekend as well, on Sunday, I will be attending a one-year-old birthday party. Okay. More people that don't respect you or like you. So, okay. So, birthday parties. Yeah, but the game's going to be on there. So, it's fine. I mean, it's really more of a celebration of the parents that, hey, we made it. Shout out to Ben and Lisa. They kept their child alive for a year. That's exactly what you want to say. Congratulations. Do it on the work day. Big, important day. But I get a pretty. I don't have any. I don't know anybody. I'm not friends with anybody. Stop. I have no life. I've been to three weddings. I actually worked a wedding. So, I've been to like four total weddings in my life. So, I'm well-unliked, which, you know what? It's perfect for a football fan. Don't give me to weddings, Cizan. But Erickson's very popular. He's fun to be around. I was not at the Taylor Swift, Travis Kelsey wedding. Oh, well, next time. There'll be another one. You know that. All right. Let's get into the show. People are screaming. But you know what? This is the one show where we get to do this. Yeah, you don't control us. This is a straight podcast. This is us. This is our show. One of the longer-standing duo shows that doesn't really ever waver. And glad to have you guys here. And glad to have the audience here. And we have got a bunch of questions. So, we told the audience, as always, don't expect any Thursday night questions. If there is, you're going to hear a buzzer and a person immediately kicked out. And we'll answer the question after. Let's get to it because we got a whole bunch of it. Love to see you guys in here. And Cornwallis, did I do this last week? Cornwallis, you're on a streak, man. What's up? Hey, what's up, guys? I just want to say you both look fantastic today. I love the outfits. Thank you. Yeah, it's okay. It's actually a rainy Arizona day, so I'm hooded up. I told Erickson, I was woken up to 120 decibel lightning thunder next to my window. So, I was like, oh, it's wake-up time. So, thank you very much. Appreciate you. Yeah, no problem. So, questions, flex question and PPR, looking at Jonah Coleman, Travion Henderson, or Denzel Boston. And then my second question is, I have Dalton Schultz and Terrence Ferguson. I'm not really sure what to do with them. At this point, it feels like I should sell one at peak value because they both smashed, but I'm not sure. Maybe I just keep them and put the matchups. Real quick, on the first one, was that full PPR or half? It was full PPR, and I am a heavy favorite if that matters. Okay, you know, it totally matters. On the second one, I absolutely would trade either for the highest package if the package is solid. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'd put them out. Hey, anybody looking for a good tight end? And if someone wants to sell or buy high on either one, I'm not specific to you. I mean, I would probably prefer, I guess they're both very tied to the wide receivers. There's a little part of me that says Schultz is the one, like when Nico comes back, he just fades into non-existence, but I would trade either one for a nice deal, and I wouldn't care like that I'm trading the other one. Where are you at on that? I agree. I think that when you're torn about who should I trade, I think the answer should be, what can I get the best for back in return? And that should kind of be your focus when it comes to, you know, who do I get rid of? Because both guys are good options to have on your team, but to your point, they definitely saw boosts in production because of the wide receivers that were missing from their respective offenses. Obviously, I think that Ferguson has way more long-term upside, but Schultz is not a nothing burger. He's not going to get to play the Bengals every single week and be on a team that throws the ball 55 times. So that's something you have to keep in context. I think you'll probably get more for Schultz, I would say, but people really like Terrence Ferguson too. So maybe I'm wrong here. So I think, yeah, you got to send some feelers out. Find whoever has is starting Colson Loveland. Like that's the manager you got to make this trade for because they know that, hey, I need tight end production now because even this week, Loveland's probably not going to get the Bears passing games, probably not going to be the reason why the Bears are effective on offense against the Eagles because their secondary is really, really good. So, yeah, I would send some feelers out. The first question was Henderson. It's essentially Boston and Henderson. Coleman's a nothing burger. It's Travion Henderson or Denzel Boston. Double PPR. And he's already a heavy favorite. Then I would just probably. Which one are you? You cut out. What was the last one? Henderson. That's probably the one. I mean, what if Coleman's the only guy? What if he plays and Dobbins and Harvey are out? There's only one that didn't practice. So I'm I think he's. Oh, he didn't practice on Thursday. No. Well, Wednesday, Wednesday, he didn't. The others were limited and he didn't practice. So I think you're in a situation where he's either not going to play or if he is you, he's still behind Dobbins. But even if. Unless he was the only back active, there's no other scenario where I still like him more than the others. I actually lean Denzel Boston. Boston's getting targets. He's a big play option, but it's one of those two. And if you're a heavy favorite, you can play it out however you want. I mean, the run game is more stout with the Jags. So I'd like to see Travion get involved in the pass game a little bit more. So that's why to me, like, I think Boston's got the ceiling and maybe even a little bit of the floor, but, you know, running backs and volume and stuff. I think you're cool with either one. Yeah. I mean, Henderson, to get what 16 carries last week, Stevenson fumbled and he can also rip off a big play. I, I, Henderson, I mean, it just like Patriots offense, Browns offense. I get it's the Panthers, but I think that the Browns can do ground and pound this week where they can run the football effectively, which they haven't been able to do the last couple of weeks. So I like Henderson. I hope so not, or at least that they only can do it to set up the play action because I talked about on the tailgate, go check out the tailgate, by the way, YouTube tailgate, NFL, we're talking real football intertwined, a little fantasy. It's a bunch of fun. And we just did our predictions for the week. All right, Jorge, not the righty, but the lefty Jorge, what's up, dude, come on down and tell us what you got. So I, I benefited from getting QJF waivers last year, and it was wonderful for those few weeks. I'm got them on a few teams this year. At what point do you just figure, do you just cut your losses and go elsewhere? I guess it better to pick up, you know, a, a handcuff RB for him. It, or is it at this point, just that kind of wait, wait and see, because he might have some potential upside once they figured out this offense. Can you give us an example of what might be available? Because that would determine, I mean, say it's like a tank Bigsby. I'm blanking on a canines handcuff. Like he's available as well. Like it's just going to be kind of a lotto ticket, but do you think those are worth picking up over QJ? Wait and see, you know, they're still gonna be on my bench, but I'm just thinking like long-term value here. Yeah, that's a good question. All I could think of, by the way, when that horn, I I'm, I'm stupid brain, Tim Robinson. I think you should leave. And it's like, hey, did you move your car? not everybody knows how to do everything you don't know how to drive no that's all i could think four people would love that reference nobody else that was the horn sound to me would you drop quentin johnson for emmet johnson johnston for johnson yeah if you don't need the wide receiver depth because that's really the only thing johnson would be doing for you you have to remember that johnson has to have at least one good game before you even consider starting him and then you also have to make a bet can he have two good games in a row right because if he has a good game on your bench then you'll be tempted to start him the next week but then if he bombs again it's going to be pulling your hair out of okay what is this office going to look like i think that even though the chargers office has been underwhelming i think it's still clear that he's not the number one wide receiver on the team like it's lad and it's just a matter of if healthy lad is out there lads lad is actually kind of like a good play this week if he's been practicing in full like the bills have been like eaten up by slot receivers so that is the one way the chargers can and a chance again it depends on how much time herbert's gonna have to throw because this offensive line is already in shambles slater is banged up already he's been limited this week joe alt has not been playing well so yeah i don't think the offense is going through qj and that was part of okay we'll take a shot on him in draft season see if he can be the number one receiver and that's not the case even if this offense was playing well he's not the number one guy so if you'd rather have that bench spot be a high-end handoff you're going to have to handcuff i mean look emma johnson man i don't know if ken walker can handle 30 touches per game for the rest of the season i think the chiefs probably know he can't and that's why they're talking about evan johnson but emma johnson would be such a smash if ken walker even misses one or two weeks and i think that's honestly way worthier especially in tank bigsby too because saquon barkley is you know he got hurt last week he's an older running back so i think i think those two running backs in particular i would rather have and i think it was really critical to the answer you gave us emma johnson right there like i just don't know if he's going to be the number one play a ton of the game like i totally understand like ken walker hasn't had more than what 225 touches and carries and then you look at it and you're just like he's on pace for 450 you know bogman's stance is he won't relent that he's going to get hurt so if you do want to take that like erickson said it emma johnson's going to be absolutely insane it is a fab buster if ken walker were to go down he is a fab buster you would drop every penny on it so pick him up and have him especially if you're not going to play quentin johnson what's going to happen quentin johnson is a trojan horse at this point yeah there's he's like marvin harrison what's going to happen you're going to put him on your bench then he's going to go off and you're going to be like oh bet and then you're going to put him in your lineup and then he's going to stink it up and it's just like those guys suck so i would not want that on my roster now anymore because i agree i'm off the lad thing or i'm off the quentin johnson thing and maybe it'll work itself out and we'll have a slight regret but i would have a regret if i wasn't getting a guy like emma johnson if i was uh uh yeah emma johnson if i was picking up you know i'm not to pick up a lot of money but i would have a regret if i wasn't getting a guy like brandon cooks you know what you know what i'm getting at like just some guy that's just going to give you like some weak value like that's where i would yeah and same logic someone just said like jameson williams it's kind of the same but jameson williams has better upside i also think he can smash this week but it's a higher version of that uh that was a fun question bucks man what's up i got two quick questions uh first one i'm in a 10 man standard league and i have uh i have aj brown and jay flowers as well and i'm in a 10 man standard league and i have uh i have aj brown and jay flowers as well my receiver so i need to choose two between t-map jaylen coker chris godwin roma dunze or adunan mitchell oh dude that's so tough because the top two are the panthers guys i think because i was gonna say coke i don't know if you can start erickson would you start both of the panthers or would you want to have like you would okay yeah erickson's saying both yeah those are both panthers guys yeah it's i mean it's it's a good it's good that's worked for two weeks in a row yeah it hasn't i think coker's the one i'm gonna pick up i'm gonna pick up i'm gonna pick up i'm gonna kind of like coker even a little bit more than ted aroa but you just don't have like another guy that's like oh let's clearly do that so uh what's a question number two question number two another league i have parker washington i was wondering is christian gonzalez going to travel with parker washington or is he going to guard one or the other does he go out like one side of the field oh that's a great it's a great great question that erickson and i had been we've actually talked about it only on the tailgate this week on the real nfl talk that has dominated and i've asked you this question and you just kind of answered it on that show but bring it over here because i literally asked you erickson i said do you believe christian watson is going to shadow parker washington and you had you had some you had good responses he is probably going to shadow parker washington for the majority of the game you don't pay christian gonzalez the amount of money the patriots did and then not put him on the opposing number one wide receiver who is clearly parker washington it's really just a waste right oh yeah go take away brian thomas jr right you don't need christian gonzalez to do like we've seen this with offenses before so now it's not enough where shadowing and shutting down are two different things that's the thing i also want to be clear about where yeah gonzalez can win his fair share reps but parker washington is going to win his fair share reps too last week against pittsburgh steelers met captain do anything against gonzalez but jeremy bernard had some nice plays against christian gonzalez a rookie wide receiver so gonzalez is not going to win every matchup parker washington's going to get more enough opportunities to rip off big plays he's also twitched up af so that's tough for even a cornerback like christian gonzalez to handle versus a player like a dk meccaf where it's a big bodied guy those guys are much easier to get your hands on and manipulate how they maneuver into their routes so liam cohen also is a smart enough officer coordinator play caller to move parker washington around get him off of christian gonzalez so you're not worried about it maybe it's not the three touchdown 150 yard game for parker washington but he's still going to be productive you're still starting him yeah that is my point right there is i thought you know i should go and look at it because i think i mentioned like it was like after week one or yeah it must have been after week one like uh becca bucca had like the most motion pre-snap parker washington they motion a decent and they move him all around if you want because i've been watching him for a long time and i've been watching him for a long time parker washington props the last two weeks i'm smashed him in the first half and so i've really been like hyper focused and you want they just place him all around the field they move him around i think erickson nailed it like that is what they're going to do is gonzalez going to be on him a decent amount yeah probably but parker washington does a really good job in short stints of finding separation he's a pretty good separator and they're going to move him around so i just don't know you know are we in at some point for a game where he's less than sure is this the one you could write it up is that but i just want to bet against him he's gotten to the point he deserves as erickson says goat status he deserves the benefit of the doubt that we don't take him out because of christian gonzalez and he moves around the offense which might get him off a little bit you like to see btj out there just for you know uh spread in the field a little bit and he might take some of that coverage as well great question bucks man i'm glad we talked about it here the great and powerful og chinser chinser been here uh since the beginning hollow knight himself what up what up two questions one would you do for my last wide receiver spot coker over igbuka with how bad baker looks damn you for that i have half pps half ppr uh me personally no i'm i'm getting back this week but i would not fault you whatsoever because i like coker i think i've got them like super cool i'm actually going to pull this up i think that's what erickson's doing uh to give the answer but erickson what what is your initial take if you haven't looked at your ranks yet when asked that question i i lean egg bucca yeah i've got them ranked pretty close egg bucca 22 jaylen coker 24 i haven't really dove super deep into what i'm projecting from this buccaneers offense this week against the brian flores madman 80 blitz rate defense spooky is is that a scenario where is that bucca going to be a lot of the first read stuff or is it going to be a lot of the running backs because the blitz is going to be coming so quickly egg bucca's been getting a lot of air yards but like that doesn't mean anything against the vikings defense whereas obviously coker has just been cooking with bryce young i book a score last week so i kind of bailed you out but he also didn't have a high target chair in the offense relative to the other positions so i think i'm actually going with coker are we in the circle of trust here guys yes i'm a fat liar i just looked at my ranks i'm coker i got coker multiple spots higher so yeah i'm gonna toss that up i i'm not a i'm not a subject of my ranks but i i've got a hand up here and yeah i have coker i mean i think the thing with egg bucca i think we need to maybe carry a little bit over of his second half performance from last year i know that baker was banged up but now we're just getting bad baker overall and when baker was bad egg bucca was bad last year three catches for 16 yards last week five to targets that's not a lot of volume against the browns and he scored the touchdown so that made you feel good about it but besides that i mean why receiver 33 why receiver 32 what's changing and this matchup really isn't good so slot receivers against the browns you can do it yeah i think i think coke you stay in the flames man when in doubt stay in the flames sure well what was number two number two is in this league it's a 14 teamer so running backs are thin and i am in a bad position tootin's my rb1 i have jordan mason and i have uh jonathan brooks so i do not have an rb2 so it's looking like braylon allen right now sounds i have i don't know i have Four decent wide receivers, Amin Ra, Igbuka, Christian Watson, Coker. But it is almost impossible to trade for a running back in this league. Like, I've been thinking about maybe like Corum seems tradable because he's not like locked and loaded starter, but I kind of want to keep Coker. You can't trade Coker for Corum. I don't like that. And Igbuka for Corum feels insane. Would you trade Coker for Corum? Yes. If this was my running back situation, hell yeah. Would you do, would you be more willing to trade him or Igbuka? I'd rather trade Coker. Yeah, but I don't like it. Try to, see if you can get a little bit more. I mean, he's going to get Mason back at some point. I also think that it's worth taking a swing. Remember, Corum also has, so Corum is like a startable piece right now. What if Corum goes down? Then Corum's top five running back. Yeah, sure. Full send. Yeah, no, he's a top 10 running back in the NFL, sure. But that's not happening. And I mean, your situation's really bad. That's a really, really tough one. Cause you're like, okay, I have a similar-ish situation that I'm dealing with this week. I swear to God, I think Tootin might be my number one too. And this isn't the best and you don't want to take too many L's down the road, but I'm looking at like picking up like a Damon Claiborne and kind of going YOLO. Like, I don't know if he's floating out there just because, you know, Aaron Jones is banged up, might not play. I would keep that in my back pocket. Even picking up guys like, you know, Chris Brooks in one of my deeper leagues is out there. Just trying to find a couple of those guys that I can make a, you know, a decision come Sunday that, you know, if, if Aaron Jones is out, they are at least hopefully they tell us and I can put in a Claiborne. Then I got before trading down, you know, Erickson thinks Coker for Corum and that situation works. I feel a little bit dicier about it. Maybe you can get better, but if not, I would also go explore some of those. If, and maybe they're not available cause it's a deeper league, but that that's kind of like how I'm trying to approach it in those leagues. I'm, I might be able to get, I might be able to get Judkins in a few weeks, which is gross. If you can get them now, this is our smash week for Judkins, me and Erickson. He wants to wait cause he has Judarian price and he wants to see him get healthy again before he can give them up. So. Oh, that guy stinks. All right. Well then you're not going to get them cause he's going to smash this week. But all right. Well, you know, here's a not planned plug, but Chinser, if you have your league synced up, it will look at all the rosters and you can find trade scenarios. You can build trade scenarios for you. If you have a, a fantasy pros in my playbook, so maybe sync your league and you can explore some of those and it can give you some trade suggestion ideas. Sounds good. Thanks boys. Yeah, brother. Great question. Great stuff. Let's take a break to tell you guys about this new prediction market. Erickson, have you heard of it? Poly market? I think it's called. Oh yes. Poly market. Absolutely. A 91% claim is based on a 2024 Xero survey conducted in the U.S., the U.K., and Australia. Hello. Week three. And I feel like I'm already kind of digging through the trash here for my flex. It's full PPR. I grabbed Emmanuel Wilson off waivers, but it's starting to sound like Price is probably going to play. My other options are Quinn Johnson, Booty, or I could play a tight end like Gadsden or Hunter Henry are kind of my main options right now. All right. Yeah. We're all kind of playing that. What do you think about that? I kind of want to like Emmanuel Wilson, but in that situation, we got we just garbaged on Quentin Johnston, but he kind of sounded like maybe the best option. You've been a little team pro booty, especially if Nico's out. What direction would you go on flex for that one? I think to me, that's plug my nose and put Quentin Johnson out there hoping that things are fixed based on those options. But maybe you feel a little bit more confident. I mean, Emmanuel Wilson was used in the red zone a decent amount, even if Price is there, that probably still happens. So maybe you could vulture a touchdown out of Wilson, even if it's less touches. What direction would you go? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I feel like I can't answer this question until I know more about the because a lot of this is contingent based on all these injuries, right? I can't tell you about booty unless Nico is not going to play. We don't again. Price may play. Maybe he doesn't play. You don't play Wilson if Price plays because I agree with you. I think a lot of these are contingent because if you say booty, which I feel like you're leaning towards and Nico's in, he has to go. But if you had to make a decision right now. In the state of states. I think it's got to be Johnston. Would rather play Gadsden. Are you Gadsden? I would rather dude, dude, last year when I think this Chargers offense needs a spark, man. Like and Gadsden now has an opportunity to be more involved as the main tight end because they're not going to be using Kohler as out. I mean, he's going to play probably every single snap on offense. You're not wrong. So I mean, Johnston is boom or bust. The Bills defense has been susceptible to some big plays. But I still think the offense moves through lad and then Gadsden. I mean, Gadsden. Well, he didn't score touchdown last week or two weeks ago. So I think that's maybe the move I make Hunter Henry. I think it's kind of safe if you just kind of a floor play. He did leave the Patriots in target share last week without AJ Brown. So if they are throwing a lot, I think the Hunter Henry, especially with Eli Raritan also banged up. He's also a player that played a nearly every single snap for the Patriots. So I know I don't always recommend flexing tight ends, but in this situation, when you have guys that look like they're going to play every single snap, that's a good opportunity. So obviously, I'd like to wait for more information about the injuries booty would be in if if Nico is out. And then if price is out, I would move Wilson up ahead. You double-duded me too on that. You're like, dude, dude. So, you know, it's serious when there's a double dude. Only thing I would point out, maybe a little concern. If you look at PFF grades, this is a rough one. Linebacker coverage, safety coverage and cornerback coverage. On tight ends is top six, all of them. So, you know, maybe for for the bills bills against so bills coverage against tight ends. So at least coverage grades very early on in the season doesn't look great, but I don't disagree with you that like he might be the safety. There might be a lot of safety net options that the charges are going with. They might not be on the big place. That is a that's a rough situation. The plays I think Wilson is if you want to make the touchdown play, regardless of price being out there. Gadsden is Erickson's call. I'm going to say Johnston out there, you know, pick your fighter. That's a really rough sucks when we get to that space. I had a I had a situation. I got lucky. Terrence Ferguson was available in the league last week, and I had Puka and I was able to, you know, Puka to the IR, pick up Terrence Ferguson and put him in my flex and that worked out. But it's like we don't all get that. Nick, what's up, Nick? Hey, guys, I'm going to throw my team in here. I have Bo Nix is my starting quarterback and someone just dropped Stafford. So curious if you guys would do like, a full on drop for him or drop someone else for him. And then the other part of this, I'm trying to figure out like flex right now. Basically, I could drop for or I could pick up Terrence Ferguson from waivers. He's on there right now. If Puka doesn't go, I could start him might drop Brooks for Algier because I have Jeremiah love. I know I'm saying a lot here. Well, I actually wanted to ask you, do you not have an IR in your league? I have two. irs and they're filled by uh tyson and aj brown so it's kind of like the tough spot there i could also drop tank figsby if uh saquon is playing on saturday for uh algier i would drop brooks yeah brooks has got to go uh can i present this to the courtroom as well would you consider just saying just jettisoning tyson into the sun and just uh i mean i guess that actually doesn't cure it i would not okay because that i'd rather have tyson and brooks okay like if i could if i could drop if tyson was available and i could just exchange him in my ir spot for brooks i would rather have tyson in my ir spot so okay because i'm i'm in agreement here brooks has got to go for somebody and i'm down for terrence ferguson because i think based on your roster i mean based on your roster you put lad in at wide receiver if he goes and then it's like addison or ferguson if there's no puka i want ferguson so i think we're making that move but erickson when i'm curious about is that quarterback thing would because he has bo nicks do you think he should try to play back to back would you would you straight drop bo nicks for stafford or would you try to drop somebody else so now we're getting into are we dropping brooks and are you willing to drop someone like bigsby i don't want to i don't want to play bo nicks or matthew stafford this week i could also grab kyler he's available too i would rather i'd rather play kyler than both those guys i know that sounds crazy like ludicrous but i mean you know because kyler plays well he's playing the dolphins in week four and then you're going to have a great guy to start so i think bo nicks is probably the safest play so i have them all ranked back to back to back nicks kyler stafford but when you're throwing in the context of okay well future matchups bo nicks plays the 49ers in week four so that's not terrible as well who are you going to rank higher next week welsh assuming that kyler looks at least like competent against the next next week because he's facing the dolphins yeah but but the the weird caveat we talked about this on the tailgate too is that if the broncos have no running backs you might have this like an alternate world where the where they're going to i just completely but they're probably going to throw a lot who are they playing completely playing they're playing the rams the rams that's what it was that was the alternate world where the rams maybe without puka are trying to keep it on the ground with quorum and kyron williams and then the broncos they don't have a running game and they're just slinging the crap out of the ball which could up nicks but to your question unless we see this amazing output of nicks i probably am like kyler the matchup against the bucks right now seems amazing and kyler yeah so yeah i think i think the safe play is just playbo because you can also play him next week too potentially at the 49ers that could be a shootout i'm not like totally afraid of like the 49ers defense even though they've been better i don't think they're like you you can't play quarterbacks against them but if you feel like you could get kyler at some point or if you could just add kyler too and just dash him for next week you want to do that you have an extra roster but kyler's going against this week what was next week miami oh yeah jesus okay that's what i mean like because it's just a matter of like he just has to be competent like if he sucks this week though like it's gonna it's gonna be shaky for like oh he's playing the dolphins but it's like he sucked last week like so he's gotta at least look competent there's an argument i just want to put those out here not to kill on a tangent there's an argument to say based on that instead bow's going against the rams staff is going against the broncos and kyler's going against tampa bay with miami out there and people fighting for it there's an argument to be said i don't know what your matchup looks like that you you go and get kyler murray now you play him against that bucks team who just made deshaun watson look good and you've got him against miami next week yeah well i mean that makes sense i have a lot of moving pieces here yeah yeah no i think you also i think you mentioned too like if you want to add algier i don't think yeah so like i i i didn't know like with love if it's worth grabbing algier uh it is like five bench spot league so it's not like super deep there so i'm gonna present one more little tiny thing this is contrary to erickson's thing i don't want to move off of bigsby necessarily because saquon has this stinger but i do want to say if saquon did not have this stinger right now and bigsby wasn't out there i would in a heartbeat just dump him to do the kyler thing we're talking about and then if you if you felt more comfortable about nicks this week and then you wanted to be prepared for next week with kyler going against miami i would do that so the only thing that's keeping me off from that is that saquon was hurt but maybe because it's shorts bench and it seems like you have like pretty decent players that are floating out on waivers like maybe you can't maybe you can dump bigsby to do that move i know that's not going to be like a popular one i don't think erickson's going to want to sign off on that but like the kyler situation kind of has me a little bit like excited especially about the everybody i just do it this week but that's something to think on there nick now that makes sense i figured i'd wait till later in the week see if like there's a saquon update if he's playing for sure drop tank uh if he's not then drop brooks for that kind of move and i guess i would i would drop brooks regardless yeah brooks is right now yeah do that okay okay yeah we're god we're so over like look look at us we're just so over i mean hey well you know but like at least we're look like it was a bad call yep and we're telling people to move like move on like cut bait take the l and we're like oh my god we're so over like look at us we're just so over i mean hey we're we're done like you can't live on it forever you can't like i mean all my best ball shares of jonathan brooks i hope that he makes a comeback and that rapaport is right that like yep they're they're confident he can be contributor down the stretch i'm like sick like that would be dope but i am not expecting it to do anything my first year in the tags league and he's my number two running back and i'm just like i do have like jonah coleman i think i also might have emmet johnson i got marshall lloyd i know we after his after his monster game i know both of them remember when we were debating lloyd versus brooks and you gave me crap for i took like lloyd one time and then realized that none of it mattered and we should have just drafted blake quorum instead yeah yeah or like i said chuba chuba was just floating out there all right great question nick joe what up joe so first question is full ppr should i start george kittle over joan johnson or should i go johnson i'm kittle yep okay kittle okay uh second question would davante smith be a trade for breeze hall at this point if i already stacked that wide receivers i have nico collins and jsn so you mean trade davante smith to get breeze hall yeah yeah go ahead i don't think i would do that nico because he's not healthy can you trade nico for breeze hall that would be better to do nico for breeze hall he's a little bit banged up also i mean i i'm i'm big davante i want smith top five receiver this week so like i think this is a smash week so i would just also slightly point out that you probably get a bigger return for smith if he does smash this week so yeah i mean you get a banged up wide receiver maybe you make that move with uh with nico first what was number three oh number three so should i hold or trade etn and if you guys think i should trade them like what type of rbs do you think you know i can get back from him or especially if i can pair him up with like a mike evans or george kittle and that's for full ppr yeah you probably have to pair him to do anything i think it's a bad time to trade hn if you you could you trade hn and mike evans to get chase brown yeah that's that has been your theme this week if you could package those two i love and i love it because yeah dude it's because like they're playing the steelers and i think that people look at the steelers defense and think it's elite and then i'm like i don't know man like they play drake may without a lot of his weapons they played cooper rush and this defense is old so it was always going to play better to start the year and then you're going to see this defense start to deteriorate i think as the season progresses so chase brown dude two games against the steelers last year averaged over 100 points and i think that's a good thing because i think that's a good thing rushing yards per game potentially a precursor to an overbet on chase brown rushing yards in week three chase brown rb1 season is still on you might need to look at rush we're going to see a little maybe rush plus receiving on the prop show this week scrimmage yards scrimmies you want some scrimmies i want some oh the scrimmies did me dirty last week though on my my bijan robinson overall i mean in hindsight attaching anything to an offense led by cooper rush may have been a 127 total yards on a guy you're going to go on bijan yeah i think that's a great play the only thing i'm working against you is agent kind of stinks right now and mike evans is banged up so there's a little bit of cell low that's happening but that's why if you were to do both of those you got to get a guy like chase brown because like agent definitely can get back in the offense i'm just a little bit worried you know the camara and they're slaying the ball and just his usage is weird i think evans is going to get right i either do this or i'm going to do this i'm going to do this do you think the health might be a bigger issue than i gave it credit for like i cannot get over how last week like he wasn't opening drives and then now he's got that issue so i don't love that so maybe start there see if that ends up uh working out for you another way that you can do it my friend is you can check out the trade analyzer if you You, you. texting chase brown right now he's saying like a lot like mount up chase saddle up baby mount could you tell me if i um regulators who are the two artists that did regulate do you know what regulators is damn damn i just got depressed regulators mount up it was a cool night is a movie or a song oh no i mean it's it's come on guys i'd never watch face off what do you expect no it's not a movie this is like just like music do you know who warren g is i'm sure that if you oh my god you don't even know warren g do you know nate dog yeah i know nate dog he was in an m&m song wasn't he he was in an m&m song yeah he was i was gonna start singing i don't have the lyrics in here but that one hurt that hurt way more than face off i'm gonna be honest with you regulators mount up doesn't no shivers no nothing all right let's move on hey rain man how you doing what's going on gents i was just gonna answer that one for you there welsh but uh you stole my thunder on the warren g and nate dog you got yeah isn't that is that that's that's a rough one that's i'm not trying to be ageist or anything like that but that that was one of the true separators of like our not a huge age gap but like a little bit of our age gap my life consisted around warren g and nate dog yeah man absolutely so sorry what was your question i got a couple for you i'll try to rapid fire i am uh in a unique situation because leaving the draft every year many thanks to you guys i'm always at the top left the draft with like 101 power ranking this year in the first two weeks i lost aj then i lost stripling got kicked out of the strip club and then lost alec pierce and mason so i'm owing two which has never happened to me before and i'm i'm battening down the hatches so uh thanks to 12 dang it all right let's fix it 12 team half point the challenge here is it's only a four-person bench so that makes things we do that to keep the wire alive but i ran out and grabbed ray davis and johnson to protect my james cook ken walker who i kept in the fourth thanks to you guys so that's working out well but with the two only bench spots i'm hurting at options so i'm thinking about shopping monty which i really don't want to do but the guy that has alave and higgins he has pollard as his rb2 with gibbs and he's already said he's dying he's got nico and some others so i think i could maybe get alave off of him which i already know what erickson would say to that but then the other guy that has remandre and jaylen warren as his only running would that be suitable or you think a good move for for monty yeah i think it's yes is all around erickson follow me for this i know you probably want to make a move now but i think it might be real sexy to trade him after this weekend because the colts defense not good and we could get another one now it could go the other direction of woody marks gets more involved but an opportunity for montgomery like imagine trading him after week one with the three touchdowns everyone's like oh let's go and then he just was like but now if you have another matchup in here my point of this is is you could put it out right now it's all good you get either one of those guys golden specifically alave love it if they say no to it then wait it out when montgomery has a smash week this week and then revisit that erickson what do you want to add to it i guess for me it's i'd rather just get the trade done if it's already there for me and not try to but if it's not do you agree with that kind of take yeah yeah i mean yeah again if they like reject the trade and you're like okay well i'm gonna come back to you next week when monty does it really well against the colts hopefully and then we can revisit this trade so if you have to wait a week to get the trade done then yeah i think that that would be the wise move to make but i'm always also under the impression that it's never guaranteed when we have these matchups that oh this guy's teed up he's gonna smash sometimes that just doesn't happen that way especially to your point about i know it's talked about how woody markers get involved re-watching that game i mean did montgomery was like nowhere to be found in the second half and it's not like they were getting like totally blown out at that point like they were kind of still in that game in the second half but there were just no action for david montgomery whatsoever and it's been like we have for two weeks david montgomery even in his three touchdown game 20 carries for 60 yards not super efficient in any way shape or form and this tech is off at the line is still a big question mark about how efficient it can be run blocking up front for someone like david montgomery so the deal's there i would just take it and run if not wait a week sell high david montgomery will probably be someone i talk about on the show with worm next week for trades as a sell like if he does if he does smash ish if he's a if he smash adjacent you're gonna try to move off of him yeah especially if it's more touched like two touchdowns 20 carries i'm like like 50 like the same thing he did in week one essentially which he was in sell high after that point too i wish i was more vocal about that instead i was like you gotta sell chuba hubbard jonathan brooks is coming for his job wrong just defending our shares in there i love it all right catalyst what up yeah it's kind of a little bit of context because i'm just trying to see if this trade is the right move for me right now so in my dynasty league i post my team on chat i'm currently oh and two with lowest scoring and also allowing the third high it's just as i give you context for like the league around me i just gave up last week worthy and addison to get brissette and um to a third and a second for next year's draft likely going to be high picks and right now i'm just trying to see if i should move herbert for darnold and roma dunze just because my opponent the guy i'm training with he doesn't have a another quarterback outside of darnold and also he already has my first and that's the most he can give me so okay so hold on so do you have this is superflexed you have herbert and brissette you have another quarterback oh so it would just be a trade-off of quarterback for uh exchanging darnold and herbert but this is like this is a situation where you are playing to next year clearly right because you've got multiple firsts you've got multiple seconds or are you trying to make a move i guess it's more just like i'm trying to build assets also like from herbert but i just don't know if it's worth it enough to give up herbert just for uh darnold and dunze this is the worst time to play to trade justin herbert totally i cannot co-sign on this what like he's not honestly he could have a good game against the bills right he could just throw for a ton of yards they have no run game that's working at least specifically in this matchup i'm very concerned about hampton the tight ends are all banged up i think that if the chargers the chargers have any shot at winning this game they have to lean more into justin herbert i thought it was interesting if you look at the pass rate for the chargers it's really low i thought that they would probably lean more i mean the way that mike mcdaniel was selling this off it's like i don't know if they're going to be able to win this game obviously we were excited about like the specific run schemes he was going to do but they haven't really been letting justin herbert drop back to throw a ton it's been running the ball and that has obviously not been effective so you can't go into buffalo and think yeah you know we'll just run the ball play keep away like and that's how we'll win it's like uh dude like we're paying justin herbert but so much money mike mcdaniel like they have to let him sling it so i cannot co-sign on selling justin herbert after these two brutal weeks for him even if it's not going to be perfect for the rest of the season he's gonna have so many better games especially for fantasy production so i don't i don't think i'm not saying you can't trade him at any point but not after the last two weeks yeah i i have him on the prop show that's literally i think the bills have given herbert yeah i haven't looked at the show yeah dude i have herbert on bills are giving up like 270 and like 300 plus in both games the only way they're going to win the ball lad is feeling a little bit better like that's that's my take on it i agree i was actually battling between hampton i actually started with hampton under but then and then you're like that's not my nature that's not me that's not my nature so i went i could take the hampton under yeah if you want i would i actually had two unders in the early process of my sheet so and then you're like that's that's one that's two too many i'll do it but then i was like i don't know i was just like i was talking myself out of it a little bit so but you take that so it's a correlative bet i mean you took the judkins along so i know i gotta find another running back we we i mean i'll give it back to you if you need we both the thing was is i was gonna take rush attempts and he was gonna take yards because rush attempts was at 12 and a half but then it jumped to 14 and a half so yards is a big play but you actually and then he's gonna get 20 carries anyway it's not gonna matter not a little matter i know i was tempted to like i said maybe do like an alt of like 18 carries or something like that we'll see i mean that's where i i agree also i'm not like in love i know a doomsday's a big piece of it but like sam darnold is like an old older right like he's also hurt yeah and he's hurt like i just because you could because if you do this you could just literally just lose this week because you don't have another quarterback to start yeah how old is sam darnold did i just like make that up in my brain i think he's like 30 is that like super old he's gonna be like i think he's like 30 let's see i want to say he's 29 i was in my brain he was 31 you're going with that but herbert is like a legitimate super flex like first round type of guy close to first round so it is a really good time it's yeah especially with the charger stock down for a reason it makes sense like there are real concerns but i think that he's going to have better fantasy games even if the real life production even if the chargers like keep losing games it doesn't mean that he's going to be bad fantasy the rest of the season and he's this team it wasn't really competitive like you're kind of competitive but he doesn't have a second running back his wide receivers are a little bit but like if you want to have assets for rebuilding and it also i think it was a tight end premium i think it wasn't necessarily written there but he said he had loveland and pitts well why don't you have two good quarterback and or at least one good quarterback and a couple good tight end pieces in those premium type leagues those are the assets that you want and hopefully he can sometime get a second running back or something like that and you got two okay wide receivers hold on to herbert though all right president cal so i'm pretty overweight a receiver where i've got four of the top 15 but my only two running backs are a chan and jonathan taylor and i'm in a dynasty league is now the time to sell on a chan and try and see if i can trade some of the big receivers for someone like gibbs or b jam or is a chan kind of the next best thing after that okay so you have four receivers you have four good wide yeah which h and that's a good question you have four good wide receivers and you want to take one of those wide receivers and devon and you want to try to get like a top tier running back yeah pretty much i'm a bit concerned that malik is kind of eating up all of a chance usage at the minute it's that's good by the way before we answer your question president prez uh put what you put in the chat earlier by the way i loved your take when you're talking about entrances oh the best entrances yeah brian robinson jr last year when he came out to many men by 50 cent many men wish death upon me do you know that song erickson you're you are joking right i don't think so i don't know doesn't ring any bells there's no i i'm getting got you're trying to get me that there's there's no way you don't know does it go how does it go many men wish death upon me blood in my eyes you are joe you're just wanting me to sing right i think i need to hear the full song oh my i'm i'm i was sheltered as a child okay oh i'm flabbergasted uh but i agree prez you the the many men by brian robinson was phenomenal that is yeah i'm getting rage baited i think that is a hundred percent a great call on our conversation from last week of like incredible entrances but okay so can you oh can you really quickly tell us what the receivers are his roster's in here too is it okay then we got it we got it prez all right so erickson start to tackle that you don't know 50 cent but you know some dynasty and you know some trades so what are you doing in this situation are you gonna package uh he's got watson loveland or london pickens and teteroa you package someone with a chan do you think they can get you a gibbs probably bison i don't know how are you attacking this i mean i i think it's worth sending the deal see what happens i don't know if it's gonna get done yeah i mean a chan is a youngish running back i mean he's not that old he's still on his rookie contract miami should be better next year when they have a top rookie quarterback draft pick etc so this season he's been fine like kind of what we expected plays in a bad offense but he gets all the volume i understand that you're concerned about him breaking down which is always a concern but he's also really good and to me a chance are kind of seems like alvin camara where yeah maybe he maybe he sees touches to another running back in the future but he's so good as a pass cat i mean like dude he was an rb1 when another running back on his own team scored 20 touchdowns like i think that hn is a really really good running back and a really really good player and the fact that he's so good as a pass catcher i think that kind of i feel like that helps cement his nfl future a lot better than some of these other running backs that are more reliant on rushing production so so i don't like so if you can if you can level up then sure but like i don't want to just get rid of them for pennies on the dog because press has more context there's one other receiver i didn't even realize he had when i was going through he also has nico collins so he had and he said he offered a chan and collins and a first forgives and he was told no so i think the answer unfortunately here is you're not getting it done because which of those receivers over nico collins is going to be the does the guy go oh well now that i'm getting teteroa you know or pickens now i'll do it if it a first hn and one and nico doesn't get it done you're not getting it done yeah i mean i don't know what other i mean maybe because nico's hurt right now but the only receiver i think that would probably i mean if you're upgrading a hundred percent it would have to be pickens probably right would you say pickens is higher value than nico pickens london somewhere in there like i think london's definitely the best so but even do london and a chan and a first actually yeah you know what i think london would probably be the move i would make he's younger but the falcons still haven't figured out their quarterback long term like maybe it's michael pennix it's probably not and then if he has a rookie quarterback next year then what does that look like so i think that i would up the ante to london and see where that goes and then if that gets denied then i don't know what else you're supposed to do would you still do the first thing because i feel like i would want to go a chan in london and see what the guy says then the guy says now this is that control i always preach this the control thing maybe the guy just says if the guy says no by the way then you're never getting it done but what you do is you offer london and a chan and then the guy goes now he has control and you give him power for him to be like well i want that pick too and now it's like his idea and now it's starting to ruminate that he's going to get all this my question to you is would you also give up the first to get gibbs in that situation or would you want to down talk the pick or like because because if you tell me i'm not going to give up the first to get gibbs in that situation or would you want to do the pick as well go in without the pick and see if you can give this guy the control and then now he starts feeling like he's winning one over on you when you already would do it do you do well i guess i'm just want to make sure that it's clear to the person you're saying this offer to that london is an upgrade from nico in a first that's a good do you think that's is that do you is that true or false like that's because i don't want it i don't want i don't think it's good trade etiquette to just send a lateral trade that's the same as the one that just got rejected so that's why i would be willing to do a chan nico in a first look if you're going to get a guy like gibbs you're going to have to overpay right we all kind of know that if you're going to get the best player in fantasy football you're going to have to pay a lot and probably feel like you're losing but if you're getting a guy that scores a touchdown every single week which is what we're hoping that jimmy gibbs does every single week i don't think that you're going to feel bad about the first and london and a chan that you lost to get him maybe the deal is you send a chan london and a second and then in the back of your mind you acknowledge if he says no again i'll bump it up to a first no maybe that's what you should do but i'll be honestly the more i think about this i think the guy just is not going to do it because the same token of what i just said the guy would have been like well give me london instead of nico and i'll do it he didn't he probably wants something insane like you're offering nico pickens and a chan and it's just like your actual team will be okay but i just i don't i it doesn't sound like it's going to get done because he said he also offered the same for bijan they don't want to get rid of the quality offers but it's just not i think the thing that makes them be like good lord i can't not do this is like nico london and a chan and that's just such a wild trade if you want to maybe approach it differently maybe trade over for like maybe try this for like justin jefferson or something like that instead and not go running back but receiver instead i think yeah i mean also point out like jonathan taylor and a chan like you're doing okay you did ask the question of like hey am i okay like you're doing good uh i mean he changed your rb2 yeah he changed rb2 like it's it's uh i don't think your team is such kind of a powerhouse like trading a trading at such a high cost away just to upgrade that isn't really worth it when you have so much depth maybe you get people when they're um when they're on their heels a little bit but i understand the hn stuff it's concerning malik hasn't been like the best all right there you go FAQs

The Fantasy Pros Discord is a community platform where fans discuss fantasy football strategies, trades, and matchups. You can join by going to fantasypros.com/chats and creating a free account, which gives you access to the community without needing a premium subscription.

Yes, you can trade players on the Discord community. The platform allows users to explore trade scenarios and build trade suggestions using tools like the Fantasy Pros Trade Analyzer, which helps assess potential trades based on lineup and matchup data.

Both are viable options, but Ferguson has more long-term upside. Schultz is a reliable option on the bench, especially in pass-heavy games, but he's tied to the receiver game and won’t play every week. Consider trading either for a high-upside package, especially if you’re targeting a team with a weak passing game.

Yes, especially if you're in a PPR league. Boston has more targets and ceiling, while Henderson offers consistent pass-catching upside. If your team lacks tight end production, either can be a solid flex option, particularly when the offense runs the ball effectively.

It's generally not recommended to start Quentin Johnson, as he's not the top target on the team. He's a bench option with high risk and low upside. Instead, consider trading him for a higher-upside player like Emmit Johnson or a handcuff running back if you're looking for value.

Only if you have a clear plan. Players like Corum or Judkins offer upside but come with risk. If you're in a deep league, consider trading for a high-upside player only if you have a strong backup plan and the trade makes sense in your specific matchup context.
