THE DREAM BODY PODCAST YOU NEED FOR 2026!

This podcast episode focuses on manifesting a dream body by mastering your emotional frequency. The host addresses common struggles like maintaining positive vibes when the mirror shows unwanted reflections and feeling stuck in a cycle of hope and disappointment. She emphasizes that your frequency, or energetic set point, is the foundation for all manifestation; without mastering it, other efforts are futile. The first key step is to stop giving the mirror power over your emotions. Instead, practice neutrality by recognizing that your body means nothing inherently—it's just a temporary collection of cells. You assign meanings based on your mindset, and these meanings create feelings that determine your results. For example, someone with your exact body could feel pride or gratitude, while you might feel shame. To shift, start with neutrality and acceptance, then create new, empowering meanings, and finally cultivate love and gratitude for your body as it is now. The host recommends a detailed daily routine: wake up with gratitude, use mirror work to send love, eat nourishing foods with intention, move joyfully, and end the day with appreciation. This process releases resistance, raises your frequency, and makes your dream body a natural byproduct. She stresses that loving your current body is not a permanent state but a necessary step to unlock ease and drastic change, comparing it to treating your body like a plant or water that thrives on kindness.

Hello, good morning, you guys. Welcome back to the podcast. Happy New Year. I am so excited. So many things that I want to discuss with you today and I put out a call on my Instagram just to your burning questions around dream body manifestation in this episode is going to be so good. Okay, so if you are focused on dream body and you're feeling a little stuck, this episode is for you. Also, if you aren't in the club this month, you've got to get in there because these teachings on frequency are the baseline for everything. So until you master your frequency, your energetic set point, there's no point in doing any other manifestation work because your frequency is determining everything that happens next and the success of whatever you do. So we started the happiness frequency. I've got, I did a really killer lives here yesterday that can change your life and you can find that inside the community and rewatch it if you want and just so much good stuff going on inside the manifestation club. And I highly encourage you to get in there. So first things first, let's dive into our question. So first question was how to maintain the dream body vibes when the mirror is telling you otherwise. And I love this question because it's very common and everyone, you know, tends to struggle with this. So step one, stop giving what is in the mirror, power over your emotional set point. The more power and energy and emotion you are giving what you see in the mirror, the more it's going to stick around. Okay. It's kind of like the more energy you give it, the more it sticks like glue kind of thing. Like emotion is glue. So if you are seeing something in the mirror and you're feeling like, oh my god, like you feel like your stomach drops and you're like, oh, I hate this. Like that. Think of it as like you're sticking to where you are even more powerfully. So you've got to stop making where you are so important. This is so key in dream body work, placing so much emphasis and power on where you are makes you feel so dense and stuck like nothing's ever going to change. And then it keeps you in the state of nothing ever changing, right? So the energy in which you approach the mirror is so important. And if you've listened to most of my podcast episodes or done any of my dream body courses, you'll know that I did go through a period where I got rid of all the mirrors, which was really powerful for me to just reset my energy around how I was viewing myself. But I say this is a caveat. I don't want you to avoid mirrors because you hate what you see. That's not going to change anything. That's like avoiding your bank account and avoiding paying bills because you don't like how it makes you feel. That's not going to make you a match for wealth. Okay. So the key here is don't let the mirror create all this emotion in your body that makes you feel so sticky and resistant. So how we do that is we begin. Sorry about the background noise. I'm in the van and there's a guy. I don't know if you can even hear it, but there's literally a van builder that has a shop on the property. So he's making a device, but it's fine. The gear is finding neutrality. And it's funny because it's perfectly relates to a major thing that has been coming out for me. And I talked about this yesterday inside the Man of Station Club. And I always know it's important because I literally heard of heard like I knew that I needed to talk about this because I've heard this exact theme come up from like four different people in like random trainings, podcasts, sub stacks all in the same week. So it is the first lesson and of course in miracles, which is nothing means anything. I'll say that again for those of you in the back. Nothing means anything. When you see your body in the mirror, your body means nothing. It's neutral. It is literally a body. It's our human mind that adds all the story and meaning and perspectives and then has us feeling so discouraged and stuck. Your body means nothing. The reflection in the mirror means nothing. So then the question is what are you making it mean? Because someone, this is this really changed my life and I know I've talked about this before but I used to think someone could be my exact size and shape. And let's say they had just lost 100 pounds. They would look at my body in the mirror with so much pride, so much confidence. They'd be showing it off. They'd be feeling successful. They'd be thinking holy shit. Like I look amazing. I'm so proud of myself, right? Or someone who is in your exact size and shape who just got over a major injury and can finally move freely again would be so excited for what's to come and building energy and strength and power. But what are you making it mean? Because I know if you're anything like me, years ago I made it that I was wrong. I was bad. I wasn't good enough. I'm not seeing the results I want. Therefore I'm never going to. Like what's wrong with me? Like feel the difference in those energetically the same exact body, completely different meanings that lead to completely different results. We always provide the meanings and the meanings we provide determine what happens next because these meanings are creating how you feel and how you feel is determining the actions that you take and the identity you take on how you feel is your frequency. So the first step here is you've got to find neutrality in your body. Your body is just a body. It's just a body. It's just a body. It doesn't have meaning, it's skin and bones and muscle. We all have bodies. Now what is the meaning you're prescribing when you look in the mirror? And I want you to actually get clear on this because this is the crux of everything. For example, last week I had my period. I was bloated, you know, feeling a little like not that great. But there was zero meaning. It was a body in the mirror. It's a body that I love and I'm so grateful for because it allows me to live my dream life. It's a body I'm excited to move. It's a body I'm excited to challenge. It's a body I'm excited to watch get stronger and leaner and fitter and age backwards. That's what I think about when I see my body in the mirror, no matter what shape or size it is. And I want you to stop making it mean anything aside from it's a body that I'm excited to feel better and better in. It's a body that I'm excited to love and experience life in. It's a body that I'm so grateful gets me through each and every day. It's a body that I'm literally blessed to be in. You are one in 400 trillion gazillion. You are so blessed to be in this body and in this planet and you are picking apart your stomach, right? If the mirror is causing a reaction in you, this is your sign that you need to neutralize these emotions and start giving a new meaning to what you're seeing. And it's like the same thing with money. If you're looking at your bank account and makes you want to freak out and high, then you aren't a match for money. But you've got, I don't want you to try to jump to feeling amazing. I just want you to feel neutral. If looking at your body makes you feel shame and disappointment and frustration, you're not a match for your dream body. So step one is always neutrality and acceptance. I've talked about this so many times, right? Second step is creating a new meaning and it might take time to get to the neutrality step first, okay? Then you create a new meaning and the third step is from there because you have neutrality and a new meaning, you start loving the shit out of yourself. And I cannot express to you the power that this did for me and how much it changed my life. When I could look at my body with total neutrality, that was step one. And then I began looking at it with love and respect and gratitude and it changed everything. And this was before my body ever changed. You've got to be willing to view your body differently. You've got to be willing to embrace it and love it and respect it now. And this will a gazillion percent skyrocket your results. And this reminds me I'm going to do a workshop coming up inside the Man of Station Club called Mirror at Mirror. So stay tuned for that because I want to talk about the power of mirror work. So take this on and your life and body will change forever. I can promise you that. One more thing to ask yourself is when you look at your body and think about your body, what's your overall energy? Because this is showing you your results. If it's shame and disgust and disappointment, well you can see why things aren't shifting. But if it's acceptance and love and anticipation and excitement for the future, like that is the vibe, right? Okay. So the next question is feeling like I can't get behind believing that my dream body can be easy. So I'm on a roller coaster of hope and disappointment. So the first thing that I want to do is give you a hutug and assure you that this absolutely can be like easy and available to you and something I've realized over the years of this work and working with so many women is this around ease. The ease only ever happens after deep acceptance and love for the body you have now. And I know that can be hard to hear because you wanted to change. So it feels impossible for you to love it now, but the fact that you're feeling disappointment tells me that you're not okay with where you are and you need things to change in order to feel okay. And the clients that I have experienced having the greatest ease and the most mind-blowing results, it's always after they found acceptance. Because here's the thing. Ease can't happen with resistance. And if you're still not liking your body and desperately needing it to change in order to feel better, then you're in resistance with your body. So what I would recommend for this person is spending a period of time letting go of trying to change your body. So you need to take your focus off the results altogether. And you need to spend all of your time feeling as good as humanly possible in your body now. And what that looks like I'm going to give you an exact example, but you're going to get so connected to the foods that feel good, the level of hunger and fullness that feels good, the clothes that feel good, the self-care that feels good, the movement that feels good, the way in which you speak to yourself that feels so good. And this is how you get your frequency on point. If you are feeling so genuinely good in your body head to toe, there will be drastic changes. And the funny part about completely loving yourself where you are is that the moment you do your body drastically begins to change. So people get all resistant about loving themselves when really I'm asking you to fully love yourself and the moment you do the way we'll start dropping off, you don't even have to love yourself for that long at this weight, okay? So I'm not asking that much. But so it's not like you have to spend years here, you just have to learn to embrace and adore your body for what it is. Literally it's a body. And I want to get so detailed on what this would look like for like a real life example in life, okay? First thing you would do, you wake up and you immediately send yourself some up. You get grateful that you are alive for another day. Thank you, body. Like you kept me alive, you processed the food you adjusted it like I woke up today, right? And let's say you see yourself in the mirror and you're like, oops, don't love that. I want you to quickly come back to neutral. This is an immediate thing. You turn away from the mirror if needed and you say this is a body. This is just a body. This is a temporary body that is always changing. Literally every second you are shedding cells and rearranging and going up and going down and waiting as always in flux. It's literally a collection of cells. I want you to really lean into the neutrality of the body. Remember, you are giving it all this meaning that is making you feel stuck. Once you feel neutral, I want you to then send yourself some love. And this is where I would love on myself in the mirror if possible. I tell myself, you're so smart. I'm pretty incapable and strong and your body is getting stronger and better every day. And I love your hair and your skin is glowing and you're smiling. And I just say I love you. And if I'm feeling, you know, if there's a part of my body that I'm not loving, I put my hands on it. I'd be like, I love you. I love you, right? I'll hold my stomach and say I love you. Thank you for digesting the food and taking care of me. I love you. I will spend as much time as needed to feel into a state of loving gratitude for my body exactly how it is without needing it to change. And you can do this too. This is possible for every single person listening to this podcast. And I'm not saying it's the easiest thing in the world. But once you get it, it's so freeing. You're going to release so much resistance and you'll so easily be able to see results. Okay. Then let's say you go to your morning routine, putting on your comfiest, cutest clothes and admiring how cute you are doing skincare maybe and admiring how you're aging backwards. And I don't even believe that. I just tell myself like in a playful way and play in the energy like girl, like you're looking like younger every single day, like your skin is glowing, you look amazing. And then I'd wait till I feel hungry. And I would ask myself what would feel so nourishing to eat that gives me energy and helps me stay focused and makes me feel my absolute best for the day I had because I want to feel so fucking good today. And when I eat it, I'd eat it with enjoyment and gratitude and intention for how it's going to make me feel amazing. It's going to be digested easily. I would savor it. I would thank it. I would feel as good as humanly possible while I'm eating and thinking about how it's going to make me feel so good and skinny and energized and happy and healthy and glowing. Okay. And then I drink water with the same energy, intention. This is adding energy and hydration to my cells and my skin and helping me operate and thrive and think clearly and I'm so grateful for this water that is so easily accessible. Like thank you water for nourishing my body. And when you get dressed, I want you to wear what makes you feel cute and happy. And this is why I wear hot pink all the time. And to my makeup and self-taught and put on eyelash just because it makes me feel pretty and magnetic and fun. And I compliment myself the entire time and I embrace what I see in the mirror and I tell myself I am perfect as I am. I am magnetic and kind and beautiful and brave and an amazing mom and a wife and a friend. And I am incredible at what I do in this world literally. If this sounds like overkill, good. You need to go overkill in order to counteract all of the negative ways you have been viewing yourself and speaking to yourself. Like how different does this day already sound? All you have done in the morning is we have only gotten to getting dressed. But normally what we are doing is we are getting up and we are hating ourselves and we are disrespecting ourselves in the mirror and we are beating ourselves up and we are eating food mindlessly and we are not connected at all to feeling good and we are rushing around completely disconnected. And then as you move through the day I just want you to move through it with intention. Anytime you glance in the mirror I want you to compliment yourself at least five times. Anytime you eat I want you to eat with intention, with gratitude, with happiness. Imagining how this food is going to help you feel so energized and healthy and thriving and bringing you to your happiest and healthiest body ever. When you move your body do it with joy, admiration, more mirror compliments, cute workout clothes that make you feel happy, good music, maybe a fun energy drink getting excited about how much stronger you feel, how much better you feel, how much more alive you feel or stretching your body and thinking how good it feels to just move to be alive. And then you get in the shower. With love and intention, massaging yourself, enjoying yourself, enjoying yourself in the shower if you want. Lifting to high frequency music, taking literally thinking about taking care of yourself, wash your hair with love, wash yourself with love. Like viewing yourself like you are the most magnificent and important person in the world because you literally are and viewing yourself with so much kindness. And as you go to bed I want you to think about all the ways in which you honored your body today, how you listened to it, how you took care of it, how you loved it, how you treated it with kindness and respect. You were intentional. You truly saw yourself in this elevated state. Go to bed with gratitude. I'm going to cry with your body because your body you cannot be on the surface of your body. And it's so important you guys like we are so hard on ourselves. We are so hard on our bodies. We are so mean to ourselves. And this body is literally doing the best it can for you every single day. If you didn't have this body you would not be alive on this planet. So we need to be more grateful for it. I just think about grandparents and just the 99 year old version of you would give anything to be in this body. Sorry. I'm getting really worked up about this. And I want you to feel like this about your body. I want you to be so grateful because your body allows you to be her most part with your family and your children. And to live the most incredible life. Okay. Pull together, TAB. I want you to really go ham on feeling how good can I possibly feel at my body in every aspect of my day. And I don't mean like yeah I feel fine whatever moving on whatever. Like I really want you to go higher. Be kinder. More love, more gratitude. Literally bring yourself to tears like I just did more intention, more admiration, more feeling so at home in your body because you are creating a reality where you can either feel so good and at home and in love with your body or feel like it's something you need to escape from. And if it's something you need to escape from you are not in alignment with your dream body. Okay. And I want you to repeat this day in and day out until it becomes your natural state. And do you really think that if you did this day in and day out if you truly embraced and loved and cared for and spoke so much kindness into your body and ate and move with so much intention and connection. Do you really think that your body wouldn't change literally? Compare that to how you're living now and I want you to truly, truly tell me nothing would change. That is impossible. And just a side note. We already know you know the Amodo study where he spoke the kindest of words into water and there were these perfect crystalline structures and the anger and hatred made like chaos in the water. The same is happening with your body and its structure. Like you need to pour. Your body is like a plant. Your body is like water. Your body needs like if you want your body to thrive, you got to speak to it into thriving. Okay. So that is everyone's homework. Those listening to this feel as good as possible as loving and kind and grateful as possible in your body every second of the day and watch how drastically not just your body changes but literally your entire fucking life. Okay. You are going to be glowing and magnetic and literally like this light and beacon of happiness and joy and kindness and love in human form. Okay. Doing this doesn't even leave room for disappointment because you're so focused on building yourself up. How could you ever feel anything but proud of yourself and who you are in this perfect human form? And the results will be a natural byproduct that you probably won't even really notice or care about because you already feel so good. And that is the secret sauce. Okay. Okay. Now, how do you let go? Next question was how do you let go of the all or nothing mindset for diet and exercise? So I talk about this in detail inside the dream body fast track, but essentially it's realizing that your body is made up of all of your collective choices over years, not just from a day or a week or a month, which isn't to say that you can't see very fast results you absolutely can, but your long term maintenance is about who you are at your core, right? And that's why people are yo-yo dieting all the time because they're not changing their actual core. That's the all or nothing mentality. That creates that creates yo-yo results. But you need to look at it longer term. So instead of how did I feel about today or how did I feel with the last like think about how did I feel but the last 30 days like you got to zoom out your perspective because your body isn't built in a day or a week or a month. It's collectively who you are at your baseline and that baseline changes over time of making decisions day to day to day to day to day. It's a collection of all your decisions. So it doesn't matter what day it is. It matters what decisions that I'm making, what am I connected to? Am I connected to feeling shitty in my body? Am I connected to where I'm headed and how I want to feel? And think about it as almost like an adding up. Like every time I make a connection and align with my dream body, I'm putting money in that jar, money in that jar, money in that jar. And it doesn't matter what day it is. It doesn't matter what month it is. It doesn't matter if you put money in that jar five times in one day and then you put money in that in the I hate my body jar and you binge eat or whatever, put money in that jar. Once in that day, it doesn't matter. You can go right back to putting money in the jar of your dream body. It does not matter. Your body is a collection of choices. The timing is irrelevant. So getting that all or nothing mindset out of your head is so important. I know my body is always adjusting. So if I overeat a little today, next week I might be less hungry or a week for now. Like it literally doesn't matter, right? Like it's always balancing out. Unless we're giving it all this meaning and then we're spiraling and then we're overeating more and more and more and more because we're beating ourselves up and feeling your shit, right? So maybe one week, I'll crave more sugar and the next week I'll crave more vegetables. So over the course of two weeks, I'm perfectly balanced. But I don't even think week to week or month to month, I think very long term. Like it's all balances out when you aren't making things have all this meaning and heaviness to them, right? Especially with women in our cycle, like we aren't meant to have, like perfectly stick to the same schedule of workouts and food. Like our cravings and movement patterns are going to change over the month. I just need to put the heater on in the van. So essentially, I don't give any meaning to it. Like when you take away the meaning, it's not the solid nothing. It's just like am I more connected or am I less connected, right? And I move my body and ways that feel good. I enjoy challenging my body and sometimes I'll want to do more to challenge my body and sometimes a stretch will feel like more than enough. I'll eat when I'm hungry. I want to feel as energized and good as possible. So I can choose foods that support me most of the time. If I want ice here, am I going to eat and enjoy ice cream? And then I probably won't want it for a while. Literally, this happened to me the other day. And it's only when we give all of this meaning to this how the day went that we set ourselves up for failure. We say, oh my god, I ate too much today. And then we feel shame. And then we feel the need to make it up. So whereas I feel totally neutral starting the day, if I ate too much yesterday, you might wake up already feeling black. You already feel like you need to do more to make up for yesterday. And that's where you are going to get into a very vicious cycle that will not work out for you. OK. We-- every single minute is a new minute, is a new moment. Think about time as this doesn't even exist. I could eat a chocolate bar. And then the next minute, I'm like, OK, back to connect to my dream body. Where someone else made it a chocolate bar. And they're like, oh my god, why did I do that? Oh, I'm never going to see results. Might as well eat everything else. Or even if you don't go down the cycle of eating everything else or struggle with binge eating, if you're beating yourself up, if you're feeling shame, if you're making yourself wrong, that's not leading you to your dream body. That is the opposite, right? So truly the core of it is viewing everything as neutral. And aiming to feel as good in your body day after day after day. And adding those-- letting those add up, right? What is my favorite approach to shifting beliefs about body and weight loss? And my favorite way is the work I do with my 101 Clients, which is in a session, we'll do a combination of tapping, of hypnosis, of matrix dream printing and energy work. And that combo is my favorite because it's fully scientifically neuroscience-backed. We know it's literally changing and rewiring your brain. So by the way, if you don't have dream body yet, did I already say this? I don't know if I did. We don't have dream body yet. And you want dream body. I am offering a free 101 session, 90-minute session with me with the purchase of dream body this week. And we go deep. I send you a questionnaire where you're basically like expressing every single thing that's within your brain about food and body and whatever else. And I pinpoint the exact things that are keeping you stuck. And we literally rewrite them in real time. We do really powerful work with your brain. So that is my favorite way to change beliefs. It's a combination of a few different things. What if you want to lose weight by a specific date, like 15 pounds in four months? OK. So I actually really like this question because I have such a great analogy for you guys. So you can do that. However, it really depends on where you are in your journey. If you are still-- I hate my body. I need to change it. I don't feel good. Oh my god. Well, I'm in panic. I'm in resistance. I'm in urgency. No. I don't want you trying to lose weight by a specific date. OK. It is only going to send you totally backwards. It is not going to work. Because-- so for example, I feel like I could be like, OK, if I want to lose 15 pounds in four months, it would be very simple, very easy, because I have zero attachment. I literally don't care. I love myself more. I am. I don't make anything mean anything. So if I was going to do that, I wouldn't-- I first of all, wouldn't use weight as a measurement, because it's so irrelevant to how your body looks. When putting on muscle or losing fat, you could completely transform your entire body and weight. And your weight could stay exactly the same, but you could be smaller in every single way. So if I was looking for a specific transformation by a specific date, like for example, I want to feel absolutely incredible as made of honor standing up there next to Lauren. I just want to feel really good. I want my arms to look ripped. So I would get-- so-- and this is exactly what I'm doing. I would get so clean and clear on exactly how I desire to look and feel in that dress. I would have very strong image in my mind that I am filtering everything through that connection and making decisions from that version of me. So it is kind of like living from the end. However, it's a little bit different. I just feel so clear on how I want my arms and shape to look in that dress. And I really am connected to where I'm going. I work out from that image. I dress from that image. I eat from that image. I make all my decisions from that feeling and connection to where I'm headed. In the meantime, I don't give a fuck about how I look now or how far away it feels or how far I have to go or where I feel like where I don't even think this, but where it's like I'm falling short, I'm not good enough. It doesn't matter. I know where I'm going. Anything right now is irrelevant. And this is why I could lose 15 pounds of form and so if I wanted because it doesn't matter to me essentially, there's no resistance. There's no-- there's no-- what am I trying to say? Because if you're giving all this meaning to where you are now, you can't really change, right? So I have no meaning. So therefore, it's easy. Does that make sense? So in the meantime, I don't give a fleeting thought to wherever I'm now because it's completely irrelevant. That's the image of my mind. It's really a matter-- really for me, it's a matter of how connected I am to a day and a day out. And essentially, I either am connected to it or I'm not. So it's really about staying focused and like my-- I swear I have ADHD. And like knowing where I'm headed and keeping that at the top of my mind, that's the hardest part, essentially. So I would equate it to going on a road trip. And think of it. I was like when I'm connected to and making decisions from that place, you know, I'm moving and grooving. I'm on my way. But when I disconnect, when I might judge where I am or get upset about what I see in the mirror, that is like pulling off the highway, stopping the car, and then getting upset about where you currently are and how far away you are from your destination. It makes no sense. Why would you do that? Why would you pull off the highway? Why would you slow yourself down? And then that's not even it. People will just set up camp there for weeks in frustration instead of just carrying on back on the highway back to where I'm headed. So your speed and rate of success for dream body is as your ability to just keep driving and stay focused on the final destination in your mind. Or are you pulling over every single day saying, I didn't drive far enough. I didn't do enough. I fucked up. I ate that chocolate. I binge. Now I'm going to sit here on the side of the road and judge myself for a few days. And then I'm going to bring more people in and get them to camp out with me and talk about how hard it is. And I'm going to seek evidence for the fact that I'm never going to get there. Nothing's ever going to change for me. This is literally what you're doing. Meanwhile, there's a version of you that just got straight back on the road immediately. And it's already halfway there. And you're still stuck on what happened a week ago, and you let it spiral into something so much bigger. So really taking away the meaning and it's not that deep. Just keep driving. Turn the music on. Have fun. Get excited about where you're headed. Look at yourself and tell yourself how fucking awesome you are and enjoy the road trip. And when you get to the final destination, you'll realize it wasn't even that exciting. Nothing much has even changed. Now you just live there. And you're probably ready for a new road trip and a new challenge soon. So can you enjoy the road trip and just keep driving? This is the difference between me, now and me back then. So I might now I'll eat a chocolate bar while driving. I keep on driving. I eat it in the energy of where I'm headed with enjoyment and satisfaction. Whereas back in the day, I was pulling over before I even ate the chocolate bar. Just for wanting the chocolate bar, I was wrong, I was bad, I was shameful. And then because I'm already pulled over, I might as well eat it all. Then I'd feel sick, then I'd camp out for a day or two, then I'd repeat that cycle over and over again. And just went in circles. Now I would say I rarely get out of the car. I know where I'm headed. I'm moving that energy. I remain connected to it. I know let anything pull me off to the side of the road. Remember, the chocolate bar is meaningless. But what meaning are you giving to it? That is going to determine. If you're in the car or you're pulling over. So the summary of that answer is, for the fastest results, you need to remain energetically connected and intentional around where you're going. And you will know exactly what to do when you're connected to it. That's the thing. When you're connected to how you desire to feel, you know what feels aligned and what doesn't. You just need to actually trust yourself. So I think of it as this kind of like golden thread like pulling me forward. I'm in the energy of where I'm going. I might be driving through Tim Buck too, but I'm connected to and thinking about and so excited for that beautiful beach I'm heading to. It's like the energy of having a vacation booked. Your day to day life feels different. You move differently. You're connected to something that you know is coming in the future so you prepare for it. You move in anticipation of it. You know where you're going. And you know what you need to do to be prepared for the vacation you plan, you pack, you buy new clothes, you book excursions or not book excursions. You know what you need to do to make that vacation amazing. And that is going to look different for every single person. because we all have different preferences. That's how I feel about dream body. It's like, I know where I'm going, and if there's a timeline, then I just need to be more focused, right? Like, if the timeline is really long, if the vacation's a year away, you don't really have to think about it, there's a lot more leeway, right? So when there's a timeline on dream body, it's literally just being more intentional. That is the name of the game. Are you doing things with intention or are you on autopilot? Because at first, your autopilot is gonna keep you where you are. That's how your subconscious works. It wants to keep you safe. It wants to keep you the same. So the more you're on autopilot, the more you're remaining the same. It's not about working harder when it comes to dream body or anything. It's about being more intentional. You might not have to do anything differently at all, but it's the energy in which you're doing it. And this works perfectly with the analogy. Driving is driving is driving. But are you driving with intention towards the destination? Are you driving on aimlessly on autopilot without connection and then also pulling over and beating yourself up every single day? (laughs) Right? And this reminds me, you know, the energy in which you do something is determining your results. You're either driving with intention of, driving or moving through a day with the intention of where you're going and how you desire to feel in your body or not. And that will change your results. And I know it's hard to believe, but like you might be led to do something different, but you might not. But I see a lot of people who are already doing more than enough who are eating way healthier than I eat, who are working out way more than I'm working out. And they're not saying results because they're doing all that. They're driving around in circles in their neighborhood on autopilot, right? They're not doing it with the intention of this is taking me where I wanna go and this is where I'm going, right? And it's like the housekeeper study where I've talked about so many times, but quick, these housekeepers, they didn't view themselves as active or fit, but then when these researchers came and sat them down and told them like, actually, you would be viewed as like highly active because everything you do in a day, you know, housekeeping. And then they came back a month later after these people were like, ooh, that's who I am. I am an active person. And they changed their identity, but they didn't change anything they were doing yet they all dropped fat. Their blood pressure went down. Their waist circumference went down. All of these markers went down because they did the same thing. They were still driving, but they changed the energy in which they're driving. They had a new energy attached to the driving. The energy in which you do something is determining your results. So regardless, like the only thing that actually matters is the energy in which you're doing it. Is the hardest thing in the entire world. What the fuck are you talking about? Like you're such a bitch. I would be so angry at me. But so I feel you if that is something that you're experiencing as you listen to this. But I promise you, it is a matter of shifting who you are being. Summary:

FAQs

Stop giving the mirror power over your emotional state. First, find neutrality by remembering your body means nothing—it's neutral. Then create a new meaning, like gratitude and love, before your body changes.

Let go of trying to change your body and focus on feeling as good as possible in it now. Spend time on foods, movement, and self-care that feel good, and fully love your body where it is—results will follow naturally.

Neutrality stops the emotional glue that keeps you stuck. If you react with shame or disappointment, you resist change. Neutrality allows you to shift to love and acceptance, which raises your frequency for manifestation.

Start with neutrality by saying 'this is just a body.' Then send love by complimenting yourself, holding parts you dislike, and thanking your body for its functions. Repeat daily until it becomes natural.

Wake up with gratitude, neutralize negative mirror thoughts, compliment yourself, eat nourishing food with intention, wear clothes that feel good, move with joy, and shower with love. End the day by honoring how you cared for your body.

Your energy is your frequency, which determines your results. Negative emotions like shame create resistance and keep you stuck, while love and gratitude align you with your dream body, leading to natural changes.
