Speaker 1Are you ready for God's Word? Are you ready? Let's clap your hands. We know that your life is set on us because of Jesus. And let's bless Him more than our hearts have ever called for the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Dear Holy Spirit, we embrace your ministry. We receive your revealing ministry, your teaching ministry, your testifying ministry. All your ministries make known to us the miracles of God. And we receive the engrafted Word of God. We are never the same. We are blessed and transformed in Jesus' name, the Son of God. Amen. Hallelujah. All right, turn with me to the book of Matthew. Chapter 6. Beginning from verse 25. Matthew chapter 6, beginning from 25. Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life what ye shall eat. Or what ye shall drink. Nor yet for your body what ye shall put on. It's not the life more than meat. And the body than remnant. Behold the fowls of the air. For they sow not, neither do they reap. Nor gather into bands. Yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Which of you are taking this message? For taking thought can add one cubit to the stature. And why take ye thought for remnant? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They toil not, neither do they spin. And yet I say unto you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore if God so clotheth the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow, is cast into the oving, shall he not much more clothy? O ye of little faith! Praise God! I am speaking on the subject, the cure for little faith. Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? Or what shall we drink? Or wherewithal shall we be clothed? For after these things, do the Gentiles seek for your heavenly Father, that ye have need for all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. Therefore no thought for the morrow, for the morrow shall take thought of the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Hallelujah! Praise God! So Jesus said, Wherefore if God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow it is cast into the oving, shall he not much more clothy? And he said, O ye of little faith. So I want to speak to you on the cure for little faith. Hallelujah! The cure for little faith. Now the Lord Jesus Christ said, O ye of little faith, five times, in the Gospels. It is repeated five times, okay? Five times, O ye of little faith, O ye of little faith. Now of these five times, two of them addresses anxiety and worry, and two addresses fear, and one addresses the lack of spiritual understanding. So he said, O ye of little faith, five times. In Matthew and in Luke, two addresses anxiety and worry, then two addresses fear, then the last one addresses spiritual understanding. Now in English we have, O ye of little faith, about five words. But in the Greek it is only one word. Only one word. The word is oligopistos. Oligopistos. Just one word. Little faith. Now what is little faith? People have wondered, because Jesus himself once upon a time said that if you have faith as a grain of a mustard seed, he shall say to this mountain, "With thou removed yonder and be cast into the sea," and he says, "It shall obey you, and nothing shall be impossible to you." Jesus spoke of the mustard seed. Matthew 17:20. Then he also said that it is the smallest seed among all seeds. When they are planted, the mustard seed is the smallest of all seeds. Mark 4:31. So, if you have a mustard seed faith, it means it is a very small faith. Is that not so? But with this faith he said that nothing shall be impossible to you. With the mustard seed faith. That's a quality of faith. Nothing shall be impossible. Matthew 17:20. But how come Jesus gave a tender rebuke against little faith? If the tiniest faith, which is the mustard seed faith, can do everything. He says nothing shall be impossible. How come he rebuked little faith? Who is following? Now the word little faith, little faith is the Greek word oligopistos. It's actually one word, but it has compounded the compound of two words. Oligo and pistos. Now pistos is faith. Oligo in the Greek actually means something that is short lived. Something that is short lived. It is the word for brief. Something that is very brief. Something that is of a short lifespan. Something that doesn't continue. Something that begins but is just cut off. It is brief. It has a short span. It doesn't continue. That is the word oligo. So little faith is the faith that begins well but it doesn't end well. That's why Jesus called it little faith. It begins. It begins well but gets discouraged in the midst thereof. It is short lived. For instance, there was a time Jesus was walking on the sea and Peter said, "If you are the one, bid me to come." So Jesus said, "Come." So Peter began to walk on the sea. That is faith. Is that not so? Peter actually walked on the sea. As long as he was looking to Jesus, he walked on the sea. As long as he focused on Jesus, the loss of gravity was suspended. Miracles happen if you have your gaze on Jesus. But he turned from Jesus to see the waves. Because he was afraid that he began to sink. And Jesus said, "Wherefore dost thou doubt, O ye of little faith?" So Jesus said, "Rebuke him for little faith." Why? Because he began but that faith was short lived. He began looking to Jesus, succeeding, but he turned his eyes from Jesus and began to sink. So he began in faith but it didn't end in faith. It is called little faith. It begins well but doesn't end well. It is actually short lived. Hallelujah. That is little faith. It happens to us. We start believing and we turn to circumstances. Then we are consumed. You know what made Peter sink? It wasn't the violence of the wind that made Peter sink. It wasn't the region of the sea that made Peter sink. It was his little faith that made him sink. What consumes us are not the adversities or the adversaries of life. It is we not believing. The challenges and circumstances and adversities, they are nothing before our God. It is we believing. Because Jesus is bigger than all of that. Hallelujah. But you see, sometimes we wonder if we are in faith. We wonder if we are in faith. The reason is because we try to have faith in our faith. Instead of having faith in Jesus, Now, faith is not conscious of itself. is conscious of Jesus. The better way to test yourself whether you are in faith is this. Are you conscious of God's love? That is it. The Bible says in Galatians 5 verse 6 that in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision availeth anything but faith that worketh by love. If you are conscious of God's love for you, the more you know how much God loves you, how much He is faithful to you, how much He cares for you, if you are conscious of God's love, God's care for you, you are actually in faith. You are actually in faith. Now the Bible says that the just shall live by faith. How many of you have read that before? It appears four times in the Bible. It begins from Habakkuk 2 verse 4. Once in the Old Testament. Then in the New Testament we have Romans 1 verse 17. Galatians 3 verse 11. Then we have Hebrews chapter 10 verse 38. Three times it is mentioned in the New Testament. But the first occurrence is Habakkuk 2 verse 4. Let's see Habakkuk 2 verse 4. Behold his soul which is littered up is not upright in him, but the just shall live by his faith. You see I want to read it to you in the Hebrew. The Hebrew language has a letter twist. The Hebrew language says that the just shall live by his. In the Hebrew, the his, the H is capitalized. It's capital H. Alright. Then in the Hebrew, it is not faith. It is not emun. It is emunah. In Hebrew, it is faithfulness. So the Hebrew says the just shall live by God's faithfulness. Now, what does it mean? Just occupy yourself knowing that God is faithful. Look, if you see God being faithful to you in every situation, just count on God's faithfulness. Just count on God's goodness. Just count on God's care. Just count on God's grace. Just see how faithful God is. But you see, look at how Paul interpreted it in the New Testament. Paul says the just shall live by faith. What does it mean? If you see God in his faithfulness, God sees you in faith. So how do you walk in faith? Just walk around knowing God is faithful to me. God will not leave me. God will not disappoint me. He will never fail. He's keeping me. He's protecting me. He loves me. He cares for me. You are in faith. That is it. See God in his faithfulness, then he will see you in faith. Yeah. Faith is conscious of its object. Jesus is the object of our faith. It is not having faith and sucking yourself to see whether you have faith. No. Relax. And just be conscious of God's love for your life. Praise God. Corey Ten Boom. If you've heard of Corey Ten Boom, he was a survivor of the German concentration camp the day of the Holocaust when the Jews were being killed. Six million Jews were killed. She used her home as a refuge for a lot of the Jews. And she was saving the Jews. God used her to rescue a lot of Jews and she was hiding them in his house. Sorry, in her house. Until one day, she was found out and arrested. And once she was arrested, even in the prison camps, she was preaching Christ. Preaching Christ. At the peril of her life. Now, they asked her, they said, Corey, you have a great faith. You must have a great faith. You know her answer? She says, no. I have a great God. Don't occupy yourself with having a great faith. Occupy yourself with a consciousness of having a great God who loves you. And I'm telling you, that people will see you to be in great faith. Now, at the concentration camps, it was wild under Hitler. You can just imagine. Her sister, Betty, actually died in prison. She died because of standing for Jesus. And when she was on her deathbed, she told Corey her last words. Let everybody know this. She said, let everybody know this. There is no there is no deep pit where God's love is not deeper still. There is no deep pit where God's love is not deeper still. This is someone who had preached and she was suffering for what she believed. She could have had opportunity to complain and to murmur. Even in death, she saw herself in the love of God. So, no matter what you are going through in life, no matter whichever pit you are in, Betty says the love of God is deeper still. I am telling you, he loves you. He loves you. Hallelujah. You see, Apostle Paul prayed a certain prayer for the church at Ephesus in Ephesians 3, 17, 18, that they may be able to comprehend with all sins what is the breadth and length and depth and height and to know the love of Christ that passeth knowledge that ye might be filled with all of the fullness of God. This is it. Normally, when we talk about being filled with the Holy Ghost, we only emphasize on maybe speaking in tongues. So, if I ask you, how can you be filled with the Holy Ghost? I am sure you talk about speaking in tongues. Yeah, of course, and it is true. Just go and hide somewhere and speak in tongues. Yeah, when you speak in tongues, you will be filled with the Holy Ghost. It is true. But there is another way we can be filled with the Holy Ghost which has not been emphasized. Which way is that? Apostle Paul prayed for the church, the Ephesian church, that they will be able to comprehend with all sins the breadth, the depth, the height, and all of that. And to know the love of Christ. Not love for Christ, but the love of Christ. Not how much they love Christ, but how much Christ loves them. The love, not for Christ, but of Christ. That passeth knowledge. So, the more as you begin to grow in a consciousness of how much God loves you, just know how much He loves you. Know how much He loves you. As you grow in the knowledge of how much He loves you, you will be filled with the Holy Ghost. That is it. That is how to be filled with all of the fullness of God. To be filled with God is to be filled with the Spirit. Because the Spirit is the essential essence, the nature of God. Praise God. When you speak in tongues, you can be filled with the Holy Ghost. But if you are conscious of His love, I'm telling you, you will be filled with God, with the Holy Ghost. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe you are afraid. The Bible says, perfect love casts out fear. Hallelujah. Just keep yourself in the love of God. And you'll see your prayers being answered. Everything will work together for your good. Even when you make a mistake, God still loves you. His love never changes. He's immutable. He doesn't change. He doesn't evolve. No. He doesn't change. Hallelujah. All right. Let's go to our text. Matthew chapter 6, verse 25. Our Lord Jesus said, "Take no thoughts for your life." Take no thoughts for your life. Now, He's not saying, "Never think about your life." You see? He's not saying, "Never think." This is Old English, King James English. But the word, "Take no thoughts," is actually the word that we use in the Bible. It's the word that we use in the Bible. with. But we look at the circumstances and we start becoming troubled, worried, and anxiety sets in. And little faith emerges. What is about worry that Jesus had to say three times, that don't be worried about your life? Now, worry is so dangerous. See, the word worry, in modern day English, it doesn't carry the weight as it was used in the beginning. In the middle English, now when we say middle English, I hope you understand. Middle English was the English that was spoken between 1180 to 1580. We call that middle English. So the word worry was actually the word worrying. And the word worrying actually means to injure or to kill. And in those times, when they used the word worrying, it is the word that describes how a wolf will attack a sheep. The way a wolf will attack a sheep to either injure it or to kill it. That was the word for worry. That means worry is enough to kill you. Worry can kill you. So Jesus says, don't be worried. I'll tell you, never be worried. Anxiety is from the Latin word angere, which means to strangle. To strangle someone to death. That's the word anxiety. Now, anxiety, worry, they are so dangerous that some of you have wondered why your prayers are not being answered. It is not because God is not loving. It is because you have positioned yourself in a way you cannot receive answers. Because in Philippians 4, 6 he said, be careful for nothing. It's the same word. Be worried. Don't be worried about anything. It's the same word for worry. Be careful for nothing. But by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be made known unto God. This is it. For your prayers to be answered, put down worry, then pray. Then your prayers are answered. That's the procedure. It says, put down worry, then pray. Then your prayers will be answered. But if you are praying while worrying, you are dishonoring the omnipotent. You are dishonoring. It's actually a dishonor. It's a language of dishonor. So you can't be worried, worried, and praying, praying. No. Let your prayers not be answered. Are you here with me? One of the ways why many people are unfruitful with Christian living, they are listening to tapes, but the way it's not bearing fruit is because they are too worried. When you are worried, you can't bear fruit. You know the parable Jesus gave about the sower that went forth to sow. The seeds that fell among thorns. It grew up, but it was choked by the thorns. And Jesus interpreted the thorns as the curse of this life. Worry. So actually, worrying chokes the word from taking root in your life and from bearing fruit in your life. You understand? Worrying is dangerous. It's dangerous. Charles Mayu, who was the founder of the Mayu Clinic, which is reputed as one of the best hospitals in the world. Doc. Yeah. I hear it's one of the best hospitals. Yeah. He made a wonderful statement. He says, worry affects your circulation. It affects your glands. Affects your heart. And affects your whole nervous system. Yeah. And more people have been killed by worry than any other thing. See, after today, I'll never worry again. There are people who are even worried that they are not even worried. Yeah. When they are at peace for one month, they become troubled. Why am I so much at peace? Should life be this way? They are so worried for not being worried. But your life is supposed to be in perpetual and less permanent peace. But the question is this. Man of God, you are saying we should not be worried. It's not possible. It's not possible. How can you say we shouldn't worry? It's not possible. I thank God I'm not telling you not to worry. The architect of your life, of your heart, your maker, the one who made you, says, don't be worried. So can you tell Jesus, why are you telling me not to be worried? Some people, I cannot help it but worry. No. The one who made you and who knows you better than yourselves is telling you, don't be worried. If he says, don't be worried, you can do it. If you tell yourself you cannot do it, you are implying he's so cruel to tell you, don't be worried. If he tells you not to worry, why else do you know you are helpless not to worry? So I'm glad that Jesus himself is saying, don't worry. It comes from him. He is the one who says, let not your heart be troubled. That means you have the ability to let not your heart be troubled. Yeah, he said it. Never say, oh, I'm helpless. I'm a warrior. Expert in warring. No, he says you can do it. Say, I can do it. Yeah. And his words are steadfast. Look, he is called the truth. His name is the truth. He is the one who upholds all things by the word of his power. He is the alpha and the omega. That means he is the very alphabet of God. Jesus, his words are sustaining the power behind gravity, centripetal. What is holding the earth? What is holding the stars? He upholds all things, sustains all things, maintains all things by the word of his power. Jesus. It is by his word. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made and all the starry hosts by the breath of his lips. By his word he made everything. And this same word is saying, don't be worried. Don't be worried. He cares for you and cares for your life and he wants long life for you. He wants you to enjoy life and be satisfied with life so he says, don't be worried. Because he is there to fix everything. The Bible says, casting your cares upon him for he cared for you. Anytime I'm tempted to worry, there is a verse that comes to my heart. Should I share it with you? Alright. Psalm 68 verse 19. Now, I don't want you to, let's read from either the Amplified or the Net. Psalm 68 verse 19. The Amplified or the Net. Look at what it says. Blessed be the Lord who bears our burden day by day. The God who is our salvation. Listen. Blessed be the Lord who one version says, every day, carries our burdens. Now, when you wake up in the morning and you are full of burden, whether it is marital burden, whether it is academic burden, whether it is relational burden, whether it is towards your work, no matter the burden, wake up. The Bible says, this is it. Either you are bearing it or the Lord is bearing it. The Bible says, he is interested in bearing your burden day by day. So normally, if something heavy comes to my heart, I'll quote this verse. It says, Lord, take it. The Bible says, your word says, you bear my burden daily. This is my burden I give to you. And it says, even the God of our salvation. Let's go back to the verse, the God of our salvation. Now, the Hebrew actually says, even El Yeshua. That's the Hebrew. Even El Yeshua. Yeshua is Jesus. And El, even, literally, even God, Jesus. Even El. So the El Yeshua is bearing your burdens every day. So you can laugh every day. You can be at peace every day. And when you give him the burden, believe that he is faithful to bear it. Believe he is trustworthy. Believe he never fails. I'm telling you, the devil will still bring it to your mind. I want you to feel the pain. As if nothing has happened, keep confessing. The Lord bears my burdens. Yeah. When the weight is coming on you, keep confessing, I refuse to worry. El Yeshua carries my burdens. Yeah. That's how to live. Hallelujah. Yeah. If fear is coming into your heart, say, I refuse to fear. El Yeshua. You see, he is the God of salvation. And you know the word salvation, so Soteria is an and compassionate way pastor has taught you well it is the word for healing the word for preservation the word for deliverance the word for safety so el yeshua on that day as he carries your burdens is bringing you preservation bringing you protection bringing you healing bringing you health bringing you all blessings he's the el yeshua praise god take no thought for your life look at how much he cares for us he doesn't want you to even be worried about whatever the doctor has diagnosed concerning your body he doesn't want you to worry about the financial crisis he just went through all he needs from you is jesus one day jesus was asleep on the boat the disciples were full of fear and they were raging storms they said lord save us we are praying jesus rose up and gave them a tender rebuke and said oh ye of little faith he gave them a tender rebuke so why were you afraid oh you're of little faith can you imagine that jesus did not rebuke them for disturbing his sleep although he was tired he rebuked them for disturbing his sleep he rebuked them for disturbing his sleep although he was tired he rebuked them for disturbing themselves with fear in the book of mark in fact they blame him they said don't you care that we are perishing but the man is asleep from ministerial labors they woke him up and said they said don't you care care is not down that we perish they were blaming him for what he did not cause if it was you would have you would have you'd have addressed blame first to save your face before attacking the problem but jesus that is jesus for you right that is jesus for you but jesus though they disturbed his sleep never rebuked them for disturbing his sleep he rebuked them that they had disturbed themselves with fear he cares for you what are you afraid of in life what is causing you to be afraid of what is causing you to be afraid of what is causing you to be afraid of what is causing you to be afraid of what is causing you to be afraid of is it what the doctor has said is it what the doctor has said is it what the doctor has said how about a great physician what has he how about a great physician what has he how about a great physician what has he said said said what has the great physician said what has the great physician said what has the great physician said do you believe in the bible in his word do you believe in the bible in his word do you believe in the bible in his word koramaya koramaya koramaya he's the el yeshua hallelujah he's the el yeshua he's the el yeshua take no thought for your he's the el yeshua take no thought for your life life life what you shall eat and what you shall what you shall eat and what you shall what you shall eat and what you shall drink drink drink not yet for your body what you shall put not yet for your body what you shall put not yet for your body what you shall put on so jesus is addressing basic on so jesus is addressing basic on so jesus is addressing basic necessities of life necessities of life necessities of life eating drinking clothing people can become eating drinking clothing people can become eating drinking clothing people can become so worried about eating so worried about eating so worried about eating and drinking and clothing but the and drinking and clothing but the and drinking and clothing but the challenge is this challenge is this challenge is this some people are not so worried about what some people are not so worried about what what they are eating today, or what they are being clothed today. They are worried about what they will eat tomorrow. And what they will be clothed with tomorrow. That is why there are people who are doing a lot of savings. Now, savings is good, but there are people who are saving out of fear. In case tomorrow fails, what will happen? It's good to save, but never save out of fear. So, there are people who are worried, not for what they will eat today. They have food on their table, but they are worried about their tomorrow. If tomorrow stands, what about if this job dismisses me? What about if I don't last in this company? What about if they change their mind? What about if? What if? What if? What if? So many what ifs. Praise God. So, there are people who are worried about tomorrow, how their lives will be. Jesus says, don't be worried. Then he says, it's not the life more than meat. Meat is the word for food. It's not the life more than food and the body than ramen. Now, in this chapter, Jesus asks us so many questions just to cause us to think of who the Father is. He says, it's not the life more than meat. What was he saying about worry? He's asking a question. Life and food, which is important, your body and clothing, clothing, which is important. The reason is because the clothing exists because of your body. Food exists because of your life. Is that not so? If there was no body, human body, there would have been no clothing. If there was no life, there would have been no food. Is that not so? Jesus is saying, if God has given you the greater gift of life, and the greater gift of your body, will he not give you the lesser gift of food and clothing? That is what Jesus is telling us to reason. To come out of worry. It's not the life more than meat and the body than ramen. If he has given you a body, which is greater, why are you doubting that he will give you something which is lesser? Mere clothing. If he has given you life, which is the greater gift, why are you doubting that he will give you food to sustain that life? That's what Jesus has taught. The reason people struggle is because they are worried. Because worry is a barricade to faith. It causes us not to receive what God has freely given us. If we're not worried, those blessings would have come. But your worry was like a barricade for you receiving a blessing. If God spared not his own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him freely give us all things? That is Paul's reasoning. Now Paul reasoned the same way like Jesus is reasoning. In Romans 8 verse 32, he says, If God spared not his own son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him freely give us all things? God gave us, some people are complaining that God is not kind to them. God is not giving them that. And God is not giving them this. Paul is reasoning that if God gave you the greater gift, his son, God gave you the most expensive gift, his son, Jesus. And he gave it to you free of charge. If God didn't spare his son, but delivered him, gave him for your payment, for your ransom. What will he then withhold from you? If God is withholding something from you, he is implying that what he is withholding is greater than what he already gave you. So God will never withhold anything from you, because he has already given you that which can never be given. That is Jesus. So if he gave you the greater gift, why are you doubtful of the lesser? Then Jesus went on and said, Behold the fowls of the air. Fowls are birds. The birds of the air. Now Jesus was a very good illustrative teacher. Now he is going to tell us about, give us lessons from birds and flowers. Concerning the simple faith life. Whenever you walk in town and you see, you wake up and you see birds and flowers, he is telling you something. And you will understand when I finish the message. Birds and lilies. There was a man who lived a very long time ago. His name was called George Muller of Bristol. If you have heard of George Muller of Bristol. One of my great inspirers. Now George Muller built all of his faith on these verses. All of his ministry was carried on because of these verses. Because of God's promises for birds and lilies. That is how his faith was activated. So he is always listed among the great hall of faith. People have written about great men who walked in faith. George Muller is always mentioned. Now George Muller made a unique statement. This is what he said. He said that the beginning of anxiety is the end of faith. And the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety. That's what he said. The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith. Now I pray that the revelation Mola had in these verses, you have the same thing today. God's promises for birds and lilies. Mola was born in 1805 and he went to be with the Lord in 1898. So he wasn't someone who was born recently. I mean he died in 1898, a very long time ago. Few years after his marriage by the time he was 39 years of age he believed God to take care of 130 orphans at age 39. And these orphans he was the one who was feeding them clothing them and housing them. And he wasn't getting help from anywhere. He was only believing God for them. Now the orphans began to grow until they increased in number up to 2,100 orphans. And he housed them, clothed them and fed them daily. Can you imagine? Daily. That's not a joke. And you know how he believed God? Daily. Now there's this popular story about his faith where one day there was no food and the children went to the dining and he put empty plates in front of all of them with their cutlery. Plates and cutlery. There was no food. And he said, children, shall we close our eyes and thank God for our food? There was no food. Empty plates. Then he lifted up his voice to thank God for his supplies and provisions. Because he reasoned that if God can care for birds and feed them daily, how much more him. That was his reasoning. Yeah. Birds who are not redeemed, God can care for them. So he had that faith. As he was thanking God for the children, for their food. That's faith. He had a knock on his door. And someone knocked on the door and said, a baker actually knocked on his door and said, God woke me up at 2 a.m., midnight and I felt you needed bread. So I baked bread for all your children. So the bread was distributed for all the children. Just the moment all the distribution was done, there was another knock on his door. A man carrying milk in greater quantities. Got in front of their residence and the milk cart got broken. So he knocked on their door and said, I'm going to the next village to deliver all this milk, but the cart is broken. So can I deliver it to your children? So the milk was delivered and that's how they had their breakfast. This is just one of the many testimonies of George Wallace's life. If it was you, what will you do? No food for children. Oh God. Oh God. No. No, he was, he had fed on the word that he trusted God. God will do the same thing for you. And not, I mean his life, I admire his life. Because you see, he went on to, to purchase a 13 acre piece of land and built houses for the children. Filled with, filled the land with houses for the children. Then he built 100 schools. George Wallace built 100 schools. Wallace sponsored 9,000 children in education. 9,000 children in the education plus clothing and feeding. 9,000 children. Mola sponsored and cared for 189 missionaries. George Mola. All by the revelation of beds and flowers and lilies. He printed 4 million tracts and he was doing that yearly. Thousands of Bibles impacting the world. All because of his faith. Now all of these things he said it himself in his autobiography, himself. That is what he said, he said, all of these things are done and he said, I don't know the next, the next step of the future, how the supplies will come, but I believe in my infinite treasurer. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Faith honors God. And God honors faith. God always honors faith. Faith in your daily living, trusting in him, is very expensive. Jesus said, behold the fowls of the air. I can just give you a picture of what was happening. Now, this was a seminar on a mount. And all the multitude were seated. And Jesus was speaking. And all of a sudden, as he was speaking, addressing anxiety, some birds began to fly. Some birds began to fly. And Jesus just said, look. Look at the birds of the air. But that is what actually happened. How do I know? Because the word behold is used in the aorist imperative tense. Now, the aorist imperative actually means, look. Now. Yeah. Yeah. Look now. So, as Jesus was just speaking and teaching, birds began to pass. And Jesus was very illustrative. And he drew their attention and said, look now. Look now. Look now. The birds, the fowls of the air. And Jesus said, they sow not. They don't reap. They don't gather into barns. He's telling us that they don't work. They don't have storehouses. They don't have the mental capacity to even store in barns. Yeah. They don't have that mental capacity. They cannot store what they have labored in barns. That means they don't even have bank accounts for storage and for keeping. They don't have savings accounts. The birds don't have savings accounts to secure their future. They are not workers and they don't also worry. They are not warriors. Now, I'm not saying go and stop your work. You understand? I'm talking about trust. So, he pointed to the birds. He said, look at them. Stress-free. Worry-free. Anxiety-free. They don't work. They don't gather to keep. Then he said, yet your heavenly father fed them. Martin Luther, in his homily, in his sermon, actually said that the sparrow, you know the sparrow, can you show as a sparrow? The sparrow, this is the sparrow. We see it everywhere. We see them everywhere. The sparrow consumes one bushel of grain in 12 months. Okay, bushel is a Bible term. But a bushel is more than 35 liters. Yes. So, this single bird will eat 35 liters of grain in 12 months, in a year. So, how many birds? Are in this area. And consider all the birds in this city. And all the birds in this country. And on and on. It says, your heavenly father fed them. And the word feed there, in Greek, is in the present continuous. Literally, your heavenly father keep feeding them. And your heavenly father is constantly feeding them. Your heavenly father is constantly feeding them. What a blessing. Birds. Birds. He's constantly feeding them. Then he said, are ye not much better than they? Are you not much better than they? Are you-- now, in this statement, a cure for little faith now King James actually says are you not much better than they but literally are you not of much value than they are you not of much worth than they so if you check the amplified other versions it will tell you are you not of much value are you not worth much more than they so it's about your worth your worth and your value listen the revelation of your worth in Christ and your value in Christ will solve the anxiety problem now Jesus asks us a question to bring our minds to who truly we are who truly we are but they are not even created in God's image you are created in God's image now look at what Jesus said he says yet your Heavenly Father not dear Heavenly Father not dear father your father keep feeding them your father keep feeding them you know where Jesus is trying to bring our minds your father not dear father keep feeding them to doubt is actually actually to insult his integrity how can a man feed his dogs in his house a man feed his cat in his house a man feed his what again rots in his house and forget about his own children to say God is not caring for you God's not providing for you it is to imply that God has misplaced priorities now give me the passion translation the passion the passion look at the passion I like the passion look at the birds all the birds do you think they worry about the existence colasata they don't plant or reap or store up food yet your Heavenly Father provides them each with food aren't you much more valuable to your father than they aren't you much more valuable to your father than they so the implication is this if you are worried thinking God do not care and supply your needs you are implying that God has misplaced priorities you are implying that God cares for the birds more than his own children who are blood-bought that's implication aren't you much more valuable to your father than they he keeps feeding them he keeps feeding them so a man keeps his cat every day provides food for his cat I forget about his own son who is his a even men will not do that if he didn't been evil know how to give good gifts onto your children how much more shall your Heavenly Father give good gifts Jesus is bringing us to faith anytime you are worried go out and look at a bed so ah my father is constantly feeding you my father is constantly caring for you you don't hunger you don't get worried you are lavishly supplied every day you are just a creature how much more me this is yet y'all Heavenly Father not dear Heavenly Father if he calls if he says your father that denotes you are a son because fatherhood denotes sonship that means you are a son and if we're son what does it mean if children then s s of God and joint s with Christ you are an equal and with Christ whatever belongs to Christ belongs to you why are you in doubt oh you're little faith that you not care for you who Rama satana passion Allah God cares for the spiral you are more valuable what can I do I'm more valuable I'm cared of the father the father cares for me see the New Testament the unique feature of the New Testament is that the fatherhood of God is revealed in the new now the word father is mentioned only 13 times in the Old Testament but Jesus said my father my father 150 times and said your father 30 times that alone is 180 times the New Testament has the revelation of the fatherhood of God that is why the last thing Jesus ever the last prayer he prayed before his arrest in John 17 verse 26 I have declared unto them your name that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them so he came to declare the name father and fatherhood is all about his love so when you say father father would implies that the father loves you the same way he loves Jesus that's what it means fatherhood is all about his love so when you say father father would implies that the father loves you the same way he loves Jesus that's what it means fatherhood implies that the father loves you the same way he loves Jesus that's what it means he says I have declared unto them your name and I will declare it that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them so if you say father is the same like Jesus saying father it implies that the love the father loves Jesus is the same love he has for you and Jesus wants us to know it it's all about his love your heavenly father are you not much better than they what is your value in Christ what is your worth if you know your value it will terminate every warrior it's okay or little faith praise God now let's go to the book of Luke chapter 12 verse 24 Luke 12 verse 24 King James Version now look at what Luke is saying Luke says consider the Ravens now how come Matthew says behold the birth behold the birth but Luke actually says consider the Ravens Beth's Matthew spoke of Beth in a general sense but he never told us which type of dead but Luke is more detailed and my needs in his expressions why reason was because she was a physician a let me give an example one day Jesus went into the synagogue and there was a man whose hand was with it and Jesus said is it lawful to him on a Sabbath day Matthew says the man's hand was with it and Jesus said is it lawful to him on a Sabbath day then he says stretch off your hand and Jesus healed him but Luke's account is different Luke said the man's right hand was with it why because he's a physician and physicians can diagnose which hand is actually with it so whilst Matthew speaks in the general sense Luke being a physician actually diagnosed he he he spoke specifically which hand because that's what doctors do praise God and Luke is very detailed and in his expression so what's Matthew told us Jesus said look at the Beth Luke actually told us the kind of bed Jesus pointed out for the people to see it was actually Ravens let's see what the Raven is the Raven does a Raven the Raven now there's something about the Raven Jesus said when he came to the Beth he says behold but when he came to the Ravens he says consider have you ever considered the Ravens it would have boosted your faith because he says consider who they are and how they operate consider the Ravens now the Ravens among birds they are the least esteemed but when it comes to value system they are worthless they are worthless among birds the Ravens the Ravens are known to be offensive birds and they are disregarded by men offensive disregarded of little worth in Leviticus chapter 11 God told us clean animals and unclean animals clean birds and unclean birds the Raven is listed among unclean birds so the Ravens are unclean you know what it means for something to be unclean unclean animals and unclean birds were never types and shadows of our Lord Jesus Christ. If you study typology, types, what it means is that in the Old Testament, certain animals, even a foreshadowment of who Jesus is. They bear certain characteristics. But the raven is so unclean. It has no characteristic for telling us even Christ. So it is unclean. St. Augustine, the theologian, actually said that the raven represents impure men. It stands for impure men. I believe because the ravens are unclean scavengers. They feed on carrion. Carrion, unclean scavengers. Remember Lois Arc. When the flood was over, or the rain was over, the first bed he sent out was a raven. And it never came back. The second bed he sent was a dove. But a dove came back. The Bible says there was no place for the souls of eight feet. So the dove came back. But the raven didn't come back. Why? Because it is more content in finding, feeding among refuse and debt and carrion. That is why it finds contentment and satisfaction. So it treats among debts and refuse. So the raven is unclean. Apart from that, it is worthless. In fact, the sparrow is more worth than the raven. Praise God. Now this is what happens. When a young raven is with her mom, the moment the young raven leaves, when she learns to fly, the mom will cast the raven out of its nest. So that the raven will go out to find food herself. That's what happens. So the moment you learn how to fly, it will be casted out. The mother will just cast it out of its nest to survive alone. And young ravens struggle for food. And when they are looking for food and they don't get food, they produce, they produce food. It's a strange sound. We call it croaking sounds. Praise God. Job 38 verse 41. Job 38 verse 41. Look at God. Who provided. Now, in the Hebrew, the word is in continuous tense. Who is always providing food for the raven? Who provided food Who provided for the raven his food? When his young ones cry unto God, they wonder for lack of meat. So the young ones, their cry is a croaking sound. When they don't find food, they'll make some strange sound. Strange sound. Strange sound when there is no food. And God is saying that that strange sound is actually prayer unto God. He says they're actually crying unto God and God provides the raven, though worthless, though offensive, though dirty. God provides the ravens, ravens eat food. If God can provide a raven, unclean scavenger, worthless, unclean, Leviticus 11, eats food by just making a sound. How much more you, you cry unto God and you think God will not hear you. Why? What are you saying? Is it about animals? Does God care for the oxen? It's not about animals. You are the one he cares for. He sent all these things together for your sakes. It's about you. When you cry to God, he hears you. Just go on praising him and thanking him for it. Psalm 147. Psalm 147:9. He giveth to the beast his food and to the young ravens which cry. The young ravens cry and he gives food. How much more his children when they cry. How much more? What will he do for them? What a loving father. Don't doubt your father God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. All right. Let's go back to our text. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which neither have storehouse nor barn, and God feedeth them. How much more are ye better than the fowl? Actually, what is your worth? What is your value? What is your value? So Christianity is all about knowing your worth and your value. It will save you from doubt, save you from worry, save you from sin, save you from wrong choices, wrong speaking, wrong. Your value, your worth. Knowing your worth, solves everything. Because you know the Father cares for you. You are in the place of His Son. You are accepted in the Beloved. What you do for Jesus, He will do for you. Because He is your righteousness. You are accepted in His acceptance. You are accepted as He is accepted. What is your worth? How much more are you better than the fowl? That's so funny. price tag what did god give up to pay for you what did god pay to get you the life of his son the blood of his son the life of his son if he if jesus's life was your payment if you pay for something that's the value i've given it that means your value is the son of god your value is the son of god because that is your price tag that is your payment your worth is the son of god jesus is your worth

Speaker 7He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us. Oh, how He loves us.
Speaker 1Oh, how He loves us. Can we see a picture of the lilies? This is a lily. Okay. It says, consider the lily how they grow. Flowers. This flower is so beautiful that the Bible says that even Solomon in all his glory. When the Bible speaks of Solomon in his glory, it's speaking of his wealth, his splendor. God has clothed the lily with splendor that even Solomon cannot equal. The lily. Now Solomon was very, very wealthy. You know that. He's the wealthiest man who has lived. In 1925, the Illinois Society of Architects calculated his wealth, the amount of money he used to build the temple. It was estimated to be more than $200 billion. And even the priesthood, the government was estimated to be more than $10 million. Because he used gold to build the temple. He was wealthy. When the queen of Sheba went to Solomon, when he just saw his servants and attendants, how they ascended on the stairs, the food set on his table, when he saw the arraignments, how they were dressed and how they sat, there was no more spirit in him. Just by seeing his servants, how much more Solomon himself. So Solomon in all of his wealth and glory can't be compared to the lily. You know why? Have you realized that of all creatures, we are the only creatures who dress by covering? External clothes. If you look at birds, their clothing comes from within. The flowers are clothed inside out. Birds are clothed inside out. Only men, human beings are clothed outside in. The clothing of the lily comes from within. Its clothing is actually its body. So Jesus speaking of clothing is also a connotation of health, bodily health. Yeah. The Bible speaks of our body as our clothing. Yeah. The Bible says that, Men found naked will be clothed upon. You see, we shall be clothed upon. All right. The lilies of the field. Now let's see the next verse. Why for? If God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven. You know what it means. In those days, they used oven for baking. We also do that. But what they used to make the fire for their oven in those days were the grass and the flowers. So they used the grass and the flower to actually produce fire for their baking. So he says that, If God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you? Oh, oligopistos. Oh, ye of little faith. So God cares for flowers so much that the lily has more splendor than Solomon in his glory. I have some flowers in my house, and I realize that they fall every day. Look, their glory is just transient. They will fall in the morning or in the evening, and they'll come up again. As beautiful as they are, they are very short-lived. They fall every day, and they come up every day. New flowers come up every day. I just examined that. When I was meditating on these verses, I just went to examine my flowers. How beautiful they were, I felt like. But they kept falling. So God can spend all his time to give the flower a kind of beauty which Solomon cannot equal. And yet, it will just fall. That lifespan can just be a day, or it will be used as fuel. Well, how much more? He says, "Are ye not much, much, much, much, much more, much better, much valuable than they?" To say, "God will not clothe you, care for you, provide for you," is to say, "God cares for the flower more than you." Who told you God cannot give you a nice suit like mine? Who told you God cannot dress you like Mama Dee? Listen, who told you God cannot give you perfect health? If you say, "God will not do it," and if you doubt, whenever you worry, it means doubt has come in. And whenever you doubt, it means you are saying that you have found God to be unfaithful to his promises. You have found God to be unfaithful to his promise. That's what doubt means. And worry is doubt. Worry will crystallize all your fears and bring them to pass. Worry is the opposite of meditation. And worry will crystallize all your fears and bring them to pass. than the flowers. Are you not of much value than the birds? Now, tomorrow morning when you wake up and you hear the sound of birds and birds flying, be like George Moller. God promises to birds and flowers never fail. How much more you? And amazingly, birds and flowers are everywhere. Every country, everywhere. Let them all, and that's what Jesus used them as illustration, to remind us of the Father's faithfulness and the Father's covenant to you. Because he has never failed the flowers, he has never failed the birds. Why will he fail you? He will not fail you. So, now, I'm of much worth than a flower. I'm of much worth, I'm valuable than the raving, the worthless raving among all birds. I'm of much worth, I'm valuable than the birds. was imputed onto him for righteousness. Abraham believed God when he believed God. The word imputed means that God put into his bank account his own righteousness. Logizoma is a word where a teller puts money into your account. Someone deposited money. God put his righteousness into his account. So that was Abraham's new position. It was imputed to him for righteousness. And he was called the friend. Find your position and you'll find the moment you see yourself as the righteousness of God, the result is friendship with God. You see, three times in the Bible, Abraham is called a friend of God. The whole Bible, nobody was called a friend of God. David was never called a friend of God. Moses was never called a friend of God. They were called servants of God. Jesus told the disciples, Henceforth, I no more call you servants, but friend. Because whatever I have done of the Father, I have made it known unto you. Because a friend knows your secret. But David, I have found my servant David. With my holy oil, I have anointed him. Moses was verily a faithful servant in all his house as a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after. Moses was a servant, but David, Abraham, three times the Bible calls him the friend of God. Why? David was under the law. Moses was under the law. Under the law, you cannot be God's friend. You are servants. The dealings is by the law. Although there were some exemptions and exceptions. But prior to the law, God's dealings with Abraham was on the foundation of grace. And when he imputed and deposited righteousness into Abraham's account, what was the result? Abraham, my friend. The seed of Abraham, my friend. I'm telling you that if you find your position as God's righteousness, you begin to walk in friendship with God. You begin to know God as a friend. Listen, because you, can you be a friend with an ant? Two different natures. One is inferior, the other one is superior. How can a creature be a friend with a creator? It's not even possible. You always feel inferior and unworthy. Because he is high. But righteousness means he has brought you to his eternal class. He has brought you to his eternal class, to himself. Your friends accept you for who you are, no matter your foolishness. True or false? They know all your mistakes, all your shortcomings, yet they eat with you, they laugh with you, they chat with you. They accept you for who you are. You know what righteousness means? God accepts you not for you, but because of Christ, because he sees you as Christ. He doesn't see you in your fault. He sees you as Christ. He sees you in Christ. That is how come you can boldly fellowship with him, no matter what, as a friend, and talk to him as a friend. That is why when something is weighing your heart, instead of taking the phone and calling your best friends, remember you have an eternal friend. Talk to God. Let God be the first person you talk to in every situation. I talk to God. Maybe if you were to hear me talk to God, you'd be shocked. I talk to God like a friend. Sometimes it may even seem disrespectful, but it's not. It's just because I know my rights. Just talk to God. Abraham could say, Shall the judge of the earth not do right? Shall not the judge of all the. Look at how he was. God was his friend. Share. Talk to him about everything. Even your struggles, share with him. How you are falling in love, have you shared with him? The crush you recently had, have you shared with him? You are having a crush on the wrong person. The person is a married woman. And you are struggling. God wants to hear that. Just share with him. As a friend. See, God is not holding a hammer to hit your head. No. No. Already, you are his righteous. God relates to you spirit to spirit. Your spirit is perfected. Hallelujah. And the more you expose yourself to God, the darkness will go away. Talk to God as a friend. As a friend. So find your position and you possess the reality of your friendship with God. Philippians chapter 2. Verse 9. And 10. Philippians 2, 9 and 10. Philippians 3, rather. Sorry. Philippians 3, 9 and 10. This is Paul's testimony. And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of God. The righteousness, which is of God, by faith. Paul wanted to lay hold on the righteousness, which is of God, by faith. That is his position. He wanted to lay hold of that position. Now let's start from verse 8. So you will understand verse 8. Yea, doubtless, I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered a lot of all things, and do count them but dang, that I may win Christ. And be found in him, not having my own. Verse 9. And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness, which is of God, by faith. Colon. So this is his position. So if you lay hold of the righteousness, which is of God, by faith, what is your possession? The next one. That I may know him. That I may know him. Amen. Find your place as a righteousness, the righteousness of God in Christ. And that is the bedrock for your intimacy. Without the revelation of righteousness, you cannot never be intimate with Jesus. Paul said, I want to lay hold of this faith righteousness in order to know him. So find out more. That is how to know him. Praise God. That's how to know him. How many of you want to know Jesus intimately? You see, without this revelation, you know him but to certain limits. But what is consciousness? Because that's what stands between the two of you. Isaiah chapter 54, verse 14. Isaiah 54, verse 14. 14. In righteousness shall thou be established. Colon. You see, that's your position. In righteousness shall thou be. When you establish the righteousness consciousness, what is? What becomes your possession? Thou shalt be far from oppression. Far from oppression. And you will not hear. And from terror, it shall not come nigh day. Far from oppression. I'm telling you that when you are conscious of your righteousness, you are far from oppression. Far from masturbation. Far from pornography. Far from addiction. Far from stealing. Far from telling lies. Far from bondages. Far from fear. Far from iniquity. Far from embarrassment. Far from harassment. Far from molestations. Far from demonic oppression. Far from satanic oppression. Far. Not close to oppression. Far. Some of you may be close to oppression, but you can be far from oppression. Far from oppression. Far away from oppression. See, I'm far from oppression. I'm not close to oppression. How God anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power. Who went about doing good works and healing all that were oppressed of the devil. Sickness can also be an oppression. May you be far from the oppression of sicknesses and the oppression of diseases. Far. Far. You find your position and you find your possession. Find your worth in Christ. Your dignified place. Your worth. The Bible said, I wake to righteousness and son not. 1 Corinthians 15 verse 34. When your righteousness consciousness goes far, you are able to. There's the power to overcome it. But under the law you are enslaved. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith. As it is written, the just shall walk. The next version says, the righteous by faith shall live. That's a Greek.
