The 90-Day Plan to Hit 6 Figures Without Endless 1:1s as an Online Fitness Coach
21m 38s
The speaker, a fitness business coach, aims to help online fitness coaches escape the trap of endless one-on-one client work and achieve a six-figure business with true freedom. They emphasize that while all listeners are capable, only about 1% will actually implement the four key strategies discussed. First, coaches must adopt "CEO mode," making a firm decision to build a business and acting accordingly, rather than passively hoping for results in "goal mode." This means setting standards and following through even on tough days, similar to committing to a training plan. Second, they must build "receipts"—evidence of success—by taking scary actions like raising prices, pitching premium offers, or posting vulnerable content repeatedly. Confidence follows action, not the reverse. Third, coaches should avoid a "one-on-one addiction" where income relies solely on their personal coaching roster, which caps growth and creates burnout. Instead, they need a "built-to-breed" model with three tiers: high-ticket one-on-one, a middle tier with group coaching, and a low-tier scalable program, ensuring revenue stability and client progression. Finally, coaches must shift from being people-pleasers to leaders, setting boundaries, giving honest feedback, and holding clients to standards, which improves retention and attracts ideal clients. The speaker concludes by inviting listeners to a free three-day masterclass, "Coach to CEO," to learn these strategies in detail, stressing that most won't act, but those who do will transform their businesses.
Welcome back to another episode of ripped open. I hope you guys are doing well. I hope you guys are having good days
Excited for you to be tuning in to today's episode. It is going to be a
Powerful one and it should really fire you up and get you ready to like run through brick walls
Get you ready to be like cool. I want to take action. This is not just motivating but this feels possible for me
I'm aligned with this and that is the whole intention of today's episode is to
Really get you to realize that there's probably more in the tank than you are even given your self credit for right now
Truly all of you are capable about what I'm about to tell you
But I'm gonna I'm gonna stress this throughout the episode very few will actually do what I'm about to say okay
So I do not care where you are in your online fitness business right now
You could be at one K a month. You could be at 10 K months
You could be at 20 K months doesn't matter if you are headed down the path or are already there where you are
Rounding an endless one-on-ones or again like your only offer is one-on-one you're answering client messages
That all hours on a Sunday on a Tuesday at 8 p.m. You're writing plans on a Saturday. You're
Hoping and praying that a client doesn't cancel because if it does then
It's gonna mess up your income and then you're gonna go have to go get like another new client
You're just not wherever you want to be however you wanted to find it
What I want you to understand is that if you come into my world and you actually do the things
I'm about to break down in this episode in the first 90 days
You will build a six-figure business and beyond without the endless one-on-one trap without
Dreading you know a Saturday or Sunday because you're programming without your income just fluctuating so heavily
When you want to take a week off when you want to take a random Tuesday off. It's no longer
You know all of you that's required to just get the business to flourish
It's like that is all very possible for you
You can have a freedom-based business. You can actually get the freedom that you wanted when you first started this business
All of that is incredibly possible. I have that life right now. I can go train
Any damn day of the week at any damn time. I make my own schedule
It's not dependent on client messages. I can go to the gym for two hours and not come back to 20 plus client messages
I cannot sorry, I can
You know ghost it at my pool for an hour and a half on a random Wednesday, which is something I did this week and just
Read a book and then come back in and get on with the rest of my day. I can
Host family. I can I can do all of these things and it's just like I have true freedom
I can take spontaneous trips all of that is possible for you
Most people will not do what I'm about to tell you though
Not because you guys can't like I truly believe in you guys, but because what I'm going to tell you is genuinely hard
It requires doing uncomfortable things before you fucking feel ready to do them. It requires building
Something that is is substantial that you can say is an actual business
You have a model behind it instead of just staying busy with one-on-ones only about one percent
Of coaches who will listen to this episode will actually go off and do the four things. I'm about to give you guys
If you feel like you are that one percent then yes, keep tuning in this episode is for you
I want to dive into the things that are going to get you this freedom-based business
Yes, they're going to be hard
Yes, they're going to require something different than what you're doing right now, but you 100 percent can do this
I am no different than you
Went through the same path no different. I got here
Because I was willing to do these things
If you come into my world and the first 90 days and you do these things you will get to a six-figure business without endless one-on-ones a lot of people won't do this
Hopefully you will okay. Let's dive in
First thing first thing you are going to need to do in those first 90 days
Something I talk about is CEO mode versus like coach mode or goal mode
So the coaches who get out of the endless 101 trap and build to consistent six figures make one decision
one simple decision
You stop operating in goal or coaching mode and you start operating in straight-up fucking CEO mode
And those are two completely different things okay goal mode is sound and something like
I want to hit 10k months. I'm going to keep posting my content. I'm going to keep coaching my clients
I'm just going to see how this goes
CEO mode
I'm building a business that produces 10k months starting today
Here's the model here's the standard for myself here. So I'm doing every single day regardless of how I fucking feel
If I'm not feeling well if I'm a little tired if you know
I'm just not having a good day if the energy isn't right like fuck that okay
If you're in goal mode, you're thinking about what you want if you're in CEO mode
You're just being the person who's gonna get there and that
Difference which maybe sounds subtle to you shows up in every single thing. It'll show up and how you price it'll show up in
Whether or not you hold your price in a in a consult call or you just offer a discount with your services all the time
The second someone pushes back the second someone says excuse me the second someone says
I don't know. That's a little out of my precious range and you're like oh gotta adjust my prices or I'll give a discount or a
16 month payment plan like this shows up and whether you post on the days
You don't feel inspired still or only when you feel inspired and the content feels aligned and perfect and you have the time
This shows up and whether you have the renewal conversation weeks in advance or you wait until literally three days before when it's already too late and the
client has already made a decision and now you're in this convincing energy
CEO mode is not a feeling you guys. It is a standard that you set
From the jump and then you hold it regardless of your feelings
You already know how to do this which is like the crazy part. Okay. You've been doing it in your training for years
You don't wake up on a day when you have a really hard workout and like
Negotiate with yourself about whether or not you feel like hitting the track
It's like you just go right because you decided because it's on the calendar because
You laid out your clothes because you know this is gonna get you to where you want to be
You've already done the reps to understand that this is part of the process right you decided and that's the standard
The coaches getting out of the one-on-one trap bring that same energy to the business the ones who don't they still wait to feel like it
And I want to be clear about something here because I think it often gets misunderstood
This is not like a stupid motivation conversation
I'm not telling you to like get hyped up and feel more excited about your business like that's not a thing
I'm telling you to make a decision and then you act like someone who made it there's a
some sort of
Version of yourself listening to this right now who knows exactly what she needs to do. She's known for a while
She's just been waiting for you know the right circumstances when things calm down
What it's all these stupid things we tell ourselves the right feeling
When Mercury's in retrograde like guys shut up the right conditions are not coming
You got to make the decision and then you can go do the thing. I fully believe you can do that. I fully believe you can do that
The second thing that I see for the coaches who get to six figures without the endless one-on-ones in these first 90 days of working with me
They build the receipts, okay
The the belief comes after the evidence the the coaches who actually make this jump understand that the
Belief okay to do this doesn't come before you take action. It comes after most coaches will wait to believe in themselves
Before they take like the big hit before they raise their prices before they pitch
You know a high ticket offer a premium offer before they they post something that they're really nervous about sharing
They want to feel like really confident first confidence doesn't work that way
You you build confidence by doing the uncomfortable thing and realizing well you can survive it
You're not going to die from something like this. We're talking about business here. We're not talking about life or death situation
Every single time you do something scary you you know
Are on a consult call and you give your prices and you hear a no
Every time you post something really vulnerable that opens up another part of you to people every time you
Holds and stand on business with a new price that feels high
But you know you're justified in charging it and you land on the okay side of it like
You get a client in, you know, you get a receipt and those receipts are what real belief is built on
It is not these affirmations. It is not thinking positive thoughts. It is
receipts
I had a client in my mastermind just literally this week
Well a couple weeks ago we were talking about this block that she was having with her premium
Highest ticket coaching service. She's a run coach and we had raised her prices to 429 a month
She was previously charging all in one-on-one access for her clients all at like under a hundred bucks a month
And she was really struggling to believe like I don't know if these clients would pay for 29 a month and so I coached her through it
Exactly what I'm talking about here
Literally the next day she's like sign a premium client the following week
Karina hear me loud and clear assign another premium client just again this week
Karina signed another premium client three premium clients in three weeks
Confidence is built by doing the uncomfortable thing and surviving it which she did and now she gets those receipts
And now she has the real belief that of course she is worth that price
This comes with evidence that you can act without certainty and be okay
What I have noticed after coaching hundreds of of online fitness coaches the gap between you drowning in one-on-ones and building a six-figure business
that doesn't require that is almost never like a knowledge gap.
You know what you need to do.
Most of you have known for a while.
It's simply a gap in your reps.
You haven't done the scariest things
enough times to trust yourself doing it.
Let's say you've talked to five people about new pricing.
The coaches who've broken through that
have talked to fucking 50
and gotten a ton of nose and some guesses.
You've raised your price maybe once
by like 50 bucks and it felt terrifying.
They've raised their prices for frickin' times.
You've made five pieces of content about why you're the coach
and it's like, mm, it's not working.
They've made 500.
The reps are what builds your trust
and the trust is what them produces the outcome, simple math.
So the question isn't, what do I need to learn next?
It's what reps have I been avoiding?
I want you to think about that.
The third thing is the one that that costs coaches
the most money, okay?
This is really where I see people get tripped up and trapped
and then they don't get to the six figures
without the endless one-on-ones, okay?
You have a one-on-one addiction.
What I call a one-on-one addiction is when
your entire business runs on filling your one-on-one roster.
Every dollar tied to a client you're personally coaching, right?
Income goes up only when your workload goes up
'cause you're gonna take on more clients.
A two-k month feels like, okay, to get more money,
the solution is more one-on-one clients.
At 10k months, if you get there this way,
then it feels like you've hit a trap
and you can't get out of it.
You have all these one-on-ones
because your time is finite, right?
Your energy is finite.
And somewhere between trying to grow
and trying to hold the business together,
what you're doing stops you,
like how you're building at the lack of the business model
you have will stop you.
It's like you're at 15 clients, you want 20,
but you can't hold 20 at the level you want to deliver at.
So you either overextend
and your client experience really suffers
or you cap out and your income caps out with it, right?
You hit this max and then you're stuck.
It's like you're making decent money,
but you're completely exhausted doing it.
You can't really take a week off
because your clients need you.
Couple people who might not renew that really sucks.
That's gonna take a hit on your business.
It's like you're always like one kind of cancellation
or non-renewal way from like having a really bad month
and it's just this roller coaster.
That is not a six-figure business.
That is a six-figure job that you have created.
Literally a job.
The coaches who get out of the 101 tribe
and build to six figures without it,
they build a different business model from the start,
not just a roster, a model.
And this is what I call my built-to-breed business model.
I created it myself because no mentor was teaching this.
I was years in to being a run coach
and I'm like, I'm in this path where I'm making good money
by field-trapped, how the F do I get out of it?
And everyone's like, I mean, it's working.
Just keep adding one-on-ones, like why not?
And I'm like, what?
So I built a business model for myself.
I now call it built-to-breed.
It's the first thing that I do with every client
that comes into my world
because every single client needs it.
I have literally been coaching hundreds of online fitness coaches.
I've never had a client who doesn't need this.
Everyone needs this.
So this is a business model where different clients
are in different parts of their world
at different levels of access to them.
The top tier would be the most of you, okay?
Real proximity to you, very high ticket,
a small number of people getting your best.
You'll have a middle tier which is yes,
real coaching, real results, real transformation
but it doesn't require you up someone's ass
every single day or every single week to get there.
And then you'll have your third tier, your lower tier,
which is how you reach people at scale
without trading all of your hours for it.
This could be a program, a community,
it's some sort of template of programs.
Something that delivers your framework
without having to seat in like the one-on-one roster.
Three simple tiers, your income isn't completely dependent
on your one-on-one roster.
I want a client leave and clients leave.
It's like your whole month doesn't freak out.
And you can upgrade and move people through these tiers
and that is the best thing about this business model.
Instead of needing 30 plus one-on-one clients
to hit that number which is completely unsustainable,
you have revenue coming in at every tier.
You need fewer top tier clients.
You have a current revenue underneath it
and you have a pipeline of people moving up and down
throughout these tiers instead of just like people leaving
'cause you don't have anything else for them
or you don't have anything lower
where they can get a taste and move up whenever they want.
It's like your business model determines your ability
to scale beyond one-on-ones.
That is it when you build the model first
but income, the six-figure income without the endless one-on-ones
will absolutely follow and I see it time and time again
for my clients.
It's this simple, it literally does get to be this simple
but again very few people will do this
because it requires shaking things up
and doing things differently than what you have been learning
in the industry which is one-on-one after one-on-one
after one-on-one after one-on-one.
Now the fourth and final thing, very important.
And this one lives kind of like beneath,
underneath I should say like everything else.
The coaches who actually make this jump to six-figure years
without endless one-on-ones and doing these things
in the first 90 days of coming into my world,
they don't just change what they do.
They change who they are being while they do it.
Specifically like they stop trying to be liked
by their clients and they actually just start leading them
and those again are not the same thing.
The coach who's trying to be liked answers
every message immediately.
It's like client message, answer immediately.
You're going to soften your feedback.
You're not going to shoot it to them straight
so that you're not ruffling feathers
so that no one gets uncomfy.
No one gets pissy with you or stops responding.
You're going to bend your own structure
when a client pushes back because you'd rather have like
keep the peace with them than just like
hold a standard for yourself.
And then you're going to wonder
why your clients don't take you seriously,
why they leave after three to six months.
Why your client retention is all over the map.
Why you're exhausted by the clients
that you're working with and you're starting to resent them.
The coaches who break through this have figured out
that your best clients do not want unlimited access
to someone with no fucking standards.
They want a leader, someone with a real framework,
real boundaries, enough belief in their own coaching
to not hover over them every hour of the day
to get a result.
Your difficult clients right now,
the ones who are blowing up your DMs
when they're not allowed to be messaging you
so they go to over to your DMs,
the ones who are in the training app messaging you.
And again, not allowed.
The ones who question everything who go back
and like, should we be doing this?
Should we be doing that?
I see this, I see that by a friend who push on your prices.
They are feedback for you.
They're showing you exactly where you haven't been a leader.
The one who messages you at all these hours,
okay, like at nine p.m. on a Sunday.
You taught her that was fine the first time
you answered at nine p.m. on a Sunday.
She felt that, I thought she would be pissed if you didn't.
The one who's questioning all your workouts,
like, should we be doing this though?
'Cause my friends, you know, she's training for a marathon
and she's at this 18 mile run for her long run
and we're only at 14 hours.
Our yellow worried, you know?
I saw my friend do this at the gym
and she's kind of curious, like, should we be doing that?
She doesn't see you as the authority
because you haven't acted like an authority.
None of this makes you a bad coach, by the way.
It made me a pupil pleaser for a very long time
when I was a run coach and I thought it was, like,
me being super dedicated to my clients.
No, that was just me needing to feel needed.
That's all it was.
What leading actually looks like, okay?
You hold the structure of your programs
without apologizing for it.
You give honest feedback even when
it's gonna be uncomfortable for them to hear it.
You believe in your clients more than they believe in themselves
on the hard fucking days.
And you show them that by not letting them off the hook.
Your clients did not come to you for a training plan.
I know you think they did, they didn't.
They came to become the kind of person
who trains like that.
That is not something a training plan delivers.
That is what a leader delivers.
And when you become that leader,
your clients stay for 12, 18, 24 months instead of three.
They refer everyone they know to you
without you even having to ask.
They were new long before you even have to ask
how you take care of your clients
will determine your level of success, okay?
So let me bring this home for you.
We walk through four different things.
That is it, okay, deciding before you feel ready.
That's that CEO mode and not operating in goal mode constantly.
It is building up your receipt bank
instead of waiting for whatever the F you're telling yourself.
Every uncomfortable rep is gonna be evidence for you.
You have to lean into that.
It's building a business model
and not just a roster, right?
So your income doesn't live and die by your one-on-one coaching.
It's becoming the leader your clients actually need
because you attract the leader that you're being.
This is what is going to get you
to six figures without endless one-on-ones.
This is it, this is all you need.
And I told you at the top of this podcast episode,
like most coaches will not do this and I truly mean it.
Not because it's like overly complicated.
I feel like these four things are fairly straightforward.
The four things that I walked you through are not secret information
that I'm withholding from you.
I think you've probably heard versions of all of this
before if I had to guess.
So it's not like I'm dropping groundbreaking information.
But the reason that most coaches will not do this
is because doing it requires being the one percent
showing up when it's not working the way you want.
Yet doing the reps before you're feeling ready,
building the business model,
before you have the revenue to justify it,
knowing that you're gonna go against what the industry has told you.
Leading your clients before you feel like an actual authority.
That's the gap.
And that all.
all comes down to you, not a strategy.
It's literally you.
But if you're sitting here right now and you feel it,
like that feeling that says like, "Fuck yes,
I'm the one who's actually gonna do this."
Honestly, I just want you to come to my upcoming
free training coach to CEO.

Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Coaches must shift from "goal mode" (wishing for results) to "CEO mode" (making decisions and acting as a business owner regardless of feelings).
Confidence and belief come from building "receipts"—evidence gained through repeated uncomfortable actions, not from waiting to feel ready.
Avoid the "one-on-one addiction" by building a tiered business model (high, middle, low access) so income isn't dependent solely on personal coaching hours.
Lead clients rather than seek their approval; set boundaries, give honest feedback, and hold standards to improve retention and attract better clients.
Most coaches won't take these actions, but those who do can build a six-figure business in 90 days without endless one-on-ones.

FAQs
The first step is to shift from goal mode to CEO mode, where you make a decision to build a business that produces 10k months and hold that standard regardless of your feelings.
Confidence is built by taking uncomfortable actions, like raising prices or pitching premium offers, and collecting 'receipts' from the outcomes. It comes after evidence, not before action.
A one-on-one addiction is when your entire business relies on filling your one-on-one roster, making your income dependent on your time and energy. This creates a trap where you can't scale beyond a certain point without overextending.
It's a three-tier business model with high-ticket one-on-one clients, a mid-tier with real coaching but less access, and a low-tier for scalable programs. This diversifies income and reduces reliance on one-on-ones.
Stop trying to be liked and start leading by holding program structures, giving honest feedback, and believing in clients more than they believe in themselves. This attracts better clients and keeps them longer.
The four actions are: deciding before you feel ready (CEO mode), building your receipt bank through reps, creating a business model not just a roster, and becoming a leader instead of a people pleaser.
