The 7 Levels of AI: How to Automate Your Lawn Care Business

AI is transforming small businesses, but most users are only applying it at a superficial level, missing its full potential. Justin Brooke outlines seven levels of AI adoption, from basic Google queries to intelligent agents with memory, tools, and self-evaluation capabilities. The core issue is depth—not adoption—since 88% of businesses use AI, yet only 6% profit from it. The most impactful applications include building CRMs, websites, and automated workflows, while agents can handle tasks like social media content, financial analysis, and marketing. Key to success is training agents to evaluate their own work using human-defined quality standards and enabling them to generate new products and campaigns autonomously. At the highest level, businesses can launch multiple ventures using AI-driven teams. The host, Paul Jameson, uses AI daily to write newsletters, manage content, and save 40–60 hours a week, allowing him to focus on personal and spiritual growth. He stresses that AI is not a threat but a tool—when used wisely, it enables efficiency, scalability, and freedom to pursue deeper goals like faith-based service. The LCR Summit in Louisville (October 2026) offers hands-on training on AI and business growth, with a 50% discount using promo code "Paul." Ultimately, the message is that businesses can achieve massive growth by moving beyond simple tasks and embracing AI as a strategic, scalable, and human-managed partner.

Today on the show, we're going to learn about AI from an expert. His name's Justin Brooke. And he's going to be coming up here momentarily. I heard him multiple times, explain AI. And I was like, this is so clear. Because when I talked to other people about it, they're all mushy, gushy, and like, just talk to me. I speak the human language English. I want to understand this AI thing, but how I can practically implement it into my life and my business so that it's practical when it is efficient. So anyway, Justin Brooke has done to my experience the best job of explaining it. So that simple folk like us can understand it. So we'll have him coming up here in just a moment. He's going to walk us through different levels of AI. And then how to use it in our actual day-to-day lives and businesses to become more efficient. If you're listening to this podcast in real time, I wanted to highlight right around the corner. We have a big week in Louisville, Kentucky. The LCR Summit kicks off on Monday, the 19th of October, 2026. And that's a two-day event Monday and Tuesday of the you know, Equip Expo week. But Naylor gets into town early and hosts his wonderful event where he equips us with the business side of things of understanding our numbers with John Payjack. He'll be there. Jason Creel will be there to talk about why he structures his business the way he does. Eric Triplet, the pond digger, was going to be there teaching us about sales tactics. Naylor's going to be teaching on time management, you know, and managing your team and employees. And you're your overall business. I'm going to be teaching on, I almost said AI. I've been thinking about AI. You don't want me teaching about AI right now. I'm a student. I'm learning about AI. But what I do know is social media, decently, I'm going to be teaching about that, which honestly, I've been using a lot of AI to impact and influence my social media. So I will share at least that component of it. So anyway, it's going to be a lot of fun. LCR summit, that's October 19th and 20th year, 2026. And of course, you can save half off your tickets for that with the promo code Paul. And then after that, the good old Equip Expoke, you know, continues into Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, October 21st, 22nd, 23rd. And promo code Paul, get your half off that ticket as well. All right, so I've been having a lot of conversations all of the year about AI. It's something that I use on a daily basis. It's helped me tremendously. And today on the program, I want you to hear from Affela. His name's Justin Brook. And how I stumbled upon Justin and his explanation of AI and specifically, how us as business owners can be using it in our daily life is he was doing a session. There's a YouTube channel I follow called KBF Tampa, which stands for Kingdom, Business, Fellowship, Tampa. And they have, at least on the playlist, I have pulled up on my computer 119 videos. And I've watched most of them. I don't want to say I've watched all of them, but I've watched most of them. And I've learned a lot. So I think this last video I watched was maybe the fourth time they featured Justin Brook on their program. And I was extremely blessed because Justin's going to walk through the different levels of AI from basic to getting more and more advanced, specifically for us as small business owners. And so I'm in my life, I'm 40 years old. So I grew up with no cell phone. We did have color TV, okay? But I mean, I literally grew up, we would listen to the radio. And then they came out with this technology where you could put a CD in your trunk of your car. And then they're like the trunk had a CD player that connected to the front of the car. Anyway, I remember my dad had this Toyota Corolla. And in his trunk, he had, you could put six CDs in there. And then with the radio interface, you could like switch it from radio to CD. And then you could actually listen to a CD. So anyway, as the technology advanced from each layer of technology, every time people are like, oh, well, that's evil, right? And the fact of the matter is, you could listen to radio back in the day, and you could listen to stations that may produce evil content, or you could listen to a radio station that can have beneficial information or music that's going to help you become a better person. And the same with the CD, the same with the TV, the same with the internet, right? There's people today that are using the internet to do very filthy, you know, bad things that's destroying their life. There's other people that use the internet as a time vampire, meaning they're not doing anything necessarily wrong, but they're just spending way too much time, right? Looking at the baseball scores or whatever. It might not be bad, but they're supposed to be working on something else. And they're, they're, they call it doom scrolling, right? They're just checking out other other things. And then there's people who are actually using the internet to recruit better team members for their business to attract their ideal customer to, I mean, they're using the internet for good, and they're benefiting from it. So AI is the same thing. There's, there's, you know, scenarios where bad can happen from AI, but there's also underutilized features where we can be using it for good in our life. And so I'm not going to get into the philosophy of all of that right now. And Justin Brooke actually in, in previous sessions, talked about that, but he gave an explanation. And we're going to hear from him right now of these levels of AI. And I, I, I just was so blessed by it. I was like, I got to share this with you guys. So anyway, this is a segment from the Kingdom Business Fellowship Tampa YouTube channel that I highly recommend, and this is Justin Brooke giving the most clear explanation of how business owners can be using AI. So without further ado, Mr. Producer, go ahead and fire up Justin Brooke. And all I have seen so far with my own eyes, with my own ears, is that this thing is helping people, you know, and solve the, you know, the protein folding, it's solved this math problem. It's done a lot of things, it's helping people with businesses, helping people write better emails, it's helping people write better text messages. You know, I've heard several of my friends say that like, they used to get mad and send these, you know, these text messages to people and then they get in a bunch of trouble. But now they, you know, they send it to AI first and AI kind of calms down their language so that they're not getting in trouble. That's my view, my scenario is I have Jesus, okay? So I'm not too worried about the, you know, something's going to come and kill me. I've got Jesus. I'm not worried about that. In the meantime, if they're saying this thing is so good, well, I'm just getting back on my notes. If they're saying that these tools are so powerful that, you know, nation rulers, that governments, that, you know, the scientists, and everybody's worried about how powerful they are, well, then for me, I kind of look at it and go, well, maybe it could sell some stuff, you know, it should be pretty good at writing a book. It should be pretty good at writing a blog post that helping me get a couple more Twitter followers, helping me get a couple more leads. I mean, if it's that good. So here's what I said to my AI, okay? I see all this stuff playing out. This, this session, I'm telling you how I actually run my business with AI day to day. I'm watching the same news things you are. I'm looking into them and I'm just sharing with you my reactions to these things. And so I see all this going on. And I think to myself, okay, Justin, if they're saying this thing is that good, then you're probably aren't using it as well as you should be. I got this philosophy of I call it ask bigger questions, right? So if you ask how to make a hundred dollars, well, you could have asked how to make a million dollars. You could have asked how to make a hundred million dollars. Like if you ask bigger questions that will oftentimes get you bigger results, right? So I asked AI. I said, okay, how are humans in 2026 under leveraging AI and AI agents, especially in business? How would someone reach the actual max potential of what's possible now with AI and AI agents. It then read 258 scientific articles and reports in six minutes and gave me a 30 page report on that. The answer it gave me in simple, you know, I'll save you the 30 pages. It said, excuse me, we are currently at 88% adoption, meaning 88% of businesses, you know, I don't know how many countries were taken into it, but 88% of people are now using AI at some level, at some capacity. But only 6% of those people are profitable with it. So the report was essentially telling me that depth is the problem, not adoption. It's not the problem isn't that people aren't using it. You know, my pastor's using it, my grandma's using it, my sister's using it, you know, almost everybody is using it in some way or another, so it's not adoption. It's the depth at which people are using it. I hope that makes a lot of sense. So the report said that most people are using it, you know, with things like help me write this email or they're using it like a second Google, like a super Google. And but the problem is while they're using it for these really shallow level things, it's capable of building whole software. Just as well as you can say to AI, hey, I have this pink rash on my arm. What do I do about it? You know, or you know, what's 60% of 1200 or something? You know, whatever, I don't know what you guys are asking Chech PT these days. Just as well as you could ask that, right? We could ask bigger questions. You could ask it to build you a CRM for your business. You could ask it to build you a website. It can build whole software. It can build iOS apps and it can do it good today. I use it every day. It can write books. It can cure diseases, solving PhD math problems. You could use it to study church history. You can use it to read the Bible in the original Hebrew and Greek languages. And for me, you could use it to sell stuff real good. Yeah. Okay, so big writer down or quote, all right? Something for you guys to make sure you go home with the gap between what today's AI can do and what people are actually making it do is the largest single source of wasted leverage in business right now, okay? So the gap between what AI can do and what people are doing with it is the largest single source of wasted leverage in business right now. I mean, we now have a tool that can do almost anything your mind can think of and make it live for you. And people are asking about their various itches without what it's cream they need to have. And so I want to get into talking about the seven levels of AI. So I can help you guys. My goal is if I can take you one level deeper tonight. If I can take you one level deeper, man, I've done my job. But I also want to paint a picture of what this could look like in 2029. So some of you in here are the overachievers and you like to run fast, you want to be ahead of the curve. So I want to show you how to get way out ahead of this AI stuff. Eric, are we good? Do we have any questions? 'Cause I'm gonna go on kind of another rant here. - You're doing great, thanks for hitting that. Keep going, we're all excited. - Okay, okay. Okay, so the seven levels, zero is using it, using AI like a super Google chatbot. If that's all you're doing, cool, that's fine. Let's take it up a notch, okay? That's not what we should be using it for. The next level, I just call this level one. The other level was levels zero. Level one, you want to teach it like a new hire. So imagine you've just hired somebody into your company and you need to teach it a few things. Our company name is Burger King. You know, our rule is they can have it their way. Our colors are black, red and gold. So you're gonna teach it like a new hire. And so you're gonna teach it your brand, your voice, the rules. One of the rules I give mine is none of those end dashes, those little, we all know when somebody's using AI because we see those dashes that nobody was using two years ago. But now all of a sudden they're everywhere, right? So that's level one is just teach this thing, upload a few files, brand document. And if you're sensitive, don't upload anything that you're sensitive about, you know. But I can teach it what my business is, what my background is, what my product names are, the rules of my company, my mission statement, my core values, my marketing strategy, my target customer, there's things I can teach it about my business so that now when I'm asking it questions, it has the context to know how to give me a better answer. If that's the only thing I get this crowd to do, you guys are gonna be, you'll literally be better than like 88% of people that are using AI, okay? Then the next level, right? So you've taught in a few things about your business. So now what you need to do, if you wanna start seeing this thing doing work for you, increase your productivity, increase your profitability, you gotta give AI some tools, you gave it some rules, now you need to give it some tools, okay? So there's something that just came out called MCP, model context protocol, I won't get all nerdy, you can go Google it, YouTube it, it's just connectors, you know, so there's different connectors, there's APIs, there's CLI, there's MCP, all you need to understand is that most tools today have some sort of a connector and MCP that you can connect your AI to that tool, you can connect it to your calendar, you can connect it to your Slack, you can connect it to Notion, you know, I don't know what you guys use, people are now connecting it to DaVinci Resolve, which is video editing software. And so now AI can go in there and cut up the video, put a couple overlays and hit the render button, and we're now starting to see AI making videos, they're not that good yet but it's getting there. So that's level two connected to your tools. Level three is now you start building your first agent, all right, so the difference between AI and an AI agent is an AI agent has memory, has tools and has instructions, all right, so it has to have memory so it can remember what you've told it to do and what it's done, it has to have instructions so that it knows what it should do today and then it needs to have tools so that they can do something, right? So the AI, if you think about AI, it's just a brain, right, it has no hands, no legs, it can't do anything. So an agent is when you start strapping on some memory and memory could be as simple as attaching a folder, you know, most of them, chat GPT, Claw, Manus, most of them allow you to connect a folder on your computer and so that folder can just be the memory. There's also tools that have come out that are AI memory tools like GBrain is one of them, it's a free one, you can Google it. So you give it some memory, you give it some instructions, you give it some tools and so now it can start doing the work for you. So that's level three, you've built your first agent start small, start stupidly small, little two step agent, you know, a great two step agent is you get, I'm sorry, maybe you get your bank statement, okay? You get your bank statement, it has all that stuff, but then you want it to break it down by category, you want it to put it in your QuickBooks or whatever. Simple little agent, right? So it's gonna have to have memory so it can remember your other bank statements, it's gonna have to have instructions, how do you want it to look at, how do you want it to format it, how do you want to break it up, you know, however you would do it, right? You would get your bank statement, you'd go and you'd type it all in, well think about how you would do it and then tell it to do it that same way and then you need to connect it to a couple of things. So maybe your QuickBooks or whatever you use for taxes, very simple two step agents, start there, right? So then level four is you're building a team of agents. Now there are tools, the latest one that came out it's called Grockbot, super easy to use, made by Elon Musk, if you hate 'em, don't use it, if you love 'em, use it, it's a mobile app, you can just go onto the app store, download it, it's the easiest agent builder I've seen yet. Problem is, easy doesn't always mean powerful. So it's a good entry tool into building an agent and I'll say it's powerful enough to do some stuff, you know, you can connect it to your Gmail and your calendar and it can start booking appointments for you, you can connect it to your various marketing tools and it can do a daily brief for you. I have it writing my social media content for me. I've got one where all I have to do is drop it a YouTube video and it will then read the transcripts of that YouTube video and then make me a 60 second script talking about the idea that they were talking about, you know? So if I see a news clip come out or a new study come out, instead of me having to go watch the whole hour, I can drop that into my little agent. It reads the whole transcript in 30 seconds and then, you know, I designed it to look for the big idea, make sure there's a point in there that's, you know, there would be like new information that people would want to bookmark this, make sure you do all my rules to make it, it doesn't sound like AI, you know, write it in my voice. So it's got a few different rules. So I just drop it in a YouTube video, makes me a little 60 second script, and then I can go make a short video. And you can build a team of these. So, you know, you can have one that's doing, you know, I don't know, you guys use Instagram, you use Twitter, I don't know what you guys use, right? Your Facebook, your LinkedIn, whatever. You've got one for all of them. You know, you can have a team of social media agents. You can have, I've got one that writes email for me. I've got one that looks at my Google ads account and tells me what's going on with my Google ads accounts. So you start building a team of agents. - Law and care and landscaping pros, listen up. So all of that is human in the loop, meaning a human still has to be involved to check the work, to design these agents, to tell them what to do, all of that stuff. The human still has to be in the loop. That's where most of you should stay. Most of you, if you get to that level, I mean, that level alone can make you six figures to a million, you could do very, very well just there. That's where I was at so far. And so it was describing that scenario to me. And I was like, well, praise Jesus, I'm already there. What's next? So I asked it for the next couple of levels. Let's see. Yes, I said, I want to know how far the rabbit hole goes. I want to change the world. I believe in a God of abundance far beyond our imaginations. Our God made all the gold in the world. So I say God, and by the way, I'm not calling AI God. I'm speaking about the creator, supreme ruler of the cosmos. Nothing exists on this planet outside of him without his permission. I'm saying God is the author. AI is a chapter in his book, you know? And so I'm praying. I'm like, how do I figure out to get to the next level? How do I get there, God? How do I go to the land of abundance beyond comprehension? And so I asked the AI, what are the smartest, most AI-advanced humans in 2029 going to be doing with AI? Bigger questions, right? How do I get this thing to start telling me things I can't think of on my own? I'm limited in my imagination, in my ability. I haven't read enough books yet, whatever. So what are the smartest, most AI-advanced humans in 2029 going to be doing with AI? And so it kind of gives me the next three levels, okay? So level five is you're going to teach your agents how to grade their own work. The problem I have today is I have 24 agents doing all of this different work. Well, it's just like when I had a room full of employees, all of them are coming to me, bringing me their work and they want me to read over their social posts and their blog posts and the email that's going out in the new sales page and the lawyer wants me to look over something. And so I remember one day in my office, I had to have a talk with my team and say like, hey, I can't look over everything, you know? I then become the bottleneck. You have to learn how to grade your own work and we talked about that and months went by and we ever learned how to evaluate and grade their work so that when they were done, it was done and ready to ship. Well, now I'm just teaching my agents how to do that. And so how do you do that? Well, you have a taste, you have a preference, you have favorite colors, you have favorite fonts, you have a certain way you want your social media post to end, a certain way you want your emails to sound, a certain way you want your books to be written. You have to tell the agent how like when you, when the agent is done with the work and it's like, all right, boss, here you go, here's your blog post. You're looking at it and subconsciously, you're nitpicking and grading and evaluating its work and you're like, no, you should have done this, you should have done that, changed this, changed that. Okay, now it's done. Our work today, right, execution is free. The agents, the AI can do all of the work. Our work is to get a good cup of coffee and think about how the work happens. What are your tastes? How do you grade things? How do you evaluate things so that you can then create instructions for the agent to be able to grade its work, to know if it did a good job or not? So this is the next level where everybody's, this is kind of where the world, the top guys, the top 1%, the top 0.1% are at right now is, we have agents, now we're trying to figure out how do we get these agents to grade their own work. Beyond that, I'll go really quickly because now we're getting into kind of like, you know, far off land is you need to give it permission to scale. So if you think about it, right, we have agents that can do a bunch of work for us and they can grade their own work for us. Well, then the next thing is they're going to need more products. They're going to need more marketing campaigns. They're going to need to know how do we grow beyond the initial projects that you gave us because, hey, boss, I'm doing that work and hey, it's going great. Here's the report. Okay, well, how do we grow that? So you need to give it permission. How would you come up with new products? How would you come up with new campaigns? Where would you put those? Where would you store the products? How would you deliver the products? How would you set up the pricing page? You're just teaching these agents the same way we would teach employees in our office. And then finally, the seventh level is the market, disruptor level, and that is where you're taking this whole team of agents that know how to do the work, that know how to grade their work, that know how to expand their work, and you're bringing them into new markets. And so because you have these things that can do all this work, now you can open it in another business, in another business, in another business, that is just machines. They're working at the speed of electricity. So you can be spinning up multiple businesses, and that's how we reach the land of mega abundance. And so how this looks in my business right now is I am simplifying my business. So because video is hard for agents to do, I'm just not doing video. And my friends are, they're flamix, they're flabbergasted, that I'm not doing video, and I'm just doing writing, and I'm doing that because I know AI can write near perfectly. You know, it's good as I needed to write. So I'm starting a bunch of paid newsletters, and these paid newsletters, the AI is writing them, marketing them, and so I can just spin up another one, and another one, and another one. It can also do graphic design and web design very, very well. You know, maybe it's not better than the top one percent, but it's better than most of us, you know, so. So that's how I'm using it. I'm using it to, I'm simplifying my business so that my agents can do all the work, and by simplifying my business, I'm able to expand my business because now I can, I have all the agents already trained on how to write a newsletter. And so now we're just starting another one, and starting another one, and starting another one, is doing the marketing and the sales and we're reporting back to me. And remember, I'm in control of all of this. I have told them what to do. I can shut them off. I can unplug the credit card. I am in control of all this. I'm defining the taste, the voice, the style, the rules, the instructions, which tools, how often, all of that, that's my job is to be the manager and the agents go and do the work. I did have a couple of questions really quickly, so I call these zero human companies. Now, for me, I would rather have zero human companies so that I could have really high profit and I can start paying people that do all the world saving things. Churches like y'all that are going off and saving millions of people, my local church, you're feeding 300 families a week or something like that. I'm not a beach cleaner. I don't mind volunteering once in a while at the food kitchen, but there are people in place ready to do all this like superhero type of work. And I can be doing my business stuff and funneling funds out to this. So I look at it like a boat and an engine, right? And so I can be the engine while they're being the boat. And if we both do our jobs and the boat floats and the engine makes the boat go. So that's how I look at things here. If you still want to hire humans, absolutely do it. Just train them on how to build agents and each human runs their own little pot of agents and you can build your business that way. All right, so most of my time is spent thinking about what I want my agents to do next. I'm thinking over coffee about how I can evaluate or grade work so I can teach that vision to my agent and examples when my agents create social media content. One of the rules is would somebody bookmark or share this content? Is it valuable enough that somebody would hit the retweet or the share or the repost or the bookmark button? That's one of the checklist on there. I'm using AI to digest huge sets of social media data for market intelligence, sentiment, desires, product ideas. I'm simplifying my business down to what agents are good at, writing, designing, writing books, scaling to multiple newsletters. And my goal is agents doing my work and bringing in revenue while I go through ordination classes so that I can preach the word for the rest of my life. That's what I want to do. That's my end goal and all of this is having these agents. That's what, you know, I'm not in a zero human company because I hate people, and I just want to keep all the money to myself. And as a zero human company because I'm trying to go to ordination classes so that I can be dedicating my life to the church and be funded, you know. So I don't have to, you know, ask people for money. I'm already funded and I can just start taking care of things in the church. I think that's all of it. One last question that I'll answer in advance is, won't you lose cognitive power? Won't you lose skills talent by using AI all the time? This is just, you know, humans we tend to think in extremes. You know, it's all or nothing. It's black or white. And I definitely am one of those. So yes, if all I ever did with all of my time was just AI, then yes, my brain would start changing and adapting and I would lose other skills. But because I have these AI and AI agents doing a lot of my work for me, I have time to read books, to do Sudoku puzzles, to go on hikes and go for walks and learn new things, you know. So I'm just, yeah, I'm still managing my skills and my talents and my brain and other ways. And I have plenty of time to do all that now because I'm saving 40 to 60 hours a week because these agents are doing everything. Okay, I think that's all, you know, last part here I said, the world has been saying AI is going to kill us and it's terminator one. All I'm saying is I don't know guys, I'm using it and it seems pretty helpful. But I stay, why is this a serpent and harmless as a dove? I hold it all loosely. If God wants me to drop all this, it's gone tomorrow. Trust me, I ask him often, but here I am speaking to a church about AI and its opportunities. I let God do what God does and I'm just trying to use the stick he put in my hands as best as I can until he finally brings me on home. Well, I hope you found that as helpful as I did. I appreciate Justin Brooke sharing his insights. Again, I found that clip from a YouTube channel I follow called Kingdom Business Fellowship Tempa and that specific video, it was a long one, like an hour and a half. It was a titled AI Dangerous Profitable, or Both, with Justin Brooke and Dr. Eric Gagnon. So if you want to watch the whole video and it's entirety, you could check that out. Over there, if you haven't already got your tickets to LCR Summit Louisville or the Equip Expo, don't pay full price. You can get half off with the promo code Paul, the link to register for both of those events is in today's promo code if you're listening in real time. This would be October 19th through 20th, 20th, 20th, 26th, or October 21st through 23rd, 20th, 26th for Equip Expo. So it's basically a whole long week in Louisville with Monday and Tuesday being at the LCR Summit and then Tuesday evening through Friday afternoon at the Equip Expo there. All happening in Louisville, Kentucky, and again, promo code Paul would get your half off your tickets on both of those wonderful events in Louisville. Thanks for hanging out with me and I'm gonna work in here on, you know, get in my AI, trained in working and efficient and in general just trying to eliminate time vampires from my life and making sure I'm as efficient as possible. It feels like yesterday I was 20 years old, now I'm 40 years old and I'm like, what happened? Going from 20 to 30 was a, it seemed like a blink of an eye and then 30 to 40, like a blink of an eye and hopefully I get to live a very long life, you know, 90, 100. Well, you know, I wanna live as long as possible, but the question I ask myself is why I'm living, like how am I living? Am I making the most of every second, every minute, every hour and, you know, fulfilling the assignment and purpose that God has for me on this planet or am I wasting resources and opportunities and things of that nature. So to whom much is given, much is required and everybody hearing the sound of my voice right now, we've been given very much, being alive in this day and age with all of this opportunity and technology. So for me personally, I'm gonna try to be as diligent, imprudent as possible and make the most of these wonderful opportunities. Thanks for listening to today's program. I hope to catch you on the next one. Peace. (upbeat music) Hey, it's Marty, producer of the Green Industry Podcast. This episode is over, but check the episode notes for links to products and services that you heard about during the episode. And thanks for listening.

Summary:

" Ultimately, the message is that businesses can achieve massive growth by moving beyond simple tasks and embracing AI as a strategic, scalable, and human-managed partner.

FAQs

The seven levels range from basic use (Level 0) to advanced automation (Level 7). Level 0 is using AI like a super Google. Level 1 involves teaching AI your business rules. Level 2 connects AI to tools like calendars or accounting software. Level 3 builds the first AI agent with memory, instructions, and tools. Level 4 creates a team of agents for tasks like content creation or scheduling. Level 5 teaches agents to grade their own work. Level 6 gives agents permission to scale and create new products or campaigns. Level 7 involves deploying agents into new markets to run multiple businesses.

AI can automate repetitive tasks such as writing emails, creating social media content, managing bank statements, and generating marketing copy. By integrating AI with business tools, owners can save 40–60 hours per week and focus on strategic decisions, growth, and customer relationships.

The gap is between what AI can do and what business owners are actually making it do. While 88% of businesses use AI at some level, only 6% are profitable because most use it shallowly—like a search tool—instead of leveraging its full potential for deep automation and strategic decision-making.

Yes, AI can build full software, websites, iOS apps, and even CRM systems. The transcript notes that AI can create complex solutions like a website or software app just as well as a human could, when given proper instructions and tools.

Owners should teach AI their business voice, mission, values, and brand rules. They must also give agents tools (like QuickBooks or Slack), set clear instructions, and define quality standards—such as tone, formatting, or content value—so agents can produce consistent, high-quality outputs.

The speaker acknowledges risks but emphasizes that AI is not inherently dangerous. Like past technologies (radio, CD players), AI can be used for good or bad. The real issue is depth of use—most people use it superficially, while top performers leverage it deeply for profit and growth.
