How do you separate your artistry from your reality TV personal? Shit, I don't, you don't. No, because at the end of the day, artistry in itself is produced sometimes. You know what I mean? The artistry in itself is thought out sometimes, the artistry in itself. You're trying to, you're trying to drive a narrative. You're trying to illustrate your thoughts, you know what I'm saying? So it's for me, I don't get caught in that because what people say on TV, you got to understand like at the end of the day, most of the time, I'm not just doing shit to people. I'm not creating issues. It's people around you that create the issues. And you really watching, for me, you watching me react. What issues create it? That's what I started doing and it started working. - I can feel that. - And I just, I was like, shit, my homeboy, I ain't no, I hate my homeboy, now I'm just saying, I ain't no, then, Zill came in to talk to my homegirl, Holly, and Holly was like, yeah, you should, you should advertise, I like this shit too, a little to go on the radio. She's like, I mean, I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna be spending all the money and advertise. She said, just go try. And when I was thinking about what I was like, well, there's nothing else people to know what I'm doing. And by the time I got to the building, I walked in, I said, man, I need to be in radio. I said, man, I need to do this shit. And I walked in Steve office, and I told, is that, hey, man, you ready to take this shit over? He was like, what, what you doing? And I need something that's more tangible, something that's more real right here out of Atlanta. And I was like, rope nom nom. I said, how that's, I just paid for the commercial go. And I left. And I went right to this, this damn Halloween party with JD and Usher. And I said, JD, I said, JD, what you think? He said, hell, yeah, you say, I was doing radio when you came out. I said, damn, you right, you ass also did radio. And I'm like, well, I hope Steve comes. He comes, hey, man, you still want to do it? I said, hell, yeah. But I didn't know he was going to be like morning show. Right. But when he said morning show like, well, we got to talk, that's the paper and let go. And we got to talk about that money. And I saw that he would do that for real. And he, I don't tell you a little nationally syndicated. Did you have to, did you have to go like to any kind of broadcast train and anything like that? I didn't do so many interviews, you know what I'm saying? You got to think of that. I already been out for at least 10 years, a decade. So it wasn't any, it wasn't any different going from the interviewer, excuse me, the interviewer to the interviewer. It was. It was definitely a, it was a, it was like a culture shock, I don't know. Like did it, did it? How do you get through interviews that you don't find interesting? Hey, for real, I'm gonna keep it hunting. You just got it, got no, get it in out of there.
