The speaker delivers a high-energy political warning urging American voters to actively participate in the midterms to prevent a sweeping Democratic takeover. Central to the argument is the claim that Democrats are openly planning to dismantle foundational American institutions—such as the Electoral College, the filibuster, and the Supreme Court—through mainstream political discourse, as evidenced by statements from leaders like Kamala Harris and Barack Obama. These policies are framed not as fringe ideas but as serious, deliberate proposals, with long-term consequences including loss of judicial independence, expanded government power, and erosion of liberty. The speaker contrasts this with tangible achievements under President Trump, citing lower crime, rising incomes, increased border security, and stronger economic performance. A key message emphasizes that the crisis is not hypothetical—it is real and imminent, with the Senate’s six-year terms making any loss a lasting political and constitutional threat. The call to action is clear: turnout, not persuasion, will decide the outcome. The speaker also highlights troubling political behavior from key candidates, including evasion on social issues and abrupt political realignments, as signs of extremism. To prepare, the message urges emergency readiness, privacy protection, and political vigilance. Ultimately, the argument is that voters must rise above emotions and focus on facts and results to defend the nation’s future.

putting out all kinds of crap to get you distracted from saving your country tomorrow
i'm not covering it you want to hear about some stupid imbecile who's a known has a known history
of lying and pure idiocy from iranistan hang out with that crew i'm done with that we have
to go and save our country tomorrow these people are part of the destruction mechanism not the save
valve here's the president at his rally yesterday uh i mean just again this guy's just crushing it
he's been shot at he's they took his mug shot he's been civilly sued criminally charged special
prosecutors fake impeachments and what is he doing he's still out there at these rallies folks he's
asking you for one more round show up one more time for this agenda if we can save the senate
and we can save the house we will save our country for two more years from the lunacy ahead that
they're telling us about they're advertising the lunacy the democrats they're not hiding it
all i've got to do is use their own words you don't even need to oh well we don't believe you
okay do you believe them here he is getting in last night two o'clock in the morning who the hell
stays up till two o'clock in the morning
i can't stay up till 9 p.m anymore here he is at two o'clock in the morning walking down the stairs
of air force one this guy's what else do you want him to do 80 years old flying around the country
i mean threats against his life putting himself the the secret service work in triple quadruple
overtime to keep this guy alive all so we can go out and preserve sanity in this country for two
more years he's asking you one more day one more time
reminding you always this president to contrast matter it's not good enough this this is the
evidence here hat tip paper flip rish limbaugh used to do that all the time this is the evidence of
the results the two years produced right here but i'm also going to warn you right now about the
consequences of losing this is not an exercise folks i know you hear it cliches often this
is not a drill all caps this is not a drill your country is at risk the fabric of what you know is
the united states of america that has produced this untold level of military strength economic
prosperity liberty and freedom a beacon of light around the world there's never been a country like
this ever ever we are it is unparalleled in the axiomatically tautologically true sense of that
word there is nothing like us the whole fabric of that is about to be unwound by the democrats
folks i'm going to play for you a democrat nominee for president in kamala harris an
unquestionably mainstream democrat
figure and a former president in barack obama in case you think any of this is new they finally
see an opening right now to move and unravel the fabric of this country you will not recognize if
we lose tomorrow you will not recognize it anymore here's kamala harris as someone i saw
someone i saw on expert up kamala harris is actually doing the meme here she is talking
about ripping apart the electoral college the electoral college will never win the presidency
again california and new york will pick the president from this point on talking about
packing the supreme court you'll never win a court case again any business out there hoping for
you know lighter regulations on your over-regulated government business people out there on men in the
women's room you will never second amendment forget it throw it right in the garbage if we
lose there will never be a conservative supreme court again and talking about
packing the supreme court again you will never win a court case again any business out there
backing the united states senate so they have a filibuster proof majority forever so they can jam
down your throat illegal voting open borders defunding ice how does that sound oh dan they're
not talking about that here it is in their own words here's kamala harris you think the national
democrats don't believe in this they tell her to shut up they're not telling her to shut up
they're telling her go for it check this out winning back the house and the senate is going
to be on a number of things for example i believe that we need to expand the supreme court we need
more justices on the supreme court so that we can have a court that actually reinforces the spirit
and principles behind the constitution of the united states i believe that we should be pushing
for what is possible around changing the electoral college i right because what's what's going on
well it's about you know the popular vote has to matter right um you know things that make people
feel like overwhelmed and overwhelmed and overwhelmed and overwhelmed and overwhelmed and
and does their vote matter yes um i we have you know listen if if the folks there want it
we should be pushing for statehood for puerto rico and dc right these are some of the things
that are structural that we need to do don't this is that was this is kiki palmer's podcast by the
way you don't dan we don't believe i'm not asking you to believe me she's talking about it those are
ideas she is not a fringe person on their side they nominated her for president
you think they're joking folks they are not joking they're not joking they're not
effing around they are as serious as a freaking heart attack they have never discussed this stuff
at the level it's always been floating on the periphery at the level they're discussing
it now they have never seriously talked about implementing this just days before an election
at the level they've been doing it now they have discussed it before here's obama uh i don't know
if this mays more but hat tip regardless here's obama back in 2020 talking about these exact same
ideas and back then we were like ah i don't know if they'll actually go for this this is six years
later and now they finally feel like they've got a consensus to rip the country apart you know that
you have in that that piece of clothing you're like whatever dry clean only you pull it the whole
freaking thing falls apart that's what's gonna happen if we lose here here's obama talking about
this six years ago they're not kidding they feel like now's the time check this out guaranteeing
that every american citizen has equal representation in our government including
the american citizens who live in washington dc and in puerto rico they're americans
by ending some of the partisan gerrymandering
so that all voters have the power to choose their politicians not the other way around
and if all this takes eliminating the filibuster another jim crow relic in order to secure
the god-given rights of every american then that's what we should do
sorry i'm just trying to find a comment but i missed it but the gist of one of the comments
i saw in the chat someone just said and i listen i'm not knocking you don't take this personal i'm
not trying to be a jerk to listeners i appreciate you being here but your comment is it's inaccurate
someone said well dan president trump has veto power that's why i'm talking about the danger
of the united states senate do you get why i brought up the six-year term let me explain this
i don't want to say slowly because that sounds like i'm trying to be a jerk if we lose the united
states senate and god forbid we were to lose iowa kansas south carolina michigan alaska those are
red or purple seats we are stuck with these people for six years listen to me tattoo that
number on your brain president trump is around for how many more years justin two i am not being an
a-hole these senators are here for six meaning through the entire next presidential term where
if we lose to a democrat there is no veto this is what i'm trying to tell you and by the way
the next class of u.s senators up in two years in the presidential i'm not i don't mean to do
a civics lesson but some people are new to how government works it's okay it's okay
only a third of the senate is up every two years the whole house is up every two years
a third a third and a third and you know this obviously is always one extra because it's 100
33 times 3 would be 99 so there's one that does 34 one class okay
the next presidential cycle another third is the senate is up folks it's almost all blue states
meaning we could be looking at a super majority filibuster proof senate
and we can't get kansas back or south carolina back for six years
georgia we've already ended struggling in a race in georgia this is not apocalyptic panic talk folks
i've told you over and over if we go out and vote we will win when you talk about liberty talk about
it with a smile you live in the greatest country on earth but i'm hearing a lot of this like
oh i'm upset about this little thing and don't worry trump can veto it trump's only around for
two months and we're not going to win we're not going to win we're not going to win we're not going
two more years
folks the house only needs a majority to pass crazy bills they don't need a super majority
like the filibuster in the senate they just need but depending on a quorum 218 that's it
and they can pass bills
folks i don't care what motivation you use to get i really don't it's not my business
if it's elation at the end where believe me my closing argument is going to be the most
you're going to be smiling ear to ear we have a record to run on that is fantastic
but i would be doing you a disservice because i heard this from a few neighbors this weekend too
they voted and all and they're republicans but they were like yeah trump has a veto power
i don't think they understood these are six-year terms we will never get rid of these people
if we lose kansas to that crazy guy his name hamilton and marshall loses you're stuck in
kansas for six years with a lunatic radical you can't just get him out in two years
folks maybe you're like here maybe you're thinking but there are so many moderates out
there with the democrats they'll they'll keep a lid on the craziness they will not this woman
in michigan
elissa slotkin has been a what we would call in the media is like a quote machine and i don't mean
that as a qualitatively good kind of compliment elissa slotkin is a democrat senator from michigan
right she's not up in this cycle slotkin always portrayed herself as that person who would keep
a lid on crazy democrats she's out there now and is the craziest one of all hat tip was his town
hall they go out and they put a mic in her i don't know if she knows
it's there or not and they're like hey man i think we should do nuremberg like nazi trials for the
republicans and she's like oh yeah okay it's not a bad idea you think there's gonna be a lid on these
people justin just walked out of the studio he was like dan i swear obama kamala harris and this lady
are like doing show prep for you it's like everything you've warned the audience about
since you've been back on the air since the tenure at the fbi they're now saying yourself i don't have
to say it they've said it what's that i've been back on the air since the tenure at the fbi they're
been yes we've been warned about this before i was at the bureau they're saying it now openly
nuremberg trials in her mild defense and it comes up by the uh investigative reporter but she doesn't
disagree and then doubles down this is disgusting this woman is gross and she's pretending to be the
moderate you think she's gonna put a lid on these lunatics please don't be crazy there's no time for
crazy put the crazy pills back check this out what are we gonna do to hold
the Trump regime and its collaborators responsible.
I'm talking prosecution.
So basically, assuming we win both houses, even if we just win one, we have a list of
the signature cases, so the things where it's so egregious, such a violation of law, such
a corruption case, and we will have in every committee, there will be the signature cases
where we hold people accountable.
It's literally, I just went to Hungary, I went over to Budapest in Hungary because they
just got rid of their authoritarian leader after 16 years, and I'm like, "How did you
handle 16 years of corruption?"
We don't have that much, but we have so much, and they did this signature cases, and they're
ones that people identify with, like the East Wing of the White House, the ballroom, or
the Reflecting Pool, or $200 million from the Defense Department.
So that's what you'll see, basically, in January.
Speaker 1: You blew it.
Speaker 2: Do you believe this?
So just to be clear, she nods along to Nazi-like Nuremberg trials, Justin, for the Reflecting
Pool?
You know Obama tried to clean up the Reflecting Pool?
We want Nazi trials that resulted in hangings for the Reflecting Pool?
And she, quote, has been preparing for this for months, and he traveled to Hungary to get a
game plan?
Folks, don't listen.
I'm telling you, don't listen to me.
Just listen to them.
If you listen to nothing, if you tune out right now, 10:21:39 Eastern Time, no delay
on the livestream, right?
Listen to nothing I tell you, just listen to them.
Speaker 1: Electoral College, scrap, lose the presidency forever.
Thank you.
Time check.
Senate gone forever, packed with Puerto Rico and DC.
Supreme Court packed, open borders, defund ICE.
Nuremberg trials from the freaking Reflecting Pool.
Are we doing public hangings too?
What's next?
These people are lunatics.
What's crazy about the last two years?
Lowest fiscal year border crossings in American history.
Tax relief for Texas workers, family, seniors, FBI reports, 114% jump in violent crime arrests.
President Trump takes credit for steep crime rate declines.
What's crazy about that?
Does that sound like Nuremberg trials for the Reflecting Pool?
Speaker 1: Folks, these people are who you think they are.
Even if you can't turn out to vote for President Trump, whatever reason you don't like him,
it's your own business.
Wouldn't you at a minimum vote against Nuremberg trials for the freaking Reflecting Pool?
No one's disputing.
She said that.
Back tip town hall, zero people.
She's not kidding.
We've been preparing for this for months.
I thought you were working on affordability.
They are not kidding.
They are not working on affordability.
Folks, all the ops out today too.
The nuclear strike coming tomorrow, the poll ops, the Democrats are up by 30 in Texas.
These are all ops.
The latest conspiracy.
In theory, the Jews crashed a plane in Palm Beach.
Like, please drown out the stupid.
And based on the massive audience we have just 20 minutes in today, I get people are
doing that, but drag your friends out of it too if they've been sucked into this vortex
of stupid.
Go save your country, Mark.
She needs you badly.
Speaker 2: All right, quick break, and I'd be remiss if I did not put up this message
from Charlie.
You know, folks, Charlie didn't live as long as Rush, but Charlie had a significant impact
on our movement.
And I believe in the second creation, and I know Charlie would be really upset if we
didn't get this message out.
It's really important.
Stay tuned for that.
And then I want to just, again, I need you to just divorce emotions from results.
If you don't like the president, the vice president, Marco Rubio.
You voted Republican in your life, you're more of a Bush Reagan guy.
I get it.
I get that there are personality conflicts with some.
This is not the time for that.
That was during the primaries.
Quick break here.

Today's show also brought to you by Kalshi.
With so much happening tomorrow, one of our most interesting tools I've been watching
is Kalshi's midterm hub.
Kalshi is a prediction and market platform where people can track and trade on election
outcomes in real time.
You can follow Senate races, House control, governor races, and other key contests all
in one place.
As new polling, campaign developments, and headlines emerge ahead of election day, the
markets adjust to reflecting changing expectations.
I've been checking out Kalshi.
One reason I keep coming back to Kalshi is it's not just about the latest poll or headline.
It's about seeing where traders think the races are headed.
And how expectations change as new information comes in.
And if you have a strong take on the outcome, you can trade directly on Kalshi.
Why just watch the predictions when you can make your own?
Go to Kalshi, K-A-L-S-H-I.com/bongino or check out the link in the description below.
New users can trade $25 and get $55 in bonus credit, Kalshi.com/bongino, 18 and over.
Only restrictions and eligibility requirements apply.
Event contract trading involves significant risk.
It is not appropriate for everyone.
Please carefully consider if it's appropriate.
And I'll see you next time.
Thank you for watching, and I'll see you next time.
I'll see you next time.
Bye.
Is this getting old?
It looks like the freaking apocalypse outside.
It's like as dark as it is at 10 o'clock at night, is so much freaking water in Florida.
I'm like, where did all this water come from?
Did it come from like the Marvel MCU alternate universe that Dr. Strange missed or something?
Where did this water come from?
It has not stopped raining here for like, I thought this was the sunshine state.
Holy Moses, we're going to have to change all the license plates to the doom and gloom
states soon.
Right?
I mean, Teresa came in, she's in the studio, producer, I don't know where he is, but they
flew in.
Teresa got rerouted to like Alaska last night.
She got in like an hour ago.
I'm surprised she didn't have more bags under her eyes.
This is freaking ridiculous.
We're going to need like the Cajun Navy down here soon.
Louisiana, be on call.
We'll give you like the nod.
And we may need you to, I don't know if I can even get home today.
I live on this little island.
I don't know.
It's a little like island thing.
It is surrounded by water.
All right.
Back to the important stuff.
I don't care if it's like freaking flood and Noah's headed down the street tomorrow.
We got to get out and vote.
We have got to get out and vote tomorrow.
Republicans show up on election day.
I told you I hated early voting.
I can't really, I don't like it.
I do early vote sometimes, but if we're stuck with it, bank your votes.
There's no more banking.
Tomorrow is just show up, show up, sit on the line.
It's raining.
Don't care.
What if it's snowing?
Don't care.
What if you need a dog sled?
Go find Cujo.
I'd swim, get the Cajun Navy.
Don't care.
Fly, get, get the, get, find Pegasus, the horse with the freaking wings.
Get to the polls, Pegasus, trolley, car, horse, get a couple of flocks of parry your freaking
carrier pigeons, get a harness.
Maybe they can fly.
Do you vote?
It's not about.
It's not about at this point persuasion anymore.
Folks, the arguments after today are over tomorrow.
It's about turnout.
Hat tip to one of the greatest ever have done it.
My good friend, your good friend, Charlie Kirk for telling you back in 2024, the same
thing folks after today's show and after about eight, nine tonight, local time for you, whenever
people go to bed and put the kids to sleep, there's no more persuasion.
There's only do now.
There's no more talk.
Listen to this.
We win.
If we turn out, it's that simple.
It's not about persuasion.
It's not about winning over suburban wine moms.
It's not about any of that.
It's about turnout.
It's about turnout.
We lose if we drop the ball.
We are in the driver's seat.
Look, this is the key, everybody.
You have to become a force multiplier.
If you're a super voter, just voting is not enough.
You have to go find other ones and nag them and get them out of people that were otherwise on the table.
It's going to be a question of can MAGA not just vote, but can MAGA do the work?
You all know a voter that can change the country.
Thank you, Charlie.
Hat tip to Charlie Kirk's show.
Folks, after today, it's all over.
There's no more persuasion.
It's not a court case, man.
You just got to show up.
The math is there, folks.
The math is there.
If everyone who voted for Donald Trump in the presidential just showed up one more time to vote in the midterms, not only would we win, it would be a rout.
We would pick up seats.
It's just a math problem.
That's it.
There are people out there.
I know you and I live this stuff.
I promise you there are people out there who don't even know there's a midterm going on who voted for President Trump.
Come on, Dan.
I'm telling you, I will never forget running for office in Maryland with this guy who was a really smart guy.
He worked for a friend of mine on this island off of Maryland, and he thought Bob Ehrlich was still the governor.
Bob Ehrlich hadn't been the governor in like eight years.
There are people out there who just don't know.
It's your job to say, hey, you vote tomorrow?
I can't.
Yes, you can.
I'll drive you.
I'll drive you.
I'll drive your kid, your grandma.
Your dog can't vote unless it's Democrat.
But whatever you need to do.
Your country needs you, man.
She needs you.
This is not a drill anymore.
The stuff they are talking about is unprecedented in scale, not unprecedented in introduction.
They have addressed being crazy before.
They have never addressed and openly spoken at this scale and scope about the crazy stuff they want to do.
By the way, throw the polls out.
The polls don't matter anymore, ladies and gentlemen.
The polls are skewed.
How do we know the polls are skewed?
Because the people doing the polls like the New York Times are telling you they're skewed.
No, they're not.
Yes, they are.
Here, put up that Alex Thompson post.
Again, don't take it from me.
Listen to them.
Quote, after more than 85,000 phone calls and nearly 50,000 text messages, a potential problem emerged with the polls.
Quote, Democrats were far more enthusiastic about taking the poll than Republicans were.
Why would you believe these polls?
They're an op.
They are not an accurate representation of what this is going to look like.
Was that the New York Times or the Washington Post?
I'm sorry.
Correction.
The Washington Post.
We polled Kansas Democrats.
We polled Kansas.
Quote, Democrats.
Democrats wanted to talk.
Republicans, not so much.
Why would you believe the polls?
This is an op designed to get you to sit at home because you think the race is a fait accompli and over.
Nothing's over.
You want to pull out Rocky?
Nothing's over.
At Tim Sylvester Stallone.
It's not over.
There's nothing over.
There are election days not until tomorrow.
Folks, please.
The consequences are very real.
I can't say enough.
I can't say enough how much, again, it's not a personal thing.
And I can't believe that that Peggy Noonan op-ed is stuck in my head because I really can't believe how many people think like this.
These older establishment type Republicans who are things they've wanted for decades.
Them.
Forget about you for a second.
Think about if you're an old establishment Republican, the old school, the Bushies and stuff like that.
Things you have wanted forever.
Here's the piece.
Thank you, Justin.
The case for a historic wave.
Peggy Noonan arguing for a Democrat rebellion at the polls.
In other words, for us to lose.
You've wanted the Abraham Accords.
You've wanted a blow struck against the Iranian regime.
You've had problems with Venezuela from, you know, Maduro to Chavez.
You've wanted things like tax cuts through the big, beautiful.
Bill, OK, you don't want you don't want tariffs.
We get that maybe you're a little softer on immigration, but you've wanted a closed border, at least.
Correct.
This president is he's delivered it over two years and you want a Democrat rebellion at the polls and super majorities to tear the fabric of this country apart, tear apart the electoral college because you want to make a point.
Your panties are in a wad.
Like, are you crazy?
You'll be done with this president two years.
You can vote on personality again in two years.
Folks, divorce emotion from results.
I got to go a little out of order.
Justin, put the ABC poll about health care up first.
Here's what I mean.
You're one of these people, establishment Republican or a Democrat.
You're not a forget the communists.
They're voting for Democrats no matter what.
You're an on the fence Democrat who voted for president.
Trump once or twice.
You're telling pollsters this ABC News, November 2nd today, today, November 7, you know, them in track and time.
Yes.
Many Americans are worried about health care costs as midterms approach.
Why do they keep rising?
As Americans prepare to vote Tuesday's midterm elections, rising health care costs are among the top financial and economic concerns, according to recent polling.
In other words, people are telling people forget the results.
I want someone fix health care.
A quarter.
Voters that's a lot say they're, quote, very worried about being able to afford health care costs and more than a third say they're somewhat worried.
That's a huge number.
So, ladies and gentlemen, who caused your health care problem?
Forget the emotions.
I don't like President Trump.
He's loud.
He did not.
It's not called Trump care.
It is called Obamacare.
The actual name is the Affordable Care Act.
It is known as Obamacare because Obama and the Democrats gave you.
They gave you this.
Here's the New York.
The New York.
What is happening at the New York Times?
All of a sudden, the New York Times is like, we're going to start doing journalism.
This is incredible.
This just happened the other day.
This is not an old article.
October 30th, 2026, just a few days ago.
Obamacare dealt yet another blow as premiums rise yet again.
They're going to jump by another 13 percent.
And then there's going to have to be more subsidies, meaning you're going to have to pay more tax dollars to pay for people.
Expensive health care under Obamacare.
This isn't the New York Times.
This is not Bongino dot com.
The New York Times.
So you're a voter out there.
I don't like President Trump's hair.
Hey, man, you know, your kids got cancer or something like that and your health care costs are going up.
So, yeah, I don't like President Trump's hair.
Who do you think caused the health care crisis you're living?
They're telling you who did it.
The New York Times is telling you.
Oh, look, there's another one.
Would you just find that, Justin?
I gave it to him, but we'll pretend he found it.
Axios, another left wing Allen.
Health care is a meeting is eating Americans' paychecks.
This is Axios, man.
This is Axios.
Who did this to you?
The Democrats.
The reason prescription drug prices and you can argue about the modalities of price control.
I don't like price controls.
However, the reason price controls have leveled.
But prescription drugs have leveled off is because President Trump took a stand on what foreign countries have been doing to manipulate the market.
He's the first guy to get some lid on health care costs.
The person who kicked you in the nads on health care are the Democrats and Obama.
Even left leaning outlets are telling you and you're going to vote for more.
Thank you, sir.
May I have another?
Oh, there's no evidence Obama did.
No, no, there's no evidence.
You're right.
Here's Obama.
Just the what was it like a week ago out there.
Can you imagine that the sack on this guy?
Sorry, shouldn't say imagine the nads on this cat.
He's out there, Obama, after screwing you over your health care, getting your plan canceled, rising premiums that are so bad.
Americans are in a revolt over health care.
A third of them are really somewhat worried about this.
And Obama is out in a campaign trail complaining about health care premiums he caused.
You're going to vote for these idiots.
Check this out.
We need to rein in the cost of child care so those same young families can afford it.
We've got to make sure that nobody has to worry about high health care premiums.
We we have a lot of work to do.
This freaking guy, like he had nothing to do with it.
And by the way, now they want to fix child care next.
They want to do child care.
They did so well on health.
Care child care.
Now, child care be fifty five thousand dollars a month.
If you let these idiots handle it.
But it's the opposite.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Give it to the Democrats to break it, to pretend to fix it only to break it worse.
That's the opposite.
And it kicking you in the nads when you bring it up, hey, I really care about health care.
Don't worry, we got you like you had us last time.
Hat tip, the great Mays.
more it's an awesome account at m-a-z-e-m-o-o-r-e on x fantastic account here's about a minute 20
seconds of obama and the democrats promising you things about obamacare you told pollsters you're
voting on that they have totally kicked you in the junk on they just lied to you why would you
vote for them what's that oh grabian i'm sorry great hat tip grabian hat tip maze more to your
great but it's great check this out if you like your doctor you will be able to keep your doctor
period if you like your health care plan you will be able to keep your health care plan
period if you like your doctor or health care plan you can keep it nothing in this plan will
require you or your employer to change the coverage of the doctor you have the only change you'll see
are falling costs as our reforms take hold if you like your health care system and your doctor
the only thing
reform will mean to you is your health care will cost less i will not sign a plan that adds one
dime to our deficits either now or in the future it is a cost that will not i repeat will not add
to our deficits and save a typical family an average of twenty five hundred dollars
on their health care costs in the coming years those are all
fabrications
lies they just lied to you
you want them to fix child care costs next what else you want them to fix you think they're
interested in affordability clearly they weren't interested in affordability on health care
folks nothing they've told you for as much as you like or can't stand president trump
there has never been a more accessible president in your lifetime the guy is an open book he will
talk about
anything
anything
he'll talk about anything from data centers to the national debt
there's no illusions there's no delusions there's no nothing you want to talk about the reflecting pool
ask him
they want nuremberg trials for the reflecting pool you think that hey mr president stop talking about
they're going to put you on trial for the reflect he doesn't care he'll talk about anything these people just lie to you all the time
folks this is the worst most dangerous slate i have ever seen of democrat candidates
i was always telling you about the october surprise
i gotta tell you i did not see this coming i love to see around corners we've been pretty good at it we've got a decent track record it's not perfect but it's pretty good
i did not see this one coming
Haley Stevens is a congresswoman, a Democrat from Michigan,
who ran against this lunatic, El Cyan.
Now, you probably heard the story, but receipts here in Canada,
I don't know how many of you think I'm making this up.
She's a Democrat in Michigan who bucking, that's a B,
the entire party, we're on radio, Teresa's like,
what did you say?
B, B like Bongino.
This lady, I've never seen anything like this
a couple of days before an election,
has now come out and endorsed Republican Mike Rogers for U.S. Senate.
I want to play the endorsement.
I want to tell you something,
because I'm not hearing a lot of this on cable news.
And I'm wondering why they're holding back.
Because there's an angle to this I think they're missing.
Here's the endorsement first.
This just shocked the political world this weekend.
Surprise, check this out.
Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, Abdul.
Said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away.
And he's right.
And that's why I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate today.
I don't belong in Abdul's campaign.
I do not stand with Hassan Piker who gets trafficked on our college campuses.
A dear friend of mine earlier today was saying that education is on the ballot.
And she's absolutely right.
And what our students see, what our children see,
and who we are as Michiganders is not hate.
And it is not what we are getting out from our Democratic nominee right now.
Folks, I'm going to throw down the gauntlet and tell you something here.
And I just want to be clear when I speculate, I'm telling you I'm speculating, okay?
So I'm speculating here.
But I'm pretty sure I'm accurate.
She knows something.
She knows something.
There is no way a person of her political status basically throws away her political future within the Democrat Party.
I think she actually has a political future as an independent or even a Republican later if she were to convert over.
And sure, we'll have you.
We're about building, not destroying, unlike the doomers out there.
She's done in the Democrat Party.
Not only was she done, she could have been a kingmaker in the Democrat Party by just saying,
hey, Muslim Brotherhood sympathizer Abdul El-Sayed, he's great, vote for him.
She said no.
I'm not telling you because I haven't seen everything, but I haven't seen anyone else pick up on this yet other than Rachel.
I think it's Bade, if I, I don't, I don't, Bade, I don't know.
But she put this ex-post up.
She says, listen, this is accurate.
By the way, Haley Stevens isn't dumb.
She knew before she backed Mike Rogers that she was about to become the Democrat Party's greatest pariah this cycle and that she'd never resurrect her political career.
She did this.
If El-Sayed loses, she gets blamed.
If he wins, she looks weak.
There's no political upside to what she did.
And yet she chose to do it anyway.
She clearly felt it was the right thing to do, despite all the voices in her ear telling her not to.
Gutsy.
Folks, credit where credit's due.
This took a pair.
She's done in that party.
Tell me she doesn't know something about this guy.
There's been whispers about other stuff running around.
I told you I'm speculating.
But she must know something really bad about this guy and wants to be on the right side of history.
Folks, I know this is damaging.
And another reason I think she knows something, they're afraid it may come out.
What do I always tell you?
Always measure the effectiveness of a political attack by the opponent's response.
Just a quick example.
I ran for office.
I enjoyed it.
It was great getting out with voters.
But people used to say stupid stuff all the time.
But one ad in a primary that ran in Florida was ridiculous.
There was an ad that ran against me in a congressional race.
It said, like, Dan Bongino supports Obamacare.
It was the craziest ad I've ever seen in my life.
I don't even know where they cut to.
Really?
Like, that's like the one issue I have for 10 years have warned you was the takeover of America was taking away your health care.
However, the ad was effective.
There were people who actually believed it, and we had to respond.
There were other ads that came out, you know, whatever.
Like, Dan Bongino is a space alien.
You just ignore it because it's so stupid nobody buys it.
Folks, there's a full-blown freakout on the left about this.
If it was meaningless, you wouldn't get a reaction like this.
Here's James.
Here's James.
Here's James Carville, Democrat strategist, calling Haley Stevens a used condom.
Come on.
No.
Just listen to yourself.
This is freaking insane.
Check this out.
If you think that these Republicans are going to treat you as anything other than what they view you as,
and that is, let me just break the news to you, a used condom.
The Democrats don't even think you're worth a used condom, but.
That's about where you are.
You made your bed, sleep in it.
You shit in your mess kit, eat it.
And, you know, at some point, if you, like Fetterman and Stevens,
maybe we need to open a cheeseburger restaurant somewhere.
I don't know.
Folks, I follow the chat as always.
Some guys say this guy is scum, Carville.
He's crazy.
I mean, the guy's lost his mind.
Yeah, that was gross.
Like, the connection from, like, used condom to cheeseburger is, like, really disgusting.
However, someone in the chat said Haley Stevens' fiance is Jewish.
Ladies and gentlemen, there are Jewish members of Congress who are endorsing Al Sayed on the Democrat side,
or who have shut up about it.
That's not a thing.
She knows something.
She's embedded every day in Michigan politics.
She knows something.
She knows a lot about this guy, and she does not want to be on the wrong side of history,
just like I don't.
That's why I call these Doomer freaking lunatics out all the time.
That's not our party.
I want you to watch this.
Here's Al Sayed.
Again, if this was no big deal, just answer the question.
He doesn't even want to talk about it.
He is desperately trying to change the subject.
Always measure the effectiveness of an attack by the opponent's response.
He's clearly freaked out.
He doesn't even want to talk about this.
He can't even talk about it.
If it's no big deal, just say it's no big deal.
This reminds me of that line from that movie G.I. Jane, the Demi Moore, whatever, Navy SEAL movie.
You know, people who don't want to make statements don't make statements about not making statements.
Look at him making a statement about it.
not making a statement. Check this out. None of this matters. You know what matters?
There's a family. You can go like 15 minutes that way for 15 minutes that way or 15 minutes that
way. And there are families who are preparing to send their kids to schools tomorrow that look
like they did 50 years ago. They're worried about what they're going to feed their kids for lunch.
They're worried that if one of their kids gets sick, they're not going to be able to pay the
bills. Those are the things that matter. I would hope I would hope honestly, like you guys,
we have a democracy, right? Democracy is founded on a couple of things. The ability to vote. Yes.
And they're trying to take it away. The other one is, is, is, is freedom of assembly. And the
third is freedom of the press. But y'all, please, I would hope that you all want to ask questions
that are relevant to that family. They're the ones who matter. The rest of this, just a
distraction. Thank you. How is this not relevant? A major political party figure in the state of
Michigan, in your party, you ran against and barely beat who nearly beat you in the primary
is now coming out, telling voters, please don't vote for this guy. Vote for
the Republican. How is this not a story? The answer is it is. And his reaction is so telling.
And so is Carville. Use condom. Folks, this guy is dangerous of all the candidates running now,
and they are dreadful. Annie Andrews in South Carolina, Tallarico, the Peltola in Alaska.
These are a, these are dreadful candidates. This is a crew of losers. Like I've never,
ever seen before. This guy is the worst. He is a serious threat to the Republic as we know it.
And she knows it too, Haley Stevens. This stuff isn't helping, by the way.
Abdul El-Sayed does an interview with Ross Douthat on 60 Minutes, and he's asked a question
about men in the women's room. This is an easy one. This is a ground ball. You just say, listen,
we've kind of moved on or something like that. He can't do it. Just like he's fumbled the answer.
Does Israel have the right to exist? Does Palestine have the right to exist? He can't
answer a question. He's asked a ground ball question in a state President Trump won about
men in the women's room pretending to be like this conservative Democrat guy when it comes to family
values. And he's like, hey, man, men should be allowed in the women's room. I mean, they're
men. They should see some guy's unit in the women's room with my daughter. How is that even
an answer? Folks, this guy is crazy. And he's emblematic of the slate of losers running in
this cycle. Listen to this answer. Talk about a closing argument against the candidate. He made
it himself. Here's El-Sayed on 60 Minutes. Transgender kids on sports teams and so on,
right? These are places where rights are in conflict, right? What do you think happens there?
How do you factor these social issues? Because here's the thing about it. Ross, you have an
iPhone in your pocket, probably. Or is it an iPhone or a Samsung? You have a phone in your
pocket, right? You can get access to everything and anything in the whole world, all the world's
information in your pocket. The notion somehow that you are going to prevent your child from
being exposed to something that you may find disagreeable and that that is going to be
because of school is so profoundly outdated. Because, of course, you have all the information
and they have all the information. So here's the thing about it.
I think it's really important for us to recognize that the free flow of information is actually a
beautiful thing. And the most important thing you can do is not try
to protect a person from seeing a thing. It's about trying to make sure that as you coach your
kid through the world, that you are engaging with them and saying, here's what I believe.
Here's what you may see in the world. You get to make your choices about who you're going to be in
the world. But that's going to require us to make do with the fact that the internet is a real thing.
Folks, what else could you possibly want to hear? This is the guy Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi and
others are telling you to vote for while his own opponent, the Democrat Party, is warning you.
By the way, thank you to Bongino Army, 50,200 people here for the show. That's an amazing crowd
in a midterm election. Thank you so much from the bottom of, as I say, my sometimes broken heart.
I really appreciate it. You guys and ladies mean the world to me. 50,000 is a enormous number on a
stream at 1054. So on a Monday, I really appreciate it. You put a big smile on my face. It goes to show
you the doomers and moronistan folks, they could keep to put American flags in the chat for you
guys. American flags in the chat. I love you guys. And this is just a stunning rebuke to doomers stand
you like, you know, that the shows like this have no place in America, that we should be talking
about doom and gloom all the time. Thank you so much. You guys mean the world to me. Folks, I want
to make a, what would you call in a legal case? Look at that chat. Only we could do that in a chat.
Tearing it up in there. Love you guys. I want to make for you
a legal kind of non-legal, but legal closing.
And I think that's the argument for the Trump team. Folks, it's not just about voting against the crazy Democrats, although that's a component of this contrast matter. But I want to show you what I think matters. And I think it matters to you too. Divorce emotions from results. Pay attention to the scroller coming up in a minute. We're going to run on the screen. It's the first time we've done this. These are real headlines about things that have happened. Man, that chat is still going.
And I want to ask you, do you want more of this? Or do you want less of this? I can tell you for me, the answer is 100% as clear as scotch tape. I want more. We haven't done more in a long time. More. Bring it. Last break and I'll get right to it for you.

FBI Minneapolis and our partners executed 17 search warrants in a single day to combine into a 26-count indictment. Three of those search warrants were at a child care center. Two of those search warrants were at the residences of the owners of those centers. And two more of those search warrants were on the Early Intensive Development and Behavioral Intervention Unit here in Minnesota.

Podcast Summary
Key Points:
The speaker warns that losing the U.S. Senate would lead to a Democratic supermajority with long-term consequences, including packed courts, open borders, and unchecked regulations.
Democratic leaders like Kamala Harris and Barack Obama have openly discussed dismantling key institutions—such as the Electoral College, the filibuster, and the Supreme Court—highlighting a serious threat to the republic.
The speaker emphasizes that these policies are not fringe ideas but mainstream, actively promoted by major candidates and political figures in the current election cycle.
The military's planning for 90 days of self-sufficiency signals a high level of preparedness for crisis, prompting the speaker to urge civilians to prepare with emergency supplies.
The campaign urges voters to focus on turnout rather than persuasion, arguing that a single, unified effort can reverse the political tide and prevent a destructive Democratic takeover.
The speaker highlights specific examples of Democratic candidates' behavior—such as Al El-Sayed’s evasiveness on social issues and Haley Stevens’ bold political shift—to illustrate their extremism and lack of accountability.
Real-world results under President Trump are presented as evidence of success, including lower crime, border crossings, and drug prices, countering claims of chaos.
The speaker warns against taking political attacks personally, urging voters to separate emotion from facts and focus on tangible outcomes and long-term national stability.
