Speaker 1Hey guys, welcome back to the show. I recently did a 90-day sprint for our clients inside of the 1%, and the sprint kind of looked like the following. We worked on growing their audiences using viral content, then we used that content to build small followings that were ready, willing, and eager to buy from them. Then we turned those buyers into proof, proof like reviews and testimonials, and then we used that proof to make our listings and sales pages convert better, and then we talked about promotions and launches, and people just got insane results throughout this 90-day sprint. I don't usually release training calls from my private mentoring community here onto the podcast, but there were some things that happened on the most recent call that were just very fulfilling for me, and I want to share them with you. So I'm going to share. I'm going to share the first part of this call with you where people talked about what they did throughout the 90-day sprint to create these results, and they talked about what results they got in 90 days, and there's two things I want you to get from this. Number one, I want you to listen to what they did so that you can implement it into your business. You'll hear some of the tactics and strategies that they took away from this 90-day sprint. Feel free to steal them and put them in your business, make more money, make more sales. The second thing that I want you to take away from this is listen to the mental transformations. Listen as Andy talks about how he went from having no idea what he was going to do this year to being on pace for six figures if nothing changes 90 days later. And we talk about what it will take for him to get to seven figures. And you'll hear Ty talk about how a year ago he would have said that a million-dollar business is a pipe dream, and now it just seems obvious that he's going to have a million-dollar business in 2026. I want you to listen to what he said about how he went from having no idea what he was I want you to hear that mental transformation because the hardest thing that I do is convince people that this is possible. And so there's nothing better that I could do than to have you hear some of the transformations just in the last 90 days. So listen to the transformations and take the strategies that they did and feel free to use them in your own business. And if you want to work together in 2026, go to capitalism.com slash one. This is where I work with people for a full year. And one of the things I'm going to talk about is the transformation. And one of the things I'm most proud of in our mentoring community is that the value goes up over time. And what I mean by that is in most groups, you join a coach or a mastermind and you get a ton of value at first. You learn all these things. You meet all these great people. And then over time, the value just goes down. I pride myself on the fact that our value goes up over time because I get to know the people. I get to know the businesses. We have in-person meetups. We have events. We have local chapters. And as a result, we get to know the people. And as a result, the relationship value builds. The advice that I give improves because I understand the entrepreneur. I understand the business. And so our value gets better over the course of a year. So if you want to work together, I would just highly encourage you to just tell us what you're working on. And let's just see if we can help. Go to capitalism.com slash one. Fill out the form. And I would love to get you the same results as the people who you're about to listen to. So listen for the strategies and the tactics. And listen to the transformations that happened just in the last 90 days. So here's what we're going to do today. There's a few of you that we have highlighted that we want to bring on to share the wins of what has happened over the last 90 days. Then once we share those wins, I am going to move over to Q&A. And I will hang out with you as long as we have energy to keep going with that Q&A. A couple of house cleaning items before we dive in. Number one, if you participated in the Sprint only and you are not an annual member for the 1%, you are missing out on 80% of the goods, that will happen. So I would highly encourage you, if you have not already applied that $2,500 credit to a full year inside of the 1%, it would be a really good idea to do so. You have a $2,500 credit into your next year. Don't lose that credit. Don't lose what's already applied to your membership and don't lose the momentum that you've already built over the last 90 days. So the team has reached out to all of you individually, get back to them and get in for the full year. In 2026, we have regular masterminds planned throughout the year. We do these at cost just to build relationships inside of the 1%. So the masterminds that we do are there to build the relationships. Because as you guys know, the real upside to what we do at Capitalism.com is we invest in and advise entrepreneurs who are at a million dollars and beyond. This is really where Ryan builds his wealth. Ryan builds his wealth by investing in businesses. Ryan builds his wealth by advising businesses to go beyond a million dollars and have an eight-figure exit. So my target for people that I work with is. That we're targeting a multi-million dollar exit. A $10 million exit is our target. And we look at things like roll-ups and partnerships and cross-promotion opportunities and raising capital. We're raising capital next year for one of our brands at a $10 million valuation. We started working with them when they were at $50,000 a month. There's a brand that we're planning on going to market to exit probably next year at a $10 million valuation. When we started working together, he said, he would be really happy if he got four. And so we've added $6 million in potential enterprise value to this business by working directly with this brand. So this is where we make all of our upside. And we build those relationships. It's hard to build those relationships via StreamYard and coaching calls and Zoom calls. We build those relationships in person. And those masterminds happen throughout the year. And our next one is. If you want to be on the list to be invited to one of those, go to capitalism.com slash events. Capitalism.com slash events has the calendar. And this is where you can fill out a form to let us know, hey, I think I'd benefit from coming to one of these masterminds. And again, we do these at costs. We add up food and beverage and hotel, and we just distribute it among the members. We don't make a margin on these. This is part of the service of what we do here at Capitalism. Okay, so here's what we're going to do. There's a few of you that we have hand-selected to come on, and I am going to call on some of you. And I just want to hear about your results. So Dr. Megan, are you here in the green? You are here in the green room. Dr. Megan, I am going to start with you. Give me a thumbs up if that's okay. And I just want to hear about your progress over the last 90 days. Good morning, Dr. Megan. How are you? Good morning. I'm doing well. Tell me about. Tell me about your big wins over the last couple of months, and specifically over the Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotion.
Speaker 2Well, my biggest win is we pulled the trigger on my goal for creating this business seven years ago was so that I could retire my husband. And he put in his big law firm resignation on Monday.
Speaker 1Amazing. Congratulations, Dr. Megan. How does that feel?
Speaker 2I mean, it's very exciting.
Speaker 1Also terrifying. I'm so happy for you. When did you have the confidence to make that move?
Speaker 2I mean, I saw that I've continued to bring in enough money every month to support our family, and it's enough. So he doesn't need to be trading his time for money anymore.
Speaker 1What changed in the last. 90 days that gave you that confidence?
Speaker 2I feel like I have a system for this is how you get sales. So just do the thing every day. Do the tribe five thing. Just do it.
Speaker 1And was that true 90 days ago?
Speaker 2I wanted to do it 90 days ago, but I don't feel like I necessarily had the confidence that this is how you do it.
Speaker 1So tell me. Tell me about the shifts that happened in your business over the last 90 days, because I've looked at you several times and be like, hey, you're sitting on a million dollar business and you've been at this for seven years, you know, beating your head against the wall and you had some big breakthroughs over the last 90 days. Tell me about them.
Speaker 2So I think at the last call was kind of one of the biggest ones where you said that we don't need to email like Alex Hormozy or other people who are selling. path. they're going to make the decision that my product is what they need.
Speaker 1I have in my notes that you had a pretty significant Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotion sales bump. Tell me about it.
Speaker 2So I wouldn't say it was like the best Black Friday I've ever had. It was, but I was promoting subscribe and save. So my existing subscribe and save, like my most loyal people weren't going to participate. So I doubled the amount of sales the week before. So that was good. And I got another like 30 subscribe and save customers.
Speaker 1So what is that in terms of revenue?
Speaker 2Well, my product sells for $104. So if they're getting the 10% discount, that's almost three grand a month. If they stay.
Speaker 1Of recurring revenue added to the business from a week long promotion.
Speaker 2Congratulations. Thank you.
Speaker 1So I've said to you directly on a couple of calls, Dr. Megan, you're sitting on a million dollar business. I don't think you believed it 90 days ago. I think you wanted it and hoped for it, but you didn't see it or believe it. Is that a correct? I don't think it's a correct assessment about you.
Speaker 2I mean, I wanted it. I mean, my goal for 2025 was to have a 100K month or a $2,800 day. I haven't done that. So I keep like, I keep being stuck in this. I'm at 20,000, give or take dollars a month every month. And I can't seem to break that. I can't seem to break that. And how can this ever be a million dollar business is like, there's this, like, I want it to be also, how can it be at the same time?
Speaker 1Okay. Was that, is that how you feel now? Or that's how you felt 90 days ago?
Speaker 2Uh, I mean, that's definitely how I felt 90 days ago.
Speaker 1And how do you feel now?
Speaker 2Um, I feel like I know that it's possible. I'm still struggling to get there, but.
Speaker 1Mm-hmm. Yeah. Well, welcome being an entrepreneur, but now, now you have a million dollar business. You have a path forward that you feel like, oh, this is actually going to work. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Based on my experience, you're, you're probably three months away from that. Having, having the, oh, if this is every day moment. Okay. And then you're six to eight months away from that actually happening.
Speaker 2Okay. That's fine with me. Especially now that my husband's going to be, I won't have to be supporting like in the supporting role for him. He's going to be in the supporting role for me. I can really actually focus on my business. It's really exciting.
Speaker 1Well, uh, could you give a quick, you said you doubled your sales from the previous week. What was your best day or week long period throughout this 90 day process?
Speaker 2Um, I, I mean, my best day was black Friday. I got 1470 in sales. So about half, half that million dollar day.
Speaker 1That's right. That's right. That's right. Dr. Megan, I'm so glad you decided to do this. I predict you are a seven figure success story in 2026. And I am really happy for you.
Speaker 2Thank you. I. You bet. So excited.
Speaker 1You bet. Congratulations, Megan. Good to see you. Thank you. All right. I'm going to come over to Ty Mayfield, my man coming to you. Can I call on you and hear about your last 90 days? All right. So Ty, give us the big wins from the last 90 days.
Speaker 3Yeah. So, um, obviously with golf season, it's going down. My best month has been July, but, um, we saw a massive uptick over the past, like two weeks. So, uh, black Friday and cyber Monday, those four days we did over $13,000 in sales. So in what timeframe? Four days. Um, do you remember when that was just a pipe dream? Dude, I, I was thinking about it like literally last year, like this was right around the time when I like kind of quit my job and made the decision to kind of try and figure out what was next and to be able to be like, yeah, we did almost 5k in one day, you know, like that's, that's insane. So, uh, it's been a lot of fun.
Speaker 1So tell me what you changed or adjusted over the last 90 days that prepared you for that really big black Friday, cyber Monday push.
Speaker 3Yeah. I think the, the three things that I've focused on, I made sure to update my Amazon images. Um, we improved a lot of those, um, just those graphics, instead of just having lifestyle pictures, we put some, some proof up there. We put some reasons of why people want to buy it. Um, and then secondly, um, I kind of, I played a strategy where over the past, like two weeks, I ran different promotions to my list so that like the first one was basically like, Hey, how can I get some search find buys so I can get up in the algorithm a little bit? Um, so I found like probably 10 people on my list that were like, Hey, I'll definitely do this for you. Um, bumped us up in the algorithm. And then we just ran a 25% off for like, the start of Amazon's black Friday. So the, and just hammered home on email promotions and, and really good PPC management. And yeah, like it's, it's just following the process again. So it was cool to see all the growth.
Speaker 1I remember when you launched and did, I don't know, maybe five grand or 10 grand your, your first 30 some days. Yeah. And it was 10 grand. And then the, the following year, like it was, it was maybe four or five months after that, there was a prime day and you had your first hundred sale day. And that was like the dopamine dump from the heavens, right? Holy shit. This is real. Although you didn't say shit because you're a pastor. So, so I'm just a pastoral student, so I can say shit, but I was never hired as a pastor. So I concur, but the, that was, that was a, a, just a mind melding moment. And now the hundred sale days are becoming more common for you. It's not a daily thing yet, but you've broke, you've broke through that ceiling and now, and now you're, you break through it more regularly. And so I was hoping that you could comment to the, for the Dr. Megan's of the world, for the Katie's of the world, for the Andy's of the world who have seen that, seen a breakthrough, but it's, it's not necessarily predictable. We can't make it happen again next week. I was just hoping that you could comment on the pace that you've seen that pick up and how that has affected both the business numbers and also your mindset behind it.
Speaker 3I mean, I think the thing that I've really focused on is just trying to do the daily work every single day and understanding like the snowball effect really does, like pop in. Um, so I don't know if I'm answering your question, right. But I think for me, just continuing to take the next steps, because like, you know, when you're at like 50 reviews, your, your, your business is going to move at a certain pace. But once you get to like one, two, 300, we're at 300 plus reviews. And it's like, okay, this is this. I never thought this would be possible in, you know, a year and a half, two, years, but it's actually, it's doing it, you know? Um, so financially, like we, we hit some of those 100 plus days, but obviously like with prime day and big deal days, like it's going to happen more regularly. Um, but I'm just excited to get, this is basically off of one product. So if we can get another like hero products to really put fuel on the fire, like I'm stoked for this next year, because we've got this new product. And I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm excited for this new product that I think it's going to do really well. And it's just going to put more fuel on the fire for the, the gloves too.
Speaker 1So, so let me comment on that. And then I have one more question for you. One of the mistakes that a lot of e-commerce entrepreneurs make is as soon as they launch and they realize that they can get sales doing a launch, they go right to the next product and do a launch for that. And they get another surge and another dopamine dump. And they're like, Oh, that works. I'm going to launch a third product and I'm going to go get sales for that. And I got another dopamine dump and we, and, and they train themselves that as they release more products, sales go up and that works short term, but medium term, you have all this capital tied up in multiple products and sales dip on one and the other goes up a little bit. And then you're playing whack-a-mole trying to get reviews over here. And then you're not sure what to We've spent all year year getting one product to what was your best month 60 60k a month yeah we were like 64k so getting one product essentially to to above 50 000 a month now we've got a system and a buyer's list and a process and a way to get reviews and we have customers who will buy product number two so as soon as ty goes and rolls out product number two that product number two is probably going to go to 25 000 a month real quick now it's a strategic decision do i want to launch product number three and go right to 100k a month or do i want to let this seed a little bit and take the whole thing to 100k so product three goes to 50k a month really quickly and then it becomes a much more strategic decision rather than i gotta release a new thing in order for my numbers to just maintain themselves and this is why i beat it into y'all's heads to just build the snowball for a while until we have that system for 25 sales a day minimum so that then we can put another log on the fire and then it just catches instead of just throwing more kindling in there and getting this little tiny fire to grow ty i got one more question you want to comment go ahead no i just
Speaker 3want to add on that so i rushed the process of my second product i tried to get it out really fast when i didn't have the system set and it's not a i rushed the the product it's not the best product i just wanted to get it out and the market and my customers kind of know it and i don't get a lot of sales from it that's why like and that was probably that was a year ago and three months later we were sitting in arizona you know and you're like you just need to focus on one thing and i was like all right that's what i needed to know to be able to sprint forward um and literally have just been focusing on how the heck do i promote these gloves and it's it's paid off for sure i'm so
Speaker 1happy for you dude i got one more question for you and it's a question i get a lot because i like consumables i like supplements and beauty brands and personal care brands and food brands i like cpg consumer packaged goods that's that's my jam it's what i nerd out on all day and one of the pieces of criticism or questions i get is well what if i'm not selling something that people are going to order every month or every three months you sell golf clubs it's something that people buy once a year max right it wait what what they buy that more often yeah
Speaker 3really yeah so if you okay tell me more if you're an avid golfer right the there's two different types of leather right and the leather that we do is a more premium lever leather it's not synthetic so it actually wears down faster the more that you play especially in like the summer months so after like probably 10 rounds you should probably get a new one well
Speaker 4then there goes my question screw you man so then then
Speaker 1here's my here's my pivot to your question how do you turn this purchase into something that creates recurring customers is this something you manufacture is this something that just happens naturally this is a a field i don't know very well so help help help the group
Speaker 3understand i think for me the biggest thing is creating community um i haven't done it very well in necessarily like a a facebook group or a discord channel or whatnot but my email list wants to hear from me and i think just rallying the support there and then also listening to them and asking them what they want um we're doing surveys and stuff to be able to be like hey what do you want next because you you're obviously the ones that are buying this and you want to rep like there's a lot of people that are buying this and they're buying this and they're buying this and they're buying this and they're buying this and they're buying this and they're different variations that we're able to do and so people are able to tell us hey i want a black glove can you make a black glove and that's why we're going into polos because people are like hey we want we want that's the next thing we want um even though like i hate the thought of going into apparel it it's it's what my customers want and so i'm just like i'm listening to them and just saying hey let's go i'll i'll meet the need and become this golf brand and i'm just like hey let's go i'll meet the need and become this golf brand and i'm just like i'll meet the need and that um it's slightly edgy but it's not too edgy and that's that's something that people definitely wanted not the country club stick up and they're also not like the guy that's just going to go get handed on the course so it's speaking to that group so i don't know if that
Speaker 1answered your question but at the beginning of this year if someone said ty mayfield is a millionaire how crazy did that sound uh that sounded like a super bar pipe dream and here we are less than 12 months later if someone says ty mayfield the millionaire or millionaire in 2026 how likely or how believable is that now it's gonna happen in 2026
Speaker 3isn't that nuts yeah i'm fully confident i'm like it it's funny because like the the goalpost moves you know like i'm excited about 1 million but then i'm also like how can i build this to 10 so i'm i'm stoked for 2026 i think it's going to be a massive year one
Speaker 1of the things this is for all of you who can't believe that yet for yourselves this is something that my one of my business partners tomer and i talk about we say man i can't wait for the day to come when i'm like i'm gonna be a millionaire and i'm gonna be a millionaire i can't wait for the day when ten thousand dollar days are boring because and we we say that at every milestone like there was a time with switch we were like someday thousand dollar days are going to be boring and then it was man can you can you imagine when two thousand dollar days are going to be boring three thousand dollar days and now we remind ourselves like hey guess what three thousand
Speaker 4dollar days are boring oh yeah we did it we did it
Speaker 1and a year ago if you think about you tie what was a boring day for you you know if you did like you know 10 to 20 sales oh yeah okay fine now you're not even getting excited at 100 sales like oh yeah we did it again you know it's cool it's
Speaker 3fine like i said the goalpost moves i want to hit 100 every day now and and you
Speaker 1will yeah but
Speaker 3you know every time we hit it i'm still stoked it's just with less emphasis i guess well ty i'm
Speaker 1so happy for you and i'm excited to make you a millionaire in 2026 let's do it thanks for being here man good to see you katie i understand you had a really big week can i chat with you about it let's go katie how are you tell me the wins from
Speaker 5the last 90 days um so last 90 days uh i started a new campaign for two fold uh on prime day i was feeling kind of inspired because my customer tends to be kind of anti-prime so i just started some anti-prime messaging and that was when i hit that was when i hit 30 30 short of a two two thousand dollar day and so for black friday i decided clearly this messaging is resonating so i need to figure out how to repeat that double down and scale it up so for black friday i decided to do a two-day campaign for two thousand dollars and i did it back friday cyber monday i basically leaned into fast shipping for slow living and leaned into 48 hours to leave my warehouse and and then i did what i considered a once a year i've never done it before but you and i had talked about it last year a tiered discount system where the more you spend the more you save a refresh and we did about 5 000 in a very competitive market um the big difference in luxury bedding brooklinen and all of them i mean they're doing 40 off or 50 off and i'm not losing margin i have a solid margin and 5 000 so i i feel really proud of that considering all of the noise in the space and we're such a small player i'm such a small was that was that
Speaker 1over that four day period of black friday cyber monday
Speaker 5the five i did an early access that to collect emails um my sales cycle is running between 14 and 30 days um once i get an email typically it's just a long that's really good
Speaker 1duration so that's that's a good that's pretty good that sales cycle
Speaker 5yeah thank you so i'm i'm really running uh i wanted to also collect emails knowing that i wouldn't convert everybody in that time period and so i ended up collecting 96 emails between november 24th and uh cyber monday monday and um had the five thousand dollars in sales and i still have had decent days since that I'm setting the world on fire, but you know, $500 days, uh, the last few, I had three over a thousand dollar days during that period.
Speaker 1Fantastic. Now what, what y'all don't know about Katie is that Katie started over this year. Katie just said, you know, I'm just going to try this again a little bit. I'm going to do this a little bit differently and started over from scratch.
Speaker 5Yeah. Yeah. I mean, so you and I spoke, uh, this summer and I was working and still am working. I've had personal stuff, health stuff and everything else. And so I got kind of veered off course, if you will, for a period of time, and I'm still working on that gluten-free brand. It's still happening on the side because it serves me. And I know there are others like me, but formulation got stuck and things were slow and I knew it wasn't a play for the holidays. I have two fold in my hand and I learned so much from trying to do really your full process, um, with the gluten-free brand, which frankly was easier. It was easier to determine my person. It was easier to do that by going through that exercise. It made it easier for me to see the path on two fold. So when prime day came up, I thought, let's test my theory. Do I know this year? And I do.
Speaker 1Great. And how do you feel going into 2026? Cause I know 2025 was not your favorite year. Not my favorite year.
Speaker 5It was not my favorite year either.
Speaker 1Just so you know, I think that goes for a lot of us, but it wasn't your favorite year, but going into 2026, where's your mindset?
Speaker 5Um, it's such a good question. My mindset is I'm planning to continue to double down on two fold. Um, I have a much clearer vision. It is much easier for me to define my person. I have a lot more confidence in how to position it. And I think one of the things I didn't even realize I was doing is I was sort of self-sabotaging by trying to do everything myself and not offloading some of the work so I could focus on the things that actually move business forward. So I actually helped just an inexpensive help with managing my ads because I'm Shopify. So that's really important to my business. And he is also a startup. So he's very reasonable and he's doing a great job. And that has helped me focus on things that are important to me and important to my customers, supply chain, and some other things to really tighten it up. So in 2026, we can come out full bore and kind of streamline the timeline for getting product. Cause inventory is obviously really difficult with bedding. There's lots of sizes. Um, and I have to manage that. And that's been a learning curve too. Um, but I feel like systems are starting to develop. I, I have a lot more confidence in the process. And I was actually talking to Brian Cobble this week. Uh, he and I stay very connected to totally different businesses, but he, um,
Speaker 1he said, they're, they're very complimentary brands. You, you, you drink yourself, you drink yourself. Until you're tired and then you
Speaker 5crash out on the sheets
Speaker 1on the linen.
Speaker 5Right. But he said the conversations we have right now, I want you to pause and think about the conversations we had a year ago versus the conversations we have today. We've come a long way and that's so true. And that means a lot. Um, that was a really good moment of pause to, to acknowledge that because I think like Ty said, that goalpost is constantly moving. We're constantly striving for the next and we're not appreciating the journey. You know, it's that gap and gain theory. Um, and I do want to just mention something that you had asked Ty about the non-consumables. Yeah. Um, I never expected to have a 25% reorder rate, but I do. And I have 350 AOV luxury linen product and I have a 25% reorder rate. So that theory is a belief that's not founded. In fact, I love that. Thank you for saying that. Katie, I'm so stoked.
Speaker 1I'm so stoked for you. When, when, when the news broke that you had a two, almost $2,000 day and then a $5,000, we'll just call it a week. I was so happy. Cause I know that you fought for this. Yeah. Like you, you just climbed through some muck this year. Yeah. And, uh, we do, we do community wins on our all hands Tuesday mornings here at capitalism.com and your, your name was on this week. So congratulations. Thank
Speaker 5you. Um, you also had said something to me in our in-person in Arizona that when Ty mentioned it reminded me, and that was, we had a whole conversation about choosing.
Speaker 1Yes. And that
Speaker 5was something I really struggled with. And I think I had to go through the diversion.
Speaker 1Would you, share that, that story with those who are not? Cause I, I said it, I thought it was kind of in kind of a, a boring sentence, but I saw your face and you, I get re really struck a chord with you and friends. This is, this is something that can only happen in an in-person setting. Like what I, what Katie's going to share with you this moment that was so impactful for, for her, it wouldn't have happened if we weren't looking at each other in the whites of the eyes in person, you wouldn't hear about, like, you wouldn't have that same reaction from a video or a podcast or even a coaching call. But the fact that we're sitting three feet apart from one another and, and we had this moment, something really clicked. And this is why we do these masterminds and next year moving into local chapters and more of a community experience here. So Katie, please tell that story. Yeah.
Speaker 5So we were sitting across the table from each other after dinner and, um, you know, it was the first time we had met in person. So you were asking me questions about the business. And one of the questions I always avoided and dodged whenever we were having over, uh, over the calls, you'd always ask, you know, name your person. And I was constantly trying to find my person. I was trying to identify who had purchased and back into my person, partly because I came to the 1% with a product in hand. I already had a plan. I already had a product. And so retrofitting the person was difficult. I, I knew that I knew that I aligned with it, but I just really struggled with it. Um, and when we were sitting across the way, you said, I want you to stop for a second. If you have to choose, I'm not asking you to find it. I'm not asking you to search for it. I'm not asking for you. And you kind of just walked through and you said, you have to make the choice. You just have to choose and go.
Speaker 1And I remember, I, I remember I said that I specifically use the words in the eight step formula, not find your person, but choose your person because it's just a choice. And as soon as you choose, then all the marketing gets clear for you to build the email list and do great launches and get reviews and get to 25 sales a day and on and on and on.
Speaker 5And I would love to say that I went home from that and immediately did it. I didn't, I had my head against the wall for another six months. But like I said, there was something about prime day that just struck a chord for me. And I decided to test a theory and it hit. So I And that's the direction. I've also been afraid to lean into gendering my brand. That's been something I've been worried about. Whether it's right or wrong, I've always been worried. But I do think that it makes it so much more clear if at least I know that I'm targeting women. Even if I don't use the language in my marketing, it really makes it easier to make decisions if I get really specific.
Speaker 1That's right. Really good work, Katie. Congratulations. We're so happy for you. Thank you. You're welcome. Okay. So I know I want to open up the floor. Before I go to Q&A, I want one person in the green room just to share their wins with me. So who would like to brag on their results and their success over the last 90 days? I see you, Peter. I see you, Andy. I'm going to hit both of you quick because both of you have really big, 90 days. So Peter, I'll come to you first. Good morning, Peter. Mr. Consistency, tell me what's happened in the last 90 days.
Speaker 6Thank you. Well, yeah, I'm doing the work. So, well, the big shift is I convinced my wife to apply everything I'm doing with this brand on the farm brand. I started this with zero. The farm already had 1,600 people on the database. And so my wife, Beatrice, she was very anti-capitalism.
Speaker 1Give her enough time with me. Don't worry. I have a very high success rate of converting people into capitalists.
Speaker 6Anyway, so she got on board by putting many, many chat on her socials and on doing the email campaign going to Black Friday. She wouldn't call it Black Friday. She called it Green Friday. She wouldn't call it Cyber Monday. So she called it Unplugged Monday. But anyway, nonetheless, the farm did $6,400 Australian dollars over the weekend in turnover. And with services that we currently do, but that was unusual. Like, we wouldn't have got those sales. And, in fact, the people specifically said, oh, where's my $30? Or, you know, made sure that that little link worked. So that worked. My new brand, this Natural Horse Whisperer, well, I mean, yeah, I'm disappointed, of course. But I'm always disappointed. I mean, seriously. But I did three sales. Had them $65 per sale. I chucked heaps of bonuses. Too many, to be honest. I mean, I probably should have just stuck with $20. But I chucked in, okay, you'll get the first four chapters of my coaching program. And you'll get a calendar. And you'll get this little strap. So it's too much.
Speaker 1But anyway. I call this the big box of shit syndrome. Yeah. I fall into it, too. I fall into it, too. But I just want to – I'm listening for something. Peter, were these your first? First sales of this business?
Speaker 6Of my business? Yeah. So I just wrote down here. So 30 days ago, as in the 4th of November, which is Melbourne Cup Day, I launched. And I've done 19 sales since then. So 3,000. At a
Speaker 1price point of?
Speaker 6$165 Australian. Which is $109 US. Mm-hmm. So what is –
Speaker 1What's that – I'm going somewhere here. So you launched exactly a month ago.
Speaker 6Exactly a month ago, yeah.
Speaker 1And your total sales are?
Speaker 6$3,135. So Peter made
Speaker 4his first sale, $1,000 and $3,000 in the last month on a brand new business that didn't exist 90 days ago. Will you hashtag that up?
Speaker 1I mean, Peter's already suffering from dopamine deficiency syndrome here.
Speaker 6Oh, big time. Like, I'm just looking at him. Refresh, refresh, refresh.
Speaker 4And he made his first grand, $2,000, $3,000 in the last 90 days. His business did not exist 90 days ago.
Speaker 6Yeah. Yeah, that's true. Yeah, it's true. Yeah, but I didn't make a sale yesterday. Yeah. Didn't make a – What else can I tell you? I've got 153 people on my database, and that's – I only started a landing page on the 13th of October, so that's just about 50 days ago. So I've got 153 people on my database. I didn't have an Instagram account. But 90 days ago, and I've now got 13,000 people following. 13? Is that what you said? Yeah. That's really damn good. Oh, thank you. But, you know, this is where a real question lives inside here. I mean, I'm getting 110 people every single day. Every time I turn this phone on, it goes, oh, you're at, you know, 12.8, 12.9, you know, 13. So every day, 110 people will join. And that's exponential, I guess. Yeah, but such a small, tiny, tiny percent are coming across. I mean, I'm getting about three –
Speaker 1This is what I want you to do, Peter, before you go here. Yeah. I'm trying to get you to milk these wins for a hot second. Okay. And you're like, thank you for the acknowledgement. Now let me tell you my problems.
Speaker 6Yeah, totally. That's me.
Speaker 1And Mariska's laughing because this is all of us. This is all of us. By the way, me too. Me too. The reason I'm good at this is because I've been doing this and messing with my own mental crap for 20 years. I've been an entrepreneur for two decades. So we've just – this is just how we're wired, so it's okay. But I want you to just sit in a couple things that I wrote down. Peter, you built a list of 153 people and it turned into $3,000 in sales. That's not normal. That's not normal. Okay. $20 per lead is not normal.
Speaker 6Uh-huh. Okay. Now –
Speaker 1What's normal? We would like both of these numbers to be higher, right? Because we always do. But $20 an opt-in in terms of collective revenue is not normal. And that means that something is working. And it's because – It's because you have been doing the process for the last 90 days of building attention and getting opt-ins and sending emails and creating the right proof for your listings. That's a really healthy sign. So I just want you to sit and marinate in these numbers that I wrote down from the last 90 days. 153 people on an email list. $3,000 in sales. Your first $3,000 in sales. $3,000 in sales on a brand-new business that didn't exist 90 days ago. And 13,000 people who are now following your content for your brand. That's absurd progress in 90 days. Okay. Absurd. Now, I am going to – I am going to come back to you on your question. But I just want you to sit on this idea of $20 a lead and 13,000 followers and $3,000 in sales. And your first sales on a new business in 90 days is wild.
Speaker 6Okay. Well, that's great to hear because my default is to say, come on. What's going on here? This is – Peter, you should be very proud.
Speaker 1And I want you to take 10 minutes and just marinate in that. And then I'll come back to you in Q&A. Great work. Great work. Give this man some hashtags and some love in the comments. Andy, I'm going to come to you last, and then I will go over to Q&A. So, Andy, tell me about the last 90 days.
Speaker 7Oh, man. A bit of a whirlwind. It worked out great because I was launching right as the 90-day sprint happened. So, it coincided really well. And I remember the first time I talked to you about this, I had 13 sales on a launch in a week. And you were really celebrating. I was like, I don't know. That's not very good. You had Peter syndrome? I did. But just breaking through and launching has just been a weight lifted off my shoulders. And we did 20 orders in September. That's when I launched. We did 68 in October, 143 in November. What is today, December 4th? I'm looking at my seller central. 32 in December. Ooh, in four days. In four days. Not even four days. Yeah. So, it's been amazing. It's been a whirlwind. And what's so exciting is now, I think I said this to Tanner, like, before the 90-day sprint, my worry was, how am I going to launch? What if this doesn't go well? What if nobody likes it? And now my worry is, I got to come up with enough money to pay for this big order because the growth is looking like we need to place a big order, which I just did the other day. So, it's exciting. We talked about moving the goalposts, but I need to keep in mind. I need to keep in mind to always be, remember where I was three months ago and where I am now. And I would have given my right arm three months ago to be where I am now. And it's in a really short period of time.
Speaker 1So, let me reflect that back to you because unless I misheard you, your launch was 20 sales. Okay? And I'm like, first sales. And you're like, yeah. You have to say that because we pay you. And then in the first three days of December, you've already beaten that launch. And you're already at 10 sales a day for this period. Correct. That's a BFD, as Michael Scott would say.
Speaker 7Yeah. And it's hitting home. I'm embracing it. And it's really, really enjoyable. I mean, I have a business that I didn't have a few months ago, and it's profitable. The PPC is converting. You know, good enough. We're leaning into what works. We know what keywords are working. And I go back to the person. I got the person right. And we're hitting on keywords. I do skincare for people. We're hitting on keywords that don't have anything to do with skincare. And we're getting them at a 20th the price because we're hitting on keywords for the person. And so, getting the person right, it just makes everything so much easier. Everything. You know what your social media message is, what your email message is. Is what the keywords are. And not only does it make it easier, it's a lot more efficient money-wise. So, skincare. What's your price point? We're at $27.99 right now.
Speaker 1Okay. All right. So, you're. Well, when I calculate that. So, if you're doing 10 sales a day, and we didn't grow, that's right around $100,000 a year. Let's go. Let's go. 90 days ago you had never taken a sale now you're if you don't grow at all ever again you have a six-figure business correct and as far as we both can tell it's probably gonna
Speaker 3keep growing probably
Speaker 7gonna keep growing yes yes we may even have to slow down uh depending on the lead time of this of this next product so what an amazing what amazing issue to have we may have to slow down the sales
Speaker 1so check this out guys so andy tripled in month two doubled again in month three he's on pace to double again in month four so let's just play for a second if he's at a hundred thousand dollars pacing right now and he doubles again just over the next three months like that and that that is that's a lot lower than his current pace but if he were over the next three months go from 10 sales a day to 20 sales a day how much revenue did we just add this is this is third grade math everybody so andy help us out how much revenue did we grow i mean we're doubling we're adding another hundred thousand dollars yes so we just add another hundred k so let's say we double again by next june three more months after that okay so how much should we add
Speaker 7those we added 200
Speaker 1000 on that uh-huh so now we're at 400 000 and so if we double again over the rest of the year what are we at we're creeping
Speaker 7up on a million dollar business
Speaker 1there we go andy do you see you see i i get so pumped for you guys when you make your first thousand dollars in sales 90 days ago andy like you had a different look on your face i wouldn't quite call it a scowl but it was grump yes it was it was
Speaker 7it was negativity i was putting out negative vibes i was i admit it i admit it so the the mind shift the mind shift has been really really good i'm sure and i'm sure it's helped with
Speaker 1sales and messaging and now 90 days later we're playing with construction and we're playing with construction and we're playing with construction conservative numbers looking at how this could be at least knocking on the door of a million dollar business by this time next year one product i'm so happy for you dude
Speaker 7i appreciate it man uh all i did was follow your training and your advice it's it's not that complicated you do you did a really good job of laying this i i told tanner i think this is your best content this 90-day sprint i followed you for a long time i this is this is some of
Speaker 1your best work well i appreciate that i'll say part of why you think that is because you paid for it and you did the work so the content is not that different but you paid attention and you did the work and now we're looking at a million dollar business it just works so here's my last question for you before i go to q a andy right now in december of 2025 is now daydreaming about a million dollar business 90 days ago andy was discouraged so what would you say to the andy's uh 90 days ago or to the alina who's sitting on a few pre-sales and still wonders you know what am i doing here sometimes or the other people in the group who just launched are feeling that discouragement what would you say to the andy of 90 days ago
Speaker 7uh pick your person and go not everything has to be perfect not everything will be perfect just go and and take action but you have to have your person down and then just move forward uh new issues will come up but trying to get everything perfect it'll be paralysis by analysis not not everything has been has been perfect but enough good things have happened to where we have this growth um so yeah pick your person and take action and
Speaker 1i'm really happy for you thank you these were results just from the 90 day sprint that we did together and man those results are just going to compound over the rest of the year i don't know that i'm allowed to advertise this but i just feel called to do this in this moment if you listen to this whole thing and you want a special hookup we're testing something and if you email me at ryan at capitalism dot com something like i want the pay as you grow offer we're doing this experiment where we're seeing okay how can we make this a really easy win for the people who want to work with us to grow their businesses i came up with a pricing structure that i'm just testing right now which is a down payment and then a monthly fee for the rest of the 12 months that gets paid as you grow so instead of paying for the whole year up front you'll make a down payment and then you'll run one of our promotion sequences so that you offset the cost and then all of your future payments just come out of growth guys i'm in this because i want to invest in businesses i want to do roll-ups and acquisitions with the community that i mentor that feels life-giving and energizing and exciting to me and i want to do that i also have a business to run and i have to charge you money in order for you to place value on the work that we will do together and so i just came up with what i think is the most obvious pricing structure that we can do inside the one percent which is this down payment and then this pay as you grow model if you want details on that just shoot me an email at ryan at capitalism.com and i will send that to you i don't know if i'm going to keep it but i'm trying to find ways to make it an easy yes for people to come in because i just know the results that happen for the right people in this group all right thank you for following my work and listening to my content i really appreciate it and i would love to work with you closely on your brand. Thanks for listening. I'll see you guys on the next episode.
