Os investigadores estimam desvios de pelo menos 6 milhões de reais, incluindo repasses de um contrato de 157 milhões para a instalação de pontos de Wi-Fi para a Prefeitura de São Paulo. Os relatórios detalham fraudes na comprovação de despesas apresentadas à Prefeitura, apontando a inserção de 16 milhões e 500 mil reais em notas fiscais frias, irregulares ou canceladas logo após a emissão perante a Fazenda Municipal. Segundo a Polícia, em vez de expandir a contabilidade, a conectividade gratuita em comunidades vulneráveis, os valores foram sistematicamente fragmentados e canalizados para outras finalidades sob a gestão de Karina Gama. Para você saber quem entrou em vigor nesta segunda, as novas regras da Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil, a ANAC, contra passageiros indisciplinados em voos domésticos. A norma estabelece procedimentos para a atuação das companhias aéreas e prevê advertências, retirada da aeronave, multas e até impedimento de embarque em casos mais graves. As mudanças estabelecem punições para quem cometer agressões físicas ou verbais, provocar tumultos ou causar danos à infraestrutura aérea. As sanções dependem da gravidade da infração e as multas vão de R$ 500 a R$ 17 mil. Em casos considerados gravíssimos, o passageiro será incluído numa lista de impedimentos para o aumento de voo. Nestas situações, a pessoa fica proibida de comprar passagens ou embarcar em qualquer voo doméstico no Brasil. A proposta cria um procedimento padrão para as tripulações. O protocolo começa com advertências verbais e aí pode evoluir para a retirada do passageiro da aeronave com auxílio policial. Se houver o desembarque forçado por indisciplina, a companhia aérea não terá obrigação de oferecer assistência material, como alimentação e hotel. Nem de reacomodar o passageiro em um outro voo. Isso tudo acontece agora porque, Dados apresentados pela ANAC indicam que as ocorrências desse tipo passaram de 1.019 casos em 2023 para 1.764 casos em 2025, um aumento próximo de 70% no período. As regras aprovadas valem para voos domésticos. Agora eu te conto que uma operação conjunta entre a Receita Federal e a Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária permitiu a liberação rápida do medicamento experimental destinado ao tratamento do influenciador Lito Souza, diagnosticado com a doença de Creutzfeldt e a COBE. A agilidade foi necessária porque o potencial terapêutico desse remédio diminui rapidamente com o passar das horas. Vamos lembrar que no dia 4 de setembro, a Anvisa autorizou a importação excepcional desse medicamento, o ALM. A substância é produzida pela Regeneral Pharmaceuticals e ainda não tem registro comercial nem representante legal no Brasil. O remédio chegou na madrugada de sábado ao Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo, em Guarulhos, num voo vindo de Nova Iorque, nos Estados Unidos. Ele teve o despacho aduaneiro concluído em poucos minutos. Logo após o desembarque, o medicamento foi transferido diretamente da aeronave para um helicóptero. Ele foi transportado pelo transporte até o Einstein Hospital Israelita. Com isso, foram eliminadas etapas intermediárias da logística para reduzir o intervalo entre a chegada do produto ao país e o encaminhamento para o atendimento médico. Esse remédio está em estágio pré-clínico e ainda não teve estudos formalmente iniciados em seres humanos para a doença priônica. Por isso, o Lito será a primeira pessoa a testar a substância e a importação foi autorizada em caráter excepcional.
