Starting From Zero

In this podcast episode, the hosts explore the hypothetical scenario of losing everything and restarting from zero in affiliate marketing. They reflect on personal setbacks, such as facing legal issues for using brand names in domains, and stress the importance of resilience—moving past initial emotional reactions to quickly find solutions. The discussion emphasizes sticking to proven strategies, like specific ad flows or verticals such as COD (Cash on Delivery), and leveraging trusted partnerships to rebuild efficiently. Mindset is a central theme: avoiding analysis paralysis, learning from mistakes, and committing to one path rather than constantly shifting between opportunities. The hosts advise seeking mentorship and maintaining a proactive, adaptable approach in an industry where platforms like Facebook frequently change. Ultimately, they underscore that success comes from experience, selective focus, and a relentless, non-emotional pursuit of goals.

What's up everybody? This is Kulling Dice from Debaroo. I'm here with Richid Auki from Debaroo. And this is the affiliate hustle podcast. We'll bring it back once more, bring it back to life in our new office. If you're watching this in YouTube, we've got this hell of jungle behind us, healthy and all. And if you're listening to this on any other service, enjoy. So today, we're going to talk about mindset, Jefferson made a post in the Facebook group where he said, "If you lost everything you have and had to start from zero again, what would you do?" What would you do with you? And that's a really good question. It's a difficult one as well. I think, first of all, if you lost everything, the first instinct is to. Cry? Cry like a baby. You know, I think it's C.K. Marky and for me. Go through that struggle. I think we've all been there that one moment where it's kind of the same we have your first campaign or that first advertising restriction on Facebook. You get that email and you're like, "Fuck my life." But then it takes an hour or two hours of little baby bitch crying and then you find a new way. Yeah. Okay, let's say this, yeah. Where you're all right now. So we're working in that room. We're doing this media buying campaigns on like a big ass level. And the only thing that could stop is let's say hypothetically, if. because we used to call your brands, let's say your business unit gets hit with a lawsuit of, let's say, well, to date down your business unit, we need a lot. Let's say five million. That would be the reason for me that I signed you off your business unit. Then it's done. What would you do to get it back? That's a good question, you know? That's really, that's a really different question. So first, we'll just go inside. The following is that question. One of my first bands and big issues that Facebook was through copyright. I really do. Actually, we ran an Audi campaign and I had lawyers that representing Audi, in my email inbox. And the way that I almost shut myself, you would understand. Like it was crazy. What did you do though? What did you do? The first thing I did was I opened the email for you like 10 times to make sure that it was fucking legit. Yeah, I wasn't getting scammers everywhere. Yeah. Exactly. But did it come through like Gmail or was like inside business manager? It came from the email and I was connected to the domain hosting. Ooh. So I've seen those before. So what happens is these guys, they run like, for instance, Audi in the domain name. Is that what you did? Yeah. And then they have to pass the domain to them right and then they put it down. Yeah. I've seen it before. I've seen it before. I think it was a season since it's not a big issue. No, but that's why we say never use the brand in your domain name. Rookie mistake. And I was a rookie but that's a rookie mistake. You still are. Hey, hey, hey, watch it, watch it. So yeah, many of you are back to your question. So what, I've just been hit by the 5 mil lawsuit. Yeah. And I decided to just link with your business unit. So 5 mil you guys kind of pull in 5 mil. So that will be bankrupt for this year. Then I give you a new shot to rebuild that business unit for anything related to Debra Rube based on the Mediavine campaign you guys do. What would you do with all the knowledge you have right now? From the last months learned. Yeah. I would say first, what would you do if you were a single affiliate in that business unit and then building a team? Okay. Okay. And then I will say after what I would do. Yeah. So I guess like so basically if I've lost it all and I'm getting back into the game is that a question? Yeah. Yeah. I'd say the first thing that I would do is just get back into the game. Just because you know once you once you have the skill to make money the CPA you have a skill that is ever lost in. Right. So you can get back into the game. All right. So which vertical would you go for then? Well vertical. Yeah. I'll go for COD. COD. COD. All right. Wish traffic source. Facebook. Why? Or blackout? Ooh. That's a difficult question. That's a tricky question. Bringing out a demon is here now. We're bringing out the demon. Hang on. You just have been hit with a lawsuit. Okay. So what kind of kind would you be if you choose blackout? I guess someone comment then. Money is money. Money is money and I think it's like blackout. I want to go into blackout too much of this podcast but it's not everybody. Right. And I wouldn't recommend it for the majority of people. For the 5% of demons out there. Shout out to you. Shout out to you guys. You know who you are watching right now listening to the anime. There's a big there's a big a lot of money to make. We love you guys. We love the blackout game. But yeah. What would you do? What would you do? I would go back to the same old same old. So what would you do right now? Facebook made it push fucking Pinterest everywhere. Everywhere. I would go back to my same old same old Instagram story ads with push. I know from that I can just close my eyes, make a campaign in like 10 minutes, launch it. It will be instantly profitable because I just use my old angles. I use that super aggressive one with the special flow. Mm-hmm. Yeah. The tricky tricky one everybody knows about. We've never shown anybody except to Gold members from the September mastermind. So that's what I would do and what I would do then is go from that. Let's say you have a thousand bucks, yeah? I would reserve 500 to that on a separate account. I would play with that 500 because usually with the park and I would work with big bang ads. Okay. Because one they're reliable and two I can I have we already have good relationship with them. So I come back to them they would they would be no issue. I'm good EPCs. They know my traffic. And I would go for something like Nordics. Well I know nobody can compete with me because I have the special flow and average skills. So then I know I will take at least 50 to 100 percent margin. I will make them pay me weekly because you know when you get there they start like all you need to make like 1.5k a week to get paid weekly. I just tell them shut the fuck up. Pay me weekly right now. 500 and that 500 becomes 750 minimum. 750 compounds compounds and after like one month I can spend like a thousand a week and then we're on the roll again. Then I would just go from Nordics at Italy, Belgium, France, UK, all the ECTOs go with that volume game and winky winky three months later I'm on the K. That's how we go and then I would hit those black@cz trials on Facebook. So that's like 800 percent ROI game for us right now so that would be good. But also the click bank still interests me. Then the white hat click bank stuff which is easy. We do a lot of shit behind the scenes but that would be it. I would take it easy and just go with what I know. Go with the partners I already have. But let's say this because I think what was his name again? You guys name sorry Jefferson, Grygani. I think Jefferson means that if you have to start from zero again what would you do? Not necessarily because I just thought about this yeah. I think he mentioned scratch scratch if you know what I'm saying. Yeah yeah all right so I would do this. I started this journey three we didn't have four four years ago with around I invest around 12,000 euros before it became profitable yeah. So that's fucking suck. Then it was down to my last $1,200 euros and I changed it around with this whole CPA game. Made this big success yeah. Yeah. I would give myself a little bit more room so I would go for one to ten thousand in cash because I know it can do with the 12 but if I would be incomplete rookie one thousand is just not enough. So let's say five thousand yeah. Then I would go for the loanhhing fruit which is either sweet thanks. Or something like automated list building which make money online. Yeah. Like high revenue and just retarded. So the list of our friend and then yeah yeah. Or maybe. Yeah but then CPA style not like what all these guys teach with like manual labor. They're like all automated or you buy the leads basically. Of course. And that flow. Yeah. But I think I would go with the sweeps and the most important thing is I would get somebody to teach me sooner. Instead of trying to figure it out by yourself. Yeah. Being a dumb con because you think you're so smart and you're young. Because at that time I was when I started to play around with this I was 20. In your 20's early 20's you think you know everything. Yeah. And we all know that you're just a little piece of shit. Who thinks you know everything. Yeah. As soon as ladies. No disrespect to the ladies. We love y'all. But still it's the same. Like that pattern like it's I think like it's 20 to 24. Unless the major live circumstances now like close relationship with death. Like those kind of things that matured people very quickly. I was I was I was a cookie boss. But I was in my 20's. In fact when I was at university I actually was kind of branded and known for being the cookie guy. And just then or also now. I guess maybe now. But I guess it's just the order you get when you're confident you put that order across right. However you know what you're saying right now in terms of how you would come back the issues if you down in the bottom you come back with a little strategy. Now true. I guess a good question for you right now would be. Have you ever been knocked on your feet? We we didn't know what to do. And how do you think how do you react about that? That's a good one. Let me think. Now because the thing is I always had a plan. I always knew that the plan wasn't perfect. So same thing with with the media buying and we're doing now with the education part of Debra Roo. Yeah. It was always like well you know how it is on a daily basis. It's a fucking startup shit like. I was insane I did. Two hours later. No it wasn't a good idea. So so yet I told you yesterday we spent $300 on the fucking wrong link. To test the campaign there was the budget was 500 and I spent 300 in like I was pushed. So I spent it in like 20 minutes and I sent it to the wrong link. So you will you will make the mistakes although you know not to make them. And then in your strategic plan there are these unforeseen mistakes. Which you know they're going to come which you're not prepared for them. Yeah. And I think those mistakes those are like the major learning points like the backup system. Everybody who runs Facebook on ecosystem has one ecosystem. Until they go down and they realize I need more ecosystems. Yeah. That's low. Right. When they got locked out on IP ban they understand I didn't additional traffic source to supplement my business. Yeah. My traffic flow. But you'll never understand that if you don't have the issue. And that's the thing because there's so many ongoing issues that you can make a fucking business plan. I've in this industry performance marketing. I've never seen a proper business plan which has executed 90% like the business plan. The business plan lose one thing and they maybe do like 5% and which is like HR and I find man's. Like investments in shit. Yeah. And all the other shit is like yeah we want to do this but it doesn't work so we do this. Because you're working with these traffic sources which are changing on a daily basis. So you might have a huge plan and takes 6 months to make. And in these things my hands everything changed. Yeah. Talk about Facebook for example. Well, Facebook is always changing all the time. Right. I guess I guess kind of getting back to the point of in terms of like the mindset thing right. I guess for a lot of people that are probably listening to this you may have had like your first band of Facebook or you may have your profile restricted or maybe you don't have any issues with that and you just are struggling to make profits. Now I guess well good thing that we can talk about in this podcast would be how is our mindset on a daily basis for the business. This is the thing yeah. That's what you learn from experience. I would say maybe that's what's this name again? I wanted to say Benjamin but that's the other guy. I think that's pretty good. Jefferson. Oh shit. That's a cool name. Yeah that's a cool name. My name is Jefferson. Yeah. Jefferson. So Jefferson comes from a point of no experience. I feel like we talk shit but we add the experience to it. Yeah. So that's where we have our credibility or YouTube famous style status. What the fuck is called. People watch us on YouTube because we come from a from a place of experience. We've been through what they are going through or want to go through. And that's where we add that value. And even if it's free obviously it's super great for everybody. But I would say the main difference in the mindset perspective is that what we tell the employees we tell them fix it. So that they're running to an issue and it's there. The solution is there just fix it. Just figure out this thing. This is where we come back to not necessarily the business but the person. Stop having an emotional reaction to everything. Yeah. Yeah. That's a good point. In our language we would say stop being a fucking bitch. Yeah. Stop crying like you're a fucking baby. Because that's not going to change anything. Just take that emotional pain that you have after an ad campaign. And it's fucking no fucking homo. It has nothing to do with like oh I'm a guy. I'm a tough. Everybody's disappointed when you read the ad campaign. Yeah. Everybody's like oh fuck me. It was the first time it happens. But you knew it was going to happen. So what are you going to do? You're going to sit down. And you're going to think for five minutes and then let it go. Then connect to the solution. How are we going to get back up and running? But what do we see with these students? They're like oh my ad can't have bad and then they become paranoid right? Yeah. They'd be like oh my god. I can't much anything. Why what is the element in my ad or the HTML? What is the element in the HTML that can be bad? It doesn't fucking matter. Does it? It's over analyzing analysis paralysis. And then I'm the kind of guy who's having a stop being a fucking bitch. And they're like why are you cursing at me? Yeah. Leave me alone. Leave me crying. Eat. But these people need to be pushed and that's what I'm saying. Like in the beginning I'm into you. Now we're running to this woman for advice. Right. Because we're trying to build. We're trying to turn this multiple seven figure business in the eight figure business next year. And hopefully in the nine figure business the year after that. By by looking for people who are smarter than us. Not smart in intelligence, but smart in experience. Yeah. And whether we have to buy the experience or make offer it in character or time or some other way. You need to get that. And there are certain things that you can learn that there are mindset wise. So I love to read these books. You've seen all my books. The whole 70 personal development books. But I would say if you read the richest man in Babylon, if you read that book, that's like a story. It's very easy to read. One of the only story books I've ever read, which I wanted to read, you know, fucking uni makes you read all these books. I mean, I was talking about those. So this rich man in Babylon book, it's a story. But the story has these main lessons, right? Like you can read cashier-time, but that book, fucking boring. It has some good points. So fucking dry information. It's not for the mindset. Right. Like reach that point. That's like the iconic old time. Everybody starts up. I love that book. I still love it. I've played the cash flow game. I've read all his books of Robert Kiyosaki. And the thing is, your mind change, mind change. Your mindset doesn't change today. Is that one percent what I said to this guy? I talked to him yesterday. 0.1 percent every day, which means in three years, you've made a hundred percent change. Yeah. I'd say- You might go play the whole thing. Yeah, yeah. And I'd say also, your mindset is developed by things that happen in your life, right? Right. So the both of us, you had some experiences on life, away from business that have affected how our minds are. So every day, you're just fucking hustle and there's no excuses. There's no crying. There's no expectations. I feel like a lot of people have an expectation that just because they're running CPA campaigns, I have to be profitable. I have to be making 10k a month in profit. I have to make an 100k. And if I don't, I'm going to cry like a little bitch. And at the end of the day, no one's- No one owes you anything, right? If you want shit in life, you have to go out and grab it. You have to be having- You have to have that level of positive grab it because the CPA game is what the majority of people in this world can never achieve. It's what the- it's the 1% right? But the question is still there. For me, it's like this, but we are there. So it's kind of difficult to relate. But what do you think about this? The money is there, just grab it. Because if they don't grab it, I will grab it. Right? The more money I make, the less you make. I win, you lose. Because it's buying traffic. So when I buy the traffic, somebody else cannot buy the traffic and I win and they lose. So arbitrage, Cypher, right? And in that system is every time we grow somebody else drinks. Right? And that's why new companies that develop and other companies go bankrupt because of these business systems. And what I would like these beginners to understand is that there's in this niche, what you said, that 1% is the 1% persona, 1% who has online access to this amount of content. Because it is on YouTube. People listen to this on Spotify. People listen to this on South Club. But 99% will never find this. Although they're interested in this. So you have this information right now. You have the YouTube channel and you're still being a bitch. Eventually. Yeah. You don't have to be because right now you just have to realize that all these opportunities are there. Right? There's so much information. And then I come back to my main point for Jefferson is be selective. Right? I remember this my favorite topic next to being a bitch is Shani Object Syndrome. OK. And that's my curse. And that was my curse for so long. It was that I feel still depending. I had at that moment every time I switched my opinion. Every time I thought something else was the shit. So I did drop shipping. Yeah. It went great. I did like 12K in my first month. The next month I got all the complaints. But products not working. I was doing like these kids smart watches to the US. It was great. Then I changed to print on the man. Then I did something else which I'll be fine. I don't even know what is more. Then I did SEO. Then I did blood head SEO. Then I did click on the subject program. Then I did commission junction. Then I went back to SEO. Fucking writing was boring. And then I fucking finally started GPA. So it went through like seven different business models. Three main ones. Before I reached this stage. But every time I was like, this course is only $200. And these guys are making millions. So the opportunity-- I realized the opportunity that I could make money online. And I did, but I never made it profitable. And the same with CPA. People enter the CPA world. There's 12 articles. And maybe 40 different perfect sources total. So it's 12 times 40. That's the amount of choices. Up to like 500 different choices, combinations they can choose. If I had a affiliate marketing on YouTube, they're like 100 different ways. You can do it. A million ways. So I get they get fucking confused. And then I come to the next point, which is the micro commitment. If I give you something for free, you will either not commit a relic. But if I charge you $10 for it, you have that expense. You know what I'm saying? You will commit it to the right. So let's say I have all these perfect sources. What would you say you would do as a beginner? No knowledge to pick your vertical and perfect source to the best of your capabilities. So I'll do what I didn't do. I would focus on where I can get the easy wins. When I jumped into the game, I thought, I kind of assumed that just because I was doing CPA, I'm going to get myself to 100 came my first month. I was my mentality. So I would go for the most difficult option. I actually initially started out trying to do maintenance, which, you know, maintenance, you need to be doing like, you need to be spending my 10K a day, just to test those campaigns. You want to build it out as a proper business. And I was starting out in that game and I got saluted. I got better than brews and I got wiped out. You didn't want that. And I had that shiny object syndrome period where I was going, for me, it was going from traffic sources. All right. So I was going just now different traffic sources. And I was testing one of your answers. So I went from, I don't know, insurance. I was having on sweeps. And I was just testing out all these different methods from all these different people. And I didn't have much focus. And I was on the problem. When you don't have a focus, that's when you start getting things like the meals and anxiety. So I was very anxious because I didn't have a strategy. I didn't have a system. And as soon as I started to build out a system, and obviously from the help of other affiliates, I was more experienced than me. That's when everything started to become clear. Right. And I thought that's a missing 99% of affiliates, like movies. They just don't have a system in place to make things work. Yeah, but it just don't understand what they need to look out for. It might be-- You don't know what you don't know, right? Exactly. And that's the thing. Well, it's quite difficult. I had helped from the start with the SELIOT CPA. I would like to help hand holding situation once per week. But it wasn't like daily coaching. Was that free? Was that free like a-- That's free of-- Yeah. No, it was through a pink course about drop shipping, which we did together a year and a half before that. So that was my first course, which was like 8,000, but it was complete shit. No, that's why-- honestly, that's why we put so much effort into making these courses and masterminds so valuable for our own product. Because I know I spent 8,000 on this. It was a lifetime membership. This guy is a complete fucking waste of time. He makes fucking shit courses. It has no content. I can find all this fucking content on YouTube. And he just shows like Lamborghini's in shit, right? And 99.9% of the people won't even know him. They're like, oh, I'm name it. He's a fucking shit head guru, which has gone off the face of the earth. He's probably fucking somewhere in Agenjale. Because he always did the lifestyle shit bullshit. Right. So did I. Yeah, but then together with the shiny object syndrome, you're just hungry and intrigued, right? So the almost desperate, yes, I think so. Yeah, this guy that helped me was in there as well. And he got a refund. He was on a monthly payment plan, because he also couldn't have voted. And after four months, he didn't have money. So they kicked him out. They didn't have a refund, but they kicked him out, because he didn't pay. And we connected through Facebook. He guided me as a mentor, but like 10 minutes a week, sometimes longer we would have chats. And then I grew up to his level. And then we had the moment where the master became a student. And that's very difficult, of course, to experience. And then I had to look for a new person to guide me. And I found it. And again, and again, and again. But the thing is clarity, what you said. And for me, I would say so the changes that I made, because I already knew about the shiny audition drama. Like, fuck no, this is not going to happen again. The other thing was that I just committed. So I said it on my YouTube channel multiple times. I'm not going to change traffic source or vertical to hit a million in revenue. And we did. And then we changed. You think that by saying that I'll eat you that made you-- Commit more? Yes. Because now everyone did the insurance, like in between. And the pins of me, it's like, fuck no. Let's go back. Let's go back. Because even if you say it on YouTube, you tell everybody, you're still intrigued. You know, these affiliate managers, they push you, find more, they see you're revenue, go, go, go, go. And so we changed about 10 months ago. Is January, February? No, it's after February. It was at the Amsterdam conference. So April kind of, that we hit that mark, and then changed into new verticals. But coming back to the main question, because we're way off topic. So for the beginning, what would it say? Do you need clarity, focus, stop the sign, shiny objects in the room, you need a good strategic plan. You need to learn from the failure of others, and get somebody to help you. This could be free of charge, which I've almost always had. I get the conversations and other things. So I'm really good at analyzing businesses and seeing opportunities. But that's what I do for these big coaches in return. These are people who guide you maybe once a month, for like two hours over dinner. And you help them with their 100 people business, where the bottlenecks are, because they're so involved, they don't see it. There's a little bit of my gift, and then they give me back almost 90% more value. But that's the 10% they need to make it work. That's when it's free. You can also pay a mentor. There's nothing wrong with a mentor. A mentor coach doesn't matter. This is the person that helps you. You pay them for an experience. I started posting LinkedIn where he said like $2,000 to set, to shape a diamond, and then put it in a wedding ring, something like that. And the guy is like, you didn't pay me $2,000 for those four minutes. You paid me for the 15 years. I have to learn how to do this. Because nobody else can do it. Only that guy can do it. That's what he's doing. So high, because he has a fucking queue. And that's the same thing with a coach. You know, you buy their experience. You buy their knowledge. So you don't make the fucking mistakes. And you can accelerate your success. And that's why these guys are fucking expensive. But you know, like, rich for one month, fucking $25, it's $500 per call. But in those 30 minutes, he's going to change your fucking life. It's true. Because you know all the fuck up. So you've done 200 students right now. Only you have done two. Can you imagine the entire dean? I think people don't realize that, right? That's the thing. Maybe. I thought if you'd read this book, but it's called Smart Cuts. And for me, it was whatever. It's a live-changing book. Because cutting out the team, fire you. No, no, no. So Smart Cuts is basically a book about how you can shortcut your journey to success by accessing a mental-- OK. --rights, accessing a coach. And it talks about how some people can't find coaches. Because maybe they're in like a tier 3 Geo. They're not going to find some like-- it's going to be more difficult for them to find some of these super successful. There might be outreach, right? So the other ways in which you can find access is pretty internet. So there's different coaching programs. And also there's books. But there's forums. There's so many different ways where you can-- They are there. They're there. They're there. But basically the book says that-- and this is one of the principles that I go about is that you can't get some form of like a normal-like rapid success without some level of coaching. Because you need somebody to shortcut that process for you. Because everybody has to go through the same learning process. But people are there. If you get access to some form of mentorship, they're there to shortcut the failures. Yeah. Otherwise, you're just going through trying to never. True. The thing is though, with a coach, what takes five years is now going to take three and a half years. Don't think you can do it in six months with a guy that did in five years. He's still going to take three and a half years. But these might have bugged you. They're like, oh, I think this guy won't get a monk. Now we can do it in six months. Highly unlikely. It could happen, but highly unlikely. You're just paying somebody for their knowledge. And then there is the other good topic where you're like, that's one of my favorite personal development things. That it's always you. There's never somebody else. So I live in a tier three geo. It doesn't matter because I've internet. So there's opportunity. I can't find the guy. But how come somebody in Europe can find the guy? And you guys have the same resources online. So this is an example where it's always your fault. I'd die my shoelace. I go outside. I get hit by a fucking bus. The fucking bus went over the sidewalk. So the driver is his fault. No, it's my fault. Because I'd die my shoelace. And then the time to walk. If I walked immediately, then the bus would have missed me. So you always control your entire environment. Where do you fucking tier three geo? If you have retarded, if you only have one eye, or no arms, that doesn't matter. There's always a way. I see these guys on the internet who tied with their foot. I'm like, are the guy with his fucking hat or tongue whatever he's doing something with. I don't know. He's typing with a half of his face. And I'm like, whoa, people complain that they have fucking-- what's it called? Xima on their head, which is also fucking annoying. But because of that, they can tie. But they can't work a line. Even if they can't work a line, there's always something. People are doing incredible things. Yeah. Thank you. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Now, that's the thing. You feel me? We go from this process where-- I want to say Benjamin, but his name is Fabrizio. No. Frederigo. It's not Fabrizio. It's not Fabrizio. No. Jefferson. Jefferson. Yes, Jefferson. My boy. When we look at this simple situation, a simple question. What would you do? But there's so many elements involved. And nobody sees that unless you go through it. That's why these questions are so perfect for our podcast, because they just shine the light from all angles. And there's probably like 10 more things we could say about it. But it also makes it more difficult. So you want people to understand, validate, and then implement. And without implementation, without it. So the understanding is important, but the implementation-- you know this. I'll hit you over another one. You know how many people sat like, oh, I thought about electric cars, but Elon Musk did it. The fucking ideas are worth shit until you do something. People take that too. Oh, I also wanted to start a media buying company. But now there's so much competition. No bitch, there's not. Because now fucking TikTok is announcing that they're launching their ad platform in fucking-- or what is it? Two or three months, which means that you have a full optional environment for like 13-year-olds. Oh, but I cannot monetize 13-year-olds. Use a fucking content blocker. That's actually not so ready. I want to must eat it. It's advertised. Really? Fuck, we're missing out. There is money to be made of that. We're missing out already. But that's the thing. I would tell people to involve themselves. Is that the right word? Get involved with people who are in this shit, who are like go-getters, who make no excuses. And everybody says they make no excuses. But it's easy. When it's time to do something, and they don't do it, tell them to fuck off. Yeah. And I think it's like, you need to eat all of that. Well, I've never changed. OK, we'll pay for it. You need to take action. There's two things. Take action and take responsibility. So if things are fucking up with your business, take responsibility because that's your business. If you have a pizza shop and you're getting no customers, you don't blame the industry of pizza making. Blame yourself for not having a better strategy for getting customers in the door. Because we fucking don't want those shops, and I fucking killing it. Is that actually blame yourself? Learn-- get into the habit of taking responsibility for any issue. Don't get mental, right? It's not like blaming yourself into fucking suicidal. No, no, no, no, it's not like that. It's business. Mishing men to take us. This is business. It's true. That's the thing. And even with fucking employees, I called out that guy today, and then after I apologized because somebody else got me on an edge, it's just like, then you just tell that guy, hey, I'm sorry, that was not supposed to be like that, but business is business. You were not supposed to do that. And I hit you. Not really literally hit you, but I hit you with a comeback. And it was a little bit too hard, you know what I'm saying? And then you were like, no, no, no, but it's cool. It's cool, it's cool. Because we on that level. But at the end of the day, if he doesn't do his work, it's fucking fired, because business is business. It's not to do with personal relations, though. There has to be separate. The same thing with hiring friends or family. Fuck no. It's always going to be like, baby mama drama, right? You're bringing in a personal life bullshit, which is going to fuck up your business. And keeping those things completely separate, that's the way to go to focus to-- Well, that's a good thing you said about the depression thing. Baby, baby mama drama and family business. That's a tricky situation. But what about that? What you said, that made me think. You have these guys who, I don't know, the delusional, but when they go good, they're in heaven, or whatever you're for, wherever they are. But when they go bad, they take responsibility, but they beat themselves up over and over again. You have to let it go, you know? The circle goes like this. Well, everybody listening on the positive fancy, but shout out to YouTube, the circle goes like this. Action, where you want to be, failure? Doesn't matter because you're already here. So you come back to the point. You can only get success because every time you feel you come back to the point. So it's like, this is a good example, yeah? I run campaigns. Facebook, Addacon gets banned. Yeah. So I don't want our Facebook, but my Addacon gets banned. It doesn't matter if it gets banned because you're already here. You will be pushed back when you're all right now. So all you can do is it doesn't get banned. You make money. Yeah. And if it does get banned, you're back when you're right now. So people don't have to bitch about it. You can never lose anything like that. Yeah, all of that was win, no matter what. No copyright. Unless you obviously have the investing like 20,000, you just read the book. Yeah, okay. Fine. Now, you will lose. Don't go into Forex. Don't buy a Lamborghini. Yeah. Yeah. Those are the things. It's definitely cool, man. It's difficult. It's a good question. And we like to talk shit. But as you guys now know, there's like more than a dozen of things you need to look out for. We shared a little opinion on it. We're going to continue this because I like talking about this shit because it makes me think, right? Like, what should I do? What would I do? And we are nowhere near experts. We're two shit-cons leading a 20 people company, fucking up everything every day, still making money, it's growing. And we see new things. Every day there's something which goes wrong. This is fucking startup. We're either spending too much money or making too little money. Yet everybody's happy. Everybody's stomach is good. Everybody's celery is a big plate on time for now. [LAUGHTER] And we're just having a blast, right? And we want to share that with you guys going through this podcast. It's called "The Svilliant Hustle." Because all we do is hustle. Our entire team has a business hustle mindset. And that's, I think, a good ending of our new 2.0 affiliate hustle podcast. My name is Colin Dice. My name is Richard O'Kee. And thank you for listening to the Devroom Podcast. Affiliate hustle. Peace.
