Daniel Katz shares insights from his transformative four-day kabbalistic retreats, now expanding to Miami, emphasizing a profound spiritual journey rooted in traditional teachings. These immersive experiences blend Kabbalistic meditation with real-world application to help participants heal emotional wounds, strengthen relationships, and overcome personal challenges. Katz argues that suffering and obstacles are not random tragedies but intentional pathways for growth—each hardship is a lesson designed to awaken the soul. He teaches that individuals "choose" their challenges, and that true transformation comes not from escaping pain, but from embracing it with awareness and courage. Central to this process is shifting from a victim mindset to one of empowerment, where suffering is reframed as a sacred opportunity for growth. Gratitude and acceptance are presented as essential tools to realign consciousness with light, unity, and divine purpose. The retreat’s success is not dependent on external outcomes, but on the participant’s inner commitment and faith. Katz emphasizes that every obstacle generates spiritual energy, and that the journey of healing and growth is nonlinear and often painful, yet ultimately redemptive. He calls on participants to invest in their mental and spiritual well-being, framing the retreat as one of the most vital “gym memberships” they can afford—because it offers the deepest, most lasting transformation. Financial barriers are acknowledged, and the organization actively works to subsidize access, ensuring inclusivity. Ultimately, Katz believes that by confronting darkness and embracing growth, individuals unlock a higher vision of life, love, and purpose.
Welcome, we have today the pleasure of having the Daniel Katz, a mentor of mine, and we're very excited to have him.
He's going to be here in Miami on November 2nd and November 5th, doing a four-day retreat on immersion, strongly recommended.
Rabbi, welcome, welcome to the park, please tell us a little bit about the retreats.
Shalom, my good friend Gidelli Fenster, who always well with you. We have a retreats. We're going to do this. We've done this in Morocco. We've done this in New York. We've done this in
Tapetzlan in Tulum, in Sfat, and for the first time we're bringing it to Miami. It's really extraordinary experience. It's a four-day
transformational, kabbalistic meditation experience using real tools from art tradition, showing people how much they can heal and break through and
transform relationships and focus and energy. And people really, God willing, have some of the most beautiful, high experiences of their life. And it's, yeah, it's amazing.
Obviously we're going all in on this. It's a very beautiful experience. You heard what's that?
I've had a lot of amazing things from previous events from people. A lot of needle things. And obviously your teachings are great.
Tell us a little bit about your struggles doing these kinds of events. I can't even imagine. I know what it is, my challenges. What do you go through?
It's, you have such an event this size. Mental ease.
It's such a path of stamina and resilience. Like there's a principle, maybe Nakhman talks about, when you have a vision, when you have a goal of something holy,
it feels like every force in the world comes against you, right? You just feel. And to the degree that it is holy and sacred and valuable is the degree of resistance.
So we must be doing the holiest thing. This is my heritage. It just feels that every day is a new challenge. I've always dreamed of bringing something like this to the world.
Tony Robbins and Joe Dispenza, I've a person. I've always thought, why can't we have an experience like that? 100% sourced in Cabanque City.
But not like a Hamish Jewish version, something that was world class and experience equally as transformative, a beautiful environment.
What it takes to bring that to the world, the amount of complexities overwhelming. I was saying to my team yesterday that there's an idea from Arya Kaplan, you know Arya Kaplan, we live Arya Kaplan.
So he had a student that we know, a beloved student called Rabbi, Abraham Sutton, who's been some incredible books of Kabbalah.
So he was close to Arya Kaplan, and he's shown me some of unpublished teachings of Arya Kaplan from his lectures.
And one of these teachings, when I was having a bad day, my friend Rabbi Sutton brought this over and showed it to me.
And one of the teachings was a really remarkable teaching. He says, the world exists with kind of two different zones.
There's the area of darkness and the area of light, the area of normal everyday functioning and caducion holiness.
And some people live in just disconnected reality. That's the majority of the world. And saying that without judgment, just a kind of reality of what we can observe.
And there's some people, if you call them spiritual, if you call them religious, dedicated to higher truth, to Torah, to Kabbalah, however you'd like to frame that there and there.
And he says, there's an equilibrium that always has to exist spiritually towards the world.
That means there's no battle for the disconnected to stay disconnected and for the holy and religious to stay holy and religious is religious spiritual.
That's a status quo. He says, there's only battle in the world, there's only resistance.
When somebody goes to the boundary of the mundane, of the ordinary, and wants to bring caducity into that, that's the battle line.
So King of Country A has their domain and King of Country B has their domain. They're not fighting. But if A goes up to the front lines of B and crosses that border,
over Kaplan says, that's when all the forces of the world and the dark force and energies will attack them when they're pushing the line of caducity forward. And he warns there, and I think prophetically said a little of his life because he really tried to reveal things that weren't revealed before, to make accessible to a spiritual seeking audience,
that they never had access to. And he faced unbelievable struggles. And if you know some of the stories, some people who are wise think that he paid ultimately with his wife, ultimately with his life, and some of his students as well.
So not to put myself in that category, and I know you and your own journey have fought for caducity in different ways. And the walls that come at you are very, very real. We know that, right?
Yeah. So talk about it. We wanted to talk about, we wanted to talk about Raway. One of the, it's a question I get a lot and something to talk about the Kabbalahs, the sources from Saul contracts.
You know, it's, we hear this term Saul, but I want to hear where the sources that we could the Bolshean total Shema, I believe sources are not going to be sources. Let's talk about this. I think it did. This will give some kind of relief to people. If they know, listen, I chose this mission. I really can't cancel it. You know, I chose this gym.
I don't know. I can't cancel it. And I said to work out of growth. Right. Yeah, I said life is life is life is like a very complicated gym membership with zero cancellation policy.
So yeah, there is word cancellation policy, but it's, it's the guarantee we could have to come back to, to the same gym forever for literally God forbid. Well, first of all, I think this is a very big subject right now. And I think for good reason.
I think there's a lot of Jews going. Obviously, it's not a Jewish object. But this is very well sourced and classical amazing sources. I'll go through a couple. But I, one reason I think that this is so beautiful. And by the way,
some people find this the most liberating and empowering of all subjects. And some people often, and I'm saying this with, with love and empathy, find this
a grossly irresponsible and, and terrible thing to say to someone, almost like the blaming of the victim, right. And people resistant. I believe that if we have a little depth of heart and open mind in this, it really truly is empowering. I think the emotional core of it is the idea that people soften this world.
People suffer you as a teacher, no, besides our own lives, we're dealing with people every day. And only when I became a rabbi, do you hear stories that people go through when their lives as children, their marriages with, right. It's tragedy. And the core normative animalistic response is to feel like a victim, a victim mindset.
This was done to me by this abuser, by this person, by my parents, by my bus, by my wife, by my husband. And to be clear, we're not saying that table things aren't done. We're not saying that aren't over people in the world.
But when people feel like the victim of their circumstances in life, it's not just that situation, which is challenging. It carries a consciousness of victimness, of darkness, of helplessness, of frustration, which, which kind of is a toxic force for the rest of their life.
When they have to find courage, when they have to find self-esteem, when they have to step into vision, when they have to find self-love, it becomes harder and harder to do, the more they've embodied and integrated that darkness.
And the fundamental teaching, and we can absolutely review sources on it, and that's a fun thing to do, is that what if, I blame this person, and by the way, if we speak a little deeper, religious people can also frame this as, well, it's not this person did it, I believe in God. So God hates me, God punishes me.
God's the vengeful God, the violent God, the angry God, doesn't the torsiae, it's the angry God, and therefore people reject religion, because who wants to worship an angry, spiteful God, and then they fail it out of the world without a greater meeting in context.
Sometimes they have deep spiritual yearning, but how can I embrace a spiritual path where God is so vengeful?
So the deeper teaching is, is that what if it wasn't imposed on you by God, because there's a secret teaching that you chose it.
There's a teaching that's always said in the capitalistic and the citadel works, I'm sure you've read many of them, that evil never descends from above.
Evil, evil meaning challenge, darkness, pain, does not because the highest spiritual world in your inner spiritual state is light, is unity and oneness. So what is the source of that challenge?
And the capitalist taught us very clearly, what if you chose your challenges? Now some people go, huh? Some people go, what a terrible thing to say.
When I teach about this on Instagram, people always go, "How dare you say that I would have chosen my views, but you're making me feel attacked." And no, the truth of it is, is nothing more liberating.
Because when you're disempowered and you ablame your abuser, what you've actually done is shift your power further away from yourself.
You said, "I'm a victim to you, and you have power over me, and now I am more helpless." Right? Because now I don't have the power to get out.
But if you could say, and I'm not blaming the victim, I'm saying, if there's something we're choosing in this challenging situation, because there's something we have the power to learn from this challenging situation.
And now I have the power to see that, and to learn that. Now I have the power to shift out of that, and the repetition of that in my life, and to choose a better destiny in future.
So ultimately, while it's not blaming the victim, it's empowering the person who's in challenge to learn to grow to stand up, and I'm sure you teach these things all the time as well, to say that you have the power, you claim it back.
And that the principle is, and we'll talk about this in a second, that when the soul comes into this world, it comes in it with a mission to accomplish, and something very specific to learn and grow. And it chooses exactly the environment, which will bring
during the most challenge to hit exactly on the muscle
that they most need to learn from.
But rabbi cats, are you saying I chose God for a big guy?
I'm talking about the worst thing now,
sexual abuse when I was young.
Are you saying who would choose that, right?
So what can sexual abuse the worst,
or when you dealing with someone to suffer by that,
you just wanna tear the world apart
to protect this child, right?
And so we show his rabbi's and so we show the stages
to project you in all of us.
But what I've seen many times in my own life,
that when a person who's suffered the worst of us
says, I'm going to learn to believe in myself,
no matter what, even though they tell me not to believe
in myself, I'm going to learn to create boundaries
and protect and respect my own body,
even when people not wow.
I'm going to learn to respect people's needs
when they give me boundaries, wow.
When I feel like a failure and disgusting,
I'm going to learn radical self-love
and radical self-compassion.
And the people that collapse under the history
and this people that become great through their history
and the difference always is this line.
When they say, rather than what is happening to me,
maybe this is happening for me,
that is the shift to say, how can I grow and learn from that?
And from that, from the darkness, they find their light.
And as the capitalist teach from their darkness,
they can find a greater light.
And then you go, well, aren't Iogenous, not me?
But my higher soul seemed to understand,
you're going to enter into this world
through a path of challenge.
And through those specific challenges,
you're going to grow and evolve and elevate your life
and your history and all of humanity.
And the idea is, what if we chose and signed a contract
before we began the journey?
What a radical refrain that is
on the challenges we face every day
and fundamentally what it says is
that if I chose this, obviously,
I believe that I could grow from this.
And if that's true, then maybe I can rise up
and find a light or confidence and a possibility
that I never realized was there before.
That makes sense.
I see this all the time in my--
I'm currently in my treatment center.
So I see this as the-- every person that works for me
has been as alumni and clients that used to be here.
And most importantly, I think this mission
is to understand that what I got out
of it is I underestimated how much growing
I had to do in my life.
Well, we think, OK, I handled one challenge two years ago.
How can I deal with one--
it's got to be a three, four-year window.
But the amount of growth demands unhaven--
the amount of growth that we have to do,
I personally think I think people just underestimate
how much God wants us to grow.
And I think we mistaken comfort with reality.
And that's-- comfort is not reality.
Comfort is a break.
But growth should be the number one intention.
Not comfort.
I think that-- for me, I realized that.
And when I made that switch, I'm like,
yeah, you have to grow.
It's not an option.
And any time we'd like to-- when Jacob Avinus
stopped growing, all of a sudden the problems began.
When he settled.
And in life sometimes when we think we're settling,
OK, that's where the problem began.
So I think one of the messages is don't underestimate
that growth is normal.
And if you're not growing yourself, it's going to come to you.
I think that the choice is whether we do it through hasn't,
whether it's going to come through then.
Right.
So I think this growth mindset, this attitude,
there's some things I think that we see in our life
that there's no way I can go from this.
It's done.
And I'm finished.
And I'm dead.
And it's over.
I'm in a marriage.
And I'm blocked.
And my wife is just the worst.
And there's no way I can grow from that.
My job is going down.
And I've never had the skills to succeed.
And I've never had the luck.
And there's nothing in this for me.
So we don't realize the capacity we have for growth.
And we're convinced 1,000 times talking
about my path to this retreat.
I've been smashed to the floor 1,000 times.
And all the elevation on this retreat--
and we were actually calling off this retreat four days ago,
just you know how far it went.
And it's just like at the point of my life in my journey,
where I'm like, I know that the journey
to doing something of value in the world
is being smashed down 100 times.
And I know the definition of being smashed down
means it has to reinvent itself every time
to convince you that this is the time which you'll never come back.
That's the battle, right?
So it has to get more intense or more psychologically complex.
So I was in that four days ago, right?
And the core of the comeback, thank God,
the core of the comeback was saying, I know the game.
I see the pattern.
I understand that this time it has to look worse than ever.
Otherwise, it would be too easy.
And you have to go deep and say, if this is happening,
I obviously have the capacity to rise up above it,
even if I think I don't.
And it's not happening by God.
It's something that I am choosing on some level.
So let's go.
So let's rise up.
Let's be resilient.
Let's be resilient.
Let's find another way.
And you know what happens?
It happens.
The sea splits.
And suddenly you're like, hey, another day it was still alive.
And if you get that game,
then you just double down in that game.
What were you saying?
- It's exactly what you know, that's why I began the year going
to Oomland.
And these trips are, forget it's like the battle to get there.
And the borders and the eight hour borders.
And in this time, I made my flight within a minute.
I even had to give my friend my,
it's like, this is welcome to the year.
I mean, this is the obstacle is the way.
But at the end of the day, I realized that the light
that came out of it,
is directly proportionate to also the appetite for survival.
So the rutsone in the Tinoa, it's the same thing.
So at the same time, you got just expanding, expanding your,
the amount of light that's gonna come out of this
is just expanding it.
- But the question is.
- I want to speak to this one.
I want to speak to this one.
I just said, it's a really beautiful point for me.
The more you invest in, the more it affects the outcome.
So what I said, we have 30 incredible facilitators
and teachers and therapists.
He let's come to the treat in there,
supporting the people as a whole.
So we're in a training session last night.
And we were talking about the challenges the project faced.
And the teaching that I revealed there,
which I think is so critical to what you just said,
is that we have an illusion in our mind
that this amazing retreat exists.
And it's wonderful and spectacular
and beautiful and mind-blowing.
Everyone that comes gonna have the breakthrough
at the lifetime, but this obstacle got on the way
and the obstacle got on the way.
And if I can just get pushed through the kind of shrubbery,
then I'll get to the castle, then I'll get to the powers.
And what you just said to one that says in Kabbalah
is the opposite of that.
- The opposite.
- That breakthrough you want at the end doesn't exist.
That beautiful retreat doesn't exist.
What gives the power to that retreat,
the breakthrough, the transformative energy?
It's the will that you're generating to get there,
which is causing it to be created in common to reality.
So every time I hit a wall and I say,
I collapse, I give up.
And then I say, this is so beautiful.
This is so many.
So many people need this.
We have to make this contribution.
I'm drawing, talk about manifestation.
I'm drawing above my fear, above my ego,
to the light of possibility of hope and faith.
And that is drawing down.
That's called Malaman, to lift up the feminine energy,
which draws down an Orchidashan new light from source,
which builds that Mishkan, which builds that temple.
So it's not like we're trying to get somewhere
that exists, but I'm blocked.
It's the resistance that creates the awakening.
And the awakening, the amoon of the faith
to overcome the obstacle is what draws in the energy
and the possibility and the soul
to generate the vision you're aiming towards.
And when you get there, you're like,
of course I got there,
but that thing could have never existed
without that hope and that yearning in the faith.
I believe that's so true for marriages as well.
The obstacles and marriage.
It's not like we're supposed to get along great.
We're supposed to have a perfect family,
but you keep, not cooking my dinner one time
where you keep judging me.
It's the constant struggle with each other.
And the constant, I believe in her, I believe in him.
I believe in marriage.
We have to find a way.
I have to find more respect.
I have to draw deeper.
When you end up in 20, 30 years with that beautiful marriage,
those moments of challenge were a form of prayer
which drew in blessing and possibility.
Through our Messiah's nephist,
through our struggle on the journey,
we are actually generating the goal.
And therefore, every point of resistance
is an opportunity of creation
towards the destination we're heading towards.
- You're talking about lesson 31 in the Qutamoran.
- Let's hear it.
- Which is the word Kastaf is Kisufim, right?
The word Kastafim is same thing as money,
the same thing as Kisufim.
Just like that, when somebody tells you,
"No, I don't want money."
They find a way to get it.
So there's as soon as the male soul creates a stimulus,
the female soul creates a direct,
it's like the love attraction.
It's exactly the amount of your desire
creates a desire from the feminine.
And what happens is, but Malcolm speaks about it,
that you'll actually pick up an e-born ashamo,
you'll actually pick up a portion of a soul
of another person that did that mission
to help you in that mission itself.
- They come to help you, right?
- They come to help you, which is called like a piggyback soul,
like an e-born ashamo, it's a fascinating Torah
and how much would a person has enough will.
So the thing is, I said to myself this,
I've tried when I went to 120%.
Let's say in some businesses and some some marriages, but what I realize is sometimes
that marriage won't work, but you'll find somebody else because of the hard work you
put in that.
God will give you somebody else that because of the hard work.
So hard work.
I think if the work is pure, that's right.
If the work is pure and you're doing the work, I always call this nonlinear stateless.
Exactly.
You don't know where it's going to be paid off and maybe not where you expect, but
it comes.
I work at work.
I have to stay at home and take care of my wife and kids, but that generates more money
because if I'm working with my heart in the right place, that opens channels wherever
they need to open.
100%.
Oh, you put the effort, for example, trying to help, you know, I remember trying to help
an addict to win something, you know, I can't remember.
He was my ex-partner when I started this business 12, 13 years, 12 years ago.
And I put so much work in this guy and he ultimately overdosed and died.
And I ended up getting somebody to tell me, you know what, you should open up a treatment
center.
That is the amount of work I put on that person, like I gave my life, and then opening up
the treatment center because of that.
So it feels like you failed and it feels like you came to nothing in the same way.
Correct.
But then look at the gift that it gave in other areas.
Correct.
So the department's hard work will always pay off for its own, will always be off, but
it could be.
Not where you expect it, or it could be in real estate, next thing, you know, you think
you failed in real estate, the next thing, you know, you got an opportunity on that.
And I think, I think, let me say, like you're sharing calls to the tax, like we, we
have to pay a tax or breads on where that tax goes.
We could transfer the tax.
It's almost like a 1031 exchange in the business world.
When you sell a property, you could use the credit for the other property.
It's a fascinating task.
I'll take your word for that part.
Yeah.
The 1031 is in 31 of maybe Nakhman, that's what you're touching together.
Right.
Very clever.
Great.
I appreciate that.
So this is the work.
So let's talk so.
You never failed.
You never failed.
That's about me.
We never failed.
Well, because you know what I think you do fail.
You know what I think you fail?
I think you fail if you thought that you failed.
Exactly.
Exactly.
Because if you say, I invested this energy, this match, I invested, I gave my hundred
salt to my partner and he did the worst thing in the world.
It's not worth giving my energy to anyone.
I've given up on humanity.
I built this business and I lost it in a day on the stop market.
I'm done.
I'm done.
I'm done.
The only failure is thinking that you failed.
The only failed because then you lose the energy of the world in the passion.
And stop.
When you think you failed, you're out of the game.
Exactly.
Yeah, you're out of the club, right?
And so as long as you're alive and long as you say, what can I learn?
How can I grow?
What's the next level?
What's it about?
The game.
In the game, you're drawing on something deeper.
When you're drawing on something deeper, the possibility is there.
The energy is there and it'll come through in some way.
That's the definition of faith, right?
One of my biggest struggles that I had was I went at one point in a relationship and
I was struggling so much and I'm a triple Scorpio.
So if you tell me no, I'm going to I'm going to break through.
I'm a triple Scorpio.
Maybe I'll be it's rising and sun and moon, the whole thing is like, it's like, get out
of the way.
I'm going to know it.
No means I will try everything possible to get it done.
Even in the worst conditions, I've really, Berkoshem, Shem is giving me the strength to
reinvent myself like, I know this is part of my mission, death and reborn, death and
reborn.
Throughout my life, I've gone through deaths and reborn, deaths and reborn.
It's almost like I've lived 10 lives already, but knowing that I have that energy, but always
at the end of the day, it's always, I get, sometimes it's not what I think I put the
root, the effort in, something else pops up because of the other way with it, with the
Ramy.
And I think it's a huge thing for people to understand that, don't trust the timing and
trust the form because it doesn't mean it's not going to work out because some of the people
you hear, I can't deal with this anymore.
I'm burnt out of marriage, I'm burnt out of this, I'm burnt out of this.
You should never say that because that causes the limitation.
Right.
So now this is just a private therapy session for me.
I'm just talking to you.
I'm sure no one listens to your podcast anyway, but this week, there was a decision about,
there was a decision about organization goes a month to month and we barely have enough
money.
We have to get ahead of that game and we invested a lot in the retreat and for all kind
of complexities, we realized we're about to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars for
all this kind of noise.
So we're sitting there with our partners and our friends and we're trying to make this
decision.
We can proceed with the retreat and block the organization or we can pull out of the
treat and lose hundreds of thousands of dollars anyway.
So it's just a brutal decision, I know how we got here is really with good heart in this
and trying to help people, but there's a moment, align with what you're saying and align
with what we're saying.
It's just like, all I know is if I focus on fundraising and making money and stable
in the organization, then I'm running a business.
But I'm not in the business business.
I'm in the heart and soul and healing and spirituality business and I do believe with
all my heart so much that this is what we're going into now that if we do the work of helping
people of healing hearts, of opening up souls, then we are being successful at our mission
and through that the blessing will come and the financial solutions will come.
If I call off a retreat to solve financial issues, then I'm not doing what I'm here in
the world to do.
But if I can't solve the financial issues yet and I lean into the retreat at least, I said
to the team, this was not a smart line to say, no one's listening, I can say it again.
If we're going out, let's go out helping hundreds of souls and changing their lives.
And I believe when I say that, even though it sounds like business to a side, I've seen
it many times when you help the people, when you bring the light and the blessing and
the joy comes, then a gem says, this is fulfilling its purpose.
You're a person that's doing the thing you're supposed to do in the world.
Let me give you the resources and I say to support that.
And that's what the week has been about for me and it's difficult because we made a decision
and the problems are not solved, but my heart and soul feels like this is where amongst
the storm, this is where we need to be.
And that for me is this non-linear stateless.
I don't know how I'm going to solve the financial problems, but let's solve the heart and
solve problems.
The solve problems that we know how we can solve in the world and the blessing will come.
So it's also looking for the areas that you know you're supposed to do and when you do
what you're supposed to do in the world, then you can turn to a shaman and say, support
me through that.
I think when I get it to those points, I just go straight into gratitude because I know
I'm in such a danger of complaining.
I just go straight into Corbanto da.
Corbanto da is connected to the world to come and knowing that everything's happened
for my benefit is connected to the world to come.
So that's one of the things where I go where I just completely lose my mind and I just
go straight into gratitude, greater the world, I know.
How do you do gratitude?
What's your approach?
I dismiss the messenger, whoever thinks it's causing, I believe it's for the best the
situation I'm going through, less than four of the people that were on and I think I
shunned for it.
I'll just go.
I'll go into it.
Thank you for the problems you gave me.
Thank you for the problems.
You didn't give me.
Thank you for the blessings you gave me.
Thank you for the problems you didn't give me.
And you're specific on the details or you're just saying that one.
I'm specific on the details.
I'll tell you why.
It's because I written less than 195 or not when it speaks about, in my distress, you
have relieved me, in my own gratitude, what I've seen is that I've got micro doses of
awareness of why I had to go through that.
So sometimes you'll get micro doses in the process of thinking, you'll get relief.
You'll get micro doses.
You'll get them.
Right.
That's why I had to go through that.
Now I understand why I had to go, why that deal had to fall through.
Now I understand that.
So that, and the reason why is the more gratitude I have, the more awareness I get.
That's what he says in less than two and second half of the run.
Gratitude.
Gratitude is a cause of tough.
So we say it means say thank you, but it literally means a cover means consciousness
of good.
Consciousness of good.
So when I'm facing bad and pain, you know what you call you and blame the measure.
They did this to me and they did this to me, whatever.
Your consciousness is on the frequency of darkness of pain and disconnection.
So what are you doing?
You're seeking into darkness, pain and disconnection.
And you're asking, it's time for help, but it's time is light and unity and blessing.
So if you want to share this help, you can't deepen into darkness, pain and it's et cetera.
Because the principle is, you can't put a square peg in a round hall.
If you want to receive light and blessing and unity and joy, you have to lift your consciousness
into light and blessing and unity and joy.
So gratitude is a cause of tough, which literally means in the struggle in the pain, darkness
and disconnection of frustration, lift up your consciousness to the frequency of good
and positivity.
And when you do that, suddenly you go inside and download and blessing because you aligned
with source in order to receive the blessing from source.
So how is the type of gratitude just lifts up our consciousness to be in a frequency of
good.
The ultimate good is God, hence the word.
And from there, all the channels are blessing of everything.
But first I go into, because remember the worst case scenario is rooted by fear.
So first I go into acceptance by, I believe this is for the best.
And I go into gratitude.
You got me?
I'll go into acceptance first, just to kill the ego of any kind of resistance, and then
I'll go into trust.
So ultimately the opposite of fear, acceptance of trust.
Beautiful.
So just supporting what you're saying.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
sometimes says the first principle is be macabrely soon by ever to accept suffering with love.
Now what kind of self-abuse is it to accept suffering with love? But with love means I know
there's good here, I know there's benefit here, I know there's growth here, I know there's an
opportunity here and to do that is exactly what you said is bitter. It means as long as you push
back on reality, this is not what I want, then the fear and the ego will keep you stuck. But if you
just can open to the possibility that there's some good to be macabrely soon by ever and the best
way to do that is also to say thank you. So first of all is stop resisting what you resist
persists and therefore once there's a little bit more calm and openness you create a little space
in your mind. Now we can move from resistance into positivity. So may ra, as I tell you,
the first you have to remove the negative and then you can step into the positive. Right on.
Okay. Yeah, that's the path. That's the path. It's first, first stop. And how often do you use that?
All the time. It's part of my bit of process because I know what you know, it's always it's always
part of my it's I'm going through such challenges right now and it's almost the same challenges that
I went through 14 years ago, 15 years ago. And I realized how I handled it back then, but now it's
equivalent these challenges, but I'm healing it's so much better. Can you give it before and after?
Well, before I was just complaining all day long, complaining pessimism, I'm putting it out.
It's how the people imagine like, yeah, imagine. The 14 years ago was me complaining why I have to go
through this about all the money I was spending about how I put on to fill it and get charity and
I do all this and nothing's happening and everything's just getting worse. And it was just the more
I complained, the more things got worse. But that actually is when I started doing his bow to do it.
So that all that pain brought me into his bow to do is where I had to eventually put it into
speech and his bow to do became, you know, a savior of mine. So, so here from here, we learn Gadaya,
look at the gift of the handling completely differently. I just want to say, look at the gift of
the pain. Look at the gift of the pain. It brought you to the greatest thing of your life,
which is birdedness. If things were just okay, it probably wouldn't have been lifted up into that.
So thank God for the doctor's interest. But still our awareness, even if we have, we both
we both thank God we have got. But still, Hashan takes away our awareness and he puts us in
either way, sometimes our awareness will be taken away from us and we were lost. I think that's
the trigger the cry out for help, you know, like the prayer of a pauper. That's another tool
that I use to fill this line up. Yeah, sure, I'm missing in that. I believe it's for the best,
but I don't see it. Show me. It's an empowering prayer from a place of lack, not a place of complaining.
Okay, so more of my therapy session, I should say this out loud. It's just you and me talking,
right? No, this is your podcast. Good. Nobody. My wife and I have a really beautiful relationship.
Boolean, however, Boolean. It took us years to get there, right? But when we're there, it's amazing.
Over so cut, I was so out of line with my wife, we had a little argument in the car.
And just this fury came out of me, the look in her eyes.
And it's such an fascinating thing. So when you're being tested, the capitalist say,
you have to, you have to lose your consciousness by definition.
If I was aware in that moments of the truth, of how wonderful and compassionate my wife is,
and how supportive is she through all my cares and hard times, right? Do you want to yell at your
wife, not in a million years? She only deserves my attention, love, compassion, as I've treated for the
last years or two of the next year. So what in a million, what in your mind would make you think
it's okay to just tear through it only lasted 10 seconds? But it took me two, I felt so
disconnected for two days of Sukkot. I was like, what did I do? What did I do? That feeling of
loss of my kin. And then the darkness comes up with the beauty is, I'm thinking as you're saying is,
years ago, and often over festivals, there was, there's often tension in the time of joy.
So you have to bring out joy and master joy. There has to be so much tension. So you have to fight
the tension to get there. What I loved about that experience is within a day and a half,
my wife and I sat down and spoke about it. And I apologized. And I said, I don't know what that was,
but you never deserved that. And I will, hopefully, never do it again. And I had to do a prayer to
say, whatever that was, keep it away from me. At least, whatever I'm carrying there. And my wife
came forward with simility. She said, but what set me off in the fifth place was, so in some ways,
that loss of consciousness is brutal. And another way, keep your eye on the greater game. Look how far
we've come. I always say, everybody falls, but the capacity of apologize is the sign of greatness.
The capacity, I taught my students, you know, to stand up and say, I utterly failed. I encourage
every single one who's not listening to this, no one listens to this podcast. But when you make
mistakes, step forward and say, I totally, utterly failed. Right? Unreservably full ownership.
And to see myself utterly failed, to see myself lose that awareness, thinking, I've gone,
I'm pretty good in my life. I've covered it like you. Thank God, I've come so far for my wise
and stuff. But then it can happen in a moment. But the rebound, how fast you can come back together,
own it, take responsibility, reset the marriage. That's the sign of greatness. Not saying I'm great.
It's not that we don't fall, but we can bounce back with consciousness. We can understand the
context. We can own it. We can reset together. You know, it's not the fall, which it's sign of,
it's, that I'm imperfect. The sign that you can own it, see it as soon as the conscious comes
back. That gives me hope. And it gives me hope in other people's capacity too. There's a great,
there's a great light. I can't remember who said it, but a bad day for the ego is a very good day
for the soul. Beautiful. That's always the landing night. Okay. I had a great soul day. I had a
bad day for the ego today. It's because the ego is all about how does it look on the outside?
How did I look? How did I look? How did I look on the outside? Meanwhile, less than six,
I'm not going to speak about that the more you run away from Cabo de la Kim, Cabo de la Kim,
you'll get Cabo de la Kim. So failure also teaches us when we go into this and teaches us,
run away, run away from that world. You throw your own cup away from the ego, from covered,
everyone has to acknowledge me for the narcissistic mentality, which is the whole of the world.
And then blessing comes to you when you don't need it. 100%. When you're not clinging to it,
is the cause. Ravi, I'm very excited about your event. You should continue to power strong. I
blessed you that you should so many. And again, the last one you did, but we did together,
it was phenomenal. It was phenomenal. That's such a great, great adaptation. The soul made
one that you did and also in a parachronical breakthrough. And I think again, there's nobody doing
these things except for you. And nobody's doing these four day retreat to comparable to
Joe the Spazers and the Tamirah. And then I think they have something rooted in Cabo
a couple of list of teachings. And also you did the kind of audience you're getting,
which is, you know, I went to see the audience last time. It's from everywhere.
Everybody has to see that. Everybody. I love being able to be people who hold different
backgrounds and sharing them what we have. And to give people the ultimate gift of the light of
the soul, they think that they need psychedelics for it or anything else to see that they can open up
to such high, beautiful experiences. It reorientates their life, their understanding of self.
And I feel as a teacher, it's just the most beautiful space to be in the world.
Absolutely. Like it really is in order to be there.
We're very fortunate to be able to speak to you. They'll check it out.
Robert, where do people take it? So how do they go?

So whether you feel you can afford it or not, reach out to us, we'll make it happen.
Again, everybody's spending money on gym memberships, on vacations.
Like spend some money on your mental health. Like this is the most important.
It's the greatest investment you can make in your life, right? You get that, you have everything.
The most important investment people can make is making it. I'm telling you, everything,
you have a vacation. Jeff, this is, yeah, it took, this is the greatest investment and great
invent any investment in increasing your consciousness is the most important investment you can make.
I don't want to say anything that we have to invite. I don't think people realize how much change
is possible and growth is possible. And that they don't, they can set themselves free.
And if a person realized, I think they would find they went into these places more.
I'm done. Thank you, my friend. Always apply to your other.
