So the dark side of married at first sight Australia is rearing its ugly head once again, and this time, it's bright Sierra swept in, blowing the lid all the way off. After finally regaining control of her socials last month, Sierra wasted no time taking to her stories to break her silence and shared details about her traumatic as fuck maths experience. The T-Shuse build is hot, hectic and also seriously concerning. In a string of now viral posts, Sierra made some pretty explosive claims about her time on the show and nothing and no one or off limits. I'm talking channel nine, production company and demolsche in Australia and even her on screen husband, Billy Belcher, being dragged with some damning allegations. From claims of psychological trauma, she endured during the show being placed in a psych ward by production whilst the show was airing, yes really. So what actually went down during that infamous cheating scandal with her co-star Adrian? It's safe to say that Sierra did not hold back from exposing everyone and everything, and I'm here for every last drop. However, while we may be sloping the piping hot tea right up without stopping to take a breath, Sierra's claims are also caused for series concern over the ethics of married at first sight. In case you missed it, Sierra was matched with Billy and their wedding was actually kind of cute, for like a hot minute. With the honeymoon period was short lived and things turned sour faster than a two day old kombucha. Cue a friendship with fellow groom Adrian, Billy spiraling over trust issues and Sierra questioning if there was even a spark to begin with between them. Spoiler alert, there wasn't. The couple dipped out halfway through the experiment and then came the reunion dinner party, where Sierra's group chat sins came back to bite her. Athena exposed a string of savage tech, Sierra sent about her and the rest of the cast. And when confronted, Sierra yeeted herself from the table mid-drama. Now let's rewind to April 6, aka reunion dda, when Sierra dropped a cryptic yet powerful post on Instagram. Now it is important to note at this point, her account was still being controlled by producers, so anything she would have posted would have been vetted harder than a mafstrom's Tinder history. However, this somehow made it through. She wrote, "I've stayed quiet for a long time, not because I didn't have anything to say, but because I needed space. But tonight, I feel stronger, and I have the clarity and courage to speak my truth. I can't rewrite what happened, but I can take back the narrative and choose to walk away to protect my peace. I'm far from perfect, just like everyone else, but I've never acted with the intent to hurt anyone. I've always been open to reasonable conversations and finding resolution, even when it felt impossible. To those who believed and supported me, thank you. You reminded me that I don't have to keep explaining myself to be valid. I just have to speak the truth once and let the rest speak for itself. To those still trying to write my story, you're not holding the pen anymore." I think this was the exact moment we knew that Sierra was done playing nice and staying silent. Good for her. Now buckle up guys, because I've gone full FBI mode and compiled every single thing that Sierra has posted since reclaiming control of her socials. And let me tell you, it is some pretty heavy stuff. So she kicked things off with a gut-wrenching Instagram story that gave us a real before and after moment. First up, she shared a glowing pic from her wedding day, which she captioned, "What I looked like at the start. Cute, wholesome, and full of hope." Then boom, cut to a shot of her five weeks later at a commitment ceremony where she's looking visibly drained. She captioned it, "verse what I looked like five weeks later." And I have to admit, the transformation between the two pics is jarring to say the least. Sierra then shared two text posts, which were written in black and posted on a white background with the following statement. "For me to look the way I did after just five weeks, something had to have happened. Women don't break themselves down like that. I was silenced in the media because the truth was a liability. The people who caused me harm have controlled the narrative for far too long. I will speak soon." She then followed that up with a final statement saying, "isolation is a recognized form of psychological abuse. It occurs when a person is deliberately distanced from their support networks, including friends, family, or sources of emotional and social support." This tactic is often used to increase control, create dependence, and reduce a person's ability to resist or seek help. In emotionally intense environments, this kind of behavior can escalate quickly and be easily missed, especially when there's limited outside contact. Over time, isolation erodes confidence, distorts perspective, and makes it harder for the victim to recognize or escape the abuse. God, that is giving me chills, like actual chills. This is not just a reality TV breakdown. This sounds like a cry for accountability, and if what she's hinting at is true, then someone's got a lot of explaining to do. Now the very next day Sierra popped back up on Instagram with a follow-up. She wrote, "Thanks for all the messages of support. It's lovely to know that 98% of you could see that I wasn't myself and your kindness means a lot. I might do a wee, AMA tomorrow if you want to drop us a question. Wee?" She's gone full Brit, maybe Billy rubbed off on her in one way or another. But trust me, the tea was about to be scalding. In the AMA one fan wrote, "My take, trauma survivors only share their experiences with safe people, aka not Billy the Dick." Now not all heroes wear capes, some just submit fire responses to Instagram Q&A boxes. Sierra reshared the message and added, "This person gets it." Then she dropped a full on Ted Talk on trauma boundaries and the reality behind the Glossymafs edit, saying, "It is not normal or acceptable for anyone to pressure you into sharing your trauma. You are allowed to have boundaries and you have full discretion on who, what, and when you feel comfortable sharing." Domestic violence and trauma survivors are hyper-vigilant, being forced to share raises internal alarm bells. People who want to know what hurts you quickly are normally looking to weaponize it. I experienced domestic violence from the age of 16 to 18 and a half, and age where my brain was still developing. I spent 14 years reprogramming and working on myself. I'm very much capable of being in a healthier relationship where I feel safe and respected, but I am and always will be vulnerable to certain behaviors that trigger me, especially in an environment where your pain is amplified, exploited, and you are extremely isolated. If you saw the full context of what happened at the Second Commitment Ceremony, as well as the events leading up to it, people who were smart and trauma-informed would have seen it as an act of Davo. For those playing at home, Davo means, deny, attack, reverse victim, and offender. This ain't just reality TV drama anymore. This is some deep and very serious shit. Wow. Who don't see Eira for not letting them sweep this onto the rug this time? Because she's definitely not the first person in Maf's history who has made these sorts of claims. Now her clapbacks just kept on coming after that, another fan slid into Ciera's AMA, asking the million dollar question. I don't understand all of the negativity. Did I miss something? Ciera responded with the kind of exhausted suss, only a woman chewed up and sped out by a reality TV can deliver. She said, "I'm still unsure myself. In the grand scheme of things, I didn't really do anything. Things that are made such a big deal of in TV land aren't things that people would care about in real life. It's odd. The things that I care about and that legitimately deserve attention are real issues such as domestic violence, bullying, misogyny, mental health, etc. These things actually matter. But please, fucking bird me at the cross for going to dinner with my mates." Then another eagle-eyed viewer chimed in saying, "You looked broken at the last commitment ceremony. My family thought there was a chunk of the storyline missing." And Ciera didn't hold back responding with, "Yeah, pretty much everything was missing. My narration was cut out. My feelings were never included. The way I was treated wasn't shown. I also read somewhere that this was one of the first. If you not the first time, someone removed themselves from their spouse and no context or explanation was truly provided. And of course, I did voxies to explain it all. So the lack of context actually speaks volumes. Wow. Sounds like all of Sierra's storyline was left on the cutting room floor. Another follower then wrote, "Not a question, but Billy dropped the ball, hope you find your special person." Sierra reshared this and replied with one short, but got punching reply, saying, "I deserved better, ouch." But honestly, if what she's saying is true, it sounds like she did. Just as for Sierra, period. In a later Instagram AMA, Sierra also addressed the dinner that launched a thousand cheating rumors, the infamous plate of meat scandal. You know, the one where Sierra was accused of playing footsees and possibly more with her co-star Adrian, while still technically married to Billy. So one fan asked the burning question, what actually happened at the plate of meat dinner. And Sierra came through with the receipt, saying, "Long story short, I removed myself from the apartment on the Friday because I was emotionally broken and no longer felt comfortable. On Saturday morning, Tony saw me visibly upset. Saturday night, Tony and I crossed paths as he was on his way out to go to dinner with Adrian. That dinner would have happened regardless of whether I was there or not. Tony encouraged me to come because he knew that something was wrong. I went because I was isolated and struggling and I felt most comfortable with them. It was essentially a cabab shop with a dining bit and from memory, Tony paid. There was nothing sexy about it. We were out for a few hours before Adrian dropped Tony and I've back. Wow, that changes everything. But here comes the real bombshell, she continued. The fact that Tony's name was repeatedly removed and framed as Adrian and I going on a date is worse than the plate of meat. That is called cooperative storytelling. It was calculated, manipulative and malicious. It was done with the expectation that Tony's name wouldn't make the edit and we would become cheaters. That kind of collusion could have only occurred if they were speaking outside of filming. Pay attention. It's a shame that it was so sensationalized because no one questioned why I removed myself, why I felt isolated or why I was crying. Those were the real issues. Oh my god. Honestly, I've never seen a meat platter cause this much trauma. Now just when we thought the meat plate scandal was done marinating, another curious fan slid into Sierra's asking anything with this spicy little follower. They asked, "What was with the footsies under the table if there was nothing going on between you and Adrian?" Sierra clapped back with a very detailed breakdown that put the whole thing to bed once and for all. She dished. Billy was actually sitting to the left of me. That doesn't even look sexy, nor does it actually look like we are touching. What actually happened was Billy accused me of saying something that moments later denied it. When I got annoyed, he told me to calm down and he was actually called out for being controlling by the experts for this. Obviously it wasn't shown, but this is a verifiable fact. Adrian told Billy he was shutting me down and this moment is me repositioning my body away from Billy because he upset me. I put my face in my hand and said, "Thanks for sticking up for me and the power was me trying not to cry." So yes, maths used something that happened to me against me. It's insulting that anyone would think I'd be dumb enough to rub someone up in that environment. I've got more game than that guys. I got me clapped back to say the least. I don't know about you guys, but everything Sierra is saying is making total sense to me and also checking out with everything that we know about how this show is produced and edited. Now, multiple contestants have told me that Tony was at that infamous dinner, the same one that producers framed as a secret date between Sierra and Adrian. But plot twist, he was scrubbed from the edit. Why? To stir up a cheating scandal, of course, because what's a season of maths without at least one juicy affair narrative, right? And if the drama doesn't exist, no problem. Producers will simply just whip one up in post-production. And I do have to agree, it really isn't a date if there are three people there. It sounds like the edit was manipulative as fuck at the expense of others and more cooks than a plate of meat at the local diner. Now another fan that our Sierra, do you understand why Athena would be upset with you texting and meeting up with her husband? Sierra replied saying, "She invited me for a walk only so she could relay in Tilda Billy. She had no interest in being friends with me until I removed myself. During that walk, I told her in detail how I was being treated, how I felt, and also the context of me being a domestic violent survivor. Again, referring you to my previous story about the malicious cooperative storytelling, makes a lot of sense if you pay attention and think about it. I actually apologized immediately at the cocktail party and she told me to wait for the dinner table so that she could berate me for hours in front of everyone. The way I was treated was far worse than what I did. Before walking in to film the third commitment ceremony, I was crying, all the women saw it and I had to be removed and held separately. If you saw what actually happened to me at the third dinner party, which was filmed the night before and what the experts actually said to Billy, you would realize how badly she was kicking me whilst I was down, disorientated and defenseless. The above is essentially what I actually said to her at the reunion. If you consider the context of the fact that she had nothing to say about Adrian, other than he was a stupid piece of shit when we went for a walk, why would it even matter? That was my point at the reunion. It was calling out the hypocrisy. Adrian got my number from Tony when I left and message me to see if I was okay. I have the receipts. When taking into account the above context, I owe her nothing. Wow, that is the real tea drama army. Now just when you thought the tea possibly couldn't get any hotter, Sierra kept the expose a train chugging along nicely, teasing even more bombshells to come and yep, she's got even more receipts. She wrote, "I'll drip some more stuff over the next few weeks and drop a few receipts etc." And yes please, drip feed us the tea like it's a Muff's dinner party wine pool. Then she came in with a savage swing that had me screaming. She said, "I just don't want to scream about it and invite more drama from hollow participants who enjoy running smear campaigns and other people's expense purely for the sake of engagement and clout." Boom, Mike drop, shots fired, out. Smear queens, consider yourself served. Sierra then dropped this singer. Someone wrote in the AMA box, loved hearing your side of the show, hate that they made you look villainous. Sierra then shared a screenshot of a message, but the person's name is cut off as is half of the message, so I'll read what I can. It says nothing can be something seriously, but thought something, our attention to pass on higher up the food chain and suggest to have the Muff's inbox monitored more closely in future. That was the day before my wedding. That makes me really sad but also vindicated. Now I don't really know what this is about, but Sierra wrote over it, "They tried, but like I've said, I didn't do anything conclusively bad. They're betrayal of me, omission of context, removal of my voice, and media silencing seem to be the only way to protect them." Let's just say I was made aware after I left that someone had tried to get in contact with them privately out of concern. Okay, so it seems like this message that she shared is between her and possibly Billy's ex, who allegedly contacted producers ahead of the show filming, which I will touch on later this episode. So bookmark that thought for now guys. Another person that asked Sierra, "Do you actually want to be married?" and she replied, "100% I do. I'm 33 this year, and I only want a date to marry going forward." But it's tough out there. One thing I feel most humiliated about in Muff's is the fact that I truly believed I'd be given someone who was genuinely there for love. I legitimately felt in my gut that I was going to be matched with my person and I would get a love story. If I knew I was going to be villainized, then I would have lent into it at least. Well, wee. So much to unpack. Now buckle up drama army because this next film show from Sierra is not just spicy, it's absolutely chilling. After a week of dropping truth bombs and receipts like they were confetti at a Muff's wedding, Sierra followed it all up with the most explosive reveal yet. And trust me, you might want to sit upright in your throne of judgment for this one. So she shared a paparazzi photo of herself being taken away in an ambulance back in February, while the show was still airing that was published by none other than the Daily Mail. The headline read, married at first sight star Sierra Swepstyn, rushed to hospital following a medical episode as her cheating scandal with groom Adrian unfolds on TV. And the story read as follows, married at first sight bride Sierra Swepstyn was rushed to hospital on Thursday following a medical episode. The financial associate advisor was seeing being escorted by three police officers and a paramedic into the back of an ambulance in Melbourne at around 12.56 pm. Sierra appeared visibly distressed and clutched her chest as she climbed into the ambulance, which transferred her to the Alfred hospital. It's unclear what prompted the emergency response, but the distressing incident comes as her explosive cheating scandal with groom Adrian plays out on the hit reality show. Now, Sierra shared this pic with a caption that left my jaw literally on the floor. She wrote, "Also, the fact that I was taken away by police and ambulance against my will and placed in a psych ward due to a false report is a story for another day. What the actual fuck?" But wait, it gets even more unhinged. She continued, "The paparazzi who just happened to be in my driveway at 11.30 am on a Thursday when I'm normally at work is a tad fishy too. God, a paparazzi amborscht during a mental health emergency. That's not just a red flag. That's a damn crime scene in a rose garden in my opinion." Now, a fan then slid into her AMA asking how this was even allowed to happen and Sierra spilled all the legal tea, citing section 232 of the Mental Health Act, saying that "producers allegedly made a false report claiming she had OD'd on 30 sleeping pills after she stopped taking their cause." Holy crap. She wrote, "In summary, I had a foreseeable reaction to something to range production did to me and when I refused to answer their calls, they called triple zero, stating that I had OD'd on 30 sleeping pills. This was despite the fact that my next of kin confirmed I was responsive and understandably didn't want to speak to them. I was now When the police arrived and put a robe on to answer the door as they had begun to kick. Due to what they had been told, I wasn't allowed to get dressed privately and had to put clothes on in front of the female officer. Ruckets, the police were lovely. Section 232 gave them the right to remove me against my will, and if I had not walked down to the ambulance, I would have been dragged out of my home. Holy shit. This is absolutely like gut wrenching and also terrifyingly unethical. And get this, it wasn't until hours later when she was in psychiatric ED that she'd even found out what happened. She wrote, "It wasn't until after hours of being held in the psychiatric ED that we realized what had happened, and at that point paparazzi photos were on the internet for everyone to see." Yup, that now infamous ambulance Papshot, already up on the daily mail before she could even blink. Sierra then finished off with one final savage swipe writing, "The fact that they felt the need to retaliate with such severity speaks volumes as to the level of harm they know I endure it as a result of what they facilitated and what they did to me after the fact. I didn't do that to myself, I would never take an ambulance from someone who needs it. Also, if I set myself up, I would have at least brushed my hair, put on a fake tan and worn a nice outfit. Honestly, at this point, give this woman a gold logo, a defamation lawyer, enter her own teller documentary on Netflix star." So we posted Sierra's claims on Instagram recently with this headline. Sierra says Malf's producers allegedly placed her in a psych ward against her will. Sierra reshare this to her stories with a savage little add-on, writing, "Not allegedly, it happened. I had Sojramatic blocked because she posted a lot of targeted, hateful, and fucked up things about me whilst the show was airing. But I became aware of this post today, an unblocked her on my account so I could comment. For some reason, I am restricted from doing so. So see the next slide for my response to the comments on that post." Now just to set the record straight and clear a few things up I guess, because the drama army deserves the full story, not just the filtered one. First up, in our defence and yes, receipts can be provided, you're on it. We actually reached out to Sierra before and during the season to open up a line of communication. We offered her the chance to tell her side of the story and said that we'd happily help her to get that out there if at any point she needed it. I also gave her my personal phone number so that she could contact me at any time. Spoiler alert, she left us on red, blocked us, and so naturally that made it a tad difficult to include her voice in our coverage this season. It's kind of hard to tell your side of the story when you're MIA from the group chat babe. So yes, if we do only have one site to report on, then guess what? That is the version that gets published. Now back to Sierra's tell all of the century because the kettle was still whistling and she was just getting started. When the promise follow up slides, our resident truth teller dropped a lengthy AF clapback about the whole ambulance saga and buckle up because she did not come to play. She wrote, "Hello, I don't normally retaliate online, but it turns out that in situations that I belong in a psych ward, mocking my mental health, framing involuntary detention as a duty of care or accusing me of lying about something so severe is where I draw the line." So I'll provide more detailed facts in response to the people in the comments who think they know what they're talking about. I never said this happened during filming, it happened on the 13th of February this year. I essentially lost my shit and set a bunch of texts the previous night to the publicist, reacting to their conscious decision to use harmful things that happened to me against me and barring me from publicity interviews whilst they had full control of my social media. Anyone would fly off the handles if they were being globally defamed and couldn't even speak to defend themselves. There was also a build up to this event and more context too. After I'd calmed myself down, I turned my phone off, went to sleep and woke up the next day at about 10am. My brother and my bestie are my next of kin. They both spoke to me before Triple Zero were called and confirmed with Entomol Shine Australia that I was fine. It doesn't matter if Entomol Shine Australia couldn't get a hold of me, that's literally part of the reason why I have next of kin's listed, duh. I was naked when the police came because I was still in bed and slept naked as it was summer. I was hot and don't have aircon because I am povo. If they were concerned, a police welfare check would have suffice. And honestly, she makes a strong case here on them. Sarah continued her no holds bar take down like the absolute queen of club act she is. And this next part, it is grim AF, just a warning. Sarah addressed the real story behind the whole psych ward or deal and honestly, it is as cooked as a dinner party beef. She wrote, "No, maps cannot section me under section 232. I never said that. The police can and they did because Entomol Shine Australia caught Triple Zero and said that I had OD'd on 30 sleeping pills. Of course I was distressed, confused and hysterical when they arrived. Anyone would be if they were already extremely vulnerable, had police kicking at their door, and then were told they had to get in an ambulance." She then went on to admit that psych ward may not have been the most accurate wording and she clarified saying, "psych ward probably wasn't the appropriate terminology. I was admitted to the psychiatric ED at the Alfred Hospital and held in a mental health cube. Everything but my phone was taken from me. I couldn't leave and even the toilet door had a window so I couldn't even poop privately. My best friend came to the hospital in the evening and the psychiatric nurse who assessed me made me aware that this happened because Triple Zero had been told I had taken 30 pills. She said that this was the only reason section 232 applied in the first place. Within minutes of us realizing how fucked up that all was, my friend then saw the article online with those horrible photos of me getting into the ambulance. The hospital was actually the first to suggest that it looked like a setup. I was discharged later in the evening because I shouldn't have been there to begin with. Endomolshine Australia and Channel 9 are billion dollar bullies. I wouldn't say something of this nature publicly if I didn't have written evidence to substantiate it. It is of medical record. I have an outpatient discharge letter from the hospital that specifically stipulates who from Endomolshine Australia made the call. That police took me under section 232 because of the 30 sleeping pills and this claim was false among other things. Wow. The fact that she said she can back this up is huge. I actually don't know why Endomolshine Australia aren't already being investigated given this. It sounds like they must know all of the loop holes legally and criminally because the fact that they knew if they called up and said XYZ, that would mean that she'd be taken in an ambulance and they had the pups waiting there. I mean, I can't get over this. This is absolutely insane. Now Sierra then added that out of all the chaos thrown at her post show, it was the mockery of her hospitalization that finally pushed her to speak out. She said, "I only address this incident publicly because of all the things that have been said about me online. Being mocked for a hospitalization and accused of doing that to myself was extremely dehumanizing and hard for me. That was a deeply private matter and a traumatic experience that was exploited and ridiculed publicly without my consent. Married at first sight or not, I did not sign up for that. The environment of the bachelor was completely different, far less toxic and far safer than mass. I didn't expect to leave with a severe and enduring psychological injury and no one should. Well said. Now if you thought that was the mic drop moment, think again, Sierra then went on to reveal. Ali Tahar from the Daily Mail was the one who sent the pup. I know this because the pup who took the ambulance photos was in my driveway the following week. So I approached him and point blank asked who had tipped him off. End of all shine Australia and Channel 9 to 9, but they absolutely work in conjunction with the Daily Mail to a degree. Like I said, it was 11.30 a.m. on a Thursday and pups had never been at my house before. How did they know my address and know that I would be home at the time when I normally work? The duty of care is mitigating harm from occurring in the first place. Stop blaming me and questioning whether or not I should have been hospitalized, you weren't there and you're not my therapist. Intelligent people would actually ask why they felt I was at such a high risk of harming myself that they had to lie to emergency services and have me detained. There's a very big difference between the mitigation of harm being caused and retaliation to harm already caused. Think about it. Wow. Just wow. I don't want to dramatize this at all, but if what Sierra is saying is true and this happened that the production company lied to emergency services in order to have her detained, that is not just a breach of duty of care, that is a breach of human rights. Now this lines up perfectly with everything that I've seen and heard behind the scenes as well. I know for a fact and I've got receipts to back it up if anyone wants to challenge me or if any of these contestants are taking Channel 9 to court, need more evidence for their cases, hit me up. But yes, Arley DeHar from The Daily Mail has a secret little arrangement with Channel 9. They basically work hand in hand and have done for a number of years now, where production and publicity tip him off about filming locations, dates, storylines, so that he can take his paparazzi photos and they also share personal information about their cast members with him, as well as giving him access to their talent in order to drum up publicity for the show. I might actually do a separate video. episode on this because I actually have so much information and receipts about this little arrangement and it's even more unethical than you could ever imagine. Here's the real kicker. Contestants are told that they can chat and even work with Arlie. But me? Nope, I'm off limits. I am so dangerous and bad that producers tell them they need to stay away from me. Why? Because I guess I'm here to expose the truth and to pull back the curtain on the network shady as fuck behind the scenes antics and their mistreatment of contestants, not to play along or be part of the game. That game being unethical behavior and corruption and potentially even criminal behavior. And guys, that is why independent journalism is so important. Now from a journalistic integrity standpoint for you, this is a total no-no for obvious reasons. The role of a journalist is meant to be a watchdog over governments, businesses, industries where they are there to keep people accountable and ensure transparency. They're also expected to provide factual and unbiased reporting and act as a check on in this instance, Channel 9 and Endomall Shine Australia. So the fact that they have this close working agreement or arrangement or deal whatever we want to call it is very, very unethical. There is no way that he can be objective or hold this entity to any sort of account if he is actually working closely with them and even profiting off this. And he has profited off this because he does sell photos that he takes off the back of the information Channel 9 give him. But since he isn't actually a real journalist, I guess that he wouldn't care or know this. But to summarize, if he's just publishing information straight from Channel 9's hand, that is not journalism, that is PR. But here's the kicker guys. This also raises massive red flags about Channel 9's duty of care to their participants as well. Leaking private details about their own talent, that's not just negligent, that is potentially illegal. And the fallout, it hits these people where it hurts most, their mental health and their privacy. Just look at how it's played out in Sierra's case here. So yeah, this whole setup is shady as hell and I'm glad that someone is finally exposing it. I hope the next step for people who have been the victims of this shady setup get justice. Because I have witnessed Channel 9 and Ali doing similar stuff to this in the past with similar ramifications. So again, while it is totally shocking, it's not surprising. Now Sierra didn't just drop bombshells, she came locked and loaded with receipts, literal ones, and we love to see it. She posted a screenshot of her hospital discharge papers, yes, actual medical documentation, not just the notes that ran, and it ran. Reason for a feral. Wrote to ED, section 232 by police and ambulance after a TV show, and then she's blanked out their name. Phone triple zero, stating Sierra had taken an overdose of 30 for Nurg and sleeping pills. Sierra strongly denies ever having said this. Sierra maintained she never expressed any suicidal ideation to insert name. Highly distressed by these false claims and some false narratives being shown on the reality TV show, currently airing four times a week. Psychiatric history, NIL, relevant medical history, NIL, summary of assessment, interventions, and progress. 13th February assessed in Alfred ED, impression situational crisis, offered episode of Kant for support and containment, and Diazapam 5 milligrams and 5 to take home. PRN. Sierra then wrote over this, "I don't just say things for the sake of it. What I find most fucked is that almost everyone I speak to saw those picks in the media. But it certainly didn't stop certain participants continuing their public smear campaign against me in the media while it was airing. Absence of remorse is an incredibly narcissistic trait." She then shared another screenshot of her medical documentation, which is hard to read as "a lot of it is cropped out, but I'll do my best." It says, "Sych Medical Review 20th February cat home visit much improved. Can't see the rest of the sentence." And psychiatric register impression on the 19th of February. Age 32 female with a situational crisis, presenting as anxiety, ruminations, and social withdrawal after concerns about being publicly defamed on a reality TV show, in the context of experiencing emotional abuse by co-contestant. Now, one would have to assume that that co-contestant, she's mentioning, would be her husband, but we can't know for sure. It continued, "This presentation is in the context of childhood and early adulthood trauma, which was disclosed to the network, psych, and then utilized to improve television ratings and media coverage. Holy fuck." So that is the doctors or nurses or specialists, analysis of what has gone on. They have literally said that her background of trauma was disclosed to the network, and they have surmised that it was then utilized for TV ratings and media coverage. Holy fuck. I hope Sierra is seeking legal action because, I mean, I'm not a lawyer, but it sounds like she might have a very strong case against the network. Sierra then wrote over this one, "Should also read severe and repeated bullying by co-contestants, plural. I have about seven names of people who actively partook or are complicit. No one's ever apologized for the way they treated me and the effects their actions had. It was inhumane." As I've also said before, "I am a domestic violent survivor. I don't lie about these things." Wow. I can't help but feel extremely sorry for Sierra at this point, and the fact that she's provided such strong receipts to back up her claims, I think that really says it all. Now, not only did Sierra have more receipts than a came-up register to back up her bombshell claims, but she also had actual backup. Her co-star and fellow T-spiller, Jackie, came in hot with support, re-sharing our Instagram post that read, "Cierra says Malfe's producers allegedly placed her in a cycboard against her will." Jackie reshared this writing, "The authorities need to investigate and sort out what happens behind the scenes of Malfe's. It's not okay. Everyone has a different story, but I'm not happy about needing an avi-o out to protect me from a man they married me to and about what they failed to do to protect me and what they still fail to do on this day. Why to please and medical emergency teams need to be involved to protect us? It's not okay." And honestly, great fucking question and great fucking points. Now, during one of her teesbilling marathons and trust me, this wasn't just a regular brew. It was boiling. Sierra turned her sights on her on-screen husband Billy and dropped some seriously explosive allegations. Sierra then shared a screenshot of a message that someone who knows Billy's ex-centre production when they found out that he would be appearing on the show. It read, "Eurgent concern regarding a contestant on Married at First-Sight Australia. FOA produces of Married at First-Sight Australia. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you with deep concern regarding one of your recently announced participants for the upcoming season of Malfe's. It has come to my attention that Billy Belcher is set to be a contestant on your show. As someone who has personally witnessed the severe, physical and mental abuse he inflicted on his former partner, I feel it is my responsibility to inform you of his history. His abusive behavior has caused significant trauma and distress and allowing him to participate in your show would not only provide him with a platform but also potentially endanger others. Given the nature of your program and its impact on both participants and viewers, I strongly urge you to reconsider his participation. It is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved and providing a platform for an abuser contradicts the values of respect and care that your show aims to promote. I am more than willing to provide further information to corroborate these claims if needed. Please take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent any harm." Now just to note that all of the claims in that message are simply allegations at this point. Sierra then shared a screenshot of a message that it appears she sent to someone in production where she sent a copy of the message that the person connected to Billy's ex sent to married at first sight producers where they were ignored. So Sierra sent a screenshot of the message. I assume in the hopes that they would see it and bring it to their attention and hopefully deal with the matter. Sierra wrote, "Just thought I'd let you know that someone who knows Billy's ex reached out to me and shared this. Nothing can be and then there's a word missing obviously but thought I would bring it to your attention to take it higher up the food chain. Something to have the maths cast monitored more closely in something that was the day before our wedding. That makes me really sad but also vindicated." Sierra then wrote over this, "I can't speak to whether or not they saw the message originally but I sent it to them before filming finished and editing started. Would this be motive to conceal what happened and stop me from speaking? I think it's reasonable. Would it be reasonable to suspect that the hospitalization was orchestrated to discredit me? I think it's so because no one believes a crazy person do they." Now this message that Sierra sent to someone in production I assume or in publicity was on the 24th of October so during filming she alerted producers that there were these claims being made about Billy and she's saying that that was their motive for basically fucking her over in the edit making her look crazy and like a villain so that if she ever did speak about this she wouldn't be believed. Now if you're a so dramatic extra member you will know that this message from the person who knows Billy's ex was shared in one of the maths blind items episodes recently. There was also another blind item that was shared in one of those episodes that I'm gonna reveal who it was about now, Billy, because it does support Sierra's claims about her time on the show and play into this. It read, "I've spoken to a number of people who work on maths and cast members and I was genuinely disappointed by what I heard about Billy and Dave. I don't trust a word out of the cast's mouths for obvious reasons but my intel comes straight from friends in post-production and when we caught up last week they filled me in on a lot but what really got me was the Billy stuff and it didn't come from Sierra. Off camera he was completely different but the executives decided that leading into the bromance between Billy, Dave and Jeff was better for the show than showing the reality because it was a storyline they hadn't had before and it made for better TV. But in reality Billy was only there for the fame and treated Sierra and all of the cast like absolute crap. He is a total narcissist. The post producer cutting his episodes literally had a sticky note on her screen that said, "Billy is a good guy. A director from post-production to make sure that he got the hero edit no matter what happened. He was actually the biggest douche in real life but the instructions from the top were that they needed him to be lovable and a good guy when he wasn't at all. They essentially needed a golden boy. He's lucky he left as early as he did because his true colours would have definitely been a good one." come out. Let's just say there's a reason most of the other grooms don't like him. Oh, and this is just speculation, but one of the post-producers reckons he may have had a secret girlfriend while filming. Nothing has been confirmed, but it wouldn't surprise me. The actual douchebags never get bad edits. If anything, they get edits to make them look better. Wow, talk about a plot twist. That left my jaw literally on the floor, and it's making me question everything we saw on the show this season. Jesus. Now one fan then wrote into Sierra's "Ask me anything" saying, "Billy totally lost my respect when he threw that boil on you." Absolutely atrocious. Sierra responded with, "I saw a comment saying that he treated me like a frying pan, which was pretty funny, but yes, it was humiliating and his commentary with a subtle slut-shaming wasn't it." Another fan that asked, "What was one big thing that happened on the show with you that we didn't see?" Sierra replied, saying, "What actually happened to me and how I was treated at the third dinner party?" It was one of the most traumatizing, dehumanizing, and horrific things I have ever experienced. Those things go on for hours. You also didn't see what the experts actually said to Billy. Again, you're on that couch for at least an hour." Now during another spy C.A.F asked me anything, "Sierra didn't hold back when it came to spilling the tea on the physical and mental toll her time on Malfs has had on her, and spoiler alert, it is bleak." One fan asked, "If you could do it again, would you still go on the show or do you completely regret it?" Sierra replied, saying, "If I knew that I would be treated like my life didn't matter, I obviously would have never done it because it's left me with post-traumatic stress disorder. That for me looks like rumination, so that can consume my mind daily. Severe anxiety, weight loss, loss of appetite, increased alcohol intake, social withdrawal, difficulty falling asleep and waking up in the middle of the night from nightmares." That is absolutely heartbreaking to hear. She then added, "But I don't like saying that I regret something because I can't take it back. I try to be optimistic and maintain the belief that everything happens for a reason, and I just haven't found the reason yet. But I'll continue slaying as much as possible day by day until I can see the greater purpose in everything." What a great mentality to have. Another fan that asked her, "Do you see the experts outside of the commitment ceremony in times that aren't shown on TV?" Sierra replied, "Generally no, but I had three interactions off camera with them." Second commitment ceremony, I actually had a full trauma response and had to be removed from the set. The experts saw me on the break and said that I was a brave woman or something to that effect. I didn't feel brave, I felt violated." After being attacked by four people at the reunion, yes four, not two, I had a severe anxiety attack and was hyperventilating, which is why I actually left. When I was backstage, I crossed paths with John and he said, "I handled myself very well." When the final filming wrapped at the reunion commitment ceremony, everyone got up, and the experts hugged everyone, etc. Mel shilling walked up to me with her arms open and a lot of compassion and said, "I'm so sorry you had such a shit experience sweetheart and gave me a big hug. That made me cry, and then I legged it and left." Even that changes things massively from me. The fact that the experts can go from like, roasting someone and being the producers' puppet essentially to then, basically apologizing and giving her a hug. That's just crazy. Now another fan that asked if Sierra was still friends with anyone from the cast, to which she replied saying, "Yup, I'm very close with Katie. She's been the biggest support to me and I'm so lucky and grateful that I have her." It's a shame she wasn't in the experiment for long, as she could see behind the pack mentality and group thing. She didn't base her opinions on what she heard about me, she listened and based her opinions on me as a person instead. It's a shame most of the other women didn't. I also keep in contact with a few others, and despite what you might think, not everyone hated me, just the members of the pack. Shots fired. So glad to hear that she has the support of beautiful Katie. Now another fan that asked, "Why do you think producers decided to villainize you and Sierra answered with this?" I have a very unique perspective, which I'm hoping to share in detail soon, but a few things that I'll point out from my lived experience, as well as what I've learned from previous participants, are that good edits don't always mean good, bad edits don't always mean bad. Mafs is actually a game of manipulation. People team up and collude to take others down. I've done the bachelor in maths, and the maths editing is deranged. Some storylines are completely fabricated, i.e. the footsie's incident, but the most harmful things aren't shown. At the end of the day, villainizing me was a stretch because I never bullied, isolated, intimidated, or did anything malicious to anyone, and I don't have anything to apologise for. It was sensationalized bullshit. Being sexy didn't help me though. What I will say is there's a reason you saw almost nothing from my journey. Hey, hey, hey, now Sierra then came through with one final mic drop in her stories, and honestly, this one hit hard. She wrote, "There's way more to it than this obviously, but I'm tired." Beyond that, say what you will about me. I would just ask people to please consider pausing for a moment before making uninformed comments about someone's mental health. I appreciate how many people could see through it all, and know I didn't deserve any of it. I am simply surviving at the moment. No one should have to experience what I truly went through, but the cream always rises to the top. I'm happy to speak to anyone privately if they've got a problem or any questions. Thank you to the kind people sticking up for me. And honestly, say what you want about Mav's, but Sierra is out here showing more grace and accountability than half the cast combined. Now it was very clear during the reunion episodes that she was a broken woman, and looking back with hindsight as well as this new information, it's all starting to make a lot of sense. Don't be fooled. Choose Wise. You can send, spend, and receive money in over 40 currencies. Now two of the kind people who have been sticking up for Sierra in the comments sections of the Sodramatic Instagram page have shared even more support for her. Season 10, Bride Olivia Fraser, who got stitched up by producers on her season with arguably one of the worst villain edits of all time, wrote, "Were more people believe that maths is traumatic. Lesson for all, don't do it." Season 11, Bride, Elissa Barmont, who also absolutely copped it from production with her villain edit wrote, "You all still don't believe her, she's just dropped the receipts. How about stop fucking believing maths and start believing the people that are actually living through this hell hole? I'm scared for mankind, not gonna lie." That in another comment she wrote, "This is fucking unbelievable. The people commenting not believing her is wild. Do you all think WWE is real? Why do you think so many past cast members come out and share the truth about what goes on behind the scenes? Because maths is the truth and real life isn't." Question mark. Don't always believe the narrative of a show. She told them off for the way they were making her look like the bad guy, the show is highly edited. They weren't happy and so they lied and said she'd OD to ensure that she would be taken out of the comfort of her home and further humiliated. No, perhaps new where she lived, think about it. Now since Sierra's bombshells dropped Adrian also broke his silence about the now infamous plate of meat scandal. And yep, he's got his own receipts. Taking to Instagram because where else does one air dirty laundry these days, Adrian spilled his side of the saga in a video. Here's what he said. Off the meat parter, there was literally nothing at all. Tony was there, Tony invited her, had nothing to do with it, didn't even know she was coming, she was crying all week. And I was like, "Yeah, whatever, I think that deep, literally, I think that deep." And even family week, her sister was so rude. She kept talking over everyone, couldn't get a word in, my sister was like, "Fuck, be a seal out of Broguitana, talk. Been in for 20 minutes, every time we speak, Keir keeps talking over her, and they're left. Bro, if only the broad knew the truth of those two weeks, you know, yelled at apologize." Now when asked when he felt was the most inaccurate moment of the show, during and asked me anything, he did not hold back. He said, "The whole cheating scandal, there was nothing ever there, no sly or shadiness on mine or Sierra's part, no hanging out alone. We were just mates, just as I was with the other girl. Billy and Athena played it up, knowing damn well the truth." Then when one fan grilled him about the whole footsies onto the table moment, Adrian swerved the drama with a cheeky A.F. response saying, "Because I have a foot fetish, let a man live. Who would have been dumb enough to play footsies in front of cameras and their partners? Never happened, never will, or will it?" Honestly, the only thing more cooked than this drama is the damn plate of me and some of the people on this show. Now in response to Sierra s explosive claims the source close to her ex-TV hubby Billy has come out swinging and honestly, the audacity. An insider told Chatter that Billy is over it and reckons his former M.A.F.S. misses should be two. They said, "Let's be honest, what you saw on TV is what happened. Billy never treated her wrongly, it just didn't work out, and he doesn't know why she can't move on too." I mean, it's easier said than done when you got allegedly the angel-edited and the other person got absolutely dragged through the villain edit trenches. It must be nice to be able to move on when you didn't get psychologically mistreated by producers. Just saying. Now since Sierra s bombshell expose A.F.A. to where she managed to scorch just about everyone in her muffs orbit, another cast member has entered the chat and she's not exactly sending love and light. Yep, Athena, who was matched with Adrian on the show and is now either dating Billy or doing a very good job pretending to be, has come out swinging in response to Sierra's claims that she was betrayed unfairly. So during an Instagram ask me anything, one fan asked Athena what she thought about Sierra's claims of being stitched up by production. And in true Malf's alumni fashion, Athena responded with a shady group shot of all the brides minus Sierra writing, "Almost everyone came to Galantines in Melbourne, where Sierra lives. I actually think they softened her from the parts I watched. She was really quite harsh and I couldn't tell if she liked me or hated me. There was just no softness to her. Oh, shots fired. But that wasn't all." Athena then talked to the Sodiumatic comment section, welcome babe. And added her two cents about Sierra's now infamous ambulance/capphotototrama. She wrote, "No one's ever done a sneer campaign against her, but if she wants receipts, I'm ready to drop them. Her treatment of me was disgusting and I get it. I should be happy I got what she wanted, social media followers. But that's not what I wanted. And honestly, I hate people faking mental health issues or hiding behind it. She has no idea how much I lost myself, post-show, and how hard it was for me to pick myself back up. So I'm sorry you didn't get to be this quote-man character you kept talking about, but I'm a real person with real feelings and you treated me horribly. Yikes. Athena is not holding back." One fan then came to Sierra's defense reminding Athena that struggling with mental health isn't about some clout contest. They wrote, "You cannot dismiss someone's mental health struggles simply because you have your own. This is not a competition." To which Athena replied, "You're right, it's not a competition, but I was there and I saw her fake cry and smile right after. If you're after sympathy from me, she won't be getting it." Ooh. The fan then clout back saying, "Have I missed the part where she's asking for your sympathy?" And Athena replied, "Did I miss the part where I made it a competition?" A faner then left another savage comment which read, "Also funny how paparazzi just happened to be outside her house when the ambulance showed up. How convenient. I don't have paparazzi naturally outside my house." Oh man, honestly this driver is hotter than Billy's hair straightener. The world might be in utter turmoil right now, but one thing's for certain. We can always rely on the mapscars to bring the drama. Wow, that wasn't just a tees bill. That was a full-blown tea tsunami. Like, I am drenched. So much uncovered, so many receipts dropped. I feel like I'd eat a lie down in a dark room with a weighted blanket and a chamomile tea and a valium after that. And honestly, I'm glad that we finally got Sierra's side of the story because it really changes everything. Like, talk about the plot twist of the century. And guys, as I said earlier this episode, we can only share the information that we have at the time, but if new tea does brew, if new evidence comes to light, if we get more tip-offs, we will spill it. It doesn't mean that we were wrong. It just means that what we published at the time was all we had. So we were missing Sierra's side of the story during the season, but I'm glad that we have it now. And I think this episode is your daily reminder that there are always three sides to every story. And in this case, it's Sierra's, Billies, and the shady AF producer cut. And let's be real. On maps, the ones with the glowing edits are often the biggest red flags, as we've seen time and time again. And the ones that are made to look crazy are usually the most normal. So I think we need to stop and ask ourselves at what point do we stop falling for this map's edit? We've seen there are seats, we've heard the stories, we've watched them villain edit vulnerable people for years. I think it's time to hold these producers and the networks accountable for how they handle mental health and exploit their contestants that are meant to be under their care. Because let's call a spade a spade. They are literally exploiting trauma for views. And it's actually disgusting that anyone still thinks that this is okay. Shame on anyone contributing to this pile on, daily mail and other pups out there, I'm looking at you and shame on the system that lets it happen and full support to Sierra and every other woman who has been fed to the reality TV wolves and called entertainment. Sierra's edit may have screamed unhinged, but the truth, it is honestly giving Gaslit and discarded. I mean, she was a shell of herself by the end of the show and now seeing the full context, the hospitalisation, the false claims, the isolation, along with her damning receipts. I think her paints a very different picture. A picture that Sierra may not have been the villain in this story, but rather the victim on so many levels.
