And I think that, like, mindfulness being like a tool to, you know, kind of, like, work through some of those things, especially when you don't have access to, like, therapy and things like that. And I was just thinking about how, like, the last couple months and, like, the rumination and, like, these random, like, feelings of shame and, like, all these things, like, coming up at the same time that, like, our lives are completely changing, and we're very, like, public now, and, like, all these things, and just having a revelation last night, like, oh, my body's, like, trying to, like, purify my shit, like, for the first, not for the first time, but I think I've been feeling subconsciously brought up to the conscious, again, shout out in the beach. Um, the revelation of, like, oh, like, life is so good right now that I'm, like, like, oh, I have, like, stuff to lose. Yeah. Um, and, you know, I think now post, you know, I'm an adult and I have agency. I was just like, all right, like let's, you know, open up these can of worms and like, whoo, very, very affirming. Yeah. Like, yeah, it's really hard work, but like a, but like essentially the graph is like, you know, thoughts are like thought enters, you like build it up to the point of like, whatever, and then you find a way to shut it down.
