Shock New Discovery Related to Meghan Markle's Father, the "Evil" Netflix Cornell Doc, and Dems' THIRST to Jail Elon Musk, with Mike Solana | Ep. 1431

The Megan Kelley Show highlights a wave of political and cultural controversies leading up to the midterms. Ilan Omar’s credibility is crumbling amid revelations she married her gay brother, with Democrats distancing themselves from her, while a controversial Netflix documentary on the Cornell case is condemned for being one-sided and exploitative. The show critiques the narrative of the film, comparing it to past media failures like the Duke Lacrosse scandal, where false accusations led to a miscarriage of justice. Nicole Kidman’s fashion choices for a Vogue shoot are criticized as inappropriate—dressing a 60-year-old like a teenager and relying on AI to age down her appearance. On the election front, polling shows Democrats gaining ground in key swing states like North Carolina, Michigan, and Ohio, with Trump’s approval dropping due to economic strain. In Maine, Susan Collins is seen as a resilient, trustworthy figure against the unqualified and erratic Troy Jackson, while in Alaska and Texas, Republican candidates face serious challenges due to poor campaigns and controversy. The overarching theme is a breakdown in media integrity and political trust, with voters increasingly rejecting narratives that serve ideological agendas over facts. The show warns that the current political environment reflects deep voter discontent and a growing demand for accountability across both policy and media.

Welcome to the Megan Kelley Show live on Sirius XM channel 111 every weekday at NEAST. Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelley. Welcome to the Megan Kelley show, it's so much going on. There is a lot happening. The midterms are a couple of days away. We have updates just breaking now from the daily mail on the Meghan Markle saga. Here's a preview. They went to Mexico. It's Halloween weekend. Are you guys ready for that? And by the way, it could get very scary for Ilan Omar as federal investigators continue to probe this alleged immigration fraud scheme involving her and her family. And there is no guarantee that Democrats will continue to support her. It's already starting to shed away her Democrat support, a prominent Democratic strategist in Minnesota who ran two of Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fry's successful campaigns, just posted on X that the allegation about Omar marrying her brother is, quote, almost certainly true. Whatever conclusion Democrats draw from that point could vary. And her denials calling it a right wing islamaphobic or racist conspiracy are almost certainly not, not true. It's starting. When even the Democrats start to peel off when we find out Barack Obama was the one to first investigate her that Joe Biden started an investigation into her that the Obama Justice Department and Biden were not able to clear up her record. It's time to jump ship. If you want on the Ilan Omar did nothing wrong. Boat coming up in our second hour, Mike Salana is here. He's going to talk about the new Insta doc. This is a now a thing from Netflix on the Cornell eight case. It is an absurd piece of propaganda. Honestly, I think that we should do the rebuttal to this bullshit and see if Netflix will air it. Because unlike the people who made this film, we actually know we're talking about. And we have got to get into Nicole Kidman's photo shoot for Vogue, Australia, where there are allegations AI was used to make her look younger. All while she is dressed like a teeny bopper, the woman is 60 years old. Okay. You don't have to dress like my 15 year old daughter. Why don't you try looking fabulous at 60 instead of trying to look like a 14 year old. It's inappropriate and it gives viewers the Ick factor. It makes you think like what's going on here? Look at this. Look at this. This is she's been watching too much Instagram. Look at this. Oh, Nicole, you look like a 20 year old. Look how amazing. All right. First of all, her absolutely has been gobs of retouching down to these photos. Have you seen Nicole Kidman in any moving pictures? She is extremely filler. Is the word filled when you just use a lot of filler? Her face looks puffy. It always looks puffy. She has absolutely stuffed it full of filler at every fold. And yet magically this cover, she has absolutely no age on her whatsoever. I'm sure it's totally natural. I mean, this is just ridiculous. Isn't part of the glory of getting a little older that you can have a few lines and you can look great, but you've got your, you're leading with your goddamn wisdom. Forgive me for using the Lord's name and vein, but that's what you're leading with. All the things you've learned, the things you know, the perspective you have on this world. Hopefully that actually does make your face more beautiful, make you more radiant, that confidence. No, no. She's decided to just dress like a teeny-bopper and hope you actually believe it. I mean, come on, Nicole, please, these kinds of photo shoots give, it's a hit to all of woman kind. And of course, she's in her Chanel because she's got to deal with them in these magazines, just do whatever they can to prop up a brand and a face like Nicole Kidman's who's famous so that they can get people to buy their stupid magazines, which have been not been relevant in a very long time. Okay. So we'll have a little bit more on that. I do actually do have more to say. When it comes to supplements, we all know there are two things that matter, that it works and that you can trust it. Rather than just tell you about relief factor, we often bring you what their real customers have to say. One, Jim said he ran out of relief factor twice and that both times his aches, stiffness and pain came back. Once he restarted it, he says he felt better again. As Jim puts it, quote, you know, something's working when you run out of it. I know many people who have used relief factor and had it work for them, including yours truly. I took it for my shoulder and then ordered it again and both times found real relief. They make it easy to find out if you're going to join me and Jim as a satisfied relief factor customer and talking about how much it helps you tackle your daily aches and pains, three weeks for just $17.76. Simply go to relief factor.com or call 1-800-4 relief. You will connect with their friendly local team and they will do everything they can to help you. And maybe you will be sharing your story with them and with me soon too. To start with the Ilhan Omar nightmare because this woman is shedding support like there's no tomorrow. It's very interesting. First of all, first, the people who have taken a belated interest in Ilhan Omar would have discovered that her husband is gay, the second the brusband. Welcome to the party. We've all known that people who have been investigating this for a while now. But here you have a report about how he described himself as a gay man in an August 2026 academic paper. He's at the University of Bristol pursuing his doctoral. He's a researcher as a doctorate. And he wrote that studying violence against gay individuals in Africa was quote, not just an academic undertaking due to the complexities of his identity as a gay man of the East African diaspora. The article is entitled out in the field, get it out in the field. Notes on restructuring queer violence in Kenya and was published in the academic journal, the open review. So yeah, in addition to being her brother, he's gay. There are a lot of reasons not to marry him as it turns out. And now we get this news of the former campaign manager for a prominent Democrat, Jacob Fry of Minnesota, no less of Minneapolis coming out and saying, people, I'm sorry to break it to you, but these scandals are real. It does look true that she married her brother. And it cannot be dismissed as a right wing conspiracy. Oh, and by the way, you're on very shaky ground if you try to defend her financial mess as a right wing conspiracy to like get it together. And he's currently in his comment section on his ex-feed arguing with very angry Democrats who don't want to hear that. Sorry, them's the breaks. He's right. And that's, I mean, this is significant. You've never heard of this guy, but it's significant because he is of Minneapolis, Minnesota, her state, Jacob Fry is there a more left-leaning woke, annoying Democrat in America? So the wheels are starting to come off the bus, and it's not going anyplace good for her. Meantime, we are now just days away from the midterms. And the news for the Republicans does not look good. We have looked at pretty much everything. And what had been some Republican, I don't know, like self-soothing about the polls, always favoring the Dems and even Frank Luntz, who's obviously not a Trump fan, he tweeted out something yesterday showing that the final polls in many of these swing states that we're talking about right now, these center races going into 2024 had Kamala Harris up seven, five, nine, and she was crushed in all of them, Trump won every single swing state. And it's a good reminder. You know, many Republicans, I know lots of Republicans who don't participate in these polls, they have never made it onto a pollster's radar, or when the pollster calls, they're just not interested. They don't trust them. So they are difficult to pull these pesky Republicans. They don't believe in a system that is tried to suppress their vote now for many, many election cycles. And all these polls are showing the Democrats winning virtually all of the swing states. So at the end of this thing on Tuesday night, we, if the Republicans manage to hold on to the Senate and win the majority of these swing states, polling is officially dead, dead. And if they do go these states as the polls go, then you can officially say that Republicans really, they're, they're just, they're out like they're disaffected. They're unhappy. And that the Trump agenda has failed them. I mean, if the Republicans lose all of these swing states and the Democrats take control of the Senate in a year that it was, you know, not so long ago that was considered an impossibility, then it's absolutely an F for the first two years of the Trump presidency. that's one of those two things is going to happen. The Republicans will pull it out and pulling is dead. The Democrats will pull it out and we will have a grade and it will be a very bad one for the first two years of the Trump presidency, both on President Trump himself and on the Republicans who just refused to challenge him at any turn who went along like Lemmings with everything he said and whenever he threatened them, they all got in line and they didn't act as an independent body in the Senate and they didn't fulfill their obligations to their voters by having individual states interests in their hearts as opposed to pleasing President Trump in their own electoral chances. That's where we are. Let me tell you what the Cook Political Report is predicting now in their closing Senate analysis. I think this is sound. What they have come up with, they're not really predicting but they are sort of analyzing the races, the seven tightest races for the Senate. They say overall they see Democrats as the slight favorites. We are keeping seven races in our toss-up category. After talking to scores of plugged in strategists they write on both sides of the aisle who are tracking the races exhaustively, they also do not, they don't know how these states are going to break. They're saying we don't and they don't. All we can see is where they're trending and I think that's honest. I appreciate the honesty. They talk about the Iran War, the rising gas and diesel prices, a key turning point in all of this. Yes, we know. Many of us predicted that would be a serious problem. His approval ratings, Trump's had started to recede even before that though they write, including in deep red states. That's because the economy has been the number one issue for all voters from, you know, a year ago to now. They get down state by state. North Carolina they say is gone. It will be the Democrats first pick up of the night. Republicans having all but seated the state weeks ago. The GOP chair candidate is former RNC chairman Michael Wattley, who most people have never even heard of. And he is up against former Democratic governor Roy Cooper. They write Cooper's been about on about as much of a glide path as you can be. So this is a big race. If this guy wins by double digits, Roy Cooper, they're saying Democrats should feel good about their chances elsewhere because these races do get streaky. I've covered enough of these election nights to know. They're very streaky. And it's, it's not the usual that you have like, oh, you know, of the seven contested races three went one way four went the other. They tend to all go like they did for Trump in 2024 because whatever there's a dynamic in the country where people are very angry about something or they're very happy about the prospect of something or they're looking to send a message. And there's only so much pollsters can tell us, you know, the electorate will tell us the final verdict. And you see that unfolding as you sit there in election night, which we hope to do with you will be live. Of course, covering it. Main Republicans and Democrats have very different views of it, despite being burned in the past by polls that underestimated Susan Collins. Democrats are cautiously optimistic that their private polling and public data is right this time. The problem for them is that hit Collins. She has historical resilience, which they point out with swing voters. And the private GOP polling shows a much closer race. The Democrat Tory Jackson, he's stepping his cousin known seems to care. I care. I think it's very weird. I would not vote for such a person ever. I just think that's bizarre. I these Democrats want their abortion on demand, so they don't really care. They're like, do whoever you want to do. I don't know. The thing that they say they're really mad about, the Democrats mean is Susan Collins's vote for Brett Kavanaugh. So like the swing voters, the independent voters, they're holding her vote for Brett Kavanaugh. If these people cannot see what a farce that was, what a made up bunch of bullshit, whatever. Okay, then fine. Go ahead and elect the cousin stupper. You deserve what you're going to get. I think so like Brett Kavanaugh did nothing wrong. He didn't lay a finger on that woman. That was all bullshit. How can you not see that now? Okay, whatever. That's main. I personally think Susan Collins will pull it out in Maine. She's just as very resilient. And I just think, in New York, growing up in New York, we had a bunch of stalwarts there who were beloved, both in the governor's mansion and the Senate. And there's like a thing that happens when you have a lawmaker who you keep returning to power. You also feel powerful. You feel like my senator is going to be on a better committee. We're going to have like a better chance to help our state if we keep this well-respected long-term politician on the roster for us. And I think Susan Collins benefits from that. Now, right now, there is a 11th hour controversy unfolding in Maine. It was the lead on, well, one of them on Morning Joe over on MS now this morning. And that crew was trying to make a lot of hay out of Susan Collins is one of her closing ads and then Troy Jackson's trying to take advantage of it. This is the ad that they're using against her. It's from her campaign. When did Maine politics go into the gutter? It's shameful, really. Susan Collins is one of the most decent and honest people I know. Now, I also know Troy Jackson, but we're not talking about buying a quarter wood here. We're sending someone to the US Senate and Troy doesn't have the tools he needs to be effective. Both sides know that in times of trouble, they can turn to Susan because she delivers for Maine. We need Susan. America's most independent senator working for all of us. Okay, so it's like a veiled reference to Troy Jackson's work, which they think is a shot at all working class people. I mean, like if you squint, you might see it like, what, huh? Can we watch it again? We need Susan. Okay, so he, he worked selling wood and this is, he's basically saying he doesn't have the qualifications to become a US senator. And the reaction I'm mourning Joe was as if she had said, I hate the working class. Okay, I don't, you're really reaching. The Amy Acton ad that they put out, that was controversial. I don't have to squint to see it. I know why. This one, and I'm not so sure here was Troy Jackson's rebuttal. Susan Collins and her wealthy friends think I'm good enough to buy a quarter firewood from, but I'm not good enough to be the next US senator. They say I don't have the tools, but look, Susan Collins tools are superpacks that are bankrupted by billionaires, aren't money lobbyists, and shell companies. So look, I've never needed tools like that. I like my chains on my splitting mall just fine. Where I'm from, you don't buy wood from people that break their word, screw people over and cheat. I sure as hell wouldn't buy a quarter of wood from Susan Collins, and I sure as hell wouldn't send her back to the US Senate. Okay, Troy Jackson, in addition to the cousin problem, has an issue with articulating his words. And he is not the only Democrat to suffer from this. He sounds drunk half the time. And so does speaking of that, the vague Ramasswami ad. So does Amy Acton. And they're like not a week goes by where we don't get another clip of her sounding hammered. I'm telling you, I think this woman has an issue. We already know that the cops showed up at her house not once, but twice. Once in 13, once in 19, once called by her daughter, once we don't know who in the house called. And at least once she was described as being on prescription medication and having been boozing it up and pulled a mirror off the walls, smashed it on the floor. I think this woman's got an issue. And just today, another one hit of her sounding, this is her last night. Do we have it? Do we haven't broken out? Because last night, yeah, here it is. She was addressing union workers. This is in Toledo, like 12 hours ago, 15, and listen to her, stop three. Oh, it's so good. Good to be back here at UAW. It's about truth and justice. I just wrote on the word word back here. That is I'm honored to be here. What? She can't, she, she is worse than Kamala. It's happened over and over again. A compliant media has no interest in highlighting the number of times that it's happened. We put together a little sample for you. Here's a bit. We have gone to every corner of the state, not in a big jeep flying over like a house of fly. I mean, there's a big jet. He's flying in a jeep. He's flying in a corporate jet, but we've been driving in an old jeep rangloat. Hi everybody. It is so good to see you all here. The dirt's a little warm. Thank you. It's a little hot. Look, I'm a doctor. I am not a I am a doctor very bizarre dancing because together we are going to take on Mr. Swamy in this whole axis and we will win we will win I've said over and over to you that every one of us matters and every day matters but today is the day that matters. Okay. Good luck Ohio. Do the right thing. You know it's not her. I realized that Vivek is not the most powerful, most popular politician on the right or the left, but that is your alternative. Okay. So there's Trijaxon in Maine against Susan Collins and then that was just the Ohio gubernatorial race. But Ohio's a challenge at the senatorial level to before we get there. Let's go to Alaska where it's very, very hard to pull and cook political reporters is saying that Republicans sound pessimistic about this race given Dan S Sullivan, the incumbent senators poor approval ratings. It's ranked choice voting out there, which means we might not know the answer for weeks and now this whole fake Dan Sullivan guy who also will be on the ballot is turning into a potential criminal case. That thing has exploded. You have not heard the last of that. Mary Peltola could be in a lot of trouble. Her campaign staffers could get criminally charged. If there's any evidence, she personally participated in it. We believe she knew, but if there's evidence she personally participated in it, she could be in trouble. There's talk of possibly not certifying Mary Peltola as a US senator. If she wins, that thing's going to be a hornet's nest for quite some time. If Peltola does pull it out. Texas writes, Cook, maybe the next state to flip after North Carolina and possibly Maine, Taloriko has consistently led the baggage laid in Republican Ken Paxton. The Texas attorney general has also run a subpar campaign with Elon Musk and the Senate leadership fund having to bail him out to the tune of $180 million. This is going to be a nightmare. I mean, this, this will be absolutely stunning if Taloriko overcomes Texas's red Republican nature and how bizarre this man Taloriko is and and and votes for him. I realize Ken Paxton is not a likable figure. He's got zero charm. He's mired in controversy, but look at the alternative. I mean, on the other hand, if you listen to Taloriko, like we did in that CNN town hall, he actually does. I'm not going to lie. I would never vote for him, but he has a charm to him. He can speak extemporaneously. He can look you in the eye and do the Bill Clinton thing. Ken Paxton cannot at all. And he Ken Paxton has refused to debate. And you can see why? I mean, I remember hold Nixon Kennedy thing where Nixon was sweating and Kennedy looked charming and the people who listened to it on radio thought that Nixon had won, but people who watched it on television thought that JFK had won that he's looking at a similar problem there. Ken Paxton, which is why he said, no, because nobody listens to it on the radio solely anymore. Everybody sees the clips all over social media at a minimum. I don't know what's going to happen in Texas. And neither does Cook political. They've rated it a toss up like the others. After Texas, Ohio, they say is the next most vulnerable GOP health seat appointed Senator John Houston, who took over for JD Vance, has not run a particularly impressive race. And they say he's been hurt by Vivek Ramaswami's spiraling gubernatorial campaign. Depends on who you ask, actually, the polls have not been that bad for Vivek. They're using one poll that was negative to say he's way behind. That's just one. So I've seen another poll that shows Vivek up to over Amy Acton that hit just this week. So I don't know where Vivek actually stands. I just know the establishment hates him. So any chance to say that he's a drain on the ticket, they will take. And he has only the only constituency that likes Vivek is really core MAGA because establishment Republicans can't hate, cannot stand him. They hate him with a passion, especially after he ran for president. And he was the anti Nikki Haley, who the establishment types like the left hates him because he's bold and he's annoying and he's not woke. And the MAGA faithful like him because he's been sort of more of a Trump acolyte and JD Vance has been stomping for him. So that's a small constituency, but not in Ohio. So we'll have to wait to see what happens on election night there. Kansas, more likely to flip than Iowa, they say, it's amazing. We're talking about Kansas. Kansas. Seriously, they have not elected a Democrat to the Senate since 1932. 1932, my friends. My Nana was 17. She died in 2016 at 101. So when my Nana was 17, that was the last time that they elected a Democrat to the Senate in Kansas, Trump won the state by 16 points. But all the buzz is around the Democrat, who's this moderate supposedly moderate guy, a reverend, who everyone says is one of, if not the best candidate Democrats picked this cycle up against Senator Roger Marshall, who is believed to have run one of the worst campaigns. It, it, it could happen. Cook political reporting that that the agriculture industry has been hard hit there. This is another objection to among other things, the Iran war, where ag has been hit considerably with the fertilizer and prices and so on. So Kansas could go and that, I mean, that, that would be a devastating sign for the Republicans, Kansas of all places. They do believe that the Republicans will hold on, hold on, let's just reading my, my notes here in Iowa. Yeah. I have heard pretty much everybody say they think that representative Ashley Henson is going to beat the Democratic state rep Josh Turek there. I'm not going to spend too much time on Iowa for that reason. They talk about the Republican offense of opportunities like Michigan, which they point out should have been a relatively easy hold for Dems. It's a swing state. It's, it leans blue. But Abdul Al-Sahiad is controversial. He has not shorn up the black vote or the Jewish vote in Michigan. And there are real questions about whether he can win without those two constituencies. He's turning out for him. The Republican is Mike Rogers who got beaten by that demon, Alissa Slotkin, who wants to put young teenagers in, well, I guess old teenagers, 18 and 19 year olds, and they're about who want to go work for Trump in jail. She wants to threaten them with jail if they work for Team Trump. She is a sicko. This is a sick, sick person. And she lost, she beat Mike Rogers. He lost to her. And it's for some reason the GOP thought they'd run him again. Why do we keep doing that? That is just a, just stop. That's, is there no other candidate that they can't cultivate like fresh new blood? And especially for today's times, Mike Rogers is a Neocon. That's what he was known for when he was in the house. Like he, he's a Neocon. And in a state like Michigan, where Israel is a huge issue. And the, you know, what's happened in Gaza? That's who the Republicans decided to run. You can get somebody for whom Israel isn't like the first thing you think about. When you see him, it's like, this is stupid. So yeah, it should have been an easy hold for the Democrats. I think it will be a hold. But if, if Mike Rogers wins, it, it will be because they did an effective job basically tying El Sayyad to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Jewish vote in Michigan. Because let's keep in mind, there are a lot of Jewish voters who tend to vote Democrat are starting not to. And, and something bizarre is happening this weekend that actually could affect this whole thing. Haley Stevens, you know, Haley Stevens tried to beat El Sayyidin for the nomination. Because she's a make a gainer. She didn't pull it out. And she is still a Democrat, though. And so there's been a question about who she's going to vote for. Well, she came out and said, I'm going to vote for Abdul. That's what she calls him. But her fiance says, I think he's Jewish. But he says, I'm going to vote for Mike Rogers. And I don't trust El Sayyad. And he's too far, he's too radical on issues that affect me and Jewish people. And so no. But now, Haley Stevens is going to go campaign with Abdul this weekend. I was just listening to this report on Fox News. Okay. So that's good for Abdul. However, I think it was Trey Yinx on Fox was pointing out that she's going and she's saying the reason I'm going to go campaign with Abdul is I expect he's going to apologize for an ad that Jenk Weeger of the young Turks, you know, our friend, Anika Sparion is of the young Turks. So as Jenk, he founded it. Um, he's been running this ad. You, you may not remember, but he ran for president technically last time around. He just was one of those people wanted to front his issues. And one of them has been Israel for a long, long time. And he has this ad running back then he had it and now he's updated it to help El Sayyad in Michigan. And the ad basically has people walking around trying to buy groceries saying they can't afford them. they can. They can't afford eggs, they can't afford butter because we're too busy killing people in Gaza. We're too busy funding the murder of children in Gaza and paying for Israel's national defense. Well, everybody, you know, who, like on anybody who makes Israel their front and center issue has condemned this is grossly anti-Semitic, the anti-defamation league. All these people have come out and said it's very anti-Semitic. And they're trying to tie it to L Sayed who says it's not my ad. And he actually is on camera saying, I wish people wouldn't like try to capitalize their own issues off of my candidacy. This is not my ad. He didn't though quote denounce denounce the ad, but she says he's going to this weekend, the weekend before the vote, which would be an extraordinary thing for him to do. That's what his closing message is going to be. I'm sorry about ads that I did not produce, that I am not behind. And it sounds like she thinks he's going to go beyond that, that there's going to be something else approaching an apology from L Sayed. My team is just sending me the long tweet. Here's what she posted. On the eve of our big and important election, a unifying moment has arrived. Our Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate disavows the rebellion pack ad made by Hassan Piker's uncle. That's junk that claims Jews are responsible for America's economic woes. We have learned from party leaders and emissaries as reported in the news media that he has, meaning that he has denounced it that she says he disavows disavows. On Sunday, I will join with the great Democratic leader Jim Clyburn and Dr. L Sayed for a church service in the beautiful city of Detroit. The political coalition of black and Jewish voices that have carried Michigan and this country through so many storms to the righteous path of liberal democracy and equal opportunity for all will ring out. And she goes on her full statement. Let's see exactly what he says because her statement suggests he's going to be apologizing for more than just that ad with which he had nothing to do, that there's going to be more. He's going to spend the last, what, 48 hours before the vote, self-lagulating so we can shore up the Jewish vote. Okay. Maybe that's a move because he's already got the not anti-Jewish, but anti-Israel vote, which is large in Democrat circles and independent circles in particular and extra so in Michigan. It's risky though. It's risky. Okay. Let's keep going. And New Hampshire where there is an open seat, they cook political reports that Democrats feel confident that they will hold it and polls show that their candidate representative Chris Papis is up mid to high single digits over former GOP Senator John E. Sinu New. Some Republicans are still holding out that the Sinu New name will carry the day and they also have, you know, it's, it's New Hampshire. So they're fiercely independent. They ticket split and so on. They're thinking maybe Sinu New could pull it out. I would not put that in the likely GOP category and neither does Cook. They rate it lean them. So they put the Michigan Senate race in toss up given LSA ads liabilities. They put the New Hampshire Senate race in lean them. And I think that's right. In Minnesota, unfortunately, unfortunately Republican Michelle Tafoya, who is the best candidate running for Republicans anywhere, this cycle should absolutely wipe the floor with the cookie Peggy Flanagan, Lieutenant Governor, who's running for Senate now. And unfortunately, the cook seems to be winning. Cook has it rated lean them. I mean, I think that's right because they point out even though Tafoya's run a very competent campaign, the fundamentals in Minnesota create too tough an environment for a GOP candidate. I mean, it's Minnesota, right? So it's like, what do we expect? Minnesotans are going to do the other ones who are fine with ill on Omar and will re-elect her no problem. They talk about Georgia, just as a follow as a final saying it's likely Democrat. And there's just no, like everyone believes that Senator John Ossoff is going to win. He's the dem. I don't, I can't find a Republican even who believes that the Republicans has to have a chance in Georgia. So last but not least, they point out the blue tsunami warning states, like South Carolina where Darling Graham is reportedly within a point or tide with her Democratic challenger, pediatrician, Annie Andrews. This still is a very red state and they're very used to voting Graham for Senator. So if you had to put your money on it, I think you'd go with Darling. But folks, another piss poor candidate selection has endangered the seat for the GOP. Those rights that has mixed feelings about the Nebraska contest, doubting that the independent Dan Osborne could pull off a win against a stronger candidate and Senator Pete Ricketts than happened the last time around when his opponent Deb Fisher was running. But the environment is worse this time around for Republicans and Democrats believe they finally landed a salient hit against Ricketts for pardons of violent criminals as governor. I put my money on Ricketts for sure. He's, like he's a very popular, he's personally charming. He doesn't have any of these problems that some of these other, like he's no Darling Graham. He knows what he's doing. The Ricketts family is very well known, very popular. I don't think he's going to have any trouble in Nebraska. I'd be shocked if he did. Mississippi, likely Republican. I just don't think Mississippi is really in play. This is like fever dream, Florida, same. So that's where we stand on the Cook Political Report and its projections in some of my own few days before the big vote. I will just go back to the truest word of all, which is nobody knows nothing about nothing. That's the truth of the politics in general these days and certainly of these midterm elections. Nobody knows nothing about nothing, nothing I tell you, nothing. Okay. I want to switch over to what God has just allowed to do. Maybe let's do the Meghan Markle news that just broke. The daily mail has found it reports child pornography, meaning child sexual abuse material in Thomas Markle's Mexico storage unit. How were they in there? How did they get access to it? This is by Greg Woodfield in Rosarito, Mexico and Ben Ashford in the same location. The daily mail has reported that Meghan Markle's a strange father. They have reported her a strange father to the FBI. After discovering a stash of child pornography in a storage unit, he rented near his former home in Mexico. I mean, I have been telling you, you should not dismiss the allegations against him just because Meghan appears to be a serial liar about all things related to herself. It's very sketchy that the ex-wife wrote this letter back in 2019 and Meghan was quick to believe it. And then in 2025, Meghan wrote a letter to her father breaking up with him because of it, accusing him of being an actual child molester and that then the brother comes up with these images, which the Philippine authorities, the Philippine authorities are saying they can see were uploaded in 2014 and 2020 before Thomas Markle seniors fall out with his son. So that's all, I don't know what's true. I'm just telling you, these are independent signs that would suggest there's some smoke there. Not to mention the fact that he's an American citizen living in one of the most beautiful places on earth who then moved to Rosarito, Mexico and the Philippines. Not to mention all of his trips to Thailand. It's sketchy. Be honest. Oh, you'll be shocked to learn that Samantha Markle blocked me on ex. Guess what commentary likely led to that? I don't have judgments on her weird family. I just report on them. I do have judgments better half-sister. And if her father is a child molester, I, I erase my statement about the judgment. I do have judgment. She can block me. It's fine. I do think her father is sketchy as hell. The Daily Mail reports that they discovered the stash of child pornography in a storage unit that Markle rented near his former home in Mexico among the Horde, which includes books about pedophilia and magazines showing children being sexually abused are several loose photographs of naked Asian females, who in some cases look conspicuously young. I'm reading here from their report, which just hit at 11.52 p.m. Eastern time. They traveled there to look into his past life. The publication was informed that a storage unit had been rented and abandoned by Markle. Okay, that's how they got access to it. Receipts seen by the Daily Mail confirm he rented the five by 10 unit in 2017, six years after he moved to Rosarito 10 miles from the US border again. Why do you have to go 10 miles from the US border when you could just stay in America truly? Our reporter was granted access to the unit after Markle who the Daily Mail is told failed to keep up with his lease agreement after he, after he failed to keep up with his lease agreement payments for the past two years alongside the stash, which includes magazines published in Asia and depicting child pornography, our family, mementos, photographs, and letters. The Daily Mail also uncovered 35 millimeter negatives that was also found in the Philippines, by the way, showing apparently random, voyeuristic images of children on a beach, this is sick. negative show a woman with her limbs bound or hog tied and being directed by a man during a photoshoot. Okay, he recalled that he was an award-winning lighting director for his career out in Los Angeles. I'm drinking my black rifle coffee to stave off Alzheimer's. I recommend you do the same. It's delicious and it's supposed to be so good for us. And it's so good I can drink it without cream. Normally I drink my coffee with cream. I finally manage to get the sugar, but this you can drink without. Our reporter made the disturbing discovery as police obtained a warrant to investigate child sex images allegedly found in boxes of Markle's possessions at his son's home in the Philippines, where he lived after leaving Rosarito in January 2025. Earlier this week, a Filipino official John Vick Remula said the former Hollywood lighting technician 82 could be a sex offender of the grossest kind. That's in quotes. He added that all signs pointed to the possibility that a serious offense had been committed. That's the Filipino authorities on the record by name about Thomas Markle senior. The investigation was launched into her father after the son alerted authorities. Markle denies wrongdoing. The discovery of the Mexican storage unit three miles from his former home marks another extraordinary development in a case that could see Markle facing 10 to 12 years in jail if charged and convicted. I mean, we're talking about more than that, but he'll he'll die before the full extent of any sentence could be unleashed upon him. Papa, nearly half, but most of the photos found among the 20 storage boxes in the Rosarito unit appear to have been taken when Markle was in his 40s or 50s. That tracks with what we reportedly learned in the Philippines. He was 43 when he and Meghan's mother, Doria Raglan, divorced in 87 after eight years of marriage. I continue to have questions about what Doria Raglan knew and when she knew it. Why did only the first wife, Rosalind Loveless, come forward to say she believed this about him? Doria Raglan was with him during the peak of this behavior. All the stories that we've heard about the photographs are it showed him in his late 40s and 50s. That's when she was married to him. She didn't know anything. Why was Meghan so quick to believe the allegations when the first wife made them? What did she know and when did she know it? And was it even before this alleged letter? I mean, now you could really get conspiratorial and think about his snafu with the paparazzi and was that set up? Did somebody have a hand in it on Meghan's team to intentionally give them a reason to distance her in the press's eyes so she didn't have to out him and she didn't have to do anything about his disgusting crimes. I'm asking, I haven't seen evidence of it, but I can't believe that Doria Raglan had zero clue. Maybe she did, maybe he was really good at hiding it when he married the second wife. Still a lot of questions out there. Nearly half of the 31 roughly 10 by eight inch black and white photos appear to be of the same girl. That's creepy. In one, Thomas Markle bearded and wearing a polo style shirt and jeans poses on the hotel bed alongside of the girl alongside of the girl while holding a cigarette in his right hand and staring into the camera. I mean, people, look, we're putting the picture on the board right now. The Daily Mail has published these. This is not, okay, I mean, did somebody manipulate an image? Do AI to get him in this image and the one that the sun says he found out in the Philippines boxes? They write the girl's expression is more relaxed and smiley, she's wearing a white lazy top, white belt and dark jeans and is clutching a small bag. But in the same hotel room, she is also photographed naked and leaning forward, a necklace with a heart emblem around her neck. Now, I don't know, they're describing her as a girl. I can't tell. Can my team tell me, can you see whether on that photograph, this is clearly a girl, an underaged girl? We can't tell. I'm just looking at it from across the studio. What go ahead, Deb? We can't tell. The face is blurred, but the Daily Mail describes her as a girl. About 16 more 10 by 8-inch black and white prints show various other naked girls. There is no evidence that Markle had sex with any of them. Elsewhere in the storage unit, more than 50 videotapes with titles such as Boys, Brother and Sister, Russian XX and Manila Knights. Precisely what is on these tapes is currently unknown. This is fucking dark, excuse me. A stack of books includes titles such as Forbidden Sexual Behavior and Morality, the intimate sex lives of famous people and the invisible children. He also has the book Victorian Children, which contains photos of naked young girls from that era, young Aphrodites, which pictures young girls, David Hamilton's private collection with photos of young girls, Hollywood Lolitas, I believe that was a publication that was in the Philippine Trove too. There is a softcover book called La Fairey, again printed in the Far East, which contains naked photos of girls who appear pre-pubescent. There is also a paper plate with the words Dark Web. Scribbled in red ink alongside various URLs, Markle has seven hard drives stripped from computers in the storage unit. There is also an old computer tower with a paper tape to it that reads overheated virus. Also stuck on the tower are instructions on how to run the Win Cleaner Program, which wipes hard drives of all information along with an activation code. Guess he should have used that for computer pen drives are in the unit along with two digital cameras from the very early 2000s and two cameras designed for use by children. There's also an old Apple computer. It is unknown what remains stored on any of the devices. Markle did not respond to the Daily Mail's several attempts to reach him for comment. Our reporter has told he visited the unit a couple of times a month in the early years after renting it, bringing in items and taking others away. The last time he was seen there was March, 2024 when he renewed the lease for three months, he has not been seen since his son, Thomas Jr. never visited the unit, nor did other people according to a source. Markle is now in a rehab facility in central Florida, where he is recovering after learning to walk again, following the amputation of his leg in the Philippines 11 months ago. It goes on and on and on. I should tell you that Dan Wooden is reporting based on his review of the UK press reports that there is at least one in which someone close to Megan is reporting. She has said she was never a victim of abuse. And that's unconfirmed again. But Dan Wooden is a solid reporter. I don't think he'd be repeating the report if he didn't trust the sourcing on it. That, thank God, I certainly hope that's true. I hope and pray that's true. It's extremely disturbing. If this material really was his and now it's two countries where he lived recently, where a troves of child pornography, child sexual abuse material have been found. And this one in a location in which his son had reportedly never visited only he had and he has reportedly shown himself in photos. In both instances with young underage were told I haven't seen them. Asian girls, he denies it hasn't spoken to this report, but he denies ever looking at such material and or being a pedophile. All of it is extremely troubling. And I just, you know, I go back to how could it have been stopped? Because let me tell you something. It appears that if this is true, if these allegations are real, then Thomas Markle is not only somebody who is into child pornography, child sexual abuse material and those images, but is an actual child molester. And if that molesting continued from the day that Meghan Markle and Harry were told about his behavior, they're going to have to find a way to live with that. And if simply forgive the term, but it is lesser in scope as compared to actually molesting children with your your body in person, if his crime is looking at child sexual abuse material, it is, it is just as damaging to children. How do you think you get those materials? How, how do you think that that happens to young children? How do you think those images are made by others laying hands on the children? By others abusing them, raping them and then photographing it for perverts who want to look at it. And as long as there is a market for it, the actual molestation will go on. Will continue. So those who enjoy these images are just as guilty as the ones who make them and engage in a forced children to engage in the images that are so marketable. So his, if he is guilty of either one of these crimes looking at the images, never mind actually molesting children. I just, I mean, may God have mercy on his soul. And on the souls of Meghan and Harry, who by their own admission, knew and did nothing, did nothing. Think of what it would be like to live with that. As they're now enjoying their holiday at the beach, really looking forward to her stint on MasterChef Jr. in Australia. Where is the humanity? We're going to take a quick break and come back with Mike Salana. Don't go away. You might already own a firearm, but what if you could start with less lethal methods to avoid the financial and mental repercussions of pulling the trigger. This is where Burna comes in. that's B-Y-R-N-A. Bernas' less lethal launchers are equipped with tear gas and kinetic ammo and designed to incapacitate an attacker for up to 40 minutes. And Bernas is excited to introduce the all-new compact launcher. It's sleek, it's slim, and it hits like a sledgehammer. We love ours. The same size as a smartphone, allowing women to conceal carry everywhere comfortably and with confidence. It fires at 400 feet per second. That's a lot of power to stop aggressors in their tracks. Their pistols are American-made and hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana with over 80% of the components in the compact launcher being sourced in the United States. Bernas is legal in all 50 states, but get this. It requires no background checks and can be shipped directly to your door. And Bernas is trusted by hundreds of police departments too. That's a section on YouTube that you can subscribe to. It's a series that we are calling Megan Keller Reports. The first is an in-depth look back at the Duke Lacrosse fake rape scandal and extraordinary near miscarriage of justice. And a story that shaped my entire career as a journalist. It is, in particular, worth remembering what happened in that case. Now, more than ever. Here's a preview. Rape accusations causing an uproar of trauma at Duke University. In the scandal involving the Lacrosse team, a woman hired as a stripper claimed she was raped. This hit the media like wildfire. It's playing a sense of entitlement, dream privilege. It was not only a massive travesty of justice almost, but it was a massive travesty of journalism. Without proper supervision, others are learning some ugly lessons. We continue with Fox's Megan Kennel. This is the story on which I cut my teeth as a young reporter at Fox News. Can you imagine what would be the sort of evidence that knifeong has that makes this case so much stronger than it appears? Now, virtually everyone else in the media rushed to judgment. I know there are a lot of people who want to see these boys be able to go on with their life, but you also have an alleged victim here. Your first concern, is it somebody's falsely accused? This was the seminal moment in the media leaning into what we now know as "wokeness" when they looked at cases and stories like this one. They got away with it, and they continued to sin ever since. Extremely disturbing rape allegation at Cornell University. You know, I have a daughter. I can't imagine how mad I would be. I think Cornell University has a problem. Here we are 20 years later, and they're still at it. It's amazing. Same cast of characters making the same mistakes over and over. And the Duke lacrosse case is so relevant now, obviously, because of what we're seeing with the Cornell 7, or as I like to call it, the Cornell 8, since she too was accused of molesting one of them. And by the way, have you noticed how this case has completely left the headlines? I'll give you one guess why that is. Why is it no longer everywhere in the media with leaks and little iterations of just the latest fact learned and clamoring to get just one word from Jane Doe or one of the defense lawyers because the story is fake. And the media, while they'll never admit it on camera, knows it. It became uncomfortable for them. It became inconvenient, and so now they have quickly moved on. And Jane Doe, you're on your own now because those media people, they're not actually your friends. They couldn't give a shit about you. Netflix, unfortunately for it, put together what it calls an Insta documentary, which is downright terrifying, because the so-called documentaries that they put together over time, where they really put a lot of alleged care and review into them, are completely one-sided and not to be trusted. So the Insta documentary is not a good invention. It came out this week. Obviously they put this together when it was hot, and now they've launched it at a time when it's not. So I don't have high hopes for their little Insta piece. But it's going to be just as unfair and unbalanced as the coverage we just highlighted in the Duke fake rape case. Because they believe that's what their viewers want. They believe that's what audiences want to see. The story about how the evil, privileged Duke, in this case, Cornell defendants definitely gang raped a young woman. And there's really no two ways about it. Joining me now to discuss it, Mike Salana. He is the founder and editor of Media Company Pirate Wires, as well as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Venture Capital firm Founders Fund. Mike, welcome back, great to have you. Thanks for having me, Megan. So let me give you a look at the trailer for the Insta doc. Let's see what we think. [MUSIC] Allegedly, it became unconsensual as more brothers were invited upstairs. The district attorney said criminal charges weren't pursued because the evidence was insufficient to constitute sexual assault. [MUSIC] My first reaction was how disgusting. [MUSIC] This institution was going to fulfill her dream and instead of becoming her nightmare. I told Jane Dow, I want to write a story. You never know what is going to ignite something. [MUSIC] Our administration can't only be responding now because they're under the pressure of national news. None of us expected it to be like this. >> Superfair and balanced look, objective take on the allegations, Mike. >> Listen, I actually watched this thing, the documentary for you this morning. And just for you, it would have never been in any other circumstance because five minutes. >> Of course, of course. >> Seconds in, you knew what was happening in this thing. And as someone who I actually sat down immediately, the moment the story broke and read every single word that was available. Of Jane Doe's herself. As someone who did that and has a kind of, I think pretty good sense of the story. This thing feels to me actually like pretty malicious. It feels pretty much designed to distort the truth. I can't imagine that someone watches that thing knowing nothing else about the case. And walks away with any kind of accurate understanding of what we're dealing with here. >> Yes, here's just one example. This is Amanda Walsh, Deputy Director of Victims Rights Law Center, sought 68. >> We should all hear this case and be horrified. >> Okay. >> But it doesn't shock me. I think about Emma at Columbia and the performance art. >> I will be carrying this dorm room matches with me everywhere I go for as long as I attend the same schools when I rate this. >> I think about Chanel Miller and the case involving rock turner at Stanford. >> We're swimmer Brock turner was convicted sexually assaulting a woman while she lay unconscious. Rock turner was freed after only serving three months of a six month sentence. >> Obviously the Me Too movement had this incredible impact on survivors coming forward and telling their story. And we do take some steps forward, but so off in the backlash puts us right back to where we started. >> It's unbelievable Mike that they would have the nerve to raise the mattress as an example. >> She actually that guy who she accused sued the school and won for her for harassment. Like I don't understand how they go back on these cases where the actual conclusion is the opposite of what they're saying and do things like that. It almost I mean it feels I guess it's not quite defamation, but it but it is like. >> No, it is if I were that guy I would be suing them for defamation. How dare they present that case as an example of the poor victim and the system stacked against her. The system was the system has been stacked against the men since the dear friend letter of the Obama administration which took away men's due process rights. >> It's not. Did you hear the woman? She's like kind of the star of the show, the blonde woman. She's like the narrator through. And there's a point where she laments the burden of proof for prosecution. She's saying, you know, like these cases, you know, they're sort of hamstrung by this burden of proof that you have to bring to a case. So people are left with these title nine things and it is not like how dystopian to raise a subject like that to introduce a piece of language like that. You know, lamenting the burden of proof. You're clearly at that point not interested in justice. You're interested in the persecution of men, which I think is much broader and I guess difficult to discuss. It's an element of this that we see in everything from here to like, even Cara Swisher persecuting big balls from Doge, right? It's like there's a misandry where youthful men in particular are persecuted. >> We'll get to her next. >> Sorry to jump in. >> There's, no, it's fine. There's a bit with Jane Doe's lawyer, the vile disgusting Thomas Jifra, and the MK Show is featured in this one. Here's Saat 67. >> She thought this institution was going to set her on her path and fulfill her dream and instead it became her nightmare. >> This is probably a first for her, she's probably thrilled to be so admired. >> You can't revoke consent two years after that. >> People said a lot of nasty stuff online. >> Regret over your horrendous behavior is not right. >> She's gone through hell for the last two years, the last month has made that far worse. She started getting taxed and she started getting threats, her guns put in her friend's face, her brother's face, her father's face, it's scary. >> So of course it's deceptively edited because they're talking about, I'm talking about how Jane Doe willingly said yes to at least that first threesome by her own admission and it was totally game for it and was indeed almost certainly enjoying being admired by the two men, both of whom she said she loved after the act. But of course this is deceptive and disgusting the way they have this manipulated and it's very unfortunate that Jane Doe is receiving threats, less mentioned the threats against all of the men who unlike Jane Doe do not have their anonymity as this case plays out. Even them, men who share the name of some of the people in that group of the Cornell 7, you remember the free press reporting about the Doe, who just shared the same name as one of the guys. This is much broader than even the Cornell 7, it's a complete mass hysteria, but it's maybe not in the news right now, but ongoing, even on that campus. >> Yeah, 100%. Now they make one of the main voices in the piece, the vial Kathy Hocal, who rather than taking her responsibility as a governor of a state in which this trial will take place if it is brought and maintaining even a semblance of objectivity so that she doesn't poison the jury pool, doubles and triples down on the nonsense she did at that press conference. Here she is in 666. >> My first reaction was how disgusting, not again, it's not again, it's not new, it's been going on a long time, the culture has just never changed. In this case, the scale of this, the number of people involved and the repotency of her allegations would have drawn you to the local police department fairly quickly. The campus police, technically they are deputized by the local police to function as a policing organization on a campus. But one can very quickly see that there could be a conflict because you're also protecting the reputation of your boss, the university. But in a situation like this, you want to make sure that people believe in the process. >> Okay, listen. >> What are the campus police do here? They took Jane Dose for a storm statement. That clip, I wrote that, I wanted to talk about that moment of the documentary because the documentary, I guess the interviewer, he follows up with her. She says, you can see how there could be a conflict of interest with the campus police protecting really the campus. The filmmaker says, do you think that's what is happening here? And she actually says, no, I have no evidence of that. I wrote it down because I thought, this is the, this is actually, this is fascinating. This is the only honest moment of the entire documentary. And then they just move on, they just move on. She's great up in that moment saying, she doesn't even believe the thing that she's saying. And there's not like a, let's double click on that, let's see, what do you mean? There's no evidence, how do you think about maybe saying something publicly that there's no evidence for, or follow up questions presumably, you would want to ask as a journalist. It's such a great point and it's like they also try to lionize the two campus newspaper reporters who outed the names of the defendants. I mean, Jane Doe and that disgusting Thomas Jifra are the ones who outed their names. She filed anonymously, but she named all of them. And oh, and by the way, then only one defendant, well, only one defendant moved to have Tish James removed from this case because of her biased comments, they had a hearing on that yesterday. And the judge said, I can't really entertain this unless all the defendants join in this. And so now this one defendant has had to go back to say to the other guys, can you all join me and try to get Tish James out of it, which is just so like, it's very frustrating how these guys are not, they don't work together. But meanwhile, Jane Doe's got like, she's got complete discipline through this guy, her disgusting lawyer, in like trying to get what she wants. I just think it's very wrong. And I also think it's crazy how all seven of them refuse to object to the unirthing of Jane Doe's name. So the judge said she can stay anonymous in the civil proceeding because the defendants said they're fine with her staying anonymous, which is what they're doing to try to seem like nice guys. Okay, she, but it undermines their entire theory of the case, which is she's not a victim. We're the victims. So I really have to tell you, I think these defendants are being poorly served by their lawyers, but that's a big tangent off of the lionization of the reporters on that, of the Cornell Daily Sun, the editor-in-chief and the senior editor who are in this piece. I'll play their soundbite, and then I'll give it to you, Mike Stanbysot 65. >> It was so graphic and it was just really important for me to personify these individuals. And so we decided to list the names of the civil defendants. There was no hesitation within the editorial team. We just wanted to make sure that people knew that these were individuals who had been in their classes that they could have possibly known, but none of us expected it to be like this. >> There was this decision in the figure made to print the names of the accused men. >> We need your process. We can't just ruin people's lives based on allegations. It's still a case where they are innocent, they haven't been charged. We did not want to sugarcoat anything we didn't want to emit details. We wanted to prevent the community with as much transparency as we wish we had from the university. >> Oh, so transparent. I don't remember reading Jane Doe's real name in their report. >> I mean, it's just super evil. I don't know, it's super evil behavior, I think it's pretty obviously evil behavior. The purpose is just to persecute these people. It's not to serve any kind of justice. And I don't know, I think it's going to continue until there are some kind of consequences. Fortunately, it's a little, it's adjacent topic. You have this MIT scientist, David Sabatini, I don't know if you followed this story at all. >> Yes. >> You know, he does have this. >> Yes, we're working on a deep dive on that case. >> Right, so we just published an interview with him over at Pirewars and it's like, it's really shocking what he went through. But the sort of, I guess, super lining here, after having his whole life ruined for a false accusation of rape, is he sued the woman and won $6 million. >> And why? >> It was a jury awarded and rejected all of her counterclaim. So I think that there is, I mean, you have much more legal knowledge here than I do. Maybe I'm just being naive. But do you think that we're approaching maybe a world where there could be some kind of consequences for false accusations and then I don't even, I don't know what you would do here in the case of the Cornell paper releasing their names, but more generally, do you think her- >> I mean- >> They can do it. And the media is allowed to release the names and the media is allowed to release her name. But I'll tell you something, like I would have been much more inclined to do it. If the defendants in the case said we want it done, instead they're like, it's fine for her to stay anonymous. Why the hell should the rest of us take the risk of outing her when they're like, no, don't do it. Like, what is that? What, they don't, they don't want it outed and she doesn't want it outed. Okay, then I guess we're not going to out it. That's, you're going to have to find your balls if you actually want to be the person you say you are, which is a victim of her made up lies. There should be a countersuit. They should be countersuing her for defamation. I think it's got to be just impossible if you're that young. Your whole family is being attacked. Everyone you love is being attacked. You didn't do this thing, but you're being told, say nothing, do nothing. Just stay out of the press, don't make this worse. I think back to another person in the documentary they mentioned was Brock Turner. Not to get two means there, but I will say that I'm very skeptical of the official story, that semi-official story that most people believe there to this day and a big part of I think the confusion in that case is Brock himself. I went looking for interview. I couldn't find him doing any interviews. I didn't see him standing up like begging for people to listen to the real truth or whatever. I don't even know where he is. So this day, I was trying to find him. I would have loved to have done a retrospective on that case. I think that you have to, it's hard from their perspective because they're not super online and they don't have a platform. But you have to fight back for your own story, which is why actually my heart kind of is open a bit for, I don't know if you saw the Elizabeth Holmes documentary again. I don't want to get two leads here, but a big part of that is like, you know, Billy, [BLANK_AUDIO] is kind of crazy. He's tweeting from on her behalf and, you know, he's online saying crazy things. And I think you can attack being stupid online, but the impulse to build your own, to want to build your own platform, even if you have to be crazy to get attention to do so, I think is correct in the age of the internet. Otherwise, someone else is going to contribute to the story. And you, in their story, are the villain of that story. So it just can't turn out well for you. You have to, you have to stand up and like you said, grow up here at Balls and just there's no other way. Yeah. I think I saw the Elizabeth Holmes documentary and I have to say I did not walk away with as harsh a take on Billy as so many others. I think he was intentionally painted the villain by the filmmaker. He's, you know, eccentric for sure. I mean, you know, I don't think most men would want you doing full frontal nudity of them while they were taking a shower. Obviously, he feels pretty good about his body and doesn't have that thing that most people have, even if they feel good about their bodies. They don't want it seen in a movie theater. But in any event, I actually, net, net, I actually think that he is a caretaker of Elizabeth, who seems to lack a certain set of executive management skills. And like people horrified that she was beating the eggs, and he took the eggs away from her. I think he's like the primary caretaker in the relationship. And some of us women cannot cook and would be delighted to have somebody take the eggs away from us while we were, we are beating them and do not see that as a control mechanism so much as we suck at this. And maybe we live with somebody who doesn't. Like, I just think they're far too hard on him. And I think Elizabeth had agency in the whole Theranos, you know, fraud. I really do. But like, I also think she had the book thrown at her in a way so many others who did exactly the same thing didn't. And I do think it's kind of bullshit. And I'll tell you something else, it's bullshit. Why is Carlos Watson, who committed a mega fraud? He's been on the show. I've been on his show when he was launching it. He's a black entrepreneur who launched an independent media company after he left MSNBC. Why did he get a get out of jail free pass? And Elizabeth Holmes is still sitting her ass in jail. Like, she allegedly defrauded a bunch of these sophisticated investors like Rupert Murdoch. Like, he didn't know how to evaluate her claims around her company. Please, he absolutely knew. He knew better than she did. And yet Carlos Watson did not have to serve any of the 10 year jail sentence that was handed down on him because he had a lawyer go in there and begged Trump to basically give him a pass. So he's out. He didn't spend one day in jail. But she's in there for 11 years while she too got two little kids growing up without her at home. I think it's bullshit. I think Elizabeth Holmes should get either pardoned or the, what's the lighter thing where you don't get the full, like, it doesn't get, it's, you don't get exonerated, but they let you out. She should have it. Commutation. Her sentence should be commuted. She should be let out of jail. I do think the book was thrown against her unfairly in a way that was too harsh compared to others in her field and their behavior. It's because she was this, and again, I agree with you. I mean, she definitely, it seems to me she committed she defrauded her investors. Partly, I don't care. I care. It's illegal. You have to go to prison. But yeah, right. Investor check. This is yes. But like your job as an investor, I care much less about that than I do the patient stuff that she wasn't even accused of defrauding, defrauding customers. My job is for her to is to look at this company and decide what is and is not real. Now she she did lie, whatever she went in. But the sentence seems I did a little research. It seems like it's like two to three times more than the average person for similar crimes receives. I think that she was very obviously a witch. She was burned largely by two groups of people by people in Silicon Valley and by the media. Now I think the media's role there. They're doing it because they helped build her up and they helped turn her into the hero that she was because she was a female self made billionaire. And back in the 20 teens, that was a huge, very, very exciting story that the press really wanted to tell largely as a foil for the sort of like too many men in tech situation. So they have to kind of do doubles. They have to do double teams. It's so true. They don't that they're like not on the side of this bad person. Meanwhile, you have Silicon Valley people who I think are pointing to Elizabeth at that time and saying we're not evil like the press says. This woman is really, really bad. She's a unique outlier. Get her. She should go to prison forever. I remember watching people who I knew back then go after her thinking like listen, I'm sure she did. I think that she committed a crime. But my heart is always kind of there for witches who are clearly being persecuted by a mob. Yes. And like for other people, Mike, look at look at all the news that we've had about, you know, for example, Facebook over the past few years and Mark Zuckerberg and Instagram, how they've been actively trying to get girls hooked to social media, which is very damaging to them. And they knew it and they they were dishonest about it publicly. And it took a whistleblower to come out and really reveal the full extent. He didn't go to jail for misrepresentation, for consumer fraud. No prosecution was ever brought against him. And I mean, I'm not saying it should have been, but I'm just saying you could make a case there if you really wanted to go after him. And that one had real victims. That had kids like teenagers killing themselves. There's not even an allegation of that in the Theranos case. She was a guilty of puffery around her product. And yes, actual lying around its capabilities. And she has paid an enormous price for it. She's been publicly disgraced. The company is no longer, although they say in the documentary she has dreams of starting it up again. And now she's served a few years away from an infant daughter and a baby son too, a toddler son. It's like it's time. We've made our point. She is not some, you know, nefarious criminal mastermind who killed somebody. It's time to let her out of jail. The president should commute her sentence. The pathology or not the pathologization. I kind of, though, it's kind of the pathologization of her because they're sort of trying to, in the documentary, raise the question of like, is there something different about her, something that makes her like uniquely evil, this insidious liar? And I think, by the way, I think the documentary is brilliant for a lot of reasons that we could talk about. Yeah. It's fascinating. But this piece of it, I think, that the treatment of her, the scary music, the question of whether or not her mind is just very, very different than the average person. All of this is huge. Neurodivergent. Right. But like all of this is used, partly she leans into it, but, but I think mostly it's, it's a justification for the audience to say she's different than us. And like she, she really deserves this. She is different. She's like, extra nefarious. Like this question of is she's just the ultimate manipulator. She's not that good at manipulating people. And neither is Billy. We, we all every single time she is portrayed anywhere. The question is like, is this woman lying to us? That's not a good manipulator. Someone who like you cause every question, like any time you see her or Billy, it's like, damn, I don't really trust these people. That to me, it's just not so funny at all. That's so true. Like makes for a good witch to be burned is what, is what that person looks like to me. That is a great, great point, Mike. All right. Back to speaking of witches, Kara Swisher. Oh, my God. We've talked about her before you and I now, she is out there. She wants, all right. She wants Elon Musk to begin with thrown in jail, but she's now gone beyond Elon. But let's just start with the sound bite about Elon, which comes from October 19th. So at 64. Under Kamala Harris, he might be in jail right now, right? He is correct. And that's not because of she's some avenging fury. It's because there's a lot of questions around different companies of his. But if Donald Trump loses the house and the Senate, I would worry. I'd be worried if I were him, you know, no matter how rich he is, there were all these agencies, some of which he put a knife in and killed in the doge, many of whom are investigating him. He stopped, like a half a dozen investigations of his various companies. So they're going to start investigating again. You think he's not on the list. He's at the top of that list. Donald Trump obviously is at the top in his family, but Elon Musk is right up there for that. And you have to, he knows what's coming. Like he's not stupid. Like a ball of many things, you can say about him, is he has a very big sense of fate. And I think it's coming for him and real hard. Okay. So there she is with her little red cape in front of the would be Democrat congressional majority. And we'll play the big balls edition that she just said on October 29th, so 63. They could just pick a few people. To me, that's the way you go. You pick like a hex at the musk and I don't know, big balls, someone like that, like pick someone like that. And then, you know, show what they did, right? And rather than go for Trump, go for everybody, make it so broad that it'll exhaust people who just do want to move on. So lovely group of people there that this is what they're giving us their plan before they win. I mean, I appreciate it that way. Keep going. You go. I mean, they've been saying it for years. It's just as intensified and intensified. I mean, we get the easy one to talk about. I think we'll be Elon. It's really horrifying. The purpose, obviously, to go after someone so prominent, so wealthy, who has done so much, it's very much like what the CCP did to Jack Ma, the billionaire in China, who was vanished by the government. This is a person who was perceived by the one party as powerful and so it's a very interesting question. A statement had to be made about him, you know, who was in charge, it was the government. I think the Democratic Party, in this case, is operating very similarly, but the big balls thing is actually the one that really bothers me because this kid, he was 19, I think, when he joined Doge, I interviewed him, I interviewed him after he was brutally attacked while trying to protect his girlfriend from a mob of 10 people in DC. There's this image of him, he's super bloody on the side of the road, he's actually a really good person. He has wisdom in an interesting way. He talked about, I interviewed him once, I asked him about all of the attention he was receiving and he was like, "I think he said something to the online attention is a wave, it'll pass over you." Oh my god, I don't feel that way, Jesus, Sam, all good for him, you kind of traits. He entered the government to do, because he told me in this very, like, in a way that resonated with me because I could remember myself being young and thinking about the world this way. He just wanted to do the good thing and serve his country and be a good person. These are the kinds of things that he talks about. So why go after someone, like why make him the center of your hate campaign, and she's talked about him for years, two years ago, I think, around was the first time that her got in Scott Galloway, one of her podcasts, so it's the other is now Hillary Clinton, Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton. Right. So this is very well connected, by the way, politically well connected woman, so what she says matters, but she's been going after balls for a while and I'm sitting here wondering, you know, there has to be a reason for this, like why this kid? What is it about him specifically that makes you so mad? I really think it is something similar to the Cornell 7 case in that there is a certain kind of person in this country who tends to work in media, who tends to be an angry old woman, like Cara Swisher, who is a hardcore feminist type person, hardcore dem, who is really activated by any kind of depiction of youthful male energy. This guy's name is Big Balls. I'm sure as a guy myself, I can imagine how that actually happened. He's not out there calling himself Big Balls. He's like the little brother of his group of friends who have given him this funny, super hyper masculine name as a term of endearment, but she doesn't hear that. She's looking at him as like a little punk, a little frat boy, the kind of man who when she was young made her feel small and so she wants to punish him. And by extension, what the Democrats have been saying openly, I mean, we just had that senator who was talking about this. The goal in going. Alyssa Slotkin. Yes. All in going after people like Big Balls, a young, you know, at this point, I think he's 20 years old, a young 20 year old man who just wanted to work for the government is to terrify young people away from the Republicans forever. All of the Democrats were very, very alarmed by the spike in young male support for Republicans in the last election. If that becomes a trend, it's super, super dangerous for them. And they need to frighten everybody. They're going to try and frighten tech industry people via going after Elon. This is the whole point. They can never have another billionaire, powerful tech person go all in for a Republican again. They have to knit that in a bud and young men. Those are like the two classes of people they're trying to terrify by going after these people in Elon. I don't like to see that. I'm going to defend him throughout this whole process, but he, I believe he can take care of himself. I worry about Edward Corstein, which is a, you know, the real name of laws. I really do worry about it. Yes. Edward, he is 20 years old. He was one of Doge's earliest hires. He's now working with the National Design Studio on the administration's revamped America.gov, which is not some evil thing. It is an AI powered single point of entry for information drawn from thousands of government websites. So just to make people who have to deal with the federal government on some benefit or application, no one looks forward to doing that to make their user experience a little easier for them. That's what he's working on now. This is the villain she wants locked up. Yes. They just unveiled it. Thanks, Sarah Moni. It was a big, beautiful event in DC and his work is great and that's what he's been doing for what? Over a year, he's been just trying to make government websites more efficient for America. Like that has been his focus with Joe Gevia, who's running the program. That's sick. Yeah. He's not even at 21. He can't even legally have a drink and Kara Swisher with all her millions is talking about putting him in jail. She is despicable. God, just when you think she can't get any grosser, she, she gets there. Here's another one. She's here. Hold on a second. This is her in another exchange with the bullwork. Yeah, it's just, oh, this is just the bullwork. Listen to this on Elon, slot 64b. However man you are about Elon Musk, it's not enough and she's the one I want and I want being hauled before Congress to be just the start because this guy has a body count like a fucking war criminal. We start with the U.S. Congress and it ends at the fucking Hague for Elon Musk. Hague! You got a trillion dollars asshole? Great. You start spending them on lawyers because justice is coming. They're carving up jurisdictions for who is going to end, ask him, sorry, ask him. Peena him to testify before which of them for what? Get a townhouse, big guy. Got a lot of nice brown stones right there, I just got a little hill. Elon, you motherfucker, you better pack a lunch because your ass is going to be living in the capital starting January of 2027. Oh my God, the delusions of grandeur these people have, they are like a barnacle on the ass of something Elon swatted with a fly swatter at some point. This is like, I've never even heard of this person, I had to ask Steve in the break, who is that? Somebody named Jonathan last, never heard of him, threatening him, I was super, they're so tough Mike, we're coming for ya, I'm sure Elon's terrified. I mean, they're selling this to their audience, right? This is, there's so much money, I would say this is so much a jace, it's similar, very similar to the character thing. I think Kara actually has a lot of, well, maybe they both have a lot of influence, I mean, but Kara to me feels more of a, these guys are just playing, they're playing to this super Trump-teranged audience for whom news is consumed the way that I, to be quite frank, consume the real housewives of Salt Lake City, like, they follow it in that way, they follow these characters in a normal fictional way, and they feel like personally connected to them. And so Elon is this guy who just, I mean, he makes them feel small, there's something, there's just kind of man who I think has a problem with the success of other men because of how it makes them feel. And this is definitely like, a super toxic version of that in part, but again, the other part is just like their audience, for their audience, Elon is, I mean, he's the super villain, and why is that? It's because I'm like, I mean, Trump's going to be gone in two years, and that's that. But Elon, Elon, not only does he say he's going to do things, he does a bunch of things. He is extremely effective at whatever he does, and so if he's effective and he is right if center, and you're a liberal, like, I can see how you can easily create a fantasy in your mind of like, this is your, this is your, this is your big bad, but yeah, certainly they're going to go, but the actually, okay, but listen to this, just, just today, I just tweeted this out. This is what Elon is doing among, I mean, obviously, Elon saved pu- free speech by restoring honest conversation to the, in the public square when he bought Twitter, now X, four years ago, we just hit the anniversary. Everything has changed, the entire debate about trans, this trans that, the procedures, the sports completely changed thanks to him buying Twitter. That's just one example. Secondly, this is, I mean, I saw him at the all-in summit a couple of years ago. I had sent him a note saying, hey, let's do an interview, he was like, oh, I can't, I'm busy this afternoon. I'm like, okay, another time, I went out, I gave my interview with the all-in guys, then Elon went on a stage, and he was talking and they're interviewing him, and he's like, I got a run, I have a rocket launch, okay, so I'm like, that is the best excuse that he was ever had for blowing me off for an interview, like, who double books on the day they're launching a rocket, right, like, the fact that he was even at the all-in summit. And by the way, what, by the way, there without any entourage, like, he has absolutely no errors in that department whatsoever, he had a bodyguard, that was it, was like, he didn't have ten assistants, he didn't have ten producers, just Elon. So today, there's news about Neuralink, another one of his companies that is changing the world. We haven't even talked about the electric cars or anything, okay, Starlink, that's helping Ukraine and so on. Now let's get to Neuralink. Today, there was news in Neuralink. He said first, our first product is called telepathy. It enables high-speed communication with computers or humans simply by thinking. Output bandwidth will vastly exceed the fastest human speech or typing in a few years. Read that sentence again. In other words, the people who cannot move or quadriplegic and cannot speak will be able to communicate faster with their brains thanks to the Neuralink technology than speaking moving human beings are able to, and they're already doing it. We've seen the videotapes of where They hook up these electrodes to people's heads and they think the words and the words appear on the computer and that's not all. He writes our second product is called blind site and it will as the name suggests, enable even those who are completely blind or have never seen to see. It is ready from an engineering standpoint, just waiting on regulatory approval. He is going to literally restore site to the blind and restore communication and I bet you eventually movement to the immobile and mute and this is the man they've so villainized who they want locked up rather than getting on their knees and thanking God that such a man moved to America, became an American, wants to make all of his companies and use all of the American workforce to build these products here, they want him behind bars. >> Yeah, I mean, it's just like the Democrats did demonize a talented African-American. Is it not? >> I think there's something in it. >> Exactly. >> The fact that I think it's important that he's done all these things. The fact that they are targeting not the worst of us, but the best of us is I think that's the whole story in a way. It's not even about, I think it's just, if they can look at him and see someone worthy of being what put in prison, which is what is being requested right now, they can do it to anyone. And then on that question though, I mean, if you just look, where are scary places right now I think in America. If you look at all of the people who've talked about this stuff, whether it's Elon or Balls or one of the other adjacent people, there's never been even a single charge. They never, he needs to be put in jail for X, Y, and Z, right? It's never that. >> Right, what do you do? >> We don't care. It is crazy to see them say it just out loud and I don't know, I mean, to be fair, I really do think there's been law fair on both sides. I think even in a case like Elon Omar, who, it seems to me that she's broken the law, it seems that she's committed immigration fraud. But I do think just the culture of maybe going after people because they're political enemies, I mean, it's hard to see that as, you know, as not- >> Okay, but you can't have a non-citizen serving in the U.S. Congress. Like that, it doesn't matter what the motives are, like she's not allowed constitutionally to serve, if she's not a valid U.S citizen. >> Yes, definitely, I wonder if the prosecution would have, I think she's not a prosecution yet. I wonder if the investigation would have taken place, were she not a political sort of enemy? >> No, Mike, here's where you're wrong. She was saved by partisanship. The news this week was that Barack Obama's DOJ opened up an investigation into that sham of a marriage she had to her brother and then walked away because, well, we don't know exactly why, but we believe it's because the statute of limitations had expired after the marriage. She married him in 2009 and they were looking at it during, I think it was, it was well outside of the five year statute of limitations, I think it was 16, it was 2016, which is too late. So it was her, it was the partisanship that saved her because the very next year in 2017, she divorced the brother and certified under penalties of perjury that she was unable to reach him, which we now know was a lie, which is a felony. The Trump administration was dealing with trying to govern and failed to look into things like that, but they didn't really do much with her. And then the Biden administration took a look at it and they walked away too. We believe for partisan political reasons. It's only now that Trump apparently there are multiple felonies that they're looking at do that she's committed along these lines and we'll see whether she committed those or not. But the bottom line is if she really isn't an American citizen, either because she didn't have the right to seek refugee status in the beginning to begin with. The dad was a warlord who shouldn't have been given the citizenship, hers was derivative, she was too old to receive it. I don't know what the argument would be. She cannot sit in the U.S. Congress. Yeah, I mean, regard just, I mean, I'm down, my struggle with this is that I can't stand or so. I want to be careful that I'm not. That way I really hear her and I think I'll give you, I'll give you a different one. I'll give you a different one. I don't think you should, don't build your house on the Elana Omar case because that one's just like both many administrations have looked. There is there there. And this woman is a hot mess, I think of illegality. But I will grant you that if you look at like what's being done to James Comey, it's absolutely targeted based on his criticism of Donald Trump and how partisan he is. Okay. Which you can understand based on the treatment of Trump during the Biden administration. You're like, okay, that was a horrifying, it seemed like what, like I in my lifetime have never seen that degree of law fair. It's what super, super radicalized me against the Biden administration. I didn't really care that much when Biden became, in fact, I mean, you know what, full disclosure, an exclusive. I vote it for Biden. It's one of the great regrets I wanted. I was totally radicalized by his treatment of Donald Trump, but the people around him. And that clearly began the law fair cycle. But now we are in this dark dance where what the Democrats are promising is far worse than what they did under the under the last. Yes. Now you're talking about civilians. Like across the board, young random people, like they're going to go after everybody that they can. Well, not everybody that they can, it will be a small number, but it will be, it will be, it will be, they specifically want not people like Trump, though I'm sure they're going after him as well. It's, it's, I don't know how we kind of move on as a country like that because if they're doing that at this point, I mean, I feel myself wanting similar things to happen to Cara Swisher, for example, like I want her, all her friends to be targeted, right? Like you feel that's a human reaction when someone is doing something just so egregiously immoral, but I don't want to, I don't want to be that way because it would be that person. Well, I don't want that for our country because I don't know how we survive this. It's just like, when did we become the biggest, our biggest enemies we consider to be other people who are American now? And that is just like a really scary place to be as a country. Yeah. Who people who are on the opposite side of you politically, it's like we've gotten in this place where no longer friends with people who don't share our party ID, we don't talk to people who don't share our party ID. And then it's really easy to demonize them like that, even like a young kid, like threatening them as little slackened did or as Cara Swisher did as opposed to just say, what do you mean? No, like, okay, we have political differences. That's fine. You know, I, I felt strongly that after what was done to Trump with the law fair and not just Trump, but all of his top emissaries. There's so many of them got harassed, not to mention his family. He did need a couple on team blue to be hauled in there. Not fake crimes, but if they'd committed crimes, you know, the willingness to look the other way should evaporate so that they felt the pain and would never do this again. Because I definitely think they would do it again, if not. But it's like it's gotten out of control now. And I think like Trump should stop doing it and the Democrats should leave civilians alone. Don't touch big balls. Do not touch the balls. That's really. Mike, it's so fun talking you. Please come back again soon. Thanks so much for having me. Bye bye. All right. See you soon, Mike Salano. What a great guy. We're going to have a bit more for you right after this. Our sponsor, the electronic payments coalition says Washington politicians are always getting in your wallet. And now they're messing with your credit card. They say your credit card in the security it offers are under attack and that senators Dick Durbin and Roger Marshall want to change the nation's payment system to benefit corporate megastores like Walmart and Target at the expense of everyday Americans. Credit cards can keep your payments secure and provide rewards that families use to help make everyday purchases more affordable. The electronic payments coalition says the Durbin Marshall mandates would let corporate megastores cut corners on credit card processing, routing transactions over cheaper, untested networks with weaker security and fewer protections. There is a video that has gone completely viral online, and it involves, it's out of Michigan, a young man approaching another man who is older than he is, but not an old guy. He looks like he's maybe in his young 40s, if that. So the young man approaches the other man who clearly works for a red baron pizza. He delivers pizzas to grocery stores, like frozen pizzas for sale. And the younger man pulls a prank on him where he gets the older man to hold his phone, and the young man puts his phone up to it, and it makes a sound as though he's just managed to make an apple pay transfer from the older man's phone onto his phone. And he says something like, thanks for the $10 or the $20. And he's trying to scare him that he just has been robbed, thanks to an apple pay feature between the phones. It did not go as planned. It appears I do not have any reason to believe that this was a setup of any kind. You never know what these things, because I've covered enough of them that have turned out to be a setup. But there are absolutely no reports that this was a setup. There are plenty of reports that this was an actual prankster who's got a lot of such pranks on his social media, which he's now shut down, but that he has been in the habit of doing these so-called pranks. But he tried to do the prank on the wrong person. All we know is that the subject of this prank is named Walt Z. He wants to remain anonymous, even though he's now become very famous as a result of his video going viral. And the reason his video went viral is because of how he reacted and the very good-hearted nature of the American people. Watch. Hey, excuse me. You know what time is this, boss? 11 thirty-five. What are you on? Dude, thank you, bro. I just took $10. I don't think it's going to be all right now, OK? I need it, but I need it real quick. I am not even this crap right now. Appleware? Dude, did you hear me? I just need a boss on real quick, though. You think this is fine, don't you? I'm letting you get recorded me right now? You sure you recording me right now? No, no, no, no, no, I'm okay with this. I'm going to record you right now. All right, bye, boss. Thank you for the $20, man. Oh, cool. Let's go outside, buddy. Are you for real, bro? It is not that, dude. It's not what you're doing. It is not that. I mean, if you really want to go outside-- I was recording you or not. I don't know what's going on. But I don't need this for that, man. It's not that, dude, man. It's just a joke. You're just a little punk-ass. It was just a joke, bro. It was just a joke. It was just a joke. No, it's not a joke to me, OK? I don't have time to scrap my life. My life is hard enough as it is. OK, I don't need to scrap. Home in an hour ago. And I'm still out here working. And I got to get up at 5 in the morning and do 10 more stores. So this is not a joke to me. OK. And now I'm probably going to get kicked out of the store because of you. Not funny. OK, I'm sorry, man. No, you're not funny. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. I just got to smoke. Look at your face. I'm sorry, bro. I'm sorry. I'm just like-- I don't need this in my life. No, I get you out. No, you don't. You're probably making money off this fight. I can't even pay my goddamn mortgage. And I got forkies at home. OK, so not funny. I'm not funny. Oh, I got you. I'm not going to leave. I'm going to leave. You better not be out there when I do leave. Leave, go, now. Wow. It's incredibly moving. You can feel his pain. It's like upsetting to see how he's struggling. And you can hear he's at a breaking point. You know, he's just had it. He's had it. And I really think that a lot of people are struggling that way right now. You know, the reason that the economy is the number one issue for so many Americans, people who voted for President Trump and feel disappointed in him and people who voted against him is because it's-- well, President Trump says it's great. People aren't feeling that on a personal level. They are stuck with sky-high inflation left over from the Biden administration. They can't afford home mortgages. We can't lower interest rates because that's not something you do when there's high inflation. They can't get loans. They have high credit cards with double digit interest rates on them. And they're using them to pay bills. Forget college. That's entirely out of their price range and ultimately won't wind up increasing most kids' chances of getting a better job anyway in today's day and age. They're being threatened with entire sectors of the workforce being wiped out by AI, something to which Americans have never willingly agreed, something we've not voted for, and so many Americans are struggling just to make it to the next pay period. I know a lot of them. And you could feel it bubble over for Walt there. The piece of it that I personally could relate to-- and I think many people can-- is the frustration when you've got to do your job. And your kids have gone to bed an hour ago. Once again, they're not going to see you because you've got to be out doing a job that you agreed to do. And look, when I was having those feelings young in my years at Fox, I had means. I still had a wonderful job that I was very grateful for. Imagine doing it. And I'm sure a lot of you don't have to imagine. You are doing it. When you really don't have money, you have no choice. You may not quit that job. You may not, because everything will fall through the cracks. You won't be able to put food on the table for those children if you make it home in time to tuck them in. So you sacrifice it. So your spouse or someone else, a caregiver, has to tuck your children in and read them their books. And you know you're missing it. And you've got all these wellness messages online about how important it is to be there. And it's like, you can't-- but you can't be there. You don't understand. Both parents have to work or we can't pay the bills. We can't feed the children. We can't pay the mortgage. Stop, stop with the luxury beliefs of how I'm supposed to be having Jasmine in my tea and having these sweet, relaxing evenings at home with the family playing board games. I have to work. I need a paycheck. We don't eat if I'm not out late, delivering red baron. So you can feel his pain as his anger goes up. Not funny, not funny. He's not able to laugh about it. I've got four kids. I can't pay my mortgage. I'm probably going to get kicked out of here because of you. And the ultimate, my life is hard enough. My life is hard enough. I don't need this right now. The place that you get where you can't have one more straw placed on your own camel's back. You can't. You feel like you're at a breaking point. You can't be messed with. You don't have a sense of humor. People can't get around with you. You're at your breaking point. You've held it together. The stresses of financial pressure, work pressure, people being nasty to you pressure, missing your kid's pressure, bill payment pressure, all of it. You've held it together, but just one additional straw on the back feels like it could break you. I just feel like a lot of people can relate to Walt Z. And the reason I know that they can is because someone started a go fund me for him. Just love Americans so much. And the go fund me for Walt Z is up to $510,000. It's just so amazing how generous people are to help others who are in need. This is regular people. People are donating 20 bucks or five bucks. And you get some big donations in there, too. But people who can't afford it are paying to help Walt Z because they can't stand to see him suffer. And because it says something about us as a people and about us as individuals to help a guy like that. He came out with a statement, reads and part as follows. I wanted to take a moment to personally thank everyone who's donated, shared this fundraiser, or left a kind message. The kindness and encouragement you've shown me and my family have met more than I can put into words. My family and I are doing well. I'm grateful to have supportive people around me. I've been keeping things private to protect my family's privacy. And I appreciate everyone respecting that. It goes on and on about not wanting to do an interview exactly. Please know that if I haven't responded to your message or comment, your support has made a difference from me and my family. Thank you. It's a wonderful story. If history's any guide, it will now come up that Walt is a repeat felon who-- [LAUGHTER] Just kidding. Well, sort of following enough of these news cycles. But listen, today's a great day. I love Walt Z. And I too am a contributor to it. And I encourage everybody to do it. And totally other shoe drops, at least. We can feel good about how wonderful we are and how we like to help our fellow Americans in need. Okay, I want to keep going. There is an update in the Holly Berry case and how we've been talking about this, gosh, you know, this temporary restraining order that her ex Olivier Martinez, who she starred with in this shark movie, he was the star of unfaithful with Diane Ladd, Holly Berry, everybody knows they got married. They had a child, a little boy named Maceo, who's now 13. She has an older daughter, who I think is 18 from her first marriage, which also ended in divorce and badly with that ex fighting Olivier Martinez and a knock down dragout that left them both bloody and one of them arrested is just, she's not ending her relationships well. That's clear. Then Olivier and she break up and she had shared custody of Maceo with Olivier. Olivier was at her house a few weeks ago and he accused her of trying to strangle him of putting her hands around his throat and attacking him because he wouldn't remove his virtual reality headset and she felt disrespected and called him a black bitch or called, called the ex husband a white bitch. Like what are you going to do as a black man to protect a black woman from a white bitch, which is what she called her ex allegedly Olivier, whom she is supporting with child support every month. Obviously, she's the greater earner as between the two of them and she seems very resentful that she has to pay any child support. It looks like not alimony, but child support of the son. I mean, hey, it's California. This is the way it goes and this is ended in disaster with the two of them openly fighting in front of him, et cetera, and Maceo asked to be picked up by his father, Olivier came and got him. Things went from bad to worse. Now Olivier is seeking a temporary restraining order, keeping her away from him. He claims she's been violent in the past and the son. The son gave testimony for four hours at a closed door hearing in front of a judge. Holly Berry put up her live in lover, who she's seeing now, who was there when the incident took place, who claimed it wasn't as Maceo was claiming, witness testimony, et cetera, et cetera. And finally, we now have a ruling. The ruling is that she lost her physical custody of her child. And she's only going to get them to get to see him now occasionally on the weekends. Can you check my information team? Is it with court supervision when that happens? My team's going to double check me on that because I don't want to say that that's not true. She was granted still legal custody of Maceo, meaning she still has the majority share of the decision making around his health care, his schooling, et cetera. But this was a loss for Holly Berry. Make no mistake about it. It was a bad loss. She did not want this temporary restraining order to be entered and she certainly did not want to lose any of her physical custody of over Maceo, but she has. And then because she definitely appears unstable, we've been talking about her pattern on this show for a while with the overtly sexual messaging that her desperate need at age 60 for you to see her as a sex kitten who's having lots of sex. She wants you to know with lots of lube and you can get it too and like all the weird in-bed photos and like saucy lingerie videos that aren't sexy, you know, and Holly Berry can be sexy, but she's, I guess forgotten how to do it. I don't, she just seems incredibly needy and damaged in these videos, which we've been pointing out for a while. So Holly Berry having suffered this loss inside the courtroom decides to come out yesterday. And if you read the write-ups of her loss, clearly her lawyers are spinning, spinning, spinning like tops, trying to paint it as a win because of the legal custody thing like, oh, we're so grateful to the judge for seeing through, she lost the custody battle. The physical custody is what this whole thing was over and she's been relegated now to a very limited physical presence in her son's life. This is not a win for her at all, but look what she did when she exited the courtroom yesterday. Holly, you got to smile on your face with the outfit with the outfit. What's your reaction to the decisions? Do you feel like the rolling was fair? How are you happy to do this? Are you happy that this is finally over with? Any comment? I thought you don't have to see me anymore. So that's probably giving you another smile right? Is there anything you want the public to know about your situation? Anything? She's smiling ear to ear. Ear to ear. What are you, how do you plan for it? Right now, this is a very, very bizarre way to act. I understand spin, trust me I do, I'm in media, I've been, you know, people have attempted to spin me more times than I can count. This is just bizarre. Something's wrong with Halle Berry. I don't know what it is, but the, like, Joker's smile, like the devilish, I'm victorious. I win in the end is what she's trying to project with the ear to ear thing and it went on. I mean, that we showed you just a brief clip of it there, but like if you were to watch this whole thing, it went on and on and on and this was no victory for her. She needs therapy. This person needs to get in with a good therapist and have long, hard to heart about how this happened and how she can do better as a mother and how she can stop a pattern where she's got, you know, men fighting, her fighting, you know, fierce physical battles happening in her home with her minor child, et cetera. TMZ describes it this way that Olivier Martinez was awarded primary physical custody of Maceo Berry lost overnight visits with him. A representative for the actress told the site, Halle Berry still retains joint legal custody and also holds the tie breaker vote should she and Martinez struggle to reach an agreement. Previously Martinez and she had 50, 50 custody over Maceo and now Olivier Martinez was awarded primary physical custody. So that's what the child wanted and she objected and lost. I wish them all luck. I think Halle Berry in particular is going to need it. Okay. I want to keep going. Russell Brandt, his trial continued today. It's wrapping up. Before we told it was going to be eight or nine weeks by the prosecutor, no, it's not. It's wrapping up and we had closing arguments begin by the prosecution. Russell's lawyer did not yet go. We expect his lawyer to go on Monday and that's an interesting call to let the weekend come with the jurors just having the prosecution's argument marinate. I totally understand it as a defense lawyer because you want to do your best with a man's freedom in your hands and having the weekend to prepare your closing is such a luxury. They will get no sleep over the next two days. So I get it, but there's also the risk of, you know, that's two days that this is going to marinate in the minds of those jurors, just the prosecutor's words and most negative interpretation of all the evidence. So in any event, that's what's happening because the prosecution has gone and the defense will go on Monday. Here is what happened today. They introduced that Russell had a cannabis conviction, okay, I mean, this is ridiculous. He pleaded guilty in 1995 to possession of cannabis and received a fine, no other convictions. Great. It's so weird. The judge gave the instructions to the jury and I've got to just tell you a couple words about the instructions. They're so bizarre to me as an American lawyer. I've never seen things like this, but here's a couple. First the judge addressed inconsistencies in some of the accounts saying that they should not simply conclude that a complainance evidence is untrue because they've given a different account to someone else. He tells them experience has shown that inconsistencies in accounts sometimes happen whether a person is telling the truth or not. That's so weird. I mean, I'm used to the jury instruction that's basically falsies and one false, it's like I can't remember the Latin falsies and Unum falsies and Toto, I can't remember. But it's basically if you find that a witness has lied in one instance, you are free to conclude that she is a liar, that she lies in all instances and hold her lie against her. Here are this judges like if you find inconsistencies in accounts, you can't conclude that the person is not is lying just because they gave a different account to somebody else. What? Very helpful instruction to the prosecution here because the inconsistencies in accounts are all on the part of his accusers who were not alleging rape, who often said in the one woman accusing him of oral rape, she said he tried to get me a blow job, to give him a blow job. He tried to get me to give him one oral sex over the years and I didn't. Then she switched it after she saw this channel for so-called documentary in 2023-22. No, I actually didn't, it was forced on me. Okay, so the prosecution got that. That instruction, but then listen to this. He talks about Russell Brand's good character evidence. He says his effective good character is not a defense to the charges he faces, but you should take it into account in two ways. First, a person who has no significant previous convictions is more likely to be truthful. So when you examine the defendant's account in evidence, you should keep that in mind. Second, you should bear in mind that someone who has never been in serious trouble is less likely to commit a serious offense than someone who has been in trouble before. It is flagged to the jury that brand did not tell the police, so that was all good for Russell Brand. Then there's this. He flags to the jury that brand did not tell the police the accounts he now relies on in respect to the three rape allegations and that they are told this, that part of their job is to assess his reasoning for not mentioning further facts in his interviews. This is all we would never have such an instruction here in America. If anything, you say or don't say cannot be used against you in a court of law, you're not required to speak with investigators when they sit you down here in America. And if you, if you choose to, it's for, and you don't give the whole story, it's for your prosecutor to get up there and tell the jury, he only told half the story. He's lying. Now he's got all these detailed denials, but when we first sat down with him, he couldn't remember anything. It's weird that the judge is instructing this. The judge says these failures to set out his case may harm his defense if you conclude that he failed to mention these facts in interview because he did not have an answer at the time. Okay. The prosecution gets up to give it's closing. Real Karmie Jones chief prosecutor tells the court this case brings together six different women none of whom knows each other. She says none of them has sought the limelight or any kind of publicity. She says there is no benefit to them except perhaps some closure. She urges the jury listen to their accounts. How many said he was nice? Then there was a personality change, a pivot. His eyes changed. He snapped from charming to frightening to nasty she adds. She says the women have told the court he didn't listen when I said no, he didn't listen, he didn't care, adding in the rape cases, he just kept on going until he achieved his ultimate aim and ejaculated. She says all of the alleged victims has since moved on with their lives, but due to this trial, they've been forced to relive what has happened to them and describe the most intimate details to the court. There were themes that business about the eyes was brought out by more than one witness about how something in his look changed about how he seemed almost not there or angry and would not listen to their alleged protestations of no. She says this is not, oh, she says the defense described what she terms the evil documentary of 2023 that it caused them to recast memories of what was in fact happy consensual fun. The prosecutor says this is not true. Instead saying the documentary was a uniting factor, meaning the women have realized they're not alone and have bravely come before you to tell the truth. She added could a documentary or an article in the Times caused them to completely reinvent what happened in this way, cause them to say I want to come to South work crown court. I want to be cross-examined about all of this. I want to expose these very intimate details. There is no magic force in this documentary. She told the jury. She turned to Laura Brandt, who by all accounts was very charming on the stand and is seemingly a very charming woman. She testified openly about how she met Russell back in, I think, 2006. They dated. They were together for a while. He was not faithful to her. She did not want to be in a non-exclusive relationship. They broke up. She said they stayed close over the years and then got back together, got married, are extremely close now, have three children together and she does believe he's a changed man. There was an argument between Laura and the prosecutor about how close she did stay to Russell over the years. She maintained pretty close, the prosecutor basically said, no, you weren't. He was banging half of Britain and you had no idea what was going on or what kind of person he was then. The prosecution told the court, brand may now be a completely different person to the man he was between 1999 and 2009 and then she turned to Laura Brandt, whom she calls his undoubtedly lovely wife. She says Ms. Brandt bravely gave evidence, but also notes that she was not with him at the time of the majority of alleged acts that he said to, that are said to have taken place. She added any contact was, I believe, sparse. She compares the alleged victim status to that of Ms. Brand, saying they were quote, a very different category of woman and they included quote, lowly employees or just girls in the audience. This is very clever, very clever, slight of hand, but this is not a debate over who had more economic power. This is a debate about whether consent was given and these were not girls who were under age, though as we've discussed, there was one of those in that documentary quote unquote. These were fully grown adults and in the case of the first alleged rape, one who had several years over Russell, she was older, she was more sophisticated, she had accused others of rape. And if anything, she was in the cat bird seat in terms of life experience over Russell. Girls in the, the girl in the audience that she's referring to was the girl who, the first thing she did when she got into Russell's dressing room was dropped down and start forgive me, licking his anus. So forgive me if I'm not looking at her as a doide, Anjaneu, who has absolutely no self-power of determination and will. This is what she's going with, though, lowly employees or just girls in the audience. The prosecution returned to complainant one, that's the one who alleged vaginal rape. She invited Russell back to her place, her hotel room after midnight, after having just met him. She claims she thought he was gay and she felt safe around him. He came out, she came out of the bathroom. He had a shirt off the next thing she says she knew he was on top of her on the bed, pulling her pants down. He never got completely removed, they only made it down to her ankles, her shoes were still on and she says he raped her and ultimately climaxed and she was horrified. He denies it. He says he gave her his email. He says he told her he wanted her to meet his mom who was in town and that there was absolutely consent. The prosecutor tells the jury during that week when he was performing in a satirical sketch show, sex to him that week was more important than the show. She says when he got back to that hotel room, it became the Russell brand show. She went to the Lou, he took off his clothes, he began prancing around the room, ostrich like. She felt uncomfortable, she was scared, she didn't know what was going to happen next. She didn't want him to kiss her lizard like that's what the alleged victim said, his tongue was like a lizard, I didn't want it on me. But he didn't stop. His Carmen Jones accused brand of gaslighting her by leaving his hot mail address or what she says he purported to be his email. Listing the woman's achievements to the court, the prosecution asks, is that woman some sort of lunatic who would make this up now? Let me tell you something, women of all sorts of achievement, financial and otherwise lie. A lot of them, high, low, smart, dumb, accomplished and not. That has nothing to do with it, whether she would lie. And by the way, the accusation in part has been that she met him at a political leftist event. He was performing, but it was around a party for the labor party in Great Britain. And since then, became a hard ready in the eyes of most Brits. And yeah, there are a lot of people, Christine Blasey Ford comes to mind who might make up what seemed like fake allegations against somebody whose politics they now disagree with. She asks if this woman sounds like the kind of woman who would make up the allegation after watching this dispatches documentary before flagging to the jury that the complainant still has not watched the entire program, blah, blah, blah. The defendant could not really remember anything when he was interviewed. She pointed out in stark contrast to now when he suddenly seems to remember all sorts of details about the week. She adds that Brand has constructed his defense around evidence provided by others in this case describing it as, quote, a lot of half truths, but spun into lies. He's definitely getting burned over the fact that when he first sat with police, he did not remember. He said he didn't remember any of these women. And he couldn't remember any details. And then he said when he took the stand, I went back and listened to their testimonials. I mean, that's, that is plausible. Now you see them on camera talking or in person, whatever, yeah, that might rejigger your memory as to your experience with them. The police are pointing out to you what their names are and they found them in your address book with these not complimentary moniker's next to them, little initials like AP for like anal playmate or something, whatever it was, the one gal or T for tart. He says that and going back to some of the sites where the alleged acts happened, rejiggered his memory, the prosecutor here calling bullshit. She returned to complain it to the one who said he grabbed her arm. That's what this number two is about. She claims now she thought to drag her into a bathroom to rape her all these years beforehand. She'd been saying you wanted to have consensual sex with me, but I turned him down. I got away from him. Earlier in the trial, that woman told the court the exchange lasted around 20 seconds. maybe last, Ms. Carmi Jones tells the jury to imagine that tussle and pauses her closing argument for 20 seconds, leaving the courtroom in silence for that time. Oh, police. As if this woman, a quarter of a century later, actually remembers that it was 20 seconds. We're going to treat that like it was real. And the struggle is going on. I don't believe one word of that. This complainant too, you are bullshit. This is bullshit. The drama around an arm grab. I mean, this is come on, um, complainant three. This is the one who for years said he tried to get me to give him a blow job in a bathroom and now it's morphed into he forced me to do that. Prosecutor says the defense has presented complainant three as a jealous woman spurned resentful of the beautiful women from babe station. We have been told we're at a bar in Camden that ran in the alleged victim headed to afterward because don't forget she says after she had this hideous rape in which she ejaculated in her mouth and she was so disgusted, she got into a car with him and went to a second location together. Okay. Like she was so disgusted and afraid of him. She got into a locked box with him transported to another location. And the allegation is that there were a lot of beautiful women there and she became jealous. She questions this characterization that prosecutor does when the complainant says there was no consensual activity between them at all, meaning why would she be jealous? She'd just been raped. This wasn't about jealousy of other women. She returned to complainant four. This is a woman who alleged he came up to her in a bar grabbed her face and started kissing her and fondling her breasts. She says on the complainant's previous estimation of brands height being around five ten because remember the defense was like, you don't even know if this was Russell brand. You have no idea who did this to you. And she said that there were other witnesses who were part of brand's team who did nothing. They didn't intervene. This is one of the points used against her. It was so bad. Why didn't anybody intervene? Clearly, if anything happened at all, it was mild and was it really Russell brand? She testified. I know it was Russell brand. He was quite famous. He was starring on the show that Big Brother, we all watched. I knew who Russell brand was. The prosecutor says on her misestimation. She said brand she thought was five ten and in fact he six two. She asked the court if the complainant was meant to say, can I take out a tape measure and check your height. She says the alleged victim reported the alleged sexual assault to police in November 2023, because after watching five to ten minutes of the so-called documentary and reading an article about it, she was disgusted and sensed and angry. She said the fact that she reported it after the coverage doesn't mean it's fabricated. She pointed out that she had nothing to gain from reporting it as she is a self-employed and being here costs her money. Okay, there are all sorts of reasons why women claim they've been sexually assaulted when in fact they haven't. There is a status that comes in the mind of some, especially leftist women, in being a victim. There are also some who mean to harm somebody who doesn't share their politics. There are women who reimagine an event as more nefarious than it was. Once for whatever reason they get turned off by the man, it's not to say that all women are fake accusers, but the ones who are have all sorts of reasons why they do it. She said the complainant was a perfect stranger to brand and was pounced upon in her place of work with no opportunity to consent. Okay, then they continued, hold on. The prosecutor telling the jury that woman five, who is the one who alleged an anal rape. She's the one who met him at his, after his show went right backstage. Another woman was already filating him. So she dropped down to her knees and started doing the same on the back door within 10 seconds of meeting him. Then on another date, state, in quotes, he invited her over. She came over. She confesses that she willingly had vaginal sex with him. He flipped her over. He went through the back door. She did not appreciate that. She claims she alleges she said, no, there was testimony that she had originally said, I'm not going to bring a claim, you know, I was just an idiot kid. You know, I was just as much to blame as he was. That's what she said before. Then everybody, her dad said, you were raped. You were raped. That was a rape. And guess what? Now here we are. The prosecutor said she, woman five, is perhaps the complainant most affected. The jury was told she idolized Brann and found him really attractive. The prosecution reiterated that she still had the right to say no and have that right respected. Listen to this, listen to this. The prosecutor reminded the jury that the complainant told the court she liked and kissed the area of Brann's behind, but did quote, not insert my tongue. That is how she tried to rehabilitate herself. Because Brann's lawyer said, don't try to tell us anything having to do with the back door is so shocking and horrifying to you. You were licking his on the outside and the inside within 10 seconds of knowing him. Forgive me, I know this is disgusting. It's a trial. I've got to tell you what happened. And she was like, I don't remember putting my tongue in there, like inside, but I definitely did all the outside. Okay, then there was testimony that there was a buildup between the two of them talking about anal sex before he actually flipped her over and had it with her. Like, it was also discussed and she talked about how it was like something subversive. I can't remember the specific testimony, I don't want to try to put words in her mouth, but they had also had an oral conversation about it prior to doing it. And now the prosecutor has the nerve to bring up the defense of she liked and kissed the area of his behind, but did not insert her tongue. Oh my God, talk about splitting hairs. She goes on to say that her activity in the dressing room doesn't mean it was open season for Russell Brand to do whatever he liked to her later on, calling it a violent and unprotected and anal rape. Okay, if they find him guilty on complainant five, I, I've gotten them this whole thing was a sham absurd ramrod of a show trial. There is no way they can find him guilty of complainant number five. No way, if this is an honest jury, she goes on. The courts reminded that the complainant alleges Brand told her to shower and clean her teeth before the alleged rape that he made her feel grubby, made her feel dirty. She says he had, that she had already showered, but he tried to make her, he wanted her to look pretty. She suggested Brand's request for her to wash may have been about him getting off on the control. There's zero evidence of that. She added the complainant leader told a journalist that when she asked him to stop, Brand told her he, that, that quote, I can't, when I'm like this, going on to tell her, quote, this is x-rated. I want you to feel my semen basically. She said all he cared about was getting his birth right orgasm, a phrase he also used in his autobiography, my bookie wook. She went on to say, he saw complainant as quote, just a whole, just another number to add to his 5,000 notches, which he was marking up. Can I tell you something? I bet she's right. And whose fault was that? Let's not be ridiculous here, people. What woman on earth within seconds of meeting a man and is licking his, you know what? Would be seen as anything other than just a whole, stop it. The absolute infantilization of women is everywhere, and it's absurd. She had agency. She didn't need to be protected. She clearly wanted to get it on with Russell Brand, with whom she was obsessed, whom she idolized by her own telling of it. She did all that by the way while she was cheating on a boyfriend. She really, really wanted to be with Russell Brand. She gave it up orally and vaginally without knowing anything about him. Is it really so hard to believe that when he flipped her over after what she'd done to him and the discussion they had been having around anal sex that she didn't say yes? I just, I don't believe her. I don't believe her. I don't believe one word of what she's saying. The jury is invited to consider some of the details of the alleged incidents that Brand described to the court and the details added since earlier police interviews. The prosecutor said he chose to keep his cards close to the vest until he knew what we knew. The jury was asked to remember that in the case of complainant one brand told the court he only had sex in Bauerna Muth. One time that week we are also reminded that in the case of complainant six, this is the woman he worked with whose crotchia allegedly got too close to with his face while she was giving him a massage that she didn't, she claims she didn't want to give what was told by a coworker she had to do with his shoulders. Brand has since recollected details. He did not previously mention in police interviews, including the use of sex toys. She adds that Brand is adding and creating as he goes along telling the jury in a way that is far more than just memories coming back. So that was it from the prosecution. We will hear the defenses closing arguments on Monday starting at 10.30 in the morning. I'm sure I mean I certainly hope they've got a banger prepared because Russell's in trouble. Russell brand is in some serious, serious trouble and trying all these cases together didn't help either. Okay, we're going to end it on a different note. It's a weird one, but it involves Kristen Bell, the actress Kristen Bell, who is in the news right now for a couple of very bizarre comments she has made about her family and motherhood. First on her, on her husband's podcast is called armchair expert, Dak Shepherd is her husband of, we know him from parenthood, which was a great series, but he's been in lots of things. She made comments on the podcast about the way that Dak Shepherd flirts with her and here it is, up 30. I try to find something really nice on someone and you'll pull out a feature. That's actually one of, that's how I know you're flirting with me a lot. Like if we go to a dinner or something like, there's a couple things Dak's does where he doesn't have to look up and wink at me, but I know that he's just being the best boy. We'll be at dinner and like he'll say to the waiter, waitress, I'll go, wow, you have incredible eyelashes. Gorgeous eyes. Great. Great job. This is a triggering thing. Yeah. But that's flirting with me because he just made someone else feel good because he's going to have zero interaction with it. Let's say it is a girl. He's going to have zero interaction with this girl for the rest of his life. The chances of him ever having another conversation with her are so microscopic, but to me to know that my partner actively smiles at people and gives them compliments that, but you just have such an angel soul. Oh my God, this is very weird. Can you imagine your husband going on and on to some other woman about how beautiful her eyes are? She's stunning. Your eyes with the windows to the soul. I can't get over how deep and meaningful my, the blue shut up. What? I would not appreciate that and I am very confident in my relationship with Dak. But what spouse would enjoy that and consider it flirting with them? What? That is the weirdest, it sounds like this is my own feeling. Dak Shepard likes the attention of other women and knows he can get it if he's over the top complimentary of them. And so he's running around doing this because his wife allows it without objecting. And she's decided to interpret it as flirting with her because it turns her on it. But a nice person he is, for the first time I think these two are not going to make it. They seem like such a cute couple. I now believe in within the next 10 years they'll be divorced. That is not how a committed couple behaves toward one another. It's not. The whole thing's weird. Her reinvention of it suggests she needs to reinvent it for some reason. I don't know why they're doing that with third parties. Then it turns out she's been given a couple of interviews lately. She sat down with bustle, which is like this supposedly like a pro woman kind of website. By the way, Kristen Bell is 46. She recently went on. She discussed the less glamorous side of raising her two daughters, Lincoln 13 and Delta 11. In an interview with bustle, Bell made it clear that being a familiar face on television does not shield her from the pressures of family life. So it's hard. Do not think because I am on your television that it is easy for me. It's brutal. I cry weekly. Wait, what? Cry weekly? Because it's hard to raise an 11 and a 13 year old. What? Okay. She goes on. Bell explained that much of her exhaustion comes from the mental and emotional work involved in raising children, particularly as they navigate puberty. She described the experience as overwhelming, noting that parents can sometimes feel as though their children are the only ones going through difficult phases, quote, "my cognitive labor much like yours is an absolute burnout." There's so much here. Noting that parents can sometimes feel as though their children are the only ones going through difficult phases. What? In other words, we matter to parents, we go through difficult phases too. No one cares. Okay. Literally nobody cares. As between you and your child, who's whether you're having a difficult phase, it is entirely your job to manage your difficulties on your own and not compare them to your child's. Your child's do come first. Unlike you, they're independent. You made them. They didn't ask to be brought into this world. You and your husband did that. And now they are actually and legally a dependent of yours for at least 18 years. And you do have a moral and legal responsibility to place their problems above your own and think about them first. No one cares about your pitching and moaning about how parents have problems to like as between you and your child, like, oh, they don't understand that I have issues too. It's not their job to understand. They don't need to understand. They need to think about their own lives and you need to think about their lives. And you can then think about your life. But this is very strange. It cries weekly. It's brutal. It's hard. Okay. I would love to hear from all of you. I really would because that has not been my experience at all. And I am the first to admit I've had help. So I am a person of privilege, which is just a ridiculous term, but okay, I am. I earned every dollar that I used to pay for that help. But my point is simply, I've had help. If I didn't have a full-time job, I would be doing it on my own. And maybe I'd be saying it's brutal and I'm crying all the time. I don't think so. I think that some parents spend too little time with their children and then their children don't behave well. And then the parents find it brutal and awful and cry all the time and avoid their children, which leads to additional behavioral problems, which leads to the parents wanting to spend even less time with them. And on and on it goes, an ongoing cycle. These are two very successful, very famous Hollywood actresses and actors. She indexed Sheppard and it's a problem. If you don't put in the time, you can see behavioral problems manifest when you're a child. Look, some kids develop behavioral problems even with a present and active parent. Maybe that's what they're going through. But I will tell you that I believe if your child doesn't have some genetic problem or like other problem that he or she was born with, you can absolutely raise a child who will not be making you cry regularly whose relationship with you, you would never describe as brutal or hard whose relationship with you, you would celebrate treasure and dread the physical end of when they go off to college or what have you. Like it's very strange and kind of sad to me to hear a mother talk about her children this way, this negatively. And that energy is going to manifest in your house too. Your child's going to feel it. So it really is something you got to get around and put an end to. There are women online who are completely dragging her saying, we really don't want to hear it because unlike you, we have no money. We have to work two jobs. Yeah, it's fucking hard because we don't have a cleaning lady. We don't have two nannies. We don't have a driver. We don't have all the luxuries that you, Kristen Bell and Dak Sheppard clearly have. We're not movie stars and television stars. And yeah, it's hard. We know and wants to hear about your crying. She thinks it makes her relatable. And instead, it really just makes her look like a brat who can't handle all the luxuries of life that she clearly has. And yes, has been, has been, has earned. She's, she's a worker. But her cognitive labor is an absolute burnout, please, okay, just stop. No one cares about your cognitive labor. Like the truly, there are moms out there working three jobs so that their children can play extracurricular sports who really don't know where their next paycheck is coming from. I refer you back to Walt Z and they really have no time for the problems, the cognitive labor problems of Kristen Bell. There's an issue in this family. I wish them the best of luck. I love all of you. Love your thoughts on it. You can email me as always, Megan at Megan Kelly dot com. And in the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful Halloween this weekend. Stay safe. Watch your kids. Enjoy it. It's fleeting. We have got, we're going to go to a mad dash to get together our puffer fish pumpkin, which requires a lot of finger burns, glue guns and candy corn and also heartburn to keep it away from strudwig brunt or now five year old red English lab. I hope it's a great one for you. We're looking forward to it. Let me know what you're dressing up as too. I was asked by Paul Murray on my Sky News hit, which I do with him weekly. Whether I have any costume suggestions, I would say if you can find a clever way to be Kelly Clarkson with the bird, you will win every costume contest. Or there's always the fallback depending on what you look like of Bianca Sonsori. You just put on like three pairs of nude legs pantyhose and like a sheer thong but like something to give you some modesty and a pillow off your couch. You just hold it in front of you and boom, Bob's your uncle. No attribution necessary. Happy Halloween, have a great weekend, and we will see you in my day. Thanks for listening to The Megan Kelly Show, no BS, no agenda, and no fear.
