She Got Arrested On Financial Audit

The transcript details a domestic conflict between a woman and her boyfriend, who is accused of physical and emotional abuse. The incident begins at a hotel after an argument over footwear and access to a convenience store; the woman, injured and in pain, seeks support, while the boyfriend becomes increasingly aggressive, calling her names and refusing to give her space. After a heated exchange, the woman claims she punches the boyfriend in the face five times in response to repeated insults, prompting a police call—though the boyfriend asserts he only wanted to de-escalate. The boyfriend is later seen pushing the woman twice, including once causing her to fall onto a painted pumpkin, which she says triggered her actions. The woman is subsequently arrested and jailed, while the boyfriend claims he never intended to harm her. Both parties express deep frustration with the lack of communication and emotional support in the relationship. The narrative highlights a pattern of abuse, with the boyfriend's behavior being described as consistently hostile and manipulative. The host, through a financial audit context, emphasizes the need for accountability, emotional growth, and personal boundaries. Financial tools like budgeting apps are promoted as part of personal empowerment, tying financial independence to emotional well-being. The situation ends with a call for transparency, as both parties acknowledge the relationship is breaking down and the need to confront the truth—especially regarding the woman’s claims of abuse and the boyfriend’s role in escalating the conflict.

You could've just been dating six months and you've given her a concussion. - That happened twice, that wasn't the twice in one act. - I just launched my brand new cookbook, just pack a sandwich. Actually, I'll wait. - Okay, so right now, my alarm's going off for the fire alarm for the. (phone ringing) - The hotel? - Yeah. (phone ringing) - You know? (phone ringing) - What? - Why? - For putting your hands on me. (phone ringing) (phone ringing) - Okay. - What? (phone ringing) (phone ringing) (phone ringing) (phone ringing) - Yeah, she's in jail. Because, uh, where do I start? - So, she punched me in the face multiple times. Uh, more of a story. She's in jail. (phone ringing) (phone ringing) - Uh, and what's this? When you guys got to the hotel? (phone ringing) - Uh, not long after that. She brought one pair of shoes. Her people at the left side, we walked to the 7-11. - Right. - And, you know, I was trying to be supportive of her. Eventually, we got into it. I'm like, I'm just going back to the hotel. You know, I'll meet you back there whenever you decide to come back. Because she was, we were at the gas station for 30 minutes, comfortably, you know what I mean? - Right. - And she was not willing to walk back. She was like, I'm going to get a taxi. Whatever, you know what I mean? There's been so much going on in there. Hey. - I know. - Just feel stressed. - I know. - It's been so much in the last few hours. - I can't imagine. I'm so sorry. - It's not your fault. I'm just-- - I know. - I do not know what the fuck to do at all right now. I'm kind of like just, just everything that's happened. It's not on me, you know what I mean? At all. It's not my fault. I've been supportive regardless. When we were at the gas station, I went to the, uh, the clerk and was like, hey, do you have any like bandages or anything? Or like, gauze, I can like get for her, you know? - Right. - And support for her. - Right. - And, um, whatever. So she's just not very aware of it. She's in pain. I offered to go to the store alone. You didn't want to do that. You wanted to go with-- When I went back up to the room, she's like, I don't want you here. I'm going to call the cops if you don't leave. It's like, well, what have I done wrong? Like, why are you going to call the cops? You know what I mean? Like, I literally don't have that review. So you're going to call the cops and have me see. Like, I have my name on this room too, you know what I mean? I have my hand on you. I haven't raised my voice to you. You're just mad at me. - Right. - So she pretends to get on the phone and call the cops. And then after that, I'm like, well, like, I called her retarded one time. One time, she was probably going to say five, but I said, well, you're retarded. Like, I said it one time. And then after that, like, I got punched on the face. Five times. - Five times, you punched you in the face? - Five times. And I'm like, all right, I'm calling the cops now. Like, you want to call the cops on me? I'm calling the cops. So I end up calling the cops. And the cops come and they end up taking her. And I'm the one that's, you know what I mean? Like, the victim in the situation. She's getting cuffs and she's now in jail. - Do you know what jail she's at? - She's at the Austin jail. - Okay. - And like I said, I'm so sorry for everything. This wasn't my intention. It was more like, you know what I mean? Like, if you're gonna call the cops on me for nothing, then I'm gonna call the cops on you for something else. - Here's the thing, sweetie. I want to make this work. Like, let's get her out. - Yeah. - And I will, we have to film. (mouse clicking) - So Chad, at this point, you have seen the phone calls that have been happening. Now we think we figured out a way to get to her out of jail for free, surprisingly. So we are gonna go pick up, is it her husband or boyfriend? - It's her boyfriend, it's her boyfriend. - I always say I go unblind, and that's relatively true. I knew nothing about them other than she got arrested. So we're gonna go pick him up and then go to the jail. - We're gonna go to the jail and pick her up when she's released. We don't know when she'll be released. I was given a timeframe with a two hour window, allegedly. - So welcome to financial, it goes to jail. - Yeah. - Financial all that lives. - Onside, buddy. - It's happening. - Onside, we left the desk for what? - Well, we've been chasing him down recently. - That's true. - I did ask me to do that. - Shout out to the TikToks taking our contact. - Actually, that comes out around Christmas, so you'll see that. - Well, you did it for a push-up. - Yeah, but that other one was very different. - Okay, time to go to jail. Let's go to jail. - Chat, we are on our way. Halloween candy in hand. - We should pant to the other fat ass. He knew who I was talking about. Look at him go. - Well, we're building you eating candy. - Nice of you. - Nice of you. - You're a master. - You're a master. - And you're not? - I'm not eating any. - Comparatively, no. - No, because you didn't grow past five, four. Remember when you called Togia dumbass for bailing people out of jail? And now we're here. - We're not bailing out. - She got personal bond. So technically, technically, we're not bailing her up, but we are helping by picking her up. We changed their travel. We are helping. We are contributing to a criminal right now. - What's this lawyer that we were talking to? Did he like help her? - I don't, he checked in and gave me information as to what was going on and he was very helpful. Best in the business. - Best in the business. - Yep. - Big fan. - Yep. - I come bearing cameras, my friend. But you're gonna meet you. I come bearing friends. - What is going on, sir? - Hey, little hammers here. - What is happening? How you doing? - I'm a little hot man, a little hot man. - I'm mad. So. - Sounds like you've got a little, a little, a little touched with fists. - Yeah. Luckily, no marks, though. Just a, just a fist time. - Good luck. - Though this time. - This time, yeah. - There have been others. - I have a feeling we're gonna learn more about that, pretty soon, huh? I know what you could say, not a single answer, but it's happened quite a few times now. Wow. - Yeah. - Dude, I don't even know. - I'm, how do you feel about the fact that she got arrested? We're about to go get her out of jail right now. - It's stupid. - Honestly, the whole thing's stupid. But, now what can you do? - The cops are up here to this hotel? - Yeah. - Oh, good fuck. - Yep. - Jeez. - Yep, I had to deal with that for basically all night, and making calls, and I had got like three hours of sleep, so. - No. - Is this her first time getting arrested for domestic abuse? - Yeah. - She's got arrested for unrelated stuff. I wanna, she lost her license and got arrested for, oh, you, I, um, and I wanna say another thing, I just don't know exactly. - Oh, you, I, out, operating under the influence, yeah. - Oh, we'll learn. - We'll learn. All right, well, I say we go get her. - Yeah. - She's at the 7-11, but I have the address. - She's out. - Yeah, she's out. - Yeah. - Oh, is that what happened? - She must, I, 20 minutes ago? - Yeah, she's out. - Oh, what the fuck? - Yeah. - You talked to her? - I had just called her. Her mom called me and told me that she got out, and I messaged her and I said, more coming to get you, stay put, so she ended up wanting to set up. - So she just walked out of jail down to a 7-11, and that's where she's hanging out? - Yeah. - Does she know you're coming to get her? - Yeah. - Does she know we're coming to get her? - I said the production crew, so I don't know. - We are the production crew, and don't. - Okay. - The next thing she hears will be-- - It's been very long. - Us. - We haven't really talked at all, really. - Okay. - You know. - We're gonna keep you guys relatively separated. I think, right? - Yeah. - Until, pretty much until show time. - Yeah. - I think-- - We want a film today. - Today? - Yeah. - Okay. - So-- - We're ready, baby. - I know, you and I have talked about this. You want to film this. I think we kind of have to do it today. - Yeah. - That's the reality, 'cause I need the real story to know what's going on in your life. If you guys sit overnight, all of a sudden start talking, we start gaslighting. I don't know what she's gonna do. I need this, and things might happen again. I need it fresh. Okay, let's go get her. Let's go. Oh, there goes the place. Oh, fuck, oh, fuck, oh, fuck. Where they watching her seen where she's done afterwards? No, not in this town. This is I know where the jail is. I use some I've eaten breakfast near it multiple times This is a weird spot for her to end up She doesn't know what part of her so Travis County Facilities Management is here. You think she's getting a oh there is a police car here literally The police stop rocket. I wouldn't happen. That's weird. Ah, yes. You do look like you just crawled out of a dumpster How we cans from the prison food? Yeah, I actually can eat any of the prison food. There's just bread and sliced cheese Okay What is going on here guys? You do? Well, I don't know if that's gonna happen Was this her stuff her stuff that got handed you when she got put in jail. Yeah, oh meds I'm glad to see you off meds. I'm sure that works really well So how do you feel seeing her for the first time since she beat you in the face and got arrested in thrown in jail for the night? And it's I mean, I'm happy to see her and Alive I guess Okay, yeah, I don't know. It's it's kind of weird. I'm not gonna. Why I don't know just I don't know where we stand right now If she wants to be with me if she doesn't if how are you feeling creature? You know, no, you just got out of jail. You know, why cuz you beat this man in the ass and it's face How do you not know how you feel I think you would have some feelings. You're clearly someone that has feelings How does he treat you like shit like shit all the time? So that's an excuse to abuse someone. No, no excuse. I think it's never okay. Hey, he's never okay says the hitter. Yeah, how many hits did you land? It was five You guys were supposed to fly down here come on my show this morning at 11. It is what five four something like that? Cuz you got locked up We need to take this to the studio and I need to learn what's going on Cuz you're clearly fucked up or this man's a complete piece of shit and I have no idea what's going on But we need to get to the bottom of it healthy mixture. We'll find out. Let's go back to the studio Who's the first people you called what happened last night once she got arrested? So the first person I called was I believe her mom Wow, yeah, what did her mom say her mom was not a crest. Oh, oh Yeah, well, no shit. Who was she pissed at you or her? Mainly her, but she was a little disappointed at me call on the boss, but not you know She understood, but just you she wished that something else happened, but you know, I When you get pushed to this boy next time How far is the jail from that 7-Eleven? It's like a 10 minute walk, but I didn't have the shoes have been cutting into my feet So I which is why him and I got into an argument in the first place is because my feet are all blistered and he was calling me a bitch Like a pussy saying I should just You know stop complaining about it basically. So now obviously we do want to hear her side So once we get into the whole dispute. I want to go I want to hear from both of you together. I don't want to just get your side now So we're going to get into that once we're sitting down at the main set, but Let's go in through your head right now. I want to know about the whole situation that has happened because you guys just came down here to film a Show it came down here to show you we're not expecting a whole WWE thing going on No There's a lot going through my mind Mainly just making sure that she gets you know To the hotel safely Stress like just I don't know it's gonna happen between us Hopefully you know she can get some help Because I think she needs it. What kind of help does she need I met all how it happened within two hours of us landing Like we got we landed and got to the hotel We weren't we weren't able to check in until like four a.m. Or yeah, yeah, we landed at like 12 p.m. noon We're unable to check in until four so we had to just kind of put around and find stuff to do So we ended up walking to the store to go and get some drinks and try to get some bandages for my feet because my feet have been Blistering since the airport in Philadelphia So yeah, we walked to this close the store we could find I didn't want him going by himself because in times past He's gone to the store to get stuff for me and then if he can't find what he's looking for He'll either come back empty handed or I mean I like I get it He's grabbing what he thinks is like helpful, but like I just would like to go and see for myself what they have I guess I don't know. I'm a bitch. I know it, but I wanted to just go and see what they had just in case they did have what I needed and he missed it or something I don't know so I wanted to go But I was not walking very fast because my feet were in pain and he was having a very hard time about it He was not happy and just I don't know turned into this whole thing. It's just a random mental health Make you lay five punches into your man. I Mean it shouldn't know. No, I don't think so and if it does that person needs to be locked up because they're too dangerous to be kept on the streets and Then he started calling me retarded over and over and over again And he knows how I feel about that. We've had conversations in times past where I Don't like to be called names like that. Like I just I don't call me a bitch. Sure. Don't call me a retard I don't want to be called that. Don't like to be called that. I don't think any person likes to be called that And after I don't know the fifth time of him calling me retarded. I got up and I punched him Now she's getting let out for free Isn't that a little fucked up something that's literally just beating I Mean sort of see B locked up Well, no, you don't just get to assault people that is it's an interesting thing I have some anger issues in the mix Which he knows about but he still likes to tap dance on those lines and It's all Upset once I've reached the line and I go I don't even know I don't I guess I in the victim, but I don't I still feel more for her safety that you know, my own What emotion do you think you're gonna feel when you see her right now? sadness Why sad a little bit of frustration Just because I I feel like after this whole thing it is gonna be the end Really I think this is the end we're having a conversation about the end. That's what we're walking into I've been asking for the longest time for a better communication from him because if he wants to make this relationship work He needs to be able to communicate and tell me what he wants and tell me what he needs and Shit like that. He just he doesn't and then he expects me to read his mind and then when I can't he gets pissed at me and throws this whole Huffy puffy fit about He doesn't I don't even know one last one's the fact that he didn't feel loved enough But you don't I don't know dude. You don't think this stuff isn't like normal I don't want to do it like this forever and she's wanting me to make changes Oh, I'm sure I'll hear about those. I think that he's gonna say whatever is gonna make him look the best Because of the fact that it's being put online He's very like He's very much gonna be Well in favor of making himself look great. I personally don't care. I know I'm a piece of shit. So whatever. How long have y'all been together? About six months. This is a new relationship. Yeah. What the fuck but when did you first meet? Okay, and how old is your son? My son is like you're gonna have there we go. This is all kid. Yeah. Oh, okay So do that math Brandon? Yeah, okay. We've been talking hanging out for a while now, but we haven't Officially dated until six months ago him and I have had fights like this before where he has even agreed that he pushed it way too far and he knows that he could have avoided it had he just stopped arguing and given the space that's being asked for But he wouldn't he wouldn't give me space He wouldn't stop. He just come and kept coming at me verbally, but so Six months relationship coming to an end of you guys's finances together am I doing a financial audit if you guys combine them? braiding you guys what the fuck am I doing? - I mean, we don't share a bank account or anything. We don't share any finances. We kinda just 50/50 of his best account. - So I'm gonna have to make this pretty independent from each other, especially if it's going in the direction that you're thinking. But the thing is, are you thinking of breaking up with her or is she over it and breaking up with you? - I mean, I don't want to, but I feel like it's just gotten to that point. - At this point, I can't really do what we did and expect it to still be in a relationship. I guess after as many times it's happening so far, I just feel like that is what's gonna happen. - This is not the first time that this has happened. It's happened multiple times where he sits there and calls me names and sits there and treats me like I'm the scum between his toes basically. And then when I finally snap because I've had enough of it, then he goes and cries wolf, and then I'm the ****ing bad guy. It just pisses me off. He's allowed to treat me however he wants to treat me and I just have to be okay with it. - Now here's the reality. Right now you're very much coming across as the victim and accurately so from what I know so far, but I go into these lacking knowledge and that's so I can kinda go on the ride with the audience. The thing is, as a historical thing on financial audit, many people that come in as the victims once we learn the full story, many times aren't. Or they're actually the aggressor or something. - He's not putting any effort into trying to make the mental aspect of this relationship any better and he knows that, he knows what he's doing. - I mean, I have never laid my hands on her. I hardly raised my voice in her. I am not the one that gets physical and will come to fine. - Well, we'll see what she says. - Absolutely. (clock ticking) - Guys, what the actual, what are we doing? We're filming this late at night, which is the absolute opposite of what we normally do. The audience already has context. Even honestly more context than I have 'cause there's been a phone call, there's been these things. I haven't been in the car with you. I haven't had the chance to talk to you yet. I do not know what's going on. I've kinda gone this guy's side of the story, but here's the reality. I'll get you jobs, I'll get you income, I'll get all that figured out. But there's obviously more pressing issues that weren't the actual topic of the financial audit that happened last night. What the fuck happened? I haven't heard your side, maybe I should hear that. - Well, we got into an argument. - An argument? - Yeah, that's where it started, was an argument. - What? - What the fuck possibly? - I don't know, we were stressed out from the whole like playing and everything and we could get back to Austin and then the hotel. - I don't know how to play. - Not a hotel. - That's a long one, I do. Yeah, but like we get back to Austin and we couldn't check into the hotel until four so we had to walk around and like to find stuff to do for a few hours. - Wow, sounds like you'd traveled somewhere. - Yeah, that's what happened. So, I don't know, at the Philadelphia Airport, the shoes that I have on is the only shoes that I brought 'cause I'm a dumbass and I didn't bring better shoes. - Okay, I kind of like, not flip-flops, but not standard shoes kind of in the middle. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Okay. - Yeah, there's like weird shoes. They cut my feet up all to shit and I-- - Good choice to wear them, I guess. - Well, I did, I don't know. He always gives me shit about my shoe choices and says I like, he says I don't have the shoes to wear to whatever the fuck we're doing. - Is this considered a good outfit? - This? - Situation. - Well, I had a better outfit in mind for filming, but-- - Doesn't it feel good? - Ah, yeah. - But then something happened. - Okay, so what, you were a little irritated. - Well, we ended up walking to the store to get some drinks and some snacks and stuff and I wanted to try to see if they had some bandages or something I could wrap my feet up with, but he offered to walk to the store by himself, which I appreciate, but I wanted to see for myself what they had there because I didn't know if they were gonna have just bandages or if they would have ace wrapping or like I didn't know what they would have so I wanted to go and see for myself. And so we were walking, he was getting upset because I was crying 'cause my feet hurt and it just-- - Why are you getting upset that she was crying, bro? Dude, why are you getting upset? - I'm upset because I offered to go to the store for her 'cause I knew she was in pain, so I'm frustrated because well, she's sitting there crying next to me when I offered to go to the store for her. - Not horribly unfair, I guess. He didn't say he'd go for ya. - Yeah, I just in times past, he's gone to the store for me and if they like, whether they didn't have what I needed or he didn't find it, I don't like, he would just come back with like what I didn't need so I just would have felt better seeing it for myself, I guess. - Yes, suck with money, so you download a budgeting app. - You start with the classic one, why not? But everyone just elites it because it's way too complicated to use. So you go to every dollar, that's Dave Ramsey, the personal finance guy, right? Well, they're gonna force you to use it his way. That's not very personal finances. Rock 'em money, they got a lot of commercials but they're owned by rocket mortgage, guess what they wanna sell you in the end. And there's the new guy on the block, Monarch. Hundreds and millions of dollars to private equity raising so far. But private equity doesn't have the best track record when it comes to private data. That's why I like dollar-wise, built by these people just like you, four people just like you. No private equity, no gimmicks, just the best budgeting app there is. What did he do? - Well, when we got to the store, I bought the bandages and I bought some beat boxes. I was just like alcohol. - What? - Oh, yeah. - Yeah, they're like beat box little box wine things. - Sure. - I bought a few of those and then I went outside to the like beside the 7-Eleven to try to wrap my feet up to make them feel better. And he was getting upset because I was taking too long and he wanted to just get back to town. - What do you mean he was getting upset? What does upset look like? What's upset? - He was giving me shit. Like he was like, like oh, you're taking too long. We need to just get back to the hotel. We need to get back. Like this is-- - I'm starting to write. I don't think I said it like that. I was just like, well, we don't need to be chilling outside a rain of gas station. Can we just go back to the hotel as quickly as possible. But we sat there for about 25 minutes, comfortably. - Well, 'cause it wouldn't have taken that long if the bandages would have like worked, but they weren't really working. So I had to go back inside and try to get some washcloths that they had. They didn't have anything. - Okay. - So they gave me washcloths so I wrapped my feet up on those and then I just started walking. But he was getting upset because I was taking too long putting the bandages on, but they weren't sticking. So like I was trying to get them to stick. Like the blisters I have are bad. Like they just-- - It's like an uncomfortable situation when we just-- Okay, we get the bandages, let's super back. What are we doing? What the fuck is wrong with you guys? - I was pissy with him 'cause he was getting mad at me 'cause I was hurt or whatever. So we ended up walking back to the hotel on our own. Like he walked back on his own. - You separated from the fucking convenience store. - Yes. - I think you guys are kind of under selling this. The fact that you guys were already separated at that point. - Just because you guys were a little pissy or whatever you said-- - He had started walking back to the hotel while I was putting the bandages on my feet. Like I wasn't about to just get up and start walking while I'm like mid-bandaging my feet. Like I wanted to finish what I was doing before I got up and started walking because my feet hurt. And he left. So I was like-- - I just left them. I went across the road. I didn't leave her. She was still in my view. - That is bullshit. I could not see where you were at. I was literally sitting on the side of the building. I couldn't see if you were across the road. How can I see you from where I was sitting? Like I was literally on the side of the building by the dumpsters. The road was like on the other side of the building. - Why didn't you make an effort to start walking? - My feet, I was trying to bandage them. - Well, I get that. - And why did you walk away? Why didn't you just stand around for a minute and just-- - I don't know. - I was standing around for a minute. I was trying to be helpful, but clearly that's-- - But you had a timeline on it. - Clearly that's not good enough. I was trying to be helpful. I just wanted to get back to the hotel because we were, like I said, sitting out beside a gas station. I feel like this whole thing could have been avoided if he would have just let me be at finished bandaging my feet and just like, you know, we could have walked back and I wouldn't have been a problem. - You guys are just kind of unkind to each other. So what the f*** happened? Okay, he got to the hotel. I don't think bandages are why we are where we are. - You know, that was the start. This is how all of our arguments start. As they always started something really small and really stupid. And then it's always a mixture of like lack of communication and I get frustrated quickly, which I'm aware of, but like he's also aware of this. So he could be a little bit more, you know, formative on how he words things. He could be a little bit better about thinking about what he's saying before he says it to me. He doesn't have to sit there and just be rude all the time. - And what's being rude is he like berating you? - Yes, like he'll sit there and like it's, I don't know how to describe it aside from like, it's- - I'm gonna need you to be able to describe it, 'cause I know what you're telling me- - I'm trying to think- - He'll just sit there and like just, I don't, like, I don't know, like he- - That's not gonna work. - I'm having a hard time. - I don't know what you did to him. You know where the story ends, that's not gonna work. I'm gonna need to know what the f*** this guy did. - Well, okay, so let me just finish. We walked separately back to the hotel. He hangs out down by the pool. I ended up getting a hold of one of the producers here to get into the room, so I got up into the room and I was trying to just keep space separate so that we could try to calm down. He comes up from the pool and immediately starts asking me, like what do you wanna do? Or do you even wanna be with me, like what are we doing? Like, I don't even wanna do this show anymore. Like, this is stupid, like, just this whole thing. And I'm like, I don't wanna do this right now. Like, I'm frustrated. I would like to just have some space or whatever. He goes into the shower. He's, I don't remember how it exactly escalated to this, but it turned into like, we're asking each other to leave. Like, I wanted him to just go down by the pool for a few more hours, just so I have space or something. - You've threatened to call the cops on me. - For what? - Nothing. She just wanted me out of the room. - Whoa, okay, hold on. Having a little space isn't necessarily unhealthy or bad. Calling the cop, 'cause he wasn't giving you spaces, crazy. - No, I didn't threaten to call the cops on him. - Okay. - Okay. - What, what do you mean? - I don't know how to discreet, it's like, I'm very, I don't know, I'm flustered right now. Like, it was, it was very confusing. Just the whole, the whole way, the thing came out, I guess. I don't know, like. - What? - I don't know. - What the fuck are you talking about? - I don't know. I don't know. I did not threaten to call the cops on him. I told him that if, like, if this is gonna continue to escalate into a full blown argument, then I would like to have some space. And if the cops have to get called, then it will happen. - Is that true? - I did not threaten to call the cops on him in that moment. I had my phone in my hand the whole time. Like, when you walked in the room, my phone was in my hand. - You picked up the phone in the room and were pretending like you were gonna call the cops. - I picked up the phone. - Yeah. - Did I press any numbers? - No, I didn't, like, I picked up the phone. That was literally, I didn't threaten to call the cops. - That's enough of a threat for me to be like, well, what, like. - Okay. So then you turn it around and you start calling me retarded over and over and over again. - You were being retarded. - Okay. - Yeah. - This is what happens. He sits there and he calls my names. He'll sit there and just-- - Were you being-- - I don't know. Well, I don't know what his version of being retarded me. Like, I was trying to, I was asking him for space. I wanted him to just leave me alone for a little bit. - What's her being-- - The way she acts sometimes, she just, quite literally does not listen to any reason. - What? - Guys, I need information here. - Okay. - For example, even before going to the store, I was like, hey, can you put some socks on your feet? And we end up going to the store, like she said, and they give her a towel, like a microfiber towel, which is essentially no different than a pair of socks. - Yeah, and my feet still barely fit. - That's her being-- - Well, I mean, she chooses to do retarded stuff sometimes. - The socks when I wear the socks, they don't, like, my shoes don't fit, my feet don't fit in these shoes. So I just don't, I didn't even pack socks because I just didn't have, they don't fit when I wear the socks. - Guys, I'm gonna fuse. - I didn't even pack socks. - So she picked up the phone and you thought that was threatening to call the cops or something, I guess? - Well, no, she had stated that she said, I'm gonna call the cops, if you don't-- - No, I said, if this is gonna turn into a full-blown, bullshit argument thing, then, yeah, I would, I will call somebody, like, I want some space. - Well, where the, do I have to go? - Down to the pool, where you're heading out before, you were arguing down there. When I went down there to grab my bag, because he grabbed all of the bags and everything from behind the counter, 'cause we couldn't check into the hotel, where our bags were back there. He grabbed my bag, so I went down there after I checked into the room to grab my bag, to grab my phone charger and stuff, 'cause my phone was at a one, I wanted my stuff. I go down there, grab my bag, he gets all pissed off, 'cause I grabbed my shit, and then follows me back up there. - I followed you up, because I had the charger in my bag, and I knew that's why you came down. - Okay, but you couldn't have just handed me the charger, you didn't have to come up and sit there and be like, "Oh, do you even want to be with me?" Why, like, what are we even doing here? I don't even want to do the show anymore, this is stupid. - I mean, it's a valid question when all we do is fight. - Yeah, but at least have some clothes on while you're doing it. You're literally standing there, but I was naked yelling at me, like, calling me retarded. It's aggravating, it's aggravating, and then while I was gone, you took the alcohol that I bought, you drank two of them, and then I had to-- - Are you guys dating? - Yes. - Are you guys not allowed to share what you purchased food and beverages? - No, this is all like a whole thing between him and I back home, too, is like a quality for him, like if-- - Yeah, I like feeling like things are fair. I didn't think that was a bad thing. - So you took that? - What? You're not allowed to drink-- Is he not allowed to drink-- - Wow, I don't care if he drinks, but he could have taken his drinks. He didn't have to take mine. - Okay, so he brought up your charger, and you threatened to call the cops? - I didn't threaten. I told him if this was going to turn into a big escape-- - Okay. - A dish in-- - A dish in-- - Well, it did, after-- - What? So what happened? - He sat there and called me names, like over and over and over and over, like retarded, over and over and over. - Are you? - No, I'm not, and I don't like when he calls me that. - You sure about that? You sure about that? - We just did on the show. - I, yeah, and won't come. Like I, I don't, I don't know, I don't like being called retarded. I don't like it because it's just-- - Do you know it's true? - It's not true, it's just-- - Is it not? - I don't think it's true, I don't feel-- - I'm gonna find out. - Okay, that's fine. I don't feel like-- - Is it true? I mean, I think she can be retarded sometimes. - Okay, not so shared statement. - Yeah, I can too, but, like, you gotta rest it in Texas. Like, what are we doing right now? - We can call the cops. - Okay, so we started calling your names, what happened? - I got up and I told, I'm like, like, are you gonna keep calling me a retard? Because you know, he knows that I get to like these points where I will snap. I don't like to be called names over and over and over again. He knows this, this has happened on multiple occasions where he will sit there and belittle me, treat me like dog shit. - Why was he belittling you? - Why were you belittling her? - I wasn't belittling her. - No, that's a matter of opinion. - I don't feel like I was. - What do you mean, what were you doing? - I came up to the room because like I said, I know she needed a charger. I knew that's why she grabbed the bag. I went into the shower and like, as she said, I asked her if she even wants to do this anymore, if she wants to be with me. Or-- - What? - You went and brought a charger. It got slightly, he didn't, and you're like, "Get me one of those, are we, should we even be together?" - He could have just handed me the charger. - He could have just handed me the charger and like-- - Where is he? - He didn't have to say anything. He could have just handed me the charger, gone and taken a shower, like no words had to have been exchanged. It's the fact that he had to come in there with a problem while I'm trying to like deescalate. I have anger issues and-- - So you were trying to deescalate? - Yeah, I met him. - You were the deescalator. So he was calling your names. What'd you do to deescalate? - Well, once he started calling me names, I was kind of far gone past the point of deescalating. I was-- - So what? - I got frustrated and I got up and went over to him. I asked me again, he called me and we were tired. And he's like, yes, and he called me and we were tired more and then I started swinging. - Oh, the hunger abused me. - He didn't, bro, abused me. - The hunger I met for domestic buying names. - Swinging. - Yeah, I wasn't looking. - What does swinging mean? What happened? - He was standing in front of me and calling me and we were tired and I just started throwing bands. 'Cause I don't know. No amount of words go through. - He was throwing with you. - No amount of words go through his head. Like his skull is this thick. Like there's no words that go through his head. - How do we get to violence? - Because of the solution. - I don't know. - What, you guys were arguing. - We were arguing because he came up there and started giving me shit. For no reason, he could have just left me alone for a little bit. - Yeah, maybe he was a bad person, but in the end, I think the one that throws the punches ends up being the villain. - Yeah. - The thing is, you could have had him be the villain, but you just had to go five steps further. - Which, it seems to always be the case if we get into-- - Always. - Always. - It's not always the case. - I mean, have I put my hands on you? - Yeah, for what reason? - Tell me, what reason? - What reason? - What hands did he put on you? 'Cause earlier, he told me he never has. - Well. - That's what he told me in front of the hotel. - And if you like, I don't know, like a month ago, where, like, I did, I slapped his arm first, but like again, he was calling me retarded over and over and over again. And I cannot, I don't like, he knows that I don't like when he does this. He calls me retarded over and over and over again. He knows how I feel about this. Yet he does it anyway. I go in the shower. I slapped him on the arm. And yes. - You ripped the curtain down completely while I was in the shower. You ripped the-- - Yeah, I paid for the curtain. I paid for the apartment. - It doesn't matter. - I ripped the curtain down if I want to. I don't give a shit. I didn't touch you at that point, but you still sat there and berated me. Berated me over and over and over again. Like. - Okay. - Okay. - And I was just trying to shower and you come in there and-- - But why not just shower silently? Why can't you shower in peace and quiet? Why do you have to sit there and run your flaps while you're in the shower? - I mean, I didn't think I was. - Do you even remember what happened during that argument at all? - What during the argument? I remember what happened during it. I don't really know what started it. - What happened? - I slapped him and then he got out of the shower and pushed me really hard. And then I got-- - What did it just push you really hard? - What's that mean? - Like he pushed me really hard. - You fell over? - Yes. This is what I was-- - And that happened twice. That wasn't the first time that he pushed me. He pushed me over really hard. The first time that he pushed me, I fell back onto my son's pumpkin that we had just painted. - Do you guys have a kid together? - Yes, I have a one and a half year old. He wasn't even in my one and a half year old's life for the first year of it. - Wait, you have one. You guys own together. - Well, he is the father. But like, I was the one that was taking care of the baby for well over a year. He wasn't there. - How long have you guys been together? - I was actually told by your cousin which I thought was legitimate that they were frustrated with you because you wouldn't let me in his life when he was young is what they were saying. So I was like, oh, really? Because all those times that I texted you and said, hey, do you want to come and meet the baby? - No, I'm sick. I don't want to get the baby sick. - Okay, I get, I wasn't the best father. - Okay, so you want to sit there and act like I try to keep you out of the baby's life. When I actively message you, it's not my fucking joke to make you be a dad. - It is not my job. - Did I ever say that? - And this isn't even your first kid. So you should know by now, being 33 years old, that you have responsibilities such as a pile. - I get that. - And when you go ahead, not in somebody, and you wanna get them pregnant, you need to be there for that baby. - You're right. - And I don't sit there and go and use the whole-- - No, I'm depressed all the time. I don't, whatever the fuck excuses you use to not be around, sitting there saying your mental health was bad or whatever the fuck. No matter how bad my mental health was, I showed up for that kid. I showed up for him. - Every fucking day. - You wouldn't-- - I was not a, I won't sit here and say that. I was the perfect parent because I know that I wasn't. I had issues, I was drinking still like, I know I had my problems. But I was there. - So what's up with your cousin telling me that they're mad at you because you wouldn't let me-- - I don't even know what the fuck you're talking about. - Neither do I. It was news to me last night that go, yeah, we're mad at you for not letting me in his life when he was younger. - But you know that's bullshit because-- - I don't know that's bullshit. - How do you not know that's bullshit when I asked you when he was younger if he would come and see him and you would give me excuses every fucking time? - You told me in the first few months of his life that he wasn't gonna leave anyway. I couldn't basically go-- - Because you wanted me to sit there and go to your family's house who I don't not mind you. He got, we got pregnant off of like a one night stand. We were strangers for like a long time. - How have you guys been together? - Since March May, around that time, spring time this year. - This year. - The kids a year and a half old? - Yeah. - Again, I got pregnant. - Wait, you guys have been together six months? - Yeah, I got pregnant off of one night stand. We met off of Facebook dating. Like, and it was, yeah, it was like a one night stand situation. - What the, and you say he has other kids? - Yes. - How many, and ages? - Two others. - Ages. - 12 and eight. - Are you in their lives? - No. - Party. So, that was crazy gasoline and I almost saw there that you said her cousins were telling you that she wouldn't let you in their life. - I lived with-- - I lived with-- - And then you fully admitted that she texted you to go see, and they're not old. - The first two months, which he's talking about, the first two months that I lived with my cousins. I was there, and I asked him, hey, if you want to meet the baby, that's perfectly fine, but you're gonna have to come here, because I'm freshly postpartum. I'm bleeding everywhere. Like, I don't feel good. I feel fat. I feel gross. I'm not gonna go anywhere. Like, freshly postpartum, I just did not feel good. I was still just not. Any postpartum mother will tell you two months out of postpartum is not gonna be going around. - I'm sure it doesn't feel the best. I know hormones and whatnot. - Yeah, so like-- - The thing is, they didn't even know he was the dad. - Yes. - Yeah, since I found out that I was pregnant and I went back, like, anything-- - Are you having sex with other people? - Not at that time. No, it was like, I-- - What do you think? What's your confidence level seeing the kid? - I'll be honest, the producers type to me. They see, they've had the picture of the kid and it doesn't look anything like him. - Well, I'm willing to do a DNA test, that's fine. - Yeah, I think that should be a mandatory post show thing. - Yeah. - So we've done two post show paternity tests. One was the father. One was not. We're at a 50/50 rate right now. That's where we stand. And I'm feeling, is she a whore? - I don't really know. I'd like to say no, but-- - Were you pouring around? - At that time, I was kind of sleeping around, but at the time frame that I got pregnant at, like that month that I got pregnant at, I was only hanging out with him. I was only hanging out with him. - Uh-huh. - So-- - Right. We'll do the post show. - Okay. - Well, that's in so. What was the other girl? And he was not the father. We know how people like you work. And it was a one night stand, you said. So, it's not one night stand if you're hanging out for a whole month. - Well, right, I guess, yeah. We saw the other a few times. - A couple times. - Yeah, this is not making sense. - And also the other person-- - And the kid just not looking related to you at all. You know that, right? - You don't think so. - No, nobody thinks so. They've all seen the kid. - Okay. - Well, I guess we got to do a DNA test at this point and figure out what the reality of it is. - Okay. - So what did she do to you specifically last night? What ended up happening to have you call the cops? - Um, ultimately I go up to the room like she said after the pool and I was going to hop in the shower. I questioned her about, you know, where do we stand, essentially. - It wasn't like a light questioning though. It was the way he doesn't seem to understand that tone has a big effect on like what you say to people. And when he's coming at me with a very intense tone, it's not gonna be taken lightly. Like it's not gonna be taken as a light hearted, genuine question when he's sitting there snapping at me. And he seems to have no regard for like, how tone affects conversation. - Uh-huh. - Essentially what did she do? - Okay, I was going to get in the shower. I questioned her. Things got heated pretty quick. She broke my headphones. She smashed those on the ground. - You can immediately left that out. - I actually forgot about that part, but yes, I did. I didn't break that phone. - I believe just over 12 hours ago, by the way, this event. - So forgetting? Okay, so she bashed your headphones, okay. - After that, she was pretty pissed off still. She came over to me and started punching me because I wouldn't leave. - Yeah, but what were the punches? Like I want to know what actually happened to lead to an arrest. - I don't know, he's calling me. Right, started throwing punches. He said-- - Did she land any hits? - She did, yeah. - Where? - Right here in the cheek. - She got me on the back of the head, which I was sure today. I think she landed my career. - Did he deserve it? - In my mind, yes, but that's a matter of opinion. - And then you called the cops her after that? - Yeah. - But the part that I don't understand is when he called the cops, he called the cops. He didn't want me to get arrested. That's why he was telling all the officers, I don't want her going to jail. I just want somebody to come and talk to her. - But you just threw five, you landed, five punches. - I know that, that's why I'm saying, when you call the police, you can't call the police, expecting nobody to get arrested. That's not how that works. So he calls the police, not wanting me to get arrested. And then I get arrested, that just, I don't, it just caused a lot of stress when I didn't need to. - I haven't, I haven't gone to jail. I don't know how this works. - But I was telling you, 'cause I have, and you don't really ever take what I have to say into consideration. - Tell me what we've been arguing with each other. - If I can 2023, yes, I was. - Three years ago, what? - I was drinking really heavily all the time. - Or 18. - Yes, I bet I was an alcoholic at 16. - Oh, that's good. - Yep. - Oh, I'm glad you were getting bebs last night. - I don't drink like bad anymore. He could even vouch for that. I really don't drink like that anymore. - I mean, she's gotten better, but, oh, oh. - Yeah, that's a real vouch. - It's done nothing as far as, you know, her anger. - It's because of you. You do not talk like properly at all. - How am I supposed to talk to somebody that blows up? There's no communicating with somebody like that. - Every single time that we had a conversation, I'm gonna be honest. She said, "This is how your demeanor was gonna be." I wasn't in the car, but this is what the producer that was in the car said. That you were gonna be this chill guy, but that in reality, you just, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, relentless, relentless, relentless. That this is not you. - Yeah. - This isn't what leads up to these situations. You're actually like the good guy right now. - I mean, I feel like I don't really egg on too much. I might add small comments, but it doesn't justify getting hit in the face, or-- - I didn't say that, but you are being calm and she predicted that. - I'm not, he knows that I have a line where I draw, like I cannot sit here and be berated for longer than 25 minutes before my (ding) elastic band. - We're waiting for 25 minutes. - He will do it for so long, Caleb. He will do it for so long. And then back at home, the shit will go on for hours. And then, and then I'm the (ding) bad guy because my elastic band has gone snapped, and I lose my shit. - If you were your child spent years growing up on social media and experienced serious mental health struggles, you should hear this. Recently, a jury ordered meta and others to pay millions for the role in designing and promoting addictive platforms. They knew their apps could contribute to anxiety, depression, and body image issues, but did not share those risks while prioritizing profits. The recent historic verdict underscores the consequences of those decisions. Now, Morgan and Morgan is stepping up to hold these platforms accountable for the harm they cause. - Click the link in my bio to take a short quiz. You may be entitled to a potential recovery of over $1,000. - Well, yeah, that would make you the bad guy. He would be the bad guy if you did nothing. - And then at home, at the apartment, I can't just kick him out and leave. He has nowhere to (ding) go. Last time, when we got into an argument, and I told him I said I'm done, I don't wanna do this anymore. I think it's honestly in our both best of our both interests if we break up, and it'll be healthier for (ding) and stuff, he packs all of his shit. He's like, okay, great, that's fine, perfect. He grabs all of his shit, is ready to go, and then the moment he's about to start walking off the door, he realized that I'm not (ding) placing him out the door this time, and he turns around and starts asking me, "Oh, I wanna hug, can we just talk about it?" Like, he-- - But he told me on the way over that he thinks he's done now. Now that you've been arrested for beating his ass, he thinks he's done. - I'm okay with that. - You're okay with it. - At this point. - Are you dating someone that you're just okay with breaking up with? - I want my son to have a father. - And he's not a father? - He is when he's around. - Well, he isn't for his other two kids. I've been around for the last six months. I've been doing what I'm supposed to do the year. I wasn't there for the other year. - I'll admit it, I was not there, but I can't take-- - By your own choice. - And you can't sit here and try to sit here and try to say, "Oh, you tried to keep me away from him. That is bullshit." - That's what I was told from your cousin. Like, I'm not making this up. - You can't say that's what you were told When I was two. texting you asking you to come and see the baby. This isn't a matter of I was being told this when I was asking you to come and see the baby and you were the one coming up with excuses. - I guess I don't remember any of these messages 'cause we didn't talk back then. - Right. - 'Cause the only time we talked was when I would ask you to come and see the baby at every time. - How often was that? Like, realistically. - Again, how often should I have to text you and make you be a father? - I mean, I understand. Don't get me wrong, but like if, I don't know. I understand where you're coming from, but I have been putting in effort, especially more recently. I can't take back the past. But you've thrown her to the ground twice when you told me you've never laid your hands on her. - Okay. Yeah, that's true. - The second time he threw me to the ground, it was right outside the bathroom door. He pushed me, which I will admit, when he pushed me the first time, I got back up and I've slapped him again because I should piss me off. He threw me right on top of a pumpkin stop. - You were coming at me with fists. - No, it was flat. No, these were open hands. These were, no, these were-- - I think I remember. - Last night was the first time that I've ever actually punched you. Every other time I've ever hit you, it has been slaps. - Really? - Yes. - Okay. - Okay. - And the second time? - The second time. Well, yeah, he pushed me the first time. I got back up because I was pissy. He just pushed me. I landed on top of the pumpkin stalk right in my back. It hurt. So I got back up and slapped him. - No, he came at me like this. You were coming at me like this. I pushed you back again and you fell on your legs. - How did I come at you like that when I was on my knees? How, how could I come at you like that? I was on my knees. - You were one of them. - Bare hugging your leg. Bare hugging your feet. How am I punching you if I'm bare hugging your leg? Like after the second time that he pushed me I was on the ground, but I'm just walking whatever. - It was slippery in there. I was just in the shower. I'm sitting there slipping around. She's coming at me and I'm just trying to push her away. - I'm totally coming out and while I'm bare hugging his leg, yeah. That's what was happening. - Well, because I had to mention the second time. - Well, I'm trying to explain it and he keeps cutting me off. Well, I was bare hugging his leg and he took his hand and like pushed me from my head. Like his thumb went up under my jaw and he pushed me into the floor. I hit my head really hard. I had a migraine for like five days. - We had a concussion. - I probably, I've had a concussion before and it's what it felt like. - I don't know if, did you've given her a concussion? I guess, yeah. - You guys have been dating six months and you've given her a concussion and she's been arrested for plunging you. I guess. - Guys, what the fuck are we doing? And you said this isn't even the first time, how often does she does to do this shit? - I mean, at least probably four times, three to four times that I've, it's gotten physical a little earlier. - Oh, so it's like every month and a half? - Essentially, yeah. Yeah. - What about Florida? Something about Florida? What happened in Florida? - In Florida, we ended up getting into it one night. We ended up going, 'cause we went with our brother and his girlfriend. We ended up going to our rooms. It was the end of the night. We ended up getting into it over, I think it was messages, or sorry, not messages. It was over a pulse. - It was because I posted a picture of him and I on my public story, my snap public story of us on the Clearwater Beach, 'cause I thought it was, you know, cool picture. It was a nice picture. It was pretty, like, I don't know. I wanted to post it on my public story. I don't see anything weird about posting on a public snap story. - No. - There's nothing weird to me about that. He got pissed because he felt like it was me being dramatic and attention-seeking, because after the fact, like when I went on there, I was just kind of looking at like, you know, looking at the views, or whatever, looking at the story, or just looking at my stories, or whatever, like I was just looking at. - I wasn't the brain-gain gauges with it. It's not healthy, but, yeah. - No, I-- - And attention-seeking, you know, whole life. - He was literally calling it dramatic, and like, going in about it, like-- - She was showing me a comment that some dude had made, and she goes, "That's weird." I'm like, "Well, yeah." Like, when you posting in your public story, you're gonna get weird responses, you know? - The part that I found weird about it was the fact that it was a picture of me and him, and the guy was like flirting with me, which I just thought it was weird. I'm like, "Why would you flirt with somebody who's posting a picture with their boyfriend?" That was the part that I was commenting on, I mean-- - On a human sheet. - Well, I mean-- - Yeah, man. - Yes, but like, I was showing him. - I wasn't trying to-- I wasn't trying to be like-- - You weren't flirting backwards, yeah. - No, no, no, no. - Okay, then what the f-- - I didn't even-- - No, I didn't even message. - I didn't click on anything. - Josie and Sikir was going on. - Probably and Sikir. Yeah. - So what happened, though? - He just, he was calling me dramatic, over and over and over again. But this was, I was pre-irritated about that. I was irritated before this has already happened, because he had gone to bed earlier, whatever, didn't say anything to me about it. We had just-- - I didn't care. - And stuff, like, I wanted him to tell me. Like, I don't know, I wanted him to-- - Let me know what's going on. - But I ordered his food, and he was just being difficult about it. Like, he didn't really want food. Once I ordered it, he was fine, but-- - I didn't want to just spend her money, I mean, I was trying to-- - Yeah, but at that point, we had gotten to Florida. You didn't have any money, because you were waiting on your deposit to hit the next day. - I got paid the next day. - So I just needed the way it essentially to get paid the next day. So I was fine with just not spending any money till I got paid. I didn't want to take from her. I get where in a relationship, but she had less than I brought. So I just-- - At that time, you had nothing. So I wanted to see you eat food. Like, I wanted to see you eat something. We had gone all day without eating. I wanted to see you eat. And you were just pissy about the fact that you didn't have money. You wanted-- You didn't want me to spend money on you for the food or whatever the fuck. And then-- - Okay, guys, so what? - Just the whole stupid thing. - No, what happened? - Like, he-- I don't know, he was just-- I don't really remember that night that much. I don't remember-- - So-- - No, I'll tell you, the rental car. - Oh, the rental car? Oh, yeah, he threatened to call the cops on me in the rental car. - Oh, that's a different one. Oh, he threatened to call the cops there too. - Yeah. - 'Cause there's even more. - 'Cause I was yelling at him in the car. - It wasn't just yelling. Her face was red. She was-- I was driving in Florida, mind you. - 'Cause my brother-- - Well, I'm sorry. - Okay, yep, yep. - I was driving in Florida. We had just dropped her brother off in his girlfriend at the aquarium. - Aquarium. - We end up going and doing our own thing. I think we were gonna go to a nature preserve or something like that. And we ended up getting into an argument. - Yeah, I wonder why. - I-- - Why? - I do too, yeah, why? - Because he sat there and told me that it was my fault that my brother lit a cigarette in the rental car. But like, when my brother lit the cigarette in the rental car, I told him to hang it out the window and said, "He's an adult, I can't, I don't-- - No, tell him to throw it out. Like, it's not hanging out the window. It's throw the cigarette out the window. - Yeah. - I did tell him to throw it out. And then that's when he hung it out the window. I wasn't gonna sit there and get-- I don't know. Like, why didn't you say anything? - He's your brother. - You didn't say anything either, though. You were the driver of the vehicle. - Yeah, I'm focusing on driving and stuff. I figured you would handle your driving. - You talk and drive all the time. You couldn't say something. - So what did he do that triggered you? - Woo. - Yes, what did he do? - Well, he was straight up giving me crap. Like, a lot of it about the fact that it was my fault that happened. And he's gonna get charged with $200 and it was gonna be my fault. - Maybe. - But how was it? I didn't tell the cigarette in the car. - No, but you didn't tell him to put it out either. And he's not gonna tell your brother to us. - I told him to throw it and he didn't throw it. And he just hung his whole body out the window basically. - Well, he's probably upset that he's being charged and he has no money. - Well, yeah. But at that point, my brother had already told him that he would give him the $200. - He's doing that was so bad with him being upset because he's a lot to be upset. - We were headed to a nature preserve. And he's sitting there yelling at me about the-- - He was yelling at me. - I don't think I was yelling. I think I was bringing it-- - Like a matter of opinion. - Okay. - He was yelling at me over the rental car thing and about the fact that it was my fault. And if he got charged with $300, it was my fault. But he didn't say anything about it. And also that happened the day prior. - So what did you do in return? - I was yelling. I was yelling. I'm like, how was it my fault? Why is it my fault? What did I do not good enough to get my brother to-- - He threatened to call the cops. - I was literally just yelling at him. I was yelling. - I was yelling. - I was driving to call the cops. - I was driving and it had gotten pretty heated. She was yelling to the point where her face was red. And she was looking directly at me like-- - I was looking at her and my face was red and he felt threatened enough to want to-- - Essentially, she's like, what do you want? Like at top, you know what I mean? Like shit that is like, whoa. How do I handle this? So I had to pull the car over naturally. She's still red in the face screaming at me, point blank range, and I'm like, well, I'm going to call the cops if you don't calm down. Because I feel like I was pretty calm in the situation. - That's always your thing. You sit there and you will ask me, you get me to the point where I feel like I'm going literally insane and then you turn around, I'm the calm one. I'm not doing anything wrong. - Why you-- - I usually am the calm one. - Comparative of the two of us? I am the calm one. - Yeah, because you will sit there and just-- - I don't even know. - You just-- - Why not fight, not punch you, not yell at you? - Wait, so fact that your communication sucks, and I've been asking for you to work on it for months, and you do nothing to work on it, and then you sit there and ask me all of these questions that don't even make-- What do you-- - What are your questions? Are you going to get offended by questions? - Because it's not-- What do you want me to say about it? Like, oh, sorry. Yeah, it's my fault that my brother, little city, are in the car. I am so sorry. - Just saying next time, well, I don't know a different resolution. - I don't know. - This had happened the day before, and like I had already told you, I'm sorry he did that. There's not really much else I can do. I told him to throw it out, he wouldn't. I'm not going to sit there and get into a full blown fight with my brother about that. Like-- - The reason why I even brought it up again was because it smelled like a cigarette in there. I kept saying that even after the fact. - I guess-- - What can she do about that, though? I'm confused. - Well, nothing but at the-- - I sprayed perfume in the car. That's all I had. I sprayed perfume in it to try to make it fair. - If I can blow up and get it right in there. - Again, the other thing, the thing is like, I don't know if you're trying to say face or what, but the other instance, the story that you're telling that felt like it went nowhere. He was laying down and you beat the shit out of him. And he had marking so bad that people on the beach were commenting about it. - That's the reality of what happened. That's what they're telling me. - Yeah, the-- - Like, I don't know what you're trying to do. I don't know if you're trying to say face or what. - I mean-- - You're laying down. - I'm not proud of that night at all. - Of the four nights you've beat on 'em in six months. I'm part of those nights, including last night getting arrested and setting the night over jail. The one in Florida, I do feel like that one was a little bit overboard. I should not have done that, but I also. How hard did she go? What was she doing to you? I was laying on my stomach on the bed, and there were two beds in the room. I was laying on a different one that she was. And she essentially just came over and started. Chh-chh-chh-chh-chh-chh-chh. On my shoulder related, like right here. - Why? - Yeah. And why? She was pissed off. And what? You wouldn't talk to me about anything. He just was ignoring me. - So we. - You wouldn't talk to me. - I was. - Granted, I was very, very drunk that night. I had drank a lot. Oh, great. Yeah. She has her drinking under control. Great. And you tell me you've been trying to get him to improve his communication for months. You've only been dating for months. Why are you guys together? Kid, someone. Answer that question. Because I want my son to have his dad in his life. And I know that if I don't have. around then he's not going to have him. And I want my son to have. Is he a good dad to be around? You're not in your other kid's lives. Why? - Choice. - Choice. Entirely choice. Yeah. So why is that the guy we want? Go get a real father for the kid. I don't. I don't know. You know, you face charges now here in Austin, right? You're gonna have to return. I'm trying to talk to my attorney about doing Zoom. Your attorney? Who the f- is your attorney? I don't know. Some public defender? Yeah, like an orange card they gave me. This is. I still don't even know who it is. Okay, now if the DNA test comes back in a decent likelihood that he is not the father, then what? Because that's the only reason you're keeping the guy around that you beat the shutout out of them. Oh, according to you, braids you every moment of every day. He's. I don't know. Yeah. He's free to do whatever he wants to do now. No, I don't care. You. What would you think at that point? Because that's the only reason he's around, because he's the father of the kid. Well, what if he's not? And a decent odds, by the way. If he's not, then I. He's going to end up moving out and we don't. So you'll kick him out. You'll kick him out if he's not the father. If he. Well, I don't think he would want to stay. Life, if he. No, what would you do? That's what I'm asking. What would you do? I don't know. I don't know. Like, what? I don't know what I would do. Like, I would. What would you do? If I found out that I'm not the father? Yeah, are you going to stick with the kid that's not yours when you won't even stick around for the ones that are? I want to say yes. I was. Oh, yeah. Hey, how about you go like actually support your real kids? They don't want anything to do with them. Hey, you can live in Kentucky. Why have they changed the last name? Because he has been uninvolved for so long that the guy that their mother was with was more of a father to them. Why have you done this? Why did you abandon poor choices? No, that's not an answer. Why did you abandon them? For me, there's no valid reason I did. It's not about valid. I'm asking why you did it. It's because he just didn't want to be. He just doesn't want to be involved. He just. He's lazy. And this is what I mean when I say he is lazy. Yes, he is lazy. How is he lazy? Because he has no ambition to do anything, including being in his kids' lives. Do you think it's only with you to keep a roof over your head? Honestly, yes. Yeah, because once he got evicted out of his trailer, he started staying with his cousin. Buddy, you're 33. You moved in with a 21-year-old. Yeah, that's how pathetic he was. And he tells me that I'm a child all the time. Like, he needs to take a look in the mirror. And he calls you. Yes, but he also calls me childish. This is the one that sticks to mind. He calls me a lot of other things too, but this is the one that sticks. He needs to look in the mirror and realize that he is 33 years old. I'm 21. Granted, I am old enough to know better. But like, I'm still fucking learning. Yeah, you're three years into adulthood. Everyone's learning throughout human existence. Yeah, absolutely. That's what human life, like, don't infantilize yourself. But it is pathetic that a 33-year-old has to rely on a 21-year-old. Yeah, I feel like, honestly, that's what I would give a 21-year-old is they're less likely to have a stable income. That's what I would give. I'm not going to infantilize, but that's a reality. What does he do for work? He is a store manager at. How do you. how can you not afford your own place? What do you make? 6.50 a week. Nat? That's what hits your account? Aftertax. Why do you neither of you brush your teeth, by the way? Good question. I am trying to get better at it. I would love a valid answer. Laziness. Yeah. What too lazy to go. I've been in a couple of minutes, twice a day. Yeah. You know, it's literally probably the easiest thing that can be done other than sleep. It's like the next easiest thing. Laziness. I've been trying to work on it myself, trying to. Why, how do we try to work? I. Why? I disconnected from this. You need to get his pulled. I don't think there's really anything that's going to help us at this point. Because. No, your teeth are. Mine are still safe, a lot. They're not growing nasty. Well, yeah, I just like have been. You know how much breath I've been smelling this episode? Probably a lot. How often do you guys brush your teeth? I've been trying to brush mine at least. Trying! How often do you actually. What's the day? No, you don't. What have you been doing? Once a day. Not until recently, what have you been doing? Like, not. I wasn't before I. You just want brushing your teeth at all? I think realistically, for both of us, we probably like. And you? That's why I said both of us. Probably like, I don't know. Twice, I mean. Why? What. What is the ******* point? Yeah, I don't think there is a point. I think it's just like thoughtless. We're just both being. We're just. That's us being. Right there is not. Not doing it. So, it just. I feel like brushing teeth just happens. I feel like it just. Like, it just. It just happens. I don't even think about it. It just happens. You guys are. Freak. So, you make net $2,870 a month, average month, some month more, some month less, because you're weekly pay. Savannah, what do you do at 21 for a living? I'm a line cook at. Sorry about sports bar. Oh, that's why. That's why that place, of which I think we're bleeping the name of, is. Does not taste very good. No, not entirely. It needs to be a big fan of their wings, let's say, as an example. I'm very good. Okay, what do you make? 17.50 being in the kitchen, but I just started training for hosting up front, which is, I think, 15 plus tips. Is we trained to host? It's only, like, once a week. So, like, a couple. Is that what the 16-year-olds do that can't serve? They host? So, basically, there. I want to end up in the bar, but in order for me to do that, I have to go up through the. Like, I have to start hosting, then serving, and then I can go to the bar. What's your per pay check pay, and what's the frequency of per pay check? Right now, I don't really get to work a lot, so I. Why? Because of child care. No, girl, not a chance you're not subsidized. You're not married. I doubt you will claim him in your house. No, I was subsidized until I got with him. And then since. You claim it? What? You claim him living in your house? Well, I don't want to get in trouble with the. Like the. Out of all things you choose not to get in trouble for. Okay. Um, well, I guess like kudos, I guess. Okay, very good. So, if he moves out, then why? Because I think, are you done? How are we right now? How about that? Can I just. Know that? You guys leave here. We've purposely not really let you guys see each other other than right at the gas station. We've kept you separated. We've filmed like. 15 seconds after you sat down? What happens from here? I don't know. I feel like a lot of conversation and trying to figure out, like, changes that need to make. Six months in your company about its communication. Six months is pushing down twice and once you got a concussion. Six months, she's beat the share out of you four times. We're having a conversation. Six months, when I'm like, "Nah, we're probably not even your f*cking kid." Probably. Ever having a conversation? What conversation? So, this is what I would f*ck say. That's what we're here for. Have the conversation! I don't. I don't know what. I don't know what to say right now, honestly. I'm kind of. But this is it. This is it, guys. What? What do you want to say to him? What do you want to say to her? I want to obviously try and do what we can if there is a possibility. But I'm not going to keep getting. I'm not going to be a punching bag. Okay, I'm done with that. I'm not going to be your emotional f*cking bag either. That's fair. Are you emotional doing that? I'm not, I'm not going to sit there and act like that. I shouldn't have to be then. Don't know you f*cking moron. You f*cking impassal. You trail the trash pieces shit. You f*cking pathetic worm on the existence of humanity. You shouldn't be? Then don't do it. You shouldn't be? Stop being a pathetic wrench. Don't berate her. You shouldn't be. You disgusting non-teeth-brushing nasty pathetic waste of American life. You contribute nothing. He's lived in my apartment for like, I don't know, how long? Three months. And he's paid $500 worth for it. You're a deadbeat. Not even in the life of your kids. Not even kids. Come on. I gave you five. Okay, 760 actually, because it was 260 that he gave me before. So. I was in a prior engagement with my cousin, staying at his place, so she knew that. You've been there six months. You've been there six f*cking months, what are you talking about? Prior engagement isn't. Yeah, I didn't live with her for six months. No, you were coming over every night. So you live with Damne, you're living there. And also, would you not want to support, you know, the f*ck, uh, uh, your kid? Yes, that's why I kind of moved in with her, because I want to be there. That's why if you contribute, it's $750 to rent in the last six months. Well, yeah, that's just rent. I've obviously provided for. Just the roof over my ******* head. I provided diapers, wipes, uh. I also buy those things. You're not the only one that has to buy them. I'm just throwing stuff out that I've put in other than. Okay, good for you. You have to buy shit, the parents have to buy. Household stuff. But your answer was the most pathetic thing I ever heard. She obviously is more. in the wrong for the domestic abuse. But when she says I shouldn't be your verbal punching bagger, you're right, you shouldn't have to be. What the fuck is that? What manipulation tactic is that? And I get, she actually literally is not even trying to insult her, she's, you're a, you are, you're. You are, look at you trailer trash nasty piece of shit. You're disgusting, you don't brush your teeth, your kids probably teeth are already falling out at this point. No, I do make sure. You're beating people, getting arrested, beating people on beaches. You're a, actually not an insult. Your pathetic need should be ashamed of your existence. Yeah, something like that. Something like that? Yeah, I don't really, I don't condone the whole physical violence thing. You don't condone the thing that you did not. Now you're pulling him, both are so broken. Because he sits there and pushes me to that point, he knows damn well that I will, I haven't turned a list of disorders. I have genuine, just never thought for, or she was wearing all that. That's the same guy, I'm gonna get excused you're using. I don't care what he does. The escalate move, leave, I don't care. Break up. I asked him to leave. I asked him to leave the hotel. Then you leave. Yeah, why do that? Phone was dead, like I had the charges. Oh my gosh, take your charger then. There's outlets downstairs in the hotel. We went there. Everything is always dead of hers, because she cannot leave stuff's charge like she. I think that's the minimal topic of this episode. Yeah. You're a pathetic way to space, deadbeat, and you're an evil, you're evil. Yeah. You're a horrible piece of shit, father, and you're a piece of shit, mother. I don't think I'm a piece of shit, mother. You're a piece of shit, mother. I don't think so. You are for letting this man in your house? For beating someone, for beating someone, the partner, the father of your kid, you're a piece of shit, mother. I don't think any father should make a mother feel that way. I agree, and I don't think any mother should beat the father. I agree, I don't think that. You agree, and then you do it. I'm not saying I was right in my actions, I'm not saying. Four times, four times, four times, six months, four times. Mm-hmm. I'm not saying, I'm not saying that they were right. Four times. Mm-hmm. Six months. Mm-hmm. I'm not saying this right. One last time. Just got you out of jail. Mm-hmm. You were in jail three hours ago. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, take the high road. Yeah, I feel like I don't know. That's probably the best option at this point. Do you ever hit you in front of the kid? No, she hasn't. No, I don't. I grew up around that shit. I don't want my son growing up in the same kind. You know how close you are, and it scares the shit out of me. In front of you, and you've hit him. Not in front of the kid. Yeah, we'll see. You don't seem to have much control over your emotions, let's say. When it comes to my son, I do. Not when it comes to him. Because he's a grown man. He knows what he's doing. He's a grown man who's 12 years older than me. He should know more than me how to have a conversation with people. Maybe he's had more human experience. Exactly. So with this more human experience that he has had. She had 21 years to learn how to brush your teeth, and when she had 21 years to learn how to not beat people. I have. Yeah. I probably should take a few more notes, but is that not the same thing? I've come a long way. Why are you guys possibly together? Kids probably not even yours. You're going home together? You still want to have a conversation together? And the conversation you had is you're right. You should have made it be feel bad by me. It's going to come from that. So I'm just bad at communicating. I mean, I say shit that I guess comes out wrong along. Oh, yeah. Yeah, do you do that? Uh-huh. Yep. Improve yourself. Go to therapy. Right. But I know you can't read you. I've been asking him to try to get counseling or something, and he's like, I was asking him for what, four months for you to just make a doctor's appointment? Go to the doctors. And he wouldn't because he was terrified. Yeah. And I have a logical fear of the doctors. I got the appointment book like I-- Yeah, after like four months, and then the problem that you have been having has continued to get worse. And then you-- No problem. I don't even know. Stomach issues. Stomach issues. And like, I think he has high blood pressures. Yeah. So he tends to, you know, he sweats a little bit more than the average person I think, but like, the stomach issues is like-- Yes, his blood pressure. I empathize that. Like, I feel bad that he has to wake up feeling like that, I'm dead. Oh, not bad enough to not beat his ass. Well. What? How am I supposed to like, oh, she's such a good girl, what a good partner. She's incredible. Well, no, I've been doing this, guys. This is actually a lot of paperwork. How am I doing this from here? What's the play? I don't even know. What's the idea? What am I trying to do? Why do you think your financial score is 0 to 10, 0 to 10, 0 to be the worst? I think it's best. I'm a point four. You? Point seven. Okay. Buy shirts that cover that thing. I don't want to go out. Well, he's wearing a hate pulling out shirt. Very good. That's great. Yeah. You also hate being around the kids that come from it. You know, you're a bad person, right? You know, you're a horrible piece of shit existence of humanity. I know. Okay. Great. And no self-improvement ever. I would like to. Oh, you would like to then do. What do you mean you would like to do? I guess I don't know where to start. Where to start? I'm going to say, "How do your kids?" Hello, kids. It's dead. I mean, that is the start. I guess I just, I've been so inconsistent. I don't know where to start from here again. I've tried giving him like options and like ideas to like, you know, ways to try to help his like ambition a little bit get more on his feet. No. Your kids are trying to connect with you by inviting you on Fortnite and you're rejecting it. You have to fork it. You are such a bad person. I'm pretty sure I played with my son actually. This is the last time I've actually communicated with him was on Fortnite. What's your knowledge of this, if any? Well, that actually was one of the first times that we had ever hung out, which is one of the reasons why I kind of decided I don't really know if I can like be with this person. Because when I had a hung out with him, I was playing Fortnite on his console and he got an invite from his kid and he said, "Oh, that's my kid, just ignore that." And that was like a big kind of like, I don't know. What's your blood pressure? 168/77. Oh, okay. Alright, elevated. It's around the end of that first purpose. Yeah, I've lost. Not crazy. I've lost some weight since I last, I mean, I haven't been to the doctors and probably- It's the- Yeah. No, I don't, I don't, I don't do drugs like that. So how much can we say you make before I go to these finances? 2250 a week, that's not a lot, that's why I was on aid before he moved in. Okay. Yeah, it was made, I make like 250 a week. Oh, you are getting food stamps, though? Yes. Yeah, I don't know for how long because him like moving in to the apartment was- Would your life be better with it without him? I don't know. When I was not with him and it was just me in that apartment, I was doing really, really good for myself. I was doing really, really good for myself, I was doing really, really good for- I paid for it. Yeah, I was doing really well, and since he's kind of come back, I feel like I've not really been doing as well. Or if he's getting worse since he's been in your life, the dead bee of the century, the worst dad ever created in the history of the world. In some aspects, he makes my life better, but- What? He sticks it in? Well, no, but- Does he even do that anywhere? Yeah, but it's mainly because of me, but- Well, so you don't even want to. No, I still want to. That's one thing that- It's the health thing. That's like- It's just- It's a whole thing that's- It's a whole thing that's- You have a really weird build, too, so that could be- Alright. Thanks. Um, yeah, I don't know. Take that shit off, you dumbass! You- You suck it existing. Think you're somebody who would come over here and rip it off my arm? Are we your daddy? He needs guidance. I know you're not used to seeing what a good daddy looks like. Just what you expected to happen. Yeah, I don't even- I don't know. Okay, bro. And you got a Capital One. What's going on, Guy? I don't even- You guys are honestly such evil creatures that I don't even feel compelled to help you guys with the different- This is honestly- Which is not what we expected. But then you got arrested last night, the night before coming on the- Show! For a Capital One plan, a Mio $429.43 with a- Oh, wait, no, you're late. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it's like a $45 payment, but you are- Oh, wait. Oh, you're over the limit by $129. Okay, let's pretend he is dead. Good luck with that one, by the way. You know what he is? Is this the partner you want to be with? No. Your life is better before him and how he's in here. And this is his finances. You want this? No. This is what you want? No. No, I don't want that. So what are you going to do? Even if he is the dad, what the- Is this a conversation? This is why I have been asking. This is why we even applied. I've been asking what? I've been asking him. to get his shit figured out. At 33 he should have a better grasp, a better grasp on his finances. He can't even talk to his own for now. You think he's gonna have his finances? I had a gambling problem. I had, had, had, had, had. When's had? Realistically a year ago. I guess. Yeah. That's why he lost his trailer. Yeah, thank you. Gambling and a bad door to ash addiction. I'm just, yeah. One of the bad ones. Why does that mean you're not paying on to your debt now? You make money. I've been trying. I think all my money recently has gone to rent. I just paid for it. Rent in diapers. Well, he's paid $750 to rent. Yeah, that's why I'm exactly what rent. I just gave her on this October. I just gave her $5.54. How much? How much? How much? $5.50. That's half money. Half money. Rent for that month. A guy that leaves you with $2,200 or $2,300 left. This is why I'm confused. Why did you pay in a $45 payment? Well, realistically, we went to Florida. All of my money. Had to go to Florida? No. No, you money guy. Spent getting stitches? No. I want food and bullshit. You can't even really blame the Florida trip because this has been an ongoing issue since well before Florida. It's also a vacation. I don't necessarily. Anyway, so I don't give up. I've been having a hard time catching up because, well, when I get paid, open this card during your relationship and you guys haven't even been together six months. Yeah, I got it to get groceries for the house because we had no money. For the house? Yeah. And I was with her at the time. I loved to see that, but it's past two. That makes no sense so I can't make a $45 payment. I didn't know you took a card out for groceries for the house. We get food stamps. You think it went to the groceries? Are you dead? I told you you're literally. I don't know. I didn't even know that he had opened a card since starting a relationship. You can check your personal heart. One main financial. 22.06%. What's going on? It's a loan that I got to consolidate on my debt. I mean, as you can see, clearly that did nothing. The balance is $6,588.37. Here's the reality. Listen, I'm okay with consolidations. We even at kaleher.com, we have consolidations, we have home insurance, we have. Sit alone. We have every financial tool you can think of at kaleher.com. That shops the marketplace for you. Well, you designed it to help people. That doesn't make any sense for people like you. Because you have that. Thanks to your behavior. They got you in this financial position in the first place. So where the fuck would you consolidate it? You have this much debt. You can solidate it over here. All of a sudden, you spend that much debt. You have doubled in it. Because it was in my opinion, it felt smarter because I was paying a higher monthly bill versus the one I can solidate. Have you ended up with the conclusion that maybe you're an absolute dumb piece of shit? That shouldn't make decisions based on what your brain says, because your brain can't process simple things. This is why I've been having an issue with the whole finances thing for a while. Because I've been asking him about where is all of this money going to, because he makes decent money before he was managing his manager at. Is that a new manager? I don't even know. He's made decent money since him and I have been together. So I just don't understand where all of this money is going to. Do you have an answer for it today? The past few weeks. I guess the Florida trip, I gave you three quarters of my check last week for rent. The week before that. It was $500. You make $2,700. $2,817. A month. Yes, rent was $5.50. That doesn't make any sense. Oh, you got evicted at one point? Yes. Are we able to? Is this the trailer? Yes. A firm. Do. Can I use the restroom real quick? No. Do a firm. A firm is do. Walmart. 30% interest on Walmart. You would. $260. Have $0.57. Monthly? No. I mean it's probably like $5.50. We'll just put it. They're even paying on this Walmart. What did you get, dude? I believe stuff for my computer. Oh, you know. The grocery. It's just taking care of the house. It's just taking care. It sounds like he wants this game in PC to be suit up. This was before we had got together on this long. This is what? Well before that. You really? Oh, yes. Oh, it actually was. That's crazy. $191.54 from Walmart. super no gaming PC. We have another. This one's only 34 hours. That one's probably done in one payment. How do you feel that this is what it's probably prioritized? He always knew he had three kids at that point, even if he was with you or not. I don't. I always feel like when it comes to his finances, I don't feel like he really is smart about it. I guess. I don't know. I think we're both. Well, yes. Yeah, we are, but I also make significantly less money than you do. And the money that I make, I do put towards like, you know, the rent and the diapers and shit like that. It's so alive. The past. It literally. Yes, but I make significantly less than you do. So when I'm spending rent and diapers, that's all of my money. That is all of it. Why do you owe your mom $2,500? The car that I'm in, she loaned me money to get it. Are you paying her? No. And your cousin, $600. I owe him for rent previously before I moved out. And are you paying him? What is wrong with you? We are filming an episode. I have to pee really bad. Hold it. I'll try. Creatured it or film an episode here. I've chugged like three bottles of water since I got out of the jail. Are you paying your cousin? I would like to get him paid off. Yeah, I would like to. No, I haven't given me anything. You like to treat her better? You like to be in your kids' lives? Are you? No, I haven't given many. You suck at life, dude. I hope you're embarrassed for your existence. Would your life be better without her? I don't think so. Really? The one who has bruised you, beat you, made you get stitches? Your life wouldn't be better without her? Well, before him and I were hanging out, he really didn't do anything for himself. He kind of just. I don't think he doesn't know. I don't think he does either, but. What a person to breed with. Well done. You're making out with someone who doesn't brush their teeth. Well, I guess I also don't brush my teeth, so I'm gonna. How is that unnasty, do you guys? I'd be really like kissing in the first place. I'll be honest. This is like mouth. It's like my dick. But like. Okay, 384 hours that you have in collections. You're me, Ma. Why? Because she's just. I don't know if she's helping me out. Are you paying her? $1,500. Would you owe? Are you paying her? No, I don't have an active payment plan with her right now. Oh, suit alone. $4,811. Are you paying? Actually. I'm still in school. Like, I'm still. You're in school? Yeah. For what? Who's ever gonna hire you? I'm gonna record. Substance abuse counseling. No, I hope you never graduate with that, because you can't help. But anyway, you can't even help yourself. Time, I'm glad you got a time-checking account. You guys can get hundreds of dollars signing up for time using only my link. And you got 41 cents in there, though.
