Setting the tone

(gentle music) - Hello everyone, good morning. How are you? As I promised, this will help me good. We'll be having this weekly podcast sessions recorded and published every Wednesday on this platform. And now it's good to share this and it's good to be back recording podcasts again. And today we're just basically going to be setting the tone once again. And I want to reach from a scripture, John 3, I'll start in just some days ago on the Holy Spirit just literally opened my eyes to see it in a different dimension. And I thought to share, and I believe it's also going to bless someone here. John 3 verse 1 and 2, he says, "Mamidindi, NIV, now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus, who was a member of the Jewish Rilling Council. He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him." So I read the message translation just for emphasis and context. It says, "There was a man of the Pharisee sect, Nicodemus, a prominent leader among the Jews. Late one night, he visited Jesus and said, "Rabbi, we all know you are a teacher straight from God. We know one could do all the God pointing, a record revealing arts you do if God weren't in a net." And as I was making this in the scripture, the Holy Spirit just got me thinking, "One, he was a leader of the Jews. This Nicodemus means that he was a high-ranking Pharisee. And if you know anything about when Jesus was on earth, from what we have read, the Pharisees were literally constantly in ему states with him, because they just felt like, "With this mobile, where did you come from? What do you know?" And suddenly all the laws that we've been abiding by, law of Moses, law of this law, that you're just coming and you have come to revolutionize and change everything. And you crown yourself king of the Jews. Do you know how long we have been studying this law? Do you know how long we've been practicing it? Do you know how long we've been teaching these things in the synagogue? And they're now bringing into context of the workplace, because as usual, we always take the scripture, as Christian professionals, and apply it to our daily professional lives. This could have been a top ranking ex-school. Someone that has eons of experience, top ranking or gar, been there done that sinitor, traveled the world, commands the respect of many great people. So literally, this guy was a top ranking director of Fischau, and his professional, as a teacher, as a rabbi. But he saw something in a young boy, that didn't even eat Jesus for 33 years here. He saw something in a young boy. And out of pride, because he was so intrigued, he was so blown away by what he saw. And at the same time, I was trying to see if he's a biogabie director, a biaskoo, how would it be if they see me during the day, associating with the bloody management training or just a man-made, middle manager. But he saw something, something that drew him, a force that was undeniable, a force that was undeniable, a force that he needed to identify a reconnaissance, and he came to him at night. He went late at night because he had to see face. He wanted to be sure that nobody was going to see him, but he's going to see a direct report that his two levels or five levels below him. But he saw something, and he went to him, and he literally honored him as a teacher, and said, "But no one can do these things except God is with him." The truth is, as a Christian professional, you cannot be outstanding if you don't have a solid relationship with God. If people cannot see God, smell God, feel God, experience God through you, you really cannot do outstanding things, unless you have alternative options of how you want to really achieve excellence in life. But as I kept meditating on the scriptures, no warner says that we know that a teacher has come from God, as an ecotemos in all his knowledge, in all his experience, in all his ranking, could not deny the hand of God in a young Jesus life. He said, "We know that a teacher that has come from God, for no one could do these things except God is with him." The only way you would ever do outstanding things, not just even in career in your life as a Christian, it's going to be because of the power of God that worked in your life. So today I want to emphasize the importance of a relationship, an active intimate relationship with God. It must be priority, must be paramount for you, as a Christian and as a Christian professional, because guess what? It shows, I will say, that Godliness is profitable onto all things. In relationship with God, who sees and radiates in everything, including your career, including your work, you will have top people associating, identifying, intrigued by you because they can't just that this one is different. There's something in this one. It says, "No one can do these things." I like the message translated, says, "No one can do this God pointing God with any arts. If God is not in it, have you allowed God to officially take prominence and preeminence in your work life, in your professional life? Because if he does, he's going to be a good point in God with any second Corinthians. If I'm correct, second Corinthians, that's what scripture I love so much. That scripture, every time I really literally just blows my mind. Second Corinthians, 14 message translation, says, "In Messiah, in Christ, God leads us from place to place, in one perpetual victory parade." This is one of the many promises that God has given me, career promise. Like everywhere I go from one place to another, one workplace to the next, it's always be a perpetual victory parade. And guess what? Who is leading a parade? Is Jesus. He says, "In Messiah, the Christ is God that is leading, He's taking the victory and He just giving it to me." People are seeing me, but they don't know that there's a God in front of me that is literally winning the victory and handing it down to me. But look at the most important part. It says through, "Ors, He brings the knowledge of Christ." Why the parade? Because He wants to use us to bring the knowledge of Christ. In Messiah, the Christ, God leads us from workplace to workplace, from financial services to multinational, from what's national to oil and gas. Wherever you go, it says, "It's one perpetual victory parade." Why does He give you the victory? It's said because through us, through us, He brings the knowledge of Christ everywhere we go. People breathe in the exquisite fragrance. Because of Christ, we give of a sweet scent, rising to God, which is recognized by those on the way to salvation. Through you, through you, through us, through me, God brings the knowledge of Christ in our workplace, in our ethics, in excellence, in everything we do. It leads us from place to place, what is from department to function. However, you move and navigate in your career, always remember one. It will always be an endless victory parade as long as it's Jesus' leading. You can never lose. Unless I don't want this jagging and leading the parade, you don't want your own. Your own terms and conditions. But as long as it's Christ and it's Messiah, that is leading the parade, there's only one way. It's perpetual victory. It never stops. You can never stop winning. Excuse me. And it says through us, why? Remember the purpose of the victory is that, through you, he will bring the knowledge of Christ everywhere you go. You need to be conscious of this. You know, this platform, I just hope that we will get, we will literally imbib the message and the core of what we're trying to preach and communicate here. As Christian professionals, like, everywhere I go, everything I do, for every project I am put on, for every task, for everything, it's an opportunity to bring the knowledge of Christ. And the funny thing is, you don't have to be sure that Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, you don't have to literally throw fanatism or religion in people's faces. No, it's just your disposition. 'Ahh, this particular guy, this stuff is not the regular type.' 'There's something about him.' 'And then linking it back to the second Corinthians.' 'It says through us, so as Christ, Lid does it, the parried everywhere you go.' 'Every function, every role you move to, every promotion you get, every new job you get, everything.' 'Remember, the core purpose is that through you, God will bring the knowledge of Christ.' One of my very favorite Salvation quotes that I've heard. I can't remember the preachers that I said it now. 'I say it's preach to gospel all the time and everywhere you can.' 'It says, 'And when necessary, use words.' 'That means that most times the word is not even the first thing, it's the action.' 'Suscripts to gospel all the time, when necessary, use words.' 'That means your life, your life is the message.' 'The way you do things, the way you carry yourself, the way you execute things, the way you relate to your colleagues, the way you act.' 'Sevent leadership, humanity, everything that God typically expects.' 'Nicody must literally Jesus was just being Jesus.' 'And Nicody must notice that out of Sheyman's brothers, Isaiah, Bioga, Iho, see you, Naga, meet this mobot.' 'When he did that, he saw something, I don't even know who's up to 33 years.' 'Me having been teaching this thing, I've been practicing this practice.' 'For he owns, but he could not deny the power of God.' 'When you carry God, he cannot be denied.' 'Sit down, look, let anyone look down on you because you are young.' 'For certain example, for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.' 'So basically let your life be an example.' 'Everything, as you sleep, you wake up, the way you talk, the way you relate to colleagues, the way you resolve conflicts, the way you do your job, the way you execute it.' 'It says, 'Set an example, if you are conscious of the fact that everything I'm doing is set in a tone, it's set in the example.' 'You would not do it carelessly, you would not do it half-hazardly.' 'Because remember, through you, God's intention is to bring the knowledge of Him in your workplace, in your workspace, amongst your colleagues in everything you do.' 'Jesus did it so effortlessly, just being Jesus, without being a fanatic or forming some team on your robinity in people's faces.' 'He was just being Jesus and the director, it taught both new things and said.' 'No one can do these things, if God is no looking, he could not deny the power of God in his life, could not be denied.' 'So like, the important thing here, don't let anyone look down on you, don't underestimate yourself.' 'Because if you're like, 'I'm not quite there yet, I'm still young, no, perfect timing.' 'If you're young, perfect timing, if you're not so young, perfect timing, don't look down on yourself.' 'Sit, set an example, for all believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, so literally let everything you do today, going forward in your workplace, relating your colleagues, your bosses, solving problems, everything.' 'Remember to use to set an example, let your life be the message, let your life be the light that is shining Jesus and through you.' 'God will bring the knowledge of Christ everywhere you go, and as long as it's God leading your parish, there's only one outcome.'
