Hello and welcome back. You did it. You are here at the last episode of this series. And we're going to be talking about when to seek professional guidance because some of you listening might be ready for that one on one support and some of you might not be. So I've found that if I can help make that clear for you, that's naturally going to provide a lot of certainty and confidence for you moving forward and your next steps, whatever that looks like. So let's walk through this together. I've got a couple of decision point questions for you. Question number one, are you just starting out? Are you fresh and new to problem solving and troubleshooting your period problems? If the answer to this is yes, this could be a great time for you to learn more. Like you're doing right now listening to this series. Hopefully with the insights that you've learned in this mini series, you have some additional context to dig into, and that will foundationally change your health and make a big difference for you. You've been reminded of the importance of managing your stress, getting quality sleep, hydrating, and keep all of those foundational aspects in good shape. You know which tests you can ask your primary care provider for to start getting information about your bad. And you know that you need to make sure you're eating enough. I'll say that again, make sure you're eating enough. And if you're taking supplements, don't take the cheap ones. But here's the thing. If you said yes to this question, right, if you're at the beginning of your health journey and you're thinking, girl, I'm not about to spend six months guessing. I know myself well enough to know that I don't want to figure this out on my own. I'm going to work with an expert who does this because I would, you know, maybe you'd rather devote your time and energy to your career or your family or your hobbies. Well, if that sounds like you, then that's your sign to take action and get more support that's personalized for you. And if that someone is me supporting you, I would love to. And I'll talk to you in your free discovery call. All right, decision point number two, the second question for you is, have you really tried everything? Like do you feel like you've really tried it all? Because if the answer to that question is yes, it's time to work with somebody who can help you identify the root cause of what's going on. Let me give you a quick reminder. The problem is not you. You have not failed. You are not broken. Please do not give up hope, right? You just may not be a health professional. And you're not sure how to figure out the root cause of what's going on. And that's totally okay. Literally every single human being on this earth has been in that spot at one time or another. But if you really feel like you've tried everything and you don't know what to do next, then you're in the perfect spot here listening to this series. And I'll invite you to schedule that 45 minute discovery call with me. See you can get that personalized one on one feedback. All right, decision point number three, are you waiting to get it perfect first? Air quotes around perfect. This question and let me tell you if this sounds like you this will sound like you if you're thinking, okay, I hear what you're saying, Bridget. And I just want to get my nutrition dialed in for like three more months, see what changes. And if I don't feel good in three months, then I'll book the discovery call. Okay, well two things. One, if you said that three months ago, please make a note of that. But two, it's kind of funny when you think about it. It's like training for a marathon and thinking, okay, well, once I get my mile time down another minute, then I'll hire a running coach. But the running coach is there to help you get your mile time down. So won't you meet your goal way faster if you have someone giving you tailored, personalized guidance, keeping you accountable, answering all of your questions. Like that's surely the better way to get your mile time down one minute instead of continuing to DIY it. So if anything that I just said really landed with you, here's what I want you to do. I want you to go to www.imherminal.com/goals or click on the link in the show notes to book your discovery call so that you can stop wasting your time and energy and money by guessing. And so that you can feel confident about what are the best next steps for you specifically. We will get on this discovery call and you will also learn more about my coaching packages so you can decide if working together would be right for you and most supportive for your goals.
