S4 E44: Rant – Reddit Dumpster Juice Review: Women and Sex

In this episode, the host reacts to Reddit posts in sexless marriage and dead bedroom forums, where men often claim women withhold sex because they’re not attracted to them or only change for the "right" guy. She dismisses these posts as "crybaby bullshit" and "dumpster juice," arguing they ignore complex factors like hormonal changes, mental health, and relationship dynamics. She shares comments from women who report high sex drives but face partners uninterested in effort, communication, or novelty, leading to dead bedrooms. The host also criticizes trollish replies that reduce intimacy to superficial ideas like "she has to think you’re hot" or compare desire to drug addiction. She highlights expert quotes from Estelle Perel about maintenance sex and the need for realistic expectations, emphasizing that long-term intimacy requires teamwork, foreplay, and open dialogue. She calls out men who stay in unsatisfying relationships for decades, blaming partners rather than taking agency to seek therapy or leave. Ultimately, she stresses that women are not sex dolls, and that both genders must listen and adapt to each other’s needs. She ends by encouraging accountability and communication, while rejecting broad stereotypes about men or women, noting that trash exists in all groups but shouldn’t define everyone. The rant is unfiltered and passionate, urging listeners to prioritize mutual respect and fulfillment.

Hey y'all, welcome back to another episode of Geeky, Sexual, and Intellectual. I'm your girl Q. I know it's been a minute since I uploaded a podcast to Spotify and Apple Music and Amazon Music and so on and so on, but I had to do this one. I don't know if it's a rant or if it's a Reddit dumpster juice. I'm just discombobulated right now. So yesterday I spent some time on Reddit. I hadn't been over there in a while, so I said, let me check what's going on. So my notifications popped up with a post that was created over in the Reddit subgroup Sexless Marriage. So there's a couple of different communities that I follow just for content purpose and just to put my feelings out there to see where people's minds are in society. So the title of the post over on r backslash sexless marriage. This is five days ago from me recording this. The title is for the men in a sexless marriage, a quote I saw today, and this is event only no advice. I'm like, that shouldn't even be a category because bitch, we're going to say what we got to say. But anyway, the post goes, a woman will leave her three to four year relationship, turn around and begin a new relationship and do all those things her ex asked her to do. Stop. Begging and preaching to women. They hear you. You are not the man she truly loves. People change for who they truly want. Guys, if there is no sex, she doesn't want you. She she's not attracted to you. She is just with you for another reason. And I am living proof. And let me backtrack. I should have started this podcast saying that I know that mental health is a real thing. And I know that. Entitlement is a real thing. And those two things together are an explosive cocktail. And that's what I get a lot from these. These I'm assuming male posters on Reddit because what the hell? And also, let me preface. If it doesn't apply, let that shit fly. I'm not talking to you. OK, because a hit dog barks. So I don't even want to go through the comments. Maybe I should go through the comments. But basically. Time and time again, it's men replying to this comment. It has 158 upvotes and 116 comments. And let me just I'm just going to read the top post. I mean, not the most liked post, but this commenter says, meanwhile, I'm the woman who wants sex and I just deal with it. It's been over 10 years since we've had sex. And I guess we just moved on to a new era because I'm getting to the point where I'm used to. Not having sex. So, yes, there are a couple of women that post in here. But at the end of the day, it's just a lot of self loathing post or entitlement post in here. So from that comment, I'm not going to read anything else. I mean, not comment that post. I'm not going to read anything else. The next one is in the same Reddit group, sexless marriage. It is titled She Simply Doesn't Want You. It's also event only. No advice. It goes on to say. It's not the peri or menopause. Let's stop blaming hormones and just admit it. She doesn't want you. Hormones can be easily fixed. There's so many good tools to fix the physiology or physiology tongue twisters, physiology, physiological part of libido. But no one can fix unwillingness to change the resentment. She clings on to make things worse. Once the attraction is lost, it doesn't come back. She has a headache. The kids are in the next room. She's tired, not in the mood. All those rules would be broken in a heartbeat for the right guy. But you are not him. I'm like, this is some old crybaby bullshit, and I'm like, a reasonable person reading this knows the factors. This person even named some things, but they like not as that's not fucking good enough. That's not what it is. I don't think that's what it is. They're lying. And you're just not the man for them. You know what? All of these things can be true at the same time. But you, you don't want to hear any of that. You just just a fucking man child. Anyway, let me see if that was all. Before I go into my rant, it's like, what the fuck? No. So that was pretty much it. So then I got kind of fucking pissed off. And I went, let me see if I can get back to this page. I went to my own Reddit page, and then I made a post because I started to reply to the posters in there. Something is going on, and I was like, I can't, I cannot. So I'm just going to make my own post on my own page and then put it in these different groups. Let me go to my profile so I can read this. Okay, so I went on my own fucking page. And then I posted my post in the sexless marriage. So let me see if I can get in here. So I titled mine, food for thought on women and sex. Okay, so I put a collage post from the diary of a CEOs podcast that Steven had with, you know, one of my friends. And I was like, okay, I'm going to post this. I'm going to post this. I'm going to post that. said anything interesting to each other they haven't laughed they haven't kissed each other they haven't looked at each other they haven't barely touched each other and suddenly the text sex needs to be you know all hot and and and passionate on what freaking basis their life is not interesting their communication their interaction their conversations their attention to each other the fact that they matter the fact that their presence means something in each other's lives that's what is all connected to long-term sex long-term sex doesn't come just from because you i look at you and i'm and i'm all hot it's it's a different mechanism so you're asking a question that happens here and i am telling you if all All of this is rather boring and unengaged. And if you have less connection, less attention, less intimacy, less. Why do you think that people are suddenly going to be turned down? So I think she eloquently put that statement. I don't get why it's so fucking hard, especially for men, to understand this fucking shit. Even with the side effects of getting fucking older and hormonal changes and physiological changes and all of the things, mental changes. There's so many changes that happens over the span of a human life. And they just want to tuck it right in to a little cubby that says, women don't want sex. Women don't want sex with me. Women only want sex with rich men. None of that is true. That's a figment of your fucking imagination. So I posted this in two subreddit groups. So I'm going to read you the comments from the first post that I made in Sexless Marriage. So the comments that people put in. Somebody said, translation, she has to think you're hot as fuck. It's not hard to figure out. That's a stupid motherfucker. I don't know if this is a man or woman. Whoever said it, that's a stupid fucking statement. That's so fucking one. Dimensional. Like you put no thought into that. You are a fucking troll. Anyway, the next post, a comment to my post. That's a mental gymnastics for you. The thing is, men usually aren't expecting anything different than what she's already showed us. Three times a week of sex. I think that's what they're talking about. Three times a week before marriage should be three times a week after marriage. But it never is. They were interested in sex. They put a ring on. And weren't interested anymore. That's the problem. You're a fucking idiot. You don't deserve any fucking body because people change. And somebody will be hot and heavy in the beginning. But that's not how life. It doesn't stay consistent like that. The human body doesn't. And mind doesn't work like that. You fucking, fucking idiot. I'm like, let me not go down this rabbit hole. That's a fucking stupid statement. People are allowed to change. People have things that happen in their life that, you know. Change the importance of certain things and the precedence of importance of things. And just, oh, so on and so on and so on. And I'm sorry if I sound like I'm ranting because I'm just really fucking pissed off about this. The next comment says, the image is saying too many things. The image that they're talking about is the first recording of Estelle talking about women aren't interested in sex if it's not lively and vibrant. I'm like, then you a fucking stupid motherfucker. Like, what? It's saying too many things? It's saying all the things. It's saying all the things you need to be fucking taking notes on. That's what it is. Then there's another comment that says, this is me. And then somebody, what the shit, somebody. That was me. I said, it's a lot of people. Another commenter said, sex can be painful at certain points in life as people get older and infirmity creeps in. Desire and commitment is still there, but the body is unable. Still get some good cuddles in, though. And then I said 100%. It's not always an intentional punishment placed on the other partner. Then another commenter said, could the women have PCOS? It's a common condition in women that can cause low libido. I know because I argued with a nurse and a doctor who kept telling me, telling me literally, no, you have low libido because you have PCOS. And despite my porn addiction. No, I'm sorry, not hers. My porn addicted fiance telling them, no, she has a. Very high sex drive. Shit. My ideal death would be death by orgasm, but I understand the frustration just in a different way. And then I commented, you are right. It can literally be all the things, but women are thought not to like sex at all or withholding because they aren't attracted to their partners, which could be the furthest from the truth. And a lot of cases say the same comment to respond back to me. I have always been attracted to. My partner. I have tried everything, even trying to appeal to his voyeuristic kink, lingerie, sexy pics and videos, trying Polly, offering threesomes, everything. What does this say? I, from day one, told him I have a high drive and would most likely not want to stop having sex no matter how old I got. But I learned I was not good enough. He'd rather pay cam girls, download porn. Add to his collection of almost 100 sex games, Snapchat, OnlyFans, AI sex chat bot girlfriends, begging for nudes on Reddit, even on my birthday slash our anniversary. I have tried to be the perfect housewife, cook clean, encourage him to follow his dreams, call out his friends and family who told him he wasn't good enough for college, helped him pass college by being his subject and camera assistant, buy him gifts that were meaningful. I have tried to be the perfect housewife, cook clean, encourage him to follow his dreams, help him pass college by being his subject and camera assistant, help him pass college by being his subject and camera assistant. I have tried to be the perfect housewife, cook clean, encourage him to follow his dreams, help him pass college by being his subject and camera assistant. I'm done being a placeholder, and I want to be someone's everything, as cliche as that sounds. Hell, the constant rejection gave me a free-use kink, because why not? And I said, oh my, I'm sorry this has been your experience. This breaks my heart. I hope you can come to a resolution and live a fulfilling life with all you desire. And then she replied back, I hope the same for everyone going through sexless marriage slash dead. That was a lot, because women are willing to change, but their willingness to want to change to make the perfect scenario to allow for attraction and sex to take place dies when their partner isn't giving the same effort, just demanding sex. You haven't changed anything about the life that will make me want to have sexy time with you. You just want me to just fucking. You just want me to just fucking turn on the wet coochie and just be ready. That's not how this shit works. Let's see, the next comment says, I definitely think a lot of women just aren't getting much pleasure out of sex they are having. So, of course, if they are not really enjoying it, or they are not getting an orgasm out of it, they probably aren't going to be very interested. They just think, what's the big deal about sex? It doesn't even feel good. And I'm not. What did it say? And I'm not blaming. I'm not blaming the partner here. A lot of women grow up with so much shame around sex and such negative perceptions about sex that they never actually explore their own bodies. They don't even know how to give themselves an orgasm. Or maybe the only way they ever learned was sticking a vibrator on their clit. Their vaginas are basically numb. I'm already pissed off. I was into it, but now I'm pissed off. Their vaginas are basically numb because they never explored them. And found out how to give themselves pleasure with penetration. I think I read that kind of wonky. And found out how to give themselves pleasure with penetration so they don't get much pleasure out of PIV, penis and vagina. And then they can't really communicate to their partners what feels good because they don't even know what feels good. So when the partner can't really give them true. Yeah, that's what they wrote. If the partner can't really give them true out of this world pleasure that would make them actually desire sex. It's a vicious cycle. Yes. But I'm like, get off the fucking sex toys. Sex toys are not going to decrease the sensitivity of anything. Some women just don't have orgasms from penetration. Because if you look at a diagram of a clitoris, it's just not that little bulb at the top. It actually. Under the skin, there's like these wings that go down the labias. I think there's like two sets on each side. And there's sensations all in that. And it doesn't consist of internal sensations. So I just want people to fucking open a book and listen. Listen to fucking women. I think that's the biggest issue here. They don't fucking listen to women and they just think they know just off of a couple of situations that happened to them. I'm like. The world is bigger than your fucking little world on your street corner or in your apartment or your fucking mom's basement. Whatever the fuck. So somebody responded to that comment. It says. Oh my God. I hate when people make PIV the goal and act like the myriad of ways women feel pleasure outside of PIV are wrong. The clit is basically the women's penis. And it is outside the vagina. If a woman comes through external stimulation, it is not because she is numb. Exactly. It is normal. The ignorance and insults around clitoral stimulation and why they don't want to have sex. Not that they never learned. I know it. Fuck. Exactly. She summed it up quick. Is this the same commenter? Yes. So that comment to the original commenter. I mean, yeah, commenter wrote back. I take it you have a numb vagina. OK, so you're just going to be a fucking troll right at the gate and didn't listen to none of that. Are you took in what you thought was saying you're a dumbass because you are a dumbass? So let me start over. I take it you have a numb vagina and have never explored how to change that situation and make the pleasurable neural connections in your brain to allow you to have incredible pleasure during P. I never said it wasn't normal to have clitoral orgasm, but I also know that it is the only way most women are told is possible. And I'm here to tell you that you can absolutely expand your pleasure capacity by just learning quotes. They put quotes on learning how to activate the pleasurable neuron connections between your brain and your vagina. I'm not saying to never have clitoral orgasm. Or the clitoral orgasms, of course, have as many as possible. They are fabulous. I have one every day. So this is a fucking woman. This is wild. But if you just sticking a vibrator on your clit is the only way you can ever explore having orgasms. Well, you're missing out on a whole lot of other ways to have incredible out of this world pleasure. So let me see. Somebody responded back. No, this is a different. I don't know how common this is, but it's not my story. I know what I want and I know what feels good. My husband just doesn't seem interested in doing anything new or exciting in the bedroom. The sex we do is very routine and boring. Sometimes, despite it feeling good, it's very predictable. Despite all the stuff I brought to try together, it's usually just collecting dust because he doesn't feel like doing anything new. He just says. Not today, it's kind of depressing. Exactly. So it's women out here trying and I'm like, you're supposed to be, you know, quote unquote me. Y'all quote unquote love sex. Y'all quote unquote love the nasty shit y'all can do. So why not let your partner introduce something new into the relationship? Unless it's, you know, it requires your consent, like, you know, perform an anal on you as the man and you're not into that. I'm like, this woman is telling you what her needs and that's wild to me that you don't want to perform them if you say you love this woman. This woman is telling you what her needs and that's wild to me that you don't want to perform them if you say you love this woman. Because you say it's wild to you that she won't just fucking have sex every fucking day because she loves you. Like nobody, we're not fucking sex dolls. So the original commenter wrote, I'm sorry you're going through that. Most men want nothing more than to please their woman. That's not fucking true. I wonder if he needs to get his testosterone checked. And I hate to say that's not fucking true because a lot of I'm just going off of what I read and read it. These men are not interested in their female partners. Pleasure. They just need you to be there so they can stick their dick in a wet hole. That's just how I feel from these fucking comments. They are uninterested in learning about what you're going through. Let me see. So I'm trying to get down to some idiots. Oh, I don't remember. So my comment got pushed down from the commenter that said something about. Let me see. What's it that comment? I don't know. But basically, I put on here. I forgot who I was responding to. This is I adore the time you took to read, digest and understand my post. And you are absolutely right about women and their sexual journeys and lack thereof because of society and the shame. And it's also said that in one of the most influential relationships we have as humans with the person we share our finite lives with, we are incapable of being friends. We are fully vulnerable to communicate, communicate with, to have a fulfilling joint experience about our needs and wants. I was like, that's a wrathful. It really was. So that's all I'm going to read on that one. And then when I posted it, what did I post it in? I put it in dead bedrooms as well. The same original post. So this is where it got thick. When we got in the thick of it. So this commenter on my post says, but guys have heard no sex is better than bad sex. And if both parties aren't having good sex, then it's bad sex. If she's not after it and saying how much she wants your sex, then guess what? I ain't responded to this shit. And actually, I'm finna downvote this shit because what? You should have to fuck up. I'm like, I hate that you motherfuckers should have a license to have a dick because y'all out here reckless with this motherfucker. Okay. So the next commenter says a couple sex life has to be alive in order for it to have a chance to be vibrant. I'm like, bitch, you thought you ate with it. Like you just repeated what a stare said. And so what the fuck? Yes. Let me move on. The next commenter says, make it alive and vibrant is where it's at. And I said, definitely. It's a team effort. And she responded back. I absolutely agree. Effort has to be made from both sides for it to be a wonderful experience. Exactly. The next commenter says back in my single days, my takeaway was that different women had different preferences and tendencies. That said, it usually paid off to employ a Colonel Angus. I don't know what that is, and I'm not interested in looking it up. Regardless, O.P. would apply to a high libido female. I guess they're talking about me. This causes the low libido. This causes the what the causes of low libido can vary a lot and include abuse slash trauma in very young age, variety of sex, et cetera, are unlikely to be a cure for that. You not a fucking doctor. This is a fucking doctor that has done research on multiple couples and research on sex. You just a lazy motherfucker. And all of that shit. You tried. I'm going to say about abuse and trauma. I don't got shit to do with it because you want variety. You did not eat my friend. Shut the fuck up. Get to the back of the fucking class. Then the next commenter says, so it's like with drug addicts always chasing a better high than the last one. No, you dumb motherfucker. Somebody replied below that. Interesting. You know, with the thinking emoji. It's not fucking interesting. So I don't know if you're just trying to try. And another reply to that comment says, that's what it reads like. It don't read like that. It has nothing. It's not even. Oh, my God. It's not even comparable to a drug addict. It's not. That's not what it's saying. Looking for the next. He's just saying variety. People like variety. We're we like routine when it comes to being stability, having stability. But there's nothing. There's nothing wrong with variety. That's why we go to amusement parks and we ride all the different rides to get all the variety of fucking feelings. You know, we're scared and we scream and then it's joy and then it's laughter. Then it's crying like we like variety, bitch. Anyway, let's see. Next post says, as an high as a high libido female. This is so true. I don't want to have two minutes six to hopefully get five minutes six. And then. And then hopefully work up to longer sex. I don't want that sex. I want the sex where I'm desired and appreciated and service first, not 10 pumps and an apology. Fucking right. Then somebody else commented under hers in response, laughing my ass off. That's how my sex looks like. But what to expect if I get it once per month or two and I'm not even used to the. Quote, much more pleasant sensation. It's not like men have to have 100 percent control over. Let me reread that. It's not like men can have 100 percent control over when they finish and refractory period varies greatly, usually becoming longer and longer as we age. So as I'm not a teenager anymore, I need more time to get back on pitch long enough. So my wife loses interest. I don't know what I in before means. I looked it up. You can look that up. Then they say quotes use toys, fingers or mouth. Yeah, she only wants PIV. Again, women are different. I don't know what to tell you, buddy. If you love her, you listen and try to, you know, make the adjusted changes. The next commenter says, this is how you like to receive sex. How do you like to offer it? Or repunt or respond to it? If you love her, you listen and try to make the adjusted changes. responding to the original responder to my comment. Then they said no frequently. Then that responder says, let me elaborate. When two people come together for sex, each is offering and receiving in different degrees at the same time. Offering looks like initiating, teasing, inviting, kissing, touching, desiring, appreciating, paying attention to the other. Receiving looks like welcoming, encouraging, reciprocating, escalating, guiding, communicating what they enjoy, moaning, slow appreciation or showing appreciation. Your words above indicate receiving, being desired, appreciated and served. The reason I ask is that in a long term relationship, couples very often slip into a pattern of one partner offering and the other receiving. As you might imagine, these feelings one sided for both for both people. And both may be unhappy doing only the offering or only the receiving. It may not be what they want, or it may make them feel like they can only have sex, that they can only have sex on the other person's terms. I wondered if perhaps you were experiencing this pattern. OK, so the final reply to that was there is no pattern. Ten years, he's always been low libido. There has been much communication. The infrequency is what causes the short duration. I'm not saying it's my situation, but if that was my situation, I'm not finna waste my time. I'm not saying it's my situation, but if that was my situation, I'm not going to waste my time. I will do it myself than laying there and enduring a waste of time. And I have expressed my feelings on the subject. Not to say that's my situation, but if that was my situation, I'm not finna waste my time. I'm finna take care of my goddamn self. And sometimes you need to take care of your goddamn self. So somebody responded to my comment or my response and says, can you, what does it say? Can you tell life after menopause, like what changes appear in the body, drive decreases or increases? So somebody responded back for me and they said, there's a menopause subreddit. You might learn a lot by reading some posts. You'll see that there can be a variety of answers to your questions. The one thing I feel fairly certain about is that without HRT, that's hormone replacement therapy, you can't have a menopause. You can't have a menopause. You can't therapy. No post menopausal woman will say that their sex drive increased and HRT doesn't work as well for some women as others. That's what I'm saying. It's information out here. And I don't know if this is a man or woman, but they said it's a subreddit for it. It's one about menopause. It's one about perimenopause. It's all sex tips. It's all kind. People just won't go do the research and get the knowledge that they require before they go out and do the research. And just spouting this fucking dumpster juice advice or opinion, because yes, you can have an opinion, but the opinion don't mean you fucking right. If you haven't did thorough research to back your findings. I'm trying to get down to that dumb shit that I found. Oh, let me just finish this one. So one of the reposters said, so glad you can take care of yourself. And I said, I would rather take care of myself. She said, so glad you can take care of yourself. And I that on both partners. It's not cheating. It's a human basic need. So I'm not going to try to find the comments that pissed me off because they're there because I deleted some of them. I blocked some of the dudes because I was like, you just came in here to be argumentative. You are not actually here in good faith to actually learn anything. You just want to go back and forth with a woman. But I think it's just really sad. I watch all the discourse, like the red pill discourse on TikTok and YouTube, and then the YouTube reviewers that review the red pill talks. And I'm glad that there are men that are keeping other men accountable, but it's just crazy. It's wild how it's just spun out of control. At the end of the day, when I see this stuff, this is what I see across the board. Men want sex by any means necessary. And that's scary. But the only means that they're not willing to go about is to listen to women and change to get what they're looking for at the end of the day is the sex. No, we're not listening to the individual we want to have the sex with. We just need that individual to listen to us and what we want. But I'm like, you can't. That's borderlining on assault. Okay. Because I don't know. I'm dyslexic. I got a lot of words in my head and I just don't understand. And if somebody told me, that's like on your job, when they give you training to do the job, and then let's say three or four months down the line, you're like, yeah, yeah, yeah. But how do I do this? And you're like, but I told you during training, remember the notes that you took or the notes that I asked you to take that you didn't take proper notes? I told you. And they're like, yeah, yeah, yeah. But tell me again. I know, you know, if you care about this job, AKA the relationship, if you care about it and you want to receive the pay for this job, then you maintain the knowledge to keep the job, AKA maintain the communication and the information that you received in that communication with your partner to maintain the relationship or maintain the sex. And I also, speaking of maintaining sex, there is also a statement, that Estelle Perrel made about maintenance sex. Let me see if I can find that. Hold on one second. Okay, y'all, I found the post. It's over on Rich Rolls TikTok, but here we go. Nobody sees maintenance sex in a movie. You know, you only see passionate sex. And while maintenance sex is extremely important in erotic couples, you know, not everything is always a big production. Not every meal is a four course meal. Some meals are just very simple home-cooked food, but they're no less pleasurable. And so what we see is just creating a set of rather unrealistic expectations. Not everybody starts sex after 18 years together, just from being desirous and aroused and turned on. Sometimes you start from being willing and just open and we'll see what happens. You're not always eating because you're hungry. Not everybody runs to the gym because they can't wait. But I've never seen somebody come back from the gym and regret. And sex is no different. And we have a kind of an exceptionalism around sex, as Marty Klein says, that is really problematic. So I added that just because there is a multitude of reasons why sex isn't happening. We as partners have a responsibility to figure out what that is. And then sometimes, like she said, all sex isn't a big production. Sometimes you may need to. What I take from maintenance sex is that just don't try to go fast and hard and just straight to the wet hole. Sometimes you have to caress foreplay. Let me just sum it up. Foreplay. You have to get some foreplay in. Not all women are raving to go like that. They are out there. But if you let men tell it, they're not. But they are out there. But you have to do things on a consistent basis. It's once you start letting the sex fall off, it's harder and harder to get back to where you want to be. And the gap widens wider and wider the longer that you don't maintain it or talk about it. I don't know why people say it's so cliche. It's just the cornerstone of any successful relationship. Communication, communication, communication. And so if you're with somebody that's communicating and you just keep coming up against the same wall, bitch, it's you, bitch. It's you. And these people that are in these subreddit groups, dead bedrooms and sexless marriage, I have read posts. I don't know if it's men or women. Sometimes they'll tell you. But these men say they've been in a sexless relationship for 10 and 20 years. I think that's fucking ridiculous. Not just because they want to just put it on their partner. You have some agency. Nobody put a gun to your head and said, you stay here. You have no fucking way out and stay for the kids. And once the kids are grown, you just fucking stay. Like, no, y'all put that fucking gun to y'all head. Marriages don't always have to end in an explosive confrontation. Sometimes people just grow the fuck apart. You got to know when to throw in a towel. And I know on Reddit, that's the biggest comment. through all the fucking posts, get a divorce, divorce, divorce, divorce. Sometimes it's needed. You waste your life. Like I always tell people, we got a finite amount of time and you just waiting it out and waiting it out. And then when you finally leave, bitch, you could be dead in the next five years. You could have waited 22 years for some coochie. If you would have just left five years after it started, if y'all tried to get counsel and all this stuff, you could have been swimming in a coochie. You know what I'm saying? But no, you say you waited 22 years and just no sex. That's crazy to me. And then you want to be the victim when you become the aggressor, AKA you start cheating on your wife. You don't got to do that either. You can fucking leave and be swimming in pussy. You ain't got to cheat. Nobody has to be a victim. You can say, okay, you know, this is what's happening. Let's sit down and talk about it. Let's make a plan. Let's go to therapy. Let's talk about our wants and needs. And after all this stuff, if the sex still ain't happening, then you can amicably say, you know what? I love you as a person, but this isn't going to work for me for, you know, the foreseeable future. Um, it's just not happening. And, you know, I wish you the best in your life. And I hope that you wish the same for me. We don't fucking care, but you have agency to go do what you need to do with your fucking life. So that whole, when she made me a cheater, if you did what you was supposed to do, you would have made me a cheater. I was supposed to do as a woman and he wouldn't have cheated. No, everybody has options. Everybody has agencies to do what they need to have a fulfilling fucking life. All right, y'all. That's my fucking rant because I could go on and on and on because we are cooked as a society. Anyway, y'all have a great day. This shit ain't going to be edited. I ain't going to add no intro music. Nothing. I edited none of these sheets. You're going to get the ums and the ahs and the fumbles of vocabulary, but y'all be, y'all be safe out there and just, I want to say just love each other. But I think that is, that is expired. This woman I saw, she said, chivalry is not dead because it never fucking existed. And I'm not coming down on men. Let me do that too. I'm not coming down on men because in any gene pool, in any part of society, there's going to be trash. There's trash men and they're trash women, but you can't use those small percentages of society to like paint with a, you know, broad stroke on all of the men and all of the women because they'd be saying some wild shit about us. Like money don't get coochie wet. If you a horrible man, you can have all the money. You could be Elon Musk. Do he make anybody wet? Fuck no. Them women got wet and made them babies because they want to be attached to his money. Yes. I'm sorry. Blame misogyny for how society, you know, uh, makes women feel secure with fucking monies around. But no, with my broke ass, Elon Musk does not get my coochie wet. I don't care if he dropped a million dollars in my bank tomorrow. I would think about self exiting because I don't want that man laying on top of me. All right, y'all. Peace out. I love y'all. Bye.

Summary:

She advises them to listen to their partners, communicate openly, put in effort to maintain intimacy, and if the relationship isn't working after trying, they have the agency to leave rather than stay and become resentful or cheat.

She references Estelle Perrel's concept, explaining that not all sex is passionate and that sometimes partners should be willing to start from a place of openness. She compares it to exercise—you don't always feel like going, but you rarely regret it.
