S4 E43: Reddit Dumpster Juice Reviews - TikTok LIVE w/ Teffy Wonder

Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of Geeky, Sexual, and Intellectual. I am your host, Q, and it's been a minute. I've had some life changes. If you follow me on any of my social media, you'll see that my position was dissolved at the end of September, so I'm unemployed, but I'm keeping my spirits up. I'm staying motivated and finding ways to hold myself accountable to stay on the job search. But other than that, I was like, hey, utilize this free time that you have. You know, get back to working out, get back to the podcast, work on that voice acting you've been thinking about doing. And I've been getting a lot of good suggestions and compliments and motivational things have been sent my way on all the social platforms. Speaking of Teffy, this episode is my first TikTok live. This is my recording with Teffy, and we had a good-ass time. Like I said, I was all over the place because that was the first one, but she was helping us out because she's done these before. She was chiming in with the people in the comments. Most of them was her people from her camp, but I really appreciated them stopping through, showing support of her and of me. So give me a little minute. I had to edit the video to chop out the beginning. Like I said, first time, I was like, okay, I got to wait for my invite to come through. She came through. We got to rocking. Rolling again, support the show, support the social media, uh, help us out because my store is closed. The, uh, everyday cosplay collection because freaking tariffs and shipping ate up my profit. Um, my mom had reconstruction surgery from like her cancer and it's just been like one complication after another, honestly. Okay. Well, I hope she get back right. Cause, uh, the last thing I remember when you was like, can you hold off the rapture so my mama can get her new, her new titties? Girl. Yes. I was like, you crazy as hell. No, cause ain't nobody trying to go to the rapture like that. I want all my boobies with me. I didn't even ask you, but did you want, do you have Reddit? Uh, I do have Reddit. I don't use it though. Oh, okay. Cause, uh, I had, I have some that saved like, uh, like the most ratcheted story. I could read and find, and I just saved them to come back to him later. So I got, I got some, I didn't know if he wanted to like tag team. Um, no, my bad. It's all good. I remember some, cause I, I consume a lot of that. Like, am I the asshole? Yeah. Um, content. Yeah. I'll watch that shit for hours. Oh, hell yeah. Sometime I'll be like, it's really people out here living like that. Like I couldn't, I couldn't function in that kind of chaos. Right. Listen. And sometimes it'd be like, it'd be the wildest stuff. You'd be like, who behaves this way? Yep. And to think that some people, that's some people's real life. Everyday life. I'm like, how do you go to work? How do you, how can you function with this going on in the background? Ain't my story to tell. I'm just here to be entertained by it. Right. Right, right, right, right, right. Yep. Oh, I know you heard the news. What? That I'm freshly unemployed. I saw that post earlier. I was like unemployed. When did I have that? So Friday I was sitting in my desk. Cause we were just talking about it. Yes. I was sitting in my desk and, uh, we had the, the WNBA here in Dallas. They opened up a new facility. So, um, you know, we took care of all that. Cause this is, they would be like our neighbors. We took care of all this stuff. And then the event was over. And then, so I'm like, do, do, do, do. Everything's going great. Yay. So, uh, one of the bosses comes in and so I'm sitting in the, you know, the reception area and she was like, hi, how are you? I was like, I'm good. Cause I hardly ever see her. She'd be over at the other building. So, uh, I was like, what's up? So she was like, well, I just wanted to come over and just let you know that, um, we're dissolving your position. And I was like, crash. Like my heart was over my head. It was like, well, you know, what's crazy about. Yeah. So like 50%, I was kind of like, and the other side, I was like, I knew it was coming because, uh, you know, with the, with the tariffs going on, majority of their, the product that they use is shit from overseas and we haven't been set. They hadn't been selling and they were slowly letting people go and people were slowly like finding other jobs. And I was like, I can see it. So she was like, well, here's your exit. Yeah. So she was like, well, here's your exit, uh, paperwork, you know, just sign this. We're going to give you two weeks severance and you know, I wish you luck. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I see. Can you hear that popping? Okay. I hear it. I hope it's, oh, the popping is me. I'm putting likes. So, oh, okay. The popping is me taping the screen. Yeah. But that's, I can't hear it on my phone. Okay. Yeah. So that, that's my life. So I've been like doing these, uh, daily updates, trying to stay, you know, motivated because the girls suffer from depression and I don't need to come back. I don't need it. No, I hear that. Yeah. So that's what I'm doing. What you've been up to. Cause I ain't talked to you in a million years. Um, what haven't I been up to for real? Um, mostly, oh, I don't, you can't tell by my posts, but I teach pole now, like once a month. I'm an assistant instructor. Um, yeah, I'm an assistant instructor and then I lead for some of the lessons, like once a month, maybe more, I get to like teach now I'm considering taking over one of the beginner classes so I could like teach like part time, like more regularly. Um, so I have that, um, my son is growing out of control. Oh yeah. I want to sit down. He'll be, he's. 10 going on 11, um, yeah, um, he went from a size three shoe last December. He's now a size six now, and he might need new shoes and like another month. That's the one thing I can say about having a girl. She don't be growing like that. No. Well, and you know, my son have autism and ADHD, so we were like going back and forth about the medicine and food issues. And stuff like that, um, hymen style. Good evening to you. Um, so we, we was going back and forth. He was on Adderall, which suppressed his appetite. Now he's on something else. So now he's eating all the time, like eating, eating, eating, eating. He'll eat like a, a medium sized pizza by itself. Yeah. I was like, Negro. Yeah. I, and his dad, his. His dad's not working. So, and his dad, his dad didn't do a whole bunch before, but it like, if, if I needed him in a pinch, he could give me a little something. Yeah. So, but now I don't even like have that to fall back on. So you got to teach pole classes to feed your baby. Yeah. Clearly I'm going to have to start teaching these places. I can make some money on the side. Oh, I'm going to have to shake some ass. Like, yes, listen, I, my car, my car broke and it was something, my car needed work like every year, every other year. So finally I needed to have like the front rack replaced. My mom was like, please God, do not put another dime into this car. So I finally caved and got a new car. Um, yeah, I finally caved and got a new car. Um, we just. Now my mom had cancer later on. year uh and whole big ordeal with her her surgery and radiation and all this other stuff so she finally at the end of that jersey journey with her reconstruction surgery um but she's having complications they wasn't getting blood flow to one of the breasts and her feet are numb all the time so yeah when i tell you is she was supposed to have been home from the hospital monday it's wednesday she might not be home till friday or saturday and i leave next friday i was only coming for two weeks oh okay thank you for the roses yes thank you i'm so involved by your story because like i said i haven't talked to you in so long so i'm sorry i'm missing y'all um no it's fine but yeah so um girl it's it's it's a lot uh it's a lot i'm talking to these two dudes now they both know i was like they were like you don't have to stop talking to either one of us you can just date us both and i was like okay thank you for taking it off my plate i was concerned right right see i have to live vicariously through you i'm going on what uh almost 10 years me girl i'm trying to get married like you 10 years girl 10 years that's why i told you i'd be reading stories huh so i'm trying to get married girl yeah you know what i tell everybody i was like if i wasn't married i would not be in the streets because the streets is full of right i just be reading everybody's little stories and they tick tocks and they dating horror stories and i'm like um the ghetto the funny the funny part is uh the funny part is i was like i went on back on dating for a little bit i was like i'm gonna give facebook dating another try because my best friend her boyfriend girl please don't even bother okay i won't unless you like unless you need a good laugh because some of the profiles on there some of the profiles on there is crazy it's crazy i gotta drive to you right dude took a picture from like down here and he was like wet and naked i was like are you in the shower now he trying to give you a pov what is happening like put a shirt on he said but it's what it is he was trying to let you know listen it's dudes on there who are clearly in prison oh okay with them ass phones you listen he posted up on the ground i'm like sir i know a prison jumpsuit when i see them like it's crazy so i like i was i was frustrated thank you mommy thank you nina for the heart puffs um so i was on i had decided i was like oh this is not working out the only dudes who was like really trying to talk to me were people who i was not compatible with was not interested with and so i was like all right let me just i'm probably finna delete this but i've been talking to this one guy for a while and he was like no i really want to date you and blah blah blah so i was like all right fine we we could take it there if you want um he's actually the one guy is in japan right now and then this other guy who i've been thinking about is like i don't know i don't know if i'm Thank you, Forbidden. This other guy who I've been friends with, like online friends with forever, came out of, like, left field and was like, oh, thank you, Men's Style. Thank you, Forbidden. Thank y'all. Y'all so sweet. So they, he came out of nowhere and he was like, so how would you feel about, like, us maybe taking our friendship to another level? And I was like. More, say more. Right, right. No, and I've been feeling him for a hot minute, but he, like, he's kind of, like, demisexual. So I was like, oh, you don't like me. Like, this isn't going to be a thing. Period. Just gave up on it. I was like, eh, you don't like me. That's fine. Like, I was just, like, wrote him off. I was like, we're friends and that's it. And then he came out. But I always thought he was hot as fuck. He's so sweet. So funny. We have a lot of stuff in common. So when he was like, no, like, would you be interested? I was like, oh, you like me. It's like, where do I sign? I'm ready to sign up. Listen, so it's been, it's interesting. And, like, I find myself being, like, just trying to take myself out of a monogamous headspace. And then also trying to make sure I'm being fair. And I'm like, I don't want to compare them. Because, like, my relationship and my experience of them should be, like, old people, white, like, old people, water fountain. Separate. Separate but equal. Okay. Not in these times, Tiff. Come up with another analogy. I didn't know how else to say it, though. But for real, I was like, no, it should be, I should let my experience of one, like, not really affect the other. So unless he fucking up. Yeah. And you kind of want the best of two different worlds. Like, you know what I'm saying? Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, and it's, and that's kind of what it is. Like, me and the one guy kind of bump heads. But that's because between me and you, I think he's a little autistic. And everybody over here. So, like, his brain. Yeah. Listen. I think he's, like, his brain just works differently than mine. And I'll be the first person to tell you right now. If I found out today that I was autistic, it would be the least shocking thing I've ever found out about myself. Oh, girl. I want to say a vast majority of society is undocumented. Undermedicated. Especially. My thing is, I was like, if you was a weird girl in the 90s, you, you're a little neuro spicy. Because they didn't know what else to do with us. If you was in the gifted program, you, you got a little, you got a little rhythm of the tism. You got a little something in there. Yes. Because it's not, I was like, because so many of, like, my inner circle of friends are all neurodivergent. Okay. Like, all of my friends from high school, ADHD. Did you go to a performance in art? Autistic and ADHD. Did you go to a performance? No. Which is funny. No, but I was in theater. Because I did, and we all look. I was in theater, in the theater program, doing improv and, like, in musicals and shit. So, yeah. Yeah. Like, so, like I said, I think, so we butt heads, but that's because, like, we just be on two different wavelengths sometimes. So, I have to sit down and, like, talk to him and be like, no, we need to talk seriously because I feel like we're having a miscommunication. And usually that's all it is. So, we talk, we move past it, and things have been cool. So, I'm very, like, hmm, this is cool. Don't know what I'm going to tell my mother, but. It's none of our business. Listen, she, Christian married. Oh, it's definitely not her business. Yeah. It's funny because the guy who's in Japan, he was like, well, you can have one boyfriend for show and one for, like, play. And I was like, why? Okay. Bye. This is my window boyfriend for, like, the shop window. This is the floor model. And the other ones are just my little pleasure drawings on the side that I take out. Jesus. Right. So, that's me. Yeah. See, I don't got shit going on compared to you. I'm like, she's over there living it up. Trying to. Trying to. Jesus. And these times, you got to have fun where you can get it. Amen. Amen. That's why I do shit like this. These damn. Because this is where I get it. I get it from you. The spiciest details. And then I get it from Reddit. Because I'm like, tell me more, Reddit. Uh-uh. Because there be people out there asking questions about, like, sex advice. And I'm like, you just wanted somebody to talk to because, you know, you could just ask ChatGPT. You know you can Google that, right? First of all, do not be on ChatGPT. They are poisoning our world. They are poisoning our border with this shit. With this ChatGPT bullshit. They are poisoning black neighborhoods specifically. Oh, yeah. Okay. Okay. I was like, what is she talking about? With the drama? No, you're talking about the actual facilities. Yes. Yeah. No, no, no. Those, like, AI farm things. Yeah. Those server farms. Yeah. They, like, they take up so much water and then the water is not usable after the fact. Yes. And they pump a gross amount of pollution into the air. So, they put one in Memphis, Tennessee, in a black part of Memphis. Yeah. I remember seeing it. In, like, the poorest part of Memphis. And the people there are getting violently ill. Yeah. Because of it now. And they're talking about putting one in Maryland somewhere. And, girl, before you know it, they'll have one outside your house in Texas because it's plenty of space. Exactly. But this is what was weird to me. They think they're smart. Okay. Because we all share this rock, right? They're just like, oh, no, let's just start with the poorest areas. Nobody will say anything. Let's start with the poorest areas. Okay. If you turn those poorest areas into, basically, landfills, ghost towns, polluted zones, the next step is to you. It's not going to just stay contained. So, I'm just like, it can't, you can't, I don't understand. I just don't, I don't know what genius came up with this shit. Because I didn't, I didn't look into it until, I think, January. And I was like, that makes a lot of sense. Yeah. Supercomputers, these are mega supercomputers. computers so when i worked in radio we had a whole i want to say eight offices the size of eight offices full of computers and that was just for us so if you're trying to compute for the entire world in a matter of seconds yeah uh thank you nina they're putting it they're trying to put it near commander station in um maryland where the washington commanders play it's a black neighborhood um but the people got out there and was protesting at city hall they was not fucking having it so y'all next time they try and have that little hearing y'all if you can get out there please do write to your senators your like congress people state representatives go to their local offices because they're supposed to maintain a local office go to their local office and fuck shit up because don't your our our literal children you depend on this like our future is this we we can be on some octavia butler parable of the show sower type shit hell yeah i just i don't get it i don't i i know they don't care about poor people old people disabled people but i'm like you're killing everybody there's no you don't have a discrimination when it's killing the earth yeah they don't they don't listen they they think that they won't go uh to space and just leave us here to rot oh what's that damn movie elysium they think they're gonna put some elysium on them stories she get the wildest crazy shit on there but it was am i the asshole because the person was asking if they should go to hr about a co-worker who is obsessed with her pregnancy not with them touchy feely bitches go ahead so so it was i think i wanted to say homegirls in like her early 30s and she works in this office kind of similar to like your setup where they had like two offices like across the country so she works this one person gets transferred over her to her team but they don't live in the same town okay and the lady's like you know i keep my business to myself you know she like i'm not friends with these people they just my co-workers for real for real okay except for like except for like a handful of them so they're on like teams or whatever video meeting and the lady who just got transferred on over to the team realizes oh my god you're pregnant and she's like huh yeah i'm pregnant like you know yeah she was like oh well why would you like oh were you hiding it from me bitch we're not friends we're not friends and who are you right and who and who is you so she's like oh yeah no so the lady the other co-worker starts reaching out to op and she's like oh like what is your baby when is it due like how are you i want to buy you presents and da da da da and op is like oh whoa there burner like chill chill chill chill chill chill chill her and her husband i think she was having fertility issues okay so her and her husband decided that they weren't going to find out the sex of the baby until the baby was born and the co-worker was like oh well let me pay for you to get a 3D ultrasound and I want to go with you to do the 3D ultrasound so you can see your baby you should see what it is and the lady was like ew no like what is wrong with like no yeah she was trying to be nice to her but she was like completely unnerved by this because she was like why would you like what are we doing here basically yeah um so she was like no she tried to politely decline but the other co-worker the co-worker would not take no for an answer she starts sending her stuff like oh she was trying to get her address so she could look up 3D ultrasound places in op's area and like send her like trying to like send her gift cards and stuff like that um she called she called their mutual boss the co-worker called their mutual boss and was like can you give me op's address so I can send this to her and the boss reaches out to op and is like yeah right so the boss reaches out to op and is like do what is going on like do you know like what's going on so op you have to explain the situation and she's like I don't feel comfortable I don't want to do this and the boss is like okay so what do you want to do and she's like well I don't know like because she don't live in the area so like I don't know how much danger I am actually like am I actually in danger type of thing yeah so the co-worker finds op's address and he sends her like a 300 gift card for the um for the ultrasound uh-huh and and she's going to come to their town for like a meeting and she's like oh uh when are you in the office because I want to give her you this gift card oh that's what it was she wanted she found the place bought a gift card bought a gift certificate printed it out put it in a card so she tells the boss so yeah so she was trying to do that boss is like no I'm not giving you her address she finds the address somehow anyway op never says how she did that um so she prints it out she puts it in a card and she goes to the manager she goes back to their mutual manager and it's like when is op going to be in the office because I have a gift for her now op knows that she's going to be in the office this day because they're on the same team they share a calendar uh-huh op is like I actually have that day scheduled off because like her and her husband we're going to go do something else okay so she decides that she's going to leave early the day before just in case Captain crazy pants shows up early and tries to corner her in the office so she leaves op's not in the office she does not have op's like personal number so it's kind of fine op comes back in the office after she after the co-worker leaves and finds the card with the gift certificate in it she goes to her manager and it's like hey I don't feel comfortable I don't feel safe she looked up the business and and saw that it was close to her house okay so this lady has her address and she's like I don't feel safe and I don't know what to do so would I be the if I escalate this to HR no but and I hate to do this because I feel like uh I want to say a high percentage I'm gonna put it now I'm gonna say 95 percent of us black people do this be like was she white because me being black I would have checked the before I'd even go that far be like listen I have a husband I have my own money I have my own insurance if I want to get that if we might me and my husband decided to do that we would have done that but thank you but no thank you if she keep pressing it like listen stay out my business stop talking to me about this baby because you know what that made me think of when you first said it about that woman that was she was on Facebook pray uh uh um what am I trying to say she was she was faking like she was pregnant and then she would have these miscarriages and then she would be pregnant and then she ended up becoming friends with a woman like they became real good friends and the woman was pregnant oh yeah and she went to her home and cut that baby out yes yes and then she didn't want them to take her to the nearest hospital because they she knew the cops would be looking for a bloody woman with a new infant right i was like oh my god stay away but i don't need your help yeah so the the co-worker was like having fertility issues and she was never able to get pregnant herself and like carry a child to term so she basically was trying to live vicariously through op and op was like hey like uh i feel sorry for you or whatever but this ain't that yeah um after you know so after the initial post she does go on to say like oh my god i didn't think of some of the things that you guys told me she and her um after um after the initial post she does go on to say like oh my god i didn't think of some of the things she does not respond to getting the card the co-worker kind of goes crazy and starts reaching out to the manager and trying to reach out to op again about her baby and trying to like being like oh well i can come back we can go to the thing and even after op is like forcefully told her no at this point she's still like oh well no it's fine i just want to be helpful i think this will be really good for you and like we can bond and da da da da and like yeah so uh girl after like that she does decide they do gather the evidence and she does decide to go forward and open up a case with hr against her like and basically hr was like you need to chill you do not talk to her about anything unless it's for work yes see and that's that's one of those scary things where you don't know how far it'll go like we were just talking about the story with the lady because i'm like now we're in close proximity on the street and i'm like oh my god i'm going to go to the police station and i'm going to go to the police station and i'm going to go to the police station and i'm going to go to the police station and i'm going to go to the police station i don't know her level of crazy i don't know if it's constantly you know bubbling to the point where she ready to you know jump get froggy and i i'm coming up here pregnant i gotta walk to my car i gotta walk in this building i gotta go to the ladies rooms anywhere she could have you know one-on-one time with me i'm like you gotta go boo yeah well that that was the like kind of like that was kind of her hesitation because the lady didn't even live in their state she worked at like another another office under the same company okay so that was kind of her hesitation i think had they worked on the same building yeah and she was doing all of that it would have been like different i don't think she would have hesitated but she was like i just i don't think i'm in any danger like is this like she just didn't know she didn't grasp the seriousness of it until like you said i'm pretty sure people in the comments told her about the story that we just talked about we're like no people will drive state lines and cut your baby out of your belly people do not care there was another there there was another reddit story where like the person showed up to the hospital or like showed up to her house and was trying to take the baby like right in front of the mom or something crazy like people are nuts and do not play when and it is op's first baby yeah so you know that the new mom jitters you don't you don't want to come across as hysterical or overprotective or anything like that my uh my uh my pediatrician my god gynecologist she was like oh i'm sick of this every appointment she coming here with a list of questions i asked her ass and got me another gynecologist we're gonna do this my way and yes i'm a first-time mother but let me do this hi carolyn thank you yes dwayne the geek please go listen to geeky sexual intellectual that's my boy he always listen he supported everything i do yes we love to see it yes um but yeah no is is crazy this is crazy and i don't understand how people so comfortable because my husband would say any day of manager couldn't take it to hr right away without op's permission because she is the one who is potentially being harassed or it's not it's not even that just you coming to me as a manager asking me for someone else and would you take and would not take no from the manager at first either yeah like now come on let's take this walk down hr because right right right no because you're being you're being insane yeah and you know and you know i i wanna i don't want to blame society but i do want to blame society typically we don't take women offenders as seriously as men now that was a man that would have been all up his ass oh but it's just a woman that's just whatever her name was that's his back rebecca right it's fine she's harmless and she's slicing babies at stomachs oh she don't even go here she's in another state it's fine no no no she came here yeah and that that could be considered a she comes here yeah she went out of her way to find my address that nobody gave her no that's years later and when he met me i was 18 i had my first credit card uh and i told him like when i first i was like oh my god i got my first credit card hadn't known him two months okay and i think the credit card was like a 500 limit so i get a call bring bring bring i pick it up because you know we got no cell phones and i say hello you have a collect call from but i said oh what the and it was like he said his name and i was like oh no i don't even accept these kind of calls from family click so when he got out and i think this you know he got out and we kept talking or what have you so i want to say it was years later he was like you remember that time i called you from jail i was like yeah he said and the only reason i called you because i couldn't call my father he was gonna be it was gonna be upset with me but i knew you had a credit card and i was hoping you was gonna use that credit card to bail me out i was like it was only five hundred dollars i couldn't have really done that i don't know nothing about bailing nobody out is it percentage right i don't even know if i had enough of the percentage so um i was like i wasn't doing that my mama told me not to give me any
