Today we have Jaan Villamo, the long-time CEO of Rochier. You can tell us how Teko älyy is in the business organization, and what kind of business business organization Teko älyy looks like in the future. Welcome, Jaan. Thank you. You're welcome. The first theme is about how much change Teko älyy has in business operations. Let's start from you. Tell us about your own career and how you decided to become a CEO of Rochier. In 1999 I decided to become the first IT nerd for Rochier, the first full-time IT friend. The company had about 60 lawyers, and the servers were on the open side of work. I opened five servers on foot, and it started to come from my own side. I had the feeling that I probably needed to do something now, when I started to have internet and e-mails and so on. A few small side quests have been done on the road, but the company has been there since 1999. I'll jump straight to our daily theme. Straight things. I've been listening to it since the servers were in one room, and it happened to me through the window. You've come to the drive-in to talk about the latest technology relationship. It's called Teko älyy. Tell us a little bit about it, how do you imagine the change? What's the point of it? The change started in 2016, when Teko älyy started talking about Teko älyy. At least then we started talking about the fact that we didn't need to, that we just needed robots and so on. It was more like a machine learning type. I think there's a lot of text in the bottom line. It went pretty quickly when we realized that the machines could learn everything they needed. Especially when we were in Pohjoisma, we needed the Swedish, the Danish, the Norwegian, the Swedish, the English, and so on. It went pretty quickly, and then, of course, the language model and the ChatGP came, and then the hype started again. We started talking again about the fact that we didn't need a junior judge. And the change is big. And maybe that's when we were a little calmed down, maybe because of the fear that we had. Now we've come to what this really means. But everything is probably like that, seeing that something is what it means. And now what we are trying to do is to understand what it means to us and to the bottom line, and to the cause or to the judges. Is there a thing that you are particularly worried about that you could put on the CV? What have you been up to for a while? Good question. Maybe not yet on the CV. So, in my opinion, I think that we have had quite a discussion and we have calmed down that there is nothing wrong. But at the same time, that there is something that is needed for us. And that's where we are at the moment. I may not put on the CV yet. I will still do some work, but we are moving forward. What is your view on the change in the work environment? On top of that, you are working in Finland. And how do we look at it a little bit? And of course, we are also interested in international matters. I believe that when I talk to some of my colleagues, all of them are in the same situation. As we have said, we know that something is happening, something needs to be done in different ways and we have to learn about it. I don't know if you just have your own goals and people's feelings, but of course, the whole work environment is based on risk. Maybe not minimum, but at least on the understanding of risk and analysis. And maybe there is not such a feeling that the machines can do everything. Then whether the feeling is right or wrong, we will see. But at the moment it is not. Yes, the use of these things is a very long, small matter. Making is maybe wrong, but the fact is that we can make things easier and not necessarily make it faster is always the right way. But it is easier and we can focus on something more important, which is not what it is now. It is probably the general feeling at the moment. Then of course, we and others, we have a lot of discussions inside and with the companies that we want to build ourselves and what comes to the market. That the last 15 years have been quite hectic. And since then, it has come to the point that this works as an AI start-up, because everyone has noticed this thing and it works. There is a lot of wrong data and it is probably worth it. And what can we do about it? Is there something more significant difference? Now the thing has already worked in the event of an hour-long work, versus if we are more aware of other hours-long organizations? Well, probably in that sense, the business operations and the legal work is very... Or at some point it is regulated that this is different. Of course, others also have e-tests, rules, but... But anyway, and in a way, it answers the client. I don't say that it is different if you get a legal or other consultation, but it is there in a little bit of a twist, in our doings anyway. And things can be very big and very important. And in that sense, maybe we will judge the game as it really is. It is important that things go right. And at that point, let's move on to the second theme. And I don't think it is linked to just the work of the thing, but rather to the working hours of the thing. And what is the role of the knowledge and the decision-making there? Talking about business operations is in context, but this is a larger question. We think about everything that does the part of the work, which is probably our every work. Do you have any examples of what Russia has done about it, how this knowledge, knowledge, management can be made more fixed? Well, we have a lot of data, of course, numbers and projects, and others are not related to people, but the substance part ends up in some documents in the text mode, maybe a little bit more in the end of the game, but it is in the end of the game. And that is enough for us. The work of the document management always has been one of the most important things for us, at least in the life of the lawyers. And the key is that we can use it in a way that is much better than to search and find it, and that is the biggest challenge for us at this point.
