Robert Monroe: Reality Is Programmable - Here Is How | EP 66

The podcast episode explores Robert Monroe's "patterning" technique, a method for manifestation rooted in the concept that the universe operates like a holographic, computational system. According to Monroe, physical reality is akin to a user interface ("front end"), while the underlying information or "code" represents the true structure of existence. To effect change—whether manifesting objects, emotions, or opportunities—one must access this "back end" by entering altered states of consciousness, such as through meditation practices taught in the Monroe Institute's Gateway Program (e.g., Focus 10 or 12). These states allow individuals to move beyond the sensory noise of everyday experience and interact directly with the informational framework of reality. The patterning process itself involves three key steps: first, visualizing the desired outcome with extreme clarity; second, infusing the visualization with potent emotion to signal its importance to the universe; and third, releasing the pattern, often imagined as exploding outward, to disseminate it throughout existence. The host enthusiastically promotes an upcoming online version of the Gateway Program, highlighting its affordability and convenience, while sharing personal anecdotes about how Monroe's teachings transformed their understanding of reality, bridging concepts from simulation theory, sacred geometry, and consciousness studies. The episode frames patterning as a practical tool for reshaping one's life by engaging with the fundamental informational nature of the cosmos.

Do you believe fairies exist? Each day more people are coming forward with stories of encountering other worldly beings. Join me, Joe Hickey Hall, on the Modern Fairy Sightings podcast, as we hear from people who are ready to share their experiences. - We'd like a tree stump walking, and we walked with this weird gaze. - Hards take a double take, because in front of me, we're two elf-like, dobbling things. - So the red light was gone, and now this clack shape is forming. - So then stop, look around at us, chuckled, and then just vanished in front of our eyes. - Whether you're already a believer, or full of intrigue, come, open-minded, and open-hearted, and make your own mind up. The Modern Fairy Sightings podcast, on Spectrification Radio. - Spectrification Radio. - So when most people think of manifestation, they definitely don't think of Robert Monroe in the Monroe Institute. They think of the secret, and all of these new age, bubblegum, law of attraction, courses, books, and techniques. And I'm not knocking those, because there is a lot of truth to them, but none of them are absolutely comprehensive, not in the way that Robert Monroe's technique was. But way back in the '70s, he created something called patterning. And the patterning technique is essentially a manifestation practice, although he didn't call it that, but it's based on the understanding that we live in a fractal-based holographic universe, and that our consciousness can go into the back end of the system, change the code, and then that code manifest on the front end with changes in our physical reality. And that we do all this with our thoughts in our mind, by using consciousness, because consciousness is an information field. So what we're gonna talk about today, what patterning is, the powerful manifestation practice that Robert Monroe created and teaches through the Gateway Program at the Monroe Institute. So let's dive in. (soft music) Hello friends, and welcome to another exciting episode of Conscious Observers. Before we dive in, I got some exciting news for you guys. So I've had to kind of keep this quiet for a long time and I've been dying to tell you all. On March 10th, March 10th, and just a few days, the Monroe Institute is coming out with the new, do it yourself at your own pace, at home version of Gateway. It's called Gateway Boge Online. This is an entirely new thing. If you go to my website right now, digijordan.com, www.digijordan.com, that's digijordan.com. You'll see it'll be the first thing you see. You can click on that, you can join the wait list. What this is gonna get you is a big discount when it comes off, okay? This is already huge savings from their normal program. So it's gonna save you like thousands of dollars. You don't have to go to Virginia. You do it out of the comfort your own home. You get it for life. And you also get to be part of our community for free. You're gonna get all these bells and whistles and you're gonna save a fortune by going through us. So go to digijordan.com and join the wait list. You'll be the first to get it. You'll be the first to be notified when this comes out on March 10th. And you can be one of the first people in the world to do the new gateway voyage. It's gonna be so cool. I'm excited. Okay. Now let's dive in to today's topic, which is patterning. Now I created a program like two years ago called 5D Printer Reality. And it was based on this because I went to the Monroe Institute and I went to gateway there and it changed my life. It was amazing. I learned so many things. We learned remote viewing. We learned body map healing and different modalities of healing your body. We learned how to astral project. We learned how to lose a dream. We learned how to add a body travel. I mean, we learned so many things. It's mind blowing what you learn. And you're gonna learn all this too when you do gateway voyage online with me. But one of the things I learned there was manifestation. But they don't call it manifestation. They call it patterning. And it really resonated with me 'cause I just got done reading Michael Talbot's book called The holographic universe. Something like that. Amazing book. And I just got to read that and I basically was like, oh, this perfectly explains reality, right? Like I already knew it was fractal based and I already knew it was, you know, I'd already gone down all the rabbit holes of sacred geometry and how, you know, the platonic realm of forms and how there's this like mathematical layer of information that's basically like, you know, it's almost like that's reality and we are like a shadow, a projection of it. So whenever Robert Monroe was talking about, if you wanna change things in this physical world, you have to change it on the back end. I was like, whoa, now you're speaking my language because I was a web developer and a website designer for a long time. Still do it, you know, from time to time now, but that was my main job for a long time. And when you're developing a website like as a developer, especially back then, now it's so much easier. You have these, you know, what you see is what you get type things. But back then we did a lot of coding and a lot of back in work. So as I'm making websites, I'm looking at code a lot of the time. And then you'll flip flop back and forth. I remember when Dreamweaver, Adobe Dreamweaver came out and it was one of the first times you could actually like, code and see like what you, like the user interface at the same time. That was a game changer. Now it's all visual. But anyways, whole point is you would learn that, okay, I would make these little changes in the code, little changes to the code snippet and it would like manifest on the front end. So like you're looking at me right now, like say you're on a computer and you're looking at me, this is actually just zeros and ones. Like the actual source code is just gonna be a bunch of zeros and ones. And then you have a browser and the browser takes those zeros and ones and turns it into this user interface. And that's how our reality is. So our reality is like the user interface. You know what I mean? Like I see this beautiful world. Everything's all pretty and colorful and makes sense. But the reality of it is, it's information, it's code. And we know this because if we look into reality at like a subatomic level, there's nothing there. There's no physicality. It's just swirling vortices of energy. And like binary information, everything's binary. It's wild. So we know that we don't actually see reality how it is. We have this graphical user interface overlaid over us as this body, this VR headset that we're in. And we see this rendered version of the world. Okay. So if I want to change things in this physical world, if I want to change my physical reality, how would I do that? Well, I can change things like I can paint my house at different color, right? That's changing physical matter. But what if I want something to be there that doesn't exist? Like I literally want to manifest something. I want to bring something into my life. That's not currently there. Well, the easiest way to do that is to change it on the back end. Like if I'm making a website and I want to add a button, you know, I don't just say add button. Well, actually now with AI, I can just say add button. But let's go back 10 years. (laughs) Back in the stone age of web development, I would have to go into the code end, the back end. And I would have to change the HTML. And I would have to code. I would have to to program the button. And I would do it there. And it would just be little brackets and numbers and letters and things like that. And then on the user interface side, it would manifest as a nice, shiny button, depending on the CSS and everything. So you have this like, you change it on the back end and then it manifests on the front end kind of a system when it comes to everything having to do with computers or software development or web design and stuff. So that was a world I lived in. So when I'm learning all this from Robert Monroe, he wasn't directly teaching me what you know what I mean. Like when you go to the Monroe Institute now, you're still, they still use basically everything. It's like a time warp. Like it's still, his voice is still the old himi-sync stuff. It's still all that stuff. And it's like, so it does feel like Robert's teaching you. But anyways, it's very traditional, which is cool. So it feels like Robert taught me things. But of course, Robert passed away a while ago. Anywho, when Robert through these trainers there are teaching us patterning, it was like speaking my language because I was like, yes, that's how reality works. Because the more I've learned about all this, our reality, our universe is a computational system. It's an information-based reality. Just like how phones are information-based and computers and everything is information-based. But it still looks pretty, like pretty icons and everything's colorful and makes sense and there's animations and all that stuff. But it's all zeros and ones and code behind the scenes. I really think that our reality is the same way. So knowing all that, if you want to change things, you have to change the code on the back end. So how do you do that? How do you change the code? So here was a big thing that Robert Monroe believed. And this is sort of the basis for creating gateway and everything is that you have to get into this altered state of consciousness to make these changes. And the reason why is this, think about it this way. Say I'm playing a video game. Okay, so I'm playing a video game. I'm the character in the game. I'm running around. I'm in the game. So that's the front end. Okay, I'm in the game. Well, if I want to make changes to that game, say I want my character to be a different color or something like that. I can't do that in that part because that's the user interface. That's the front end. The front end, you can't make changes. You just play it. You experience it. Okay. If you could make changes in the front end, it'd be crazy. Because like say you're marching along, there's a bad guy. I have to fight that bad guy. I have to get past that bad guy. But if I knew how to make changes, I would just be like, "Bloop, I delete the bad guy and just go him away." It's cool. That defeats the whole purpose of playing the game, right? So all the changes take place in the back end, not in the front end. So our reality right now, me, I'm sitting on my desk talking to you, I'm in the front end. I'm in the game. So I can't make changes right here, because everything has to be stable here for this experience to make sense and to work. It has to be stable. It can't just be changing all the time. That'd be chaos. So there's these safeguards and the safeguards are, you can't make changes to the system while you're playing the game. That's why a lot of changes actually happen overnight while we're asleep. One of the best ways to manifest is to, when I teach us in my law of probability, we drift off to sleep while doing certain things and the changes happen in your sleep and then you wake up and the changes have been made. There's actually an amazing movie called Dark City. Believe this name. It came out 1999 too. 1999 was wild. Like right around the same time, Dark City came out. I think 13th Floor came out. Truman Show and Matrix. The four best movies ever made as far as simulation theory stuff. They all came out around the same time in 1999. That's why a lot of people think that 1999 was the last real year and then after that, it's like the dead internet theory. Anyways, I'm getting off topic here. What was I talking about? Oh yeah. So, so you have to go into the back end to make changes. All right. Because once you master this, then you master everything. Like I said, you can't make changes while you're playing the game, so it either happens in your sleep or it happens in a meditative state. So the Monroe suit teaches you how to go into these altered states of consciousness. And the main ones that you learn in gateway are going to be focus 10, focus 12, focus 15, focus 21, focus 10 is mind awake body of sleep. It's like kind of the entry level one. It's not the first focus level, but it's the main one that you'll use. It's great. It's great for this relaxation, for sleep, for rest, for healing, for manifestation. It's great for all those things. Focus 12 is expanded awareness. It's just going to be a little bit deeper. You know, you're altering your consciousness to another degree. Think about it like we're down here on earth and there's so much density and all these layers of noise and static and everything around us. Just layer after layer like an onion of noise. And you have an antenna. And your antenna traditionally doesn't reach up very far. You know, because it's suppressed by all the density and all the noise and everything. But if you can get your antenna to poke through those layers and go all the way up, you know, past all the layers of noise, then your antenna can pick up a clear signal. It's now your antenna's in the back end. So that's what we do. So anyways, just focus 10 mind awake body sleep, focus 12, expanded awareness. Your antenna's a little higher. Focus 15 is actually the state of no time. It's is wild. It's a great one. Good for manifestation too, but actually prefer 12 for this. But and then there's 21, which is the bridge. That's where you actually, you're kind of one foot in the physical reality and one foot past. And that's when you can actually, you know, talk to past loved ones. You can. That's where I had my face to face experience with the non human intelligence. It was wild. It was my star family. I mean, aliens. I mean, there's no other word for it. It was, it was an alien encounter. That was a focused 21 because I had crossed the bridge. And you cross the bridge, it gets wild because then you get up into the higher focus levels like 27 and 35, 35s when you can go to the gathering, the UFO ships around earth. So it gets nuts. So real quick, doing the gateway voyage online. So again, go to the website, digijord.com and sign up for the email list because we're all going to do it at the same time. It's going to be so cool. You're going to love it. But anyways, that counts as a prerequisite for doing the further things like lifeline and timelines and MC squared and that kind of stuff. So any who I digress again. So what you need to do is you need to go on the back end. So I'm trying to focus guys, but there's so much I get excited about this. So you have to go on the back end and make changes. So how do you go on the back end? You have to get into this meditative state and you just have to because I know the word meditation to some people makes them excited. They're like, yeah, I love meditation. Other people are like, oh, meditation, you know, alone with my thoughts as a nightmare. We have to think about it this way. You have to turn off the noise. That's the whole point because when you're in the game, like when you're in the front end, you are processing information. You know, I'm looking around. Look, there's birds in the tree of squirrel. Just jump from branch to branch. You know, I can see myself in the monitor here, which is weird. You know, there's all these sensory inputs at all time and it just is noise, no ways. Like obviously if you're doing a task or something like driving or something that have operating heavy machinery, you need these sensory inputs because you need to know your environment and what you're doing and all this kind of stuff. But when you're trying to get out of this state, when you're trying to go to the back end, then all these things keep you in the front end because it's reinforcing that you're in this physical world or in this physical body. I can smell things. I can hear things. I can see things. I can taste things when you meditate, especially when you get deep and like focus 10, focus 12, you get deep in these meditative states at a certain point, five minutes in or so. You start to slip out of this reality because when your eyes are closed and you're in this meditative state, you're not seeing things. So that's a huge sensory input. All of a sudden you're not seeing this physical world. When you're not seeing in the physical world, you start to forget about it. And then hopefully you're in like kind of a quiet place. You have the headphones on. So you're listening to the binoarble beats and you're guided through this process. So you're not hearing background noise like cars and that kind of stuff. So you forget that there's a road over here. You're not seeing things. So you forget that your senses start to power down. So now you're not smelling stuff. You know, your hands, you're not touching anything or fidgeting with stuff. So like you start to you start to just slip out of this reality. And your mind forgets that you're in this physical reality. And then it's able to rise out. It's able to, you can stick your antenna all the way up through all the layers. And then you can drift up and you can connect back to the back end. When you're in the back end, I'm going to walk you through exactly how you pattern. So there's essentially three main parts. Clarity. You have to visualize the final result clearly. So say you want to manifest something. Let's just use something physical. It doesn't have to be physical. You can manifest feelings, emotions, opportunities, relationships, whatever. But let's just say you want to manifest a car, okay? Just for the simplicity of this exercise. So I want a car. I want a new Porsche. Why not? So you have to get super clear, okay? Like you have to see it. Say you want to manifest yourself. Say you want to lose some weight. So you would see yourself in this state. Like Neville Goddard says, "The wish fulfilled state." You'd see yourself in this end result. Like, "Oh, there I am. I got a six pack. Finally, I did it." Now, you would put yourself up on this thing and sort of spin yourself around. Look at yourself from every angle and all these things. And the way Robert Monroe did it is he would actually say he would focus on yourself, like manifesting yourself. And you would do the same exercise with your physical body, with your energy body, with your emotional body, with your intellect body, and do the same thing. But this is essentially what you do. So let's just start with the physical body because it's easier. You would visualize it. Spin it around. See if from all the angles, it's kind of like when you're selecting a car and a racing game, you know, kind of, "Oh, I want this car." And you can see it from all the different sides. And just visualize it. It's so real, so real. And then inject emotion into it. Emotions very powerful because it energizes the pattern. It signals to the universe, to the system, that this isn't just some fleeting thought. You're not just daydreaming. Like you, this is real. You want this to stand out. You mean it this time. This isn't just a thought. We have 100,000 thoughts a day. We're signaling this is different. So you would show some sort of emotion for the final result. Like you're grateful for it or you're relieved or you're excited or whatever the emotion is. You would inject that emotion into the scene. Okay. And feel it. As if it's already done. It's a done deal. You can see it. You can feel it. There's emotion. And then you release it. Okay. The way he released it is he would basically like have it explode, you know. And he would essentially say, okay, it's carrying that information. Okay. So that the information is being carried to every corner of the universe. That way no matter what happens, no matter where that information needs to go, it will go there because it's going everywhere. It's exploded and it's going to carry it to every single nook and cranny of the universe. Saturate the universe with the information of this finalized thing. And then that way you have now injected that code into the system and then you just go back to your life. And you don't have to obsess over anything. It'll happen. Now one little tweak to that that I did when I created my course and I still have this course. It's great. It's called 5D printer reality. It's based on all of this, but I expand it way further. It's kind of like if you took a nibble, gottered Tom Campbell and Robert Monroe's patterning and put them all together. It's cool. This is cool. That sounds I should have described it that way in the course. Anyways, it's called 5D printer reality. Thank you. on my stand store on my website. And it's a really good one. But anyways, what I did, 'cause I didn't like the destructive miss of the, and I like blowing stuff up, but like I didn't wanna like create this visual of something I wanna manifest and then blow it up. I thought that was, I don't know. To me that made me feel weird. So I treated it like a dandy lion. So you know how they call dandy lions, wishies? I don't know if you know that, but some people call them wishies because you make a wish and you blow it and all those things. So if you think about what that is, how crazy is this? You take a dandy lion, you make a wish. Okay, so you close your eyes, you visualize, you're visualizing, we just did this, right? Clarity, step one, you visualize what it is you want, and then you blow it and you make a wish, right? And then you usually smile. There's the emotion. So you clarity, emotion, that step one is step two of patterning and then release, release is step three. So whenever you blow a wishie at dandy lion, and all the little things fly everywhere, what is that doing? Is carrying your wish with the wind out to all the different places that needs to go. And some of them will just carry off. You're like, where did it go? Maybe it went to its destination. Maybe it went to the place that needed to go to fulfill your wish, right? Dandy lions, making a wish on a wishie is essentially the natural native form of patterning. How wild is that? And I don't think Robert Monroe was thinking about that when he created patterning or else he would've used the dandy lion. I made that connection somewhere along the way, but I was like, well, this is crazy. We've been doing this, like as kids, you do that all the time. I mean, we've wished on dandy lions all the time. So now we're doing it as adults, but you can do it in this altered state of reality where you're more connected, where you're on the back end, and you're making the tweaks and the edits to the code, and then they'll manifest on the front end. How cool is that, right? It's patterning. So what you're doing with patterning is understanding that everything is these patterns of information, everything is waves, and that you are installing a new pattern. And he called it patterning because he believed that everything was with wave patterns. And that's what we're learning as we start investigating, they've been called the wave function, the collapse of the wave function, and quantum physics, that's what creates our reality. When a conscious observer observes something, anything, it collapses the wave function, the wave function. Inside that wave function, it creates these interference patterns. And those patterns are what create our reality. It's all holographic information theory. So that's all in the back end. We don't see any of that. So I'm telling you this, and probably doesn't make sense. You're like, well, no, Jordan, reality's not waves. Look, it's all pretty, right? It's like, yeah, well, just like when you play a video game, it's all pretty, right? But if you actually look at the code, it's just zeroes and ones, like it's not pretty. So we have a graphical user interface. That's our bodies, if you're our headset for our soul. But on the back end, it's code. On the back end, it's patterns. So you're patterning, you're changing the patterns. And you change the pattern on the back end, and then it manifests as physical matter reality on the front end, okay? So that's essentially how Robert Monroe patterns. But a lot of it has to do with getting out of this, the front end part, and you have to get into the back end. And you do that through these altered states of consciousness, in the best way, the easiest way. No doubt, it's not even close. The best way to do this is by using the gateway tapes. So with this new program, the gateway voyage online, the cool thing about it is you get lifetime access to it. So it's not like a course for like, okay, you start on day one and then on day 30, it's over. No, you get this for life. And you can do the tapes anytime you want. I still use the original gateway tapes all the freaking time. They're my favorite. I have access to all these meditation things, and they are my favorite because they work. That's it, and they just work. And it's kind of like training wheels. You don't need them forever. Like once you get good at it, you can stop using the tapes. But I like them. They work. They get me into that state real quick because it uses binarital beats. So essentially, if you don't know, this is a short version, but say you want to get into like a theta brainwave state, which is great for manifestation. It's that hypnagogic state that you're in, that twilight state right before you drift off to sleep, that's theta. And it's amazing for having one foot in this world, and one foot in the back end, so you can make changes in everything in the back end, but you're still aware and awake and conscious. So I love theta. Well, they figured out that if you hear theta waves, then your brain is called brain entrainment. It will start resonating like attuning fork at that wave. Okay? But here's the thing. Theta is like four to eight hertz, and we can't hear anything in that range. It's inaudible. It's too low. It would be silent. You wouldn't hear anything. But they figured out binarital beats. So if I put like a hundred hertz in one ear, and say 104 hertz in the other ear, then your brain creates this third frequency. So you have a hundred hertz in one ear, and a hundred four in the other ear, and then your brain creates a third, which will be four hertz. It like splits the difference. And then it starts humming along at four hertz, and then it entrains to that, like attuning fork, through that four hertz, and all of a sudden your brain is in that theta brainwave state, even though you're not sleeping. Like you can be wide awake, and that's why they call it mind awake, body asleep, because your mind's wide awake, but then everything else goes asleep, because it thinks it's bedtime, because it's in theta brainwave. But you're awake. It's like lucid dreaming kind of, but you're like lucid, instead of dreaming, you're lucid, awakeing, you're wide awake, but you're like slipped into this alter-stated consciousness. And it's nuts. It's wow, you can do all sorts of stuff. One of the things you can do is slip into the back end, make changes. You can pattern. You can create things, and then you come back. And it doesn't mean they just poof right in front of your face. Okay, I manifested a car, and it's just, oh, hurts in the living room. Like, what the fuck? It's not like that. That would be bananas. But it happens quick. So here's a, the reason I called my course 5D Printer Reality is because I liken it to a 3D printer. Okay, if you think about what a 3D printer is, you take a computer, and you create something, say you got to create a 3D model, that's code. Okay, that's code binary, zeros and ones, and that's transmitted to the printer. And the printer transmutes that, okay, into a, it's like a transducer, our brain is a transducer. It gets a signal in one format, and it transduces it into another format. That's what a 3D printer is. So it takes that signal, and it transduces it into a different format, and then it creates a 3D product out of it, or 3D, whatever. So if you think about what a 3D printer is, that's what we're doing. We're doing the same thing, except we're slipping into the back end of reality. That's our computer. We're changing the code, and then it's 3D printing in our world. I called it 5D printing because it sounds cooler. (laughs) Can't call it 3D printing reality, 'cause then, I don't know, I'm competing against all 3D printers, but 5D print, because we're 5D printing, it's not just 3D, it's 5D. We're in a different dimension here. There's time, and there's space and 3D. Anyways, whole point is, you know how slow 3D printers are, right, we're over 3D printed, like something substantial. It takes days, it's nuts. But imagine you're manifesting something, like that car, okay? I want that new Porsche, right? It's not just gonna poof into thin air. It might be 3D printing, but it's 3D printing slowly. So I can't change my mind. I can't be like, "Oh, it's been a week, "and I still don't have a Porsche, "I'm gonna change into something else." Because that 3D printer is gonna be like, "Hey dude, I'm working on this, "like just be patient." So think about it like this. You're playing one of those old 2D scroller video games, like Mario, you know how I like, you just like have this box, like a frame, and all the stuff is in that frame. And then as you move, like the, it scrolls over, right? But I call it side scroller, it's scrolling. But that whole level is created. Somebody created that entire level from beginning to end, right? You can, if you were able to zoom out, you'd see the whole level, okay? But all you see is a little bitty piece, you know, as you march along. So say there's something down at the end of the level, and say you 3D printed it, right? And you manifested it, you patterned it. It's there, pff, it plopped into the end of the level. Well, you can't see it, because you can only see what's in your frame. So you keep having to play the level. And if you play the level, eventually you'll get to it. And you'll be like, hey, look, that thing. There's my car, right? So you have to have faith that you did it right. Have faith in the universe. Remember when it comes to manifestation, there's three parts you have to think about what you want, why you want it, and how? Don't worry about the how. How's gone? We don't care about the how. What you want, why you want it? That's it. Leave the how to the universe and this infinite resources, it will figure out the best way to bring it to you. That's the easiest way to completely highbosh the whole thing is to be like, how's this going to happen? How? I just, I don't have the money. I don't have the time. I don't have, how's this going to happen? Now, all of a sudden your left brain just, it's over. It, you know, is done. You just messed it all up. worry about what you want, crystal clear on what you want, why you want it. That's the emotion part. The why is very important. What and why? The how it's 3D printing and just have faith. Surrender that and just keep playing the level. When you do it right, then you can just be like, okay, let's just play out the rest of this level and it will, it will appear at the right time and place. The universe will figure out the right time and place to put it there to where it doesn't dislodge your current reality too bad or create ripples or butterfly effects. Just have faith in that part. It knows what it's doing. And just you focus on what and why, okay? And have fun with it. And then just know it's being produced, okay? And when you do this enough, you see it. You have faith in it. And you're like, okay, this is how reality works. This is how manifestation works. And it becomes very fun. Very fun. Like I use this a lot to heal my body and then to create opportunities and different things like that. You can use it for problem solving. Like I'll have this problem. I need an answer. You can manifest an answer. It's funny because like I say, don't worry about the how. A lot of people will try to manifest an answer to a problem or something they're having. And they'll be like, "Where is it?" They just expect this voice to be like, "The answer is brah!" And it's like, "Well, I mean, sometimes that does happen, but usually it'll be like a week later, somebody will run into you, "Oh, haven't seen you." "Well, hey, I was reading this book. I just finished it. If you want to read it, you're okay, and you'll start reading the book." And you're like, "Holy shit, that's the answer." I'm sure you've had these serendipitous things happen. We're like, "That's crazy, though. This person said that thing." It happens with me a lot with the internet and social media and stuff. And this is an algorithmic based. It's like, this is something more than that. I'll literally be trying to manifest the answer to something. "Okay, I need clarity on this. I have a problem. I need it solved. I need clarity, and I'll try to manifest it." And then I'll open up YouTube and you know how it'll just suggest random videos. And a video that suggests will be the literal answer to my question. And I'll just be like, "Well done, kudos." You know, like now, it used to be like, you would get a letter or like have a conversation with someone and they would say something. You're like, "Oh, wow. It hits you different." Or they'd recommend a book and you'd have to read it. Now with like AI and with internet and social media and stuff, sometimes you'll just get answers that way. Like you open up your phone and you're just like, "Holy crap, like that's what I was just thinking about." And there it is. So just know that the stuff can come to you in all sorts of different ways. That's why you don't worry about the how because you know, sometimes if we focus on the how, we'll try to make it rational and logical. And the universe would look at us and be like, "I could have done it much quicker if you just let me do it." I know what I'm doing. You know, whether it's your higher self or the universe, whatever you're going to call it. It has different perspective on things and resources and abilities. So just let it do its thing. Focus on the what and the why. So anyways, that essentially is how Robert Monroe teaches manifestation is patterning. So again, just to recap, get crystal clear with what it is you want, your intention. You have to quiet all the noise because right now we're in the front end, all right? We're in the game. And if you want to edit the game, you have to go in the back end. So quiet your mind, quiet your senses, quiet everything. Use the binomial beats from gateway voyage and go into the back end. You know, it'll get kind of black. You'll go into the void. And then like, imagine your thing, whatever it is. Just imagine it in great vivid detail. Spin it around, zoom in, see it, bring it to life, animate it, do all those amazing things. You know, inject emotion. How do you feel? How are you going to feel whenever this is yours? You know, happy, relieved, excited, grateful, whatever the case may be. Inject it with emotion and then, release it. Wishy, dandelion. Release it to the universe. It'll go to every corner of the universe. Bring that information. Boom. And then just, it's a back. Enjoy life. Wait for it to come, okay? That's patterning, essentially in a nutshell. That's patterning as Robert Monroe breaks it down. Having to do with this is an information based cosmos. This is a holographic fractal based reality. And we're inside the graphical user interface right now. But we also can dip into the back end and make little changes. Especially when it has to do with our life and our reality. We can't just change, I can't say. I want this guy to be, you know, yellow now. The sky's blue. That's at a system level. You can affect your personal reality much easier than you can affect the collective reality. So just don't try to make insane changes. Don't break the game. Okay. I might have to put you in time out if you do that. But anyways, let me know your thoughts on this. I am super excited. We have some stuff coming up, man. I'm going to be interviewing Sarah, my lovely wife. I'm going to be interviewing Paul from the Monroe Institute. Hakim from, I met him at the Monroe Institute. We have this Gateway voyage coming out. That's going to be amazing. Gateway voyage online. Go to my website diggjordan.com, enter the wait list. I'm going to have a super promo code with a super discount and all sorts of other stuff. It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm very excited about this. I did Gateway two years ago and I can't wait to do this again. You know, but being able to do it at my home at my own leisure anytime I want and be able to do it over and over is a dream come true. It's going to change so many lives. This is what people have been waiting for. People don't tell me forever. I want to do it. I want to go as expensive as far away. It's a big commitment. Seven days in the mountains, you know, all this stuff. I get it and it's just nuts. I mean, you're there and it's just like we had alien encounters and we had paranormal stuff. It was wild. So you can do this in your own home. It makes all that a little bit easier. But anyways, it's going to be a lot of fun. So be looking for that. Also, I'm going to be in Austin podcasting from the South by Southwest next week with Sarah. I'm going to be at a PK. The side games is doing this PK intensive. I'm going to be down there with a team and Adam Curry learning advanced PK techniques. You know, spoon bending and moving stuff with your mind all sorts of Jedi tricks. It's going to be amazing. And anyways, we have a lot of fun stuff happening right now. I'm going to restart the book report. Chapter one book one Robert Monroe journeys out of the body. That's coming up in a couple weeks. As soon as I get back from Austin, we're going to restart the book report series. And I'm just going to go all the way through from from the first till last. Okay. So people have been begging me to do that. And I'm ready. Let's do it. So how cool would it be also if you have the gateway voyage and you're doing all that while we're learning all about Robert Monroe and going through the whole three book trilogy for beginning to end? How cool. How cool is that going to be? Tell me what you guys think about this. Please leave a comment. Like, subscribe, share, do all those things. It means a lot. Thank you for spending time with me today. Love you all. See you in the next video. Peace. Now receiving frequency transmission. Are we as individuals part of the universe? Yes. But where do we end the universe begins? Where does the universe end? And we begin. Breaking our bodies down into particles and moving smaller light waves. Is the universe conscious? Yes. We are the universe.

Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. The podcast discusses "patterning," a manifestation technique developed by Robert Monroe at the Monroe Institute, based on the idea that reality is a holographic, information-based system.
  2. To manifest changes, one must alter the "code" of reality from the "back end" by entering altered states of consciousness (like Focus 10, 12, or 15) through meditation, rather than trying to change the "front end" of physical experience directly.
  3. The patterning process involves three steps
  4. The host promotes a new online version of the Monroe Institute's Gateway Program, offering discounted access for listeners to learn these techniques at home.

Summary:

FAQs

It's a podcast where host Joe Hickey Hall shares stories from people who claim to have encountered fairies or otherworldly beings, encouraging listeners to keep an open mind.

Patterning is a manifestation technique created by Robert Monroe, based on the idea that we can alter our physical reality by changing the underlying 'code' of the universe through consciousness in an altered state.

You can join the waitlist at digijordan.com to get early access and a discount on the new at-home version of the Gateway Voyage program, launching on March 10th.

Focus levels like 10, 12, 15, and 21 are altered states of consciousness used in the Gateway program for relaxation, expanded awareness, time-free states, and bridging physical and non-physical realities.

An altered state allows you to access the 'back end' of reality, where changes can be made, similar to modifying code behind a user interface, without the distractions of everyday sensory input.

First, visualize the desired outcome with clarity. Second, inject strong emotion into the visualization to energize it. Third, release the pattern by imagining it exploding and spreading throughout the universe.
