Michael Rayney shares a candid and heartfelt journey from his early days in Jacksonville to his rise in Hollywood, emphasizing authenticity, community, and personal growth. He highlights his deep bond with RJ Kyler, rooted in shared experiences and mutual respect, and underscores the importance of name accuracy and cultural humility. Michael’s career began with a pivotal audition for *Me or on the Dying Girl*, which launched his path into acting, leading to major roles in films like *Power Rangers*, *War Machine*, and *Swamp Thing*. He credits his success to family support—especially his father, who helped him navigate early challenges—and to his experiences in comedy stores and stand-up, where failure taught him resilience. Michael values authenticity over polish, drawing strength from real-life interactions and community. He reflects on the contrast between film and television, viewing both as equally vital to his career. His passion for off-location shoots, like in New Orleans, stems from the unique energy and connection they foster. Ultimately, Michael’s path is defined by humility, personal growth, and a deep-rooted commitment to staying true to himself and his roots, making him a relatable and grounded figure in the entertainment industry.
Michael Rayney, we got RJ Siler. - Is this Siler or Kyler? - Kyler. - It's Kyler. - Yeah, and I posted a video yesterday that said, if you're one of my homies and you say that shit wrong this year, that we get and cut off, but we got it. - But I just fixed it, right? - Yeah, that's why I'm so proud of you. See, that's why I told you, you are a favorite white boy. You get it right straight up on top of you. (upbeat music) Last one's in the airport by breakfast, by breakfast. (upbeat music) Day one, day one. (upbeat music) - You know? - My man, G certified, man. - Some people would be butchering my shit, though, like Kyler or Tyke Kyler. I'm like, it's Kyler, it's only two syllables. I got a very simple family. So why the, we ain't about to put three syllables. - Right. (laughing) - It's very simple. - Michael, who? - That's the syllables this year. - Who do we got in here? I didn't know you guys knew each other. - Yeah, man, we got my boy, RJ Kyler. There's a lot of y'all be saying Tyler and all that shit. Adding syllables to my boy name. He said this year, you mess up his name, you got throw hands, you cut off. - Yeah, yeah. - Butcher's name. - Luckily all my friends can fight, so that's gonna be a fun time. - Wait, where did you guys meet for the first time? - It was a, wasn't it at this part? At the Martin? - Yeah, it was at the Martin. - Yeah, we went to the Martin show. We went to the Martin show LA. - They thought we knew each other. But I'm like, we're all black dudes and Hollywood don't know each other. - Yeah. - But we know of each other. 'Cause it's not a lot of us. They do this shit real. - I know, it's kind of crazy. Like you'll go to Loftin's place like, there's like, the 15, 20 guys. - All of them. - Yeah. - All of them. - All of them. - They're just living they build it. That's why they parties be so lit. Or we haven't won at Loftin's house. Or we haven't won at Patrick's house. It's like, we know. - I haven't pulled dudes on one of those yet. My slugging, oh my god. - Little bit, I ain't gonna lie. They give fun. - I'm slugging. - Chris tried to get me to move into that building. I'm like, Chris, I'll be dead, brother. - Yeah. - I won't be here any more. - Yeah, yeah, that's true. - Like they do not stop. Right in the morning, they start smoking together. - Yeah, there's a lot of fornication in that building. - Yeah. (laughing) - Yeah, yeah. I was like, I told my girl I was like, look, if I lived in here, it's just gonna have to be one of them things, baby, look, I'm, yes, I did it, I did it. But at least she fine, no, that's the thing. Like, if I was to do it with somebody ugly, she'll be pissed off. - And it's like, now you disrespect me. - Yeah, but it's like, you follow, it's like, come and look at what I did. - Yeah. - What do you, you go like, like, you want me to dead, huh? - Yeah, are you not proud of me? You don't love another girlfriend now? - Who crazy? - Who does? - Love that is cuffed up? - Michael. - No way. - We were sitting there. - No way, we were sitting there. - We were sitting there, we were sitting there. - You know, we say that the fuck, we ain't, we ain't, he was real brother. - That just means hard to fuck her. - No, he's in a game. - Come on man. - He's playing the long game. - He's girlfriend. - No, he just ain't having an upper term. - He confirmed that though. - He confirmed that. - He confirmed it. - He confirmed it. - He confirmed it. - Did you ask him? - I asked him. - That's hilarious, so he's just having, he's not having an upper deck. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Holy shit, holy shit. - So, damn, Lothian cuffed up. I did not see that on my credit card. - He's crazy. - I didn't see it either. - And I just, I just-- - That's not on my vision board for a year. - To get cuffed up? - No, for Chris to be cuffed up. It wasn't on my vision board. - Oh, yeah, I didn't see that happen. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - At all. - Not at all. - Not from the mile away, man. - All right, we got our brother RJ in here. - Hold on. Come with Stasys. - I need to tell you, this is a true thing. When did me or on the Dying Girl come out? - 20. - 2014. - 2014. I hadn't moved to LA or I had just moved to LA. And I was on the kick of watching a lot of like young adult, the fault in our stars. - Oh dear. - That's what I want. That's the stuff that I wanted to do at first. So, when me or on the Dying Girl came out, it was like really one of my favorite movies. And bro, you are so good in that movie. Like I'm a fan. So like when I saw you for the first time, I don't remember when we first met. It was like a blurry three months. - Because we were drunk. - Yes. - Most of us. - Legitimately. - Legitimately. - Where did you guys first meet? - Where do you remember? - Um. - My birthday party. - But that was in the first time we met. That was like the first time we kicked it. But I met you somewhere and then you invited me to your birthday party. - Before that? - Yeah. - And March was outside, outside? - We might have been outside somewhere. But I remember seeing you and going, "Oh shit, that's RJ." Like I knew who you were. - Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - So I came up and you knew who I was out from power. And we just started chopping up. And like it was like a mutual respect. And I'm like, "Dude, I fucking love your work." Like you have been in some of the craziest projects ever. And like I'm a fan. So I like, I want to give you your flowers. That's why I want to have you one. I want to know about your, "How do you book?" Like I called him often. And I was like, "This guy in books." - Is the phone shit? - Yeah. - Yeah. I can't even take credit for none of that. I only feel like I'm that good at acting in certain ways. But I just take myself out to way put God in place. And he be rocking that shit. - So when you're booking something giant like that, like how does that happen? - I sit down and play video games. Like real shit. - Yo. - I play video games and learn lines. It's the only way I can learn shit. And script since shit I read and I play video games. - Wow. - That's like Michael took. - Bro. - I love that video. - I love that. - So what was like the first big thing that you did? Was it Miro and the Dying Girl? - Yeah. - Well, that was my first project in general. - Oh really? - Yeah. So that was the one that I was literally just throwing God and shit against the wall and see what stick. And luckily, he made that thing stick, bro. Because I couldn't, if people asked me how I tapped into Earl or how I, those used to be the most nerve-wracking conversations to having interviews. Like tell us about Earl. - Yeah. - Well, in the breakdown it says that he's, I don't know how to answer that question correctly. Because it was just me naturally reacting to what I'm seeing on the page. And then I got to character build and stuff after kind of having my swing at it a few times. Then it's like, okay, I want to give this person that, get that person that to make him a little bit more real. But Earl was just, that was God. And I don't know. - Are you from Atlanta? - Not from Jacksonville, Florida. - Jacksonville, Florida. - Yeah. - And you moved out to L.A. when? - When I was 18 with my moms. So after, I moved like, as I was finished in high school. So I didn't go to my high school prom. And I didn't do the whole walk thing. But I got my diploma. And I got it out here. So the reason why they didn't let me walk, because I gained to school too late between when they ordered caps and gowns. And they weren't going to let me just walk in and see. So. - But you went to high school for four years. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - And stuff. - Well, I tried to take drama when I was in high school. I just failed that shit, bro. - It's actually so crazy. - I love it. - That's what I was about to say. - I had to teach you to talk a little shit, try to make it seem like, oh, he's just not focused. He's just, I'm like, oh, baby. And now look at me, bro. - Yeah, new movie coming out. - New movie coming out right now. - Yeah. So, what was like your first inkling of like that you wanted to be an actor? Or any type of entertainment? 'Cause I know you do music. I know you do a bunch of different shit. So. - Sweet life was that and Cody came on. - Oh, me too. - Me too. - Me too. - Me too. - Hey, Dylan and Cole, bro. They kind of put that in my head, bro. - I swear for like most of us, that I saw like a show or a movie that came from Disney. - Yeah, from Disney Channel, bro. It's crazy. It did us, bro. - It's the only Nickelodeon, bro. I swear. - What was yours, Mike? Like, obviously started acting younger, but like, like, you know, but when you saw something on TV, you're like, oh, I want to be like those guys. Did you ever have that moment? - No, obviously, like, yeah, like he said, Sweet Life is that I can Cody. I'm pouring the house. - Oh, yeah. - Watching that sort of even. Wizards are wavily plays. - Hannah Montana gave me a hold on. - Hannah Montana. - I knew how to talk to girls different from Hannah Montana. That's when I started watching all the like women-based shows. 'Cause I'm like, you know what? - You got to learn some swabs. - Man. - Oh, I became a short little devil, bro. But it was too late. I was a virgin till '18. Ain't nobody really want to give you any drugs. - That's crazy. - Look at me now, bitch. You ain't get no cheeks. - I ain't get no cheeks out of school. I was the one in high school that was like the, I could make pretty girls break up with their boyfriends. And shit, because I'm like they little brothers. So don't be mean to me, right? But all of the girls that I used to like, I didn't know how to really approach that. I ain't had no game. I damn sure didn't know how to dress like that. But I did have a double tape up that was sharp as a bitch. - Yeah. - Those used to be crazy. - Hey, look. I felt like that was my level look. That was my glow up when I was younger. When I started doing that double tape up, my bitches can't touch me. - You feel me? - You start looking forward to going to school. - Man, I'm like, oh, wait. But it don't really matter when you still can't dress real. You know what I'm saying, tight. But shout out to my parents for doing what they could as you feel me.
I still made that shit work, but now it's like, I don't trust that you just wanna give me the koochi no more. I only want this koochi, man. Take this. - Yeah, easy, easy. - Just that koochi. - Yeah, yeah. (laughing) - That's how he is now, bro. - What is that? - I only want to know more, man. - So you see sweet life Zach and Cody, you're like these guys are the coolest guys on planet Earth. What I did too. - Yeah. - Like these guys are goats. And then you're like, I wanna do that. You get in an acting class. You just kind of. I ain't even getting an acting class. That shit is expensive. I did a program with Adrian Armante from sweet life with Zach and Cody, which is what tripped me out by 10, you know what I'm saying? And so he had a, I did a program like in Jacksonville and I had did the whole tryout thing. And they was like, oh hell yeah. Like feel Lewis was like, I like that boy. - Right, Adrian was like, I like that boy too. And not in a creepy way. - Right, right. - No one. - Yeah. So when Adrian caught my mom and was like, hey, we want him in the program. We went to go up to the office and shit. They told us the price of the program that my mom was like, man, what this was fun. - Right. - And then Adrian was like, don't even worry about the payin' for it. Just get him here. You know, make sure you have a Saturday. And we'll cook, you feel me. And after that, like, I ain't even, I ain't even put breaks on at all. I just put all gas. I'm like, hey, look, if you suck at this shit, don't stand close next to me. - Right. - I'm really gonna go after it times 10. - Right. - You hear me? If I got my parent sacrificing, and I had this conversation with God, like, hey, man, I'm scared, but that's why I'm excited. - Right. - You know what I'm saying? So I was ready for that. And then we did that in Jacksonville. I got signed at Chrome Tatlin Agency. I don't even know if they had agency no more. But they just like had me do this photo shoot for like seven hundred dollars. You hear me? And that was about it. I didn't get, I don't think I did anything. They didn't book nothing. So I forgot that I was even pursuing acting successfully. And then Adrian called me back, or called my mom's back. I was like, we got another one out here in LA. And this one is better for 'em, because these are on the ground actors and agents and shit. So came to the one in LA, you said the same shit. Hey, man, if you're not really ready to do this shit, move your ass to the side. 'Cause you're gonna probably get mad at me, 'cause it's gonna seem like I'm doing too much. One really, I just really want this shit. You hear me? My parents don't want it for me better than I want it. I'm not trying to, I'm not one of those kids that whose parents are like, oh it be, I'm not like a kid of a mama, you're not that that's bad. Yeah, yeah. But I just really wanted to get really grimy and attack this thing with everything I had. So I was like, cool. And then booked me an Earl. But I was homeless at that time with my parents. I booked that shit. And so they were. And it's when you booked me or on a dying girl. Yeah, yeah, with my parents. So my, we used to stay outside of, so it's a hotel that's on Roscoe Boulevard, a motel six over there, you feel me. And we used to stay in our truck, the Highland, we had a Highlander that my parents drove from Jacksonville, up here to LA. And we slept in the truck when we could've, you know, cutting the four of the room, stayed in the room when we could, you feel me? And we was doing that for a good three and a half months. You feel me just making that shit work. And my part, I got auditioned. And my daddy was like, this one, you feel like you're on rock. And I ain't going to lie, my nuts feel huge about this one this year, bro. I had like no doubt in it. I just had unsure, this because I didn't know how that whole audition process went. I was just like, yeah, like hell, yeah. Is that your first audition? Not it wasn't my first one. I did like commercial auditions. I had this very bad audition for Casey on the cover where I said, you my nigga. New I wasn't going to get it after that. I'm Disney. Yeah. I was like ever since then, they call my little talk to the ass back. Because I was like, you got to relax, you my nigga. Oh, I cried after that audition. I told my mom, I was like, my mom fucked up. She was like, hold on, why are you person? I was like, you right. See this way happening in there? I was sitting nigga. I started tripping out, bro. The cast and judges like some white lady like, oh, no. Literally. Oh no. Oh no. God, that's just not the-- I'll show that. It's not fly. When you say you my nigga, bro, it really got me, dog. And I can laugh at it now because it's like, okay, cool. But my dad, dog, he was like, if you believe in this one, I'll get us a room. But we didn't have the bread that wasn't supposed to be on week to stay, you know what I'm saying. So he just made that shit happen, dog. My dad is like a genie, you know what I'm saying? I'm pretty sure he went in so blood of some shit to, you know, get that little bit that we needed. But he got me a hotel room just so I could do the audition. We stayed at just that one night too. It wasn't like the weeks that we usually do. It was just like, one night cool bang, I ain't going to play knock this bitch out, send it to my team, and then they hit us back while I was, we was, where were we at, Missouri with my brother, brother, and he was graduating from a military boot camp and shit. So on the day he graduated, it was the day I found out and then shit just got lit. Yeah. So after you book Earl, what happened after that? That movie came out and it was massive. And was it like super start and was it offers or was it back, back to like the audition? Like how? Walk us through that. It was kind of like, it was a little taste of both, right? I think, I think me and Earl gave me all of the beautiful parts of what's possible in Hollywood which made me sit, like sit down in the ugly parts too. You know what I'm saying? Like this industry can't get ugly enough for me to leave it, you hear what I mean? I'm going to just get this hair for a little time to chill out and she'll come back to me with something nice. Yeah. Like there's nothing, there's no, especially because I'm not in like freaky Hollywood. Like I'm not, you know, selling, selling ass to get it done. Fortunately, I am. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, not smoke. And I think, I think somebody probably from the, and it ran in for a long time. I ain't gonna lie. It's a tobacco commercial pay bills. Yeah. Okay. Back in the day, they used to. Hey, man, I bought a Dodge charger off that shit, like, what? I didn't buy my first car off of my movie money, because that was really low. Yeah. People don't know like that. They don't, yeah. I'm like, we don't make money because we in movies, we make movies and just end up with a little bit of money. Yeah. We can make bills. That's it, bitch. We not living crazy. This is promo budget, right? You know, like, but I don't know, bro, at that time, it was just like, I didn't even need all this shit. It just started pouring on me in the freeways. So that was like my first magazine, shit, that was the first Sundance thing. That was the first Forbes magazine. That was the first GQ party. That shit was like everything first. Who's someone you saw that GQ party? Yeah. Go on, Mike. I was gonna say, what was like the first moment like your experience that made you look as just like, damn, I'm really in this shit like, that's what I was, yeah, that's what I was like, that's what you saw like all of it. I didn't recognize. So a lot of stuff I didn't recognize until Power Rangers pulled up with my family. Like I took all my family and shit to Power Rangers and shit, like to the premiere. And I hopped out that motherfucker and I just seen a row of my face. And I was like, damn. And because I had all my family with me. I feel me, me, brother, Steven, you know, my mom, my papa had my grandpa with me. You feel me? Like, all of my brothers, right there, you feel me and at that moment, I was like, yeah, I got this shit. Y'all ain't even got a word. Yeah.
said y'all ain't do what with your life that's cool we'll get it done yeah and that's exactly what I did like yeah I got my mom her first restaurant off of that shit uh my dad he always wanted to pick up truck with some subs but he wanted expensive subs and shit like he wanted so I couldn't buy that shit for him early I had to wait until I had you know that money times a few 20s right your mom owns a restaurant out here yeah she did call sweet blessings oh nice yeah but then we moved it to Florida so they could be parents I mean well grandparents right yeah who is it who is something that you saw the GQ party that was like like star struck I'm never star struck I think it's more of like I wonder if I can roll wee better than you that was like in the same space and I'm like all right best so you don't smoke this it up but you smoke this and do you see that we as has the very clean smell and smoking corner right every every time you smoke around whiz it just smells like air fresh like it's supposed to be in the air yeah you feel me yeah it's very very uh that GQ party who's one of the most lifted that I've been in I think I took my mom with me oh really I took me and my mama used to be on these carpet streets you know me yeah even if it was like girls trying to get down after what not my mom was like a good ass wing woman like your mom's kind of like that yeah yeah go like yeah my mom is she she she be letting everybody kick it she's like whatever yeah she'll find a pretty good oh that's my son that's my mom and mom the only thing about my mom is like she's such a great chef like she went to culinary art school and she it right so she'll make food that make niggas want to sit down and I'm like mom are they trying to throw ass and we trying to watch them throw ass so make something like right you know don't make them a meal make these bitches are derves yeah yeah yeah yeah it feels like all right there you feel like that's mom that was my mom's like it depends on who it is that I'm bringing because I ain't never used all right I don't really bring women around my my fans right now saying so she would always just have to be in the space of where I am like shooting power ranges in Vancouver was the best experience to have my mom a part of yeah she came in like these gray sweatpants you know the little ballerina looking slippers that the the hood bitches be wearing it came from queen feet first okay so it's not just the hood women but she had that on and then this shirt that start small and then it just stretches big she was so comfortable right when I say no lie at all at least 30 women and at least like six other servers all just started partying with katina so Katina had the baddest women in the club then she had these big-ass bottles and she was hungry right they brought her pizza in the club I'm like mama you the coolest you know you can't say you got all the hoes literally all kicking it harder than us but nobody talked to us we said they're like hold up we got the we got the money yeah but that's the money you feel me yeah I was like damn my can't even be mad at you and at that time we was wild and I ain't gonna lie how many years did you shoot that show in Vancouver that was like four four months oh four months it was one season yeah yeah because that was the movie we shot the movie oh right yeah the movie was huge yeah and we it was so huge that like me and daker had the these matching jetters you feel me so off days we're just gonna race them bitches around Vancouver it was daker my brother yeah yeah just because when we pull up we look like the cool little Asian kids you know just a fun as time bro Power Rangers had a whole different like by my team came out and shit then they took edibles right to try to see what we just like they get the ass who are these like I don't know who told y'all to do yeah yeah you know when your team flying out to to you book oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you on that you don't say yeah my team is some gangsters man I was they flew me back from Abu Dhabi to LA to shoot a pilot while I was shooting war machine uh-huh my team put it down they were like okay we'll pay for it it's like 20k for that ticket to fly back and forth no emerald yeah yeah that flight is crazy and they would like to play not crazy though tell me that you know what you got to you got to give the whole rundown you got to get to run out on the way there once you land everything because there's me as a whole different world bro there's no place like Abu Dhabi you know how they say there's no place like fuck your house it's real it's Abu Dhabi bro like and Dubai is like state 52 with nice people if America didn't have as many things that kind of traumatulously affected the mind space of the human we would be like Dubai yeah if you mean we should look like dumb out that we pay in taxes the fact that we don't look like that yeah fucking trips me out where the fuck is our money going where's the money baby what is the four hundred million dollar ballroom the cat can we get a new airport wing y'all been working on LAX for six years longer than that since I moved here yeah that'd be starting to look like New York man yeah Mike did you love Abu Dhabi when you went bro did I mm-hmm when I tell you I didn't want to leave and then I spent I spent the night in Dubai that was a whole another problem cuz I didn't want to leave Dubai my whole trip was basically supposed to be in Abu Dhabi I was like fuck let's just go let's go rock out and do bye bro I'll tell you I was outside till like seven in the morning did you go to get your pants breakfast is that what y'all was out there like no no what's that what do you want to know you did wait finish your story and I'll tell you about the about the breakfast nah so we got back to Abu Dhabi that's more like just casual chilling just peaceful stuff and the whole time I'm like I want to go back to Dubai I feel like I'm turning up but now hold on what's the what's the breakfast what's the candy look so it's the thing called the candy pants breakfast right it's where all other flight attendants rather male female the pilots all of that shit they go to this breakfast and it starts at six in the morning you feel me but you can get there a little early cuz it's gonna be a little while but you get there six in the morning they feed you they give you drinks you have a big ass party and then the brunch starts so it's a breakfast to a brunch to then a much and then to a dinner and then there's a club hour and then there's an after party so the thing is you go from six to six so it's 24 hours of you doing the shit you give me that's why they call it the candy pants breakfast because people be in their fucking we're not like in the day but that's why you go to the candy pants but like if you a dude in there they're gonna be hey how you doing and plus a lot of those women also do come from NYU that's over there in Dubai they have an New York University in Dubai yes or there's a sheet that was saved by our surgeon that built the NYU over there in Dubai my friend Julia used to go there and this is like we should go back to Julia aren't we gotta look man I'm telling you out go to go to go to NYU just find a friend y'all don't even have to do shit look at who y'all are just like just go right so the the of course the religious thing is different over there so you have to be very careful or that it's not there huh no no no no no but you don't need to smoke or if you around the right you know I was feeling bro I was out there I didn't even need a smile I'm chill I was kicking yeah you really don't even need that like yeah it's so much it's so peaceful it's so much bro your brain never bore yeah at all and then you can just get some sheeshia yeah if you if you do get bored hit you some sheeshia I love how it's so funny his his first thing he ever did was like an anti-smoking commercial he's like get some sheeshia like the first time I ever kicked it with him the his birthday party was a weed smoking party can we say that do you want could we talk about well it wasn't a weed smoking party I just gave out gifts because I have a lot of friends that are like yeah they are their own brands or it's like they just smoke weed but it's L.A. everyone smokes me every actor yeah yeah yeah yeah every everyone is just so I'm smoking weed I just I just gave like gave out gifts it's just like gift bags but they actually something that you don't use I'm not about to give a whole bunch of makeup yeah lightest Michael he didn't give out gifts I walked into that place and I breathed in and I was really high yeah cuz it was like as you go you ain't got to hold it into the end because I had enough to where it's like you want to take 10 take 10 yeah you say you don't get weed for the week take some weed for the week yeah yeah you know just being good to the community but also I just had a brand of weed that I had cultivated and shit and we just put it out right for you me um and that that was pretty fun but you didn't come to the one last year I didn't know I just the running shit through that one yeah I was fire would you do last year would you do last year for the be that it was inappropriate you know it was it was inappropriately fun because it's like it started so all of my parties just start very calm and then it be faces and shit that pop up that I'm like uh I ain't not new you okay yeah yeah who are you again yeah bet that copy that copy that neighborhood you gotta take your gun
to the car. That's why he not letting you in. Yeah, he's going to beat you up. So you got to take your gun to the car. Yeah, I mean, we can beat you up too, but you don't sue us. So we're going to have a big deal. But yeah, it was pretty cool. Yeah, I know if our rj's having a party, man, it's going to be great. It's going to be great. No didn't be way to my life for the next one. Yeah, the next one. The next one, the next one going to be a little stupid. We've been putting some things together. Please. So, so war machine brine pit, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Did you have scenes with him? Yeah. Brad is a fucking dude. I remember. So I used to just sit on. Oh, yeah, he cool. It's shit. You see, are we talking? As I talk? He's so smooth, bro. That I'm like, we get while you're a heart thrive, brother. Yeah. You know, it almost seems as if nothing bothers him. It's like whole set can be on fire. He'd be like, well, we're shooting the movie guys. Yeah. That's really great. We get to come here and we get to do this, bro. It's so great. It's like, yeah, but that whole side of the set is really done. We actually have a full time. Bro, glass hair full. It's like, yeah, but we have this whole other side to shoot. This is great. You guys like him and Tom Cruise. That's why they're great leaders. That's why they lead these big, big, big films because they can pull a set together and really be the captain quarterback a leader. Yeah. Big time because there are a lot of problems on sets all the time. Oh, every day, there's an issue. Ego brings it. Everything. Ego to to actors, to crew members, like something not being correct. Like, and you kind of have to have it all together if you want to make something great. Yeah. You have to be the one that's like, hey, guys, it's totally okay. Yeah. He only said bitch. Yeah. Yeah. And she's only six. Okay. So it's not really as bad as she could be for. Yeah. Did he give you any acting gems or anything you learned from him? Just to have fun with this shit. Yeah. Love that. See all those guys that do the best work. They do the least. Yeah. They have this simple advice, bro. Because it's when you think about it, right? Your best scenes are ones that you probably don't remember how it was that you structured that mental space. Because it's like one of you being rageful. We too, well, fucking calm to just walk around angry. Right. So we got a tap in there from somewhere. And that's when you don't think about it. Right. You don't know that me slapping you and your shit is going to piss you off until I slap you in your shit. Right. Some people might like it. You know, some young ladies like to be here doing sex or some young dudes like that rough shit would like to be here. I don't. Please don't hit me. Please don't I've been accidentally pumped up on. Yeah. Yeah. We could get that. To eat his own. If everybody heard it, G like to be spanked. So y'all can spank a G if you want to. But that just wasn't my prerogative. Right. So, you know, right. And who else was on that movie with you? Me look you stand for you. Topher Grace. Anthony Michael Hall. Emory Cohen me and Emory really had a time on this movie. Yeah. I love him. Dude, I just saw him in the roof. He's so fucking good, bro. He is like every time I think of Emory, I think of either us going into. We went into this bar that was right close to our hotel down in London. Right. So we stayed in Bethany, Green walked up the street to this club that we always go to. But we went on a Saturday. And we seen a dude in his sparkly ass thong and boots. It was me. No, it wasn't true because this guy had more ass cheeks. It was with more ass cheeks. And so and we were like, oh, okay, you know, he just might want to dress a centricly today. Right. Good on you, bro. You know, but then we walk in. Pryprate. Holy shit. That happened. Yeah, it's the gay day is on Saturday. And so I'm like in America, our like lit days are sad. It's not that we don't give it to the gays. But you know, it's like, this is all gay all the time. You know, like, gay, which is totally fine, but we weren't prepared. We are used to walking into this spot. And it's a little dark with the little shimmer at the top, walking and see maybe a tidio too, right? This time is a little pink fluorescent. Yeah. When you think nothing of it, walk in and see a dick is now we got to turn around. We have to turn around. And it's not that it's anything wrong with gay clubs. That's just not where we belong. Yeah, you feel anywhere and prepared for it. Yeah, damn. This is a lot. Yeah, there's a lot. Yeah, there's a lot like in WeHo, you drive down the street. And you see a lot of hot women walking in the man. But me, me, my girl used to go to WeHo to just party because they make great drinks, but you can't do the straight shit over there. And I'd be like, I get it. Okay, baby, while we in WeHo, let's give high five. Let's get high five and then save each other when we get approached. Because I ain't gonna lie. I've been threatened by a few studs over my girl, man. She don't even know. Why would they say? They're just like they want your girl, huh? You're lucky, man. You're lucky because if she seen what I was back in, man, don't say that. Of course, it's going to be big in my mind. For real, you can customize it. Bitches, she get polka dots and shit. Fuck is he talking about? But why do you? But why do you have it on right now? Yeah. We're on Sunset Boulevard. Please. We on Sunset. You got the strap. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Come on, bro. I ain't even strapping up. No, I can't even protect myself out here. You got the strap. All you that's crazy. I'm crying. I'm crying. So, so war machine comes out. Yeah. Another huge movie you're a part of. Yeah. What does that do for you after that? It makes power ranges possible. But I said no machine became before. Yeah. I was on set asking them if I should do the power ranges audition. And Tofu was like, fucking yeah, dude, it's power ranges. I was like, of course you would see that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You would say that. Yeah. Okay. But I didn't know what type of power ranges movie they was trying to make at the time. Yeah. Because we know the, you know, sticky, not, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And so this new look on it was all Dean Israelite. So I was like, cool. I thought seeing the artwork. I'm like, oh, I'm down for that because I'm a, I'm a power range ahead. Feel me. But that's, that was the conversation. At first, I said, no, I was like, no, I'm pretty good. This power ranges movie. I'm on something right now with Brad Pitt. I don't want to fuck that up. Yeah. That's such a hard thing as an actor because like you want to position yourself as this type of person and this type of actor and then all of a sudden like a big paycheck comes for a big movie that could put you in a different category. It's like, it's such a hard thing to navigate. And then there's a thing like, I just want to work and make money like it. That part. Yeah. There's like, there's like a lot of different moving parts of it. But so, but did, did power ranges come out before War Machine or after? No, I came out after. It came out after. Okay. I thought for some reason I thought War Machine came out. But it was around the same time. Yeah. So I had, wait, which ones were up? No. Yeah. Because War Machine came out at the same time as I'm dying up here. And both of those beer boards were on Sunset Boulevard. You had two billboards of the same thing on Sunset Boulevard. Yeah. And your face was on it. Yeah. It's on my Instagram page. That's so gangster. And then up the way, at the same time, up the way they were promoting War Machine. So it was War Machine on the right side that I'm dying up here on this side. And then down the way was fucking, it was an old poster. But I wasn't on that poster. I forget what a, oh, Sierra Burgess. I think it was Sierra Burgess. Oh, that, the Netflix show. Yeah. Yeah. It was like a binge. We had a binge on Sunset, which was cool. I'm, you're enthralling me with the conversation right now. We're just on Sunset twice and in one night. Bro, that was that was freaking, it was so freaking. I was like, and it was right across the street. I know you felt like that. I know you felt like, oh, what? Wait, where was the restaurant? Like, what was right there? What's on this street? I think it's like with the, where the band is, you know, what a train is. What's that train restaurant that's on? Oh, uh, Carnies. Yeah. That's where our, our poster always is. Mike, right? It's on the other side. No, no, it's past one oak. You know, okay. I know what you're talking about. Yeah. Yeah. Bro, it's so funny. I would just be like with the girl and I would just be walking on big. Oh, shit. You know, man, that was me. That was me. That was me. You know, my agent didn't tell me. Man, I did. Shit. It was crazy. You gotta take the sunset away. But I have to bro, like, I was so hyped to come down that street every month, fucking day. Anytime my agent said, call me during that promo, too. I'm like, I'm on the way. Don't call me. Yeah. Just tell me to pull up to the office to tell me simple stuff. Yeah, they're like, you're driving a LAX brother. It's the completely opposite way, but we're gonna take it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Don't worry. Just take me this way. I get you on gas. I'm always so glad you brought up the show. I'm so glad you brought up the show. Mike, have you seen? I'm dying up here. It's on show time. Do yourself a favor. If you have not seen that show, did you do? It was two seasons. Yeah. If you have not seen that show, go watch it right now. Okay. You played young Richard prior. Yeah. In a sense. In a sense. It's kind of what they allotted. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But they never called you that. Your name was what in the show? Adam Proto. Adam Proto. Okay.
- It's so funny, 'cause when you first got on, I was like, yeah, it was a big fan of you from me or on The Dying Girl. I'm dying up here, also was like one of my favorite shows, 'cause I was going to the comedy store we watched. - It's unbelievable. - I just got a residual check from them, like yesterday. - Was it fire? (laughing) (laughing) - Yeah, yeah, yeah, bro, Michael. So it's basically like, comedy store in the '70s? - Yeah. - Yeah. - In the '70s. And he played like a young Richard Pryor. St. Tino was in it, my guy. What's the, what's the girl's name that was in it? - Ari. - Yeah, Ari. And then Jake, Jake, what's his name? - I forget Jake's last name, 'cause it's not her normal last name. - He just did white lotus. He just did that other show that just came out on Peacock. - He crushed white lotus, bro. Me and my girl was like tripping out over how good he did. 'Cause I'm like, what the fuck, he's so not that dude. - Right, but how was Jim Carey? - Oh, Jim is fun as hell. So we did the ID 10T Fest, right? And you know how they introduced everybody in the actors or whatnot. We came out to different people's name because they kept trying to be so extra about Jim. And Jim was like, I don't wanna be me. Okay, so everybody just go out to a different name. So when he came out to RJ Kyler, right? Funny as shit ever. 'Cause I'm like. (laughs) - Can I be Jim? - Yeah, yeah. - I'm gonna do all of the black shit. Alright, bet. And so really pissed off the moderator, right? Because they introduced and they didn't know what to do. It definitely made them a little of, but we're a bunch of comedians. So we just like damn, it sucks on you. - Yeah. - But. - Did you do stand up before that show? 'Cause you played a stand up comedian. - No. - Did you ever go to an open mic and try? - I did. They made me. - Oh, tell me they made me. - They made me. - Wait, they made me wait. So they made you do that shit like IRL. Like the actual stand up. - Yeah, so that's how Al and Eric, yeah. Al and Eric, all the comedian comedians of the show, right? They made me go to Andes. And Andes, you pay $5 to go up for five minutes, right? What the fuck am I gonna do for five minutes? - And five minutes. - You didn't have any material? - I just had what I knew from the script. You hear me? And so they're like, alright, RJ, get comfy. Get comfy with what? And I, first thing I did was elude it from the material that was on the page. And then I kinda watched myself bombing away, you know what I'm saying? Because the lab was like, ha, ha, ha, one person, right? And so I thought that that was it. Some of the bitches made me keep doing it, they feel me. And that's where the repertoire of Adam Proto comes from. It literally comes from going to Andes, failing, and then going to the comedy store, and then then making me have conversations with other comedians, but trying to hold the floor. Not like, hey, what do you do getting their information? And all that make them laugh and pay attention to you. - That's crazy. - As you would just go hang out at the comedy store to kind of get into the character of Adam Proto. - I was hanging out at the comedy store so much that I have had nights of falling asleep over there, nights of falling asleep at the comedy store, then leaving to go to the magic castle. You know what the magic castle is? Oh yeah. That's how I learned out about all the crazy shit that's in the magic castle. I'm like, do I need to get baptized after I come in this song, but they have great drinks and food. So after that, it was more just like making the repetition. So then it was, it was easy, bro, but I had no idea how to do this stand-up comedy shit. I'm pretty okay now just because of how the comedians kind of push me in the pool and say it swim. - Who are some of the comments that you loved working with? - Eric, Eric for sure. Eric is like a big bro in this bitch, but also Andrew Santino, he's really crazy and sharp. I love the way Andrew talks shit because he's so smart. So what he says, you have to go and look up and or accept it. He's probably done a study into it. - Mike, you know bad friends, right? With Bobby Lee, the podcast, he's like, "I'm Bobby Mom." - I'm Bobby Mom. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's a red guy, Andrew. Yeah, no, he's the best, he's the guy. - That shit. - It fucks me up every time. - You gotta watch that show Mike. It's unbelievable. I can talk to you about that show for hours. And what was like, did you get close with Jim Carrier? Did was he kind of like not really? - Yeah, Jim came to like, said certain times that he needed to be there. You feel me? - He's like 50, oh. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. He's Jim Carrier though, you feel me? But when he was there, it was definitely a little, you know how some people change up the way that things go when big dogs come on set? - Yeah, that's how people act when they're like. - Jim don't like this shit. It'd be like, do exactly what it was that you were doing. I'm not gonna fire you. If you making good work, I'm not gonna fire you. Now if I come in his very shitty, or I don't, then you might get fired, but I'm not even gonna be angry about how I do it. I'm gonna pay you still. The full thing, you just can't work anymore. - Right, right, right. - 'Cause you know, it's like a cool guy. - Yeah. - Bro, he dope. - Dude, he's a, yeah, man, he's a go. Did you think that was gonna go more than two seasons? 'Cause I thought everyone thought it would. - Yeah, for show. - I don't know why showtime canceled that. - 'Cause Jim had another show that came on right after that. - Oh, the Kitting Show. - Yeah, the public show. - Yeah, yeah, sir. - Damn, that's so heartbreaking. If there's one show I could bring back, that'd be probably like my- - I still rewatch it, bro. - I'm gonna rewatch it now. - That shit is so good to me. I make baby watch that shit some time with me. And I'd be like the uncle that's in his drawers with the ass and he, baby, look, this is the part right here. - Yeah, yeah. - Watch. - You know, we started saying that the lines are shit. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I told that bitch. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. So that show, it gets canceled. And then what's the next two years look like for your three years look like for you? - That might have been swamped thing. Or a screen. No, it might have been screened. - Well, you weren't screened? - Yeah. - I didn't even know that. - Which one, the reboot with General Ortega? - No, I mean, a screen season three. - Oh, the T series. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Okay, so you worked with Carlson Young. - Yeah. - Carlson directed "Trust" the movie that I just did. - Oh, fuck yeah. - Yeah. - That's crazy. - That was a crazy time. That's, I got stabbed in my hand on that set. - But can I actually let that show? - A real stab? - Yeah, like actually stab. Like this years through my index finger. - How the fuck that? - 'Cause they switched out, they switched out the stunt night for the real one because they said it looked a little bit more shimmery. And they didn't tell the stunty that I would be still doing my, like they just missed the communication ring. And so when he was jabbing, I was like, "Oh, okay, that's, hey y'all." So I just want y'all to know, not gonna die, but we done shooting a day, okay. - Brad Pitt would have been like, "No, it's all good." - Yeah, he would be like, "Yeah." - It's okay. We got to move. - You got another finger. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We're gonna shoot Andy from this side now. - Yeah. - And then you did Swamp Thing, which is like another big DC. It's a big DC property. Bro, you've been part of like so many iconic things. It's kind of fucking nuts. - We've been cooking. - So how was Swamp Thing like, did you play a superhero? - No, I played the dude that dies in the beginning. - Right. - Yeah. - So it was very short live, but it was fun. I made my stunt double Dante, which is like my brother, you know, from vice principals to screen to, I don't know what Dante hasn't done outside of Power Rangers and you were in vice principals too? - Yeah. - Brother, I looked at your IMDB like, you have so many credits that I missed all these pictures. - Vice principals is probably one of my favorite comedies. What, did you get started? You recurred on it? - Yeah, I'm a, I played the lady principal. I played a son, the oldest one. - Yes, you did. - I just didn't have these long, beautiful glistens locks. - How is Danny McBride? - Bro, that's a G right there. - Yeah. - You know Danny McBride might, you've seen Eastbound and down. - Bro. - This is, and he was in this is the end. James Franco movie where they all get locked in the, see this at the end. - I've seen this at the end. He plays the guy that eats all the food whenever one wakes up. And he's like the dick. And he's like, "James Franco didn't suck any dick last night." - James Franco didn't suck any dick this night. - No, no y'all are trippin'. - Dude, he's a goat, how is he? - Bro, so cool though. Like, he's one of those people that he'll take all of the seriousness out so you can just do your fucking job. And that's why cool beans. 'Cause we had DJ, right? DJ was my little brother in this show. And he, now he got all the swag in the world. You feel me in the confidence in the world. But at that time, of course he's young doing this thing new. And so he was a little shy, right? Danny would do shit to make everybody feel uncomfortably okay. Like he took this big ass basin just broke it out of nowhere in the middle of set because it felt like we was all kind of like down and drained 'cause we was a little bit, put that away 'cause the fuck up. Then we shot, shot, get it in two takes. - Yeah, he's interesting, man. He like, he like started making his own films. He wasn't getting cast in anything. Just started making his own stuff, shooting it all this and that. Like, kind of, you look at him, he's not like generally like, oh, I think of a Hollywood actor, it's this guy. He made it all happen for himself. And like, again, that's a leader that makes something happen. Like a Brad Pitt, like now he's, he did righteous gemstones. What did he do after Vice Principal's? Was that righteous was right after that? - I think it was. - He's been, he's been, he's had a hit TV show on HBO for over 13 years now. - Everything he puts on always stays at another but what's spot? - Yeah. - Which is crazy. I'm like, why don't they just give you a percentage of HBO? - Yeah, at this point. - Yeah, 'cause you've made them too much money for them and not say, here's a talk on. - Yeah. - At this point, you kind of have done, you've done films, you've done big movies. What were you kind of feeling more? Did you like the movie join or did you like going on shows more? - They both, they both are like, I'm in a very polygamist relationship with them too. - Yeah, I feel you. - You know, I love them both. I want to support them both for everything that I have.
- Yeah. - I don't like one more than the other. - Right. - Both get butt rubbed, you know what I'm saying? - Yeah. - I think the good parts kind of what you miss on film sets, you'll get on TV sets. - Right. - And what you miss on TV sets, you'll get it on a film set. - Right. - Yeah. - Do you like shooting more off location or would you rather shoot at home LA? - Off location for sure. - Really? - Hell. - Like, what do you think? 'Cause you've been living in New York, you get to live at home. Do you like going places or? - I'm not gonna lie, I do like off location, like away from home. Filming away from home, always just like a different vibe. I don't know. - You get to know a whole different place. - Yeah, like, it goes back to what I was saying about like filming in New Orleans, like bro, I enjoyed the fuck out of New Orleans. Like that whole time, let me film it. - Yeah. - And like, I was just, I was so proud to keep filming. - Over there. - It's called goons, it's like a slasher. Like a slasher horse. - Oh shit, okay, okay. Yeah, YG and Chloe Bailey, Bailey and it. - Chloe, if you're watching the vibe, what's up? - Surrey. - It's the word Chloe. - Yeah. - Yeah. - So that's a Chloe. - That's the homie. - That's the homie. She presented me my NAACP award. That's always going to be my homie. Like, I love her for that, I love her for that. - And congratulations on that too, bro. - Yeah, Mike, we actually didn't even talk about that. - We ain't about the past, by the way, as you like it's wrong. - Yeah, she gave me my giant award. - This worth a lot to me. - Chloe, that giant award, that Chloe gave you. - Yeah, Chloe's just, yeah. - Shout out to you, Mikey for the award. - Yo, D. Loves you with some club. - Yeah. - God, she's, she's out there. - She's out there. - So, you like shooting while you're, sorry, she got me all flustered. - It's okay, you all right? - Yeah, I'm just, it's all right. - Guys, can we take five? - We need a second. He can read it, look at it, look at your views. - I just want to film in LA, bro. I've only ever done why? - A guest star. - Yeah, why? - Brother, are we talking about this in the Lofton Shane Harper episode? I just want to get in my car. I want to drive to set. I want to be asleep in my bed. I want to go to set, maybe wrap early, go to the gym that I go to. All my people go, hang out with my friends and do my every day and then just, you know, go to the lila at night and hang out with all my boys. - I'll fuck with that. - You already have, you know what I'm saying? Like you already have your life. - But you get, you just, I was doing that, I was doing that. - That's the perfect way. - Right. - That is true, that is true. I didn't think about that. - Well, you blessed me. - That's what I was doing. - Because you've been doing that your whole life. - I'll jot this, that's something that you would do. - Bro, you have to think about this, like, yeah, when I come to New York, I fly to New York, I have to move my home, I have to get it an apartment, I have to go there and then, like, you're obviously like my best friend in New York. So we kick it all the time, but like, when you're filming and we're not together, I'm like in my apartment, like, you're like, oh, shit, or I'm not the gym and I don't know one person in there. So, there's pros and cons to it. Now, do I like a little, we filming this in Hawaii for two months and my house is really cute. - That's even better. - She just broke up with someone and we had a scene where she had to flirt me a little bit and the sparks were real. Do I like a little bit of that? Who wouldn't, right? But realistically, if I'm gonna do a show for six years, I'll prefer a B and L A. And then do the hiatus movie in Bali. Go shoot this here and then have a little bit of fun. - But if I was shooting a show here in L A for six years, first of all, holy shit, that's six years of me having to fight L A traffic after I was a before set out. - I was glad to be sitting there. - I think what makes another day to shoot in here. - I mean, no, we're close. We almost convinced Michael to move out for the Carmella episode. They're regressing us here, RJ. - My bad. - Yeah, we didn't talk about L A traffic on Carmella's episode. (laughing) But we did talk about Cuban and Colombian food and-- - Carmella, so I-- - Yes, oh. - Yeah. - I mean, you know. - I could get that. - That's all-- - I do like that though. - Yeah. - But I mostly like shooting on, like in the studio lots, if I'm here in L A. - That's the, I'm not gonna lie. That's really a thing. That's what I find to be better than shooting on location, like out of the country. Unless it was like, we shot a, we shot in Rome and Rome has a film studio that has like these big grand buildings that are built there and it's really, really nice. That's probably the only other studio off location. - Did you do that same studio, Michael? - Um, I'm not even gonna lie. That shit was so long ago. I don't know what studio we was filming on, but I was, I was 10 years old, bro. I don't know where the fuck I was. - Yeah, he shot. - Well, I remember-- - That's just me. - Bro, you make me fear, oh, when you say that, just relax. (laughing) - Have you shot in every stage in LA? I think I've pretty much done everyone except Sony, but what's your favorite? - My favorite, we have to be the universal lot. The food on the universal lot is always top tier. - This is a seasoned actor we're talking to. He's talking about the food on the universal lot. He's like, oh, actually, you know, the shower water brother, it's a little hotter. - Hey, yo, this is, I don't know, man. I've just been around the time a few times. Like, universal got the best food, right? But also because they're attached to the theme park. You feel me? - Yeah, that's the point. - But that just makes their caterers that's much more booming. You feel me, it gives them all the equipment that they need to make to make that shit. And what they're missing on set, they can just grab straight from whatever the park is missing. You feel, if necessary. But like, Warner Brothers got a good cafe. - Right. - But their cafe is certain things from there is good. Mostly you're not gonna get no flavoring. You feel me, it's very-- - A lot of whites cook it on the Warner lot. - It's very school lunch-giving, you feel me? But some of the restaurants that are in the Warner Brothers lot are good. - Right. - Like, all the coffee shops are banging because they coffee shops. - Would you shoot that universal? Was it an extended amount of time? - We shot, we shot rap shit season two up there. We shot the burbs there. - The burbs, that's not even out yet, right? - Yeah, that's not yet. - And you're in that? - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - That was cool as fuck to shoot on the back lot of universal. 'Cause we usually, the times that I shot, we only shot in like two houses that were back there. But this time we got to use the city block and shit like that, that was pretty cool. - You tight with Kiki Palmer? - Yeah. - We were in, we were in Scream Together Scream season three. - Nice. - That's how we met. - And did you go up from the universal, yeah, go, we need her on the podcast lover. Did you go from the universal up to the park ever? 'Cause they're connected. - Oh yeah, yeah, yeah. - And you just woke up after you wrapped or something? - Yeah, or just take the trolley. But the thing is. - Why do we shoot anywhere else? - Yeah. - Please film an elephant. - Yeah, that's awesome. - It's really nice. Just hop on the little tram and chew chew. - Oh my God. - You might have to stay on the tram until that stop come up again. - Yeah. - You via me. But it's mostly like, when you got the credentials, you can really do it and go anywhere. - Is there a favorite project you've ever done? - I'll say, mere Earl still takes the cake. I think when it comes to environment-wise, like treatment-wise, the people in Pittsburgh, some of my best people is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You via me, I'm a pirates fan, just because of this movie, you know? I know what a parogi is. A bone marrow for the first time. Had a young lady offered a suck my toes. Pittsburgh got some of the greatest people, man. Not gonna lie. Shout out to y'all. - Yeah, so this new movie that you, yeah. Please, please. I'm usually the one talking to you. So this new movie that you do. That's why I was new to me. - You like your feet guy? - No, I'm not. - I mean it. - No, I, I would just, I've been in a relationship. - No, I like, I like toes, brother. - My, my, my girl, she just, you know, she, it be her fault. I ain't even gonna say it's my fault. She got a little cute feet. So it be her fault and she'll be done. Put 'em, you know, 'cause in the pretzel, they end up by your face anyway. If you got in the pretzel. But then if she's like, bend 'em a little bit, they gonna end up, you might as well. You might as well, you might as well, you know. So what's up? - So this new movie you got coming out. So what, I don't know when this episode's coming out. If it's in your two weeks or three weeks. So it, see, and you said the name of the date that it can't, it can't come out. - Which one? - The movie that you just had. - Night Patrol. - Night Patrol. - Yeah, it came out on the 16th. - On the 16th. - But we gonna be in theaters for a little bit.
