The speaker begins with a prayer for guidance and provision for their ministry, highlighting the challenges faced in securing a suitable space due to parking issues. They discuss the need for a larger venue to accommodate more people for services and express plans to search for a new space from January next year. Emphasis is placed on building a community-focused space without splitting services or burdening one person to preach multiple times. Additionally, the importance of continuous repentance as a practice for believers and aligning with the Holy Spirit to live a distinct Christian life is highlighted throughout the discourse.

(gentle music) Amen, let's pray. Find the name of Jesus, Lord, we ask that the entrance of your word tonight gives us light. Jesus is glorified, we edify it, we see Him and see us as He sees us in Him, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen, just update because I felt like it was important, I said this. We are still trusting God for funds for our beauty. So we had this space before, and this is just for transparency. We had gotten a space before, we're going forward with it. We had paid the NSed money and we're already looking at the space and the renovation costano. In fact, we had all that stuff from China like the LED and all those things, which are still coming in anyways. But we had issues with parking. So I don't know what happened, but yeah, the parking could only take about a hundred people and we're right in front of the county. So we don't want to what happened to a ministry to happen to us, you know, where they have to close us down. And then, you know, we just take hard work to also, if we move out of that place to sell. You know, so we had to, you know, ask for our money back. And now we are back searching. There are properties that we can get, you know, it's not like there are no properties. There are properties, but it's budgets, you know. But we are looking into the lands right now and seeing how that would work. But that being said, I personally don't even talk about church on my social media page anymore. And because if people come, where would they stay? And we don't even invite people to church as we used to before, you know, see this, already no space for anybody. So that's being said, we're actively looking to look for a space, maybe an event space, or a school space, starting from January next year, that we'll be able to at least accommodate more people. So we can't do ministry well. So we're working on that actively. And then I think the direction we are going is to build what we like, to build what we like. So if we don't break into two services, which I don't want us to, because that means a human being has to preach twice. And I just feel like Jettis says the idea of communities. I think the best thing would be to spend the extra money to look for a space. But we'll still keep this space. We'll be doing our prayer stretch and our midweek service here. But on Sundays, we'll just be meeting in some way. We don't even have to move anything because we already have equipment for the new space. That's sitting. So everything here is this. We just have to buy maybe some sound cameras stuff for the space where we're going to be tearing down, breaking down. So for boys, for guys in church, next year, we're going to be working very hard. Because we have to set up and break down everything. That's what it's looking like at least. But exciting times, we'll have more room for more people. More people join our church family. Having said that, we're doing our cross of our service here. Now, you know what that means? We're going to put that link this week. You have to register to come. There's no other way. It's going to be chaotic. We've bought more chairs. We're going to try to fix ourselves in here. It won't be on the other. It was so chaotic, I told my wife, I'm running. So I'm doing cross of our service in the engine. You preach here. She said, where are you going? Stay. It's not me. I was in there because I was like, oh, nature. She said, oh, do first, then they brought you here. For crossers, oh, there. That's where it's kept. So we're going to have space for overflow. Our church leaders will be there. Stop paying money now. The church leaders will be there. They won't be inside the church so we can have more room for people. But once we put out that registration link, if you have any friend that you want to worship here for cross of our service, they have to do it quickly. If not, you know. And there's no way they can't stand outside. Yes, I could. So there we go. So far, so good. Still together. So once the link comes out, everybody has to rush and jump at it. Amen. And I'm excited for cross over. I think I have a word from God. Amen. So we're continuing our series. I'm ending it today. On Sunday, it's going to be a Christmas service. So I'm going to be teaching about the person of Jesus. It's not like I don't teach about him every time. So what we're going to emphasize is his birth and what he came to do for us. OK, where did we stop last week? I know throughout this week we've been here in teachings or upon teachings. Because we'll be meeting here if you do know. We'll be meeting here every day, Monday to Friday, by seven to about nine, praying, studying the word of God. We're just doing that. It ends this Friday. So it's been-- I made people have been coming. You've been blessed. And also we've been eating every day. Who brought that or father? That or father's too? I imagine. It's Mr. Peter that brought it. Your wife married well. Mr. Peter, I don't be doing that. You've been making our wives precious. For you know, my wife is not saying, it's not Mr. Peter that could come. Don't bring food, boys. Please, don't cook. Don't put those inside your throat. Because I was eating there, marching in the ashes. Like, it's Mr. Peter that cooked it. But help us. Well, we've had-- I've eaten this week. It's been nice. So we come by six. Different people bring food. And then we just eat and fellowship today. It's been wonderful. I like-- I like this church. I do, I do. But I prefer-- sorry. So we stopped at repentance as a daily continuous practice. Can you remember? We said we should what it means to be childish. And then we used the church in Corinth as a key story. We should do everything childish and childlike. And then we spoke about some misunderstandings about confession of sins. I think that was where we stopped. And then I definitely give an appropriation, amen. So we are continuing with that. And then we're going to end today. Then maybe another time we'll teach about sin and whits. Because we can definitely not get to that this year. But we'll see where we can have time for that. Let's look at the revelations 2.5. My time has not started. Revelations 2.5. So we can't stop. We're going to read in concert. Let's read friends 1, 2, go. Remember, therefore, from where you are falling. Repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place unless you repent. And we said, OK, we're talking this week. And we said, you know, the lampstand preferring days to be find the menorah that you find in the holy place. We said there is the outer court. There is the holy place. And then there is the whilies of whilies. So when it says, I will come quickly and remove your lamp stamp, it's talking about the efficacy of your devotion pertaining to your soul. All right. This is from its place, unless you repent. And he's referring to a church. This letter was written to the seven churches in Asia Minor. So this is referring to a church. And you're going to see, as I build, you know, the-- what I'm sharing about, why this is important. Jesus writes to the seven churches, his churches, in Asia Minor. And this is one of the things he do. The church says, repent and do the first works. Or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. So we have to repent continuously, because even after salvation, believe I still struggle with sin. Remember, we said sin. This was a while ago, I was talking about forgiveness of sins. We said, there are three ways the Bible describes sin. There is sin in the place. Look at it, Romans 6, verse 1 and 2. Shall we continue in sin that Grisma abound? It is too sin, is it insane? What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that Grisma abound, verse 2? It says, certainly not. How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? Live in it. You live in it, please. So here, Paul is describing sin as a place. And that place is a place of death. In other words, when you are in sin, there is no good you can do, because you are in sin. The unbelievers are dead in sin, they are in sin. We believe us are dead to sin, because we have been raised to life by the finished works of Christ. So the first way the Bible describes sin is sin the place. Then the second way the Bible describes sin is sin the act. I find that in 1st John chapter 3, I think from verse 17, we have a practice in sin, you know, I know that too. There is, please show 7, think a, yes, little children, let no one deceive you. He will practice righteousness, righteousness, just as he's righteous, next verse. He who sins is of the devil. Now the sin is talking about they sin the act, the act of sin. So they sin the place, they sin the act, and there is another one in Romans 3, show verse 23. Album, gray with text. For all I've sinned and I've fallen short of the glory of God, let us sin the position. So there are 3 ways the Bible describes sin. Now, when you understand the dichotomy of what he's, what Scripture says about sin, then you know that a believer is not his sinner, but a believer can sin. And how does that fall? In sin the act. We are not in sin the place. We are not in sin the position. But we can sin as sin, sin the act. And that's why it's important for repentance. If you don't get this, you know if somebody says that we are not seen as believers, they are correct. If somebody says, let me show you where I'm saying all this. 1st John 3 verse 9. Show 1st John 3 verse 9. Whoever has been born of God does not sin. For he's seed remains in him, he can not sin. If a first teacher catches you with this text, they will finish your life. That's why I showed you that there are 3 ways the Bible describes sin to balance your mind. Because somebody can show you this text now. I'll say a believer can not sin. But you have to understand the context. What does it mean to be born of God? To be born of God is to be born of love. You excruciate scripture with scripture. The whole idea is talking about in the book of 1st John. He's love. He that love is not not not God. For God is love. So when he says to be born, he that is born of God does not sin. To be born of God means to be born of love. And how do you love God and love people? By obeying his commandments, John 15, John 15, 14. The law of God is fulfilled in this. Love the Lord with all your heart, your soul, mind, not the universe yourself. So when he says you are born of God and you cannot sin, he's saying you are born of love so you don't commit sin. Do you understand? If you don't explain scripture with scripture like that, you will turn the feet of people. People who say I can't sin. And they are sinning. And that's what we spoke about on Sunday. That that person now gets into what is called "adness of hearts". His theology that gets people there, wrong theology, where they are contradictions in your life and then you look for scriptures to pacify your conscience, to accommodate those contradictions. In other words, you have shot God out. There is a way people will preach the love of God to you. They will be preaching you into God's wrath. God's love is not nice, it's kind. God loved Jesus so much he put him on the cross because the cross is his destiny. So in God's love, there is training. That's why the Bible says who the father loves he justizes? There was a lady that this guy ripped out, that's the word. And it took us from this to process everything that was going on. So she went to meet her pastor until the pastor. The pastor said, "I think you have to report to the police." But this is what I want you to do. I want you to think about everything properly. Forgive the person and use scriptures to validate why you need to report to that person to the police. Don't rush it, take your time. So she went and did the exact same thing, forgive the person, prayed for him, and went and reported him. So the pastor said, "Now that you reported him, why did you report him?" He said because he has to know that what he did is wrong for the salvation of his soul. So I can report out of spite and I can report in restoration. One is hatred, the other is love. If you know somebody that is lazy, that is asking you for money. If you love them, you have to love them and love to not give them money. If you continue giving them money, you will destroy their life. They call that thing tough love. You think giving them is love? No, that is not the expression of love, you are spoiling that person. You have to love that person. That is what I am telling you, that God loved Jesus so much. He put him on the cross. That is his destiny. If God didn't allow him to die, he didn't love him. So if my moon looked nice, you get what I am saying, but in the premise of destiny, this is what you need. So when the Bible talks, I am just trying to explain this, that is why I told you to do three premises. We are not sinners, but we sin. Now if you know if you are a sinner, that is why I showed you that there is sin in the place, when you are a sinner, what you are doing is called dead walks. So you can't do anything right, it can't be right, it is dead walks. But the Bible tells us in Ephesians 2 verse 10, that we are the walkmanship, that what the Greek word is, pure minds, like poem. We are the evidence of God's craftmanship, created in Christ Jesus on two good walks. Are you understanding this now? If you don't get this thing, you will be a bag of contradiction as a believer. I used to hear, you are quiet, easy and dreamy, thank you, allow me to, but don't frown your face, so we have to repent continuously because after salvation believe us till struggle with sin. Romans 8 verse 13, I am going to do it lead to Bible study and exegesis of the scripture of the text, Romans 8 verse 13, I hope you don't mind, don't be bored today, I am seeing people yoni, for if you leave, I cut into the flesh you will die. It is talking to the church in Rome, but if by the spirit you put to death the deeds of the flesh or the deeds of the body you will leave. Because of this repentance becomes a lifestyle of continually aligning our hearts with God, a daily returning, whatever we drift, this is also a sign of spiritual maturity. Because of Holy Spirit keeps convicting and guiding us, I will give you an example, very small, and remember we also said that sin is also sometimes context specific, that sin can also be also be measured in the context of consecration, that God can tell somebody something, and another person he did not command, can you remember we said that? So there is a place I used to, one apple used to play ball, I am going to give them any promotion, so I will go there, sign up and play, so one part of the day we are playing football, the guy is on my team, I am by the post, why are you fire away trying to shoot? If you lost the past I can't do like this, and we are losing, I am not a soluble, at least less try, so the guy should, and I looked at him, when he played the ball, I just looked at him, I did like this, that's all I did, you see that thing I did, Jesus Christ is Lord, that they wanted me for this, I went there almost every day looking for that guy to apologize, the day I saw him is a Mexican guy, I didn't even know he wasn't speaking English, so I went to him, I said I have been looking for you, because I was telling him, I said see, I am sorry, because the Holy Spirit was disturbing me, why would you go and tell somebody, I put him in my mind, I said I didn't even say it, and if you look at this character, the Holy Spirit was disturbing my heart, so I told him I said I want to apologize, I am sorry, he is not saying what I am saying, I said, so he was telling me that I said I am sorry, so I don't want to with him, the guy was looking at me like forwards, I said, I reported myself, we are playing football, you did like this, the guy was looking at me like, who is this weird guy, when I saw I said tell him, to tell you that he has released me, so I told him, the guy was looking at me like why is this, I said tell him, to tell him, to tell him, so the guy said okay, he said he had said, I said, carry my book and went home, as small as that thing was, the Holy Spirit didn't permit that, and for another person, it's just another day, but the Holy Spirit is saying you have grown to the level, where you should be telling on believers, what if they see you online, they would just pack everybody, so we are living in continuous repentance, this is not about 10 commandments, that's why I told you that story, it's aligning with what the Holy Spirit, there are some words I say believe that you should use the effort, crazy stupid, those things have to come out of your mouth, when you use those or you should be ashamed, I remember somebody was prophesying, some years ago, when I was in campus, it was not a fellowship, but she was talking about the Holy Spirit's angry with his anger, but this and this and this and that, she said something about people should effort of the church, I said it's difficult, they wasn't there, that language is not our language, there are some jokes that we do make, who have believers, they are jokes we do make, say la, there are some songs that want to start singing it, from the moment you start saying those you have to hold your mother, say wait, wait, wait, put that thing on me, and you are still the same person that will be 10 Holy Spirit, put your hand on me, stand, it's not making sense, are you getting what I'm saying, maybe the Holy Spirit, you say I'm saying it now, I'm telling you people, they must be a difference, believe us look like the world too much in this generation, they must be a difference, you see those people that have been there for I was saying it again, so they become yummy, people that go to gym, I understand that there's gym clothes, you wear that thing, that means you wear that clothes ladies, half a yard, half a yard, you use them, you wear that thing, it's not tight, it's pants, that's what it is, it's just pants, you wear that thing and then you know you use it, there are some people, I say you don't have people in your church, that can tell you that it's, you see, what now noise means they will know, they will do that thing, they will not play gospel song, I have this side, come on, it's not how they follow Jesus, go and wear cloths, or you see two old married people, we get it that you had it, but the way they are old in them, safe in the public, you can only imagine what they are doing in a load, and that's when when they break up the thing is to keep it, won't get it, I was looking at her, pasto, I can't forgive him, I said why forgive him, forgive let him go, pasto, he used me, I said what do you mean, pasto don't worry, you know that's fine, I said no tell me how did he use, she can't tell me what they did, in my mind I said no, because when we are saying it's like you put cotton on inside, you know listen, there must be a distinction, that's the repentance we are talking about, that difference must be there, are you a Christian, not are you a Christian, that difference must be, I'm telling you that difference must be there, there must be fruit of righteousness, so we said this is also a sign of spiritual maturity, not failure because the Holy Spirit keeps convicting and guiding us, say big amen if you are here, so let's look at first John 1, verse 8, and we have to rush, I will stop on time today, amen, first John, that amen is offensive, offensive email, it looks worldly, first John 1, verse 8, let's read in concert my friends want to go, if we say that we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us, now if we confess our sins is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all on righteousness, now I want to do an apology on this, some of the opinions that we don't confess sins as believers, we confess righteousness and John was not speaking to believers in John 1, verse 9, because of John 1, verse 3, let's look at it, John 1, verse 3, because if you are talking to somebody I want to make sure you are able to defend what you are saying, it is that which we heard, which we have seen and heard, we declared to you that you also may have fellowship with us, he said, so they say that this verse 3 gives you the context, that the context the audience context is unbelievers, that which we have seen and which we have heard, we declared to you that you may have fellowship, that's what that you may have fellowship means, the people he is talking to don't have fellowship, that you may have fellowship with us and truly our fellowship is with the father and with his son Jesus Christ, but that what declared is, that Greek word is always used in relations to the gospel, look at 1st Corinthians 15 verse 1, I don't think I really beg to differ, it's not making any sense to me, 1st Corinthians 15 verse 1, more of our brethren I declare to you the gospel, who is it talking to there, the church in Corinth, which I preached to you, another thing we have to take note of is, let's look at it, the word confess is the word homo-logeo, homo means same, logeo means to speak or to say, so put them together, it means to speak or say the same thing, the idea is agreement or acknowledgement, so that word confess doesn't, it doesn't mean and we're going to get to that, it's not about saying what you like confession is agreement, acknowledgement, look at Romans 10, yeah I'm ready here, Romans 10 verse 9, do you believe that deaf and don't people can receive Christ, if you can hear them, at least give them salvation, if you confess with your mouth the Lordship of Jesus and believe in your heart, now that word confess with your mouth, you know, confess to and you know or trust, but the place where deaf and don't people can come in is the word confess there doesn't always have to be speaking, it's an acknowledgement, so if you acknowledge Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior and you cannot speak but that acknowledgement is in your heart, you are saved, so that's how we come about deaf and don't people be saved, do you get what we're saying, if the communication is made through sign language and the acknowledge Jesus as a Lord and personal Savior they are saved, so I think the misunderstanding is when people think confession means only to speak, but let's take it one step at a time, so to confess are sins, so the word confess there is homology and it means to speak the same thing, to agree or to acknowledge, to confess are sins therefore is to see our sin, the way God sees it, are you seeing that now, it's not reciting it, is to see our sins, the way God sees it, not as another weakness, but as sin, it is to agree that if God sees it is wrong, we then start to see it as wrong too, are you understanding this, now another thing we want to look at in that text, that vast explanation, the audience context explanation doesn't make sense, is number two, who was John speaking to, what is the entire audience of the book, the letter was, the letter was not addressed to a single local congregation, in fact, the church's in Asia might know that he wrote to in revelations 2, 3, where about 2000, it was not like the church in Antioch that was a mega church, the church, there were 2050 scattered in different houses, so the letter was not just to one local assembly, this first John letter, it was shared among different houses, it was not to a single congregation like Paul's letters, for example, the church in Rome, the church in Ephesus, instead it was a secular letter written to a group of churches around Ephesus and Asia might know, where John had lived about 90 AD, so the audience context was to a church, now when you look at the entire book look at first John 3 verse 7, in fact, we'll get to that, first John 3 verse 7, it says little children, let no one deceive you, he will practice this and we read that, look at first John 4 verse 1, first John 4 verse 1, so he's talking, he's talking to people he knows, and then when you see his letter to Gaius in Torjean and the elect lady in second John, you will see him use that phrase again little children, so it was referring to a particular church or people he knew, it says beloved do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, you don't say this to unbelievers, so some people say the chapter 1 is for unbelievers, for chapter 2, guess what, when it was written it wasn't in chapters, so it doesn't make any sense, it was a letter that was read once, so you can't pick and choose, beloved, it's not talking to an unbeliever, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they have God, because many false prophets, what are those prophets, teachers have gone into the world, verse 2, by this you know the spirit of God, every spirit that, that confesses, is it talking, no, that acknowledges that Jesus has come in the flesh, because there were some gnostic teachings that was going on, verse 3, now when people say, look at it, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus has come in the flesh is not of God, why is it important that he emphasizes that Jesus came in the flesh, because Jesus came to reveal three things to about God towards primary, number 1 he came to show us that God is Father and the nature of God which is love, before Jesus no one called God Father, that's number 1, number 2 is he came to die for our sins, first Matthew 1, 21, a virgin shall give birth and shall call his name Jesus, for he shall devise people from their sins, number 3 is that he came to show us how we ought to be, so on that cross we are not just seeing a Savior, we are seeing an example, Peter calls him a pus to loss of our faith, now if you say Jesus didn't come in the flesh, we don't have an example, so we don't have a high priest that can be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, what they are saying is that the reason why Jesus was perfect is because he thinks it was not flesh, do you get it, they are saying it was spirit, so he could live a holy life because he is spirit, so they are arguing and saying no, don't see that, he was flesh, it's called the hypostatic union in theology, he was 100% God and 100% human, and don't forget that humanness does not mean sinful, because man was first man before he sinned, so you can be a human and no sin, sin is the infection, so since he didn't have that nature of sin, doesn't mean it's not human, because he is the seed of, do you get what we are saying, so if you remove that flesh and say he didn't come in the flesh, you have distorted everything because Jesus came to show us how we ought to be, don't just, we are not just trying to do like him, the idea of Christianity is actually being like him, don't say as he is and you will see the context now, he says, and this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming and is already in the world, and how does that spirit of Antichrist come manifest true teaches, so if God is building life's true churches, what is devil using to build destroy lives, also true churches, don't miss what I'm saying sir, it says you have God little children, now could he be talking to unbelievers, it says you have God little children and have overcome them, overcome who forced teachers, for great Isis, so this great Isis is not I'm greater than the old world, the way we use it, the context, the understanding of the context of greater Isis that is in us, than he that is in the world, is in the context of what identifying false teaching, so I was saying yes, that's why I've been saying it that way and it's not working, it's true because God didn't promise that, the greater Isis that is in you, is the spirit of Christ, and the knowledge of Jesus that helps you identify that this is wrong, they can't bombard you with scripture, but your spirit will say there's something off about what this person is saying, are you getting what I'm saying, you know the person might be talking because using all the scriptures, but in your heart of art you just know, it's degradedizing you, if you read on it says we have an auction from the most time and we know all things, like this thing is wrong, are you here, so who was Paul, was John speaking to a church since, I will still together, now note this, no apostle ever wrote a letter to an unbeliever, the reason is because the gospel is, the word is carousel in the Greek, is proclaimed, is announced to the world, but it is taught in church, so we preach the gospel to the world, we explain the gospel in church, and the epistles are explanation of the gospel, are you getting that, so if you say it was writing to unbelievers, it doesn't make any sense, because the gospel ought to be explained in the church of Jesus, I hope you know that this thing I'm sharing, you will need it one day, so you know, go and be aligned to your children, I'm saying them, will ask videos on this, listen, look at 2 Timothy 3 verse 16, it says all scripture is given by the inspiration of God and it's profitable for that what doctrine the a is teaching, for reproof means evidence, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, now who is the scripture it into, look at it, now it's first John's scripture, whenever I'm teaching people is when I'm dropping James you'll be saying, are you yeah, it's first John's scripture, now who is the scripture it into, look at the next verse 17, that's what the man of God may be complete, totally equipped, fun, strong to good works, so that book is written, everything about that book is for believer, number three, look at the choice of words, if you report watch the Lenin, the Bible that I taught so months ago, I spoke about, when I was talking about a miniatrics and interpretation of scripture, I spoke about grammar, Jesus Christ, one guy was like, he said grammar is a big problem move, hey, what, we don't yet English you, the Bible says walk out your salvation with fear and tremble and this guy was like, you know, to the Bible says to walk, walk out your salvation, we walk it out, how can you say salvation is free, there is a walk to be done, and now to them I said, are you sure you are not hearing, walk for your salvation instead of walk out, walk out means is inside, make its comments, if you see his face, I am, I am, it's problem was no revolution, grammar, there is something called mental models, where people are reading a present reality, as coming, do not many people believe that they will receive eternal life when they die, and the Bible says this is life eternal, John 173, that they may not be the one true God and Jesus whom you have said knowledge, if you die, what do you need eternal life for, because they take eternal life means everlasting life, where you go and preach to people, you don't tell them, I want to invite you to live forever, you will tell them, I want to invite you to live in heaven, because everybody will live forever, the problem is where, so if eternal life is never, do you get what we are saying, so is grammar problem, grammar, grammar, grammar, now look at the grammar, look at the choice of words, he says we, not day, let me look for that, look at verse 5, verse 3, no, verse 1, verse 5, I need to pick it up, I hope you are not yet born, are you born? Okay, good, good, good, thank God. Okay, let's read together my friends, one, two, go, this is the message which we have heard, are you seeing that from him and also declare to you that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all, next verse, if we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we, it is a day, it is a you, John includes himself among the audience, if it were written to one believer, he would have said if day or you confess, instead of saying if we confess, now look at the theological flow, verse 116 to 7, if we walk in the light, we have fellowship, first John 1, verse 8, if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, first John 1, verse 9, if we confess our sins, he forgives and cleanses us, first John 2, 1, 2, remember we are reading it in context, we are breaking the walls of chapterization and we are reading in paragraphs, are we still together? It says my little children, I write these things to you that you may not sin, and if anyone sins, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous, John calls them my little children, a clear term for believers, now this is the misunderstanding, there are two extremes, the first extreme implies when we say we only, the first extreme implies that we only confess the Lordship of Jesus Christ, because Romans 10 verse 9 says we confess his Lordship, so we are not going to God and confess sin, what does God want to do with our sin, he died for it, so we really confess his Lordship and not sin, but what that means is we are saying that we are not acknowledging that we did sin, that acknowledgement there is not so that God can say yes, I am right, the acknowledgement there is so that we can come to him for teaching, do you know what it is for you to sin and be able to pray? don't you think that's grace, the Bible says the prayer of his sinner is an abomination before God, but you sinned that came to God to pray, that's grace in itself, look at Titus 2 verse 11, that means that that that barrier of sin, God has replete, I think I need to explain something to you, for the grace of God that brings salvation as appeared to all men, grace of God that brings salvation as appeared to all men, it was verse 12, what does grace do, verse 12 teaching most, that's denying so grace teaches, the limitation with the law is the law is consequential, grace is a teaching, so the law will tell you if you still you will be punished, grace teaches you why you should not steal and how you will not steal, why? because grace is Christ, he did it, so we can see the way out, the 10 commandments are not just 10 things that you should not do, I also think things God wants to do, God said remember this abadi and keep it holy, didn't go to rest on this seventh day, so the 10 commandments are the way God lives, during the start what I'm saying, so what God now did in the sacrifice of Jesus is to put himself in you, to help you live that life, so when you digress from that life, it's simple, you acknowledge that you digress and then you turn to him, look at 7 Corinthians 3 verse 14, you turn to him, that turning to him is you turn to Jesus to teach you, it's simple, it says but their minds were blinded, for until this day the veil remains on lifted in the reading of the Old Testament because the veil is taken away in Christ, verse 15, but until this day when Moses is read a veil lies on their hearts, 16, nevertheless when one turns to the Lord the veil is taken away, so that word repentance is turning to God, that's the grace of God, let me explain grace, grace is deeper than, okay let me explain like this so it can make sense, God is faithful to Jesus but God is gracious to us, God is not a covenant with us, if he was we would have died because we all we would have we we break covenants, their new covenants is not based on what we do, the new covenants is based on the blood of Jesus, what Jesus has done, so God is faithful to what he did in his Christ, so how does it apply to us, his grace shows to us, let me explain, God to the Father and the Son, these people, the fact that Jesus came to die first of all is God concluding that there is no human being that can be perfect without grace, he came to die because there is no other way out, so the Son came, when the Son was about to die now, I'm just trying to help you understand the contract, yeah, just trying to bring out this theological grammar, the Son now too the Father, I will die for them, but the efficacy of my death is that everything I did, the person that will catch the check of everything I did is the people that are believing what I did, that's why the Bible says we are the righteousness of God in Christ, so God will be righteous in Christ when he appropriates what ought to be for Christ to us, so God is faithful to the finished works of Christ, but the person on the beneficial end of the finished work of Christ is you and I, so it's not cheap, but it is free, it was given to us as a benefit, but it's on the premise of faithfulness to the finished works of Christ, do you get what we're saying? And you see that grace is a life, that's what you're reading, the grace of God teaches, we now go to God, the owner of that life, and I ask him to teach us how to live that life, and when you read the scriptures, it's Katadeh that if you walk in the lights, look at what Jesus said to the woman caught in the very act of adultery, John 8 verse 11, I hope people are not bored today, because I want to teach today, John 8 verse 11, we know the story, the woman caught in the very act of adultery, so Jesus is writing on the floor, this and this and this, and do you know the story? Good, she said, Jesus said, where are your accusers? She said, no one Lord, and Jesus said to her, neither do I condemn you, go and see no more, that's not the end of the statement, verse 12, then Jesus spoke to them again saying, I am the light of the world, how does she go and see no more, read it, he will follow me, shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life, so the way Jesus told her to go and see no more, it's common for me, that's why he said, walk in the spirit, and you know for few the lost of the flesh, in other words, don't attack the flesh, you will lose, turn to Jesus, there is a concept behind it, why are you struggling to stop sexual sin, because you yielded your members to it, it is called the practice of sin, it's an exercise, look at this, you have been living your way for 18 years now, I think it's what I'm saying, you do this every day, your name is or show more, if you don't know the meaning, forget it, you know, anything on the sketches is your lifestyle, does it, it's our work, now you have given your life to Christ, you are doing that thing, and then maybe now you can't sleep with people and you have moved to, maybe porn or stuff, just to pacify how you are feeling, now, there is something called godly sorrow, habits, but do enter condemnation, because Jesus came to do something, Matthew 3, verse 11, show them that thing, and I don't want to miss my thoughts, remind me, I want to show, exercising your members, just remind me, exercise your members, and I indeed baptize you who is speaking, don't read Bible, join the Baptists, Matthew 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, Jesus started preaching in Matthew 4 now, after the widowness, everything, I indeed baptize you, you can't be fully maned outside, you don't know, they know me as teacher, you have to, don't form a man, you say, "Are you so young, you bastard, what's your problem?" I indeed baptize you with water on to repentance, but he was coming after me, he's greater than I, who said that I am not worthy to carry, look at what Jesus would do, he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire, show them alakai 3, 3, he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire, what happened in Acts 2, they had closing tongues as of fire, now it is a Holy Spirit that is fire, because some people when they hear the Holy Spirit or the God that comes to their mind is power, but the way Jesus defines power is in walking, you read that in John 13, Jesus having seen that all power in heaven and on earth has been given unto him, he bowed down, he bent down, took his guard and watched the feet of his disciples, in other words, what Jesus saw as power is not what you do outward, is what you do for others, that's why he said, "If they slap you, you turn the right cheek." Why? Because it's more powerful to control power than to use power, so the idea of power to Jesus is in walking, do you know how powerful it is to stay on the cross and be the almighty God? You remember, he was not powerless and he was not helpless, he said if I can call Legion of Angels now, they would take you of everybody here, so it was power that made him surrender, it's easy, somebody slap you, slap you on back, it's very easy, I'm still walking on it to get away, you get what I'm saying? Yeah, I've told you just before, the most powerful thing that Jesus did on the cross was not to use power, to stay the helpless with all power, that's power, that's the meaning of power, where there's absolute control, this thing, you are not, you know, if it was me, I would still die for the world, but people that put me there, in fact, as you are coming to, before you go to hell, the first vlog, you speak, you can speak, I'll be coming, and I will just try to just show them that I'm doing this by myself, I'll first come down from that cross, no, I'll just come down, can you see, then I go back, father, I'll see, I go, I see, and I die with this mind, it will rather be misunderstood as powerless, that's power, so when he says he has come to baptize us with the Holy Spirit, remember that Holy Spirit comes in fruit and gifts, that fruit of the Spirit is he's walking you, that gift of the Spirit is walk through you, that's why we have people that speak in tongues, and they curse, the only time they are spiritualizing church, if you see them outside, they can evangelize in their school, you'll say are not yet, not yet, he says he will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver, and he will purify the sons of heaven, so when Jesus comes into your life, the first thing that happens is fire, things you will preserve about that this week, it's fire, once that fire comes, remember he's a consuming fire, his fire is not destructive, I know we are Muslim Pentecostals, and we send Holy Ghost fire on Eren, look at, stay with me, stay with me, the fire of God in the New Testament does not destroy people, it purifies people, and maybe that's why the church is fireless, because we always send it, Holy Ghost fire, and the first time you see the fire of God in the New Testament, it was upon believers, we need that fire, so once that fire comes in like that, see how God defines, describes the Levites, you know the Levites, he says he has made those kings and priests to our God, so we are the new Levites, when you read Hebrew 7 you see that, we are now the Levites after the order of this key sedic, are we still together, so when he says it will purify the sons of Levites and put them as gold, that's how God describes us, not wood will be ashes, as gold and silver, now he says it will sit as a refiner and purify, what that means is it will not put you in the fire and walk away, it will burn you and destroy you, it will increase the intensity to the level that you can accommodate per time, so there are things you are doing today, don't be surprised tomorrow it will be seen, do you get what I'm saying, there are some conversations you can join today, in one week God will say you can't talk like that again, he is saying you went through then, now you are eating, don't beg for food, go and cook, I'm just trying to help you, you get what I said, he is telling you to grow up, there is a way you will be praying before he will answer, now you start praying that way, he will not say oh Lord if you know you are God, show me, okay, I'm not God, it's not right, you will cry, he wants you to speak to the mountain, it's time to grow up, that thing you are doing is not going to walk again, it's time to use your faith, it will sit, now once that fire comes, listen, don't miss it because if you miss it the level will destroy you with condemnation, repentance will come to penance, once that fire comes like that, the first thing that happens is the impurities start to show, you start seeing that you are a wicked person, you are selfish person, you are no patient, you are full of loss, you didn't just have gave for it, everybody has self-control, until they are starting to know what they like, me, I've been keeping myself 10 weeks, they didn't talk to you, which is easy to talk about, you are single, you have your inside car playing soft music, the guy will press, press, this will come, and then he is driving war and they are looking, how are you, so if you use your faith to join, you're not, so let's not do it, let's not do it, see, they love, but they yeah, once that fire starts to come like that, the impurities start to show, so I'm gritty, so I don't like people, I avoid people, the Lord is showing you, it's showing you yourself, now if you remember it's fire, you are supposed to turn to the Lord, remember our repentance, repentance is not just for the story sir, you are turned into the Lord, that means you are focused, I'm telling you what happened to Peter, if you look at the, the boisterous storm, you think, if you look at the Lord, you walk, so once God starts putting that fire upon your life, the devil is also there looking, he's by the right, the Lord is by the left, if you start looking to the devil, you will not be hearing less walk on it, you'll be hearing, this is how you are, when people conclude that I can't change, this Christentin is not for me, is when the fire came, reviewed who they were to them, but they didn't look to Jesus, see I mean, this thing I'm thinking, you understand, in their mind they have been honest, I'm, see, this church thing I'm doing, I'm just a fake person, that's not my real self, my real self is me, my real self, Jesus is not, it's not for me, it's the devil, his, the impurities are coming out by the spirit of God, but you are not looking to Jesus, do you think you are that good to acknowledge sin, you are not that good, there is something called the mystery of sin, God refers to something that is called the mystery of inequality, that you can be giving somebody something and it's sin, go on really the first Corinthians 13, do I give all my goose to the poor, I yet have not loved, I am still not in, in other words he's saying a selfish person can give, if given will give him attention, he's, he's called the mystery of inequality, you think you are good enough to say, and you know what, I'm a sinful person, no, he's the work of the spirit, when those convictions come like that, don't run from God, don't miss what I'm saying, don't run from God, don't condemn yourself, don't say this I will die, you have been falling, you will rise, I tell you what I'm saying, if you conclude you will fall and he will, he will, he will trample upon you, that's the devil, because you feel bad, it's proof that he's still inside, I think that's what I'm saying, if you sin and feel bad that you sinned, it's evidence that God is still inside, it's telling you this thing you did, it's not consistent with your new nature, so the presence of the Holy Ghost is there, don't not walk away, and say no, that's all with that, no sir, and I told you, I've told you before, never allow people that are not trying, make you that is trying, feel bad, don't allow it, you have friends that go to the club and they do all this and do that, and they call you a pastor, then one day you had the sleep of you, you made the mistake, they say you call yourself a Christian, well I'm trying, I'm better than you, people would gaslight you, why are you wasting money in church, it's by champion, you just pop something like this, and you're wasting but when, are you one that kind of person to be gaslighting you, what are you doing in church, what are you doing with all this time of prayer, he spends time on Netflix, don't allow people gaslight you, don't be gaslight, you'll make you feel like you don't, meanwhile if I was preaching to one person, I was telling me, look at you, you're forming perfect, I said look at you, you're forming a sinner, you're going to hell, you're born, you can't, you can't come and make him feel bad, he's a pastor, he's a sinner, I would like the feeling bad that I'm going to heaven, you are going to die inside of fire, if people, they would gaslight you, no time, yes thank you, I'll say the exercising of members, then I will give a scripturization example, I'm going to combine notes again, so I was talking about exercising, it was just so you know I didn't get to quote out this summer, so let me leave it, amen, so another time when I preach I'll start from here, I'll continue again, hallelujah, you have been practicing this thing for 18 years, you're doing it almost every day, is second nature, it can just stop letters, you have to give yourself a little grace, please, what you now do is you have to understand that the way you practice your members onto unrighteousness, you now have to start practicing them onto righteousness, the conversion will happen when the latter has wasted the former, do you get this, so if I've been practicing lying, and that's part of repentance, if for example now we are worshipping, you now store food, they don't do that in America, you people have good, you can always get food, in Android it will be worshipping like this, anointing is happening like this, they don't remove your food, now you head the gospel they preached, you came out for a taco, repentance means you bring out that food, hallelujah from your pockets, you will give it to the pastor, I'll say, if you can't say I stole the phone, I took this phone, help me, you can't steal it, I'll say, what's a lot, that means I've given my life to Christ, but it's authentic, not the phone, yeah, yeah, because a lot of people will preach about repentance, we don't preach restitution, if you wrong somebody, where you repent, you go and apologize, you don't just say, I've confessed to God, no, you heard somebody, you look for how to call that person, I told you this, there's one girl that I just went to go and break up with her, I used to call her, she used to cost me, but at least I was trying, you love too much, and you're not love, you see, yeah, you have to go and do a restitution, where I treated you, I was in good, I'm sorry, you can't just move on, it's called exercising your members onto righteousness, are you get to what I'm saying? If you listen to what I'm saying, you're going to be a fine believer, a fine believer, I'm talking about somebody that Paul talks about it to titles, he says that when when there is a debate on an argument, there is no fault in your life, there are some preachers in the interior, the way they preach, the reason why people cannot condemn them is because they are blameless, if you are controversial or you're slipping to your members, there are some things you can't see, there are even some messages you can't preach, these repentant messages, you can't use them, you have to be very careful, before you ask, one person can't decide to repent, church, I repent, I'm just slipping with pastor, it's all yours, cut that. So there is a life, and you hear what I'm saying, sir, there is a life that Paul's the gospel, no, is that the sister laughing? You came leads. Now, look at this, let's look at the train of thoughts together. Oh, how do I say this for balance, I'm over my time. Jesus wrote to the church in Smena, and for a contemporary mind, it might look insensitive, but I've told those that in church we train people to live for him and to die for him, he's what dying for, and he's also what living for. See what Jesus told them in revelations to this, it's, if I'm wrong with it, I'm correct, we're just to this, it's, I'm correct. Good, oh man, why, why, let's read, want to go, and to the engine of the church has made our right, first and the last who was dead and has come to it, yes, your tribulation and poverty, but you are rich, in other words, you look, you don't have, you are poor, but how I see you, it's your wealthy, and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. That's another teaching. Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. So Jesus is telling you that you can have a boss that says, you don't know yet, there's a promotion that you merit. Jesus will come and tell you, you are, I know that you are faithful in church and I'm yet to reward you, they are about to suck you, make sure you don't sleep with him. Don't be smart and say, I will sleep, get the promotion, it's no one time, and then I'll use the money for the gospel, way later. Indeed, the devil is about to true some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days, be faithful on to death. In other words, he said, I will not deliver you. I know they don't show you this in church. Me, I will show you. He said, I will not deliver you. He would die for me. He told them, you know, that was prepare your mind. Does he have power to do it? Yes, was Jesus saying, see, I've said it, we don't come to him to better our lives, we come because we have found him better than life. He is saying, I'm what's the info? Show me. Show me. So there is a portion in the gospel, are you in this class? There is a portion in the gospel, where so friends are located to you, because that persecution is the fuel of the gospel. If you are not green, you know that's time with them saying, don't worry, you will soon catch up. Amen. But there are also situations where you can scripturize. Romans 15, 4 says, all scripture that we have written at four times was written for our learning. So when you look at the case of John the Baptist, there are two options. Number one, he was a portion to die. Or number two, there was a way out. Remember Jesus said, and as I'm saying this thing, because I'm going to be saying this scripture just before me, if I'm not correct, go and look for it and put the right thing, I'm a human being. And I have two children and a wife. And a lot of human beings that disturb my life. So all the scriptures are now, they are scattering in the head. We are saying four more. Matthew 11 verse 14. Matthew 11, 11, he says, John the Baptist is the greatest of all men, born of women. Matthew 11 14. Let's look at that. It talks about John the Baptist committing the spirit of Elijah. Look at Luke one. I'm even faster than you. Yes, he is Elijah who is to come. Look at Luke 116. I just want to make it points. The way I wanted to end is not how I'm going to end now. He says, now this is the angel talking to Zachary, the father of John. He says, and he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord they are going to. Next one, quickly, quickly. Let's read one two go. You will also go before him in the spirit and power. Are you seeing that to turn the hats of the father's children? Now, then he says to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. Jesus was testifying of him that he was what's the angel to his father. Now look at John 1041. John 1041. What I'm looking for is John the Baptist did no miracle. Yes, then many came to him and said John performed no sign. Elijah performed sign. Elijah did miracle and John came in the spirit and power of Elijah. So why didn't John do miracle? He didn't know how to scripturize his calling. What that means is this. So you get the points I'm trying to say. I said what that story to say something. What was attacking Elijah? The spirit of Jesus. What did Jesus be asked for from Elijah? The head of Elijah. What's attack John? And Rodia, what did she ask for? The head of John the Baptist. Is it not the same spirit? In other words, there was a way of escape for John. If he had studied the life of Elijah, he would have understood that I don't stay in Jerusalem after confronting AAP. I run. I hope you know Jesus escapes. I didn't. He's in John 10. Jesus, Japa, escape, escape. Look at it. No, no, no. Before you love, please be careful. You love too much. There are two times that Jesus escapes. Don't buy one. Go through this. Father. Cut it this boy. Take him to Egypt. Don't come back. That's what I said. We will say if they tell you, don't go to Philip. Don't go. Don't go. I don't know. Get out. He said, he can cut it. Go down. You better run. They can't go to Egypt. He said, listen, if they tell you he has died, don't he? I will tell you when to bring him back. That's what John the Baptist, when they are stuck confronting AAP, you are standing there baptizing the package the man of God. Two things he could have done. I need you to understand there's something called scripturizing your life. Look at that scripture. I could have for you. All scriptures were written at four times. We're written for a learning. That means if I'm going through something, I pray to God and I tell God to show me me in scripture. And I'm reading the Psalms like this and I'm seeing the way out. So what John could have done is run number two and write three people. Isaiah, Elisha, because that was Elisha's answer. I'm telling you, God is fit for where the most that don't. It's in heaven you will see. The Bible says that you see any time there's a temptation, there is always a way of escape. We don't see it some 13 verse three. There is a way out. There is a way out. It's you scripturized. You, you, you, the reason why we don't see ourselves is because we want to go and meet prophets or pastor. People don't want to sit down with the world of God. That's the problem. They don't want to sit down with the world of God. United people, if you are lazy, your Christian work is is a waste of life. They don't want to sit down. They want to come and talk and say, yeah, so what should I do? That's low. That's low. You want to come and ask pastor to talk to God, but that God is staying inside you. Don't you think we're insulting God? That's what happened to the children of Israel. They told Moses, we don't want to hear you. You will be hearing, come and tell us what that was on Christmas as they're doing. Pastor, don't worry. I will pay you. You go to mountain. You pray for me. Then you deposit transaction or prayer. Consider and hear me, O Lord, my God, enlighten my eyes. That means if you don't open my eyes, I will die. Not because you said I should die. Because I am sleeping. Give you an example. Somebody is about to leave the house. The spirit of God told him that money. Don't leave. Stay at home. He went and carried the car and went out. If they died, they would say, boy, he's serving God. Is he God, I killed him? They God tell him not to go out. What killed him? He has died. You can't ask him. It's when you get to everywhere, you realise that he didn't listen. They were coming to give him tea. But it's true. But it's not now. But they have come. Giving food is hungry. They came for it. They are sweating heads. Especially if they have from night to night. He said, no, they are eggnoss. You see fresh hair here. And lighting my eyes, less I sleep the sleep of death. That grace is teaching me so. That grace is telling me what to do. Are you here? Let's rise. Did you get something? Okay. Please put up that text, some 13, verse 3. We're going to pray this time. "Enlighting my eyes. Do you have situations, issues that you feel like you're in a fix?" You don't know the way out. Or you are in between choices. This is good. This is also good. And you don't know what to do. I want to give you two minutes to pray this prayer. Lord, enlighten my eyes, less I sleep the sleep of death. Open my eyes to see. Lift your voice and pray. As you pray, your discernment is sharpened. You will just know it's not that place. It's not yet time. It's not that school. It's not that person. I will tell you to wait. Be still and know. He will quicken his scripture to you. Or I will tell you it's time to move. It's time for the transition. "Enlighting my eyes. Open my eyes, Lord Jesus." Cor remedies. Open my eyes, Lord Jesus. Open my eyes. Show me the way to go. Quicken my understanding. Hmm, thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. I'm here for somebody. Why are you soaring over so? Why do you soar over so? There is a David that he has annoyed at. He has found for himself. Tell him to open your eyes. Tell him to open your eyes and lighten my eyes, Lord. Why are we murmuring? Show me what to do. Show me how to do it. Show me what to say. And give me entrance and how to say it. Didn't you see the steps of the just the righteous are all that. Somebody on that sound of my voice, God is telling you to be still and know that he is God. Be still. Don't rush. Don't rush. Don't rush. Those who make his default into his net. Don't rush. Check again. Inquire of the Lord. Don't rush. I know there is so much pressure. There is so much pressure. But don't rush. I'm talking so on. Don't rush. Thank you, Father. For it's in Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Father, the name of Jesus, I pray for all my friends. Lord, I ask that you enlighten our eyes so that we don't sleep the sleep of death. I ask for your peace that surpasses all understanding this week. Lord, heighten our discernment this week. Help us to know the difference between good and you. In the name of Jesus, we will not pick wrongly. We will not choose wrongly. Even the repentance will align ourselves perfectly to your will and plan for our lives. Let everything you want for us manifest in our lives. In the name of Jesus. Let it be evident this week that you walked with us. Let it show that you led us in a name of Jesus.
