Relinquishing Control & the Great Halloween Costume Crisis
1h 4m 14s
The hosts reflect on reuniting in person after years of remote friendship, expressing joy at the deep emotional connection they now share. A full moon experience during a family trip sparks a powerful moment of manifestation, with children expressing a desire for a Disney vacation. The conversation delves into unexpected family resemblances, suggesting deep genetic and emotional ties between members. They share a transformative trip to a historic Hudson Valley estate, which reinforced their need for balance and relaxation. Central to the discussion is the theme of relinquishing control—especially as parents—leading to greater peace and self-awareness. The hosts explore astrology as a tool for hope and manifestation, warning against focusing on negative predictions. They also highlight how their children reject traditional family costumes in favor of personal, creative expression. A major conflict arises over a themed Halloween party, which becomes a teachable moment on respecting individual freedom and setting boundaries. Ultimately, the episode emphasizes embracing imperfection, letting go of control, and finding joy in spontaneity and authenticity. The hosts conclude by celebrating the evolving dynamic of their family, where creativity, vulnerability, and freedom are central to their shared life.
(upbeat music)
- Happy Halloween, losers.
- Whoa. (laughing)
Can I just say, okay, first of all,
we are together, we are reunited.
- And it feels so good.
- I was wondering, I was like,
is it gonna be strange?
- Well, yes, I understand the potential fear,
'cause it's like we're just so used to being remote friends.
- No, I know, but we're used to our computers freezing,
we're used to just, I really need everyone understand
that podcasting remotely,
we're sometimes talking to no one,
because the Wi-Fi connection is so unstable and ridiculous
that it is, it's whatever.
- So like here, there's nothing to fall back on, right?
It's just us, in a tiny room with our knees touching.
- I know.
When I left your house, yesterday,
because we got to go and see Taylor, Teddy, Babybo's house,
something major happened.
- What?
- So I am really big on full moons.
- Yeah, and every single time there's a full moon,
when I mean, and I mean every single time.
I write it down, tell the kids all day long,
it's a full moon today, you guys, it's a full moon.
I'm like, are we gonna see the full moon?
I'm like, yeah, we're gonna wait,
like I won't put you down asleep until we see the full moon.
And every single time, LA decides to get foggy,
or the full moon is in a weird spot,
to where like, you can't see it from our house.
- Right.
- And it's such a letdown for the whole fam.
When we got in the car,
I was like, everyone shut the fuck up.
I said it exactly like that.
Look to your right, Messer, Hartford.
Look to your right, a full freaking moon.
And we watched it, the whole car ride back home.
It was glorious, it was magical.
I manifested some things in my heart and head.
I told my kids to manifest.
I was like, what do you guys want?
- What did they manifest?
- All Hartford kept saying was Disneyland.
- It's like done, done.
Oh, by the way, we have to go back to Disney.
- You will get, also bogates his Disney.
- We haven't even used art's Disney.
- I was Disney's.
- I know, so I need to plan a Disney trip.
- So how many, also mine's already up.
I used to buy in like last December.
- No, I know, no, you used it for Thanksgiving.
- Yeah.
- Well, we've got three, Bo, Teddy, and me.
So let's just go live a Disney.
- Let's go for Disney.
- Could we go for like a whole week?
- Three days in a row.
- That's what I'm saying.
- Could be, could be magical.
- Could be the move.
- Well, I don't know when the fuck we're going to get
three consecutive days off of work.
- We're not going to.
- It's not going to happen.
- But Hartford's manifesting, I hate when I have strokes.
- Hartford's manifesting skills.
It was just, it was cute.
She manifested the right thing.
- What a messer.
- Manifest.
- I don't know.
I think he was just like, "Spyer man!"
(laughing)
"Spyer man!"
- With like his spit, 'cause he's just such a spitty talker.
- Oh, I love it, though.
He's got this gorgeous, like Mick Jagger mouth, you know?
He's gonna be a rock star.
- That's my mouth, just FYI.
- I know.
- He got it from my side.
- First of all, Hartford is you.
Actually, no, you are now Hartford.
I feel like you said to me yesterday,
you looked just like me and she was like, "Bitch,
"you look just like me."
- Yeah.
- No, it's wild how they've done this, like, leap.
Like, Georgia just saw them for the first time in a while.
She just got here from Italy and so she's like,
"They're so different."
She's like, "Hurtford is so gross."
- Gross.
- And I'm like, "I know."
Remember how like the first few years of her life,
she just like, didn't care for me that much?
I joke about this, of course she loved whatever.
- Yeah.
- But like, she just, there was a tug and pull there.
- Yep.
- That's over.
Chris Medina my psychic said that was gonna end at you
when she turned seven.
- It's early.
- It's early.
- Amazing.
- I am Hartford's favorite person.
- A hundred percent.
- Yeah.
- It's wild.
- Well, you're also each other's doppelgangers.
- We just like, you know, kind of recognize this kind.
That was in--
- Yes, yes.
What was that in?
- It was in the Florence Pew show that I told you to watch.
- Which we did.
Oh, I'm East Daviden.
- Yes, East Daviden.
- Kind of recognize this kind.
- I mean Hartford just like recognizes, oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
You are the same person.
I know baby bow.
So, I mean, she's older now.
She's almost 10 months, like days away from 10 months.
And you keep saying that you see, like,
Teddy and her family.
- Yes.
- And baby bow, for sure.
But like, doesn't she also kind of look like me?
- No, that's what's so weird.
Is that like, I look at baby bow and I'm like,
oh, I see multiple family members of Teddy's.
- It's crazy.
- And Teddy.
I see Teddy and her family members.
But with you, take a, if you take, if you look,
like you're looking at a Monet painting.
- Yes.
- You back away from baby bow, I just see you.
- Isn't it crazy?
- You gotta go, go to the back of the room.
- It's scientifically.
- Impossible.
- Okay, like impossible, like my mom sometimes will be like,
she has your dimple.
I'm like, mom, remember?
And she's like, I always forget.
So, but I don't know how much longer this is gonna last
'cause her hair's getting a lot lighter.
And I can see, like, Teddy and her family pulling through.
I mean, those are some, those Donnie eugenetics,
they are no joke.
- Yeah, no.
- They're like, they're, like, it's not
that Taylor's sisters and brother look the same.
They all look different, but you can tell they're related.
- Totally, yes.
- So, anyway.
Okay, let's get into Halloween.
- Let's go, it's spooky season.
- It's my favorite week of the year.
And I just got back off of the, okay.
Craziest trip I've ever been on.
It was a two-parter.
I was in Tennessee for, like, six days.
Then I was in New York, not New York City.
I was in Hudson Valley Ranch, it was the most full.
- Epic with Carostas, the most epic,
manner, estate, whatever, that was literally made
by JP Morgan for his daughter.
- Stop it.
- His daughter who married Alexander Hamilton's grandson.
- Oh, sort of like 1700s.
- Look, grandson.
- She married 1800s.
- We're talking, like, I don't know,
or great grandson, 1900s.
(laughing)
- Anyway, they gave me the coolest room.
- It overlooked everything.
I felt like the queen of the manor.
- The whole experience was just, like, Taylor.
The Carostas team is just, like, so fucking lovely.
They did, like, an outdoor,
hocus-pocus viewing party,
and they made everything haunted and spooky,
and they listened to my podcast,
and they were like, we hear that you, like,
nachos while you, when you go to the movie theater.
So they had, like, a nacho bar.
- Oh, my God.
- They did it.
- Just, like, so perfect and so fun.
And all the events, it was just,
it was so relaxing.
It was everything I needed, especially because Tennessee,
I wish I could talk more about it.
- I know.
- Crazy, awesome experience,
but I was in a cave for four days.
- Yep.
(laughing)
- I was in a cave doing, like, actor stuff.
- Right.
- I'm not speaking 'cause I'm scared.
I don't know what I can say.
- No, I don't mean either.
I haven't really, like, asked anyone,
but, like, I did something totally crazy outside
of what I normally do for work.
This is the thing.
I've recognized, especially because every psychic
and every, like, astrology breakdown thing
that I have says that your soul's purpose, yours, mine.
- Okay.
- Is to relinquish control.
- Is to learn that is my--
- Interesting.
- That is my life.
We're not there yet.
Not at all.
- Oh my god.
- Like, that is my journey, which, like,
let's talk about this for a second.
- Yeah, it's your least exciting soul's purpose.
- No.
- You could, no.
It's not, like, destined for greatness.
You know, like, I would have loved my, like,
give it a haven, you, aren't you?
Didn't you, like, start your life at greatness?
So now you're looking towards peace.
Isn't that a beautiful thing?
- That is a, it's a gorge thing, for sure.
But, like, you know, if you were to, like, just be like,
okay, what's my, my north end?
What's my purpose?
And you just heard it was to learn
to relinquish control.
Wouldn't you be like, wow, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't.
- It's a little lame.
- It is the most want, want, want, want.
- I don't, well, it's better than me.
I don't know what my soul's purpose is.
My soul is purposeless.
We just need to look up your, your astrological chart.
- You know, we've discussed this.
I, my mom can't remember when, what, the time I was born.
- So you'll never know your soul's purpose.
- I'll never know.
I'm gonna have to make her, like, go in the attic
and get a baby book.
'Cause, like, yes.
- Enough's enough, all right.
- And no, enough is enough.
- You guys were doing this yesterday with baby bow.
Thanks for doing it without me.
So, what, like, you care?
- I do care about the astrology.
- Yes, because, so here's the thing with baby bow.
She's a capricorn.
- Yes.
- And my favorite sign.
- I'm worried, though, that she's gonna be, like,
not snuggly, too independent.
- Like me.
- Yeah.
Like, I need my kid to snuggle with me.
So, anyway, so I'm obsessed with her signs
and rising in moon, because, like,
- So, let me just say she's a Gemini moon
and she is a Taurus rising.
Did you just breathe a loud heart?
I love just one of this.
What does that mean?
We'll mess her as a Gemini moon.
So, I know Gemini are, like, split personalities.
I think that's watering down what Gemini's really are.
- Okay, go.
- I can't tell you fully.
I think they're way more multifaceted than that.
- Well, my mom's a Gemini.
- They are, like, witty.
- Okay, my mom is, like, one of my favorite people
in the world, and she's a Gemini.
So, I'll take the Gemini.
Taurus, I know nothing about.
The most stubborn sign in the zodiac.
- Fuck.
So, she's gonna be split personality, stubborn,
success driven.
I like that part.
This is a big money maker.
- Love that, love the money maker.
- Love it.
Like girl, take care of me when I'm old.
And then also I feel like so is Capricorn.
- Capricorn. - Very business driven.
And so I love that for our family.
- Yeah, for sure.
- But I don't know.
Well, I keep seeing that like,
I know I keep getting fed this stuff 'cause I'm a Pisces,
but like right now Pisces is going through
like a complete shift.
- Wait, so are Capricorn Scorpios and cancers?
- Well, I just saw Capricorns.
We're all just, they're just trading all of us.
- No, my whole TikTok is just nothing,
but Capricorn Scorpios and cancers.
And I'm like, wow, I'm always going through something.
It's crazy.
And you're always just being fed Pisces stuff.
- Yeah.
- So your Pisces are really, really going through stuff.
Lowe's getting served Leo's stuff.
Leo's going through, it's all a bunch of.
- Focus, focus, it really is.
- It really is.
I took a class in college.
It was called Critical Thinking.
- And it was from this professor
who was an Emmy award-winning documentarian.
So I took a class where we made documentaries.
So he was very like, whatever, he was fabulous.
And this Critical Thinking course was about how religion,
astrology, everything, it's like your brain is the way
that you survive as a person is picking up on patterns
that keep you safe and that are dangerous, okay?
It's that simple.
And so when your brain is fed anything pattern driven,
like it is your, like we are just being fed algorithms
that we think are unique and they're just,
and everybody's brain's doing the same thing.
So like astrology, like it literally could apply to everyone.
Any random, any random horoscope, but it's fun.
But it's so fun.
But people put a lot of weight into it.
And I actually feel like because of you,
I'm gonna blame you, I am finding myself
putting so much stock into astrology.
And like this is feels very dangerous.
I don't know, I don't agree.
I think it's more like hopeful.
And when you're hopeful, 'cause you're like,
oh Pisces is going through something right now,
you start manifesting what that means for you.
And then when you start envisioning
what that means for you, you start taking the steps
to those goals, okay.
So find astrology good when used to harness positivity.
Yeah, but like if you look at your horoscope
and you see like, oh bad things are coming.
I never, I never see that.
Even, even when like I'm fed some like negative things,
I literally ignore it.
Well, mine recently was like,
Pisces going through some love stuff
and I was like, I am, or Tay and I not in love.
It's like, no, we're wonderful.
But it's like, it can fuck with you if you're not careful.
You have to harness the magical energy
in the right direction of positivity.
Okay, so this is what you have to do.
If you're interested in astrology,
you have to have delulu energy with the astrology
and not only focus on the good.
It's like, you only believe the positive comments
none of the trolls.
'Cause we're so good at that.
I'm just saying, that's how you,
that's how to really use astrology for the better.
Okay, that's maybe that's just like also
how to go through life, period.
Yes, only see the good block the bad.
Yes, okay, yeah.
Honestly, this is my year of delulu-ness.
Okay, so this is my year of really trying to practice
relinquishing control.
So I have, like there's a lot going on in our house right now.
Hartford's room is having to be completely gutted
and redone.
We, like, all these different work related things
are happening that I'm like, you know what?
I'm gonna stop trying to control everything
and just ride it.
And when things go wrong, not let my blood pressure raise.
And just be like, what can I do?
What can I do?
Well, the truth is you can't do anything.
But I normally think that I can.
I live life being like, no, there's always something
you can do.
Sometimes it's not that it's not fun to live that way.
I'm too lazy for that shit.
I relinquish control because I'm just lazy.
My wife is in control.
Okay, and it's the greatest feeling in the world.
Although with baby bow, I'm like, I can find myself
wanting to control things.
But I know I'm completely out of control
'cause I'm not the primary parent.
So it's actually very, it's like, I feel like I'm,
like it's, it's, it's like weight is lifted off my shoulder
so I know I don't have to have the final call, do you know what I mean?
Totally.
But also I find myself, I feel like Bo's gonna be the thing
that really tests me being able to like,
continue down this path of not.
I actually kind of melt down last night about baby bow.
Maybe I'm just tired.
Maybe I was so tired when I got back here.
My God, right?
Yeah, I think the kids are bad.
I was just like, this is the worst.
It's just like, it's the full moon.
Maybe it was the full moon.
I was really spiraling though about baby bow in what way?
I was just like, I feel like I finally in my life
was at a point where like I was able to control,
not control everything, but like make peace with like my life
in the way that like I interact with people
and just like whatever.
And I feel like baby bow is going to highlight
all of my weaknesses.
All of the areas of my life that I'm actually not,
I thought I was strong, but I'm not strong.
And I'm going to have to start to take a look
at the mirror and realize that like I'm a flawed individual
and that I have a lot of fucking work to do.
Oh, you know, that's just motherhood.
Jesus Christ, why doesn't anybody warn you?
No, I know, that should be taught when we're in school.
I would say about eighth grade.
Oh, absolutely.
Like we should be taught that becoming parents
are just gonna make you realize
that like you're fucked up.
Literally.
Literally, you do so much better at things.
You know what?
You said to me yesterday, this is not what made me cry,
but it was like an example I brought up
when I was talking to Tay.
Your kids were, they did something.
And like they were like pulling the curtains
or closing door or something.
And I was like, okay.
And you were like, don't let them boss you around.
You're the boss.
This is your house.
And I was like, I can't even say no to kids.
Like, what am I gonna do?
Who would pass that?
Like you're a new mother.
You'll get passed that.
Like I, I just say yes to everyone.
Even children, it's my house.
Don't touch the curtains, but I can't.
I'm like, you know what?
Just live your best life.
Tornate yourself in the curtains.
If that's what you want to do,
like that's what you should do.
Like I just, I'm realizing I just need to like get a backbone.
I also realize that from a house of Stasi as well.
Season one, like I just, I would swallow my shit
to make peace, to make everybody else comfortable.
I need to get rid of my backbone.
We need to meet in the middle.
Yeah, no, I could never get rid of my backbone,
but like I'd love to chip away at it.
Yeah.
You know, like a little scoliosis backbone.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I need one.
I need a little curve in that backbone.
Do snakes have backbones?
What's, what, what are animals or whatever
that have no backbone?
Vertebrae's an invertebrae's?
Well, I'm an invertebrae.
I've got nothing, spine less.
I'm a worm.
You're a snail.
I'm a snail.
That's cuter than a worm.
I don't think so.
Really?
Yeah.
I could think of some worms,
but I could think of quite a few worms.
And I'm not one of them?
No.
Ooh, who's a worm?
I'm not gonna say.
(laughing)
And I was at the time, oh the place.
Ooh, oh, I think I know.
Okay, but yeah.
So, where did we go?
How did I get here?
And full moon.
Okay, so I have been gone for almost two weeks,
which is the longest that I have been gone
from my family ever.
Yeah, and it was really, it was hard.
I, now I understand why, you know,
you'll hear like movie stars and actors and stuff like that.
They're like, yeah, I stepped away from like,
you know, Hollywood or like,
I don't do that many projects anymore
because like, I just couldn't be away from my family.
And I'd always be like, what, just take a job in LA
and then you go to work and you come back, no.
Yeah.
Being away is really, it was really hard.
There were so many, I can't wait to talk about this.
(whistling)
We all have that idea in our head
once it gets to like fall winter
about like what are like cozy bed is supposed to feel like
and look like, you know, like extra blankets.
Whether you're comforter, flannel pajamas, you know,
like candle, all that spooky.
But as somebody who sleeps hot,
muah, that can get miserable fast.
I want to get in my bed feeling cozy
but then I get overheated
and I'm just like, why did I do this?
Like I, I don't really need all this stuff.
Which is why bull and branch is always the go-to
because bull and branch bedding is breathable
so you can layer up for those colder nights
without feeling trapped under a bunch of heavy,
heat holding bedding.
And there sheets are 100% organic cotton
woven specifically for airflow, not just softness.
So unlike, you know, the cooling technology
or chemically treated fabrics, the cooling is structural.
It's literally how the cotton is woven.
So you can have that cozy fall and winter bed
without waking up in the middle of the night
feeling overheated.
And I take my bed very seriously, okay?
It needs to feel like a hotel bed.
It needs to feel like luxury
and I have always been a bull and branch girl.

- There were so many moments.
- Yep.
- Inesh, well, it was like kind of outside of Nashville,
whatever, in Tennessee, the middle of nowhere
that like, I, but it was like, you should maybe like bank a podcast.
episode with Taylor so you remember what this is all like and I'm like we're not going to feel
like it right no no actually I think that we should because when you're able to finally talk about
it you want it to be like fresh let's do it I actually I cosine that when we have the time we'll
figure it fucking out I don't know anyway I am back so it feels like I've missed the main chunk of
Halloween I know us too because we have been packing up our lives yeah but you guys aren't Halloween
people that's not true Teddy is we always like watch like all the Halloween movies we like make it
like a priority but also I mean and maybe it will change over time but like with baby bow now
it's just like it's too it's like she's she's she's a time suck I like can't watch a fucking
movie to save my life yeah um so I remember what's interesting is that like baby bow was born
just like a week before Hartford's birthday so yeah your calendar year in terms of having a
daughter yes the same for experience that I have exactly on track yes so like remembering Hartford's
first Halloween and the things I did with her and then like her first Christmas and like how it's
I know what you're going through yeah each I feel like we totally blew Halloween the whole month
October I feel like we we didn't go apple picking we haven't done like pumpkin stuff we like I just
went to Salem Massachusetts we did we did we didn't even walk around town we met my nephew and
that was it okay we really failed no no when I tell you we were in the middle of a northeastern you
couldn't like really go outside I was like like trees are blowing down it was like love that a
little dangerous but anyway but I just like yeah well what my point is we fucked up Halloween
this year and so did you well you're making up for it because this year you guys are throwing
the Halloween party because again because I haven't been here I'm like I do not have the capabilities
to be thinking about planning a Halloween party like this year I'm out like I I'm the attendee
I can't be the one that throws it like there is no time to put that energy into it or whatever
right so you are about to make up for it graciously um should we talk about your costume
I want to talk about my costume so I listen in the spirit of mailing in October no I'm horrified
okay so I'm fucking panicking I'm in a full blown spiral because I don't know it's four days
away and I don't know what I'm wearing for Halloween we figured out yesterday for you girl we're
gonna talk about what first girl because then no I don't know if that one's right either and now
I'm new you have I'm like in a I'm in a cul-de-sac of Halloween emotions I am not okay so at first
I told you I was I was it was such a I'm sitting around in their house as like to what are you guys
gonna be for Halloween and I was like I I like couldn't even look at you to tell you because I knew
you were gonna be so mad and I knew it was so fucking basic but I was just like here's how I do
Halloween what do I want to wear how do I want to look and then how can I build a costume out of
that outfit like last year I killed as Blake Lively it was gay Halloween it was very specific pop
culture moment but it was an accident I'm not good at Halloween I'm bad at Halloween I just fell
into a cool moment because I just wanted that a deed is how fit and read it's that simple okay it
could not be more simple than that okay okay so then I was like what do I want to wear and I found
this really cute gingham set on revolve blue and white child like Capri's like a matching top
with bows like so cute and I was like oh Dorothy Dorothy and baby bow as the cowardly lion like babies
as lions is so cute and then my wife loves to fucking fake like do fake prosthetics and paint her
face so she was gonna be the tip was gonna be the champion so I told you she like yelled I know
that like you know 63% of the country have dressed up as Wizard of Oz for their family costume before
so I'm alienating 63% of the audience right now I take Halloween seriously and um you know
that no I'm so when I do know when I sat down to say what are you gonna be you're like we're
gonna be Wizard of Oz I it was so it's so basic that I couldn't even I'm still having trouble
understanding how we got there how we got yeah like I just told you revolve I know it's just it's
crazy like out of all of the things in the world like there are endless possibilities for costumes I
think that's what I love how what I love about Halloween so much like and it's an it's an infinite
amount of ideas and you get to just be the most creative do you know what I mean I know and and
instead when people choose something that everyone is done a trillion times okay I'm just like
what do you mean what do you mean and then I felt like you were disappointed I was and then to hit
me with and I don't even have ruby red slippers they're patten leather I did say that get out I did
say that that's what you said get out of here get out of get out of my you said get out of your
own house you said get out of my life yeah get out of house of saucy yeah I mean I got fired
yesterday from your life like it was I can't believe I'm here I got fired from saucy with day
like you were so disgusted with me and I first of all I was like I was fear of filling this because
you were so you were like OG stossy mad you might that might actually count as you dark passion
journey it was a sober dark past it was you were so I've never seen you that disappointed me
and I immediately was like okay final final final I'm gonna change it so I told you I did have
an idea before this like Dorothy shit okay she's dead she's buried in the ground okay I'm sending
back the the outfit like she's done yeah no I'm not coming to your fucking Halloween party I'm
gonna tell production I don't have a call time anymore because I won't be seen at the house of
the Wizard of Oz okay and just to be clear I fucking love the Wizard of Oz I love the movie the
costume can be done right if you really like commit fine it's not new but like I just want to
look pretty anyway so whatever so my original idea that my wife shot down was I was like because
listen like I said I want to not look ugly and I want it to be easy okay that's like my that's
my goal for Halloween remember when you're one year I'm actually pretty good at gay Halloween we were
internationals yeah really a costume hideous I was hideous and I was hot and it was like I didn't
have fun yeah I want to like feel cute so I was like I should be Chris Jenner because you are
obsessed with her but then Teddy was like don't be Chris Jenner everybody thinks that your
upstossies but enough literally that was my OG idea cuz I was gonna be like so to me it would
be you're making fun of me exactly I'm not because you're to me that's not like a supportive friend
that's like oh I'm gonna make fun of stossie for how many times she said Chris Jenner no like I'm
like I'm funny that's a big thank you yeah anyway that's what I originally thought and I was
gonna do so that we reverted back to that yesterday but then I came up with an idea today don't tell
me I think you should keep it to yourself I'll tell low well I told I talked about it on
taste of Taylor which is on patreon so you have to go on patreon to hear it okay tell me oh yeah
yeah I pad Teddy no oh it took me a second very niche yes the finale queen marie scene Teddy
in an iPad I pad Teddy that's funny and that's gay Halloween that is gay Halloween so that could
be an option but Teddy shot that down too for somebody who loves Halloween she certainly loves
shitting all over me it's very niche you know I know we break the fourth wall a lot on our show
that's like breaking the sixth wall I don't know but I'm not opposed oh my god maybe I could be the
fourth wall you know what I that's funny no I'm I'm just broken wall how I'm broken wall with the
word for on it yeah but that's what pretty you could do you get glam okay just do a poster board
do you know what I mean right and put your head in it okay and number four and just like paint
so that it looks broken right you could be we broke the fourth wall I think I'd rather be Chris
Jenner but I also thought gay Halloween what if I was Salma US Americans don't have maps I don't
know what that is oh my god so it's like oh gee this is like a decade plus ago this poor girl I'll never
like let her live this down she was Miss South Carolina such as yeah South Africa yes okay such as
the Iraqis yes yes yes so the TikTok would be amazing okay and it's easy like I just get like a
turquoise halter dress like cash a sparkly I actually found one it's four hundred dollars I'm like
but maybe I'll return it to Amazon I should say four hundred dollars that's a lot yeah for an ugly
asterisk yeah but whatever and then just like a blonde wig and then like a crown and then just like
a Sasha says South Carolina and then I just like the whole night I'm just like Salma US Americans
so yeah no that's fine it's fine it's just that came out so long ago I know but because the
the White House press secretary who is now fired right she when she was hired it brought it back
up again okay and also my audience like I okay so like a week or two ago I thought that the White
House hired some of you as a
Americans don't have maps 'cause I'm so dumb.
People were comparing the two when I was like,
they hired some of you as Americans at have maps.
She's the White House press secretary,
so I was talking about it on the show
and then Tay came in as the producer and was like,
"No honey, it's not the same person."
So it's like very, very, very, very gay Halloween
very nuanced.
Yes, but I personally, listen,
I am a huge fan of gay Halloween.
So this year, this is the first year ever,
since Bo and I met each other,
that we are not doing a couple's or family costume.
How do you feel about that?
Good, because you know what happens
when you relinquish control.
The other person's happy.
So much was just said in that one sentence.
So I was just like, you know what, Bo?
'Cause he loves doing niche funny costumes.
Yes, that's so, Bo.
He loves gay Halloween, okay?
I love to either be spooky
or a period piece, something of the sort.
We know.
Okay, yeah, yeah, something.
Like that's the thing, I'm like,
who made you the boss of Halloween?
I know.
Like, you always nail your costume, always.
But you have like, I could,
like, gun to my head, I could always guess like that.
Like a type of, I like, she'll be wearing a corset.
I still like wearing a corset.
(laughing)
I tried it on today.
I had a fitting.
Okay, but I'm not being period PC.
Yeah, but I can, I'm not, I'm not.
Okay, if I, you know what, I'm not gonna say it.
Don't say it.
I'm not gonna say what I'm gonna be,
but I told Bo, you are free to do whatever you want.
And you know what I think helped me get to this point?
Yes, not only seeing that when you stop controlling people,
they thrive.
But my kids, don't give a fuck
about doing Halloween family matching costumes.
Like, they love a matching PJ set
on like all the family, like, everyone's in the same.
That does it for them.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But they're like, no, messers just like,
I just want to be Spider-Man with the boobies, obviously.
He says that they're boobies, it's like the muscles.
I'm dead.
And I'm like, no, they're muscle packs, the packs.
Yeah, he says boobies.
And Hartford can't figure it out.
She ordered a deer costume.
I'm Hartford.
A pink character from Descendants.
And now, and now Chloe from Descendants,
she doesn't know what she wants.
So she, she has some options.
But so because like they are not interested
in being something period peace and spooky, either,
and I'm not going to force them.
You know, I want them not to be.
Look at you.
You know, I'm just like journey.
I'm like, what's the point of making
bo wear the same costume?
'Cause he wears the same thing every year.
Some sort of Victorian man with like a, yeah.
He asked Scott, yeah, with white ruffles.
It's just he's either a vampire or a ghost.
It's like, so he's been doing the same thing.
Right, boobonic plague.
He's like over it.
And so I'm like, be free and prosper.
And his costume is hilarious.
And I'm not gonna say it.
Don't, don't.
I want to be surprised.
It is so fucking funny.
We have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
And well, that was myself and Teddy last year.
Yes.
Blake Lively, gay Halloween and Teddy was the Grinch.
I mean, we couldn't have been,
and the theme was boobonic plague,
which we said, no, thank you.
We just literally ignored your.
No, but when I made my Halloween theme,
that was just for the decor.
When I make a Halloween theme,
that doesn't mean that everyone has to come dressed like that.
Well, we actually did have, let's talk about this.
I take no.
This was diabolical.
I take no blame for this.
This was all Teddy.
And I want everybody.
'Cause no one ever wants to get mad at Teddy.
Guess what?
No, I'll be mad at Teddy for this.
This was all her fault.
So we've been working on our costumes for a month and a half.
Of course, it takes Georgie and I have been talking,
like everyone's been working on their costumes for a while.
Last week, someone said to me,
and it was also Jesse Draper.
She messaged me.
Being like, I'm, yeah.
She's like, hey, it's for your Halloween parties.
They're a theme.
And I was like, oh, I'm not throwing it this year.
Taylor, the tailors are.
But no, you can come as your own costume.
Yeah.
All of the sudden, low asks me.
Then I get like a, I see that there's an invitation
that's been sent out.
No one sent me the invitation.
OK, and it is, it is iconic Hollywood legends alive and dead.
I thought it was just passed away.
And I'm like, and so all of a sudden,
everyone starts panicking.
And Teddy sends out, you have to dress on theme.
She said that.
Someone did.
She's diabolical.
If it wasn't you, it's Teddy.
It wasn't me.
That would be my wife.
So I immediately sent a voice note to Teddy.
Hi.
So here's the thing.
If you're going to have a Halloween party and theme it,
that needs to go out way ahead of time.
I already have my costume.
And I'll be arriving in the costume that I have been planning.
Yes.
Just letting you know.
Also, I never got an invitation.
You're not invited.
Fuck off.
So everyone started panicking.
Yeah.
You can't post a Halloween party with a theme.
I agree.
And expect people to follow that theme without a two month head start.
I agree.
Well, I said that to her.
And I said, also last year, we totally blew off Bubonic Play.
But I made it very clear.
The Bubonic Play was for me and the decor.
Right.
But that's the thing is, I was like, you have to remember
that you have to make it clear that if this is the theme,
like people can do whatever the fuck they want to.
So talk about control.
Woo.
That was--
Woo.
No, that was spoo.
Key.
Well, I got her to back off of it.
And then we also found out that there's
some sort of an issue when it comes to--
can I mention filming?
Sure.
That there's an issue.
There's a lot of legality that goes into filming and costumes.
It's kind of wild.
You have to get your costumes approved.
Yeah, and there's like some rule on TV
that you can't be someone deceased.
If it's been within 75 years or 125 years.
It's sometimes it's a yes, sometimes it's a no.
So it was just way too confusing.
Remind me to contact my business manager
to put in my will, which we've already sorted.
But we're going to need to amend it.
That if I pass away, everyone's allowed to dress up like me.
Hulu, Netflix, Bravo, NBC Universal.
You guys are filming a show.
And they want to dress up like me.
If you passed away.
Whoever's running my estate, they're not going to come for you.
They're not going to come to suit.
That's so kind.
Probably a surdress in a statement necklace.
I was going to say.
Yeah, those surdresses, not easy to wear.
You guys really killed it.
Oh, no, yeah.
Well, I mean, we peaked our bodies peaked back then.
Just literal napkins.
No, I know.
Did you have you ever like had to wear something
like on camera or whatever that you were like,
like, I want to die.
Like, I don't want to show this part of my body.
I don't like wearing bathing suits on camera.
They look great in bathing suits.
Fuck a bathing suit.
I'm over it.
I mean, I'm like so done with bathing suits.
No, I feel you.
I'm actually kind of nervous that there
could be a pool party in our future.
I know.
I'm nervous about that.
I'm going to need El Nino to get their shit together
and start raining every day because I don't feel like parading
my body around.
I'm putting that chapter of my life.
Yeah.
After my last year doing sports illustrated,
I'm like, you know, I think I'm going to hide my SpongeBob
tree away.
I'm the delusion is no, it's fine because I don't listen.
You're not square literally everyone talks about how
challenging it is to raise kids.
But what about protecting them outlet covers, kitchen cabinet
locks, baby gates, where do you even start?

You know those pieces in your closet
that you find yourself reaching for over and over again?
Like for me, that is a cashmere sweater.
From Quince, let's be real.
I've talked about Quince for so long
because I really do appreciate a capsule wardrobe
with just like timeless, well-made, like elevated pieces
that I can just use every year over and over.
And with every wash still like are soft and cozy
and still look good, that is Quince.
And when I tell you that they're 100% Mongolian cashmere
sweaters started just $50.
I'm saying only $50.
And the way that they're able to have such premium
pieces of clothing without like the big markup price
is because they partner with factories,
with ethical factories to cut out the middlemen
so you're paying for quality, not brand markup.
So like a sweater that I have from Quince,
if I were to go to another store,
it would be like three times the amount of that.
That's the beauty of Quince.
And it's not just clothing, I mean, they've jewelry,
they have home essentials, and I mean like fine jewelry.
Like there's this gold diamond pave croissant ring
that I wear all the time, and that is from Quince.
So find the fall pieces you'll reach for most at Quince.
Download the Quince app for app exclusive offers
or go to quince.com, get free shipping on your order
and 365 day returns, now available in Canada and the UK too.
And when Quince asks where you heard about them,
let them know that I sent you.
It's the best way to support the show.
(bell rings)
But like, I don't mind because I have never been
[BLANK_AUDIO]
Who loves to frolic around in a bathing suit? I remember season two of Vanderpump rules
When we went to go film in Lake Arrowhead when jock shows me his tattoo. Oh my god
Forever yeah, no they kept trying they're like hey you guys
We're gonna take you to a beach area where you're gonna get into bathing suits
And I like kept fighting production. I was like I don't want to I was like you can't make me get having again
I don't want to I don't want to now the whole point I realized was because they wanted his tattoo
Yes, of course, they knew I was never gonna see his tattoo unless you were all in bathing suits right so like whatever
But like I got into arguments with production cuz I was just like you guys I might be hot
I'm died, but like I don't even like this. I don't like being in bathing suits and fucking sucks
That makes you feel better cuz I feel like hot people just love to be naked like my dream
Oh my god if I had like body Adi Adi I would be like
Pamela Anderson in
Baywatch for Halloween. You know what I mean totally like you know like I wonder if I look like Brooks
Nader like I would just if I would be you make it all the time. Yeah, but I wonder I wonder if Brooks is even like
Oh, I don't want to be naked today. No. I think she wants to be naked all the time
She does I wonder what she's gonna be for Halloween
Something naked something naked. Yeah, something naked. No. Yeah, I think you know that would be nice
I'd love to know what that feels like for just one day. Just one day
I would just like although maybe it's and maybe it's like you don't want to know
Do you know what I'm saying? Yeah, cuz I'd always be pining for that feeling. She wrecked. Yeah, no
I am entering my
Cover up your body era and I don't give a fuck anymore
I'm not gonna try be that wears a move. Oh, I you know what I could be I could be that tan lady from um
That camera DS movie. Oh, I got so old something about Mary. You got it
That's super. Oh my god. That's funny cuz I love being tan. I mean that is an elder millennial reference
You are aging your dog in a dog cast. Uh-huh. Oh
Now can't we think of something current for you girl. I don't know. It's gonna be a big-ass surprise at this point
That's fine, but I'll tell you I'm not okay and I am spiraling. Okay. Maybe I could be my red bracelet
You just need to take it you just need to take it seriously. I don't know what go and ask Claude
I will I actually almost wanted to be Fran Drescher and she did give me another elder millennial reference. I know
Can you just get with it?
No, um ask Claude
For some younger millennial references by the way when you said ask Claude I thought you meant ask Claudia
No, because you told me that Claude's better than Chad
That's why I said Fran Drescher cuz Claudia was Fran Drescher
So I was like do I have your approval to be Fran Drescher? She was like girl. That was a 15 years ago. Yes
Oh, whenever tastes as Claude. I remember Tay for I forget what it was for always went when we were on tour
I was like oh, no, no
I was doing a deer media IRL thing and I was like I was like the MC of the night
So I wanted to like do some new material and so Tay sent me she like sent me all these like funny like jokes to like get the ball rolling
And I was like these are funny who wrote these and Teddy was like this Claude and I was like tell Claudia
She is funny
And Tay was like no Claude is like fucking AI and I was like oh AI is good. I
Know but you know I care about water and stuff
You know, we've talked about why do we ask Claude? I should be for Halloween. I've just said that Taylor
I just into this microphone said why don't you ask Claude?
I think I have dementia. Okay, let me see let's see what let's see what Claude came up with but for Taylor's tracker
I don't like any of these
Okay, I'm so nervous right now. What does Claude think of me what are we can you ask Claude? Can you ask Claude things about me first?
Good please
Gay I'm trying to be gay Halloween so that they really get yeah gay
Halloween, do you think Claude like knows what that is?
It's AI it's supposed to know everything, right? What are some good gay Halloween costume ideas for?
Taylor
Stracer
I was so desperate. I almost wanted to be and Bolin. She tells me that she goes can I be and Bolin? I go no, you cannot
Love literally why would you copy would someone did laugh because I'm not creative
It's gathering background details for a podcast. I think they think this is for oh
My god, dead. No Brittany my homes
Claude is so funny
Claude is so funny. That is so funny. This one is so good
But it's gonna say to be Eric Stone Street and you and Teddy two tailors two eras
Taylor and Taylor's version
Oh my
God wow
The housewife she almost was full New Jersey glam. Okay a cloth flipped prop table and a sash that says season 15 snub
That
These are great. No, these are amazing
Claude is cruel. That is great. Oh my god. I don't matter
House of Stasi cast as a dinner party group costume with Stasi everybody in character at the table
Like it's a like if we were all to do a group costume
We'd be each other at the table. Do hence iPad Teddy now. I want to see what they're saying about me. Oh me
Cost that is ideas for Stasi I would just legal let me do
Ron J. How do you even say it New Jersey? Ron?
Ron J
Yeah, I guess you're on J real housewives New Jersey. Yeah, you need to do that one. Sorry
That's the one you need to do so good
Because no everyone knows that right that you auditioned for real housewives of New Jersey
Yeah, it wasn't well, I guess reject it because I've never okay mine aren't as good as yours
Brilliant Lisa Vanderpump. Oh well next level basic in human form
So you would be Dorothy
Basically a housewives reunion look yours were so much more niche. No, thank you
Yeah
And then the Sanderson sisters because I love Hocus Pocus. Oh wow Claude really just mailed it in on you
Yeah, but yours are way better. Oh, they're so good. There's we're fantastic. Did we screenshot that? No, oh my god
Okay, well anyway, okay
Well, I it's gonna be a surprise what I'm gonna be on Halloween, but it's but it's now I'm excited
It's just a matter of how many things can I get from Amazon. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you need to get to work
I wonder you know what I'm not like a stalks girl, you know, but like
Man, we should all be buying Amazon stock in the month of October because Jesus Christ
I mean think of how much business my sky rocket for all of the last minute
Hose like me. I know, you know, you're so right. Yeah, I
Love Halloween me - you know my favorite. I just lied to stretch your face. I hate it
See that's what I'm talking about. That was weird. It's fineless. No, I
Would just left my body. I hate it so hard. It's so hard to come up and be creative
I'm so stressed
It's just a gift. It's an opportunity
Okay, well, how about this? I might love how we'll see how it goes. I'm TBD. What's wrong with me?
I love how we meet - after I've just spent the whole podcast complaining about it and how stressed out I am. Yeah
Sorry, sometimes I just do that. I just warmed what's your favorite Halloween movie to watch?
Focus, focus definitely one, but two is like a close second
I mean except for that SJP rooting everything about that. We don't talk about that. We just fast forward her scenes
You know what my niche favorite Halloween movie to watch is which I don't think people would even count it as a Halloween movie
But to me it is what taking aside what's it called
Crimson Pete because that's actually my favorite one
Crimson Pete go watch it. Okay. What lies beneath?
You count that as a Halloween movie. Yeah, I said spooky and I would the location I was in in New York at this Hudson Valley
Ranch was like that. I
Was yes, I like view of the water and all this land all of the fall leaves and I'm like
During my break in between things I was like I am going into my room and I'm going to lay down and I'm gonna put on what lies beneath and like open the windows and just like
Let the vibes vibe and that was
Top-notch living what lies beneath is fantastic so underrated. I guess if we're like along the lines of that
Yeah, like I don't need you think six sense counts. Fuck yeah does everything M night is on our I agree. Yes
I agree the village very spooky. It's incredibly spooky and it's fall
What else my kids have been getting in the spirit to like we've only been allowing like spooky movies like the month of October
I don't know what boat did while I was gone. I don't know if he changed the ship shit up
Yeah, but like it was only spooky movies like there's like the little vampire that's a cute one
We do all the screams. Oh see. I don't do
that. Oh really? So fun fact about me. Slash your movies aren't my favorite because it just
like could happen. Oh so they like they scare you. Yeah like I don't I don't first I don't
like gore. I don't like watching people get stabbed. I don't like torture stuff like that's
saw movies like I don't like them. Really? I really don't like like it's just you could really
do that and I don't know. Like the movies I like are like these epic haunted
houses with like vampires or like do you know what I mean ghosts and things like that? And yes ghosts
exist but like not in the way I watch them on TV. Well you're also like you were a pale ghost
which I know is sad for you but like so it's not like a real fear for me like I am so scared like
rosemary's baby can't devil stuff can't I'm Catholic like like you don't fuck with the devil
it's like it really freaks me out and then ghost stuff actually terrifies me too. I fall asleep
to lawn order special victims unit. That's every single night and it is sick and now that I have
a child I'm like I'm starting to skip certain episodes and I'm realizing that like this is going
to be a thing of the past for me like I'm not going to be able to continue watching. Oh I mean
that's what happened to me when I became a mom with me in murder documentaries. Really? When I
became like and everyone used to associate me with murder documentaries. Absolutely. And so then like 2021
I had a heart for it and I just had zero fucking interest and then whenever I would like talk to someone
or knew or like be interviewed or something like that they'd like bring up like we all know you
love murder documentaries and I'm like can't can't tell you the last time I've seen one. I have
recently gotten back into the true crime of it all just because of TikTok. Yes. So like you know
I'm dipping my toe back in. Yes. But like I can't like really live there anymore. No I know
it's it's starting with SVU but it's always been my comfort place. That is so insane. Don't
range. Yeah. But I'll go back to my sopranos. I fall asleep every single night with headphones on
in my iPad on. That is how I fall asleep. Isn't that eyeball so crazy. You know what I've been
falling asleep to? What? Just my diamond auctions. You're so demented. No I wake up and I just
put the you start doing yesterday. Yeah and I just put the phone down and I go about my day and
like I'll take a shower and then I'll open it. The shower to see if like there's something
like I'm missing out on and like I do my makeup and I just sit and listen to it and it's you're
not a jeweler. Yeah. Like literally this is getting out of control. How many diamonds are you
going to buy? You're out of control. Yes or you literally said I'll give you guys some diamonds
I just bought. I think that's good gifts. Like these are going to be like gifts for people. Like I
bought two baby diamonds. That was like a hundred bucks. Then I'll put I'll make earrings for
Hartford. How many carrots are each of them? 0.5. Oh yeah. And if someone could tell me I see all
the TikToks about people being like you're getting scammed. Right. I don't care because I'm not
spending that much. Right. I know I'm actually I'm not spending that much. That's the whole point.
So if I'm getting scammed. Well you're just buying it. I'm not $50 pieces of glass. I'm not like
I'm not spending that much money. So scammed in what? Oh it was moistenight instead. I love
moistenight. Moistenight is beautiful. So if I if I get one of my gems and it's moistenight.
Okay. Great. Love it. It still sparkles. Fast forward to a documentary being made about Stasi
in like three years where she like literally is like living out of a box because she spent all of
her money on the gems moistenight. Okay. Well this is what I'm looking for. I am concerned. You're
actually you're like you're you're in so fast. So deep like it's kind of it's it's like that.
You just started doing it and you're like addicted. Okay. Well I'm looking for a blue diamond. Okay.
But can you take a break? Can you take a break after the blue diamond? You fund me a blue diamond.
I won't get on there again. Okay. But now the diamond auctioners are DMing me. I know.
I know. Collabs. No, you're like doing this now where you feel like there's like shouting you out.
Like you're like I know you're somebody who's like listening to the radio being like they said my name.
Yeah. Like they hooked you and then they'll be like it's Stasi still here and I'll be like blue,
blue, blue, like because I'm like wanting the blue diamond. It's like I'm typing in what I want
and then people will type in after me and I'm like I woke up in choice chose joy today.
And they're like yeah, Stasi woke up in chose joy today. Sunday, Monday, Stasi. I'm like
you know what when we're done this. Yeah, you want to go wrapping this up. I'm going to go show you
the ones I got. Actually, I do want to see them. They're gorgeous. Okay. So and I just had
my stylist over today tell you help with my Halloween costume. Yeah. She got her set in her,
her what she designed and they look stunning, stunning pinky ring, stunning necklace.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Maybe I'm on board actually. And you know what? This is what I don't like.
I think that the people who are slandering this these diamond auctions are people that are just
pissed that diamonds are now easily accessible. It's like the people that hate GLP ones. It's like
you're just mad because you're naturally skinny. And now everyone gets to me too. That's what it is.
It's a people and like access to the diamond. People who are mad that like there were like such
good Hermes dupes and that everyone has access to them because oh, because now we all can
that's how so that's what I think this is. You got it. This diamond auction slander is this
they're just pissed that they can't be the only ones with diamonds now. Yeah, we see you. Diamonds
for everyone. We see rich people. Yeah. Rich naturally skinny people. Fuck off. Yeah. Anyway,
anyway, that's it. Uh, we'll see what you show up as for Halloween. I mean listen, it's it's
mystery to me. Mm-hmm. We're all investing now though. Now the pressure's on. We can I ask you
something real fast just before we leave? Of course. Completely a off topic. Yeah. Did you watch
the Victoria Secret fashion show? I watched it on social media. Me too. Yeah, I didn't, I
sitting down and watching it is just something I've never done. Oh, I always used to torture myself.
Yeah, it feels like torture, but then also I it is like such a big pop cultural thing and everybody
covers it. Like it makes me feel weird when people are like watched it, loved it. I'm like am I
missing out on something that like I need like I just feel like it would just make me feel sad.
It used to make me feel sad when like I really hated my body. Yes. I would and I mean like my
format like my teen years. Yes. That's what I mean. Like when I wasn't comfortable with myself,
even though like I'd rather my teen body than this whatever. Well, that's that's whatever. That's
just it's hindsight's 2020. Yeah. So like it would make me miserable and I'm like why am I not
this pretty? Why does my body not look like this? Whatever. Right. Now I just watch it for girlhood.
Yes. It's you. It just feels like and it feels like we're supporting all the girlies with
their big giant heavy wings. Yeah, like you're a gals gal. Like if you don't watch it or a new
acknowledge it, you're not a gals gal. Yeah, it's just like fun for vibes. Yeah. And everybody
looks so good. And Tate McGray's walk was like sick. So sick. And like I've like peripherally
loved her. But I'm like, who is this young girl? But now I'm like, Oh, this is a this is a pop star.
So I don't know when I don't know her music very well. I know not once. But I always will linger
on a video of her dancing. Me too. She's very Britney coded. Yes. Oh, Britney. I really love
every video that I see of her dancing. I have not gotten into the music yet. But that's just because
it hasn't really like come my way. Right. So like I'm not saying I don't like it. I genuinely
don't know a song. So like same. There's that. Well, I just got into like my tits are sitting
right. Oh, she sings the Nicole Kidman. She does not. But I'm just saying
like that's how I feel like we're going to get into the Tate McGray music of it all. Am I saying
her name right? Tate McGray. So that like and that girl has pink hair. And I forget her name.
But that song is fire. A Della. And she's like big, right? Yeah. Exactly. So that's like
the only the only other thing I know about Tate McGray is like, okay, she's a great dancer and she
pretended to wipe her makeup off with Neutrogeno wipes. I'm dude. That's fine. That's a great Halloween
costume. Oh my god. That but I'd like to get into Tate McGray. How did you feel about Kylie Jenner?
Because I loved it. Loved it. Loved it. Okay. So I had a long day of work that day. It was like
a 15 hour dance when I was in Tennessee. Yeah. And no Wi-Fi in these caves. Okay. So like
I like got back to my apartment where I was staying, whatever. And I just was like
show me all the V.S. stuff. And when I heard the music saw the shimmer fall until it was
the Kylie fucking Jenner walking out in all of her glory. Like I had beyond chills. I had
feelings. I was just like, this is so magical. I think Kylie Jenner is such an actually like
underrated celebrity. I agree. I think that she just exudes happiness, confidence, fun, joy.
There's just this like she's just cool. She looks like she's a great mom, a great friend,
a great partner. She seems just like supportive. I never see anything.
It's cool. Yeah. That's it. I just like whatever aura that is.
The reason I liked it so much is because so right now like on TikTok, there's so many videos
of like juxtaposing this moment in that fantasy bra with when she was little. And she was like
Kendall always gets all the attention in the body. She gets a model and it's like
you're doing great tweeting. Yeah. It's your moment. Yeah. And also like remember that. Like
you can be whatever you want to be. Yeah. You can put whatever you put your mind to be.
You could do a gal. And I just really love that messaging. Yeah. Like she was like a awkward 11-year-old
just wanting some attention from her parents. Totally. And now she got it. No, it was amazing.
Yes. And seeing Timothy Shalamey next to Chris Jenner like cheering her on. It was great.
And she also looked and she looked fabulous. But like I also feel like I could imagine her being
I mean, like a little bit nervous before she went on, like, I find her to be real.
relatable, which I know was crazy, she's a billionaireist, but that's like the criticism
on like the internet's like she's a billionaireist people, you know, are struggling right now,
which is true, but I just feel like it's like let let young Kylie be all of our hope that
we could be now Kylie. Okay, you know, I think that's beautiful. Yeah, I mean, listen, poetry.
You know that there was going to be criticism. She knew that there was going to be criticism.
That's just the way it works. I just don't think people get it in their
heads that like we're living in a different time where social media is everything to everyone
that's the currency. Yeah, that like whatever is the most viral thing is going to be the person
who's picked for a certain job. Like it is, it is what it is. Right. So like people just being like
cheese not a model. Okay. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. You guys, that's why you're seeing
reality stars show up at like the fucking Academy Awards. Right. Should they, should they not
be there? Should they, it doesn't actually matter. No, it's just what's going to get the most
attention. Like that's, and that's actually what it's kind of always been totally just packaged
differently now. Yeah, but the way people get like so mad like what about the movie stars? Oh,
let's like really take time to cry about the movie stars. They're fine. Yeah, you know what I mean?
It's like so like the way people like deify one thing in entertainment and then like put the other
in the gutter. It's so ridiculous. Yeah. Like it's, it has always just been eyes. That's it. I
will just say like justice for the girls that were Victoria Secret models that like didn't get us back.
Like, couldn't you just squeeze them in? That does sound that is you, but I don't think that
they didn't get it because Kylie did. No. So like, let's not put this all on Kylie back. Yeah,
like leave Kylie alone. Yeah, let her shine. Mm-hmm. Anyway, happy Halloween, mother fuckers. Bye.
