Rankings Battles & Most Dropped Players on CBS! (6/16 Fantasy Baseball Podcast)

Sääd on maistav, on mitata asus Nätasupita, nätasud hordari, meel on na põnse Mänäse on burgerig, jokaren niist on varmasi bangerig Otatestin vasan 3.4 odoret, brioos ja topbroks sambelad Nääd on vihinfistet, jasad aiherta ulfailu Vasan 3.4 goti uskata vakaturuaka Welcome to the fantasy baseball today podcast from CBS Sports Fandasi käsjén e-mail fantasy baseball at CBSI.com Get ready to win your league Fandasi käsjén e-mail Now here's Frank Scott and Chris Hello there, welcome in to fantasy baseball today on Tuesday June 16 I am Frank Sample Joy by Scott White Today on show a very eventful night at baseball We had a cycle, we had a complete game shutout We had a triple dawn We'll also talk rank battles, most dropped players on CBS from this weekend And much more, Scott as you can see I finally did get down from that street pole in New York City I'm here, I'm safe Thankfully, big thanks to you And Chris for holding it down yesterday The next one the championship Saturday night And obviously I went out to the city to celebrate I laughed, I cried, I hugged strangers, I yelled a lot It actually physically hurt me to talk yesterday So that's why I needed you guys to fill in And I'm happy you did, but it's a crazy time, Scott I am so arasionaly excited about the next winning the championship It's insane It looks like you still haven't changed your clothes I haven't Just got down like a couple hours ago I think goodness Yeah man, it's an awesome time I don't know, like I assume the braves are your favorite team amongst all your sports teams Is that a fair assumption? Yeah Yeah definitely And they did win a championship five years ago, which is still pretty fresh in the grand scheme of things I know fans act like their team is supposed to win every year Really mathematically, they're supposed to win every 30 years And if they win more often than that there They're beat, they're ahead of pace, I would say What if your team doesn't win for 53 years? Yeah, that's true for the next They were definitely behind pace And so that's. I would say the majority of their fans didn't remember the last time they won So that was obviously a historic moment Yeah, yeah, good job Thanks, man Good job to your team I'm glad you had. I'm sure it was thrilling time for you And I'm glad you got to enjoy Now I'm trying to figure out parade logistics, I might just stay up all night Wednesday night and then go out to the city I don't know, we're gonna figure it out, we'll see what happens then Let's talk about baseball, let's get into the players of the night Oh, it's Alino, the Alan with a surprise, praise supreme All right Scott, there's only one place to start, one of the hottest pitchers in baseball right now, that is Dustin May Yeah, he just keeps getting hotter, this was the best yet He was facing the worst offensive baseball And was my top sleeper pitcher this week, I'm just gonna put that out there One hit the Padres over nine innings, took a perfect game into the seventh And struck out nine So that was good, missing more bats than we're used to seeing from Dustin May But you know, there's been a lot of good pitching lately from him Last 12 starts, a 254 ERA, a.98 whip, 8.2 Kpernine And of course that last number is underwhelming, it's not what you typically want from a pitcher From a like a mainstay in your fantasy staff, you want at least a strikeout per inning And it's been a little hard to figure out how he's been excelling in spite of it Because he doesn't give up the weakest contact, his ground ball rate is above average but not the highest He has thrown strikes at a decent rate, he's prevented home runs I mean, it's a lot of things that he does decently and that feels like there's a little margin for error there for Dustin May But obviously at this point, if you pick them up for the two starts, if you pick them up to stream, you're not dropping it He's been too good for too long I feel like he's got to slow down at some point and so we could talk about maybe the sell high We could raise the sell high question with him, his ERA is only now down to 375 overall I believe it was still over 400 in the start because the first two starts of the year were so bad I think anybody who's paid attention to the way the last two and a half months have gone will describe a lot of value to Dustin May So I think it's possible you could shop him if you pick them up My next question, although I think that's a fair one, if we should and how high we should sell Dustin A4 is How high should he climb in the rankings because we all have him right now between like 75 and 85 in our SP rankings But the way he's pitching obviously coming off the start granted really really good matchup against the Padres But it's not like every pitcher is doing this against the Padres right now I think he's in that top 60 conversations, Scott. A lot of names that we've talked about recently also as sell high candidates With Emerson Hancock and Ryan Weathers and guys like that and you know Reed Deppmers who's been climbing up the rankings and you know Rokey's a Saki coming off a bad start But obviously he was really really good before that somewhere in that like 50 to 65 range I kind of feel like the way Dustin May has pitched And he's made changes this year too like he's tweaked the pitch makes and things like that so not saying this level is sustainable But I am kind of buying into you know Dustin May just being a better pitcher this year and he's got a really really good defense behind him as well So what do you think about that like 50 to 65 SP range for Dustin May? Yeah, just eyeing my own rankings now I think around 55 I could get him there I could push him past Kyle Bratish and Connolly Early Yeah, I got branded Wildriff in that range who's close to coming back But I don't think we know exactly who he's going to be when he does come back I got Ryan Weathers a little higher than that but I can drop him behind Dustin May at this point So I think I'll once I update I think Dustin May will come out about 55 for me in the starting pitcher rankings All right, so if we are trying to sell high I'm just I'm looking inside our top 40 struggling starting pitchers like would you try to flip him for framer Valdez? Framer Valdez right now There's just much track record there with Framer Valdez and he's I know he's been on the well-menged but it doesn't make kind of looks like the good version of Framer Valdez Right, I know but I think that You know a sample of four or five years still counts for more than two and a half months If the kind of upside May was showing was in excess of what Framer Valdez could be There'd be a different story of course. I mean, it's not there's no single factor analysis going on here. It's not just It's not just how long has this bit guy been good for but When I feel like the upside is similar and One pitcher is very new to it. One pitcher You know obviously he's been under achieving but it's not like digging into the numbers he looks like he's completely broken or Anything I'm going to go into the guy with a more extensive track record. I think you'd say the same thing for Freddie Prawl to two Yeah, has a little differences there in terms of what kind of pitcher they are but if anything Prawl to has more upside What about Traia Savage? So we don't really know who Traia Savage is yet two of his last three starts have had a million walks. I think I'd still prefer him to May Like if I'm ranking them because the upside I do think is considerably higher but just is he going to be useful at all this year? I think it's fair to wonder that. Yeah So I might hesitate if somebody made that offer to me but yeah, I'm going to rank yes. Yes, I have it slightly ahead of May. Yeah, and again these are sell high scenarios if you want to sell high you don't have to sell high on Dustin May but there's always an opportunity to like Cash out and obviously capitalize on what a player is doing. I think Dustin May is going to be solid but you know is he going to maintain a 250 ERA for the rest of the season the way he has over these last 12 starts obviously I think we would all bet against that but he's Very good he's made changes this year and again really really good defense behind him there with the Cardinals so absolutely no problem just sticking with him and Riding it out if you if you cannot sell high in your specific league. My player tonight's got somebody that I want to give a public apology to. That is Nick Kurtz who has just been fantastic this year. And I think that's really good and this three for four two more homers another walk I mean the guy is walking like crazy this season had five RBI in this game as well over his last 16 games three 56 batting 10 homers. 20 RBI in OPS over 1300 during that span for Nick Kurtz. He has a 443 on base percentages season, 18 homers, ridiculous counting stats, has even chipped in seven steals this year. He is on pace for 40 homers, 114 runs, 127 RBI, 15 steals. He was in my bus 2.0. I was worried about the strikeouts. I was worried about the issues against lefties last year. He's been much better against lefties. Strikeouts are still high, but he's canceling a lot of that out just by walking as much as he has this season. Entered Monday night as the 10th best hitter in roto the season. The third highest scoring hitter in head to head points leagues on CBS. I was wrong. I was dead wrong about Nick Kurtz. He's obviously a young hitter who has taken that next step. And to being a more complete player, like he hasn't taken the next step in terms of power, but just all around, Scott. He's just, he's been amazing. There's not much more of a step you could take in terms of power. If anything, he stepped back a little this year, just pacing out his numbers because it was more like a 50-homer pace. Exactly, yeah. But everything else has gotten better. So. Yeah. No, he's, he's great. He still strikes out more than I'm comfortable with, but I wasn't, that wasn't a deal breaker for me coming into the year with him. The only reason, I don't think I have any shares of Nick Kurtz. The only reason is because I like that next year, a first baseman so much. So it's just like, eh, that's not really how I want to use the second round pick. But he's lived up to it. And I think he's proven that even if he's striking out close to 30% of the time, there he's a good enough hitter that doesn't really matter. I mean, he's going to remain a plus for batting average. The walk rate is, that's the thing that has improved the most. And probably why, even with the strikeout, Nick Kurtz ranks higher and points leagues than five by five is he's walking 20% of the time. I mean, that's, he leads all of baseball and walks the season. Yeah, that's crazy. Crazy, crazy stuff there for, uh, four Nick Kurtz. And somehow is hitting the ball harder. His average EV is up from 92.7 to 94.1. The hard hit rate is up. The barrel rate basically in line with last year. And his power is just so ridiculous, man. He can go to all fields. He's not, he's someone that doesn't carry high pulled air rates, but he can hit the ball out to any part of the park, especially in that ballpark too in Sacramento. So I am sorry to you, Nick Kurtz. I am sorry to those who I told not to draft Nick Kurtz. I was dead wrong. He is amazing. Couple of their huge games here from Monday night that I just wanted to highlight up at the top. PCA hit for the cycle. He completed it by the seventh inning. And he did it in reverse order, which is just crazy, man. Home run, triple, double, single in that order. Last 15 games, he is hitting 453 with seven homers, four steals a 1400 OPS now on pace for 28 homers, 35 steals. He was your player of the night for one of the nights last week's got. So I don't know if there's anything more to add, but PCA, one of the hottest hitters in baseball right now. Yeah, and I think we should just file this away for him. This is now three consecutive years. We've seen him run very hot and very cold. And you don't want to react, oh, over react to either street. There were people who got way too high on him, too August to go. August of 2024. And then came crashing back down to Earth in September. People got way too high on him in the first half last year. Came crashing back down in the second half. You were way too low on him to start out this year. And he's corrected it. I think he's on pace for even better numbers now this year than for the full length of last year. But you don't want to get too high on that because his approach at the plate invites that level of streakingness. It promotes it. So that's just baked in, I think, at this point. And it requires a certain level of trust to invest in P. Crow Armstrong to stick it out through those bad times. But he's going to reward you with stretches like this, I think we can now say with even more certainty. And we also got a huge game from Colt Keith. Where did this come from? Three for four with a triple dong. Three homers, six RBI. He entered this game with one home run on the season. Three quarters of his home runs just came in one game, which is crazy there for Colt Keith. He's hitting 267. He's got the four homers. 27 to run scored three steals. He doesn't play against lefties. It's a huge game Scott. He has three different positional abilities. I just don't think he has that much utility in fantasy. Yeah. I think I'm with you there. It's the sort of thing where like he keeps doing this. Colt Keith keeps doing this where. He's had one of the most frustrating starts to his career because like underneath you see these signs of okay, he's starting to figure it out. He was big prospect. He's one of those guys who got a big contract before even debuted. And this year it's like okay, he's hitting the ball or he's not hitting it harder, but his average bat speed is up one and a half miles per hour. And you don't see any trade off there. He pull air rates even better slightly than it had been before. It's in the red. So why is it not translated to home runs? Why is it not translated at least to more home runs than he said before? It did today. I don't know, maybe he's about to go on a huge binge. But for him to go so long with zero home runs, it's going to take a lot more than an isolated three home or game to win us over, I'd say. There are things I like here and he's still young enough to put it together, but it's been just constant disappointment from him. So I'm not really acting on this game, even if even first because it was. Yeah, he needs to be rostered in the AL only that goes without saying he's not available in that format. And then it kind of just feels like deeper daily lineup leagues, like it's very niche just because of, you know, he only plays against right handed pitching. So and even if he doesn't prove overall, I don't know that he's going to earn more playing timing. It's left easy there. He might just become, you know, like his teammate, Carrie Carpenter, where he matches righties, but even that there's a ceiling. There's a cap on how much he can give us in fantasy. Before we hit our first break, just a reminder, if you listen on the audio side of things, make sure to leave us a five star rating and review on both Apple and Spotify, wherever you listen, it really does help us out a lot. Let's take a quick break. We'll be back right after this. [Music] [Music] Welcome back, fantasy baseball today. Let's run through the news and notes and Ellie dealer crews could be clear to begin a rehab assignment this weekend. He is on the aisle with a hamstring injury. So we'll see how things progress throughout the course of this week. Spencer Strider was diagnosed with right elbow inflammation at no structural damage, but he will be shut down from throwing for four weeks. JR Richie is expected to start Wednesday in Strider's place. He did pitch well in relief last Friday, five shut out innings with five strikeouts. He had eight whiffs on 73 pitches, but under the hood still threw just 58% of his pitches for strikes. He's still out. Good amount of heart contact in that one. Scott, do you look into re-ad JR Richie in any leagues where he might be available? It's not a huge priority. We talked about Chris and I talked about Sean Monaya yesterday. How if. You know, you need an extra starting pitcher. You got to spot the play with it. It's not the worst idea to pick him up. He's added some velocity. He went six innings in his post-recent start. I would put Richie in the same boat where. I'm betting against him being impactful for you, but there's a chance at least if you just. If you can afford to invest the roster spot in him. All right, Traitender left Mondays game due to a bruised right wrist. He was hit by a pitch earlier in the game. X-rays came back negative. Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who has sat out the past two games with lower back tightness, is expected to return on Tuesday. We have a bunch of Dodgers updates. Edwin Diaz is scheduled to throw a bullpen this week. He's working his way back from loose bodies in his right elbow. Teasca Hernandez is expected to ramp up baseball activities this week. If all goes well, could start a rehab assignment by the weekend. Tommy Edmond is expected to be activated on Tuesday. He is 14% rostered. He is second base in Outfield eligible. What size leagues do you have interest in Tommy Edmond's guy? If any. Yeah, basically none of them, because he stopped stealing bases completely last year, and that was always his best skill. Now maybe it was because he was coming back from ankle surgery while he's coming back from ankle surgery again. And I think I also read, he's only expected to play three to four games a week. So that's another reason why it's hard to get excited about Edmond. Yeah, I'm not saying there's no chance he'll be useful, but it's not a good. bet straight off the aisle. I would say that. All right. We do have a bunch of catchers returning here. Drake Baldwin was activated here on Monday. The Braves did not play. So I assume he'll be in the lineup on Tuesday. Cal Raleigh and Yiner DS are both expected to return on Tuesday as well. DS is 40% rostered. Feels like a name just for two catcher leagues at this point. Right. It's got Yiner DS. I would agree. All right. The Padre is placed Mason Miller on the bereavement list, which means he'll miss at least three days of action. Corey Seeger is headed back to the aisle this time at the seven day concussion. I L. He was involved in a collision at home plate last Thursday. Glaber Tor is left early with left with a left side injury. He was previously on the aisle the season with a left oblique injury. So obviously that's not good. Seems like a recurrence of the same injury. Brandon Woodruff is expected to make another minor league rehab start on Tuesday. Yuri Perez will begin a rehab assignment at AAA on Thursday. He slated to throw three to four innings and or 50 pitches. Very interesting. Scott, because we are two weeks into what was supposed to be an eight week absence here for Yuri Perez. So I hope he's not pushing it, but he's also really young. So I don't know who knows. Feel like we've been bamboozled. We've been bamboozled. I'm coming out with a new I L stash rankings. Comparing it to one that came out two weeks ago. Yuri Perez is climbing like 25 spots in light of this news. Yeah. Because suddenly he appears to be on the verge of returning. And it did not seem true when they said eight weeks. 76% rostered for Yuri Perez. So if he was dropped in any shallower formats, you have an IEL spot to mess with. Even if you don't, you probably just want to take a shot and see his last two starts before going on the IEL, he started to really turn things around. So yeah, definitely want to read. Yuri Perez if he was dropped in your league. Matt, you boy, we'll throw an up down bullpen session Tuesday. He was supposed to rejoin the Cubs last weekend, this past weekend, but he felt less shoulder soreness. Christian Scott was placed in the IEL with a right hip impingement. Cody Sango will rejoin the Metz and start Tuesday in Cincinnati. Sango made four rehab starts. He had a four ERA 117 whip eight and a half K, nine three walks, nine his most recent start was very good. Six innings one run, five strikeouts to one walk, 26% rostered. I think we probably need to see it first in the majors. Right. Scott before we read code, I sang. Yeah. He was pretty disastrous before this injury. And obviously was disastrous last year. And I do not have high hopes at all. All right. The Dbacks activated Lorda Scuriel and option Ryan Walshman back to the miners. Walshman hit 259 with zero homers, five steals a 671 OPS, also a 33% strikeout rate. Didn't hit the ball very hard while he was up in the majors. 43% rostered. Scott, are you holding on to Ryan Walshman anywhere? Outside of it alone. Only outside of dynasty. No. Grace Rodriguez was placed in the aisle with lower back inflammation. Troy Melton was scratched Monday with lower back tightness drew Anderson started in his place. Justin Steele will throw a plyo balls for the next week and then progress to throwing a baseball. He's working his way back from elbow surgery. He previously suffered a setback in late April. And they announced basically at the time that he would not be back until the second half of the season. So we will follow along with Justin Steele. He's 26% rostered. I would imagine he's pretty low on your aisle stash rankings, right Scott? He is, but he's on it. I, it's, you know, he could come back for the short amount of time he does looking like a top of the rotation arm. And I would rather dedicate a longer term aisle stash to a potentially higher impact player than a short term aisle stash to I'm very likely to drop as soon as I have to remove him from the aisle spot just because he's not good enough to be on my roster. We are exactly seven weeks away from the trade deadline. And we are starting to hear some rumors according to Buster only the giants will listen on Rafael Devers will a domus Matt Chapman that Luis arise and Robbie Ray. So some of the bigger names bigger contract. Some guys, yeah, I think arise is on a one year deal. So make sense. Been a weird year for the giants. Apparently Logan Web is one name that they will not be listening on. So we will see what happens with their years. La la la. As soon as somebody calls about Logan Web, we're not listening. Well, it looks like he's back. Scott. So we interest you in Matt Chapman. Hey, no, four more years of match. I believe it is not so sure about that one. Devers to what is he have? Six or seven years left. Devers Red socks got out of that one. Oh, yeah, they wriggled out of that one and they got a couple of pretty good assets that they've been squandered. Oh gosh. It was crazy. Kyle Harrison. Kyle Harrison. It's so funny. Kyle Harrison and James Tubs was the seemingly sad return they've gotten. They got for Rafael Devers. So they just spun them off for nothing. For Dustin May, who's also really good right now. So it's yeah, that was everybody looking at this rental. Everywhere you like this, it is. My gosh. Not that I would ever want to pile on a red socks fan ever. They could have won that trade. They just stuck with those two tubs in Harrison. I don't know. They like, I imagine the organizations they got traded to. Brewers and Dodgers obviously had something to do with their breakouts this year. But still it's it's it's adding insult to injury. If you saw trading Rafael Devers last year as injury, then what's happened to those two big pieces since then with different organizations? That's the insult. All right. Let's get into some ranking battles here. And we'll start in the outfield and two higher in names. I mentioned PCA earlier. So these are top 20, top 15 outfielders. But they're both really good. They're both really close in my opinion. Byron Bucksdon, he has been incredible. One for four with his 23rd home run last seven games. He's hitting 429 five homers, a seal during that span as well. He's got a 941 OPS on the season. He's been really, really good. And we spoke about Pete Crow Armstrong earlier, who again is on pace for 28 homers and 35 steals. Who would you rather have rest of season? Scott Byron Bucksdon or Pete Crow Armstrong. Hi, Rick Bucksdon, hire, but not by a lot. Yeah, I think I do too. Yeah, I have Bucksdon at 14 and PCA at 17. Bucksdon, I mean, the biggest thing is Kenny stay healthy. We talk about that all the time, along with my trout. But yeah, this is now a couple of years, I guess two years. No, probably longer than that. We're like, whenever Bucksdon plays, he's been really, really good. It's like massive pull their rates. He hits the ball hard. He barrels it up. That's just, can he, can he stay healthy? That's, that's the biggest question there. But I do agree with you. I would lean Bucksdon over PCA as well. What about a third base? The Metz got smoked here, but Boba Shett picked up three more hits. He went three for five. He had nothing else in his tatline, but now has multiple hits in four straight. And over his last 11 games, he's hitting 413. He's got three homers, 12 RBI during that span. And the other name here is A.U. Hideo Suarez, who had himself a bit of a revival game, two for four with a double-dong, including a Grand Slam, six RBI. Over his last five games, he does have three homers, seven hits, eight RBI during that span. Kind of feels like another really streaky hitter Suarez where he can, you know, get going and really carry your team. But who do you like better, rest of the season, Boba Shett, or A.U. Hideo Suarez? Oh, but Shett. The only reason your faith might have been shaken is because the severity of the injury he dealt with at the end of last year. And so is he still feeling some lingering effects from that? But the underlying numbers remain strongly expected stats. And now very rapidly, his actual stats are catching up to the expected ones. And I think he can feel good about that. Suarez is 34 and his bat speed is down a mile per hour this year. It had been very consistent prior to that. Strike out, rate is up. Exevelocity way down. Both the average in max. Which it may just be, you know, he missed a chunk of this season with injury. He's a streaky player, like you said. It's extra concerning when both the top line numbers and the underlying ones in the stack has data points when they're both look bad. It's extra concerning. But, you know, those, the data points can also rise and fall over the course of the year. They can also just be, you know, a player in a slump can have just be behind pace in those. And that maybe what's going on with Suarez here. I think given the state of third base, particularly in corner infield leagues, you needed to stick with him. And if you started him in this one, obviously you got major rewards for it. Hopefully it's the start of Suarez getting back on track and delivering the kind of power numbers we're used to seeing from him. But I can't say that with nearly the confidence I'm saying it for Boba. Shit. Let's move over to first base. I have two. I think they're more so corner infield type players at this point. I don't know why I bring this name up almost every day. He's, he's pretty mid, but Spencer Torkelson, he had another home run. So that's his 12th home run. He has three in his last four games. Over his last 17. He's got five home runs at an OPS near a 50. He's 53% rostered. And Esauk Paratus is the other name. The power is up so far in June. Not so much the batting average has four home runs 11 RBI 953 OPS and 12 June games, but hitting just 205 during that stretch. Scott, who do you like more Spencer Torkelson or ESOC paratists rest of season? Paratists. I think paratists is still paratists and in the end his numbers are going to look about like they normally do. Obviously, there's no playing time concern anymore with Carlos Carey out for the season. That's been true for a long time. And we're going to see his power numbers tick up very soon. All right. And the last one I have here, a couple of ACEs. This one's a little bit closer. Not that I don't really know what you could do with it outside of like a challenge trade, but a interesting talking point. We've got the old vet, Zach Wheeler, yet another strong start. This one against the Marlins six shutout innings with nine strikeouts. He had 12 whiffs on 97 pitches. He's just been incredibly consistent. A quality start in eight of 10. He has gone six plus innings in nine straight and tastes burns is the other name not as efficient here, but another solid outing against the meds five shutout innings with seven strikeouts. He had 19 whiffs on 100 pitches. Also very consistent. Two earned runs are fewer in 13 of 14 and seven or more strikeouts in six straight. Who do you like more rest of season Zach Wheeler or chase burns? I think probably Wheeler, just because we're used to seeing him take on volume. I mean, obviously the late start, he got off to recovering from from the surgery. There aren't going to be any innings concerns for him rest of season. And and Burns will probably run into that at some point. He's big. Great. He has lived up to the breakout label that I and many others gave him. He has allowed two earned runs or fewer in every start, but one he's gone six innings or more and more than half of his starts. But that's going to catch up to him given the limited innings accumulation that he's had leading up to this year. So at some point, it may be worth thinking about trading Burns. If you're trying to get the absolute maximum out of his value, because again, at some point, they're going to have to curtail these innings. Yeah, I think that's the exact same for me as well. We both have them back to back as of now with chase burns ahead one spot. But I think I'm going to make that and look, they're both great. It's a really close call. They're both inside our top 15 starting pictures. But I do agree. I think chase burns, whether it's, you know, they'll insert another six men into the rotation at some point or they'll just space it out a little bit more. Maybe they skip them a little bit in the second half. They're going to find a way to probably keep those innings to around. I guess it's like 160. I can't see Burns throwing much more than that last year. He got right around 110. So I mean, 50 any jump would be pretty massive there for chase burns. So that's the only reason why I would ding him a little bit and put Zach Wheeler ahead Wheeler veteran, as long as he stays healthy, they're just going to let him go. So yeah, I give him a slight edge over chase burns as well. Let's take our final break. When we return, I have the most dropped players on CBS from this weekend. Then we'll get into some waiver wire names from Monday. We'll do all that right after this. Welcome back fantasy baseball today. The most dropped players on CBS fantasy baseball leagues this weekend on the hitter side of things. Ryan Welchman. I think a lot of people saw this one. Cummins got down from 59 to 43%. I think that makes sense. I think it's probably going to continue to drop. Ildemaro Vargas from 65 to 50%. Basically is not playing anymore for the Dbacks. He has started just three games since June 5th. So has lost a lot of playing time. I think it's pretty clearly okay to drop him, right? Yeah, there was a question early on. He had that collision with Max Muncie at first base and that's around the time the playing time started to dry up for Ildemaro Vargas. But he's been back in the lineup since then that I don't think that's what's holding him out. I think just poor performance and wanting to give other players a chance. It was surprising. He kind of came out. I know where this year and earned regular playing time because of that. But he has turned back into a pumpkin pretty clearly. All right. We did get a bunch of injured hitters getting dropped in leagues as well. Dolly Scarcea. He was put right on the 60 day I.L. And I mean, he looks like a shalv him for his former self. Anyway, so I think that one's okay. Dalton Varsho dealing with a wrist injury has not looked the same as last year with the improved bat speed and average directive velocity. So I think it's okay to drop him in some of those shallower leagues as well. Ramon Louriano. He's out for the season, I believe. So he could probably go. Vinnie P is an interesting one. I think in shallower leagues where you have limited I L spots, it's fine. I think in leagues where you don't have I L spots, it's fine. He obviously was not performing well before this injury as well. In some of the deeper leagues or if you have I L spots where you could just afford it, I would try to hold on. But you know, if you absolutely can't, I think it's probably okay. What is his roster rate down to? Do you have that information? I can pull it up pretty quickly, I think. I think it's probably down to around like 80 if I saw correctly. 83% pretty high. That's still pretty high. But you know, people will get frustrated as they're waiting for him to return and probably drop him more leagues. He was kind of the cover boy, the cover boy of my all over roster team even before he got hurt. And I think he's still over rostered considering now he has hurt. All right. Edwin Aroyo also being dropped in a good amount of leagues right now, not that he was ever rostered in many, but if you picked him up in a deeper league, I think long term, keeper, dynasty leagues, things like that. I think he still has some upside, especially in that ballpark, but I'm not so sure it's going to happen right now for Edwin Aroyo. So I think that's fine. Chase the water. Last name on this list from 90 to 83%. So still rostered in a lot. His skill set lends itself to a point's league player. There's just, there's been a real lack of impacts. Got I mean, since we got those first five home runs in the first, whatever it was like six or seven games of the season, I think he only has like one or two since. So are you okay dropping to lottery? And some of those shallow formats. Yeah, I would say so. So let me pull up. Let's see. Yeah, it was five home runs in his first seven games. And since then, he has two, two, and he has a sub 700 OPS, pretty even straight out to walk ratio, which is why okay, points, leagues tend to be shallower, but that is the right skill set for them. I'm sure he'll get hot again at some point, but he's not doing anything for you right now and obviously hasn't established the sort of reputation that justifies infinite patience. So I think you can probably do better in three outfield of leagues, certainly even a five outfield of leagues, probably don't drop them in the five outfield of leagues, but I don't know that you want to be starting him right now. The most dropped pitchers from the weekend, Zabby Matthews from 56 to 41%. Seven earned runs in two of his last three starts. So I think we said that one was all right last week. Zabby Matthews, Jeffrey Springs from 55 to 41%. His he got off to a good start, but over his last 11 starts, he has a 679 ERA 156 whip. I think that that one's all right to drop right? So got Jeffrey Springs. Oh, yeah. Yeah. James and Tyone from 46 to 36%. He is on the aisle. He I think was allowing the most home runs in baseball, even before he got hurt David Sandlin. He got sent back to the minors last week. So that one makes sense. Grayson Rodriguez, he went on the aisle. He's been very bad since returning as well. Touch Sui Mai from 53 to 44%. He was trending up and then he allowed five earned runs in less than an inning of work over the weekend. He just he has not shown us nearly enough. So I think that one's all right too. Agreed. Mitch Keller from 71 to 62%. Last six starts. He has an 870 ERA 173 whip. I think that one's all right. Taj Bradley from 92 to 83%. So still rostered in a lot, but people are starting to lose some faith. Five starts since returning from aisle 657 ERA 162 whip. What do you think about Taj Bradley? Scott should he continue to be dropped and be rostered less than 83% of leagues. I haven't totally lost hope in and Bradley. He's looked bad since coming back from the pectoral injury. He's also changed his approach since then throwing his splitter about half as often. And that's his best pitch. That was kind of the key to the breakthrough we were seeing earlier. Even when he was doing that for as well as he was performing, there were some discouraging indicators under the hood, a lot of hard contact seemed like he would be vulnerable to the long ball at some point. And so it may just be regression hitting him hard here. But since there is that change in approach, specifically regarding his best pitch, I think he might be able to get out of this. But he's been so bad recently. It's not like you have to hold on to him if you need to free up a roster spot. Last two names on this list, most dropped pitcher, Zach Galen. From 61 to 53%. I still think that's too high. He's got a 535 ERA 153, Weblesson's 6K, Pranayan on the season. And then this last one's kind of interesting too, Landon Roup. From 78 to 70%. He was very good early on the season. Last eight starts for Landon Roup, 577 ERA, 164 Web. So that's a pretty big sample, Scott. What do you think about Landon Roup and potentially dropping him? I still like a lot of what I've seen from Roup. For instance, 297 FIP on the year. I mean, that kind of sums it up, doesn't it? There was one really bad start on June 1st. I'm sure isn't helping that number that you gave the 535. Or what was it? The 577 ERA in his last eight starts. Yeah, I mean, just breakout numbers still pretty good during. He's been really inefficient during that time too. Yeah, there've been. The where I start with the walks was that starting walk 5 and 4 innings. But there, you know, 3 walks of 5 and 2/3, 3 and 4 innings. With eight strikeouts. I don't know. There's still a lot of good in here that. That makes me want to hold on to Landon Roup. Of all the names you've listed off here, at least at starting pitcher, he is the one that I would most. most. opposed. I think you need to hold on to him. Obviously, if it was your only way to get Dustin May, I think you'd be all right, making that swap right. Landon Roup. Yeah, Dustin May needs to be more roster than Roup. Yeah, he is already. He's up to 82%, but still could be out there in some of those shallower formats. Sure. Yeah, I would make that swap as well. Let's move over to Waverwire hitters from Monday's action. Cole Carrig, we've talked about him a lot lately. Just another impressive game. I wanted to highlight one for three with his third home run. He had four RBI in this game. Also had a really impressive basses-loaded walk when I was watching this game. He started in center field. He moved over to shortstop, so maybe could gain that shortstop eligibility as well. He's got three homers, eight RBI and OPS right at a thousand through seven games. Really small sample, but he was an electric player. I'm surprised that we've seen this much power early on, because we didn't really see that much. He was more of a speedster in the minors at least this season before getting called up. Yeah, there were a lot of extra bass hits in general. A lot of triples, a lot of doubles. This is not like he was a zero for home runs. This is an Xavier Edwards coming up. He had how many was it in the minors last year? 15 home runs, two years ago, 17 home runs. Very good at pulling the ball. It hits at a decent amount in the air, but really it's just when he does hit it, he tends to pull it. I'm not totally surprised. He's delivering power here. I don't see him being a. Even a 15 home or guy the rest of the way or anything like that. But there's going to be a few more. I think there's going to be plenty of triples, especially playing at course, field, plenty of doubles, plenty of steals, which he hasn't really even put on display yet. There is a lot to like here. I think cold care could be a very useful fantasy player. And if he does pick up shortstop eligibility, even more so. His first appearance there, he's going to need five. But it was encouraging that the Rockies were willing to do that. That's the first sign we've seen of them moving them over to shortstop. Definitely needs to be rostered in all five outfielder leagues. What do you think about three outfielder leagues with Kari? Are we there yet? Would you want to get ahead of it and maybe just like put them on your bench? I'm not going to say he's must roster in three outfielder leagues, but I want to have a problem with it. If you're not satisfied, we do a third choice there. And there have just been so many injuries lately too, man. John, Jacuna, Rooker going on the aisle too. It's been tough. I want to be picking him up over like Jack Caglione or who's somebody else you could pick up in those shallower leagues, shallower three outfielder leagues. It's a lot of these young guys lately, but would you put him ahead of breaking Montgomery with what you've seen so far? Yeah, I think you had it that way anyway, right? Yeah. If I care, I'd get ahead of Montgomery from the beginning. All right, moving on to Dylan Cruz who had his fourth home run, three RBI. Last nine games, he has three homers, seven runs, eight RBI and a steal. The overall numbers, they look bad. And Dylan Cruz is not, he has not earned the benefit of the doubt. He's hitting 195 with a 595 OPS. But I am here to tell people to hold on to Dylan Cruz if you have him. The underlying stuff scout looks really good here for Dylan Cruz. 91.4 average EV 268 XBA 469 X slug. He's not walking very much, but the strike hour rate is below 20%. I think if you have him, it's a hold. And if you're in a 5-out-fother league where guys like Montgomery and Cari Gerardi gone, I would try to pick up Dylan Cruz. I really like what's going on underneath the hood right now. So I'm more skeptical, but I have noticed the same thing. 268 expect a bad Average 469 X slug. I mean, those are good numbers. Yeah. If he can meet those numbers with his actual production and that's what the bad about that shows he should be doing. That's what those numbers mean. Then we'll have a player here. That's a big if. I mean, obviously he hasn't actually performed that well. But now it's encouraging. There's more reason for encouragement now with Dylan Cruz than we've seen in a long time. All right. Let's slide over to two catcher leagues. JT Real Muto. He's flashing some power here in June. He's got three homers, two steals in 10 June games. He is also hitting just 176 so far in the month. Any Rodriguez of the pirates. He's quietly been very good. Three for three with a walk and his third home run. The problem has been the playing time. He has started just seven of 13 games so far in June. But he's hitting the ball hard. He's walking a lot. Barrow rate looks good. Scott, who do you like more in a two catcher league? JT Real Muto or Indy Rodriguez? I haven't thought about that comparison directly. Probably still real still real Muto because this is it's very thin. The high notes for Indy Rodriguez right now. I'm not saying they don't exist. That walk rate is great. That pull air rate is great. And he's had a couple of big games here recently. But no, Real Muto. I think he's still serviceable and obviously he's done it a lot longer. Yeah. I think because of the playing time, I probably lean with Real Muto too. But if we get to a point where Indy Rodriguez is playing more consistently, I would be willing to make that swap. But I just don't see how it's going to happen. The pirates still have Henry Diaz. Henry Diaz. Henry Davis. They have Joey Bart who's working his way back from injury. So it's a crowded position crowded with like not so talented guys. But you know, I think we need to see more playing time from Eddie Rodriguez. First, a deeper corner infielder Josh Bell. He's coming back to life two for four with his eighth homer. Last eight games. He's sitting 333 with three home runs and 10 RBI. 19% roster. I think we leave it for 15 team Roto leagues or deeper. Right. It's got Josh Bell. Yeah. That sounds fine to me. It's hard to get excited about him at this stage of his career. He can't be useful for stretches. But not not somebody you're going to want to trust in for long. Wever wire pitchers. I have three shallow names and names that again. We have talked about a lot, but they're still sitting around there in some leagues. JT Ginn, a solid outing against the pirates. Six innings, one uner and run with three strikeouts, but did have 13 whiffs on 98 pitches. Walbert, Arania just barely notched the quality start here at the D-backs. Seven innings, four runs, but three of those were earned. Three strikeouts to two walks here. Ryan Nelson, a quality start against the Angels. Seven innings, nine hits, two runs, five strikeouts to zero walks. Sorry, Scott. I can't believe the sound bite. He did not throw the fastball 60% of the time in this one. He did it. It hasn't been as consistent this year. The good starts being 60% or more with fastball. The bad starts being less than 60%. It's less than 60% in this one. It was the slider that got all the whiffs. Slider action. That was pretty good here. How would you rank these three? Nelson, Arania and JT Ginn. Ginn is far and away number one. I believe we're all three of these guys among my sleeper pitchers for this week. Also, it's off to a good start as far as that goes. Ginn, though, in his last eight starts, including the rough one in Las Vegas, where, you know, pitchers just didn't stand a chance. Including that, last eight starts for JT Ginn at 206-ERA-110. with 8.4 Kper 9. 8.4 Kper 9, you know, I said it for dust and man, I'm gonna say for again too, you'd like that to be better. But that's with a 12.7% swinging strike rate and those eight starts, which would normally yield more strikeouts, 12.7% swinging strike rate, but if that was his rate for the full season, those eight starts, if it was for the full season for JT again, would put him in the top 15 for swinging strike rate among qualifiers directly in between how about these names, Paul Schienz and Yoshino Buoyamauto. - Pretty good. - For a great ground ball pitcher, who's gonna work a deep into games? I think again is, I think this legit breakout, I think he needs to be rostered everywhere. Arrania, good ground ball guy, walks too many. I think he's going to remain more of a streamer than somebody you need to roster all the time. And I don't know, I guess Nelson's probably in that category too. I might like Nelson a little more for Roto because I think there's going to be a big separation and whip there, but Nelson hasn't looked as good this year. He hasn't been getting strikeouts like he did last year. Not that he was a big strikeout pitcher, but now he's just like an awful strikeout pitcher so far this year. - Yeah. - And so that makes him less than must roster, I would say. - Yeah, I actually, I go the other way with Nelson. I think he's only someone that should be rostered in points leagues because of that, that spark eligibility. And like his bad starts had been really bad. Like it's not worth the good starts like this one because I mean his bad ones is completely racu ratios. While the whip should be better, it's just, he's just a very different pitcher this year. The five ball rate is up, the barrel rate is up. His XERA entering Monday was 536. So I'm alright using Nelson in a points league as a spark, but to me there's just been too many blowups, too many barrels this year against Ryan Nelson. So I would rank him third on this list. I do agree with you on JT Ginn. Who do you like more in a vacuum moving forward? JT Ginn or Dustin May? - I wanna say I'd like Ginn more. I don't know that I could bring myself to rank him ahead of May, but I think Ginn has more to work with. - Especially, I hear you're saying, but I think just the environmental factors, I think he got to give it to Dustin May. The fact that he is just a, it's a better park to pitch in. It's a much better defense behind him as well. And just the fact that JT Ginn's home games are in Sacramento, although this start was good, it still is a pretty bad place to pitch. So I think that would be like the outside of the factor. - Being as good of a ground ball pitcher as he is though. - That's true. And yes, you did have all four of Dustin May, Ginn, Ryan Nelson and Walbert Arrania on your sleeper pitchers. So let's go, Scotty. - Door. - Another name you had on your sleeper pitchers was Jared Jones. So we pick you up, Scot. - Yeah, we gotta bring you back down a little bit. - We gotta bring you back down a little bit. Jared Jones rough outing here at the athletics, four innings, eight hits, five runs, two homers allowed in this one as well. And I'm not sure what to do with Jared Jones because I think the stuff is filthy. I think long-term there's a lot of upside here, but he's yet to go more than five innings in a start. He's allowed five earned runs in two of four starts. So at 84% roster, I'm starting to question if that number should be that high. - I think it should be, but I think it's a stash situation. I mean, the stuff looks really good. Obviously, it's been a radic. He's rusty. It's been a long time. I felt like we were kind of forced to start in this week in most cases because he lined up for two starts. He only gets so many of those from any pitcher. He wanted to go well at Sacramento, at Colorado is still coming up. That's tough. So the matchups, it's like the worst two places he could possibly pitch. And it was kind of a hail Mary, I think, worth it for the upside, but now it doesn't seem worth it because he had another bad start. - Yeah. - Two deeper names, Eric Lowell, a quality start, and Andrew Alvarez of the Nationals. He's not going deep at all. He's pitched mostly well. He gets ground balls, decent whiffs. I'm intrigued. I just don't know that the Nationals are gonna let him ever go deep enough into his starts, but very deeply named Scott, do you have any interest in an Eric Lowell or Andrew Alvarez? - Not really. - All right, let's keep things moving. And I got some leftovers here on the hitting side of things at JJ Blade. Big game here, but I noticed he has been slowing down a little bit, two for four with his 13th home run for RBI. His previous 25 games before this, still had six home runs, but hit 220 with a 745 OPS during that stretch. So where are you at right now on JJ Blade? - Still pretty happy with him. I, people want to give up at the first sign of, he has the stretch of bad games, okay, that's it. The JJ Blade show is over, but then he comes right back with a game like this. And you know, there's more going on here than just him putting up good numbers over a stretch, more than just a hot streak. It seems like there's actual skill improvement here. Average bat speed is way up. Fast swing rate way up. And that was the same sort of leap that allowed George Springer to go from having his career on life support to producing like an MVP again. I mean, it's transformative. And we've been seeing it going back to Springtourini. JJ Blade is different. Don't give up on him when he has a down stretch. I did just want to look up very quickly what his bat speed has been during this stretch where everything has been down. And let's see if I can pull it up quick enough. So over his last 25 games, heading into Monday is a bat speed, still pretty much in line, fast swing percentage down a little bit, but still much higher than where it's been. So yeah, the bat speed stuff is still up during this stretch where he has struggled a little bit. So overall, I think your point remains that, you know, changes are being made. And obviously for the most part, JJ Blade has been really, really good this season. Kyle Tucker wanted to mention him as well, two for four with his sixth home run, three RBI, nice to see him hit a home run in LA, where he has just been awful this season. At home, a 184 batting average, 579 OPS on the season. And I mean, that's really what dragged him down most. God, if you give him the numbers that he's put up on the road, it still would be a little bit of a down season, but it would be close to Kyle Tucker production. He's just been really, really bad at home so far this year. - Yeah, and that's kind of surprising. It seemed like it was a good environment for him, especially a big improvement over a rickly field. I don't know, I haven't, all this time, I haven't lowered him in my rankings much. Of course, I've moved to behind like James Wood, but he's still in my top 10 in the outfield. And I, we are getting, we are getting, we are getting the faith. We are getting dangerously close to, or maybe we're there already, Jackson Turyo moving ahead of him. Turyo's been so good and good. - Yeah, I mean, that wouldn't be, that wouldn't be crazy. Obviously, Turyo was the second round pick himself, at least before, I guess all throughout draft season because the hand injury happened on opening day, right? - Right. - So that would be, that would be crazy. That wouldn't be farfetched, I think that's fair. But when do we get closer to like Cody Belinger, or Mike Trout, or Byron Bucksen, or Pete Cromstrung, names like that, you know? - I'm not particularly close. It's tough, man, 'cause he has-- - Maybe another month of no, yeah. - He has such an extensive track record of being a stud. I know he was really bad in the second half last year, but he was also playing through injury. And he plays on the best offensive baseball. So it's like, you know, you're inclined to keep the faith, but there, look, there's no doubting it, man. He has been a train wreck this season for fantasies. - I mean, the Dodgers are the smartest organization in baseball, and they're paying him almost 60 million a year. (laughs) - True. - Like, if there were red flags there, they would have found them. They would not have paid him this money. And I don't know, nothing under, like, yeah, things are down a little bit, eggs velocity down a little bit. - It's just, everything is down a little bit across the board. - Right, it's EV is down, barrel rate is down. Strike out to rope a little bit. So it's just kind of everything combined. - Yeah, I think I would be more inclined to buy on Tucker than sell, that's for sure. - All right, some pitching left over. Show to Emanaga, another solid outing. This one against the Rockies, five and two thirds, one run, three strikeouts to one walk. He did have 12 whips on 85 pitches. He actually left his start with zero earn runs. He had two runners on base, but Phil Mayton allowed one of those in to score. And he actually threw his curveball, a decent amount more in this one. It didn't get whips, but it did help him just get some called strikeouts. last two starts. He's looked much better. Both have come against the Rockies. So I guess we have to put a little asterisk there for a show to Emanaga and a mixed start for McKenzie Gore seven innings four runs 10 strikeouts, but also two homers allowed in this one. He did have 17 whiffs on 102 pitches. It's it's kind of been a McKenzie Gore season. It's a 427 ERA a 131 whip. He's been inconsistent from start to start any thoughts on Emanaga or McKenzie Gore. I think it's I guess a little bit interesting that Emanaga's leaned into his fastball so much these last two starts thrown at about 60% of the time in each and it's gotten good results. So it seems like a tweak that's helped. I don't know that it's something he should stick with his blitters awfully good, but he seems to have righted the ship enough that we can entrust him with line up spot again. I'm kind of just I'm tired of analyzing McKenzie Gore. You know, he had a game with a lot of strikeouts. He just does that sometimes, you know, the ultimate charizard. And you have to burn you or burn somebody else. And you have no idea when to start him either. It's yeah, it's fresh. Like you start him this week because he's a two star pitcher, but it's and again, this was, you know, not a terrible start, but from an ERA perspective, obviously, it was not good. Poinsley, it was okay, but yeah, frustrating pitcher for sure. I've already take that next step this year. I thought getting into the Rangers organization really get home park to pitch in. It would be better, but has not been the case for McKenzie Gore call it to the bullpen for the twins with a two run lead. Yoendries Gomez got the final four outs for his seventh save. I believe he now has five of the past seven saves here for the twins 29% roster. It's got dare I say the twins have found somebody. Maybe I don't know. We all find somebody eventually, Frank. Yeah, I think five of the last seven, as you said, for them, seven saves overall for Gomez. And he's been great since joining the twins cast off by the raise, which is ironic because the raise are the organization that take these nondescript unheard of pitchers before and turn them into something. Well, this time, they're the ones who missed out apparently because the twins have figured things out with Gomez here. And nobody else in the twins bullpen has an ERA below 450. So I don't know why they want to just stick with you, Andrews Gomez. I mean, it's working. I don't entirely trust the improvements he's had with them. But again, like what's the alternative? I think Gomez is emerging as the guy for sure. For the Rockies, Juan Mahia got the ninth inning with a one run lead. He walked one. He committed an error. And then he walked another. He was relieved by Seth Halverson who came up in RB. I single followed by a game ending walk. So Rocky's bullpen, very bad. I don't think anyone matters there. For the Dbacks, Paul C. Well, got the ninth with a two run lead. He allowed a solo homer, but picked up his 18th save. And for the Dodgers, Tanner Scott got the ninth with a one run lead. It was a clean inning for his eighth save of the season to stream or not to stream on Tuesday. We have Tyler Phillips at the Phillies code isenga at the reds. Robert Gasser against the Guardians. I only mentioned that because no Jose Ramirez. I think the Guardians are going to be a pretty good team to stream against Andre Pellante against the Padres Edward Cabrera against the Rockies in Chicago. Zeppie Matthews at the Rangers, Kubo Racher against the twins, Marlkelli against the Angels, Brandon Young at the Mariners. I like on Andre Pellante against the Padres. He was one of my sleeper pictures for the week. I like Brandon Young at the Mariners. He was also one of my sleeper pictures for the week. Do I like anyone else? What was that Frank? Marlkelli. Get the Angels. Yeah. I mean, they shrank up a good amount. You would be the third choice, I think. Yeah. I'd probably go Pellante at Marlkelli and then Edward Cabrera. That one's for you, Chris. I know Chris liked Edward Cabrera. So we'll try it out. He likes Edward Cabrera against the Rockies on the road to be clear. In particular, yes, that's a specific matchup on Wednesday. Not as good. Zach Latel against the Royals, Peter Lambert against the Tigers, Kyle Leihy against the Padres, J.R. Richie against the Giants, Brandon's Brod against the Guardians, Javier Saad against the Rockies in Chicago. Don't make me. Don't make me do it. I don't want any of these guys. You got to do it. Zach Latel. I would probably say Javier Saad, even though it's gross, but again, it's like the Rockies on the Roan. So Latel's been pretty stable lately, but man, the good starts aren't worth the bad starts. I can also see J.R. Richie against the Giants. Yes, the Giants have hit better in June, but I still don't think their offense is very good. And then Sprote, it's very risky. But again, those Guardians with No Jose Ramirez, I think they're lying up. They're not going to strike out very much, but they just have no thumb whatsoever. So I think we're going to be streaming against the Guardians quite a bit. Moving forward. Team Name Tuesday, let's wrap up here. This one's from Andrew in Norwich, England. Thank you for the support across the pond. I've been running my team, the fried green tomatoes for the year and getting steadily worse in the pitching categories. I think I think he had Max free and Hunter green. That's what that name means. Yeah. And has not had those guys for a while. Unfortunately, needed to change things up. So I've gone for a rebrand. So now they are the B with B. Woo. Is that just wit boo? B with B. Woo. What do you think? I don't know. I don't know what it's referring to. So I don't want to react. I know. I know. I know. Whatever we do, Team Name Tuesday without Chris. I'm like, man, we're probably going to struggle, but we'll try. We'll try. This one from Colin, you say jump. I say, LOW high. Yeah, I like that one because it forces you to say Brandon Lows name properly. You know, a lot of people want to say, low, that's what it looks like, but it's loud. This one's from super, the young and the Rasmussen. Kind of a stretch. Yeah. Jared, Jared Young to Rasmussen. This one's from Nathan team one. Waka gonna woo when Lee comes for you. There's a lot going on. And a second team is bad weather holds brewing. Okay. And these last two are from Ryan in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. So his team is Tally me Bazzana and his opponent is jump in the line. Who will win the battle of the Beetlejuice bangers? There's a lot going on there. Yeah. Okay. I can I can deal with that. Yep. Which one do you like more? I think Tally me Bazzada jumping the line. It's pretty good. I mean, we keep thinking of more and more interesting ways of using gauge jumps name. Yeah. I'm just going to have a whole catalog of of gauge jump sound drops. So I hope he becomes awesome. Yeah, it looks pretty good. Yeah, I think I think we're divided. I think I like jumping the line more, but they're both good. Yeah, they are. We are going to wrap there for Scott. I Frank thinks Zoe is for tuning into fantasy baseball today. Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. Dustin May on kuuma syöttäjä, jolla on viime aikoina ollut erinomaisia tuloksia, mutta hänen nousunsa rankingissa herättää kysymyksiä myyntikorkeudesta.
  2. Nick Kurtz on osoittanut valtavaa parannusta lyömällä 10 kotijuoksua 16 ottelussa ja kävelemällä paljon, mikä tekee hänestä erittäin arvokkaan fantasy-pelaajan.
  3. PCA on iskenyt syklin ja on yksi baseballin kuumimmista lyöjistä, mutta hänen ailahteleva suoritustasonsa vaatii varovaisuutta.
  4. Colt Keithillä oli kolmen kotijuoksun peli, mutta hänen yleinen hyödyllisyytensä fantasy-pelaajana on rajallinen, koska hän pelaa vain oikeakätisiä syöttäjiä vastaan.
  5. Useita pelaajia on palaamassa loukkaantumisista, kuten Yuri Perez, joka saattaa palata odotettua nopeammin, ja Tommy Edmond, jonka odotetaan pelaavan vain muutaman kerran viikossa.
