Psycho-Cybernetics Saved My Life...Here's How To Use It
44m 55s
The speaker argues that life is like a game where we play a character, but most people never consciously choose their character—it is programmed by childhood, trauma, work, and society. After hitting rock bottom and exploring psychocybernetics, the speaker discovered that identity is programmable and that outcomes in life are downstream from identity. This led to creating "Choose Your Character," a 21-day identity transformation challenge. The course is structured in three weekly themes: Week One (Wake Up) helps users become aware of their current reality and how they got there, including a guided visualization to connect with past and future selves and a documentary test for honest self-assessment. Week Two (Upgrade) focuses on installing new programs, such as becoming the type of person who embodies desired traits and clearing mental and physical clutter. Week Three (Embody) guides users to step fully into their new identity. A gratitude power-up exercise is included to balance appreciation for the present with aspiration for the future. The speaker shares a personal story of achieving seven years of sobriety and transforming their life by shifting their identity from a drinker to a healthy, sober person. The course is designed as a fun, playful framework for taking conscious control of one's life.
Have you ever stopped to think who chose the character that you are currently playing? Let's just assume life is a game. When all games, first thing you do is you choose your character, depending on how you want to play the game. But think about your life. You are playing a character. You have an identity. And your identity is how you see the world and how the world sees you. It largely dictates what you think is possible and what you think is impossible. It leads to your habits, which lead to your behaviors and your outcomes and your circumstances. But so many times, we don't choose our character. It's chosen for us. Think about it. Things like you're upbringing, you know, your childhood, your past traumas, your work, your job, where you live in the world. So many of these things shape our identity and dictate the character that we're playing in the game of life. But I figured out something along the way. And hitting rock bottom to dive into all this. But when I did that, I dove into identity shaping. I dove into manifestation. I dove into how reality works. And I discovered something called cybernetics and psychosyvernetics, which essentially is talking about how your outcomes and in your life is largely dictated by how you see yourself, your identity. And here's the really cool part. That identity is programmable. And the scary part is everyone's identity, where their character has been programmed. But most of the time, it hasn't been programmed by them. It's been programmed by the world, by society, by your schools, by your parents, by your families, by your friends, by your environments, by all sorts of different factors. That programs your identity. What we learn in psychosyvernetics is that you can reprogram your identity. Yeah, yeah. Now that's cool. That led me to create something I call "Choose Your Character", which is a more fun, playful version of psychosyvernetics based on some of the principles of cybernetics, but also a lot of the principles of my own law of probability and some other things that I've brought together and created this framework for consciously being able to identify your current character, realize how you got here, and then consciously choose either an upgraded version of that character, a different character, or just to try to kind of consciously guide that character through the game of life. So in today's video, I'm going to do something a little different. This isn't a sales pitch, even though I do have a course, I am going to be walking you through the entire course of "Choose Your Character" day by day as a 21-day framework. And I'm going to go through everything on day and tell you the psychology behind everything that we do. So if you are a part of the "Choose Your Character" cohort and you already have joined, this is going to be an amazing introduction and guide for your journey. And if you have it and you're just curious, well, even if you don't get the course totally fine, you are going to learn so many things through today's video and have a new perspective on life, on character, on identity, and on how you can take conscious control of your life and have that free will, that freedom, that agency that you need to be able to really feel like you are in control of your life. This is a fun one. Let's dive in. Hello, friends. Welcome to another exciting episode of "Conscious Observers." Today we're going to deep dive on "Choose Your Character." I've been spending a lot of time on this, weeks and weeks in the making months, in the making. I mean, years in the making of understanding these principles and these philosophies, but months of putting it into like a workable framework that's teachable and then many weeks of creating this course. And I'm just going to walk you through it in the next 30 minutes or so. So this is a kind of a cliff notes version, but you'll get a good comprehensive overview. So let's dive right in. "Choose Your Character" is a 21-day identity transformation challenge. And this started because, you know, seven years ago, when me and Sarah were going through our, you know, when I hit rock bottom and I was kind of dragging her down with me, we were like, you know, I got out of the hospital and I was, I was dedicated myself to like getting healthy, but I still had my old mindset, my old identity and it was pulling me backwards. And even though I wanted to go forward, everything was pulling me backwards. And I was in this tug of war. And she proposed that we did a 30-day hard stop, no drinking, no anything, or 30 days, because my problem was alcohol. Bused all sorts of things and ended up in the ICU, multiple organ failure, pancreatitis, severe withdrawals, almost died. And that was in very bad shape. And when I got out, I relapsed because I was still hanging on a maled identity. And what happened is we did this 30-day challenge. And in that 30 days, I completely shifted my identity, completely, like 180 degrees. And I went from someone who identified as a drinker and did all the things drinkers do, you know, hanging out of bars and hanging out with different groups and crowds of people that were drinkers, to changing my identity to all of a sudden I was like, I became the person I said I would never was going to become. I never wanted to be one of those annoying, sober people counting the days. And I was like, you know what? That's what I want to be. I need to be that. It's not even if I want to, I need to be that. And I adopted that identity and everything changed. My business took off. My health, you know, got really good. I lost 60 pounds. I'm seven years sober now. All these things happened like domino effect. And I realized something. I was like, whoa, like I didn't have to like try to do all those things. Like obviously I was putting in the work. You know, it didn't just magically happen. But I didn't have to like focus on each individual thing. They all just became like symptoms of this identity shift. And that's when I was like light bulb boom. The identity part is the most important part. And just like you learn in psychosovernetics is that all of the other outcomes are downstream from identity. That's when I was like, ooh, that's really important because my identity that was dragging me down that took me to rock bottom that almost killed me was a decades old identity that I just kept. I didn't consciously create it. It was implanted, installed on me at a young age. And I just maintained it. You know, I defended it. I thought it was me, but it wasn't me because I didn't choose it. It was just a victim of my circumstance. And that's when I really realized that identity is the most important part. But I didn't understand how identity works. I didn't really know what identity was. We think, oh, we're born. And this is who we are. We are this character. But then when I got older, you know, I'm 46 now, I was able to look back on my life and say, oh, my God, I've been many different characters in my life. I've had lots of different identities. I mean, you at the core of you is still you. Like that part doesn't really change. But the skin you wear, the costume you put on, the mask you wear, the character that you step into, the role, the way that you see the world and the way the world sees you is constantly changing. But we're not constantly changing it consciously or self. It just changes. And then we adapt. So what I did with this course is I figured out, okay, what are the actionable steps? What can we do to put ourselves into the driver's seat and craft and mold and design this identity, this character, exactly how we want. And that's what I did right here. Okay. So day one, we call it the character reveal. And this is super powerful. I take you through this guided visualization with binomial beats where you basically go into a room and there's a table with two chairs. You sit down at one of the chairs and you are your current you, you're you right now. Okay. And in through the other door walks you from, let's say three years ago, you get to choose the time interval, but I suggest three years because it's far enough in the past to where, you know, it's a lot's changed between then and here, but it's not too far to where you can't remember things because if I said 20 years ago, you'd be like, I don't know what I did 20 years ago. Right. Three years ago, you from three years ago walks in, sits in the other chair and you'll have a little conversation and I guide you through the whole thing. And what this does is it lets you see that you have grown and changed and evolved in three years. You've overcome adversity and done different things and you identify some some identity gaps, some things that separate who you are now from who you were then. And you also see that who you are now is the future version of a previous version of you. Okay. That version of you leaves and then you're sitting there by yourself and then we do a little, you know, identity audit of you right now. And then through the other door comes in you, but three years in the future and since the tables now it's you right now and then you in the future and then you get to ask that version of you questions because before the previous version of you was asking current you questions like, okay, what did I have to do to get there and how did I grow and these things now you get to ask future you those same things. See how this works. So now you get to see that there is a future version of you and that you will overcome adversity. There are some things in front of you that seem insurmountable now, but you're going to look back and be like, oh yeah, that wasn't that big of a deal. And you're going to be able to like kind of communicate.
and channel this future version of yourself and find out what are your three biggest identity gaps the three biggest things that separate current you from future you and This is all important stuff because then the next day day two we go into your character backstory because every character has an origin and we figure out You know how you got to where you are now You know you you realize that your past has a lot to do with your current and even your future It's a trajectory you have this momentum that carries you through life and what we're doing here We're creating kind of a fork in the road, right instead of just going on this steady momentum You know just being like ah, we'll see where this takes me We're we're kind of putting a deliberate fork in the road and changing course a little bit That's day two and then day three we go into your current character and I have a pretty interesting Thing that I do here because the What I realized is Most people tell stories, okay? We don't like we we sugarcoat things we make excuses. We we live in denial. It's what we do, okay? Don't worry. I'm not I'm not piling on you. We all do this every human does it So if I ask you to tell me tell me about yourself now You're gonna give me some of the good stuff You're gonna leave out some of the nasty stuff and you know, it's not a brutally honest audit and what we do here I created this idea called the documentary test where you basically pretend That you had a documentary crew following you around for the last 30 days 24/7 period and they don't hear the thoughts in your head. They don't know what your dreams and visions and aspirations are They just see you Objectively, here's you here's your behaviors. Here's your habits Here's what you're doing here's how you conduct yourself in the world and then at the end of the 30 days They give an honest assessment of who you are and what we do and this is we break down what this documentary crew How they would assess you and this is the best way I have found to get a just brutally honest objective Overview of where you're at right now in your life. Okay, little snapshot. So that's what we do in Day three when we analyze your current character and Then we go into the future you so day four is you know, you want to become the type of person who now This is a very important exercise because I learned this The hard way, you know, I was trying like when I first got out of the hospital a long time ago I was trying to get sober and I was going through the motions and I was doing the things that People that I was following and trying to get inspiration from we're doing and I didn't have a lot of success that I have the little success and then I would backslide and when I realized is that I was just doing things I was going through the motions, but I didn't change who I was and then I decided one day I was like I need to become the type of person who is sober I need to become the type of person who is proud of themselves who is is healthy You know, and then all those other little things will take care of themselves So what we do in this day and day four is you become the type of person who and it's an exercise I take you through that that establishes that because that identity shift there is when everything changes, okay? It's a big deal and then we go into day five, which is the gratitude power up and the gratitude power up is very important because A lot of times when you we do things like this. I'll get this pushback from people. Well, they'll be like, you know You're supposed to live in the now man. It's all about now and though referrals What's a book to me about talking about the now and that when you do things like manifestation and any sort of like self-development or future planning or goal setting or any of these things that this is You're robbing from the now, you know, the future is robbing from the present kind of a mentality and I don't subscribe to that I think you can do all the things. I don't think it's binary I don't think it's like if you're planning for a future than you're not thinking about the present or if you're manifesting something You're not grateful for what you have. So what we do in day five is a gratitude power up because Gratitude is one of the most effective and powerful things that you can do. I mean it is immensely rewarding I think everyone should have a gratitude practice and everyone should Should do some sort of a gratitude practice every day when you wake up and right for you go to bed every night It will pay dividends. It's free. It's easy. It's fun. I everyone should do it period But in this exercise specifically what we're doing is We're using this ID ideal idea this idea that You can be grateful for what you have While still aspiring for more and that the point of life is to grow and to learn and to evolve and that's all about moving forward From learning from your past So we learn from our past and we move forward while at the same time pausing to be appreciative and grateful for what we have now and I think that you can do all those things and I actually think all those things are necessary I think you have to you have to live in this multi-dimensional world where you Understand how the past affects the present in the future you you plan for and in hope for and dream of and envision The future while still appreciating every second of every day and being grateful for what you have I can be grateful for my house and still Have a dream house that one day I obtain that doesn't mean I'm not grateful, right? It just means that I'm grateful for this but I still strive for more and and that's a completely healthy mindset And that's what we do in day five It's a lot of fun and then day six is clear your cash, okay? Clear your cash is just like a computer You know when you have a computer and it's running real slow. You're like, oh my god I got files in here from 10 years ago and I have programs open running that I haven't used in three weeks You know and you're just like that's why everything's running like crap because I just have too much stuff in here Well, hey to break it to you, but we are the same way our lives are the same way our cars are cluttered our houses are cluttered Our minds are cluttered our lives are cluttered everything is cluttered and a lot of it is past stuff past stuff that not just is like taking up space But a lot of times it's it's detrimental to your forward momentum because it's like a tether It's pulling you backwards. So what we do in day six is we begin the process You know, it's one day each of these days is meant to be a 10 to 20 minute exercise That includes watching the daily video and doing the daily workbook exercise and all that stuff I don't want this to be something that's daunting or takes a lot of time So these are a lot of these are kind of bite-sized things, you know, and a lot of them are like getting you started Installing new habits and behaviors and just changing the way you think about stuff So obviously you're not going to clear all your cash in one 20 minute session But it helps you identify what needs to be cleared and then it walks you through taking steps to begin that process and It's very very beneficial. There's so many things like that that that make a big difference because you're just like oh my god So much of the stuff in my life the clutter the cash is Is old outdated stale like why is it here? You know just remnants of past versions of you so we clear all that out and then day seven is A really cool one, okay, we end week one. So there's three weeks 21 days three weeks and each week has a different theme So like week one is wake up we have to wake up to our current reality And how all this works how we got here then week two is upgrade we're gonna upgrade and stall these new programs and then week three Is a body we're gonna step into this new identity So we end week one With day seven the perfect Tuesday meditation This is a guided meditation with final beats. I do all these this all the videos are mine There's like 25 or 26 videos in this course and every day you have a video and there's multiple guided Visualizations and meditations they don't have to do it's just like this bonus You know, I suggest you do them because they're very effective. You don't have to Anyways, the perfect Tuesday meditation. I created it. I'll give you a quick backstory I do coaching I do one-on-one coaching not as much now as I used to I used to do a whole lot and A lot of people at higher me to be like a Manifestation coach for lack of better words meaning there are some sort of outcome They wanted in their life and they just needed help getting there whether motivational Or even just structurally like creating you know processes and and techniques and stuff for acquiring these outcomes. Okay so many people would come to me and When we're talking about what it is you want to manifest A lot of times it was financial. That's just the world we live in they need more money for whatever Maybe some of these people are very wealthy people that just needed more money. Maybe they needed seed money for a new venture or whatever but a lot of people were just regular people that just needed more money to live a more comfortable life and So you know, I would go through a question here kind of a thing with them and you know a lot of times I went like this I'm just gonna simplify it a lot of times I went like this. What do you want to manifest? Want money? How much money do you want? I want a million dollars being very general here, but I actually have this conversation many times Just like this and okay cool. What would you do with the million dollars? I just gave you a million dollars today. What would you do and this is how it always went? Well, I would quit my job Okay, we'll start you're not gonna get too far these days with a million dollars no job But hey, it's a good start a million dollars you quit your job then what I would buy a house buy my dream house cool Okay, now you quit your job you have your dream house now what I would travel the world. Oh, okay. Yeah, this is fun I heard this so many times I had to create an exercise to just get past all this because we're just wasting time just going through the same thing Of course you quit your job buy a house and travel the world. Okay, so I created this perfect Tuesday meditation and it goes like this You this is all guided meditation by normal beats real pretty You wake up you're in your dream house You walk in the kitchen you pour your you're morning drink and you sit down on your porch It's a perfect Tuesday. Okay, this is in the future. Let's say five years from now everything went perfectly to plan You have all the money in the bank you could ever want you have bought your dream home and you travel the world All those things are done. You don't need to worry about it. It's all done It's Tuesday. It's not your birthday. It's not a holiday. It's just Tuesday
You wake up, you pour your morning drink, you sit on the porch. What do you do? What do you do with your day? And that's the meditation. Who do you spend your day with? Like what do you do? What activities do you do? You know, how do you feel? Those types of things, you would be amazed at how difficult this meditation is for so many people because the things they want to focus on are job, house, travel, mostly. And then it goes to like, "Well, I would spend time with family." Okay? Fair enough, what would you do with your family? And then a lot of times it goes to like, "Hobby, so I'd go kayaking or I'd go fishing or I'd go for a jog or I'd go read a book." Okay? Well, those are just things. You can do that any day. You don't need to live in your dream life. I wanted to go play ball with your kids or to go for a jog or to go fishing. You can do that anytime you want. So what this gets to is a core of, if you had ultimate freedom, freedom, there's that word, freedom to do whatever you wanted to do. What would that thing be? Maybe not just that day, like what would it be in general? And in this meditation, the reason I do a meditation and I don't just ask you these questions is because when you're in a meditative state and you've kind of, it allows a lot of the world to fall off, you know, your stresses and your influences and stuff, and you can really get to the core of you, you know? And that's when you get the most honest answers. And a lot of times what comes out is stuff that people don't really expect. It's a lot of times it surprises them. They're like, "Oh, God. I always have people journal right after and you get a workbook with this thing and it's got all the worksheets in it." And so many times the answer is different than they expected. And that's how you know it's good, right? Because it's not just you projecting or you're subconscious, throwing something out there to make you happy. A lot of times you'll get this answer and you're like, "Whoa. I didn't really expect that, but that makes a lot of sense." Or that feels right. And now, you know, that is the thing. That's the thing you need to focus on. That's the thing buried inside there. It's buried under all the layers of Earth life. That's the thing. So that's the point of this meditation. It works. Week two. We go to week eight or date. Day eight, we go back to the very first exercise we did where I call it the three selves interview. You know, you interviewed your past self and then your future self. And what we do, I have this diagram and the workbook and we identify your current character and your chosen character. The chosen character is your this future version of yourself that you're trying to manifest here. You're designing, you're creating. And we identify the three identity gaps. These are the three things, the three biggest things. I mean, there might be 100 things that separate you from that version of you, but there's going to be three big things that are your, I call them, identity gaps. These are the three biggest things that separate current you from your chosen you. And just as like to kind of show how this isn't, you know, to kind of simplify it, we did the past version where in the three selves interview, so the past you talked to current you. And you can look at that version of you from three years ago and you can say, okay, what are three things that separate me now from me then, right? And then you can just carry that forward. It's okay. Like this, you know, let's kind of extrapolate that into the future. But instead of this future version of you, just being a, you know, just a simply a future version of you because life will go on you in three years will be a three year down the road version of you. But you just want to be in this like growth mindset where you just are incrementally better, or do you want to be in this like scaling mindset where you are, you know, exponentially, you know, elevated. So that's what we want to look at is this exponentially elevated version of you and look at the three identity gaps. What are three things that separate that version of you from this version of you? And then day eight, we identify and we close gap one, okay, because the idea here is if this is your current character and this is your chosen character and there's three things that separate it. Once you close those three gaps, then you have now become the chosen character. You've now shrunk that gap or even eliminated that gap. Therefore, essentially transforming into this chosen character. So that's a powerful one. So we do that for day eight and then day nine is identity gap two and then day 10 is identity gap three. So now we're sailing. Now we're in day 11, which is the future self filter. And this one I've used for years. I've talked about it quite a few times. I put out something called the manifestation manual years ago. It was just a download and this was part of it. And it was like a 20 something part manual. And this was the part that people like the most. It really works. And essentially what you do, I take you through this visualization where you. And you realize your future self in this optimal form, right? What Neville Goddard would call the wish fulfilled state. And you are in this wish fulfilled state, meaning that you you are this kind of optimal, manifested version of yourself in the future. And what you do is you turn them into you sort of encapsulate that version of you after you visualize it and make it real. You encapsulate the version of you and you install it in your current self as like a almost like an AI assistant, right? Like like this filter as far as I call it the future self filter. And you filter all your decisions through it, meaning everything you do, ask yourself, would future me do this? What would future me say would future me tell me to eat this or eat that go to this meeting or not go on this trip or not be friends with this person or not, you know, engage in this behavior or not. What would future me advise? And if you take future use advice all day every day, guess what? Eventually, you turn into future you. I mean, you just you become this ideal future version of yourself because you have now done all the things that that person would do. And over time, you just morph into this person. It is wild. I've been doing this for years and I can tell you now I am the person that I used to use as my future filter like I have morphed into for the most part. I would say about 90% of that person and I'm still doing it. You know, it's like an evolving thing, you know, and but it's really powerful and it really does work. It's kind of like advising yourself from this like third person point of view, but that third person is still you, just a different version of you. And it works. It's a lot of fun. I like that one a lot. And we go into day 12. This is something that we're adapting from the law of probability. It's the programming your your RIS, which is your particular activating system. The particular activating system is one of my favorite parts of our biology. It's this bundle of neurons at the back of your brain stem that basically filters your reality. I mean, we like to think I did a whole video on the RIS before, but we like to think that are that we see reality for what it is. But we don't. And it's actually pretty scary how how little of reality we actually see. Like I'm sure you've seen those stats before that like we only see a tiny bit of the visible light spectrum. We only hear a tiny bit of the auditory spectrum. We only can feel a tiny bit of like the sensations that are available to us. We there's so much data out there, but we only experience a very small sliver of it. Well, how do we know like how do we decide what sliver of that information we experience? Right? Like I want to experience all of it, right? No, you don't. So crazy like think about it. We don't even hear the swooshing sounds of like the earth spinning around or flying through the universe or any of these things, right? It's filtered out because it would be too much. We've evolved this way. But then on top of the evolutionary biology part, we are always all day every day programming something called the reticular activating system, which is this filter that filters out 99% of things because it would just be too much. So when you go through life, we have our VR headset first all on. We're sitting here and we're observing life. There's things everywhere. There's data everywhere. And if we took it all in, it would just be too much. So what happens is we focus like like looking at life through a straw, right? And we focus and the RAS, the reticular activating system is what focuses that now we can program it here and I'll show you how next time you're at a coffee shop and you're sitting there, there's people around talking. You probably can't hear any of their conversations, right? But they're there. They're all around you. Why can't you hear their conversations? Or RAS focuses it out. Okay, next time find one person in the coffee shop. There's some guy over there who looks funny, whatever that guy. Focus. Tell your RAS, I want to hear that guy's conversation. You'll hear it all of a sudden. You'll hear the words he's saying to the other person. Well, why do you hear it now and you didn't hear it before? Now you're focused. Okay, we do in this exercise, day 12, the, I call it the red Jeep phenomenon. Say you're going to test drive a car and you go and you test drive a red Jeep and you're driving it and you're like, oh, this is really good. And you get out and you look at it and you're like, man, that's a good looking red Jeep. You're like, all right, let me think about it. I'll come back and you drive home. What happens? You see red jeeps everywhere, right? You're like, good Lord, everyone has a red Jeep. Well, this sucks. I can't buy it now. The same number of red jeeps are on the road today as it were yesterday. But now your particular activating system has been honed in and told to focus on them. You have targeted. You've selected and tagged that red Jeep. Okay. Day 12 is we use that to your advantage and we create a red Jeep phenomenon for your identity change, something that you're probably filtering out right now that you want to filter in. And once you do this, it has a dramatic change, just like how you see red jeeps everywhere or when you're hungry in public and then everyone's eating all of a sudden, you're like, what the hell? A kid eating a hot dog walking by, a piece of truck, you know, food everywhere. You know, there was always food everywhere. You just weren't hungry before. As soon as you get hungry, you notice food everywhere. So what we do is now we're going to program the RIS to start looking at the RIS.
looking for your red Jeep. But first you have to figure out what your red Jeep is. That's day 12. Okay. Then we get into day 13, a symbol of your squad, which is really important because like they say, you become basically the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. But what's really cool is in this day and age, it's not like we're in this tribal society anymore like we used to be. You have access to billions of people, you know? So what we do in this is we have a three circle exercise where you identify your local people you spend most time with and then your extended network and then your virtual mentors. I call them digital mentors, but these people that can influence you and guide you and mentor you that you don't even ever have to meet. They don't even have to know you exist. I have people that I follow, I read their books, I do their courses and workshops and I watch their YouTube's and listen to their podcasts and they have a big impact on my life and they don't even know who I am. There's a good chance I'll never meet them. And it's crazy, you know? And one day maybe I will meet them and I'll be able to say, hey, you have had a huge impact on my life and they'll be like, oh, that's crazy. I only know who you are. (laughs) So those people are important because they're part of your, they can be a part of that five people that turn you into who you are. Right? So what we do in a simple your squad is we, we do a little house cleaning and just kind of reallocate your time and attention to the people who can bring out the best in you. Okay. Day 14 is level up. So this is really important. There's a quote from Tim Ferriss that I really like and I don't know the exact quote, but essentially goes like this. Most people underestimate themselves and overestimate other people. Meaning we look at other people that are successful or whatever and we say, man, that guy's good or that girl's good. I could never do that. You know, that's overestimating them and underestimating you. What we realize is when you get to know these people, you realize they're just regular-ass people. They're not special. Most of them, you'll even, that's why they say, you know, don't meet your heroes kind of a thing. It's like a lot of times you meet people and you're just like, oh, you're normal. You know what I mean? Like you're just a regular person. Like what the hell? Like why am I not doing big things like this? Well guess what? They're doing big things because they think they can do big things. They think they're capable. They have confidence. They at least, like it's a possibility for them, you know? And a lot of people will just say, oh, well, I can't do that. You know, that person could do it, I can't do it. And so we underestimate ourselves while overestimating other people. And what we do in this day is we flip that around, okay? And it's a big booster, okay? So we kind of raise the difficulty level of your game. And you know, kind of tap into Grant Cardone's like 10X, you know? He's got this principal, he wrote a book a long time ago. It's a pretty good book. And it was just called 10X, I believe. Basically what he says is, take any goal you have and just multiply it by 10. And then even if you don't get to it, right? Because it's gonna be usually this big audacious goal. If you took something and you multiply it by 10, holy cow. But even if you don't hit 10X, you're still gonna surpass where you would have if you didn't do that. So say you're trying to manifest a million dollars, he would say, well don't do that, try to manifest 10 million dollars. And you're like, well, I probably won't make it to 10 mil. And he's like, yeah, but you'll probably blow past one mil. You know, what if you land on five mil? That's not a failure. You just five X to your initial goal, right? Okay, so that's sort of the principal behind day 14 level up. Now we're in the week three in body. This is where we step into our chosen character. This is fun. Okay, so day 15 is the trial run, where essentially it's kind of the fake it, till you make it type, you know, philosophy where, you know, we're going to test drive. We're gonna trial run. We're gonna basically just live and breathe and do everything that this, you know, future chosen character would do. And it's supposed to fill a little awkward and a little funky because you're not there yet. But the more you do it, the more comfortable it becomes and the easier it becomes. And then, you know, it's like that whole thing like they've done all these, you know, tests and studies and stuff that showed that visualization works almost as good as doing the thing. Like they'll take athletes and split them in half and they'll say, okay, this half is going to actually do the exercise and this half is just going to visualize doing the exercise. And when they test them, they have the same performance. They even are working the same muscles, even though half the group isn't even moving. So your brain a lot of times can be tricked. It doesn't really know what's real and what's not. It just knows what it believes. And if you do something and you visualize it real enough with enough intensity and intention, your brain and your mind and everything just assumes that it's real and that's happening and then rearranges things. And that's what the trial runs all about. I walk you through the whole thing. And then, you know, we go into updating our bios, which sounds petty, but it's not because, like I said, identity is all about how you see the world and how the world sees you. And, you know, a big part of how the world sees you. That first, you know, touch point a lot of times is your, I don't know, your profile picture or your your email signature or your bio on your social media or these types of things. You're about me page on your website. And so many of these things are outdated. So I walk you through updating all that stuff and that can make a big difference. Really it does. And it also helps you step into this new identity, you know, because you're putting it out there. And then we go into the map, the map is in a super powerful one where we basically go into the future and reverse engineer the checkpoints, the big checkpoints that separate where you are now from the future, but not like behavior wise or anything, but actual checkpoints, actual events. And that one's a really good one. Day 19 is boss battle. All good games have a good boss battle. Well, I guarantee you there's something that stands in your way between your current character and your chosen character. It might all be mental. Might just be a mental shift. It might be, you know, you need to move to a different location. You need to quit a job or you need to find a certain person or you need to to pay off something or whatever. There might be some big thing, this looming thing. And humans are really bad at doing all the little things and putting off the big thing. Because the little things make us feel accomplished. We're like, I did 20 things today. Like, what did you do that one big thing? Nope. It's like, okay, why? I don't want to. So you have to do the big thing first. So many productivity experts always say that. Wake up, do the big thing and then do the little things. But we usually do it reverse. So boss battle forces us to face this boss and you'll be happy you did. And day 20, the meeting. The meeting. This is when this is a guided meditation with binomial beats that I walk you through. This very powerful meeting of you and your, your future self, your chosen character. And when you meet and you merge with, it should send goose bumps down your body and shivers up your spine. You should be crackling with energy because you have just now merged with this future version of yourself that you've been building for three weeks. This is a very, very powerful one. And then we go on to day 21. He's seeking mission. He's seeking mission is based off of the principles of cybernetics. Cybernetics. The guy who created cybernetics initially back in the 1950s. Actually, he started it in the 1940s and it was right off the world or two when we were trying to create better missiles. We used to just shoot stuff in straight lines and hope that it would hit his target. But they were like, well, the target's always moving. So we need something that can lock on to these moving targets. That's when we started creating things like heat-seeking missiles. And that's the guy who created cybernetics because he realized that intelligent systems, it doesn't matter if it's a missile system, an airplane, a thermostat, a human body, flowers, everything that's an intelligent system uses the principles of cybernetics, which shows that there's three main components. You have to know where you are, you have to know where you're going, and you have to be able to make intelligent adjustments in between because where you are is always changing and where you're going is always changing. Nothing is static. Nothing in the universe is static. You might think, okay, if I stand still, I'm static. Nope, you're breathing. You're decaying. Even the earth is spinning. Everything's moving constantly. Nothing is static. So your goals can't be static. You know, your identity can't be static. Everything has to be in a constant state of change. And you have to be able to be adaptable. And you have to be able to make adjustments on the fly. So what we do with heat-seeking mission is we zoom out and we think bigger and we basically say, okay, you're creating this upgraded version of yourself now. Well, what's this upgraded version of yourself going to do? It's like, what if you outgrow your game? What if you're too big for your game? We need a bigger game, right? Zoom out, create a heat-seeking mission. A mission that's bigger than you. And make it in a way to where it's going to have freedom to change and grow because you have freedom to change and grow. And that you're going to make adjustments along the way so that even if your goal changes or grows, you can still hit it. And that's what heat-seeking mission is all about. It's based on the principles of cybernetics. And it is fun, right? Because it gives this new character a new quest, right? And that's exciting. So that ends the choose your character. 21-day identity transformation challenge. And you can see from all this, I mean, we hit it. You are a multi-dimensional person. You're a multi-dimensional being. So we have to hit this from every single angle. And we do all sorts of different exercises, different techniques. We go into the past. We go into the future. We analyze the present. We do this mentally. We do this intellectually.
we do this emotionally, we do this physically, we do all sorts of things because you are all sorts of things. Right? And we hit it from every angle. And when you do this, you learn so much about yourself. You learn, you know, where you came from, where you are, and where you want to go. And also this character that you're creating, it changes. It should change over the 21 days because at the beginning, you are sort of selecting a character. And then by the end, you now understand why, why this character exists and why you want to be this character and what the point of all this is and what this character is even going to do once you do become it. And you, you, you, you start to to develop the purpose behind it, the why behind it, the why behind the what and everything. And, and it's a lot of fun. It's very powerful. And, you know, even if your life is perfect, right? You might say, well, I like my character. Well, this isn't necessarily like changing who you are. Like what we do, especially at the very beginning, is we analyze what you like. Like we literally put it like what do you like and what do you want to keep? You know, what do you want to improve and what do you want to get rid of? Right? What do you want to leave behind? So you can love your life. And this is just going to upgrade it, you know? Or if you really want just a complete pivot in your life, this can do that too. It really does apply to everybody. So the, the course is out now is 50% off this week. So go get it.
