Prince Harry's New UK Grift, with Piers Morgan, Plus Ilhan Omar's Mysterious Millions, and the Amy Acton Mom Ad Drama | Ep.1423

The episode covers a range of political and personal controversies, centering on Prince Harry’s return to the UK and the backlash against his public appearances, which are viewed as performative and hypocritical. Critics argue that Harry and Meghan are using a "fake royal tour" to generate attention, undermining genuine royal duties and public trust, especially amid their history of criticizing the monarchy. Meanwhile, a political ad targeting Amy Acton’s mother, claiming she is a liar, sparks intense debate about truth, emotional manipulation, and political tactics. The ad is criticized as exploitative, while the broader context of Amy’s past allegations and emotional instability is questioned, with her mother asserting the claims were fabricated. The discussion highlights the effectiveness of negative political ads, referencing historical cases like the Willie Horton ad. On a separate note, the U.S. Supreme Court temporarily blocks President Trump from banning gender-affirming care for prisoners, maintaining funding for these treatments. The show also critiques political hypocrisy, including Harry’s lawsuits against the media and his contradictory messaging, while noting growing ideological divides across the political spectrum, with right-wing and left-wing figures forming unexpected alliances on key issues. Ultimately, the segment underscores the volatility and emotional intensity of modern politics, where personal narratives and emotional appeals often dominate public discourse.

Welcome to the Megan Kelly Show live on Sirius XM channel 111 every week day at NEAST. Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelly. Welcome to the Megan Kelly Show. A lot to get to on this Wednesday, including the latest in the investigation into Congresswoman Ilan Omar with President Trump speaking out about it and Ilan Omar speaking out too. We'll also have a reporter who has covered her alleged financial misdeeds very closely. But first, Prince Harry speaking out in his first interview since his move back home to the UK, claiming he really wants to reconcile with his family. Watch. You have talked about at times having a complicated relationship with your brother, your father. Is that something that you agree? Yes, of course, I think from a family perspective, again another massively relatable issue for so many people. Yeah, probably why there's so much fascination in the everybody's family. Everyone's family and then people maybe look at us and go, "How are you going to work it out?" Maybe that will help me work my stuff out and some people don't want it. What are you going to work it out? Well, some people don't want it to work out. I want it to work out. Of course I do. Is this one thing that you think you can repair? Yeah, of course. Certainly, letting go of the past, that's something that I would encourage everybody to do. If there's certain things from the past that are still affecting you every day, that's harder to let go of. But, you know, for me, there's enough drama in the world and enough drama in people's lives than to continue with issues with family. No sooner had he put that out, then they had to come out his team and clarify that he wasn't talking about his brother when he said some people don't want to work it out. You want to even now to break it all down? Our pal, Pierce Morgan, he is the host of Pierce Morgan Uncensored on YouTube and all podcast platforms. And maybe you will be sharing your story with them and me soon too. Great to have you back. What do you make of Harry's redemption tour? He's just such a monumental, gigantic, hypocritical, dreadful little turd, as we would say in the UK. Everything about him is cringe. He's like he's just walked out of a therapy session where he talks about himself for eight hours, and he genuinely thinks we all see him as some kind of enormous victim. When, in fact, I see him very squarely and I think you share my view. It's the perpetrator of all this stuff. The five years him and his wife have been yapping away about the royal family, about Britain, about the monarchy, trashing all of their family members from the Queen to the now king to his brother, William to Catherine. And let's not forget, doing all this, while Prince Philip was dying, Queen Elizabeth was dying, Charles then gets cancer, Catherine gets cancer, and it nothing stopped these two. And all that has stopped them and all this change is the American dream, which they proudly told us was going to be their rescue move away from this dreadful country of ours over here, has gone belly up. So the money's dried up, Netflix checks have stopped, they run out of cash, they've got all these outgones. So they've now slithered banks of Britain, and they want us all to pretend nothing's happened. Well, sorry, I'm afraid we've got longer memories than old Amnesia and Harry Halfwick. What do you make of their fake royals tour that they're on? Because Rob Shooter, reporter, he has a sub-stack called Naughty but Nice, and he's got some royal sources. And he is reporting that they're thrilled with how they're obviously fake little appearance the other day went where they had a smattering of fans, most of whom they seem to have orchestrated their appearance there to make themselves look beloved. His approval rating is the lowest other than Prince Andrew in the royal family and hers is even lower, but they are reportedly thrilled with how the pictures came out and that and Rob is reporting they've got another six gigs lined up like this where they're parading around like, like they're still working members of the royal family. Well, they're not and I get a bigger crowd when I go to my local cafe in West London for a morning coffee. I mean, if you saw the overhead shots, it's absolutely humiliating. There's about literally a hundred and fifty people there, right? And not you say they're clearly bust a few of them in. Most of the people you see in the group shots are media who were there because they thought this was so ridiculous they had to cover it. But the real problem here now is that when they're yapping away from California, that's one thing. It doesn't materially affect what the working world, the actual working world's do in this country. But if you look at today's front pages, what they ought to be doing in this country is reflecting what the actual royal family are doing, which is very important today is the 60th anniversary of one of the worst natural disasters in the history of Britain. And it's where 116 school children who were at school were killed by a landslide of coal waste, which came down a hill, enveloped the school and killed them. It was in Abba fan in Wales, all the major royals are there today and they're paying, you know, due commemoration to this dreadful dreadful thing. But the front pages are all full of Harry yapping away about his family, being a hypocrite again, saying he didn't mean his brother when obviously he meant his brother and so on. And this is the thing. He talks about not wanting drama, he talks about wanting to move on, he talks about, you know, having a reset and so on. But it's all because of him. And ever since I've got back here, we've had more drama. They put their kids into a school, they move them out after two days from school, they complain about the paparazzi, then they go and encourage a paparazzi to turn up at this fake event they're having. They're trying to run a rival royal family, which you can do from California and people to here don't really care. When you do it in Britain, you are directly competing for attention that the actual royal family need and work for on a daily basis. So this is very damaging what they're now doing. And I think the king should step in. He's already made it clear in a statement that for the Lord Chamberlain's office that they are not working royals and shouldn't be treated as such. But there's now precedent, Megan, for removing titles from royals who behave badly. If you saw it with former Prince Andrew, now Andrew Mum, back and Windsor, I think the king should now say, right, if you want to go and do this, fine, you're not doing it under the titles bestowed on you by the royal family and the monarchy. You're doing it as regular Joe citizens. Then see how they get on. >> Yeah, the, I mean, the report, Rob Shooter's report says he doesn't care. It's fine. William and Kate could be seen with Tom Cruise. His new goal, like his mother, is to be the people's prince that he's going to follow in Diana's shoes and win the people over. But I mean, that completely misunderstands why Diana was so beloved and also his own relationship with the press and the people. >> Yeah, and just be clear, when he talks about having a better relationship with the press now because we've all moved on, actually what's just happened, he recently lost, you may recall, a gigantic court case where he and a number of other celebrities took on the Daily Mail newspaper and the Daily Mail one. And there are up to 30, 40 million pounds worth of damages to be paid. And Harry's going to have to stump up. We don't know how much of that he'll have to pay, but millions. And so the reset is being forced on him because he didn't win that case. And I think that's a very important thing to remind people as he talks about wanting a better relationship with the press, he's the one who's been suing all the press. He's suing up the drop of the hat. >> But how is, how is he going to be the people's prince, the way Diana was in princess? >> Well, he's not. >> When, like she got a divorce from a husband who was not faithful to her. So she had some sympathy from the British people. He's calling the British people a bunch of racists who hated his wife and drove them out. If you voted for Brexit, you were a racist bigot, according to him. Now he wants to waltz back into the country that he said he had to flee because they were also awful. And he wants to be the people's prince, how? >> And he apparently is so unsafe he couldn't possibly bring his family here. Then he suddenly brings them all back overnight. And then they're appearing at these events that are doing with loads of people from the public, albeit not that big a load. And everything is later, everything is laced with hypocrisy. Diana, Diana never trashed the monarchy or the queen. She was very, very careful in her critiques about what she did. She went and did her own thing, but she was always talking up the country and she never trashed the royal family. What you're seeing here is a couple who has spent five years doing nothing but trash through all family. That's why they're all family, don't trust them. I don't want them anywhere near them. You know, this idea I'm reading that they may be up at Sandringham for the Christmas with their all family. Forget it. You and I have got more chance of being there, Megan. We would make actually delight, but yes, I'm going to do a lot more than I could actually. No, you mentioned the comments about journalism. Here's Harry. I mean, the way he's talking about himself here is so delusional, Pierce. But here he is and sat for on journalism. And finally, it is fascinating because everybody else has allowed to tell their version of my story. But God forbid, I should should be able to tell the other side of it. I find myself in a very interesting place 42 years old where growing up, I was surrounded by some of the worst forms of journalism, and yet here I am 42 years old doing the best that I can. I think I can to try to uplift and support journalism because of the experience I've had growing up where I'll be damned if you guys who pretend to be journalists are going to drag this whole profession down the drain. Oh, my God. Are we so full of these? Absolutely. Absolutely. Full of crap. The guy is just so full of crap, honestly. Grade A weapons grade crap. Honestly. The hypocrisy. He's running around suing the media. I'll be damned if I'm gonna let you people pull down this lot of profession of journalism. He hates journalists. Of course he does. He actually only likes the ones who write nice things about him, but is there somebody who has sued the media more than these two grifters? No, absolutely not. And of course they always sue while simultaneously doing all the things themselves that they're complaining about. So he does a kiss and tell book revealing all sorts of incredibly intimate secrets of the royal family while suing newspapers for revealing secrets about the royal family. And he doesn't seem to understand that this makes him look a shocking hypocrite. And you know, the best advice I've ever had from any of the royals about how to exist as a popular beloved royal was the late great Queen mother, who was Queen Elizabeth mother. And she lived to 101 and she had a mantra, which was never complain, never explain and rarely be heard speaking in public. That strikes me as still a very, very good template to be a popular royal. It's one that King Charles does, Camilla does, William does, Catherine does. They don't speak very much. When they do, it's very carefully thought through. They support huge numbers of charities. They do diligent duty on a daily, weekly basis, week in, week out, month in, month out. And as a result, they're very popular. These two grifters, everyone sees through them. They're constantly on the make, they're constantly on the take, their fakes and their hypocrites. And people have seen through it. That's why their poll numbers are so disastrous. And if they're going to try and run a rival royal operation on these shores in this country, it is going to go very badly down with the public. I can tell you. Last one on these two, he gives his reason on why they move back to the UK and this GQ interview. Here's what he said. Set one. You just move back to the UK. How come? Opportunities for the family, being able to put their kids in a British school has meant a lot to me. I didn't know how important it was to me. I always thought it was going to be something that I would try and do or that we would try and do. But now they've been in school for two weeks. They're loving it. And it's just giving them a whole different experience. Don't worry, I'm not criticizing American schools. But I think for kids, it's 75 to be able to have that comparison and we have two completely different cultural experiences. It's so important today. But yeah, to be back closer to my family. And to be back on UK soil for longer than a few days or a week here or there, you know. Okay. So, first of all, let me tell you exactly what happened to them at their Montecito schools, which I guarantee you was the real reason they didn't like it out there. They weren't the most famous or the most powerful or anything special whatsoever. That's where the billionaire class lives. He would have been like a pimple on the ass in that group, peers. And I'm sure he couldn't stand it that neither he nor his children were special out there. But how about the, okay, opportunities for my family? What exactly? Because I had Ari Emanuel on here two Fridays ago saying there was nothing. He had nothing to list about what Meghan Markle is nailing or getting offers on. And secondly, he wanted to be back closer to his family. Like who? Who specifically? Exactly. Well, let's have name, shall we, of this family? Because all the family members I know who I've spoken to through intermediaries, none of the one to do with it. They don't want to do with it. It's a complete myth. He hasn't come back for any of those reasons. He's come back because the money in America's dried up and the outgoing are huge. And so they've got to try and get back in the proximity of the actual royal family to remind everybody that they are royal too, therefore you should pay us loads of money. That's what this is all about. And I see right through it as do most people in this country. And if we could do a deal, Meghan, before the end of this interview where you agree to take them back, we'd be very grateful. Oh no, we already got settled with him for six years. We have paid our pennants. Now speaking of the royals, you have a lawsuit going against Charles Spencer, Carlos Diana's brother who wrote this book in September about the royal family and how terribly they treated her, et cetera, allegedly. And he smeared you with defamatory lies, which you filed the lawsuit over saying this book should be pulled off of the shelves immediately. He's absolutely defamed you. Where does that stand? Well, it's interesting. So far, I mean, what happened, just simply for your viewers, is he accused me of perpetrating the most egregious invasion of privacy in Princess Diana's life, which led to a million pound payout by the Mirror Group. The problem was it all happened in 1993, two years before I joined the Mirror Group. So it had nothing to do with me. And he did several pages of the book on this. And then he used it as an explanation for another whopper he told, which is that when he uninvited all the newspaper editors from Diana's funeral after we'd been formally invited and had accepted invitations, he did that purely so he could then leak it to the media and have tabloid editors uninvited from funeral. So he got his grievance against us done that way. But he said that in that phone conversation when he called me, I was really offhand and surly with him because of the history that I had with Diana over this payout. It had nothing to do with me. So the whole thing was bullshit. So he knew he'd done something very bad. He immediately did a grovelling apology to me. The publishers have agreed to remove it from further issues. But what we're talking about now is what they're going to do to compensate me for the inaccuracies they put in. Now this slight complication here has been brought to my attention, making that far from damaging my reputation, this has actually enhanced my reputation, not just with the public, but with the royal family. I'm told the king himself is particularly pleased with me because it managed to mean that on the day of publication of this book where he made all these terrible claims against the king, which I don't believe either, everyone was leading on the news of his apology to me. So it may be I sort of park the lawsuit but get a knighthood. And you'll be calling me superior. >> We are going to Sandrigam, it's settled, I forgot all about that in. I mean, I haven't done anything like that for the royal family, but I have had many sparkling conversations about them that I think they would appreciate. Okay, so enough about the two grifters and the grifter for brother of Diana. You had on an American politician named Jamie West who was everywhere last week as an Indiana Democrat who was clearly drunk in an interview she gave in connection with her county wide race. So this is such a peers Morgan booking, I love it, I love it, you get these people that you would think to like, let's book her, I want to ask her about her drunkenness. You did and got her to admit to it, here's sat eight so fun. >> A lot of people assumed you might have had a drink before you did that interview. Did you? >> I had a course light, I had a beer. >> What, one beer? >> I mean, maybe a couple. >> How many beers did you have? >> I was nervous, okay. >> I get it. >> That was going to be with the former publicans. >> We've all had a drink of women nervous, but just to be clear, Jamie, here's your chance to be completely honest and transparent. How many beers did you have? >> All right. Three. >> Three beers. Okay, what is it? >> Three beers. >> It's trebled in the last 30 seconds. So, do you accept? >> What do you mean, say, man, I had three beers, okay? >> Okay, so, do you accept you may have been a little intoxicated? >> Not that intoxicated, but I do know what I'm talking about, okay, beers. It was clear she had had a few more in advance of her interview with you. >> I think she had. I don't believe it was only three of the first time either. I think if I carried on asking it, would it doubles and trebled a couple more times? So, look, she's an extraordinary character. I mean, you've got to say that these elections at local level are that. They throw up the most remarkable characters. We have the same thing in this country. country. And they kind of, you know what? They kind of add to the gayity of the world, don't they? I mean, she's got no chance. I would think of winning it is extraordinary. They do add to the gayity of the world. I mean, she's no different from Kamala Harris. To be honest, it's just actually, I found it much better. Well, I found it marginally more coherent than Kamala Harris. So let me ask you about the upcoming elections, which are all the buzz over here. You obviously know a ton about America. You would spend a ton of time here. You had a whole show on CNN prime time for years. The midterms right now, you know, if you go by the generic ballot or the latest polls, they don't look good for Republicans. The Republican defense is that they always perform better on election day than the polls suggest and that all these Senate races are within three points. So that tends to be the margin by which they outperform their polls. So it really is anybody's race. We don't know what's going to happen on election day, but I do think that the Republican defenders are deluding themselves about why so many Republicans and independents are fed up with them. I know you've been covering some of it. Your thoughts on where the electorate is right now and some of those issues. Well, I think you're right to have some caution about reading the polls because they've been wrong pretty much all the time about Trump. You know, I remember in 2016 when nobody in the polling world thought he had a chance and he ended up winning. So you've got to be careful, I think. But I do sense there is going to be a blue wave here. And I think they're definitely going to lose the House and they may well lose the Senate. And if they do, it will be entirely self-inflicted. This is the most baffling part of Donald Trump Mark II since he won the presidency again. He started so well. He shut the border. He stopped all that illegal immigration pretty much overnight. It was a remarkable achievement. If people were just voting on that, I think he would win quite comfortably with Republicans in these midterms. But instead, he did a number of things which seemed to fly in the face of all the things he campaigned about. You know, he wasn't transparent about opening up all the Epstein files as he said he would be. He invaded a Middle Eastern country, a tiny Tehran, having said repeatedly, I don't want to do that. We waited too much time and money and people by doing this in the past. We won't be doing that. And so you look at it and you think, how does that square with America first? We're getting prices down at the pump, getting inflation down. Everything to do with all the stuff he's done this year has been to me self-defeating. And I'm sure if he had to do over again, he would not get sucked into this war in Iran because I think ultimately if they do lose both houses of Congress, it will be a self-inflicted wound from a terrible decision. He's now trying to get diesel fuel over here from the Russians who he's lifting sanctions on just months after he'll close them. It's awful, isn't it? But that's not even our problem. You know what I mean? That's not what's causing the Ukraine war is not causing our economic problems. There's nothing to do with it. The diesel prices, the gas prices issue is entirely because of the war in Iran and the fact the Iranian regime far from falling now has complete control of the trade of all moves and that has 20% of the world's energy coming through it and every time America threatens to attack them, they attack one of the gold state neighbors and so it's been going on now all year and it's just gone very, very badly. I think if you're Donald Trump, he can pretend it hasn't, but he clearly has and he's had a knock on a fate on the cost of living for the average American. And I think if you're a farmer in America, you're feeling pretty disillusioned and pretty betrayed right now. Never mind. Other sections of the communities. And so I think Donald Trump, he won't admit it. He'll never admit it. But I think if he had his time again, he wouldn't have let AB Netanyahu suck him into this war as I think happened with Iran because all the knock on a fate on America first, cost of living, diesel prices and so on has been a direct consequence of that one decision. Completely agree. And yet he was out there endorsing Netanyahu last week. Like in this election that Netanyahu is facing. And then our pal Mark Halperin gave JD Vance the vial of plutonium and said, would you like to handle this without gloves on in the following exchange, sat 10. >> I normally don't ask yes, no questions, but I'm going to ask you to and try to hold you to net. Yes, no. Over the weekend, the President endorsed Benjamin Netanyahu for a reelection Israel. Do you endorse Benjamin Netanyahu? President has the most effective endorsement in American or international political history. I endorse American candidates and that's where I'm focused on is the midterm. So I'm not getting involved in Israeli elections. >> So you don't want to say one way or the other way you should do that. >> I'm not anti-Indo-wrestling. I'm not pro-Indo-wrestling. I'm not getting involved in Israeli elections. >> Right, okay. Very smart. Get out of balance, out immediately. There was no great way out of that for JD Vance, but I thought he'd handle it deathfully. But what do you make of it? Because over here, there's a real question about whether JD's going to be able to effectively take the trump baton, given that he hasn't stood up more forcefully to his boss on the issue of Israel. >> Well, it's very tough, isn't it? I think if you are the Vice President of Donald Trump and you deviate away from him in public, you're not going to be in that position much longer. We all know how Trump operates. He likes complete loyalty, and some people like that, they think a lot of his administration would disloyal first time around this time. They've been markedly more loyal as a group, and that's because Trump has demanded they are when he gives them the job. So it's hard for JD Vance, but I think a lot will depend on the midterms. If the Republicans do lose the House and the Senate, then Trump, whether he likes it or not, will become a lame duck president. That will drive him nuts. He'll only have executive orders really to operate with, and it could get very unpredictable and quite dangerous, actually. I think the next two years, if that happens. So it's going to be very interesting to see how this all plays out. I just, when I see Donald Trump announcing a diesel deal with Vladimir Putin and ignoring a new sanctions on the Russians, which is great friend Lindsey Graham had painstaking the words awards and was going to be implemented and just come in two weeks before. I can't imagine that the average American Republican voter is remotely happy with that. Why would they be? The Russia is the enemy of the United States. They're not friends. They're not to be trusted. You can have an argument about whether America should or shouldn't be getting heavily involved in helping Ukraine defeat the Russians. That's perfectly legitimate, and a lot of Republicans I speak to are split on that, something they should, something they shouldn't. It's a perfectly legitimate agreement. But to be sucking up to Vladimir Putin with diesel deals, so then have today Steve Wake-Off are talking about Putin to his face as being a great humanitarian, that doesn't make me puke. The guy is a ruthless dictator. Last question. You said something recently about politics tilting on its axis, that historical alliances are at a breaking point. I feel that too, but I hadn't articulated it in that way. Can you expand on it? I mean, I look at the conservative movement in America. I look at people like you and Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, others, all in your own way different, but I look at the way you're viewing things like the Iran War, like the Epstein files, and so on. There's a lot of common ground now between people on the right, like yourselves, and people on the left who would agree with you. So you're seeing people coming together, they would normally be very uneasy, bedfellows, but they'd been drawn on these specific issues, and you're seeing a real split, I think, in the conservative right, and the really interesting question, I think. And you're seeing, by the way, the same thing on the left with the rise of a democratic socialist and the more moderate Democrats. They've got the same issue here. Which way do you go? And I think the really interesting fallout from the midterm, depending what happens, will be which way the conservative right movement moves towards the 2028 election. What kind of candidate do they want to represent the conservative right? Are they going to start listening more to people like you, who I suspect reflect the views of the average Republican voter a lot more than a lot of the decisions that Donald Trump's administration have been taking this year. So it's going to be really, really interesting. I think for the Republicans, but also the Democrats post the midterms, what do they do about the rise of a Democrat socialist, right? Are they going to move that way, or are they going to move more to a moderate candidate for the 2028 election? Could you see a situation where AOC is then nominee? It's potentially possible. So I think that on both sides, it's really interesting to me. Both split down the middle now ideologically, and you're seeing a convergence between people on the left and right, which I never thought I'd see. Yeah, historical alliances are at a breaking point. Well said. As always, peers, great to see you. Thanks so much for being here. My pleasure, Megan. Great to see you. Let's get into some other stories beginning with the latest from Ohio. Yesterday, we told you about the big controversy involving the political ad featuring the mother of Democratic gubernatorial nominee Amy Acton. Okay, so the mother has appeared in this ad attacking her daughter as a liar. And by the way, we reported yesterday that we believed the Vivek Ramaswamy campaign was not behind the ad that it was a super PAC ad. Well, it wasn't an ad at all yet yesterday. It was a possible ad that was sent out via text to certain conservative influencers and others, not yours truly, seeking like feedback and it turned out that was from Vivek Ramaswamy. So his campaign was behind the ad. Here's Amy Acton's response that came out after our show got off the air. I won't normalize somebody who has said that my childhood is something I'm just complaining about who today just released an ad using my birth mother who I was removed from at the age of 12 for severe abuse and neglect and sexual abuse. My brother and I were removed. I just can't normalize somebody who calls me things like a socialist, which I am not. And then follows that statement by saying the second amendment was made for times like these to eradicate socialism, to get rid of socialists, that's what I'm made for. The words are leaders use matter and I think it's going to take courage right now from all of us to stop normalizing the sort of rhetoric. People need to see that this is a pattern. It was a pattern in the presidential debates. You know, I remember Chris Christie going out with him. I remember Nikki Hailey because he was such a liar and he was attacking Nikki Hailey's 14-year-old daughter on air during presidential debates. Why does she always sound drunk? She's like, got some sort of a slurring or speech impediment or other issue, obviously. Democrats and even some Republicans, I mean, you know the crew, you know, you know the ones. We're outraged by the ad featuring Acton's mother because Acton was removed from her mother's home at the age of 12 after she, as a 12-year-old, made allegations of sexual abuse by her stepfather, her mother's husband. Acton's mother stood by that husband despite the fact that he was reportedly arrested and charged with rape based on Amy's testimonial and he ultimately fled the state moving to Pennsylvania. Now an earlier account of this whole matter when Amy Acton was child because the mother spoke to a different group back in 2020 and the mother's half of the story was in that account. The mother claims that he was indicted, that she, the mother was never indicted and the mother claimed that they were advised by a lawyer to move out of the state and they did to Pennsylvania until things settled down. We still cannot find any record that a criminal prosecution ever actually happened. And to be honest, I'm confused by that because you don't avoid criminal charges in the United States of America by moving from one state to another. That's not a thing. It's not like he moved to Iran, which doesn't extradite to America like, I don't know what happened, but she definitely made the allegation he was indicted and charged and then moved out of the state. And that as far as I can tell seems to have been the end of the criminal matter. Very odd. The Acton campaign seemed more than ready for her mother's comments. Again, she'd made them publicly already back in 2020, because yesterday they promptly put out an ad of their own featuring Amy Acton's brother. I received a lot of abuse, but Amy always got the worst of it. She continued to receive that abuse because she knew she had to protect me from from that and that if she hadn't done that, who knows where I would have ended up. And she's 11 and 12 years old and to think that that's somehow a talking point. Shame on Vivek. It's the contempt he has for Amy is the contempt he has for Ohio. He's not fit to lead. Vivek mean time, not only owning the production of the ad, but now standing behind it saying that he will be spending millions to air it during the final weeks before Election Day. Here's what he had to say last night. It is an ad from our campaign and the thing that I want to say is that I would love for this race and this election to be about the substantive issues that impact Ohioans. And unfortunately, Amy Acton has been hiding from those issues. She won't debate me. She doesn't allow cameras at her events. Every person who appears to know her the best, her former boss, her former colleagues in state government, even the doctors of this state, Ohio State Medical Association, told voters not to vote for her, but to vote for me instead. This is part of a pattern of someone else who appears to know her well, who says the same thing. And I do think that it's important for voters to take all of that into account, especially because Amy Acton has hid from debate and got questions. On Kelshi, there's a lot of trading happening in the race since the ad broke yesterday morning. It's actually up 7% since the ad hit. She now has a 77% chance to win compared to 23% for Vivek. One month ago, she had a 57% chance to win with Vivek at a 43% chance, but her odds have been going up ever since then. So she went up 7% additionally yesterday, but she'd been making up that difference between 53 and 70% over the past month or so. And Vivek was actually favored as recently as July, okay, but now what's going to happen in the final two weeks now that Vivek is putting millions behind this ad. By the way, our sponsor, Kelshi, reflects what traders actually believe. It's real time odds on the midterm elections. You can give it a try if you want. You can use the code Megan Kelly or click the link in our shows description. New users get 25 bucks free when they trade 25 bucks. So a little bit more on this backstory, the mother, Donna, spoke with this group operation rescue in Ohio back in 2020, okay. And this group was taking issue with her as the Department of Health executive director. And whether she was fit for office, they were alleging that she had protected a late term abortionist in Ohio and that she had been mistating facts about her past. And they found Donna, the mother, and interviewed her. I don't know where Donna is now. I'm not sure where the Vivek campaign tracked her down or where she's living. But what Donna told Operation Rescue in this interview was that she had a first husband that was Amy's and the brother's dad that that husband was abusive toward Donna toward the mom that he would beat the hell out of her. And she divorced him that the children continue to see that abusive ex-husband of hers not abusive toward them as far as I read anyway, but abusive toward their mom Donna. And they continue to go to see him. And she alleges that this guy poisoned the well with the children that there was an earlier allegation against her second husband, the guy who's been accused by Amy. And she, this article describes clearly they got it from her that allegation as unfounded. They write, finally, when Amy was 12, she accused Donna's husband, Bud, of raping her. Apparently Bud had a daughter from a previous marriage that had earlier made similar unfounded claims. That's what they write. Clearly, they got that from her. It is possible that this and suggestions made by her father gave Amy the idea for making that particular accusation. Clearly, this is the mother's rebuttal. She doesn't believe the daughter's accusation. She believes that the daughter had been poisoned by her ex-husband against both Donna and the new husband. And Donna did not side with Amy when the accusation took place. There was a grand jury investigation. Amy was called to testify, reading from this Operation Rescue Piece. Donna had gone to court that day to support her husband. She was never personally accused or charged with any crime. They report there are two accounts of what happened when Amy came out of the grand jury room. Acton has claimed there's no mystery. She was estranged from this mom that she went to kiss her mother, but her mother turned away from her. Donna claims she was surprised to see Amy with a new haircut and wearing an outfit that seemed to be not age appropriate for a 12-year-old. As Amy came out of the grand jury room, Donna called to her daughter, but Amy turned and went to her father. Instead, it was the last time Donna would ever see her daughter. She also, in this piece, takes issue, the mother Donna does with Amy's backstory as she had been telling it to the Ohio electorate back then, saying that these claims that she was in 18 different homes and that she had, she was homeless for a period and living in a tent over one winter and often did not have food to eat, were all lies. That is what the mother alleged. She said she kept a roof over Amy's head. She was never hungry that the mother has a couple of advanced degrees and did not have trouble putting food on the table. She was a single mom for six or seven years. She insisted that they were never homeless. They always had food to eat and she always paid her bills instead of living in 18 different locations. Donna told the outlet there were four different homes over the years. And when she married the second husband, bud, there were two more moves after that. So a total of six, not 18, as Amy says. She disputes the business about living in a tent and so on, though the brother seems to be backing Amy. So that's how we got here. That's how we got here. And now you have the collective left absolutely melting down about this ad. As if this ad is so far beyond the pale because it's a mother calling the daughter a liar and it doesn't obviously front the backstory that that daughter had accused that mother's second husband of molesting her and the mother chose to side with the husband, okay. Look, I don't know what happened when Amy acting was 12. What I do know is that as an adult, she has been an emotionally unregulated mess. The in depth report by the Washington Examiner reveals this person as tissue paper thin when it comes to her emotional management, literally in the fetal position, crying regularly during her management of the pandemic response in Ohio, unable to go out in front of a small group and read a pre-prepared for her written statement because she was so paralyzed with fear. Police scene crying in the halls of her office, her campaign has since denied all this, but the Washington Examiner found multiple former staffers and nonpartisans who were telling these stories about her, all the crying and so on. Not one, but two, police visits to her home, 2013 and 2019 for some sort of domestic disturbance. In 2013, it was her teenage daughter who called the cops there in 2019. We don't know who called, but she was allegedly, according to the police, in some sort of an altercation with the husband that led Amy to rip down a mirror off the wall and smash it onto the ground. They said she was taking prescription medication and had been drinking, but that was clear to them, that there was a push to get her to go to the hospital, but she refused. Her campaign later said, oh, she only had one drink. She'd been on the prescription medication for whatever it was for a long time. She just bumped into the mirror and it fell. Okay. So this person, she's got a troubled history. That's obvious. And even in this campaign, her campaign overstated what happened to her at this event when this dangerous man lunged at her at an event. There's no proof of that. He didn't really get anywhere near her and his approach led to a couple of older people being knocked around, which is when the authorities stopped him. And the police then said that Amy Acton ghosted them when they sought follow up about exactly what happened, what her reaction was so on. And then the prosecutor in the case came out to say, I'm sorry, but these are not felonies. This is at best a couple of misdemeanors and that's what this case is going to be. So that's who Amy Acton is. Now, as for the drama around the ad, I want to tell all of the naysayers and I have nothing to do with this ad and I have nothing to do with this campaign. I know Vivek a bit and obviously I'm rooting for him over her, but that's it. Please spare me, spare me your fake outrage. You leftists and milk toast Republicans who are pretending that this is the worst thing that you have ever seen. And some of you must have closed your eyes during the Trump presidency and the Trump runs for presidency. I mean, it is absolutely outrageous, what has been unleashed against him. And many of these same leftist critics had no problem with the most below the belt ads you could possibly make against him. Here's just one, Eugene Carroll in 2024. Stop 32. There's no excuse for sexual assault and abuse, unless you're Republican Donald Trump, supporting Donald Trump sends a message to every abuser, every rapist, and every man who's ever used his power to hurt a woman. Because of he can do it, why shouldn't they? Okay, so stop, just stop, but I don't believe your foe outrage. And you, my distinguished audience, friends, know very well. This is what is done in the last two weeks before a campaign. Somebody like Vivek, who is apparently polling behind, I don't think he would have dropped this ad if he weren't, does something like a swing, a massive swing, to try to change the trajectory of the race. And then the other side purports to be a harohad, harohad, at the, at the below the belt electoral effort. It's just so upsetting. It's beneath contempt. Oh, please, stop it. I don't remember you saying that about the Eugene Carroll ad, or what about this one? Remember this one by John Kelly, Trump's former chief of staff, stop 33. This is also in 2024. >> Do you think he's a fascist? >> He certainly falls into the general definition of a fascist using the military to collapse American citizens, unicorns, and more of the ones that Hitler did some good things to. >> Okay, that was put out by Kamala Harris. Was there the same panty bunching, my God, they called the former president a fascist and suggested he was akin to Hitler. We saw that everywhere in the Hama, Kamala Harris campaign, everywhere the Hitler comparison. Okay, this is absurd, stop. And then there's Amy Acton's campaign. Let's see what they've had to say about Vivek in the course of this race. Let's watch it. >> What Vivek Ramaswamy did to families like ours is unforgivable. He pushed and Alzheimer's drug that he knew didn't work. He made hundreds of millions of dollars scamming people like me. >> Mr. Ramaswamy, you don't give a damn about anybody. >> Nice, nice. Is that above the belt? Is that like, should he, should he keep his hands totally clean? While she launches attack ads like that calling him a con man and a swindler and suggesting a woman's death was on his hands, by the way, even politic fact, deemed that ad untrue. That this woman's death had nothing to do with anything Vivek did. Okay, so she's accusing him of killing somebody. His ad has her mom saying she is a liar. You tell me which one is more despicable. This is just outrageous. What is, the faux outrage in response to this is what is truly outrageous. And let me tell you something else, negative ads. The reason they're done, both by Amy Akten and Vivek now, is that they work. They work. May I remind you about the Willie Horton ad that was unleashed by George H. W. Bush supporters a super pack or a pack at the time, when he was 17 points behind Michael Dukakis. Watch this. Bush and Dukakis on crime. Bush supports the death penalty for first-degree murderers. Dukakis not only opposes the death penalty, he allowed first-degree murderers to have weekend passes from prison. One was Willie Horton, who murdered a boy in a robbery stabbing him 19 times. Despite a life sentence, Horton received 10 weekend passes from prison. Horton fled, kidnapped a young couple stabbing the man and repeatedly raping his girlfriend. Weekend prison passes, Dukakis on crime. Guess what happened. It worked. It moved the needle. George H. W. Bush closed the gap and won the race. I know because Roger L's was very close with the people behind that ad and may have handed it in himself. And in response to that ad, same thing. It's racist. The image used of Horton, the use of the word, the name Willie as opposed to William, it has racist undertones that was everywhere, condemning the ad, talk about how it was going to backfire and so on. I don't know. I don't know whether any of this will backfire in Vivek Ramaswami, but I do know that From all my years covering politics, negative ads work because they get people asking questions about the candidate they're targeting. That's what Amy Acton wanted to happen with her ad calling Vivek a swim, learn a con man, we'll see which way this goes. Reading online here, as we were in break, the Supreme Court has just blocked President Trump from denying gender affirming care that's such a misnomer to trans prisoners. So the justices for now, it's temporary, have agreed to continue preventing reading from the New York Times. The Bureau of Prisons from implementing a policy that would prohibit gender transition medical treatments. In other words, when Trump became president, he used you in order and the Bureau of Prisons is carrying it out, stopping them from using your money and mine to provide these so-called gender treatments to prisoners. We've got murderers in prisons who are getting their gender care thanks to your money and Trump tried to stop it. And thanks to the US Supreme Court, at least temporarily, he's not able to. A block was put in place in early 2025 by a lower court. It's remained in place. And the Trump administration had asked the Supreme Court to lift that block to let us stop paying for these procedures while the case plays out. And it said, no, you will continue to pay for these procedures as the case plays out. That's not a final decision on the merits. They will still get their day in court to argue that they have every right to stop this use of our money on this absolute nonsense. What percentage of the men, it's all men, pretending to be women to get into a woman's facility. What percentage of them right now are getting these treatments just because they want to keep the rules going so they can stay with the women as opposed to with the men. And why am I paying for it? Why are you paying for it? The latest out of our US Supreme Court, they did, it's unsigned. We don't know exactly how the numbers came down. We do know from the Times reporting that Alito and Thomas God bless them opposed this decision. So when they issue these sort of temporary, like, well, no, we're not going to lift the block or we are going to lift the block, you know, it's not like a full decision on the merits. They often just issue something short like this where you don't know the full breakdown, but that's where things stand. Also, I wanted to tell you there was one other element in our last story on the Amy Acton matter and the ad by Vivek. I didn't show you the ad today. I showed it to you yesterday. I will show it to you. Let's show the audience the ad here, sought 24 A. A Miss Darla Arthur and I made me act and smother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America. I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent, it's not easy for a mother to say this, but Amy has a serious problem. She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent, not a baddest room. She's lied her entire life. My daughter needs help and she can't help you if she needs help herself. People can change, but first they have to tell the truth and my daughter still isn't doing that. Don't vote for people who lie. Don't let her become your governor. If you think she'll make your life better, you're fooling yourself. It will only get worse. Okay, so that's the ad that's caused all this kerfuffle. JD Vance, the vice president of the United States, who's going to be campaigning with the Vake, I think a week from today, in Ohio, was just asked about this controversy, and here's what happened. Daniel Bush with the BBC. Thank you. You mentioned that for this, you're going to be a campaign event. The Vake Ramaswami's campaign, but at a controversial ad featuring his opponent's mother, Republicans, some are backing away from that. Do you think that that ad was appropriate? Well, I'll be honest with you, whether the ad was appropriate or not is not really my concern. What is my concern is who's going to govern the next generation of American government? Who's going to win the Senate race in the state of Ohio? Who's going to win the governor's race in the state of Ohio? And I got to be honest that when I see Republicans, people in my party reacting so strongly, especially elected officials, look, have the opinion you want to have on that ad. If you think it was too tough, say it was too tough, if you think it wasn't tough enough, say that. I have to admit that I'm a little bit disgusted when I see Republicans across the country who are whining more about that advertisement than they are about what the congressional Democrats and other Democrats want to do to the United States of America. Right on. Right on. And did they whine when she issued her below the belt shot on Vavek? Did they, did those same Republicans whine when that happened? Or because like, are the dirty tricks allowed only on the one side? I'm just curious, just checking in with all of our bettors who want to lecture us on how far as too far. By the way, the mother is clearly maintaining that Amy was not molested. The mother is maintaining that Amy made that up based on what she says was an unfounded earlier allegation against her husband. We have no idea what's true. Who the hell knows? I know it. I don't know when I get into that. But my point is simply that everyone who doesn't like the ad has just reacted as though the mother is a liar and we have to believe Amy's word. That's the way it is because he was indicted based on Amy's testimonial. But the charges were never seen through. And I don't understand this excuse of, well, it's because he moved to Pennsylvania. Can you do that? If I get accused of a crime in Connecticut, can I get out of it if I just moved to Pennsylvania? I'm not. I don't think when you're dealing with felonies, that's how it works in the United States of America. Look, grow up, politics, it ain't beanball. It's a very rough and tumble sport. He's trying to win and he's trying to call attention to an issue with Amy that irrespective of the past is real. She does not appear to have an adult relationship with the truth nor is she emotionally regulated. The Columbus Dispatch today has decided to endorse her allegedly because of this ad, which is bullshit if you read their piece. It's very anti Vivek and anti Republican and it's running cover for her COVID decisions and how what a scary time it was and how, you know, it's like she had to do these draconian measures to shut down this day. Oh, please. So you're not, you're not, it's not has nothing to do with Vivek's ad. You're just, you're a COVID panicking. So just calm down and let the grownups make a decision here. And then they called the attacks on her sexist. They said that these attacks about her crying and her inability to get her emotions under control are sexist. Fuck off. That is not, that's like saying we wouldn't be doing that to a man who was crying at every turn. Lots of women are very capable of managing their emotions. I mean, honestly, in fairness to her, how many times do we see Kamala Harris cry? None. She was able to keep that shit in check. It's not just a woman thing that like what they're writing is sexist that her in the fetal position, crying in the offices while she had to go out and do a press conference or overwhelmed by the COVID data is because she's a woman. Fuck off. That's not true. I like this is absurd. There were lots of female executives who are handling their responsibilities around COVID without breaking down into tears. Here's, here's the quote, there has been clear misogyny against actin, the $90 million attack ad campaign by a super PAC working on Rama Swami's behalf attempts to paint actin as a deranged woman who cried in the offices is a different one who cried in the office during the COVID pandemic, a heartbreaking and uncertain time. time. Oh my God. Stop, okay? Just stop. Not every female politician breaks down into tears when it's a trying time. Quite a few Democrats did, Rochelle Walensky, apparently this Amy actin. But look, the only time we ever saw Hillary Clinton cry was when she faked it, that time in New Hampshire. Not all women are a blubbering mess of tears. So fuck off Columbus Dispatch, because much like the New York Times fashion critic, when she was trying to say that allowing women to parade down the runway in Victoria secrets, lingerie is adding to rape culture. That was disgustingly sexist by a leftist who was trying to persuade us she wasn't. And so is what the Columbus Dispatch just wrote, okay? Not all women break down in tears. And if you have a problem with an individual who cannot stop fucking crying on the job, that doesn't make you a sexist pig for pointing it out because it happens to be a woman in this case. Just stop it. How much fun did we have at John Bainer's expense when he was blubbering all the time? This is absurd. So put your big pants on. Big boy pants and big girl pants. Buckle up because it's gonna be a rough last two weeks of the campaign. Welcome to politics. Okay, speaking of politics, we have to update you about Congresswoman Ilan Omar. She's emerged sort of. We still have no idea where she is, but there was a video of her in the back of her car. We'll show you that in one second. But first, here is President Trump yesterday sharing his thoughts on the Congresswoman. There is a problem with Ilan Omar's age. Could she be deported? She could be. She could also go to jail. You know they keep talking about deportation. No, she could go to jail. It's my opinion. I think she's a sick, a very dishonest person, but who hates our country. And she comes from a country that is essentially not even a country. Somalia is a real shit house, okay? She's a disgrace to our country. And it's amazing that she can get elected. Put Somalians vote for her. You know, Somalians vote for her. Most of them shouldn't be here. I hope they treat her fairly. But I think she's a very dishonest person. And then last night, Ilan Omar finally emerging on TikTok with this video. Hi, everyone. Ilan here. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the support to everyone who sent a note of support for everyone who sent $5, $10, $20, that goes a long way as we fight Trump and his administration for trying to intimidate me and so many people right before the midterm elections. We know that they're running scared. We're not going to be intimidated. We're not going to be silence. We're not going to be scared. I'll be out there campaigning alongside all of you and making sure that we beat back all of this and that we win in the midterms, win the House, win the Senate and hold this administration accountable. Thank you so much again. And please continue to support us. It is going to be a very expensive and challenging time. And so we appreciate whether you're able to send $5, $10, $20. Thank you. I'd be careful if I were you before I did that. Okay? Because it doesn't look like Ilan Omar is very good at managing finances. Her husband's been sued repeatedly for people's investments disappearing magically disappearing whenever they're turned over to him. And he's been involved in several litigations, which we're going to discuss in one second. I do want to tell you something about Ilan Omar and her hitting the campaign trail allegedly sometime soon. We saw Al-Fanouz's Liz Collin on Fox News earlier today reporting that she's expected to return to the campaign trail in Minnesota next week with Hassan Piker, the candidate who like L Sayed has had to even he had to distance himself from so the podcaster who even L Sayed had to distance himself from now. Ilan Omar is going to fully embrace this guy who said America deserve 9/11. Okay, is that the move for her? Like as we're debating whether she's an illegal alien, whether she ever had naturalization fake or real, whether she's been defrauding this country from the moment she got here, she's going to pal around with a guy who believes America is the devil and we deserved 9/11. I'm not sure that's the move. I mean, I realize she's going to win because her little Somali constituents couldn't give a shit about all of that. They probably agree with all those sentiments. But it's not really going to help her in the court of public opinion as we try to figure out what we believe about this person, whether she's a truth teller, whether she's an illegal, whether she's a fraudster when it comes to her immigration history, her marriages and her finances. So our next guest is someone who has been looking into that last issue, her finances for years. Washington Freebeacon investigative reporter Andrew Kerr is here. He's been with a number of publications that are more conservative and has been on a quest for the better part of the last decade to figure out whether this person is being honest about her finances and those of her husband. Andrew, welcome to the show. Hey, thanks for having me on. Okay, so can we just start with how this relationship between Ilan Omar and her current husband Tim Minette began? Yeah, Tim Minette was her campaign consultant back before COVID. So both Tim Minette and Ilan Omar were married to other people at the time their relationship started. I think those around 2019, the report's service that they were having an affair at the same time her campaign was paying his firm millions of dollars. They publicly denied it and then it turned out to be true. They both divorced their spouses and then they married each other. Meanwhile, her campaign was paying millions of dollars to his consulting firm for services. So eventually that caused, that was a whole media scandal, complaints were filed and Tim Minette then exited the political consulting business because Ilan Omar was essentially his only client and he cut ties with their campaign. And then he went on to found a number of other business entities. He formed a winery. He formed a marijuana investment group, an international venture capitalist firm, all of which ultimately relooped into all these various lawsuits that you mentioned. And this kind of leads into her infamous 30 million accounting error and unresolved questions surrounding that. But yeah, that's a necessity for their relationship. They began as essentially colleagues and then it grew from there. Okay, we'll get to the marijuana business in a second. But let's start with this Rose capital and the E St. Crue, which are the two companies that are mentioned in her financial disclosure that the latter of which I believe owned this so-called winery. So she caught the attention of investigators, congressional investigators and the president in 2025 when she filed her financial disclosure for the prior year, I guess for 2024. And she listed assets with her husband of between six million and 30 million dollars, which was a massive, massive increase over the year before. So massive, that congressional investigators and the White House and everybody started to say, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Like we need to look into how that happened. Is that basically how this scrutiny began? Yeah, so I broke that story. I found, I pulled Ilhan Memar. I was just searching for something to cover, something to take my teeth into and I pulled Omar's financial disclosures. And I noticed that like, wow, these are some like massive numbers from someone that in previous years has reported that he's essentially broke. So the figure that I calculated, so financial financial disclosures, they report in a range. So like my assets are worth, like for example, she valued the winery at between one to five million dollars and the Rosley capital venture capitalist firm as between a five and 25 million. So we don't know exactly what her net worth was, but we can kind of compare the low end and the high end from her previous years. And at the very least, she was reporting her net worth at increased by at least 3500%. I didn't report that what had it been the year before anywhere from like negative 50,000 to positive like 50,000 than the year before to no less than 6 million to up to 30 million dollars. So the math showed that her net worth increased by at the very least 3500% upwards to, there's a reason I didn't include the number. It was absurd. It was like hundreds of thousands of percent at the high end. So yeah, we put that story out and there's a lot to this. So all of these business entities that are husband eventually co-founded, they all got involved in lawsuits. And so we have a lot of, you know, court transcripts, discovery documents that you typically you don't get in sight into the finances of like a private LLC. But in these cases, this case we do. And we know that at the beginning of 2024, all these companies were broke. They had no money in their bank account, they had no clients. They couldn't afford to pay their employees. And they were facing millions of dollars with the lawsuits. And then suddenly by the end of 2024, they managed to pay off all of those lawsuits in cash, distribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to Omar's husband. And then she's reporting that the value of her company is, you know, these companies are now worth, you know, upwards of $30 million. That's very strange. What's often. But just to underscore something, you just said, it wasn't just that they were facing a bunch of lawsuits that increased their liabilities. It was also that the businesses were not making money, they, because you know, she would later say, oh, I had to revise those numbers downward because they didn't factor in liabilities. But you're reporting that no, no, no, no, even in 2024, the businesses were not making money. These were not thriving concerns. Yes, the winery could not afford to pay, it's a top winemaker. They stopped paying her in November 2023. So she's on the record saying that they stopped paying my salary in late 2023. The venture capital firm, which claims that to have this advisory team with experienced managing $50 billion in assets under management, her husband's business partner, a guy named Will Hayler, who's involved in all these entities, he testified in this bankruptcy case that they didn't have any investments. They had no cash in the bank account. They had nothing going on. And then this marijuana company that they have received millions of dollars from investors who eventually sued them saying that like, hey, we just got duped into investing into this fake company. And Will Hayler tells them in an email that, hey, I'd love to pay you back, but I can't because the office of foreign assets control has placed a hold on our funds, which is very, very strange because the office of foreign assets control is a treasury department organization that mess out sanctions against alleged terrorists, overseas terrorists. So why are they interested? That's no joke. Why on earth are they interested in the goings, coming and goings of a South Dakota-based marijuana company co-founded by Ilhan Omar's husband? That's very bizarre. And what's even more bizarre is that the media is extremely uninterested in covering this. Nobody is talking about this at all, that the office of foreign assets control allegedly placed a hold on a company co-founded by Ilhan Omar's husband. Fortunately for them. Who's an American, by the way, he's an actual American. And so query whether it's his foreign ties or his wives that are causing the alert at treasury. It's worth noting that the Biden Justice Department in 2024, the New York Times reported this last year, they did open a probe into Ilhan Omar for her, quote, "interactions with a foreign citizen." So I mean, I'll just tie this into this alleged office of foreign assets control hold. I mean, we don't really know what's going on there. But I mean, just putting two and two together, that warrants some scrutiny. Now fortunately, for-- Could that be the brother, though? Could that be the brusband, a foreign individual, or her interactions with the foreign individual? No idea. That investigation under the Biden administration apparently stalled. Obviously, things have heated up significantly. I hope that the authorities are looking at this particular angle because I'd love to get an answer on that. I'd like to get an answer on this alleged office of foreign assets control hold against the marijuana company. The company was called Badlands. Fortunately, for Badlands and Tim Minette and his business partner, Will Hailler, even though they had nothing going on with that company, a few months after claiming this OFAC hold, they got a hold of about $1.7 million to settle this lawsuit and they repaid the investors. One of which told the New York Post last year that they were amazed that they were able to come up with all this money just months after claiming like complete and total financial and solvency. So-- Wait, now can you just underscore that for us, Andrew, because as I understand it from your reporting, this happened repeatedly, where there was, for example, the Wall Street Journal reported it on a letter they had seen listing the assets that were in the Rose Capitol and in that other one, E Street, whatever it is, the one that owned the winery. And the letter reflected that there was no money. Yeah. There was no money in these businesses. And you're reporting there was no money in the marijuana business. And yet repeatedly, they made large payouts to litigants suing them over these businesses. And this is one of your questions, right? Where did they get millions of dollars to settle with these investors? Well, yeah. Well, there's two questions actually. So the pattern here is that investors gave millions of dollars to Omar's husband and his business partner. That money went somewhere because by--and so this was before 2024, and then they received millions of dollars from investors. So beginning of 2024, those investors announced super their money back. And Tim Minette and Will Hayler are saying, hey, sorry, we can't pay you back because we have no money. I have 40 bucks in my bank account. What do you expect me to do? So the first question is, where did the investors money go in the first place? And this could provide an answer to why Will Hayler is saying that the Office of Foreign Assets Control stepped in and sees control of the funds. Where did they get the money just months later after claiming they had nothing, no money and no business and no clients and no investments? Where did you get the millions of dollars and the repaid these investors that you just told them, I can't pay you back because we're broke. So where did the money go in the first place? And then where did they get the money to retake the investors and close out all these lawsuits? Why is the Office of Foreign Assets Control allegedly involved at around the same time the Biden Justice Department is investigating her alleged interactions with a foreign citizen? Yeah. Why is Omar then reporting originally that these businesses, again, after being financially at the Institute, in the beginning of 2024, by the end of 2024, they're allegedly worth up to $30 million. She then revises that down after I reported those figures and then she claims months later that, oh, well, my husband's accountant failed to account for the liabilities of these businesses and they're actually worth nothing, which I'm sorry is absurd. No accountant would do that. No accountant would, when asked of that value, that provided fair market value for a company, would fail to take into account a company's liabilities. That doesn't happen. And it's astonishing to me that Ilhan Omar went to the Wall Street Journal for when she revised down this financial disclosure and claimed a $30 million accounting error. And the Wall Street Journal just reported breathlessly that, oh, yeah, the accountant just provided the wrong numbers, they forgot to account for the liabilities, that no accountant would do that. That's crazy. I mean, it just, it goes to show the flexibility that the media provides Ilhan Omar, that no other person in American public life would just be able to say that without any sort of like pushback or scrutiny, like, how's that possible that an accountant, a licensed accountant would fail to account for, of course, a $30 million in liabilities for these businesses. I'm sorry. It's crazy. >> You're so right. You're so right. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I mean, assets and liabilities are the ABCs of accounting that's, you don't have to get very far into accounting school to learn that. But there was a determination in September, as in last month, by the Congressional Committee Office of Congressional Conduct that voted to recommend dismissing the misconduct allegations against her saying there was no substantial reason to believe she violated federal law or house rules. Now I saw Jeanine Piro on Fox saying, I'm not bound by that. So that's, she seems to be telegraphing very clearly. I am looking into this piece of the case. But why would, in a Republican-controlled house, the Office of Congressional Conduct vote to recommend dismissing the misconduct allegations here if there was any there there? >> Yeah. So the way the house has things set up with ethics complaints is needlessly complicated. So the Office of Congressional Conduct is actually, it's actually an independent review board. It's kind of like this preliminary agency that like screens, ethics complaints submitted against members of Congress, every members of the House. And at the Office of Congressional Conductsional Conduct, the Office of Congressional Conduct Congressional conduct deems that there is substantial reason to believe that something bad may have happened, then they pass the complaint up to the House Ethics Committee, which then has the power and authority to conduct a real investigation with real teeth and impose real penalties against lawmakers. So we know that the Office of Congressional Conduct didn't investigation and we know it was a split decision. It was a five-to-one vote that they deemed that Ilhan Omar didn't intentionally misrepresent her finances. When first reporting, she and her husband are worth $30 million, oops, actually forgot to account for the liabilities, we're actually worth nothing. It was a five-to-one vote and their report has not been made public. So we don't actually know the reasoning why they believe there's no reason to believe that Ilhan Omar misled the public or intentionally reported false information. I would love to get my hands on that report, I'd love to ask them like, hey, did you just take her accountant at face value or did you actually look into the books of the businesses? Did he graduate from the quality leering center? Right, did you get a letter from the accountant just saying that oops, forgot to account for the liabilities or did you actually look into like, okay, what did the actual books look like? Was there an independent, was there a financial audit conducted? How was it possible that this error was made? We don't know and I suspect that, again, we have a five-to-one vote, that one person that voted to apparently believe that we should pass this up to the House of Justice Committee. What was their reasoning? Again, I'm not putting too much on that OCC investigation. The House Oversight Committee, like by James Commer, they're looking into this $30 million account together, GMP Arrow, as you mentioned, she's looking into this too. And she's right, they are not bound by the Office of Congressional Conduct, that is an independent review. She's got a lot more power than they do. I mean, to be clear, the Office of Congressional Conduct has no power. They're just, they're essentially a screen complaint that come in against members of Congress. Not to mention, without disparaging any of them, they all have their own houses to worry about as well. There may be a feeling on board that five person team of like, they're but for the grace of God. Who knows what's in their own financial disclosures, and they may be more charitable in interpreting a member's assertion that a mistake was made. Or maybe one was legitimately made, we don't know, but here's my question to you. Having been on this for a while, Andrew, what do you think, I'm just asking your opinion now, is really going on here? It's hard to say, I mean, how do you, how do you go from, your new husband is a political consultant, and then he goes on to form an international venture capital firm stacked with these huge former Obama administration officials in their advisory board, all of which by the way, so the advisory board for Rose Lake Capital, they're $25 million venture capital firm. They've later come out, almost all of them saying that like, hey, we had like one conversation with these guys, made no commitments, and then they slapped their names on their website claiming that we're working with them. And so they've all disincented themselves from the firm. How does he become an international venture capitalist, owning a winery and investing in marijuana companies in South Dakota, all the while, everyone that's invested in these firms has eventually sued them. This office of foreign assets control hold that will hailer claims, there's also this Indian billionaire, and in the summer of 2024, will hailer testified that Indian billionaire gave him $11 million as part of this loan deal, and then the billionaire requested the money back a few days later, and it's not clear if that, I mean, it's, it makes your head spin. Like how these guys just managed to do all, like, you know, deep pocket of people all over the world is donating to these companies that like, didn't do really do anything, they didn't, you know, there's no evidence that the marijuana company ever invested in marijuana businesses and or ventures in South Dakota, the winery, they license some wines, but there's no relevance that they're ever really a big thing. The venture capital firm didn't really have any investments, and yet they're getting, yep, millions of dollars from overseas, will hailer's talking about being flown out to Dubai for business meetings, connected to all this, again, the O-Fack hold, the Biden administration investigating Omar's interactions with the foreign citizen, Omar and her husband, and 2023 or 2024 amid all this are attending these investment events for, you know, for investors seeking to invest in Africa, while Omar is a member of Congress, it's all just so strange. I don't, I don't want to, I can't speculate more on just, aside from just laying out all of that and, you know, just questioning, like, you know, what's going on here is it's bizarre, and, you know, so much attention has been placed on Omar's immigration status, and I think rightfully so. But, I mean, this is a big part of the story too, and I hope that these investigations are looking into these angles as well. I mean, it's just an extraordinary amount of money that's flown into this enterprise, and- >> And just sketchy as hell, I get it. >> It's weird, it's just so bizarrely weird. >> Let me tell you something, having worked with Jenine Piro for years, if anyone can get to the bottom of this, it's Jenine Piro. She's like a dog with a bone when she gets onto a story, and she smells something there. So I do believe if there's anything to an earth, Piro will find it. I, for one, I'm very glad she's looking. Andrew, thank you for all the great reporting and for coming on. >> Thanks. >> Imagine this. You're surrounded by fellow fans, sharing wings, sharing drinks, high-fiving random strangers. More fallout in that Victoria's secret runway show that we talked about earlier this week. The one in which Kylie Jenner was allowed to wear the super special bra, the fantasy bra that over the years has changed. It's not always the same one, but wearing the fantasy bra. The one with all the glitz and glam and diamonds on it is always an honor reserved for the most talented supermodel there. Someone who generally has been loyal to the brand and over the years, it's been Tyra Banks, it's Ben Giselle, it's been Claudia Schiffer, it's been, you know, household name models, actual models. And honestly, in their defense, the modeling industry is I don't there's not a tougher industry out there. It's at it will chew you up and spit you out mercilessly. Obviously, the physical requirements are extremely exacting, but the emotional taxation is enormous as well. Just ask Presley Gerber's family. So it didn't go to such a model. Somebody who's devoted herself to this industry and the sacrifices that it requires, it went to Kylie Jenner, basically a Kardashian crew member. And now we're learning how it happened. There are reports that the momager, Chris Jenner made it happen because they were hoping to get Kendall Jenner, who actually is a model. But I mean, all of them are like, are they really, they're not like supermodels like Cindy Crawford was like any, like Pauline Apport's Gova, Naomi Campbell. These are reality TV show, you know, wannabes. Kendall Jenner is of reality TV. She got really tall. And I'm sure she had some work done like her sisters. And Parlaid that into a modeling career. And what model agency would say no to her because they all have hundreds of millions of social media followers. So you'd be a dummy to say no because one tweet from them and your product. gets in front of all these people who for some reason are fans of theirs. So Kendall couldn't or wouldn't do it because she's already affiliated with another lingerie brand. And so the momager was like, how about this one? That's how they got Kylie in there. And by the way, all the hype around this woman, you know, remember Forbes came out, she's like the youngest billionaire, she's only 19. That turned out to be bullshit, that turned out to be a bunch of PR bull shit on overvaluations of her makeup company, everything about this family is puffed up beyond reality. And so Victoria's secret decided to give this honor to this Nimrod with the enormous fake boobs and the enormous fake ass and the enormous fake lips. And God knows what else has been done to her, like to recognize her natural beauty. Okay. Great. Here's a picture she posted on Instagram. She wants you to be looking at her tits like this. I mean, enormous, like two big fake grapefruit, stuffed into a bunch of sparkly diamonds. Awesome. Well, it wasn't just yours truly, who had a problem with her selection, Adrienne Curry, who was, I think the first person to win America's next top model or one of the first and went on to have very successful modeling career came out and had some sharp commentary on it. And here is what she said on Monday. No, I'm not going to bother with Victoria's secret. They have f***ing Kardashians in there that trans model that I'm sorry, that they were not better looking than the f***ing OG Victoria's secret models they said no to. They never take a chance on new faces, everything's a f***ing virtue signal or it's who's the biggest influencer. I'm sorry, nothing against Kylie Jenner, you're not a f***ing model. You don't have a model's body. I don't know why they put her in the mega bra. That's for the bell of the ball. That is for the top Victoria's secret angel. That is like winning homecoming queen. And they just give it to Jenner, like get the f*** out of here. Victoria's secret is a joke, joke. All these women in this family want to do is promote themselves. You know, to me it's like when Kim Kardashian had to wear the Maryland gown, that Maryland wore when she was singing Happy Birthday, Mr. President. And she messed with it and had to be resized for her with all of its Swarovsky crystals on there. How dare she? How dare she? And that's not the first time the Kardashians have done that either, that they want everything. They're very Kelly Clarkson-esque. I want it. It's mine. I will have it. And that's what we saw on display on that runway. I mean, no one cares about Victoria's secret, obviously, or their dumb fashion show other than we're happy that this year it featured mostly women and mostly like thin, beautiful ones, which is a big improvement over where we were a couple of years ago. But it's just the corruption of our culture by this clan. That's what I object to. They're everywhere because of their social media following. By the way, that's rumored to be largely fake. All those hundreds of millions, like, bought and paid for fake. And you cannot open a magazine or a newspaper without seeing their fake assets paraded all over as some sort of example of what a woman is supposed to look like. I object to the whole thing. I object to all the fakeness around them when it comes to their financial numbers, when it comes to their stupid reality TV show, and when it comes to their bodies, object for the record. Okay, moving on, there is a story about Holly Berry that we have been trying to get to since Maureen was on last Friday. And it just came to a head in a courtroom this week. So Holly Berry's ex, first of all, let me go back, Holly Berry married Olivier Martinez. And Olivier Martinez, most of us know him from the movie Unfaithful. He's the French guy who had the affair with Diane Lane in that movie. You, well, here's a clip from Unfaithful, just in case you don't remember. Come on, come on. How many are there? Five, ten. What am I? The Monday one, who did I get my day wrong? It's just a fun, okay. Just a fun. You're a fucking liar. Me? I'm the liar. You can't do this anymore. Fine, go back to your server but you can't pull. Now, your turn will stay son, you're what I do, what are you doing? Fuck you. That'll make you happy. Fuck you. No, no, I can't. It's over. Okay, you remember Maureen and I talked about it and I told the story of what happened when I saw that movie in the theater for the first time when I was a young, well, I guess I was more senior, but Jones Day associate and I had these young male associates to my left in the right in the middle of Iowa, who was very awkward. The racie scenes in there are extremely racie, great movie though. Anywho, that's her ex-husband, that's Halle Berry's ex-husband and in fact, they starred together in a movie, which I actually had never heard of. We have a clip of the two of them together and interestingly, now that you know I'm going to tell you, they're in the midst of a knockdown drag out custody battle over there. 13 year old son listened to the first line of the trailer of this movie. My father once told me that to be careful of the things he loved most in the world, because if you're not careful, that very thing can also destroy you. They've been called, they're going to take your words. I have a job offer. A lot of money. What can I do for you? I'm willing to offer you 100,000 euros that put me in the water with a great white shirt. Where are we going? Shark alley. There's big ones down there, right? Twenty footer. Specify that. I'm sure about this. Let's give them as money, what? So that's where they met. Filming movie, Dark Tide. My father once told me, be careful about the thing you love most, because it can wind up coming back to haunt you or hurting you. Okay, that's what they're living at this moment, because those two, while they met and fell love on the set, and you know, you'd be very hard-pressed to find two better-looking people on Earth. You can see why they were attracted to one another. It ended absolutely terribly. And unfortunately for Halle Berry, she's got a history of her relationships ending absolutely terribly. He was not the first, and you know, you could make a pretty good argument. He's not going to be the last either. Here's the story. First, in the spring of 2010, she had, she was coming to the end of a five-year relationship with model Gabriel Aubrey, who fathered her daughter Nala. So spring of 2010, that was ending. July of 2010, she met Olivier Martinez while they filmed Dark Tide in South Africa. So that's quick. Spring of 2010, July of 2010. You could make the case. There was likely some crossover there. 2011, she got engaged to Martinez. 2012, their relationship became intertwined with her custody dispute with Aubrey. So she and the first guy, Aubrey, had a custody dispute over Nala. She doesn't seem to be doing very well in wrapping up these relationships well, which is important especially when there is a child involved. But she had a custody dispute with Aubrey. She sought permission to move to France and take the daughter with her, Martinez's French. And she and he wanted to go over there and have their French little, you know, chateau together. And of course, this guy, Aubrey was like, hell no, that's my daughter. You're not moving to France with her. So he filed a lawsuit and a judge denied Halle Berry's request to relocate their daughter permanently to France. On November 2012, this guy, Aubrey and Martinez, Olivier Martinez, get involved in a physical fight outside of Halle Berry's Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving, both had to receive medical treatment. Aubrey was arrested and then shortly thereafter, Halle Berry and Aubrey came to a custody agreement in the midst of this, you know, this, this battle. Apparently, Martinez, I don't know why only Aubrey was arrested because it looks like Martinez beat the living hell out of Aubrey. There's another report that's got some of the injuries, but it did, look at this picture. I mean, it's brutal. I don't know exactly why he got arrested and not Martinez, but my point is simply, it's not going well. And this is, you know, she's got a child at this point. Then months later in 2013, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez confirmed they were expecting a child together. His name is Meseo, I think that's how you pronounce it. And he will become the center of this next custody battle, the one that I'm about to tell you about. Within two years, by 2015, they filed for divorce. It just, it just, it doesn't usually work out when you get together under circumstances like this. And what is happening now with their son has made headlines around the world. Stay tuned. That's next. Hey everyone, it's me, Megan Kelly. I've got some exciting news. I now have my very own channel on SiriusXM. It's called the Megan Kelly channel and it is where you will hear the truth, unfiltered with no agenda and no apologies. Along with the Megan Kelly show, you're going to hear from people like Mark Halperin, Lake Lauren, Lauren Callahan, Emily Doshinsky, Jesse Kelly, real clear politics and many more. It's bold, no BS news. Only on the Megan Kelly channel, SiriusXM 111 and on the SiriusXM half. Okay, so we were going through the Hollybury saga, where she was leaving the first husband. She got together with Olivier. Now they're breaking up in 2015 and it was it too was a tumultuous breakup that did not go easily. The reporting was that they had a legal fight over the custody. It was not resolved until another eight years. So it took until 2023. And finally, they resolved the custody and child support issues nearly eight years after filing for divorce. They agreed to joint custody. Hollybury was ordered to pay $8,000 per month in child support plus 4.3% of her income above $2 million and various education/health expenses. So she clearly was the primary wage earner and was supporting Olivier. Well, I mean, it was child support, but it goes into the pocket of the other parent and you will hear later, she was rather bitter about that fact. It usually goes the other way around, but she happened to be the bigger star. Okay, so here's what happened on October 2nd. I think it was Friday, October 2nd. Her ex Olivier filed a temporary restraining order against her. It's a motion for a TRO asking a judge to sign this thing and give instant relief because there's some sort of an emergency, you claim. He alleged that she had abused there then 12-year-olds and I think he just turned 13. He alleged that Hollybury physically abused their son, I guess it's Macy O, my team tells me, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck and choking him the previous Saturday. He claimed Macy O called him and called Holly and claimed Holly had physically attacked him and put him in a chokehold saying this is not a nice, elated incident and there have been, quote, "previous attacks." On the same day, Olivier claimed Holly threatened to have their son deported to France by asking what Macy O is going to do, quote, "as a black man to protect her from being robbed by Olivier, who Olivier claims Holly called, quote, "a white bitch." She called Olivier a white bitch. The filing also mentions that they were home with her boyfriend Van Hunt. That's the one who she's doing all these inappropriate sexual posts with. And Macy O was playing a virtual reality game with goggles in his bedroom when Holly allegedly entered the room in a rage and said that Macy O looks so stupid and is, quote, "such an idiot for playing the game." The situation allegedly escalated from there when Olivier claims Holly jumped on Macy O and started physically fighting with him. He says she grabbed Macy O by the neck and started choking him while shouting, "Who is dominant now?" The proposed temporary restraining order stated that tried to impose this requirement, that Holly Berry must not drink or be under the influence of alcohol or other substances in the presence of their son and must undergo sobriety testing before, during, or after any visitation. Holly allegedly texted, by the way, that piece of the TRO would be denied as would any TRO governing her contact with her son, but they entered one keeping her away from Olivier. Holly allegedly texted Olivier the next day saying, quote, "I feel terrible about what happened last night as I know he does as well." The filing references specifically what those alleged past incidents were saying that five years ago, Holly Berry allegedly struck the child in the face. Well, she says struck him. Forgive me, I don't know if she, if he means the child or him Olivier. About ten years ago, Olivier claims Holly had a violent outburst throwing a plate with a knife and a fork on top, and in 2023, while discussing child support, she told Macy O that Olivier was, quote, "again, a white bitch robbing money from a black woman." So you can see that child support got to her. He wants sole custody of their son now. He wants the course to force her to stay away from him and the son. He did say he wanted the son to have a relationship with her, but that he, the son needed space after the alleged violent incident. Berry and Martinez have been ordered to participate in a confidential mediation. He provided the texts between himself and Holly Berry, where he writes to her allegedly. Macy O just asked me to pick him up now. Are you okay with it? She writes, no, I'm not okay with it. He wants to fight his mother. What kind of a kid are we raising as a father? Ask him what kind of kid he is. I'm his mother. He writes something like, I don't know what's happening there. What I know is you fight too much with him. And since a while now, so you keep him at your place, even if he doesn't want to stay, she writes back, this is wrong, Olivier. I'm his mother and this is wrong. He had no respect for his mother and this should not be okay for you as his father. I'm a mother who is here, logged, who works to pay you. And this is not okay and you know it. He's disrespectful to me. He feels I have no say on anything. I'm just money bags. This is wrong and wrong. Olivier, I've reached out to Maceo and asked to speak with him. I know you very much think he makes his own decisions, but I would really appreciate it if you would encourage him to speak with me today. I feel terrible about what happened last night as I know he does as well. So that's where things stood. And then the fight moved to will they allow Maceo to testify in court. Hold on, I'm trying to find today's packet, you guys. I can't find it. Can you see if I left it upstairs, sorry, because it's got all the stuff on what happened in court today in there and I must have left it someplace. This is what I put my port team through. Find the packet somewhere. Anyway, here's what happened. First she went in and she tried to prevent Maceo from taking the stand at all. She argued that it would be inappropriate and that he should not take the stand and she said that he couldn't be trusted. She alleged that he couldn't be trusted. By the way, her team also said that those allegations in Olivier's filing were total and other bullshit. Her team was very angry about those assertions and said how he's not violent, but this guy Olivier has a history of it. So they said they didn't want him to be allowed to take the stand, but the judge ordered that he could take the stand and he has just taken the stand. Yeah, here I thank you, Kayla. Okay. So he was ordered to take the stand. She denied before all of this that she hurt their son. She says Maceo has "a personal interest in minimizing his own conduct and shifting responsibility to others." Arguing that the court cannot necessarily assume his account is reliable. She goes on to say that she's been concerned for years that Olivier was getting their son involved in adult arguments claiming their dynamic has caused her to be the rule enforcer. While Olivier gets to be the chill parent, this is a common complaint amongst the parent who has to be, quote, "the bad guy," which she says Maceo views her as given Olivier's playing the good guy for allowing the child greater autonomy. So the court sided with Olivier allowing the son to testify. Now, Olivier submitted a picture of Halle Berry that he says corroborates accusation. She abused their 13-year-old son and we have the picture. Let's look at it. Okay, it looks, it's Halle Berry with a very bad haircut. And she does look angry, she looks angry. And she's standing there in what looks like kind of a tank top with her hands in her pockets and just a kind of nasty expression on her face. And we are told that this son was taken of her by her own, this picture was taken of her by her own son, that he took this picture, quote, "during the aftermath of the recent incident in which he allegedly choked him," that Olivier Martinez subsequently alleged that he took the photo of her, quote, "because he has been roughed up before," but, quote, "no one believed him." where things stood until he took the witness stand, but I should just tell you first that Halle Berry's team said this filing, all these claims by Olivier entirely meritless, deliberately misleading would be an understatement. There's voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry's minor son misconduct for which he's been legally sanctioned and saying that this is an individual with a well-documented history of erratic, possessive and violent behavior. And then we look back at that Thanksgiving 2012 brawl he had with Halle's then boyfriend and mother or father of her first child, Gabriel Aubrey. In that incident, Gabriel claimed Olivier threatened to kill him, attacked him during a custody dispute, accused him of slamming Aubrey's head against the concrete driveway. He said I suffered numerous injuries as a result of the attack thanks to Olivier Martinez, including a fractured rib, multiple bruises on my face, and a number of cuts which required stitches. We have a picture of him after that 2012 incident. So things got violent. And Halle Berry's team is saying, if anybody's violent, it's the French actor. It's not Halle Berry, okay? You're still with me. Now we get to today. And an extraordinary moment, I mean, this is like we have so much information about what went down here and it's very bizarre. What you really have is one of Halle Berry's best known actresses being accused of being a domestic abuser of her child, literally trying to choke him to the point where the son was so scared. He whipped out a camera and took a picture of his mother, immediately called the dad and said, please pick me up. And I don't want to be around her anymore. That's the allegation, which he thoroughly denies, but that's where we are. So here's what happened, the headline at a page six on Monday, "MACO 13 testifies for nearly four hours during icy court hearing with Olivier Martinez." The 13-year-old son of Halle Berry and acts Olivier Martinez testified for nearly four hours Monday in a court hearing regarding the DV, domestic violence restraining order request. The hearing was described as, quote, icy. She appeared to glare. He appeared to glare at Berry. Olivier Martinez, as he arrived, she returned the look. Judge Shelley Kaufman began the proceeding by calling Macio to the stand. She ordered everyone out of the courtroom to ensure the testimony would remain sealed. The child was dressed casually in a graphic t-shirt, shorts, and crocs. On the stand for four hours again, during the break for lunch, he appeared comfortable and happy. His lawyer, Martinez's lawyer, said Olivier is a great-loving father, very caring, only wants what's best for his son. Macio did not engage with his mother, Halle Berry, at all while at court. On day two of the hearing, they both arrived Olivier and Halle. They're both 60, photographed arriving separately for this custody hearing. And let's see. They're just recapping. That Martinez has alleged instances of abuse over the course of the last few years. Berry caused him emotional and mental distress due to the physical abuse of our minor child, Macio. Again, who's dominant now? Who's dominant? I'm just money bags. And then the final, I feel terrible about what happened last night. So clearly, she's acknowledging something happened. She didn't want him to testify as I mentioned because she thought he'd be coached and manipulated. Then comes Van Hunt, the current boyfriend. Who, by the way, you know, as I've been telling you, Halle Berry has this thing about getting like overly sexual in her descriptions of her life, of her products that she's always hawking. And it's because somebody accused her, some woman went on a podcast and said she knew Halle Berry's ex and that she knew Halle Berry was bored, sorry, boring in bed. And I'm telling you, ever since that moment, this woman has been doing everything within her power to prove to the world that she's a sex kitten. It's ridiculous. And even last week, this is a picture of the two of them in bed. She's pumping lube. She's pushing lube on us. Halle Berry, all right. And like overtly sexual like pictures of herself and videos to promote her campaigns and so on. And then just what was it, Deb? Two weeks ago, she posted a picture of Van. I don't know what this was for. It was in August for her 60th birthday. And we blurred it. But this is Van with his very large ass, fully on display, swimming in her pool. We blurred the ass crack. I guess this is the line we've decided to draw on the MK show. You can see the right cheek on the left. But the line down the middle was a bridge too far. But who does this? Who posts a picture of their loved ones ass? Well, Van was at the house during the night of the incident. And he filed a declaration. He claims in it that Barry had shouted in this confrontation with her son, so you're going to fight me now after he allegedly resisted her demands to remove his Oculus virtual reality headset. He said the teen aggressively resisted when she tried to take the device off of him, then threw it and shoved his mother, prompting her, prompting him Van to intervene. He described Barry and Maceo as yelling at each other and being on the verge of tears before the boy began calling his father and packing his clothes. Let's say Barry temporarily lost 50/50 custody of the son on October 1st in the wake of this incident. She has been allowed to see him only during court ordered visitation two days a week and every other weekend. According to Van Hunt, Martinez has been emboldened, but he has emboldened the boy by giving him too much control over his own life. He claimed that when she went into the room, he heard her say Maceo to which the boy gave a monotone reply of, yeah, soon after Maceo called out Hunts' name playfully, which he took to mean his mother was tickling him, hunt claims. And then Hunt heard Barry tell Maceo twice, you don't have anything to prove. The second time with a pleading inner voice that made him hunt enter the room. He added Halle instructed Maceo to remove the oculus and ask, so you're going to fight me now? Maceo ignored her. She reached to remove the headset from his head, but Maceo aggressively resisted them through off the headset himself and shoved Halle. I immediately jumped in between them, claims Van. They started yelling at each other with Maceo standing between them. Maceo began threatening to call Olivier. This is the first time he ever heard Maceo make such a threat. I could see they were both on the verge of tears. Martina's arrived, took the boy away, two days later, the boy came back. At this point, their interactions were normal, positive and loving. He says that Barry and Martina's have long argued over how to best attend Maceo's educational and mental health needs, which include behavioral challenges and impulse control issues. Quote, "I've never witnessed Halle choke Maceo, place him in a headlock, put her hands around his neck, restrict his breathing, force him to tap out or make statements such as who is dominant now, a reference to Olivier's claims." So her boyfriend is backing her to no one's surprise. This is so ugly. You thought the first thing was ugly where the current boyfriend Olivier Martinez was beating the hell out of Nala's father. Then she gets together with Olivier Martinez, possibly in a cheating situation. It takes eight years for them to come up with a custody agreement on their child. Now you got two kids with two different fathers. The first one ends in domestic violence in front of your home and somebody's under arrest. Then the second relationship with the second baby daddy winds up like this, where it takes eight years to come up with an agreement and repeated allegations of domestic violence by Halle Berry, which she denies. Now you got this 13 year old kid who's alleging openly that you tried to choke him out. Something's wrong, Halle. Something's gone really wrong. She wants to put it all on Olivier. I guess she wants to put it all on Aubrey on the first thing or on the sun. Something's very, very wrong. This is a pattern. And this Olivier is saying it's a pattern that's involved previous instances of violence that we don't know about. Now we finally get to the latest piece, which is today. And there is a report in page six that during the testimony, Halle Berry's ex-husband Olivier Martinez stormed out of court during the closed testimony in their domestic violence restraining order hearing. Page six can exclusively report that Martinez exited the courtroom looking agitated and distressed alongside his lawyer. The French actor could be heard using profanity during an animated discussion regarding testimony made before there was a break to go to use the restroom. John Hay, a staff member at the school that Maseo or Maseo attends was set to testify in close court on Tuesday. This man previously raised concerns about Maseo's behavior at school, according to a recent court filing. Berry 60 also took the stand on Tuesday. Martinez is scheduled to testify as well. The judge agreed to close the courtroom during any testimony involving the minor child. They've made contained their distance throughout their court appearances with both trading Colts Glayers on Monday, Maceo testified in person for nearly four hours on the first day of the hearing and Barry's 18-year-old daughter Nala is set to testify later this week. Nala previously came to her mother's defense claimant in court declaration she had never seen my mom hit, slapped, choked, grabbed, or physically abused Maceo in any way. So all of this leaves us not knowing exactly who did what to whom, but it's clear the son is claiming she mistreated him and obviously took the stand and said that we don't have the public access to his testimony, but all of Olivier Martinez's information comes from the son. And clearly the child wants to be with the father and not with Halle Berry. Her relationship with the daughter appears intact and the daughter is backing her in this case. But this is such a travesty. This is just so sad. You know, I always go back to Judge Judy's, you should love your child more than you hate your ex. And obviously there was a meltdown in the room that night between Halle Berry and Maceo that involved some sort of physical confrontation, which is not great. I mean, a lot of people spank their children. And they're 13, like a physical confrontation between mother and son. That's weird. That's just odd, especially like a larger boy and you go over and try to whip the headset off of him, which appears to be Van's testimonial. At a minimum, she went over and tried to whip that headset off of him. You're playing with fire. Like discipline does have to change when a child gets to be a teenager and larger and also more in control of their bodies and their independence. You never hit our kids. I don't believe in hitting. I was hit many times, so it's not like I love my mom. She was a loving parent. So I'm not judgmental of people who use it sparingly and without actually hurting a child. But I can't say I favor it at all. I just think you can discipline a child in many other ways where they get the message without actually hurting them. Whatever. She's got her hands on him by Van's testimonial and by the son's testimonial. She's actually choking him. She doesn't appear to be able to regulate her feelings very well. And it tracks with the weirdness of the overly sexual behavior for the past few years after that comment and some of her language around this whole thing. And even her own text seems to confirm that she did something that she was sorry about. He doesn't sound so great either. The French ex-husband. I don't know what his story is either, but I just think it's so sad. It's sad for the child. And it got me thinking because I saw a clip the other day of Gwen Stefani's ex, Gavin Rostel, his name. When they were married, they were everywhere. They were all over the trade rags. It's like madly in love and look at this relationship and hashtag goals. But he gave an interview, I wasn't familiar with the podcaster, and listen to what he said about the current state of his relationship with his now ex-wife Gwen Stefani. That was beautiful. I mean, it was great. She was an amazing girlfriend. So I learned a lot, mainly, mainly sort of a lot of kindness. She was very much on that side of life where I was a bit more abrasive, probably, when I met her. So she was a breath of kindness relationship with her because, obviously, she's the mother of your kids. Yeah. No, no, no, no. We don't. We don't. No, that's an impasse. That's a chasm. That's a wide chasm. Not even if the younger one who's 12, like, "Oh, I'm going to go peak him up like you wouldn't take it." No, we have a certain person for that. Yeah. And so we go between. So we go between. It's not how I would have it, but it's how it is, except that, you know, that's how it is. Obviously. Absolutely. If one person doesn't want a tango, yeah. Well, the other one's alive. Just kind of standing there, huh? It's a solid tango. So, I mean, it's a bit of a shame sometimes because the kids are so incredible to, that is a drag to not sort of be able to share that. Yeah. It is a drag. You can't force yourself to have a modicum of respect for your ex to where there can be a parent to parent transfer, or you can be in the same room together. I mean, how bad would it have to be? Because people have everything that, you know, it's like he's, he's in that band, Bush. She's obviously been in no doubt, now it's a solo career for a long time. She's remarried to Blake Shelton. They have more money than God. She said, tons of work done. She looks spectacular. They have, I'm sure, well over a hundred million dollars, both of them. And you can't get your shit together enough just to have, like, again, a modicum of respect for your ex to the point where you're not telegraphing to your children who you made together, that this person is the devil to me, that they're so important and hateful. I can't even have ten seconds in a hallway with them. And God only knows what, what preceded that, right? Like if you're at that point, when you're divorced, what, what the hell did the children witness as the marriage was breaking down? I am sorry, but if you have an unhappy marriage and you can't stand your spouse, don't argue in front of your kids. That's a form of torture for them. They love both of you. Keep it together until you can get in the privacy of your bedroom or take a walk together. Do some parenting. Do some caring for the little ones you brought into this world, even in your angry, especially in your angry moments. So they don't need to be witnessed to that. They have their own pressures and stresses and problems. It's just so cruel. What do you mean? You can't. I'm not blaming him solely. I'm blaming her too. Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rosdale, like, come on, and I can't help but look at, you know, her situation. Maybe Gwen, you didn't need another season on the voice. Maybe you could have been at home working on your marriage and your relationship with your children or coming up with some decency toward their father so that they don't have this discomfort being shuttled between like, there's some embassy between the two of them where a diplomat has got to take them from A to B. And then, you know, back to the Halle Berry thing, like, she can't get along with anybody. Right? It's like the first thing ended badly, domestic violence out in front of her house. And now this ends badly to the point where it's going on for years. Now she's involved in a physical altercation with her 13 year old son who wants out of her house and says she choked him, she denies. This is like, not everybody should have children. Truly, not everybody is together enough, is healthy enough. It's very actually tragic that just anybody is allowed to have a child. We have to go to the DMV to get a license, a driver's license. You have to turn 21 before they'll let you drink booze, but anybody can reproduce and bring a child into this world. It's really sick. And once you do it, you have an obligation to actually parent that person and be a decent person around that person's other parent. While you may hate your ex-spouse, I guarantee you your child probably doesn't. And you don't want to treat that person like they're a leper. Just makes things tougher on the kid. Divorce is hard enough on the kid. That's Dr. Laura. She talks about this all the time, a wonderful listen on SiriusXM, Triumph Channel. So anyway, it's a long, deep dive into the problems of Halle Berry, which have been coming at us like a freight train now for a good 10 years. And we'll see how this latest hearing works out. Really hope these parents, especially these Hollywood ones, will have all the resources and advantages in the world. Do better tomorrow, a deep dive into the Russell brand Rape Trial happening now in the UK. I have been following it very closely. We will have everything you need to know. We'll see you then. Thanks for listening to The Megan Kelly Show, no BS, no agenda, and no fear.
