Yes, you're my daddy. Oh, I'm your dad, okay, and how old are you, Zoe? Seven. Seven, and what show did we watch every single episode of? The Good Place. The Good Place. So, if you ever wondered what a seven-year-old's perspective on the Good Place is, and I do, this is the conversation of finding out what she thought of it. So Zoe, I like to start my TV reviews with first impressions, like when you think about the Good Place, what's the first thing you think about? I think about how you need to run, and don't just be bad, and think you're gonna be bad forever, and that's why you just stay that way. You need to ask someone that you trust that can help you be better. So I think, correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you should help other people, you should try to be better, and you should offer help to others when asked. Work with each other. Yeah. You think that's the primary message of the Good Place? Yes. Is that a good message or a stupid message? A good message. A good message. Did you like the show? Yes. What was your favorite part about the show? My favorite part is, when Eleanor started out like super bad, she thought she had to just keep her life like that forever, but then later in the show, she starts running more, and then like at the end of the show, she gets to go to the Good Place. She does. Is Eleanor your favorite character? No. No, who's your favorite character? Jason. Jason! Jason Mendoza? Okay. Why is he your favorite character? He's silly, and he's so dumb, and he makes me laugh. Okay. Okay. Do you remember what each of the four seasons, how they were different? Yes. That's the first season they were in the bad place thinking it was the Good Place, right? Yes. The second season, they were back in the bad place, but then they got better and they went to Earth? Yes. Then season three, what happened? I think Michael was so scared since he finally had friends. He was a different demon as friends, and he was so scared because he wanted them to get in the Good Place, but he was scared that they might not. Also, he was scared for his friends, not for himself. Yeah. Yeah, I think he was. Do you think Michael became a good person by the end of the series? Yes. Then, of course, in the fourth season, we actually saw them try to test other people in the Good Place, after in season three, they helped out their friends, and then we saw them get to go to the Good Place. What did you think of the real Good Place when you finally saw it? I thought it was, I thought it was fun at first, but when this person told us that your brains get all mushy, I did not think of that because I want my brain to be healthy and I want to go up strong. So you don't think the Good Place was a very good place? No. Now, do you think Eleanor and her friends probably made it a good place? Yeah. Yeah, you do. Would you want to go to the Good Place that Eleanor makes someday after you die? Do you think there is some place to go after you die, or do you think that's when you die, that's just it?
