We got a couple critical game fives on ESPN tomorrow night. First Jason Tatum in the Celtics will host the 76ers and then the trailblazers visit Wemmy Nyam on the spurs. Our coverage begins with Kenny, Shaq Charles and Kenny, double Kenny. Ernie is who we were forgetting there. The Rockets avoided being swept and being the first playoff team eliminated Alasai as they beat the Lakers 115 to 96 to send the series back to LA for a game five. All five Rockets starters scored 16 or more points. Lebron had one of his worst playoff games of recent memory finishing with just 10 points on only two made field goals. Lebron also had eight turnovers for the second straight game joining Joelle and Beat and Magic Johnson as the only players with eight or more turnovers in consecutive playoff games in the last 45 years. So now is there any concern for anyone on the Lakers blowing a three nothing lead, Perk? Oh no, it's not but I'm gonna say this, Shaq. Game five is a much win for the Lakers. I know that much. They better get it done in game five, which I believe they will because if it's prolonged past it, then we're going to be having a different conversation. But Game five on Wednesday is a much win for Braun and the Los Angeles Lakers. Because you don't want to have this series extended and all of a sudden Kevin the Red Cards back and all of a sudden the Rockets and their confidence continue to grow and all of a sudden we can be seeing something that we've never witnessed in the history of the NBA. So again, me, Noah Braun, he's going to come with a level of focus. Those role players are going to play better at home, but then the most win situation game five they better close it out in their lane. I agree with you. They definitely definitely need to. No, there's no doubt about it. I'm still waiting to see if KG is going to show up in the series. Definitely seeing that, but I have no doubt that LeBron James, I said KD. I said I'm still waiting to see if he's going to show up in the series meaning Houston, but I have no doubt that LeBron James is going to show up. And I definitely think it's a must when I agree with Big perk about that. Lakers can't afford to lose this game. Houston went to an arrow. Things get very interesting going back to Houston for game six. No doubt. Bigging of Kevin Durant. Let's transition out of the rocket side of things. Where before the game, our David McMahon reported that Amin Thompson had no idea how KD was feeling, which could imply that KD may have been doing his rehab away from the team, or perhaps the team hadn't been checking on him. Kevin Durant was not on the bench if you remember in game three on Friday. He was on the bench last night though in game four. So now the question becomes, is Kevin Durant maybe disconnected from the rockets? Perk, what do you think? Yes, a disconnect. But then Amin Thompson defense, he's not supposed to know what's going on with Kevin Durant, because he's in the middle of the playoffs and he got to worry about when a game for. Right? But when you think about how up and down they've been all season long, when you think about the quote unquote allegations of the Burna account with Kevin Durant doing all this all weekend, that was being exposed. When you think about, you know, uh, AfroShank going and Kevin Durant not being able to be on the same page, it's things that have transpired throughout the course of this season that gives me reason to believe that this team is not on the same page. Okay? And when you think about when you look at a game three and important game three, it ain't that much treatment in the damn world that you can't come sit your behind on the bench and be a leader and support your teammates throughout the time when you know you in a must-win situation. I had a situation like this that happened with KG. KG used to sit in the back in 2008, 2009 when he was dealing with his knee injury, we in the middle of a heated back series with the Chicago Bulls in the first round against Derek Rose and Joaquin Nore in them and then Doc went in the back and he went, he sent somebody in the back and told KG, "I need you on the bench. I need you being an extension of me and and and root on your teammates. I need you to be a voice in the huddle. It is vital for veteran the two-time NBA champion finals MVP to be on the bench, rootin and cheering and encouraging his young guys while he can't be on the floor to help him." No disagreement there, we agree, but it's a little bit deeper than that for me. Big perk, we all know how sensitive KD can be. We've all experienced it. You know what I said? I have, you have others. No doubt about it. Kevin Durant is one of the greatest players to have ever played the game of basketball. He is a champion two times over. He is a two-time finals MVP. He is one of the top three greatest scorers in the history of basketball. That's how gifted he is and he will, he's a lip-a-go, metalist and whole bit. One of the most storied careers you will ever see. At some point in time, we need to talk about him like that and you know how he would help if he acted like he cared. When you bring up the fact that he's not on the bench for game three, well who's on the basketball court at age 41 and it's 23rd year? Do you remember big perk that there was a time where there was a debate? Who's the greatest player in the game? Is it KD or is it LeBron? Years ago, we were having that discussion and the reason why universally it was recognized as being LeBron is not because of skill, it's because of leadership. Because somehow, some way, whether he's hurt, he's not playing or he is playing, you always see LeBron on that bench. Whether he's injured or not, he's always the marquee. And somehow, some way, in some fashion, he's answering the call, meaning the magnetic attention that is brought to him. He didn't shy away from it, he embraced it. And you're looking for something like that from KD because you want the comparisons to be validated and justified. There is no question, there is a talent. KD's talent is comparable to anybody in the history of the game. He belongs in a conversation on the elite level of the Hall of Fame. There's no shade or disrespect that deserves to go his way in terms of his skill set. But on far too many occasions when he's been sensitive and we've gotten on him for being sensitive, what were we attacking him about? It wasn't his game, it wasn't his skill set, it wasn't his commitment to greatness on the basketball court. We were talking about those intangibles that lend itself towards being the leader that he needs to be the galvanized inferior players that wear the same uniform as him to uplift them in the best possible fashion. We questioned that about him and he got defensive about that in the past. It happened in Phoenix, it happened in O.K.C. Didn't happen to go to the state because it didn't need to because you had Steph Curry there and that wasn't his role. It happened in Brooklyn too. We've always had these questions. And so here we are, I've seen him on the court, I've seen him employing guys to do better, I've seen him cheering them on, I've seen him doing the things that he's supposed to do, I'm not implying that he hasn't done that in Houston. I'm saying game three, unfortunately, reminded others of what he hadn't done or wasn't perceived as doing for years and years and years throughout his career, which is what separates him from being in the conversation with the other dudes because ultimately we have to look at your resume. And we have to sit up there and say outside of being in Golden State where you were clearly the best player but you were not necessarily the leader that was Steph and Dreman, the fact that the matter is everywhere else you've been, they've come up short. And since you've departed from Brooklyn years ago, what have you really, really done in Brooklyn other than the time when Kyrie and James Harden, Kyrie was out, James Harden was playing hurt and you almost beat Milwaukee. What have you done? We're looking at that and we're asking those questions because one of the greatest players we have ever seen is consistently home to damn early and it doesn't seem to bother him nearly as much as we believe it should. Period. So, so let's say sometimes I think I forget and the people forget that I shared for four and a half years in the locker room with Kevin Durant, okay? And the reason that I call him out so much about being a leader is because I know he has an enemy. I witnessed him do it. I watched him his MVP season when Russell Westbrook went out, I watched him elevate his game and elevate his leadership, I watched him empower Surji Baka with Surji Baka Miss Benna. and all started by one vote that year I believe he was average is 17 18 points of career high. I watched him up my offensive game from five points to about 10 to 11 points because Kevin Durant was running the point forward and getting his buckets and putting guys in position to be successful. So when I call him out it's not because I'm picking on KD or that I got beef with Katie I got real genuine love for Kevin Durant. My family has real genuine love for Kevin Durant but when I call him out it's because I know he has it in him but he has to want to do it and at this point you're talking about a guy that I believe 37 years of age I just don't believe he want to do it no more and something he didn't like 10 steps backwards when it comes from a leadership standpoint. Shay he could be a little bit sensitive at time but Katie's good people and he's a superstar player. He's a really good dude and he's doing a lot of great things for himself as business and all of that stuff off the court. We just know that no matter how great he has been and what he has done we know he could be even greater at times and we're looking for it. It's just that simple he's going to be sensitive to it and that's his right but you know we ain't got nothing but respect for him because he's one of the all time greats. It's such a shame with this rocket team such high expectations you have the Fred Lively injury so early on and then they were so heavily favored in this match up the unexpected injuries now to Kevin Durant. That's organization that's therefore 100% 100% 100% but they we thought they would cakewalk through the series and it's completely flipped and is the exact opposite. Well one day back against the wall and he is they robin on the team and I know he's been struggling to say but tonight he gets out of that fulking. We he gets back to the Jalen Durant that we saw in the regular season. Okay, I'm going to stay with the pistons here too because I expect Kaye cutting him to hit two or more threes and they need this. You're right, backs against the wall. They're down to one in this series and when Kaye cutting him has two or more threes in the game when he is firing from all cylinders they win. They're 27 and 11 and regulars in the regular season when he makes two or more threes they absolutely need him to step up to send Orlando into a tizzy if you will. Steven A you have Jay to make Daniels to score 20 or more points. Why? Oh he wants smoke. I mean he's instigating stuff. He's starting stuff. He don't mind. He's talking about their defense and then going out there and backing it up and men are so to obviously the lead. He got to remember both Ant Man and Dante, D even Chenzone are out so that's given more opportunities to him and others and I think he's going to capitalize off of it at least to some degree. Speaking of Jay to make Daniels the timber wolves took the three games to one series lead over the nuggets on Saturday behind a 43 point performance by Iodosumus with a headline from the game that it everyone talking was Nicole Yoke. She became angry when said Jay to make Daniels made that meaningless layup with 2.1 seconds remaining and confronted the wolves wing player near his own bench leading to a bit of a fight between both teams. Yoke and Julius Randall were both ejected. Now there are only two seconds left in the game. They were later fine though for their involvement in the altercation. Do you have an issue with the end of the game? Denver and Minnesota. This has been a Chippy series. I understand, but what transpired do you have an issue with it perk? Absolutely not. Hell no, Shay. Damn it. This is what the league been missing and this is a real robbery. This is two teams that have been battling it out over the last three to four years in the postseason. This is a team that hates one another and it's smoked it. That's ain't just talked about. They got real beef. I have no problem with Jay McDaniels doing that little lay in and I have no problem with Yoke's running over there took a front of them. They got real beef and they ready to make hell burgers. Damn it. This is what the league been missing. This is what we all as old heads. I consider myself an old head now. This is what we've been waiting on. Like I want to see this type of energy. Everybody is looking forward to game five. Damn it. Back in Denver because of the beef and the tension and the intensity of this series. Can two things be true? Can we look at Jayden Dan uses say kind of classless? That's not something that he should have done and then the same breath say I absolutely love it because that's how I feel. That's how I feel. I don't have a problem with it. I don't think he should have done it but I'm like I don't mind because again it's like and I don't blame Yoke's for running down there and confronting him the way that he did. I think if it was a regular season game he would have done more than put his chest in his face. I think it would have been more than that if it wasn't if it wasn't if it wasn't the playoffs because obviously you don't want to find yourself ejecting in the ultimate even though they got ejected in ultimately you're suspended. You don't want that to happen but I think if it wasn't out for that he might have put an end on them. You know because it's disrespectful you understand this is the third time that meeting in the last four post seasons it is a clear rivalry and what have you. You know Jada Daniels comes out you don't hear players talking about a team like that. You know the way Jada me Daniels talking about they don't play any defense they can't defend we ain't worried about none of them. You don't hear stuff like that. He set it before them and then they went out against Denver and gave it to them and by the way if you Yoke's let's understand the level of frustration. This is a guy that averaged over 35 on better than 65 percent shooting the 38 percent from three point range in the regular season. He been shooting 15 percent from three over the last two games. He has been a shell of himself. He is not 100 percent we know that so that part of that is killing them that Yoke's can't be Yoke's you know we got to understand we we got to remember this ain't some dude that's average this is an all-world player who customarily owns Rudy Goal Bear and got Rudy Goal Bear looking like the second coming to Bill Russell right now. So his bothering Yoke's tomorrow Murray he been struggling too. Yoke Yoke's over the last couple of games in the fourth quarter is like I think he's shooting like 16 percent of something listen he he's frustrated and now Ant Man goes down and Dante Deven Chenzone goes down and I yo shows up and and drops 43 off the bench the most points by a reserve and a post season game says downtown Fred at Brown in the Seattle Super Sonics in 1970 that's how that's what happened to him so I'm like yo this is no joke we get it and Denver is reeling primarily due to injuries because we know that if they were healthier it would be a little bit different not save Minnesota couldn't win but it wouldn't be like this and it's frustrating Yoke's took offense to it I got no problem with it I completely agree with Big Perk and and I don't blame him and let me tell you something if it was a regular season he might have not he might have tried to knock McDaniel's into the stands I'm serious okay first of all I didn't mind this because I do like chippinness in a playoff game love it I love to see that a little bit of fire however if this was anyone else if LeBron James did this everyone would have a problem with it so you mean to tell me it's warranted for Yoke's to get angry over a layup when you lost terribly in a game where two of their best players went out you lost terribly in that game you shot horribly from the field how do you have no problem with this if any other superstar didn't you guys would be up in arms well what what because because Shay we we we kind of we kind of like hostility see you know you don't say I know what you don't want you don't want you don't want the hostility we like the hostility the fact of the matter is the game was over it had been decided there was no resistance it's an unwritten rule you don't do that I understand what McDaniel's did McDaniel's did it because he don't like Denver there's real animosity like Perk said and Denver knowing that animosity seeing it validated was offended and the star of the team who happens to be a big brother by the way who gets pushed around by nobody was over there ready to fight the whole damn team because he said that's not something that you do we all know it and that's why we like it we want the hostility you know don't you get tired Shay you know me times me and Perk have been on national television see it dudes hugging one another singing cool by y'all acting like you don't plan it for the next party day about to go to after a game nah we want we want you hot style we want you disliking one another We want you literally committed to going out there and whipping the opponents ass. - But you still like it. - And if you're resulted in suspensions though, like there's a time and a place for it. It didn't make sense to do it at the end of the game. - That's why. - And Shay, that's why the NBA didn't suspend them. Because they said, hey, we kinda like it too. - Please, or come on now. If that please, they didn't say we like it. - That's what they said. I'm telling you. - I'm telling you. - I'm telling you. - Say you bring another, you bring another valid point and I understand exactly what you're saying. Like, yoke is running over there and starting to, but I'm just, I'm being biased because I actually, like Steven, they said, I'm being biased with my take right here. Let's keep that same energy if I see this from any other superstar. I'm gonna remember this. I don't want explanations of how it transpired at the end of the game. So some notable quarterbacks were drafted after the first round over the weekend with the first pick in the third round. When to the Cardinals, they drafted Carson Beck. Since the Cardinals moved to Arizona in 1988, they've used 40 different starting quarterbacks, and then they've had with Washington for the third most in that span. Later in the third round, the Steelers drafted Drew Aller. He is the 19th Penn State player selected by the Steelers in the Common Draft era. In the fourth round, the Jets traded up to Draft Cade Clubnick, the 10th quarterback drafted by the Jets since 2010 alone. And then the Chiefs drafted Garrett and Usmai Art of LSU in the seventh round. The former Tiger had over 4,000 passing yards as a full-time starter in 2024. In 2025, he only started nine games after battling with an abdominal oblique injuries. Peter and Dan are back here with us. Let's look beyond the quarterbacks though. What was the best first round non-quarterback that was selected? I think it's a non-first round. Non-first round quarterback. That's right. That's the non-Tai Simpson, non-Mendoza. And I look at Carson Beck and Tai Simpson, and I think this is a really fascinating case study. Tai Beck was in college for six years and played a lot of football and started a lot of games. 43 games at a big program. Georgia and then a big program Miami had big numbers. We saw it and we almost saw too much where it was like, all right, I don't love him at Tai Simpson in also six years of college football. Backed up, Bryce Young, backed up, Jaden Milro, only started 15 games and yet got picked before Beck. These two are now on the same division. Beck probably will see the field before Tai Simpson and he went several picks after. I am not the person to tell you who's the better quarterback. The Anorolowski, you do the film, you do the work. These two might not even belong in the same conversation to you. I just believe I look at the experience. I look at the big game performances. Carson Beck does have a resume that he said, hey, I could at least compete with Gardner Minshue and Jacobi per set this weekend. And I do think in some draft rooms, Carson Beck was held in a similar conversation as Tai Simpson. Yeah, I would agree, Carson Beck for me, for a lot of the reasons that Peter intimated, I mean, 55 games in college. So the experience in big games, in the SEC, in the national title, nothing's going to be too big for him. I think when you're looking at Arizona, Gardner has signed there for more money than Jacobi per set. Jacobi has come out and said, I need some type of a pay raise. I don't think Jacobi per set's asking for $45, $50 million. And I do think he's sitting there going, if I am going to be your starter, you're not going to pay me, I think, $6 million bucks this year or something, which seems outrageous to think about. So we'll see what kind of happens over the course of the next couple of weeks and or months in regards to Jacobi in Arizona. I think because of that, because of the state of the team, I think that Carson's got a chance to maybe start to plant a flag. If I can be your starting quarterback, week one, because of the experience, I think Arizona's really talented. Obviously, Marvin Harrison Jr.'s there. I love the receiver, Mike Wilson is the number two, Tremick Bride is great. They dropped Jeremiah Love with the third pick overall. So I think Arizona's pretty talented on the perimeter and offensive line has to improve. With Drew Aller and the Steelers with me here, Drew Aller looks like Tarzan. I mean, he is cut out of a stone. You know how that saying usually ends there? Correct. And there's a little bit of that. And I'm a fan. I want to like want to champion Aller, but he's got to play better in big moments. I still think Aaron Rogers is going to be the starting quarterback with the Pittsburgh Steelers. But Aller's talented, you just want him to play better in big moments. I thought Nuss Meyer would go sooner. Cole Payton might play for the Eagles in a multitude of roles. I don't really expect it at quarterback. So I'll go back. I'm with Dan when it comes to Aller. Me being a Pittsburgh Steeler fan, openly admitted Peter Shay. Yo, I mean. I'm going to Penn State first 311 pass attempts at his career without an interception. His scramble a little bit, not knowing for making negative plays. Obviously guy hurt November the broken ankle and stuff like that, concerned him coming back from that we'll see. Arm strength, no doubt. Six five, two thirty five. Like you said, Dan, built. You know, got a NFL body, got an NFL arm. You make throws in the tight windows, whatever. Two concerns stand out with me. Number one, the level of competition that you went up against. When you went up against top 10 teams AP, one in six was your record while completing just 50% of your passes at 5.5 yards per attempt in those games. Not impressive. The other thing is they use words like frenetic and panicky when it comes to him under pressure. That definitely concerns me. I don't like that at all. But I'm counting on Mike McCarthy who prides himself on being a dude that works well as a quarterback whisperer per say. If Aaron Rodgers elects not to come back then you're talking about Mason Rudolph, Will Howard or him. I like his chances. I don't like the panicky part. But I love his size. I love his arm strength. I love his belt. I love the fact that he's from Ohio. You know, those weather conditions that exist in Pittsburgh and stuff like that. Mike McCarthy alluded to that. His size is arm strength. That's the kind of thing you need when you're playing in Pittsburgh. You know, and that was in those weather conditions. I know it firsthand after being there for that damn play of game. I was freezing my behind off. And it was windy too. So you understand what's required in Pittsburgh. Don't know, but don't mind the Steelers taking the chance on this brother. I wish him luck. So I don't know if he's the best, but to me from my where I sit, it feels like the situation for Garrett and Usmeyer could end up being the best. He doesn't have to play right away or maybe he can play right away if Patrick Mahomes isn't ready to go to start the season. However, to sit back and watch one of maybe the best quarterbacks of our time, like who else is going to be in a situation like that. And also, remember Garrett and Usmeyer on LSU, disastrous season last year. Not only was he injured, he had Brian Kelly being fired towards the end of the season. I don't know that we have tapped his full potential because the year before that, he was so successful. But maybe I don't know if he's the best quarterback that wasn't taken in the first round. But the situation he could potentially be in, did we all think Patrick Mahomes was going to be compacted by homes? And then he went to the chiefs set for a year and now look what has happened. I can't get excited about Garrett and Usmeyer for a multitude of reasons. First reason would be, this is a bad quarterback draft class, like bad. Not saying these guys can't overcome that, but there was only one real sure fire first round picked. Ty seems to become the second one. There was a drop off then Carson, but for him to go in the seventh round with the quarterback from Rutgers and and tailing green going before him, like that tells me that the league spoke and they weren't in on Usmeyer and for him to go there just in fields above them on the death chart too. I know that. Maybe as a watcher thing and you might like them and I'd be a great Tom Brady like story, but of all the years to fall to seventh, this one really was one where it's like the league really spoke on this. Yeah, I really think the guys that are in the conversation to be impactful into the NFL, I would prop as quarterbacks because I think there are some guys that were drafted in maybe athletic type of roles. The young man I've north to go to state and maybe a tailing green. I think it's Carson Beck and Drew Aller and I do like North Meyer though. Did you like his time? I liked Nuss. I did. Because he was supposed to be a first round pick going into this season. Yeah, I'm not only concerned with North Meyer, there's not a throw that he doesn't like. I mean, it is gunsling away. And at times. - I'm doing some at times he doesn't. I think he's gonna have to figure out to manage all that. But the likelihood that Carson Beck is more than likely going to play this year for the Cardinals. It's more than likely at some point. I don't believe it'll be Aller unless Aaron decides not to play. Again, I believe Aaron is going to play. So realistically, it feels Carson Beck is the only one that is going to actually have the chance to get onto the field and play. - Well, good news for Carson Beck. Is it any like 24, 23? Is it older? - He's been in college football since 2020. - Exactly. He's an older quarterback. So, you know, not young. And he knows a lot of football. Okay, coming up here on first take after Carly Anthony Townes, triple double and game four. Is it time for the next to run their offense through Kat instead of Jalen Brunson? The Raptors beat the Cavs yesterday, 93 to 89 behind 23 point performances from both Brandon Ingram and Scotty Barnes to tie their first round series now at two games a piece. Perk, what is your biggest takeaway from the Raptors even enough the series now with the Cavs? - Well, let's say my Raptors, because I'm the only person that picked them to make the playoffs and now they're making noise even in the series up against the Cavs. But the word is out about the Cleveland Cavaliers. All you have to do is get physical with them, bring the intensity because they're soft. That's the identity of the Cleveland Cavaliers. Live by, now live by, uh, Scotty Barnes and Toronto Raptors got confidence. RJ Barrett is balled and Brandon Ingram finally found his rhythm. This series is gonna go seven games. - Oh, boy. In the two games, by the way, that the Raptors have lost in this series. James Hardin has more turnovers than field goals made. That is not good 'cause it feels like more of the same. I'm Donovan Mitchell and James Hardin in the postseason. Let's go to the Knicks though now. They evened up their series with the Hawks at two games a piece on Saturday with the commanding 114-98 win. New York took control midway through the first quarter, maintained the lead for the rest of the game. Carl Anthony Towns had one of his best playoff games as a Knick finishing with 20 points, 10 rebounds and 10 dimes, becoming the fourth Knicks player to record a triple double in a playoff game. Isn't this what everyone has been saying? Please go through Cat, go through Cat. Now the question becomes, should Cat be the first option for the Knicks or should it remain? Jalen Brunson, Stephen A. - I'm gonna say Jalen Brunson. I'm gonna say Jalen Brunson because I think that Jalen Brunson, you know, Carl Anthony Towns has to do his thing and I certainly don't disagree with Perk like that. But I don't believe that the Knicks can afford any drop off any kind of precipitous drop off in terms of activity or production from Jalen Brunson and they're gonna go anywhere in these playoffs. I think that Jalen Brunson is that engine that stirs that cup. He's been that way throughout the season, throughout his career in New York City and there's nothing about that that needs to change. He may need to get Carl Anthony Towns more actively involved and Carl Anthony Towns needs to be more active and concert with Jalen Brunson as opposed to at the expense of Jalen Brunson. I don't have any problem with somebody that's saying Carl Anthony Towns needs to do more and he needs to be a Bible offensive option which is not something that was happening during the regular season but it certainly does not need to be at the expense of Jalen Brunson. That much I will say. - When you're trying to win a championship, that is what the Knicks are trying to do right now. You lose yourself in the team and you do what's best for the team. - Should Carl Anthony Towns be the first option for the Knicks offense? You damn right he should be. You don't wanna know why? Because he's one of the most skilled bicks to ever play the game of basketball. He is the best big right now in the Eastern Conference of my opinion offensively. He's so versatile. We know about his shooting but his ability to be able to take guys off the dribble. His ability to be able to take guys to the low block area and now he showed off a game for because of his passing ability. And I was in studio on the show with USA and USA and I said when they dropped game two that it was gonna be a blessing in disguise for the New York Knicks because now you can go to the field room and now you can hold yourself accountable and make the adjustments that need to be made and they did that. Yes, they didn't do it too much in game three but now here we are looking at game four. You feature Kory Anthony Towns more. You run the office through him. Big body brunson is gonna get his but the Knicks end up winning game four in great fashion. And I said it before and I'ma said again. Kory Anthony Towns is the emotional guy. Kory Anthony Towns is a guy that needs to feel love. When you embrace him and give him the opportunity to be himself and be great offensively you're gonna get the best version of Kory Anthony Towns defensively and that's what we witnessed in game four. That's the real problem. 76 and a half percent when I mean damn. That's the kind of thing that should keep you up at night. That's the kind of thing that should make you wanna drop 50 because somebody giving it to you. So if Jaylen Brunson, if we're gonna point to something about Jaylen Brunson, it's not about him needing the step back. It's not about Carl Anthony Towns needing to just step forward. Of course, Carl Anthony Towns shoot 57% from the field, 50% from three point range, giving you 21 points of game in this series. Obviously, Carl Anthony Towns is very important. Elevate him, no doubt about that. But you need to do it in constant with Jaylen Brunson offensively. You just need to help Jaylen Brunson out defensively because if you're talking about somebody subliminally or figuratively screaming for help on the defensive side of the ball, it is Jaylen Brunson, whenever he's in the facility of CJ McCullum who's been given it to him. - Yeah, I mean, CJ McCullum was still the leading scorer for the Hawks in this past game, but he just wasn't able to make that same kind of impact. Good news for the Knicks. Also, Carl Anthony Towns, the Knicks are nearly plus 33 with him on the floor. He makes an impact, utilize him more.
