In this episode of the Ring of Fantasy Football Show, hosts Danny Heifiz, Danny Kelly, and Craig Whirlbeck recap preseason week one, identifying fantasy football winners and losers. Key winners include Cam Skataboo, who looks fully recovered for the Giants and could be a top-40 fantasy player, and DJ Moore, who impressed for the Bills before a minor ankle scare. Dejon Stribling of the 49ers also stands out as a rookie receiver with strong hands, potentially moving up rankings. Conversely, losers include Jeremiah Love, whose high ankle sprain raises doubts about his rookie season with the Cardinals, and Jordan Tyson, whose recurring hamstring issues make him a risky pick for the Saints. Cam Ward's shaky preseason performance and Tua Tongovailoa's struggles for the Falcons, which could hurt Drake London's value, are also flagged. The Browns' offense, led by Deshaun Watson's poor play, is a major concern, despite talented skill players. The Raiders' offense looks sharp, with Jack Batch and Mike Washington as sleeper options. Jonathan Brooks of the Panthers is highlighted as a potential value pick with high upside if he stays healthy. The hosts also touch on Anthony Richardson's flashes, Ty Simpson's competent but unspectacular play for the Rams, and Drew Aller's promising showing for the Steelers. Overall, they caution against overreacting to preseason performances but adjust rankings based on injury risks and emerging opportunities.
[MUSIC] >> Welcome to Ring of Fantasy Football Show. My name is Danny Heifiz, and I'm joined by Danny Kelly and Craig Whirlbeck. And we are going over the winners and losers of pre-season week one, because Danny Kelly football is back. >> Kind of. >> Somewhat football. >> A little. >> It's a kind of football, yeah. >> It feels back. >> It feels back. You see Kyler Murray for like 10 snaps. You see Joe Borough for like seven plays and you get a little like it's a tease. >> Yeah, Joe Borough got sacked on the opening pass and Jackson Darts in the blue tent. So it kind of feels like we're back. >> Jackson Darts. Don't give me started on Jackson. Okay, I actually, I was not planning this. We're going to start with Jackson Darts because I'm so mad. All I needed was to understand the blue tent. We're going to take a quick break and then we're going to talk about winners and losers. But also, we have the ringer fantasy football league this year. Netflix live draft on Friday, August 28th at 11th Am Pacific Recton, I get the right. >> That is correct. This is year two of the ringer fantasy football league. It'll be us, Bill, Sean, Chris, Mal. David Chang this year, cousin, Sal, Joe House, tape razor. I think I'm getting every Van Leathen. We'll be doing the live draft on Netflix. It'll be very fun. >> Yeah, I can't wait for Dave Chang to yell at us. That'll be fun. Okay, so check us out Friday, August 28th. We're going to talk about Jackson Darts and all the pre-season week one winners and losers. But first, quick break. This episode is presented by Verizon. Well, what's funny is, did you see the quotes from Dart After? I kind of, I didn't know what to think of it when he was like, I don't know, I'm going to the blue tent so much. Jesus Christ. I just got tackled. Everybody relaxed. It's because he was laying there like he was dead for solid like four seconds. Maybe that. I think he's averaging a blue tent every two games. I believe he has 10 games in five tents. He's 43% of his starts. He got blue tented. It's unbelievable. I, I, I think Jackson's art thinks it's a conspiracy. He's like, they just want to put me in the tent, man. And I'm like, no, imagine being the concussion spotter that has to decide that, that like you didn't send him to the tent at this point. Do you think the tent's going to get sponsored soon? Like the Cedar Sinai blue tent? That's something I have. That's a good idea. It's a good idea. It's a good idea. It's a good idea. I think Jackson's art thinks it's a conspiracy. And I'm like, no, imagine being the concussion spotter that has to decide that, that like you that's good. Someone write that down. I'm not afraid. I just said what you just said, though, because I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Him complaining about going to the tent. The dude laid there like you, he's like motionless for several seconds. What do you expect, man? Well, he doesn't remember it, he can. Jesus. He probably got knocked out. He has no recollection. Why do you expect it to be? I mean, he did get drilled. He got drilled. I will, I actually do think the takeaway from that one is Tyrone Tracy just whiffed on that block. And that, that's his basic, his past protection gets. Just like high school football. Line me go left, running back goes right. It's the simplest version of it. And the irony is Tyrone Tracy was a receiving running back. He's a receiving college, but he's not big enough to go and work and he's not going to pass down work. And I, my takeaway from it was, it was cool that Jackson dark came back, amazing off script throw. Like, you know, to Malek, I feel the rookie at a Notre Dame in the end zone. Awesome. Love Malek, I feel it's as a compliment to my neighbors. But my takeaway watching the giants was scatabo's back and he's underrated in drafts. Like, I don't know how he got his strength back, but he's totally normal and he's, he's already valid. Let's just start with them. We've have we done it. I, I would say that to a winner is absolutely camp scatabo. I want that crazy bastard on my team. He's, he looks healthy. He's playing. I think the crazy, he's fucking playing in preseason week one. I broke his leg. Not that long ago. His ankle was turned to 180 degrees. He's playing. He's doing back flips and Tyrone Tracy on the very first, in the very first quarter almost got Jackson dark knocked out of the game. Like scatabo was going to be a terrorist this week. Scatabo was an extremely productive fantasy running back as a rookie in like the four games he played with, with Jackson dark. Like if the two of those guys are on the field, which I know is a massive caveat, he's going to be good and he's going to be underrated. I agree. Also, it's funny because preseason, some of it doesn't matter at all, but that's what coach is care about. Missing a block. That's like, you learned seven years ago how to do and getting the quarterback crushed is what coach is care about. I think scatabo, again, the Pat Karinroll, he's a path to seven touchdowns are 45 catches. Scatabo's got both and he's just because he's big and white and runs into telephone polls as a kid. People like, he's just any broke his leg in two different places and missed the black back flip. I think he's kind of an underrated guy. So we have scatabo right now ranked as like, man, I think we're low on him. We have him 55th. I think we got to move them up like around and a half. I think he should be like a top 40, like maybe top 40 player. I'll remind people right now that last year he played basically six healthy games four with Jackson dark two with Russell Wilson. In those six games, he was the RB seven. He was averaging 17 fantasy points per game and he was getting 19 touches a game. Yeah. That's a lot. Yeah. I think, yeah, I agree. Craig. Wait, hold on. Let's stick on this though. Did you say Jackson dark as a winner? What's the old German word for getting hit so hard that you have to get medically checked and coming in and just immediately throwing a touchdown like right off, don't go. I know I was like worried because then they brought in James Winston. I thought he thought his day was done and then it was like, whoa, he's back in throwing a touchdown. It was great. I don't know. I don't think he's a winner necessarily, especially after the stuff he said after the game. I just feel like that. The only thing we needed from dark was to not get concussion checked and he immediately got hit. So I would say no, not a winner technically, even though that was a cool throw. Yeah. Jackson dark is interesting because there were reports that he's been like messy and camp or whatever. I do think he's a real gamer. Like I do think he's, it's kind of like a cliche to say, but I do feel like when Jackson dark gets on the field, he is legitimately better than he is in practice and I'm not sure why. But like I actually think under the bright lights, he plays better. He also scrambling out of structure stuff, too, that he's really good at that's why he's good at fantasy because he's scrambling around and doing all that stuff, too. The touchdown was also going to his off side. He said, it's rolling. It was left. So it was an amazing throw. And Malachi fields again, it wasn't so much receiving going on to Notre Dame the last few years. But I will just say it's nice. The Giants have big receivers. Plaxico Burris was big. Keenix was big. It was nice of a big receiver. Again, opposite neighbors. If David sits in the field again, with that said, I, we shouldn't have probably started with the Giants, but Craig, he mentions Dart, and I just couldn't contain myself. But Craig, who is your big loser at a pre-season week one? I'm going to go, Jeremiah Love, the rookie running back on the Cardinals, and I want to discuss this with you guys because there's a world in which you could say he's maybe a winner just based on what we saw from him. But he played a lot. He got 14 touches, 73 total yards from Scrimmage. And on his 14th and last touch, he, maybe there would have been more. He injured his ankle, and it now appears as though he has a high ankle sprain, which is like just the last thing you want, like that high ankle sprains is one of the most nagging injuries in the NFL. Sometimes it's enough to like derail an entire fantasy season. We've seen it in CDLAM where they're, these guys get hurt in the first month of season and you kind of can't recover. I guess he has a month, and that's nice. But I want to start with the positives. There was a lot going on on Twitter, and I fully agreed with it where everyone was saying that this guy looks like Adrian Peterson. Yeah. And I got to be honest. It's like the way he did. The Herky Jerky way in which he runs a little. He ran much more kind of, yes, just aesthetically, like his size, the way he moved, his kind of violent shaking cuts, really look, he's like frame. It did look like Adrian Peterson to me. He looked like he immediately belonged in the NFL. And I was like, wow, Jerky, it's tricky, because if he hadn't gotten hurt, I almost would have said I would raise, I would rise him in the rankings a little bit. Because I'm like, maybe this is a lot of posturing that we've heard from this staff and they're trying to make their rookie work hard in the fucking training camp, which is understandable, and they are going to give them the ball a lot. Because I thought he looks fantastic. Yeah, I mean, you guys ever noticed how sometimes when players change uniforms, it like makes them look either smaller or bigger. I feel like when Jeremiah Love, in the Cardinals uniform, for some reason, he just looks big. He looks like he doesn't honor out there. He is a big, I mean, he's like six one, like he's a big, he's six one, two, two, one, he's such a whole running back. But he just looks bigger. He looks larger than life. But I totally agree, Craig, like the tweet that I think went kind of viral was like ball knowers will know exactly who this guy is running the runs like. And immediately you just see your mind goes to Adrian Peterson, the Herky Jerky way that he runs kind of and like a lot of really
just sharp cuts, really just exaggeratedly sharp cutting. - He caught passes, he was doing everything and just looked like a fully formed running back in the NFL. Again, high ankle sprain, not great. We have him as our 13th running back. The guys, we have below him that it's like, okay, so let's factor in the fact that he is the high ankle sprain. The Cardinals offense, you know, we'll see. Would you really drop him below high fits? So with this ankle sprain, would you drop him below guys like Iron Williams, Javonte Williams, Breast Hall and Josh Jacobs? Those are the four running backs we have below him. - Yes and no, I'm not taking Jeremiah Love this year. Like, I'm not gonna have Jeremiah Love on my teams. It's just three strikes you're out. And again, Jeremiah Love in a vacuum as a player is amazing. I, he's, I really think Jeremiah Love's a mix of Reggie Bush, Christian McCaffrey. I love Jeremiah Love. But three strikes you're out. Cardinals are a bad team. Like, if you look at the Cardinals schedule, they actually might start O and 11. That is on the table. They're a bad team. Jeremiah Love's a rookie. And he has a high ankle sprain to your point. City Limb, last year I had a high ankle sprain in week three. I had the worst season since he was a rookie. Like a high ankle sprain is a serious injury. It's a little bit like turf toe where it sounds a lot more whimsical than it is. High ankle sprain is, saps your explosiveness. There's like, it is like Odell Beckham. Safe one, Barkley. Like all these guys who have bad high ankle sprains don't recover the same year. It's very difficult. And then if the Cardinals already, we're gonna push Jeremiah Love. They're gonna rethink it now because they're gonna start one in nine. And they're gonna be pushing this rookie who's already missing a month of practice to then like aggravate a very aggravatable injury that is a high ankle sprain. I don't see it. And I don't wanna deal with it every week. I don't wanna wonder if I should play the injured rookie against the Seahawks or if it's gonna be favored by 16. And I just, so I'm, will they put him below Kyron Williams? I don't know. I'm gonna rank him far enough down that I'll never take him. The other thing to talk about here is, well, just to tack on first. Yeah. You question how many touchdowns they're gonna score. That is the big thing. Does he have a lot of touchdown upside? I'd say in this offense, probably not. Also, doesn't help that their first round pick, or sorry, second round pick, Chase Bessonthus, also tore his MCL or tore his ACL. He guarded it Texas A&M. He's out for an extended period of time. No, he tore his MCL. Chase Bessonthus is out for the entire season. And then the third round pick, Carson Beck missed this game with the ribadry and their fourth round pick, the defensive lineman is also out for the season. So the Cardinals first four picks in this draft are already here. I just think and then add in the fact you have, and they might trade these guys or get rid of him before the season starts. So the Algier just signed there. James Conner is still a part of that. Like he could siphon off some of the passing game work. It's just kind of hard to get super excited about Jeremiah Love right now as a fantasy player. Even the long-term dynasty wise, I am more excited than ever about him. In fact, I probably should have had him higher in all my rankings just because he looked incredible when he was such a football. I want to ask you guys a question. My Contrarian brain turned on this weekend when everyone was like the Cardinals are fucking idiots from giving him 14 touches in the preseason, blah, blah, blah. I don't know if I believe this, but my Contrarian brain was like, why does it matter? They're not gonna fucking win this year anyway. Like let him play. You know what I mean? Like, does it matter that he got hurt? Really? Not really. Other than selling tickets. What are the tours ACL? I mean, what the fuck did he got hurt? No, I'm just saying like the idea for serving him for the regular season so he can go O and 11 to start out like, who gives a fuck? I don't know. Here's the thing, it's almost surely wrong that I think it's like, doesn't matter, but like my Contrarian brain is just basically like, they're not gonna win anyway. Like, why does it matter if they're like, conserving him for the season? Mari Drung goes to have one more. I'm still gonna be hung over, who cares? Yeah, it's whatever. It's a dumb take. But yeah, I feel like they didn't need to play him. But like, you know, give a shit if he didn't get hurt. No one's gonna be like, I can't believe he got so many touches if Jeremiah Love was not injured. But like also people get mad when they don't play the rookie running backs immediately anyway. It is a little bit like, you can't win with the preseason stuff. You either don't play people and then you're like, oh, they're rusty at the beginning of the year. Or you do play them and they're fucking hurt. 'Cause football's very violent. The only thing that matters is winning. And also the problem is Mike Leflur is, his haircut is unserious. And so anything he does that goes wrong will be blamed on him. Also, first of all, for our purposes, you're gonna see this a lot here. It's weird that there is a coach. There are two coaches, brothers. Em Leflur, whose biggest star in offense is J.Dott Love. Like you have the packers of Matt Leflur and Jordan Love as the quarterback and then Mike Leflur and Jeremiah Love. So NFL Network had the thing, Em Leflur says J.Love might miss week one. And then Packers fans were like, what? Just keep it on you. - We've got Em Leflur and J.Harba right now in the NFL. - It's a problem. - Anyway, I don't-- - Do you guys disagree? I don't want you're in my love. I'm gonna put them outside the top three. I don't want them on my team. Like I don't want my team to be a rookie with a high ankle sprain of the worst team in the NFL. - I generally agree with you. Can we, before we move on to our next winner, loser, can we do a quick name game? - Sure. - Jeremiah Love or Josh Jacobs? Let's assume Josh Jacobs plays. - Josh Jacobs. - DK? - Yeah, probably Josh Jacobs now. - Jeremiah Love or Javonte Williams? - Neither are the receivers. I'm being honest, if I'm not trying to take either, I'm trying to take Ladd McConkey, Ameka Bucke, Devonte Smith, T Higgins, Crystal Love, a George picker. - That's fair, but like-- - All of this goes to the bottle. - But let's say it's around later, like let's say Javonte Williams and Jeremiah Love have now fallen around past where they should. And you're like, wow, these guys are values. Which one would you take? - Javonte, because there's all this stuff that happens to your brain in the off season, your brain on off season is like, Jeremiah Love's so explosive, think about the reason, and then it's like the season starts and the Cowboys have the best offense in the NFL and the Cardinals are the worst. And then you're like, why do I have the running back on the worst team in the NFL? I wish I had the running back on the best offense in the NFL. - Yeah. - DK, Travis ETN or Jeremiah Love? - I think that's where it starts to get close. I think the area that he should probably be dropped into. - I would take Love, but he'll be gone by then. That's the point. He'll be gone. - Well, we'll see. I mean, he just has a high angle, right? There's a chance he drops, you know, we don't know. I mean, we're going to drop him. - He's wrapping up a little cue does, a little questionable in the draft room. It's amazing what that does to people's minds. - To tie it up in a little bow here, Cam Skataboo or Jeremiah Love. I would take Skataboo. - Skataboo. It's a perfect example of how fantasy works. - Skataboo is, I would, I'm pretty healthy. Will it take Skataboo over Love this season? - Yeah. - All right, DK, who's your winner from preseason week one? - Well, this is kind of along the same lines because this was my experience watching the bills game the other day and I turned it on. I watched the replay. I didn't have any information. I hadn't like checked Twitter or whatever and I was like, three catches in, DJ Moore. I'm putting him in the top 10. Like he is going to go absolutely off this year. DJ Moore looks awesome. Great connection to overall, I assume. - No, I was exaggerating in my own mind as I'm saying. Like, basically I was like getting really, really excited about DJ Moore. - Are those very buzzkillings of me? - Yeah, thanks. And then he got a gig. - The joke you made is factually incorrect. - A guy to dying alone. - Yeah, and then by the way, he did the, he did the like wave at a guy to come hit me thing. After he caught a pass in the flats and he was like running after the catch. And he like pointed at the defenders like, come on. Let's do this. - Easily the best player of the precinct. So like preseason. - Oh, like DJ Moore might be back. - Preseason as a starter is next level. - Yeah. - He's like, the joke is hit me. - Speaking of rooting, like rooting things for no reason. Was there a chance that he was maybe trying to tell one of his guys to block a guy. Maybe he wasn't actually like doing the come on thing. But anyway, but yeah, so then he looked great. I'm like, the bill's offense. Obviously we know this is going to be a high scoring team. They kind of have missed a go to number one receiver. DJ Moore, I was getting so excited about this based on a very small sample. And then he gets rolled up on Hertz's ankle. There is fear that it's a high ankle spring. We haven't really heard yet. - No, he's fine. Joe Brady that had, there was a look. - Oh yeah, coaches are super believable. Yeah. - Oh, no, but when Joe Brady, the coach said he's good to go. - Like Matt LaFler did with which R by love and then it turned out to be a high ankle spring. - First of all, Mike LaFler. - Dangerous. - Sorry. - And LaFler. - Come on, we just went over that. Come on. - I'm never gonna not do that. - You're right. I guess I'm just taking his word for it. But I also think if he said good to go and he was a high ankle spring, he can't play. It'd be pretty dumb if he said he's good to go and then he missed his practice. - Yeah. I mean, let's, let's, maybe you're right. - Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. I think he'll be okay. But that was definitely a bit of a buzzkill from watching the first couple series. 'Cause DJ Moore just looked awesome. And, you know, Josh Allen was doing his thing. And I just like got really excited about the bill's offense in general watching this preseason game. I think James Cook. I'm like more excited about the never, you know, collier Shakir I think is going to be a good sleeper later in drafts. But yeah, the DJ Moore thing was kind of a rollercoaster ride. I don't know what to do with him. I think he's a winner on this, but we gotta see about the injury. - As long as it's not a high ankle spring, I think DJ Moore's winner. I think he's maybe the most underrated player in fantasy. - I agree. I mean, it's been a long time since the bills have had like a good wide receiver one. And maybe DJ Moore is like not a top 10 receiver in the NFL, but he's definitely like a top 30 receiver in the NFL. And the bills haven't had that in a really long time. And DJ Moore is like very capable of having 1200 yard nine touchdown seasons. Like he's done that on shittier teams. - I mean, you talk about name game. I'd rather have DJ Moore. I'd rather have DJ Moore of a Roma dunes. I take DJ Moore of a James and Williams. I take DJ Moore of a Luther burden.
Yeah, I think I would too with all those, probably need to move him up just waiting on this injury. Those kind of the big thing. Yeah. I mean, and how if it's you saying that, like a lot of those guys are very like big hype guys. James and William Luther burden. I do think you're going to be able to get DJ Moore at a very reasonable cost because people are afraid to take someone who hasn't been good for two years. And it just comes down to he's the number one receiver. They're paying him like at Joe Brady's had years with DJ Moore where DJ Moore had incredible target shares. Again, they're giving him a bananas of money and it's just people are afraid to rank him high because he's been disappointing for two years in a row. But it's just the bill's got him to be the guy. Just again, he's just as a flower has been cheaper and better. Maybe. Okay, maybe we'll bump DJ Moore up my well, no, I mentioned the giants. I think scataba's a winner and darn loser. Craig, who else is a winner for you for preseason week one? Dejon Stribling, the rookie on the Niners wide receiver, I think is probably one of the biggest winners of camp so far and it translated right into preseason. He had seven catches for six to three yards in the first quarter and a half granted like Mike Evans didn't play. There's really there's not a lot going on in the San Francisco wide receiver room. But Stribling had a lot of hype this off season as a guy who was like catching on to things very quickly and looked like a pro out there. He played all three drives with the starters. They pulled him after a quarter and a half. And like I said, seven catches, 63 yards. Just like looked really good, had really strong hands. I came down with a deep ball where he went up and got it, landed, held onto the ball, had another one where it looks like he just had like great control of the ball and great body control already. And you know, pierce all is out for the year. They brought in Debo Samuel. Mike Evans has been banged up, but I think he'll be fine. But I am starting to wonder, you know, we talked about how hard it is for rookie to break through the Kyle Shanahan system in year one. Oh, yeah. I don't know. I think I'm buying this a little bit. I mean, we haven't ranked incredibly low. I think we have to move. He's outside the top 130 for us. We will absolutely move him up. But yeah, I do, I am buying this, I think. I'm with you. I think if you did, it just really depends on what happens with Debo here. But I think he, I think that Stribling is the wide receiver two on the scene. I think Mike Evans is going to be the wide receiver one. I think Stribling is going to move around be in the slot in terms of just targets. He might be the second highest targeted guy on this team. There's also just the Kittle variable, which I'm not 100% sure on. I think that's why we have Stribling kind of low right now is there's Debo and Kittle. And where do they fall into this like sort of puzzle is Kittle going to be back for week one. They're still talking about Kittle trying to take this trip to Australia. I think Kittle will absolutely miss the Australia game in week one. He's just kind of aiming for it as a competitiveness thing, but Kittle will play in week two, but I believe. But as for Stribling, like everything that he did in this game, matched the hype that you're hearing from training cramp training camp. He looked great. He was coming back to the football high pointing like Craig said. And I really liked that they moved him all around the formation, basically like we need to get you some reps inside at the Z. We got Mike Evans who's probably going to be the X for most of most of the time. And I think there's a real chance that he has a really good year and we're very much under rating him. I think you have to let go the bias that I think a lot of people had when he came when the draft happened that he was like over drafted all that like he just looks everything that he's done as a rookie receiver. If he was drafted like 30 spots later and people weren't like shocked about his draft position, I think we'd be even more excited about this. Well, he looks fantastic. Trent Williams was talking on the broadcast because like the stars when they don't play actually are talking and he was talking about how amazing stripping was and then he made the best catch at the game during it and Trent Williams is like that's he's like I can't believe you even fell to us, which I know they always say that, but it's it's certainly amazing when the guys talk about it and then the guy does something spectacular. I will say number one, they call him strip club, which is just amazing. Nice. The strip club. Two, I think part of the draft stock thing was there's a graveyard of guys that come out of Ole Miss and like that style of offense in college. This like dumbed the receivers is just like a 90% miss rate. I'm like the receivers that come out of that style of offense. It just like doesn't always work necessarily. Sometimes you get AJ Browns, but a lot more times you get like guys that like don't really have any full cruise at all. So there's more. Who are the other highly drafted guy? You have DK McCaff and AJ Brown worked. Who else is like taking the top two rounds? That was a huge miss. Elijah Moore. It was one. Not just Ole Miss. I'm talking about like the family of offense. Yeah. Sure. I could pull up. There's a list. There's a list. It's a whole thing. I'll never give up on Elijah Moore. I still think that guy's good. But Stribbling. I think this is a great call. I agree that he's. I think Stribbling is the perfect receiver on your team like your third receiver in your bench than your perfect because he's going to play and if Stribbling doesn't play this season, it implies that Mike Evans and Debo Sandler are perfectly healthy. But I think for the most part, you're right, DK Kyle Shannon, red shirts is receivers, but it's hard to break through the system, but the system is crumbled down to their level. So like Stribbling's going to play. So you can't ignore what he's doing. I feel bad. Literally can't. Like don't have enough bodies healthy. So I think Stribbling is a great pick this year. There's just a upside there. Like I said, he's ranked 135 for us. I think he has to be in the top 100 now. Like him versus a guy like Michael Pittman to me, sure. If you play this season 10 times, maybe seven of the Michael Pittman scores more points and can be a more reliable like guaranteed nine or 10 points every game. But there's a 10, 20% chance that Dejean Stribbling is like the next guy for San Francisco and it's worth taking him in that round because it's worth rankings are funny because I don't know if I'm like in my first blush, I'm like, do I rank Stribbling ahead of Pittman. But in reality, even when we don't, I'm like, well, I'm just going to skip over Pittman, pick all the other positions around him and then wait and then get Stribbling later, which is, you know what I mean, which is just that's what's going to end up happening. So he's just, he's going to be a way better value. So I like Stribbling, Craig, unfortunately, blood sacrifice in exchange for Stribbling, you lost, I think for the fifth episode in a row, one of your favorite players of this season. I really got to start pitching my enemies on the show because then they'll get hurt. It's like the grim reaper meme with Craig, just everyone loves the door. Yeah, what is it? Abouca got the toe, Jordan Tyson with the hamstring. Who's the other one? Luther Burden. Luther Burden with the groin. Yeah, Jordan Tyson hurt his hamstring. This is like the fourth time in like two years he's hurt his hamstring. We don't have a timetable really, which is not a good sign. They're like, there was a quote from Kelly Moore that said, we're still in collection mode, which like doesn't sound great to me. It's his right hamstring and he's basically re-angered it like three times in the last year now. He heard it leading up to the draft and then he heard it again during the draft workout and then that took three months to recover from and then he was finally healthy for July when camp started. He had two healthy weeks of camp and then he heard it again. And so it's basically taken this guy months, not weeks, months to recover from these hamstring injuries like three months. And so you know, you can do the easy math like, I don't think he'll, I don't know. This is impossible to say. We don't know how hard it is. But it's horrible. Is this horrible way to start the season for a guy who always hurts his hamstring? It's the worst thing you could have asked for. Can I be Buzz Killington? Yeah. Rooking receivers going to hamstring specialists in the middle of August and when they're saying the situation looks bleak, I'm out. He's off my board. Unfortunately. I love Jordan Tyson. He's fully healthy. Jordan Tyson is one of my favorite players that you could take this year realistically. I think Jordan Tyson is like going to be the new Christian Watson, where Christian Watson had all these hamstring issues and all he did was make place. But and then he would come off. But Christian Watson went to the University of Wisconsin, has this hamstring center. I don't know if that it's basically what it is. It sounds very unserious to say college is a hamstring center, but it's like, stay study it. And guess what? Christian Watson came back from his ACL and one of the reasons he did such a good ACL recovery and he was so good last year was that he had done all this work and he didn't have the compensatory issues of the ACL, Jordan Tyson has something going on here. And that's okay because we know more about it. But like there's imbalances, we joke about it, but Alvin Camara, do your legs, do your legs weigh the same? Like there is an imbalance in one of his legs. And he's probably going to have to go to this University of Wisconsin Center or somewhere else that's doing it because I think he needs like a more in depth thing. But that's also means I'm not going to have him this year. But maybe it's funny that it's funny that you mentioned Christian Watson. That was my comp for Jordan Tyson going into the draft partly because of the concern over injuries, you know, because that was a thing in college. He was basically hurt every season of his college career, which, you know, can be just bad luck and never show up again or it can be something that's just kind of like going on with your body, all the compensatory stuff. So can I just read this quote from Christian Watson about his own hamstrings just because it's informative? You said for me, it was really the asymmetry, but this is Rob Demovsky to be in story. Christian Watson said for me, it was really the asymmetry between my legs comes from a lot of things. The issue is in my past that the hamstrings not fully recovering from the strength wise. And so basically he's just saying like you have to change how you're training to get your legs to symmetrical so that there's not issues, but I do think Jordan Tyson is something like that. It's so hard. I'm going to move on like 50 spots down 50. Yeah, he's a rookie with it, dude, they can't put they they can't even put a timetable on his return in the middle of August or the hamstring issue. You know it's bad. You know it's bad when like Nick underhill who covers the Saints really well. He's great, but like he tweeted Jordan.
Tyson did a light jog to the huddle. And people are like, nice, nice, okay. He's jogging, like this is good. Oh my God, what's up, screw it. Here's the problem with drafting to him, Tyson. If he comes back to practice, everyone's like, yeah. And then it's like the moment you're watching him, and he limps free of a one second. You're like, oh my God, I'm ruined. I'll never financially recover from this. It's a rookie, don't have injured rookies. - I think one of the hardest parts about fantasy football is getting excited about a guy for five months of the off season. You watch him get drafted. He goes to the team you like. It's working out in camp. Clips look great. The quotes are great. And then he has something like this. And you need to just immediately be like, never mind, I'll see you next year. It is so hard to do that. The impatience is really difficult. And like Luther Burton hurting has grown. Yeah, I should just be like, well, that's probably going to affect him. And I should probably knock him down a bunch and I probably just shouldn't draft him. And so one of the hardest parts about it, it's really to go home to your wife is like the most important fantasy lesson. It's like, yeah, you should like, probably not take the sexy guy who's injured and just take like fucking Terry McClaurron. - Well, yeah, I mean, he's hurt too, but I wanted you last year. But I know you're saying, TK, who else is elusive for you? - Cam Ward is, I think especially relatives to all the other really pretty clean performances from young quarterbacks this last weekend over the last couple of weekends. Cam Ward's performance was a little bit worse. So to me, he went five or 12 for 57 yards. It was just a weird, it was a weird game for him. I mean, he just kept kind of like dropping his arm and trying to do these like little sidearm throws. He was really inaccurate. He was forcing the ball into coverage. Could not establish any report, or carnal tape, so people are kind of freaking out about that a little bit. I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about necessarily, but I think especially relative to just how some of these other young quarterbacks played this weekend. It's like, man, I just wish I would've seen a little bit more from Cam Ward. Yeah, 2.6 areas per attempt, by the way, this, which is like whatever, you don't have to dig into a preseason. - That second base, at that point, you're just being a second base. - He did, that was dead last long on all the quarterbacks this weekend. So like, that is just a little bit worrisome to me. - Cam Ward, it's funny. Cam Ward, the Yankees called up the shortstop, George Lombard, who's like a phenomenon because the Yankees' previous shortstop was literally probably the worst player in the history of baseball to get like three full seasons of that bat. - God, cause it was pathetic. - Like how Raleigh Bader. - Hey, that's me. - Great. - Worse. - Literally the worst on base percentage in 100 years to have like full-time playing time. But then the new guy is just everyone loves him. And I just was watching Cam Ward. I was like, man, this looks like way hard. Way, George Lombard would make all these throws. That's what I was thinking with Cam Ward. - There's football that some players make football look easy and then some players make football look very hard. And like right now, at least for based on this game, like everything just looked hard for Ward. So that was just a little bit worse. And I will say I love the new uniform, so they look cool. - Cam Ward kind of plays like Uncle Rico a little bit from the point in time. - He like drops his arm. He's like back there, just like flinging it, trying to like win a highlight competition. - Yeah. - DK, did it make you? I mean, Carnot Tate, I think got two targets. Again, he was the fourth overall pick at receiver. After all this stuff, when I was the Carnot Tate, an elite receiver prospect goes fourth and he drafts. Gets two targets, no catches. We're, I mean, we already just talked about how we're gonna dock to Ward and Tyson and other top ten receiver in the real life draft this year, maybe off boards. Now it's Carnot Tate. Are you watching the Titans game? You're like, it's pretty season week one who cares. Or are you watching that? Like, I don't really want Carnot Tate to fall into my lap and draft him. - More of the ladder, more of the ladder. I think, you know, I did a draft this weekend. And Carnot Tate went for more than I thought he would. I'm like, man, I don't know. Like, obviously long term really bullish on him. Loved him coming out of the draft, but I can't help but kind of be a little bit worried about what I saw this weekend. - I'm gonna move him down because I'm actually have Carnot Tate higher than you guys. 'Cause I like Tate, I like Ward, and I believe in Bryant Abel. And I think the Titans will be better than people think. 'Cause I believe in Robert Salas, that coach, and Bryant Abel is the coordinator. However, I'm trying to align with what I actually, like, my actual behavior. And I find what I'm doing mock drafts. I do the fantasy draft equivalent of like, when you walk by someone and you kind of like, you don't wanna start a conversation. You know, you don't wanna, like, every time I could draft Carnot Tate, I kind of just like, like, just walk right by him. - You know, I'm getting a fun call. I missed it. - Pretend you're on the phone, yeah. - Just like, making my way to Parker Washington or Christian, like any, I'm just like, I don't want. - You're like, oh, was Carnot Tate on the board? Oh, I missed a miss that, damn it. Whoops. - Yeah. - I do agree. - I'm taking Wanda away if I'm getting anybody from that. Has there been, this is nothing really against Carnot Tate, but like, it's kind of crazy that he was the fourth overall pick. Like, I feel like that, that weight has not carried with him. I don't view him that way on this Titan's team. - It doesn't, yeah. He doesn't feel as big time as some previous guys that were in that range. - Like, Jamar Chase or something? - Like, you know, the Iron Age? - Iron Age, that's true, too much chase went forth. You know the Iron Age? - The Iron Age. - You know the last top five receiver pick that probably was like, pretty meh? - Oh, Cory Davis. - Cory Davis to the Titans is the last guy where everyone's like, yeah, well, who cares, that's. - I'm just to be clear, still very much like Carnot Tate. - I really, really like him. - But like, Jamar Chase went, I think, fifth. I don't feel the same way about, you know. - No, they're not in the same stratosphere as prospects. - Chase was the best receiver prospect since, like, Julio Jones, like, I mean. - And honestly, we're gonna talk about him a lot because Jeremiah Smith's gonna be the best receiver prospect since Jamar Chase, so. - DK, what are the odds that Kim Ward, week two, preseason, it looks like great and completes a 40-yard pass to Carnot Tate. And you're like, ah, throw everything out. I said, last week. - 49%. (laughing) - We're overreacting to preseason, we've won. Where the quarterbacks did two drives or whatever. So I absolutely could change my opinion. - The only thing I want to say about Titans, Tony Pollard looked like he had juice again. - There was a moment where I was watching Pollard. - Yeah. - And I was like, is that the guy that we used to joke was the best player in the NFL? Looks like he was back. - I was kind of excited about the run game, to be honest. Like, Taj A. Spears looked good, Tony Pollard looked good. They scored on, they scored on their first drive for what it's worth. - We just did the best values in your draft last week and it was kind of like a name brand off brand thing. You could kind of do Tony Pollard, Jeremiah Love, in terms of like the offensive situations and the workload splits. Like you could make that, you could be. - So do Pollard, Jeremiah Love. - You could strain and get there. - Honestly, it's not bad. If Kim Ward learned to check down that, like, yeah, Pollard, that's actually pretty funny. Titans, those teams sneakily has poured in the offensive line if they were good. I'm not gonna take Tony Pollard, but that would be cool if he worked out for someone else. - I'd be happy for them. - My, any other things on the Titans, Kim Ward, are we concerned or not? We have to decide. We need action action. - Not yet. - Not yet. - Well, maybe a little. - It would help if. (laughing) - I'm not concerned. - I like their uniforms. Again, to be clear, their uniforms look cool. - Kim Ward just has a propensity to do really stupid shit and it makes me nervous. - You know how the, if you guys see those, there's like a lot, I mean, lived experience, but also studies to say that the decision-making part of your brain is pretty removed from logic. Like the emotional part of your brain is the one that makes decisions and logic is like this whole thing that makes a case and that doesn't actually affect the decision. I can say all this why about cam ward. It doesn't matter to season. I don't think I'll take any Titans until I see cam ward look good. Like, if he doesn't look good in the second week, I probably won't take it. Just 'cause my brain's like, eh, I got thick. - Yeah. - Speaking of the Ick, my loser, I would say the second biggest loser of the entire preseason so far is to a Tungo Viloa in the Atlanta Falcons. - I'm not that bad. - I'm so bad. I'm out onto a, it was worse than a fear. - I think that's the same reaction, but I mean, not like I was excited about it, but I'm excited to hear about this. - Well, he played eight snaps. He fumbled the second snap of the preseason in shotgun, like he didn't know it was coming. And then Michael Penix pointed at him and the first meme of the NFL season is Michael Penix. There's this photo now. Michael Penix is pointing at Tua, like what the fuck is wrong with this guy? And we're gonna use that all year. But I am trying not to overreact, but I felt it stronger and stronger as the weekend went that you watch all these other quarterbacks and Tua has none of the mobility or the ability to extend plays that other quarterbacks have. He's so immobile and has, it's just helpless against interior pressure. But he has none of the decision-making ability of older quarterbacks, like it's old Stafford or old Rothisberger or old Aaron Rodgers. Like none of the processing, so he just fucking darts it. And it's like sad, it's sad to watch. If you didn't know any better, you'd assume he's like 37. - He's like the late career Russ. - But it's what Craig said the other day. It's Tua's seconds are late. Less, first read, second read, plays over, doesn't have the arm and T-Fence is know it, so they're playing up and I'm watching this and I'm like, I'm not taking trick London in the second round. I'm not doing it. And now that could burn me 'cause I thought Tua was so bad that Pentix could take the job back a lot quicker than I thought. And so that's why I don't know what to do with the Falcons, I want to talk to you about it. Maybe I'm overreacting, but I'm like, we've watched Tua for years now. And I'm like, he's so physically limited. He can't move, he can't throw, he can't, it's not just the deep balls where we joke, but it's real where Tyree Kills is fielding puns. But he can't push her past the hashes, he can't push the ball to the sidelines. So they just play, and I'm like, I almost think he's so bad that Michael Pentix might come in and make Drake London good. I don't know, but I thought Tua was horrible. - How much weight is this fumble on second down count? - No, it's not just that. It's like he missed the check down on first and 10 on the next drive. He's a lefty, the guy's out to his left and the flat. It's a tight end who went, like he went in motion. You know he's there and he just misses the check down. He doesn't even throw it. He would've got a first-
down on first and 10 and I'm like you're supposed to be like a seven year NFL that how the fucking isn't a checkdown in the preseason. You guys think I'm faster than to a guess you think three three cone drill near to a your life on the line. Who you picking? Correct. I don't say that much about pro athletes, but I mean he the man of the bow jackson hip injury like six years ago. I, I lean much more towards hyphids on this. Look, it's not like two two was that twenty twenty three was a long time ago. It's not like to even with Mike McDaniel offensive guru was good last year or the year like it was a mess. It's even benched. So I don't know why I'm expecting him to be serviceable now. I totally agree about Jake London. Michael Pentax is I think has a shot to play week one and appears to be physically feeling really good. He's actually been very open this off season about the mental struggles of the injury stuff and how that's the hardest part. But if Pentax plays, Drake London was like the wide receiver two in fantasy and if two of plays, he might be like the wide receiver thirty two fantasy. What two needs to do is so into medical to him, which is like toss up these deep like like junk. Yeah. Drake London needs like all you and yes, two of can't get the ball there. No. The arm punt. Can I also remind you guys how bad to not for it. It is. And honestly, he should arm pun everything. That's a nickname. Arm pun. Wait. I didn't tell you guys. I did this. So when we say that like I know this is a new thing now. It happened to Russell Wilson guys get caught by their team. The Broncos and Steelers signed them for a veteran minimum and it's like the other teams paying the bill for you to go away, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't really just to remind you how bad two was playing. The Dolphins, the amount of money they're taking to get rid of two is like so much larger than all the other record breaking things that I went. The Dolphins overall, they're $180 million in dead cap. Did I tell you guys they built an offense with less money than the dolphins have taken a dead cap this year? So this is just to a Tyree Kill Bradley Chubb and the Jalen Waddle dead money. You can put together for less money, Patrick Mahomes, Jamar Chase, Jackson Smith and Jigwood, Tray McBride, Bijan Robinson, Garrett Bulls, left tackle, Jotuny, left guard, Tyler Linderbaum at center, Quinn Miners, the all pro right guard, and Penaisu at right tackle. And that's like two million more dollars. Then the dolphins are paying for people to not play for their team. That's why I'm saying when you sign a player for a lot of money, it's actually a good thing. The Dolphins. The good player and not that player. The Dolphins are paying the same amount of money to not have to as the Ravens are to have Lamar Jackson this year. Yes. And so when the Falcons are going to try them out, I'm like, I don't want the Falcons. And Abija Robinson is still the second guy. I think how pits might be incredible in fantasy this year. Pit's had a couple of catches in this game, yeah. He's the only guy who's going to catch the ball. He's the only guy who's going to get open in two seconds, but anyway, I'm moving London down. I'm moving London outside by top 20. There's nothing to do with him. I don't necessarily disagree with you, by the way, I was just kind of playing doubles advocate there. I was just like, damn, was he that bad because he fumbled that snap. But you're right. It was it was a pretty ineffective. I mean, their first drive was over before it started and also worth noting. Falcons James Pierce Jr. The defensive end of a suspended eight games with NFL and he led the Falcons in sax last year. So it's not a good start. Craig, who else is a loser for your preseason week one? It's the Browns and it's the Sean Watson and it's ever all the skill players on the Browns. I watched. I don't know why I watched every single snap that to Sean Watson took in week one of the fucking preseason. Craig's watching the all 22, baby. I was and I can't believe we're doing to Sean again. I think I think Casey Conceptsion is good. I think Denzel Boston is good. I think Quenchon Joekins is good and I think Harold Fanon is good and I think they're all fucked this year because of to Sean Watson's going to start. He's terrible. He's on juice. His arm is weird. He's so indecisive, he looks completely discombobulated out there. There was a play where all four wide receivers were open in the field. He's in the middle of the pocket. He throws to none of them and he gets sacked. And I'm like, I can't believe we're doing this again. I don't want to draft any Browns this year despite the fact that I think all of those players are good. And if you're a Browns fan, I would hold out hope that you guys are going to fucking tank this year. He's got a good quarterback next year and they could be, their offense could be good immediately. To Sean Watson was by EPA per play Austin Galloway said the stat that he was the worst quarterback in Brown's history by EPA per play. Brown's history. It's the worst quarterback in Brown's history through six games, then he towards Achilles twice. And he came back and I mean, first of all, Watson hadn't really played in a game in 22 months. And he looked like, I thought Watson, there were some plays where he was like, okay, like he actually is faster than I thought off the Achilles and some better plays. I also thought there were plays where I thought he had the yips, like for God had to throw a football. No, that's been, yeah, that's been happening for a while. That was happening 22 months ago, the tour is Achilles twice. Yeah. That was happening back. I feel like the yips were happening before he tours ACL twice or sorry Achilles twice. I just think it's, I think it's a mess. And I feel bad for Denzel Boston and conception on his fan because I think all those guys look good. So does this mean we want to root for shitter from a fantasy point of view, root for shitter to start? I mean, I think the question is obviously not good either. Well, yeah. Sure. I don't know what it's worth revisiting. Remember the time the Browns just sent Joe Flacco to the Bengals in a trade for like move up 20 spots in the six round. Mine. Tom one does. Joe Flacco on the Browns with Boston conception on Judg, that would be a real God damn team. I still don't really like, why is it James Winston just starting for the Browns? Like I don't really get it. I feel like there's some backup quarterbacks or I'm like, they're just better than any quarterback the Browns have right now. I think how much are they paying to Sean Watson this year? $46 million or something. They ended up getting a cap credit. They got, they were able to get his, the year as he was often sure. Right. So just a whole thing. Right. Right. If you pay for an insurance policy and the guy gets hurt every game, you get a cap credit back. That's like the new thing. So the Jets got like credited the next year for Aaron Rogers' season that he missed. Like it's almost like a credit card charge being done. But the Browns, so they kind of build them out of the, killing is actually kind of build them out of the Browns of the Watson contract. But they're all still need to play him. And then I think Jimmy has on the owner wanted you to do our Sanders. So they're kind of like tied. But yeah, I don't, I don't know, one of the other teams I want these Browns players. But I'm like, I honestly don't want to spend 50 hours watching to Sean Watson this fall. No. And yeah. Well, as we were talking about earlier, you got to be patient, like law. If you're a Browns fan, just convince yourself that there will only be one more bad year. And then you're going to get a quarterback and Dishonel be gone and things will be better. Because I do think everyone around him, they all look like good picks. Dude. Kasey concepts you only looked awesome. He did. The receiver at a Texas A&M, he's the man Boston out of Washington, I mean, the University Washington. I will say Austin made a great point to me that the Browns defense also might suck, which you forget about. But because Carson Schwestinger was defensive over the year, but they traded away Miles Garrett. And then Jim Schwartz, the defensive coordinator, basically quit because they didn't give him that coaching job. And so no Miles Garrett, no Jim Schwartz, if the Browns defense is bad, it could be just as bad as like the Cardinals last year. But they don't have it. Jacob, if you're set like, they might just get blown the fuck out if the defense is bad. Because Watson and Shredor are not going to be able to come from behind and even rack up garbage time. I don't think. Yeah. I don't want to count on the Browns get garbage time stats. I'm kind of just moving all the Browns down. I do agree though. Big picture. This skill group is sick. And I think next year, any quarterback, well, I don't know about any quarterback wanting to land in Cleveland generally, but like that is a really good skill group. If you're Cleveland, you take quarterback, and I'm not even kidding, I would take six straight offensive lightning. Yeah. Because everything else in the offense is set. This is the first time in my, I think my lifetime, maybe right after they took Baker, I would say I'm buying stock in the Browns. Yeah. Any other winners to lose is I'm forgetting about. Mendoza? Yeah. I have Mendoza as a winner. So I mean, so first of all, Mendoza was the first number one pick to throw a touchdown in his pre-season debut since Baker may feel like nine years ago, which I don't know that's possible. That was that right. That's funny to me. But yeah, Mendoza, he played four drives, he had like a hundred yards in a touchdown. I just thought Mendoza immediately looked like what we thought he would be, which is the arm strength is there. He was able to immediately throw like outside the hash. I thought he mentally recovered. He was in the goal line. He took a sack. He came back. He's poised. He just looks like an adult, looks like a little baby pro and a little gazelle learning to run. And again, Mendoza himself said he's, it's not pretty when he runs, but it gets the job done. He out ran a couple of four string defensive ends for a couple of first downs. He's fast. I can do the roll outs. And I also think the real winner that I think Mendoza is going to be good. Kirk Hussons played fun too. I think the real winner of this, I think Jack Batch, I would say his name wrong. The receiver to TC really disappointing rookie year, last year, but the Raiders used him totally wrong. I think he's the going to be the receiver that emerges after Brock Bowers. I think he's going to be the big winner of the Raiders offense. Yeah. It's going to be really interesting because he hadn't, he hadn't made a lot of buzz in camp. Like, they were talking about other guys this morning. Yeah, Austin had been telling us that he was having a bad camp. Yeah. But then as high fits alluded to, basically last year, they used Batch as an X receiver. That wasn't really a strength in college. He's like a big, he's.
He's a big slot basically, he's good over the middle of the field, he's good at beating his own coverage, less good at beating man-to-man, getting off press, getting open, doing the alpha receiver stuff. But there is this world where he can be a really highly productive receiver who can move around. He's got a big body, big frame, and he's tough, and that's kind of what we saw in this game was, I think they were running him in the slot at the Z kind of moving him around, getting him off the line, and that was the role change that could really benefit him. I think in my big picture thing is maybe this is just me buying into the trust I have in Kubiak and in Clint Kubiak and running this offense, but their offense just looked like it made sense. Like, guys were getting open, they were distributing the football, they were moving down the field, they scored two touchdowns in their first couple of drives. And then like Mike Washington ripped off a huge run, there was just like multiple things to get excited about, and the operation from an offensive point of view just looked competent. I thought, I thought Mendoza looked like it wasn't too big for him, he made a couple of nice throws, nothing to get like too excited about. But again, it was just, this offense looked professional and sometimes you see the, and again, this is like going back to the Cam War thing, like why I was a little bit worried about the Cam War thing is just relative to all these other guys that looks really sharp over the weekend. That is, that's kind of my takeaway from this game, was that like they just look sharp. And that's, that's important because obviously you just got to keep building on that. And it reminds me a little bit of like last year when Ben Johnson took over for the, for the Browns and like his big focus was the details, getting the operation right, getting guys where they need to be standing in the right spot, coming out the huddle and lining up in the right spot. Like you saw so much of this last year where the Raiders were just a cluster fuck in, in every way. And you know, we, we talked about Pete Carroll being the adult in the room and like helping raising the floor that obviously didn't happen. But I do, like I want to go back to the wall and I, because I do think Kubiac can do that. This is his wheelhouse, you know what I mean? The offense and running it because the biggest leap in offense can make is like what the cheese did with my homes, where he went from above average, Alex Smith to a lead. But the second biggest leap you can make is literally the worst in the NFL to competent average. Yeah. Like, and that's what the Raiders might be able to do. And I know we, Ash and Gentie is obviously like a fringe first run pick. I'm obsessed with the Brock Bowers and probably to my detriment. So like, I have like 18th, they think overall having said that I just want to note real quick. Mike Washington, Jr. The running back they took out of, sorry, he went to three colleges. Arkansas. I always get confused. He went to three different colleges. He's what? Yeah. Arkansas. Dude, he's so big. He's so fast. And if Ash and Gentie didn't exist, I'd be fucking obsessed with my, I know that was like when he landed in Las Vegas, I was like, damn, because he could have been something. He's six, two. He runs a four, three, three. Weinkle of Austin. Right. He's a, I mean, I love the, I love the combination of him and him and Gentie. I mean, that offense could have some explosive plays on the ground, which is exactly what they need. But yeah, I think overall just came out, came out of that game feeling more confident. And like the Raiders offense could be something this year. Hi, Vince. You mentioned Jack Bash before I move on. Do you think he's a guy? He's ranked like one million in most people's rankings right now. Do you think he's worth in a redraft league 10, 12 teams, you think he should be drafted? 10, no. 12, if you are a weak at receiver, like I think he's a good end of bench player because you'll probably find out pretty quickly if he's going to be really involved in the offense because they have like Jay, there's no like number two receiver in the Raiders, like it's Brock Bowers is the one even though he's a tight end. And then there's like Jalen Naylor and Jack Bett. And I'm like, you will probably know within a couple weeks if Jack Bash is going to be featured. And defense is probably if they end up being like, we're not going to let anyone but Bowers. Anyone but Bowers can beat us. Jack Bash might just win with the like Saviol white guy sitting in his own, man, Kirk Cousins finds them like, especially in a full PPR league, I think Jack Bash, yes. And get him to cut him for some running back in week two, that's fine. Yeah, if you take him in the last round of your draft, you're basically getting ahead of Waiver's week one when he like has six catches week one and then everybody adds him. You're just getting ahead of that. Exactly. And so I think we'll move him up to draft. And Mike Washington is also a flyer if you're in a 12 team league, like, you know, if anything happens to Gentie, I also think he can mix it. People might be annoyed. Gentie's going to rotate a little like Coupiac is the guy who played Kenneth Walker and Sharpenade together. Like this world. Gentie plays a little bit less than you think. And Mike Washington's just a guy runs a 4-3 just playing. By the way, and shout out to Nathan Yankee from PFF who does incredible tracking of all these games and like talks about where guys are playing. They had Jalen Naylor, the Raiders did playing at the X spot and then had Bash in the slot. So that is kind of the domino here that could really matter for Bash. So the other one I want to ask you about the UK, we haven't, I have no idea what you think about this, but I want to ask you a very simple question because the CLX have this weird situation. Zach Sharpenade, they're pretending we're playing week one and I'm like, Zach Sharpenade allegedly had ACL surgery on February 20th, like late February, which is like supposed to be nine months. So let's see, didn't have ACL surgery. Like Zach Sharpenade is going to be after Halloween probably. So then you have Jaden Price is a rookie who they were like, we won't give a huge workload. If George Alani, who's like a, you know, a passing down, he has some pop apparently played last year. And then Emmanuel Wilson came over from Green Bay who's hurt. Who's going to lead? Does he want to play the first game of the season against the Patriots Wednesday night? Who will lead the Seahawks in snaps and touches in the first game of the season? Probably George Halani. I want to say the obvious answer is this Jaden Price, he's going to come back and they're going to give him a heavy workload and that's, you know, the, the most obvious thing that will happen. But I really do think and this goes across all teams, but especially the Seahawks, like they, in the past, if Guy misses parts of training camp, like that really hurts him. Like the train keeps moving down the track. She did Price's lower body soreness. This happened. This happened with what's this face? Rashad Penny, like he got her in training camp early on. And then Chris Carson came on and was like the Seahawks leading running back for a year or two. Craig, Rashad Penny Aztec. Rashad Penny just, he struggled with injuries a lot, but I mean, that's just kind of one example where if you get hurt, I think Rashad Penny, like, hurt his hand in his first three seasons, and then I like came back to like bite. I mean, didn't, couldn't get on the field as much in Chris Carson. We almost had it with him. There were moments. We almost had it. I mean, dude, he looked amazing at times, but yeah, so I think, man, if I'm just being rational, I think it's going to be George Halani. I think hyphids, you mentioned he's a past catching guy. I think he's a good runner. Can you remind people who he is? There might be people who've never heard that name before. He played at Boise State. He's 5'11" 205. I believe he went undrafted and he's been kicking around with the Seahawks for a while. It's hard to spell. H-O-L-A-N-I, if you're trying to search him, like, George Halani, yeah. He did. He played five years at Boise State and he had over 3,500 rushing yards. He was productive. I think he's a good player. We need to rank this, man. I think he's going to play most of the snaps in a week one. If generic price is healthy, sure, we'll see if he's healthy. But basically, generic price is ranked as if he's like the only Seahawks that will play significant snaps until Sharbonne comes back. Meanwhile, there's a chance that he just doesn't. Yeah. I think the Halani has his been in this offense for a couple years. Every time he's gotten on the field, I feel like he flashes even in, like, real games. He'll get, like, a carrier here, a carrier, two here and there. He always kind of look good to me. You know, it's obviously just he's a late round guy or an undrafted for agent. You don't expect much from him, but basically early on, especially with price missing opportunities during the preseason. If price comes back this next week and gets back on there, it's probably going to be price. That's why they draft him in the first round. But I do think there's a world pretty, pretty good shot that Halani is kind of like the leading guy week one for the Seahawks. We'll see. Because he's another, like, maybe late round, like, last draft pick just because in case he, like, pops in week one or something and you just cut him. The guy you want to find out the answer immediately. Maybe junior prices and healthy. We'll figure that out. But that's a few weeks. So we'll see. Do you think I want to mention the Panthers? I don't know. I think Shuba Hubbard's a loser in Jonathan Brooks's winners to the Panthers running back situation. They let Rico Dowdell go. He's in Pittsburgh now. Shuba Hubbard pulls the same string. So the healthy running back is Jonathan Brooks, who has nine carries in two NFL seasons. Torrey's day starts. Torrey's day starts. Torrey's day starts. Torrey's day starts. Torrey's the same ACL twice. Barely played in the NFL. And so on one hand, Jonathan Brooks was an incredible NFL prospect. He's supposed to have an amazing mental makeup. He's an amazing person. He's a great athlete. He's an explosive player. DK, what do you do with Jonathan Brooks where he is, like, going, I mean, God, his rankings like all over the place. Calm, you know, he's a ninth rounder in some places. We're a little lower on Jonathan Brooks than other places. And he's like, the sleeper to sure. And my question is, like, are we underrating the upside of, like, what if this great prospect is just the starting running back for Carolina? Or is everyone else like freaking La La land? And we're like, it's about, like, it's about touches. And the guy who has nine touches in two years probably won't suddenly get a ton of touches. I don't know what, I don't know if everyone else is in La La land or if we're just kind of, like, not seeing the force of the trees here. Yeah. I think this, Jonathan Brooks is the perfect example of a fantasy pick where you're not trying to get six place, like you're trying to win. And he might not get you anything this year because he gets hurt immediately again. And that's that. And you kind of, we've seen that happen before. But then you have seasons where, you know, like Javonte Williams last year came, like, had multiple injuries came back and, and managed to stay healthy and kind of look like what we're expecting from, from him when he came out of college. Because, you know, like, Javonte Williams was a highly regarded draft prospect. Like he was a tackle breaker, explosive, can play in the past game. And he just kept getting hurt, kind of forgot about him, kind of gave up on him and then now he's back. I think there's a world where Jonathan Brooks is, he just manages to stay healthy. His doctor told him he has a great ACL. Well, I don't know what to do with that information.
But you know like if it if it is actually surgically repaired and doing well now I think he could right away. He could right away. The doctors told them because I think the doctors just trying to make them I'm not actually putting any stock in that but like Hubbard is hurt. He has a hamstring injury, I believe right and that could be like that's the reason we're worried about You know, Jeremiah love getting hurt in the in the preseason coming back and then Jonathan Brooks just runs away We saw this last year when Rico Dowdall had a couple of big games. They did the hot hand approach and then just gave Rico Dowdall The lion share the carries and this could happen which Jonathan Brooks. He was a highly talented, you know Guy coming out of college and he's just had a bunch of injuries. It's also been He tore it not last year. He tore it year before that right he tore at the end of 2024 I think what happened yeah, he came back to early basically and he retore his ACL They decided to play it smart with them last year did not bring it back at all. Yeah, so it's been like 19 months. I think since he almost 20 months since he last towards ACL to be honest with you I think he's exactly the type of guy you should be taking weight and drafts. I don't care The ACL thing is obviously a huge risk but like We've seen there are plenty of stories where I mean Christian Watson came back like less than a year after the ACL And looked great like we are in a different era with that I'm a little bit less concerned about the fact that he's going to get re-injured like The panther is Carolina like can Alice has a history of just like having one running back in the game and Feeding that running back Chuba Hubbard has gotten a lot of touches by himself Rico Dowdall was getting like 20 touches by himself I think there are not many other guys this late in draft that have the opportunity to have that I Yeah, Jonathan Brooks is the player. I've most changed my mind on over the last few weeks I agree. I think Jonathan Brooks is the kind of player you go for for upside and it's like Jonathan Brooks Versus like Jordan Mason for the Vikings for Jordan Mason is just an early down running back who could get some touchdowns and be a great serviceable flex for you Jonathan Brooks is like yeah, so you could strike out. You could also hit on run and It might be a little dumb, but I agree that like I've probably been wrong about him this season I'm gonna move him up a little bit. I think he's he's like he's the top under he's the kind of guy That when it gets to the 10th round like we always see the first round you can't win your draft usually But you could lose it in the first round like you have to be able to see it the path and I can see the path with him There are other running backs where I just I can't he just plays literally the path is she just plays and is good like Rico Dowdall There was a month where Rico Dowdall was like the top scoring running back in the area the most guards in the NFL, right? Rico Dowdall just did that if Brooks is better Again, the Panthers have spent money on their offensive line like the interior cuz Bryce Young short so they spent money at guard They have like invested a tackle like the Panthers have a beefy offensive line Yeah, so I yeah, it's I think Jonathan Brooks is a player that we should actually move up quite a bit Maybe like you I think if he ends up being your fourth running back you're cooking Yeah This episode is brought to you by Zip Recruiter You can tell when someone is really passionate about something like Dan Campbell with his two giant coffees He drinks every single morning You can just tell when someone's passionate uncover passionate people for your team with Zip Recruiter Try it free at ziprecruiter.com/fanisey Based on G2 ratings, it's rated the number one hiring site Probably because it works fast to find great candidates and its new features show you the most interested ones first Find candidates who really want your job on Zip Recruiter 4 out of 5 employers who post in Zip Recruiter get a quality candidate within the first day Try it for free at ziprecruiter.com/fanisey That is ziprecruiter.com/fanisey I want to get into some bonks And bonk is different than a winner loser because a bonk is a guy that might not do anything But made you a little horny for a second. Yeah, we're stepping outside of the like who will be relevant this year in fantasy territory here And Who wants to go first? Typhus you want to talk about Ty Simpson? DK? I know you have thoughts on Ty Simpson We have to talk about Ty Simpson I'll bonk if it's on Ty Simpson Ty Simpson? So again, taken by the Rams And then everyone was shocked overall Thought McVeigh was mad and then McVeigh was like I'm actually super stoked And I was pretending because I didn't want to put some effort And then the Rams traded for Miles Garrett and they're like it was because of that the whole time Ty Simpson look great I think I look fine Completed 21 of 25 passes, 190 yards, two touchdowns, no picks He, all right, great. I'll take great back He Looked good because my bar was low However, I I wish I counted this 21 of 25 190 yards I swear 19 of these completions were just play action rollouts Everything was a bootleg and the linebacker's just bit on every and he kind of like it looked cool From like the sideline angle and then you'd like watch behind you're like these are pretty fucking wide open throws His arm was better than I thought he's got more zip on it than I remembered and I But I did think he looked like the first half of Bama before he got hurt But it wasn't as cool as it looked like I agree Every pass was like a seven-yard little thing to oversteaver Yeah, and he did that very competently but like Yeah, I was not like wow. I'm watching the next guy. I did not feel that way I'm glad Craig was the voice of reason that I didn't have to be because he looked fine Obviously, but I wasn't like holy shit. I didn't want to see her. I saw it because I didn't I was Doing stuff on Saturday. I didn't watch the game live I came back and I was like getting notification like Adam Schefter's tweeting about Tyson sent in like everyone's freaky out about how Fucky awesome he was and then I watched the game. I was like yeah, he played like clean and it was that was an encouraging game like I think it's all positive. There's you can't take a negative from that game of course not he was good But like but maybe other than the fact that he's still playing behind sets and better I will say that since I've been it was the one who started this game by the way, which is hilarious that we kind of like glossed over that I mean, I think that's normal as they make. Oh, I know He's ceremonially have to climb the road. He's got to earn it. That's fine. Whatever. I get it But like Craig said You know a lot of the throws were underneath sort of like check-down options I he averaged like four yards for air yards per attempt in this game So he was very clean very efficient did a good job running the offense like complimentary. He ran the offense well I didn't quite I wasn't quite I was like people were victory laughing this game like I told you Tyson's the truth like okay, maybe like just wait on that a little bit But he did he did look competent and ran the offense while I will say that he did everything he was supposed to do Yeah, and you just have to take that I guess that face value, but I was not like Holy shit his arm is way different than I thought or like he's so much faster and bigger than I thought he looked he looked fine Complementary I was he had a couple throws where it was like he had more arm than I like just after watching all these other games I thought his arm, but having said that was on two throws again. Yeah, I think the first five completions he had Literally the first five completions he had were just play action bootlegs to who to write to my boy max to max clear the Clear baby. I was state baby. I was more excited about max clear. This is a confirmation bias of course But I really like I really liked max clear coming out and was like damn max clear He's awesome. He had seven catches in the camp Is that not the preseason? We like the quarterback. These are like wide open all of it was a confirmation bias and then the title The guy you like is catching the ball. You're like, well I'm just yeah, well, let's continue on this trend of Ridiculous over the top over reactions to fourth quarter performances. Yeah Drew Aller on the Steelers look kind of good. Yep. He did. I know I look thrown into Kate. Kate and lead Jen we went Jen. Kaden wet Jen. Yeah I don't know how to pronounce his name. I just know he's the guy. You took the draft pick call on the golf course like legend Kaden made me wet Jen Sure Drew Aller three touchdowns and three drives Arm is obviously a fucking nuke when he wants to unleash one. Love it Craig, but You know, I thought he looked like again fourth quarter caveat playing against players who might not even make NFL rosters but He looked better than I thought he would look every you know, it's like the guy was learning how to stand at quarterback two months ago with Mike McCarthy And so I'm like he I don't know he looked all right like I he's got all the physical tools If Mike McCarthy can mold this man to like know how to check down and know how to read a defense It could work. How quickly we've moved on from Will Howard how quickly And nice guy true Aller you know dodgeball when she comes in he's like hold hold on folks. She's got a cannon I do think it was interesting that after the game This is again just total coach speak, but Mike McCarthy was like we saw him as a first round prospect when we came out and so far He's done nothing to like or he's done nothing but Validate that or what I see who also said he watched every game from right every 20 season and then shared it said He was lying in the first moment with the press look drew Aller has to be completely broken down to the studs and rebuilt But the bones are there. Yeah, like he was throwing balls with touch. He's like roll out touchdowns or nice little flicks and like He was accurate. I don't know. Yeah could have been worse like he was pretty good It's the kind of it These are the two quarter. This is the philosophy. I don't know how I said that word the philosophical question about what McVeigh Did with taking the Rams quarter I think the people I think Including some of you guys but some people just bash the idea that the Rams would take a quarterback In the first round they're like you're trying to win super balls. What are you doing? I disagree with that like hallheartedly I think taking a quarterback is when you don't need one has basically always been a good idea and in a full history Like the adding average is like 85% it's smart. Yeah, you can just look at the Packers
in general. And you're like, look at this pack, like, yeah, it's like you, like if you're not taking it before you need it, you're just assuming you'll get it when you need it. And then like, that's a bad idea. I also think the idea that Stafford, what does Stafford guess her and then Ty Simpson comes in and plays what? Like there's a lot, like, look a watch. That's in Bennett. Well, they're back up. I'm just kidding. I'm fucking. I'm fucking with you. No, I don't you mean I'm just fucking. I'm just fucking. That's actually gone. I'm just fucking playing devil's advocate. I think the question was, why did Sean McVeigh choose a guy that's so not like Stafford, where Stafford's superpower is now the IQ. But it's the frickin' arm. It's the ability to make throws other people can't make with his IQ as a superpower. And the curiosity was Ty Simpson's, like, mobile Kirk Cousins, where there's, which is like Jared Goff. It's like, that's the guy you got rid of, a guy that can do it, but can't, he's not a collaborator, right? He's just like a, a, a party. Yeah. I'm like, is there a ceiling on that? And like the, the assumption is you end up with someone more like what the Packers did, but you're in love. You get a toolsy guy, teach them to play football because the ceiling's there. Now, there's no right or wrong. McVeigh's also never developed a quarterback if we're being honest. But it's just, well, I'm just saying you try it with Goff and they almost want a Super Bowl and then he got Stafford. So it's his first time in a way picking one. And I drew Aller is kind of what I thought McVeigh would do, which is take the guy who can fucking rip it and just teach him football for three. It's got a nuke. Yeah. And I think the car thing, I think it's smart with this guy starting. Once this guy's starting for the Steelers. Well, it's going to be Mason Rudolph. I forgot it's hurt, but there's, I'm keep my, keep my eye open. It's just as peaked. Yeah. There's a little something there. Do you know? I thought it moved. It moved. It's my official review of the regular Aller. Sure. Moved a little. Do you care anyone, anyone make it move for you a little? Yeah, it moved a little when I watched anything Richardson play. Oh, it always does. Of course. I've always, I look, I've, I've liked Richardson. I'm aware of his short covings. And I've heard the camp report that he was recently devoted to third string for the Colts. But this felt like a trade showcase for the Colts and Anthony Richardson played pretty well. I thought he did have one fumble, which wasn't great. It was on a scramble and he got hit from behind and fumbled it. But I mean, overall, he looked pretty good. 11 for 14 for 145 yards. Also rushed 53, 53 yards and a TD. But I mean, it was just kind of like the stuff you saw early on in his career where there's like flashes where this guy has incredible physical talents. If he could put it together and, and kind of just clean up some of the other issues, it would be incredible, especially from a fantasy point of view. Obviously, because he can run and he's a, he's a big, strong athlete. So I don't know, just it moved a little watch on that. I hope I just want him to get traded so he can kind of get an opportunity somewhere else. I don't expect him to be a starter this year. But it feels like the Colts have sort of moved on from him. And he wants to leave the Colts. And so let's get this thing done. Let's get him somewhere else. I don't understand why the dolphins or Cardinals would have just sent a fifth round pick for this dude. I also think the Colts giving rid of him is just being tired of him. But I'm like, I don't know. You know where he should go is the, is the damn Browns with Monkin seriously? Well, I still think the Eagles are going to end up with the Anthony Richardson. Every player at the back end of Eagles roster is what we talk about. You should do in fantasy football, which is they should be some crazy outline some kind of way. Yeah. And like the Eagles just are like, we'll take the most athletic person we've ever heard of, even if they don't know what football means. And like, I still can never get over that Jordan Milado, who's now a top five left tackle didn't know what a quarterback was when they drafted him. And like now they have more international pathway players. They have the Johnny day, like all these just Johnny Wilson's like six seven. I serious to think that the Richardson will end up with Eagles. Uh, I do think the interception was his fault. He doesn't throw a catchable ball. It doesn't believe in the concept. It went through the guy's hand. Yeah. It's too hard. Come on Richardson. Give me a break. Special. It's like, hey, can I offer you 200 yards passing 50 yards on the ground? A couple electric plays and two turnovers, no matter what? Come on. The ball went through the guy's fucking hands. It always happens. Almost always. That is almost almost all. No, no, hit the receiver in the hands that it's almost always the fucking ball. It's almost always the receiver's fault. But I heard Anthony Richardson talk about this. And the same week I heard Tom Brady talk about it. I heard Tom Brady give a three minute speech on throwing a catchable football. Okay. The same week I heard Anthony Richardson say, if I hit you in the hand, you're gonna catch it. Like, I don't care. And then I heard Justin Herbert, like a year later, talk about how he thought it was like Richardson. And he's like, I realized I was wrong. And I can't just throw it that hard all the time. And I, I just now I see it with Richards. I used to feel that way. He can't go play him in the hands. And now I'm like, I just keep thinking about Brady said. And Gronkowski says it's a catchable football. Richard doesn't does not have a catchable football. And he doesn't think he needs to throw a catchable football. And if someone could just fucking convince him to do it, I think it'd be pretty good. Okay. I didn't come up with the idea. Tom Brady. We actually want a new arm guy. We actually want a guy that's not going to throw it hard. No, you need to throw a different, you have to throw a 100 miles an hour if you only got to, you know, throw a screen. Anyway, it moved for me when I saw Adele Beckham in a giant uniform again. That was unbelievable. That's so sad. Okay, Mr. Aaron Rogers, Mike McCarthy come back to her. That was something. I didn't say it. I didn't say it in Rochester, but McCarthy were together. Did I say it moved when Mike McCarthy walked into the building? No. It reverted into my body when I saw it. God, it's the reverse. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. You have to do a hernia check on you. Any rookie, I will say, speaking to the students though, I thought Jeremy Bernard. Jeremy. Oh, yeah, I wanted to bring him up. In zero. The germ. The germ. The germ. He should go. He should be number zero on patient zero. I would say he should be patient zero. It's a great call. If anyone's with the Steelers, tell Jeremy Bernard to be zero on patient zero. I love him. He's exactly like the Bama tape. I feel like I got like he's not, he's nothing special. Athletically speed sized like none of that. And then you watch him play football and he's always running the great routes. He always catches everything through his way. He always gets open. He always gets up field. And I'm like, Slipper. He's a slippery bugger. He is like the fact that yeah, it's just there's still not a metric for just a certain type of way that a guy can play. Like he doesn't have any of those special tools. And yet he made like two guys miss in a phone booth on the corner of the field on his first catch. I think he was like running up the right two guys came on top of him. He just like split between them. And that's just feels that some people have or don't have regardless of how fast they are. He does look good. Feel I love Jeremy. I it's weird because I don't I don't know if I wanted for fantasy because I actually do think sure again they called him Uncle Bama because he was so mature. So I actually do think he's one of the rare rookies that could win Aaron Rodgers over. I would almost never entertain it. Do you get me a calf and Michael Pittman are both missing practice this week? I still don't think I want Jeremy Bernard. He's a wave rad. He's not a draft pick. But I do think he was going to have like an 11 year career. Like everything about Jeremy Bernard is like he's a pro. I kind of feel like he fits the Aaron Rodgers offense well too. Just give him the ball and let him do stuff. Like his Rodgers is trying to get rid of the ball quickly. Yeah. I want to get hit. I think Burar. Yeah, like maybe he could be like their Rishi rice type kind of guy. Totally. Yeah. Yeah. The flip side is Jacobi Lane who doesn't necessarily do any of those things. He's litter on the Ravens. The right still is rival. Don't know how much he's getting open or doing the Jeremy Bernard things, but he just is one of those incredible catching players. We've in a like years. What's the deal here? Is he going to be good or not? Is he going to be relevant or not? This is like a month in now of this guy's amazing. He plays a preseason game. He catches a touchdown. He is like 40 yards DK. Farter shark. I don't know. I mean, yeah. But the opposite. Farter shark positive. I tend to believe it's real. I think it's so funny. This is such a classic example. I've been thinking this all preseason and kind of just all off season that it's like we study all these big name receivers. Cardinal Tate, Jordan Tyson, McIelement, and the fucking guys that are making the most noise in training camp. Jacobi Lane. He was like a fourth rounder. Cyrus Allen. He was a fifth rounder. Caleb Douglas, who was widely panned as the biggest reach in the entire draft for the dolphins. We got John Stribbling, who everyone made fun of, including me for being taken that high. Even though I did like him for the record. I just thought it was like ridiculous that he went 33 overall. All these rando dudes from the mid rounds are the ones who are like really, really exciting and legitimately could have huge roles with their teams. I just think it's it's such a classic example of what a crap shoot the draft is. And you know situation environment are so important for so many of these guys. And I just think it's I just think it's a fascinating thing. Like I did not think Jacobi Lane. I was more excited about Elijah Strat who I haven't heard a damn thing about in Raven's not having a kid. Yeah. Also waffle house. Maybe that in retrospect, that's a bad nickname. Yeah. So anyways Jacobi Lane, but he looks awesome. He looks real. And I think the role that he could play in their offense as a big bodied go up and get it. He's such an antithesis of Zay of Zay flowers, whereas Zay flowers is kind of, you know, moving all over the field. He's just really explosive and fast and quick and beating guys after the catch and things like that. And the Jacobi Lane is just like throw the ball in his direction. He's going to come down. Lane Lane is, I think his floor is Isaac Tislaw for the Lions where he had like the worst case is Jacobi Lane has 10 catches this year and three of them export center as touchdowns. Yeah. I think his ceiling is that he gets all the touchdowns. We say Zay flowers doesn't catch. And the Jacobi Lane maybe has 400 yards this year, but like seven.
touchdowns. I do think he can become a real receiver but he's not going to get a press. Like he has to be moved around the line and that's the problem is like who's in motion. He's not going to get off press coverage. But if they can get him in a slot or if they can just get him offset somehow or in motion for the snap, he's an intriguing player because it's like fly paper. It's just anything goes his way. Do you think he should be drafted in like a 12 team redraf league? Probably not. DK? Probably not just because he's going to be behind Zayflowers, probably Rashad Bateman and probably Mark Andrews. He's more of a dynasty intrigue for me. Which speaking of during this very podcast, I just got a trade offer from our very own Danny Hyphids in our dynasty league. I was praying you'd find this. Hyphids is offering me a second round draft pick in 2027 for Jordan Tyson. I was trying to. I got the idea when you said, yeah, it's so hard to like just not be in the moment to give up on a guy. No, I will not accept your late second round pick for George. I just was sure. I don't know. He could never play. I was up at the hamster. He's seeing like a third specialist. What's going on? You're right. I mean, first round of talent. If you want to offer me a first, let's talk. What would I have to offer you? He's like going to take it, but I'll talk. Craig and I once made we had a negotiation. And I offered him, I think four first front picks for Justin Jefferson. This was last year's trade deadline. And I offered him four first front picks. And we were going back and forth. And I was like, I'm not going over four first front picks. That's like enough. I felt it was fair for Justin Jefferson. And then I just went to bed. I was like, let me know what you do. It said it to like six hours. I went to bed. And I just went to bed. And I woke up and I was like wondering if I would have Justin Jefferson or four first front picks. Hi, if it's as he was good, they would all probably be like late first for at least the first couple of years. And I was like, I got to say, I'm kind of a sneaky GM. If you kind of look at my squad, kind of drafted some bangers, Tyler Shock, Tuton. I've been taking guys in the late rounds that have pop. Quorum. Just saying, Vlad, I kind of have the eye, but we don't have to get you finished last year. Fourth from last, which by the way, you two scrubs eliminated from our fantasy baseball league. Me, I'm in. Well, I wasn't going to mention that I won that Donish to league you're talking about, but since you called me a baseball scrub, I did win the other league. I'm just I just showed up, one like five straight made the playoffs. You two. Yeah. All right. You guys are in Cabo right now. Any other things with these rookie receivers of preseason that you want to hit? You guys buying Cyrus Allen on the chiefs? Oh, I'm starting to give in. I do think that the chiefs actually need a player like him. So again, he's the rookie receivers of fifth round at DK. From New Orleans. Yeah, he looks legit. Like every time you see him, every time you see a replay of a play that he made at practice or I mean, in this game for what it's worth, I think the one catch he had was a screenplay or just a quick out, but yeah, he just moves different. He's really, really twitchy. And I think the deal is he can get open against press coverage and man coverage, which they don't really have other guys that can do that. That Cyrus Allen had a catch this week, where he just went up and got that ball. And all I could think was man, they don't have anyone who does that anymore. I agree. He brings like a like an athleticism that you don't really see. Rishi Rice and Xavier Worthy are both talented in their own specific ways, but I wouldn't call either them like super athletic. So Rishi Rice is athletic, I guess. I love the Worthy, I love the Worthy 40-yard dash record is not athletic, but I yet somehow I know you know what I mean, right? Like he doesn't have that like five tool athleticism. Your best take is like Xavier Worthy doesn't look that fast. He doesn't. He doesn't look like a guy who set the record. It doesn't look like the fastest player in my history. No, no. All these rookie guys are exciting, but I wouldn't take any of them out. I feel to the giant scale. So I wouldn't draft anything. Cyrus Allen, I Cyrus Allen's a worthy flyer. Like I would pick him just because worthy could get hurt again instantly, because he's 160 pounds. And so Cyrus Allen's the guy of all these rookies that I would actually if we're playing the confirmation bias Olympics, Jonah Coleman looked legit on his like whatever four runs that he had. I was like, damn, I wish so much. I didn't have to be against him. There's really, there's a very serious chance that Broncos just have the best record in the NFL and Jonah Coleman is the lead running back, third down and goal and care running back for them. He just looks like a real NFL running back. What Craig was saying basically about Jeremy Bernard, which is that he just has a feel for playing football. That's how exactly how I feel about Jonah Coleman. He just looks like a running back. He knows how to be patient at times. He knows how to like bounce the run if he needs to run through a tackle, spin move. He's just got like functional football ability. I can't explain it, but he just looks so good compared, especially compared to Harvey who just didn't really do anything in the game. So I don't know, kind of getting excited about Jonah Coleman. All right. Can we get to the real the real loser of the preseason? Yes, we buried the lead here. The loser of the preseason is Jaden Daniels. Can you? Okay. I need you to explain this to me like I'm five years old because I kind of this this story has kind of gone over my head. I didn't like look into it. Tell me what's happening with Jaden Daniels. Everyone's meaming him to death. The short version is Jaden Daniels revoked LSU's right to use his name and mention likeness because they issued number five to a five star quarterback and then also he threw a tantrum. He threw a tantrum. Okay. And because they gave his number away to another good player. And I mean, all you need to know is the New York Mets won a game 4-1 and posted. We kept it away from five out of respect for Jaden Daniels. Like when the Mets are making fun of you, but I what actually happened it turns out I think a booster for LSU promised a quarterback a number and then that link give it a go with it. Here's my question for you guys. Is it more embarrassing if Jaden Daniels was like, I'm mad about that. I'm going to have my lawyers tell LSU to kick rocks or is it more embarrassing if his mom just did it for him. I mean mom. I think so too. Yeah. If I'm Jaden Daniels because he tried to blame his team and I'm like he should just pretend that it was him. He should just be like, I got really mad at care about my husband. I think your mom just doing that for you is actually your quarterback of a team. It's incredibly petty. Let me ask you this. Like what Craig, Craig's like here comes a good question. No, I don't know. What do you have to accomplish in college where your number cannot be used again? He won a high as many as they didn't make the national championship. They didn't win a national championship. Did they make the semifinals and make the playoffs? Like is that more important than the Heisman or do you need both? Like what needs to happen where you can kind of credibly say my numbers off limits forever. So forever to be clear. So LSU doesn't retire jerseys. I think it's just Billy Cannon. Joe Borough has not been re it's not retired but they're not re-issuing it again. Sure. Heisman and one that defeated. It's off limits. I would most schools if you want a Heisman, you would probably reissue it. I will see this. LSU like Penn State has a tradition. And I think NFL teams should do this. I think retiring jerseys is actually stupid. They should do what LSU does which is it becomes an honor and it's like they pass it down like Abdul Carter as for Lawrence Taylor's number. And everyone's like you have no respect. It's like no. Number 11 gets passed down at Penn State from like Navura Boat. Yeah, it's an honor. Sure. with our Aarrington to Navura Bowman to like to Mike Parsons. It's like it's a responsibility. You have to uphold the number. The Cowboys have that with the receivers with 88. And it becomes like you have a group chat and like you're learning. It's like a fraternity of so the LSU has done this number. I think seven like Patrick Peters. Like all the best players get a number. So you had two roads. You create a path where like, hey, number five, you have to uphold the legacy number five. Or my lawyer has rescinded your ability to use my picture. And it's like, it's so pathetic. Oh, man. This is like when you like, this is just like the same energy as like wiping the monopoly board and when you're losing and you've like officially run out of money. You're like, I just don't have enough. Yeah. Do you see the one they're like, they're going to remove a side of the building from the Pentagon to out of respect for Jay Files? Oh, the square. I don't know. I feel like I do, Craig, to answer your question, I do kind of feel like the Heisman should be enough. Like, winning the Heisman's pretty fucking sick. But that being said, reacting this way to not to them using your number is really sad because they don't, they just don't retire numbers. But I do think like generally, if you ask me, is winning the Heisman enough to get your number retired at a college, I would say? Yeah. I think so. Do you guys think you would care enough about this? It's really hard to say. I can't fathom that level of athletic accomplishment. I don't know, to be honest. Yeah. I'd like to think no, but I don't know. If I was Jay Daniels, I don't know. You're not a competitive psycho. I don't know. I'm not an NFL. I know what you're saying, though, where it's like, but he did win the Heisman. Like, you'd think that just winning the Heisman, you're like, yeah, you don't get that number. Is there also, do you think there's more to this story in this? Do they, do they ask for my overcrute who has worn five his whole life and apparently was promised it by someone? I don't know, I think it was a booster, not the coach, but he's like, I have worn five my whole life. And like, you need a five star recruit. Do you think Jay Daniels just
upset that he wasn't consulted first. Like, you think if they had come to him and they're like, "Hey, this recruit wants five. How do you feel about it?" We obviously want to come to you first out of respect. - Jaden? - Right, right. Yeah, Jaden. - Jaden. - But do you think had they contacted Jaden and his team, this could have been approved, but under certain more respectful circumstances? - Maybe. - I don't know. - I'm embarrassed for everybody. (laughs) - If I was the corner, you know what I would do. I'd be like, "Jesus, you can take it." (laughs) - That's even more for them. - Yeah, I'd be like, "Jesus Christ, you care that much? "Fine, I'll be six." Relax. (laughs) - Do you think the commanders are talking shit behind his back? Do you think they're showing him the memes and he's in on it? Or do you think they're all like seeing the memes and like laughing like, and then he walks in the room and they're hiding their phones? - Do you think he's texting his mom? Like mom, everyone's making fun of me. - He doesn't have to text her. She said the room. (laughs) - He has like a counterbeck doc, dude, it's a known thing. She's never more than 30 from it. - He has like social media child's lock on his phone, so maybe he doesn't know. Maybe he doesn't know this is happening. - That's true. - Otherwise, this is brutal. I mean, all these guys are online all the time. Like, I don't know how you get through that. - Hopefully being part of the joke. - Or, yeah, or he's just like, dude, my mom's crazy. Like, so annoying. I don't really care. (laughs) Anyway, let's go play football. Throw me the ball, please, sir. (laughs) All right. A couple other random things that's what it hit. First of all, I don't know if you guys saw this, but I don't know who to say this to my name. Sierra Wright, a cornerback for the Bengals, an undrafted free agent who made a couple tackles in the Bengals Preseason debut. Quit the Bengals to pursue an acting opportunity. - I did see this. - He, at first I was like, what? And then I saw he went to USC for three of five years. So LA, and he was actually played with the Bron James's son in Space Jam, too. Which is not nothing. - What? - Yeah, and so he couldn't say what the movie was, but he quit to go and do the movie. - Cool, cool, cool. - I mean, go for it, you know what I mean? - Correct, pursue your dream. - What movie do you think, what role would be big enough to just not try to make the Bengals practice good? - For me? - No, no, not for someone who's shot. - Like, think about the movies of what you can't remember their names that you've been in. - If this kid had a shot to like, well, I don't know, maybe this is probably way too big. I'm trying to think of like, if he could be in like a like a bag comic book Marvel movie as like a top five character, you'd have to do that. I think. Like if he could be like the most irrelevant X-Men and the new X-Men, you have to do it, I think. - Oh, easily. - I mean, that's a no-brainer, right? - Sure. - It's longer than an NFL career. - Yeah. - But if it's like he's doing Indies and has no leads, I don't know. I really wanna know what it is though. The other thing I had to mention was, you know, it's what it's losers, but I also wanted to mention risers and fallers and I wanted to just shout out Pukiniku as a faller as then he literally said he fell through the glass window pane at Michael Rubin's white party. - The problem I have is not that he did it. - You know, it happens to the best of us. You get a little loose at a party. - Windows are actually clear. - Why did this man do Logan Paul's podcast? - Yeah. - What is his team doing? - Having Pukiniku do Logan Paul's podcast. - Glad you said that, I was shocked. Because part of it was also like he went to rehab this year and then he goes on Logan Paul's show and it's like, yeah, I fell through a window pane, you know, like this summer. - I don't know, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I guess you can't stop him. If you wanted to do it, he gets to do it. But. - Bill had the Tyson zone thing. But like you would believe any story about my Tyson and I think Pukin, we have to induct him into the Tyson zone. - 100%. You could tell me anything happened to him in the soft sheet and I would believe it at this point. I just love that he went on Logan Paul's podcast. - Because agents like, hey man, if you've had kind of a wild summer, maybe just lay low for a little bit until we get this contract extension worked out. Oh, you wait, you're going to Logan Paul's podcast. Great, cool. - 'Cause you always want to be like, what are they thinking? - It's like, what are they thinking? - I went through a door. - But Pukin's the same thing to me. It's kind of scatter, but where does something like that? I'm like, what are you thinking? And then you remember it's like the Simpsons thing with the monthly symbols. - He's not. - It's like, does he? - Yeah, like you go on a lot. - If you like, look at the, it's like Logan Paul challenges Pukin and Kua to a fight. I'm like, what are we, what are we doing? - Lay low. - Lay low. All right, that's my Gen Z-ic. 'Cause here's the thing. I feel like, you know, there's like headlines on the internet that like, you're like, who would ever click on this? But they were like spam texts. And you're like, well, they get sent because boomers click on them. And you're like, boomers have no idea. And like that, what you just said, that kind of headlines, like a Gen Z-ic. - I had multiple people ask me about the Logan Paul Brady thing being like, did you see that? Like the slap, that was crazy. Can you believe it? I was like, this is all fake. It's all fake. (laughing) The Brady who's just been doing press with Michael Rubin for like years now, like, I don't think it's fake. - It was like an orchestrated slap. You could see Logan Paul from a different angle, get his hand in front of it to block it. - He didn't even really get Paul to face? - No. - Man. - It's all smoking mirrors. It's all Hollywood. - This segment is brought to you by ChatGPT, the ringer fantasy football AI sponsor. We looked at the biggest risers and followers in ADP this week. And I wanted to just take you guys through them. So the biggest risers in ADP this week. So Stefan Diggs on the commanders. Jacobi Lane on the Ravens. Rookie of Catch is everything. And then Marshall Lloyd, who also went to USC, like Jacobi Lane, who's the backup running back from the Packers, seems to be beating Chris Brooks out for the backup Packers job. And Josh Jacobs is a little injured. So Marshall Lloyd has not played a lot because he's been hurt, but he could be a guy who rises a lot. Biggest followers. Isaac Tisla, did not have a good preseason game. Had a couple drops and bobbles that I was, I'm a little upset about Isaac Tisla. Isaiah Pacheco, also the Lions hurt his MCL at a month. Gonna play week one. Well, not great. And then Jerry Judy for the Browns, who is just getting frame mocked by Densel Boston and Casey Concepcion and Cleveland. And that's the deal with the Sean Watson. - Jerry Judy is a, yeah. - Jerry Judy is such a weird career. Jerry Judy is like not long ago, like how to stretch, where he led the league and receiving yards. - Every time that, - James Winston, baby. - James, yeah. - He literally led the NFL and receiving yards for a while. - Every time I get upset about a fantasy pick that I get wrong, I remember that John L. Way took Jerry Judy over Josh and Jefferson. - The one that jumps out to me most here is probably Martian Lloyd. He's definitely like a darling in the fantasy communities of people like wish cast him to be good. But he's taking all the reps right now at the first team. If Josh Jacobs, I don't know. Do you think Martian Lloyd is like one of the better handcuffed staff picks you can make in drafts? - Kirkland, Ran Jonathan Brooks. Guy who's barely placed the ball that was pretty talented. - Yeah, yeah. - I think theoretically he is just because he is, looks like the clear cut number two back on that team and came into the NFL. He was highly regarded as a running bat coming into the NFL. I mean, he's super explosive, fast guy, plenty of production good in the passing game. So I think theoretically, but again, it's hard to trust with the injury thing, yeah. - Today's smartest thing this week was brought to you by ChatGPT Work, a new way to use ChatGPT for bigger multi-step projects. It's like actually very good for you to talk to yourself, especially positive self-talk. It's fascinating. Fascinating science. - You will be good at fantasy football this year. - Don't, well don't sob, don't weep. - Right, right, right. - You have to try and know. - You have to pretend to be comfortable. You're tricking your brain into believing something. - I will occasionally talk to myself when I'm alone. It is kind of nice. - Emotional sub-ring of fantasy football chemo.com if you know about talking to yourself in your lungs, either personal experience or just what's going on with that. - And dog on it, people like you. - I mean, look at Castaway, you know what I mean? - I think I would need a Wilson within like three days. I'd have to argue with DK about-- - What object are you picking? If we had to do the Wilson object draft. - Well, I mean, that could get dangerous. - Nothing for sexual pleasure. (laughing) - I think. - You're not gonna, I don't even need to cut no hole in the coconut or anything, okay? - I mean, pardon me, it's like a baseball, just 'cause you could toss it. We'd so much just as a friend to have to talk to. - It needs to be your friend. That's to be somewhat face-looking. - You think? - Probably. - volleyball's a good one, especially at the beach. - Did he play with the volleyball? I haven't seen Castaway in a while. Does he like-- - No, he like placed it next to the fire and just like talked to it instead. - There's no bumping and setting and spiking. - He's not playing Pepper with it. - What is your question? - What object would you pick to have he or Wilson? (laughing) - It's a perfectly normal question to ask. - And to be clear, it can't be a blow-up sex doll. - No. - Okay. - It could be, but you can't have sex with it. (laughing) - Unless we think, unless we think, Tom Hanks is having sex with Wilson. - I don't, I don't think we- - How long was he there?
- Oh, fucking long time. - You get lonely. - Poor you. - I think Bill thinks he was hookin' up a Wilson. - How does the mechanics of that work, Craig? - I think there's maybe like a backdoor situation. - Okay. - A small incision was made. - Okay. - It has to be something that feels human. You're right, a circle looks like a head. You can kind of connect with that. If you chose a baseball bat, it's like can you really kind of personify a baseball bat? Maybe not. - I don't think you can. - I don't know. - Oh, football helmet is interesting. - He's a carry. - Then you can put it on and you guys are like hanging out to get, it's like you're giving them a piggyback ride. I'm getting inside your head. - Yeah. - That's not bad. - The spin off this planet. - Yeah. 'Cause like a pair of shoes. It's like, wait, you're not gonna become friends with those pair of shoes. - Obviously. - You know what I mean? - Yeah. - All right. - All right. (laughing) - Okay. Thank you, DK. Thank you, Craig. Thank you to Tom Hanks for your work and cast away. Thank you, Nate Kale. Thank you, Cam. Thank you, Booth, thank you, Carlos. Thank you, Austin. Thank you, everyone for listening. E-mail us at Ringer Fantasy Football at gmail.com. We'll take fantasy questions. We'll also take, what was the things we asked for? I wanted whatever I said earlier. Send me that. And we want fantasy punishments for the Ringer Fantasy Football League, which again, live draft. In less than two weeks. - Do we have time, Craig? - 11 a.m. Pacific on Friday the 28th. - 11 a.m. We're gonna be doing the Ringer Fantasy Football League draft, live on Netflix at tune in at 11 a.m. Pacific 2 p.m. Eastern. - Thank you, Lord. Lord. - I got one if you want it. - Let's see it. - All right, Millennial Bangers continues. The playlist is now live. Link in the description of the episode. It's out there. Check it out. I'm gonna keep adding to it today. Boy, do I have a gem for the two of you today? You've come on the right day. The chef has really cooked up something special just for the two of you. This is from 2010. This is a song like a G6 from Far East Movement and the Cataracts. - Oh, yes. - Which is up there for maybe the most Millennial sounding song ever made? - I fly like a G6. - The thing you had sound as I said before. - Yeah, yeah. Now I'm feeling so fly like a G6. The way the actual melody of the song is incredibly 2010. This song also popularizes a couple terms or at least puts them into the mainstream. Slizzard, getting slizzard. Which is just a remarkable Millennial term. Scissorp is in this song, Sipin Scissorp in my ride. Like three six, Mafia. Just a really like this song rattles your speakers in the car when you got the crew jammed in and you're 17 years old, it's a blast. This song rips. (laughing) - I remember this song coming on in the car when I was a kid and my mom feeling like she had lost all touch. - I don't know you anymore. Poppin bottles in the ice like a blizzard. When drink we do it right, getting slizzard. Sipin Scissorp in my ride. I mean, my mom listened to Fleetwood Mac and I'm bumping this. - No, I was gonna say. - My mom loves like rumors. - Like my parents had littered, or Led Zeppelitter, whatever, and then we're talking about like a blizzard. Poppin bottles in the ice, like a blizzard. - Really tortured similes. - I feel like this song-- - I thought the same thing when I first heard it. Tortured similes. I can't explain that like if you don't know this song, you have to listen to it. It sounds so millennial. It sounds so 2010. - Is there anything lamer than like a white person saying Scissorp? (laughing) - I don't know anything about the cataracts. I don't know who that is. - I thought you were making, I honestly thought you were making that up when you said that. - No, when they do songs they go, it's the cataracts. - Is that what you're saying? - Hip-hop duo, don't know them. - The cataracts. - I assumed the woman singing was in that. - I kind of, I'm not, I think my entire life, I thought this song was made by the people who did party rock. - Oh, Ellen Fale? - I just kind of assumed that they made like a G6 that I'm kind of shocked to learn that they did not. - No. It's Far East movement, which is like a Korean hip-hop group. And then the cataracts, which I'm now singing are two white dudes from Berkeley. - That tracks. - Which checks out. That's kind of, that's the way. - Far East movement, I remember now. - Yeah, Far East movement, yeah. Dude, the amount of DJs that are big that are just two white dudes, either from like Sweden or the Bay is. - DJ, I'm really the original podcasters. - I know. My friend, Chris and I were always like, the greatest job that two white dudes can have is the chain smokers. That's it. - It's the best shot in the world. (laughing) - You travel globally, you are like huge globally. You're just playing clubs, it's stadiums and all this shit. You're like not, you can like go to the store and no one knows who you are. You probably make so much money. It's just probably not about that. - It's probably another chain smokers or daft punk. - I mean, similar, very similar, I don't know, but they're both great. The daft punk was like trying to be anonymous. Chain smokers aren't doing that. And so they probably get a little bit more of the benefits of fame. So I guess I would take chain smokers. Daft punk is like cooler and definitely more like, you know, artsy. - I never seen the guys who are the chain smokers. These are the two most average white looking guy. Like I would never in a billion. I could walk by these guys. They could be my next or neighbor, I would have no idea. - Yeah, these dudes, they look like they host that TCPN podcast, whatever it's called, TPPN. Like they could just be anyone. - Like I'm white, but I feel like if I saw these, I feel like if I was like, those are the chain smokers, it would be like racist. That's just a white guy would appear. - Yeah, dude. They're living the fucking dream. I don't know their names. I don't know how old they are. They don't even have wikipedia. You can't even click their names on wikipedia. Alex, Paul and Drew Taggart. They don't even have wikipedia pages for themselves. - Alex and Drew. - That's incredible. Also, you know that when they were coming to come up with a name, they were like, this is available. (laughing) Like one of the odds the chain smokers wasn't snabbed at the '70s. - I got like a G6 plane right now in my ears. - Damn. - G6. - Oh my God. - Now do you think, do you think, who makes G6 Boeing? Do you think they gave them a G6 screen? - Gold screen. - Is that a company or a brand? - I don't know. - It's a 100%. - I'm not really an expert on G6. - They must have a G6. They must each have a G6, right? - It's a Gold Stream G650. Were we just talking about Gold Stream? - No, that was someone else. - We were talking about Globe Masters. - Oh, Globe? - Oh, on Globe Master note, my friend texted me. - Yeah. - When they did, they wanted you to know DK that, well, Globe Master is a big plane. There are like much larger planes. And they sent me a photo. It makes Globe Master look like a little bitch. - Oh wow. - Can I show you this photo? - Give me. - So you think there's bigger planes, name six? - Wait, when you see this photo, you'll know. You got, look at this photo. I'm going to send it to you right now. That's a Globe Master next to a real plane. - Oh geez. - What's this other fucking guy? I would think the Globe Master would be the biggest one. - No. - What's this other thing? - Fucking Galaxy Master. The plane, it's such a bigger plane. - You guys are going to be here in a week, right? For a couple of weeks. Do you think we're going to get slithered any night? - You're going to slithered? - Oh man. I certainly hope so, Craig. - Can you pack Scissorpe as a carry-on or do you have to check it? - How many ounces is it? - For more than, we're going to lost in four. I think. - That's not enough for you. - Good play. - A carry-on version. - I think you should check the Scissorpe and then, yeah. - You guys have a couple cupped? - No, I have not. - How dare you, sir. I don't, how could you say that? I don't actually know what it means, but it sounds bad. I was thinking of two girls one cup and it-- - Oh hell. - My God, you took it from a five to a 10. - I didn't want people to be unclear on what I was referencing there. - Dude. - That was what I was thinking of. - I really think that women don't know the horrific shit that team boys used to watch on their phones. - Quite literally. - No clue. - They have no fucking idea the horrors we have seen. (laughing) - You know what I mean? - Like, I mean, the greatest generation had World War Two and we had the internet. - We're on Lemon Party and we're watching two girls one cup. - Friends who just send you meet spin links and tell you like, "there's a snow day tomorrow." - My God, you guys are rattling 'em off. - I still to this day, like once a year, a friend will send a dummy link about some fake news story and it'll take you to like meet spin. - Yeah. (laughing) - The things we've seen, you've seen some shit. - Yeah. - There's a two girls one cup like extended universe of like even more horrific shit. - Extended universe? - Yeah, dude. - I don't want emails about this. It's just so you know, some people probably did. Yeah, dude You don't think a one-fourteen-year-old in the history who's found porn in the woods is like you know what?
