This Power Wrathwork session is a guided breath-based practice designed to help individuals reconnect with their true inner power, beyond thoughts and beliefs. Participants are instructed to breathe continuously, first through the nose, then transitioning to mouth breathing to activate the body and nervous system. The practice includes three intentional breath holds—each designed to deepen awareness, release emotional blockages, and build resilience. During the session, sensations and memories may emerge, which are acknowledged as normal and safe, reinforcing the participant’s sense of security and self-trust. A key component is the shift from fast, mouth breathing to slow, nasal breathing at the end, which helps regulate the nervous system and promote relaxation. The session ends with a reflective integration phase, where participants are encouraged to thank themselves, notice bodily shifts, and engage in self-care such as stretching, journaling, and drinking water. This structured breathwork aims to empower emotional freedom, increase self-awareness, and foster a deep sense of personal sovereignty and peace. The practice is accessible but includes safety notes for pregnant individuals or those with heart or brain conditions. Overall, it serves as a transformative tool for emotional release, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment.
Welcome to today's Power Wrathwork session. When you breathe, make sure to expand the diaphragm, breathing into the belly, then into the chest, like a double inhale. If you are pregnant or have any known heart or brain conditions, please ask your doctor before practicing this type of breathwork. Lay down comfortably with headphones and eye mask for best effect. During this Power Wrathwork session, it's very common to experience sensations in different types of memories, past memories, emotions coming up. Know that this is okay, this is normal and that you are safe. Begin now by just relaxing your body, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Continue to breathe without stops, slowly warming up your lungs. Breathing without stops, filling your entire upper body with air. Continue without stopping at the top or at the bottom, allowing the breath to flow continuously throughout the session today. We will also hold the breath for three times in this session. But for now, just focus on coming into the body, observing any thoughts, the mayor eyes, and bringing your consciousness back into the breath. Continue to breathe without stops. If you also would like, you can now set an intention, a wish or desire for doing this type of work today. This intention will maximize the effect, whatever that is for you. So continue breathing without stops, in through the nose, and out through the mouth as we warm up our body, warming up the lungs to empower our being, to reach an upliftment, to maximize joy and expand our freedom. This session is tailored for you to remember who you truly are, beyond thoughts, beyond beliefs, connecting to your true power. Continue breathing for three, two, one, exhaling all the air out and holding your breath on the exhale. So hold your breath with empty lungs for about 20 more seconds. Relaxing your body, preparing to breathe in, in three, two, one, taking a full breath to the top, holding the breath at the top on full lungs. Continue to hold, feeling the sensation, and in three, two, one, you can now exhale all the air out, letting it go through the mouth, as we now enter the mouth breathing your face, breathing in through the mouth and out through the mouth. Continue to breathe, feeling the body, feeling the breath, expanding fully here. Feeling the diaphragm, the belly first, then the chest, exhaling through the mouth, always breathing without stops. This breath will make you feel emotions, sensations that you might not have ever experienced. Remember that this is okay and that this is normal. If you observe anything arising that you have not felt before, know that you are safe and that you are doing the breathwork right. Allow yourself to be free and to really breathe freely, releasing any inhibitions of having to sound a certain way, be a certain way. Allow yourself to just breathe, releasing any control of the mind for now, and just breathe in and out through the mouth. Trust that you are safe and that you know how to breathe by this point. Take the last deep breaths through the mouth, as we now hold the breath on the next exhale, you hold and relax your body. Holding the breath for about 15 more seconds here. Just observing what is here, allowing all of you to be felt. Continue holding for three, two, one, feeling now your whole body, holding the breath at the top, relaxing your body as you hold. Continue to hold the breath for 10 more seconds before we go into the fast mouth breathing face. Allow yourself to let go of the air now, as we now prepare our body to breathe fast, breathing in through the mouth, out through the mouth. This technique is tailored specifically to empower you, to teach your nervous system that you are stronger and than you think. You do not have to carry on to any negative emotions anymore. Although you might feel negative emotions are rising, this is a part of the process to release them, to embody your truth, your freedom, your love. Allow the breath to guide you fully. Without stops, breathing faster here, feeling your whole system activating. Feel sensations coming up, allowing the music to guide you, the flow of your breath to take over, releasing any control of the mind, allowing your mind and your thoughts to just pass right through. Continue breathing, allow yourself to prepare for the final breath hold, take a last breath in.
holding the breath. Holding with lungs full. Relaxing completely. Continue to hold for three, two, one, exhaling all the air out, relaxing the air and holding on empty lungs. Continue holding. Trust yourself. And take a breath in three, two, one, full body breath and exhaling through the nose, slow nose exhale. As we now go into the final nose breathing face, slowing down the body, the energy, the breath, regulating the nervous system, balancing what was experienced today. Continue breathing in and out through the nose, slowly extending your breath, breathing as slowly as you can through the nose in and out. Beautiful work today. You can now relax your body completely, relaxing the breath completely, allowing the breath to breathe you. We are entering relaxation where you can just let go, surrender and just be. At this moment to integrate, thank yourself for taking this time today to connect with yourself, feeling any shift in your body, slowly waking your body back to life, giving yourself a nice stretch and feeling the energy in your body. Feel your heart beat, feel the breath. Thank you so much for your trust and this guidance today. Make sure to take care of yourself after a session like this and take the time to journal, drink some water and just be in peace with yourself. Thank you. Namaste. [BLANK_AUDIO]
