Alors on va déjà commencer par reparler mon week de ce divorce, nouveau divorce entre le FI et le LF parce qu'à d'un fois qu'on a eu John avec nous, il nous présentait le LF 2.0. Sauf que depuis, et ben ça encore divorcait le FI et le LF ce soir à nouveau séparer leur quels sont les raisons de cette nouvelle séparation. Je pose un question à John. Oui, bien sûr. Non, parce que sinon, j'avais été donné des. Je vous ai dit que c'est vrai. Pour John, c'est un peu plus rien. Je vous ai acheté le truc à la source direct. Last time you were with us, you announced that the ELAF and the EFA were back together working on a new league, mais un couple months later, il y a eu un new split between the EFA et the ELAF, Can you explain us why? What happened? That changed your mind. First of all, guys, thanks for having me. It's been the catch-up. There's not a spin. A lot of events have happened since last time we talked. And obviously, you're keeping in touch in the background. But yeah, back in, I think I was December, in early November, there was agreement between the EFA and the ELAF. It was based on some conditions being met around financing and accounts payable and whatnot. Basically, the investors that were the architects of putting the deals, the two sides back together, there's a lot of conditions that weren't met or there was due diligence that was discovered during the process that basically kind of pulled the plug on the deal. So basically, as of, I think it was December 18th, when everything was supposed to go through, the deal ended up being canceled because of things that were discovered during the deal's end process. OK, so in fact, they would find a agreement in November, with the ELAF, I'd say, EFA, with the ELAF. In November, a agreement on the financing level of the league, and especially on the debt-reporting. And also on the investment level. So, they were able to agree. Except that unfortunately, some promises were not met. They did agree. The agreement was just a case. It could not have been validated, as we said, in December. It could have been validated or in December 18th, if I don't find it. And it could not have been the case. So that's why we have two new ones. In fact, we really have two new ones. The agreement never really had been entered. It never had been finalized. Very well. We still have a good news in the EFA field. It's the last day of the ELAF, which we decided to join. The ELAF for the 2016 season, which John also explained to us, the two under the negotiations with the ELAF, which we have been long-standing between ELAF and EFA. The great last news that came a couple of weeks ago was that the Munich Revens officially joined the EFA. Can you take us a little bit behind the scenes in that deal? What happened? Because we know that Munich really hesitated between joining the EFA or the other league, the EFAL. But the finalists decided to join the EFA. So what went into that decision? As far as Munich joining the EFA. Yeah. Yeah. So yeah, I mean, essentially, there's two different terms sheets that were on the table. There's two different deals. There are two different models that's kind of where the big split has been between the AFOE and the EFA teams. And the Munich owners looked at the termsheets and they chose the path that they thought was best for their team, best for football in Europe, best for a future league going forward. And I think that's kind of what came down to it. Well, in fact, there's not much to say, but there's not that the two leagues have proposed their conditions each. So it's true that the split is really on the mode of the league's functioning. So the EFAFE and the EFA have proposed their conditions. They work their own leagues in the Munich Rebels that are simply decided to choose the EFA because, for them, it was perhaps the best decision to make for their team. That's right. Very good. Espronat, some details. So we've already talked about the global format of the competition in the EFA in the near future. So it's going to be a unique pool with this team. It's a 12-match season that lasts 14 weeks. Is it more about the dates, for example, from the beginning or at least at least the competition that's going to be on the day? Around which time the league is going to start, the games are going to start this season? Yeah, we just were actually really, really close on the schedule, which is exciting. We're kind of finalizing some final availability in dates. But yeah, the rough outline is it's very similar as last year with a week one occurring in mid-April and ending in mid-August, you know, 14 mixed schedule, 12 games, two buys. So yeah, it's for any of those who've followed the league over the last year or the last five years, it's a very similar format and structure. OK, so in fact, there's not much to change about the EFA. It's the matches that will start mid-August and end up in the middle of the season. Mewed, according to the two-by-week par-week. I have a question about the By-Wix. What is the decision to keep the two-by-wix on the 7th team? Is there another scenario where you choose only one-by-week or you wanted to keep the two-by-wix? Yeah, I mean, with 17s, obviously, with the round-robin format, every team, it works out perfectly because with every team, you, you know, every week one team will have to be on a by. And because you play it and because you play everybody twice, that equals the six games, that you're six home-and-away games against each opponent, and then there kind of has to be two-by-wix with that many teams. Ok, je les traduire. Une question c'était, on va être sûr, des Bayouiks, parce qu'on veut qu'on est sur 14 semaines de saison régulière. Il y a de chaque équipe ou 12 images, donc il y a 2 semaines de Bayouiks. Et dit en fait, avec la composition de la dégague, chaque semaine on va avoir une équipe qui sera en Bayouiks. Donc ça fait une rotation assez logique. Donc si jamais il y a quelqu'un qui se bat la question, pourquoi toujours deux alors qu'on se retrouve à cette équipe, et puis il y aurait peut-être pu avoir qu'une. Voilà, c'est une question, c'est un peu logique. Et puis au moins ça fait un peu avoir le même calendrier que l'année dernière, qui serait de mes avaliers à oude. Oui, puisque du coup en 300 on sait que de toute façon dans le LF, il y avait 12 maths de saison régulière. Plus là il y en a un que nous aussi, là le nombre de équipes ici n'est pas tellement relevant, comme on dit en anglais, c'est le format important, puisque c'est le format qui fait qu'en fait on a quoi qu'il arrive de Bayouiks. Est-ce que John peut nous dire à quel moment, est-ce que le charendrier sera diffusé, il a dit dans les prochains jours, on peut attendre le dison d'ici fin février. "When is the schedule officially coming out?" "Is it end of February?" "When do you plan on releasing the schedule?" Oui, comme je dis, on a juste le fait que le schedule fonctionne. On a pu mettre ensemble un drop, et puis on a une compétition de la compétition. Et puis on sort de les deux de la team, et tout le monde validise les dates à faire des choses avec leurs homes-stavings, leurs homes-stavings. Et donc c'est le charendrier et maintenant, il y a des issues de draft. Tout le monde a été revus, et puis puis nous avons la faite à la centre, et nous aurons une décision de la batterie. Donc oui, oui, oui. Je pense que le rôle est, le plus possible, parce que je pense que l'autre est un égo pour ce qui va venir. Oh, oui. C'est très bien. Donc oui, oui. C'est bien le rôle. Tu es un peu duré. On attend tous les canandriers, et c'est normal. En tant que fan de Fouta-Mérican, on a besoin de se projeter. Et en fait, il y a, il faut un brouillon, un brouillon, draft, un brouillon, une version d'issais. Donc la NFL fait ses milliers de canandriers, puis qu'à la fin d'enfants. Et on est encore dans la phase de discussion, donc, d'affinement, un calendrier, d'assavoir, qui va jouer ou à quel moment. Donc ce n'est pas encore fait, mais il espère que ce sera très bientôt réglé. Il y a un truc juste, par contre, je vais essayer de la poser en anglais, j'vais jour si vous mouquez de moi, je vous bute. J'ai l'air de la question. et ce qu'il a le droit de nous dire, le nombre d'équipes qui seront qualifiées pour les pliores. Ok. Do you already know how many teams are going to be qualified to play in the playoffs? Yeah, I think we're going to do a 14 format top four seeds, you know, one and four, two and three would play and then those would mean that championship. Soit's going to be two reals, so in the moment, what is planned is whether the four best teams qualified in the playoffs, of these players, the number one that will play against. The one that will end first will play against the fourth and the second one against the third. And then the winner of the two finals will obviously be against. Of course, the better team of the series, probably. I don't know, but I'll ask you. The championship game is going to be at the number one seed, the higher seed is going to be played in the higher seed stadium. No, we're looking at a neutral third party stadium, you know, a larger venue. And again, those were having conversations with probably five or six different stadiums right now. So that has not yet quite been decided. That's part of the reason why the schedule's not out as well, because a lot of the availability of the stadiums, you know, confirming the championship home location and dates is tied to a lot of kind of like the back scheduling. So whether it happens at the middle September or early September and of August, the final stadium selection will help influence basically everything that happens before it. So yeah, there's a lot of those conversations also happening right now. But yeah, it'll be a third party second. Okay. So it will be a final stadium, a neutral stadium. And it's one of the reasons why the calendar is still out, because precisely, in fact, this final, the organization, this final and this champion's final. And it influences a lot of what's been done before. So is the final going to be done at early September or early August? In fact, all that, it's an incident on this calendar, the president of the PEO, so you have to, you have to, you have to, you have to, you have to agree on everything that is found in place, because they have talked about six or seven different stages, but they have yet to find agreement. Where are there discussions between the EFA, some EFA teams for them to join to have a bigger league? Yeah, I mean, there's been talks between the FA and the AFA as a whole, there's been talks between the EFA and some individual teams. But yeah, I mean, the community is small, we all know each other, we've all been playing together for years. There's a lot of mutual respect on both sides and the table. So yeah, there's a lot of conversation kind of always happening. Yeah, there's a discussion. There's a discussion. Because in fact, it's the word of the European American football. It's very small, everyone knows each other, everyone knows each other. So there's a discussion. We'll continue to talk a little bit about the FAF. Just to ask John, the regard that he's looking at on this new league and on the competition of the new Parisian team as well as the Paris Light. What are your thoughts about the AFA league as a whole? And what are your thoughts also on the new Paris team? Sorry, so what's the question exactly again? Yeah, what are your thoughts? What do you think about the EFA league as a whole? The league EFA league? Yeah, EFA league. Excuse me. And the new Paris light, the new team that was announced last week. I mean, I'll say I don't think that much about what's going on with the EFA league. I mean, like I said, the meaning of the call there was like a, there's a pretty vast difference in the way the EFA is structured and the way the AFL is structured. And, you know, it's pretty fundamental in the differences. So it's a challenge to try to like find a middle ground. That said, like, again, I, we feel like we have the one, the strongest teams, the strongest brands, the strongest markets. And we're really excited about, you know, building a, building a structure and playing in a league that is going to provide the highest level of competition and the best product for sponsors for TV, for fans in Paris and fans in other markets. So, you know, I mean, that's kind of what, there's, there's so much work happening because, you know, it's not easy necessarily to stand up a league and put the competition a place plus, plus work on what we're doing in Paris, you know, building our team, doing the private workouts, recruiting our team, setting ourselves up for success. There's so much work going on on both those fronts that there's really a little time for speculation or guessing of what people are doing. Okay, so, yeah, in fact, between the EFA and the EFA, there's really a lot of difference in the structure of each league that is complicated to find a certain type of team, if you want, between the two. What's sure is that John thinks that the EFA has the best teams in his team, the best market, the best, and the best they're going to produce, they're going to give you a better level of competition between the two leagues in Europe this year. And so, he's not too much time to be able to get on what others are doing, on what other teams are doing, and he's interested in getting on Paris and on the development of the most-cutter, rather than thinking about other things. What's the question for the EFA? Does the EFA have headquarters or not? Do you need headquarters like the EFA Lee in Amour or.? I thought all this was released in the press release that came out of we go. So, the EFA is based in Frankfurt. Oh, yeah, I think so. So, where are you? Press release. Yeah, so we're using Frankfurt. It's in German based company and based out of Frankfurt. Okay, thanks. My son, is that they have some QG because that's what they did. They started their QG in Bours, and that's what they were expecting. They were in the press, and they also have a QG in Frankfurt. And one question about this topic. Do you need to recruit a lot of people to manage the league? It's a new start, a new league, so do you need to recruit some people that coming from ELF, maybe, or find a lot of new people for a lot of things? I mean, no, I don't think you don't need to find that many people. There's not like a huge undertaking, I would say there's like, you know, probably five to ten positions that are p to central league functions, whether it's operations or TV production or referees or media and stuff like that. So it's not a huge undertaking. And there's been a lot of, you know, people who've either formally worked in Pro Football in Europe or that have come over and are already working with us. We've already hired a lot of people actually. So it's not like we have much more hiring to do. Most positions are already filled. And I think a lot of the benefit of the EFA is that the teams have a lot of resources and bandwidth, because we've all been doing this for so long. We have great current employees. We have great former employees, we have great networks of people who are actually doing a lot of the heavy lifting at the league level right now. Now, like I said before, it's not, it's not necessarily easy to run your team and run the league at the same time. So that's why we are, you know, this might be another follow-up question, but we're looking, we're deep into the interview process with some very high level CEO and commissioner type roles for the EFA, who would eventually take over day-to-day management of the league. Well, yeah, sorry, I don't know if that answers your question, but yes, we've got to do it. There are a lot more people kind of like, you know, who come into the mess. Just translate. Okay, so my question was to say, to say about the thing that I wanted to say about the EFA, we had a Cuget, we had some jobs. So they said, well, they don't really need a lot of jobs, because we can imagine that with the EFA, we say, well, there are a lot of people who are on the team, we go, there are new leagues that appear, so these people are good designers and then we can also reflect on new heads. And so they said, well, their research, they need only 5 to 10 people to take care of the league. So we imagine that, well, it's a little group who works in the end of the year. And he explained that, however, ça devient assez comme conséquent au fil du temps et qu'ils vont annoncer un CEO, donc un PDG et un commissaire de ligue. Comme Roger Boudell, on en est fait, comme l'on a eu Patrick Ezzoumé en LF, on a eu un commissaire et un CEO qui vont quand même travailler beaucoup plus en plantant sur la ligne ou à elle-même. Mais imaginez qu'ils seront des partenaires pour la communication, les projets de développement de l'anigue. Par exemple, quand le monde rémiland, on va révéner prochain. Il y a quand même du gros boulot à faire. Et c'est vrai que quand on regarde un peu comment fonctionne la ligne, on se rend compte que de toutes les équipes, des groupes de travail, on peut prater que le bosser sur la communication, les riders peuvent bosser sur un groupe de travail qui se culent direct pour la ligne. Et c'est vrai qu'on comprend bien que le LF a un petit sujet, enfin foire et tout, mais les ligue aussi chacun assez compétence, parce que chacun vient de grosses ligue ou de. On peut avoir les club, qui ont autre riche, qui sont des piliers du football en autrique, qui sont passés par l'LF, qui sont dans le portes-pasier, un peu structure, où il y a beaucoup d'expériences et c'est comme ça que ça structure. En fait, c'est l'expérience des clubs, mais les un peu a renoncé une ligne. C'est la fin. C'est là, je vais demander les deux why, car je sais que j'ai peur que John ne me comprenne pas. Est-ce que tu peux lui? Là, c'est la fin. Il a un question, mais il est. Il dit c'est pas. Il dit c'est pas la fin. Je vais te faire parler de mes propres sentences. Il est difficile. Tout le monde est très excité. Nous avons aussi eu notre partage avec les Saints. Nous avons une meeting avec eux. Juste après, je pense que c'est la dernière semaine. Et la planète est déjà en full swing pour les events que nous devons faire durant notre season, et de la fin de la semaine. Nous avons déjà été en contact avec leur advancing sur la situation de la société, de la discussion de la société, de la structure et de la vie de la population. La vie est importante et est importante pour eux. La ressource de la ville est évidemment un asset pour eux. Et nous avons décidé de faire ça pour les Saints. Mais oui, les amounts de choses que nous devons faire avec eux, pour leur permettre de remettre les balles américaines en Paris et en France, sont en train de faire ça. A l'aérosquence est très importante, plus que la structure est plus importante pour la game. Il y a plus de choses à venir. Donc je peux dire que les balles et les balles sont très excités. Excusez-moi. Donc John a eu des réunions la semaine du Super Bowl. Avec. Je peux même pas l'enle Super Bowl parce qu'il était sur place pour justement avoir des réunions avec les gens de la NFL et les Saints pour parler de cet événement du match qui sera joué au Stade de France pendant l'automne prochain. Les gens de la NFL d'air sont ultra content, ultra excité du fait d'avoir un match qui se déroule enfin à Paris parce qu'on en parle depuis des années. C'est quelque chose qui était un événement qui était attendu. Je sais pour les fans de FFU2S en France depuis 30 ans. Donc c'est vraiment un événement historique. Ils sont des gens en train de bosser en plus avec les Saints. Ils ont déjà eu des réunions. Les meetings, des décoles, des discussions pour l'organisation. Ils vont servir de ressources sur place de piétataires pour permettre au Stade de trouver les meilleurs d'être au mieux. En fait, ou de quoi qu'ils vont arriver en France et à Paris, donc pour tout ce qui est logement, en commodation, et tout ce qui va avec, en fait, le fait de recevoir une équipe NFL dans un pays. Surtout un pays dans lequel il n'est jamais rendu. Donc il est important que par IPUS aider et être un soutien à ce niveau là pour les Saints. Donc il y a plein de choses qui sont prévues, plein d'événements qui sont prévues pour déjà pendant la session des musqueters. Une fois de plus pour "iple match" et donner aux gens de communiquer et de nos gens envie de venir le jour du match. Il y aura aussi des événements qui vont se faire juste avant, donc la semaine, certainement la semaine précédent le match. Tout ça, ils sont des gens en pleine collaboration, en pleine travail pour nous préparer. Pour nous préparer, ce même, il y a un match NFL qui est encore une fois historique en France.
