Ok, to aap ki prakruti hai lagye, myi prakruti hai lagye. Jo cheese merilie narishing hai, wo aap le shal, zeh rila hai. So, they say one man's nutrition is another man's poison. Ok. Right. So in ayerveeda, they say ki hameare bodhi me, tinn dosha hai. Ok, three biological building blocks. Baat, pit aur kaffh. Ok. Bata, pitta, kaffh aaphe bhol sikta hai. What is this? So, we have five elements in our body, Panchamahabood, Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Akash, ok. Earth, water, fire, air and ithag or space. So, when these five elements come together, it makes the human body. Now, earth and water comes together to make the gross body or the physicality of the body, the physiology. So, your body, bones, muscles, tissues, teeth, nails, hair, Jal or Prithvi se bana hai. It's like earth and water coming together to become clay. Ok. Then, you have made the clay mud ka banaaya. It is a physical form, it is a support, it is a stability, it is a structure, you can see it and touch it. It is a tangible value of it. Firaata aapha, Agni, Agni is called pit aur pitta also. This is responsible for bringing you to life, when you have made that pot from clay and water. You have to put that pot in Agni to save it. Similarly, Agni is in our body. Different forms of warm energy. Agni, Agni, Agni is in your stomach, Agni is called Jata, Agni is your digestive fire. It allows you to digest food. Then, your body can be transformed into a fire, which is already in your food, it has become digestive juices. Then, it has that plasma, blood, bone, muscles, tissues, teeth, nails, hair, sperm. It transforms into these things. Is it like the fire or like the energy you have made? It is an energy. It is a warm energy. Right? Earth and water is also an energy but it is stable energy. The aggressive energy is called fire, Agni. So, earth and water is a stable energy. Water is a moving energy, a fluid energy. Fire is a transformative energy. You transform it. If you put it in Agni, it will burn. It transforms into ash, correct? So, the agni in our body, it is a transformative energy. It transforms things. Your brain has an idea. Your body has Agni, you've got a fire in your belly. That's what they say. You transform that idea into reality. You have to stand up for your business. So, like that, your body has an agni which transforms things into human body parts. Then, it comes to you, bath, air and space. Our body is also in the air. It's there in your lungs. It's there in your mind space. That's why we say, give me some space. Right? Meditation is creating space. Correct? So, these are the five elements. Now, you have the five elements, I have the five elements, but our proportion is not the same. In my body, it might be air, space or fire is more. Earth and water are a little less. So, I'm a bath with body type, dual body type. From what I see, fire is in your body which is reflecting on your skin and ice. What is my smell? Fire. Mix your skin. You said three, right? What, pit? Cough. My corn? Pit. I see pit for now. But, if you check your naari with an Ayurvedic doctor, they can tell you if you have an underlying dosha also, whether you're a dual body type. So, earth and water dominant, kafa is there. Fire dominant, pit is there. Air and space dominant, bath is there. You can also be a dual body type, kafa, pita, kafa, vata. And what do you say about that? Your naari is there. So, Ayurvedic doctors, check your pulse. But, now we have Ayur genomic tests. No, you can't do that technology. You can do it. Today, there are a lot of technologies. You can do an online dosha quiz. It can be an elaborate set of questions. These questions. Pachas, questions. So, questions. You can do it just like the answer. How is your hair? Is it thick? Is it thin? Is there any test for you? Yes, yes. On our website. On our website, we have a dosha quiz. People have 25 questions to answer. What is your nail type, skin type, hair type, digestion? How is your skin type? You know, your skin type, your skin type. There are so many questions. You arrive at your single body. So, what do you say about it? I am a pet. So, what is your pet's body type? In their body, there is a lot of acne. Compared to earth, water, fire and air. So, in the body of the acne, there is a lot of acne. Their mental, emotional, physical, maybe, acne is dominant. That means, your mental makeup will be ambitious, aggressive, competitive, wanting to excel in everything. And wanting to be the number one in everything. Leadership skills, great orator skills. This is the quality of the acne. At an emotional level, they may sometimes be short-tempered, okay. But they also summon who motivate people a lot and themselves. They don't get down very quickly. They will rise up again and again. Like a phoenix. At a physical level, their acne is a small intestine. So, if they don't control the acne, they can be symptoms such as burning sensation, acidity, reflux, small intestine because of excess of fire. Okay. Their liver is sensitive. In liver, there is anger, in liver, there is acne. So, it can cause a lot of liver sensitivity. Your liver is not functioning towards optimum capacity. In eyes, there is no acne. It has a transfer mere fire. What we see at any point in time, your eye consumes 10 million bits of information. So, right now, I am consuming every color, shade, texture in this room. But my eye transforms that information in the brain and tells me that you are talking to this gentleman, Raj, that's all you need to know. I don't need to know, okay, where is the color texture? If I sit and analyze all 10 million bits of information, I will go crazy. Per second. That transfer mere fire is also in your eyes. Now, people who have high acne are also prone to skin disorders quite easily. Pimples, acne, rosycia, eczema, psoriasis, urticaria, pigmentation. So, I know where it came from. Agni was a lot bigger in the body. It felt like my skin was on fire. It has a lot of acne, a lot of hair, thinning, hair loss, and a lot of grain of hair. Agni is a lot of acne. So, Agni, their stomach, small intestine, liver, eyes, skin and hair are in it. Kaffa, earth and water is dominant in the lungs and in the flesh. Bata is dominant in the bones and in the colon. So, Ayurveda is 6 which part of the body is dominant in which element. So that you can better identify diseases and resolve it. But then, why do you balance it? If fire is good, then it is good. It is good, but fire is burning from inside. That is why it is burning. So, now, fire is more. In the campfire, there is a lot of acne, so it can lead to a forest fire. So, when Agni becomes more, in the stomach, you feel burning sensation, acidity, also, like symptoms. You don't need that. Agni, if it is less, then indigestion, bloating, sluggishness, fatigue, low motivation in life, this can also happen. This is fire less. Fire less. So, if you are a firey, then you need to eat cooling food. What are the cooling foods? Sabja. Takmaria seeds. Faluda, I will put it in. Summer season starts and everyone starts making Faluda at home. That means, chia seeds. Sabja is different from chia. chia seeds is a good source of protein and also good source of fat. Sabja is sweet basil seeds. Tulsi ke seeds have. What else? Kyukamber, zucchini, water rich fruits, water melon, musk melon, sweet grapes. Then you can also have berries, cherry, strawberries, they are astringent in nature. Astringent, that is, they reduce the water in your body. If you have water retention in your body, then they reduce collagen. You can have bitter foods like nem, karela, spinach, celery, cilantro, curry leaves, mooringa, spirillina, all these things. Sabja, I am a little worried about it. Methi. I am a little worried about it. Okay let's assume we are just assuming at this point -Hmm -Kee -Pith -Zaadai -Hmm -Hmm -And you have told me -Kee -Sabja -Seeds -Khani -Right -I will do that for two months -How? -Okay -How? -And what changes you will find out -If I was there, I will tell you -Or else I will tell you publicly -Nothing will happen -You are ready, you are ready? -Done -Okay -Let's do it -Okay -Now you will do the diet -I tell you to do for two months -You will do it -Okay, full diet -Simple sum is in short -Okay -Full diet, I assume it's good for me -I will put something in it -And I will put something in it -Trigger foods -Simple sum is not going to be magic -Okay -It's not one in green -Let's try -Okay, let's do it for two months -Okay -Since we have identified your body type here -Okay now I will give you the diet plan -Okay, let's do it a better version -Okay -I tell you what I do -You tell me, I will correct you -And I will do the trigger foods first -Okay, so celery and cucumber juice -Okay -You know -No lemon -I will do it -First ghee and then this -I will put coconut oil with it -Yes -But now I will put coconut oil in it -But do I take ghee or should I just. -Take ghee or take subjacies -You should start your day first -But then I take that and directly go to the gym -That's okay -First you take a glass of warm water with ghee -Then you take your cold-pressure -So there's two glasses of fluids in your stomach -Okay -Then go to the gym -And then that will work like a washing machine inside -Okay -The water will cleanse your system -So celery and cucumber -I will eat 10 to 15 black raisins as well -Soaked overnight -Very nice -So this will happen -Then come back from the gym -I take a protein shake -And then protein shake -So I eat whatever my Maharajie makes -Sometimes it's dosa -Sometimes it's urad dal kachilla -Sometimes it's mutter kachilla -So whatever like my morning is with carbs -Okay -Whatever you want -Put it in urad dal -Okay -Put it in urad dal -I can eat urad dal -I can eat urad dal -You can eat urad dal -You can eat urad dal -You can eat urad dal -You can eat urad dal -Okay -Then -Then -Oh -Then I come here -Then my lunch is this -Oh -Lunch is -What is it? -This is -Plan protein -With -Ross -Pinich -With -Chiya seeds -With berries -With -Like four or five things -And Maringa powder -And we have to mix something else -This is lunch -Yeah -If we mix it and make it smooth -That's fine -The rest to go -Sorry -The rest to go -No, you have to change it -No, you have to change that -The rest to go -And then -From here -Yeah -Then there's -Pomogranit -And -Volnitz -Mm-hmm -And then there's -Salad -Tamato -And cucumber -At -And a carrot -Evening a little more -Yeah -With sprouts -And almonds -That's all -And then again -I take something very healthy protein -Either -Yeah, so I'll just eat broccoli -With paneer -Yeah -Or I'll just eat mushrooms and paneer -Or I'll eat wax -Or -If I ever go to a lot of protein shake -Then I'll take protein shake -That's it -And then -And then -Now I'll change one thing -And it's probably going to hurt you -Mm-hmm -Okay -Duffer's time -You need to eat the whole thing -You can't have a -Smoothie -You can't have a protein shake -Mm-hmm -After you take protein shake -You have your breakfast -You have your dosa -You have your egg -Your mom's dosa -Or you can have a porridge -Or you can have a steamed idly - Done -In the afternoon -In the morning when you wake up -Your metabolic fire rises -It's so hot -In the afternoon when the sun is at the peak -Your metabolic fire is so hot -Okay -And for a person who's already a -Pitta dominant body type -In the afternoon -Where the agni is high -Your dosa is 3 times more hot -Agni -If you only put protein shake in that -What will happen? -The other things will be damaged -So what do I do? -So you need to eat a bowl of salad -Or you can have a bowl of salad -Or you can have a bowl of ubla -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha foods because you are talking about raw foods -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha -Or you can have a bowl of kachcha -So he woke up and he said "I am done. I am done being sick. I am done being the sufferer." -He got up, he went back to the beach -Dhaskilomiraddinme, Mithi Me, -Two, three hours of walking, exercising gym, this, that -Something in his head shifted. The driver changed the gear -And the direction. Instead of heading for a crash -He said, you know what? -Let's go. -I'll take control. The driver changed. -The body followed. -Mmm. -If a driver rides a car, the car will not go left. -This is your physical body. -Your intentions controls your thoughts -And your thoughts impacts your emotions -And your emotions impacts your organs. -Now, heart. -Dar totha hai dhalme, grief, heartbreak -Someone passes away in a life. -Leaves us. -Hear, you know, relationships break. -Marriages break. -Death. -We carry grief in our heart. -Truly. -This energy is always here. -You clutch your heart when you have a bad news. -And you also clutch your heart and gratitude when you have good news. -Why not your stomach? -You won an award. -You don't want to hold your gut. -You're literally doing this all year. -So it's a very natural, intuitive intelligence inside of you -That stores different emotions in different parts. -Greef is always here. -Lungs, sadness and depression. -Now, lungs and kidneys function in pairs. -If the couple in your family is not functioning properly, -Children have lung disorders. -Because, they don't know how to function in their feet. -Mammi papa, we are always fighting. -Bronkyal disorders are not found. -Really. -It's a very deep concept. -Chinese medicine believes in it. -I really believe in it. -Chakrab, you know, tita healing. -All of these sciences believe in it. -Really. -Lungs and kidney malfunction when you don't know how to function as a pair. -Wow. -Powerful? -Way. -So sadness gives us a lungs. -Sadness and depression. -Hellplessness. -When you see helplessness all around you, -Sadness all around you, your lungs start getting affected. -And insane. -When you were depressed, your breath started to go down. -And anxiety was just the same. -The person who is happy, the breath is so slow. -Again going back to monks and soldiers who live in the mountains for their selfish reasons. -They have slow breaths. -Long breaths. -They are not anxious or sad about anything. -So your depression, your sadness is stored in your lungs. -Your grief and heartbreak is in your heart. -Okay. -So they kind of similar. -It can pass on. -It could begin with sadness and then end up becoming far more severe. -Yeah. -Or it could begin with heartbreak and become depression. -Your kidneys, fear and fright. -And your pancreas, guilt and shame. -I've always asked diabetic patients, -Are you feeling guilty about something? -I feel I'm not a good parent. -Not a good enough son. -Literally in a second they answer that question. -Without thinking why I asked that question. -Shame. -During the childhood they were called, -Oh, you look like a girl. -Oh, you're so dark. -Oh, you're so skinny. -And there was a lot of shame attached to their physiology. -And they thought, this is it. -This is who I am. -The shame is who I am. -It defines me as a person. -The emotions from your childhood. -Bills up, builds up, builds up inside of you. -And always translates into a disease. -Whether you see the connection or not. -But what about people who are born with it? -They're karma plays a role. -Do you have a diabetic or a lung disease? -Recently, I got very curious. -You know, because it broke my heart when I saw -Young children coming to me with serious diseases. -Like literally in one consultation, I broke down. -It was a Zoom consult with the patient living in the US. -And he had severe case of alopecia. -His eyebrows and hair completely fell off. -And his skin was always bleeding from psoriasis. -And he was barely 10. -And he attended my workshop and he told his mother, -This is the only person who's made sense to me. -Let's fix my gut. -And when I saw him, I just broke down. -I switched off the Zoom and I told the parents, -I'm so sorry, I'm unable to compose myself. -You know, I was crying, then I turned on again. -I'm literally staring at me that kid. -Telling me, you guys are responsible for my suffering. -All the things that you've done in this universe is the reason I suffer. -And he was speaking the truth. -It pears through my heart. -But how would I know that I'm unhealthy? -Because I'm a generational trauma that I don't even know about. -Close your eyes and go in words. -That's why I said, -That 48 minutes, you sit in a stand. -Because the answer to the questions you have in your book or in modern medicine, you don't get the answers to the questions you have in you. -You sit in a stand, close your eyes and sit in a dry pose or a bed. -You don't get the word, meditate. -What do you want to say? -I don't want to ask anything. -Expect nothing. -Ask nothing. -Just experience yourself. -There are two ways of handing those thoughts. -Either become a silent spectator. -Take a step back and recognize that I am not this emotion. -I am not this thought. -This is my anger. -This is my jealousy. -And this is not me. -I'll show this to the outside person. -What is in them? -That's number one. -Number two. -In your computer, there is a lot of information. -Your editor says, sir, data is not there. -I mean, you know, it's not storage. -What will you do? -Take a hard drive and transfer all the data from here. -Now, you will check the external hard drive in the morning. -Is there any data in it? -It might have gone wrong. -You won't do it, right? -Now, the download is there. -There is a safe cover. -Now, your computer is free. -The things you don't need, you put it in the hard drive and put it in the cover. -That way, you will get a book. -You will start downloading your thoughts. -It's called journaling. -When you start writing, your brain is a muscle. -It looks at it and says, 'Aacha, it's not written, right? -You don't need to remember.' -The thought that was running around in circles in your head has been downloaded on the paper. -You close the book and put it away. -Your brain says, 'I don't have to think about it.' -That way, you will be safe. -Sure. -Downloading your thoughts is a powerful way of releasing the stress and the pressure on your brain. -Now, download, go, go, go, go, go, go. -The most powerful and richest you will be when you have zero thoughts. -Correct. -Yes. -Interesting. -You, in the inside, you said about breathing something. -Breathing? -Yes. -You were talking about breathing. -Shallow breath. -When we are happy and calm, our breath is long. -Lamby. -There are few animals who breathe slowly. -And then they say, 'The dog is very fast, so they die faster.' -Yes, they have a shorter life span. -Alephans, very slow breath. -They have a longer life span. -Is that true? -Kind of. -Kind of. -Can you apply the same. -Oh, one hundred percent. -Kind of. -You know, one day I said, 'I don't know the right dialogue. You can take as much as you can. It means, you have been given certain number of breaths in your life. -So, take a long life span. -Don't end it quickly. -Take a long life span. Take a long life span. Because you probably have. -It's a conversation. But see, that metaphor has a lot of meaning in it. You know, dogs expend their life and energy very fast by huffing and puffing and panting. Short life span. Turtles, elephants, whales, long deep breaths. They can even hold their breath for really long. Same rule for human beings. The only thing you can control in your physiology, by the way, is your breath. -So, you need to. Are you saying, every day should I start breathing, Lord? -What's the practice? Conscious breathing. Pranayam, we are in India, in yoga. You call it breath, box breathing. There are many names. It's like yoga went to the US and came back as a Columbus Yoga. Columbus Yoga has become a Columbus. So, Ayurveda has also come back in time. In our lifetime, we are going to see Ayurveda go abroad and come back. -I heard recently, Megan Markle announced that Megan Markle's pregnancy time, she started following Indian nation Ayurveda. And I was questioning that Megan Markle, the Royal Family and all the world's wealth, everything, everything, everything, all the things. All the things that are so advanced in the world, where did they reach? Science, medicine, all of these things. Why does Indian ancient Ayurveda come on medicine? What's the reason now? Top of the top world leaders, people, royal families. Everybody is realizing that Indian Ayurveda or Indian ancient medicine is their answer for almost everything. Okay, two ways of answering that. Where does the sun rise? Technically, it doesn't. East, the sun rises in the east. East is the most conducive place for the growth of herbs. Jaiributya, where there is the sun rises. So, Eastern countries are blessed to have a tropical climate that allows the growth of herbs. So, Jaiributya is the largest in India and China. Here, in traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. Then, why are there so many modernised people? Why are there not the leaders in the world? When we have 5,000 years of experience in the world. Then, why don't we talk about this in the world? Our only hope is that when British came, we would say, "Out, do to us." That's one of the reasons why we've suffered the most because we are very generous. India was a richest country in the world. It was attacked by the most number of countries. British Eye, Portuguese Eye, French Eye, Dutch Eye, Arabs Eye, Mughals. Everybody came and plundered and looted the country. How to break the backbone of this country that has been so independent, rich and diverse? Divide and rule based on religion, gender, caste, community. And break their backbone, which is a support system. Yoga, Ayurveda. And burn their universities. Nalanda University. Ayurveda is a deliberate act to destroy Ayurveda. In the 18th century, the colonial rule, the East India Company, established English Education Act. I'm talking about this a lot today. It's part of my thesis in my PhD. English Education Act was passed, where the sciences taught in English were given funding for research and development. What were the sciences taught in English? Western medicine. To dump pharmaceutical medicines in our subcontinent. To improve the sales of the chemical industries that were being set up in Europe at that point in time. There was an industrial revolution happening there. It makes our chemical produce. We made pharmaceutical products. We made our products. Where did we put it? In Australia. In India. Our countries became a dumping ground for their products. The only way to dump these products is to break our faith in preventive healthcare life sciences. Like Ayurveda. You don't need medicines. You need intentions, emotions, energy. Jury Bhutia. You can eat this. You can eat it. You know, 7 years ago when we started the clinic. I had no intention of becoming a health coach. I didn't even know Ayurveda. I started it as a CSR. I started the therapist. I started it as a therapist. It was a gap, language gap, communication gap, time gap, barrier gap. I started getting into the R&D to bridge that gap. Then I said it. And now again I said it. We're going to witness Ayurveda becoming a global phenomenon and a household practice in our lifetime. Not 100 years later. Yeah, lifetime. COVID was witness to that and proof to that. The COVID, our clinic suddenly was catapulted on to the internet. And we had students from many countries joining us for classes. Why? Because it desperate for answers. They want to be in charge of their body. They don't want to be guinea pigs. At the hands of the pharmaceutical companies that are injecting lifetime drugs into them with lifetime damage. You are just a number on the balance sheet. If you have diabetes. You are a cash cow to them for the next 50 years. I don't agree with that fully. I agree with the fact that Ayurveda is not available. But I don't think that all the pharmaceutical companies are using medicine. I agree with you. There is a middle ground. The innovation that they have done. It has been known as lacco. I agree with you. There are some specific diabetes. I've seen diabetes patient left, right, center. Because my family is a diabetic history. And I saw that people are trying to treat them through Ayurveda. Through Ayurveda they are trying to treat them through Ayurveda. And what is medicine? And millions of people are saved because of alopathy medicine. I'll tell you where? So there is innovation. There is no life which I have. No, I agree with you. I agree with you. I will not debate that point. I also say to you, when Western medicine and Eastern sciences come together, they can save humanity. I agree. I'll tell you another point to support that. Western medicine is powerful when it comes to R&D research and development. Yes. Proof of evidence. Ayurvedic science. Preventive healthcare sciences. Like Nachyupati, Homeopathy, Unani, help in preserving health and preventing diseases. Now, when the two sciences come together, it's powerful. Ayurveda can give you preventive curative healthcare life science for. Chronic lifestyle diseases. Like diabetes, thyroid and all of that. This can help you with antibiotics which happen during the industrial revolution. To save you from infections and diseases that can kill you overnight. Pandemic. Right? Anything that is mass, here they can play a powerful role to quickly arrest the disease. But even English medicine says that once you've taken English medicine, you have to take another set of medicines to recover from the side effects. Because that is for you to recover from death quickly. But these people also help. What are my points? Yes. I am a big believer of Ayurveda, but I am also a big believer of Ayurveda. Western medicine. Western medicine. Western, Western medicine. I know that Western medicine takes a lot of medicine from the cytogenesis. But at the right time, if you don't have a right place, then life is not the best. It has side effects. Correct. And you have a heart attack. And you are a very healthy individual. And you are not even healthy individual. Your lifestyle is a little bit bad. And you start practicing the principles of foundations of Ayurveda. It is a very less chance that you will get sick. I also recently found out that there is something called emotional constipation. Oh God! Just like emotional constipation is a very unprocessed emotion. When you have an expressed emotion, you get a build-up, build-up. And then just take so much congestion inside your body. Yeah. And you start to see some things. The moment you go in an important meeting, you get frozen. Every time a meet-up patient who has chronic constipation, not mild constipation, mild constipation is because of bad lifestyle, food and nutrition. I have always asked them, do you have trouble letting go of things? They are like, "Yes, I am a control freak. I like to control everything." So you are controlling even your beast. And you are controlling everything. You are unable to let go. Everything is there, because you are not allowed to let go. This is traffic jam in your body. There is not free-flowing thoughts, emotions and energy in you. So, there is a little bit of something like that. You start feeling anxious before the meeting. Or if you feel empty or empty, then it is a lot of pain. Is that also part of emotional? Of course. You know when you are in such a way that people start anxiety from their meetings? You know, modern science has shown that emotions are stored in the gut. When you feel anxious, scared, excited, happy, nervous, butterflies, fluttering in the stomach, experience it here, not here. Because your gut has more neurons lining its walls than there are neurons in the brain. So you experience more here than here than here. Okay, then your gut has a second brain, the gut of your intuition. If your stomach is not clean, then your intuition will be shitty. You have shitty ideas. Literally, stick in the mud, constipated. Stuck up. These words mean your constipated and your gut is not clean. Okay, 70 to 80% of your serotonin and dopamine, which is your happiness drug is produced in the gut. Cortisol also comes from the gut, which leads to inflammation, indigestion. Then anxiety is increasing. Indigestion and anxiety are both in related. When you are anxious, then you are in indigestion. If you are in indigestion, then you are also in anxious. When you are experiencing anxiety, your stomach and gut cannot digest food. When you are angry, you will eat something good too, you will get a lot of misery in your body. Agni and bile goes up. Bile from your liver. You know, liver is a seat of pitta. And liver also produces bile. And it is stored in the gallbladder. Then you will get gallbladder stones. Because it is a lot of bile. Those who get angry, they get gallbladder stones, liver problems. Okay, so when we get angry, we used to call it purified. We used to call it a glass of water. Be calm. Then you have to eat. Never eat food when you are angry. Never eat food when you are feeling any kind of negative emotions. Fight or flight mode when you are angry. You will get anxiety, indigestion, cortisol. All this will happen. Rest and digest when you are angry. Your breath is deeper. It is not shallow. You are not running. You digest better. And you have less negative emotions. You have serotonin and dopamine. Interesting how emotion is. Very interesting. Everything is interconnected. Very interesting thing that we do. But if we are doing all this after podcasting, we are doing everything wrong. No, but we are working progress. Evolution of mankind and humanity is that we are working progress. We will never be perfect. But never is also a never-land. Like it doesn't exist. Because you are talking about emotions. And you are talking about gut. Many times people say that healing foods are also emotional foods. Like when a mother eats more, then they heal the food. And need it. Then why does that happen? Because the hospital will make nutritious meal. But when a mother eats more, it feels better and heal. Like I get more energy from the food. Because if I eat more, I get more energy from the food. What is a logic behind it? Because I will tell you a true story. Because it is 70-80% times. When I am not traveling 80% of the time, I try to heal a lot. Because when I am traveling, I will eat more. So I will try to maintain it this way. So I will make a meal that I should eat less. So I will eat less. But when my mother comes, I love Dal Bharti and she makes it. I will fill extra. I mean if my stomach is 100%, then I will be 20%. And I still don't feel bloated. You felt adjusting. How is this possible? And it is 80-90% time. I don't feel that way. Whenever I eat a heavy meal or restaurant, I feel very slow next to me. When my mother comes to my house, I stay with my mother for 7-8 days. And for 7-8 days, I feel like this. But still, I don't feel very sleepy. This is a reason why. When my mother comes to my house, she makes every bean, every bean, and checks the beans. She doesn't work hard, she doesn't work in her body. Because she knows she is feeling her son, her child. You think that restaurant chef loves you like a son? No. So I am going to cook for my child. I will cook for you. No, right? There is a genuine love and attention to detail that the mother puts in. But the food is the same. I will tell you. Potatoes and onions are sprouted. She will feel bad. I won't be able to eat this. Potatoes and onions are poisonous for the bodies. They are like lights. This chef will waste it. Remove the shell. Make it bigger. You know, put it in the pani puri masala puri and all of that. Right? Let's not waste. I don't care if it goes waste. The mother says, "My child's health is important." No. 1, attention to detail. No. 2, she puts in a lot of love when she is cooking it. Literally, practically, tangibly, she puts in love. How? Water carries memories. The food that she touches and cooks. Also carries memories of the love that she is putting in it. Ask a chef to cook a food with a lot of love and compassion. And ask a chef to cook food with anger. Taste the two different meals. It tastes different. But how does the body know that the mother is ready to eat? Energy! How do you know that your fan has given you love? Did you not give it to her? Why did you write it? How do you feel? I might write it angrily. Raj, thank you so much for your content. Secretly, I hate you. Yes, I have to write it. No, I don't write it well. You write it, right? You feel that energy. Yes. I know that written it nicely. You feel the energy of your fans. The food feels the energy of your mother. And attention to detail. No, not living thing. Yes. Not living thing. You are hurting this. Oh, sorry. No, I will eat and cook. No bad karma. Okay, when I will go through a profile, this is the last question I want to ask you. Your profile is very interesting. I saw that it was tongue-chart. Yes. I have never heard it before. So I wanted to put 'ask you'. What is this? How does the tongue know? You know, this is a part of tongue. The heart is bad. The stomach is bad. The liver is bad. Something like that he was talking about. What is it? You know, your entire body is interconnected. Correct? Are they isolated organs without any contact with other organs? No. They are all interconnected. You know, your system is also interconnected. Right? Your organs have connections with different parts of the tongue, different parts of your palm, different parts of your feet. The bottom of your feet is also connected to different organs. This is where acupressure, acupuncture, signs come out. They will literally press a point here. And you will shout and they'll say, "Aachha, you have a stomach." Correct? How do you know? They would press the point where the stomach is. And if it's sensitive, they'll say that organ is suffering. So traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, acupuncture, acupressure, they use the signs. So tongue reflexology says that different parts of the tongue respond to different parts of your body. How exactly? It's a nervous system. It's a far deeper science, which I haven't been able to decode yet fully. But you can maintain your oral health by doing oral pulling, gargling, brushing, tongue scraping. There was one story I'll tell you. A doctor here in Goa, who has treated a lot of our cancer patients, he was told that this boy in Hong Kong keeps having seizures and collapses every now and then. So the doctor said, "You have to take a picture of your stomach." When it's cleaned, he said, "This part of the brain, go check in an MRI. There might be a blood clot." Exactly where he said, they found the blood clot. Okay, exactly. By just looking at the tongue, he was able to say which part of the body had that? Part of the brain had the blood clot. Now, the tip of the tongue is your heart. Then stomach pancreas. So it literally goes from here down. If you have to remember it, you don't have to remember it. Just say that the tip of your tongue is your heart and you go backwards. What are the other organs below your heart? Phurvanichanis. Intestines, pancreas, stomach. No, this way, heart, stomach, pancreas, intestine, bladder, all the way back is colon. Right? Your left kidney. This is supposed to be left and right kidney. Liver and gall bladder. Lungs. Okay? So this is a slightly more complex science which I have not been able to master yet. But I respect that our body is a holistic piece of nature. It's not a set of isolated organs put together in the body. They're all interconnected through the nervous system, through the blood. They carry messages. And your body is constantly communicating with you. The tools that you pass every day is communicating. It's like a master checkup telling you what is happening inside the body. Your urine is communicating with you. Your tongue is communicating with you. Your palm, the bottom of your feet. Your skin, face map is also communicating with you. Which part of your face has pimples and acne? See a woman with PCO, PCO. They'll have herotism, hair growth. The acne is always on the chin and the upper lip. So well prepared. This is Raj for you guys. Every part of your face corresponds to an organ. Now, this is stomach. This is lungs. If you're not able to do it, then there are pimples. You know, pimples on your nose. We would say in school, someone has a crush on you. And you have a crush on someone. Because when you have a crush on someone, and every time that person passes by you, you fluster and blush. There's a rush of blood to the tip of your nose. You feel it? The tip of your nose corresponds to your heart. And this is something I said in, I think somebody else's podcast. My father would have a pimple on the tip of his nose once a year. It would be so bad he wouldn't step out of the house for three days. And a few years later, he was in the hospital for his open-air surgery multiple blockages. I made that connection much later when I started reading this. I was like, oh, I remember my dad when we were young, he wouldn't go to office for three days. The tip of the nose connected to the heart. Your kidneys, your liver. Your kidneys are here. That's why after a night of drinking, this is a bag of inflammation and disease. Puffy under eyes. The temples correspond to your liver. This corresponds to your liver. Here, if pimples are too many. What happens here? I was waiting for you to ask. You're small intestine and you're bladder. Now, you're small intestine is also where pitta fire lives. Your pitta is high. You have to reduce your body heat. Sabja seeds, cucumber, celery. You have whole water, chilies, capsicum, onion, garlic. We came back to the same conversation. We begin where we, we leave where we began. No, thank you so much for doing this. I'm so glad. Thank you. It was pleasure talking to you. I could have gone. I genuinely didn't speak to you about anything that I prepared. I'm glad. You're from India or not? Yes, where are you from? I am from all over. Chennai, Bangalore, Bombay, in New York. So, I was born in Bangalore, proud of Chennai. Okay. Then, I did my masters in Bangalore. Then, I moved to Bombay. Then, I moved to New York. Then, I came back to Bombay. Okay. So, it's a day that you enjoy. I love New York, I think. Oh, yeah. I love it. A lot of people don't like New York, but I love New York. New York has an energy, which is real, which is raw and authentic. You can't pretend to be something there. Yeah. You will get thrown out. Yes. So, it's like a time vortex also. You know, New York, where work is very fast. Hmm. So, the vortex is such that it just sucks you in. And you're giving a lot of your time and energy in life to make that city.
