Philip Rivers RETURNS! NFL Week 15 Player Props & Thursday Night Football Best Bets

Welcome to Best Beds here at fantasypoints.com. It's week number 15 of the 2025 NFL season. And we have to talk about a young gunna by name of P Rivers. We'll get to some Phillip Rivers talk and also some of our early favorite prop bets for the week 15 slate. That and more on Best Beds. Welcome to the program. Showed old Tom Broly. Good friend. Trey will be along a little bit later in the program to talk about his beloved Atlanta Falcons who operate on Thursday night football against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And normally, Tom, we we start with the Thursday night football games. Some of the props that we really like. But we're not going to do that today because we have an unbelievable situation in the NFL. The Colts have brought back Phillip Rivers. Yes. Now, they sign up to the practice squad, but he's returned to practice. And I don't think you call Phillip Rivers to come and reset his Hall of Fame clock. If you don't plan to play him, even though Riley Leonard practiced in full on on Wednesday, Phillip Rivers, it looks like he is going to play NFL football this weekend. It is an unprecedented scenario. And the first thing I want to do is because on one of our live streams this week over at the fantasy points YouTube channel. Yeah. I asked is what's there a line for Phillip Rivers to income back player of the year? And I had that kind of tongue in cheek. And it turns out they've posted it. Phillip Rivers is now 18 to one to win come back player of the year behind Christian McCaffrey and Dak Prescott. And you know what? I don't know what their terms are. It's a weird award. Damar Hamlin didn't win it even after he came back from literally dying. Yeah. Um, but I mean, Phillip Rivers, if he quarterbacks the Colts to a victory or like gets just gets them in the post season in the post season, how do you not give the guy the award? He's been he's been out of football for five years. Yeah. We saw Joe Flacco win the award a couple of years. Was that last year or maybe Damar Hamlin year? Yeah. That was the Damar Hamlin year. That's right. And it was a kind of a similar type of situation where he won some games late in the year as an older quarterback and kind of stole the award. And I'd have a similar type of situation. Guy that is completely off the board. Not on anybody's radar. Just signs with the Colts here on Monday. And if he could somehow, you know, pull out two games here in the final four weeks and sneak the Colts into the post season, I would think that he has a great chance of potentially winning the award. It's Christian McCaffrey is the kind of the far and away favorite at this point. But he actually, you know, he's going to he might put up a thousand thousand season. But if you watch Christian McCaffrey, it isn't like the old vintage Christian McCaffrey, at least as a runner. So it's so it's kind of there for the taking a little bit if Rivers can come in and lead them to a couple of victories and get them to the post season. I do think he has a decent chance of winning this award. So yeah, like he we think he's going to start now. We don't actually have a projection for him up at fantasy points yet. I think we wanted to get a little bit more information on what's going to happen. I'm not seeing prop at my dinky offshore book here on Phillip Rivers. But Tom, you did see that there are some there are some books that have posted a line for Phil Rivers. Yeah, Fandall has put up a passing yards prop for him. Got to remember that this is about is it might be the toughest match up in the league right now for for posing off. That says has to go to Seattle in play in Seattle. The number is sitting at 152 and a half for his passing yards. So obviously expectations are are pretty low at this point. Passing touchdown prop sitting at a half half a touchdown here plus one 12 for him to throw a touchdown pass against the Seahawks minus 148 to the under. So you know, it's the not the expectations are pretty low here for Phillip Rivers, but the fact that he even has some odds and it does kind of feel like he is going to play. Maybe maybe we have a situation where it's kind of a split, you know, maybe Leonard plays a little bit and Phillip Rivers also plays, but we'll get more information as the week goes along. But Fandall was the first book to show some stones and put some lines up for Phillip Rivers, which is, you know, he's been the talk of the league here over the last couple of days. So we're looking at the athletic up the playoff simulator here and the athletic playoff simulator for that team that Colts team that look like the number one seed in the freaking AFC for a while. They're just 20% to make the playoffs. If they lose to the Seahawks, they're just, they're going to be 16%. But then they got, I hear here's the big problem. The schedule is really hard time. You've got the Seahawks 49ers, the Jags and the Texans, okay. All of those teams as of right now are in the playoffs. So you have a really nasty stretch run. So the Colts are, I'm looking at draft Kings right now. There are plus 330 to make the playoffs. You know, if you think that's got a chance to happen, wouldn't you just rather bet Phillip Rivers 18 to 1 to win come back player of the year? Yeah, definitely. I would bet both. If I was, if I was that optimistic about the Colts making the postseason and plus 330, I would definitely sprinkle at least a little bit on the Phillip Rivers to win come back player of the year award. So yeah, I think that's the right way to think about that, Joe. I mean, did you even see this? By the way, he got his old jersey number back because they put, they put Daniel Jones on IR. So I guess if somebody's on IR, you could free up their jersey number. Yeah, I didn't even think about that. The Daniel Jones was wearing his old 17 number. But yeah, I mean, hey, I mean, Jones isn't going to play again this year. So, so, you know, I don't think Phillip Rivers is going to be there for the long ball. So let him, let him wear 17 for the rest of the season. So I'm guessing we're going to see somebody create. I mean, guess they'll put the duct tape or whatever on the back of their Daniel Jones jerseys and write rivers on the back of that 17. So easy, easy work for those people that were very happy to get a Daniel Jones jersey this year. Or people who had a Phillip Rivers jersey that they turned into a Daniel Jones jersey can just take the duct tape off. There you go. They lucky them. So still getting, still getting use out of that rivers jersey from from 2020. I mean, look, I have a Jeremiah Trotter Eagles jersey that I bought like 25 years ago. And now it's relevant again because his son wears the same number. So you never know when things, when things will come back and you're in your, come back around for you. Yeah. It's a Jeremiah Trotter. Is it junior? Does he have the junior on the back? He does. He does. Okay. So it isn't like a slight variation of it, but still works, you know, to support Jeremiah Trotter. Well, look, we have the, we have the time of year it is. It's a very expensive time of year for the Rivers family. So, you know, picking up a little extra scratch for Phillip Rivers, probably was a little bit of a motivation here. By the way, he was running Shane Steikens offense as like the head coach of his son's football team. So he knows the offense. Yeah, I mean, he worked with him in Los Angeles and Indianapolis. He was running his offense in high school. So yeah, he, he's not going to need a lot of time to get acclimated to the offense. It just needs to get a few reps with all those receivers. At least he did work with Michael Pitman a little bit. That was 2020 was Pitman's rookie year, but most of the rest of the guys are or much younger than him and have not played with Rivers so far. I cannot believe that that's happening, but it is indeed happening. So, Tom, we want, it's an expensive time of year for the, for the Rivers family. It's also an expensive time of year for the listeners. We're going to try to get him a little extra scratch for the holiday season. We're going to talk prop bets when we come back. All right, welcome back to the program. Tom, we're going to start with the Thursday night football game. They were in a unbelievably rare occurrence. There was more that I liked from this game than you did. Now, you're a betting lead. So you, you are a higher volume better than I am. And I just kind of look at certain angles. And I always like to have a Thursday night play. I actually came up with two plays that I'm going to, I'm going to pass by you, run by you, but I'm going to start with, with one that I feel really good about. B. John Robinson, 30 sets and a half receiving yards to the over. Let me make sure that's the right number. No, I posted 37 and a half receiving yards that are 36 and a half's out there, though. Yeah, but now I'm also seeing 38 and a half. So there, there's, it's in that range. We haven't projected for 44, but Drake London's out again. Kyle Pitts is questionable. Over the last five weeks, Tom, the bucks have allowed the second most receiving yards to running backs. They've allowed 13.8 yards per reception to running backs. They're the only team over that span who's allowed more than 10 yards per reception to running backs. So running backs are getting chunk receptions against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On top of that, B. John Robinson went for 100 receiving yards in this matchup all the way back in week one. I thought the number was too low with no Drake London. You know, David Sills might be their number one receiver. Mooney is a disaster out there. The guy is a complete mess. Pitts is injured. I don't know, man. Cork coupons checking it down a little bit. And as good for a trail, probably tell you later in the show, this is a number he can go over B. John with one catch because of his explosive ability. I just really like to be John Robinson's receiving yards in this. Yeah, I think this is a prop that I hit boy back in week one. Tampa Bay has had a long history of giving up receiving production to backs. And this was, I think it might have been the first prop that I hit of the year. He had a really long reception early in that game. I think it might have went to the house for basically a 50-year touchdown reception. So yeah, I really like this one. I did stare at that one for a while. I guess the only reason I backed off of it because we did have Michael Penix in that game earlier. But Corky's got very limited weapons here. Not a whole lot to work with, but I do do like that one. That was one I did stare at for a while. And I couldn't quite get there, but I do like that one up over. That's where I would be bleeding is up over his receiving yards. Yeah, so now you said we'll go to you for one of your Thursday night plays before I wrap it up with a little bit of a spicy, I guess you would say it's a spicy one, but I want to hear what you have to say. Yeah, this one, I'm going with Chris Godwin under 43 and a half receiving yards. You know, it is a little bit lower at some of the other books, but I would bet this down to like 38 and a half. We don't yet have a projection on it, at least on Wednesday evening here, but Mike Evans is set to return to the lineup. Jalen McMillan going a little bit under the radar. He had a really strong end to last year as a rookie suffered a nasty neck injury in the preseason against the Steelers. He's kind of been a forgotten guy, but he's also going to return in this game. So all of those concerns that we had back in April, whenever the Buccaneer selected a Bucca in the first round. Now we're finally getting to see this offense at full strength here with all four of those receivers in the mix here. But I'm a little bit worried that maybe Chris Godwin, he's actually been ramping up here. He had a, I think the season high route share 80, 80% route share last week, but we are playing this on a short week here on Thursday. He's been dealing with this fibula and ankle injury dating back to last year, really struggled with it earlier this season. I have to wonder if maybe his routes maybe get cut and cut down a little bit this week with McMillan and Evans coming back. Maybe we see a little bit more of a rotation. So I do have my concerns with Godwin in that area here. And Atlanta has been playing a lot of cover three as well. That is one coverage shell that he has been kind of struggling against 0.52 yards per route run, 18% target share on those routes run against cover three. And Atlanta's been pretty good against slot receivers as well, only giving up the 15th fewest receiving yards per game to slot receivers. So, you know, I did go back and watch a couple of Godwin's plays. He does look a lot better here the last two weeks, but a couple of his catches were kind of, you know, coverage is where, you know, the defense is kind of forgot about him and he had a long, you know, a lot of yak after the catch on short targets. So I'm just thinking maybe, you know, with Evans and with McMillan and maybe a book of bounces back here a little bit. He's been struggling without having that presence of Evans across the field from him. So maybe he has a little bit of a bounce back performance. So I think Godwin could underwhelm a little bit here on Thursday night. Well, one of the reasons you think Chris Godwin is going to underwhelms because Mike Evans is expected back. Now, he's questionable, but they activated him off of IR. He's going to play. And according to Todd Bowles, it looks like he's going to play without much restriction, which you would expect. This wasn't a soft tissue injury, right? So, you know, like, I mean, I guess there's a Tom, you've had a history of shoulder pain. Yeah, the colder. I have had a couple called colorbone injuries, but that's that's something like, at least before you get clear for contact, you can run, you can exercise, you can, you can dish, you can condition a little bit to get, get ready for play. So I actually like Mike Evans over 43 and a half receiving yards. I mean, I don't think it's very often you see Mike Evans this low down the board. I have, and I'm going to take the over here. Look, we're projecting that he is going to catch a shadow from AJ Terrell. I don't know how much how sticky that shadow is going to be. But look, Ameca Ebuca is admired in a horrific slump. Obviously, Baker Mayfield is struggling as well, probably with injury. But I wonder if just Mike Evans is coming back at the right time for Baker Mayfield here. AJ Terrell got absolutely jocked on by Jackson Smith and Jigba last week. Now, Jackson Smith and Jigba does that to a lot of corners these days. But 81 yards and two touchdowns in AJ Terrell's primary coverage last week. Mike Evans is used to this matchup in week one. Terrell aligned over Evans on 55% of his routes. Evans put up three catches for 28 yards in that coverage and then had other production outside of that as well. He also scored on him in their loan meeting last year. So Mike Evans can win this matchup against AJ Terrell. Overall, the Falcons are giving up a ton of production to outside wide receivers. I believe over the last five weeks. Yes, they have given up the single most scheduled adjusted fantasy points for game to opposing outside receivers. Mike Evans 43 and a half. I just thought this was an opportunity to get a number that you don't typically see for Mike Evans. Yeah, we know that it takes downfield shots and the Falcons defense. Yeah, it hasn't been the same since the beginning part of the season. So I do like that. If he, as long as he plays a certain amount, I don't think, as you said, I don't think he will be on like a severe restriction here. Maybe, you know, to get this over this number, maybe just needs to get to like a 60% route share. So I'd like that one a lot, Joe. Alright, let's move on to Tom later on in the Sunday slate. I've got one I want I want to call on here that I posted in our subscriber discord. And of course, fantasy points up premium and all insubscribers get access to our betting discord. So here's one we don't like we're overbetters. We like to take our overs. We like to root for yards and we like to root for points. But there was an under that that stood out to me and Tom, one of the things you taught me with with our projections is that our projections do skewed overs. So we have one that's under a number. It's it's probably worth looking at. And it's Zay flowers. I got Zay flowers at under 68 and a half receiving yards. He's coming off a hundred and twenty four yard performance against the Steelers Tom in week 14, which was actually his first 100 yard game since week one, which coincidentally is also the last time he scored a touchdown. The Ravens lost, but I'm sure you know it was the best Lamar's looked in eons. But just two weeks ago on Thanksgiving, flowers caught just two of seven targets for six yards against the Bengals. And DJ Turner, this is a shadow corner guy, not a whole lot of people know about. He aligned over Zay flowers on 63% of his routes in that game. Zay did not catch a pass. So he had two catches for six yards, but none of them were on DJ Turner. Moreover, DJ Turner has shadow DK Meck have twice this year. He shadowed flowers. He shadowed Justin Jefferson. He shadowed Romeo Dobs. He shadowed Jamison Williams and Cortland Sutton to not not like a full long read this island shadow, but all of those big name receivers. He aligned over them on 50% or more of their routes in his primary coverage. Those receivers, six receivers and seven games have combined for six catches for 79 yards combined on 19 targets in DJ Turner's primary coverage. This guy has been fantastic. I think he's got an outside shot to be a pro bowler. And I wrote up Zay flowers as having a positive match up in my column last week. I wasn't brave enough to hit his over props because of how Lamar looked. I should have should have trusted the analysis, but I am going to trust it this week. I have Zay flowers under 68 and a half receiving yards. Yeah, Turner's kind of going under the radar just because of how bad the Bengals defense has been all year, but he has definitely been the bright spot for that defense. He's a big reason why a lot of production has funneled to the tight ends. Check my best bets on the site there. I have another bet off of that game and looking at the tight ends in Baltimore there. Let's see. I'll go to Nico Collins in Houston right now. They're going against the Arizona Cardinals this week. I bet over his receiving yards. 71 and a half is what I got it at. It is up to like 73 and a half, 74 and a half. I would like it up to up to the mid 70s here. We got him projected for about 84 yards. He's gotten to 75 or more yards in five of his last six games. He got a concussion back in week nine, but he's been playing pretty well since he returned to the lineup. You know, he had the big game against the chiefs with Stroud. So but Arizona, their defense has kind of fallen apart. They're not pressuring the quarterback. They're not covering well. They're and they're playing cover three and cover four about 53 percent of the time. Nico's averaging 2.6 yards per route run with a 29 percent target share against those coverages. So he's he's eating up against those coverages. And then then we saw Puka Nakuwa this past week destroyed them as well. I put Nico Collins not quite in that Puka Nakuwa class, but maybe just the tier right below him. So I think he could, you know, they're they're going to look to feed him like we saw with Puka Nakuwa this past week. Arizona's giving up the 14th most receiving yards per game to receivers aligned out wide. The ninth most yards per route run as well. So I'm looking for Nico Collins to keep the momentum going here. Just need the Cardinals to, you know, apply a little bit of pressure here. This line is nine and a half, but most weeks the Cardinals do, you know, they're throwing a lot. They're trying to keep pressure on the opposing offense. So I do think the Texans probably want to get a little bit of momentum going on offense as well. And maybe this is one of those softer matchups where you can get it going a little bit. Both their backs to Nick Chubb dealing with a rib injury. Woody Marks mispractice on Wednesday for an ankle injury. I would assume that he's able to go, but maybe that backfield isn't at 100% for this game. So maybe there's one of these games where a team that does go pretty pass heavy already might have to go even more pass heavy if they're backs or a little banged up. So let's go with Nico Collins over his receiving guards. All right, T bro. If you want more bets, we're going to be constantly posting them in our subscribers. I got one mark. Oh, okay. Yeah, let's do it. I got a bunch of them on the site. Let's look for a little standalone game on Monday night. Well, we're going to go looking way to the future here. We always, we record the podcast for Tuesday on Mondays. We're always talking about the bets that we have on Monday night, but people don't aren't able to bet on because the podcast comes out on Tuesday. So here, I'll give you one for Monday night. You can, you can tell along and maybe we'll be celebrating on Tuesday, but I'm going to take Devon H and this has been a ATM machine for us here over the last month. This is a prop that I've been on for I think three straight weeks here. Hey, if it's, if it ain't broke, you know, why fix it here? I know he, you know, did believe that game early last week with the rib issue, but he could have come back into the game. He's, they've said as much no fracture with the ribs. They were playing against the Jets team. They were up by multiple scores. Brady Cook came into the game. So they weren't very scared of what the Jets were going to do on offense. So they took the opportunity to, to take a look at Jalen right and Ollie Gordon behind them. But there's, there's still kind of in the mix here in the AFC. They got a win out and, you know, get some help, but there's still kind of in contention here at six and seven must win game against the team that's ahead of them in the standings in the AFC against the Steelers. But this for offense has become really run heavy in Miami. He's gotten to 92 or more yards in four straight games. He did it with, I think it was seven or nine carries this past week before the rib injury. Now he's, he's playing as good as any running back in the NFL right now. He's just been kind of forgotten about because he's in Miami and they lost so many games early in the season, but he ranks third in yards per carry at 5.83. We track explosive run rates in our fantasy points data is sitting at a 10.4% explosive run rate that's 15 or more yards on a carry. So basically one out of every 10 carries he has is going for 15 or more yards ranks first in that also ranks second in yards before contact per attempt at 3.21. So, you know, playing at a really high level, Mike McDaniel is cooking right now with the, with the run game. And then we look at Pittsburgh's run defense. What did we see two weeks ago against the Buffalo Bills? You know, James Cook and company go in and set a Acroshore/Hines field record there for most rushing yards in a game allowed by the Steelers. Maybe we could see the record book, you know, rewritten here two weeks later against the Dolphins. You know, Steelers run defense has been pretty weak all season long. So let's look at Devon H&N. Over 76 and a half yards. We haven't projected for about 114 yards. So even if you listen to this on Thursday, it's going to probably go up a little bit because this is a ridiculously low number. I would bet this up to like the low 90s. I have it 89 and a half in my article. So if you're listening to this Thursday at some point, you're probably going to still get this at a good number. So get down on Devon each and on Monday night football. Now look at how generous Tom Broly is for for there are subscribers. He's been up up like 40 units, something like Tyler, he had a Tyler, he had a Tyler, he had a Tyler shot problem. I didn't know he had those those Spencer Hawes from the Bills and the one like, you know, he's just playing it by the number of Jackson Hawes, I think Spencer Hawes, Spencer Hawes with the big white guy, he's the player for the Sixers. Yeah, that's right. But yeah, he's, you know, it's all based on the number. You know, it's, it's, you know, if there's some sort of edge there, he's going to bet it and a couple of those longer odds ones came through this past week. So yeah, get in on the discord there and check those out. He usually post them on game days for Thursdays, Mondays, you know, for Monday night football and he starts the post them for the Sunday games on Friday. So yeah, it's a lot of fun to track and yeah, you can always have a little bit of action for all these different games with the anytime touchdown props. I know you're excited to watch your beloved Atlanta Falcons tee it up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night football, which by the way, now I didn't see this game because I was disposed by Hurricane Helene last year. From what I'm told, it was a great Thursday night football game between these two. Maybe the best game Kirk Kirk, Kupons played as the Falcons quarterback all downhill since then Kirk, Kirk would love to have Drake London back for this game. Trey, but he's not going to. I don't know, man. How's it looking for for all for the old Falcons? Well, I'm sorry to do this. You teed me up brilliantly to talk about my Falcons and I have just a couple orders of business I need to get to before we talk about the Falcons. I want to come back and revisit this Spencer Hawes incident because it's in it's crazy. It's crazy to talk about such an obscure NBA player that I actually have a connection with. So what I was an intern for the Charlotte Hornets, Spencer Hawes played there. And I would like to say this about Spencer Hawes so the folks know, he was the biggest douchebag I have ever had the pleasure or displeasure of working with. I worked with a lot of guys over my half a decade in the NBA and he was the only guy who was not a super huge fan of and I will say he was Frank Kaminsky's mentor for that Charlotte Hornets team. Frank took a couple things from Spencer Hawes I think that maybe you shouldn't have. That's probably why Frank is where he's at right now. Is this not going to be the video that's cut out and put on social media tomorrow? No, we're going to we're going to call out Spencer Hawes. Is that a beef we need right now? I think fanship point stock is higher than Spencer Hawes stock at this point. So yeah, again, I'm sure he's a nice guy outside of the workplace but not so much fun in the workplace and then I actually have some breaking news. We didn't mention. And I'm sad to say this because I put a lot of work in this year and I've done some big things and I thought we were going to have a great season but I'm on IR, fellas. What? I'm on injured reserve and my season's over. I set up last week of the fanshippoints.com basketball team in the Northwest wreck B League and tried to take a charge and I got knocked over and then a guy landed on me. I sprained my AC joy in my shoulder and I cracked a rib. So good friend Trey is actually all right. You should have talked to Spencer Hawes about how to take a charge apparently but say I'm out actually six to eight weeks now and yeah, the ribs cracked. It hurts to cough. It hurts to sneeze. It hurts to breathe but you know, I had to show up for my people and make sure I could keep these beds coming. So while I will not be on the floor again this season for the fanship points basketball team, I will continue to do the podcast and I'm going to fight through the pain. Does that mean you're like the coach now? What are you taking on a different role for the team? We talked about me running some plays, calling some plays and showing up, you know, and some dress pants and maybe a turtle neck and being the coach for the squad. So what to see? I'm here doing some rehab and trying to get back out there but yeah, we'll see exactly what happens. I think I could run a nice offense with the players we got and I'm sad I can't be out there with my brothers but I could be on this podcast with my brothers and you know, that feels great. Well, I really appreciate that. So now we got it. We got to hear the plays though. It's Thursday night. The Falcons are involved. Gotta hear the plays. Yeah, so the plays that I've got going this week and listen, I dove in and this was a pretty quick session because I noticed something right away that was just outrageous. As you as you hinted at and you mentioned Kurt Cousins, it was his best game, maybe of his career against the bucks on Thursday night last year and the other game you played against the bucks was another four touchdown game and 280 some yards. I got a little like a alarm. I'm going to sound here. My friends hate when I say this because it almost never works out but this is the type of week where I call it a generational wealth opportunity. Okay, with Kurt Cousins because his lines are absolutely ludicrous. I need to say this last year against the bucks this guy and and he's not healthy. He's not anymore hurt now than he was last year. We can all agree on that, right? He averaged 392 and a half passing yards per game obviously carried by a 500 yard performance. So my play of the week here is Kurt Cousins 220 plus passing yards plus 121 draft Kings 220 passing yards. I know he hasn't been doing it this year but it's a ridiculous number. We gotta get Kurt over this number here. I also have Kyle Pitch to score a touchdown that's plus 240 on draft Kings. If Kirk is going to be throwing the ball a lot they're going to be whipping it around. I think we're going to see Kyle Pitch in the end zone because Drake London of course is out not to bury the lead but he's he's not going to play and that's a big you know that'd be a big detraction from why it's last year he did this this year. He's not going to do that. That might be the key but I still think we're going to be able to move the ball enough and do some things to get this guy much higher than 220 passing yards and you know what I didn't even care to really do a parlay or anything like that. I'm just doing a slot play of the week this week. So just to roll right into it my slot play is Kurt Cousins 300 plus passing yards okay plus 980 on draft Kings almost plus 1000 for Kurt Cousins to get to 300 passing yards. I just I don't see a world where how do I want to say this exactly. It's a perfect situation for us here okay it's a perfect situation. The Falcons do not have a first round draft pick. There is no incentive for the Falcons to lose whatsoever. They're going to go out there they're going to give it their best. The Bucks they got beat last week by the Saints. They want they want to come out this week and show that they're a good team and play some good football. The Falcons have no reason to say that they're not a good team and they don't want to lose. They don't have their pick. We're going to see fireworks in this game and we're going to see a Kurt Cousins here. He's still trying to play this guy still trying to be a quarterback for somebody he wants to show okay that he can still play in this league and the only team that he has been able to really show that against is against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and that's who we got. So I'm loving it. I'm loving Kurt Cousins so much so that I added an extra play. Kurt Cousins two plus passing touchdowns that's going to be plus two oh four. I think we're going to get Kurt Cousins here. My prediction. I don't want to go crazy. 330 passing yards and three touchdowns for Kurt Cousins. That's my prediction for Thursday night football. I know that was a mouthful. I know I rambled but what do you think? Well as long as some of it goes to beach on Robinson I'll be very happy. Now it's going to say who's going to carry him for this number? Dylan Drummond or Devon Tom Kinser. I might be the only believer left is Kyle Pits. I really explored. I explored looking at Kyle Pits 100 receiving yards. I think that that's going to tell the story and then of course B. John Robinson. For all the reasons you guys laid out earlier in the podcast I don't think people realize what a 50 60 yard screen would do for this Kurt Cousins line right here and I think we all agree that in this matchup that's very much on the table. So a quick B. John Robinson screen maybe not even a touchdown just 40 50 60 yards that's going to get Kurt Cousins really I mean it's going to get him over this 220 number and it's going to get him close to flirting with that 300 number and you know God forbid B. John Robinson gets a little motion maybe breaks off two screens in this game and God forbid a white boy get a little motion Kurt Cousins going over 300 yards. So I'm a big believer this week in my Falcons. I really I went into it thinking that I wasn't going to take any Falcons because I just there's no reason but when I saw Kurt Cousins numbers this low I couldn't resist. I just couldn't resist. Well good friend Tray sounds good to me T-brow what do you think? This is one I can't really get by. I've watched too much Kurt Cousins over the last couple of weeks. I don't I don't think he has anymore but maybe hey maybe he can turn back the clock as he as Tray said this is a defense that he's liked to throw against and the bright lights might be on for the last time in his career. This is the last time and maybe he can you know loosen that arm and get a couple downfield shots down against the the buck in the years here. So I'm a little skeptical Joe but we'll see. I mean maybe Kirk he can can can find the magic for one night.
