Peptides Are Among Us| The Church of What's Happening Now

Ariel Galeano shares her personal transformation using peptides to heal a severe shoulder injury, avoiding surgery through BPC-157 injections that restored full mobility. She now uses a combination of peptides like Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB500) and GHK-Cu to support tissue repair, collagen production, and overall health. The conversation emphasizes how peptides are now accessible, affordable, and available over-the-counter through companies like AirPeptides, with clear protocols and user-friendly reconstitution processes. Despite skepticism toward traditional medicine—especially for slow, costly recovery—the peptides offer fast, effective results, particularly for injury healing and performance enhancement. The discussion highlights their versatility across areas like sleep (with D-Sip for deep REM sleep), muscle growth, and skin health. Peptide use is now deeply integrated into wellness culture, supported by community fitness spaces like Pilates studios and red light therapy, which emphasize personalized, accessible training. Ariel stresses the importance of self-research and personal responsibility, noting that while doctors and the FDA are cautious, real-world results from users drive adoption. She also shares how her family’s health-focused lifestyle, including fitness and diet, complements her peptide regimen. The conversation concludes with a strong endorsement of peptides as a practical, empowering tool for personal health, accessible to anyone with the right knowledge and resources.

Get this party started, Pedro. What's up, beautiful people? Uncle Joey here for another fun filled episode of the church. And what's happening now? The new testament with my man, Pedro Garcia. What's up, church? This is our beautiful guest today, Ariel, what's your last name? - Galeano. - Galeano. Oh, shit. - Ariel. - Just testing you. - This is Ariel, Galeano. Who I've been telling you guys about, but I'm happier here. It's a beautiful Tuesday morning. It's a great week and it's gonna be a fucking great week. What's up, Pete? - Good, man, chilling, man. - How was the week at? - It was good, man. It was good. There's some comedy over the week. They learned some interesting things, you know? Figuring stuff out. - We streamed 'til four in the morning. - That's right. - Yeah. - Four in the morning. - For the midnight candle playing GTA screaming. - Fuck, yeah. - Fucking Joey Masoula. - There's some town, baby. - I don't even know how many fucking edibles I had in me. You lose count, dog. - You just keep blastin' 'em, man. - You just keep blastin' every time I get up to P.I. You blastin' something else. A bong hit, this, that. But it's time, it's streamin' the morning. You're fuckin' hamid. Gigglin' your ass, Lord. But there's nothing I'd rather be doin'. - No, so I'ma start having a milligram count on my stream. 'Cause I don't count anymore. I ended up having 600 that night. Yeah, I went deep as fuck, no wonder. - Would you eat after the podcast? - Hell yeah, yeah. - Oh. - Two bowls of fucking cereal. I hear it of chicken tenders. - Chicken tenders. - Chicken tenders, though. - The leftover. - Like a fuckin' 11 year old man. - Like that last night. - A day time. - You put 'em in the air fryer. Had my underwear on. I was fallin' off. You know, it's bad when you're heatin' something up. You see your titties, though. - Reflection of the fuckin' thing. - You're like, "Oh my God, dude." - Fuck, yeah. - Yeah, fuck, I'm eatin' things. - But mom, I start workin' my titties. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. How was your weekend, beautiful Ariel? - Awesome. - What'd you do? - Hung out with a little man. - All right. - A little man, mom time. Did some good stuff. Went out to dinner. Oyster house. So good. - Where was it? - Scotch planes. - Oh shit, what'd you get? - Oysters. I got baked clams, steak, short ribs, shrimp cocktail. - When you throw down, you throw down, though. - You know. - I hate you. - It's so good. - That's not all the Italian blood. When you gotta go, we go. You don't see that. - Exactly. - Fuck the calories. - Yeah, so we just ate a lot this weekend. - You look good. - Then we hit up Dave and Buster's. - Okay. All of your sudden now. - Seven. I know. I don't know where the time goes. - Well, it's October 6th, just to let you know. - Yeah. - I still remember fucking doing something. It was more ethantism, like that. - Insane. - That's what you open your eyes. Every time you open your eyes, two weeks have passed. - No, it's basically 27. - Somebody calls you a doctor's appointment though. Hey, I'll see you September 28th. You know, all right. And you look and it's like, you feel it. It goes by quick. It goes by real fucking quick. - Yeah. - That's why you got to kick ass quick now. You can't take your time and, you know. Well, I'll give him an ass kick in next year. And I'm like, you got to kick ass now. - Yeah. - Because the fucking clock is ticking. As you know, Ariah, I've been speaking about you from the podcast ever since you started this new business of yours. You know, we were talking before the podcast. How it's the number two thing I talk about, right? 'Cause everybody's got a, I got a call the other day from a friend of mine from Jersey who was in Minneapolis at Sturgis Hiking. And he called just to ask me about peptides. And I'm like, you want a fucking vacation? You live in Ocean City, you're here. You know, every fucking week of the year. And now you want to talk to me about, and we end up talking for an hour and a half. He's on vacation, his family's drinking the bar. And he's in the stool talking to me about fucking peptides. So it's big. People want to know what's going on. You know, I know from reading. You know, you read Google. You read, you know, what the peptides do. I don't read a lot of Instagram, but yeah. People put more knowledgeable stuff on that. - Absolutely. - And then you came along and we went out to Denny and we spoke about what your plans were. And I know you're building like a new thing, right? You've got a whole thing coming up and she's doing a lot. - You're going into the chat. - You're doing a lot. Just to give a little background about it real. When I met Ariel, she just had the salon. That's it, her hair cut and so on. Well, I'm tight with her dad. He runs the gym. What's the name of that fucking hell? - Shout out basic training. - Shout out basic training where dreams are made up. There's more people now over 70 throwing shit around than your brother seeing your life. - You're not wrong. - It is fucking insane in there. This guy that goes there every day, he's 70. He does the bike, he does this. It's very interesting to see. He told me that his daughter was his hair cut extra now. So I started hanging out in your place, which is great. Cuts in Manala Pan. - The cut in Marlboro. - Manala Pan, Marlboro, there's a fuck, no fight. She's next to a Wawa and next to one of those chicken places. They kick the chicken in the cage. What's the name of that? - Rosa. - The Rosa, yeah. Whenever you eat the chicken, there's always that tough thing. When they kick them with the spike, they have Nazis over there. And you've been there for a while now. What introduced you to peptides? - Shoulder injury. Yeah, I was getting ready to have surgery for torn rosyter cough, torn labrum, torn by a sub tendon, tried everything. Like I did PT for almost two years 'cause I really did not want to have surgery. Being a hair stylist, moving my shoulder all day, surgery would have put in me out of work for like almost a year. And after talking to people in the gym, all over the place, somebody had mentioned to me, a specific peptide. And they were like, did you try BPC157? And I was like, what the hell are you talking about? And I went to a clinic, a doctor, spoke to them about it, spent an arm and a leg, but I was like, you know what, it's worth it to try it to not do surgery. And lo and behold, it's stopped me from having surgery, just doing an injection for a month. - One injection. - One injection, I did it. Once a day, I did it in like the back of my arm, so close to my shoulder. And literally after 21 days, I have like full range of motion back, movement, so much less pain. And I continued with it for like two more cycles, but it literally changed my life crazy. - And then what was the next peptide you wanna? - Wolverine. So then it's a blend of BPC15, Spider-Man. - They say it's like Wolverine, because you heal so quick from it. So they call it the Wolverine peptide. That has BPC in it and TB500. And I stayed with that. And then I went to the GHKCU, love that, the copper, the blue peptide. Take that one every day, skin, collagen, ligaments, just strengthened you from the inside out. And now I mean, I take everything. - Do you see my ear? - Yeah. - That's the GKU. - It's great. - It's a few months. I went to stop this surgery in a half. They couldn't figure out what was going on. I said, let's give it a shot. - Absolutely. - But last night, and this stuff comes out of this home now. Jesus skin come out. I wonder there. It's like, "Galus." - It's so crazy. - Unfuckling. - It's literally- - It's from the type of guy listen. I can hear all your fucking stories. - Yup. - But with me, the proof is in the pudding. And I'm from Jersey, but I'm really from St. Louis. You've got to show me. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm going to show me state. - I do. - So when I saw that he had healing and how was healing it, from the inside out, and pushing everything out, I'm like, this is fucking dynamic. A couple weeks ago, my knee was certain for two days. The left one. Just from putting so much stress on it. I went home and I shot it. Three times, blah, blah, blah. Three different locations. Three days. It was back in action. - So crazy. - And once your body's used to it, it's like acupuncture. Now it knows where to go. Now, and you know, I try and fuck around with Ned. But once I go to the- Once I go to the red light therapy, they sit to cut down on that. - Makes sense. - That you just stick with the red light therapy twice a week. I've done, well, I tell you my testimony. I do it in a fucking week. At the whole bottle. I'm a snake because I forget 10, 20. - Yeah. - And I have loaded up to 61. - You guys keep a note. Do you like your notes on your phone? - Oh my god. You do. - You gotta keep the schedule. - That's a little crazy there. - And the coppers really good. It just hurts you later. - I was gonna say, do you get like the burn? It's spicy. - Like if you do later pocket night, you can't. - You gotta do it in the morning. - Yeah, so the joke says on the little red zone. It's spicy. - Really? - Yeah, that's what the call is. It's spicy. - It is, it's fucking spicy food. - If I shoot at 8 o'clock at night, I don't know, nothing. I even fall asleep. - Oh. - When I go to pee the first time by three, I'm like, ah, then you lay back down and you can still feel, and all it feels like it's somebody pulling a needle in your arm. - Oh, and that's it. - It's just spicy. It's just a little spicy. - Yeah. It has this little thing to your arm. I shot it this afternoon, it's fine. Took a nap, took a shower on the drive up. Oh my god, damn it there it is. Damn. He's like, is it like, but this is available? - It says the copper. - I need copper, peptide. Copper is acidic, so it's literally like acidic going into you. - Okay. - So you're getting that sting from it. - Okay. - So any peptides that have copper in them are a little spicy. - Okay. And like this is like available, like you can just get it, you can get it like all over the counter. - Yes, you go to airpeptides.com. - Right, okay. - And you type in GHKCO, and then we'll ship it right to your door, like next day. - Cause I know peptides are mainstream now. Like I used to hear them back when I was like in college and stuff like that, and I thought like only like, you know, rich white people with fake teeth got it. - Yeah. like this like to everybody. - 100% so that was like the whole thing. So that's what got me into having my own company, manufacturing and all of that. The first time I went for the BPC, you know, it was 650 of aisle. I mean, we're talking like not cheap. And for something you're done within a month and then once I did more research about it, that's because you're basically like adding a couple steps by going to a clinic. You know, all this stuff you can figure out online, forums, like you, everybody's talking about it. You can figure out your information everywhere. AIs, social media, they'll help you, but we cut out that middleman. So the price is able to be so much more attainable that like anybody can really afford it. - Very cool. - And it's just, it works. It makes you feel so good and be able to like, not have to like go into debt to like feel good and like make yourself feel better, was like the main part of like launching this company to make it more attainable to everybody. Okay. It's pretty cool. - I have a friend that pays nine on it. - Oh my god, I know it's crazy. - Two shots a week. - Yeah. - Goes into a place and it's all bullshit. I'm gonna train you. The guy that does, the teacher's your butt exercise. He's like a sixth grade gym teacher. You know, but they banned the blue blood test $600. - Yeah. - You know, because they have to check for all these markers and shit. So it's just a lot, you know, with me, I wanted to feel safe at first. So I went through a doctor and then when I started going to Austin to waste a while, they just explained it to you. And they go, "We'll ship it to you." See what you think from bubble bond. I mean, the BPC works and this, there's a peptide for basically everything. Like I didn't know, like CG 1295, Somorlin and Tess Morlin, they add muscle to your frame. Like they build lean muscle. But, and that's for like guys my age, it's really good for guys my age. - And women. - And women. - Absolutely. - But fucking, they have even bodybuilding peptides. I knew nothing about it. Like you could just eliminate steroids. You could just do bodybuilding peptides. Because even BPC, it's a rebuilding peptide. It's considered a bodybuilding peptide. Because it builds lean muscle. It builds tissue, it builds all that shit around you. You know, listen, if you're not a peptide now for something, there's something wrong with you at this point again. - I'm saying, I feel like everybody's on peptides nowadays. Like I'm noticing like older dudes, like they're all here getting pussy. Like, you know, like I feel bad for like younger dudes at bars now because they don't got that much money. But all the dude comes now, he still has his hairline and he's like, this shit is still forget about it. - And it's not just that, they have, like the copper one. The copper one is for collagen. The beginning of your face looks good. - Yeah. - Your skin looks healthy, you know? I mean, they got them for everything. - Right. - You've got a week of right. - Literally everything. - You've got a little bit of beta. They could help you. You, they even have one to clean out your lungs. - There's literally. - It's clean out your fucking lungs. - Like fucking shoot 'em. Six weeks and you breathe 'em. - Right. - They work and but see the company. The doctors don't want you to know that. This is where the war's gonna come in because what you're, what you're dealing in is medicine in 2026. That's what you're dealing. - Absolutely. - What do you do with doctor now? What's he gonna do for you? You're going to, he's old. He's 50 pounds overweight. What's he gonna tell you? You don't really know. Everything's a process for the doctor. Fucking nine months, nobody knows what's going on my knee and they haven't called to check in or nothing. That's what we have today. You have a week medical system and people are like, I'm sick of going through the motions. I want this shit fast. I'll pay, but I want to be taken care of. Instead of me, you getting me for copays every week for 30 fucking bucks a week to tell me nothing. Come back December 8th and we'll have an answer. You're not gonna have a fucking answer. I've been out of the hospital for a year. They still haven't given me an answer. Oh, I ended up there for a time last year. It's a fucking, they were about to put a capitol in my dick to drain pee out because they were just pulling, they were just throwing darts against the wall, man. Nine days for a hospital stay, no answers. People get fed up, man, and they said, fuck it. I'll save my money. I won't go to some stupid vacation. You want to go vacation to the Columbia. You get all that stem cells shit, right? - Absolutely. - But dollars to the penny. You really want to get healthy? What a fucking Panama? - Yeah. - And go down there and spend the week down there on one of those labs. You'll be fucking coming back here running circles around. These fucking people. - Yeah, you also fucking gone crazy. - You know what? - 'Cause it's a thousand dollars compared to the 22 million they want to charge you here. - All right. - And nobody really knows what's going on, you know? The quarterback and the fucking Indianapolis, years ago, he went to Germany to get his neck fixed. And the guy ended up putting a super bowl, the fake one, yeah. - Oh wow. - They went to Germany, they go out of the places. And this is what peptides giving you that freedom. - Right. - So pick what your fucking thing is, what you want to work on, and blast, blast away. I do three needles of fucking night, guys. - Yeah. - Sometimes four in the afternoon, yeah. Now, two years ago, I would tell you to go shove that needle up your mother's ass. - BPC, I fuck you, I'm not shooting that shit now. I can't wait to get one of those needles in me. I can't wait. - I don't know, it's so crazy. - It's fucking crazy. - It is. - I caught my wife on a shoot, everybody. I got shot. My arms are black and blue right now. Bunk of both of them. My back's caught like a little mosquito bite. Sometimes she'll shoot me in the belly fat, but that shit makes me dizzy. I could just deal with the, with the arms and the fuck. - Oh no. - But once you do it the first time, that's it. - That's it. - You're like, what the fuck, this was nothing. - It's a fucking tired bed of needles. - It's nothing. - You don't even feel the night bed of needles. You don't even fucking feel it. You just put it in, wrap, and you're sitting there. Let's see what you brought. So we can explain some of these to people. - You got some goodies. - But you've got to open them up. - All right. - You got to be like, man, oh wait. You've got to pop them out and smile. - All right, so we got everything you requested. All the good stuff. - Got some testimonial in. You said you took a whole bottle of it in a week. - Like 10 days. - That's a little crazy. - I think it was a smaller bottle of it. - No, it was just bottle of it. - The palm of the testimonial, it became too much. You retained too much water. - So you do in the beginning. So you should be on this 12 week cycle. The first month to six weeks, you blowed. But then after that, it's the next. - The next, what's that one? - That's testimonial and I give you two of them. And then we got GHKC, this is spicy one. - Is it the copper one? - Yeah, any that look this color, there's a couple. That means copper is this color. So that means they're gonna be spicy. - That's skin. - But like I was saying, it's literally collagen, how you were just talking about, but the inside out, like your heart ligaments, your lungs, your connective tissue, it strengthens all of that. And then obviously you're skin. - And sometimes you would inject all three in one day, like on a daily basis kind of thing. - Yeah, these are, so these are all different. So every peptide's gonna have a different protocol. Meaning how many times a week you take it, how many milligrams, micrograms, all of that. With GHKCU, to me, I think of it like a vitamin. You take it every morning. That you're just gonna give yourself, if you forget a day, it's not the end of the world. But you're gonna wanna take that basically every day. Tessa Moreland, no, Tessa Moreland has a different protocol for everybody depending on what you're looking for. But you're gonna probably do five days on two days off. - So a lot of them you are sticking yourself a couple times a week. - And you get used to this process, 'cause this looks like I'm gonna have a dreamer with a heater belt, or whatever it is. - And that's something too that we offer to like all of our clients and our customers. If you email us, we walk you through all of this. We recommend protocols for you. We are not doctors. We cannot tell you what to do. We cannot tell you what to take. We cannot tell you how much to take. But we'll walk you through it. - Nice, okay. - And we'll help you. - The website now actually has four questions. It's for mental reasons, you know. - All of those fun things that protect you, yeah. - Protect you, yeah, it's great. - 'Cause you're doing this is your own research. We are not the doctors. This is you know, like you were saying, what you wanna work on, what you wanna fix, and you're going and you're picking out exactly what you wanna take. - Actually, the one for sleep, 'cause people always ask me, I just, well, PT, all those give you, not PT one for me. - I was like, you're not gonna sleep on that, Joey. - You're not gonna sleep on that. But the other ones, the recovery comes from deep and sleep. - Absolutely. - You go deep and into your REM sleep. - So literally D-Sip. It's D-Sip, S-I-Pay. That is literally for deep sleep. It's not gonna give you that like, groggy, night-quill, melatonin feel. You're literally just getting more rustful sleep, staying in REM longer, and all of those sleep cycles, that like really help you recover. A lot of people, athletes, anyone who's like just pushing hard in the gym, they'll all take D-Sip, 'cause that's gonna just help you get the most out of the time that you're sleeping, but you're not gonna like, it's not gonna put you to bed. It's just gonna maximize the time that you're sleeping. - Not gonna help you fall asleep. - No. - No. - No. - When you do fall asleep. - Nothing's gonna help you fall asleep like that. Not peptide-wise. But no, it just makes you get like, more out of your sleep. your sleep better. - Hey, Uncle Joey here for In The Cloud. There's a knock at your door. Is it a vampire? Zombies? Because I know like the CJ12s, all those that test in the lowland, they're supposed to, that's where the recovery comes from, is better, deeper sleep. And I'm doing like three hours a night of REM sleep. I used to get like an hour. No, that's good. Three hours a night. Because you use animals to fall asleep. I eliminate that shit now. And so now when you sleep, I got a non-addictive pill melt. No. Something melt on it. No. Fuck that. That shit. Don't do nothing. Realtum. Realtum. It's 8 milligrams. It's non-addictive. Good. A doctor recommended it to me. They got it at CVS. Oh, that's awesome. And that helps me sleep. But ever since I've been doing that, the REM sleep is off the charts. It's amazing. I had to work myself. Because remember, when I moved to Jersey, I was going to bed at one in California. That's four here. And that's when I'm starting to feel groggy. Was that one? Like, okay. Three more pages of the book, or let me write to 115. But now, no, I don't. I worked on the sleep. I saw that dude on Rogan's podcast. He put out a book called Sleep about six years ago. That book changed my fucking life. And then I started working on it through the loop. Oh, yeah. It's a loop hotel. Like, I fell asleep twice. I love the loop. I fell asleep twice. They both times picked it up without me even logging out. It's like, oh, you took a nap. You're like, oh, thank you. Yeah. You think a 32-minute nap is how long you're breathing. You had stretching. You sleep. Yeah. Maybe you're sleeping. The cops are chasing you. Whatever the fuck. So, they're putting one thing. It's the other. But this is a process. Like, we were saying, but like, I'm an older gentleman, right? That's what you call me. Older gentleman. Don't laugh, George. It's an older gentleman, okay? And I try to do, like, listen, I can't. I think I am full of supplements. I have friends that show up at the breakfast, which is a baggy. I can't do that shit. I take like iron, buy them in D. I take those. Before I go to the gym, I eat some creaking gummies, and then on the way back from the gym, I pop another 10 milligrams of those because they say it's five milligrams. I blast. I blast heavy and everything because my tolerance is heavier, so I really know. So I, you know, hold this shit together. Eventually, I'm going to get some results. You better feel good. Yeah. I don't know exactly what's making it, but I do feel good. I feel good in the morning. When I'm tired, I'm tired. When I'm done, I'm done. There's no, you know, there's nights I get nine. I take a shower. I go to the gym. I bowl sugar. You're dead. I get something to eat and I got to go back and take a nap. Yeah. Oh, a body. You got to go back to sleep. So, but I'm happy that the peptides have helped me a lot, like a lot. Everybody I've heard from that. That's takes them there. They look crazy. I've never had someone be like, why did I do this? Yeah, I know. Everyone's like, why did I start this sooner? I wish I knew about it sooner. There's just a peptide for everything. Absolutely. Now, this place you're opening up, how's that going to work in New Jersey? How are you going to figure that out? Well, we're going to figure that out because I just got an email yesterday from the company that, um, waste to all users, uh, compounding, yeah, they couldn't send two of the peptides to my house. So, I had to give an awful lot of that just, I just gave my apartment in the last day. Yeah, Jersey, uh, there's definitely hurdles in Jersey, but we're going to make everything work. Where do, where do, uh, peptides fall into, like, professional sports, like, uh, in what sense? Like, uh, is it like, like allowed, allowed to use? Well, you're gonna ask me anything about professional sports, as I don't know up from down with professional sports. Oh, okay. But, um, I know that certain peptides, so like BPC, one five seven, we're talking about that one a lot, right? I know a lot of professional athletes utilize that, whether they have an injury or they're using them preventively to just strengthen their tendons. Okay. So, like, it heals and, and prevents. Yes. And that's also like the Wolverine because it's just strengthening everything, right? So, absolutely. All right. So, you can use it preventively to like, not pull out your knee or elbow, whatever. No, I don't know. No, not there too much for a peptide, right? Oh, really? Yeah, I've never heard that. I wouldn't be surprised if, so there's like levels to peptides, you know, there's ones that are like you said, like affecting your muscle mass and all of that, but then GHKCF, which is like, has nothing to do with performance in that sense. So, like, I wouldn't be surprised if certain peptides were classified as like, not allowed, but certain peptides would be okay because it's almost like that vitamin side of things. So, supposedly the FDA is going to clear a bunch of them so that why wouldn't it be allowed? Right. But here's the point with the FDA. I think the FDA lost, like, I don't trust the FDA. After the okay fucking oxy cotton, you know, there's the same FDA that approved oxy cotton and somebody threw that money, somebody threw these fucking, going up some loot. So, and then after the pandemic and whatnot, you're like, who do I trust? You know, who do I trust? And that's the other thing with peptides, with explosions, there's just people who put powder and bottles and ship them to the house, and you put water and you think you're shooting fucking red on and you're shooting fucking flour, you're not so tall with water, you're telling your friends, how good I feel, oh my God, you know, that's the other trick that you got to do to people, fill up with dog shit and after a month they'll come to you, what did you give me? I never felt better in my life. I was catch shit, powdered them, literally, but it's just like, so for some reason, I'm just the, the people I've spoken to about peptides that are very intelligent about them, they talked them with 100% confidence, yeah, there's some side effects to a couple, your eyeball might pop out, you know, whatever, but it's not a fix to add bill, it's not a fix to everything that we do. That's why you got eye patches, and I've got a fall off the time, the time. You'll be fine. but, you know, and now, so now FDA is gonna approve a bunch of them. Listen, people are getting healed for years before the FDA approved BPC and Wolverine stack. People were using it, they were getting them from somewhere, and now it's everywhere, BPC. That's the calling card. That's everybody's training wheel. Nobody's gonna open up with fucking NLTCB. They're gonna open up with the. If you want for one, you know, it's like when you go to a Chinese restaurant, you don't open up with the Mughal guy pad. You open up with the pork ribs and see what they get you. Absolutely. So it's the same thing. You want them there while my knee did start hurting. I know for a fact that the BPC working because not this time, but the month before when I went to waste a while or maybe 90 days ago, she shot this, the left one with stem cell and she goes, oh, shit, Joey. And she showed me the screen. And she showed me an old screen. She goes, this is your knee when you first got here with the left knee. And she goes like the green area is all arthritis. And she put up the screen from that day and there was just a little arthritis left over here in the tip. That was it. She goes, it beat it. So she goes, I'm gonna give you a little shot of this today. And you just keep doing BPC 157 as needed. So I'll blast, you know, if I go to boxing right after boxing, because there's a lot of knee movement. That's awesome. And so like, like for like a knee injury, that would help with that as well, like a bucket handle tear, like stuff like that. Oh yeah? 100% of my shoulder, literally, it's all like the same mechanisms and all of that. It literally stopped me from having shoulder surgery, like insane genuinely. Yeah, because I got, I told my menistice a while ago and I didn't take, I would absolutely try not to get surgery. Peptized vans, substance and pro sports. I'm surprised all of them, except just dietary, which, which, which means I think you should go to use it. Yeah, it's diet. And really with the doctor, the doctor would say why BPC 57 is good for y'all, right? I mean, see, all right, there you go. Some like that. Well, I'll take it. It's just interesting because I know that I would, I would wonder what peptide you would do. All right, you would do one of the heavy ones to gain some whatever you want to oxygenate your muscles. Yeah. But BPC recovery, DCC, sleeping, getting better sleep, there's so many of that could like benefit you in right. Right. So would be your right. I miss. Absolutely. Even red, I mean, G L P T G L P S semigluteides, there's appetite. They're all forms of peptides. So like all of that, if you're trying to burn more fat, slim down, cut weight. The last two you brought, those are fun ones. Well, that was that. Lipo C and lipobate, which is the one you gave me before. I gave you liposate. Yeah. And you loved that. I loved it. So basically they're both. I'm not going to try to list off the tons of vitamins in them. They're just like getting an IV, whole thing of vitamin infusion. And you feel so good. These two are one of the only three peptides that'll come in a liquid form. The rest when you got them coming these powdered forms, and then you reconstitute them. That keeps them shelf stable. These you want to keep in the fridge constantly. And why do these already come constituted? It's all vitamins. They're already like in a liquid form. So like the labs aren't reconstituting them or anything. They're all liquid. How many days a week can you shoot this? I would go five days. Really? Yeah, I would go I would go three to five. I wouldn't jump to five. Two days, but I shoot a hundred milligrams. Yeah. So there you go. I would go a small or dose more days, or you could go a couple days, big dose. With any, I would start off slow. Well, yeah, 100 percent. Do it once. See how you feel. You don't have to go balls to the walls and shoot yourself every day with it. The first time I think I did 50. Even that day, I was like, I started talking after it. I'm like, fuck, you're a shabby. I fired this shit. I feel good. Well, chatty. Yeah, you go off for like seven, eight minutes. Well, they're getting an IV. And you have that boost again. You feel so good. Now the differences are more B has more vitamin B, which in turn gives you more energy. Basically, when this whole thing started in 1982, I had a friend who was a wrestler for Northburg. And, you know, they came to my house. We did a couple of lines of coke. And he had like the secret. He couldn't wait to tell me. And he ripped his fucking shirt off. And he started flexing from me. And he's like, fuck, d-boy, I started shooting Deca with these gay dudes in West New York. That's cool. He would go down there and he'd tell me because the guys with coke dealers too. So they would sell coke. They had a German West New York. And you go down there, you lift. And then you do a couple of lines of coke. And instead of a protein milkshake, you know, which is what most people drink, these guys are doing coke. Anyway, he told me that they would, the first thing they shoot him with is vitamin B. And they'd mix it with a little bit of coke in it. These motherfuckers off the rail. That's a little crazy. These motherfuckers off the rails. There's nothing scarier than a gay drug dealer. I'm, I'm sorry. They're, they're, they're scary people, man. And these guys were flaming gay guys. Yeah, I know a few of them. In fact, the, the leader of the pack got HIV years later. Not from the needle. No, he found the cool guy. He's the cool guy. That's a militantian. But it's the truth. Like he was telling me how the, he would taste the vitamin B in his mouth. After you shoot it like that, he would taste the same thing with coke. Yeah, you shoot coke. You'll taste the amount of shit. Oh, yeah. So intense. Little intense is right. Uh-huh. Is it a different trip shooting coke and snorning? I don't know. No, you know, I know. Okay. I don't know. I was doing coke. I wasn't too big on needles. Yeah, yeah. I don't fucking. How much coke you got in that syringe? Yeah. I ain't shooting that shit because I'll faint. Well, not big deal. No, no, no. And I wake up now. Be high and I'm keep fainting. Yeah. Fuck that. No, no, no, no. It's not a good time. It's so weird how the, like, ways to wise put me on an heavy duty, you know, vitamin schedule. Which I don't mind because the shit you need, you know, the cod liver, iron, vitamin D, K2, 1, 0, you pee. It smells like a vitamin shack and you're fucking bad. You know, you shoot that red spit shit. It smells like a fucking you pee. You're like, Jesus Christ. I'm in fucking vitamin bill. Like you smell it coming out of you. It just feels healthy, you know. Well, you never smelled the pee. Fuck you. Oh, yeah. You never smell your own pee in the air. No, not particularly. That's what it's happy about. Like if you shoot a peptide at night and then pee in the morning, woo. Yeah. I'm going to take note now. Yeah. That shit comes out. You said something interesting. A big word for people. I want you to cover this. Reconstitution. Reconstitution. That is probably the biggest problem people have with peptides. If you go on YouTube and you type in 10 milligrams of testosterone, it'll tell you exactly. But for me, like me, I got a GED. They're talking about millimeters and shit. I'm just sitting there with them. I don't know how many fucking peptides I mixed raw. I mixed PT-141 wrong. I left it on the strong side. Fuck yeah. I only put like 50 milligrams in PT-141. You want one shot, one kill, you know what I'm saying? You're going to turn to a holy man. Big for 12 hours. Oh my god. Oh, go home. You're going to start growing muscles and shit. You're going to break your fucking pants. Oh my god. You're going to scare the cat. Oh my god. It's going to be fucking ridiculous. You're mixing shit. Yeah. And I get a hard-on from that shit. I get itchy. Like you do. You start getting itchy and shit like that. This fucking hard-on is killing them on the fucking himself. Sorry about that. I just let my emotions fly, you know. I love it, Joey. We have a good time here tonight. Now, oh, so let's talk about reconstitution. Hit me. This for the people at home, this soft soul goes to me too, because I'm still stuck with it sometimes. You get frustrated, but let's see what. Absolutely. So they come in the powder form. That's what reconstitution means, making it from a powder to a liquid. They come in powder because that keeps it shelf stable. So you could keep these in your cabinet for two, three years. So like BPC, you keep it on hand before you need it. You'll have it there and then you have something hurts. You have it. So that's why they come in. It's called life-assized powder. And that's a shelf stable. So then to inject, obviously you're not going to inject powder. So you got to make it into a liquid. That's where reconstitution comes from. You add either reconstitution solution, also called backwater, backsyrostatic water, and you add it right into the vial. And that creates a liquid. And then that's what you pull into this orange to inject yourself. Again, I'm not a doctor. I can't tell you how much to do, I can't tell you when to do it, anything like that. But just how you were saying, if you YouTube, test some Oralyn, there are so many online resources that will tell you exactly, they call them peptide calculators. You just Google peptide calculator, it'll come right up. You tell them how many milligrams is in your vial, how many milligrams you want to take. It'll tell you exactly how much water to add. You can't mess it up. And if you do, it's all math. You can just recalculate it. If it tells you to put one to ML and you put three MLs, you didn't ruin it. It's totally fine. You're just going to adjust how much you take. So like, it's super easy. Honestly, I keep track of all of mine in like one of my AI apps and I just put in there so that because I don't remember how you were just saying, you don't know how much you're taking away. I don't remember how much I reconstituted in half my vials. So I keep it all there in like a folder and that way I can't mess it up. It makes it super, super easy. Pretty cool. It is. I also had that from Molly. So for people at home, before you order these peptides, make sure you Google peptide calculator. That makes a lot of fucking sense. It makes it so easy. I saw that, but I didn't know for it. Yeah. Because we obviously are selling peptides, we can't put a peptide calculator on the website because then that is saying that we're telling you what to do and we cannot tell you what to do. Can't tell you how much to take, anything like that. But other sites have it that are more research based. And if you're going on and looking up what is this peptide, what is that peptide, they'll have the peptide calculators. So like I said, it's all math. We're just putting in how much is in this file, how much do you want to take and it spits out a number. Is there a directory on saying which ones you can match with which? You can, yeah, you can look up everything. Okay. I mean, Google is such a great resource for this. That's why so we are our U.O. peptides, which is research use only or I'll say to a million times. We're not telling you what to take. We're not telling you how to take it. We're not telling you it's going to fix this, fix that, whatever. You're doing research. You're buying these products for your own personal research. It's up to you to figure all of that out. But with that being said, there's so many forms on that. I mean, you go on to Reddit. You type in the peptide that you're looking at, desyptesamoreland, rutotruthide, anything. You'll have thousands of people saying, I take this. These are my results. I've been doing it for this many days a week and I take this many milligrams. This is my before and after. These are the changes I've noticed in my body. So it's not coming from the FDA, it's not coming from a doctor. It's coming from real people who can like, shut up, tell you there's no paid advertisement. It's nothing like that. You're getting real people's opinions. I kind of like that. I like that too. You know? Good. We're not. It's on a doctor selling it to you. Oh, yeah. Well, the doctors don't want to say something. It's going to. Now, the other thing that you have that's very neat, that's really catching on it. You'll notice you're only a Pilates studio, your family owns a Pilates studio. What the fuck happened now? Crazy. It's like exploded. It's fucking just everybody and their mother loves Pilates. Yoga is done. Yeah. People aren't even going to yoga. It's like there. I wouldn't say like done, but I think Pilates kills it. Yeah. It's so good. We have another studio opening and this one's a little different. The studio right now is all on the machine. So like when you see the pictures of the Pilates machine and you look like you're in some kind of contraption. Yeah. That's what I was going to say. I just found out what Pilates was this year because that still looks like a torture chamber. Exactly. There's a solid trick like this the other day. Literally you're putting your feet in straps over your head. It gets a little crazy. Yeah. That's what I got with a mask in the corner. The new studio though is no machines and it's all on the mat and then it has all the red light therapy. So we have red light and it's heated. So it like you're sweating, sweat and doing all these workouts on the mat. So it's a lot less intimidating and a lot more like beginner friendly. You got to have kettlebells there or something. I see that. Gonna have like a lot. Yeah. There's kettlebells. There's weighted bars, ankle weights. We're going to even incorporate some like boxing into it. Yeah. So like a bunch of different classes really. Not just Pilates. It gets you in shape like heavy. Yeah. Yeah. It's muscles you even know you have. That Pilates that gets you like in shape. That's the problem. When you go in there, it's going to take you four days to walk. That's the thing. I don't know. I have four days. He's fucking strong. And he gets those interior muscles inside which you can't do shit. You can't get up. You can't sit down. You can't even poop. Dog. You got a poop. You can't get up. It's a fucking nightmare. Dog. I felt that in AC when we were walking around right here. The muscles because I don't really do like that. So I felt these muscles here. I was going to ask you if I got hit to ride on your freaking scooter at some point, bro. There was that. That's when I noticed. I was like, I got working. Walking dog. I was like, damn. That's how you know I drive a lot. Yeah. Yeah. And putting that after that. You know what I started doing after that? Legs. Fucking that hit. That was crazy. Yeah. Once your legs are straight, your muscles try to do legs. Yeah. No. I was like that. Yeah. No. I had to train myself. He got a nice little fitness world going. He's there. He's there. The new studio is going to be wet. The new pilates. Right next to Bacol Talk. 79. Right before CVS. Austria. Right across the street from Austria. Really? Yep. Right there. So like two minutes from the other studio, but they're so different. So they compliment each other. You could literally do a class of each and a day. Yeah. It's good. You got to come take a class. It's good. You got to be teaching. So I'm teaching at the current studio on the machine. Monday is 10, 11, 12. Come take my class. And then the new studio, I don't know yet. I've never personally done hotplates. I'm going to go once we open. Tons of girls are getting trained in like two weeks. We have an instructor coming from California to come certify everybody. And then I'm going to see what it's all about and then say, I don't really want another job though. I'm good. You got it. You got a son. I know. You got the fucking hairstyle and you got one Pilates. Yeah. And the peptide business. You're busy. I'm doing a lot. At least everything your family's got worked for. Yeah. I do. Grandkids. The kids. The long more guy. Yeah. Exactly. That's crazy. The Pilates has really like people tell me how busy the studios are in Hoboken. Reason. My friends girlfriend goes and she's like, you got to sign up a week before and upon. You don't know when you could jump in again because the class is so I'm like, wow. It's a really wild. I think you'd like it. Mm-hmm. Which one? The old school or the new school? No. The one on the machine. But the one on the machine I got the fucked up name. I can give you modifications for every exercise. Really? Absolutely. Yeah. That's what got me back into working out for my shoulder injury. I was able once I did the peptides to have some motion and I gained all my strength back from Pilates. So you could customize those things? 1000%. That's pretty cool. You can you can have a class with 10 people in it and every person be doing the same move completely different. Somebody who it's their first day, somebody who's got a bum knee and somebody who's been doing Pilates for 15 years, they could all be doing the exact same workout but customize to them. Okay. That's great. That's cool. Yeah. Because Athena told me she was thinking of starting a class for all the men and women in the sun. I love her. She goes, will you come? I go, yeah. If you're teaching, I'll definitely come but I never heard back in that crazy bitch. She got gays. That's it. She got gays. All bets are off now. But she was thinking because that's a big market. That's a market that I always want to excel with. I got a call from friend of mine the other day that his jujitsu teacher wants to do a 50 and over class. That's all right. Different class. It's a different class. The only place we had one to bring you had an over 50, they called the executive class. It was a six in the fucking morning. Yeah, dog. Fuck that. Yeah. Six in the morning to be wrestling. No. For the old guys. Yeah. Yeah. And fucking because that's the problem. You have jujitsu early in the morning or anything. These dirty animals don't shower. Yeah. They don't brush it. Brush your tooth. Nope. No. Then they breathe on you. I don't want to be. No. That's what I said. You might as well fucking wake up with them. But I like working out early in the morning before he's been it. You get a lot like swimming. I could do it. If it's seven, it's a heater pool. I'll be that bitch. It's got to be heated. I love it. The focus is on heated. And you come from a health fitness fucking like this is weird. Your dad owns the gym. This motherfucker eats three dozen eggs a day. Like a champion. You're not wrong. Three dozen eggs a day. Yeah. You have certain freezers for different eggs and shit. Like hard boiled fried or the bitch comes to the black rooster. Oh my god. This one comes from the white rooster. You got you guys got a farm food? Not yet. Not yet. Not yet. But yeah. He's got a weird fucking diet. He don't drink right? He does not drink. Nothing. Nothing. He believes in five micro workouts is better than one or two. Yeah. He's on a different level. This fucking guy. He's on his own planet. Sometimes that fucking tortures some old people. He weighs them 18 times. I don't know. one. Oh yeah, that's for now. He wants to wait. But I wait, wait, wait, wait for that for the fucking class me the way me all you want. That's an interesting one of a kind. That's a very interesting cool gym. It is because I walked into crunch and the other one's just nothing. Oh, no, man, I'm not going upstairs to ride a bike. No, you got you got a Hispanic guy with a durag wrapping next to you on the elliptical. You don't want that. No, it's not that kind of atmosphere at all. No, super, just chill, inclusive. I mean, you walk in there. It's crazy. Everybody's friends. Yeah, everybody's acting in the morning. Yeah. I avoid those bitches because they talk to them like political shit in the morning. I sit there with my iPhone. Even though I don't have music on. I may believe I'm watching that TV religiously because they'll come up to it and start talking about Trump and whatever else is going on the world, you're like, dog, it's not in the morning. And you already want to start an argument. No, go away. You have to fuck out of here. I don't want to talk to nobody. Nobody will talk to you now. If you don't want to talk to nobody enough, I'll have those little old men circles. They talk about the Yankees. They should only part of that shit. Oh, no, especially in the locker room. You don't want to be part of that. No, it's all one room. Oh, yeah. It's a basic training. That's it. Absolutely. Basic weights, basic, you know, he makes it work 30 fucking years. More 32, 33. I don't even know. That's a long time before any of the changes. I mean, he has outlasted everybody. Everybody, everybody especially since the changems have come out, like, yeah, it's a gym, man. You just want to work out, right? Yes. Like, it's not the gym where you're going to go and meet a bunch of idiots and talk about filming their shit. They talk about friends and shaman. I don't know. That's why I like to go to my gym early in the morning, because in the afternoon, it's a fucking nightmare, bro. You got a whole bunch of dudes with tank tops in the middle of winter, fucking hugging each other and fucking. Also, bro, talking about BPC. Yeah, bro, you're waiting five to three because I'm fucked because I fucked your wife. I mean, I don't get it. I got it. They got a fucking camera recording themselves. Oh, that's the worst. I'm going to be started. Okay. I'm just happy you put the salt together. I mean, you know, me, I'll do anything for you. The peptides are fucking tremendous. You deliver, you know, I believe in what you're doing. So anytime you want to come on, to talk about. I love it. Anything. You just want to come out here and hang out. You're always. I love that. You're the best. What do you want to talk about? Anything is specific. I mean, we're talking about all my favorite things, which are we're hitting everything food, 10 out of 10 peptides, literally all the good stuff and family, my crazy family. I'm going to your new year's party. New year's party. My sister's wedding. Yeah. Are you coming? You're actually going to come. I got an offer for the 30th and awesome. Okay. I haven't heard back. I got an offer for that in November 21st. You didn't come to my other sister's wedding, but you're going to come to this. I know. Have you ever met her before? No. She's, she's the elusive one. Yeah. She's the one of us really know like what she does. She is. Nobody knows. We all own businesses and we're all in the town and all of that. And we have no idea. Now, when she stole a business? Which one? The one that got married already. She does not own it. She's the only one that doesn't own a business. What does she do? Um, I'm kidding. I'm going to put sure if I try. Um, she does like PR for a medical drug, gird, gird medication. Okay. Okay. Yeah. There you go. That's what she does. And she's married. She's married. Well, now the young ones get married. They're crazy married. The crazy one. Yeah, the crazy one. Fucking nuts. I'm out of my mind. No, I'll be there with you. If I don't get it's going to be so good. It's 20 minutes in the house. I feel over there eating at a bowl. They're going to have some good food or what are they going to do? It's going to be the wedding of the year. All right. Tell me about the food. So I helped her pick out all the stations. Why no? I know. Joey, any station station you could think of is going to be there. See food towers, shuck and oysters, ten different pastas, teriyaki stations, prime rib, filet stations. I mean everything, sushi, everything. Yeah. Like make a little mane and chicken and broccoli right next to you right in front of you. Anything you want at the top of the office. Well, New Year's. So some motherfuckers going to get stabbed. Oh, it's going to be crazy. I think it's over 300 people behind the walk over 300 people. Yeah. Oh, it's it's literally going to be an aunt. I had to care parking. They better. Only for you, Joey. They better have some. I got to go and come back. You're a very interesting family. You know, and that's when I ever spoke about your podcast, about your peptide company. I always said that you come from a very good fitness family. Yes. This isn't something now. It's an investment for you. You love this. That makes me I grew up in it. Respect. Yeah. You grew up in it. Literally. I mean, you know my dad. I had no choice. I was surrounded by it from birth. What is he for dinner? Eggs. Sometimes depends on the day of the week. Once a week read me. I got it, man. I like me some eggs too. Only egg whites, though. Egg whites. Only egg whites. Oh, yeah. That's why he's so skinny. You don't need to use it. He's not easy. Do not call him skinny. He's skinny. But I hope he doesn't hear this. I don't give a fuck. He's tiny. He's a skinny dude. But he swims all summer. You know, you're not going to find the problem with that dude. No, no, not a problem. No, that's good, though. He's going to live to 140. Well, I love you. I love you. I'm so happy. Did you think with us and bullshit it? Oh, yeah. Really happy to have you on fun again. If you're looking for real fucking peptides and A to Z out email, whatever you need, it's air peptides. What is the air peptides? We got a code for you today. Coco 30. Coco 30 30% off. 30% off your order through me. And you'll love this shit. You know, get ready for your life to change in some aspects. The blue bird that happened is ain't going to knock on your door with a check on it. But if you get a little healthier, you know, I hate all these anti-aging things because it's spelled wrong. It's a, I hate when somebody goes, well, it's like when you see those those 30 minute things, he put this on and his wrinkles one away. Yeah, but as soon as the commercial runs out, you're done. That's the lighting. And people buy into that shit. Listen, it's not that you're going to look younger is that even if you're 68, you're going to feel good. That's the whole process. We're not turning the clock back here, guys. If that's what is what you want to do, go to Disney Land. If you want to turn the clock back to something in reality, you just want to age well. You ever see a bunch of 70 year olds or 80 year olds? They're all sloppy. And then there's that one guy that at least he's trying. He has a nice shirt on. You know, you could see he does 10 pushups a day. Doesn't need to do 50. He does 10. You look at that guy and you go, thank God for you. You had a little respect in this country. You turn 60 and you let yourself go. That shouldn't be the point. He's your glory. This is when you get the most out of life when you don't have to work as much. You don't have to work as much. So it's not anti-aging. This is all part of a movement to age with grace. So nobody has to wipe your ass when you're 85. You know, somebody's telling me that a mom still works at 85. 80 fucking five. But again, she takes care of the subject. Never drank alcohol. You know, there's some people abide by this thing. So every man for yourself, if you want to get healthy, there's the time to do it.
