Pass the Salt

Well, good afternoon, good afternoon, or as my friends in the West Bronx says, "Buenas Tartez, preflavent your days going well, I just want to let you know that God loves you all, and Jesus loves you all, is where, exactly where you are, that's logistically, that spiritually, and simultaneously, in Jesus' name." Good quick, just notice a couple of things, just on just this past week, a couple of friends, you know, a couple of people I know who are in the faith are beginning to slip, you know, my heart goes out, and you know, we all have issues. I was evangelizing to a guy in the West Bronx a couple of weeks ago, we're back last month. You know, he said, "Hey, man, I got all these things going on internally, and I keep going back to the hospital." I said, "Brother, welcome to the game." I mean, we all have internal problems, you know, but I made sure I was careful to tell him, you know, that, you know, they're only an eternal God can fix an internal issue, you know, and you know, just sharing it with him and just letting him know, "Hey, you know, where you have what you say." You know, that's Mark 11, 22 through 25, you know, but it's just heartening to see, you know, and social media will always tell you, or, you know, you may see him in the street or somewhere, you know, they may put a mask on, or they may do something surfish, you know, to try to hat it or mask it, I mean, that's just not, that's just not, you know, to always case, you always got to go deeper, I'm going to talk about that in a minute in a second. But I saw someone on Facebook, you know, and someone I know, someone I hold dear, someone I care about, and their family, you know, you know, now she's using vulgar language on Facebook and I had never seen that, you know, not from her, that's not even, you know, that's like they say that's not your character, her character, quote unquote. And I, number one thing is, is deception, but it goes back to the man, you know, her husband is not in the church, he's not heavy, you know, they, he was serving, you know, and he's just kind of do windowed out and, you know, and now the household is beginning to see the effects of the man being removed from under the cover of the God, and God is the God of order, he's the God of maintenance. I told somebody that the other day, you know, and he cares about the things no one sees and the thoughts, no one's here you think and he can't cleanse, you know, certain places no one else can clean or has the grace to clean, and you know, he's a God of maintenance in order, you know, and it was just hard to see that, you know, but it's time for a kingdom men to stand up, you know, and take back, you know, what we're, you know, we give more to the enemy than he steals, you know, the Bible should stay, the, the enemy comes to, to, to take, kill and destroy, you know, because we give more over to the enemy than he steals, you know, and it's this heartening, you know, it's this heartening to see, you know, to see that, you know, Romans 12, 1 and 2, talks about, you know, do not be conformed to this world, you know, but be transformed by the renewing of your man that you know, you know, what is the good and peaceable will of God, and that's real, you know, you can't fee world, world, world, and what a dash of word and have your blessing manifest, no, you know, we got to injure ourselves, and, you know, Paul talks about God gave us all things, Richley to enjoy, but not engulf. You see that? He gave us all things, Richley to enjoy, to, to not indulge, see, indulgement turns into engulfment, you know, and, and, and, you know, what happens is you become consumed, you know, by so many pressures, you know, the deaths, you know, maybe someone hurts you, maybe someone, you know, cut you off in traffic, someone cuts you out, or that loved one is still lost, or that person has, is having babies not being responsible, or, you know, whatever it may be, now you have all this pressure, you know, well, here's the thing, the pressure's not new, you know, even Jesus said, you know, offense must come, and, you know, you, and this world, you will experience trouble, that's Matthew 18, or offense must come, and, he said over in John 16, that, you know, that trouble may come, but be of good cheer, you know, for he has, he has overcome the world, you know, so pressure is not new, it's just new to us, you know, but we, we have a God who has been here and done that, got the T-shirt, he got buttons, he got stickers, you know, dice in the mirror, coffee looks, whatever, you know, we need, he's done it, he's had it, and he knew us before the perfection of the world, you know, I mean, before the manifestation of the world, he knew us why he, before we was needed in our mother's womb, that's Jeremiah 1, 5, you know, and so, you want that God, you want the God that says, you know, hey, the Bible that says, you know, a man came and was killed and died, and, and, you know, and was raised up from the grave, you know, that's the, that's the, that's the, that's the, the faith that I want, that's the God that I want, you know, I posted on Facebook, I say, listen, the healer is in the house, God is a healer, you know, and I'm not telling you, and I said to you out there in the podcast world, I'm not telling you not to take your medicine, what I'm telling you is Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, you know, and I just, you know, my heart goes out, you know, to those that maybe be, you know, they're starting to allow themselves, you know, Paul talks about over in Ephesians 4, 18, I believe it is, where he talks about how we have left essential, left the spiritual and gotten over into the sensual. I said, man, that's tight, that's tight as a new socks, you know, and because what he's saying is that we're relying more on our five senses, my five senses don't make sense. Sometimes we'll filter things through the taste, touch, smell, hear, see, you know, and think that's the end all, tell all, you know, when it's the things unseen that tell you all things, you know, and that's the, that's, that is unseen that will tell you everything, you know, so, you know, just being curious today, you know, and I think more people are trying to do things on their own strength, then ask God for strength. No, we need joy because the joy of the Lord is our strength, you know, so, and that's near my 18, you know what I mean? So, that's, and I'm talking to myself too, you know, we all need joy, joy, you know, to song by for King and Country called joy, you know, let it move you, you know, because that's, if we, you know, if we learn how to praise while we wait, you know, we'll forget how long that thing going to take for it to come that we prayed about, you know, and, you know, just thought out Paul's, you know, and take a few seconds or a few minutes rather to just share the love of God, just tell you about, you know, how he loves you, he cares for you, and the book of James talked, where first Peter talks about casting the whole of your cares, you see that it says cast, cast a whole of your cares that you may pray, I mean, because he cares for you, you know, so I think that's the real key scripture, you know, and I use it daily, and especially in marriage as I am, and she uses it as well too, you know, so bless y'all, you know, and pray you have a great day, a great week, pray you getting ready for the holidays, don't be bogged down by the use of holidays as the emotional thing, loved ones being lost, and maybe someone don't have that provision, you know, that they, they fly, listen, God is a God of provision, you know, he's the God of the abundance, I heard Dr. Jerseville say this, he said, you know, most believers believe that God is the God of the miraculous, he's not, this brother Jerseville, he said, God is the God of the abundance, he doesn't want us living in looking for a miracle, most of the time when we meet miracles, what there's lack, I said, man, all right, and it kind of punched me in the mouth because I like a miracle or two, who don't, and he's not saying miracles are bad, once again, he's telling us that God is the same, yesterday, today, you know, and forever, and I'm encouraging myself even saying this now, and you know, bless you, you know, God is not an absentee day, you know, you, you don't have to take him to child support, you know, take him to court for child support, God is not, he's not in the arrears, he's always on time, he pays on time, and his word shall not come back to him for it, in the name that is above all names, man, in Jesus name, and if you believe it, shout amen, I'll see you next time.
