Ghosties celebrates three years of existence with a series of heartfelt listener stories that explore the boundary between the supernatural and the real. One story details a young listener's eerie childhood experiences with a Ouija board, leading to persistent ghostly sightings, sleep paralysis, and a haunting bedroom figure. Another recounts a traumatic incident where a child was allegedly held underwater in a pool, followed by ongoing paranormal symptoms. A college student shares a chilling driving incident where a car appeared in her mirror, directly mirroring a podcast episode on mirrors and spirits. A dream sequence involves a terrifying encounter with shapeless figures and a creeping man in a bed, confirmed by a spiritually aware friend as real. Another story features a mother’s dream predicting her grandmother’s death, which aligns with the actual passing, providing emotional solace. A home built on an old cemetery is described as haunted by children’s laughter, moving mirrors, and unexplained voices. A final anonymous account describes hearing a baby cry through headphones during a TV show, triggering panic and a lasting trauma. These stories highlight themes of intuition, grief, and the unexplained, all while reinforcing the podcast’s community-driven spirit. The episode also announces a return to the PO box, with gifts from listeners across the world, including tea, snacks, and heartfelt notes, underscoring the deep connection between the hosts and their global audience. The narratives blend fear, vulnerability, and shared belief, creating a powerful exploration of the unseen.
Hi, Ghosties. I'm Macie and I'm Natalie and it's listener story day the first one of autumn of 2026. Woo! Happy fall, y'all. Happy fall and this comes out on what the 25th? Yes. On the three year anniversary of Ghosties. Woo! Snaps three whole years. Yeah, wild. We just started this yesterday. We're children. I'm just 16. I don't know how this has been going on for three years, but wild. That doesn't feel real saying that out loud. No, but it's very exciting and we have your listener stories to celebrate with us. Woo! So we are going in order. It is still October of 2024. Just letting you know. And at the end, we have a PO box opening too. We haven't done that a while. They've been sitting here looking at us for a long time. We just haven't had the time. Yeah, and honestly, we probably should have went back to the PO box this time. It's been a while since we've gone. But, yes. So, get your tea, get your blinky, let your candle, do whatever you got to do, get into false spirit, and let's tell some ghost stories. But before we do that, we want to tell you something exciting. If you are in New York City or LA, our faces will be there. On Sunday and Monday, the 27th and 28th. So if you go see live in New York City, live in LA, and you go by the reef, or the pin station billboards, let us know, send us pictures. We're going to be there. We want to see it. It's very exciting. We are so excited. And, genuinely, it feels fake. Like, who are we to be on anything ever? Yes. It's with Spotify. So shout out to Spotify. We love Spotify. We listen to Spotify all the time personally. I'm using Spotify probably six hours of the day because I'm constantly listening to something on Spotify. But, yeah, and we'll also be in New York. We're going to go by our New York billboard and see it. We're flying out there for the day. So if you find us, come say hi. Yes. We'll be, we'll be roaming around New York. It's my first time. Yeah. It's not your first time. It's not. Yeah. But I'm excited. So New York ghosties, if you'll go see the billboard, we might be there. On Sunday. So let us know. Take pictures, tag us, send us photos, whatever you got to do. We are really excited about it. Our tea today is one we've had before. It's the Japanese cinchettes. Was it hearty and suns? Yes, I believe so. Yes. Wow. What a day. A lot of announcements. Yep. All right. Let's go. And before we get started, we just want to jump in here really quickly and let you know that our merch is for sale. So if you haven't yet, yes, this is the design. Very cute. Help. It's partially created by our patrons. So thank you, patrons and the sleeve designs. We love it. It feels like our vibe. So if you like tea, you like ghost stories, I'm assuming you do because you're here. Make sure you go to our limited drop. It's ghosties dot store. It should be written in our description as well. We've got black and orange or cream and purple. They're very cute. Very limited. So please go now before they come out. I don't want you all to regret missing it later. Yes. Not to our video. Our first word today comes from Andrea. Hi, ladies. My name is Andrea. I'm a new listener and I've recently finished binging all your videos on YouTube. I've always been interested in and a believer of all things supernatural and spooky. But like Natalie, have a skeptical science side as well that tries to rationalize. I also live in Ohio, which is just haunted AF on its own. And I'm an amateur ghost hunter. I apologize this may end up being a long email, but if you'd like, you're welcome to share it on the pod. The first experiences were during childhood, starting around age nine when my mom was diagnosed with late stage cancer. Our last couple of days were what sparked my interest in the afterlife and also changed my faith in any god. The last couple of days she was in and out, not talking much or making sense when she did. Being heavily medicated to make her as comfortable as possible to very coherent things she said that day, where that she loves me as I said it to her. And see you soon, Lizzie. Lizzie is my mom's sister that passed away when she was 26 or 27. My mom passed later that night at home around 3 a.m. I'm so sorry for your lost Andrea. Then my adolescent grieving brain decided to try contacting her by way of a Ouija board. Cut to my brother, myself, and three of our neighborhood friends in our din circled around the board inside a circle of candles trying to reach her. Since we were kids and this was pre-internet, we had no idea what we were doing. We started with asking random questions, nothing out of the ordinary happened until I asked, is Stella my mom's name with us? At once, all the candles went out with no breeze having blown through the room and we absolutely booked it out of the din, not properly saying goodbye. Something I now know is a big no-no and believe probably started the rest of the events throughout my life and my potential attachment, sensitivity to spirits, etc. Because of course, we did more Ouija board sances, as we called them. Only a couple more times and without incident. I thought nothing more of it until I started waking up in the middle of the night and seeing a shadow figure in my bedroom. I was frozen in fear every time. I didn't get a good feeling at all from this empty, especially the way it crouched in the corner, never moving. I developed severe insomnia and eventually started sleeping on the couch. For some dumb reason, maybe some morbid curiosity honestly, I started sleeping facing down the hall directly leading to my room, where the figure started standing in the doorway, but never passed the bedroom threshold. I would still be paralyzed by fear and after a few nights I started sleeping at the other end of the couch facing away from my room. The last story, I also attribute to the Ouija activities, because whatever we may have brought in from the Ouija seemed trapped in my room, even though that wasn't even where we used it. What we saw was coming from my bedroom window. And I say from, I mean this thing looked like it was trying to come through the glass pane. Oh no. The face and arms of a decaying corpse almost like trying to climb its way out of a tomb. My friend and I screamed when we saw it and started frantically asking if the other had seen what we thought we saw. It wasn't that I screamed and scared her, but that we screamed simultaneously. And she described exactly what I saw before I told her. Suffice it to say I never slipped in that room again. From then on I've had occurrences, coincidences, sleep paralysis, and prophetic dreams. I've dreamt about my brother's wife being pregnant with their first baby. Also, unfortunately, dreams about them being divorced and they're now filed and signed. It may be a trauma response, but my intuition is so strong and accurate. Next topic, job-related ghosty encounters. I've worked in a few buildings that give slightly haunted vibes, but one office building not only had weird stuff happening, but there was actually a guy who died on the property. The property has multiple ponds, they would get professionally cleaned, and there was a malfunction in the equipment that sadly caused a worker to drown. This was years before I started there. It was always eerie despite being two floors of hundreds of people, a call center for a credit card company, but it was heightened when COVID hit, and almost everyone went remote. Aside from myself and the few others that had their reasons they needed to stay in office, it was pretty desolate and quiet, making all the creeks and noises carry through the cubicles with what almost seemed like an echo. It was always the bathrooms that were the worst with the drowning association. Being alone in there when a faucet turns on or a toilet flushes, I always told myself at the moment it's just a glitch in the automatic sensors, but it didn't really help. I'll leave it here for now. I have some good ghost hunting experiences I'll try to send in another time. Hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoy listening to your podcast. Thanks so much for the community you're building. Oh, thank you. Oh my god, okay. Where to begin? A lot to unpack. A lot to unpack. Wow. The entity that did they say that it was in the hallway and wouldn't come in the room or it wouldn't leave the room. So they were laying in the living room because they had so many bad experiences in their bedroom that it would stand at the doorway watching. Like it was trapped in the room. Yeah. Why in the bedroom? Because didn't you say they did do it in that room? That is so weird and horrifying. The description of the corpse crawling through the window. I don't even want to think about that, but just I guess to make it feel a little bit better, it's like, all right, if it has to stay in that room, just shut the door and don't go in there. I know you're safe, but I don't know. I'm really I'm really creeped out by that. I didn't like the corpse thing, and I don't like that you said it again. That's why I do not like Ouija Boards. I know. So many people have good experiences with them and that's great for you, but it's just that I always go back to that one quote from that exorcist who's a father father something. I don't remember. But that one guy you said that you can reach into the darkness, but you never know what's reaching back out to you. I know.
- No, but, Kama, I, every now and again, I think, what if I just, oh my, what if I just tried it? - God. - And like, I won't, I won't, but, I, I have just this, this itching curiosity of like, I just wanna feel the little plan chat and, - Like how it moves. - Yeah, because, y'all are joking. Y'all are playing around, that's not real, or is it? You know what I mean? - And so, I just, it's one of those things I really want to see it for myself, but I don't think I will, not around me, not around me. I don't know, maybe that's, that'll be my indicator. That's how y'all know I've like, hit rock bottom and I don't care about anything. When I get on here and tell y'all like, hey guys, I did it, I played with the Ouija board. - Okay, well, don't ever do that. - Call somebody. Also, make sure I'm not there because I've heard stories of people being in the room while people were doing Ouija, and not even touching the board, not even a part of it, and they become severely affected. - I know. - So yeah. - I won't, just don't, maybe. - Just don't. - Also, I will remain, this stance will remain true for me. Being haunted at a job is just the worst. Being haunted, oh, it's just the worst. - I agree, 'cause aren't we suffering enough? - Aren't we? - Okay, well, we'll move on to our next story. This one's unsigned, so anonymous. How an entity tried to kill me. Oh, great, glad we're keeping it light. Hello, ghosties. I'd like to start off with a little backstory on how I had this entity attached to me. Before I was born, and my mother was only about 15 to 16 years old, my aunt, my mother, and their friends used to go play hide and seek in graveyards at night. So you can only imagine what they would bring home after that. When my mother was 16, she got pregnant with me, fast forward to me being about two or three years old. Possibly older, I'm not sure how old I was, but I know I was under five. My mother started noticing my behavior becoming very strange. A little girl, who was usually afraid of the dark and very social, started to sit in a dark room and play by herself. Oh, there were other incidents that they found such as me acting out and blaming it on my friend. I don't know very much about how I was as a toddler because my mother refuses to talk about it. What I've been told is from my aunt. However, there is one incident that I remember vividly from when I was just a toddler playing outside in a kiddie pool. It was just like any other normal day during the summertime. My mother was hanging clothes on a line while I played in a little kiddie pool. I was in a pink swimsuit that had Winnie the Pooh on it. I'd like to stay around this time I wasn't afraid of water. Swimming around in shallow water and playing with my Barbies and Babydoll, I got this horrible feeling that I should get up and out of the pool. Before I could, I saw these dirty old-style combat boots. Come interview along with hearing this sinister, deep laugh. Oh, no. As I tried to get up, my body was forced down, along with my head. I was being held down under the water faced first. Before this happened, my mother had dipped behind us at a sheet she had just put up, so she didn't witness any of this. She could hear me splashing around violently and started to walk back to where I was, just as it let go. I came up coughing and crying, trying to catch my breath. My mother asked me what happened and I told her someone held me down in the water. Freaked out, she grabbed me and started looking around and no one was there. After this incident happened, I became violently ill and my friend was no longer my friend. The being that I was seeing started scratching at me and other things every chance they got. Eventually, my mother had enough and got the house cleansed. All activity from that being had ceased, thankfully. I did have other strange things happen to me from then on, like hearing my name being called that still happens to this day. Unexplainable laughter when no one's around, as well as dreams that come from spirits looking for solace. And the little blonde boy, who happens to be a deceased friend of mine that follows me around to this day. Aww. Thank you for letting me tell my story. I hope you both have a wonderful Halloween. Such a dramatic experience with the paranormal at such a young age. Being held down underwater. So do we think that like an entity like that has the actual power to carry out its plan if the plan was to end their life? Or does it just have enough power to freak them out and then have to let go? Mm. I don't know. I don't know. I feel like there are some entities that may have the power. You think? Yeah. Just because if there are some demonic forces that are capable of possession and forcing their bodies into such extreme states, if we are to believe that that can happen, then yeah, why not? It would have to be a dark entity, yeah. That's very unsettling. And the fact that they got the scents to get out, like they had that gut feeling. It came over them before so scary. And it's just so scary, it makes it feel more real because it's just like an intuition. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ugh. God, you're okay, but that's really scary. Me too. But our next story comes from Hannah. Hi, I really enjoyed your podcast, and I really felt like I needed to share these stories with someone. So for the first story, this happened most recently, like a few days ago, and also kind of has to do with your podcast. So to preface, I am a college student that commutes an hour back and forth to school every day. On this day, I ended up staying at the library, at my school, until like nine-ish to get a bunch of work done. So it was dark outside. I was also generally listening to podcasts on my way home, since usually I can get full episode in by the time I get home. I decided to listen to one of your older episodes because it seemed to be close to the ETA school map showed. And it happened to be the one on mirrors and portals. Oh, no. I'd been on the road for a while now, and there weren't that many cars in the freeway. I was going to move over lanes, so I was checking my side mirrors to move over. And when I looked, there was a car there. So I stayed in the same lane to let it pass by. But as I kept checking, the car was still there. I finally looked behind me to see how far behind the car was to make sure I had enough room to move in front of them. But when I looked, there was no car. I then checked my mirror again and saw the car again. But when I looked behind me, there was still no other car there. At that point, there were no other cars nearby at all. So I freaked out and missed my exit. It could just be my brain freaking out while listening to your podcast about mirrors while it's dark outside, or maybe a reflection of a car from far away. But it just really freaked me out. Oh, the synchronicity of listening to an episode about mirrors and spirits and seeing a ghost car. Right, in your mirror. I am not a fan of that. I don't like to be scared while driving because, generally, I'm terrified while driving anywhere. Yeah. That's not good. I would have missed my exit as well. Same, and then I would have been like, that was this plan a little long. And like, swerved off the road. Like, that's so scary to me. I'm really so sorry. It's not funny. I really don't like car stories. And this podcast is full of my life because I still think about that story. Yep. I know. You don't know one, but for anybody that doesn't know, I don't remember what episode it's on. If you remember, please comment and tell me 'cause I'm not gonna go look for it. 'Cause I'm scared. I think it was in our 100th episode. I think really? I think we told it, we told it. Well, it was a person driving, their mom was driving, and then a lady came down from the top of the car onto the windshield. And was moving with the windshield. And was moving with the windshield wipers and just looking at the mom and disgusting. I think about it a lot. All the time. Oh, yeah. Like, the mental image I have of that story plays in my mind. Like, it is a movie that I have physically seen. I know. It becomes a memory almost. Yes, it's like it happened to me. Yeah. Trauma. Oh my God. That's what this podcast brings, apparently. And I'm so sorry, Hannah, if it is our fault, that's what happened. And let's all collectively think of light and love and protection for all. Yes. And we reject all of this. This is all he-he-ha-ha-spooky story time. It is not scary. That's an unleash coping mechanism. Another story I have happened a couple of years ago. So I was like 18 or 19. It's very rare for me to have nightmares. And that's one of the reasons this story bothers me. So I had this dream where I woke up and went to my brother's room and told him that I just have an off feeling and that I need him to come into my room and stay with me. Him, being my brother, told me that I'm being ridiculous and after some convincing, he finally came back with me to my room. For some reason, we decided to sleep in the small space between the foot of my bed and my dresser. But dream me didn't really think anything of it. So my brother was going to turn the light off. But I told him to leave it on because I was still creeped out. In my dream, we both go to sleep, but I wake up again, and the light is off now. And my brother is still asleep. And we're still in that small space between the foot of the bed and my dresser. I see these shapeless figures with glowing eyes hovering over the bed, closer to the headboard, and they're staring at me. There are a lot of them. Side note, I have seen a lot of paranormal videos where they say that you have control over spirits that they can't be there if you don't allow them to. So I screamed at them to get out of my house. I literally started to scream, get the F out of my house! Over and over again. And then like swarms of hundreds of these shapeless figures started fleeing out of the window in my room.
room. Once they all left, I went back to sleep with my brother, still next to me. This is still in the dream, by the way. I wake up again and my brother is no longer in the room with me. And this time, there is a different kind of figure sitting on my bed. It looked like a man whose skin was paper white, with black, spiky hair, yellow eyes. He also had sharp yellow teeth and a tongue that resembled the snakes. He starts crawling from my headboard towards where I'm lying, still at the foot of the bed. I start screaming again over and over. Get the f out of my house, get out of my house! But he just kept getting closer and closer, until his face was a centimeter away from mine. Then he whispered in my ear, "No, no. I'm never going to leave." And I woke up. But I refused to open my eyes because I was generally really scared that if I opened them, someone would be there. I know it's just a dream, but it was so terrifying and so out of the blue that I genuinely think there was something in my room. I later told my friend about this dream. She's really into the occult and has a lot of knowledge of spirits and demons. And she agreed there was probably something there in my room that night. Oh my God! I was so threatening. Saying I'm never going to leave? Start swinging. Whispering in your ear. That's when you have to just start. Psh, psh, psh. Throw on punches. Horrifying. Like terrifying. The worst possible circumstances. Genuinely. I don't know. That's not an option. I was about to say, I didn't know that was an option. It's not. I rebuked that. Okay. I refused to accept that. I do like the advice. And someone in our Patreon, I think it was Cindy in our Patreon, said that. That if you like, you cuss at them and you yell at them and you tell them, no, like absolutely not. We've heard that before, like in a story where someone started just like letting all the cuss words out and being angry in the spirit was like, hey, take it easy man. We're cool. We're cool. Yeah. Oh, I'm like sweating. This is scary. I hope you never have a nightmare like that again because that's horrifying. We always end up doing a nightmare story when I'm sleeping alone at home. I know. And it is so rare that I am alone in this house. And every single time we do a horrible nightmare story. I'm so sorry. My last story happened when I was in high school, both of my parents grew up in this really small town where everyone knows everyone. So when there's a party, everyone in town pretty much shows up. It was grandpa's 80th birthday. And I would like to state that I am not blood related to this man, but everyone calls him grandpa because for a lot of people who don't have their grandparents or parents, that's what he is to them. That's so cute. Anyways, we are throwing him this huge party for his 80th birthday at the old train station in October. During this time of year, they opened the old jail across the street and give scary tours. Everyone was going in and out of the jail cells while me, grandpa and DJ, a cousin, were all standing around watching our family and friends fool around. Very suddenly, we watched the box that houses the levers that open and closes all of the doors inside the jail. It opened and the lever was pulled down by itself, trapping those who are still messing around in the jail cells. It is an old jailhouse that operated from the 1800s to around the 1980s, so there's nothing electrical that opens and closes the jail cells. When this happened, DJ, grandpa and I all looked at each other, making sure we were all seeing the same thing. And we all came to the consensus that what we saw was not normal. To this day, I cannot come up with an explanation for what I saw that night. Thank you for reading my story. I hope they are not too creepy or scary. I really do enjoy your guys' podcast, just maybe not while driving at night. Anna. Valid. Valid. Valid. Thank you. I like to think. I hope, and this is just like my Hopium coming out here. Okay. That it's a member of the town, maybe new grandpa, maybe new some of the people there, and knew that everyone goes to the jail in Halloween time and it was just playing around, playing like a ghostly prank. Playing a prank. I could get on board with that. I hope so. That's my hope. Otherwise, it's just kind of dark and mean to trap people in there. Yes. Yeah. So I'm going to go with the first one. Okay. I'm going to go with that. I'm refusing right now to believe it was anything else, but I do like a story where there are multiple people that see it. Hannah. DJ and grandpa. It's real. Yeah. Because after that, if there's not some kind of like carbon monoxide leak, we're not we're not all losing our minds. Like, there's no other explanation than it's real and it happened. I just like the image of all three of them standing there watching it and then looking at each other, like you saw that. Yeah. Right? So good. Thank you, Hannah. And yet, maybe maybe not at night. Yes. This next story comes from Barbara. Hi, ghosties. My name is Barbara. I'm from Hungary, and I wanted to tell story about a dream my mom had before my grandma died in July of 2023. My grandmother, on my mother's side, was the fairy tale grandma. She was with me and my sister every time we got sick because my parents had to work. She cooked for our family every day, even in her 70s, the whole nine yards. We were really close and we talked on the phone almost every day before she passed. We were on a vacation in Portugal at the time in 2023, and I was sick the whole time. I had an upset stomach felt like throwing up the whole week we were on vacation, not knowing my grandma's health deteriorated quickly. My parents didn't want to ruin the vacation. I even faced timed grandma two days before she passed. She seemed a little off, but she had mild depression at the end of her life, so her bad mood wasn't too alarming for me. Also, she didn't have any serious health issues, a little high blood pressure gap, but no cancer, dementia, etc. That could explain her health worsening so quickly. My parents have a two week vacation at Lake Balaton every year in July, and it happened to be at the same time we were in Portugal. My grandma passed on the 28th of July, as we were flying back to Hungary. After my parents delivered the news that she passed, I felt a relief from all weeks upset stomach as I understood why I felt that way, and started crying for months grieving her. A couple days later, my mom told me she had a dream a day before my grandma died. She dreamed that she went to her flat. She did this every day to hang out with her, but couldn't find granny. As she was walking through the corridor, she went into Granny's bedroom and heard my grandpa's voice, who had passed in 2008, saying, "Is your mom ready? We have to go. I came for her. We have to leave. Nooo!" My mom said her dad's voice sounded like he was in a hurry, as if they were late to go somewhere. She didn't think much of it as she woke up from that dream in the middle of the night. The sad news of my grandma's passing came the next morning from my mom's older sister. My mom is quite spiritual, and I'd like to think I am too. I'm sorry for this to be so lengthy. I love the podcast. Hugs, Barbara. I love it. I love it. I wish that was the story we were ending on. I'm sorry. It's sad, but when someone passes and we get a story like that, and for me at least, not everyone believes that, and that's fine, but for me at least, that's confirmation that they're being reunited somehow with their loved one or whatever, and so that makes me feel like, okay, it brings a comfort and a peace about the afterlife. If someone, if that was, if I was, who was that, Barbara? If I was Barbara, and that was my grandma, and I heard that story, yes, I would be sad about her passing, obviously, but it would take so much heaviness off of it for me personally. Just knowing for sure, she is there with people who love her. Yes. Yeah. That would give me comfort and validation, because I already think that whatever, if there is an afterlife or whatever, I do think that we get to be with our people somehow, maybe, or at least I'm hoping. Yeah. But for me, that would be like a stamp of like, all right, she found, she found Grandpa. Absolutely. Oh, I love the story like that. Thank you for sharing that with us, Barbara. I'm very sorry for your loss, but I am glad that she gets to go be with her with her husband. Yeah. Our next story comes from Talisa. Hi, Macy and Adley. My name is Talisa, and these are stories that my aunt shared with me about a home she lived in that was built on an old cemetery. Oh, no. I don't know how she was able to determine this or if it was ever confirmed, but she and her sister's family definitely experienced a lot of paranormal activity in that home. My aunt lived in Somerton, Arizona many years ago. If you've never been, it's an agricultural troll area that's not very developed, and there's not a whole lot going on there. At least that's what I remember from my visit back in the early 2000s. My aunt lived with her sister and sister's husband and their two children. Every single member experienced something in that home, regardless of the time of day. Because of the extreme temperatures in this area, the windows recovered with very thick curtains, which would leave the rooms almost pitch black even during the day time. The children would enter these rooms and converse with someone. Sometimes even laughing and playing with their toys in there. Mind you, these rooms were dark if you didn't turn the light on, and they were too little to reach the switch. Hearing children's laughter coming from a dark room was, yeah, horrifying. Can't do it. My aunt worked the graveyard shift as hospital security and went experience odd situations when she would return home in the early hours. Upon lying down to rest, she would hear cabinets opening and closing on their own in the kitchen. One night, she was struggling to fall asleep, and claimed that she heard something come out of the bathroom, which was attached to her room, and make its way to the other side of the bed, before lying down next to her. Uh-oh. She laid there paralyzed before making her run out of the house and didn't return until several days later. I'm valid. I don't like this right now. She also shared that mirrors, your frames.
and crosses refuse to say hung up on the walls. It was impossible to keep them up, no matter how they secured them. At some point, they decided to leave a recording device in the living room while they left for work, just to see what they might capture. When they returned home, they played the recording and heard what sounded like a gust of wind. Moving through the home accompanied by what sounded like muffled voices. Oh no. The AC kicked on immediately when I said a gust of wind and it just ruffled my arm hairs and scared me so bad. Okay, anyway, sorry. I wish I could get some of the AC right now. I'm sweating. I touched scary stories. Maybe sick. They eventually moved into a different home and the paranormal activity seemed to have calmed down, but not completely. I still experience apparitions with the latest one being my great-grandmother who passed away several years ago. Thanks for sharing. I'd love your channel and appreciate your ability to retell viewer experiences so well. Thank you, Talisa. Thank you. What is the address of the home and what happened? I would like to know, 'cause it seems like it was not the family being haunted, but it truly was the house. Something was going on in that home. Yeah. And I would like to know, muffled voices, so like multiple different voices. That makes me feel like veil thinning of some kind, like dimensional, maybe multi-dimensional veil. Like if there are voices like maybe either time or I don't know if it's like this way or this way. If that makes sense. And maybe it's voices from past or voices from another realm. Maybe, maybe. We have another story from another Hannah. So, Hannah number two. Hey guys, love watching you. Your relationship reminds me of my sister and I. I have a crazy story. I'm going to try to make it as clear as possible. My friend and I like to walk around cemeteries. We both connect to spirits and we are never rude, never disrespectful and always say goodbye before we leave. I always loved cemeteries as I feel calm and safe in them. It's helped me decide my career as a mortician, which I'm in school for. Cool. Oh, I love to hear how that's going for you too. This specific cemetery has almost no trees. Maybe one or two, but not big ones. And it's just super clear. And you can see the whole place from the middle. One time we were sitting on the pathway next to a grave of a little girl. Sad, I know. That we were just drawn to. These two older ladies were walking, which is super common in this cemetery because it's in the middle of our town and in the middle of many neighborhoods. They had on older gym light clothes, maybe early 2000s vibes. We got up and moved as they were walking in our direction and they said, oh, honey, you don't have to get up. The other lady said, if we could get up like that, we'd never move. And we all laughed and said, oh, it's no problem. You enjoy your walk. We looked at each other and sat back down. Then looked in the direction that they were walking and they were gone knew it. We were confused and shocked in a way, but they were speed walking. So we tried to play it off as they got pretty far. We got up and started walking around a little later on and came across these gravestones. More like we're drawn to them once again. I kid you not. The gravestone had a picture on it and it was the exact same lady of the ones we just saw walking around. Oh, my God. We were so freaked out. I have many stories and a few more from this cemetery in particular. I'd love to write more, Hannah. I actually love that. They're just like jumping around their cemetery. That is actually so cute and the fact that they weren't like, move, get out of the way. They were happy and just like, oh, honey. Joking around. Love. Oh, my God. See, I don't want to be buried. I just kind of want to be thrown out in a field and like left to the earth and the elements. But part of me wants like a headstone. I was talking to somebody about this not too long ago. I have no clue who, but I was talking about how I would love to have a place. Yeah. For people to gather. And even if it's just random neighbors who come and like to sit by my grave because it's just a cool vibe, you know what I mean? Yes. Literally, yes. I do. And like, I almost want to buy a plot, but then be like, don't bury anything here. Just give me a headstone. Oh, okay. So you're not even there. It's just something to remember you buy. Yeah. Like, I want to be in a cemetery and where people come by and they're like, her name was Nadalie and she died in whatever. Nadalie. Yeah. Yeah. I want to be like in someone's story or like have a headstone that reads like stuff about me and it's like if you've read this far, you're cursed. Haha. Oh my gosh, scary. To like freak people out. Something spooky or silly. And be like, don't look behind you. Like freak someone out. Oh, I would 100% love to have something spooky or weird or funny on my headstone. Yes. Dang it. I want to be buried. That's really scary to me. I agree. I just need to be left out. If that was legal, I would want you all to just like put me in the backyard and just let it go. I don't know. Hopefully that's far enough. We don't have to think about it right now, but yeah, just it's on the record. Throw me in a field. One time Jake said, if we should just get taxidermied and set up out in the middle of the woods. If people cross our, come across us. I was just talking about, is that too far? No. We were just talking about getting fall decorations and like creating a, a collection for my house, you know, because it's my first Halloween in this house. Yeah. As we all die, one by one, just like we get taxidermied. And so eventually years and years and years down the line, someone has to go, who's taking great, great, great grandma? Guys, this is creepy. I don't want it. Who's turn? And it's just like all of us like we're like, um, because you can't get rid of it. Like the, like, you know, like an animatronic band, like a turkey cheese, you're all like set up together. That's disturbing. This, much, I have much to think about now, much to ponder about our after-life care. Hmm. Okay. Anyway. What if? Okay. Sorry. Come down below your preferred method. All right. Sorry. This is weird. I might cut all of that. Okay. But our next story is anonymous. So anonymous number two. And who hand us two anonymous? Anonymous. Hi. I hope you guys like my story. Thank you for making such interesting and funny videos, even if I am too scared to watch some sometimes. I'd never really thought anything like this would ever happen to me. And I still don't talk about it much. My family has a weird history, but I've never heard of anything specifically terrifying happening. I still tear up every single time I think about this story though. Not sure why. The country bears. That's what I was thinking about when I said ban. Okay. I didn't mean animatronic. I'm into country bears. Sorry. Country bears makes more sense. I just had to say it. I was thinking that of that, but of, um, on the goofy movie, which we were just talking about how they go to that possum place and they have like the animatronic playing. Yes. Yes. But I was picturing me you and Kayla as the country bears. The country bears. Yeah. Okay. All right. Sorry. Back to anonymous. Back to anonymous. I had tears rolling down my face the whole time. I was writing this. Great. They're horrified. Okay. I'm sorry. Anonymous. I'm so sorry. Locking back in now. I was about 15 years old at the time. Okay. Over. I was about 15 years old at the time and I'm 19 now. I lived in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin. We rented a farmhouse on a dairy farm with corn fields on every side other than a single highway. I was lying down in my bedroom. It was summer and I was watching a show called yummy mummies on Lix. Really a reality TV show about rich Australian moms being pregnant and giving birth. I had my headphones on because it was really late at night, way too late for anyone to be outside or anyone in the house to be awake. In the show, it had gotten to a scene where the mom and baby were playing and the baby started giggling. It was a cute scene, but after a few seconds I realized the show sounded kind of weird. The baby was laughing, but in the background I could hear a loud infant crying. I looked at my phone and everything was normal. They were still playing. I assumed it was a cut in the audio and that it was about to fade into a new scene where the other mom's baby was crying. The scene didn't change. I got a very odd panicked feeling in my chest and decided to pause the show. The noise of the baby giggling had stopped. The crying did not. I sat there in my bed, shocked, looking straight forward for a few seconds while still hearing a baby crying. I never saw anything, but I can still picture the way my room looked at that moment and how dark it was outside of my slightly open bedroom door. I remember tears rolling down my face. I got up and ran so fast to my mom's room across the hall. It had stopped. The noise was completely gone. I woke up my mom still sobbing and told her what happened. She asked if it was my older brother who shared a wall with me, pranking me. My got up looked into his room and he was then asleep. She said it was probably a worker outside, but that wouldn't make sense because our rooms were all in the second story of the house and the windows were all closed. I stayed out of that room for weeks and refused to sleep in it, or even go in there to grab clothes. I don't think I ever felt comfortable there again, but we moved out shortly afterwards. I wonder if the farmhouse had something in it. For some reason, I don't doubt that. I never had the courage to rewatch that episode of yummy mummies, LL. Thank you so much for reading and I love your videos so much. Hopefully this is somewhat interesting. It is still the scariest moment of my entire life and I still have no idea what really happened. So I don't like that. To hear it in the middle of the house, there are no children or babies like that inside coming from afar. Loud too. Loud enough to hear over your headphones. Anytime I hear a story of like a baby crying or something similar, I don't think haunted. I think someone's trying to lure you outside and like. get you. Yeah. Yeah. I was thinking of that same thing because you see on social media they're like careful of these tricks. But also what are the odds that that noise would happen right at the scene where there was a baby. But also they had their headphones in so it's like it wasn't playing out loud for all the year. Yeah. That's really weird. I don't know what to make of that. Maybe it's a like residual. Something the baby just really had a lot of emotions at that time and old like long time ago an old family that lived there had a baby. Okay. And it's just like a residual still ringing in the air kind of thing. That's the most innocent like scenario I guess because anything else is really scary. So sure let's go with that. Yeah. I'll take that one. Sure. Because that is that is scary. I don't blame you. I would probably cry too. Oh yeah. Me too. But we have one more story for you guys today. This one is from Jasmine. I may see Natalie. I'm a ghosties fan and I love the podcast even though it scares me sometimes. I'm Jasmine and I'm 22 living in the UK. This event happened a few years back when my auntie and cousin were living with us. For context my auntie is from a small village in Hungary where I used to live and she has quite a dark background which I thought might have caused her to carry negative energies and attract the paranormal. In this small village many paranormal experiences occurred. My auntie and grandma both saw the floating head of my great uncle who died tragically getting hit by a car at night. When we went to visit Hungary our car radio switched on by itself a few times at night because we decided to sleep in the cars. It was too scary to sleep inside the house. My aunt told my mom once that she drinks these love potions that she gets or she gives them to them in. I can't remember which but these potions supposedly made any man fall in love with her and she said it works. So a lot of strange things going on in this family. Yeah, it does work in my opinion because she has made so many men obsess over her. Anyway fast forward a few years and she my toddler cousin and his father are living with us in England. I was in high school while this happened so I wasn't there but there were about four other witnesses. My little cousin was playing in the living room on the floor in broad daylight. There's a mirror on the top of the fireplace and while they were watching TV and advert about life insurance came on and my mom said that the only life insurance she needs is the belief in Jesus because she's a devout Christian. At this exact moment the mirror rose up by itself and crashed onto the ground. It would have hit my little cousin who was sitting on the floor had it not been for his dad immediately interfering and redirecting the fall doing the best he could. The mirror is not positioned in a way that is unstable. It leans against the wall and it's quite heavy. It was probably not air pressure either because nothing like this has ever happened before and like I said the mirror is quite heavy and there were objects in front of it too like picture frames that were untouched. This happened while my mom and auntie and auntie's boyfriend at the time were talking and watching TV. Everyone saw it and all of their accounts of what happened are the exact same. The mirror rose up by itself and then crashed onto the ground. Also my mother would never lie about anything like this. There's still a chip in the floor to this day where the mirror hit it. The mirror didn't break either which is pretty odd. It's very lucky too that it didn't hit my cousin because he could have died from it. He was only a toddler. This was a very surreal experience and I heard about it immediately when I got home from school and it has never left my mind. Nothing like this has ever happened since my aunt went back to Hungary so I think she did bring negative energy to the house. Everyone says I resemble my auntie perfectly and I'm a spitting image of her though. First of all obsessed with her I need to know her name. Obsessed with her. Thank you for whatever it is you're doing. I don't know. I just got an interesting vibe from the aunt but okay either the ghost or spirit is like evil or whatever or they just used to work in insurance and heard you say I don't need life insurance because as someone that has worked in insurance before let this be your PSA git life insurance. Sorry I know that is not fun or like lesson of the day. Get life insurance. I like was scared. I was really paranoid to get it and a lot of people asked they're like if I get it that's like a bad home and like I'm gonna make it happen. Get over that fear. I did it. It made me sick for weeks after signing papers and stuff for everybody that I made get life insurance in my life but let that be your PSA. The ghost said so because why out like what I don't know but I really don't like that it the mention of Jesus is something like a protective thing for some people like Christians who believe in that. Oh that's true. That it decided like now is the time. You're like that you went to Christ and I was like all state. That's where I brain. Well that's where I what what I don't know that story. That makes a lot more sense and that's probably what everybody else was thinking. I just personally heard life insurance and I was like I'm scared but like Mulan's grandmother waking in the night. Yes and I'm like life insurance but that's a lot scarier. Just the mention of the the protection and what they believe they're like oh I'm protected. Uh-huh. Oh and it said no you're not. It's like how I can get you if I want to. That was just a very dark story. And I hate that it might feed up off this. Whatever it is follows your auntie. Especially if they've been through like a tough time and hungry. Yeah yeah. Woo wow. Oh I don't like what you just said. I'm sorry. That's why I put this one at the end because it freaked me out. I was feeling like he he he. And then you had to make it really scary for me. I'm sorry. All right. Well that's what I have for you today. So if you don't want to see a PO box opening thank you. We love you and we'll see you next time. Like this video. Share it. Comment. All the things down below please. Other than that. On to the PO box. Hello. This is a lot. Okay. I think Natalie said this. We are gonna have to go back to the post office because this this was picked up a couple months ago. Yeah. At this point. Yeah. We're very bad about visiting our PO box. But every time we go I feel so shocked. I don't want to open it. I already I already feel crazy. But I'm going to try not to a blubber blubber and cry and overly do it. But I we know you guys like to see this. I honestly sometimes wish we would have never started showing the PO box stuff because I just I am so bad at accepting gifts. And then also I hate being annoying you being like thank you thank you thank you because I know people have commented before they're like guys like stop. Come on. But yeah. Okay. That was just a quick disclaimer. We're going to get into it. I don't know where to start. But I'm going to start with this one just because it's on top. Okay. And I'm going to start with this. Okay. This is from my cup of tea. Macy and Natalie. Here's a little local tea haul for you from a company near and dear to my heart. I also included a specialty for two for Natalie and Ryan. Happy belated engagement and future wedding. Oh, when I'm not wearing my ring. Oh, this feels like horrible. Oh my god. Yeah, we're both missing our jewels. Lots of spooky love Amelia from Memphis. That actually Amelia. That's so nice. When people address me personally, it actually like stabs me in the soul. I also love a local tea company so much. And I mean stabs me in this whole in a good way. Like it makes me feel like changing lives one cup at a time. Recognizing that the essential needs of women in orange mound were being overlooked. Rick and Carrie Moore took action. They purchased a century old Victorian house and a tea company called my cup of tea to create a unique solution with the help of men from the community. They renovated the historic property, founding a place dedicated to one simple principle. Love your neighbor. Here the house became a sanctuary for women from the other side of the tracks. A safe, loving environment for study, friendship, and finding community. It addresses a vacuum of justice, hope, and supportive networks. Why am I already about to cry? I was just about to say I'm tearing up. What is wrong with these people? My cup of tea provides more than just employment. It offers job security in a sense of tenure through classes and professional counsel women gain broadening skills, financial literacy, and a deep appreciation for the importance and the glamour of tea. Together, these ventures weave a stronger, more empowered community. 15 years of ministry has paid over two million in wages, provided 135,000 hours of dignified work, served 135,000 lunches, promoted competence, confidence, and conviction for over 100 women. Oh my god. That's beautiful. I'll be reading and probably donating into this. I was going to say. Oh yeah. It's okay. If you want to help, help change lives by visiting shopmycupoft.com. That's s-o-p-m-y-c-u-p-o-f-t-e-a.com. Shopmycupoft.com. Oh no. I do. This is beautiful. It's a wedding tea. I'm going to cry. I know. You're going to have to save that for your wedding night. Oh my god. That's really sweet. Natalie's about to lose her mind over here. Ooh, lots of them. Memphis Meadow, Lemon Cream Rubo. So many- oh, Blue Swade Shoes, Organic, Wild Blueberry. Oh, I'm going to like that one. There's so many. That's so crazy. Who is this Amelia? Thank you so much. Amelia for Memphis. Oh, that's incredible. I don't want to open anymore. All right, that's the end. We'll do one gift per episode per three months. Oh my gosh. Okay. I'm already overwhelmed. And I will be looking into this for me and feel- and feel unworthy. Oh, more. Oh, a whole thing. Wait, wait, who's it from?
I'm gonna tell you. This one is from Lina. It says "Dear Macy and Natalie, dear fellow ghosties. Thank you so much for the entertaining scary wholesome and sometimes fun stories. I'm sending a Thai black tea and a Japanese hojuka. The Thai tea is my favorite with milk and honey. The hojuka, I'm probably saying that so wrong. I'm so sorry as well to be honest." And then it says, "I'm not sure if I'm supposed to read this on the thing." And then they wrote us a little note on there, but we'll read it in a second. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Because I don't know, I never know if people want like their notes written like red out loud. But oh my god. First of all, also a favorite Japanese snacks. Yeah, the package. First of all, really cute, but Ryan's favorite thing to get is Thai tea. Anytime we go to any type of place it sells boba or anything. So it's a huge Thai tea guy. Love that. I cannot read that. This is the Japanese tea. I think so. It's green tea. It's all written in a language that I cannot read. So Japanese. Yes. Oh my god. I'm stupid. I'm sorry. I can't multitask. Yes. Oh my gosh. Oh, Pucky. I love those. You like these? I knew you did. I don't think I don't I'm not going to try that one. I'm not going to try the green ones now. Oh, and then these are little peach snacks. Yum. Oh my god. Okay. I love this. I go really dubbed the way I just was like in another language. The Japanese tea. And this is like a business casual with a samurai sword. So cute. And then it looks like there's like a little sticker in here. Oh my gosh. Look, it's a little ghost with sneakers. That is probably making it onto the laptop. That's really freaking cute. Oh my god. So adorable. When people send us snacks and stuff, I'm always like so excited because I'm not well-traveled. And y'all make me feel like I'm like. Like I've done things. I've I've tried things. Thank you so much. Thank you. I'm going to try this one. The peach one. Oh, and this they just moved too. So I hope that you are settling in in, well, July. I hope you're settling in nicely in your new house. And thank you for thinking of us. Yes. Thank you so much. You just moved and you I'm going to cry. They moved to Japan. They're sending that out in the day that they're moving out of Japan. Oh my gosh. That's really, really sweet. They say where they went to Germany. That's crazy. I hope your move went smoothly in you and your whole little family are settling in nicely. And thank you so much. So much. Seeing this so late. Yeah. Thank you so much. I'm trying to like not get emotional. I know I'm trying not to get emotional. And so I'm just like. What is? Okay. I can't. I can't. I know. I know. This is very nice. Thank you. I'm I'm shocked every time. I know that we have this many people in our community. And this package is from Japan. Ireland. Scotland. Yeah. A couple of other places. I don't know when the other country said me, but this is just crazy to me because like who are we? We appreciate we truly or I guess I can't speak phenomenally. I truly feel as though like y'all are my friends all over the world. Like we're our own little group. You know. Yeah. And I really am I'm wanting to try these peach things like really like right now. Open them. Open them. Right now. Oh yes. Okay. For our next package from Scooter. A green Yopan. It's Texan for tea. Hat spring Yopan. It's a tea. Like a tea. Oh, this was a bad idea. I have braces. I was going to say can you eat this with your braces? Painfully probably. Oh my gosh. Beautiful. Oh, cute. I love I wish we need to be get like scrapbooking. We need to put all these somewhere where they can be displayed. It's really good. I'm going to have to spit it out though because my teeth. I'm going to say you cannot chew this. But I can dear ghosties. Hello. I'm a listener from Pittsburgh, North Carolina. I go by Scooter amongst family members. I love your podcasts. And often listen during my commute to and from work. I must admit your stories have given me a good spook now and again. This is exacerbated by the fact that I work in historic sites. LOL. Spooky. I have had a few encounters myself though weirdly never at any of the sites I work at. I've already written in with them. One is a possible SW sorry Natalie. I am writing because I want to share some historical teas with you. I specialize in colonial history. So I talked quite often about tea on the tours I give. These are the two which tend to intrigue my visitors the most. One, Yopon tea. So that one. Yopon is North America's only native caffeinated plant when European explorers and colonizers first encountered it. The plant was possibly being used in Native American traditions of body cleansing for special holidays. The Europeans noted this and gave it the Latin name. I'm not going to try that one, aka vomit holly. Great. Now it's not the Yopon that induces this but the other ritual ingredients. The tea is 100% safe. I have many friends who drink it often. Thank you. Good to know. The reassuring. We have a lot of Yopon in Texas. I was going to say yeah. It's the bane of our mother's existence actually. Yes actually. Number two bohia. This tea is smelly and has a deeply earthy roasted flavor. It was one of the most common teas in European colonial society. After the Boston Tea Party, English tea imports fell rapidly out of favor and bohia went the way of the dodo. It is an acquired taste. Underscore are underlined twice acquired. Many whiskey and scotch drinkers are big fans though. I personally prefer lavender sleepy time tea by yogi. I hope you all enjoy scooter. Oh god. Okay. I'm scared. First of all, history tea facts are from the idea how that's brava. You could have just like texted me this and I've been like a gift. Thank you so much. Yes. And this is the colonial bohia. Oh I'm scared. I don't know if I'm saying that right. By Oliver, pluff and co. Very nice. Thank you so much. And the fact that you took the time like this is a full written note. Thank you so much for thinking of us. And your job sounds really cool. It really does. Really cool. I think. Wow. Also. It says join or die. Yes. Exactly. Also, um, Amelia, where did you like how do I acquire more of these? And are there other flavors? Does anybody know? It was really good. About this snack right here. Because I don't even really like peach. But this is good. Am I like, am I being crazy? No, that was really, really good. I wish I could have finished it. It's really good. And it's a hard gummy. So it's not like a really soft and like stick to your teeth one. Oh, I'm into that like bad. That's so good. Thank you so much. Oh, okay. This sticker from Laura's Beating Art. Cute sheet inside. That's cute. That's adorable. All right. And then we have another one. There's art in here. Oh my okay. I'm going to open this one because hello. Shut up. Stop. This is everything. Let me see. Oh my gosh. Wait, there's multiple in here. There are. Okay. So taco ghost, the taco. Oh, you're going to like this one, Macy. I really like your house. Yes. This belongs with me. Thank you. Oh, no. Actually, okay. Maybe this one for you. Oh, no. It just keeps getting more you hold on. Hold on. Actually, this has this one has to go in your house because this gives me the vibe of your home. I love this. It's so cute. This is adorable. Laura's Beating Art or did somebody. I don't know. The card in here just says like, please contact me if your item arrives damaged. Do not copy or reproduce this item. All items are protected intellectual property under copyright law. So. Well, this is their art. But that is so cute. This is adorable. Who sent this? I don't know, but I love it. Is it the person that made it? Laura something, right? Laura Jones, it says on the painting. Well, thank you. You know, Laura Jones of Laura's Beating Art, Beating Art, Beating Art. That is so cute. We love a pun, obviously. Very cute. Very cute. Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. Those are really cute. I don't need to know what to do with myself right now. Hang it up and on the set very soon. We're gonna. Yeah, we need to organize. We do. We have a lot of stuff in here. We do. All right. So this one comes from I'm like overwhelmed. I know. I get this way every time. This one is coming from brandy brandy brandy brandy brandy. Okay. Oh, my gosh. Okay. So we got some punny lavender stress relief tea and like a whole stack of it. Um, I think Brandy's trying to tell us something. Thank Brandy understands us. Thank you. You get it. You get it. Speaking of redoing the set. Okay. Hold on. There's like. Oh, hold on. Hold on. What is this? I think there's a second piece to it. Yes. I think I might be holding its head or something. I am. Oh, it looks like you could have made that or this could have made that noise that you just made. Okay. And then little ghost drink it. The pumpkin. I love trinket. No note. Who is this? Oh, it's in there. There's a note. Okay. Thank you. I was about to say. Oh, okay. This is from Brandy. All right. Macy's gonna read it. Hi, girls. Just dropping a note to say that this is one. The one and only time I've written to or gifted a podcast or podcast or sorry. I very much enjoy your podcast and would love to meet if I was in the

It feels so special. Thank you Brandi and Brandi's daughters for thinking of us. These little trinkets. Can you put like a, I'm about to put this right up here actually. Yeah, it's really cute. Very interesting tattoo, temporary tattoo of a bulldog. I feel like I should just, I'll take it, stick it right here. I'll take it. Okay, let's see. I wrote this in February 2026. It took so long to figure out how to send it and then how to find the time. But I didn't want to write a new envelope. So I just sent it in this. They sent their email, maybe for a themed listener story. Oh, and they gave us a themes that goes in living room. Ghost in the workplace. Oh, the tickler. Oh, footsteps of a dead man. The tickler. I didn't know there was also such thing. This temporary tattoo is when I picked your piper to look like. I only listen to audio. That's piper on the inside. I, I never seen her. But this is how you discover her. It's oh my god. Oh my god. I'm going to lose it. Oh my god. Oh, the listeners. For listeners, this is a snarling bulldog. A snarling bulldog with a spiky collar on teeth showing. Meanwhile, piper is a little yorky, like a 12 pound little yorky gal, a picture of the side by side. Truly? It really is. This is what she thinks she is. That is one of the funniest things I have said. I just wanted to include it in case you wanted to know how an audio person visualizes it. Oh, my god. I never even think about the people at Jistleson audio. I probably barely exist to the people that listen to just audio. This is everyone's mouth. Oh, because most of my contribution to the pod is scared eye contact. No, you've got some really, really funny bits. Oh my god. That is one of the funniest things. Oh my god. I will also never. I just want you to know. I will never get over a really beautiful wax seal. Yeah, I know. This is gorgeous. Okay. Oh, yeah. Long. Oh, I think this is a story we'll include in our next episode. Love. Oh, yeah. Love. Oh, yeah. I'm obsessed. It feels scarier when you're doing it like that. I know when this comes in the mail and they took the time to write that. Oh my god. I haven't written something like that since I was in high school. It's Alyssa from Houston. From Houston. Very close. Yeehaw. Nearby. A fellow Texan. Oh my god. Okay. I cannot wait to read this Alyssa. I'm really excited. Can anyone guess? Can anyone guess? There's two people in this world that it could possibly be? I would say Joe or Kai. It is Kai's book via Joe. And Kai is a fellow ghosty. Oh, and Joe. Okay. I'll read you guys. This is how sick and twisted it is. Joe is like such a big supporter of everyone. He is truly like Uncle Ghosty. He supports all of us. He is just the kindest soul. Everyone claps for Joe in the comments. We need more Joe's. We need more Kai's. We need more Ghosties. It says it's Kai's new book. Hope you don't mind. I sent them. I wanted to support her work and I know your readers from Joe. So if y'all want to also support Kai. You can check this out. I'd love the hardcover. We have the. No. Kai, you're so cool. And Joe, you're too nice. Wow. Guys, if Ghosties has done nothing else, Ghosties has brought. It's brought me hope. Why do people like people like this exist? I go through my day like, God, people are awful. And then we come here and I'm like, wow, there are good people just for the sake of being good. No, you didn't have to do this. Nobody asked you to do this. Nobody said like, you didn't know we were going to put it on the camera. Like, that's crazy. Thank you. And Congrats Kai. I just. Oh, I'm sick. My stomach hurts. I'm so sick. This is. This is so good, guys. Okay. Well, this next one is from Sierra. I'm scared. What? A drawing. I don't like it. I don't like it. I'm scared. Says, "Shadow man, I just made this. Don't worry. He's friendly." Oh, okay. He's a shadow cat. A shadow cat? He's. Oh, that's actually really cute. Never mind. I take that back. I didn't see the cat. Okay. Why is this other package from Joe? Joe. I'm sick. I'm sick. My name is Sierra. I'm a fellow Texan who's been living in Seattle since 2013. I grew up in Houston, but I'm very familiar with Bastrop and Smithville because of my great uncle who lived there up off of Catletown Road. I'm really grateful to have become a listener and to see all you all take off in popularity. I need my glasses. Hopefully it warms your heart to know that my two-step sons, LM9 and Atticus 12, both love listening to your show with me and their dad. That showdown doesn't warm my heart. Hello. I hope they're watching. That's why I always say this is a family show. Sometimes we'll even make tea to drink with y'all and listen before bed. Oh my gosh, we're gonna cry. Atticus is especially a fan of yours and made a comic based on your listener stories to send to you. Oh my gosh. He said many times that he'd love to meet y'all if you ever do a live show. I'm definitely sick of that. Oh my god. I'm gonna cry. Please let me know if you all are ever you'll ever decide to visit the Pacific Northwest. I think y'all you'd fall in love with it here. Honestly, I think if I visited it, I'd probably never return. I mean, Joe's over there too. It's true. Yeah. And Brianna. And it's truly so different than Texas. Oh speaking of Brianna, another book. Where's it untethered? And unearthed. If you haven't yet, Brianna Perez. My heart is like, it feels heavy, but like with with love. And now for Atticus's comic. Oh my eyes are so excited. Shadow Man. First of all, Atticus. Shadow Man scared me. Shadow Man scared me, but then there's a Shadow Cat. So I'm like actually obsessed. Shadow Cat is okay. Let me see. Oh my gosh. It's gorgeous. This perfectly encapsulates a lot of our stories. Here you go. Yeah. The first one says the Shadow Man is watching ghosties and is super stoked that the listener story about him made Natalie scared. Oh my god. I mean, shock. Atticus, you're so talented. Yes, sorry. My name is Atticus. And it's okay. You can shout me out. Shout out. Out. Atticus. This is nuts. So I love Mothman. This is so good. This is really good. You're very talented. The sounds of Natalie freaking out on TV make the Shadow Man stoked. It's like a whole like comic. And he's so good at drawing it. Shadow Man. Let's go. Natalie. Ah, I hate it. It looks so good. There's a mug drawn up here. And our logo is so perfect. I like it there. I couldn't draw something like that. This is crazy. I'm going to frame this one. I'm personally a huge fan of Shadow Man in the Shadow Cat. I'm really into this. Everyone snaps for Atticus. That's so good. Atticus, please, please keep it up. He did such a good job. And when you become like his famous comic book writer or you become an illustrator, shout us out. Feel free to shout us out to Atticus. Please do. Thank you for sending this in Sierra.
