I almost throughout my voice on Monday, I guess I screamed louder and more aggressively than I have on the air on serious XM and my voice in my voice box is hurting. I don't know if people could tell we didn't talk about it during the show, but there was a period of time in the morning and Tuesday morning where I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to go I was going to try to go through it. I was never going to sit out, but with Ray flowers hosting with me, there was a chance that he may lead like he did a couple weeks ago when I throw out my voice another time. So I guess I got to be careful and that's just me needing to get better and just be more in control. But it's been that kind of week for those that follow me on social media. You already know you know what I've been through. You see the people that have coming after me, you know, it's it's rampant. It's wild. I'll dress it here. I'll also, by the way, this is an uncensored podcast. So by the way, some dude is really really angry at me because I called Alvin Camera a piece of shit or something, you know, whatever a couple weeks ago is going off on him or whatever good. He's a piece of shit, your piece of shit, fuck you till you're blue. I don't give a fuck. I can say whatever I want and I told you every fucking show don't listen if you're sensitive little bitch and my friend, my friend, my friend, my friend, you're a sensitive little bitch. Now that that's how the way I want to address that situation real quick because there's a lot to address. By the way, a lot of fantasy content. We're going to talk as an entity, the, of course, and the injury, the fall. There's not only we've got injury updates on Chris Lave and Kenny and Brian Thomas Jr. and Jumar Chase. I mean, there's a lot of them. I'm not going to go deep into it because it doesn't. This is a podcast. You guys are listening Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Yeah, let's know a podcast for fucking news and updates because the news has changed by the time I will tell you if this happens. Yeah, we'll go through it a little bit. Also, I wanted to do some players. I'm higher on in fantasy football right now than I was previously. And also players. I'm lower on in fantasy football now than I was previously. So we'll do that. And also on the show today. I'm going to get into the toughest decisions. This is an episode I usually do right before the drafts and right before the season starts and this year is going to be no different. Just this is for me the toughest decisions that I have to make and that I think think are the toughest in fantasy football. And I've got my top 10 here. And I'll go through the toughest evaluations. Now some of them are not as hard because the ADP is different. That doesn't really mean anything to me again. I'm not a religious to ADP kind of guy, but we'll go through some of those tough decisions. And if you're on the clock and different drafts, you know, what why I'm going to explain why I lean one side over another or what my determining factor is right because there are a lot of decisions when you evaluate. If 1400 players as I do for offense and defense and special teams and everything else, there are, there's a lot that are close. And I mean there are groups, massive swaths of players that have very similar value. And then how do you thread that value? I think threading the value is a real difficult process and something you learn over time. And also, you know, and it kind of leads into what I want to talk about today anyway, just going back to the action gente thing, for example, like you, it's okay to be wrong. And you be wrong on your terms though, you know what I mean that's the thing, whether it's you guys or if you trust me or you trust another analyst out there would have you and that's why when I mentioned sites like ours at fantasy guru.com and there's many others, you know, I don't want to be like over the only I'm not going to play that game really people were the best obviously I think we're the best we do the best job we can. and then what I think. But again, be comfortable. Be happy with your decision. Be content, trusting who you trust, and knowing that you have faith. I think the thing that disappoints me the most is on Sundays during the football season when fantasy guru members will go on an attack of me. So, oh, so gross, this is wrong. This is terrible. This is bad, I shouldn't have done this. It's like, dude, especially when it's not even over yet. The lack of faith in me is just fucking awestriking. It just bothers me, it pisses me off. Like, if you don't trust me, don't fucking, don't be a member, don't listen to the shows, right? Just don't do it. Or like, trust me, but trust yourself more and make your own decision and be content with that. I don't have a problem with it. But then when it comes to blame time, take it inward, not outward, right? That's just, I think that's all natural. Going back to the Alvin Camera is an asshole thing. One thing that I want to be clear, by the way, I just did that to piss this dude off and I know he listens all the time. So now he's already gone, he's firing off a letter to somebody, he's gonna say, how could you employ such a guy? You know how many people write serious like some, how can you employ such, guys, they don't care. I have a massive rating, a massive amount of listeners and tons of advertisers. But I just told Pepsi, no, the other day, like Pepsi, fucking Pepsi, right? We have too much inventory on our, we sell too much, it's too, we're too popular. Sorry, it's just a fucking fact. It's just a fucking fact. By the way, I technically didn't say no, Pepsi. I want, we're trying to fit Pepsi in. Pepsi, we're trying to do a Pepsi thing. But I said it's not gonna priority over other advertisers who are in on our site. So anyway, long story short, number one about me. When I say Alvin Camera is a fucking asshole, that means nothing towards the human being known as Alvin Camera. My podcast, this podcast is, and when I'm talking in fantasy sports or DFS or Betty or in the NFL, this is, he is an asshole with in the game that we are playing. I have never, will never, never will never have, never since, believe, say that about people personally. Even Aaron Rogers, who I've referenced his personal life because I think it's indicative of reasons not to trust him. I don't care, I should say you don't care. I mean, whatever. I care about their personal lives, I guess. But nothing I say about them is personal. I don't attack people on a personal level. I attack them within the confines of our game and what we need in our trust levels within football. I'll off the field, they're all God's people. I have no problem with anybody. I really don't, not Rogers, not anybody else. I don't have those problems. It's you guys that make these distinctions, this is some of you that are fucking wild. And you think that, like, I have a problem with Alvin Camera. I'm not calling Alvin, Alvin Camera is one of my favorite players, maybe of all time, right? I drafted him that year. I stomped for him when he was drafted. I loved him at Tennessee. Get the fuck over yourself. When Clint Kubiak was in New Orleans two years ago, who was the first guy in the Alvin Camera trained me? I predicted his first thousand yard season that he would have done it too. He finished 25 yards short because he took the last four weeks off because they were out. But he still had a monster season and I was in on him. That has not hit. He is an asshole because he's screwing up our Travis ETN shares. You see how the difference, that's a difference. It's not a personal thing to me. And nor would Alvin Camera when you're big athletes, so I've talked to many athletes over the years, over 20 years, interviewed him, sat with him, been in the rooms, whatever, hung out, I've done all that. I've carried athletes and former athletes, drunken stupors to their hotel room and laid him on their side so that didn't puke. True story. Done it before. So that being said, it's not a personal thing. Alvin Camera's an asshole because he's f*cking up our ETN shares. That's it. I'll tell you that. So don't be a little bitch and start crying in wine. You're mean to these players. These players don't care. They understand the trade-off, by the way. Every one of these players understand the trade-off. Now if I were to go on Twitter or Instagram and start talking like that, yeah, now I've crossed the line. See what I mean? You guys, within, I understand being on the radio in a class Q celebrity, whatever, that I have an understanding that within your confines, you're like, "F*ck that guy, I f*cking HF bands, whatever." And I don't have any problem with it. I'll high five you for saying it and believe in it. But when you cross over and you now are hitting me on social media, you've crossed the line, brother. You've crossed a line. And why people don't understand that line is beyond my comprehension, especially adults? I don't understand it, but it is what it is. And I don't go with athletes. I would never say that. It's not because I'm intimidated by them, by the way. Like I'm not scared in a fist fight. Like that's not why I wouldn't say it. I respect these athletes a lot. I don't like what they do within our game. And that's my f*cking job, by the way. It's my mother f*cking job to do that. Anyway, speaking of which, and that gets into the genty stuff. So the genty at two last episode, massive episode, a lot of downloads, a lot of listens. People are excited and they hate on it, whatever. And everybody has their own take on genty is what it is. And then he gets hurt on Sunday and it sent everybody into a tailspin. And myself included, I was at a best buy when that happened. And my phone ignited on fire, could barely make it home. Because the phone just did it, did it, did it, did it, did it. And of course, what happens, and this is where group think goes awry. And I mentioned this even on the air. And it's funny, because you think there is not no other show on series that gets, not saying to get away with it. But I said it straight out on the air. It's the same shit with the politics, right? I mean, this is why I know 99% of people are full of fucking shit. And they're just liars because it's the same thing with fandom. It's the same fucking thing. It doesn't matter. I don't care about politics. I don't care about any of this stuff. But people will defend their favorites, teams, players, coaches, race, religion, whatever. They will defend it, even in the face of bullshit. I don't have that loyalty, unfortunately. I wasn't born with it. I think it's a good thing my parents raised me. Like, think independently. You think individually, think the right way and do the right thing as much as you possibly can. I've not always lived up to that. But what I'm saying is that I don't care whose team somebody's on. Players either good or bad based on the analysis, not what team he's on. And the politics thing is the same thing. I brought it up. When Trump was elected the first time, I was like, all right. Everyone's like, yeah, it became a big fucking to do. It's a MAGA and badge of honor. And everybody's like, okay, I don't care about that. I'm like, okay, cool. He's present now, that's awesome. You gotta do the job, right? You have to do the job, you have to do the job. And did whatever he did. And then the next election came up and Peele said, yeah, you didn't do the job very well. So we're electing this other guy. And me, I just like, yeah, sounds right. Things weren't great. Peele, everybody, the people spoke and they got the other guy. And then the other side, though, the side that just bitched about for all these years, then they go on and say everything's terrible. You see what I'm saying? We have people that say life is great right now in the face of life not being great for them. People without whatever. And it's never once not the president's fault. Either side ever, just so you know, but that's neither here nor there. What I'm saying is it goes into sports too. You can't, you're lying. I know you're lying. And that's why some of you get so mad at me 'cause I won't be pulled into your ranks. I won't be, I can't be swindled the way other people are. I can't be told that because my side is winning or won something that now that means there's a new truth. No, means you won that game or that election or whatever, your team won that game. It doesn't mean anything. And the reason I know for a fact is like Ashen Gentile gets hurt, the word comes out on Sunday evening he's hurt. People have decreed that that was it. And that thus, they go back to the last thing they remember me picking Gentile too. And now I have failed. I'm a failure. That's a terrible pick. I'm a loser. I'm the worst and pile on and pile on and pile on. I, an independent thinker knowing, I just know that's not true. The season hasn't started. You don't know what I'm going to do. I picked a player that got hurt. Somebody else picked a player that will get hurt. My player getting hurt didn't affect the outcome of any game. I'm going to be able to start a lineup full of fresh guys. He didn't get hurt. in the game. Somebody else is going to suffer an injury during a game. And if it's early in the game, it could derail their entire week. And that's a loss. You know, and maybe that happens against me. That could happen three, four, five times. I could get a blessed road season where everything's going on. The point is nothing happened. I've got backups in the league that I draft a Gen T second. I've got so much running back depth that's coming on my eyeballs. Gen T missing a couple weeks. That would not impact me hardly at all. Would I like him? Yes. Would I start him over everybody else? Yes. But I don't have I don't have the backup. My Washington got to take it too soon. But I'm in six other, five other leagues, all of which I have action, Gen T, all of them. And I have Mike Washington all the rest. So again, that's a no, it doesn't affect me in the least. Not even a little bit. One league it kind of affects me, but I have tons of depth. And you see what I'm saying? Like it doesn't. But that's not what people want. People want to claim victory. And they want me to claim a loss. And I won't do it because it I didn't lose. Nothing happened. Right. It literally nothing happened. And then going forward, people want to talk about like, all right, well, you know, Gen T and is he going? What's he playing? The official prognosis right now is most people want Vegas believe he should be good against the dolphins in week one. That is the belief right now. Now it's the 25th, 26th of August. So got two weeks until he plays beyond two weeks. Everybody is saying he should be good to go. But if he's not, he's not. And Mike Washington starts and he'll be a high end running back to for that matchup and so on and so forth. Right. But the point is, Gen T, we all freaked out. Everybody wanted to claim a victory or claim a loss or put a pin a loss on me. And meanwhile, they didn't win. And I didn't lose. Nothing happened. No results are in yet. Right. And so it's all lies. It's all manipulation. And I strongly urge people to do what I do. Stay independent. And don't let, don't let these people tell you when something is or isn't. You know, you could see it with your own eyes. You know what's truthful and what's not. And this is nothing happened yet with the Gen T situation. I keep saying the same thing, but it's the truth that I don't know how much I could, I don't know how many of you even get it. That's the thing is I but there's some of you. They're so pissed off because I talk politics for two seconds that you're fucking fired up and you're mad because you're thinking, Oh, he's not on my side. I thought he was on my side. I'm not on anybody's side. I'm both on your side and not on your side. Truth be told about all the political shit, about all race and religions. I'm on everybody's side. And I'm against everybody because I'm prepared on a moment's notice to be given facts and adjust my thinking accordingly. I'm never going to have told my wife, like there have been married 26 years, you know, there's not why I reevaluate every day, every single day, I will reevaluate everything. Every day is a reevaluation of everything. And I'll just buy the information. That's what I got. All the information I make my analysis, I make my decision based there of again, this is boring shit. I get it. But it just pisses me off that people want to declare something before anybody knew what happened with Ash and Jenny or not. An ankle sprained is no big deal. There's going to be running backs to tear their ACLs and the killies and get knocked out and break bones every year. It happens. You have to be prepared for it. That's why handcuffing the running back. It's so funny because the same people say they won't handcuff oh, why should I handcuff are the same people claiming the Mike Washington is the biggest one. Mike Washington, Ash and Jenny's backup went number one overall and an NFFC draft on Sunday. Literally went number one overall in a draft because people so genty was not going number one overall, right? Ash and Jenny did not go number one overall in a draft on NFFC yet Washington did. Did you see why would somebody draft him number one overall because they they're so we are cultured so tightly around this idea if we win or lose a draft and it's declared immediately. So when Mike Washington who is obviously the hottest player in the world on a Sunday night, when he's available, it becomes so paramount, so important to everybody to draft him that they say fuck it. There's no other person in the draft I'd rather get. Gibbs, Bijan, Chase, Puka. No, fucked all those people. I'm going Mike Washington. Then I could declare I win. I had him. I'm the guy and it's absolutely mind boggling to me. Mind boggling. For the record, I moved Ash and Jenny down. He is now running back seven. My latest rankings at fantasy guru.com. Here is my expectations. The expectations that he's going to play week one, but at this point, it's about 55, 45 as I'm recording this as we get closer season, we get better reporting and we get more information. Jenny obviously will move back up, possibly going all the way back up to his number two spot where he was before. But again, this is what I'm saying. And another reason you're a member of fantasy guru, I jumped in the discord immediately. I was in a Best Buy parking lot, telling everybody calm down and I'm in a draft. What do I do? Stay away. Just avoid it. You don't have to make a decision. You don't have the information. None of us do. So don't make a decision pro or con, genty or Washington. There's no read, let everybody else speculate. There's especially genty who was the first round pick. Like you just get another first one picked. They're all great. Oh no, I could get James Cook or H N or Hampton. Okay. Or Chase or Jefferson. Yeah. J S N sure. Rather do all that. So genty, I still have now B John one Gibbs to H N 3. Cook for Hampton five Kenneth Walker six, genty, seven McCaffrey eight, Taylor nine, sake one, ten for me at the running back position. If you were to go overall, that puts genty just outside the top 12. That puts them is the first pick is second round and a 12 team league at pick 13 overall. With all those running backs plus Chase, Almanar, Puka, Jefferson, Lamb and J S N all ahead of genty as of now. And like I said, as we get closer as the ankles better and we I want to see him on the field, but that's the thing about first round picks. You don't have to make the proclamation. What made us and genty so great of a first round pick and why he was almost number one overall on my board. He was number two overall is because he was nobody else was seeing it coming. The offense line great system great, but also I could protect him with Mike Washington for super cheap. You know what? As a matter of fact, there's no way genty is getting back to number two overall on my board. There's no way because Mike Washington was already climbing a lot. I did drafts like I said, I've done six drafts, six league drafts, not best ball. I've done plenty and all six leagues I have asked and genty all of them. And in the first five, I got Mike Washington for nothing. What's the one different last week when I drafted, genty and then Washington went in a ninth round. Guess the one difference. Why did he go in the ninth when I got him in the 15th and 16th rounds and or for a dollar in my auction, King's classic auction. Why did he go for? Why did he raise in price because people saw him on the field because he played a game. Mike Washington was not talked about before the first Raiders game. Right? Not even talked about. And then he was on the field and then they played another game, genty didn't play in Washington had another good game. And so he was already moving up. But now now because the injury he is so far away that unfortunately it's just too effective. The great thing about gent and if you're looking for that exact same feeling, I did Kenneth Walker who did leave with a foot injury today, a practice, it didn't practice on Tuesday I should say I'm recording this late night, Tuesday night. But what makes Walker more appealing to me and H and why is H and so high? Why is Walker so high because I can get Emma Johnson to handcuff for who was just as effective as Mike Washington in college, just as good Johnson in Nebraska. He had to get him for nothing to back up Kenneth Walker and I can get Jalen right for Devon H and for nothing too. So I protect my investment for nothing. It doesn't cost me anymore time, effort, energy, money, auction dollars or draft capital. That's exciting. When you have to draft a guy, you have to handcuff a guy, the only protection is draft them and now what, eight round, nine round, fuck that. No, I'm not interested in that, fuck that. So yeah, action judge, he's gonna stay. out there. For those that got them, I have no problem having them. I'm not trying to trade them or get out of the ash and genty business. It's still going to be very good, especially if you have washed and if you've got, well, if you already draft a genty, that's the thing. And that's just, I'm not explaining myself as well as I want to. It's people, there's a belief out there. And I know you guys may have got flak like I did. If you already draft a genty, and if you drafted them last week or whatever, people are like, ah, you draft a genty, you're fucked, blah, blah, blah. But the thing is, and I've seen this in our fantasy guru discord already. People, I'm like, do you have washed them? I'm like, wash them? They're like, yeah, then I'm like, what the fuck? What the difference? Who cares? Makes no difference. No difference at all. I'm not where, if I already have genty, I'm still, especially if I am thrilled just as I was when I drafted them, just as thrilled. Okay. Now if it was off for the season, I wouldn't be as thrilled because now I have to get the next guy. And I don't know who the fucking next guy at the Washington will be. Dylan Lobbs sucks. So I don't know what that is. So that would be worse, but I still be fine with it. People now want, they want the instant result. They think, oh, hey, you won already or you lost already. And that's the, the problem. So from this point on, no, it no longer behooves us to take genty that high because the only way to protect them is my Washington, his ADP right now is about 90. That's the A-thrown. Middle of A-thrown. Fuck you. A-thrown. No fucking way. Now it's, again, you have to do what you have to do. And if somehow you got a great deal on genty and like third round or fourth round. And then you have to come back to Washington. I'm okay with that. But I do, I do not find it optimal. Anyway, enough genty shit. Let's talk about real, let's talk about other players. Thank God players. I'm higher on now than I was. Let's call it a month ago. My players moving up my board. If you listen to the elite sports show in serious sex and fantasy sports radio, I'll start out with the one player I'm probably drafting the most of from here through the start of the season. That's Panthers wide receiver, Jalen Coker. I did the breakdown on Coker. You want to talk about late last season players that were coming on. Parker Washington gets all the glory. Parker Washington's a top 25. He's been drafted as wide receiver 25, 26 right now. And yet Jalen Coker was every bit as of effective as Washington. A few couple less touchdowns during that strand. And again, we like the Jaguars offense better. I'm not saying that. I don't really want to be investing the Panthers offense. It's very much. But Coker went from undrafted free agent to $19.5 million guaranteed $41 million dollar contract. Potentially. Like he's going to play and play a lot. And I did Dave Cannellas, the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, his slot receivers, Chris Godwin, Adam Thielin, a Tyler Locket back in Seattle days, like they all produce. And now Coker got paid. So I like and he's not moving up. His ADP is dirt low. Just dirt. 129.17. That's the end of the 11th round. Yeah, I can mess with that. That's a good, good get in the later round. So I'm higher on Coker. I'm higher on Maliquilus. And when I say hi, I wasn't going to include Maliquilus because I still don't have him nor do I believe in him to be a quarterback one. But to be straight with everybody, there's a gulch at quarterback. Most of the leagues I do, I'm able to get Caleb Williams, Jalen Hertz, right where I want them or on the seventh eighth round. And it's never a problem for me, right? That's just not an issue. And at the very worst, maybe I get dark a couple rounds later or terrible. I've never had to do this yet, but I in Mox and in Bestball, I have had to do the Jared golf as my quarterback one. And I'm okay with that. It's not ideal. I want a mobile threat, a guy who can run, but golf is fine. But I will tell you, I have Maliquilus a quarterback 19. And when we get past Jared golf, who is my quarterback 11, let's say if I can see, if I'm in the league, where my top 11 are gone. Let's say 12 team league and I'm last take quarterback. I've really stacked Stafford, Nick, Smahomes, Purdy, Baker. These guys are better than Maliquilus. But quite frankly, I say fuck it. I would take Maliquilus. I would just wait. And then I would I would rather just settle all the way down from Maliquilus. So I'm much higher on him. Like I I could make a case for him to be your quarterback one. It's not the right thing to do. Do you understand? Like it is not the right thing. It's not the safe thing. It's not the sensible thing. But the rushing upside and the amount of game scripts that are going to be in his favor to throw the ball are very good. And I could see him being a factory of production. So I'm higher Maliquilus. I'm higher on Michael Pittman Jr. Oh boy, I haven't talked about this yet this week. So Pittman versus DK Metcalf. So later on in this episode, I'm going to do my toughest decisions. Alright, from rankings and draft picks, I mentioned it a couple weeks ago. I'm still on the Pittsburgh Steelers offense. And I'm still on the Pittsburgh Steelers passing game. I think I want to, I got to get me a piece. Just the pace. And Metcalfers' pitman is driving me bat shit fucking crazy because it's such a tough decision. And I know that Aaron, so ultimately the blueprint Mike McCarty's offense is going to be wide open. You think Dak Prescott and some of his best years in Dallas from with McCarthy. And then you think Aaron Rogers and Green Bay. Obviously, the offense is similar to what they ran at Green Bay back in the mid 2010s. Okay. And back in those days, the symmetry getting Michael Pittman, the symmetry between what those teams were in Green Bay and the offense that they've created in Pittsburgh is unfuck and believable. Like it's honest to God, unfuck and believable, how similar it is. And you look at player, now you have Aaron Rogers and I'll get to him in a minute, but those mid 2010 Packers teams. This is after the Super Bowl. And when McCarthy, they sort of rebuilt the team. You had two, use it to monster wide receivers, right. And that was Devonta Adams, Jordy Nelson. See where I'm going with this Medcalf Pitman, Nelson and Adams, right. You put that on there. You layer over the top with it when they, you know, came in and they post Eddie Lacey and they still had those wide receivers, but then you brought in in the same draft class, Jamal Williams and Aaron Jones. And what do you, what do you know, you've got Jamal Williams, Rico Dottle and you got Aaron Jones, who is Jalen Moore, right. So it's like, okay, well, this is a, you know, a pretty nice mix right in there. So you, you see all of the similarities here of, and so the biggest press. So you see it's the same very similar offense. And so what piece do you want? Well, when it's great, Devonta Adams, producer at a high level, Jordy Nelson, producer at a massive level. And that was great. And Aaron Jones is great as a pass catcher out of the backfield too. Although Jamal Williams was good as a short, yeah, eventually settling the short yardage. McCarthy was gone by then, I do believe. But once they got the roles, but that's what they're going for. It's the pit, it's Medcalfe. Medcalfe is the Jordy Nelson. And pitman is the Devonta Adams. Now DK Medcalfe is a far superior deep threat than Jordy Nelson ever was. He just is bigger, stronger, faster, everything better, every way around. If DK Medcalfe played with Aaron Rogers, in those green Bay teams in his prime, it would have been lights the fuck out. But that's not obviously what it is anymore, right? So I don't ultimately, I don't have the faith and confidence in Aaron Rogers throwing the deep ball and hitting DK Medcalfe the way he did Jordy Nelson back in those days. The pump fakes, the double moves that Jordy Nelson, it was just incredible. And those two put on a clinic, one of the best quarterback, Watersever connections in history because of the way they did the read and react routes. And Jordy would know exactly what Aaron want to do. And they'd strike big whenever they wanted, essentially. But I don't think, I know Rogers doesn't have that arm anymore, which leaves the underneath stuff. And I don't even know if he's got the underneath stuff. He may just be a check down Charlie, but at the same time, I think Pittman's, Pittman is not prime Devonte Adams, right? And I think that's the part when I compare him to Devonte Adams. I want everybody to understand. That's not, you know, Adams was 6-1 and, you know, 4-5, whatever, 40. He wasn't actually that polished. He's just a very effective route runner. Pittman is more of a 6-4, 220, 4-5 as well, a little faster even the Adams was coming out, but not quite. He had to work with Rogers. He's going to have to work with Rogers. I think Pittman's going to grow a lot as a route runner. As an underneath asset, I think he's the kind of guy that they need just to box out because Aaron Rogers doesn't have the fastball that he used to have. So I look at it and in Devonte Adams first few years in Green Bay, you know, he was 120, 75, 117, 74, 997, 885, 12 touchdowns, 10 touchdowns, right? Yes, would I foresee more likely with Pittman? He's not the Devonte Adams that we fell in love with in 20, you know, 18, 19, 20. Those are the little floor years, right? Those are the floor and 1500 yards, 1300 yards every year, you know, 13 plus touchdowns. That's not what Michael Pittman's going to be, but he is going to play that role. And I do think because of that, his ADP is 84.16 and he's going to outproduce it. So we're talking the end of the seventh round beginning to eighth round. I mean, Michael Pittman's seventh round feels pretty good. I'm higher on him. One other player I'm higher on and this is going to be counteractive. This is Jeff Man's once again, be counteractive to what your natural instincts are. You know what the, you know what the instincts are for Trevian Henderson? Everybody wants to fade him. Cool. I'm in. But Jeff, he left with a foot injury or you know, he's dealing with foot, nah, not really. Not that hurt, not that banged up at all. Trevian Henderson is not at all, they're not even saying what the injury officially is. There's speculation that it's a foot, you know, because it's all making a cut, he's going to be fine, right? They're just being counterproductive for whatever counter. They're just being dicks to be dicks essentially. But he keeps slipping later and later and later and later in drafts. And at current ADP over the last five days at 67.3, that's just too late. That's the middle of the sixth round. I mean, that's that kind of explosion, they upgraded the offensive line. It's just, it's a great draft pick. It's one of the Henderson is on the short list of the best bangs for the buck that you could make. Because for as late as he's going and for as much upside as he has at the running back position, it's just to no brainer to make the choice in the sixth round for him. Some higher on Trevian Henderson now than I was before. Players on lower on now and I tried not to be, I tried desperately not to be obvious on this one. The one player I'm lower on is Cam Skataboo, just not in on Skataboo, right? I'm just not there. I do not like them bringing out a Nazi hairs. I don't think not she's a legitimate threat, but he's too similar to Skataboo, especially post Achilles that I just don't like that aspect of it. They already have the mass of pass catcher and Tyrone Tracy. One thing you see out of the giants in the preseason is they are throwing a shit ton of screens. So the running backs are going to catch a lot of balls, but if this backfield, if they're going to be slow on Skataboo and they're going to have Tyrone Tracy, who was a college wider receiver, converted the running back, he's going to be passing down back. He still got the veteran Devin single Terry, who is a diminutive guy, but a pass catcher and Nazi hair is who is a between the tackles banger, but also has 74 catch season on his resume. I just don't like it. It's too watered down and too choppy. This backfield for me, Amika Buka, I was passionately in on Amika Buka. He was right in them. The Roma Devin's ADJ more range, he's still got an ADP of 35. I think that's just, I don't trust this foot. This is turf toe. It's turf toe. And it seems like a significant case of turf toe. And in that spirit, I don't want to mess around with a Buka member. He got hurt last year and his production fell off a cliff. I also'm not a big believer in Baker may feel at the stage of his career. But for all those reasons, that is just really troublesome and worrisome for me. As a matter of fact, the way I counteract a Buka right now is I'm just getting every piece of Ted Herst I possibly can. You know, I mean, that's the direction that I would rather go now than draft a Buka. Buka in the third round seems like crazy to me, right? Makes the kid like to talent. All that's well and good, but I'd rather just take Ted Herst super duper late as my scratch off ticket. How about this one? Terry McClaren kind of lower on scary Terry. Terry is one of those guys. You know, I love him and you know, been a big fan of his for years and he's a really good, good receiver. He is there about to be 31 years old, though coming off an injury plague season last year. He got a big contract extension going into the year. And now it's a different offense. And you have Stefan Diggs in tow who is going to run all the intermediate routes and be the the chain mover, if you will. That kind of takes a little catch and run a stuff away from McClaren. And then you got Jaden Daniels, who's being dragged everywhere for his nonsensical train to patent the number five and Jaden Daniels, who's always hurt. And now you've the back of quarterback Marcus Mario, who's also hurt, man, I'm just lower on McClaren right now and I'm just shying away from him wherever I can. I hope he does. Well, I do. I did draft them a couple of weeks ago in some of those and the leagues I've done, I think I have a share or two of Terry, but I'm not looking to get any more. And then fourth and final player, I'm lower on now. I'm going to go back to the Giants for Isaiah likely. It's not that I'm out unlikely, I'll just tell you it's the feeling this is like I could rank and project. That's why I always talk about projections aren't rankings and vice versa. I could do these exercises and run through it my mind a billion times, right? And I do, but then when push comes to shove and you're on the clock and there's no tight ends on the board and you're like, Oh, shit, is my starting tight end really going to be Isaiah likely? Like, Oh, fuck, Matt naggy's offense, Jackson dark quarterback, tons of screens and check downs. Uh, Theo Johnson, who's the quarterback's second best friend on the team, you know, playing too. And it just doesn't make me feel good. I'm okay with likely. I wish I would have Isaiah likely in my host league draft where Chico conco is my tight end because I really fucked that position up. You know, I would love it likely instead of a conco for sure, but just just lower and I just don't feel good about trapped and likely even though it's he's going off the board super late. So there you go. Um, all right, let's get into the toughest decisions that I've had to make at least. And again, this is a good exercise to do in our discordant fantasy guru.com, Jeff underscore, man's on Twitter, the Jeff fans, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok threads, all of that stuff, wherever, uh, happy to ask answer any of your tough decisions as well. Let's start a quarterback. I'll say this, this is a true. This isn't easy decision for me on draft day and, but that's not the point. It's easy because of where they're going in the draft. It's not easy when it comes to my rankings and projections for the year. It's not easy when I'm searching for a quarterback. And I've got Drake May and Caleb Williams against each other or both available. Now Drake May in general is going 20 picks before Caleb Williams, 70.9 to 91.3 in average trap position. We all know that's not how it always goes. These two are extremely close. I look at New England and I know I just told you I'm higher on Henderson than I was before and that's true. But anybody else catch what Mike Raible said? During the week at press conference, no, he didn't say bang Diana Rossini. No, how dare you? How dare all of you? That's, that's terrible. Think and say stuff like that. No, he said we don't have a very deep team. He feels, everything feels off with New England, the entire, everything that felt right going into last year and wound up going to the Super Bowl feels 180 degrees different this year. Because the coaches are not in step. We've got AJ Brown, fiery guy, they still don't have the running back settled situation. Christian Gonzalez still hasn't got paid in the sitting out. There's just a lot of situations that I'm not trusting about New England. And I like Drake May a lot. I do, and I have him currently ranked third with Caleb Williams fourth, but I'll tell you, I would much rather of Caleb Williams at the current price than May. The thing about quarterbacks is, and especially the leagues I do at least, this ADP doesn't make the most amount of sense because I've had to face off with both of them. And the thing that scares me is if I pass, so if May and will and Caleb are both on the board, and then I have to, if I skip them, if they both go, that's catastrophic. Then the only guy I have left that I really want is Jalen Hertz. And normally I will be able to get Jalen Hertz because everybody universally hates Hertz. But again, I would like May or Caleb, and I think Caleb is the one I want. That bears the difference. It's going to be legit bad, like real bad this year, so Caleb's going to have to throw for his life, whereas New England, they won't, they'll slow it down. He spreads the ball out, you know, he went, Drake May went to Super Bowl. So there's a little, a little, um, if you're within the market and May and I'm bullish on the market and Caleb, that's why they're close. And quite honestly, I'd rather have Caleb at the price, but I still think May winds up with a slightly better season or statistically, probably Caleb will have a better season. But May is safer, less downside, right? So that's why it's so close. Other quarterback, later on, Boenix versus Patrick Mahomes, you want to talk about two quarterbacks that I really like both of them, but I don't really want either of them. That's kind of a weird thing and I've been contemplating just moving them both up because I would rather have one of those two late, much later than like DAC, Lawrence or Herbert, for example, like that group of quarterback doesn't excite me. I acknowledge they're better, better players at least, but at the same time, Nick's been the same quarterback two years in a row with Sean Payton entering year three in Mahomes is the golden god of the NFL, even though they're going to run the ball a lot. So these two are really close. I've done everything I can to get out of the Denver Broncos team. I don't want to do with the running backs. I'm not going to fuck around with Jonah Coleman or RJ Harvey or Sutton or Jalen Waddle. I just don't want to mess around with Denver. If I did, it would be the quarterback because at least you get the straw that stirs the entire drink, but I think I trust my homes just a little bit more. He's not going to run like he did, so you have to take that off the table. Another tough decision. How about this? This is second round death right here. Kenneth Walker of the Chiefs or Omarion Hampton of the Chargers. This one is so close. I have rotated these guys about three or four times in my rankings over at fantasy guru.com. I've also been on the clock in this situation and been like, I've been leaning Walker a lot lately. Just here and there because I got a lot of Hampton early in the draft cycle, and especially in India. And if it's a best ball. And now I've been like, I'll lean Hampton. These two are and then their ADP is almost identical as well with Walker at 15.13 Hampton at 15.78. You can't really get later that you can't get closer than these two. I really don't think either one of them is a bad investment. I'm going to stick right now with Hampton over Walker. Not because Walker is the only foot injury that says no, that I don't think is any problem at all. It's because Keaton Mitchell's hurt already at Charger Camp, and if Mitchell will be ending now, he'll do it. But for every extra target and catch that Omar and Hampton gets, it's just more delicious gravy on top of an already juicy steak. The baseline mechanism and system Mike McDonald's offense in LA is so great. And then Hampton skill takes it to another level. Then if you add that he's going to get more of a share of the targets because Keaton Mitchell can't stay healthy. Holy shit. That's enough to put Hampton over him over Kenneth Walker, and it's super close, but it is you can't go wrong with either one of them, especially with an ADP in the second round. Later on, here's one that's tough for me, but average reposition is different. Here are the two runny backs. I get this question a lot. Jeff, what are some players that you're not necessarily on or all in on that you think could explode? And I got ones that are super close next to each other in my rankings. And that's Travis, ETN and Josh Jacobs. Now I cannot believe that Josh Jacobs is falling into round five and ADP of 48.6. And going off the board is the 49th overall player and the NFFC over the last five days. That's crazy. If he's suspended and let's say he get the worst, it's going to be his four games. He had a very good chance at low and B2. But if he got four games, I think his ADP is still appropriate. I think fifth round for Jacobs is still, it's wild to me. And you can get, I know nobody wants Martian Lloyd, nobody wants Martian Lloyd. I get it because he's always hurt too. I totally do. But it's a freehand cuff. The entire offense in Green Bay, it doesn't go through Jordan love. It goes to Josh Jacobs, the whole thing. But on the other side, Travis, ETN, I was out on ETN and then Camaro gets hurt and I'm kind of back in on ETN because I, you know, Camaro, they're saying that it's an MCL for 30-year-old running back that already was slow as molasses. This guy, I mean, he may not be back till November or mid-October, it's serious. So ETN, those touches are even better. And this is one of, if not the best offensive line in all football. Now, the Saints did happen to lose one of their death plays earlier in this, but they signed David Edwards this off season. That was good. They draft Jeremiah Wright there as well. But when Dylan Randon's went down, that thinned out, this guy who started a lot of games over the last few years and obviously was a full-time starter for what Tennessee be back in the day. But Randon's losing him for the season definitely thinns it out a little bit, the offensive line, but this is a good unit, it's a real good offensive line. I think ETN's in a great, great spot here too. So when it comes down to ETN versus Jacobs, you know, I think it all ultimately comes down to Will Jacobs be suspended or not. And I've just been baking in, if there was no suspension possible for Josh Jacobs, he's a top 12 guy. I would take him ahead of Derek Henry, take him ahead of Chase Brown, and he'd be right there between Barclay and Jonathan Taylor. That's where I'd have him. But instead I have him behind all those guys, behind Javanta and behind Jeremiah Love. But he's ahead of Travis ETN by like four spots. And I probably am not valuing ETN high enough because Cameras injury. But Josh Jacobs, until I know I'm bad, my bacon is two games. If it's more maybe I'd lower him a smidge, just a little bit behind like Kyron and Swift. But that's about it. I think it's an appropriate price tag. Talked about Jalen Warren before and him being the Aaron Jones of Mike McCarthy's offense. Jalen Warren vs. Tony Pollard, that's a real tough decision for me too. And it just based on their different players entirely, like what kind of player do you want at that spot, right? Their ADP is almost identical Warren 74.2 Pollard about 76.3. So they're going off the board in similar spots. Pollard is the full service. Jalen running back starting running back will be at the goal line for the Tennessee Titans. And you know what you're getting five touchdowns, a thousand yards on the season. It's pretty much what Pollard always does. And then Jalen writes sort of the wild card. He's got significant pass catchability with Aaron Rogers who drew 140 times to the running backs last year. And Dowdell's not much of a pass catcher out of there. So it's very beneficial. So as well, I'm close. It's the upside in a full point PPR is jail on jail and Warren side. The steady, safe approach is the Tony Pollard side. I've got Pollard ahead of Warren, but ultimately that would come down to what do I need at the running back position? Number one, I've gained all ahead of both of them, just enough while I, and he goes way later. If I draft it, like if I have Genty now, like if I draft a Genty, but let's say I got a second or third round Genty, let's just say Genty or McCaffrey or somebody that, you know, Jeremiah Love, somebody at running, if one of my running backs is shaky to start the season, I would lean and go with Pollard. Just safer, more known role, he'll still catch 35 passes, not like he's inept, so I would go Pollard. If I'm Locke, Stock and Barrel, and I've got, you know, my short things there, I've got Kenneth Walker and James Cook or, you know, whatever, you know, I know exactly what I got, and I'm good and I'm adding a third running back in a PPR, it'd be Warren. So that's why it's close there. Some wide receiver, like this, this, I want to bring this one up and this gonna, maybe people are going to be surprised if you see my rankings over at fantasy guru.com. The two, two of the closest players are Roma Dunes, A. Lutherburden. Now when you see my rankings, these guys like 10 spots apart and you'd be like, well, why would that be? It's the role. The, the role is so important at wide receiver, some people just don't get that who plays what role will impact their likely, well, impacts their projection, but their likelihood of one fantasy track versus another fantasy track. And with a Dunes a burden, burdens the underneath, run after the catch, have to work for it, but more frequent, more volume type of wide receiver. A Dunes a down the field, bigger play, splash play, end zone, go up and get it, guys, you know. So that's why it's such a difference. And so more volume versus bigger explosion of plays and a lot of times I'll side with the volume, but I think the ankle injury too helps confirm this. I just have a Dunes a over burden and I know I'm the only one to do it and I have a Roma Dunes a everywhere. He was wide receiver six through half the season last year and nobody paid any attention. He broke his leg. And I think a lot of the off season things about his leg is what freaks people out. But I'm going to Dunes a over burden another close one DJ more versus a flowers. If you look at ADP, no, this isn't close for other people, but it's super close for me. And they're both undervalued. Zay flowers is coming off a much better season, but Zay flowers, they are the same guy. They both are very good receivers, highly skilled with the two best quarterbacks, perhaps in the national football league and both in really good offenses all around with plenty of opportunities. And then you got problems on both sides. Zay flowers is significantly undersized and he fumbles a lot and he runs backwards every time and misses first downs and loses yardage. It is confounding. DJ Moore, the last two seasons has quit on his team in Chicago. Quit on plays, quit on routes, sometimes catastrophically, like in the playoffs last year. Cam curl and the interception against the Rams. So very, very tough to distinguish ADP has a flowers way ahead. I have DJ Moore one spot ahead of Zay flowers and it is not easy at all. But I can't deny, I have more confidence ultimately in Josh Allen than Lamar Jackson. Even though I do have a lot of Lamar Jackson, we got that little bit of concern. If he buys in, if he buys out middle of the season or something where we don't have that problem with Josh Allen. And thus I've got DJ Moore just a slight tick ahead, but these are the picks by the way, you tell me, hey, I went ETN over Jacob's. I went Luther over Rome or I went Zay over DJ Moore. I'm just like, yeah, sounds good. I'm not arguing. These are not worth our time arguing. They're worth our time to investigate and come up with a decision, but it's just not. There's six to one half thousand other. And then I mentioned the other one, Pittman versus Medcalf. I talked about that one earlier in the show. But you know, I leaned Pittman on that one, even though Medcalf bigger splash play way more upside out of him than there is on Michael Pittman. And one other that, you know, later round, I didn't want to be all like the, but Jacobi Myers carnaltate, nope, we don't talk about carnaltate at all at all. Whereas the Jacksonville receivers, nobody talks about Jacobi Myers either. And this is another one of those you want the upside or do you want security? That's the very same type of situation I talked about with Warren versus Pollard at running back. This is the wide receiver equivalent, right? Myers versus Tate. Do you have room for a splash year up more upside playing carnaltate with it? You know, you don't, Tennessee's 2 and 0, but they, they're starting offense is not played well. And Jacobi Myers is going to be productive despite, Parker Washington could go to the moon. And Myers is still going to have a top 25 season, right? So are 20 or top 30 season at the worst. So there you go. And then tight ends, this number 10 is my last, this is all, you know, of all the positions this year, tight end is the most locked. I have my tight end rankings are pretty much golden. They're absolutely golden and locked in the one that people don't realize how close it is. It's Colston, Loveland versus Kyle Pitt. And Chicago, I bet you, they have so many weapons. That's why Loveland is a good distance behind Tyler Warren. And he's much closer to pits than he is to Warren. Kyle Pits with all the check downs out of two of Tonga by Loa. He's going to be immensely valuable. If two of us starts the season, let's say he gets four weeks, let's say something like that five weeks, Kyle Pits will probably be tied in one at the end of that run. And then he'll be fine with panics, but it'll come down. He'll settle in a tight end four or five, six, somewhere in there. So that's the, that's the mix between those two and it's super close. I go with Loveland because they're more settled at quarterback. We know the feelings there, even though there's more weapons, just more security than there is pits. But I wanted to address the fact that it is super close. That's going to do it everybody over an hour this time.
