All right. So we're going to start with some NFL news and notes. Right big news of the day Kyler Murray. I'm your listen to this on Wednesday Kyler Murray being the starting quarterback for the Vikings will be pass A because they'll be another injury or something. But we'll talk about I'm recording this late night Tuesday night into Wednesday. So give some NFL training camp news and takeaways. Also and then I'm going to get into my do not draft list. I got about 20 players. That it's just not happening. Some of the player in the reasons why like why aren't you drafting of number one. Something I hope everybody understands with me a long time you get it none of this is personal. None of this is fandom. I don't care about that stuff. That stuff doesn't matter to me in the least it legitimately is the furthest thing away from my mind. Right now what some of my do not draft list players are about they cost too much. It's like this would I do I want a Maserati or an action Martin. Yeah. Of course I would. I did I want to go to Notre Dame coming out of high school. Yeah. But by the way, this is an uncensored podcast. I'm about to drop some swear words here. So turn the volume down get the earbuds in. Don't let the little kiddies hear me cursing. I thought that guy was nice on the radio. Well, he's not on this show. Maybe Jeff Manskins deeper than what man's a pitted show. I don't have the fucking money. I mean, that's the thing is like money's a fucking the cost money cost time effort whatever it is. I mean a lot of the things we do we in general. Would I like this player or this what you know team whatever sure, but that's not the way it goes. Tough decisions have to be made and in fantasy football. It's always like that you could we could all be God's children like Mike McDaniel says and everybody's kumbaya and everyone's going to touch the ball. But that's all bullshit man. It's not the way the world works. Make your fucking marks and go. Take your get research, get educated. You know what you're doing once you fill the tank up there then fucking go and do it. Right. Everybody and then if I can't be available to you. If you're doing that you're doing fantasy football wrong. Case in point Kyler Murray. He was named the Viking starting quarterback on Tuesday. That's exciting news. It's not it was definitely not a surprise. I am surprised at the time because folks up in Minnesota. Everybody I was talking to I had just talked to a gentleman that I've been with and been with me a long a fucking time in at the man keto and Vikings camp and he told me that Kyler Murray. Was not grasping the offense that it had been OTA's in many camps and now two and a half weeks of training camp it's like he still doesn't have a firm grasp yet that was on Monday and then less than 24 hours later he's named the starting quarterback very interesting there. But again not stunning not surprising at all you know what I mean. So that's something that we have to take into account. But here's the bottom line. The fantasy community we don't like chasing McCarthy and we think he sucks and we like Kyler Murray because he's a he's a deadbeat and all that buddies are deadbeat we know we're getting with him and we get the mobility so he has upside but that doesn't mean anything. The Vikings have nothing tied to Kyler Murray and thus I just cannot imagine Kyler Murray starting 17 games for the Vikings in fact I will fucking guarantee it right fucking now that's not happening. So people asked me immediately all change your ranking on Kyler Murray I looked and looked and I made a very very small adjustment there just because I do like the fact that he's mobile. Right but it ultimately I moved him up one spot from 24 to 23 that's just we're at quarterback now if he starts 17 games he's going to perform that absolutely he'll probably he'll be in the top 15 you probably squeaking at the top 12 my question though and I keep saying the same thing about quarterbacks why are you guys making this hard why why are you doing this right you can. Walk up the stairs on your fucking hands why though what are you proving going for an again this world record all right well that's one way to go about it you know you can slam your testicles into a dresser drawer but why why I think my my balls are so fucking tough they can be sand and dress your drawer and be totally fine maybe but why why are you putting yourself through it? What do you think you're accomplishing nobody's drafting Kyler Murray in a one cubic league is accomplishing what they think you're just going to have to go back and get another quarterback there's going to be a matchup there's going to be McCarthy something will happen and it's not Kyler Murray's not a reliable asset bottom line so good luck with it I just don't understand I don't have any way there's 20 quarterbacks that are I'll see this 19 quarterbacks easy over Kyler like I don't know what were you been thinking Alan Jackson may Caleb hurts burrow Daniels dark Lawrence Herbert golf DAC staffer nicks my home
and Brock Purti, those are absolutes. Then we get mate, that's where like now maybe, Baker Mayfield, Jordan Love, Malik Willis. To me, I would still take Baker, Love, and Willis all over Kyla Murray. And then I think it's really close between Kyla, Marie and Cam Ward. You know I'm in on Cam Ward this year. I'm not making it my quarterback though. And a two QB league, I'll take him as my three. I've got him ranked 20th. So to me, he's ahead of Murray. I would choose Ward over Murray, but I would understand if somebody went the other direction. And by the way, I'm not even high on Stroud or Shuck or Darnold who just won the fucking Super Bowl. So I mean, what about those guys? Are you guys putting all the Murray had a Shuck? Shuck was your Wonderkin a day ago. So that's where I stand. This is a misnomer. The bigger question, how does it affect Justin Jefferson? I stand by, I stand on business with Justin Jefferson. He's one of us, not the single best receiver in the game. He's one of the better football players in the game. And he will get his always, always, always. We'll do nothing last year. It's kind of true. Well, I do say for 21, but he had a 141 targets, man. 84 catches. Now, I think that it's one of those situations when we look at Jefferson's breakdown. And you think to yourself, for example, so Justin Jefferson yards per reception, 15.9, that was Kubiak, you're about 15, 141, 158, 149, last year, 12.5. That's not what he's going to do, right? I mean, 12 yards per reception. Let's give Justin Jefferson just the benefit of the doubt. Let's just put him at 84 catches again, which is garbage. It's not great. But you put him at that with his regular, over four, he was averaging almost 15 yards of catch. Let's say he chops some of that off, go to 14 yards of catch. And he's got nearly 1200 yards. And then you got to touchdown progression. He goes 7, 10, 8, 5, 10, and then 2. They'll fucking weigh. By the way, the year he got five touchdowns, he played 10 games. So that is automatic. That's automatic. You're literally talking about another, whatever, 100, some of the yards, almost 250 yards, and four touchdowns at minimal. Now, if he just had that, he's wide receiver nine last year. And would it be disappointing if he drafted them as wide as five or six or three? Yes, but not nearly as bad. And I don't, I just don't see it. With Kyler and or JJ McCarthy, I don't see the 140 targets tell me the story. The 84 receptions tell me the story. That was a misnomer year. Suck for JJ, but I know another tip from camp is that they have made him a priority, but an absolute this year. I mean, he's always been, but they are making sure to get him going early and often. It is a big priority of the entire offense. And quite frankly, I fucking love it. I think Justin Jefferson, no, I don't think anything. I fucking know. Justin Jefferson has a better chance at generating 1500 plus yards and being wide receiver one and fantasy football than he does with a thousand yards, two touchdowns and wide receiver 21 again, like a million times over. Regardless of the quarterback, I mean, and that not very many players, I can say that about. But the systems and both ability of McCarthy and Marie tell me I'm still in on JJ or Justin Jefferson. Yeah. I'm just going to use Luther Burton injury out until week one, you know, so I wasn't worried about this at all. In fact, as somebody who's drafted Luther Burton a bunch of play, I drafted him a ton this weekend because when the news hit Friday, I did like six drafts on drafters.com. If you guys are with me, drafters.com, they have their $1.5 million best ball championship. That's the best place to play best ball because you don't have all the automation. People aren't, you don't have all the bots. You don't have any bots on drafters. I'm sure people are trying, but they on other sites and services, they're all bots. You're drafts against nobody. AI is doing all your draft. Drafters doesn't do that. And it's only $15 to enter, which is real cool. They also have a best ball survival game. Now I have not done one of those yet. Although by the time you hear this, I may do it tonight. $10 for that one, but $1.5 million is a lot of money. Anyway, I drafted a ton of Luther Burton over the weekend because of it promo code, man's M A n S. If you remember, fantasy guru, we have our own special read deposit code as well. So just hit me up in discord or wherever. And I'll give you that code for a read deposit code as well. So check it out on there. I'll always help you guys out there's our, our members have a lot of perks with a lot of companies like that. So just something else that we do to take that job at fantasy guru.com. Nevertheless, I drafted Burton because everybody panicked and he fell and fell and fell. And I have no worries about it. It's a groin injury. They say he's going to be out two to four weeks. It puts him right about the start of the season. Ben Johnson has pretty much said, yeah, he'll be, he should be, we expect him to be good to go by the start of the season. The problem I suddenly have with Luther is that the bears just identify themselves. Remember, don't listen to what people say. Listen and watch what people do. Anybody else notice the bear safety former Seahawks safety Kobe Bryant that just signed World Champion CLC. But he comes over, hurts himself on the first days of camp and they're like, yeah, he'll, Kobe Bryant will likely be out. It was eight to 10 weeks. It was the initial proclamation of that today. Ben Johnson got caught at his press conference saying, it's going to be four to six months because he just had surgery on his knee. He's out for the season. It's like, are you fucking kidding me, man? So yeah, this is the shit that I worry about with Ben Johnson and maybe even Liam Cohen, like guys who have a lot of heat behind them, they don't know how to handle it and they start becoming assholes and fucking liars. And that really bothers me because Ben Johnson has had an edge about him since arriving to Chicago. But that was a downright dick move. The people that followed up with questions acted and he acted as if, oh, it's been a time on the whole time. Now you fucking bullshitters said eight to 10 weeks. You know, four to six months, a lot fucking longer. You fucking liars. So that worries me about Luther burden a little bit that they're lying. I'm still trusting it. But I've had Odunze ranked ahead and I think that at this point, so we get some sort of a sight and eyes on Luther burden. If he falls to you, like he just falls on me in the fifth round. If that happens, all right, you know, I'm good with that. It's worth the risk at that point. It could be a league winning pick, right? But we have to acknowledge the fact that it's a problem. Other news and I think this is the most important news. Chargers tackle Roshan Slater. He had to flare up with his knee. What? Everyone panicking about Mike McDaniel saying that he's going to use all three running bags. Like this is typical people. We all flock to the dumbest shit imaginable. It doesn't fucking mean anything. He's not there's one football. You can't have three running bags such football at the same time. He's not using three fucking running bags. Kamani Vidal is no Ameri and Hampt. These aren't even the same fucking species. And Keaton Mitchell isn't a threat for big carries either. This is nonsense. But Roshan Slater starting to have tackle that knee flaring up is a huge motherfucking deal. Huge. We are excited about Hampton or Vidal and Mitchell and the entire charge of offense because of Mike McDaniel. But mostly because you got Slater and all back. You bring in by a dodge. You bring in cold strange and Jake slaughter. You have all these weapons now and your offensive line. And for Shons Slaters having problems with the surgical repair knee, which is the same one. That's a fucking red flag flying. And then of course, Lions lose their starting center. Cade maze out eight to 10 weeks. And I mean, the Lions they are in trouble. I saw something today. Lions are for the favorite to win the division. Is anybody paying attention like for real? Are we just fucking around here? I don't understand that at all. They don't have curvy Joe. So if they don't have Brian branch, Terry Arnold's gone. They don't have another pass pressure opposite a Hutchinson at all. They lose. They bring in Chuck Clark and Vagan Christian, easy and Roger McCreary at corner. Some of the worst in history. They lose Alex Anzaloni, which was their tight end stopper. Right? They lose. They're starting right tackle.
for due to retirement or they cut him actually. Now you get like Miller in, but you move Penne's soul, your best player to the left side, which okay. And then now you've got Kate Mays out for the first half of the season like, wow, what you lose David Montgomery. I mean, what the fuck are we doing? This Detroit team is a shell of what it was two years ago and it keeps dropping like flies. So, but the good news, good news on Jared golf in the passing game, but like these offense aligns getting broken down now. So no more about Jared golf. We know when Jared golf has time to throw the football, he's a golden god, if you will, when he doesn't have time to throw the football, he is the guy that got sent away in a lieu of Matt Stafford that Sean McVey, the best offense of mine in the game. So he says and so everybody thinks and maybe it's true, but he, you know, Jared golf gets shit canned and you know, that it's notable, you know, it's extremely, extremely notable. So I have a rough time with with that with the offense line losing, but still going to be in on Jared golf. I think that bad defense in Detroit is going to really make up for a lot more passing volume, right? It's just going to be a lot more passing volume for the Lions this season. So there you go. Those are some of the more notable news stories out there. Do you want to mention something that we have gone on over at fantasy guru.com fantasy football training camp. It is August 21st. It's Friday. It's an all day event. It's a virtual event. So you do not have to attend live. You don't have to travel at all. You can be on your computer or be anywhere else that you want. It is virtual. It is. All the wall starts at like eight o'clock in the morning. It goes all the way deep into the night with breakout sessions and speakers and guests and breakdowns. Like we have panels on college football. We have panels on analytics. We have panels on draft strategies, basketball, dynasty, betting. Like we have all these sessions for you as well. The only way to get it is with a ticket in to their go to fantasy guru.com and get up to upper right hand corner at that subscribe button and make sure that we are going to make sure that you're going you're able to attend. If you're not, if you can't make it on that Friday, that's cool. You could watch the videos and interact with us. There's a special discord and everything on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. You could go into the season and go back and reflect on what we said and some of the tips and strategies and players and things like that as well. Everybody who attends training camp also gets an entry to the elite mafia fantasy football championship. This is a good one. RtSports.com is back as our partner now. We had a rough go of it last year a little bit. RtSports just re-did the entire thing. Very excited about that and they did a great job with it. They just did a wonderful job with the elite mafia fantasy football championship when prizes and guest appearances and all that kind of stuff. This year compete against me and the entire elite mafia in it. But the only way to get into the league, it's free for you to get in, is if you attend training camp or you have a ticket to training camp. The All-in memberships over fantasy guru.com get it already. Like all a few of the VIP platforms already get it and the All-in membership for the whole season gets it. Otherwise, you have to buy this upper ticket. But again, probably pretty sure there's discounts on those two if you were able to do it.
[email protected]. But it's going to be a lot of fun. We're going to do, you know, I've got a Q&A session at the end where I just every question everybody has Ted and I answer every single question. And then we play a poker game after that with everybody. So that's always a lot of fun. Hang out, mix it up with me and the boys as well. But from 8 o'clock in the morning till like midnight, it's non-stop football talk over fantasy guru.com. And no travel necessary. So get over there and check that one out. I think we'll have some fun with this as well. There we go. So all right, let's get into the do not draft list for 2026. That's the big topic. I'm going to tackle here today. These are players that I'm not drafting at their current value. Now I just explained how Luther burdens value dropped. And I swooped up over on trafters.com about it. And we'd do so again. So these are fluid. Meaning if some of these players value or price tags drop for whatever reason, I may be in. It's happened before. And that's not me talking out of both sides of my mouth. That's just the truth. I mean, that's the thing. Look at it this way. Fantasy football, each of these players has a certain value. What that value is. The best in the world, which I proudly say, I think I'm one of the best in the world ever of doing in the history of this game. Right. I've been playing for 30 years. I have all the accolades. You need, I mean, I don't care if I'm the best or in the, I think I'm in the discussion. I'll give a fuck with people say, you know, um, that I'm my strong suit is telling you exactly what these players are worth. Directly like this is this he is worth this, but not that. Period. Sometimes you have to overpay to understand that. Sometimes a nickel, a one pick is too early and not worth the price tag, right? It's so that is the balance. And in that spirit, it's like some of these players I don't like. And maybe I wouldn't take them two rounds later, four rounds later. Maybe I'll go through each one for you. And we'll go position by position on this as well. So let's start out a quarterback and let's try to figure out, you know, what we're doing at the QB position. You know what I'm doing. I want my lead quarterback. If you don't want to draft Alan or Jackson early fine, then take one later, um, but take it before round seven eight nine or take one after round nine. That's the two ways to attack the quarterback spot this year, right? So the player, one of the players that I'm not trapped to show burrow, not not not paying. Oh my, he and Lamar Jackson have almost the exact same ADP. There's a fucking way. You're taking Joe burrows, averaging 10 games a season over his career and doesn't run anymore. He has had serious injury issues, his 30 years old, uh, over Lamar Jackson. That's fucking crazy to me, man. It's lunacy. Burrows are great quarterback, but he has this habit of not being around. It's like, oh, my dad loves me. Oh, where's he travels all the time? I talked to him twice a week and signed the phone. It's like, you don't, your dad sucks. Sorry. I mean, you may mean well, but your dad fucking sucks. Dad's supposed to be there for you. Joe, but your quarterback's supposed to be there for you. Bottom fucking line. That's what they're supposed to do. Show up. That number one thing. Show up. That's what you have to do. And the lack of mobility for this price tag is just incredible. I'm not doing it. And the other part of this is the Bengals defense a lot better this year than it's been in years past. And that being said, uh, I think they're going to be in, they're not going to have the shootout games that they've had the last couple of years. You look at Jonathan Allen, Cassius Howell and Boy Maffee and Dexter Frick and Lawrence on Bryant Cook. These are big acquisitions for the Bengals. So it's not going to have the back and forth that we used to have that would drive up Joe Burrows numbers. So for all those reasons, I'm out on burrow, Dak Prescott. I'm just not drafted him. There's nothing wrong with that. And I think that a great exercise when it comes to are you inter out on a quarterback. How do you feel about their receivers? Right. And if you, when we right now we're drafted in both George Pickens and city lamb in the top 10 and fantasy football in the top nine. I mean, lamb is going fifth and pickens going nine. And somehow Dak Prescott is going like QB 10 or 11 to top 10 receivers. Right. And Ferguson averages good numbers and Javante will catch the ball of the backfield and you're not draft. It doesn't make sense to me. So you'll notice I'm lower on a guy like George Pickens and thus I'm lower on Dak. Dak is fine. To me, it's just a boring nowhere to go player. Now there's also a habit every other year, Dak Prescott shits the bedsheets. We know that. And he had an amazing year last year. So what does that tell you? He's due for a shit the bed week. Seriously, it's five games. Then he plays 16 games, then he plays five games. So he's 16 games, then he plays 10 games, then he plays 17 games, he plays eight games last year, your plate 70 game.
and they improved the defense. So now all of a sudden at 600 pass attempts, 400 completions like where does that come from? 4500 yards. We're gonna, you know, it's, it's just that and I suppose if it was early, Dak Prescott where he would actually run, you know, Dak used to be a pretty mobile quarterback back in his day, run for 300 plus yards, six touchdowns each of his first three years, he hasn't run for six touchdowns in his last six years. You know what I mean? So there's just not worth it in that capacity. And then the only other type, they're a quarterback that I'm actually out on and it's, I don't think this is very profound, but Tyler Schuck, I guess you can say Kyler Murray too. Tyler Schuck is fine. But in a one quarterback league like Kyler Murray, like you're just trying to, you're just trying to do something stupid. Like it's just a stupid play. I get it. But if you, but if you draft trading Daniels and then he gets hurt, you pick up Shuck and he leads you to the championship. Great. I understand it. But and maybe if you draft Daniels and you have D. Prossers, maybe you take two quarterbacks. I don't like that philosophy. I won't ever do that. But maybe that would make sense. But making Tyler Schuck, your QB one is sinful. Another player that is simply not guaranteed to start all 17 games. They have nothing loaded. He's an old, when he was a rookie last year. And for those who say, "Hey, the good rookie, you look so good as a rookie." He didn't, he's older than shit. Of course he looked good. He better look fucking good. He's a scryzed. You know, it's like saying a 45 year old man, you kind of get the hang of his drive in this automobio pretty well. He's like, "Yeah, I've been doing it for 30 years. What the fuck you want me to do?" Of course. So I'm just out on Tyler Schuck as a result there as well. At the running back position, do not draft the list. I'll start at the top, but I'll go Christian McCaffrey in the first. I am not out on McCaffrey altogether. Last year he was off my board. Didn't even want to list him. This year, I'm not good. He just isn't a first round player because of the injuries. You can't simultaneously bitch and complain about the 49ers and the way station or whatever to fuck the electrical station that they have there. And the rash of injuries, you can't do that. We'll also draft in Christian McCaffrey sixth overall. It's fucking ludicrous. It's ludicrous. And I've had to drive, I actually have a couple shares of McCaffrey and best ball leagues at the very end of the first round only because a bunch of heathen members at fantasy guru.com are in those leagues and they take all my place. So when somebody drafts from your ranking sheet and your 11th prick in the draft, you have to do the complete opposite of what everybody else does. That's your only path to winning. And that's what McCaffrey before anybody says. Or you did take the first round here technically, I did, but the last thing I want to do. I just don't I don't trust it. He can't be the backbone of your team. Now he can and maybe will produce like it. So what? He can also be shut down at any moment. These other injuries impact McCaffrey because they're not maybe the first half of the season they will ride on him and use him 25 touches game. Maybe they will do that. But if the 49ers start losing games and getting buried in a tough division. He's the first person sitting down the first one. I just can't go for it. So he's out. I'm also not drafting Jonathan Taylor. I can't believe he's running back four. Go on eight overall. Absolutely not in the first round. Taylor, I would take McCaffrey over Taylor by a lot. And I feel like I don't like the Indianapolis Colts offense. This is another one. And it's it's a difference of how I play fantasy football than a lot of people. I'm not going to I'm drafting to win the championship. The championship's won in December and January. It's not won in September and October. I don't give a shit what these guys do in September and September and October. I legitimately don't give a fuck. I just am acquiring knowledge in September and October. And then I boom. I make the moves. Once I once we get to November, I start making the moves I have to make and put it making sure that my roster is properly lined up to close a championship. And there's no way Taylor makes it through the season healthy. He got his pay offensive line sucks. The quarterback is all he's no longer a mobile threat. This up disaster. In my opinion in Indianapolis. So I'm completely out on Jonathan Taylor here as well. Another early round player chase Brown. Chase Brown. Don't despise where he's going middle. Sort of early middle of the second round. But I'm not going to I think there's so many better options there. H and Hampton Walker. Like those to me are a lot better. Picks and selections, right? There's a lot better chase Brown like I talked about with burrow and you're going to notice this. My do not draft less include players from the same team and some instances. And I think that maybe that's a point I need to talk about like I'm not going to be an uncertain team. I am in on the bangles. But I'm not in on like Joe burrow like I mentioned. I guess I'm just in on chase because chase Brown. He has been thriving off of those receptions. He's been like he got better touchdown numbers last year than he had before. Thanks to the five receiving touchdowns. Those are gone. He's not going to catch five receiving touchdowns. It's going to be down by two down to two. But 69 catches for 400 yards and five touches. Those numbers. That's what's going to go down. And to me that's why he's being drafted so high on the heels of he was running back seven in fantasy football last year. And people assume he'll replicate that or close to it. And I think he's going to fall short. So and then briefs haul. Let's get into the teams because I mean no bullshit. I am I see the world clearly this year. My pin I talked about that. I think it's because I was in mourning for my brother last year. I really do. I think there was something to it. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know what exactly the reasons are. But there are teams that I'm not going anywhere near if at all possible. Now there's always a circumstance. So what if this and that and this and that maybe. But the Jets are one of those teams. I have no confidence in Aaron Glenn or Frank Reich or Gino Smith. And there are the ones controlling this. I love briefs haul. I think it's a tremendous town that Garrett Wilson is a tremendous talent. These guys if you both Garrett Wilson and briefs haul if you were to give me them at dramatic discounts. I probably would take you up on one of them in a draft. And if I had to choose it would be Garrett Wilson over briefs haul. I don't trust this setup. I just do not trust the Jets in what they're doing that backfield. Do I believe that Isaiah Davis going to have a role? No. I don't believe that. But we have to acknowledge it because that is the stupid shit that stupid fucking coaches do. And I'm just going to be out on the Jets. All other teams that I'm also just kind of out on the Broncos. I'm out. Not just out. I don't want it. Sean Payton is Galaxy brain. Dude thinks he he he steps the bowl after he takes a shit. He is just so full of it. And he's a great offensive mind. And I don't doubt for a second that the Broncos are going to be a good team with a lot of offensive production. My problem is it's going to be spread out so erratically all over the place that you just just know where to focus. The only player that I think you could focus on his bone X. And he's running by or quarterback 15 in ADP right now. Nobody gives a shit about bone X right now. But he's the straw that serves the drink or quarterback 16 right now. So that's the only one I don't trust the running backs, the receivers, the tight ends nothing in Denver. The Browns. I don't Todd Monkin is a joke. He's just a joke. I just don't want anything to do with Cleveland. They don't know their quarterbacks going to be. They're going to likely start four quarterbacks at different points of the season. And every time they change a quarterback everything gets reset. I don't want to deal with it. I don't want I don't want to have to have a good guy. I don't want to wait for Dylan Gabriel to start so that now I could like Casey Concepcion. And I don't want to have Denzel Boston balling out with the San Watson or should or Sanders only to them to pull that quarterback and reset the whole thing. I'm just no. I'm out. Quintet Judkins at a value as my third running back only it's the only thing I'd even consider from that fucking team. I just don't want any of it. Other teams that I'm steadfast
against, I mean, Carolina, not really in that Carolina. I like Teterola, McMillan, but I'm not going to draft him a cost. So they're kind of out for me as well. Indianapolis Colts. I mean, I talked about what John Taylor. I'm just not in on any of those players except for Tyler Warren. I should say, actually, I'm in a Tyler Warren. I'm very much in on. So I guess that's, uh, that's one that I'll be in. So there's a couple of my teams that I'm just, I'm trying to be in fade at all costs, like whatever I could do to not. Miami is close, but I don't hate Malikwils, especially as a second quarterback. I like Malikwils more than Kyler Murray, for example, and then I loved Devon H.Anne. I think he's a great value right now. So those are some of the other issues there. Other running backs, Jadarian price, another player that I'm not going to be in on. He looks good. Uh, I have not watched the second, um, hard knocks though. I haven't watched it yet. Maybe maybe there's something there that changed my mind. I know Jadarian price very well from Notre Dame. I'm a big Notre Dame football fan grew up on the soft side of Chicago as an Irishman. You can only imagine that was my life. So, um, very big. I know everything about price. It's the killies tear and the lateral needs it within that wide zone offense. That's what I can't get past it. And then you have Sharbonne coming in at some point. It's just that mixed it. I don't see. I also another team that outside of JSN. I don't think I want any piece of anything there either. Yeah. Nothing really. Jackson with the jig. If you can get in fine, of course. But I even am lower on JSN than most people too. I got my wide receiver six and 13th overall. So outside the first round on my board at least. So I guess I see as one of those teams. I was funny because I was all the way in on them last year. They're my all-in team and now kind of going out. I think I get a pretty good track record there. RJ Harvey and JK Davins, the Broncos running back. I think Harvey is immensely talented. I'd like JK Davins in other places. And I like Jonah Coleman a lot. The rookie that they drafted. And for those reasons, I'm all the way fucking out. All the way fucking out on that one. So no Broncos running backs for me. And then, you know, when we get in a later round, is it running back this way? Like anybody who touches the ball. Once you get to round 10 11, you know, what's that? 109 pick 109 ish. Once you get to that point, everybody's kind of in play. Like, all right. Is anybody that is or has a path to touching the ball? I think the only running back that I'm really out on that lead is Alvin Camara. Like, just go away. You fucking turd. So sick of Alvin Camara. Great season. Great career, I should say. But it's over. Get the fuck out of the way. You cheese. Move, bitch. Get out the way. Get out the way, bitch. Get out the way. Just get out of the way. Fucking mascot. Oh, drives me crazy. All right. Why do receivers that I am on the do that I have on my do not draft list this year? I'll start out towards the top. It's Drake London. Much like and I hope. I really do hope you guys. Under you see. My patterns. Why am out on certain players? It's really the same reasoning most of the time. And for Drake London, it's the quarterback situation. Who's going to start? If Michael Penex start, if Michael Penex was going to start 17 games, I would have Drake London and the top five at receiver. I would be immensely and overwhelmingly in on him. With two, it's on go by low. If two, it's on go by low, I were to start 17 games for the for the Atlanta Falcons. I would have Drake London outside the top 15. So it comes down to who's going to start. How long are they going to start? Are they both going to start? And I don't know. I know that they love to. This Kevin Stefansky who drafted Dylan Gabriel who's almost a denicle replica of Dylan Gabriel to a tongue of a low a better version. I think he likes to a more. I wouldn't doubt if we saw Penex, but I think it's going to be to and I lean to a more and London will be okay. But again, I'm for a first round price tag, technically he's in the second round right now. For second round price tag, why take the, why take that risk? When you can get Justin Jefferson, AJ Brown, Nico Collins. Why? Chris Alavi, what are we doing? Why? Well, I don't, I really just don't understand why we're trying to force it with Drake London at that spot. George Pickens, another player, he's in the top 10 at why the receiver I'm not drafting him this year. I think it just again with Pickens, I've always loved the talent. You remember famously Ted Schuster, column George Perkins and we made that a bit on the Elite Sports Show and it was fun. Pickens is so freaking good. But he's absolutely bonafide untrustworthy. And he kind of held it together even though he started cracking at the end of last season. Can he do it again? I don't know if he can. I just don't have faith. If it was later, that's a person. And by the way, I was in on George Pickens last year. And my, I think I'm probably on this episode of the podcast one year ago. And I remember my exact phrasing was at this price point, I can take him. It's worth the risk. It turned out very well. But again, as a round two player, no, give me Cedalam instead. Rishi Rice. What do you do at Rishi Rice? By the way, for Rishi Rice, it's the injuries. It's being incarcerated. It's the suspensions. It's also the loss to offense coordinator who was all about kitchen run, kitchen run, kitchen run. It's a new offense for Kansas City. I won't say it's new because it's an old format of an anti-read offense that they had four years ago. Before Matt Nagy came in, fucked the whole thing up. Matt Nagy, his entire offense was essentially short little routes run after the catch. Short little routes run after the catch. That's all he was. And he chopped up the backfield and it was a mess. And that was not good. It was good for Rishi Rice. Not good for everybody else though. Right? Getting B-Anime back here is going to be a real good thing. They're going to run the ball. And they're going to have lean heavily on Kenneth Walker while doing so. I remember Patechekko didn't have any good seasons except at one when he was with B-Anime. It's been all downhill from that point on. So Kelsey had his best years there. So I don't, it's too early to take rice. He's too much of a threat on and off the field. I'm out on Rishi Rice. T Higgins is the other one. I'm in on. Jamar Chase. I'm out on T Higgins. T Higgins, if you look at T Higgins straight up production, it's kind of dog shit. The only thing saving it the last two years is 10 plus touchdowns. 11 last year, 10 the year before. It's the only fucking thing saving it. It's another guy that has legitimately never played a full season of football. Right? Oh no, his rookie year he did. He played all, there were 16 games then. He has not played a full season since. And I don't ever anticipate that. His reception numbers are dog shit. His yardage numbers are dog shit. His high career has 1091 yards. 1029 908 656 911 846. He is buoyed by those touchdowns. Just not going to have a need to score as much. I can have to push the ball down the field. It's I'm out on T Higgins. I've been out on T Higgins for a couple of years now. And again, do I regret it? No, I don't. It's not something. I haven't met the wide receiver 24. So it's, I don't regret it at all. Higgins because of the touchdowns did have a lot of success. What was the wide receiver 17 last year or some shit? 15 last year. I mean, good luck. Again, light Justin Jefferson. If you just get back to a reasonable number, a reasonable number, like seven touchdowns. There's a lot of touchdowns for a guy with 59 catches. And only 840 yards. Seven touchdowns is a lot. But if you take away those points and all of a sudden, T Higgins slips outside the top 25 at wide receiver. So that's he's living on the edge. Another player I'm fading this year. I'm not going to be drafting. I'm going to go back to the Broncos, Jalen Waddle, way too early. There's a scenario in which I would draft Portland Sutton. Everybody hates Sutton. He's being plunged down draft boards. His ADP is in the 90s, which is just outrageous to me. I could see me going after Sutton stupidly, trying to play a match.
up during a biweek with Sutton, but I'm not touching Jay Lovato for as high as he's going. I think it's crazy people are that excited about Jay Lovato. Just absolutely downright incredible. I know the whole thing. I know what they're trying to go for. You know, Davis, uh, web, I want to say Davis Mills Davis Web, the new offensive coordinator and what they want to do in Denver's they would catch and run and play the Troy Franklin role from last year and it just doesn't work. Didn't work with Franklin. Don't that waddles better. Sure. I just I'm not going to pay that kind of premium. He's not a first four wrong guy for me. Absolutely not. Oh, here's why all boy. Here's the big one. This is what you all been waiting for. Parker Washington. Parker Washington is going to high. Why are we doing this? What the fuck are we doing? Can somebody tell me it is in arms race to see who can draft Parker Washington sooner? He is now wide receiver 25 going ahead of DJ Moran, Terry McClure and Roma Dunes, Dave Aute Adams and Mike Evans and Brian Thomas Jr. Marvin Harrison Jr. Holy shit. Parker Washington. I was on last year. Loved him last year. Now I liked him in the draft cycle. All the reasons why we're dead on Liam Cohen. Offense the whole nine years. Got everything right. Except he didn't do it when I wanted them to do it. He didn't want him what we wanted him to do it. I had him from the jump and he gets shut out in week one. And then plays week two while he's on the field. Five for 76. Pretty good. Gets 11 targets next week. Okay, we think we're on our way and then we start on. He goes two targets zero zero. He gets zero points. Okay, then fuck that. Then he has a couple stinkers and then of course Travis Hunter goes down. They trade for Jacobi Myers and then he breaks out and has himself a real fine end of the season. And everybody thinks because he put up 60 catches 41 reception, 640 years of four touchdowns over the last nine games of the year. They think, well, that's equates to 130 targets, 1200 yards and eight touchdowns or seven touchdowns. No, not it may it does over 17 games. That's what that stretch amounts to. And if he does that, I'll eat my shoe. Right. He's not going to do that. He's an undersized slot receiver. And when I say slot receiver, that's what he has. He plays 76% of stamps from the slot. No, they're going to obviously move them around, but they you have Jacobi Myers. You have Brian Thomas Jr. who you pay 20 million dollars a year for Jacobi Myers. Brian Thomas the first round pick. What's going to happen? Something's going to happen there. They also drafted Nick Borkercher and Tanner Colziel. Two rookie tight ends that are going to play. They gave Britain strange a ton of money. Folks, what formations are they going to run in Jacksonville? There's not a formation to put Britain strange, Bayes, Shelterton or Chris Rodriguez. And by the way, they say they're going to play 21 personnel with both of them on the field a little bit this year. Okay, that hurts the other wide receiver. You're going to play Coziel and Borkercher who's a blocking tight end. Sort of the Charlie Colar, if you will, of this offense with Britain strange. That means only two wide receivers will be on the field and they're going to spin them around. It's a mess. This is a position that I was fine with Parker Washington all the way up until like a week ago, like for his value, it just kept rising and rising right. And now it's just gone too far. This is a player like Luther Burton. And I think Luther Burton's injury is moving Parker Washington up because the people that were going to go there are now going to Washington. All the positivity and all the breakout sessions and all that, they're now just moving over to Parker Washington because he can't be at top 25 receiver. And that is a bad draft pick. Speaking of bad draft picks, what about the worst con? Is it too early to say Alec Pierce's contracts, the worst ever in history? Skit guys getting PRP injections into his fucking leg. And I mean, what a disaster. The colds, this is why I'm not an untalered or Daniel Jones. I'm not in. My God, this team sucks. My God. And to pay Alec Pierce all that money. And him to never be healthy before it wasn't healthy during it, wasn't healthy after it. Like this is where four months later, five months later, from what he signed $180 million to deal. And he's not and this guy's going to be out for the season probably or he could be. I don't know what's going to happen with Alec Pierce, but it's a disaster and I want no part of it. He wasn't that good before it. Way overvalued. It cost the team Michael Pittman. What a disaster for the colds. Final player again. Once we get late, everybody's on the table. But Casey conceptions simply, I'm not drafted in any Browns. And I think if it's still in Gabriel, as a quarterback, I think Casey Gutsup Show could be very good from a fantasy standpoint. But with Watson or Shador, he's not. It's more Denzel Boston. So even in the late rounds, I'm not taking Casey Gutsup Show this year. All right. Do not draft list at tight ends. I'll tell you, the tight ends are harder this year because they're getting a rise in value because they're playing more multiple tight ends sets. You get some really good schemes. Drew Petsen go into Detroit for Sam Waporta. That's a really good setup. Stefansky and Tommy Reese in Atlanta for Kyle Pitt. It's very good. All right. So we got a lot of the Tyler Warren very good because he's the only he's the only game in town in Indian
apolis right now. So and outside of Bowers and McBride, you really don't have to spend up for a tight end this year. You know Bowers going to pick 18. I can't do that, man. I love backbowers. He's going to play the drag drag and roll not the. What is it called? It's not the Viper role. What the fuck? I'm blanking on that role of the offense that he's going to play for Kulikubiak. It's not Viper. That's Fangio's defense. I can't believe I'm blanking on this thing. Whatever it is, he's going to be the guy that they move all over same position. Debo Samu played and just Jefferson played and Jackson Smith and Jaguar played last year. That's Bowers. So I got love Bowers, but it's just too early for a tight end for me. McBride, I'm glad that he's fading back. People are starting to realize it's not the same offense. So he is sliding back. I'm going to put this guy on the list. And it's Colston Loveland. Nothing against Colston Loveland. Caleb Williams loves them. Ben Johnson loves Scheme in firm. He's a very good player. He checks all the boxes. He's in a macular player. He really is a good player. And he's going to have a great season. The only thing, the reason he's on my do not draft list is because you can't draft Tyler. I warned it's going to outproduce Loveland. Like Tyler, warned of the Colston Loveland. Pretty easily. That's it easily. He's going to do it. And for that reason, I'm a worn going like a full round and a half later. I can't do that. Even you got like Tucker Kraft and Kyle Pitts going that far. I think Loveland's closer to Kyle Pitts and Tucker Kraft than he is to McBride Bowers or even Warren for that matter. And there's just a lot of absence in Chicago. Including at the tight end position where Sam Raus, they're rookie from Stanford. He's going to be able to play a part. He's going to have a bit role. He's going to be on the field. We know Cole Comet. Eagles bears win Black Friday game against the Eagles. Who was the final touchdown to put the Eagles away? Cole Comet. That Rams game that they always show where Caleb runs backwards and floats the ball up into the end zone. Who was there? Cole Comet. Like he's catching big touchdowns. Cole Comet's around. He's not the better tight end. If I for sure. But he's still around. There's three tight ends. There's two running backs that play into it. There's burden. There's a doonsay. No. Not going there at all. Harold Fanon Jr. is another tight end. I might do not draft list. I just again don't want it into a Cleveland. Now if you told me, should our Sanders was going to be the quarterback every single game. 17 games for Cleveland. I'd say all right. I'll give Fanon a pass. And I'd still take La Porta, pits, craft, Warren, Loveland all ahead of him. But he'd at least be on my board. I don't even look at Harold Fanon. I want nothing to do with the Browns other than Quichon Shudkins this year. So Fanon's off the board. Don't know who the quarterback's going to be. George Kiddles off my board. Nothing against George Kiddles. One of my, it could be my single favorite player in the NFL. He is that close. Achilles, Ter in February or January, surgery in February, man. That's a deep ask for Kiddles to play meaningful snaps and play at his usual high capacity level. I'm just not good. When you can draft likely, can Kidd La Porta Ferguson.
Kelsey all in the same range. There's just no need to go there on George Kittle. And then final tight end, you know, I'd like most of the late round tight ends. I think there's like some of these guys have real flex appeal. You know, when we talk about Ferguson, I just mentioned it. And Kelsey, I mean, Kelsey's going off the board of tight end 14. Like notty, people are not taking him in the top 12. That's nuts. It's absolutely crazy. Dalton, Concade, I love Sam LaPorta. I love like what are we doing here? The guy I'll put on the list just to make it clear. Like Goddard's an easy one. I'm not touching Dale's Goddard. They drafted stowers and, you know, they're phasing him out in the one year deal. So that's pretty easy. Fade, but it's Mark Andrews of the Ravens. I think we saw Jacobi Lane has been popping at practice. Elijah, Sarah, Zay flowers. They're throwing the ball down field. They're being more explosive. The one thing about Mark Andrews is he's definitely not more explosive. And I don't think it's a terrible pick this late. But if you're in a one tight end league, restart one tight end, no fucking way. Should Mark Andrews be your guy? Like Kelsey is going near Andrews. Just take Kelsey. Kelsey, yes, Andrews. No bottom fricking line. And and there you go. So those are that's my do not draft list for 2026. What do you agree with? What do you disagree with? Hit me up at Jeff underscore.
