OMG: Trump Says THIS After Dolly Parton Death

It's been one day since Dolly Parton passed away, the queen of country music, an amazing person, one of the few uniting figures left in this country. It's been one day, and Donald Trump is already trying to make her passing about himself, like a true narcissist would. Now, I imagine that you at home, you're probably not all that surprised by Donald Trump doing this, because he's done it before. He's actually done it incredibly recently. Of course, I'm talking about Lindsey Graham, one of his supposed friends passes away, and then he makes his death all about himself, and he actually mocks him in death. For example, at a rally the other day in South Carolina, this is what Trump said about Lindsey Graham. Just listen to this. That's all he talked about was South Carolina. He was driving me crazy. I love the people. Yet I got higher votes than him. Explain that to me. He loved this state. For years, Darlene led her. So he's talking about South Carolina and how much Lindsey Graham loves South Carolina, but wanted to make sure to interject that he got more votes than Lindsey Graham in that state. Like, what is wrong with her? You're talking about his death. And then, of course, Donald Trump at Lindsey Graham's funeral fell asleep. He couldn't even stay awake for the funeral. This is his alleged friend. Apparently, they're good buddies. And Donald Trump was seen passing out at his funeral. And this is a real photo. J.D. Vance is right there. Marco Rubio, Scott Besant. Members. Of Trump's administration. And there he is passed out like an idiot at his friend's funeral. And the most recent post that Donald Trump has made about Lindsey Graham on social media was this one saying, Lindsey having fun just a few weeks ago. Check out the hat. And before you even look at the photo, just take a guess at what we're looking at here. Is it about Lindsey Graham and taking an action shot of him having fun? Or does it involve Donald Trump in some way? Well, if you pick the latter, then you are right. He posts a photo of Lindsey Graham at Mar-a-Lago holding up a photo of himself. I mean, it's narcissism. It's weird. It's gross. But this is who Donald Trump is. And so when I saw this clip of Trump this morning making Dolly Parton's passing about himself, I wasn't surprised at all. But I knew I had to cover it. Of course, yesterday, he made this statement about Dolly Parton, which was fine. No problem. He said, Very sad to report that Parton, one of the greatest country singers and far beyond ever, has just passed away. This is a true loss for millions of people. There's never been anyone like her and never will be. In her honor, I'm lowering the American flag throughout the United States for a one-week, period beginning tonight at 6 p.m. Rest in peace, Dolly. The world loves you. That's a fine statement. I have no objection there. Lowering the flag is great. But Donald Trump, of course, couldn't contain himself because a day later, he says this on Glenn Beck's show. We all knew her so well. I knew her a little bit. She wasn't a very political person. She really liked me, I will tell you. But she also wanted to stay very, you know, she was of the opinion, you know, the 50 percent. Who needs to lose? I don't think it's 50. I think it's probably 20 percent of the fans, okay? Not 50. But she was a great person and she was just a nice person. You know, I liked her a lot. And I thought it was a natural thing to lower the flags. Hmm. Just couldn't help himself, huh? You hear that comment in the middle? That really bothered me when I saw it. Now, if you're like a MAGA fan who doesn't know anything about Dolly Parton or the work that she's done, you might believe this. Because, you know, she's a big fan of Dolly Parton. You know, your messiah is saying this. This is their cult leader. But for anybody that knows Dolly Parton and has like two eyes and a brain and an IQ above room temperature, you know that this is not true. Of course this isn't true. Dolly Parton was never overtly political. She actually made a point of not saying, you know, I endorse this candidate or being very political. However, we can look at her actions. She had her library that sent hundreds of millions of free books to kids around the country every single month. She funded vaccine research. She funded pediatric medical research. She was very. She was very pro-LGBTQ+, saying we're all children of God. All of that stuff is opposed by the Republican Party. Donald Trump has defunded education. He's defunded pediatric medical research. He's defunded vaccine development. That's who Donald Trump is. And he has the nerve in the wake of her passing to get on air and say, oh, no, she really liked me. No. No, no, no. No, no, no, no. You can't claim to love Dolly Parton. I said this yesterday online and I got a bunch of Trump supporters who were angry at me. But you cannot claim to love Dolly Parton. If you support Donald Trump and everything he's done to this country because he has gone after many of the things that she cared about. The nerve of this guy a day after her passing to say she really liked me. What a sack of crap. You know what I mean? What a sack of crap. And, of course, this is a pattern of behavior with Trump. Not only making people's deaths about himself, but just not caring about anybody but himself. Look at what he's doing right now. Think about the ballroom. His attorney general, by the way. It's hurting the American people. Donald Trump couldn't care less. Couldn't care less at all. Matter of fact, on that same Glenn Black, again, I can't say his name. He's stupid anyway. I don't have to say his name. On that show, he talked about prices and he said, My first news conference, the press is screaming at me about prices. I said, I'm only here for one day. I just won yesterday. I'm there for one day and they're screaming at me about prices. By the way, the guy who said he would eliminate inflation on day one. That's the same guy who's upset that people are upset about prices, which have only gone up in his administration. Said he would lower them. That's not happening. And all his stooges can do is lie. Take a look at this really just embarrassing. I had to work this in here. Take a look at this really embarrassing clip of this Republican from Texas trying to defend Donald Trump's economy and, of course, getting called out for it. John, the president was in reference to where it was when we took off. When he took office a year and a half ago, it is lower. Congressman, no, no, no, it's not. Inflation was lower when he took office than it is now. It just is. Prices are, you know, inflation is higher now than when he first took office. It's gone up. It was it was coming down. It was. So let's go right to your point. Has the president done things economically that would lower the cost of? Of doing business? And the answer was we were until the war started. And once the war started, as you know, the the gasoline prices have increased and the increase in gasoline prices have had a large effect off not only travel, but upon doing business. And that would be correct. I will only note that the core PCE, which strips out food and energy, is also. Elevated at three point three percent. So prices are high even without the fuel prices high. Nice one. Nice one. Republican Congressman Pete Sessions. What a total loser going on air and just trying to lie to help this this president who doesn't, again, care about anybody else but himself. It's so infuriating to me. But the good news is the American people aren't buying it, buying it. I mean, we know that the polls are terrible for Donald Trump and the Republicans. This was reported on Morning Joe recently. Donald Trump's net approval rating is negative. In. Forty seven out of 50 states. Beautiful. Let's make that 50 out of 50 ahead of the midterms. Trump has a negative net approval rating in all of the states where they are are competitive Senate races this year in Georgia. Trump's net approval rating is negative thirty one negative thirty one in a state that Republicans want to win. They want to take John Ossoff seat. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen because John Ossoff is awesome, could be president one day, probably would be president one day. But, you know, seriously, when I saw this, I don't want to take too much of your time. But when I saw. This comment by Trump about Dolly Parton, it just disgusted me. And once again, it is. who he is. It is a pattern of behavior. He will never change. And this is the guy. This guy right here is the guy the Republicans defend day in and day out nonstop. It's gross.
