🚨️️️️️️Obama KNEW?! Obama FBI Had Evidence Ilhan Omar Married Brother...WHY Is He Covering Up?!
1h 28m 24s
The transcript details a growing investigation into Ilhan Omar’s marriage to a man reportedly her brother, tracing back to federal actions during the Obama administration. According to reports, the FBI and DHS found evidence suggesting the marriage was fraudulent, particularly given the sibling connection and the use of false names. Despite these findings, the case was dropped under the statute of limitations. The Trump administration has revived the probe, focusing on potential immigration fraud and a broader RICO case, citing inconsistencies in Omar’s marital and familial disclosures. Key issues include her father’s alleged military background in Somalia, the absence of records for "Nurse Said Elmi" in U.S. immigration databases, and the presence of a gay man living with her who reportedly came from the UK. Critics argue the investigation is politically motivated, with some, including former President Barack Obama, defending Omar by emphasizing her immigrant background and the American dream. However, the narrative suggests deep ethical and legal concerns around false documentation, citizenship, and familial ties. The case has sparked broader scrutiny of immigration policy and the integrity of political figures’ personal histories. Critics point to contradictions in Omar’s public statements and the lack of transparency in government records, while opponents of the investigation claim it targets her due to political bias. Despite widespread legal and media attention, the case remains unresolved, raising questions about the legitimacy of her citizenship and the role of intelligence agencies in such matters.
Well, we have a big show today, a very, very big show because it seems that Barack Obama may have known all along that Ilhan Omar had allegedly married her brother. And his own FBI was investigating this and the New York Times report out today tells us that indeed Barack Obama's FBI had done the due diligence and had come to a conclusion. We're going to get all into that. Plus, oh my gosh. We've got some things going on up in Alaska. Do we not? It's investigation city over here on the Trishrigan Show. Welcome to the program. Do me a favor. Make sure you subscribe. We begin today on the investigation into Ilhan Omar that went nowhere. I mean, this thing was DOA. So people have been talking about this for years. We had Scott Johnson on the show from Powerline blog out in Minnesota the other day. He was the first to report on it 10 years ago. He's going to be back on the program on Monday with us, but he was all over it. Ilhan Omar and her cronies dismissed him as just some right wing blogger because they didn't like that he and a few others started circling around. I mean, they're still dismissing everybody as just right wing conspiracy theorists. And yet I don't know how you keep dismissing everybody when now even your paper of record, the New York Times is calling everyone out. So here we go. Brand new headline today, of course, they bury it. You have to get to like, you know, 60% of the way through the article, I'm like reading and reading. So it says Ilhan Omar investigation involves a new scrutiny of long disputed marriage. And they've got a nice pretty picture of her and it says several current and former law enforcement officials said no bomb air investigation found some evidence that Ms. Omar had entered into a sham marriage with a man suspected of being her brother. Okay, so in fairness, they put it in the subtitle. But then you're reading and reading and reading and it takes a while to get there. Okay. It takes a while. So here we go. The federal investigation, congrats to Ernesto, the reporter on this one who was reporting all the way from Minneapolis. The federal investigation of representative Ilhan Omar is focused in part on whether she entered into a sham marriage. We know that in 2009, we know that they're focused on that, but here's important stuff. The FBI and Department of Homeland Security investigated the marriage in summer 2016, during the Obama administration. And Dantarov found some evidence that it was fraudulent. This is according to current and former officials. And then it tells you everything that we know and everything that we have covered here, including all of the reporting that has been amassed over the last 10 years from some of these quote right one blogs, right, out in Minnesota. They don't give them any credit. They just take the reporting. It's okay. So fine. They're talking about that. They go on to say that they did find and it's quite a waste through. You got to keep doing the reading and the reading and the reading. But they get to this. I highlighted it here. They found evidence suggesting that Mr. Elmi and Ms. Omar were Dantarov siblings. According to six former and current officials familiar with the case. But because prosecutors did not pursue the matter, right, did the baritone to stand down? You know, don't bother with that little thing over there. The agents had limited investigative tools, the officials said. Mr. Elmi had obtained a provisional two-year green card based on marriage according to two former officials. But when he sought to make that status permanent, immigration officials started asking some questions, trying to see whether or not this was really a valid marriage. And given that he has come out as a gay man, given that there is reporting, including from the New York Post as recently as last night, we'll get to that too, showing that he had a rather flamboyant lifestyle there in Minneapolis, and one that was not necessarily appreciated by Ilhan Omar's quote-unquote husband, like the first Ahmed, the first Ahmed who she's still living with. Well, well, the second Ahmed, aka, allegedly the brother, shows up to live with him. I mean, they're like one big happy family, right? Well, naturally, if he's her brother, he should be able to live there, right? But if he's the second husband, that might be a little uncomfortable, dare I say. You know, in her book, she writes about how she just hit a low point in her life. And so she ran off with this British guy. Hmm, all right, I'm going to keep going, okay? They also write, the case stalled chiefly because prosecutors concluded, not even like this, that the potential crime of felony fell outside of five-year statute of limitations. That's because they clearly don't have very smart people there on the Obama administration, sorry to anybody who was part of that, but all you have to do is put one and one together and you would get to, because if you looked closely enough, oh dear, her name is Omar. And his name is Elmi, right? We've been through this. And obviously they would have known that because they had concluded, per the New York times, that it was a fraudulent situation and wait for it, wait for it, that he actually was her brother. So if they found evidence that Mr. Elmi and Ms. Omar were siblings, would that not lead them to the conclusion that maybe this is interesting that they have different last names? Because that's you see where the Trump administration has taken this case. And that is what the DOJ is pursuing. So they said, okay, well, we can't do anything, we've got to five-year statute of limitations. And so that's that. I mean, I still find it amazing. And we're going to talk about what Barack Obama said in the New York Post also finds it amazing. Who'd done it? Obama calls Ilhan Omar Shammarriage probe appalling, but it actually started under his administration. And his administration had found out what was going on. So I find it, dare I say, appalling that Barack Obama chose to put some notes out on social media, like a massive defense of one Ilhan Omar when he had to have known. I mean, he's the former president of the United States. I don't think he's going to call somebody up. He could have called a lot of people and said, hey, you know, what really went down here? He probably did. I don't think that you would go so far out in front of this story and so long on this story without making a few phone calls. And so he's doing this to kind of seed doubt. In fact, you know, look, I'll be honest, I'm a dog with a bone, you know me, I'm just a reporter at heart. And so I keep chasing everything down. But I get it. Like you've got the former president, I mean, even though he's Barack, saying, you know, this is a bunch of bolognies. So you sit there and go, well, wait a second, you know, you listen, right? And that's me. Of course, it doesn't change what I'm doing. But you notice, okay, you notice. And if I notice, well, I'll tell you, the Democrats certainly notice you get 170 of them writing letters to the DOJ saying you got to stop this, you got to stop this investigation. And then I think the party overall just assumes that this is some, you know, bitter pill that they want to make sure she has to swallow and that it's politically motivated. Here he is saying it is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can't selectively target individuals simply because their political beliefs are what they say. But that's exactly what the Trump administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. By the way, there's a certain amount of irony, is there not in that particular statement coming from President Barack Obama, who say Obama himself, yeah, a ton. I mean, you guys were the ones that launched the Russia, Russia, Russia, but I digress. He goes on to say to understand why it is so appalling. It's important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. And then he tells her whole story, my goodness, she went on to graduate from college. She's such a great little immigrant Somali girl. She's what the American dream is effectively, you know, and then goes on to land a seat in Congress. The only problem is, Ms. Omar did not come here legally, per the Trump DOJ. Per Trump's Homeland Security investigation team, per the head of Homeland Security Mark Wayne Mullen, who hasn't come right out and said it quite like that. But he's basically said, look, we got a Rico case here going on. And we got a Rico case because it turns out if you come into the country fraudulently and you say you're somebody that you aren't, your citizenship gets nullified. As does every derivative citizenship along the way. So here we are. Still, I mean, he's got three pages of this stuff. We'll be here all day, all night. If I redo everything that Barack Obama had to say, but summise it to say he's going on and on and on about the age. I went back through it three times today, okay? He goes on and on about the age and then it had this is so unfair. And this is not appropriate because, quote, if this becomes a new normal, he says there's no reason to believe it will stop with her or that future presidents in either party won't do the same. Of course, again, the irony is rather massive.
of considering what he did, and then considering what he was like indictment after, indictment after indictment, he got Fanny Willis out there to get a nice little mug shot right down in Georgia. I'm sorry, Obama. You know, you're probably not the best person to talk about this. Maybe they thought he was given his own history that has come under fire. I think also by Donald Trump. So, you know, he's going to stand up in defense of little Ilhan, but trust me, she doesn't need any defending. And by the way, you don't want to get out in front of this one, Barack, because you're going to look kind of foolish at the end of the day. And don't sit there and tell me, oh, you know, it's no big deal. A name is a name is a name, because in this case, it looks like there may have been false paperwork that was submitted. She is, according to this warrant that they issued in order to get that initial raid going. This was signed off on, by the way, by a liberal judge, by a judge that had donated money to Hillary Clinton's campaign, by a judge that had been appointed by Biden. So, worth keeping in mind, I mean, they got to have something, right, that they're going to the judge with in order to get that sign off. So, Congressman, Congressman Ilhan Nersaïd Elmi, aka Ilhan Abdelani Omar, the subject. So, they say they know her name, and because they know her name, they're looking into the possibility of her being denaturalized, and if there were a statute of limitations on this, I don't think there is because this is a rico case, but even if there were, she's been applying one would have to assume for a passport, rather regularly, over the years. And this is why I reported on this yesterday, Glenn Beck had gotten his hands on the HSI memo that was leaked, the Homeland Security back in February. So, eight months ago had gone ahead and sought some records from the State Department, including her passport records, because they're trying to look at whether there's violations. In other words, was she continuing to file for that passport? Because if so, then she would be falsely claiming her citizenship. She would be falsely claiming who she is. And so, they were saying at that time, this is in February, not just weeks before the election, because I know everybody wants to make this political citizenship is that issue, and that she may be amenable to civil denaturalization. So, they're saying she could be denaturalized. I mean, there could be more than a civil penalty, there could be some criminal stuff going on in terms of if they're able to prove out that she was falsely applying for passports under a different name. Now, why would she do that? Okay, so now we've established Obama. Why would he do this? I mean, maybe it's just pure politics. Is he covering something up? I don't know. Did we knowingly bring her and her father into the country? I don't think so. I have a feeling he's not getting on his own. But then again, we're talking about Somalia in 1995, and Somalia had actually been a regime, believe it or not, and this is where, you know, in the twisted world of international regimes, sometimes the US doesn't always pick the good guy. And in this case, we had the Marxist. I guess he was less Marxist by the time he was done, because, you know, we were over there and he was associated with us, but originally he was part of the the Russians, the Soviets, entourage. And then we took over there, and we had this relationship with, say, bar, and it was a horrible regime that did horrible, horrible stuff. And, you know, I guess we kind of looked the other way. So, some people have floated this idea that maybe we kind of knew what was going on. We'll come back to that, I promise, because I've been thinking about it. I was thinking about it all last night and did a ton of research on it. And yes, our CIA was reported the active over there during the 90s. And there was a whole bunch of people that fled that area in 1995. Don't forget, again, her dad is reportedly a colonel in that bar regime. So we'll get back to it, but, you know, if somebody's protecting somebody, you got, you got Obama just going all in. I mean, three whole pages of tweets here. But interestingly, I want to point this out, guys, he never says anything about the brother, nothing. He says nothing about the father's name. This was all some maybe, what, three days or so, maybe 72 hours ahead of her interview on MS now. And it looks coordinated. It looks coordinated to me only because you've got her going radio silence. So the raid happens. And then we don't hear anything from her. Nothing. Zip Seranada. And then all of a sudden she emerges. She's asked her for five $10 at a time. By the way, he's talking about how expensive it's going to be for her and her lawyers. And then Obama's tweet comes out. And then like 72 hours later, she's on MS now. And she's pleading her case there in a kind of weird way because she can't totally do it. We'll get to that in a second. But you know, one of the things I was looking at is whether she's going to continue to win in Minnesota and shockingly. Yeah. But we'll see how this goes down because I'll tell you this is how she we're looking at. And this is where the opportunity comes. If you actually disagree with whatever you're seeing in the prediction markets, that's where your opportunity is. We saw that unfold, right? In Brazil just last weekend because on Sunday going into that election on Sunday, it looked like Flavio Balsonero had taken the whole darn thing. And even in the prediction markets, you saw that Balsonero was way way ahead. So this is really important to watch as we get into the next couple of days. Got a few days left, right? Until the biggie, you want to watch to see how this compresses because right now it looks like 96.7 percent of the market is saying, yeah, Ilhan's going to win. Ilhan's going to win against her Republican competitor. And just so we're looking at it right now, you can also see in terms of the control of the Senate. This is surprising to me. You're seeing this divergence actually right now in these markets where Republicans are less likely and Democrats are more likely. Again, I don't think that's going to, I mean, I don't think it's going to last. I think you're going to see that compression. So again, you know, if you're looking to trade on this, that's the opportunity. If you fundamentally believe in everybody do their own thing and make sure that you're 18 or over and you know what your limits are, you can actually, they're a nice sponsor of the show. We appreciate their patronage. You can trade $25 and get $55 at Calci.com/R/Fords/Trish. Again, trade $25, get $55 from Calci with my little discount Calci.com/R/Fords/Trish. So just check it out. Again, you know, one of my colleagues at 76 Research Rob Horton who writes that with me said, gosh, I wish I had gone to Calci and I had hedged the Brazilian election because he had bought the ETF. Not for our, not for 76 Research folks, but just on his own for fun. And he was like, I should have hedged it over there. Anyway, go check it out when you can and take advantage of that opportunity. But back to why did Barack Obama's regime do absolutely nothing? You know, it's sort of strange. They never bothered to look into anything other than the age. They never bothered to consider, you know, she had married a guy allegedly illegally that was reported to be her brother. And so they had all of this information and they did not do anything with it. How can that be? Like, why would that be? Why did they not bother? If nothing else, wouldn't you be kind of disturbed? I know that a member of Congress is so shady that she's going to go out and marry her own darn brother in order, who by the way, I mean, I'm sorry. Like, it just makes no sense. Was apparently a student over in the UK has different preferences. I mean, I guess that's, I mean, the whole thing is just so bizarre, okay? What am I going to say? It's so bizarre, but I'm so disgusted. And disturbed that a member of Congress has so in my estimation, if this is all true, and I think it is little in the way of core ethics that she would be out doing something to sneak her brother into the country. Think about that. Just think about that. And know that Barack Obama's FBI and DOJ had looked into this and didn't bother to pursue. Well, new sheriff is in town. And Donald Trump is pursuing this. And Donald Trump and his team of investigators, they have figured out that the name of the alleged brother marriage doesn't really work with Ilhan Omar because you get two different names. We've talked about this before. You can go and watch the show from last week or go watch one of the clips on the family tree, but it's believed that part of the nurse Said Elmi branch went to the UK. And then the other part possibly Ilhan and her father and possibly the sister who goes by interestingly the last name nor, except she spells it N-O-O-R. They all came to the United States of America where they settled in Arlington, Virginia for the first two years before moving on. Table that because I know it's Arlington, Virginia. And you're like, wait a second, isn't Langley nearby? And I saw this in your comments yesterday, so I know exactly what you're thinking. I don't think that's it, but we will discuss because we look at all angles here. We ask all the questions that we need to ask. Markwyn Mullen is coming to the conclusion, I think, that Ilhan Omar and potentially more people may not be legitimate citizens of the United States because of how they entered the country. Here he is. Let's just say if someone comes in and claims that fills out their paperwork
legally. And they claim that they are this person and this is their background. And then underneath that individual, a lot of other people come in. And I'm just saying, I have that across a whole bunch of cases that's out there. Then that's that can be considered a rico case, right? Because there was conspiracy that was to to deceive the American government. And therefore, everything else that came in with it could then for be looked at as the same case. And so, so in any case like that, and this isn't, I mean, we've had multiple cases like that, where people come in and they lie and then we go, we can go all the way back through. Good thing about something like a case like that is when it is a rico case, that the statute of limitations on things, they don't, they don't apply in most cases. A few things they do, but in most cases, they don't. Okay, so that's interesting what he's saying. So that gets them around the statute of limitations, obstacle that they had come across with Obama's FBI and Obama's DOJ. I have a feeling that no one in the Obama camp wanted to pursue this. Why? Because of the same reason that the first reporter on this story, 10 years ago, who's going to join us on Monday next week, Scott Johnson, Powerline blog said, and he told us right here on the show, go watch the interview. He said, I started asking some questions. And you know, I was immediately hit with how dare you, you just don't want to see an immigrant, Somalian, black woman succeed. That's and he's like, no, I legitimately kind of am wondering why she's married to two guys. Don't forget she was also, and this is part of the New York Times reporting that came out today, but Scott already had this 10 years ago. She was already filing taxes in 2014 and 2015 with a med number one. So she's married to a med number two and yet filing taxes with a med number one, all well as the New York Post came out last night and told us a med number two was living with her and a med number one. So she's got the second husband that I'm sorry. No, I'm not buying any of it. So Marguine Mullin, he has found this loophole. He has found, well, gosh, she came into the country under a false name. They believe it is my, you know, sourcing that they believe that the name, well, it's not even my sourcing. We'll go to Geneva. I played it yesterday. You know the bite, right? Or it's a genuine Piro came right out and said, listen, this is a guy named or at least she said, Congresswoman is named Ilhan Nersaid Elmi. Now I am going to extrapolate from that that that is because the feds have determined that the father of one Ilhan Nersaid Elmi is actually Nersaid Elmi. Okay. So that's why they're saying that and they're saying he came in under false pretenses or under a false name. There are some allegations. Again, I will get to this in a second that maybe he snuck in or maybe he was kind of, you know, wink wink nod nod because maybe he had done some work for us there in Somalia. And wouldn't that be interesting, right? If we actually opened the gate to someone that would then go on to have a daughter that seems to, I'm just going to say, you know, whether she hates this country or not, you must. If you're willing to marry your brother allegedly, okay, you must in order to get him citizenship. Let's keep moving though. Jeanine Puro making this point about the name and then talking about or alluding to I think the father's military background. Here we go. Ilhan Omar is living and working in Congress under an alias. Well, you know, you'll have to ask her what she considers her name. I mean, that is something that, you know, she can definitely tell you what we're concerned about is whether or not she has followed the laws as it relates to the use of these names. And it's kind of like in Romeo and Juliet, remember the capulets and the Montague's matters not who you are, but who you are not. Okay. So I've been thinking about this. I know we've played that before. And you guys are like, just play some new, if Jeanine Puro comes out and does another interview, if we can get her on the show, I promise I'll play you some new sound, but I keep thinking about that sound by it because I'm like, what we're should go on with this, you know, Romeo and Juliet thing. I think she was alluding to this idea that it matters who you are not. In other words, we think that your dad was somebody involved in the sciad bar regime, which means he could have been associated with some of the horrific genocides that happened there. And if that's the case, then we would not have allowed you into the country. There's that, but I was thinking about it, guys. Okay. And I was thinking it doesn't even matter whether he was a warlord or not in that if he lied on his paperwork. And he said his name was one thing, and it's not. I'll give you an example. My actual given name is Trisha, T-R-I-C-I-A. Trisha, my nickname and what my family has called me my whole life is Trisha. And yes, when I was little, it was Trisha Dish. Yeah, whatever. Anyway, that is my name, right? So if I were to go say apply for citizenship somewhere, let's call it Ireland. I can't really get it, though, because my dad could, my dad could, but say I did, right? You have to go in as Trisha, T-R-I-C-I-A. You're not going in as Trisha. And that actually matters. And you have to present your birth certificate in an area. I get it. You know, she didn't have a birth certificate because it was Warthorne Somalia, but you've got it to the best of your ability, present a true story. And if you're just glomming on to somebody else's name, well, that would be misrepresentation. So in some ways, I don't think we even necessarily need to care whether he was, I mean, I do care. And we're going to go there. But my point being, they got her on the name. And this is why the Ilhan HSI memo that was leaked to Glenn, where they're talking about, they want to see her passport application records. Because if she knows that she is actually Ilhan, their Said Elmi, and she's applying as Ilhan Omar, they got her. All right. And so then they're able to say, gee, we're taking the citizenship away because you were never, you're not an American citizen to begin with. Now don't get me wrong, it's not like easy peasy walk in the park. And obviously you've got the former president of the United States out there, Barack Obama, tweeting up a storm, right, saying that this is just a political blah, blah, blah. I'm sorry, the laws, the laws, the law. Okay. No one is above the law. Aren't you guys so fond of saying that? So Ilhan, you might be in some trouble. You know, we talked to, I keep mentioning Scott, but it's just because I'm very impressed that 10 years ago he stumbled onto this, and he just hasn't stopped, right, with the reporting. And his view on it was, you know, this is a woman who somehow got into politics. It didn't expect to be into politics. She got catapulted into this. And then all of a sudden she wins this state election and then goes on to be a member of Congress. And he said he knew she was going to be a star. Like from the beginning, you could kind of tell, she had, and so I'm just saying, if you're going to pursue that life in the political arena and you're going to take shots at Donald Trump, for example, you probably want to make sure that you're pretty squeaky clean. Just saying, just saying, and I'm not so sure that she is what you would call squeaky clean. I don't think she's ever been necessarily squeaky clean. So you're looking at a picture of the father. And what were we talking about? Hmm. What we knew about him way back when. So this is interesting. We were our CIA from all I've gathered. I had an active role and we monitored Somalia's military. We monitored Somalia's politics. And we did have a relationship with the bar regime, which he allegedly worked in. He was a colonel we are told. And there was a New York Post report just out, I don't know, 36 hours ago, they interviewed a historian from Somalia, as well as someone I think associated with Somalia land. By the way, they have some biases against Somalia because that's an ongoing conflict. And the thinking is that yes, he was a highly involved in Somalia's military operation. He was not an educator, as she has said in her book. So in the early years, like from 1969 until the late 70s, don't forget he took power in a 1969 coup. And he he was initially backed by the Soviets. So this is the guy who's like a Marxist-Lenist Soviet dude. And he takes over and he becomes pretty ruthless. You had a war going on in 77-78, I think when they invaded Ethiopia and you had the Soviets actually switching to support Ethiopia. And as a result, he expelled all the Soviets and he turned to us. And so that's around the time that we were wary, but the Carter and Reagan administrations basically saw this opportunity if you would to gain a foothold in the Horn of Africa and access to a strategic port, the strategic port of Berbera. And so they said, okay, you know, we'll come along and we'll help
out. And so, as a result in the 1980s, we were giving money somewhere around 700 to 850 million dollars to help with their economy and to help with their military. And that included weapons. So you're talking M16s and artillery, anti-aircraft missiles, other hardware. And it was in exchange for U.S. access to Somalia ports and airfields. And so Somalia, as a result, actually became one of the larger U.S. military aid recipients in Sub-Saharan Africa. And so obviously, again, I'm just assuming our intelligence operation is smart enough to know who the colonel in the bar regime is. But by the late '90s, it was kind of over for him. You had the Cold War winding down, and you know, we didn't need to be over there as much. And his human rights abuses actually started getting worse and worse. And the civil war got worse and worse. You had this crackdown going on in the North. And so Congress and the administration, what did we do? We cut off military aid. And so we abandoned bar right before his regime collapsed. I don't think he was going to be there without us in 1991. So classic Cold War real politic. The U.S. prioritizing the strategic assets, access, if you wouldn't encountering the Soviets over bars, domestic repression and human rights record. We're like, okay, we don't care. We just want this access. And so once that Soviet threat faded, well, we didn't need to be there anymore, right? So what did we do? We left. And his support largely evaporated. And so the whole place just became a mess like it was always going to be it's like a tinder box, right? And it was always going to be bad. Well, Nure Omar Mohamed, you're looking at his picture right there. He is reportedly somebody who was involved in all this. He was a colonel. He was a commander. He had status. And so you would have to think. Would you not that his name would have appeared in our intel reporting? Like, you know, we, we, maybe it's not in public record, okay? But I would think in intelligence documents, they would come across him now. And then if that's his real name, I would think our CIA would have had some kind of personal relationship with him. Again, if in fact, he was a colonel as it has been reported. And if this is his real name, but maybe it's not even his real name. I mean, this is like super duper cover, right? He's nurse Said Elmi. And then comes in as Omar. Or maybe he is nurse Said Elmi. And we should be able to figure this out pretty darn quickly. You know, just go back and look at the files. And there's a few different levels, shall I say of, you know, how do we know who he was? Again, in a near post doing some good deep dive into the accusations over the military past. And who he may have been from a military perspective, you're looking at a picture of her there. I thought that is that the first husband way over there next to Nancy? I don't know. I think that's her daughter as well nearby. There are some deleted tweets that suggest yes, he's her father and she calls him nurse Said. So let's talk about what kind of relationship would we have had? Would our government have had? And we don't necessarily know this, but I would just have to assume if we're doing our job over there, we would know a little bit about him. We'd recognize him. We'd know his name. There would be reports that would be done on Somalia's army and we would have to know who was sort of in charge. And he, you know, there's been published accounts that say there was a lot of resettlement going on. And so they did a ton of interviews. They did background checks. So wouldn't we have done a background check before we checked him out of Kenya and brought him over here to Arlington, Virginia? Or did we wink wink nod nod say hey, come on over because maybe there was some kind of arrangement. I don't know. I, you know, I'm kind of just going with this. And I don't, what do I think is true? I think it may have been as simple as the guy just exploited an opportunity allegedly to take this Omar name. But so long as we're going down the rabbit hole, okay, together in fun. Let's go down the rabbit hole and would the CIA have recruited him possibly as an asset. Again, mid 1990s, he gets a citizenship in the year 2000 here in the US. What was going on in the year 2000? We were actually very worried about Afghan and Somali warlords kind of teaming up and sort of the presence, you know, of terror operations in that region. And we were worried about it because we, you know, and I remember being a student actually in the late 90s at Columbia University. And I was taking a class in international relations and learning all about al-Qaeda. And we did some studying on Somalia, et cetera. So this was all intertwined, okay? The point just being we knew that these threats were out there. So would we have possibly seen him as a potential asset? Because he knew the lay of the land and he spoke the language. And could we have possibly made some special arrangement for his family? Possibly, possibly. But I don't think that's ever going to get revealed if we did. Because my hunch would be if we were like, "Wink, wink, nod, nod, you're going to do some work for us for a little bit." And we're going to allow you to bring in some of your family members. One question I have is, well, why didn't the whole kitten come in? Like, why wasn't able to bring all the kids? She says she's one of seven. We're the rest of them. We know that the brother alleged brother that she married on men number two and went by Said Elmi was living in the UK with some family members. It also had that name that are also alleged to have been. And you look at their social media posts. It certainly seems like they were related to her. So why would our intelligence officials say you can only bring a couple if that's in fact what happened? So that's one question I have. And then if we are recruiting him as some kind of special asset, here's the thing. She might just get burned. Like, he's gone. And you think the CIA is going to come forward and say, hey, we brought him here and she's, you know, she's legit because we gave him this name change. I don't think that's going to happen. I really don't. And I find it fascinating. Do I have that paper for you guys? Do you remember? We talked about how AJ Kern, she was the woman that was running against Ilhan Omar. And she back in 2023 got a letter from the government organization that actually tracks all of these citizenships. It's like the national citizen NC SIS or something. And in that letter, they've run all these checks for a guy under various names from Neural, Mar, Mohamed, to nurse Said Elmi, to all these different names. And they can't find him in the database anywhere. I mean, that's sort of wild to me as this it. Now, this is just the, this is the original warrant. Oh, wait, no, I got it. I got it. Okay. So here is the letter. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services says they have no record of anybody named Neural, Mar, Mohamed or nurse Said Elmi, Mohamed. And they did variations on those names. And they're coming up empty handed. Well, who would have the ability to do that? I mean, could we have just lost it? I guess we could have just lost the record. Sorry. Or could they have expunged the record? And was this some of the paperwork that they were looking for in Ilhan Omar's house in that raid? Possibly. I'm just, I'm just floating it out there. Just, just want to bring your attention to every possible. I mean, these are the things that frankly, probably our government is considering. Although, you know, they do work together. And so in this case, you would think that somebody at CIA might call up state and say, hey, you know, stand down on this one if they were somehow involved. Okay. And that's a big giant if I don't necessarily think that's where it's heading. But I throw it out there because I find it extremely peculiar that the US Citizenship and Immigration Services letter is somehow coming back and saying this guy doesn't exist. Well, how does he not exist? You heard me a couple of weeks ago. When this first came out, I'm like, how does he, I'm sitting here going? Then that, that makes no sense because then how would he have gotten a passport? How would she have gotten a passport? There's got to be some record of him somewhere, but apparently not under these names. So, I look at all your comments, by the way. And I take them to heart. So if you have a viewpoint on this, include it. Some of you guys are convinced that somehow we were involved in getting him here. It's partly why I've been pursuing this. But I still think, here's the thing, it doesn't even necessarily matter. I mean, it's interesting if that were in fact what happened, but it doesn't matter because if she had one name and if her dad had one name and unless somebody in the head of the CIA's willing to come out and say, hey, he's our guy. And I don't think that's going to happen. I think that she's kind of up a creek without a paddle in a very big way. Now, you
You can't sit there and tell me this is just paperwork paperwork paperwork that's what Hassan Pikers trying to get you to think oh it's no big deal it's just you know a name change on some paperwork that's not how it works here buddy in the United States of America. At most it's a paperwork violation that's all this is I don't believe the accusations of the government even if it was real even if the accusations were real although I don't believe they are. At best it's a it's an additional form of paperwork that you would have to file and fix the entire process altogether. No no because you see if he was a warlord who participated in the genocide and the devastation of the bar regime we shouldn't be offering him citizenship. If our intelligence apparatus is trying to do him a favor I don't think they're going to come out and say that right now. The Omar family and we'll have Scott on next week and maybe he can help us chase us down because the Omar family where he gets the name has not been found okay so he comes to Arlington, Virginia allegedly with Ilhan Omar and whoever else the mother by the way had died. A few you guys I noticed were asking about that last night so the mother had died and they come to Arlington, Virginia and they spend two years there before moving out to Minneapolis. Her first night I believe was in New York City so she was in New York City then to just one night and then they moved her to Arlington, Virginia she spent two years and then she moves on to Minneapolis. So if he came in and somebody knew somebody and this is usually how they might have arranged for something to make it a little bit easier and everybody at that time was coming in, hordes and hordes and hordes of people and saying well I'm a relative of so and so and if you look at you can go to the archives in the state department and I showed you this last week the archives show you that they found 80% of the people coming in from primarily Somalia, Liberia and I think it was also Ethiopia at that time 80% of them when they did a random DNA check sampling you had to agree to it a lot of people wouldn't agree to it so it could have been even worse for all we know but anyway 80% of them did not actually have any kind of DNA relation to the people that were quote unquote sponsoring them. So what do I think you did I think you probably paid someone you probably paid someone for this sponsorship and then they became the omars and yet the rest of the family stayed nurse Said Elmi allegedly. So this is like wild just really really I mean this unbelievable story and we haven't even gotten to the money okay so remember Noor, Sohra Noor the sister that's the only sister she actually acknowledges publicly she put out a Facebook post a few years back I love my father besides being an awesome dad it turns out he's also a great political strategist and fundraiser and everyone knows to never ever mess with any of his children especially his daughters and there's a picture of them. So it looks like that was the father and he goes by nurse Said. So I'm really I'm troubled I don't I don't think you can say oh gosh it was a typo on a bunch of forms I think that this is probably and what they will allege I'm giving you sort of my my thoughts on it but I want to I want to make sure you also know that and you probably do she says this is false this is absolutely not true this is targeting her PR team puts out you know a lot of statements about this about how the Trump administration is trying to target her and trying to take her down and she has told us repeatedly at at Najam it's interesting that Mark Louis Mullin by the way went on Charlie Kirk's old show right Charlie Kirk who she had no use for and didn't want to honor after his death to announce that in fact they were looking at a rico case and that those charges could still be brought because of that rico case so she's in a lot of trouble now again she maintains her innocence she says this is all focus focus nonsense it's all politics I'm paraphrasing but that is her side of the story the thing is the father's documentation is going to come back to Hunter and as we talked about yesterday they are looking for whether or not she applied for additional passport applications continuing to do so under what is believed to be a false name so Ilhan has got some trouble ahead I think again if this guy's citizenship was illegal or you know came under fraudulent citizenship claims then I'm sorry he's illegal okay mystery solved I mean not fully not totally because we're still how did this all happen and why is it that there's no record of him in the database but I'm just saying you know maybe he bought some papers my opinion he might have gone out and just bought some papers and committed plain old immigration fraud his own daughter according to the New York Times report according to officials that were part of Obama's DOJ his own daughter was willing to commit immigration fraud with her alleged brother okay so he hides his name they don't know who the heck he is our intelligence officials maybe they're looking through things and like it would have tripped the wires if he had used his real name but he's using Omar and they don't know who Omar is so I'm going to tell you guys this does not look good for her I think Ilhan is in a lot of trouble right now I think Barack Obama was pretty foolish to try and get out in front of this thing politically because that's going to come back to haunt him and I think that what the Trump administration is going to have to do is just put this out there in a way that's irrefutable she broke the law that's what they're going to have to tell you and because her father may have broken the law and then she went back and tried to keep getting that passport renewed and renewed and renewed she broke the law and by the way then she's done the question is when they say Rico how many more other people are involved because they're talking about a very very big case it is absolutely fascinating it's big you know the the hubby I should point out never actually hubby number two never actually became an American citizen so this is a report that just came out in the New York Post last night and they were discussing the lifestyle of the alleged brother who was living with Ilhan Omar and with her husband number one although he he and she actually never married until years later it's crazy right so she's got a hubby a man number one that she marries in this Islamic religious ceremony but clearly doesn't like respect our laws at all which is sort of asinine and stupid of her because from a property perspective alone right if you're going to be married to someone you might as well be married but she's quote unquote you know living with this guy who's hubby number one and then waits to get married to a med number two and does someone a Christian ceremony I mean it's really a giant FU don't you think I mean she's like who cares right like who cares I mean you didn't even have to have the Christian ceremony you could have just gone to city hall and done that right like you didn't have to do that but she did and so ask yourself why I think it's a giant FU so they're writing here's the headline they had an exclusive report on how the husband who went by dirty dandy we've talked about that was out there and and living with them in their home in Minneapolis and apparently the husband was not too happy the actual obsidian the husband of Ilhan Omar at the time the first Ahmed was like not pleased because that was not I guess very keeping with his culture so Ilhan Omar's Muslim husband discussed it by dirty dandy brother she allegedly wed coming to live with them and so they're talking to sources so it's wild I mean I told you the other day he had come right out and said that he was a gay man I mean he's doing his like research on queer violence in Kenya so he's already come out but he went to Minneapolis as her husband lived with her and the first Ahmed and was apparently very very very out so Ilhan Omar's first husband was quote embarrassed when her a feminine brother quote unquote because you know alleged we have to keep going with that the son Piker suing Scott Jennings so you know we we're going to keep saying the words appropriately I guess but came to live with them in Minnesota a family friend told the post the congresswoman democrat miss minnesota had two young children with Ahmed number one when she suddenly split from him in 2009 and then she quickly married a quote extremely feminine Somali guy from London a guy named Ahmed nurse Said Elmi oh that name again fond of wearing short shorts with cowboy boots so she was able to do this they write as she She had only been wed to amen.
in a 2002 Islamic ceremony which was not recognized by the state. So she was still single and fancy free. The source tells them he was very sociable and he had his finger on the pulse of everything that was happening. Ahmed was known by his nickname Southside. He's a good man. He had friends all over town they say, but the source also claimed to have known us to change in Mr. Hersey. Ahmed number one when Elmi moved into their home in Minneapolis. Quote all of the Somalis in Minneapolis were gossiping and trying to figure out who this guy was and then everyone realized it was nurse Said Elmi's son. And Ilhan's brother everyone was shocked. We talked the other day about how another one of her alleged family members the guy who actually is in jail right now because he was a campaign worker that made off with millions on feeding our future and some of the reporting on power line has suggested they may be more than just friends or he may have been more than just a campaign worker. He may have been in one allegation of brother and in another allegation a close family relative cousin etc. But anyway he's also got the last name Said for what is worth. So that guy had gone all around town and told the entire Somali community you can't speak out you just can't speak out and if you do he was like the muscle we're gonna come for you and we're not gonna just come for you here we're gonna possibly come for your family back in Somalian so the whole of Minneapolis was very nervous to speak about this but maybe things are calming down because again the New York Post was able to speak to this post. So this this source is telling the New York Post about all the allegations which have dug Miss Omar for many many years about the brother. You're looking at a picture of the first Ahmed so that that's the husband. He's the first husband whom she left to go marry Timmy Mineh. Alright we haven't even gone there. This is unbelievable story. I just have to say I mean somebody is gonna have to make a movie out of this at some point right. So Ahmed number one didn't like this guy according to the source quote he explained that she had married him legally to get oh this is what Ahmed number two was telling people in the community she had married him in order to legally get him papers and that he was only Islamically I guess this is the first husband forgive me. So many on meds okay we're gonna we're gonna keep our meds straight. Ahmed number one is telling the community she's just helping on med number two to get his papers. That's all it's about Islamically I am married to her so don't worry about this other guy but still he wasn't too pleased and he was worried about whether or not this guy was gonna have some kind of influence over their kids you're looking at a picture of him. Wow alright so again Ilhan says none of this is true none of it none of it none of it is true and she went out and hired the auto pen attorney and another anti-Trump lawyer to help prove that none of it is true. It's gonna be hard though it's gonna be hard again because we're just gonna go back to the paperwork and whatever she had there in her home again this is the second I met who has now come out as gay you don't have to take my word for it he's published a paper on it and he's very happy about being a gay man reporting on queer violence in Kenya in fact he even says it here let me make sure I can find it quote as a gay man of the East African clan effectively my my field work was never neutral so as a gay man he says you know so that's what the community was talking about why is Ilhan marrying somebody who seems to be gay and the source said that I met number one the husband was going around telling everybody no she's Islamically married to me she's just helping this guy out for the papers and then everybody put the dots together connected the dots together and said oh this is nurse Said Elmi's son therefore her brother and so that's why the Smollie blog spot put it first out and then as she explains some conservative crazy right-wing conservatives you know Scott Johnson you met him the other day very normal great guy he's actually the one that did the whole Dan rather gate he exposed that too so he's he's a lawyer by background and he just started poking around and there was some kind of interesting things there to see and she's never refuted it except sort of weirdly to Chris Hayes I want to play this sound by again it's like we keep learning all this information guys and as we learn more information and then we go back and we look at what she said in the past or what anybody said in the past it's like the bells just keep going off and it becomes more and more interesting so here she is being asked about whether he was related to her and by the way Chris Hayes from MSNBC aka aka Rachel Maddo he gets a few digs in there for Trump along the way let's watch it my knowledge that was the big gotcha right in terms of what you're talking about promising like we're gonna nail her on the marriage yeah that was the source of the immigration fraud that no longer seems to be the issue that they are putatively investigating right they've now moved on to whatever your representations your father made in his naturalization process about you yeah is that you understand but it's also very convenient because my dad is no longer alive that doesn't matter Ilhan it doesn't matter because if they find out his name is not Omar it doesn't matter if he's alive or not so it's a it's another thing they can crack on forever right because there's no because the person who signed the paperwork and did it all is no no longer here to answer the child right even though they have the papers that he signed right and and that's interesting she says they have the papers that he signed how would they have the papers that he signed didn't we just discuss the whole point about them not being able to find any of the papers AJ Kerns making that request and the government saying oopsy Daisy they're all gone why is she saying that they have the papers that he signed like the people who knocked on my door searching for papers literally have his papers they they are the ones who processed us to come to the United States right and they have all right right let me ask about okay that puts me back at the CIA okay right why is she why is she saying they have it hmm in other words does she know that they took another name for a reason that that's peculiar I'm gonna I'm gonna look at what you guys are saying here too because she's saying they have the papers now the database says and this is just publicly available information said they you know maybe maybe maybe they do have the papers and maybe the papers say in fact his name is nurse Said on me that's his name and so they don't have any papers saying that he's Omar so they're looking around saying well what are the Omar papers you can't just make up a name you can't that would be immigration fraud if you and especially if you've glommed on to somebody else's name somebody some other family the Omar's they had a few tickets left you know on the on the roster they could bring in that's again how most people came in during the 1990s from Somalia it was because they had this P3 program run by the State Department and you could just bring in all your relatives I mean within reason right a certain amount so maybe he was able to buy some spots for them but what is she talking about they have the papers because they're clearly looking for something right and they're looking for passport documentations from the State Department they're looking for all her past records so I'm finding this extremely peculiar now why is this such an issue right now maybe in part because you know she's kind of gotten out over skis if you would and she's made such a big deal of Donald Trump etc but also it's an issue I'm just looking at my elements out of the corner of my eye because she has been one to really aggressively not just go after Trump but defend the Minneapolis fraudsters right that was her program feeding our future was her program which is why the president keeps saying stuff like this how come you want to work doesn't have a gap order like you think oh I love that question I love that question she should have but look what she did is her whole life is a scam her whole life is a total scam so he's saying she's a total scam I mean certainly is a big giant character flaw if you're willing to marry your brother to just get him the paperwork to come on over here okay and why would you do that if you were pursuing a career in politics and by the way why would you pursue a career in politics knowing that you allegedly marry your brother right like you know he's probably not a good idea so maybe she's just really dumb on top of it all here is the letter from the house you know the big story in bright part this week they issued this letter they're demanding that this all be dropped because it's so wrong it's just you know poor little Ilhan poor little Ilhan a pre-Don raid how dare you
She came here from Somalia when she was eight or she fled, I guess, Somalia when she was eight because she spent a few years over in Kenya and then she came here and so how dare you, how dare you, and I don't think that this letter actually gets into the brother thing. I don't actually think it gets into the brother thing nor does it get into the name thing, which is kind of interesting, too. Maybe because they know, do they know, and so just like Barack Obama kind of got stuck on this, this was her age. I think the age is common gone, it doesn't even matter now. We don't even need to worry about the age, what she needs to worry about is what is her name, what was the name of the father, and did she commit immigration fraud later on down the road with the brother? These are the things that are sticking out, but the reason this is such a big story right now is not just because she is who she is and has been such a vocal member of the squad, but because of what happened with Somalian fraud. Seventeen, I've heard estimates as high as 30, billion dollars gone, which is why the president keeps getting out there and saying some rather sorted things about Ilhan Omar and of course Somalia. Armies of migrants from terror infested countries like Libya, Yemen, Haiti, Somalia. Remember what I call them? Those countries. Remember the heat I took? Remember the heat I took from the Democrats? I remember those sleazy guys they came to the office, sir, we'd like to talk about very confidentially, we will not ever mention anything about it, these are very confidential. So they talked about Somalia, bringing people in from Somalia, bringing people in from all these terrible places, Somalia. You know, 98% of the people that we have here now in Somalia don't work. We then don't really have to work because they steal so much. They all have them Mercedes brands. Can you believe low IQ and they live better than you do? That's I don't know what's going on. Maybe they're not as, maybe they're not as low as we think, but think of it 98% and others also. But the Democrats, they had the meeting, I had 10 senators and their Democrats, and I said why do we always have to take people from shithouse countries? Why can't we take people from like, well, Norway, Sweden, why not Denmark? Oh my goodness. Denmark, you got included, wow. And yeah, this is after he gave you a real hard time about Greenland, but apparently you're on the good side of things now. You're on the good side because it's like you sort of gave a scream that will not entirely, but you know what I mean? Anyway, I digress. He does not like Somalia or Ilhan Omar right now. And so all of this is kind of come into a head in part because of the concerns about all this fraud and the involvement that we have seen overwhelming involvement from the Somalian community there in Minnesota as well as Ohio. We talked yesterday about all that money coming out of Minneapolis, like staggering amounts of money, $700 million in two years. That is incredible guys. Cash. Cash. That was declared in suitcases. And it was just a few guys running the money like they didn't have that many people. So like, this was like their job. They were money runners. And they were running all this money back to Somalia as well as other parts of the Middle East. And so this kind of, you know, the TSA is looking at this stuff and go, whoa, whoa, whoa. So there's a reporter from Daily Wire. And I'm not kidding. I do read all of your comments. And we can thank peace in my mind for this one because you said, hey, remember that sound bite of from June of 2026 of Brandon Gill talking in these hearings with there was a Daily Wire reporter Luke, who's excellent reporter has done a lot of work on this as well as this woman, Senator Antonio. And she's a state senator from Minnesota. And so if you're wondering about like why there's this buys about, let's not talk about this because it's racist. It's that. She kind of captures that. And Brandon is terrific with her as he usually is. But let's start first. Let me go to Luke and Brandon talking about what really unfolded in the staggering amounts money. Not just coming from Minnesota in Minneapolis, but also from Ohio, where you also have a very large population that was settled there in the Ohio area. Here we go. Previously this year on on Medicaid fraud in Minnesota, there seemed to be a lot of similarities here. Can you tell us in your investigation, have you found any connections between Ohio Medicaid fraud and the Somali fraud that we saw in Minnesota? Yeah, it's the same people. They all have relatives in both places and they move back and forth. First of all, I think there was $130 million in cash that transferred from the Columbus airport to the Minnesota airport and then to Somalia. And so they're moving basically, brief cases of cash. And there's one guy that had basically, he wrapped up $30,000 in tax debts in Columbus running this daycare center and not paying his taxes. So then he started a home health care company in Minnesota, built $35,000 in one month and then dissolved the company. So I just want to be clear, your testimony is that there is a large interstate criminal enterprise of Somali fraudsters that are defrauding the federal government in multiple states of built potentially billions of dollars. Is that your testimony? Correct. So Luke has done a lot of reporting basically, connecting the dots in the Somali community, all of this money. And don't forget, Ilhan's name keeps coming up. Now, we're not accusing her of anything, but we do find it somewhat peculiar. When I say we, I mean me, but collectively, all of us together, right? I'm sure you find it rather peculiar too because you've got like fraudster after fraudster that somehow was involved in feeding our future. And that was her program. That was her baby. She was a nutritionist by background. Another little tidbit I got from one of you guys who said, hey, Trish, look into her background. What she was doing beforehand. And so she had a whole background in nutrition, which was, you know, interesting. It's neither here nor there. But she basically came up with this idea for feeding our future, which in theory would be a good idea if the money actually went to feed people. But instead, it went to the fraudsters and American taxpayers were built out of a whole lot of money as a result of it. Let me show you here. This is just some video that I found today of the Safari restaurant. Do you see this guy? This is a Safari restaurant. The guy who's holding up the sign there that the camera's zooming in on. He's actually facing a lot of jail time. He's in jail. It is my understanding right now. And they have not actually settled on a sentence. Interesting, right? So he's been convicted. This is the Safari restaurant and also another Saeed. These names keep overlapping. So he had the Safari restaurant and he apparently made off of something like 5 million bucks as a result of all this. So the Brandon Gill, the hearing, he keeps asking these people. He gets the story from Luke and then he goes to this woman. She's a state senator from Minnesota. He starts asking her questions and it was unbelievable. I remember this as it was going down in real time. Anyway, let's just take another look at this because it shows you what you're up against. There's like brainwashing. You're not allowed to talk about these things because if you talk about these things, somehow you're just trying to hurt some poor little Somali immigrant girl. So you can't go there. And that's why you ask, how has this been around for 10 years? How has everybody had all this information and nobody's done squat about it? I think that this sort of encapsulates why? Previously this year on Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. There seemed to be a lot of similarities here. Can you tell us in your investigation? Have you found any connections between Oh, let's go to San Antonio. As Somali immigration been good for Ohio. You know, that's really outside of my purview of your state senator. Would you like to see more information? As far as as far as as far as I'm processing your question and I'm I have to say that I I was almost brought to tears just now. 72% of the rate and the level of hateful rhetoric based on the law. I think it's been made to allow you together to be defrauded. I am shocked. I am shocked in the dollar. I think in out of pockets of working class people. I am going to criminal fraudsters because I certainly have every every community. I think there are good people and there are bad people. Regular order. I understand we're not supposed to say bad people. We're at a time this in Antonio. We're not talking about a criminal. It's shocking to me. I am shocked. I'm already at a time here.
Look at a smile, he's a great little smile at the end. You know what? That's like a duet. Honestly, that's like, you know, this is like Puccini had his finest hair, okay? That was like, that was good stuff, all right? She's going her way. He's going his way kind of, you know, talking, but he wasn't going to give her the floor in that case. Now, I mean, but that's what you're up against, okay? So I think that that's why we really didn't see this story go anywhere for so long. I mean, Obama had the goods, apparently, according to the New York Times, and Obama wasn't willing to go there. I mean, in fairness, yes, I think that they thought the statute of limitations was over, but if you did a little bit more digging, and if you just connected the dots, so you just add one and one and you get to, why does she have a different last name than her alleged brother? Wouldn't they have the same name? And then you dig a little bit further and you see the whole social media thing unwind. And it's pretty darn clear that they are allegedly related. And so then you have to ask the next question, well, where did Omar come from? And if you can't figure out where that came from, then you might actually have a situation where there's something fraudulent going on, right? And so again, I don't think this necessarily would have gotten as much time, one, if it weren't Donald Trump there, and two, if you didn't have the $17 billion that went missing and $250 million being from this feeding our future. And then all of these people with the last name, Said, I mean, maybe it's super common. I don't know. They're not nurse Said Elmys, but there's a lot of Said's that were somehow on the tangent there, you know, in the peripheral, including the guy who is named Guhad Hashid Said, and he was very proud of being on the campaign, and there are allegations about him being a family member too. He made off with like $4 million. So it's, it's kind of just, it blows me away. It really, really blows me away, but there's a lot of stuff blowing me away. I want her to submit to a DNA test, right? Then we could solve this pretty easily. I mean, once and for all, you know what else is blowing me away? Guys, DOJ is just issued 30 criminal subpoenas. 40 criminal subpoenas in Alaska, big, big story coming out of Alaska. Right now you get that incumbent, right? The Republican Senator Dan S Sullivan in a tight fight against the Democrat Mary Petola. And what did they do? It turns out, according to, again, got to hand it to the New York Times. I don't know what's going on over there, New York Times reporting this as well. The New York Times saying, yeah, you know, Mary Peltola, her campaign decided to go out and find another Dan S Sullivan. And now the allegations coming from the DOJ and coming from the state itself, because the governor has launched an investigation. They're saying that this was illegal. Let's go to a Fox report. They're kind of explaining some of this to, or maybe this is CNN. I don't know. I'm going to be surprised. Here we go. Kelly, congrats on the scoop. Walk us through what you found. Thank you. And what I found was that this was all part of a coordinated effort and to confirm you're watching. If you're listening, I like to make sure I let everybody know because some people listen to the podcast. Thank you for doing that on Spotify or on Apple. This is the New York Times reporter that discovered this news. He actually got his hands on the text messages and he's talking with CNN's Jake Tapper. Here we go. By Democrats dating back to last year, they wanted to stack the Senate ballot in Mary Peltola's favor with other candidates who could potentially draw votes from Senator Dan Sullivan, the Republican. So they began this audacious secretive plan that involved an operative on the ground in Alaska to try to recruit candidates onto the ballot, including this guy, Dan J. Sullivan. And you found that they were actually looking for Dan Sullivan's to put on the ballot. How much did Mary Peltola know about this? Was she directly involved and same question for Senator Chuck Schumer, the lead Senate Democrat? Yeah, my understanding is that Mary Peltola was aware of this effort that she wasn't directly involved in these activities, but she was kept aware by these are her top aides that were participating in this plan, as well as the top Democratic operatives at the national level, which do ultimately answer to Senator Chuck Schumer. As you said, his spokesperson said that he did not have any knowledge of these activities, but again, it was top Democrats who were participating this for close to a year. Ooh, ooh, ooh, okay. So again, you've got Mary Peltola, and she's the Democrat, and she's running against the sky. She's running against Dan Sullivan, Dan S. Sullivan. And according to the New York Times report of whom you just saw, they went out there and they deliberately tried to recruit another Dan Sullivan to get on the ballot. And so Senator Dan S. Sullivan, the incumbent, right, Republican, he's seeking reelection, so what do they do? He'll appear as Dan S. Sullivan. He's the Republican. They go out and get Daniel, who also goes by Dan J. Sullivan, Jr. And he goes by Dan J. Sullivan. He's a retired teacher out of Petersburg, Alaska. He's also running, and he's listed without a party affiliation. He actually switched from Republican to undeclared. Received only 2.5% of the vote in August and the primary. We're talking about this with Tim Scott, Senator Tim Scott the other day. He was giving us the rundown, and remember on all the races and his big concern is what's going to happen in Alaska because you get Dan S. Sullivan running against another Dan Sullivan. A Dan Sullivan that's only got 2.5% of the vote. And you compare that to this very tight race that could actually get really dicey. And so election officials in Alaska, they had tried to remove Dan J. Sullivan earlier this year arguing, hey, his candidacy is actually meant to confuse voters. It's meant to mislead voters. And you had state courts, including the Alaska Supreme Court in June rule that he must absolutely must stay on the ballot. So we're coming up on election day November 3rd. And this guy is going to still stay on the ballot. Meanwhile, now that the New York Times report has come out, there are allegations that this is actually like illegal activity. And so now we've got the DOJ issuing 30 subpoenas in a criminal investigation. Let me go to Mary Petola. She was out there on MSNBC saying how stupid this is. Why can't they just get over it? I mean, if she knew about this and she was saying this, it's pretty heinous stuff guys. I mean, they call it dirty politics for a reason. We don't have time for this kind of nonsense. This is really an inappropriate use of resources and time. There's so many Alaskans who are looking for solutions to our challenges, not piling on the challenges we already face. So, you know, this is such a sad, sad, desperate attempt to cling to power. Yeah, that message isn't going to age well. If we're learning, indeed, that there was an effort behind her campaign to actively deceive voters. I mean, come on, I mean, you really think that little of the populist? You think that little? Here's another, let me go to another Fox report on what went down. That he did not have any knowledge of these activities. But again, it was top Democrats who were participating this for close to a year. The time supports it obtained text messages showing the DSCC and Botolas campaign communicated for months about this project. To one text, a DSCC employee reportedly celebrated when the Alaska Supreme Court ruled the other Dan Sullivan was qualified to run. FEC records also show a propel to hold a Super PAC paid a firm co-owned by Mr. CURT's about $87,000 this fall, even as the organization insists. Never hired or paid CURT's, simple toll aids even became worried that CURT's efforts to find spoiler candidates would be discovered. The DSCC's director of campaigns reportedly texted, we will check in. Okay, so this is the New York Times story. In the summer of 2025, a staffer from Mary Petola, the Alaskan Democrat who was eyeing a run for Senate received unusual instructions from top campaign aides. Find as many people as you can names Dan Sullivan in Alaska. The staffer complied, combing through voter records. He writes to produce a list of Dan Sullivan's from across the state. This was no random request. Dan S. Sullivan is the name of the state's Republican Center and at the Petola Campaign or its allies, we're going to track down and persuade another Dan Sullivan to run for Senate. The confusion could cost the Senator crucial votes on the state's unusual 4% ballot. The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaskan Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan. Wow. So Todd Lynch, DOJ again, back for action, Antonio, the new sheriff in town, he's raising a fuss. 30 criminal subpoenas issued today. They are cheating. Right, let's just, let's call it what it is. They are cheating. They are trying to take votes away from the incumbent, not by running an election and not by running on issues, but by putting up a person with the same name so that confused Alaskans.
Now, all of a sudden, Democrats have a world of confidence in the voters. Right, they're like, "How dare you? How dare you take him off? Let's go to the real Dan Sullivan, all right? The Dan Sullivan that is the Republican running and hear his explanation and frustration and fury with this entire circus. All right? I was going to call it a "You Know What" show. It's that, too. It's really nuts. The candidate I'm running against had a scheme for over a year to try to trick Alaskans that shows total contempt for the people of the state of Alaska. Sean, think about it. They work together to try to trick Alaskans. There's even reports in that "New York Times" story where they were treating Alaskans like they're kind of stupid. That's Peltola and the Democrats. We're not stupid. We're smart. And we know we shouldn't be electing a corrupt senator who's been lying, or not senator, former Congresswoman, who's been lying to Alaskan people directly to their face for over a year. It's so bad. It's really, really bad. I mean, it's just such a dirty trick. Such a lousy thing to do. And then to sit there and act all high and mighty and say, "Oh, how could you, you know, that's such a waste of time, et cetera?" Well, the governor doesn't consider it a waste of time either. You've got the DOJ with the 30 criminal subpoenas. You've got the governor of Alaska coming out today, also announcing a probe into this mess. Together. And as a matter of fact, when we did our investigation in a late spring, early summer, the Dan Sullivan from Petersburg, Alaska is initial emails to the division of election, one of them put on the ballot is Daniel S. Sullivan. His middle initial is not S. That's the initial of our incumbent state, U.S. Senator. And so we knew that the intent was questionable then. We really, really believe is incredibly questionable and very questionable now. Well, where is this guy? Have you tracked this guy down? Well, we have folks that will be, again, following up on investigations and discussions with this individual and others. But initially, he did not want to talk with the earlier inquiries, he didn't want to do it under oath with the death of David. And so, again, all these things, he was asked to respond to this under oath and refused. Yes. We wanted him to give, we wanted him to answer questions, you know, through the death of David. And he refused to do that. He answered the questions, but it wasn't, it wasn't under oath's scenario. Uh-huh. So, Governor, a lot of people are wondering, you know, if this investigation uncovers anything, will there be anything criminal that the Daniel S. Daniel J. Sullivan or the Peltola campaign might be liable for? And I point to a Florida race back in 2020, it was the state senator's race, there was a guy named Jose Rodriguez, who was the incumbent senator. Apparently a Republican operative recruited somebody, and Court documents paid $45,000 for this person to enter the race to try to muddy up the waters. Both of them, apparently, were convicted of campaign violations, voter fraud. Do you think there could be potentially any criminality here? I mean, what do we know about Daniel J. Sullivan? What do we know about his campaign? Who's funding it? Is he being paid? Any money? By anybody? Do we know? Any of that? Well, and that's for the investigation, I think, is incredibly important. We have to answer those questions. We have to make sure that the investigation is done according to law with integrity, which we will do. But again, we saw the tip of the iceberg back in May and June, and now we're seeing more of the iceberg, as they would say. So we're not, we're not going to be surprised where this will lead us, but an investigation has to happen. And quite frankly, the individual should not be on the ballot, they simply should not be on the ballot. And it's unfortunate that right now he is, we're hoping that this investigation leads to answering a whole bunch of questions. And then we'll see what happens after that. And what the impact was on this particular election. But quite frankly, this is a, this is a sad day, sad moment, sad time for Alaska. But again, it's the warning to the rest of the country. We've got to be very careful going into the future, especially with AI. Yeah, I mean, it's, it is a sad day, it's just unbelievable, but we'll learn more, we'll learn more. And I have a feeling there are text messages and there are course fondance, and they're going to figure out exactly who was involved. I want to turn to the markets, um, good news on the economy today. Bad day for Wall Street today, but good news on the economy had their quarter GDP coming in. That's like the measurement overall measurement of the economy up 3.4%. I mean, that's pretty good, guys, really, really good. It's up from 2.2% in the second quarter. So we're on the right trajectory, right? It's ahead of forecast. So that's very, very good news. It comes in on the heels of Tuesday's consumer confidence jump, which was kind of nice. We jumped up to 91.7 after having been around 84.2. I mean, hey, I'll take it, right? That's the first increase in consumer confidence in about four months, way, way, way ahead of expectations. And yet stocks fell. You had the Dow close and down today, um, a quarter of a percent, S&P finished down a little bit, about three tenths of percent, but the NASDAQ, that was the one that actually really took the hit down 1.4%. And does it continue tomorrow? That is one of the questions part of it's because of alphabet, which is Google's parent company reporting after the close on Wednesday, and it had revenue missing, missing just sort of expectations earnings of $2.12 a share against $3.2 consensus. So that was not so hot for that company, you had an income down, um, falling 25% and the company burning through a lot of money in free cash flow because you get AI spending, right? AI spending really surging for the quarter. I mean, everybody's spending more. And so the stock took a hit down about 12%, wiping out roughly $500 billion in market cap, right? Market value in a single day. So one of the biggest one-day losses ever for that company tech could get possibly hit again tomorrow. In fact, I was speaking with some sources about it before I came to air today because investors are concerned about Amazon. Watch that stock carefully tomorrow. Amazon also missed today after the close earnings of $1.89, $1.97 was actually expected. So bright spot though, AWS, AWS, it's all about the servers, baby, up 39% coming in at $46 billion. Fourth quarter profit guide came in soft stock fell about 11% after hours. We'll see what happens in Friday's session. Again, if you're interested in investing, and I really hope you are, go check out my news letter, 76research.com, again, 76research.com, we have some great portfolios over their model portfolio. So go check that out at your leisure, maybe going into the weekend, but I can't say enough good stuff about making sure you do get investing soon. I'm okay with this, right? I'm okay with this. I still feel very, very strong in this, you know, about this economy. I think we've got a lot of good stuff going on. And sure, it's going to get choppy here and there, but that's sometimes your opportunity, right? We'll see what happens. Thank you for being here today. Oh my gosh, peace of my mind. What do you know? 2000 plus likes, peace of my mind, rights and peace of my mind. Did you notice I found the sound bite? Thank you for sending that one to me. So I appreciate the teamwork if you guys would. And there's big mystery going on, a big mystery, all right? And I want us to solve it collectively together. So let's see what we can figure out. Thank you for being here. I'll see you back on the show live tomorrow.

FAQs
Yes, during the Obama administration, the FBI and Department of Homeland Security investigated the marriage in 2016. Officials reported finding evidence suggesting the man was Ilhan Omar’s sibling, though prosecutors did not pursue criminal charges due to statute of limitations and other factors.
The New York Times reported that current and former law enforcement officials said the investigation found evidence that Ilhan Omar entered into a sham marriage with a man suspected to be her brother. The article noted that the FBI found evidence of sibling relationship, though no criminal charges were filed.
The investigation stalled because prosecutors concluded the potential crime fell outside the five-year statute of limitations. Additionally, officials noted limited investigative tools and the complexity of proving fraud.
Multiple sources, including the New York Times and New York Post, report that officials found evidence suggesting the man she married was her brother. This includes claims that his name was Elmi, and he was related to Ilhan by blood, though the relationship has not been officially confirmed.
The name discrepancy—Ilhan Omar vs. Ahmed Elmi—raises questions about potential identity fraud. Critics argue this inconsistency, combined with the sibling allegation, suggests possible false documentation or immigration fraud.
USCIS stated they have no record of anyone named 'Nurse Said Elmi,' 'Mohamed,' or 'Neural,' suggesting the individual may not have been properly documented or that records may have been lost or expunged.
