The provided transcription combines several commercial advertisements with a segment from a podcast called "Real Go Stories Online." The ads promote services like Auto Trader for online car buying, the cargo space of the Kia Sportage, Ernds for flexible payment plans on home goods, and The RealReal for luxury resale. The core content is a podcast story where a supermarket employee named Julie describes a paranormal incident at work. He witnessed a box of oatmeal inexplicably fly across the storage room. Skeptical at first, he and his manager reviewed security footage which confirmed the event, showing the box moving through the air. This footage shocked other staff members, leading two to quit their jobs, with some attributing the event to supernatural forces. The story is punctuated by lighthearted host banter attempting oatmeal-related jokes. The segment concludes with a call for listeners to subscribe to an ad-free version of the podcast.

Kathy, don't you like my attempt at humor? That was so good. Thank you. Oh my God, playing off the shelf. Yeah. So why did the oatmeal fly off the shelf? Here's another one. Right. No, you're supposed to say why did the oatmeal fall off the shelf? The flu. I'm going to set this whole joke up again. Okay, obviously. It's not working. Kathy, why did the oatmeal fly off the shelf? Carol, I don't know. Why? Hey, to get to the other side. Or you could also use. Because it's the other shelf. This place was on it. Hey, Kathy. Okay, we could do that one. No, listen to the story though. It is about oatmeal flying off the shelf. Here you go. Here we go. How's it going guys? My name is Julie and I just came here to tell you guys. You know, a story that's actually been going on quite lately here at my workplace. It's been going on for a long time now, but now that I'm starting to see it, I'm a little freaked out. I don't know if you guys can hear because she is actually checking all the items out to the customers and whatnot. That's because I work in a supermarket here in my town. And we've had some pretty, pretty strange things happen in the supermarket. And when I say strange, I mean, extremely, extremely strange things. So the story that, you know, the story that I actually had to live in. So especially something pretty, you know, when I first saw it, I could not believe it. It was just crazy. And I went home, I told them right about it and she could not believe me until we checked the cameras. And then because I asked managers if they could check the cameras the day after, where if it was just me going insane and I had to go to, you know, like maybe like a clinic or something to check my eyes or something. But whatever it is that I saw was actually recorded in the cameras. And when the crew members of this supermarket saw what I had seen, I'm telling you, at least two people quit their jobs. And they were saying it was the devil that was doing it here. So it's a sure story, but I'm going to go ahead and share with you guys. Here in the supermarket, this is like a huge supermarket. And when I say you, I mean, it's like kind of like Walmart, but it's a different brand. You can compare it to Costco or one. I'm not too sure if I can share the details exactly what supermarket it is. Because, you know, just I don't really know if that's allowed. But anyways, I just want to, I just want to tell you how to store. I have, I'm in the grocery department, which pretty much means that I have to, you know, make sure that all the, you know, items are stacked properly. Everything is up to date or things like those. So I'm constantly having to go to the back, getting the merchandise and coming back here to, you know, just put the items in the shelves and whatnot. And one time I had went to the back, but I don't know how exactly it has happened. I go into the back right when I opened the back door. The first thing is it's like an oatmeal box literally fly off one side of the room to the other side. And just it just flew off literally from the table was because we get the merchandise and they put it on these like, you know, on the regular. Pattles or crates that they come in and that oatmeal box, it was kind of one of those, you know, oatmeal box, not the big, you know, cylinder looking. In case you know they do know one of those boxes, it's not that heavy, but it's not something that when can easily just move around like it's nothing. Now that's not possible. The door was open. So for a second, I maybe I just thought, okay, maybe what happened was, you know, the wind, but then, you know, I check another, you know, oatmeal that waits about the same. I was like, there's no way when can move it. So when that happened and, you know, the next day that I came to work, I didn't want to tell anybody because I thought, you know, the first thing that they would tell me is like, oh man, you're crazy or something like that. I didn't want to tell anybody so I went home, I told my wife and she told me, I mean, I just need to see it in order to be because that's something that, you know, doesn't happen often or doesn't happen to any didn't happen to anybody. I know throughout my whole life and honestly, it hasn't happened to anyone. I know throughout my whole life. So I would probably somebody tells me that I would probably not believe them to that day. So we get back here. We're sharing the, I'm sharing the details of what the manager of the story. She says, man, you have to be the biggest liar in life or you just have to, you know, you just have to be in the right and what it took us like kind of paranormal experience. And I tell him, well, I'm telling you now I caught up to Aaron almost here is the these eyes and you might want to check the cameras in the back to see if what I saw is actually, you know, some paranormal says, you want to know what you said down with me. We checked them and went through the cameras, which is actually not allowed is something, you know, with the customers happen, but he was just so intrigued about it. He just wanted to see if it was true. We checked the cameras and he sees that box of open just flying around and this guy goes and he's telling me, oh my god, you know, how does that happen? And then he kind of bring all the people in the second floor where, you know, the whole, the whole, you know, staff that doesn't really work out here and the, and the eyes are and he's like, you don't try to touch it. So looking with the other guy, I saw yesterday, look at what I thought he was not, but look at it. And people are just saying that two people started crying. They started like, you know, you know, praying to the Lord or something for like help or thinking it's like the devil playing, you know, Tricks and whatnot. Say more tonight.
And up to this day, we do not have any sort of, you know, explanation of what had happened that night. By the way, that was around like maybe like, in the event that night, it was around in the event we were, you know, getting around the stores now closed, but around 10, we closed at 12, so around 10. We start putting the merchandise that needs to, you know, be in the car responding, you know, places. And it was insane. It was just crazy how that happened. Like I said, two people quit their jobs because they said they just couldn't be here. It could be the good excuse as well to leave your workplace, but I mean, people who really need, you know, the money and, you know, have responsibilities and everything, they really quit the job because of the other, they just, you know, believes in saying that maybe there was something, you know, like really strong force. And then the owner, the owner, three days later, the owner happens to be here and then the manager kind of shares the story, but doesn't show him the video. You know, I don't even have to see the video in order to believe you because here in, in this supermarket, it's, you know, ever since I've owned this even the lot and, you know, the whole franchise itself, since I wanted to start the franchise, the workers that used to do the construction and the model in here to turn into a supermarket and all the customer, like the, the eyes and everything. They would have to stay here overnight and back then that the lights weren't fully installed. So there was only a few light and they said that they were here, you know, people screaming in the back. And then like running, they thought like it's as if someone was running towards them. So, you know, that's a pretty interesting story up to now, you know, I've always been a person who believes in all those things. But so did they have no explanation of what happened that time. So yeah, hope you guys, you know, enjoyed my story, my life story when it comes to those and everything. Super fan of the show, keep up the good work and let's hear some more stories. Isn't that crazy? Oh my gosh. Well, I think it's what I love is they got it on on the film. They got video. So everybody could see it. I love that the guy was like, he needed to see it because he's like, do I need to get my eyes checked? Am I going crazy? Yeah. Okay. So help me out, visualize this better. So there was a box of oatmeal on a shelf in the back or was it on a crate? I think it was like they're moving it. Yeah, that's what I think. Okay. And then they would take it out front and put it on the shelves, how you move it out to the front of the store. It was in the back of the store. Okay. So it just house part. It was loose, right? It wasn't like in a box or something. It was just sitting there. And it just catapult. And it sounds like it's kind of started flying across the room. And I think it was like suspended in the air. Oh. Okay. So go. That's a whole nother level there. Yeah. And so the guy's like, I'm losing it. Like I should not be seeing this. So then he thought that maybe the wind had picked it up. You know, there was a breeze, but then he picked up another box. It's like, it's, you know, oatmeal is pretty light, but it's not a feather. Yeah. You know, it's not a piece of paper that's going to just gonna hover. Yeah. And then they found it on video. Yeah. See, that's what I love about the story that it is, you know, backed up by the video and everybody seeing this video. And everyone that saw it realized that was impossible. And what I love about hearing stories like that from the actual people is that you can hear it in his voice. And then something happened to this guy. Yeah. He went home and told his wife about it immediately. He didn't even, he didn't think anybody at work was going to believe him. Yeah. But they had caught it on video. And then two people quit after they saw the video. Yeah. That's pretty bad when people are just going to quit, right? But then workers as they were remodeling the building. I'd be interested to know like any history of this building, like how old is this building? Is it just a big old warehouse? You can tell if they were remodeling it or building it. Yeah. We're doing construction. Yeah, that's true. It could have been that they were building it brand new. But I think it's, it was, it kind of made me laugh when he said, when the co-workers saw it and they were like, "Oh my God, is it the devil?" And I'm like, you know, if the devil was going to do anything, is it really a fine box of oatmeal? Yeah. I mean, that isn't what I would blame on the devil. Right. They'll. Paranormal? Absolutely. It could be. Yeah. You could have some. And there are times where things that fly are kind of dangerous, you know, that could hurt you. But this didn't seem like it was out there to hurt. But you did say when the people that were working, the construction workers, they heard screaming. And that's. And that's. In the owner of the building, he was like. He was like, "Yeah, I don't need to see it." I believe he. I don't even think he wanted to see it. He was like, "Now, I believe you. I don't have to see it." And they get that too because sometimes you see that stuff and then it really makes it real. It's like, "No, no, don't need it." Yeah. I thought it was a great story though. It's a good one. So now we've learned why did the oatmeal fly off the shelf? Because it was obviously paranormal. Yes, paranormal. Not the low prices. It wasn't the low prices. I was really proud of myself for that joke. It was good, it was good, Carol. Thanks. You did great on that. Yeah, but I'm glad you appreciate my paranormal sense of humor. It was good. I liked it.
