New Finding May Put Yet Another Security Man on Roof Near Sorenson - Ep 164

Alright guys, welcome in. Welcome in. Welcome in. We've got a lot to cover today. It's Friday. We don't always do a regular show on Friday. It happens from time to time. I was out Monday. The days kind of got switched around and then yesterday we ended up having to do a member show. So we didn't do the normal Thursday show, which historically has been one of our bigger shows each week. So we switched to the Friday show. So I hope everybody can make the adjustment. Guys, we've got some new footage to discuss. Yes, new footage. Well, it's old footage, but it's recently looked at with new eyes footage. Let me tell you that. And we've got a question. You guys remember when Charlie Kirk sent a text message to his security team, allegedly the night before he was taken out? You've got one job. You've got one job. You've only got one guy there to protect. His name is me. I am he. I am Charlie Kirk. Well, they failed miserably. They failed. I'm not laughing at the failure. I'm laughing at the fact that it's so easy to discuss. And you would think with such urgency, such, you know, angst in his text, they're trying to kill me. Make sure you got me. Make sure you got my back. I'm the only guy you're there to protect. You would think they would actually protect him, stay near him. But. But they didn't. What we found today is evidence, I believe, that shows at least one of his security guys just wandering around. And I'll show you where he wanders, who he wanders with, and where that guy was in the immediate aftermath. So this will be a little interesting. This is kind of adds a new wrinkle. And it's about somebody that we've been questioning. We don't really know who he is. We have a purported first name. And that's all we have. This is the one security guy who's basically a ghost. But we now have the. Ghost on camera and we're not Ghostbusters, guys, we're not ghost hunters. That's not what we do around here. We're also going to go over Tyler's trek. We have a bunch of timeline points put on a map. We've got a bunch of things they tell us he did, and we're going to kind of follow him around the state of Utah and get some kind of an idea of what his day looked like from the time he woke up and left. Really, I guess he would had to wake up before he left unless he rolled into the car, you know, bleary eyed, probably woke up a little bit before he left. But on the time he left, say, George, until he comes back or until the end of the night, really will give you sort of an idea of what was going on in the day, a day in the life of Tyler Robinson or who they tell us is Tyler Robinson on all these cameras. We're also going to clean up a little bit of the search warrant stuff I talked about the other night. Just do a quick cram through summary of it, because it took me about an hour to get through it all. And there were a lot of people that were confused by the end of it. I fielded a ton of questions on the search warrants. What do they mean? What did you hear? Let me just continue. Dense it. Let me just condense it into one segment. Hit the highlights. What I was trying to get out of each search warrant. Maybe I got a little too bogged down that day. I'll admit defeat. I'll admit defeat. When I'm wrong, I say I'm wrong. I don't know what happened. All of a sudden, like a week and a half ago, it just crapped out on me. It was fine. I changed nothing. I changed nothing. And all of a sudden, it just kind of crapped. So guys, buckle up. We're going to have some fun. I've got something for you here. We put out an APB today. An APB was put out on a guy named Christopher. I always liked the name Christopher because I was a fan of Winnie the Pooh as a child. And if you'll remember, the protagonist of Winnie the Pooh was a young man named Christopher Robin. So I've always been a big fan of the name Christopher. That's it. There's no point to that story. That's all I'm saying. But Candace posted this today on X. Did we ever get an ID on this guy? Christopher, just realizing he didn't drive Charlie to the hospital. No, Charlie was driven by a guy, I believe, named Justin Davis. We know who Justin Davis is. In fact, we know the first and last name of almost every member of the security team. One of the only ones who remains some sort of a ghost-like figure is this random guy named Christopher. Well, Alley Top Files put up a tweet today asking about Christopher. Here's why we think we know his name. It says Christopher's iPhone. He was driving when Charlie arrived. Initially, we have an image of him here getting out of the vessel. That's that second SUV there. The one without the roof rack. That's the one. I mean, the one with the roof rack. That's the one Charlie Kirk arrived in. It's also the one he unfortunately left in just a little bit later. There's a little closer up image of this purported Christopher. Notice he has long sleeve patterned plaid brown shirt. Seems like a hot day for such an event. But, you know, whatever. I'm not going to hold it against him. There's another image of him here. Looks like a tall, slender fellow. Not exactly the. He's not Gary Height. No, this is a tall man. This is a tall man. But this one, he has his sleeves rolled up. He's got the tattoo, ladies and gentlemen. If you look, he's got the tattoo. I don't know if that's the tattoo that Frank Turek. Not Frank Turek. That Brian Harpo. Mr. Harpo. I don't know if that's the tattoo that Mr. Harpo says that all his guys get. I don't even know if this guy worked for Mr. Harpo. But he, you know, I believe that's the same guy. I believe that's the same guy. Looks like the same guy. So, that's who we were looking for. We had an APB out on Christopher. Not Christopher Robin. Christopher. Well, it was in watching some footage that I received over the weekend that I found a guy who was doing a TikTok. Not over the weekend. Over the week. I guess it feels like a weekend, but it's not. It's a week. But I'm going to show you this footage because there was. This old footage is a goldmine. This old footage is an absolute goldmine. This guy is walking around on the day, AlexCobb99. He's walking around. I'm going to turn his volume off because we don't need to see it. But he's just sort of documenting his day, right? As he goes, he's out here and it's early. Then he's up here. Then he's around here. He's up on the Sorenson Center ledge. I'm just clicking around. Now he's up on the Hall of Flags. And I'm just going to let it roll for a minute here because you'll kind of get an idea of why I think this is interesting. So he's up on the Hall of Flags. Charlie Kirk is under the tent. You can kind of see him there if you've got good screen resolution. So now he's. Oh, this is not the highest quality version, but I'll show you a better version in just a second. Now he's up here. And look at that in the background. I don't know if you see this. See the guy here in the white with the mask on? People wear. People wearing masks in 2025 says something. Says something about their political positions. But anyway, so he's holding a mask. He's wearing a mask. Excuse me. He's got these sweatpants or something look like. And over his left shoulder, we find Nate Walker. That's Nate Walker. Again, this is not as high quality. I don't know why it didn't translate when I uploaded it, but this is not as high quality as the version I had originally. But that guy in the left, in the blue sweater, there, that is Nate Walker. If you press the gear, Google automatically, for some reason, makes it low. I think you could. Oh, it didn't give me another option. That's all I got. I'll try and get you one. All right. So this is, um, there was Nate Walker in the background there. Now he flips it around again. I promise you we have higher quality footage, but Nate Walker is directly over his head here and he was being led by a security guy. It looked like a security guy. In fact, it looked precisely like the guy that drove Charlie. It looked like Christopher, unknown Christopher, same shirt, long sleeves, brown plaid. He was there. And I thought, well, this is odd because we were able to track that time stamp down and it looked like based on everything going around, it was towards the end of the minute, 1220, like 1220 and like maybe 45 seconds or so. Keep in mind. Charlie Kirk would be taken down at 1223. So like three minutes before that, three minutes or so before that. Um, and it was, it was a little bizarre. We see him walking in the background. I thought, why is Nate Walker walking around up there at like 1221? We'll call it. Why is he walking around up there? And if he's walking around up there at that time, why does he have a security guy with him? We know from the, if, if the text message is to be believed, the one smoke boy quoted the other day. We know that Charlie Kirk was very concerned about his security. They actually doubled the size of their normal security force for this event. If you remember the Sean Ryan show with Brian hop hole, he said, they normally only traveled with six people, but for this event, they took 12 or 13. And if they took 12 or 13 people to this event, why? And cause obviously you think you need more people. Why is one of them wandering around in the crowd? He's just milling about. And Nate Walker's just milling about now. And I'm Nate Walker's not a train security guy. I think my five-year-old could tell you that. take him but it's an extra body it's a warm body and you know whatever so now we go to do we see these guys anywhere else well once I saw that video and I started thinking boy it sure looks like they're heading to the Sorenson Center you guys couldn't see because it was blurry Daisy's working on getting a higher quality version but you couldn't see but it looked like they were turning right to go towards the Sorenson Center so I thought I started racking my brain do I have any footage of the Sorenson Center on that day now I'm sure there's security footage of it I don't have access to that but what what what did life is driving catch you remember the life is driving video we that was my very first interview in the Charlie Kirk case was Adam Bartholomew from life is driving it was a disaster it was a disaster it was like it was like as bad as smoke boy debating Candace it was horrible he did a terrible job but I remember watching the life is driving video and remember that he caught a lot of the Sorenson Center ledge and so I went back to the footage went back to my sciences here I'm going to turn the sound off because I don't really care what they're saying I went back to the lead oh I missed it let me back him up just a second here so when he turns the camera I'll try to pause it as soon as he turns the camera because as soon as he turns the camera we get an image of Nate Walker boom right there now if you follow this guy's back pack strap and you go up to this black guy behind him and you go up behind his back that is I am confident Nate Walker there's a guy in a red shirt and to the right is a guy in a long baby blue sweater that's why I wore my baby blue baby blue sweater today boys and girls it's Nate Walker day here on the program I wore the baby blue so I would have a demonstration of what color his shirt was but there's a guy strangely enough in a maroon t-shirt and a hat and stop me if you've heard this one before but that's Nate Walker up there and you start doing a little math and if Charlie Kirk got shot at 12 23 and 34 seconds we know because of this time stamp he he gets taken down at 12 excuse me 1908 time stamp on this video you do a little math this is two minutes and eight seconds before Charlie is taken down so as soon as I catch Nate Walker there I immediately start looking for the security guy that I think was walking in front of him so I let it roll a little bit boom there he is you see this gal here in the halter top with the or the the belly shirt right here with the white backpack look directly above her white backpack there's my security guy black hair black beard long tan plaid shirt and he's walking about the same distance in front of Nate Walker that he was walking in in the video I just showed you a I'm going to slow this down a little bit to half we're going to go down to 50 percent and you guys will be able to see where they go I think this is a little interesting because maybe I thought they're just going to get a better view maybe they're just going to get a better view maybe maybe this is how security protects Charlie Kirk they go up and they just watch from the Sorenson Center ledge well we'll find out we'll find out so there he goes he's walking he's now about to duck behind banana clip you'll see Nate Walker pop out behind the uh the puffy haired guy there he is right there that's Nate Walker directly above the backpack that is Nate Walker right there directly above the backpack he walks like Bigfoot he got that long stride with his arms it's very distinctive you don't have to do gait analysis you can do swinging arm analysis when it comes to Nate Walker uh I see someone doubting it's it's Nate it is Nate it's a hundred percent Nate now I'm assuming it's the security guy that's the one I'm assuming I'm not assuming it's Nate guys that's Nate I'm telling you that's Nate so he's walking he's swinging his arms now they're both behind backpack man see the backpack man here in the black shirt you're gonna see the security guy pop out first right about where my mouse is here over over backpack guy's left shoulder as we're looking at him it's the shoulder on the right side of the screen so we're going to see them the security guy pop out on that side first and when he pops out Nate Walker will be just behind him so there's a there he is boom that's the guy I'm assuming is the security guy and if you go back to this footage if you want to look at this time stamp this all takes place just before and right at the 17 minute Mark and and to about the 18 minute Mark all this footage takes place there so you can double check me pull up the life is driving video go to about 1658 or nine and just watch about a minute you'll see it all up there I don't know how after YouTube compresses in order to save space and sends it out I don't know how it's translating to you but to me this is Crystal clear but that's him that just popped out over his left shoulder so let's roll it forward a little bit more and again the guy had one job assuming it's Charlie Kirk security guy which I do Charlie Kirk security had one job they're Charlie Kirk security they're not Nate Walker security they're not UVU students near the Chick-fil-A security they're not UVU students near the center Sorenson Center security he's just milling about Charlie Kirk's under control we're not worried about his security boom there's Nate Walker pops out right behind him again baby blue sweater blue pants you can see him plain as day now he doesn't have any binders in his hand we saw him earlier with binders he doesn't have his leather passenger bag we saw him earlier with a leather passenger bag but that's him that's him and so they wander and now they're both catching up to each other they're getting closer and closer and closer and they're heading to the door there at the Sorenson Center and now they're behind this brunette girl in the purple shirt and then they sort of disappear and then they're gone now we might be tempted to think well maybe they just went in the Sorenson Center and had to go number two or something right that that might make sense except we're now like 90 seconds before Charlie Kirk goes down and there's they're not they're not coming back they don't pop out I'm letting it roll a minute so you can see they don't just like turn they're not just doing like a loop and turn it around and coming back like they're in there they're in there now in a second Adam Bartholomew from life is driving is going to turn the video towards the Losey Center roof we're going to move away from the Sorenson Center roof and it's going to go to the Losey Center roof and when it does we're going to lose sight of them but I want to show you here they don't like pop back out they're gone they're gone now I assume they may have gone inside the Losey Center but keep in mind the timing they're walking right to the ledge that they missed between the Losey Center and Charlie Kirk's tent so if the Losey Center is up here at Andrew Jackson and the Charlie Kirk tents down here at Martin Luther King in between them where John F Kennedy Jr is or John F Kennedy is right here that's where the Sorenson Center roof sort of comes out between them and we're told a round pass just outside oh man it's probably bad probably this way just outside of the Losey the Sorenson Center roof and hit Charlie Kirk and the Sorenson Center just sort of does this thing right here in between them so it goes Booker T Washington to John F Kennedy to formerly President Trump whereas the Losey Center up here at Andrew Jackson crosses right past and goes to the Charlie Kirk tent it's probably a bad analogy considering Martin Luther King also died from a 30-06 round thank you sir for serving as a as a stand-in thank you appreciate that um but that's that's probably uh the best visual I can give you here without pulling up a map and confusing everybody so that's where they're walking though they're walking to this point right here it looks like to me that's where they're headed I don't know that to be the case they may have gone inside the Losey Center they may have ordered some chicken tendies from Chick-fil-a they may have been hitting on co-eds I don't know I don't know what they were doing but that's the video so do we ever see them again well we actually do we fast forward in the life is driving video and we get another image of Nate Walker this is about a minute 40 or so after the Big Bang and remember we we lost Nate Walker at about 90 seconds before the Big Bang give or take and now about 90 seconds after the Big Bang so there's about a three minute gap where we don't know where Nate Walker was we last saw him walking away towards Andrew Jackson or towards John F Kennedy so we pick back up do we see him again we do in fact we do in fact see Nate Walker again we see him right here again in the life is driving video this is shortly after the Big Bang I've got it on half speed so everything's happening twice as fast right there boom see him right there baby blue sweater boys and girls Carolina blue he's excited Vatican City ceiling blue that's right there he doesn't have his sunglasses on he's got his navy blue pants his blue top his light blue top and he just coolly and calmly walks away throws on his glasses and does that I mean I don't know what his personal preference is but that looks pretty happy to me that's a pretty happy walk like I've you know you go to a drag show that's how they walk but but I'm not accusing the man of being in a drag show but that's kind of what he looks like he's got that sashay going on there like whoo girl get it mm-hmm yeah but anyway that's that's Nate Walker there bottom left so the question becomes what the hell was he doing for that 90 seconds three minutes where was he what was he doing and now the question becomes where's the security guy because when he left we last saw him with a security guy now we see him and there's no security guy where is he where is he I watch I look I watch in slow motion I see no evidence that that security guy is up there with him now it's possible I've missed him and he maybe he was before and I want to sit here and go through all of it somebody takes it upon themselves to pull up the life is driving video and find more images of that guy I'm all ears please let me know you found it now I can show you the better footage here uh Daisy did find uh oh goodness gracious I'm not going to be able to skip forward because I'm not a member of TikTok oh here yeah I am actually uh let me see if I can make this can I make it bigger how does that work oh goodness gracious no I can't I'm just gonna have to join TikTok if I'm going to use their clips oh here we go we're right on schedule so let me show you this she has found a um let me see if I can make this any bigger for you there we go so I'm not going to be able to slow this down but you're going to look back here see there's there's the guy in the tan long sleeve checker pattern he's but again the guy in the you're gonna tell me that this failure was beyond the control of the security team you have to account for where the security team was and what they were doing there's no other explanation for that we see some of them like we see alex freya standing there you know we see justin davis standing there like this we see dan flood I don't know what he's doing he's patting his arm uh we see some of the security we see rick cutler pulling up on his sleeve at just the right time and we see alex freya standing there like this we see alex freya standing there for whatever reason for whatever reason now we see some of the security people we see gibby standing in the crowd jumping over we see them they've identified them we know their first name we know their last name we know where they were positioned we know what the role was we know what they were doing we heard brian harpo give a description of how they have zones and everybody has coverage what the hell was this guy's role like what if what if brian harpo just decided you know I kind of want to roll around the solar sources I know charlie's talking but seems like a good time to go upstairs just wander around mill about well don't you have a plan I mean everybody else with charlie kirk was right around the tent we know where danny phillip was we know where blake neff was we know where mikey mccoy was we know where tarrell farnsworth was we know where philip goldsberry was like we know where these people were they were right there if you have one job and you have a whole security team that you've brought in to accomplish that one job and then we think we find one of your security members just milling about on campus walking wherever with one of charlie's assistants frankly a new hire by the way I think I believe nate walker was hired in the last month or two before charlie died I could be wrong about that I'm open to suggestion uh that I'm that I'm incorrect and need to correct that but I don't think I am I think I'm right about that I think this security guy may be not a long timer himself so we have two new guys in the org just what are they doing what are they doing is this normal for charlie kirk security is this normal for charlie kirk's team to just sort of well he's talking let's just go for a walk let's just mill about and then afterwards what are you doing throwing your sunglasses on and sashaying out of there it's a it's a really you know they act like we don't have a right to ask all these questions they act like we don't have a right to ask all these questions and we're horrible people for asking I'm not suggesting anyone find out who this christopher guy is and harass him or contact him or suggest he did anything wrong but I am suggesting that tpusa needs to have an account for what everyone's role was and the people who didn't do their role why again charlie died I mean just think if you're the life insurance company you pay out what 20 30 40 50 million I don't know what they paid out but I imagine he had a very large life insurance policy the premium was hundreds of thousands of dollars per year you would think they would want to know like what okay you had a security team and they're just walking by the sorenson center at the time he dies it's weird um just a thought just a thought I don't have an answer I don't have an explanation I certainly don't want anyone harassed I certainly don't want anyone contacted but I think tpusa should account I think if blake neff wants to jump in on conversations involving this guy and come to his defense then blake neff should take it upon himself to explain to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it now I want to run through one more uh item here this will be fun this will be a fun one a lot of people say but bam bam bam can you do a summary well I can't do a summary the entire investigation but I can do a summary of the little summaries on certain parts here and there I'll give you a little summary here let's take a trek shall we let's take a trek um uh here we go let's use this one let's go where tyler is alleged to have gone here we go we've got tyler leaving his house at 4 a.m we're going to do a visual trek sometimes some people are visual learners they they prefer to learn this way I I frankly am with them I want to see something on a map tyler leaves his apartment at 4 a.m this is the apartment complex he lived in here that's an awfully early start to the day you would think you'd have to get up shower get ready you know if you're gonna do a little murder in that day maybe you need to pack some stuff up a couple changes of clothes some weapons um whatever but you got to get you got to get an early start you're going to be there on time so he leaves the house at 4 a.m then he heads to campus next time we see him is at 8 22 a.m so that's four hours and 22 minutes later this house right here has a doorbell cam on it and this doorbell cam captures the alleged dodge challenger of tyler robinson drive by at 8 22 to give you an idea where it is it's right by campus you'll notice all these dots are on campus so it drives by campus it's actually heading this way it's going north it goes by then we next see tyler at 8 29 a.m according to the preliminary hearing footage when he enters the parking garage so again just to to back you up here 8 22 he's over here driving south i guess that's seven minutes it's possible but where was he going what was he doing if he was headed to the parking garage why is he driving around over there well you know i guess use your imagination i don't know uh 8 29 a.m he enters the parking garage he dithers we have no idea what he's doing because he does not come out of the parking garage until 8 43 a.m he walks out of the he walks out of the parking deck at 8 43 a.m so for 14 minutes he was in the parking garage we have no idea what he's doing they gave us no explanation all they showed us was him turning in and parking and getting out of his car and walking they did not give us an explanation for that 14 minutes did he talk to anyone did he sit in his car the whole time did anyone else come up to his car did anyone else get out of the car we have no idea they didn't give us that explanation did he drive straight to a parking spot or did he drive somewhere else we don't know We don't know. Did he pull up to another car and talk to them? We don't know. Did he sit there and play Wordle? Maybe. We next see Tyler, or hear of Tyler, doing a vibe check at the Menorah. Remember, they told us after he left the parking garage, one of the places he went was to the courtyard, where he made contact with a TPUSA, actually, I think they said with TPUSA representatives, plural. But I think it's safe to say at least one TPUSA representative. Why did he talk to them? We don't know. They didn't tell us. What did they talk about? They didn't tell us. Which TPUSA member did he talk to? They didn't tell us. Was it a boy or a girl? They didn't tell us. Was it somebody with UVU or somebody with the TPUSA national organization? They didn't tell us. What time between 845 and 920? They didn't tell us. There's a lot unanswered here in this preliminary hearing. Now we get Tyler walking back. Back into the parking garage through this doorway here, through this stairwell, 925 a.m. He walks back into the parking garage, and we next pick up Tyler at 957 a.m. walking this way. He's now walking south. Remember, he drove north at 822, drove somewhere else allegedly, and then drove into the parking deck. But now we pick him up at 957, so we've lost him. We've lost him from 925 to 957. There's no explanation of where he is, what he did, where he went. There's no explanation. 957, the next time we pick him up, is 933. We have him leaving campus at 933. Oh, hold on. Those are out of order. So 925 comes back to his car. 933 leaves campus. And where he goes when he leaves campus, we don't know. He drives out of campus in this thing here, and then we go over here. I think I got it out of order. I don't think you got it out of order. And then we see him walking back here at 957. So there's a 24-minute gap. We don't know where he went. But I think the story is he drove somewhere, parked his car, and walked back in. Why he would do that when he was already in the parking garage, we'll never understand. If he wanted to walk onto campus to keep his car off of campus, why did he drive on campus in the first place? Those have never been answered. That's a big house, by the way. Holy mackerel. Okay. Next time we see him, we have him at 1009. 1009, Tyler Robinson comes back on campus. He walks into this stairwell. Here are this tunnel, 1009 AM, walking back on campus. And then we pick him back up at 1015-ish, we'll call it, at Chick-fil-A. What are you going to do if you're going to be doing a long day of murdering? You've got to have a full belly. So you've got to go to Chick-fil-A first. Maybe he got the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. Hopefully he didn't get that ridiculous kale salad. But if he got the frosted lemonade, he had a nice meal. Spicy chicken. Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries, frosted lemonade. I'd be full. I guess I'd be ready for a long day of murder. That's 1015 AM. 1015 AM, roughly. I don't know how long it takes to order at Chick-fil-A, how long it takes to eat the Chick-fil-A. Because the next explanation we have is at 1030, he's in the wooded area here. And we believe he left his backpack. They told us after he left Chick-fil-A, he went to the wooded area. To check it out. And we're guessing 1030. Could be 1040, whatever. But we're guessing 1030. Then he moved to the Gunther building. He walked through the Gunther building. Give you an idea where that is. The Losey Center is down here. I have no idea why he's over here. But he moves through the Gunther building. Then at 1058, or 1048, excuse me, he moves through the computer science building. After he goes through, this is this long building here with the rounded roof on top of a portion of it. We'll call that 1048. 1050-ish, we're guessing he did a roof check. They said he walked up to the roof and looked around. 1058, we see him leaving campus by way of this parking lot here. We don't see him. We hear a description of him leaving campus. So that's where he leaves campus, 1058 AM. Said just before 11. So we're going to call it 1058. 1058. We don't see him again until 1144. Now, when he leaves campus this time, he's wearing the maroon getup. He's got the maroon shirt. He's got the knee-high white socks. He's got the blue shorts. So before 11, he leaves. And when he comes back, when the next time we see him, he's all black. Dark jeans, black shirt, black hat. He basically dressed like Erica was when she gave her speech. After the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Very similar getup. Black hat, black shirt, dark jeans. But we see him, and he's limping down the street this time. Limping down the street. And it's at this corner, the SUV that appears to have made contact with him, pulls over into the shoulder, slows down to a near stop, and then pulls back into a lane of traffic and continues traveling to the right on this. It'd be east, but it's traveling this way. It pulls over. Off of the lane of traffic, Tyler's standing at this corner. It looks like he's waiting for something. Then that SUV, after pulling over and nearly stopping right next to him, pulls back out into traffic and continues driving east. That's 1144. We have that time stamp. 1149. We see him limping down the road. Now, I ask you, would it take you five minutes to get from here to here? Could there have been a stop between those two? Do we know if he came down this road and cut across this dirt path and then came down, or did he continue down this way, take a left at the corner here, and walk straight south? We don't know. They've given us no detail. But we do know at 1149, he's seen walking in front of this house. This house, incidentally, is owned by, I believe, Phil Lyman's aunt. And I think Phil Lyman was actually in that house at one point that day. 1149. We see, excuse me, 1151. He crosses this grassy knoll. There's a little ditch here he would have had to hop over or maybe walk over this little spot right here. But he would have had to cross over this ditch at some point. That's 1140, excuse me, 1151. 1153, he comes into the tunnel. Remember, he stands at the top of this tunnel for like a minute and a half or two minutes. They tried to not show us that by clipping the video up and acting like he just walked up there, stopped, turned around, and then walked in. That's not what happened. If you watch the time stamp, there's a minute 16. Cut out of there. Now, what happened in that minute 16? Did a car drive up and talk to him? Did someone walk up to him and talk to him? Did he take out his phone and start texting? Did he pick up a phone call? Did he call someone? Did he receive a call? Did he go get in a car? Did he pick something up? Did he put something down? We have no idea. And we have no idea why they cut that minute 16 out. It's inexplicable why they did that. This seems to be a very important part of the timeline that the prosecution, for whatever reason, does not want you to see. But that's 1153, where he's standing right there. Then we have him going into the parking garage at 1155. Again, Candace made a nice note of this. There's no reason he went in the parking garage. He's going right here to this building. He could have just walked down the sidewalk and gone this way. He didn't have to walk through the parking garage where there are cameras in order to be seen on camera. He could have just. stayed on this side of the road and walked over here and cut across and not been seen at all. But he wanted to make sure there was a Polaroid moment. So 1155, he comes in the parking garage, goes upstairs for some reason. He knows he's just going to try to walk across even terrain. He's got something supposedly stuck down his leg, making it very difficult to walk. Yet he chooses to mount stairs he didn't need to mount. 1202, he's walking towards the Losey Center. He's in this area here, walking towards the Losey Center stairs. 1215, he's in the Losey Center stairwell. Now, what was he doing for these 13 minutes between 1202 and 1215? You know, he was making really good time as he made his way across campus. Then he gets to here and he stops. And he stops. He stops for 13 minutes. And I could look at that and I could say, perhaps he was waiting for timing instructions. Perhaps he was in communication with somebody. We're just assuming all this is Tyler. I kind of dispute all that, but let's just assume for the sake of their narrative is Tyler. We're giving you their narrative. But I could assume in those 13 minutes, I mean, he only made it about 25 feet. Perhaps he talked to someone. Perhaps he texted someone. Perhaps he called someone. Perhaps someone walked up to him. Perhaps a car. Orwalk drove around. we noted there was a white car that circled the parking lot a couple of times in this time period because the time jumps from 12-15-56 to 12-17-04. Once again, we've got a clip in the video. There's something they don't want us to see. And when they're purposely hiding stuff from you, when they're not showing you footage we know they have, and when they're clipping footage out of the middle of two pieces of footage they're showing you, it's reasonable to conclude this would undercut their case. This would cause people like you and me to start asking questions about, whoa, was that Tyler Robinson? Did he do it alone? Was there a team helping him? Was there a team helping whoever it was? But that's 12-15. He's in the stairwell. The next time we see him is 12-22. At 12-22, he starts crawling across the low-sea center roof. At first, he runs. He jumps over this thing right here. Apparently, this is higher than it looks. It doesn't look very high here, but apparently, there's a size difference because he actually jumps in the video, if you remember. But at 12-22, he jumps across the low-sea center, crawls, and then he begins a crawl of some sort, a little low crawl, one-armed, one-leg crawl. And then he finally gets into a really low crawl, a belly crawl, and crawls all the way to the edge of the low-sea center roof. And that's at 12-23. That's 12-23 when the assassin allegedly takes the shot. That's the official narrative. Now, I want to show you here because this is good. This is showing you what I'm talking about. You remember my Andrew Jackson, Martin Luther King, and then John Kennedy in the middle? This is what I'm talking about here. This looks like where they were walking, this area right here. This looks like where they were walking, Nate Walker and the alleged security guy. They were up here the first time we saw them. They were up here the first time we saw them on this red roof up here. It looked to me like they came to this area down here and took a right, and then we pick them back up over here and they're walking this way, and then we lose the pathway because of the roof, but the pathway extends under this roof, and it extends all the way over to here. And so I don't know what they were doing. I don't know what they were doing. But anyway, 12-23, that's when we're told the shot is taken. 12-24, he's spider manning off the roof. Now, Diligent Denizen was on the roof, on the ground this week or last week in Orem, Utah, and he actually measured this drop. It's actually higher than I thought it was. I measured it with my layman's eyes at about 15 total feet to this roof up here, and then I figured it was about a nine-foot drop from this ledge. That's not at all what it was. It's 16 feet to this top of the ledge, and it's 12 feet from the bottom. The bottom of this vent where my mouse is right here, it's 12 feet from there to this uneven terrain below. He's supposedly doing this with a backpack in one hand and a gun in the other, a long rifle. I would show you something similar, but you show a gun on your channel and YouTube freaks out. It's long. It's like three and a half, four feet long. It's a very long. It's a very heavy rifle. And if you remember, the hand that they say held the rifle drops whatever it is, and then he picks it back up. Not to mention, most people could not successfully do a 12-foot jump into a dead drop of uneven terrain without injuring themselves, at least spraining an ankle or hurting your knee a little bit. Nevertheless, that's what they tell us he did, this untrained 22-year-old. Kind of twerpy-looking guy. All of a sudden becomes a guy who can just leap off of tall buildings. That's 12-24. 12-25 to 12-27-ish, we believe he's in, or we're told, he's in this little wooded area right here hiding a weapon. We think he hit it all the way over here on the right-hand side. We're not exactly sure. But they tell us he came over here, stashed the gun, and changed his outfit, changed clothes in here. Changed clothes in here. That's, we'll call it 12-27. At 12-29, two minutes later, there's someone seen sprinting back here. Someone is seen sprinting in this dirt road back here. Remember this doorbell camera footage that captured him at 11-49 walking onto campus, limping down the road, Phil Lyman's ant's house? That also captured him running in this area back here. And I played you video last week of a woman who actually saw it and said she believes she saw a woman back there with Tyler Robinson. I speculated perhaps it was a man with long hair. I don't know whether it was Lance Twiggs or whether it was an actual woman or whether this lady hallucinates or she has bad eyes. I don't know. But that's what she says she saw back here at 12-29. She contacted the FBI. The FBI, they gave them the footage. There's lots of footage directly afterwards from this house right here, 847 house, of the police scouring this area back here. So they must have believed her when she said that, that he was back there. They were scouring this area back here. They were looking in some of these vehicles. They were looking up in these trees in the woods. I'll show you in a minute when they do the search warrant for this area, for all the locations they knew he was. They intentionally excluded this area. They did not want data returned from this area. It's a very interesting oversight to me. I don't think it was an unintentional oversight. But that's 12-29. The next time we see him is at 12-44. Next time we see him is at 12-24. He's in the backside of this parking lot. And he's there for like three or four minutes. He pulls up. He parks. And he just sits. And if you remember, there was a white SUV parked right in front of this red car here. And it backed out. And it drove around. And it did a little loop this way. Then it came back. And it followed Tyler out of the parking lot as if they were together. There's a search warrant that says he routed his phone to the quick quack while in this parking lot at 12-46. And then he didn't leave until 12-47. And it looked like he left with somebody heading to the quick quack. There's the quick quack. Makes his way to the quick quack. He's on camera at the quick quack at 12-57. He's moving around quite a bit. You know, the first thing I want to do after I take my first life, I'm going to get a clean ride. I'm going to clean up my car. That's the very first thing I'm doing. I cannot get picked up with a dirty car. That's embarrassing. So if I ever find myself in this position, if you want to find me, go to the closest auto wash. The closest auto wash will be where you will find me. I cannot get picked up in a dirty ride. Got to have a pimp sled. Got to be looking good, ladies and gentlemen. Cannot have a less than perfect looking ride if you're going to make national news. So he goes to the quick quack. Why wouldn't he? I don't even think Charlie Kirk had been declared dead by this point. He was just shot 20, 34 minutes ago or whatever happened to him 34 minutes ago. And he's already cleaning up his wheels. There's a possible TR sighting at Dairy Queen that afternoon or early evening. We're not sure which. This is the Dairy Queen up here. I will point out that this Dairy Queen is very much on the way to the cemetery. Where he is allegedly seen discarding clothing at some point afterwards. And then that night, supposedly, he's at the Cowboy Steakhouse in Penguich. The Cowboy Steakhouse in Penguich. I believe he leaves around 947. That's when the ticket that the Cowboy Steakhouse server and owner says was his. That ticket, the checkout time is 947. So he couldn't have left the Cowboy Steakhouse before 947. Now, these servers called the FBI. They turned over everything they had. I'm guessing the FBI would have gone around and looked for surveillance footage all around this area. That's what I'm hoping happened. And they will know definitively whether or not Tyler Robinson's car was there. I'm sure more than one of these buildings has surveillance footage that they would have been able to capture him. I'm sure the FBI was doing an excellent job scouring Utah looking for clues. Just so everyone knows, I mistakenly put the wrong time on that. So Barron's right. It was 855 to 947. So just keep that in mind. Then we have the officer encounter. 12.36 a.m. This is the corner we saw in the preliminary hearing when a Dodge Challenger pulled up to this corner. And it looked like it wanted to turn. right here on Campus Drive, it ultimately ended up going straight but it stopped for a little while, and it looked to be having a discussion. We later learned there was an officer named Officer Goforth. Officer Goforth, at this moment, believes he talked to Tyler Robinson. Believes he talked to Tyler Robinson. 12.36 a.m. He got a partial plate. He didn't get an entire plate. The next time we believe we get information about Tyler Robinson is this. The times are disputed, and I'll talk about that in a minute when I go over the warrants. The times are disputed here. But at some time after 12.30 or around 12.30 until sometime around 1.30, Tyler Robinson's car is parked, actually, it's about right here, in front of this house. This is where the doorbell camera picked him up, and it shot right across this way. I don't know what Tyler was doing for an hour. One of the search warrants said 12.23 to 1.20. One of the search warrants said 12.47 to 1.35. Officer Hull from the State Bureau of Investigation said 12.38. We don't know which one of these is accurate. We don't know why there's three different times given for when Tyler Robinson allegedly was parked here. But I think it's important. That the lady who lives in the house right here, this lady that lives in the house right here, she claims she saw a bald man driving the car, a bald man with three passengers. Now, we could speculate all day. Blake Neff is a bald man. He hung around three people that day. He was with Nate Walker. He was with Danny Phillip. He was with Mikey McCoy. I mean, we could suggest. I mean, we could. I mean, we could guess. We could say perhaps it was Blake Neff caught on the. But, you know, that would just be conjecture. And I don't think that would necessarily aid in the investigation in any way. But that's what was happening. This is the house right here. Now, why would he be parked here? What they're telling us is he wanted to get back to this patch of dirt right here and look for his weapon. He was not aware of whether or not it was picked up by police already. So he was, I guess, spent an hour wandering around in the woods looking for it. I don't know. And then the next time we see him, the last time we see him, he's getting gas right here at the Maverick gas station in Cedar City, Utah. He's at the Maverick gas station, 715 a.m. And at some point he makes his way back home. Where he was between, you know, 130 in the morning and 715 a.m. I don't know. It doesn't take six hours to get there. It's only about a three hour drive. So where was he the other three hours? I don't know. Taking a nap. It's probably what they'll tell us. He was even taking a nap somewhere, I would guess. So there's a lot going on. This is a very busy day in the life of Tyler Robinson, if this timeline is to be believed. He was a nonstop mover. He was on. He was moving and going, shaking and baking. I think the only part of that timeline that the law enforcement disagrees with or would question is the Penguich timeline. Perhaps the Dairy Queen timeline. Everything else comes directly from law enforcement. Those are the only two things in the cemetery. Those are the only three things we added to that timeline that they didn't have. Even if you take those three things out, he's moving and shaking. He's on the run. And if you take the Penguich thing out, we have a huge gap of time. From the last time we see Tyler Robinson at the Quick Quack until we next see Tyler Robinson at 1230 a.m. That's like an 11-and-a-half-hour gap. What was he doing? The law enforcement has never given us an explanation for this. They didn't think it was important to include in the preliminary hearing or any of their timelines. There's no idea of where he went to dinner. There's no idea of did he go to someone's house. They've not told us he was picked up on any flock cameras or security cameras. Now, they told us he was picked up on a security camera. Or the owner of the store told us he was picked up on the security camera. And the FBI knew that because they're the ones that alerted him. Hey, his car pinged in this parking lot. Can you check your footage and see if you have it? That was the 1244 p.m. sighting. So they already told us that. Like, we have this. We know this exists. They didn't show it at the preliminary hearing, but that's what they told us. And then we got from the search warrant that he went to the Quick Quack and was picked up on the camera there. But after the Quick Quack at 1257? The law enforcement. It tells us nothing. Everything else about his movements that day come down to Candace Owens getting tips. Now, were all those tips right? I don't know. Were any of them right? I don't know. I tend to believe them. Particularly when Diligent Denison shows back up at Penguich and interviews one of the servers. Talks to the owner. I mean, I think there's positive evidence. I witnessed testimony that he was there. But the reality is law enforcement has not given us an explanation. For where Tyler Robinson was for this 11 and a half hours that he was missing between roughly 1 p.m. And roughly 1230 a.m. It's an 11 and a half hour gap. You want me to believe this is Tyler Robinson? Tell me a little bit about what he was doing. Because it doesn't make sense to me. He would have just hung around campus all day. Doesn't make sense to me that he would just be milling about Orem. There's not that much to do in Orem. It's a fine town, I guess. Orem, Provo. I mean, did he go up to down America, Spanish Fork or American Fork or? Whatever they're called up there. I don't know all the names of the cities. Did he head over to Draper, Lehigh? Go up to Salt Lake City and shop at the aloe store? I have no idea what he was doing. They won't tell us. They won't tell us. For someone that says this is an open and shut case and they've got all the evidence, they just showed us very little. They showed us very little. So we know where I think one of his security members was. We know where I think his assistant, Nate Walker, was. We now know on a map where Tyler Robinson was and sort of have a visual of that. I do want to give these little summaries from time to time because I think they're important to kind of give you these summaries. So, for example, I want to go back over the search warrant summary and I just want to hit the high points. I don't want to go through everything I said the other night, but I want to give you like a 10 minute rundown maybe of these of these search warrants the other night because I think they're important. For example, we talked about. The fact that they intentionally did not request information from that patch of dirt on the Google search warrant. Well, here it is visualized. They drew these polygons. With GPS coordinates and said, we want data from within these polygons at these times. Considering there was a massive police presence in this dirt right here and an eyewitness that believes she saw Tyler Robinson. Or the assassin escaped this way and hang out in here and walk around nervously and potentially change clothes and potentially meet up with someone else. Considering the gravity of what that woman said on video. And presumably said to law enforcement, you would think. That they would definitely include that patch of dirt in the polygons. But my friends, you would be mistaken. You would be mistaken. They had no. Interest in that patch of dirt. None whatsoever. I speculate it's because it undercuts their case. It would show someone else was there. Or it might show it wasn't Tyler Robinson. That's my guess. I'm free to speculate. Another thing that they did a search warrant for was a cell tower dump. We got that information. They got that information back. Here were the locations they asked for the dumping. They asked for the low sea center roof. This is the location of the alleged shot. This low sea center roof would be a good idea to determine whether or not Tyler Robinson was on that roof or what cell phone information could you give from that roof to determine who might have been up there? That's interesting. I think that's, you know, well done. They also asked for this plot of land right here. We talked about Tyler was seen right here at 1144 or 47 a.m. Not a bad idea to see if we can get a cell tower dump on who's. Phone was right there. They also went on to ask for this location right here. This is in front of a house, so we can presume he was probably picked up. This was after the Big Bang. 1220 to 1255. So this is after the Big Bang. Well, if he's picked up here, we've got a little problem on our hands because we believe Tyler Robinson's car was actually on this road. Right here. So this is. Where they got the location. We think Tyler Robinson's car was actually on this road. I think I can show it to you if my computer will cooperate. I've got it zoomed in too tight. I think his car is actually right here. So if that is his car, and I do believe it is, if that is his car. And he's coming from campus. Down here. And he's walking towards his car. Up here. Why would he have walked past the street his car was on? Why would he have? Why would he have? have traveled down this road and instead of taking a left and going up to his car why would he have kept going straight to be picked up on a camera in front of this house that's something they've never explained to us so that's an interesting thing from the one cell phone record request or the one google request it's purposefully excluding that patch of dirt and then another interesting thing from the other cell phone request where they're asking for a location that's past the road where his car would have been where we believe his car was the other thing they asked for on this which was really shocking it was the first time i'd heard it if you go back to the loci center roof they didn't just ask for this location on the day of the event they didn't just ask for this location on the day of the event they actually also asked for this location two nights prior to the event september 8th from 8 10 to 8 25 p.m that's a very tight time window just a 15 minute time window 8 25 p.m 8 10 to 8 25 p.m on september 8th if you're looking for that i presume it means you have a reason to believe someone associated with this crime may have been at that location at that time for example you don't just use the tyler robinson case to answer your questions about other cases like say a backpack was stolen from loci center roof on on september 8th you wouldn't say well we've got a case open let's just ask for the data from that no that's not how that works that's interesting that's wrong you can't do that you can only ask for things relative to that case so if the tyler robinson case is open and we're asking for data from september 8th that means there's something relevant to september 8th to the tyler robinson case what is it we've got no explanation from them on what that was no explanation whatsoever on what that was so that evening of september 8th that was the night if you're keeping track that erica kirk is unable to give an alibi for if she is she hasn't yet maybe she has a perfectly good alibi i don't know if she does i don't know why she didn't just give it i mean just end the story but it's interesting to me that it's the exact same date so what took place on the loci center roof two days before charlie died why won't they tell us why they wanted that data we don't know we don't know then we get to the point where we get to george zen's phone you remember george zen he was the crazy old man who was shaking his hat he was trying his best to get someone's attention well george zen told at least one officer that he had a plan and his plan was to help the assailant get away that was that's news i don't believe that's been discussed to this point don't email that email address i don't believe that's been discussed that he actually had a plan george was told at one point that his actions drew officers attention to him and pulled resources away from finding the actual shooter george responded by saying well good that was my plan to help him get away interfering with an investigation interfering with the apprehension of a suspect at large a man on the lamb george zen's goal was to help him get away what was interesting about that was it's never been told that he had a plan it's never been told that those were the words that came out of his mouth i had a plan to help him get away how did you know there was someone that needed to get away in that moment you hear a bang and you immediately start waving your hat and say i did it i did it get me it was me it was me it was me i did it i did it you can't you hatched a plan in under a second no this indicates he had a plan coming into it well there goes the tyler robinson lone wolf narrative right out the window the question is who the hell was george zen working with was it tyler robinson was it some other group turns out he had child material on his phone people that look at that stuff make real sense maybe he was told to do that maybe he was told to do that and we're gonna catch your stuff on your phone and give you a slap on the wrist and send you on your way you're gonna keep your mouth shut and keep your mouth shut then we had another warrant we discovered this one was for his parents house there was a lot of really good information in here but the one thing i want to key in on that i don't want to get lost in the discussion is that i don't want to get lost in the discussion is there was pipe bomb making materials here pipe bomb making materials discovered not at his parents house they were executing a warrant at the condo where he and lance twiggs shared a residence and while searching in the kitchen area a blue backpack was located this was after the event while searching the backpack investigators observed a pvc pipe that is approximately an inch in diameter the pipe had pvc end caps with black tape wrapping around the pvc there were also portholes in the pvc they also observed wires throughout the bag in the pvc pipe they also observed small raspberry pi computer chips in the bag commonly used to activate or set off explosive devices surrounding the bag was wire cutters hammers and other tools you're obviously giving us the impression they were making pipe bombs was an explosives team called out that night that you discovered this stuff or were they did they already know they were inert and that they know officers were in danger i mean think about it when they execute a search warrant after a case like this there are dozens of officers milling about the house they're opening every drawer they're emptying the contents of every drawer they're taking pictures of absolutely everything in the house they're opening every cabinet they're looking in every clothes hamper they're turning over every bed they're pulling down every sheet they're pulling down every sheet they're pulling down every sheet they're opening every pillowcase they're going under the bed frames they're in the closets they're opening every box they're looking in every pocket of every shirt every jacket like it's a thorough examination it takes a lot of officers one guy's not doing that he'd be there weeks and you discover what you believe are pipe bomb making materials do we have a dispatch of a bomb squad being brought in why no explanation from law enforcement about this did they take fingerprints of the pipe bomb making materials were they determined to be tyler robinson's or lance twiggs or someone else's was there dna on any of this stuff the bag the pipe bomb materials the the pvc pipe the raspberry pie cards do we have any idea about this why haven't we heard about this this would indicate that this house was much more than just a normal house where a guy happened to snap when he heard charlie kirk was coming into town this indicates rather that this is like a terrorist operation taking place this is a real problem for their narrative you want to tell me tyler robinson solely planned and executed charlie kirk but george zen had a plan and they were building pipe bombs or at least had the materials to build pipe bombs in your guys expertise your police officer who filled out this affidavit that's his expertise that this is pipe bomb making materials don't you think that should have been made public don't you think that should have been discussed don't you think that should have made the news in some capacity it hasn't i think the first person on earth to talk about it was your humble host on this program last week or this week i don't know what day it is whatever week it was it was this week i talked about it why has no one ever mentioned this this changes the narrative of the story this changes the direction of the narrative tyler robinson is either much more of a psycho than we believed not only is he shooting people he's also making pipe bombs or lance twiggs is not the innocent we were taught because he was making pipe bombs or they hung around some rowdy crew who were making pipe bombs in their house that's that's what the warrant tells us someone in the house was assembling the components of a pipe bomb drilling ports and pvc pipes taping them together collecting the uh switches you need to detonate these things and nobody thought to mention it i think i know why they thought they did not mention it because it undercuts the narrative and this is the problem in this case when there's something on screen they don't want us to see they just clip it out they just clip it out they don't want you to see it that's an issue when george zen says i had a plan to help him get away they don't tell you about it they don't tell you about it noticeably absent from the preliminary hearing was any discussion of the guy who took credit for it first who took credit for shooting charlie kirk in the immediate aftermath i mean the seconds after it happened probably within three seconds he's standing up waving his hat and saying he did it he either hatched a plan in those three seconds not knowing who was responsible not knowing actually what happened or he had a plan going into the event i think it's what we call exculpatory evidence think the pipe bomb making materials exculpatory evidence. It tends to show that their narrative is not true. And it's things we weren't told. Why didn't they get the cell phone data for that little patch of dirt where an eyewitness said she thinks she saw the assailant and she thinks he was talking to someone else, perhaps a girl? Let's get that data. Well, that data is gone now. It's been a year. It's been a year. Data is all gone, in all likelihood. That data is gone. They don't store data for years on end. If nobody asked for it for 30 or 60 days or 90 days, whatever their retention period is, they delete it. They don't want to pay to store this stuff. Trust me, I used to work at a place that stored a lot of data. A lot of data. We didn't measure it in terabytes. We measured it in petabytes of data. It's very expensive to store. Tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to store this data. On the level of these cell phone carriers, you're thinking millions of dollars a month. They're not going to save that stuff forever. Let's save it. For a little while, no one asked for it. They delete it. And they didn't ask for it. And it would have been good to know. And I think if I'm at Tyler Robinson's trial and I'm the lawyer, I think I'm pointing that out. That they had eyewitness testimony that put someone there and they didn't want to know who it was. They had no clue who it was and they didn't want to know. They didn't want to know. Then we go to Timpanogos Hospital. They got a warrant for Timpanogos Hospital. A warrant to seize all clothing, personal items, and electronic devices that came in with Charlie. They also got a search warrant to take photos of his body. Search warrant was executed sometime after 3 o'clock, like 3.15, 3.30. Did they seize that material? Did they seize the shirt? Did they seize his underwear and his pants and his shoes and his socks? Did they seize his watch if he was wearing one? Did they seize the Rode microphone that came, that was on his body when he died? Did they seize the necklace that was on his body when he died? Well, we know, at least in terms of the necklace, I don't believe they did. I think Erica Kirsch is wandering around with it, was wearing it out. I mean, that's the story. The story they want us to believe is she's wearing the necklace he died in. I don't know if that's true. But were they able to seize all that stuff? Or was some of that mistakenly missing, accidentally missing? We don't know because they didn't give us the inventory. A lot of times when they do these warrants, they'll tell you what they got back. They didn't do that on this one. They just said they got stuff and they'll tell you on a separate inventory. They didn't tell us what the inventory was. So we have no idea what they seized. Did they get his phone? Did they get the Rode mic? Did they get the necklace? Did they get the pictures of the body? Did they get the shirt? We don't know. We just have to guess. I guess we trust me, bro. We just got to trust that they got it. Trust that they got it. But that wasn't the only hospital where they got the warrant. They also went to Utah Valley Hospital. Remember, somebody conveniently showed up at Utah Valley claiming that they were there looking for Charlie Kirk and then drove off in what they believed was a green Armada. And they thought that was a threat and they thought he was looking for him. So they shut the hospital down. They went into lockdown. The FBI shows up. They seize all the camera footage or the local authorities show up and seize all the camera footage, the security footage. It just so happens that that's where George Zinn was. It just so happens that that's where George Zinn is out here making excited utterances about having a plan and getting paid for it, allegedly, saying these things. It would be really nice to have that footage, wouldn't it? It would be really nice if somebody at the hospital could just roll the footage back to that day and see what did he say? Who did he say it to? Well, we can't because they seized it. Because there was some crazy lunatic that came busting in asking, where's Charlie Kirk? Is this where they took him? No, I'm out of here. And scampered off in a green Armada. It's weird that a green Armada, then later pulled up to the apartment of Zechariah Koreshi. Oh, that's convenient. Our suspect has arrived. Let's go arrest him. Well, we can't do that. It's an FBI agent. Oh, shucks. That's inconvenient. That's inconvenient. But it's horribly convenient if you're trying to get access to the footage of George Zinn making these excited utterances all over the place. Just talking to anybody who walks by about his plans that day and what he did and why he was there and who may have motivated him to be there. But we don't have access to that anymore because a guy in a green Armada who turned out to be an FBI agent busted in and scared everyone. Prompting a need to get the surveillance footage. Oh, well, that's awfully convenient. That's awfully convenient. And then we know they did a a request for Tyler Robinson's cell phone. The last search warrant. A request for Tyler Robinson's cell phone. And on that request for Tyler Robinson's cell phone, they said he was parked outside the noble's house where they were seen on ring doorbell cam from 1223 to 120. It's interesting. It's important that that was the first search warrant filed in this case on that mentioning that ring doorbell camera footage. That's the earliest one. And it says 1223 that he arrived. Well, the problem with that is he can't be parked there from 1223 to 120 because three days later, they discover camera footage that puts him in an intersection at 1236. Well, that's a real problem because we have him parked in front of the noble's house at 1223. How can he also simultaneously be at an intersection several blocks over at 1236? That doesn't work. You can't bilocate. You can't be in two places at the same time. If you're here, you can't be here. Well, they never used that 1223 time again. Instantly, every other search warrant is going to be used again. After that, it says he shows up at 1247. Well, that's awfully convenient. The search warrants filed after the discovery of the traffic cam, those search warrants all put him there at 1247. But the one that was filed before the traffic cam footage putting him at 1236 was discovered, that one had him parked at 1227. Well, that's a really interesting discrepancy. What a coincidence. We never hear the 1227 time ever again. And for some reason, even though we have a 1227 time sworn to on a. I mean, these are sworn to. These search warrants are. These are affidavits. Someone's swearing the information is true or they believe it to be true. We have an affidavit saying 1227. We have a sworn affidavit saying 1223. We have a sworn affidavit saying 1247. And then when Agent Hull shows up in court, he doesn't use either of those times. Those are the sworn times. He gives 1238. Where'd he pull that? Did he pull that out of a hat? Did he pull it out of his rear end? Where did that time come from? You would think in a murder case like this, the most high profile, I would say, murder case of the 21st century so far. Certainly the highest profile political assassination of the 21st century and probably the highest profile political assassination since the 60s, 1960s. Going on 60 years or more. You would think they would get something as simple as what time he was spotted on camera correctly. I mean, there should be a timestamp associated with it. It shouldn't be hard to figure out. But we have three different times. Three different times. And no explanation for the difference. Someone asked to see the PDF timeline. Okay. So let me pull this up here. See if I can make this larger. I might be able to make it clearer. I don't know that I can make it larger. A PDF of the timeline. For those of you who like written words rather than pictures, some of you psychos are out there. I want to see it on a map. But I'm told some of you want to see it on this. So I'm going to show it to you on this. That is not the one. I want to show you. Where's the one I want to show you? This one. Again, I can make it clearer. Maybe a little larger. So this is the rundown of the timeline we covered earlier in the program. Last thing we'll do here. 4 a.m. Leaves the apartment between 4 and 5. 8.22 a.m. We see him driving by the doorbell. We see him driving by the doorbell camera driving away from campus. Seven minutes later, he's driving into campus. Into the parking garage. He's doing something in the parking garage for the next 12, 13, 14 minutes. We have no idea what he's doing. Is he parked in the same spot the whole time? Is he driving around parking in different spots? Is he talking to anyone? We don't know. The next time we pick him up, he's getting out of the car. It's 8.43 a.m. At some point between 8.43 and 9.25, he's driving around in the courtyard. Meeting with TPUSA representatives. They dropped that little bomb and then they never followed up on it. I would have loved the defense to jump all over that and say, what? He was who? Talking to whom? Where was he? How do you know that? Can we see the footage? Do you have eyewitness testimony? Who told you that? I mean, it would be great to find this out. Then he walks back to his car at 9.25, exits the parking garage at 9.33. Again, What's he doing for eight minutes? walks back to his car but he doesn't drive right out does he text someone does he call someone does he play a game of wordle does he talk to anybody is there someone else in the parking garage they don't tell us they don't tell us and they don't show us and he leaves the parking garage drives somewhere we're not sure where and then walks back onto campus my friend you were already on campus if you're gonna be back on campus just stay on campus you don't have to park your car and walk back on park off campus and walk back on campus maybe he's cheap maybe paying by the hour or something i don't know you would think if you're gonna do this like saving eight dollars an hour in a parking deck isn't your highest priority but whatever comes back on campus eats chick-fil-a goes to the wooded area moves through the gunther building for some reason have no idea why he was all the way back there moves through the computer science building no idea why he was in the computer science building walks up the low c center stairs checks out the roof and then we estimate that he leaves campus around 11 o'clock shortly before 11 o'clock at 11 28. he sends a wordle score to someone he sends a wordle score at 11 28 that was in a news article quoting one of his buddies so in the midst of all this chaos leaving campus scoping it out gunther building computer science building low c center stairs checking out the wooded area gotta go change clothes oh hang on send a wordle score real quick the word was porch i got it in three minutes i got it in three minutes suck on those eggs now back to some killing i gotta limp down the road 16 minutes later i mean just a lot i'm gonna allow it we're just talking we're just telling you what they tell us limping down the road at 11 44 limping down the road at 11 49 crossing over the grassy knoll walking into the tunnel at 11 54 going for some reason into the parking garage where he can be picked up on camera for no reason whatsoever when he could have easily avoided the cameras there was it going the direction of the parking garage he could have stayed on the sidewalk or stayed on the grass and avoided all cameras this guy plotted this out so perfectly down to the second of when he needed to lie down and take a shot but he just didn't even realize to look up and see where the cameras were and make sure you walked around them and there aren't that many cameras on campus frankly but he enters the tunnel he enters the parking garage he walks outside the low c center building at 1202 and then we lose him for 13 minutes when he gets onto the roof and then we lose him for seven minutes before he starts crawling on the roof there's a lot going on here that we don't have to do to get to the roof but we have to get to the roof there's a lot going on here that we don't have to do to get to the roof going on here that we don't have on camera if i'm his defense lawyer i'm going to make a strong argument that at some point a different person emerged on the roof and it wasn't my guy that's that's i mean i'm gonna make a strong argument that you cannot rule that out beyond reasonable doubt if you have this footage and you refuse to show it we assume it's because he's not on it or he's doing something inconsistent with his guilt then you got the big bang then he spider-mans off the roof then he runs to the wooded area changes outfits emerges in maroon 1229 he's seen sprinting through the dirt path that they did not request the cell phone data for 1244 to 1248 he's hanging out in a parking lot across town for some reason during the time he's hanging out he maps out a uh a route to the quick quack where he shows up at 12 57 to get a clean ride gonna spiff up the the old wagon at one o'clock lance says man all this went on and i was just snoozing he wasn't playing wordle you see doesn't like the game too hard never gets below a four 12 143 he sends a message to friends on discord about the shooting you see the news and he's not playing wordle at all 433 he's alleged to have texted lance i love you muah muah at some point he goes to dairy queen allegedly at some point he goes to the cemetery allegedly at some point he goes to the cowboy smokehouse allegedly he leaves the cowboy smokehouse around 9 47 allegedly 11 o'clock they kick off the auto text then you have it at 11 o'clock they kick off the auto text you have at 12 36 the encounter with the officer near campus you get agent hull saying he parked at 12 38 daisy did a little math here the earliest time he could have made it back from oram if he left right before 10 o'clock was 12 47 interesting that one of the search warrants says he rolled in at 12 47 at 133 according to one of the search warrant returns we got a google maps route from the area near the gun location to saint george that was at 133 at 135 the neighbor's doorbell camera captures him leaving at least according to one of the search warrants one of them had him leaving at 120 before the google maps location keep that in mind that's a key distinction here 7 15 a.m he's seen at the gas station in cedar city and at 9 21 after a hard day of killing and not sleeping for i don't know 29 hours or so a good time to send another wordle score my man's nothing if not consistent he's got a streak going on ladies and gentlemen he's not going to end his streak just because he shot charlie kirk not going to end his streak over a simple unaliving of a political figure i'm going on like 396 straight days ladies and gentlemen i got to get one more in before i turn myself in later in the afternoon when you put it all on a timeline when you put it on a map when you map out what was going on on the search warrants when you look through the oddities on the search warrants that are inconsistent with lone wolf activity and which have not been disclosed publicly and we're not part of the preliminary hearing you can you look at all this and say no that is not tyler robinson it could not all be tyler robinson why are the search warrant times changing after we discover traffic camera did he go to pangwich we have two eyewitnesses putting him in pangwich did he actually go because if so he couldn't have been sending those text messages why is he playing wordle in the midst of all this killing that's psychotic behavior right there that's a level of psychopathy i don't think they've alleged yet in the tyler robinson case this is supposedly just a disaffected gay kid who's tired of charlie kirk i guess hiring his entire staff being gay i mean you're not going you saw nate walker walking off the roof i can't even do it it's too gay i can't even make that move i'm too heterosexual i'm kidding nate you might be i don't know what you are but there's no question there's no question there's a lot going on here that's inconsistent with a lone wolf just wandering around doing this all by himself there's too many unanswered questions there's too much milling about there's too much time in parking garages without explanation of what he was doing there's too much time standing at staircases there was one they had to cut a minute 16 out because if he was standing there long enough people would say what's he doing what's he waiting on who's he talking to they cut a minute 16 out of him coming on campus they cut seven minutes out of him standing at the bottom of the stairs or 13 minutes i think of him standing in the stairs before he goes upstairs are we killing people or not are we going to do this or not why is he standing there for 13 minutes then he gets upstairs and they cut another seven minutes out why why this is the crux of the case this is what the case is about you're wanting to send this to trial on the death penalty you've got him on camera for like 15 minutes and you only show us two of it or 20 minutes and you show us two minutes of it a little snippet of him in a stairwell a little snippet of him at the top of the stairs a little snippet of him running across the roof what the hell is going on it's almost as if he didn't do it and they want to make it look like he did the absence of evidence is not evidence that's true i'll grant you that but when you have the evidence and you refuse to show it it's natural to ask why why are you refusing to show us what you have I thought of a really bad analogy and I'm not going to say it, but you could probably guess someone won't show you what they got. They might not got it. Might not got it. You know? They might not got it, guys. And I think it's fair to assume they don't. I think it's fair to assume they don't. And if they don't got it, well, then they're not willing to look into it and they're not willing to ask the questions about where the security team went. Well, we're going to look and see where the security team went. And they're not going to ask where Nate Walker went and why. So we're going to ask where Nate Walker went and why. And if we see evidence of where Nate Walker went, walking around on the, for some reason, on the roof of the Hall of Flags and over on the Sorenson Center ledge, we're going to ask, what are you doing over there? It's clear it's him. It's a remarkably consistent sashay. I think it's pretty clear it's the security guy. Black hair, black beard, long sleeve, tan, plaid shirt. How many of those were there that day? Not a hundred. Not two that I can tell. What are they doing? Who do they talk to? Where were they going? What were they getting? And why was it two new guys? Why was it two new guys? I got a lot of questions. My questions don't begin and end with, where did Blake go when he got off the plane? Blake Sneff gets off the plane with Charlie Kirk and he's just out there marking time. Marking time. Don't remember where I went. Don't remember where we parked. Don't know if I was in Salt Lake. Don't know if I was in Orem. Don't know how long I was in the car. Just marking time, guys. No one's asked Danny Phillips. He doesn't make himself available for such questions. If he knows, I think he should jump on an X. I mean, X space is where Blake didn't know anything. He should jump on an X space and say, here's where we went. Here's what we did. I know. It's amazing to me what they want to address and what they don't. When TPSA wants to address something, they get very aggressive. They'll shove it down your face. But when they don't want to address something, they act like they haven't heard the question. What? Well, I think they need to answer for where these guys went. Why was Nate Walker up there? Was that Christopher, the mysterious security guy? Were they together on the roof? What were they doing? How long were they up there? And you better hope to God, Blake, if you guys do answer that question, you better hope to God there's no more footage. Because I doubt you knew there was footage of Terrell messing around on a laptop until Candace dropped it. I bet you didn't know that. So if you come up with an answer, it better be right. Because now you guys don't know what is out there. You don't know what's out there. You never thought she would have a picture, an image, a video of Terrell looking over his shoulders, shoving something into a laptop and playing on it and then showing people the eight, eight, nine, 10 minutes after Charlie dies. Not the time I'm fiddling around on a laptop, if I'm being honest. I might be racing to the hospital to see what my good friend and the founder of the company I work for. I might be trying to figure out what he's, how he's doing. I might be on the phone talking to friends and family, updating them on what I know. You're probably not going to be sneaking around, grabbing SD cards out of cameras, messing around on a laptop, showing the laptop to people, turning around where no one can see me and continuing on laptop, looking over my shoulder. Nah, probably not going to do that. That's not the kind of guy I am. That's not your humble host. That's not me. Not the kind of guy I am. Not what I do. Not what I do. Nobody act concerned. Did Nate Walker look concerned on the roof? He heard the bang. May have seen what happened for all I know. I don't know. We don't have him at that exact moment, at least not on what we've shown you today. We don't have him at the exact moment. But did he look concerned to you that 90 seconds later or did he just kind of coolly put his sunglasses on and sashay away? Look pretty cool and calm and sashay to me. I think I'd be in a panic. I was just hired to be this guy's assistant and he just died. I think I would be a little concerned. There's a lot of unanswered questions. A lot of unanswered questions. But I think at this point it's incumbent on them to start answering some of them. Some of those questions I think deserve an answer. Again, I say this often because I believe it and I mean it. Charlie Kirk was loved by a lot of people. Millions of people. There were people there that day that traveled to see him. Traveled a long way. Hours by car, maybe even by plane. May have gotten a hotel. Spent some money. You know, doled out some shillings to see their boy, to see Charlie Kirk. A lot of people that followed him online, maybe never had the pleasure of going to see him live, but followed him online and watched all his clips. May have bought some merch, donated to TPUSA so he could continue his great work. A lot of people love the guy. And if they didn't, you guys wouldn't have been there that day. You wouldn't have jobs. And Blake, if I'll remind you, you were unemployable, sir. You were unemployable. But you had a job. You had a good job. Because Charlie Kirk lived. And because Charlie Kirk did what he did. He was an impressive man. Whether you agreed with every political position he took or not, you could not deny he was impressive. I made this point, you don't have to agree with somebody's political positions to admit they're impressive. The most impressive law professor I had, the smartest one I had, was a woman named Susan Williams. She was brilliant. Don't contact her, don't bother. She doesn't remember me from Adam's house, Kat. I promise you, that was 22 years ago. She has no idea who I am. She has no responsibility for what you see here. I only mention her to say, if you look her up, you'll see we have drastically different political positions. This woman is like a radical leftist. As radical as it gets. But there was no denying the talent, the skill. Effective communicator, brilliant beyond words. So smart, so smart. Probably had one of those IQs that doesn't even register because they get up above a certain level and they're like, no one has this IQ, we'll just cut it off here. That kind of a person. Finished first in her class at Harvard Law, kind of person. You know, writes constitutions for countries, kind of person. That kind of smart. You don't have to agree with someone's political position to understand that they can be loved by millions. And that the only reason anybody knew who Blake Neff or Andrew Colvette or frankly, any of these people, these hangers on around TPSA, these hacks that Charlie Kirk, unfortunately, was surrounded with. The only reason anyone ever knew of them, the only reason they had jobs, the only reason they traveled, the only reason they were paid well is because a lot of people really love Charlie Kirk. And you can't cut off that love just because he dies and say, everybody must now go away and believe everything we say. We're the new sheriff. If we say Charlie held this position, then he held it. Well, that's not what he said. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. He's dead. If we say Charlie called us and super secret told us a way he really felt about Candace Owens, you can't disagree with it. Yeah, but everything he said publicly doesn't matter. He's dead. It doesn't matter if they tell you, that, you know, Charlie desperately wanted Erica to take over and become a full-time working woman. Well, yeah, but it disagrees with everything he said publicly about women in the workforce and women who can afford to stay home with their kids should. It doesn't matter. He's dead. You're desecrating his image. You're desecrating his memory. You're killing him all over again. It doesn't work that way, guys. It's not the way it works. The people who loved him, the people who respected him, the people who thought highly of him, have a right to look around and say, what the hell happened that day? It doesn't look like what you guys say happened, happened. It doesn't look like a lone wolf just woke up one day after a week's worth of planning and decided to kill him and pulled it off. Happened to get lucky. Happened to know exactly where to go. Happened to know exactly that that roof would be uncovered. Happened to know exactly he wouldn't be spotted and stopped while on that roof. I mean, I would assume that if I climbed up on a roof when there's a pretty high-end political figure there who's being, talked about maybe being president one day, who shows up with a dozen security members, I would assume if I stood up on a roof in broad daylight, someone would be tasked with making sure I wasn't there. Not Tyler Robinson. No, he knew precisely that that roof would be uncovered. He knew it would be open. He knew there would be no police in the stairwell, making sure nobody got up there. He knew nobody would be positioned on that roof, and nobody, more importantly, would be positioned on any high position that would let anyone know he was there. There would be no drones in the air. that would let people know he was there? no helicopters overhead, no planes in the air that would be looking down. He knew, he knew. And this guy who couldn't hit a target, who was like actually missing the target when he was target practicing, who had no group, I mean, you would say his groups were bad, but they weren't even really groups. To me, a group has to be within like that. Like you got to at least be able to touch it with your fingers in order to count it as a group, right? It has to be like four or five shots at least within, I mean, that's still not the greatest group, but I would classify that. But just sort of a smattering on a poster board, that's not going to cut it. That's not going to cut it. On a gun that he was supposedly just hauling around in his legs, that the prosecution admits probably would have knocked the scope off course a little bit, at least a little bit. And when you're talking about firing something, 138 to 142 yards, away a little bit off on a scope would put the bullet like feet away from the target, not just inches away or not millimeters away, feet away. Like it's just a one or two degree off and you're just, you're not even under the tent anymore. He just happened to know, happened to know, and he got lucky. He got lucky, you see, because he just didn't know that George Zinn was going to jump up and take credit. He didn't draw all the law enforcement to that position. He just didn't have a clue. Didn't have a clue. Later this week, we're going to play some more radio audio about Officer Bagboy and how it was he determined the Losey Center was the right roof. I think we're going to play it. Boy, he got lucky. He got really lucky. He got lucky that he waited long enough. You know, go back to Kathy Nestor's questioning when she was questioning Bagboy and she was like, Bagboy, did anyone get on the roof before you went up there? Well, I'm in the shooter. I mean, but between you and the shooter, I don't know what you're asking. Like after the shooter, Spider-Man'd off and before you climbed up there, did anyone get him up there between you? What do you mean by that? That question is so unclear. Okay. Point A, Spider-Man jumps off. Point B, you go up there. Was there anybody in between point A and B? I don't know. Are you using English words? Lady? Makes me believe she thought someone was up there. I mean, why would you ask that question six different ways? If you didn't know, I don't know. I mean, I've never been to the low sea center roof. Maybe it's commonly traversed. I don't know, but she seemed to know something or why would she keep asking that? And so assuming she's right, and I don't know, again have no idea. Maybe nobody got up there. I'm not suggesting anyone got up there. Don't take this wrong way, but I like to believe that there was a reason bag boy waited so long to think low sea center. I should go check out the low sea center. They didn't go immediately. He milled around a little bit in the menorah. Then after a while he was like, ah, we should check out the low sea center. Keep in mind, he had some kind of Bluetooth device. It is. He had his police radio and wanted, but he had a Bluetooth. Your piece in another kind of looked like one of these kind of looked almost exactly like one of these and it was in his ear on the other side. Could someone have said something to him that was like, okay, now's the time to go to the low sea center. Everything's set up in the low sea center. The screwdrivers there don't miss the screwdriver bag boy. Okay. Yeah. Got it. Boss got it. And now is that what happened? I don't know. No idea. No idea whatsoever, but we'll look at the radio. Well, I think we're going to do this. We'll listen to the radio and try to let you figure out. Cause it sounded like people were talking about other roofs and he kept saying, no, we need to go to low sea center. Yeah. What about the Sorenson? Let's go to the low sea center. But you have to look at all this timeline and say, is it possible? Tyler Robinson planned and executed Charlie Kirk alone without help. Cause that's the narrative they're pushing. I think he did great work on Vegas and Butler and, um, and COVID, but that doesn't mean I have to believe everything he believes and I'm not yet a believer on that theory. That no one's shown me a drone yet that could have been there that could have been capable of that damage. Someone in here recommended the Alan Carr book, how to quit smoking. So I tried it 30 plus year smoker and I quit overnight. Oh wow. Been four days without a cigarette feels great and way easier than I thought. Highly. Recommend it. I'm glad you said that Mr. Bruce Lee Bruce Lee a that a hundred dollars is a bargain. You're going to end up saving that every month or more, uh, not smoking. So thank you for your generosity, but no, you're paying for it with your savings from your bad habit. you go in the sorenson center that's where it's supposed to possibly is i'm late to the show but did you get the email i sent about the uvu event planning from last year i don't know morning baron was the footage at the tunnel entrance cut due to aspect ratio squishing which would make the car passing by look weird thank you for all you do christ is king indeed um it did look squished i don't know why it would be squished or who squished it salt therapy cleanses airways and skin helps with congestion inflammation and skin irritations you sit in room at salt spa a salt spa circulates superfine salt particles and you just breathe i can do that part i've got breathing down pat i've been doing that for 46 years i'm an expert actually i'm terrible at it because i have bad lungs and i cough all the time help my daughter with asthma eczema and family with bad colds i'll have to check it out maybe it'll help this cough i'll belong to a salt spa i'll build a spot salt spa if it stops me from coughing i don't know if i can do that i don't know what a salt spa is i'll check it out i was talking about candace's most recent post on x blakey snef had a lot to say today until she asked exactly where he went before going to the hospital he is now silent oh blake does that was there an issue i thought he went straight to the hospital didn't he say he ran to the hospital he ran to the he found a way to was there a question about where blake blankey blankey where'd you go did you go somewhere else i'm assuming she has a reason to ask i don't know to her her to ask a bunch of questions she doesn't know the answer to where were you blake i assumed he went straight to the hospital interesting you know what else is interesting how no matter what we do no matter what we think or what impulses we act on jesus loves you i've always found that interesting can't get away from it you always have to remember it jesus loves you he's coming back one day coming back one day be ready be ready guys i appreciate this i have greatly greatly appreciated this um end of a long week uh i'll be back sunday night sunday night and um i'll have an update sunday night about my schedule next week it's going to be different uh and it's going to be truncated so um candace is going to be gone all week i will be gone thursday and friday so we'll we'll have to truncate the week somehow so may end
