Every dream you have is going to be tested. Understand that. It ain't no easy walk to the top. Ain't no elevator to the top. You gotta take the stairs. You're going to be tested. What you gonna do when you get tested, cause you gonna get told no a bunch of times. So what you gonna do, you gotta master that. But the only way to master it is you gotta get knocked down to understand how to get up. You must fall and roll over to know what it is to have to recover. You gotta be down to understand up. You gotta be under to know how to get over. You gotta get to the low point to appreciate the high point. If you don't think it go like that man, you might get up now cause you gonna get tested. Now the question is, what you gonna do when you test curl. It's hard. Keeping your spirits up. It's hard when you're hurting. It's hard. You gotta build. You gotta responsibilities. It's hard. Easy is not an option. But it's worth fighting. It's worth believing. It's worth giving yourself a chance. It's worth mustering yourself up standing up inside yourself. It's worth fighting relentlessly. Never giving up. It's worth it. It is worth the struggle. It is worth whatever the struggle is to find out who you are and what you got and what you can do and what you can be. This fire you're feeling, this pressure you're feeling, this frustration you're feeling. This is what is going to make you into the weapon that you are going to become that will then build the life that you are out to build. Take this opportunity to recognize that the chaos in your life is actually forging you and improving you because you're choosing to press on when everybody else is not willing to push on. What if problems will always get what if every single problem really was a gift in your life. What if every problem you ever had was what happened before you, not to you. What if everything in our lives is guided. What if everything in our lives was divine time. Everything, even the pain. When you're in the darkest place, when you feel like all is lost, when you think there's no way to turn around. Remember this, victory is near. You don't even know how creative you are until you run out of options. You don't know how innovative you are until you feel like your back is up against the wall. I am excited about your future because your darkness is about to be your development. Everybody can stand up and do good when everything is all good. Everybody can smile when the sun shot. Everybody can do right when everything is going right. Everybody can do that. But everybody can't face opposition at adversity and challenge is a say, I've been waiting on you to come. I'm going to embrace you and I'm going to figure out a way to use you because you would never make me a person that people don't recognize before the adversity. That's made out of my mind before the battle even happens because I know I ain't running. I know I ain't quit. I'm going to make a commitment and no matter what happens, I'm going to do whatever it takes to get it done. That's the real. That's the most important part. There are some things that you're naturally gifted at. All this you gotta wheel your way through. I will my way through homelessness. I will my way through that GED. I will my way through that PhD. I will my way through to be a better father. I will my way through those books. I got what it takes. I got an average skill but I got phenomenal. I can't. I have the ability to do it. I will. Somebody count on me. I will. I have the willpower to make it happen. We don't quit. We don't give up. We push a switch called will. Yes we tire. Yes we're hungry. Yes the mind is saying give up but we cannot quit because we realize we have not reached a goal yet. This is not what I dreamed about. This is not what I said. I was going to do. This is not what it looks like. I got a push. I must. It's not an option. And the reason why some of you are not where you support the beat. You've given yourself an option. Failure is not an option. You can't even let it sink into your brain. Not even a second. You have to know that this thing is going to work. Come hell or high water. At some point my dream is going to become a reality. Do you want to cap the new your ship? Control your own destiny, your own life. You gotta talk to yourself. Sometimes healing takes place first in the spirit. We must learn to talk to ourselves and focus on the inter-things that we can control rather than the external things that we can't control. Never make a permanent decision based on a temporary emotion. Don't believe everything you think. We naturally feel that if we think something it's gotta be true because it comes from within us. But just because you think something doesn't make it true. When I started thinking about becoming a speaker. This voice in South of me say, "You can't do this. You don't have everything it takes. You don't have the skills. You don't have the knowledge. You don't have the money." So, it gives that you can't do that. What if you lose everything you've got? You've got to stand up inside yourself sometimes and say, "Shut up!" You've got to stand up to it. And I'm gonna do this anyhow. Come on man, get yourself together. You can handle this. You just haven't taken it out yet. It's alright. This is your train to it. This is a mission you have to take for what you don't know. How are you going to make it? I don't know but I will. Say you will when you put yourself in my kind of situation that you can kick out of those circumstances. Whatever they are, I'm gonna keep on kicking. The biggest challenge that you will have in life is you. Nobody's gonna care more about your dream than you. No one is gonna care more about you becoming diamond than you. If the economy is good, that will help. If people have the vision, that will help. If your family members will support you, that will help. If your friends will chime in, that will help. But all of those things are minor things. The major key to your becoming a diamond is you. Your belief, your faith, your drive, your determination, your persistence, your perseverance, your spirit. You are a bit determining factor. Life is not always easy. There are times when it feels like everything is going against you. When you face obstacles that seem insurmountable and when you feel like giving up. This is harder than I thought. Hard. That must mean it's bad. No. Every time you face disappointment, you face heartache, you face defeat, you face setbacks, it's preparing you for what this world has in store for you. Life is not done with you. You're only just getting started. The challenges you have right now, they're there to push the greatness that is inside of you out. But as much as I hate some of the parts of my life depression has dragged me down to. And a lot of ways I'm grateful for it. Because yeah, it's put me in the valleys, but only to show me those peaks and yeah, it's dragged me through the dark, but only to remind me that there's light. My heart's forced me to have hope. I have hope and have faith in myself. So don't ever give up. Don't ever quit. Pressure has a point. Pressure has a purpose. Say most people suffer from possibility blindness. They can't see themselves doing better because they've been conditioned by the world around them. Most people give up on themselves easily. You know the human spirit is powerful. There's nothing that's powerful. It's hard to kill the human spirit. When you have a meet up mind, you don't care about the facts. You don't care about the odds because you are creating your own production. You are the star of your show. You are the director. You're writing the script and you'll determine whether your life is a smash office hit or flop. You determine that. Working on yourself, talking to yourself. That's so very important. Overcoming the negative conversation that your dialogue is going on all the time, all the time. And so learning how to empower yourself, part of doing that is standing up to yourself. I'm in control here. The power to hold on in spite of everything, the power to endure, the hunger, the ability to face, defeat, get it again without giving up. This is a winous quality. You have that quality within you. No one believed in me. I believed in myself. Belief came for me. I was going through those so weeks, taking those legs up, getting up early in the morning, buying myself, no coach, getting myself up, motivating myself every single day. And no one's there saying, come on, I'm forming beliefs. So no time comes. I know exactly how to get through. The heart of the battle, the suite of victory. It's good to you. Why? See when it's hard. There's a struggle. Once you become into process, it's more important in the dream. That's more important. The kind of person you become, the character that you build, the courage that you develop, the faith that you're manifesting. Oh, it's something that you get up in the morning and look yourself in the mirror. You're a different kind of person. You walk with a different kind of spirit. You can get through this. You can survive this. You can outlast this. You can handle this. You gotta push yourself to your limits. That's when you grow. You have the strength to pick yourself up and keep fighting through the darkness. And when you keep fighting through it, you'll reach the light and that light will make every bit of the dark worth it.
