what's up guys we're back to views we are back with another pod jason and natalie are on this episode it's a fresh one it's a good one yeah dude how's everybody's weekend fucking great man dude this is the first time natalie and i are reuniting since your fight how did you know we had a fight you told me on thursday oh and what did i say you said well it was on the podcast wait what yeah we talked about it was natalie on the podcast no nat wasn't here oh because we were fighting yes that's right oh so how did you enjoy your paid time off my paid time off my saturday and sunday to myself friday too are you mad at him still um no i'm not mad i'm just first of all there wasn't even anything to be mad about she just genuinely was just like she just like left i just gave up i just said fuck you and fuck this yeah i don't even i think she's just really tired but i don't know why i wasn't tired brother and i don't know why she let it spill over until everybody was like okay so we went to we also went to the hamptons yeah right okay so let me backtrack a little we got into a fight at the paramount premiere you get to like curate this i got this now don't worry you just sit there let me say it exactly how i we went to the paramount premiere obviously natalie was being bitchy the whole time i was like whatever really can you not do that because people actually think people take your word for it and i people literally think that i'm some fucking crazy bitch because of the shit you say about me and i'm like i'm like so all right go you you say you say you say okay we go to do we go to the paramount jackass premiere to do to do work you know we just flew fucking 14 hours back to do this thing obviously everybody's tired whatever but we have a job to do okay great everybody's on the same page about that everyone's happy we're in our little black tie outfits whatever the job ends up taking like six hours or whatever and i am doing my damn best david has a videographer there but guess who he hands the camera to natalie to film his fucking tiktok well okay because my phone or phone because my videographer okay it's filming the vlog so i take it and i have gotten my ass chewed out so many times for me too improv of course even if you film it remotely correct you're going to get destroyed by david yes because he nobody he is god tier guys he is god tier and nobody is like him okay i like you i like you no nobody has a vision like him telling the story with the same accuracy i would david's abs are on right now guys you can't see it but they're fucking got an eight pack and he's taking a protein shake steve-o is putting a fucking fish hook through his lip okay we all run into steve-o's room yeah in like 30 seconds the man david is shoving a fish hook into his face and i have to fucking film this thing and it's there's like 30 people in there it's chaos i'm stressed but i'm trying to focus and do it i thought i did a pretty good job and i in the moment he yells at me after the fact for the exact thing that i thought i actually did a decent job on in the moment i tried to get as close to steve-o's face to get the money shot right the hook is about to burst through the fucking lip yeah and i'm in there trying to get this fucking shot or whatever i think that i have fucking nailed this okay paramount's gonna be happy david's gonna be happy we're gonna get out i'm gonna go to bed finally no we're walking out of paramount lot he's watching the video he's like you fucking moron you fucking missed it i said i said how can you possibly film it like this film it like you'd want to see it through your eyes and she just missed the hook missed the whole she was five feet away from somebody wants to be a judge they can go to your instagram right now we zoomed in on the hook you zoomed in oh so she she was too far away you won't be able to see i was too far yeah yeah if we showed it to you raw it just looked like i'm playing with steve-o's mouth that's not true in the in the shot that it's raw is it you and steve-o or is it a shot of steve-o that's me and steve-o because he will if so in the moment i'm also thinking about this too because sometimes he wants both people in the shot sometimes most times you don't want just the one person you're like keep us both in so i don't have to pan so i'm trying not to pan i'm like i've thought about that situation since then yeah and um yeah i shouldn't hand off things to film and and i and i left that night i was like i i'm like i hate it i have to film everything i have to like if there is something exciting going on i've i'm always want to be the one filming it that's just because i'm also just so happen to be editing it and it's really hard it's really easy to film when you're editing it because you know where you're cutting as you're filming yeah so you're like i got this now time to move on and then if like if you watch someone else if someone else films for you and then you watch it back it's like they edited it wrong it's really hard to explain now that makes sense so like because not the way you wanted it yeah yeah so like yeah i i do have to and i've known that from the vlog every time anything happens in the vlog cameras my hand but then i handed it off to nat god for bed but the thing is with your stuff too is that there's never a plan right no one ever knows what the is going on everything is god bless you captured completely raw completely organically okay yeah so i have no idea what i don't know who's doing what when i'm just trying my best to just all right whatever and then we we're leaving paramount and you know doing my typical like this isn't filmed right whatever and then natalie's like i'm this i'm done and then and then scan turns on the camera he didn't get the beginning part and it's just me going good riddance and it's her walking oh really through the gates of paramount through the gates of paramount starving you left paramount you didn't right i left i called i called well she called an uber and then i went to get my car and i'm like we should go get her so i've looped around to get her in front of the paramount gates and she just ignored us the entire time as she waited for her that's the worst yeah and i looked like i looked like a like a jealous boyfriend or something because i was like just get in the car yeah yeah and security's staring at me they're like what the fuck is going on yeah are they dating yeah just get in the fucking car it's fine i would i would pay money if like one of our friends was out there but like a once removed friend like i would love for like eric to see that oh that's my favorite like oh david and nat are fighting yeah he would get it right away because it's it's about content when that when nat and i fight like it's always like to scan yeah scan said the funniest thing in the car what do you say like we were this is the first day we were ever filming together it's not the funniest thing but he says something really funny he uh we were filming and i told natalie they'll get like more laptops than she was originally going to get so we can give away more laptops whatever yeah and i was snarky about it whatever and she goes suck my fucking dick and she slams the door at uh at best buy and scan goes holy shit does she has like has she ever crashed out like that before sorry sorry sorry sorry she slams the door he doesn't say anything and then we're at jimmy john's like getting a sub before she comes back with the laptops and then he like builds up the courage to ask me like has she ever crashed out like that before and i'm telling you dead ass i had no idea what he was talking about i was like what do you mean and then i was like oh my god just now when she left i was like oh that's like absolutely nothing and then i went in the car and i told john because john also witnessed natalie leaving john had the same reaction i was like when did she crash out what happened because like it was it was not and now stan is used to it that we fight about every four days anyway this went on longer and i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like oh my god i'm like natalie decided to not go to the hamptons even though it was her idea to go to the hamptons my trip that i planned why did you not go to the hamptons i thought it was working out and then i called her you know he's a fucking idiot oh you have to call because i just i honestly genuinely i just needed a break like i needed to not look at his fucking face for like a couple days which is so which is so crazy because like the ham okay and not only the best part about the hamptons is last sec i was like i don't know if i want to go but then i was like i really should go and have the best time because natalie's not going oh and rub it in her face yes and i called this motherfucker was posting it up on his whole friends this weekend every amazing thing that he was doing so i called earlier and i was like dude no natalie boy strip hampton yeah it's really hard to convince him but i finally got him to go oh my god when i saw that motherfucker on the plane i was like these and then not only that but john's friend missed his flight so he had to book a private jet so he called us and he was like and he was like private jet to hamptons i was like what private jetting all the way to new york no way fuck yes let's do it so i i did you know i'm a nice guy so natalie or i texted natalie and i was like hey private jet was that you texting me or your sister it was me yeah i was texting natalie and i was like i was like hey there's a private jet if you want to go to the hamptons and she goes it's bella natalie's sleeping and i'm like just wake her up i feel like she'd like the private jet and she's like i don't think she'd care but that was natalie talking um yeah anyway so then my sister was sitting next to me that she's like oh that was good and then we went yeah then we landed in the hamptons hamptons and john's friend is like uber wealthy so we stayed at his house in a private chef what kind of house beach on the beach uh no just like a lot of land yeah like yard as big as you could see and then like tennis court at the end of the pool oh my god um where'd you land so this is what i this is what may may make me never go back to the hamptons yeah is we landed in the hamptons yep because it's a private jet so you can you don't have to land at jfk or newark or whatever but the ride in in the car from the airport to the house was like two hours and 10 minutes with traffic with traffic yeah because it's just one which is insane and if i landed at jfk which i was originally going to do the ride in is three hours and 15 minutes it's like i don't care what's going on in the hamptons that's like fucking crazy that's crazy pretty rarefied area though yeah and then the ride back to jfk was like two hours but yeah it was it's very it's like it's like driving into vernon hills but everyone's trying to get to vernon hills yeah and like it's one road it's one road and it's the busiest fucking road you'll ever be on it's you're going yeah and then all the parties this was this was even crazier to me like we'd go to the festival yeah and then the after party would be 55 minutes away and so you'd be in the car for literally an hour 55 minutes away but four miles yes right it was wild so you do that and then you and then you have to go back another hour the other way um one thing about dave though i will say like he's a tyrant but he does make up quicker than anyone i've ever met but that doesn't hold a grudge but for sure but that's the frustrating part because he just like he'll just get up and forget about it but like you just really upset me well because i don't actually fight for any reason other than just to like yeah and that's fucked up just just for sport like i don't it's it's a game to you i don't yeah i don't do it because it like it means anything to me like i don't like at the end of the day you not getting the hook in steve was mouth it's fine i completely forgot about it once once we took four steps it wasn't away from that conversation obviously no i understand but i i just i and i was also surprised i was thinking to myself actually this weekend i was like why does she do that like why does i was like she needs to go to like why do you think she does she needs to go to anger management classes it's so funny because everybody around me is like he needs help like you know i could see that but like you know you know how it's so funny people in the hamptons were like where's that oh my god the amount of texts i got where are you i'm with david we're having the best time i'm like god damn it shut up dude what was well give me an example of the best time like give me a moment that was like awesome i don't know it was just like everybody was just it felt like uh i i don't know the club was really fun okay and like our our friend basically runs the festival yeah so like gave us gave us the full tour of the whole festival that's fun so like we went to go see we started i said hi i'm david i'm david i'm david i'm hi to kai go before his sets saw the chain smoker we stayed at the uh alex from the chain smoker stayed at the same house we did yeah so like we were with him before his show fun and then after which is really nice and then we got to go see like everyone that was there like every one of our friends that like we've ever seen was all there we could like easily walk around the festival because our friend was running it so it's just like a really fun experience i'll tell you what's funny is like he does you started the podcast saying that like you know he makes you look bad and sometimes when you text me and you're like so nice i swear to god for like years i've been like like my brain is warped from him because natal text can be so sweet and i'll be like oh my god she's so nice like she's being so nice no no no not super chill like she's really cool and shit i just like uh i would i'd love for you to elaborate everyone like everyone that kept asking me where's that i was like oh we got in a fight she was wrong same old same old everyone texted me and i was one being nice i was just like oh i was really tired i didn't want to come this weekend i don't want to involve them in our fucking bullshit really yeah yeah no i told one person i was like yeah we were in a fight and then they were like so where is nat and i was like no i actually that's actually what happened we just got in a fight and she's not coming isn't she the one that wanted to come this is her trip that she's been planning for weeks this is her trip that i've been like i don't know if i should be going to the hamptons and all of a sudden boycotting made it my big thing what did you do if you had you had a whole weekend off what did you do i actually had an amazing time it's funny i and i have some thoughts for you david after this but friday was probably like one of our most productive work days who's we brooke and i oh and we like we were on we were both working obviously from home but like we were on a zoom for like three and a half hours yeah and she was just like this is the probably the most productive meeting like we've ever had and i was like yeah it's because david's not sitting here like laying on the couch or fucking eating something or watching tiktoks at level 80 volume that is so funny you do have a tendency to um you're just very distracted i mean it's so bizarre i do that it's so bizarre it's so bizarre what's bizarre that like i lay on the couch and i watch tiktoks while they're working it's so weird that i do that and i can't stop myself because i want to be around people right but i know it's the work day and they're busy it's crazy i don't know where i don't want to like watch tiktoks alone but you grab john and watch tiktoks john's working too john's not working it is crazy though like if if the roles were reversed i would have such an immense like level of guilt if i was sitting on the couch while everyone around me was like working really hard and i'm just like watching tiktoks well i work at different times no i i don't that's not the point i don't work they're working from nine to five and that's their time to work so you should stop them like let me point this out to you let's take somebody like zach king let's take somebody like eric let's take any creator right that's like do you think fucking zach king walks into his employees and is like hey what the fuck are you doing oh hey what's what's for lunch hey where's the fucking sandwich do you think he just disrupts you're you're fucking yourself no it's your own business it's your business yeah but it's a catch-22 right work let that work who am i gonna any number of the fucking 80 pickleball players that are here all day go out and chat i want to hang out with brooke yeah i want to hang out with brooke's pretty great i don't even think that he needs to pivot that much i think that he just needs other people to allow other people to like have some separation myself and so that other people can grow and flourish for him on his behalf but it's tough because if you leave how do i micromanage you don't manage anything that's you think that you are but you're you're such a oh i'm a contradiction because Well, it's not only, yes, that is really cool. And what we would do is we'd play, we'd play like two Fall Out Boy tracks. Okay. And we'd do, well, actually we'd also play Panic at the Disco. We'd kind of mix. Okay. And we'd put strobe lights around the house. We only had two, obviously. 'cause we got 'em from Spencer's, whatever. but you only need to because our houses were small so you put one upstairs and downstairs and when you're running with a Nerf gun and there's strobe lights it's like you're skipping through time it's like the Matrix and when you're listening to a Fall Out Boy track or Panic it really is like fucking shit is going down it feels like dance dance we're falling apart and it's fucking crazy oh yeah I'm over here Alex I'm up here cover me dance dance my favorite was when we did this is when we were a little older we bought airsoft guns and we blacked out the entire house turned off all the appliances and I played the John Wick soundtrack throughout the house through all the speakers what's that like opera? I play music like this throughout the house like stuff from Bourne or John Wick that's cool and lights off it's so fucking dark it's terrifying and we're grown-ups now right so we're playing with airsoft guns it's really good really good and we have silencers on our guns and the way we start is because it'd be a disadvantage if you knew where the person started right so we first we meet in the driveway it's pitch black it's midnight it's midnight at my house and in like in our hat in my hat I put a list of places so I do living room kitchen upstairs living room upstairs bedroom upstairs John's room downstairs blah blah blah and I do doubles of each and then each team there's two teams pick out of the hat where we're spawning so where we start so the opposite team doesn't know where we start so there's a good chance we're both in the same room or there's a good chance because if you knew one person started upstairs and one started downstairs it'd just be a fight at the stairs yeah but now it's every inch you move you're like are they upstairs with me? are they downstairs with me? and it's really really fucking intense but how do you get everybody in the house and not know where everybody is? you go hide so like one team you go hide one team goes and hides yeah and if you walk into the same room as the other team the other team has to be like we're in the same room and then and then we have to restart sorry that's what I forgot to mention back to one you are at different rooms but you could be on the same floor got it so you're not like it's really your house is not that big though no it's not but like we used to do this with Nerf guns but it's really we're climbing through like windows and shit yeah and it's really fucking how old were you? this was two years ago wait what do you mean? this was here at this house no in Vernon Hills oh when we were doing Nerf guns? yeah no the wait you did the airsoft thing here? yes oh what? yeah we bought airsoft guns here oh you did it here? yeah when I was like 26 oh wait what are you talking about? I thought this was a story from like when you were like nine no I played through the speakers of the house I don't have speakers like through the house in my old house I thought you just like had a speaker no it's in every room I thought you had a bluetooth it's fucking really no no no this is like coming through the actual home who'd you play with? it was me, John, Alex, Ilya oh my god two on two wow yeah it's fucking incredible did you cum in your pants after? yeah because it's so fun you're drenched in sweat yeah? you're drenched in sweat because these guns are like they're shooting like real guns yeah right they're like making the sounds it's no fucking joke did they have as much fun as you did? yes that's good but we never played again no? just once? for two reasons one because it got so intense that our guns broke because we were like diving on the floor and shit okay and two it's too scary it's it really is like when you're put into like when you're put into that situation and you're like in a different room it's really scary we're like it's like let's not do that again it's not good and like the shots don't even hurt that much yeah but it's so terrifying not knowing where the other person is it's really not worth it damn I don't know it sounds like it sounds really fun it's would you like to play with us? sure I'll do it really really now would you be down? now we should do it I don't like that okay I don't like it either but I feel like I have to see what what scary is oh it's it's insane you know what I mean? it's not like we're filming it no I know with flashlights or anything no so it's like it's dark Jay and you're like it feels like you broke into a house and you have to eliminate somebody you have to kill somebody it's really fucking scary what can you see is there like light coming in from the moon? you'll see like like a little red dot on like yeah on your forehead when you're getting fucking shot no you'll see like you'll see red dot coming from like something that's plugged in that like we can't unplug like the fire the smoke detector or something yeah and then you'll see like yeah you'll get light from some of the stars or the moon or the town right like the city will be shining in on you that is the most kind of fun though it's incredible it really is I highly recommend it anyway that's why I want Fallout Boy other than that what are we planning for my birthday? this is what I want to do I want to like kind of prep it like I want to make sure it's good for the vlog so I want to get like a hundred bottles of champagne okay and at the end of the night I want to have like a champagne moment where like everyone like champagnes everything you know what I mean? I always get nervous someone's going to get a cork in the eye I don't know I don't know if it's my problem with that how is that not a thing? like when people go party all over the world how does a champagne pop not hit somebody in the eye? I mean I'm sure it happens yeah I'm sure it's happened I always think about it like it's never happened to people no I the problem is with the champagne thing is like it's really hard to pop champagne at the same time oh yeah like if you're not like a linebacker like if you're giving it to like 50 random people it's really hard to like hire some champagne poppers oh that could be good hire 50 champagne poppers to stand behind Fallout Boy and then what I think would be really cool is the glam bot did you get my note last night? getting the glam bot would be really cool that's fun and then like incorporating that like that's the thing that you see like on the red carpet like Oscars like what's the thing like we have always a really nice photo booth and this year Snapchat is sponsoring our photo booth so it's gonna be kick ass but like I want like I want like a video component and then like you know like I want things that could be you want that guy here with the long hair yes that's cool like I think that's really cool that would be sick people would love that I just DM'd him he messaged me back he's like I'm on a walk with my family I'll let you know this sounds fun which would be really cool if we can get him in the driveway or wherever you gonna get big celebs here?
