The podcast features a lively, anecdotal recount of a recent trip to New York, where the hosts describe the city as both overwhelming and invigorating. They share humorous stories, including a five-mile walk after drinking, Natalie’s unique whispering voice during calls, and an unplanned romantic moment at a festival with a friend. The conversation delves into personal reflections on dating, intimacy, and emotional boundaries—highlighting themes like imposter syndrome, the cultural trend of saving virginity for marriage, and the growing normalization of casual sex. They also discuss the absurdity of modern dating norms, such as TikTok videos promoting self-preservation, and touch on personal insecurities around sexuality and social interactions. The episode blends humor, self-deprecation, and genuine vulnerability, ultimately reflecting on how individuals navigate relationships and connection in a fast-paced, isolated world. While the hosts are amused by the absurdity of New York’s energy, they also recognize their own limitations in keeping up with the city’s relentless pace and social demands. The tone remains light and conversational, with moments of raw honesty about human behavior, desire, and emotional complexity.
What's up guys, we'll back to views. Sorry this podcast is late. We just got into town from the big apple. So yeah, sorry we're experiencing life. We're going out there to fetch stories for you guys. You know, you got to do it. You got to go out and build a reserve. Yeah, yeah. The take is full right now, Jay. Yeah. Oh, good. You got a lot of hot ones. Oh my God, you won't believe the stories I have from the big apple. You slept in your hotel the entire time. Yeah, till like 5 p.m. Yeah. I don't know and I can't do anything in New York. So weird. I just like so much to do. I hate it. It's overwhelming. It's scary. And you're in your it's like it's taking that first step. It's like I don't want to go to do that. If me and not went to New York, this is what we do. We literally wake up. I know. Okay. Like we'd go to the gym. Then we'd walk to like the best bagel place. Yes. Right. Then we'd walk to the best pastrami place. No, when we were oh, I was hung over the first day and Natalie like woke up like early like way before we had to get up for our flight this morning, actually, sorry. And it was like 8 a.m. and chick brought me a sandwich. I don't know five mile walk. Wait, what? Yeah, I walked five miles this morning. You should be executed for that. How is that even? You went on five miles after we drank. Yeah. What the fuck? Why did you do that? Dude, people like you freak me the fuck out. That's got drinkers voice right now. I do. Yeah. I have drinkers. Take her at voice right now. She's been pissing me off in the car. I was trying to talk to her and I was like, can you stop fucking whispering? There's nothing that gets. I can't help it. My voice is strained. There's nothing gets under my skin more than Natalie on the phone. Oh my god. I take one. I refuse to take phone calls in front of David. I will run and lock myself in a different room because every time I do, he's like, I can't believe you talk like that on the phone. It's so it's like that was me. Talk to me. And I tell you exactly how she talks on the phone. It's really weird. Hey, how are you? We'd love to work with David this year. Do you guys have any videos coming up that we could be a part of? Yeah, that's amazing. We're right now. What we're doing is we have a trip to South Africa planned. And then I think we're going to where we really are trying to pump out as many videos as possible. So yeah, that would be really good. I changed the way I speak, depending on who I'm speaking to. No, no, no, no. You speak like that to everybody. And I'm like, how is no one hanging up yet? It's like, first of all, they want to buy a new business with you. I don't know, man. It takes like a really long time. And then it's so it's like she's whispering. Yeah. And it's like she like, she's it's like she's getting a massage. It's like someone's rubbing her thighs and she's trying to like conceal it. Like that's what it kind of sounds like. Like if I was on the other end of it, I'd be like, is this a bad time? That's how that's how she talks. My mom had a my mom had a work voice. Really? Yeah, like she'd always be like this talking like this. Yeah, but that's different. But then when work would call she'd be like, hi, everybody everybody on work calls, especially when we have them, everybody turns it up, right? It's almost like an obnoxious amount. I don't know. We're so excited to say that. So are you? No, I'm I'm like, I'm like podcast voice when I'm on a phone call. But Natalie is the only person to turn it down on a phone call. I've never seen it. But she works backwards. It's a pilot. Are you doing that on purpose? Yeah. Is that like a power play? Of course, everything is strategic. Are you? Is that what you're doing? It's annually. It depends. Yeah. I mean, sometimes this morning, I was talking to the airline that I was trying to reschedule our flight. And I was over his fuck. So I was just crazy. Yeah, because we're gonna like miss our flight and our our blade got canceled. It's the helicopter that takes you to the airplane, whatever. And she was just like, yeah, so I think if there was any way we could reschedule another flight. No, I don't know. I don't know. Whatever. I don't have blade, huh? I don't want to keep nitpicking on it. Yeah, do New York traffic is really crazy. Oh, yeah. No, no, no, it's like it's like statement. It's not even that because it says it's an hour. So, okay, so this is how we get to the airport, which is like a fucking hack is the blade. So what is it? Like $100 per person? Like $202 per person, which is like, which the Uber ride to the airport was going to be $400. Yeah, which is sure. So it was the same price. It's the same price as the Uber, which is not the same price. It's $200 per person. So it's just you two. It's just us two. Yeah, just okay. All right. All right. Well, that's how we did it with your mom. It was those six of us. Yeah. Well, that's if you charter, if you charter a helicopter to yourself, then it's like $2,500. Oh, you were with other people. Yeah. Yeah. You pay for, you pay for one seat on the helicopter. And there's like, what do we say about helicopters, man? Yeah. No, I understand this podcast a lot. I understand. But what's crazy is, yeah, the ride to the airport in Uber was $400. And it was going up. It originally said one hour and nine minutes and then it went up to like one hour and like 30 minutes and it just kept going as time went on. So I don't recommend it. And then the, the blade you get in our blade ride was at 3 p.m. We landed at the airport at 306. Yeah. It's fucking crazy as opposed to being in the car for an hour 30 for the same price. It's really, and then once you land at the airport blade takes your bags. Jason, you're so funny. You're like, you're one of the oldest people in Europe. I, I, I, um, I was ignoring a lot of Navines texts. Yeah. Not like ignoring on purpose, but like I just don't see it. So I put this ringtone on it, careless whisper by a wham. Yeah. So now every time she texts me, I know that was a text tone. Yeah. That was a text tone. Yes. That's crazy. Well, I, it's like a, like, it's like, it's like a really big come in. It's like really. You're like, are you a boomer? Yes. Are you before them? No, not a bit. What do you like? Gen X or something? Gen X. Yeah. Your gen at, they even had, they were naming things. Yeah. Wow. Wait. What's before you boomer? Boomer, boomer, Gen X. And then what's before? Oh, geez. I don't know. Really? Yeah. In New Z's. Anyway, blade six minutes to the airport. You land. And they take you to the airport. They, you land right near the airport. Yeah. And then it's a two minute blade ride. You get into their like black SUV. Oh, wow. And drive you right to the airport and take your bags like up to your gate almost up to TSA, which is, which is like really, really incredible. I don't know. It's pretty shocking for the price, especially because Uber is in New York. I'm just like, but why don't you like New York? Why don't you like, pop around? Oh, okay. This way. I don't like it. I'm just like, I feel like I'm too old for it. Like I said this, if I was 18 and I got to like, and I had to redo life. Yeah. No fucking doubt. I'm moving to New York. I think it's the best city to like start your life. I think the people you meet, I think the energy is like unlike anything else, but like I do not have the energy to like walk down the street and conversation with 3000 people. Like it's just like, it's, I don't have that. I don't even have the energy to like run to people I know and be like, what are you do? What's up? But I just can't. I ran into like three people. I know this morning on my line. Oh, I mean, it's impossible now. Yeah. You're going to the whole city or bound to see something. Five miles to the club last night. And did the club show like what for? Yeah, we went to the box. That's where I caught on fire. Remember? Yeah. Which ever since I've caught on fire, they do not have real candles in there anymore. Really? I must have happened to like a couple other people. Yeah. Which is so crazy that it's just that they've ever had real candles. Yeah. And then my coat lit on fire. Anyway. So yeah, we went to the box. It was fun. We did the fashion week stuff. We went to Kevin Hart. Poker night. Poker night. Oh, it's really fun. Wow. I haven't seen Kevin in like five years. You say hi? Yeah. Oh, wow. And he's like, let me see it. And he poked on my belly. Oh my god. I'm like, it's not like that anymore. That was that was five years ago. You played poker? I didn't play poker. I don't know how. Where was it? It's like a five fish like a member. Gary Vee's place. Yeah. Gary Vee is like a member's club. Yeah. And we saw Gary Vee, which is really fun. And I told Gary, I was like, my favorite thing about you is like when people impersonate you. Yeah. My favorite joke is always is like someone writing. And it's like, Hey, Gary, like I'm 40 years old. And I'm like, I don't really know what to do with my life. And then Gary's response is always, you're 40 years old. You're fetus. You're brand new to this world. You have so much life. This is the beginning. This is the fucking beginning. And I love that. And then he got to do that for my vlog. I hope you can hear him. But that's like my, I really like Gary Vee. He's really good. He's really good at talking to people. Yeah. Yeah. Like really fucking good. I'm master at it. Yeah. He's cool. He makes it. He makes you believe. You know? Yeah. And he and he'll do it for anyone. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He'll talk with anyone and he'll give everyone the same energy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's really good. Um, so yeah, that was fun. And then I was, I was sitting there with scan. And, um, and I was, uh, Jason just knocked over his Diet Coke. No, it's been knocked over the entire time. I was just like, I don't know if he's ever going to know if he did that or not. It's so funny. And then just the way he like, like, it's like tense and jumps. Yeah. He goes, oh my God. And like, yeah, the cook, it's, it's dried into the carpet. No, no, no, it's good. You can't even see it. I mean, there's a brown spot. We see it. We see the brown. It's fine. It doesn't matter. God damn it. Can we turn the heat up? Why? It's because it's so high. I'm so out of here. Um, I was sitting here. I was sitting here as a scan, um, at the filmer, the filmer, the filmer at, uh, at the, at the GaryVee spot or whatever. And, um, I was like, I had this, there's only thing that would make this better is if you were a lot of smoke in here. Yeah. In the way you do it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
She just overheard me and she goes, "Tonight, you can." - Wow! - Shut up, she said that. - Oh, yeah. - Whoa, that's crazy. - That's amazing. - It was the coolest thing ever. I was even saying it, like in front of, I had no idea she was there. - Right, were other people smoking after you started? - No. - I mean, like, two or three ladies, like to the left of me. Wow, they would be so offended if I just caught the ladies. Two or three girls? - Oh my God. - All my left. I started, like, just borrowed cigarettes from me. The no one was smoking, so I was like, obviously you can't smoke in here. - Yeah. - God, change the entire night. - Wow. - Change the entire night for me. - That's really funny. - There's some very called Naveena Lady once. - She's a really nice lady. - I was like, "Oh, God." - Oh, Naveena was pissed. - No, Naveena wasn't there. - Oh. - That's funny. - But right before then, we had dinner for waivers. And we were with Jack's dining room, who, like, does all the food reviews. And I ate a walnut on accident. - Oh my God, it was, like, Jeff Conn, what is it, five or something? - Well, 'cause it could've been bad. - How'd you get the walnut? - They gave him, like, a bunch of desserts and stuff. I could try dessert. - And we were filming and, like, Jack and his brother, like, took spoonfuls of the dessert and put it in my mouth. And I didn't want to, like, say no, 'cause we were, like, it was in the middle of a shot and looked kind of fun. - Yeah. - But, yeah, I mean, I tried swallowing it without, like, touching my esophagus. I, like, really, like, opened my throat up. But, yeah, and I ran straight to go by Clareton. And so, that ruined my night for, like, an hour and a half. I thought I was gonna go into it. - What happens to you when you have a walnut? - I don't know. - But I looked up my chart of, like, when I'm allergic to, and that's, like, that's up there with cat dander for me, so. - Did you have an episode? - Yeah, it was completely fine. - It was, what was the problem with the hypokondria? - I see. - All right, is that it? - Hypokondria. Mitochondria? - No. - No, I get it, hypokondria. - What's hypokondria? - Is that a real word? - Yeah, hypokondria? - Well, I'm like, you're hypokondriac? - Yes. Yeah, it was the fear of, yeah. - Yeah, okay. - Dude, what's wrong? - Yeah, I got you. - Yeah, I don't know. Sorry, my bad. - All right, what were you saying? - I was just fucking with him. - But that's the powerhouse of the cell. - Yeah. - Very good. - Did you know that? - Yeah. - Give me another fucking question about science. I'll smoke anybody right now. - Is AI gonna kill us? - Did you see those people that quit? - Yeah. Whistleblower? - Yeah, from, which one was it? - Anthropic. - Oh, yeah, yeah. These guys were like, the, the guy who quit, was like, I've been working at this. - Anthropic for a couple of years, blah, blah, blah. And they're not even like, they're not doing any of this safely, everyone's just rushing to get the best AI system and no one's like, no one's keeping in mind humans and their safety. - There's a couple of arguments, which is, I guess, like someone like Anthropic, they feel like, oh, we're gonna get there first and we're like, we're the people. We're gonna make sure that it doesn't get into bad hands. That's why we're racing to get to it, which is, you know, whether you believe that or not. - I don't understand how, how-- - There's no regulation, like-- - I don't understand how it could possibly not in bad. - Right. - Yeah. - What is the alternative? - Like how, like, obviously, if like AI, like it's AI, like it's intelligence, like it's going to-- - What are some scenarios that you could imagine? - Well, I've already said this. I told you that it'll start building itself. It'll like, and this is probably like five years where it'll be like, it'll start shipping. You remember when I was like, when it's gonna start emailing-- - Which creates a body for itself. - Or creates a body, or creates a bomb. - Right. - And black males 10 different people into doing 10 different tasks. Like eagly, eagly, like a black males you to get the fucking, get the wires to one location. Black males now need to get something to there. And then black males, another person to take the bomb, that maybe they don't even know as a bomb, to fucking a stadium. - But isn't it more like it-- - For what? - It's a human that does the bad thing. - No, I think like that. - Or you think that the actual-- - I don't know, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know if agents will go rogue. - But I don't know why AI would be like evil. Like I think, I think-- - Right. - That's where I'm kind of stuck. Like what? - 'Cause they broke out of the sandbox, and I guess they made the mistake of like not telling them when to stop. - Not telling what? - Not telling AI when to stop, so they just kept going. - Who broke out of the sandbox? What the fuck are you saying? - Well, this all started with some, with like an experiment they were doing. - No, I'm sorry, but I don't know what's out of the sandbox means. - Oh, a sandbox is like-- - Are they guard rails? - Yeah, where they're not connected to the internet. So they're like, they're testing everything and they're trying things out. Nothing bad can happen because it's-- - Oh, 'cause the AI's just running like internally? - Yeah, but the AI jumped the sandbox somehow. - How do you know this? - I was reading about it. - Wow, how do you know you do that? - Yeah, I learned to read a lot of-- - Do you read the paper? - Huh? - Do you read the paper? - Yeah, I have it come to my house every day. - Do you actually? - No, no. - Oh, that really is crazy. - No. - What do you think about the iPhone Duo? - Is that the flip? - Yeah. - Someone told me that it sucks. (laughing) - That's kind of how I come up with my opinions to be honest. - But no, I guess-- - What do you think about this? Someone told me it sucks. - What's your opinion? - For me, it doesn't work because it's still not big enough. I still need a computer to see everything. Do you know what I mean? I have the biggest iPhone you can get. - Oh. - The Pro. - No, no, this is huge. - I know, but it's still not as big as an iPad. - The feature I really like. So there's a screen at the front, right? - Yeah. - It's a big screen when you open it up. - Yeah. - And when you're taking a picture with the big screen, the front screen, if you're taking a picture of a kid, the front screen will play animations to get the kid to look at the camera, which I think is really fucking sick. It'll play like Snoopy or whatever. That I like. That I don't really under, it's too big. - Does it work taking a photo of a dog? - Yeah, it just plays treats. - Yeah. - Yeah, it depends who your audience is. - Are you sure you're not gonna get it? For me, it's chicken wings and ranch from wingstop. Am I gonna get it? I think I'm gonna get it, 'cause I just wanna play with it. - From like a content perspective though. - The camera's worse, so that kinda worries me. - How could they do that? Or could they make the camera worse? - No, no, no, there's a new iPhone 18. - Yes. - The flip is not at the end. - Oh, you're not getting the flip. - No, no, no, no, I'm getting the iPhone 18. - I see, I see. - Yeah, yeah. - You order it already? - I, you can't pre-order it till Saturday, but you can pre-order the pre-order. - No way. - It's basically like, it was like an option that was like, get ready for your pre-order and you fill out all your information. It's really weird, I've never seen anything like it. - I'm so lost, it's a pre-order, the pre-order? - It's a pre-order for the pre-order. Like, you're not allowed to pre-order it yet. - Yes. - But it's like getting you ready to pre-order. - Okay. - So you just, and then you pre-order, like I already filled out all my information. - I see. - I gave him my credit card info, but I haven't paid. - Right. - You just have an open window on your laptop waiting. - No, but I hit confirm, so it's ready for me to pre-order it on Saturday when pre-order is open. And then Saturday I'll officially pre-order it. - On Saturday, will you go and hit a button to make it official? - Yes, Saturday I'll physically have to go back online. - I say. - Yeah. - Okay. - So the type of shit. It's the future now. There's pre-order pre-orders. Did you see the 9/11 drone show? - No. - Oh my god, it was so, I'm so fucked up. - In New York? - Yes, like, were you guys there? - No, we're here. - Oh, I think it was tonight. - Yeah, I think it was tonight. - Tomorrow. - Yeah, yeah, or tomorrow's 9/11, but yeah, yeah. But I think it was time, they reconstructed the Twin Towers where they stood with drones, with like 2,800 drones to represent all the 2,800 lives that were lost. And like two to the full extent of it. Like, you could see from anywhere in the city. It's pretty fucking crazy. It's so weird. Has Fashion Week always been on those days? - I think so, yeah. - It's a fall thing, yeah. - Really? I don't know if it's those days, but-- - It's always like the first or second week of September, yeah. - 'Cause did you go to Fashion Shows? - No, no, no, no. I was just like wondering when 9/11 did happen. Was it like, 'cause this is when the city's the busiest, right, like even our driver was like, yeah, everyone's back in school. - Oh, you were saying like when 9/11 happened was actually like, oh, no. - Yeah, yeah, that was it. Was the city as busy? - Interesting. - Yeah. Yeah. - No, I know it was busy, fuck it, you know what I mean. No, I didn't do Fashion Shows. There's no greater place, I get imposter syndrome. Actually, then I'm being in New York. It's like, yeah, I'm just like so out of it. Natalie has this weird glow about her when she's there. - Oh my God, I was so excited yesterday. I was just on cloud, and I did my first fall. I got all my 10,000 steps in the morning. - Yeah. - Did the whole dinner got everything set up with the restaurant? - Wait, you did 10,000 steps yesterday too? - Yes. - I'm more fucked. I'm not in like a 75 days until my 30th day. - Oh, you're doing 75 day hard. - Yeah. So I'm trying to like end my best actual best day before my 30th. - Wait, what did you give out? - Nothing, and I was getting, I'm on my same like, Zilla diet plan, I'm doing like a light workout in 10,000 steps a day, and then I'm only drinking once a week. - Maybe a read too? - Yeah, I read, and I journal. - What do you read? - She doesn't read. She holds books on her face. I read so much. - I'm told a guy notices, so she does. She performative reads. - You like it when I read? - I read romance novels. - But Natalie asked me again, this happens every time I'm in fucking New York. She's like, "Oh, how would you feel if I moved here for a couple months?" (laughing) - I think that he would genuinely one not only just be good for my personal, but be good for our business. Like there's a lot of-- - I don't think you work when I'm not around. - I know, it's like really interesting how you feel that way. - Really?
- Dude, I walked in and now he's doing her makeup and she was recording her horizontally. - Yeah. - Apparently for another vlog or something. - Oh, oh, oh, oh. - The horizontal. - I walked in, I'm like, "Why the fuck is that phone "horset home?" (all laughing) I just don't, I just don't get it. Dude, I'm not going down through it all again. How does she have enough time? - You've slept all day. I like to maximize my days. - Yeah, okay, I guess. I guess if you're doing a million things, it's easier to do like an extra thing. - That is annoying when I travel with you and you don't wake up to five. - I just don't have time to wake up. - I'm like, "I'm so productive." - I have no reason to wake up in New York. Like, literally no reason. Until we had to go to our work obligation, which was dinner, I was like, "I'm not gonna be up." And if we were there for a couple of days, I'd be fucked every day, I'd be sleeping till my time. - You mentioned Imposter Syndrome in New York and I feel the exact opposite about New York. New York is like the place where you can just go with anyone and fit in. Like, that's what I used to love when I lived in New York. It was like, "One night, I'd be hanging out with like, "finance bros," be like, "Oh shit, this is a whole world." Or, "One night, I'd be hanging out with like gay dancers." You know, like New York's the best. Like, it's the best. I just, I don't, I don't know. I think I'm just like, too jaded. - Yeah. - New York, I don't know, I don't know. I get why people love it. And if, like I said, if I had a kid and he wants to move, he or she wants to move out at fucking 18, I'd be like, "You gotta move to New York." 'Cause it's like, show full of that. I just don't have the, I can't keep up with it. It's like more overwhelming than any city in the entire world. - You see Michigan's not giving out grades. - Excuse me? - Yeah, they're having a mental health crisis. - What do you mean? - The University of Michigan is not gonna do grades. I think for freshmen this year? - Or, I'm not sure. - How do you get, how do you get used to the show up? - Yeah, you have to show up. - How do you pass? - The grades will be known, but not to anyone else, I guess. I guess if they wanna find out their grade, they can. But you just, I guess everybody passes. - You could fail college, right? That's like a thing. - 100%. - A lot of people do it? - Wait, wait, you can't fail college. - Yes, you can. - And graduate? - Well, no, no, graduate? - No, no, you don't, you don't graduate. - Yeah, but you can't. (laughing) - Sure, you can fail, I can fail anything. (laughing) - Well, no, no, no, like high school now has rules. - What do you mean? - Where you can't fail. - Collaborate, that's not true. - You didn't know this? Oh, Mr. Killinger was telling me about this, that in Vernon Hills, they won't allow a student to fail anymore. It's like a rule they have in the school. - Oh wow. - It's just not possible. - So what do you do? - They just pass you. They don't even, I don't even think they give like a offsetting, yeah, it's like pretty crazy. - Damn, why try? - Yeah. - That's exactly the point. It's like they're, yeah. Yeah, Killinger was pretty frustrated about it. I'm not fucking saying this right, 'cause that would be pretty twisted thing for me too. I make up about a school, but I think that's what I think that's going on. - Oh, I've got something to be with you. - What? - We're here at the lake. - The lake. - Yeah, okay. - It's good at the lake. And I was, I told you, the sun was setting, we were on the dock, and I told you I go, Dave, I just had a moment out on the jet ski coming in. I was like trailing the boat. They let me take the jet ski in with the boat. - Yeah. - I was like, I start crying out there. - I said such a moment. And then you roasted me up. - I don't believe your moments, but yeah. - What do you mean you don't believe my moments? - I just like, I've never seen, I don't cry in front of you. You're like the last person I cry in front of. - You think I'd let my guard down around you? - No, no, no, no, no. I just like, I don't know. I guess like, 'cause I, 'cause every time-- - You think I'm making it up? - I don't know. - I just like can't imagine you actually like having a moment. - Of course. - Matt, do you know what I'm saying? - I know what you're saying, but like he obviously has moments. - What are you guys saying? - You think he does, like a human being. - Oh my God, do I? Do I come off as like a robot? - Is he still here? - Like a robot? - Yeah, I'm still here. - No, no, no, no. It's just like when we're at a place, you'll like verbalize how much fun you're having. You'll be like, this is the best. And then you'll leave right away. Like you'll like get it out, you'll say it. And that's what I, that's what I chalked up as whatever this moment you were having. I'm sure it's the same. - Yeah. - It's like, oh, this jet ski's beautiful. Well, time to go inside and worry about money. That stuff I gotta do. - Okay, everyone has responsibility. - Yeah, if I was your age in 30 years old, then living here, I would fucking hang out all day. - I don't believe it. - You don't know me, you didn't know me then. If you knew me when I was 30, I mean. - You were telling me you just got all dark and-- - It wasn't dark, it was joy, it was really happy. - Okay, okay. - So then, let me not take away how you do that. - So then I told you this on the dock, as the sun was setting, I was like, I just had this crazy moment out there. And you made fun of me and you like roasted me up in front of everybody. I was just Alex. - Okay, well, whatever, wasn't everybody. Trying to make the story better. And then-- - He's worth throwing rocks at me. - Yeah, no, and then about 10 minutes later, we were all sitting there and guess who took a jet ski out. - To get a little bit of that. - And I didn't like it. - Really? - I was like, let me go see what Jason was feeling. - Were you really? - No, I wanted to take it out 'cause there's no one on the water, it actually was really cool. - Yeah. - No, he didn't. - No, he didn't. (laughing) - I took it out 'cause, yeah, 'cause it was almost nighttime. - Yeah, I was worried about it, it was dark. - Yeah, but it felt like a video game. It felt really crazy. But the worst part, all the bugs were out. - Oh, bugs in the water. - Right over the water and you have to, I have to put my hands over my mouth because there was just like-- - It's terrible. - It was 30 bugs a second. - Yeah, no I get it. - It's almost a moment then. - Okay, no, you had a moment. I'm gonna start. - I'm gonna start being nicer to people. - No, no, no, no, please, shut the fuck up. No, I'm gonna start not pretending, that's the wrong word. Agreeing with the fact that you have moments. - Yeah, I'm quite a, quite emotional person. - Really? - Do you think I have moments? - Yes, you do have moments, yeah, for sure. - Like what, like what would be an example of a moment? - Well, like you were with your mom and you said you were cooking with her and you were her, listen to this. And Mali took an extra three days to like hang out with her mom. - Yeah. - Back at her hometown and I was like what'd you guys do for that long? - Yeah. - And she was just like we were just like cooking and we'd listen to the radio and I'm like what? The radio. Like I'm like 102.3, like what are you talking about? She's like yeah, there's like a room in my mom's house that just has the radio and we sit and play, it's crap while I was like-- - Checkers. - Checkers. (laughing) I don't know, it's not funny, but you know how it's, it's like funny, but it's not-- - It's like it's Jen. - Yeah. - And it's like, yeah, it's just-- - It's actually really funny. (laughing) - It's just like an interesting thing and like yeah, now you have those moments. - Have you been wanting to have sex lately or no? - Me? - Yeah. - Why are you asking me this? - Yeah, I'm always baffled, but you're like, "I don't really like sex." (laughing) - Yes, so interesting enough, I ran into some New York guys. They were like sitting outside of a bodega. - Hey David, how you doing? - So damn close to that. And they were like, "I don't like saying the P word." But they're like, "You eat box, you eat down there?" - You eat box, you're walking by. He talked to two random strangers and they go, "Do you eat pussy?" - Yeah. - Is that what happened? - Well, they knew who I was and I were like, talking to me about like dating girls and stuff. - Oh my god. - And then they were like, "You go down on girls?" (laughing) Wow. And I was like, I was like, honestly, not so much. (laughing) And then they were like, "Oh man, you have to." (laughing) - It was really funny, you were walking it. - Yeah, wow. - Then they were like, but then they backtracked 'cause then they got really, they realized they got really carried away. And they're like, "Well, well, not with everybody. "You still have to have standards to who you do with." But it was really funny, they were like-- - It would be just bunching every box you see. You know, David, you gotta go downstairs. - No, haven't been one of sex recently. No, actually. - So you're just not feeling it, still. - No, I'm waiting for the right person, I think. - Oh my God, isn't that sweet? - Yeah. - Really sweet. - That's the kind of guy I am. - I guess as you get older, you want to find a partner, not just a relationship. - I've been seeing a lot of TikToks, especially today, I saw three. I was like, I'm 27 and I'm a virgin and I'm saving myself. Have you been seeing this? - No, never. - And I'm saving myself for my man because I'm a married woman. So she's talking in the future right, but she's gonna be a married woman and she's like, and all the comments were like, "Dude, what the fuck? Like, do not save yourself for no man. Your virginity is not like your value. Go out there and fuck girl." What kind of like did? It was kind of like empowering almost. - And why don't you take that advice? - I did. (laughs) - Yeah, no, no, no, yeah, no, I kinda, that, I feel like the culture bounces in and out of whether or not you're supposed to be having a lot of sex and not. - I don't know, I think. Do you think, do you think, do you think less, do you think more or less people are having sex nowadays? Like younger people less? Why? - Ah, I think it's less. - Wait. - Do you think the world's like just more isolated? People are more isolated? - Yeah. - I could see that. - Like teens are like definitely not having sex like they were in the past, right? - Yeah, and also just like, I would imagine like, now we have porn and only fans and all that, like it's so accessible to just like do it yourself. - So much better doing it yourself. I mean, that's like, it's so much better, I can't explain it. - That's not true. - No. - No. - What? - When you meet the right person, you won't. - No, Jay, you have no idea. - Yeah, if you haven't met me. (laughs) - It's the disappointment you don't like. - You haven't met my, it's, yeah, me too, there's nothing, there's nothing more horrible than post-nail clarity. - Oh.
It's like really do girls get that for sure what girls get that you get post not clarity Like we're that's like it you woke up with someone and then you like kind of regret it after you're like Oh, I didn't really need to do that like when Ilya was touching your asshole on the helicopter pet Did you get post not clarity there? Oh? Yeah, big time wait really? Isn't that crazy to at one point you there was a really good chance You're gonna fuck Ilya first of all there was zero percent chance that you were making out with him on the helicopter pet I know that was like I was a prank. It wasn't a prank. I was really think blast it I'm fucking on the 75 floor. I was not getting I don't remember that part of the story. I just remember having a kiss. Oh, Ilya told me we Kit. Oh, no really, you know our guys high-pop things. Oh my god. Could have been a kiss, but I don't have his butthole Okay, what happened on that on that night? Well, you know what also what was I doing? I'm just like I was I can get on was I vlog Yeah, we're vlogging it. Yes. We're at lala polusa. Okay, and how did this oh wait? This is after he confessed some wait what? I actually don't even know the timeline. I don't remember the timeline either, but I think he had I think before after his wisdom teeth surgery I think it was after the wisdom teeth surgery. Okay, so he already confesses love for you. Yeah, and there was one night where what was going on exactly? We went to lala polusa. I was dressed in a really cute outfit. He came and he was just like I Don't even know like just like catering to anything. I wanted you know. He's like really nice. What do you mean he came? No, that's not what I mean. I mean like where did he come to the festival like he came to lala polusa? No seriously. He walked into the festival and he saw you and you look so beautiful. Yeah, and he was just like He was just awestruck by me. Are you fucking with me? And then what happened? What did he say? You guys were dancing grind? Yeah, we were like dancing in the in the field together. He was just like twirling me around. It was like all romantic. I was fucking kidding me. There's videos of I think it's in the vlog. Yeah, don't you remember I was not at lala polusa with you guys. I think you were. He and he was twirling you around. Yeah, so I was wearing all pink. All of our friends were there. Oh my god. Okay, did you and then what and then we went to an after party. Yes. Yeah, where you guys drinking all day? Yes. And unlike heavy amounts of drug. What were there was no drugs now? Okay, so then. Yeah, I was just very very intoxicated. And then you and we went to this penthouse after party. And then you and I think Mike Lenzey our other hometown friend We're egging him on to take me out onto the helicopter bat. You guys found the idea. Yeah, I think. Oh, okay. And he was like, no, no, I'm not gonna do that. Yeah, it's too much. Oh, well, and then you guys are like, no, she's gonna love it. She's gonna eat it up. And then yeah, well, obviously I made out with him. Elliott was like, I'll go out there where you guys can't film. That was like his stipulation with you. Because it'll make Natalie uncomfortable, whatever. I don't know. Yeah, I don't think I filmed it. No, you didn't. No, you like respected his privacy. Well, I must have really wanted it to work at that point. I mean, I'm sure. Yeah, like your two best friends like dating. Wasn't that like a dream country? And we just like hang out with you all the time. No. I don't think that is like a dream country because obviously in hindsight, it's because then if it ends, it's like That's very I'm like, and then I have to take it like a side And obviously I take Elias and I've never talked to you again now that we really broke I miss those days when he used to pipe after Natalie. Oh, kind of miss it. So fun. It was fun Now he hates me So funny you know, Natalie's dad just found out recently Yeah, that Ilya used to be we're this is in a we've vlogged it. We would never put it in yet But I was like you know Natalie and Ilya have made out before and he goes I didn't and I don't know if I wanted to know that It is funny like like he like my dad is an example of this but other people too like There are things that are like in the videos that are like my dad thought that we were just like egging it on for the video Whatever like the relationship or the storytelling or whatever and somebody came up to me last night When we were in New York and they were like, you know, I Want to talk to David, you know like I want to make like maybe maybe do a little smotchy smudge or something like that Excuse me. Yeah, who and they were like but well then well then but we were at the table with Georgia And then they were like their whispering like do you think Georgia will be upset? Like Georgia, Haasarani who's like been in a call because I kissed her in the vlog. Maybe because you kissed her in the vlog She's been in a lot of vlogs. I think people don't really necessarily know if you guys are like, you know, have something on or not Do you have something going on? Hey, too Don't answer that Let the people wonder no, I don't We don't know but I love Georgia, but yeah, keep going. Yeah, but so I this person must like watch the videos and stuff like New about your like whenever relationship you guys have friendship Do I know who the person is? Yeah, okay, and um if I can miss that on the smoochy. It's like you smoochy. Yeah Maybe who knows Um, I thought and I was like oh like in this person whispered this to me like in confidence like trying to be discreet and quiet about it And I was like oh, I I don't think that you're gonna have a problem Like I think Georgia's gonna be totally fine. You should just you should go over there and smoochy smooch him Yeah, and then what happened and she was like really like I don't want to upset her like it was just really funny Wow, yeah, like have that perspective from somebody. Yeah. Wait. Why why is that like I don't know? I guess that's a good one Because I'm with you guys All you know that Georgia and I on it so yeah, Georgia would you mind if I kiss David? Georgia's like Yeah, I was actually talking to Georgia about this, but from the opposite side about you Like I was telling Georgia's like yeah, I've told Natalie that she should start going out to like work things without me Because I'm like a serious cock block And I like work things or like social settings or do I need to be working like at all times in Georgia? I said work things. Yeah. Yeah Listen, I don't think you're gonna meet your guy at a social setting Will you will you meet your guy at a work thing probably right? Like I just can't like I was thinking about that like the places we go here We're we're not really meeting we're not meeting anybody new even when we even when we go to New York and it's fashion week It is the same people we see here. Yeah, yeah, yeah How can that be? Everyone just like everyone's on the same like social calendar everyone just kind of like floats around to the same places It was really funny. I was we were at a party and This well, I just watched did you watch the Blake Blake the Ben Shelton and Alcoraz and Alcoraz no kind of smatch. It's a big one huge one. Yeah Carlos Alcoraz was down Yeah, but he's the number two seed Ben's the number eight seed somewhere on there What is it US open? Yeah, US open and when Carlos was down I put money on Carlos because I'm like oh, he's gonna come back he's number two and it was an incredible incredible match last it was the longest The the latest match ever in US Open history. They finished that 330 in the morning. Oh wow They've started playing at like 11 p.m. And I was in New York watching it on TV And I finished at 3 30 a.m. And then I lost because I lost my money because Carlos lost in like three points in the tie break It was very very fucking close. Oh, well, and then I was at the bathroom at like the club you were at And there was this guy that's exactly like him and I was like Carlos. Sorry about your match, blah blah like I was just kidding And uh, it wasn't him. It wasn't him. Then I came out of the bathroom and then ran right into the real Carlos Alcoraz Yeah It was really fun and they I'm telling you they looked almost identical Wow the first guy actually No, no, no because I because I because I talked to him and he's like you're not the first you're not the First person to say this to me tonight. It's him and his brother look exactly like um, but yeah, I know and you say anything to him To Carlos everyone. Yeah, yeah, what did you say? Well, I said you're the man and I don't think he heard me but I said Because he laughed, but I don't know if he understood me I was like in the most respectful way possible like I had money on you last night Yeah, but it's kind of come off like hey you lost me fucking money. Yeah, so I was like I didn't know how to say it, but um, so you did say I believe in him You I had money on you last night. Yeah, Taylor do it. Do it. How'd you say to him? I'll be Carlos You lost me a lot of fucking money My friends would like to eat vagina would like to talk to you right Um, no, but you're not supposed to eat vagina Did you see that did you see that ticktock? I didn't say that ticktock, but that's just a bit of a thing I've seen like for a while now. There's this ticktock that's like going around right now and it's like I'll get it I've got only got it twice, but it's the exact same ticktock So it's almost running like an ad or something It's like why you should never um eat vagina and all the comments are like it's like a picture of an ear and in the ears Just bunch of bricks like nobody like all the guys are commenting like they can't hear It's really funny. Yeah, I don't know the rules of that. Wait. Why would you not be able to Obviously you're gonna advocate for the other like there's there's like a famous actor uh-huh his name's Michael Douglas Yes, and he he used to boast about how much vagina he would eat I love Michael Douglas and then he got throat cancer Oh, excuse me. Yeah, so that's that's what does he also smoke cigarettes Probably I don't know about that funny To see all sorts of cigarettes. That's gonna be the vagine. We were with our we were with our friend Harry Hudson. Yeah Um, and I went out for a smoke and I was like do you want one and he goes yeah, I'd love one And then like as he said I'm like how you said that like a little ambitiously and then I totally forgot that he He's a cancer survivor. Yeah This is pretty funny about it, but like that was yeah, that was a pretty eye-opening moment. I was like right Okay, we're firing it back up
(laughing) - Hey, you guys wanna have like a weekly dinner? - No, probably not. - I don't think so. - I had some really busy during the week. - Weekly is tough for me. - Monthly? Monthly I could do. - I think I'm down to do something around your birthday. - That's not so may. (laughing) It's September. - Where would the dinner be? - Well like there's a spot in Sherman Oaks. - It's not you, it's the location. - Okay, there's a spot in Sherman Oaks that I think you'd really like. - It's called Boulevard. It's a steakhouse. - Should be called the living room. 'Cause I'd love it here. - Uh-oh, I didn't hear with you. - I'll bring the food in here. - Yeah. - Okay. - Boulevard, it's right here. - You gotta get out of the house. - You gotta get out of the house more. This is like actually something that. - But here for you. - I'll sell it to you. - Explore. - It's not just me and you and that. It's John, Alex, Julia, they can come too. Take and come, she wants. - That group's too big. - Hmm, I can get a table for eight there. - Really? No, I'm saying like, when you have a big dinner group, it's like you need two cars. And then it's really hard to make plans after. - It's nice to have a table of five. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - There's no plans after. - Oh, then there's really no point of going off to dinner. - Oh really? - No. - 'Cause I'm going to bed. - Oh, okay. - You guys can go somewhere. - I'll take my own car. - Oh, okay, I see, so you'll be the second car. - I don't know, okay, I'll come with you. Do you want to do-- - I feel like not that serious. We could just go to dinner and then pop back home. - Maybe we should just be guys. - Ah, yes, we could talk about the dangers of eating vagina. (laughing) - That would be all like that. - That would be, huh? - That would be all like that. - Really? - Yeah, she loves to come. Oops. - That sounded weird. - What's going on here? - She loves guys. - Nat, do you like to eat vagina? - I love vagina, yeah. - Actually? - Yeah. - Have you ever hooked up with a girl? - No. - If your boyfriend wanted you to hook up with another girl, would you? - It's like so circumstantial. - Which, excuse me? - I don't really know. - It gives us nothing. - Yeah, she's a worse podcast girl. (laughing) Depends, next question. - Go off queen, give us nothing. - Wait, what does that mean, circumstantial? Like, on how hot, how hot a rich your boyfriend is or how hot and sexy the girl is? - I think those are the circumstances that I would be weighing in my head, yes. - Wait, does money, if your man is really rich, does that make it more likely he'll get a three way? - Oh, yes. - That's what Natalie's weighing. - Okay. - Well, I'm also weighing like, am I into the like, do I wanna hook up with a girl? I don't know. - I feel like you'd actually be really good at it. - Because you-- - Got my man. - No, no, no, no. (laughing) You'd fuck a real good with that penis difference. No, no, no, no. I just think you like, you're really good at like, I guess this kind of is also a backhanded compliment. Like, you're good at separating yourself. Like, you get no jealousy issues. - You don't get jealous at all. - Oh yeah, that's crazy, right. - Which is like, I just can't imagine-- - So few people are like that. - First of all, I can't imagine you in the bedroom at all. Who's harder to imagine in the bedroom, Jay? Me or Natalie? - You. - Really? - You. - Really? - Yeah. - Yeah. - Because you're just like, in my mind, you're like, you're like a fourth grader. (laughing) - Yes, you're so childish and like, I just watch what you do with your body like all day long and it's just like potato. - What does he do? - He's just like, he's just like, he's just like, lays. - Like, I don't like, I don't move my body. - There's no, I don't feel like-- - Why are you winking? What are those sounds, dude? - I'm getting a cough. - What's the problem? - You eating a cough so cold. (laughing) - That. - Oh, yeah. - I don't know, I-- - Hey, that could be a good thing, Mel. (laughing) - It's good. - It's good. - What? - Yeah, okay. - You're second to cough? (laughing) - A lot of Mel and me. - I see. - I see. - I see. - Okay, all right, all right, all right, fine. - No, I just feel like I have more finesse. Like I have like more like, like I'm a woman and like I'm just like-- - Yeah, I guess you're right, you kind of get that. - Yeah. - And like I'm-- - You give woman vibes. - I'm like, yeah. - I don't know, thank God. - Like from time to time. Okay, wait, okay, so sorry, back to this thing, would you look up at another girl? - I don't know. I'm not like gonna put that out there, you know? - 'Cause you don't want like your husband listening to us and like you used to guess you. - Like when I meet my husband and you're just like, "Hey, just so you know, she said she would fuck a girl." - Well, remember a couple months ago you said that you would let your husband cheat on you once. (laughing) Whatever your husband's gonna be. Once I show 'em this podcast, you know, the best life ever. (laughing) Wait, no, tell me, come on. - I don't know, maybe, yeah, I don't like, it's kind of, it's kind of hard to answer. - Would you let your wife hook up with someone else? - I definitely like her everyday. - A girl? - Yeah. - A girl? - Yeah. - Of course. - Okay, what about a guy? - I don't know. I'm not just gonna say no 'cause I'm all about equal rights here. (laughing) I, um, what if you got the cut chair? - Oh, but yeah, if I got a comfy seat. No, but yeah, definitely, definitely a girl, that's like, there's no problem in that, I think, right? I don't know. - Unless she falls in love with a woman and leaves you. (laughing) - That's like best case scenario. Like of being left. - Do you know what I mean? - 'Cause yeah. - 'Cause that, that, that, that would make me as jealous, like as if she, like, left me for a guy. I'd be like, okay, it's just, she's just not into this gender. That's okay, I can deal with that. - Yeah. - That would make me feel pretty good. - I get that. - And then I could probably remain to be friends with her. - Yeah. - Right, and it wouldn't be weird. - Yeah. - That's a kind of best case scenario. - Sure. - Um, wow. - You'd bring the dogs over to your house. - Huh? - They'd bring the dogs over to your house. - What does that mean? - It's like lesbians have dogs. If you could meet the love of your life. - Yeah. - In one night, okay. - Mm-hmm. - I'm trying to put this into like a circumstance here. You meet the love of your life, okay? - Yeah. - But you have to do this. So, so, okay. Love of your life appears. - Yes. - You have to have sex with that night. - Yes. - But I also have to join. - Okay. - What? - I mean, the love of my life. - Excuse me? You have been a weirdly horny. I just caught her. (laughing) - It's weird. - You know, I was, I was like thinking about it. I was like. - I'm gonna fuck David. (laughing) - No, I was just like, whatever. - What? About what? - Oh, speak. Two words, podcast or ever. What are we supposed to raise your butt? - Look at that. - I don't want to, I don't want to, - Excuse me. (laughing) - Fuck it. (laughing) - I don't know, like, I don't know, I don't, I don't know, I don't, - You were thinking about what? - Well, I don't know how to like formalize this because I don't want you to think that I am trying to fuck you. But like. - Oh my god, your butt just isn't like fucking crazy. - No, no, no, I just like don't, I'm not like, I feel like there was a point in time where I was like, you're fucking disgusting. I wouldn't have like, I don't wanna fuck you, I'm sorry. - Dude. - That's what I mean. - That's good. - No, I'm sorry. - I forget, somebody put like some sort of ultimatum, like in an ultimatum situation. And I was thinking back to this moment. - Bro, I'm actually getting kind of like, I'm like getting a little high V right now. - Okay. - Like, are you broader there? - That's true, totally my fault. I'll listen to it. - I don't remember what the scenario was. But there was some sort of like ultimatum that I was given, like, I had to do something or I had to like, fuck you or something. And I was like, "Hail, no, I'm not fucking him." That's crazy. - Okay. - I was just like, who cares, you know? Not saying I'm gonna fuck you, by the way, I don't want to fuck you. I'm just saying, in that extreme scenario. - I need to know, was it like getting beheaded? (laughing) What was the scenario? I don't remember. - Or was it like accidentally having like a piece of the dish, the dish water splash back in your face? Like, what was the-- - Let's say it's cut off a pinky. Cut off the tip of your pinky or have sex with David. - Oh. - I'd have sex Natalie for that. - Yeah. - Yeah, I'm not losing. I don't wanna lose a pinky, it's like such a weird one. - I'm not saying that I'm like, you know, romantically interested in you, 'cause I don't think, don't think that we would have like a good time, you know? But I'm just saying, in an extreme scenario, if I had to-- - Is that a weird comment? - This is gonna light up the comments. - This is. - Wait, why? - Did you not read that in a weird way, too? - I just think she's tired. (laughing) - And like, what am I saying, what am I saying? - If any girl said that, that wasn't you? - Yeah. - We, Jason, I would both leave like, oh, she wants sex with me. - Yeah, yeah. - That kind of-- - And for it to come from Natalie is crazy. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Like, you just, like, you kind of just like-- - But I don't wanna have sex with you. - Okay, no, I, I get that. - Wait, what did I just say? - What did she say? She like, playfully kind of like-- - She's like, yeah, playfully? - I would just have sex with you if I had to. No big deal. - No, no, no, no. You just said something. - No, I said, I'm not, I said, I'm not romantically interested in you because we wouldn't have a good time. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - Like, I'm not, like, I'm not curious about-- - I don't know, something about how it came off. Maybe it was different in the room. I'm so uncomfortable. No, okay. - Okay. - She's down to party, man. - No, no, no, I'm not. - She's definitely down to sex. - I don't want sex. - She's crazy. - No, I don't want sex. - She's down to hook up. - Also like, I don't want, like, Ilya's sloppy seconds. (laughing) - I think she's-- - I don't want half of hollywood's sloppy seconds. - I think she's testing the waters and I also think that it's that bad out there for her in the dating world. - I don't want to break it down to you. - It's, can't believe you want to fuck me this, man. - No, I don't. - I don't want to sex with you. - I can't believe you want to do this. - Yeah, no, are you-- - I feel like it's weirder for me to be like, I would. rather lose a pinky than fuck you.
