A personal financial and relationship story is shared on a show called Financial Otter, where a guest details her experience of mental health decline and emotional manipulation in a marriage. Her partner threatened self-harm, leading her to leave South Carolina and move to Texas for safety, where they re-established a new life. The guest explains that she filed for divorce to access car financing, as credit laws in Texas require joint applications and her partner’s poor credit blocked her loan eligibility. She claims he lied about sleeping with her, and the accusations stem from a friend’s report and a shared history of emotional abuse. The host critiques the couple’s lack of communication, accountability, and emotional transparency, calling out their avoidance of hard truths. The narrative is framed within a broader financial audit format, where personal stories are evaluated for honesty and financial health. The host promotes a financial services platform, CalebHammer, offering loans, credit building, and debt solutions with referral incentives. The episode highlights the intersection of mental health, financial stability, and relationship dynamics, urging participants to take ownership of their lives and decisions. The tone is both investigative and empathetic, emphasizing that personal growth requires accountability, open dialogue, and real-life consequences.

Caroline, what do you do for a living? - I work for a school district as a bus driver. - Bus driver, okay. - Interesting. We haven't had a bus driver on the show, what do you make? - 24 hour. - Okay, I mean, that could work in DFW. That actually depends on how many hours you get. How many hours do you get? - As much as I want. - How many hours do you do? - So the most I've ever gotten was 50 hours in a week. - Right, but how many hours do you do? - I did 48 last week. - How many hours do you do on average? - About 89 per paycheck, every two weeks. - Okay. - Let's just say about 45 hours a week. - That's your average? - About average, yes. - About average, what's your average? - It ranges from 45 to 48. It just depends on how many extra trips I pick up. - So what's your average? - About 45. - About 45? - Yeah. - Okay, that's an about average. What is your about average paycheck, every time the pay hits, every two weeks? - From 16 to $1900. - Again, arranges. - I would say 1750. - Okay. - Unless you can give me something different. What do I have to work with? Do you have to give, do you know what an average is? It means that average is out. You don't give a range. You just tell me, what does it average out across that range? - Up, downs. - My last paycheck was-- - That was not my question. That was really not my question. It really wasn't. I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. It wasn't my question. - Kind of gathered that. Let's just say average about 1750. - Sure, let's say, okay, we are let's say, that's great. Let's say it's good to budget off of a let's say. Okay, 3500, let's say a month. I sure hope we're able to actually budget off of that number in the end. - My friend, what do you do? - I do irrigation for living. - Okay, sure. What does that even mean? - I fix sprinkler systems. - Okay. - Fix. - Yes. - Do repairs or installs? - Okay. This should be money, I think. We'll see. What do you make? $2 an hour. - Okay, doing less than the bus driver, but you guys together and do you have W are probably doing quite well. How many hours a week are you getting? - 40 hours a week. - Okay. See how we answered that confidently? I can knew how many hours a week you worked. What's your per paycheck pay net 720 a week? - Oh, okay. 720 times 52. We'll divide that by 12. Listen, I'm your guy's his own little more difficult. And also you're not pay makes no sense based off of that, but whatever, if you're to answer a question, I am just going to go off of the number that is provided. Kind of your consequences to deal with, not mine. - Well, I always shoot lower just in case. - Well, no, you actually just budget off of your real number is what you do. - But it's also the fact that the school you're just started. So with depending on how long your trip takes and all that, your hours fluctuate. - Just start, didn't it start two months ago? - A month ago. - A month, three, it's September. - It's been, we started like mid August. - Okay, but it is in September. Okay, a month ago. - 'Cause it changed from the summer. - I call it 6,620, $6,620 nuts. Maybe it's a thousand more, I don't. - No. Okay, wow, that took three and a half minutes to figure out, but I'm glad we got there. Guys, what's going on? - Well, I'm here because I need to file for a divorce to be able to afford to get a car. - Yes. - You had me in the first half. What? I need me to afford to get a car. That doesn't make any sense. Your dual household income is probably what allows the bills to be paid. So you can put more money towards a car. You're filing a divorce just so you can get a car. Make that make sense. Usually people follow divorce for other reasons. That must make you feel good that you're being left for a car. - Yes. Well, unfortunately, my credit is not that great at this point in time. - Okay, don't have him. - Science. - But-- - Legally he has to in the census. - Did it guess? - Oh, I-- - I didn't know that when-- - We didn't either. - We moved here. It's a common law state. And legally, if I apply for anything, or if he applies for anything, - Are you guys married or come on married? - No, we're married. - But be a married in Charleston. - He has to be on the application. And because of his credit and the debt on it, I cannot get a car. - Communal property state meaning debts and assets acquired during marriage can be jointly on can be. However, letters only look at the credit history of the person listed on the specific law and application. Where did you go? - My original credit union does it at first credit. And it's based out of Utah. It's a church credit union. - It's out of Utah, because what I'm seeing here, don't you apply for the auto loans only in your own name, using your own individual credit and income. Now, I think you're wrong. - That's not what I was told with the credit union. - Okay, the credit union in Utah, but okay. - But they still have to abide by Texas law. - I'm sure, but-- - Marriage does not merge all credit scores. Does not merge credit scores. Your spouse's bad credit stays and their own credit report does not lower your own person credit. We know that. - Because technically he's considered the same. - You get a car, okay. - And we apply for a car loan through KLKM.com. - We got good car loans. We're not gonna make you do that shit. Unless it's like legally required. But what we're finding here, looking this up is it does not seem to be, I'm gonna like double, double, double confirm. - Yeah, 'cause as far as I was told, when I put in the application to get a car, we had been researching and shopping. - What do you mean you've been researching? What research have you done researcher? - For cars, researching what kind of car we need. - Well, that's different than whether or not he has to be on it. And then we've, she's applied for a loan for a couple different vehicles and they have declined her due to me. - That's what we were specifically told from the credit union. - That it's my fault she cannot get the loan. This is why we decided to file for divorce. - I will say when I found out I, when I get to the point. - You're being, a car's being chosen over you. - Yeah. - It's not even the car. - What is the car? 'Cause you can get a cheaper car. You guys make good money. - But if you can't even say. - You can't even say. - Just the car. - You could save up 50% down and you'll probably be fine even with a shitty credit score. - It's for our kid. He right now is too big for her car. - See, it's not just him. It's not just about the car. The reason for divorce, yes, the basis is off of a car. - So there's so many more issues behind it. - Home car? - No. - Behind the divorce. - What? - I'm telling you, the divorce is a big decision to make. That impacts everything we're gonna talk about today. No, you're not required. I checked it again. I checked it again in a separate different one. This is from the CFPB. Consumer financial protection bureau. - Uh-huh, see, but we were told specifically-- - I'm glad you were told. Why don't you check things up? Maybe it was that bank specifically. - I have been so specifically busy. I mean, I've been managing three or five thoughts. - This is what it is. - If you need extra income to qualify, the lender can require him on the loan. - See, but I even told him that-- - The fact that he, when I even tried to apply just by myself, I was told I was not allowed to. - Not allowed to, you probably weren't qualified to. Allowed? I don't think allowed. - That's what I was told. Because I haven't bought a car in almost seven years. - There is post purchase where it becomes, again, presumed communal property in Texas, but that's not getting the loan. - Right, but they were putting him on there as a, what do they call it? - Co-signer. - Yes, a co-signer, but I didn't want him on there as a co-signer. - But you probably don't qualify without his dual income and of which, if they need his dual income, yes, they're gonna require him to co-sign. That's not our Texas-- - He needs the divorce to be able to get a car. - I don't think that is gonna qualify you for the loan all of a sudden, though. - No, but I can still get a loan because I was told whether-- - You were told wrong. Would you only apply with one bank when you get a loan? - Yes, because there were the-- - Are you-- - No, but-- - Eh, wrong answer, foehead. - I think so. Usually when you apply for a loan, you apply for a bunch. - But I don't want to run my credit. That's the fact, huh? - I don't want to run my credit multiple times and it takes up-- - If you apply for one type of loan, you can apply for many of that type of loan. - But this was a specific amount for a car. We had done the re-- (dinging) - Found the car, went to the dealership, got the final number for driving it off the line, went to the credit union,
Applied with the specific number and we were told that we did not qualify no matter the income or not or the credit score You do not qualify because if your income Regardless of your credit score. Yes, that was it. It wasn't a Texas law requiring they said hey Your income is not enough for the card that you want, but that's the reason they gave me was literally the You but also go to another Lone plays Again, unlike our website you're giving me like the perfect plug. I'm not even trying to look at me like a thousand car loans See but again I didn't I had some other financial things that I wanted to get an order before I reapplied again Re-applied what do you mean the boy to others? I Understand that um Okay, so what else is going on because that's the most reason I've literally ever heard to get a divorce I'm gonna need much more than that before I put my stamp of approval on this piece The other excuse like not excuses excuse me. Yeah, it's gonna be other reasons. Remember when I just asked what are the other reasons? Okay, yes, the answer is there's other reasons the answer is whatever the answer is oh my gosh Where do I start? Let's just start from a year ago when he first moved here. I moved back to or back to Texas in 2025 January of 25 and I had left Charleston for the reason that his mental health had Become a complete decline and was starting to harm himself to where I had to get his mother involved because he didn't want to get professional help Hide all of his weapons in his mom's room and left with our son who was not even a year-old at the time So I fled Charleston came to Texas Mm-hmm because he was becoming I don't want to say completely violent But he was threatening to hurt himself. Oh my gosh. Who knows what he was gonna do at that point I had to think about my son and protect him so I left came back to where I grew up And went with family and tried to restart. Okay. Well, let's Keep him there then. Well, what was leading you to this fear specifically the fact that there were loaded weapons in the house and People have guns. I have a gun of the house Like some bitches if they he was he was continuously Threatening to hurt himself if I left. Well, yes, that's scary So I gotta because wrong with you. What are you doing? Why hey? How about you actually working your relationship instead of being like I'm gonna kill myself if you leave I was doing a shit from my past No, it gives a you don't try to kill yourself and keep someone there hostage. I don't remember doing that I Don't he did multiple times to the point where my house are even disagreement on that you're equal in your papa My papa's my grandfather my my mother. Okay. He's called your grandpa. Very good. So he's literally my papa grandpa. Okay, no So he got me a hotel and I don't know I don't want to move beyond the house or even disagreement on how the fact that that happened I don't remember any of it. I Don't he will go through periods and time where he doesn't remember quote He I don't know if he forgets or what but he just doesn't remember or just pretends to not remember But he definitely did try to I mean, I'm not going to go to his mom and out him for everything if he's not going to accept Professional help. I'm not a not a professional psychologist. I can't help him with that. He didn't want to Try to reach out to get help from anybody. I tried you get him to talk to somebody whether it was me his parents or another and He didn't want to your fuse - so I said okay, well, I'm leaving. I packed up my stuff for you to leave I'm not arguing that I'm just still very confused on this man I'm also very confused how the he's here after all that I don't think we get back with someone who's like if you'll leave I'm gonna kill myself. I did go get help after she let us get help. I wouldn't saw it I wouldn't talk so he claimed that he went and saw a psychologist or a psychiatrist or whatever online But okay, which would be good. I guess it's a good start. I did he I was trying to figure out the window, but I knew where FICO scores in their models Typically all auto inquiries within 45 days count as this one So you could apply to as many as you want yes, you would have gotten hard pulls, but it would account as one on your credit Older scores two weeks. I was trying to get the new rules Okay, well, I Of what the bank told you. Yes I applied for a lot of people with their entire thing is to sell you when I was 19 Got that car loan all by myself and then what a big girl literally. Yeah, no, it was actually pretty great because I had no Oh my god. Okay, congratulations. You did basic minimum things as an adult They're fucking going overseas and glockin down some browns at 18 well good for them. Exactly. Just who are you applied for an auto loan? Yes, so I got an auto loan. So this was at a time in my life where I was stepping away from family I'd reconnected with my dad after what 13 years And got the car loan and I've driven that car. Okay, so he got some help or something Yes, he says that he got some help from somebody online. I never asked him specifically what they had talked about But just checked in to make sure that he was doing better because I told him the one condition is you have one year To give him a condition to come back a guy that was putting a gun in his mouth and said I'm gonna come myself if you leave That's crazy. Go on. Maybe you kind of deserve whatever came next. No, I never put. I don't know what came back So I don't want to hold myself to that standard No, I never once had a gun on me at all and did that I'm out of your throat. It's still the fact that you literally threatened to kill yourself And hurt you though. Why was he saying that was she was she on her way out No, I wasn't even on my way out. Why was he saying his sister had passed how many years now? Three four years ago. Yes three four years ago and he refused to get help And so he never mentally processed that's great But why are you threatening to kill yourself? So if she wasn't even threatening to leave at that point in time We were living with his mom. We had just had our son in 2024 and we had to move in with them when he was about a month old I The job that I was at I couldn't keep. I was physically assaulted What happened she was shoved into a table of issues. Huh? She was shoved into the table at five months six months pregnant I was like five or six months pregnant The guy literally came up behind you like Woman did it was a woman. It was a woman and she still works there, sir I tried doing everything I could and there's cameras in there. So clearly they didn't see what you said So they were the video footage disappeared and then the people that saw it they claim that they never actually saw it But after that why is everyone teaming up against you? I have to start getting a little conspiracy brand at that point I was one of the newer people out of the people that were there So that doesn't almost kind of mean the entire world gangs up against you including the car they were all mad because I Was asking for help being five or six months pregnant. I was cleaning everything. I was a chef at the time And I was having a job Couldn't afford to do anything that much labor if you're ready in the job I'm sorry, but if someone gets a job and they're like I need help like the moment they get a job I'm also like okay like what are we doing? So it was the fact of that the other shifts so there's three shifts that was on third shift They were not the other two shifts were not helping clean up after themselves I was having to physically move these like I don't even know how heavy Of fryers to be able to pull and move while I was pregnant that job while you were pregnant I had it before I was pregnant then you weren't new but I was the newer one oh come because there was a new shift change the goalposts man What are we doing here you made us like you were Brand spanking now. I wasn't brand spanking new. I was one of the newer people But it's the fact that you got the job before you're pregnant and at this point you were five months pregnant So you had the job for a while in a food service by the way you being there six months a longer you're basically Food service since I was 16 clearly. Yeah, it's been actually it was great and then it ended Thank God, but I'm just gonna I don't want to fully dismiss what but this is Abate I gosh I Immediately start tearing apart people's What they're saying on the show because I always find out people are either bullshitting or overexaggerating in the fact is Women from outside the new employee to new world and you're over six months there and a minimum and The camera footage disappeared no one spoke up the cops sit and do anything like the entire world except for you Was against you and you're already pushing the goalpost on how new you were it makes me question I don't want a question because pushing a pregnant bitch is a bad thing shouldn't do that. That's a no-no big against You're making it hard to believe. Okay, so when I first Let me start from the beginning when I first started there. I was working I was in college. I was enrolled at Charleston Southern University Fighting to get financial aid for college. I had gotten fired from my previous job because they They claimed that they wanted to that they would work with my college schedule And then they decided that they didn't want to work with it because it was too difficult and then they What the oh Pro's going cross it out me. Oh, I used to make fun of him for it all the time. I still do actually. It's a thing pretty funny I was enrolled trying to get financial aid this job didn't want to work with my my college schedule So you're not entitled to them too. No, which I wasn't mad at them for it, but it was a little frustrating Are you guys getting victim mentality from hurry up? I went and got the job as a entree chef at um
- A airline company in Charleston. - Ah, it was working-- - It's typically a good fight for you, you know, all the food you're supposed to prepare. - I literally was not eating all the food. - It was a fat joke, go on. - Yeah, I know. I could give you the same. - We're not on the same level, continue. - Oh, okay. Are you sure about that? - Yes, I could fit within your fucking under chin. Go on. - I would agree, yeah, okay. - Agreed to disagree on that one. - You agree to disagree? You're so fat. You basically have aides on the side of your fucking temple from all the grease that's borne out of your face. - That's just called sweat, it's really f***ing here. - I don't think that aides develops from a little bit of sweating within 30 minutes. (chanting) - Good one. I'm rubbery or glue. Fantastic pre-school argument, continue. So you're a victim in college. - So before you turn 25, facades does not consider you an adult. So you have to produce letter on top, a letter on top, a letter, sustaining that you are a financially independent adult. To be clear, what literally all of us do in college. Very good. Everyone, millions a year. - That's if your parents do not provide. (upbeat music) - I have to ask, do I care about this? Is this impacting anything? - It just impacts the fact that now I'm in college. I delayed, it got delayed till I was 25 because I could not get them. - Wow, that was a good use of 10 minutes. Okay, so what are the reason? Yeah, dude, they're not gonna kill himself. That's a pretty good reason for divorce. So you moved from South Carolina or somewhere? - Charleston. - Love Charleston, great city. Difficult for you, it's a walkable city, so. - It's actually not that bad, you might try at the time. - I just said I like it. - I talked about the walkable part. - Her papa contacted me or grandfather contacted me to move out, to move her out there. So I did. I, of course, you know, being the person, I paid for everything to get her out here. I paid for anything while she was out here. - I paid for it. - I paid for it. I paid for her to go to California. - I think he was going through depression. - Yeah, I know, that's not a thing with Ryan. - And then I paid. - But it's just the fact of like he literally fought and created arguments trying to defend the fact that he was starting to hurt himself, trying to keep me there and guilt trip me and manipulate me into staying. - Okay, that's not a good thing. I'm not on a side, but I think, can I-- - Can I pay-- - And I pay once? - Yeah. - No, you can't, okay, that's okay. Let's talk about men's mental health for just a second, okay? - Yeah, that's right. - One thing with him. I've always told him that share your feelings with me, tell you how you feel. I can't, I can't read your mind. - It's a trap. - If something is wrong, you need to tell me. If you need to tell me, I don't know, if you're upset about your sister, cry about it, but don't bottle it up and let a anger explosion happen later, which exactly what happened in January of 25, the fact that I left, because he kept building all these emotions up, not listening. - We've already established that was bad. - That's right. But it's also the fact, so let's back up a little bit after we had moved in. - She does nothing but move forward. - Go on. - Just listen. So after I had my side. - You need me here for you to roll down a hill and go up there, right? - I will literally pay you to help your friend save money. And that's fucking crazy. That's keeping me from being able to lose weight and they won't surgically occur. (laughing) - It is an actual woman on the show. Never misses a beat. Never misses a-- - But it's actually true. Would you like to see the proof of it? I literally have a tumor on my adrenal gland that is overproducing cortisol in my body causing a bunch of issues, but my doctors, when I had my appendix for this-- - You guys lived together? - Yes. - Yes. - Very good. I think it's got the, I don't know, it's quest. - Per line. - I don't like-- - What flavor of quest? - The cookie-to-one. What, do you not like them? Have you ever had them? What do you have for breakfast? - Actually, I'm curious. - Uh, oatmeal. - Yeah, what do you put in your oatmeal? - It's the low sugar brown sugar. - Are you sure it's low sugar? - Yes, that's what's on the packet. I can read. - Extra butter? - So what? - Her lunch. - Her lunch. - I don't know what your oatmeal is. - You're oatmeal and you think butter? - Wait, you don't put your butter in your oatmeal? - Oh, you're fat. If you consume less calories than you expand-- - And I am. - I'm doing the steps that I can to try to-- - Then you can? - She does. - Then you can. - I walk in 49. - I walk in 45 to 50 hours a week. - Plus I do about 20 to 30 hours in college. Plus I'm raising a two-year-old. Plus I'm having to take care of a household by myself. - How does that make you eat more? - That doesn't make me eat more. It just makes my time level to myself. - You'll prep. - Go down. - You'll prep. - I don't even have time to do that. - Well, you have a high-- - I have a dinner menu that I make every week, but even after time, I don't even get to do that. - How do you eat? - What do you mean, how do I eat? - How do you eat then? - You're just-- - What's the fork in a spoon? - No, you just said it was literally impossible to cook. - It just makes me-- - I think sometimes I get home anywhere from six o'clock at night to-- - Sure, I got home at two o'clock. - It was impossible to cook. My time goes down, but I'm saying about the meal prep. - I don't have a-- - I find a way to make the easiest things I can. - What's your average lunch? Come on, don't lie. - What did I have for lunch? - You better not fly. I will catch you and I will send people to your house and find out. - She said that. - So-- - Oh, you don't know my people. - It depends on what we, like, left overs, but you're poor. - There a day was cabbage, stir-fry noodles. - It was a cabbage stir-fry with-- - With chicken. - No, there was no chicken. - Oh, big. - It's not that big. She was like-- - It had cabbage, it had vegetables and stuff in it. There was-- - Corn. - Corn? What else was in it? I can't remember. It was a teriyaki stir-fry. - Was it a plate? - It was about that big. - Yeah, like a glass-- Yellowstone bowl. - Ah, beautiful. Got it. Figured it out. - Yes, the bowls are very pretty. - Dinner, it varies. We do have a dinner menu, but sometimes we'll just change it up throughout the day. - Uh-huh. - Go on. - Average. Average it out. - Hard day. - Hard day. - So let's say Friday, I didn't get home to two o'clock in the morning. I had to have subway delivered. And I ate that I had what a turkey sandwich? - Yes. - Turkey sandwich? - Ah, ah, ah, ah. Good one. Ah, ah, ah. - You want bread? - Uh, regular white. - What size? - I did the foot long, but I ate half of it. - And any sides? - Nope. - I always get a cookie. That's the way you didn't get a cookie? - I did, but I gave it to the kids. - Ah. - My son was with me at the time. - Ah-huh. Any drink? - Gatorade, sugar-free gatorade. - Okay. - And water. - Water snack on throughout the day. - Nothing. I drink a lot of water. I either drink, I'm either drinking coffee or water or gatorade or-- - She has zero sex. - Zero snacks. - Ever. - Throughout the day. - Zero. - I'm literally, I don't like to snack. I don't really rarely do I ever do snacks like that. - Yeah. And our day-- - If I do snack-- - Or all your drinks are sugar-free. - Yes, because he's a diabetic, so I do sugar-free stuff. Because everything we buy is sugar-free. I don't do regular flavor drinks anymore. My favorite drinks are gonna be those by coconut drinks. They have what, 10 calories in them? - She went outside.
to eat a thousand dollars. So she definitely does a lot more going out to eat than she is willing to suggest. - Would you like to try to work my schedule and raise a kid and take every household in the middle? - No, it doesn't sound pleasant, but you're acting like no one's ever done in the history of the world. - And also pause, your excuse was not, I'm busy, or excuse was there's a tumor on my, whatever incord is there. - No, that was for the fact of my weight, which I'm trying to get figured out. - I have an answer, a thousand dollars going out to eat on a monthly basis. - Yes, because of our schedule. Would you like to try to work? - But that isn't 'cause of your tumor. You eat bad food for you. - And now you're separating the two. - What? - There are two different things. - It all goes in together. - Your conversation about my weight is separate from this. - What? - My tumor is literally the reason why I'm struggling to try to lose weight. I have ever since I had my son, especially after I had a miscarriage. - Yes, I'm not saying it's necessarily easy, but guess what? I'm not losing weight if all you do is consume fast food. - That's not your stat. - But I'm trying. - So why don't we talk it about here? Then you cannot come on here and say, when I said your fat and you said, "It's constantly tumor." No, it's not 'cause you eat oats. All your meals. - That's it, you try to pull a sympathy play because you are never in the wrong because it is never your fault for anything. - Absolutely not. - You were in this conversation so far? Absolutely. - No. - You did not. - Because every woman in the history of financial audit, it's not my fault for being fat, I can't do anything. - No, it clearly is my fault. - Why do you make up the f***ing tumor thing then? And now you only accept it when I bring up the number. - Why I'm struggling to lose weight? - No, the reason is 'cause you collect it. - Because would you like to work my schedule? We'll go back to that. - No, that's not 'cause the tumor though. - The tumor and the tumor together. - The reason that you are struggling to lose weight. - Yes it is because I've tried to fricking manage everything. - Girl, if you did not eat out a thousand hours a month regardless of the tumor, because you eat food that is bad for you too much. - Because, and guess what? That's my reality too. But when someone asks why I'm fat, I just say that. - People ask why you're fat. - I don't blame it on other things. I accept the responsibility. That's what every fat man in the history of financial audit, they say 'cause I eat too much food. Every fat woman in financial audit, what was the phrase she used? She used the phrase where it's not my fault or something. Whatever that was, it's never, it's never the fat woman's fault. - No, I'm saying it's not my physical fault that I'm struggling to try to lose weight. - It literally is, a thousand hours going out to eat. That is not trying. That's not trying. - Most of that shit goes for my son too. - Well, you are eating what he eats as well. - That's not necessarily-- - And I'll call you? - Five nine. - I guarantee you with the food that we're going to see you going out to eat, you're consuming much more than your recommended daily caloric amount. Such a tumors fault. There are things that might make it harder, and that might be something that makes it harder that we can talk about. But no matter how hard it is, you will never lose weight if you eat out a thousand hours a month. - Nebvar. - Hold on, I'm bouncing my schedule though. While I'm in school, I do not have the time with zero hell. - I potentially agree, but don't say it's a tumors fault. - Okay, I will take that back. It's not the tumors fault. - I guess it is my fault. - It is your fault. - But I am trying to do what I can where I can to fix it. - Okay. - Without his help. - You work on Sunday? - No, I do school work. All my school works. - You do school work on Sunday. - You do school work 16 hours a day on Sunday. - I do it when I can. I'm taking care of the kid. - I will believe the name. Okay, so in between taking care of the son, and doing the school work, you do not have one hour that day. One hour, you can find. - Not when I have him, no. - What? - With the fucking kid, that is two years old in the school work. You cannot find. - Have you ever been - out of the two-year-old trying to contain it? - Outside, they're only outside. You're outside 16 hours a day. - No, what I'm saying is, have you ever been in public with a two-year-old? - I mean, yes, when my brother was two. - How old were you? - Uh, like 17. - Okay, great. Try being a little bit older, trying to manage it, with a lot of brothers. - But guess what? You're not the first parent to ever come on the show. - No, absolutely not. In fact, we've had parents. - I cooked food, and how many kids did she have last year? - We haven't uploaded yet. 10 kids. I think her situation is a little more difficult. You're not unique. I get a lot of it. - I know for a fact. No, it's not. I know for a fact. - Every life is unique. - Not really. You have one hour that you could find on Sunday, one hour. Promise you, I know it, and you could meal prep for at least the first half of the week in that one hour. I know for a fact. - Now let's add in the fact that if I-- - She can't do anything. - Nothing's ever in her fault. - No accountability. - Literally. - That's the reality of her conversation. - Just shut your mouth and open your ears. You could listen. So if you add in the fact that if I try to meal prep for this whole family, right? The three that live in that house. He does not like to eat vegetables. He likes cauliflower and he likes. But it's the fact that I have to include him because I have to consider his diabetes too. - Okay, well diabetes means you shouldn't be consuming that regardless. - But he does. - But he does. Yeah, but if you're cooking for his diabetes, you shouldn't be eating whatever you're avoiding anyway, right? - What do you mean? Eating what you're avoiding? - Whatever you have to avoid for the sake of his diabetes, you should also be avoiding for the sake of your fat. - But what I'm talking about is vegetables. Trying to get him to eat vegetables-- - He can't make around it. - And also, I'm sorry. - He doesn't like doing that. - I don't care what he likes. He's an adult man. If he doesn't-- - Try telling him that. - Hey, you're an adult man. If she cooks what she cooks for the family and you don't eat starve, I don't care. - Yeah. - You're 35. - He'll really ask me. So let's say, I'll pick-- - He'll really ask me, well hey, what's for dinner tonight? While I'm cleaning up dinner from that night, or dinner for tomorrow night, while I'm cleaning up dinner for that night, I don't know, there's a kitchen. There's this thing called, you got two feet, you can learn how to cook and make something too. - Okay, I'll stand on business. We know you can't do anything but standard set. So it's easy. - So I try to cook and I don't burn everything or you take two years to cook and make it. So I take my time to make it and she doesn't like it. - You're trying. You know you're sitting there watching YouTube all the time. - Oh, you watch TikTok all the time, so it does make much of a difference. - I watch TikTok when I actually have time, and it's for decorating videos and stuff. - I got the phone! - She-- - Which one? - Yours. - Can I have my phone please? - You want-- - Perfect, it's an iPhone. Open it. - Your maintaining calories is 2,000 a day if you're a healthy weight. That would also make you lose weight to a healthy weight. You consume more than that. - Very risky to not have a case. - It's because it's not wanting to charge right now. It's an older phone for some reason. No, for some reason the other day, the lighting cable wouldn't charge and the wireless charger wouldn't charge with the case on. So I took the case off to go to charge it. - The other day. - What's the day? - Yesterday. - Yesterday, literally yesterday. We were trapped inside of our complex, they were doing construction, couldn't get out, and so we were scrambling to try to find a way to get a charger for my phone. - She was on her phone for six hours and 30 minutes. I'll see what she was doing. Hey, she can't find an hour to meal prep. She was on TikTok for two hours and 40 minutes. Can't take accountability. Can't accept that maybe she is slightly the problem. Are we getting it yet? - Okay, what about me time? Do I not get to take time for myself? - I don't know how close, fly away. - It's a question. Do you not know how to answer a question? - I'll have her cry for 40 minutes. Out, look, there's her school, work 17 minutes. Facebook for 15 minutes. - Do you not know how to answer a question? - What's your question? - Did you not hear my question? We can take you to an ear doctor if you need to. - You asked what about me time? - Yeah. - Did you not answer any? - It's just a question. That's what I'm saying. - You just said me time. - You're you time if you're trying to survive, which is what I thought you were trying to argue is meal prep. Because you're killing yourself. Okay, so Friday. - So is it all just on me then? What about him? - I agree, it's on him, but I'm going off with your argument. You said you didn't have an hour to meal prep inside. - I didn't say I didn't have an hour. You're the one that said put aside an hour. - She said she didn't have an hour. She said it was school working kid. She said she didn't have an hour. - I didn't say school working kid. I said school working kid. - What the fuck? I'm being gassed out. - I am being so gassed out right now, this isn't saying. Friday, an hour 20 minutes on YouTube, she was texting for an hour 15. - That was for college. - An hour 15, she was texting. Was that for college? Fab, 55 minutes on TikTok. 21 minutes on Netflix. That was actually for college. - What's that for college? - The Sunday before, four hours, 45 minutes on TikTok. 53 minutes on Snapchat. - No, that was to actually talk to a friend who was deployed. - Very good. Talk to him while you cook. I know you love this motion in, stir some shit ink. Sam's the dreamer about that future meal, about that future. - No, that was literally from a car seat. - Literally 22 minutes to find a car seat. TikTok, Monday, hour 33 minutes. Snapchat, 48 minutes, probably to the deployed man. 42 minutes, texting. - She was on a calculator for 45 minutes. - I was doing statistics. Excuse me, I'm sorry, at least I do stuff. - Incredible response. The Saturday right before that two hours, 18 minutes on TikTok texting for an hour, 25. Look at you, shut the fuck up. Your excuses are nothing. This is why I dig deep. This is why I don't believe her story with the pushing. This is why I don't believe anything. - The pie.
- Going back to that? - Yes, because every time some of that ends up in this, it isn't willing to fully accept it, the moment I start poking at the stories, I learn that it's bullshit. Every fucking time on this show. - You could do a reverse show. - So why did you let him come back? I wanna get back to that, please. - Because he had shown me that he was doing, I tried to give him another chance. So I wanted to give him another chance. I, hold on. I grew up. - Falls in a well, eyes go cross. She gets kicked by a meal, they go back to normal. - I don't. - With a broken family. - Oh, it was the victim. - And so, no, did I say that? Did I say that? - You don't have to say it. - You don't have to say I'm a victim, to do victim in time. - Tell you a victim's whole conversation, so far. - If you could just talk. - Very good, let's talk about your blood pressure while she tells the story. - So, if, so growing up with a broken family, my goal was to not have that for my son. - What was broken? - Did dad went to jail when I was seven-ish? - Okay. - Mom supposedly cheated on my dad with my stepdad and moved to, when we moved to Texas in 2009. - Okay, what does the cheating method do? Anything? - There was just a bunch of lies and everything. - Yeah, it's not the best. I mean, how the cheating impact you, I don't know. The jail situation not good, but get me wrong, but okay, so you didn't want to replicate it, so you took the getaway from his dad, right? - I did what I had to do to protect him. - Yeah, I'm on your side. - Okay, thank you. So, I tried to make it work. So, I told him you need to do these steps, see a therapist, whatever you need to do to, try to get this family back together, then you can move to Texas. He moved to Texas in July of 25? - Yes. - He had visited a couple times, he flew out for what? Easter and his birthday, right? - Yes. - Yeah, for Easter and his birthday. And then it was kind of just, the move was kind of planned, but it wasn't full set on stone. He was just kind of like, one day, hey, I put my two or three weeks in or whatever the plan was. And then, I came back from his birthday and I gave him my third day notice. - But you didn't communicate that, that's the problem. You said after the fact, after you'd already packed the car up and said, "Hey, I'm coming out here," which I didn't fight it because I had already told you that that was the end goal. And you had kind of shown some work towards that end goal. - She knew I was coming out. - So I got her out of tell because of her brother being in her mom and dad's. So they spent two weeks in a hotel room. - A week. - A week in a hotel room. And so I got here. - Okay, but that's not even. - Put that to the side for a second. The fact is you coming out here. - It often asks me if I can come out earlier than I was supposed to. - Yes, because I needed the help, but we were also still waiting on the apartment to get ready. - Okay. - So he finally, so he kinda just threw it on me that he was gonna be moving out here. - And he said yes. - He had already packed the car and said that he was quitting his job. - I don't care. - What else am I supposed to do? - Protect your kid. - But he had shown progress in fixing things. - So you were good with it. - Yes. - Okay, so what I wasn't good with with how the communication happened. - Oh, you're sleep-up. - This? - No. Keep your arm like this. The arm flat. Let's just get this. You've lied to me about everything. I want to check how your life is concerned. And move it down a little more. - Yeah, look, closer right here. Let's see how your lies are impacting your actual reality right now. Over what? - 98. - Oh, okay. Yeah, your hypertension stage too. It's not great. This is the console consist of your actions. Here's, I'm having fun with you. You're fun to banter with. But the reality is your excuses of saying you have no time to meal prep and you eat out a thousand hours a month is leading to this. And that is making you dramatically unhealthy, which means a couple things. I want you to be around for your kid, okay? You're not going to be for very long. If this is 25, 45 won't exist. Number two, what is the point of the sacrifice and hard work that is required to get out of this mess? If you won't get to see, live to see the actual benefits of the other side. - That's why we talk about health. Yes, we have fun with Goof and joke around. It wasn't on your no-no list. I asked her for a permission. Did I? - Hmm, yes. - No, yeah, no, it's fine. - So that's what's good. - But that's the thing. But in reality, putting aside the jokes and stuff like that, your excuses that you're making instead of just accepting the reality of why you were here and why we both look like this is bad. If you just accepted it, I'd be like, okay, she got it. But the thing is, you won't accept any kind of accountability for anything and you're not gonna live to see the end of this and that's the sad part, okay? Okay, so he moved back in. You guys have been moved back in 30 years. Why are we talking about divorce right now? 'Cause that's gonna throw a wrench into all this. - Uh-huh. Where do I start the watching and lying about it? - Oh, Kim Brough not watching. - That was one of the boundaries that I asked. - Why, 'cause it's enough? - Yeah, yeah. - Oh. - He did it even when we were-- - Was that okay? - I asked him not to 'cause I told him specifically, he literally would do it right after we had sex. - Horny dude. - And then he lied about it to my face. - Well, why can't he have their sex? - Why would you need to if you just finished? - Well, maybe he'd go and go for round two. It was a-- - Okay, well you tell me why. - What are you telling me? Straight to my face. - I agree, I'm just trying to understand why the rule existed, but go on. - So it's for stress relief. 'Cause she stress me out. 'Cause I'm never good at it. - Are you sure? You never knew how I popped up on your phone. - I'm here, bro. - But I need to spend some time on him. - I don't do anything good enough for her. - You don't do anything here. - Including the act, the sexual act? - No, just period. Everything is my fault. - Is it? - It's happened. - No. - Well, I mean, she has been gasful in this conversation, so part of me is like, mm-hmm. But I do need to dig on you a little more and learn more. - Like, we with the marriage counseling, the marriage counselors even said that she'll start for no reason. - I have assessed that, this conversation so far. But bro, why did you have to go crank one after having the sex with her? - Mm-hmm. - What were you doing? - Don't lie. - That's like, head behavior. - Not, be honest with you. - I already launched liquid assets, my official Gamersubs flavor, raspberry apple. 'Cause I was ready for another one. I've ready to go again. - So why didn't you go again? 'Cause she had to go to work. - Every time. - No, every time. If you guys have sex, the only other thing that happens after that is she goes to work. - No, no. - So go for a round two for all? - Literally just say, like get immediately up a phone. And immediately, as soon as we're done, this thing doesn't matter. - Did you want round two? - Yeah, I would be okay. - Look at those rolls. - I told him if he wanted it to communicate, there's that word again, communicate. I don't know how many times I have to reiterate that word for him, communicate. It's a very hard concept for him to understand. Communicate when your job schedule changes. Communicate your needs. Communicate if you need to talk about something. Communicate if you need help with something. - So my opinion on this kind of like alcohol and all that kind of stuff, it's like, I don't really care unless it's like addictive and leading to bad things, right? - No, he was addicted to it. - Right, of which that I don't like it. I also, if it's not addictive, I'm okay with, if the sex life's good. I am, if the sex life in the relationship is bad, 'cause then it's like a crutch in addiction. - It was kind of like in the middle of what you're saying. - You put the boundaries, why were you breaking it, dude? - 'Cause he wanted to talk to more people. - And he answered, okay. Why were you watching him when she said, "No, no, no." - And then it was. - Incredible. - And the fact of-- - And the fact of-- - To my face and said, "Oh, well, it would just happen a few of my phone." - Well, in the fact of multiple times, I got cues of cheating. - Did you? - No. - I never once stepped out on this marriage. She considered watching days-- - I got two people that told me that he did. - No. - Yeah, tell me. - She got with an STD, and I hadn't slept with nobody else, but him for three years. - Did you know that? - That's crazy. - Yeah, so look at what you get. - So look here. - I'd have to look at the doctor. - The two friends? - Which one did she get? - I told him to go to the doctor. - So look here, the two friends-- - She did. - She's in his thing. - So the two friends that apparently said, I cheated on her with-- - This is used for everything. Still money for you.
from a stole a car seat and stole that they were supposed to pay for and walked away never paid for. - I gave that to her. - Yeah, that's what she told me. - Yes, I gave it to her. That was okay. - And then a friend. - They ended up being manipulative because she kept flirting with you and she's the one that you were accused of cheating on me with. - Who? - When she lived in your mom. - How did this accusation pop up? - I was told by one of my friends before her and I stopped being friends because she was still in Charleston. And this is when I was here. And knowing that he's addicted to-- - You know, when I was here-- - Yeah, so you left. - You needed some pussy. - Yes. - I just wanted-- - No, it's not. - That's cheating. - If I was here, I had no problem. And I told him that with him watching it. - Oh, watching it. - Okay, bye. - Watching it, but not seeing it with somebody else. - No, I never watched it, but with him watching it, I had no problem with that 'cause I knew he was gonna need to relieve some-- - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Tends up pension or whatever. - No, no, no, no, no, no, no. - But, but the fact that I had a friend tell me-- - Yeah, that's crazy. - Most of the time, that he did what? - He did on me. Why are you acting like you don't know what happened? - I never knew what-- - What did he do specifically? - Oh, just slept with her. - Yeah, multiple times. - I never have it. - I know of at least one. - I'm sorry, why the fuck would she not pull me for that? - This girl was living in his mom's house with him right next door, wearing booty shorts and low-cut tops all the time and all this stuff. - Yeah, you know what? - So, the way that I knew her is our sons are really close in age. We're not friends anymore, but where they were really close in age. And that's how she ended up moving in. She was escaping a whole shed all of her crap. - She asked me, "Hey, can she stay there "because her eyes is being abused?" - I didn't ask you. I told her she needed to talk to you because it's not my house. - Well, you can't remember threatening to kill yourself. I don't know if I can trust your judgment or memory. - She has me, if I would ask your mom. - Also, I mean-- - And I told her-- - I never stepped out and sub with her. If she says that, then that just creates her-- - I thought she was the house in the cops got called because you were screaming at me about it like a toddler. - What? - When in South Carolina? - Here, here, a couple weeks ago. - Here, a couple weeks ago. - Yeah. - We had three cops, not so many. - She is the key to me in '39. - She is the key to me. Every time, well, you're somebody else. - Or all the cops. - I don't know, whatever neighbors. - My goodness. - Why? If I take it different-- - Well, because they were worried because we were talking about-- - If some stuff about-- - 'cause he had started mentioning again that he wanted to hurt himself. - I never. - What? - Yes. - When? - Like, 'cause I said-- - Literally, that same day the cops showed up. - Okay. - You've been mentioned that you were gonna be gone soon and you were gonna be in the dirt. That's exactly what you told me. - Yeah. - So I was not gonna pass that out. - And it came up in a conversation asking how our day was. So then he got worried, you know him. He's a retired Marine. - Yeah, he's night, yeah. - And has nothing to do with you. - It has to do with my safety, with that. - Is that unfair? - I didn't tell him to call the cops. - He's the one that called, because I took my meds and fell asleep. - What the cops did, what happened? - They separated us and we talked. - I told them about that one incident. - So you guys were going hard. - I didn't tell them. - No, he was so more him. Yes, I was yelling. - What was he doing? - He was screaming. Like when I tell you full on screaming, you know how like when your parents screams at you, they're so mad, you did something, you fucked up so bad. - Well, I tried to walk, so if I try to walk away and I'll communicate that a point I'm concerned about the scream and I'm, but I'm trying to walk away. If I don't communicate that I'm upset, let me walk away and give me five minutes. Then when I ask you, another thing that I've asked you to do, I get my ass chewed out, yeah, and again, for trying to walk away and calm down. - What were you screaming about? - And he never, no, and that he never sobbed with somebody else. - She consistently accused me of cheating on her. - If I'm not consistently, if I'm in a different route. - That's the only, that's the only incident. - If I'm in a different route back to the shop. So who you with? Who'd you go see? - Okay, that would be somewhat less. That would beat someone down. But also she has credible accusations that you would have cheated on her. - This was also what led us to. - So trust is broken. - But it's also the fact that he was talking and reaching out to other women on his phone. - Body, that is cheating. What was he saying to them? - It wasn't anything sexual, but it's the fact that he didn't know these women. - Are you reaching out to random women? - That's my question. - I'll tell you, it's on Facebook. It's actually just on Facebook. It's on, very good. - Why were you reaching out to them? - That's the fact that a person, a person, 'cause they're-- - No, they never had mutuals. You literally never had any mutuals with these people. And then all of a sudden, you're messaging them and talking to them. - Talking to people. - Saying what's up, or trying to get in contact with one of your exes who refused to date you because of your age. Why are you trying to talk to her at some odd hour in the nine? That's my question. I've always asked you that. - Not always. - But I haven't asked you that. - What's your answer, what's your answer? - So the ex that would end up in my age was actually work for a mechanic shop. - That failed, that closed down. - That's a little answer, a little answer. - She went to multiple tours, she went to work for a different one. Multiple different ones. - I didn't know that at the time. - Yes. - You wouldn't know. - You'd never ask. - You just-- - I'm sorry, I'm not gonna ask about your stupid ex. - You know, 'cause you're bloating and assuming what ex-- I'm likely to assume I'm cheating on you. - Why are you talking like Hunter Biden? It's incredible. - She does. - How? - So how would she get an STD then? - I don't know, because the fact of I wasn't here, I was in a thirst of what, six month period between me moving out here and she or you being out here. - You got a whilst she was here? - Yeah, here, where are we? - In Texas. - After having sex with him. 'Cause I was living with my mom at the time. - But then she goes, I'm going to babysit, or I'm going to do this, I'm going to, well I don't, you're actually going to babysit. - Because I would literally be texting you or FaceTiming you while I was babysitting. - Did you go get a full panel? - I don't, I don't know what kind of testing they did. I told him, I think, I don't remember. I think they did, I never said anybody. - But I told him about it and he never went to. - What was your treatment? - It was some antibiotic or something for like 10 days. - Okay, chlamydia. - Something like, I don't know. I can look it up, but. - No chlamydia, probably. - The first time I had ever had. - I know, it was a shot in the butt. If it was syphilis, it was shot in the butt, or antibiotics were like a month. - But no, I got it cleaned and cleared out. - He's the only person I've been with in the last since we got together February 20th of 20th or 21st. - There's only two ways for her to get an SDD. You gave her one or she cheated and got one from someone. Unfortunately with you two, I actually don't know what to believe. - I actually never, I never once. - Subter, I was so uncomfortable. - Have you slept with him since? - No, since I found out, no. - I told him about it and I told him to go get tested because he, the doctor even told me that my partner that I'm active with, needs to go get tested, and he refused to. - I'm so, I was so uncomfortable being in that house, I'd really work hours. - Why wouldn't you go late? - He's in a f***ing car. - 'Cause I knew I didn't, I wouldn't know it wasn't my fault. - Okay, well, how do you know that without testing, I didn't even know I had anything without testing. - Well, I'm gonna just let you in on a secret. Even if she got it, not from you. Well, she had it, you guys, you probably have it now, regardless. - Yeah. - So go get tested, but you don't wanna f*** your body. It'll f*** all your reproductive issues. - They will. - It'll, it might be a good thing, but. - Maybe. - Oh, and then on top of that, the other thing is, piss me off, she goes, well, I wanna take our son's name and change his last name to my papa's last name, so I can give you his legacy on. - Well, you're going through a divorce potentially. Maybe, I don't even know. Wait, when did you find out about the SCD? - Couple months ago. I'd have to look at the record. - So what is the change between that and now that is leading to the divorce? - So now we're like actually doing it. - Well, the car thing, and then there was one incident, what, three, two, two weeks ago. But this was before the cops showed up. This was like the same week of the cops. - Right before the cops. - Yes. - What happened? - There was just something that he had done that I'd seen on camera while I was checking on our son at home. He was talking to me through like the little, you know, like the camera, whatever. - Oh. - And I saw him doing something, and I said, that's where I draw the line. You were not going to be doing anything. - This is the thing I have to, this was the only no-no. So I have to balance this. The no-no is just letting him not answer what he chooses. So I would just ask questions and however he answers is, however he answers. - What? - I wasn't doing anything. The joke was not doing anything. I was sitting on the couch. - Then why aren't you willing to answer? - 'Cause I know she's trying to accuse me of doing it. - Okay. Obviously, I don't want you to answer. I want him to be able to, - This is up to him. - This is up to him. - I'm gonna say this, why accuse him of something? How confident are you in this accusation, accusation that was done around a child? - 'Cause I literally saw it on the camera. - And do you tell? - Confidence, high level of confidence. If you had to put all your money on it, where's your percentage? Zero, you would not bet any money. 100% is all your money. - That you was doing something? - The thing that you're saying happens. - I'd say about like a 98%. - 98 is very confident. - Yes, because I saw it. - This thing that you did around the kid. Okay, was the kid in the room of the accusation? - He was watching Bluey in the living room. - He was actually talking to me on the camera. - And where were you sitting on the couch? - In the living room? - Yeah. - Okay. - What's your phone? - Again, it's your answers or no answers. What were you accused of doing? - Watching with my son in the room. - No. - But that's for a hand man. - And that's what I'm saying. - Believe what she said. - Something else. - Okay. - Because my hands were on my pocket. It's like, "Well, you're over, you're being their kid in the room." - Okay. - No. - Yeah, you did. You said pockets. My hand, my hand, my hand, my hand was never down my pants. My hands were on my pockets. I was sitting there.
being crisscrossed. Can I say something? - Well, that's up to him. - That's why I'm asking him. Can I, I was sitting crisscrossing like how she's trying to accuse me of doing it and she says I was doing that and I was watching my phone while I was watching YouTube. I was doing that. - Can I say what you actually were doing? - What? - What? You have to say yes or no? - Are you okay with that? - Yeah, what it was like for me to be doing. - You literally put your hand down your pants multiple times and we're fondling with yourself. - No, I was down, no, okay. - No, you were actually, I saw you. - Okay, do you have evidence of it though? That's a whole, really, that's gonna be your freaking defense. - I'm asking now. - Dude, you're not on criminal trial. - Well, because you sit there, you have evidence of your post cheating. - What's standing there, watching or he was talking to me through the camera, you were holding your phone and your left hand, put your hand on your pants and your right hand multiple times. And we're messing with yourself, claiming you were itching, but now all of a sudden you were just putting your hands in your pockets, so which store is it? - I was itching. - Where are you putting your hands in your pockets and where are you itching? Because your hand went straight down your pocket, or not your pockets, your pants. - You can't itch, you can't adjust your underwear. - So now you were adjusting your underwear, which one were you doing? - I was itching and adjusting my underwear. - Oh, so now you're gonna combine the two? - Oh, whatever. - It was in the room and-- - Yeah, but how did you not notice me on the camera? I was like, he was talking to me through the camera and all of a sudden you're just gonna reach your hand down your pants. I'm not going to, I'm, you are his father and I will always respect you for that. - No, you won't. - Yes, I will. - Well, 'cause according to you, I'm a terrible father. - No, never said that, you say that about yourself. - No. - I will always respect you because you are his father. - You, but I will draw the line when it comes to shit like that. - You can, so, okay, so every time I don't take care, I don't take care, I don't do this for, I don't do that. I'm in his bedroom vaping and again, I saw that on the camera. No, I didn't have time to screen record 'cause I was in the middle of routes. - I did hit my vape, I updated my vape around my kid. - And I've asked you not to because your mother has blown vape smoke in his face when he was about three or four months old. - And I've got, I don't know, I don't, I don't, I don't. - I don't care. That's not the point, it's the point of no respect. I don't care if she got to smoke cigarettes in the hospital when you were born. - I didn't, I didn't finish, I was gonna say, did you? No, you don't let me, you never let me finish, easy. - I'm gonna say. - Well, I wonder why? Maybe because you cut everybody off to get your point across like, you're something, like you're special, like you're perfection. - I told you before, I'm not perfect. - Yeah, I like you are. - You do. - You gotta, you gotta show what you can and do everything else behind. - Okay, so again. - Again, what? - Show me evidence you've got of everything I've done. - Do you want me to pull up the pictures? - Like that, but show me evidence of. - Search history? - Show me evidence of the cheating. - I have a word of mouth. - A word of mouth. - The search history lines up at the timing. - I don't know, you'd have to check screenshots. I don't remember the last time I looked. - So you're the one saying, oh, the last time, that meeting cues are doing something for my son. - No, no, no, that wasn't having to do with this. That was just the history of him looking up stuff because when I would see that he would, whenever I, and I did, feeling I would look and I, it was right. He had this whole list of that he happened to pay for a couple months in a row while we were actually active. - Well, I think that's also concerning than what was just said, I'll be honest, but yeah, that's not the best thing. - And I can't tell that. - It doesn't matter. It's still the fact that you paid for it. - So that's what pushed you over the end. - You can have other things. - It's everything from the beginning. So. - Well, I think that last thing will push me over the end. - Let me move back to when we moved into, we moved into my mother-in-law's house. The blowing the smoke in our son's face. There was no respect for me as a mom. While dealing with postpartum depression and trying to find a job, he had the gall to sit there and talk shit about me to his mom to the point where she talked shit about me to him. And then when my mom came into town when our son turned two months old. - No. - Or I don't know. - He was not after he got out of the hospital. He was in the hospital almost a month. - It was four weeks old. - His mom was talking shit about me to my mom. - Okay, I mean, listen, those part of depression is a real thing. It's a little weird that there is not one woman that has a kid that doesn't have it. Seems more trendy. 'Cause it is a real thing when people do have it. - Well, why is everyone saying they have it now? - But I have stood up for her, but she never sees it. - I don't think there's no autism. - Okay. - That's just what I was told by my mom. - So, I'll sit there and get yelled at. You probably have them. - See, and I was trying to battle it alone. - So, okay, bro. You clearly, you do not like how she communicates. Clearly, you do not like what she does and all this stuff. And you're accused of doing something anus. And, you know, it's your word versus hers, I guess, 'cause you didn't screenshot, right? - I didn't have time. - I would heavily do that though. - I was on the bus literally on the clock at work, but I was in between routes. And kids were coming out to the bus. - But that's a screenshot, that's all that does. - But I would have done a screen record though. That's the thing. - The screenshot at a minimum. And also, cameras can rewind. - Not these because I don't pay for the screenshot. - Okay, either way. - She pays for a subscription for the front door camera only. - Why have you stuck around? - Because my son. And she's asked me that too. And at a point, I've told her, I was sticking around for her or my son. But at this point, I have stuck around for my son and that's all. - Okay. - I don't care about anything else. - So, you guys have said what has happened following your respect, so I'm just gonna ask you a buttonly. Have you ever watched around your child? - No. - Why does she say you have watched with your kid right next to you? - No, I don't know why. - Why has she said? - Okay. - 'Cause I have, let me start. - Has, have you ever tracked off next to your kid? - No. - Why is she saying you jack off next to your kid? - The only thing is, I don't know why she does it. To find things, to start things, or where the guys that are marriage counsel does usually start fights. I would never do anything around my kid, or any other kid, period. - It's just as so confusing. - There's so many, I get up and every day, I just want to take care of him. Like the sum, I'm leaving this. - I'm watching YouTube on your phone. - So 28th, I leave. - Well, I mean, Kettle. - You watch TikTok. - Right. - But, at the same time, he could be, and I'm not saying, I'm holding a accountability. Yes, I do play my phone when my son is awake and whatnot. But, when she's out of the apartment before, and she, he's walked out the front door, and I've walked back into my good thing outside. - Because I knew you were in the hallway. I could hear you literally just outside the front door with the dogs. I could hear you. Those apartment hallways echo. I'm not gonna just willy-nilly. - The thing is, I'm just saying, I don't know who to believe. 'Cause when I was poking at you at the beginning, I realized you're a f***ing liar and gas lighter. And also, you're a f***ing liar and gas lighter. 'Cause you're saying you didn't say you thought, you don't remember or didn't say that you started to kill yourself. You're both liars. I don't know if you have, huh? - I have. - What did you say at the beginning of your dance? - In the past, years prior to what she was saying, I have. - See, I don't know who to believe. And then the f***ing SDD, no one can even own the SDD. Cheating from a credible source, you say no, but her saying it. - First source. - Guys, who's a liar, who's not? Maybe both, maybe not, maybe I should kill myself. - I don't know what's happening. - So the source, so the source she got her credit from? I don't know. Send a group chat between me and her, the very end and went off on her. - I need you to focus on one item again. We gotta give that shit unlocked. - So she has been the friend, her friend said I cheated on her, with, do you know what friend you're talking about? - Yeah, which one? - I do, crazy bitch. - They were both crazy, which one? All women are crazy. - Did she say he cheated twice? - No, no, just once. I was only told it one time. - You got, that was married to somebody else. And then you got, I b***. - What was the one that was living in the house with you and your mom? - That accused me of sex with her. I never did. I don't know why. - Did she have sex with her? Who gets accused of sex with her? - That she told her. - Right, that she told her I slept with her. - Okay. - And then I know I actually had to do a part of that too, and I just, 'cause I dropped off the car. - This is the complicated part of the show. - Why would she lie about it? That's my point. - Because she's dumb. - I don't know. - I don't know, at some point in their life, they all say stupid shit. But why would somebody accuse somebody of something so heinous in a relationship when she was going through shit? - Guys, just real quick, don't forget to take your hammer financial score at Calebhammer.com. Could you, could you like clinically tell that she was psycho? - I would really lock, I'd go to work. I come home and lock myself in my bedroom just to stay away from her. That is so uncomfortable. - I felt so uncomfortable. If you felt uncomfortable in your own home, wouldn't you just tell your mom, be like, hey, mom, I'm feeling uncomfortable with the way she's dressing around here. Can we do something about it and give her a time frame to get out of the house? - I did tell her. - Okay, so why don't you keep pushing? - I wasn't home. - Why wouldn't you communicate that with me? - I did. - Guys, I am gonna get in just so much trouble if I do not get into the finances. But the thing is, it's so difficult because literally, I know, it's like, yeah, I could go into this at the beginning, but do you know how much context all of this changes based on everything we've learned? These are real people. This is like, you guys, I haven't met you before, but this is a real thing that's happening and all of that context helps as we're going through this. 'Cause now, is it a force real? Is that happening? Is it being considered? - He's moving on the twig. - I am moving. I leave texts in the twig and dry back. - Okay, well, that's good to know, 'cause what the, and I know it took a while to get into it, but it's actually important. - Yes, it's fun drama and all that shit, but it's like, it's important information. So, I'm gonna do separate them, right? Is that the play? - Kind of, 'cause he claims that he's going to, I say claim just because I'm not trying to accuse of him, I'm not paying, but he claims that he's going to pay for half of our child's daycare, but I know he's gonna have to get set up in Charleston first. So, I just say claim because I, - I will be, huh? - I will be. - What? - I will be, I'll be paying for half of our prayer. - Okay, I'm just saying claim because-- - Our kid's stuff. - Okay, you can't even pay rent on time. I mean, your car's behind. - You're also gonna need to find a job back in Charleston. - He's already got a job lined up, a boss that makes fun of him and talk shit about. - More pay. - More pay, doing what? - The same thing that you just said you didn't want to do. - Living with your parents again? - Well, hold on, we can cook him for somebody things, but I don't understand what you're cooking him for right now. - He knows. - Okay, okay, you guy, you have collections. Okay, great, this is insane. This must have been a repo. $39,000, $51, no. - Would you like to explain that or me? - Oh my goodness, guys, we're so far in. I'll get there, be something more. Go on, tell me. - Me and you. - I don't give a f--. - So his dad decided to cheat on his wife and get ex-- - Father looks on. - So the money on his credit to pay for a house in Jamaica through a scam. So he took-- - They love you down there. - What? - In Jamaica. - So he was taking-- - Not really, but he was taking-- - He was taking part-- - He was transferred from running back and forth out of their credit card account until the other bank find kicked it back and I didn't realize it had $40,000 in credit card debt. - That sucks. You haven't this-- - You didn't, you haven't-- - I went through, I went through, to speed it up everything. Do you need a federal? They kicked in, said, we can't do nothing about it. - I literally handed in the information to a lawyer that would-- - Yeah, well, with a collection. - This sucks, but listen, if they haven't sued you yet, maybe they won't-- - They're already funding it. - They are? - Well, they might, 'cause it is a big enough balance to sue and they'll garnish your wages. - But when I first found out about it, I handed him the information to a lawyer with the amount of a retainer, saying, you pay this amount and he will start an investigation to open a fraudulent case. - You gave him the money? - I told him I had the money that he could use. - But he didn't want to? - No, he didn't want to because he was so worried about his mom, but even with his mom that I having a rocky relationship, I had told him multiple times, if anything were to happen, she could move in with us. This is when we were living in our own apartment in Charleston at the time. I told him she could move in with us, I will make it work and I will figure it out. That's not a problem, but your dad has to pay for what he did. $40,000 on your fricking credit is ridiculous. Like, who does that to their child? - Yeah, okay. Well, he has another collections, $4,720, this looks like this was a credit card. Again, that balances sue, but like, they're all sueable, but worth potential sueable. I'll come at you and I'll get a court ordered garnishment of your wages. - Was that from them too or no? - Well, no, no, that's Navy Federal. - Yeah, they told the same credit union. There was two of them that there was. - All right, you, woman. The thing is, you have interest in growing out of this card, so I know you're not paying an offer every single month. We got a capital one quick silver. What are you doing? - Paying for things that we need or-- - Paying for things that you need? You want to stick with that? - I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know. - Paying for things we may have needed and then probably trying to, yeah. - $25 a month, $547 and 42 cents balance. You spend $5.88. There wasn't one need on here. They're all highlighted, which means they're all bullsh*t. Not one need. Jack in the box, bullsh*t, girl revolving sushi. Baths of body works chili, Sonic Drive-in. Dig world, Sonic Drive-in. Girl, as a fellow fat, I know Sonic that is the greasiest, least healthy, most, calorically high food you could possibly ever get. - If I ever go to Sonic, it's just for drinks. - Well, literally just drinks, 'cause that's expensive. - $3? - That Sonic is $13.86. Neighborhood bar, Jack in the box, quesadilla, door dash, $55. Neighborhood bar, Sonic Drive-in Taco Bell, winnets, I got some bullsh*t, Sonic and HDL. I don't know, maybe that was the only non-bullsh*t, but it's all bullsh*t, you have a late thing this year too. - Well, Dig World was a new place for our Sunday Go Enjoy. - Huh, go where? - Enjoy? It's like a little. - You can go enjoy a f*cking park, I don't give a sh*t. What are you talking about? - It is a park. - It is a park. - It is a park. - This is like a construction park. - I do not care. You don't have money, you are poor. And you're not even paying them on time. You also have a platinum card. You better not f*cking tell me there's needs on here when there's not, like you just did. - The platinum one. - Oh, you're over the limit. $300. - The platinum one is for both of us. - Oh, very good. - I'm not sure. - I'm not getting a f*cking divorce or anything. - Well, so it's mainly in my name, but I put them on there to try to help build his credit. - Bullsh*t again. Starbucks, Bullsh*t, Bullsh*t, Jersey Mikes. Vending Machine, Chuck E. Cheese, Chuck E. Cheese, Bullsh*t. - That was bullsh*t. - Going inside the gas station, getting some f*cking bullsh*t. - That was all I am. - Bullsh*t was vapin'. - Him. - Stop. - He's the one that does all the 7/11. - I like his closest credit card. - That's my, well, bullsh*t, bullsh*t, bullsh*t. - That's my plan once it's paid off. It's just gonna get closed. - He can close it without paying it off. He can close it then pay it off. - I'd rather just pay it off and then close it. - I'd rather you close it so he doesn't use it. Well, he's gone and not there. You can't control him. - Control him. - What? - I'm leaving him here. I'm leaving that card. I've got it at my own card. I'm leaving him here. - Yeah, wait, tell him. - He doesn't even have access to the, get into the thing. - Well, technically he does. He can log into it. - What the heck? - Keep saying he forgot the log in. - He'll figure it out. - If he really wants to, if he's in a bind, he will. Why not just close it? I don't get it. - I'd rather just have it paid off and then close it. - This is the same result, but less risk. Close it then pay it off. What's the logic? - Don't they charge you right away if you close it. They tell you you have to pay it right away, like the full amount. - No, I'd not with Capital One. Not if I'm mistaken. Let me check Capital One. - That's why I just decided to pay it off and then close it, I wasn't sure. - Knowing you and your thing, just like your stupid car loan thing. - Well, I can only go by what I get told by people who are supposed to be professionals. - You also have access to the internet. - And do you know how manipulative the internet is too? People can manipulate the internet and put whatever information they want out there. - Karl, this is just about columns. This isn't about some political conspiracy. - But do you not understand that if you, somebody can create a website that looks legit and can put whatever information they want. - Do you just go random websites? That says it sources? - No, I don't, but I'm just saying. - You scared to that point. - No, I'm just saying that it can happen. - Why do you have late fees as well? What the fuck are we doing? All right, you have a venture one. - Because we had to have a week off of work and I only got half a paycheck. - 802, great. Balance is $802 and 33 cents. Your minimum with the payment is $25. It takes five years to pay off. I hope so. - I pay larger payments when I do. - No, you just keep making the minimum. It's exactly, I, I, I, I, I, I, I. - See, they're hiding. - You make up information, you make up information. - If you, if you were to look further back, I'm saying, if you close the account, you can make minimums until it's paid off. You're not owed everything up front. - No, I have to.
I had asked you that, that's why I said I was just going to pay it off and then close it 'cause I wasn't sure. Okay, well now you know. Okay. Nail lounge. That's incredibly important for survival. Well, look at those shitty nails. Yeah, I haven't gotten them done. What? What do you want to go? Tick-tock shop? Bolshev Bolshev? Tick-tock store. That was stuff for our son. That he needed to survive. Stuff for his development, yes. Devalamin. What's a Devalamin he got from Tick-tock shop? That's a little like toilet thing to help potty train him. Okay, it might be fine. And then also- All that may be one thing that wasn't complete bullshit. Don't you spoil yourself every once in a while? I've got to get my nails in every once in a while. If it's in the budget, that's the- But it was at that time I had a little bit of money. But it wasn't. Not because you were not paying off the credit cards. If you can't pay off your debts in full, it's not in the budget. I didn't expect to have a random week off of work. That's the problem. What? No, that wasn't the point. You weren't paying your minimum. You still had balances that you weren't paying off in full. You were making your minimums. How do I know? Because interest is accruing. All right, you. Sentander. Is this your car? Yes. The past due- I know. Great. On the car. On the car. On the car. On the car. On the car. On the car. 2020 Toyota Corolla. Why? That's beat up. Cause I had- Dude, this should- must be in repo status. It threatened to repo at once and that was shortly after I found out. He had only told me that he was about one month behind, but come to find out. I think it was like three months behind the thing. He 70 days to link when at the time of the statement. Who knows what the- It is today. I'm not sure. He owes to catch up $1,181. So just minimum to payment is $33.4. See, and I didn't know that. Hey, why are you being a- Oop. Is that your answer? But, um, points those, I was behind, I was actually out of work. You're not now. No. So what the- Could we talking about? Catch up. Catch up. I'm catching up. You guys make decent money. I really don't understand. Like, together you guys are catching up. I'm fine. If you weren't doing what you were all led stuff, like, you guys would make great income. I'm catching up on that right now. I will tell you there was a time, and this was pretty recent- 16th percent interest rate. Um, he had $60 in his account. Our son had two or three diapers left, and instead of spending that money to go get diapers, he went to a vape store and spent $50. And then I went on to Uber Eats and made the money. But it's still the fact that you literally spent the money on yourself instead of taking care of our two-year-old son first. Okay. You have a 14, 2014 Ford Focus. It's almost paid off. It's almost done. I've had it since 2020. Okay. Great. Seven-year loan. $1338.98 left. The minimum to payment, $288.40. It's only been extended because I've had to skip up a month, because when I first got the car, COVID had just hit and I lost both my jobs at the time. And we all know COVID screwed everybody over. Yeah. But also unemployment, which was like doubled, so. I didn't get that. Why, everyone did. Have you lost the job? Because I started doing Uber Eats instead. Well, that was your choice. I know. But that's what I did to be able to pay for the car. 17% interest. Well, it's fine. It's almost paid off, right? Yeah. Animal ER. Yeah. Somebody. Our dog ate grapes. Somebody wasn't watching. Five. So, I had to pull out almost $700 loan to be able to take them to the hospital and get. He was about to stay in the hospital for a few days. Right, grapes. I think it's bad times. They can kill them. That's what I just said, basically. $172.07 a month, the 05/16/22. You. Pay on that, man. And other collections. 968. Me? That's him. Him. I was trying to point to it. Oh, my bad. For 968. Wait. This was asset care. I think you did a. Like consolidation. And then you didn't pay it. You on credit control. You did another one. Like a credit builder and shit. So, by the way, we have much better options than all those on kylepimmer.com. Also, I'll get you both a course career certification. So, you're going to make more money on your own. People have taken course career certifications, put them on the resume and gotten six-figure jobs. How long does that take? A few months. A lot of it is pacing up to you. So. All right. Yep. Okay, cool. Okay. Checking account. Yours. $624. Okay. Einstein Bros. Shlotskies. Amazon. Starbucks. Bullshit. Specs liquor. Panda Express. Come on, dude. You're just getting bullshit. Taco Bell. They must've used it. - No, I don't vape at all. - That is my chick-in account. It's our joint account. - You're gonna get your budget and then I'm gonna call it- - No, this is my college account. - Someone secret in the post-show that you don't know about. And we're gonna confirm the cheating story or get it exposed as a lie. - Alright. - Let's see what you really did. Let's see who knows what. - Okay, let's get this budget first, though. - Okay, your minimum of the payments- - Lady is $5.35, $4.7. What's your rent? - $12.95. Let's see, $13.15. - It's gas electric utilities, water, all that stuff. - $150. - Internet as well? - $42. I don't have a phone bill right now. Am I- - Gas from Drive Drive. - Gas? Let's say about $60 a month? - Wait, are you talking about gas for my car? - Yes. - Okay, yeah, about $60. - Car insurance, how much? - It's about to change right now, it's $2.99, but it includes his car, my car. - What's it gonna be? - Rental, I don't know yet. I haven't figured that part out yet. - I'll do $200. Necessary food, you and the kid you could do. - I'd say about like, $300, $400 a month? - It's 'cause you eat all the time, shut the fuck up. I'm gonna do $450. - Okay. - No, I'm gonna do $500. Meal prep, my old plan. This is for a kid. This is for you. It's our TP fund, anything else to survive. School supplies stuff like that. Changes the categories in a month. - I have a college account. I'm about to get a disbursement of $200, medical health care. How much for co-pays on a monthly basis? - We're on Medicaid right now. - Jim? - Why? You don't make bad money. - Because I can't afford so the insurance to be my job is $1,600 a month. - Jim? - We have a Jim at the apartment. - We do. - We do, but we rarely get access to it. No, seriously, they've literally delayed. - Subscriptions, $40. You have pets, right? - Yes, one. I'm about to have it. We have two, but we're splitting them. So I'm gonna have a dog, yes. - A child. - Six, healthy. - $50 pet insurance. How much for pet food and supplies? - For pet food, I'd say about-- - And supplies, how much? - $30 for $15. - It's $35 every two months for just her. - $50? Is that $35? - $35. - We're back at our food. Anything else that needs to be on this budget? - Probably a phone bill here soon. I got a three-year phone service and it's about to run out next year. - Okay, you own your phone though, right? - Yes. - $15 helium. - What's helium? - It's just a third-party service that uses the towers as the other ones, just as good service. - Oh, great. Cheap, I like it. - No, it's good. - You need $3,000, $2,000 to survive, and you make $3,500, okay, not bad. Okay, yeah, $500 a month to your debt, and you'll be debt-free in the seven months? I asked, is there anything else in the budget? - 12, 80? - That's what you said. But you pay half, right? - Yeah. - For daycare? - Yeah, 12, 80 months. - Don't make enough money. What are you done with school? - I just started. - Okay, the reality is, when's your lease up? - Next. - Very good. You're going to move into, like, an unfortunate-- - This is a low income. - Yeah, low income for what space you got. You're going to move into a studio apartment. - How are you supposed to do that with a kid? - It's a sacrifice for a bit for the sake of the kid's future. - I've got less than 900 square feet already. - Okay, you're going to move into a small place that is 800 square feet. We looked in DFW, we know you can find it. You're fine. You will survive. It's a temporary living situation. - What about a one bedroom? - So then he can have a room. - You are going as cheap as you can. - Okay. - And the kid will not-- barely will remember it, because you'll be in a better place by the time he's four or five. This is a very temporary sacrifice, and it's worth it. Because right now, you're negative $100. So the moment you can move out of that, you can move into a place you can. And at that point, then you can pay off your debt. Your debt's really not that bad. You can pay it off in like six months. You just need to live in a cheaper place. And you can do the childcare and everything right now. Your debt might be going up unfortunately.
or you just need to work more hours because you're given the opportunity to do so as much as you can. And they're giving me more hours already. I've already talked to them. Anything else you put towards your debt, but really you need to, you need to downsides your living. Okay. And then pay off your debt, get a fully funded emergency fund and then you can move up to like a one or two bedroom and you can live a fine life at the 30, 20, 50% I need 30% on one 20% retirement. You, you're not as complicated. You have one debt to pay off. The other collections I'm not freaking out about until they actually sue and at that point I would actually seek legal advice.
