Welcome to the Waste Away podcast. [music] Hi guys, welcome to today's episode and one of my absolute favorite people is Morley Robbins. He's such a hit he's been on our show so many times because you guys have been begging him to come back and you guys, it seems like he's one of your favorite guests that we've ever had. So today we are going to be diving deep. We're going to be talking about supplements. Some of you are taking way too many supplements. We're going to be talking about parasites, one of my favorite topics. We're going to be talking about hopper and just overall health and the biggest thing we're going to talk about is if you are tired, we have the cure for being tired. So I'm so excited Morley, welcome back to the show. Well thank you Chantal, it's a lot of people here as always. I'm the Florida to now. Reparte. So, okay, let me tell you one of the craziest things that happened to me this past week. And it was, you actually mentioned it but you didn't like go into detail about it on the show. So, there's a place called Restore Cryotherapy and they have all these different shots and IVs that you can get. That's the big rage right now is that everyone's deficient in all these minerals and so they had a special on vitamin D shots. And so I thought, well, you know what they say? Everybody is low in vitamin D. So I took this vitamin D shot. I mean, it was a really big shot of it and they gave me a lot because by the way, I think they've said once you take that shot, you're not allowed to get another, another shot of vitamin D for 60 days. That means God only knows how much vitamin D they gave me in that shot. When I tell you I felt so horrible after I took that shot, I got my, my hands started cramping, my foot started cramping, my legs started cramping. I was just an absolute Banskin case and all of a sudden the first person that popped into my mind because you're the guru of all gurus. I was like, you know what? I think I remember morally talking about this on one of my past episodes and so I went back and listened to it and I was like, I can't believe I did. Remember that he is adamant on not taking all this vitamin D. We should be getting it from the sunshine. So really talk about that because that is huge. I'm telling you, I got that vitamin D shot never felt worse. So tell me why and why all these people were like, take vitamin D, but take vitamin D. That's not the answer. Absolutely. Well, first thing, I'll work 20s at a best when you find yourself on the side of the majority. Everyone's telling you that take vitamin D rather than the other way. And that's just a basic little song. That's what's kind of guided me since 15 years now, dealing with this work. But vitamin D, I first learned about it's downside, didn't even count, can it? And it was back in 2010 and I'd be friend and you were all wearing a lipid researcher and his name is Fred Kummerl. He was the main inkner's old man, that invited me to his home from hamburger, breastfed, hamburger and homegrown tomatoes was kind of a life changing experience. But Dr. Kummerl had done 10 years of research proving that the vitamin D supplements were very hard on animalism. He was studying pigs, there was at the University of Illinois. And it's a very beautiful proof that vitamin D is very hard on everybody. And he was invited to learn international symposium and their earnings as to give a keynote basically told people you don't suffer in vitamin D and it's given a very hard time because of that message, you know, so Dr. Kummerl, what happens when he's all of that? Oh, you got a picture of this guy, even though he's the idea he was bigger than I was, he's very vital. He leans forward and he says, "Well, boiling, all the others are dead. I'm the only world left standing." And he handled me in the research that he had done. The stack of studies says, "You need to rinse the teeth, rinse the teeth." I did. And then I found all sorts of other studies that the one that really was most chewing for me was by John Ferris, if you are on our IAS. He was a professor of medicine at Yale Medical School. I don't know, I think that's a pretty good school. I have a book, "Get 1962." 1962, that's a long time ago, it's almost an article that vitamin D supplementation causes renal potassium waste in. So the craving that you're experiencing is this Russian potassium argumentation. And nothing good comes from potassium leading the tissue. The potassium and magnesium hangs out inside the cell, calcium-celling, and out-outside the cell. When you have a suddenly lost the potassium, it's going to really mess up the electrolytes. My urine's going to come in. But it's what, and probably what you were experiencing was both magnesium loss and potassium loss, the person would potassium. And it's typically, usually when you have cramping in your hands, and you think or twitching in your eye, it's pretty well known that you've got a magnesium deficiency. If you have cramping in your rigs, it's usually a lot of potassium. So people are experiencing what extremely late comes, that's probably one way. And we recommend adrenal cocktails as part of the constipation article. Okay, wait, say that again. So you said what kind of cocktails? Are you recommending? It's called the adrenal cocktail. And just the classic adrenal cocktail is breast squeezed orange juice, which has all sweet vitamin C. There in you put, it's like four ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice, but in a quarter teaspoon of sea salt, quarter teaspoon of cream of targe horror or potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, those are all different sources of potassium. And drink it. And we typically recommend that mid-morning in mid-empty. Because that's where the adrenals are, the most awkward out, the around 10 o'clock, and then two to three o'clock in the evening. So that will nurture and feed the adrenals that need to keep track of what's going on on the electrolyte standpoint. And what really regulates the adrenals is the balance between vitamin C and sodium. And what we have a lot of stress in our body, it burns these, the sodium, and then we've got weaker adrenals, functions, and these sort of general cocktails is just an easy way to burst them. Oh my gosh. So let me repeat back what I heard you say. So renal potassium wasting can be caused by oral vitamin D3. And the reason why this is bad is potassium is one of the main ways, well, one, I know that potassium is one of the main ways sunlight is kind of polarized into your cell. And also you taking all the, people are gobbling down these versions of D3 because everyone's like, everyone's low in D3, everyone's low in D3. So they're gobbling that down and by them taking that, it's getting rid of their potassium, which the potassium and magnesium levels, it's not just having enough magnesium and it's not just having enough potassium. It's also that the levels of those have to be balanced because if that's not balanced and because one of the things that, you know, I've heard people say is that they take magnesium because everyone says, oh, if you've got leg cramps, you need magnesium. And then they take magnesium and then their leg cramps get worse. But what you just said, it's like ding, ding, ding, no, it's that your potassium has to be increased because that magnesium and potassium has to be balanced. So you're, what you're doing by taking magnesium is you are getting those levels not balanced. Am I right? Yes. And what's happening is when you take, again, if you follow the adage take magnesium and [BLANK_AUDIO] leg and magnesium is going to push down on the solvent and then sodium is going to get out of work with the chasm and there's not a lot of minerals that we need to worry about. We need to worry about the electrolytes, magnesium, chasm, chasm, chloride, and things like that. We also need to worry about coupling. It's not like we have to worry about 100 minerals, maybe it's a half a dozen, but the most important on the electrolytes, but the ones that are easily lost to stress, we've talked about this several times, the minerals that are lost to stress are typically magnesium and copper. In a situation like this, when you're taking high doses and vitamin D, that becomes a stress zone and in a sclerodiline sect potassium, Hala, Dr. Ferris, and nobody's talking about that. Nobody knows what this is doing to destabilize our mineral stives and the other side of the rules on vitamin D, it was a storage form that you were given. Well, at some point the bias going to want to convert that into an active form, will I require magnesium? So then you're just taking this bowl with some storage steam and you're going to need to activate an enzyme that requires magnesium and it's just going to, the downstream effects are going to be vetting and buried. It's just not worth it. And the mud, or that everyone's, by every deep efficient, is a misnowning. We know that what a lot of people don't know is that much of the research, troubles the majority of the research done on vitamin D is research of correlation, not causation. So what they're doing is they've said, well, you have such a such addition and your bio-indigenous law, what must be the vitamin D that's causing the condition? That's a correlation study to flies cause current, no, to firewood cause fires, no, but that they're clearly, right? Why is it always seem to be the around garbage and firewood always seem to be around fire? But that doesn't mean that the fly cause the problem was it's a firewood cause. But neurodusably, the vitamin D being low is causing this condition. Turns out that I have most conditions that people have, have some level of insulation. And when there is inflammation, the magnesium loss is going to be greater. And when magnesium loss is greater, the ability to make vitamin D this weekend. And so vitamin D will be lower, but if this is the convoidation, the lower claws of the problem is just correlated. And so that's where the real confusion is and that I was amplifying on steroids, telling COVID. And so taking vitamin D was going to solve the COVID problem. And it didn't, it was just being positioned as the, you know, the savior. And there was a very, how the lute didn't complicate it and shouldn't imagine. So I heard a doctor tell me that he had seen a patient and he was taking so much vitamin D because he kept hearing all this stuff that you should take vitamin D, vitamin D. He took so much vitamin D and he had an excessive amount of calcium in his blood that actually led to kidney damage. So talk about that just a little bit. Well, every, every hormone has a job and a location to do that job. Vitamin D's principal job is to increase calcium in the blood at the expense of magnesium. And this is principally taking place in the river and the kitten. And so vitamin D is not a vitamin. It's a hormone. It's a very powerful hormone, one of the most valuable hormones in the body. Well, vitamin A, it's part of metabolic part. It also has hormone forms that are lead to noicastins. While all of the hormones are 4, 4 and what people don't realize is when they focus on the vitamin D, it's at the expense of vitamin A. And that's there's no vitamin A uptake in a body that's consuming excess vitamin D. And again, within the river called protocol, what we're really focusing on, what we're really concentrating on is making more biobival copper. What's a great copper biobival, we got to fire up some pumps to put copper into two enzymes. Well, the mechanism to activate those pumps requires retinol. Not vitamin D, rats at all, animal-banged vitamin D. And so we just take a very simple stance. If you're worried about your vitamin D, take a positive hormone. It has both vitamin and vitamin D in the right proportions. Other nature knows what she's doing. It just relax and don't overstate the requirements. Again, these ancestral foods that are anestheticized, consumed, were beautifully designed. And they will solve metabolic problems that were facing, even today. Just encourage people to really step away from the conventional drowning by vitamin D. I want you to talk about the ratio of vitamin A to vitamin D of what you recommend for that. Well, great question. Well, they didn't take side. What you'll find is that most forms of copper will certainly be Atlantic, and related, or has a ratio of 10 parts vitamin A to one part of the vitamin D. There's another form of Alaska, but it has actually a 20 to one ratio of vitamin D. I guess the water must be that much cold in the Alaska and then the Atlantic. I don't know why they would be that such a striking difference. But historically, our ancestors used the 10 to one ratio and had very good results. What I noticed in the consulting work, the idea, they will appear, the ratio will appear differently in the blood work. Now, what people they don't understand is I'm flabbed all the more. I think it's both morally. I worship at the altar of Hopkins, Richard Mark Pimpoyer, and a very noted intern named Bachabit Amher, who was just starting in 2014. Looking at what's the right level of storage to you versus all calls mortel. He's better the extent. The course is all pretty cool, but this is back when things were a little bit worse. And what he found was that there was no clinical damage that happened in your store. It's the above 21, the other grams were destiny. Now, to work out a elaborate work, the lab rate starts at 30 and goes up to 100. That's insanity on steroids. They should know clinical benefit at the above 21. Where I failed to be sort of the sweet spot for retinal in a blood test. Looking at like retinal and the cell, the 60-bott. So what's the ratio? That's three to one. Three parts, retinal to one part, but it didn't. And when my clients go to that three to one ratio, they just seem to be coming. They feel better. And when it's not that ratio, especially when it's like a wonder one or it's an inverted ratio, whether it's less retinal than vitamin B, they got all sorts of subtenes. So these fat soluble vitamins are very important. They're also very powerful. And then people need to step away from the conventional narrowing them and just get back to the basics. It's really, it's surprisingly simple. I'll quickly go body response to basic nutrient support, but our ancestors would like to know. Did you guys know that 97% of Americans are deficient in at least one mineral? It's true. You need more than a dozen minerals for your body to function and it's best, but with the standard American diet, it's almost impossible. So here's where bean minerals come in. Guess what all you have to do? Take one little shot of this one, one little shot of this one, and guess what? It looks like this, but it tastes like water. Take one shot and boo in 30 seconds a day, you're getting an entire thing of minerals instead of an entire cabinet of supplement bottles. So with bean minerals, we make mineral balance simple. So one of the things that I want people to understand is I have four years gone to the doctor and every time the doctor says, "Hey, your iron's low, hey, your fairytones low every single time." And I've tried everything to the point where the doctor actually recommended to me, he said, "Shantil, your iron and fairytone are so low, we have to have you go get an iron transfusion." Gave me a prescription for it. All right, like a ticket or whatever, go get that done. And I ended up having you on the podcast and then you had told me, "I want you to try adding copper to your diet." I started taking copper and my fairytone levels, the only thing that's worked by the way, because I before that I was trying iron supplements, iron supplements, which all that did was make me even more constipated, which made me feel worse and I felt horrible. And so it was just awful. But anyway, so you literally, I owe you so much because you giving me that advice, I started adding copper into my diet and then my finally my fairytone levels have gone up. So I want you to kind of talk about what for people who don't really understand fairytone and fairytone in the body and the reason why fairytone and copper work together so well and kind of explain about serum fairytone and kind of what's happening in your cells. Wow, how was talking to you? Well, do a quick short version. Yeah, you're worth it. Well, make it, make it for people who are just, you know, because a lot of our listeners, like they are not doctors, you know, looking at people who like make it as simple to understand as possible the way you used you explained it to me. Sure. So there are three containers for iron in the body. It's important to start with the fundamentals. So the concentration of iron, the greatest concentration of iron is in our Hiva, the low burn, 70% of iron and myoglobin, it's only the 10%. So I call it the bucket of iron, now big of bucket rooms, right? And so, while global, even though their waders carry oxygen, that's where 80% of our iron is really, really important, big bucket of iron. Then we have a tea cup. Everybody knows them tea cup is fine, tiny. And that's about 10% of the iron is in ferrotin, it's just an iron storage protein. It's only 10% of the iron, and here's the most important part. The ferrotin is supposed to be in the inside of the cell, it's not supposed to be showing up in the blood cells, but then come back to them. But the third container is a thirble, a lot of people know what thimbles are in works. It looks shiny, but it's actually a cover of your finger when you're sewing, right? And it's a little tiny, a little vessel, and it's holding 1% of the iron. It's called syrup iron, it might be called total iron, it might be just called iron, but it's iron was found in the syrup, which is the fluid, it carries the blood cells. So it was actually iron with that fluid in addition to the iron in the very blood cell. And so it's a very tiny percent, so it's really tiny, but you need to know all three, you need to know even called the ferrotin and syrup iron. And we're still on an alpha-emphasis one ferrotin now. It was never really studied until 1972. And what the iron biologists and bi botologists at the elite level, all agree on is that there's no iron in the ferrotin and their blood. They are empty shotgun shells, but people find that hard to believe. Why is my doctor focusing on it because he doctors doing what they're trained to do? And this is not maybe making up stuff, these are some of the reading that iron biologists and the Talindians, like, oh those are young woodward, it's just some of the reading Dr. Kell, Douglas Kell, is just a learning big names in the field. The point is, there's a lot of confusion about ferrets and I've actually read an A&B. I call it erotin because there's so many mistakes in interpreting them. And so there's the book ends of ferrotin, it's a brother. Too high, too low. Too high is really music. You know, it's like there's inflammatory process, typically this, you know, liver. And what's happening is the iron is not being recycled, populating in the liver, what it needs to be. And the iron is being dumped into what's called the lysosol love of cell, that's the stomach of the cell. The needle acids are being cleared off from the ferrotin protein as being secrete into the bloodstream. And when it starts to show up, hatred numbers inside the charity, you don't have a significant enzyme between the plow. It can go into the houses and doctors typically don't get extra solenoid and chilled ferrotin, and it is over two or three thousand, or by then it's almost two level. And the thresholds of the organs are sipping one into the third, did barely tighten the arachnus. And where the confusion is is what it gets below twenty, that's where the wheels come off the bus. And that's when practitioners say, oh, you're the evil and self-indulgent and I'm the ginger, thinking that the iron is going to get into the storage container. What in fact, what happens to iron like that, especially genstime, iron behind, it goes straight into the spring I remember and gets stuck to it. It doesn't show up in the ferrotin. But what I come to realize is that many of the people who have modes ferrotin, particularly you have parasites. And there's some reason the spring is not clearing the parasites. For some reason the spring is not properly recycling the iron when it's supposed to. And then what's actually happening is because the parasites are building, there's another chemical, there's another protein, there's the body, there's actually another one on it's called an upside. And an upside will wise over face of low charions. Upside is rising because there's pathogen. Here's the kicker, the doctor's to measure upside. So that how to start to have a mind. I don't know what's your upside. No, your ferrets are slow. I don't know which are upside. They would do the upside when you see no other time. And that's what's causing this imbalance because he's a pathogen. So I've been cleared properly when it's causing the upside to rise, causing ferrotin to go well. And then it looks like there's an iron storage deficiency. Wired back, it's an iron dysregulation taking place. And that's really what I stress with people is don't confuse the term iron deficiency with iron dysregulation. And just because the iron looks no or deeper on the blood test, don't don't assume that it's low in your tissue. Inverbal, it's not. And this is the welcome boosting. Woldly down, I'm scientists at UCL, but UCL at a stream, UCB, and he did a major study in 2004 where he was able to prove that there's 10 times what iron in the tissue and what shows up in the blood of a blood work. And that's where the confusion is. Right, tissue is on that. You're all in the distinction between iron and blood. When the blood out, that iron and the tissue, and they're not doing needle biopsies of the liver, and I do it, have our eyes are delivered to see what is the tissue concentration of iron. And you cannot assess tissue level of iron with a blood test. There's no marker there. It will end when approximates what's happening at the tissue level. Did you guys know that your thyroid's main food is iodine, and guess what mercury and other toxins gobble up your selenium, and your thyroid glands need selenium to convert iodine to thyroxine. But sometimes he talks a little over my head. I love how you help him simplify just a little too smart for his own good. Sometimes he talks like a scientist and can't totally understand him. I would like you to ask him if he ever comes back on the show about parasites. My aunt is a gastrointestinal doctor. And she says, "If you live in the US, you don't have parasites. And she did a stool test on me and told me that I don't have it. I have every symptom of having parasites. And I've heard you say on your podcast that most conventional stool tests that doctors do, 99.99% of the time they don't find anything. Also, I've heard you say about your iron is low and my iron is always low. And I'm sure it's because of a parasite it's eating all my iron. My iron wouldn't just randomly be low. And I'm not going to read the rest of it because it's really long. But you get the gist of what she's saying. So you don't think about her. Right, I'll explain it. I'm not trying to lose people. I try to let people know that the older is moving parts. And I want to make sure that people know that I know what I'm talking about. If I don't convey it properly, she's doing exactly what you can do. Salt me in the nose and say, "Dumb it down by you." So I'm happy to do that. That gastroenterologist is out slaying our own the trings. She's telling what she was trying. And there's a much simpler explanation. It was a world-renowned iron excuse me. There's a world-renowned animal farmer named Pat Colvin, CEO, out in New York. She's no longer with us. She died a few years ago. And she wrote a series of books, one animal fun, natural goat, care, cattle, care, sheep, care, and a more secure. While following the most important books I ever read about human metabolism. And what you talked about in each of those more books is that panning animal folks were all animals. Sometimes we act that way too, right? With any animal who has copper, distrition will have parasites. Any animal with parasites is a cop of diffusion. Now let me drive home, at this point. It was a famous study done, I'm one of my all-time favorite researchers, his name is Leslie Clareveg. He's now 90 years old. Still publishing. But he wrote a very important article in October of 2022 on the clinic copper with distiency plaguing humanity. And again, the botriner runs medicine. Your anaemic copper top, say that means a lot. It's just the opposite. We have very little copper in our diet, which is very little copper in the soil now. And it's a result because copper is low. Iron goes high. We're in the tissue. I'm going to show off in the blood. Because the blood was blood levels of iron are based on iron recycling. What man recycling is ruined by copper. So, where do the parasites hang out? In the strain, in delivery, in the other tissue, the size, the gut. I don't know why they will show up in a stool task, they often don't. But people, if you don't know about liver flukes, that's a very unsettling thing to lead about. Or to lead about working, they have them to discipline, like the gall bladder or other parts of your eye navening. And that's where they're residing. And they feed on iron and they disrupt copper metabolism. And what Pat Colby speaks about is how clearly they respond or they are annihilating me by copper. Copper is the original anti-microbial element on the planet. It was being used by Mother Nature for yarns before silver came on the seeing boats. You gotta understand that copper has been nitched into the corner because of its amazing bobbins. But the gastroenterologist as well, parasite stulyside, all over the planet, not just in certain third world's countries. You're probably going to get exposed to more pathogens if you travel outside of the US. But don't think that you won't get parasites by an enzyme, when we're cutting, when we're lost. And it is a copper deficiency dynamic. And people respond beautiful to the protocol to clear these pathogens. It's just a central part of the now. Focus of the arse. So one of the things in your book, you talk about you say, cure your fatigue, how balancing three minerals and one protein is the solution that you're looking for. What are those three minerals that you're talking about and the one protein? Explain that in an easy way. Yeah. We've touched or actually we've discussed all three of them. I'm doing that. I'm never knows, but it's copper. Then I mean, the magnesium or just ring the glass. And the protein is the copper protein called cerulo last and which is what gives copper its bile, the all of the now piecing it all together. When I cut my teeth on this work, I focused on magnesium. I were almost magnesium deficient. So they were magnesium. And what practitioner pulled inside of more and it sure was that simple. We were ashamed of that. And in my arrogance, my ignorance back then, I said, we'd arranged in the way I well, he was right now. It was wrong. I kept chipping the way I learned about on an iron, but in that oxygen, but in the higher in creates what's called oxygen and stress, what gets burned up in oxygen and stress. Magnesium, it's lost very quickly. Any telling me we're under stress, we got a Deborah, and I had a meal, I had a fight with somebody, had a car accident, and he kind of stressed. So there's thousands of different stressors, right? There's the first, the first element to go into the toilet is magnesium. Briefly followed by the B vitamins. The magnesium B vitamins, but quickly, those are water soluble. They go ziden to the merid and go right into the toilet. So, I was fascinated by that. And then I discovered copper. Well, I learned the balance. I should say I was coming. That's the thing that your your friend there is. He's getting too big for his bitches. No, I didn't discover it, but I learned it. And it's actually copper, because beauty of copper is the only over on the planet that can keep higher in the oxygen under regulation without static. It's a really big deal. The river of the planet was 20% oxygen in the air. Oh, it's a poison. We can't live without it, but we can't change without it. And then and there's a very powerful relationship between the higher the oxygen. And look at the ions carrying them, right? But the higher the ironswing. And it creates rust. Right? It's really rusty. The old site, rusty by. It's crazy rust in the inside. It's called plaque. It's called oxidative strenus. But that oxidative stress is of fancy things for rust. And what keeps it all in check is bio-bino-wacompa. The protein salue-obsvios. It's the master anti-oxidum in our body. Here we have this is all I thought little to say I was a mastering absent. Glutathards and astro-inniarsin have been sell. Galatorians of astro-inniarsin end up by the congen. The salue-o plasma is the astro-inniarsin in our body. And it's what enables us to run, regularly very cheap functions in the body, but it's what keeps oxidative stress in check. We're always going to have oxidative stress in the body. Just like when we're driving your car, certainly driving cars at an end, but when we're driving your car, there's always exhaust being given up. It's when the exhaust becomes billy black smoke, then we know it with battle of the, well, the, the oxidative stress that frames means that the level of oxidants, the level of reactive oxygen species has increased to the point where it's stressing that it's changing oxygen capacity and the body. And that means it's soliloplausal and when it's failing at the end of the oxygen enzymes, all the oil's around my native amount of oxidative stress. And so that's, that's why the protocol focuses on chain nutrients, but especially copper to restore the adoratin to activate oxygen, terminally sentencing so that we can moan out. So your liver normally takes copper from your bloodstream and puts it into soliloplasm proteins. And then the soliloplasm is released into the blood plasma and then the soliloplasm carries the copper into the tissues. Is that? I'm just trying to like kind of make it so that we can understand it because that portion of it explained that. Did I explain that correctly? You did a very good job. I did a better job than most doctors, but I'm sorry, coming into you for that. The part does really hard to compliment. There's, theoretical articles like found over the years and I tried read thousands, but three or four they're really stood out in terms of the explanation of what this protein, this copper protein does. It has then and different enzyme functions. So the way I tried to bend air birds, use a position down in lower Texas, this is right. It's like a Swiss armina. You know how we're in different functions is Swiss armina. Thousands and dozens. Well, that's soliloplasm. It can do many different functions, but one of its most important functions is to transport copper around the body to the tissue, especially to a mitochondria. A mitochondria is made on copper. Everybody can do, we're just what you call a drilling man or body, but everybody can just has a little blue swimming pool in the center. It's called the matrix and it's blue for a reason because it has a super and has copper. And so, mitochondria need to be sequerced and supplied with copper, regular and that's where the most important jobs on soliloplasm. What's interesting is that in the mid-70s, world-friending, I am biologist at Florida State University theorized that that's what one of his principal jobs was and he got smacked when I was here in what I was recently in 2017 by Zach Baker and then in 2021 by Paul Cobine. So, no, actually Dr. Thaden was right back in the sevens. That's exactly when it's most important jobs and it's just a tiny one. And so, it isn't just taking the the mineral, you have to be thinking about is it making the enzymes that it's genetic? And that's really why I try to distinguish myself from other abundance we talk about copper because I really focus on enzymes, especially really important. I focus on what those copper enzymes do to neutralize iron and oxygen. Very often, they don't even talk about the iron problem or the oxygen problem. And then the part that I think is especially important for people to understand is that there's some some positions about where you got to take one's area, keep out take one, retinal above one, or don't take retinal, which you got to take one's area. Well, that flies in the face of the research that I've done. And I find it alarming that people don't know about the importance of retinal to activate the copper pumps. That my idea, Cousins and Barber, 1987, it's a very important article to know about. And it's as well access to the mineral. And then it requires retinal to do that. And then there there are so many reasons why exosate they'll shut down copper and it's hard to find the time to talk about it. But the point is, I don't just talk about the mineral. I talk about the enzymes. I talk about the most important properties that they mentioned. And I talk about me within the Rc, why these kidney terms are so important to understand. So, also, that answers your question. Yes. So one of the things I want you to answer is like if someone says, you know, all of the, all of the things that they say causes parasites, you know, fatigue, stomach issues. I mean, there's just so many things of parasites. What would you say if you were going to obviously, we'd want to supplement with copper? That would be number one to get rid of the parasites. What else would you do to explain to someone, okay, if you want to get rid of parasites and do a parasite cleanse? Because I know that I've done a few parasite cleanses and they were so detoxifying that, you know, it almost is like that Herk's Himer reaction where you just feel so miserable and then you can't do anything. So if someone was like, I know for a fact, I have parasites. What would your recommendation be? Do A, B and C? What would that look like? Well, we all have parasites. They're part of our physiology. Right. That doesn't matter where you were. You got it. Right. When we clear one with the jaw and the butt, you get it's when they get out of control. That's all. Yeah. So, um, we also, we are taught to fear pathogens, but they're for a reason. So we have to accept that. So if you got them, each suspect you have an agent confirmed with your band, um, we don't recommend detoxing and they would cause clinical. They're too harsh. Every detox protocol that I know requires energy to supporting those people don't have enough energy. You can get seen the day before they get to the detox and then they're going to add insulting ingenuity with them with them now. A detox. The fact of the matter is there is a blueprint that runs our body. Get blue print like the blue pool in the beach in the matrix. Look, anything blue inside the body is a good guy. Well, the blueprint runs or energy. And so what we really focus on in their and cause protocol is you are your fatigue, create more energy. And when the body and the blueprint as a vision, it knows exactly what to do to clear means pathogens. And the problem we've got is that you and I are engaged in a very switched on conversation. That we're exchanging information about 2000 bits per second, which is pretty shunable. We're clippin' along, right? Was a part of our brain that runs our bodies called the hypothalamus. And it takes two million times faster than you are in our canton. And I think it's the height of insanity for us to think that we can outthink the hypothalamus. What does the hypothalamus want? It works minerals and energy. Give it the nutrients and the substrates that it means and it will solve the problem. But that's the whole basis of the protocol is stop attacking the guest, strengthen the host, ignore the elements, ignite the energy. It's a completely different paradigm shearing. And so if you suspect you have these pathogens, to visit root cross protocol. And what you're probably needing to do in addition, it's part of the protocol that people tend to own the work of. We gather to your blood donations, radonium ring, to lower your iron suck plant. And you know, you need to help your shears. Are we stokes here differently? It's about asking the patient that they are. And then the word has a different meaning, because you can see the surface of the eye. So that means higher attracts rust. And when you don't feel right, and it's been going for a while, you've just ended up just a little sculpt. And when we get cheerful, we have to tell them magnet for eyeing. And what we've got to do is do a emotional wingsword, the routine, motion code, bodybuild, editing, some proven road owl to help me release the fear what you're gulking, release the fear that you're being punched, release the fear that something happened that she didn't know about. It's whatever it is, kind of, at least the fear. When clients do that, there's an immediate uptick in their response. And it's central to the covering is to release those hidden fingers that are hanging out and recycling. You may not be aware of it, but I guarantee you it's a central part of light evil. Feel it along. - All right, well, one of the things that I want you to talk about is, you know, what supplements you should stop taking immediately. Like one of the things that I think is that what happens is, is you know, you listen to all these different podcasts and I know I'm guilty of this as well. And someone's like, well, you need this and you need this supplement or you look at this and then people just start taking so many supplements. It's overloading the liver and it's not good. So I want you to talk about some of the ones. Obviously we talked about vitamin D. Stop taking that immediately. What else do they need to stop taking that's making them worse? - Right. - Most entertaining thoughts all I did was the client who came in was two shopping bags, full of supplements. She took them up, and she said, "Is everything just a yes?" So we overwhelmed our system. We're all guilty of it. And the whole basis of the other's opinions is to simply get it down to the very essence of what's needed. Again, the cornerstone in our approach is to create energy and to clear exhaust. It's very much what we try to do. And we're worshiping at the altar of making more so will, oh, plasma. So what we are doing is, what do we need to do to ensure that and what do we need to stop doing to prevent it from being named? We gotta stop taking it on ourselves. We gotta stop taking a score in the cast. You gotta stop taking it. - Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait. Let's talk about that one. Let's talk about a score big acid. I want you to explain to people what that is in a simple term and why that is so important that they stop taking it. - Well, Mother Nature made lighting and see a long time ago. I don't know, I haven't seen it, but it was really important to them. But real vitamin C, whole third vitamin C, has an N-Germ, has four wieners, has a staring wheel, and there's a covering. Well, that's pretty much what the vitamin C molecule was all about. The N-Germ is an enzyme called pinevose cinase. Aerosene is probably one of the most important enzymes in the plant. It's an improperly failed. Not just this citrus, it's found in mushrooms. Oh, mushrooms. Yeah, mushroom tyrosin is incredibly important. I guess where mushrooms hang out, they hang out in the mold. Oh, so you made me bother and you're right, I have a solution to the mold problem we've got. Yeah, it's called tyrosin is. But the nirosin is the enzyme and it's very important for our enthousiology. A scorbic acid is that cover on the car, with this nerve-wording parts. A scorbic acid is just the color of the coin. And it was first, I just learned the seal of the day. It was first synthesized in Germany at Pothelmer-Roch Lines in 1934. Ands. What's interesting is that in 1937, they gave Albert's van Gorgian a Nobel Prize for discovering the scorbic acid. You had nothing to do with what they did at Roach. It's a great mystery about how did that Nobel Prize go about and everyone thinks that it's van Gorgian discovered a scorbic acid. He was actually studying something completely different. And any of that, a scorbic acid is very disruptive because it blocks copper and obtained. It's not a good thing. It increases unair absorption. That's not a good thing. You think you need one, I had burned dough. They're really dough. But it blows up the sorulo plasma protein. There's a so important trial of health and well-being. And, as people say, "Working up, they're using hydrocytides to cure acuters." Well, what you need to understand is that scorbic acid creates a lot of hydrogen peroxide. In hydrogen peroxide, oval welds that cancer cell and kills it, I get that. But, cancer is like a teenager doing drugs. That's a great, it's actually a great analogy if you mentioned cancer. And so, do we shoot teenagers to life drugs? What do we try to do to do it to? And so, a whole basis of cancer treatment is based on killing the cell that readability is mission. And scorbic acid is a proven way to overwhelm the cell. That's not solving a problem. It's causing the cancer. In fact, it's actually tied to iron, which is bringing our regulars in. And it had reference at the reference at the reference at the reference at the reference, a denipline iron as the cause of the cancer, which I know, but I've got some amazing locations that one I can refer to. But people had been trained to believe that scorbic acid a very first synthetic viral neural planet art is going to solve their needs. One, in fact, it's copper. It's the copper enzymes that have been pushed aside in the amazing synthetic derivative. It's the old twin's vitamin C that is not doing what you think it's doing. So, hopefully I get people to work with. - Yeah, so I just want to kind of explain it. I want to just explain what I heard you say. So, first of all, taking vitamin C orally, there's two different kinds of vitamin C that you can get. Like, you can get full food vitamin C and then you can get absorbic acid. And then the scorbic acid is also what they're using in IVs. And so, all these IV places now are really pushing like massive, massive, like high, high doses of vitamin C. And they're saying, you know, everyone knows, well, yes, whole food vitamin C is vital to your body's healing process and it's a great immune booster and it's antiviral and all of this. But what they don't understand is that a scorbic acid is different than whole food vitamin C. And that's where people get confused. And when they're going to get this IV vitamin therapy, they're getting huge, huge doses of it. And then that can actually cause you to feel worse. - Now, people don't know about it. Subruo Plasm. They don't know about whole food vitamin C. They think that what the orange has is the scorbic acid. Well, it does have a scorbic acid, but it has so much more than what it talks about that. Practitioners are only aware of what they've been taught. And so, these centers where they're pumping people's full of scorbic acid, there's a price to pay for that. And it's a tragic misunderstanding about the role of this vitamin. It's a very important antioxidant, with the enzymes that are the antioxidants like carooxidate enzymes, catalyst enzymes, glutathione prooxidants. These are very powerful enzymes. They're clearing oxidative stress. But there are a thousand times more powerful than a vitamin, a thousand times more powerful. And so it's hard to imagine that, well, why didn't get challenged that? They have no incentive to tell you that. And so it's just this season going on, but ever. And it's just where people are, they miss understanding. They've been misled and misled for over a century. Still let's Let's go back to that list. So we know that a Scorbaic acid is one of them. Vitamin D is another one that we should take out of our diet, not put in what else? - What else, Jim? They'll name supplemental calcium. Again, a lot of people are like, what, but I've got osteoporosis. It's like the loss of calcium from your bone natures is not what you have come to understand it. There's two critical enzymes. It's an enzyme called acid phosphatins. And what it does is it sprages away inside the bone marrow, where there's a bone matrix, which means the bone matrix, and calcium gets released. Well, that enzyme is active in my ion. The enzyme to rebuild the bone natures is called alkaline phosphatins. And it's actively by magnesium. There's a very different function to take the calcium out and to re-load it. But in addition to that alcohol phosphatins, there's two more enzymes that are competent, depending on what it does about it. So it already did a bone, you've got to have collagen, which is strong, and you have to have a last one, which is flexible. The most important part of it is, is putting those two proteins together. There's only one enzyme that does it. It's called lysile oxidants. Now to put this on the context, 45% of our connected tissue, including the bone, 45% of our connected tissue. So like 45% of the cells in our body is connected tissue. This lysile oxidants is instrumental in knitting together these proteins so they had strength and flexibility. It should give some intanglement. And then there's another enzyme, people never heard of it. It's called a score bait, it's called a score bait, right? The score bait oxidants, and it plays a very powerful role to completely dependent enzyme. Bides a chloride to prevent fluoride from causing wastes of the minerals in the bone matrix. And so, fluoride is not our fun. The score bait oxidants is our fun. Outchloric phosphatine is our fun. And taking calcium supplements, taking vitamin supplements, that taking phospholax are not going to be stored in tailoring to the bone matrix. It's a very, a lot of confusion around that. And what's really eating the way at the bone matrix is I am not too beaten by acid phosphatine. So we gotta stop worrying about calcium and focus on the nutrients. They are going to store energy production. They store the balance and the store that the body building was so important in the environment. - I don't know about you guys, but I am stressed. So if you would say, if you had to kind of talk to somebody about their diet and you said, all right, what is my favorite diet? And there's so many different things out there. When what would you say is kind of the gist? Like if you were gonna give someone, like, is it, you know, the paleo diet? What kind of diet do you think people live with the best results overall? - Yeah. So first of all, humans are the orientables that ask controlling or to eat all the other animals, no exactly. (laughing) - Yeah, it's, yeah. (laughing) - I don't know what's new to you, that's okay, sure. What's new to you? So what I found in the consistently the best all around most stable diet is what's laid out by the Western end of life. Sally Fallon, and son of masterful job, well, the educated people about these ancestral foods, the book, "Wershing Traditions," "Alt," "Coreystone," I think, "Else meeting." You can get an old Amazon for like $1. It's not only expensive book, but it's just chock full of information. - And what was the name of that book again? - "Nourishing Traditions." It's all based on the ancestral diet. It's based on the researcher of Western A-Prize. It was a famous dentist, out of Cleveland, Ohio, thought at the turn of the last century. And a very tragic accident took place on, and we were still in the late, before the late teen tornans. He did a root canal, or it was, I think it was sudden, it was like nine or 10 years old. And it was sudden died following that root canal. And it was, an opposite of shock to Dr. Price and his knowing. But they sit out, said you were a decade of research around the world to identify indigenous communities, to say, to find perfect teen, and then find out what they ate to produce perfect teen. Dr. Price was a meticulous scientist, and it's talking in his book, but it's just an imaginary, that people need to know about, on the ancestral diet. And it's just, it's fundamentals, but it's all based on making sure that there's minerals in the soil, tremendous importance of rats and all in that diet. And what Dr. Price is going in proposition was, he had two expectations, and said to people with the healthiest teeth of the vegetarian, and they would be even no longer that diet. And he was wrong on both counts, and he was very quick to put that out. And it wasn't discovered. He said upwards of 65% of the calories that taking away animals, 14 different canines, was fat. And every canine, all of these canines, had animal protein, of ants in the side-triage, to whale-bonga in, inuit Indians up in arrest. And people don't realize how critical these nutrient-dead foods on to our health and want to be. But it's all laid out in his book, and also the Western price chapters are all over the world. And I think people can be locking on the, the genius of that approach, but just put that community. - So I wanna just repeat a couple things that I feel like you've taught me, and the things that you have to stop taking, right away, stop taking iron supplements, stop taking vitamin D3, stop taking calcium, stop taking zinc, stop taking any of the drugstore once a day, might, you know, multi-vitamins. And then we've talked about stop taking the ascorbic acid. Obviously getting rid of high-fructose corn, syrup and all of that. Using industrialized omega-6 oils, like soybean oil, canola oil, cotton seed oil, and then get rid of anything that has fluoride. Like stop using fluoride toothpaste, stop having tap water that has fluoride. So those are kind of the ones that stand out to me that are the biggest ones. Any that I miss that you've kind of gone in the room? No, what we've found is the people who do that. They start to feel better just by doing that. Before they even get to this, you know, starts, and get, begin to start incorporating the elements of phase one or phase two or phase three. I think you still need to follow through, but it's very, very important for people to see complete those stops and make sure they lot aggravating in metabolism with the supplements. The people take are the cornerstone of a good nutrition. They're not. And again, the reference point we're saying, don't do these is because they were disrupting the synthesis of salulo plasma. All right, one last thing that I want to go over with you is as far as anything else there. that we need to do as far as, like, little hacks, like that you would say, okay, one of the things that I make sure I do is get 10 minutes of sun in my eyes every day or just little things like that. If he said, like, those little kind of hacks that you do in a day, what would that look like for you? - In addition to getting more sunlight, that's always a good thing. - Move there, we don't get enough movement in there again. Express more gratitude, the light you've got. I ask the question that I encourage my clients to announce themselves how much better can we count? It flips the whole narrative, 'cause we don't feel right when things don't see new going early, you go into the woe as mean paradigm. But when you flip it and say, "Oh, well, how much better can I count?" That's a very powerful way to reset your thought process. Then the other is, I encourage people to realize that whatever is confronting you, whatever is challenging you, it's not being done too, it's being done for you. It's a stepping stone for your growth and development. And I know how disorienting it could be and to not feel well, to be strategic, what haven't, wow, thanks, no fun. And I grew up in a very sickly family. I'd experienced it by the grace of God. I would have deep-turned pretty healthy life. Don't take any medications at all, I'm 71. I take supplements, but I don't take meds. And then all the people that I know my age, most of them are taking meds. And so, you know, you gotta avoid that. But the key is recognizing that in setbacks, it's new experience, they're there to teach you lessons. And embrace that. I think the one last, wow, I think that I encouraged class to do that the way. Do I need to do that diet? Stay healthy, you need to do that, like 30 things. So get out of your mind. You can't imagine what that will do. And so, it's hard even for a day. Oh, why not? I gotta do this. And again, most of the information that you're looking at, on first of all, the information that you're accessing on a Google search is 3% of what's only, then 7% of what you're looking at are actually two. It's just like we've been learning, profiling about an installation. But it's just, the information you're accessing, typically it's not being done by people I'm just in and by, I'm gonna go copy. It's your genius, dude, biased, respecting. And that's not healthy. And so, what we're trying to do, let's say, the little cause, butter call, let's give people a much broader understanding of the body goals. So, I was just encouraged people to think about these concepts and of simplifying the life. And grateful for what you asked, the much better can get. Gotta step away from the nymphs in a little while. That very rare repository, trying to get more complicated in the diet. It's a mere important, well, I'm controlling it, that is easily overlooked. And I think the challenge that's faced now is that it's not easily found in the food system. And I think what we're really faced with is everything you get at some supplementary form. And the reason why I say that is I'm really studying the 2021 from France, what people reach to know is that in 1997 when Lloyd Frozen was being against as it farming, the cornerstone, like you gotta use Lloyd Frozen, you gotta use Robo to get rid of your reeds. While people in Europe said no, but people in France said no, no, we're never gonna use Lloyd Frozen. So they, they've been opposed to Lloyd Frozen while they were beginning. What was studying was a research, the study was good data was really collected like 2017, 30 years later, and took a lot of massage to the data. But the bottom line is that the study is highlighting the fact that 99% of French citizens, 99% are being glyphosate, maybe none of them. Well, this thing is not a problem. It's a problem because Lloyd Frozen accumulates copper, accumulates many minerals, but accumulates copper a billion times faster than it's yours, magnesium, like calcium. It accumulates copper a thousand times faster than it's accumulates any more iron. Now, we can't relate to a billion times faster. It accumulates to a thousand times faster. We go with a thousand times faster. And so, glyphosate is pulling these minerals out of our soil, but the close hairs are clearly on copper. Why? This is what gives the sapetin. It's our connection that the soil is copper has a magnetic attraction to sunlight. So when, when Chetel said, "It's been more time than the sun, "you're doing your copper or stangularly when you do that." And so, these are aspects of copper that people don't know about. And it is so central to life or a planet with oxygen and yet it's not taught the doctor's key. So it's important to realize that there is a mechanism in our body that needs to be provided when we're a diet, but now I think it needs to be supplementary, especially to support our diet, to enable us to keep the iron and the oxygen of the day that's a more immersion and clear exhaust. But truly what it comes out to, and it's, well, the word that I love to hear is that Jogi Barra coined Benjamin Roosevelt. He was James Burr, these words, but one of his words was some glycogen. That's the simplex of a word called Spurkall is to optimize your copper so that you can really regulate, manage your environment. So you get optimal energy. That's really what it's about. Things you're, what you're a listener, putting up, yes, I can get lost in the virgin, in the panuffines. But it's not to confuse people. It's a lot of people that work there are liners, liners of liners, on information. And I do my level best, but it really helps me to have conversations with Chantel and people like Chantel, because even with my best of intentions, I can blather on about this panther, and a lot of panther, and it's not, not to end to evil roaming. It's just trying to let you know that the day that I do very, it's just a few rituals, meaning that the world, and the need to really focus on that protein, and we need to simplify our diet, our our resonate learns, and manage our stress, and realize that this is not a easy, plan to build a bond, but we're here to learn our lessons, and help each other. That's really what this podcast is all about. Trying to help each other, try to lower the stress, and just sell it to information that's gonna be less in a better day. So that's why, let me ask you one last question. I want you to explain what forms of copper are they in supplements, and which one has the most, the higher bioavailability, and the better absorption in your body? Ideally, the best, the best copper comes from food. Hands down, air, you know, I grew up in Baltimore, but we were in Westside, a clavicle of the dairy was the dairy that they deserve, and they're jangle, I can still remember the jangle, I've never heard of it, I was like three or four years old. Milk and butter in eggs and cheese, fresh from the flounder, and you don't want to call clavicle of the dairy, or you'll be like, "Do, do, do, do, do." I mean, I got 65 years later, I still think about that jangle, but what I found, Chintel was in 1925, the very important researcher, James McCart, discovered that the foods copper was most attracted to me, and that regular diet were milk, butter, eggs, and cottage cheese. (imitates cheese) But that was back in the 19th, and the Torntons that we're talking about. was a century ago. And then there were heads of those every day. Think about the air. - Okay, but I have to tell you something. I have to tell you something. This is a thing. So you know how most people crave, they crave brownies or whatever. The one thing I always tell my husband is what I crave all the time is a slice of a zikilt bread with cottage cheese. Like my body is like, if you said to me, what are you craping right now? Almost every day is like a slice of a zikilt toast with cottage cheese. And so I must be really low on copper and I need that. But keep going. - No, no, no, no, no. You have an instinctual response to those phones because historically they would have had the nutrients you were looking for. Back in the 1930s, our ancestors got four to six milligrams of copper in the day. By the 60s, they dropped to two to five milligrams in the day. Now the ardenian, the modern ardenian is lying tense of one milligrams copper. It is absolutely an insult to our intelligence and our integrity as a human being. We need weight more copper. The food does not have it. But the milk butter eggs and cheese of yesterday and the beef liver that our ancestors ate. I remember being raised on beef liver. You saw at least once a week. And I was like, oh my God, I can't believe we're living with my mom grew up in the country and she didn't know or never. Well, people love their barbecue now, right? Love my barbecue. Your barbecue stands for, it's a French term. Knows, Barb, Q, Tail, Knows to Tail Eating, you're eating all of the nutrients of the animal. It's your eating the whole animal. That's what barbecue really means. And that's all lost to barbecue sauce now. I want my ribs, but it's really good sauce. You can all know what they're eating. And so did you answer your question? What's the best, Solars? Ideally, it is pretty. But I don't think it's available. What I'm reading about French citizens, peeing, like, focating the mirror, I'm like, I'm terrified. And so I think we're down to supplemental things. And to what I'd read in the research, is a copper bisclicing. It's one of the most bio-beilable forms because of the unique structure of the copper and the glycine and the teed glycine. I'm not a big fan of Jason's approach with copper sulfate. If I was a microbe, I'd probably be excited. We're not microbe. And you hear us in his whole perspective, and I really admire him for his program with what he does. But he doesn't do any blood testing. He doesn't do any assessment of what's happening. He just places a blood-your-body, the things, the nutrients, and go about your reasons. Well, I know that that's howling the same story. And I think people need to have seen that, and say, am I getting the benefit of seeing one on doing? There's copper chlorides.
