Ministry- Mastering Integrity and Subduing the Persuasions & Seductions of Satan

This teaching explores the critical importance of prophetic integrity and the dangers of seducing spirits within the prophetic ministry. Dr. Obed emphasizes that the biblical phrase "spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets" does not refer to one prophet yielding to another during a meeting. Rather, it means that all spirits—both godly and evil—are subject to the prophet's own self-control. Prophets must master their inclinations and desires, or they risk falling prey to persuading spirits that exploit their fleshly propensities. The speaker uses Jesus's temptation in the wilderness as a primary example. Though the Holy Spirit led Jesus to fast and pray, Satan appeared to test him on his inclinations: hunger, the desire for prominence at the temple pinnacle, and the promise of worldly kingdoms without suffering. Jesus overcame each temptation by refusing to act outside God's timing and will. Similarly, believers and prophets face examinations where seducing spirits attempt to leverage their unmastered desires. Dr. Obed warns that prophets miss God for only two reasons: speaking when God has not spoken, or speaking according to their own inclinations. He cites biblical examples including Ananias and Sapphira, Judas, Peter, and Gehazi, all of whom fell due to unchecked inclinations. The teaching concludes with an urgent call to maintain prophetic, apostolic, pastoral, evangelistic, and teaching integrity, building a flawless record through growth and never selling out for money, favors, or pressure.

Speaker 2The truth that is in Christ bespoken in precision, that we may speak in the inspiration of your spirit. Bless every soul that is connected, regardless of their time, location we pray over. We speak the truth that we know in Christ. Break chains. Break yokes. Let your people go home free. Thank you, Father. In Jesus' name. And everyone said amen. It's exciting to be in the presence of God this morning. Yokes broken, chains melting. I know that is your testimony. We're here. We're here. We're here. We're here. We're here. We're here. Evil spirits and godly spirits all do have access to prophets. And I smiled. And I told the person, hold on, I'm going to answer you next week. Make sure you tune in. This morning, I want you to follow me. As I walk through the scriptures with you. Remember that the spirits, not the spirit, of the prophets are subject to the prophets. And I say that usually in Pentecostal and charismatic circles, this verse of scripture is used to explain the control mechanism by which one who is prophesying is supposed to hold themselves under because another has raised their voice to prophesy. So in a believer's meeting, regardless of what a spirit is saying through one, the moment another lifts up their voice, to also prophesy, the first person who was prophesying is supposed to shut up for the next person to carry on with whatever the prophetic word they have. And I'm saying that that may be applied, but that was not what Paul was talking about. Remember that last week I brought the plumb line to this verse of scripture where many quotes and say that the spirit, singular, of the prophet, singular, is subject to the prophet, singular. And I was saying that there is no such verse in the Bible. But rather the spirits, plural, of the prophets, plural, is subject to the prophets. To step into the prophetic is actually a sensitive arena because it is an arena where a person is exposed to all polarities. Be it positive or negative. And today I want to accentuate it some more. When you read 1 Kings 22 where we started from 19 to the verse 25 last week, we realize that there was a meeting before the throne of God and all the hosts of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. Then the Lord said, who shall go and persuade Ahab? Persuade Ahab. And one said on this manner and the other said on that manner. And they came for the spirit and stood before the Lord and said, I will persuade him. You remember in the book of Job, the Bible says the sons of God met and Satan was there. Satan was there also. There are meetings that are held in the council of God's presence with the hosts of heaven. Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord and Satan came also among them. And the Lord had a conversation with Satan. Why? Why? Where are you coming from? Satan answered, I've been going to and fro in the earth and from walking up and down in it. And the Lord said unto Satan, has thou considered myself and Job? That there is not like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feared God and assured evil. Then Satan answered the Lord and said, doth Job fear God for nothing? Has not thou made an hedge about him and about his house and about all that he hath on every side? Thou hast blessed the work of his hands and his substance is incredible. Thou hast increased him the land. But put forth thine hand now and touch all that he hath and he will curse thee to thy face. Now, then in the verse 12, the Bible says, so Satan went from the presence of the Lord. A spirit can come from the presence of the Lord to you, which may not be the spirit of the Lord. There is an interesting verse in 1 Timothy chapter 4, the verse number 1. Paul, the apostle in writing to his son Timothy, accentuates this fact. He says, now the spirit, hear this, the spirit, speaketh expressly that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron. Next verse. Forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from meat with God. God our creator to be received with thanksgiving. Of them we believe and know the truth. That's enough. If you remember, last week I said, once you step into the arena of the prophetic, you have to make sure that you tame your desires, your inclinations, and the flesh. Otherwise, there is a propensity that you might fall for a persuading spirit, which Paul, in 1 Timothy 4, puts as a seducing spirit. To be persuaded and to be seduced is actually one and the same, but in different ways. In different intensities to convince one or to gain another to their side. Paul the apostle says, it is the spirit that is speaking expressly. But in the latter times, there will be people in the faith, but they will fall and they will give heed to seducing spirits. They will give heed. He didn't say that, In the latter times, some shall depart from the faith. Because a seducing spirit possessed them. A seducing spirit had them. No. He said they gave heed. They. They gave heed to seducing spirits. How does one give heed to seducing spirits? Whilst he's in their faith. He said some shall depart from their faith. Giving heed to seducing spirits. And doctrines of devils. Now the next verse says. Verse 2. They will speak lies. In hypocrisy. Number 1. Having their conscience seared with a hot iron. Number 2. Forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from meats. Number 3. With God our creator to be received with thanksgiving of them. We believe and know the truth. What does this imply? What do you give heed to? The spirit realm. Actually feels like and looks like birds. Flying in the skies above your head. Number 3. You cannot determine which bird flies above your head. But you can determine which of them lands on your head. To break out this truth some more. Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, himself. Had an encounter with Satan on this matter of seduction and persuasion. The Bible says in Matthew chapter 4. From the verse 1 down. Satan came seducing Jesus and persuading him. To bow, worship him, and to give up on his assignment. Then was Jesus. Now get this. Led up of the Spirit. Into the wilderness to meet the devil. My God. Jesus. He was led of the Spirit of God. Into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. This actually shows that. One is exposed to both polarities. Jesus was led of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God. I want to ask you a question. Can the Spirit of God lead you to the devil? Think about it. I thought that if it was the Spirit of God. He shouldn't carry me to the devil. If it was the Spirit of God. He shouldn't lead me to the devil. Listen. It is your temptation. I said your inclinations. Watch your inclinations. As a prophet. As a believer. Your propensities. If you do not guard them. You will expose yourself. In the day of test and temptation. And you will be seduced. Let's bring the case in point with Jesus. When Satan met Jesus. What was the battle about? It was a test. On one. His inclinations. What did Satan test him on? The guy was hungry. The Bible says. And when he had fasted 40 days and 40 nights. He was afterward unhungered. And when the. The tempter came to him. Jesus met Satan. He said. If you are the son of God. You are hungry. Command these stones to be made bread. Your inclinations. If you don't guard your inclinations. You will. Respond. To the devil. Knowing you are being led. Of the Spirit of God. And come to us and claim. That the Spirit of the Lord. Led you. To whoever. And you were able to command stones. To be made bread. Was it true that the Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God. Led Jesus. Yes. So if Jesus was telling us his encounter. And the story. Of that day. He would have started by saying that. After I was baptized. By John. The Spirit of the Lord came upon me. And the Spirit of the Lord. Led me into the wilderness. To engage in fastings. And in prayers. And there. I was able to command stones. To be made bread. That detail. Of Satan. Interrupting. The entire conversation. May not be mentioned. But within. The pages of scripture. We find the two polarities. The Spirit of God leading Jesus. And Satan appearing to Jesus. And when Satan came. The first thing. He did. Was to trigger. His inclinations. And you know Jesus. Never plays. No jokes. With his meals. Bread was very important to Jesus. And the Bible says in the verse 4. When he could not. Win by bread. Jesus said. Man shall not live by bread alone. But by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God. Then the devil. Taked him up into the holy city. And set him on a pinnacle. Of the temple. And said unto him. If thou be the son of God. Parachute. Cast thyself down. For it is written. He will give his angels charge concerning thee. And in their hands they shall bear thee up. Lest at any time. Thou dash thy foot. Against a stone. Many people do not understand. What Satan was doing. Let me take you back. The Bible said. He took him to the holy city. One. And set him at the pinnacle of the temple. Two. Do you know that. This actually. Was not. In drama. What actually took place. But in assignment. What Jesus was supposed to become. Many people think that. Satan took him. Held him. Through the skies. And took him to the holy city. And placed him. On the pinnacle of the temple. Actually. Satan knew why Jesus was here. Satan knew that Jesus was supposed to become the pinnacle of the temple. The head of the temple. And that the temple. Was actually the body of Christ. With Jesus. At the pinnacle. So. Satan. Set him up. And answers to him. Show for the authority. Commanding messengers. To hold you up. The Bible says. Then the devil took him up into the holy city. Set him on the pinnacle of the temple. Was that not the reason why Christ came? Was he not supposed to become the topmost. But this was supposed to be the process. Of resurrection. And over here. The devil was setting him up. Placing all that he had to gain. By death and resurrection. On a silver platter. And said unto him. Cast thyself down. It is written. He shall give his angels charge concerning thee. Lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. Seven. Jesus said. It is written. You will not tempt the Lord thy God. And again. The devil took him up into an exceeding high mountain. This is the process. Of the church. When Jesus. Had been satiated. Satisfied. Quenched his hunger. The next thing. Was. becoming the church and the head and becoming becoming the preeminent one in the church. And the third thing was that Jesus was supposed to be the head of the kingdom of heaven. The Bible says all the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our God and of his Christ. The devil knew the program. That once Jesus becomes the head of the pinnacle of the temple, the next assignment is to take over the kingdoms of this world. The whole assignment of Jesus, the whole reason why Jesus was here, the devil is offering it without process. The devil is offering it to Jesus without struggle and without stress. The devil taken him up into an exceeding high mountain. And you know that this high mountain is actually, in pictures, and in visions, that mountain that was seen and found by Daniel, when that stone was cast without hands, crushing the image, the Shelem. And those kingdoms, which was the image, the five kingdoms, from Babylon to Medo-Persia to Greece to Rome and to revised Rome. For as much as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and it break in pieces, the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold, the five kingdoms, the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter. And the dream is setting, and the interpretation thereof is sheer. Then Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, worshiped and worshiped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet others unto him. The king answered unto Daniel and said, of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods and a Lord of kings and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal the secret. And we know that when that stone hits that Shelem, that image, the Bible said, it became an exceeding great mountain that filled the whole world in the book of Daniel. Now, if this was the plan, it's meeting with Jesus, after he was baptized, in order to fulfill the Melchizedek demands of his priesthood, and says, there's no reason for you to die. There's no reason for you to go through the process of dying and resurrecting. All that you came for was to gain the kingdoms of this world and the glory of them. All these things will I give thee, if you will fall down, and worship me. Inclinations, inclinations. Your propensities is what will drive your response to what kind of spirit that is your safeguard. But it does not stop demons, devils, Satan, false spirits, seducing spirits, persuading spirits, from having access to talk to you and to, even speak or converse, or to engage you. We see it with Jesus. Then in 1 Timothy 4, the Bible talks about false teachers. He says, now the spirit speaketh expressly on this wise, that in the latter times, he didn't say, seducing spirits will have them, he said, they will give you. We give heed to seducing spirits. How would that come to pass? A colon, he says, speaking lies in hypocrisy. Are you a hypocrite? Is your conscience seared? That has got nothing to do with that seducing spirit or the devil and his doctrines, but because you have a propensity to lie, don't you know that there are some prophets who lie? Don't you know that there are some brethren in Christ who are hypocrites? Don't you know that there are brethren in the faith whose conscience is seared? Once you are given to lies, once you are given to hypocrisy, once your conscience is seared, once you have an inclination, that you have not been able to master or warn yourself from, brother, in the day of your test, you'll be shocked. You'll give heed to a seducing spirit. And when these spirits come, they seduce you with your propensities and with your inclinations. What are you inclined towards? If you don't master yourself, you'll be amazed how you will prophesy the things that go according to your inclinations. The spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. Jesus, at the time, has the decision. He holds the key. He holds the key to himself. Satan, spirit of God, both these spirits are subject to Jesus. What and where you prophesy from is subject to you. It is not God that lied. It is you that lied. How come that in previous times, I got it right, but in this time, I missed it? Two reasons. One, you spoke when God had not spoken. Or two, you gave heed to a seducing or a lying spirit according to your inclinations. If you like, watch it. Any time a prophet misses, any time a prophet, you speak and you missed it. These are the only two reasons. You either spoke when God had not spoken, or you gave heed to your inclinations. And therefore, you became subject to a spirit that took advantage of your inclinations. Why do I say you spoke when God didn't speak? Do you remember that the prophet of God, Elijah, says, God has hidden this from me. As a prophet, and as being a prophetic company, it is not always that we have access to know the outcomes of events. God chooses what to reveal and what to withhold. So if you don't take care, the pressure of the people will make you want to step out and speak when God has, but not as yet, shown you anything. God hides things from us. And when God has not spoken, never, never, never try to speak when God is silent. And when she came to the man of God to the hill, she caught him by the feet, 2 Kings 4, 27. But Gehazi came near to thrust her away. The man of God said, let her alone, for her soul is vexed within her. And the Lord had hid it from me and had not told me. The Lord decides what to reveal and what to tell you. So if you don't have any that say of the Lord, let the people know that God hasn't spoken to me. I'm in prayer. I haven't heard anything from the Lord. And the Lord had hid it from me and have not told me. So if you don't take care, the things that God had not said, you will step out there and claim God's hand. And who say yet a thing and it come to pass when God had not commanded it. So you can say things they will not happen. Because it is not in man to say a thing for it to come to pass. that you have said it does not mean it will come to pass no it won't no it won't in the prophetic there is a realm that is giving us an advantage and an honor and that one you would have to be groomed by the Spirit of God and be brought to that room over years and time when now God will commit himself to you to make you participate in the creative council in the prophetic realm in that time whatever you say God will honor you and ensure that it comes to pass but it is a realm that is very sensitive and when God now sees that you want to use that office to your personal advantage he will call you home it's a very sensitive place who you see that say anything and it coming to pass when the Lord commanded it not but then there is also a man like Samuel the Bible said Samuel grew the Lord was with him and did not and did let none of his words fall to the ground no one word fell to the ground unfulfilled can we look at 1 Samuel 3:19 in the message and in the ISV that is a prophetic record the Bible said someone grew up God was with him and someone's prophetic record was flawless flawless prophetic record ISV says and someone grew the Lord was with him and did not let any of someone's predictions fail at this point in time God has committed himself to the man because the man has grown and Samuel grew it's a process you have to come to that realm God will so train your spirits he would so raise you that now your inclinations have been numbed that you never prophesy looking at the faces of people you never prophesy for what you will get you have you have gone beyond the transmissions of the errors of Cain Balaam and Korah you have all of these things tamed God will commit such an honor to a person that has been processed through prophetic trainings and growth the Bible said and Samuel grew me me when you'll be a when you know soon sumo and yes and be out there can any maybe now and you know he will pass you through process number the things of your inclinations send your Bayer so Rebecca BBA if you're about to say something and then yeah yeah what the enemy a Biko Yamaha now can was him it wouldn't be after the things that will favor you for instance assuming I belong to a certain political party let's see if he see ZF kill political party ZF kill and I have an interest in the political party when they come to power there are some things that I will gain by they are coming to power if I don't take care I will prophesy them into power I will give them the assurance that the other ones coming my friend do not look at the faces of people do not look at the favors you will get to prophesy the more you make that mistake young prophet the more you are delaying your growth and the propensity of God or the likelihood of God to place you in a prophetic room let me tell you something some of the times because we don't know that it's a build-up your spiritual growth the prophetic that you have come into God is marking the way you are handling the gift and it's not a default baby I'm gonna mark open because the kind of karmic debts are we creating the prophetic I mean to me in fun you may be in Shannon sir you can create karma in the prophetic errors okay if you don't like karma errors in the prophetic over time that they build up that your prophetic integrity does not permit God to place you in the room when now God now commits himself to bring to pass whatever you see to say this shall be for it to happen is to begin to sit in the Council of the creative realms that preeminent room of the prophetic whatever you say will come to pass because you have been trained it doesn't start off with the moment you are in pattern with a prophetic gift then now whatever you say will come to pass no you have to carry the gift that you have now with integrity mastering yourself not looking at the money somebody's going to bless you with to prophesy to him so ministry has this records over time that a person must build integrity with the gifts that he carries because as day in day out time runs you are actually going to be going through a process of promotion at least every seven years of your ministry if you are very systematic with God in your walk with him listen the word of God says in the book of Titus the chapter 1 the verse 7 that a bishop must be blameless as the steward of God now this is not a matter of only here on earth as a bishop as a deacon the Bible says that prove them this proving of your ministerial office or your ministerial gifts according to the ministering spirits there will be times where God would test the gifts that he has given you so these ministering spirits will come in all forms to see and it is called the tempter and it is called the devil and it is called the when the tempter comes to you to tempt you to test you it's like an exam you need to graduate from so if you don't master your inclinations in the day of your examination when you fail you have lost prophetic integrity your record has become flawed so you realize with Samuel the Bible said and Samuel grew it is called growth so within the prophetic this is where Zedekiah says from whence did the Spirit of the Lord go from me to come to you Micaiah to tell you that I have would go to remote Gilead and fall how with spirits but Zedekiah didn't know that it was the time of his examination and Samuel grew Message Bible 1 Samuel 3:19 it is a growth process and Samuel grew Message Bible 1 Samuel 3:19 Samuel grew up are you growing in the prophetic growing the prophetic does not mean that you are prophesying dito dito no no no no no it is that's not growth in the prophetic the growth in the prophetic is the prophetic integrity the record of your prophetic integrity someone grew up God was with him and someone's prophetic record was flawless have you ever used the prophetic gift to manipulate anybody it has gone against you yeah yeah yeah yeah you see that you see that thoughts of I said I said in your prophet maybe I See what you are doing with your gift. We cannot carry this gift and be hungry. How can we be this gift? and be poor you don't understand that thing that you are doing you are building a momentum of spiritual debts that will backfire against you never let anybody put you under any form of pressure to perform when it comes to your ministerial office and your ministerial place never there is no one man on earth that has ever moved me to prophesy to them how what will i gain by telling you sweet things i won't get anything and ever since i started ministry in my little number of years i have never seen one man give a seed that transformed any man of god's life at least with me and with my seniors that i saw in the ministry i have never seen any one man give a seed that transformed any man's life one billion dollar one billion dollar There is no amount of giving that can transform your life, my dear. Don't be a Gehazi. He had a nice prophetic destiny to take over from Elisha. But what happened? He went after remains. Atariye. You have sold your prophetic destiny because of this. And when I say you have sold your prophetic destiny, I don't mean to say that you haven't stepped into the prophetic. You might have been prophesying from last year, 10 years back, and have such a beautiful prophetic ministry. And when the tempter came, when seducing spirits came, when persuading spirits came, they touched a little on your inclination, and you fell for it. That's it. You have sold out on your prophetic destiny. In 1 Peter chapter 5, the verse number 2, he said, He said, feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraints. Never come under any constraints. But willingly. Not for filthy looker, but of a ready mind. Never do the work of the ministry because of money. Because of something you would get. Never also let anybody put you under performance pressure. Never. What I see is what I say. If I haven't seen anything, I have not seen anything. And I'll tell you. Is it by force to prophesy? Must I say something? Every day, tell yourself. I am building a prophetic record of great integrity before God. Till I come to the place where now God will be committed to make anything I say come to pass. That one is based on prophetic record. Flawless prophetic record. I am building a place where now God will be committed to make anything I say come to pass. Now, it is now no longer about what I am telling you. But now it is about what you would speak and say. In this realm of the creative council, that is what I am committed to do. And that is by growth. And Samuel grew up. And Samuel grew up. And Samuel grew up. God was with him. And Samuel's prophetic record was flawless. Samuel grew up. Sister, in a minute. Brother in the ministry, grow up. The spirits of the prophets is subject to the prophets. Not the spirit of the one prophet is subject to the one prophet. No. The spirits of the prophets. What are the spirits of the prophets? Both polarities. Positive and negative. Because prophets. May prophesy from a positive polarity. And prophets may also prophesy from a negative polarity. But that negative polarity usually comes about because they didn't watch their inclinations. They didn't master themselves. They didn't master their flesh. They weren't doing the ministry for what they will get. And I can tell you over time. Anytime a person. Takes a certain path. Of ministry. For what he will get. He will miss God. You will surely miss God. History has proven it. And the word of God has proven it. Go back into time. The moment when people said things that they didn't come to pass. Only two things can explain it. They spoke when God had not spoken. Or they spoke for what they will get. When you check the word of God. The Bible shows us how Judas failed. Why? Inclination. The Bible said Satan entered Judas. The Bible tells us why Peter failed. Inclination. We have left all to come and follow you. What will we get? You are saying you are going to die. Satan will just fill you right now. Ananias and Sapphira. How did Satan feel they had to lie to the Holy Ghost? Inclinations. Every time. People miss God. It was because. They were being tempted. So when you check Ananias and Sapphira. Peter says. Why have you allowed Satan to tempt you to lie to the Holy Ghost. It was their exams. It was the day of their examination. Everybody comes into that day of temptation. That day of your spiritual examination. And when you don't take care. When the tempter comes to you like the way he came. Or like the way he walked to Jesus. You will fail. With Ananias and Sapphira. They felt that. It was too much. To give this to the church. Let's rather keep some to ourselves. And give a part. When the command was. Everybody should sell. All they have and bring all. Satan failed. To fill their heart. Tempting them. To lie. To the Holy Spirit. In the book of Acts. Peter. Looked. At Ananias. And said. But a certain man named Ananias. With Sapphira his wife. Sold their possession. And kept back part of the price. His wife also being privy to it. And brought a certain part. And laid it at the apostles feet. But Peter said. Ananias. Why had Satan filled thine heart. To lie to the Holy Ghost. And to keep back part of the price of the land. Whilst it remained. Was it not thine own? And after it was sold. Was it not in thine own power? Why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? Thou hast not lied unto men. But unto God. Next verse. And Ananias hearing. These words fell down. And gave up the ghost. And great fear came on all them that heard these things. Next verse. And a young man arose. Wound him up. And carried him out. And buried him. And it was about the space of three hours after. When his wife not knowing what had done. Came in. And Peter answered to her. Tell me whether you sold the land for so much. And she said. Yea. For so much. Then Peter said. How is it that. You have agreed. To get that. To tempt. The spirit of the Lord. Behold. The feet of them which are buried. Their husband. Are the door. And shall carry you out. Then fell she down straightway at his feet. And yielded up the ghost. And the young man came in. And found her dead. And carrying her forth. Buried her by her husband. What a day of the church. I say again. I say again. prophets. Maintain your prophetic integrity. Build ministry integrity. Stay focused. Never do things in ministry for favors. Never do things in ministry for what you will get. Serve the master and the master only. Because as we count time and it takes, you are actually building a record that can bring you into a place to be seated in the council of the creative realm of God, where you will have power with God and you have power with men. Don't sell out. You have a glorious future. Believer in Christ. You have a wonderful future in the ministry. Man of God, don't sell out. Don't be like Esau who sold his birthright. Don't sell out. Build. Maintain integrity in the ministry. Don't sell out. Don't prophesy to people for what they will give you. Don't sell out. Don't manipulate people with your gifts. Don't sell out. You will be doing yourself a disfavor. You haven't cheated them. You have cheated yourself on your own prophetic future. On your own ministerial future. You will never ascend in your prophetic gift. If you don't take care. The realm that you have come to with the grace of God, you will never ascend in your prophetic gift. Because what you said could not come to pass. The Lord help us. Micaiah said, behold, thou shalt see it in that day when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide yourself. I came back explaining further. You decide which spirit speaks and takes advantage of your vocal cords by your own inclinations. Let a prophet speak. One, two, three. And let the third judge. In the spirit of judging prophecy, we are not talking about one speaking and the other speaking and the other speaking. Because Paul, the apostle, in 1 Corinthians 14, was talking about prophetic judgments. He was not talking about the sequential process of one prophesying and another taking over. Like we've been made to think or to believe. But instead, let us judge. Of prophecy. When it comes to pass. When it doesn't come to pass. We should ask ourselves only one thing. Did he speak when God was silent? Or he spoke according to his own inclinations? And finally, there is a growth ahead of you. There is a growth ahead of us. We haven't seen all. There is. To the potentials of the ministry we carry. If we have an eye on the future of what God wants to do with us, we'll maintain ministerial integrity. Be you being an apostle. Be the teacher. Be the pastor. Be an evangelist. Be the prophet. Be a prophet. Be conscious. That there is a bright future ahead. And you want to keep your prophetic record flawless. Your apostolic record flawless. Your pastoral record flawless. Your teaching record flawless. Your evangelistic record flawless. Never give heed to seducing. Lord, I pray that we'll maintain prophetic integrity, apostolic integrity, pastoral integrity, evangelistic integrity, teaching integrity. I pray in the name of Jesus that those to whom you have called to the ministry, we will not give heed to seducing spirits, but rather we'll give heed to the Spirit of God. Just like Jesus passed the exams of his life with reference to our assignments. Lord, we pray we will not sell out, but that we will stand our ground and go through the process of growth. Just like Samuel, he grew. He grew. Lord, take us through process. Help us and help us again. Help somebody who is watching me in TV world. Help everybody, oh God. Thank you for hearing us. In Jesus' name. And knowing that you've heard us, we know that you have done it. Glory to your name now and forevermore. In Jesus' name we call it done.

  4. Satan tempted Jesus on his inclinations—hunger, the pinnacle of the temple, and the kingdoms of the world—offering shortcuts to his divine assignment.

  7. Samuel grew and God let none of his words fall to the ground, showing that a flawless prophetic record comes through a process of growth and maintained integrity.
  8. Prophets must never prophesy for money, favors, or under performance pressure, as doing so creates spiritual debts that backfire against their prophetic destiny.
