Tättyi on saada järjestelmää. Ja, järjestelmää. Ja, järjestelmää. Ja, järjestelmää. I saw used to everything being so local. I'm a bit of a homebody anyway. So I don't necessarily think I'll be in the city often or munching around. I like little things, I like farms, I like, yeah, little things within the countryside. But yeah, it'll take me a little bit of adapting. But I'm on the right side of London so that I've got an easy getaway home. - Agreed. I'm north of the river as well. So you chose the right side of London. Can you just tell me finally, because we know there is such a culture of everyone here hanging out together and spending time together. Let's just say we're doing a come-down with me and you're hosting maybe three or four of the squad. You've spent loads of time living on your own now. - Yep. - You must be good at cooking or at least creating a meal from scratch. What would you make for your teammates? We're going three courses, start a main dessert. - Ooh. - Good question. I actually cooked for Keira and Leah the other day. - Did Keira forgive you yet for choosing this side of town? - Yeah, she's just happy that I'm close. - Yeah. - She's been driving here most days anyway. I cooked for them the other day and I did a chicken and prawn curry with rice and pop-a-doms. - Elite. Let's do your starter as well. - Starrer's tough. I would rather skip a starter and take dessert. - Okay, what's going dessert-wise? - Cartmell sticky toffee pudding. And it has to be that brand. - Okay, can you just give me the kind of like, the reason in the restaurant? - It's from the pasta where I'm from. - Okay. - Really famous for it. But it would be Cartmell sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and sticky toffee sauce. - And then you'll get that point where the ice can start. - And I said this so many times. - That usually they'll comment. (laughing) - You need to get some pretty sticky toffee. - Honestly, this is all I talk about. When somebody says dessert, this is the only thing that's important in my life. - We should point out, it's like a media day here today. So there's about 20 different stations. Every single one. Hopefully one of these will land in their inbox. You're so lovely to have you back. Thanks so much for joining us. - Thank you so much. - So wonderful to speak to George Stanway, who had an amazing time at Munich and was such a huge part of that club. I think when you go out and spend time out there, you realize just how much the club took to Georgia, how much of a leader she was at Bayern. And now to see her back with Arsenal, I want to see her part of such a talented and exciting squad. It feels like she could have a really brilliant season ahead of her. Let's stick with the theme of new signings. And I'm gonna say welcome on a bad cheer. Now I think I probably butchered that honor. Can I start by getting you to say how you would say your name perfectly? 'Cause I'll be saying it a lot of times over the course of the season. And at the beginning of last season, I asked Janne Fernandez for her perfect pronunciation. She thought I was rubbish. But I want to make sure I get it right for you. So can I hear you say it perfectly? Okay. Ona, Badlie. Badlie. Badie. Yeah, that's very good. Yeah. You sure? Yeah, yeah. Amazing. Well, welcome. It's lovely to have you back in the WSL. Thank you so much. And it's lovely to have you on the pod. I don't think we've had you on the Wims for a week or before. So, welcome to the podcast. Thank you. How does it feel to be an Arsenal player? Amazing. Exciting to be there. I'm just still settling in and knowing people or where it feels really good. I have to say immediately, your English was always good. Not always. It was always good. But your English is magnificent now. How hard have you been working? I mean, I've been just trying to keep it going on, to be fair. But I'm telling you, like, the teammates I had by United can't tell you how bad it was. The first year, honestly, what I couldn't speak to at all. But then, yeah, those three years were good. And then, I just tried to keep going. Stay on top of it. Ready for now. So, you've had a very busy, last six months. Has it felt like time has gone fast for you? Yeah. I mean, I'm 27 and I couldn't say that. I feel like I'm still 23. And I feel like 27 is just. I mean, you're not the. You say it better, Anne. Yeah, but you're coming into your prime. Yeah, that's the thing. So, you're not a kid anymore? That's the thing. But I imagine you still feel like a kid coming for you. Yeah, I'm still trying to keep improving, trying to enjoy as much as possible the game. Yeah, but you see these people coming from the Yos, for example, the Yos. And you say, like, I'm not a kid anymore. Like, there are people who are 18, 19 that are coming and they are so good as well. Yeah, I mean, just looking around the room, there's a lot of very, very young people about that look so fresh-faced. I wondered how much your life has changed since you were last here. How different do you feel as a player and as a person? I think you always grow and you are always a different person, but I do feel like I've changed. As a person, as a player, I've been able to be at home with my family, which when I was here, Manchester, I was off Barcelona for like six years, I think. So that's been really nice. And as well, I think when I left Man United, actually, I think I've never won any trophy before that, too, if it. So when I joined Barcelona, well, I won trophies with Barcelona and the national team. So-- And didn't stop winning trophies. I mean, you won trophies all the time. Yeah. That must have been a fairly special thing to do with your club, but with your family, your friends all around you as well. Yeah, it was really nice to have everyone around. How difficult was it to leave that behind? I mean, I've always been like a very independent person. And I have the feeling that I can always co-bag and live in Spain. I have all my people there, and I love how it's live in Barcelona in this case. But I was thinking about football. I was thinking about myself. I wanted the challenge. And I think this club was the perfect place to be to have a new challenge and a good experience. Yeah, so explain to me. Why are you asking, why does that feel like the perfect place for you right now? Nothing like Arsenal, of course. It's one of the best clubs in the league in Europe. But being in this league, it's as well like challenge every week. I think the drive to play constantly in this level, it's very like-- well, it's very challenging. And that's what I wanted to be challenged every weekend, and then trying as well to win every single trophy, which is very hard as well. You've now reached the point as well, where I'm sure it didn't play a part in your decision making, but there are so many Spanish players around the WSL. I imagine every single week now, you're going to be just saying hello to another friend that has come and made themselves a part of the WSL. How special is that to see that many players that are your peers, that are your friends coming and essentially having an impact in this league? I mean, yeah, personally, I've lived in Man United, for example, at Manchester being the only Spanish person, and I have to say that's tough. So it's always nice to have Spanish people around you, like be able to be with your friends. Of course, I'm going to make new friends, but it's always nice to have people from your country. So yeah, that's helpful as well. So this is very different move this time around, because being the only Spanish person at Man United, then suddenly coming back and there being-- I mean, literally all over London, you've got Spanish players all around. By the time you go to get on that flight to international duty, there will be loads of you on that flight, right? It must be a really reassuring thing. Yeah, I mean, I think, like, as I said, it's nice to have your people around, have some friends. Yeah, it feels good to feel like you were-- Yeah. Tell me how has it been so far? Who have you got close to in the team? Who do you already know? Who are you before to-- Well, I know Mariona, I know Misa, I know Les. That's the people I know the most. But then I'm trying to talk to everyone, to me, to get to know everyone, just trying to be like a good teammate. We spoke to Georgia earlier, and she said she was nervous. And I thought, that's so interesting. Someone like Georgia, who-- very confident person, but has also played here so much before in the WSL. What was it like for you on the first day? Did it feel like the first day of school? The first day, it wasn't that bad, just because we were in groups. And it was more like testing things. It was more like the first training was when I was more nervous, because it is something different, and it's something new. And of course, I don't know, literally. Or I haven't been playing with loads of players. You know, I know Les and I've been a team mate of her, but it's been like three years, four years, since I don't play with her. So it was nervous when I got to the pitch and started passing and being around the world. Because you want to show your quality. You want them-- Not even that. Just like trying-- It's more about trying to connect with them. Yeah. Not more like showing who I am, because I feel like that's going to come naturally. But more to have a good connection, especially with everyone. I have absolutely no doubt. It'll take you no time at all. And you're going to be very, very popular here. Did you ever see what you were at Man United, a show in the UK called Come Dine with me? Have you ever heard of that? No. It's basically you invite four people around your house and you cook a starter. Cook. Cook, yeah, a starter, a main course, and a dessert. Okay. So if we had four teammates come around to your house and you're making dinner, what would you make for the three courses? I would go for Spanish dishes. Well, in Catalonia there is this thing which is pan-contomate, which is easy. That's a great starter. Yeah. I can't go wrong with that. Yeah. Perfect. Then I would do the main dish would be tortilla botata, which I'd make it really good. Oh, wow. I'm like potato, you see? Beautiful. Yeah, great as well. This is chicken as well, because Spanish food is amazing. So can you just tell me what that involves? It's so easy. It's literally eggs and potatoes. But then there's a skill, right? You have to get the eggs to perfectly kind of-- I mean, yeah, you have to know exactly the amount to not make too much egg or too little, because it's not going to be a good tortilla patata. So that's a beautiful main. What's your desire? My desire would be my mom's coolans. Do you say coolans? It's like chocolate, like mofin. Nice. Inside is like soft. Like melted chocolate inside. This is a good menu. I feel like you've won so far. It's really good stuff. Thank you so much for joining us. You're amazing. It's wonderful to have you back in the WSL. And I hope it's an amazing season for you. Oh, I hope that's well. Thank you. [MUSIC PLAYING] Now, with two signings, let's go to two Arsenal stores. There are so many huge characters that love this club very much. But it doesn't come much bigger in terms of character in terms of love for Arsenal than a lot of rubbermoie. Lotter. I wrote down-- I'll talk my questions for this, to remind myself to say-- as soon as we get the run of show through-- Yeah. --for what we're going to do on media days, whenever I've got your name on my running order, I know I can just relax. I know we've got one in two in the back-- That's complicated. Yeah, it's huge. Huge compliment. But I know we've got one in two in the bag that's going to be done in one way or the other. So firstly, tell me, how are you? How's your summer? I'm grand. I had a lovely summer. We did a little bit of a road trip. It's nice when you don't have a schedule and when you don't have somewhere to be. You can be free. You can enjoy one another's company as with my partner. And it was lovely. Road trip involving bikes or road trip involving driving around and seeing things. Driving around, bike was in the back. Do you take a bike? Or just just-- I don't-- Very good at cycling. He's very good at cycling. I don't take a bike. E-bike, when we're away and not moving about too much, that's the only way I can keep up with him. And yeah, he's basically training while I'm chilling. We stayed with a few friends. So it was very wholesome. It's strange, isn't it, to have a summer, particularly for you, to have a summer where for a little bit, you don't have to be anywhere. That must be lovely. I'm disrupted. Yeah. And in a way, you can kind of like, let go a bit. When you've only got, yeah, two weeks, you can't really let go. But-- How long does it take you to actually get out of a football player mode? Oh, I'm pretty quick. I'm pretty quick. Dangerously quick. I'm a bit worried. One sleep. But likewise, I'm also very quick to snap back into it. I think you get in a repertoire for it. You know, it becomes easy, like the way you switch back into it, then just a second nature. Yeah. We should go back a little bit, because just before things properly turned off, you did have a small matter of a trophy parade to attend. As a Guna, how was that? Ben, it was incredible. So special. I've never seen that many faces that are so happy, so much joy. I came home and I was exhausted. Because of how many faces I had seen. You can't-- one of the things I think no one can prepare you for with that sort of thing. You can't actually pick any faces out. Oh, but I did, Ben. I was picking faces out left front center. We do an individual. I can see my mates here-- like unplanned. Unplanned. So loads of mates from Stokey. They were near Newington High Street, Grand. I saw one of my mum's best friends. I saw one of my partners' mum's best friend. I saw my partner's mum. Just randomly. You had a range of-- I don't know, you're just picking these out in the crowd. That's amazing. It's like not tunnel vision, but like you suddenly like focus in. And I was consciously trying to make eye contact with people to like, I don't know, you want to share it? You want to communicate. It's like a little dialogue you share with the eyes. When does it happen? This is like for a lot of people, something of that scale, it might be once in a lifetime. That size, you know what I mean? I think it's once in a lifetime. Because of the first that everyone had for it. It'd been years. For the men's team, years. We actually had dates popped up on the screen today in the team meeting by RNA. And I think it was 15 year dates. And the last one on that was 2018, 2019. Last time the women won the league. I think that same first that all the fans have for them in is there for the women. And when we win that trophy, because we're going for the league this year, that's number one. Sorry, I've taken this from like a really joyful-- But I'm like-- I want pre-season to be gone right now. You ready to play? I just want to play right now. You've had another RNA team talk, clearly. She's great. You've had your head already. Yeah, that first-- that joy I want to replicate for the women's fans. And gosh, the crossover is so great. You know, like they support us all. All the awesome fans. So yeah, I want to bring them that same joy this year. Seems like you're still-- I mean, I'm not surprised by this, but you are as much an Arsenal fan as you are a player still. Not much has changed since you've all shed your stills. Then you know it. Absolutely. Like, it's running through you. It runs through me. It engulfs me in the most positive way. Sometimes I have to leave the fan at the door. Like, I'm very conscious. And I've done a lot of self-reflection in terms of what helps me best, what doesn't actually help me. OK, so what doesn't? I think what does help me is the ability to give more the ability to dig deep. And I'm someone that can dig deep anyway physically, but I think more emotionally, more connection-wise, more what I can do for others. Because we only have so much of a capacity. And I feel like my capacity is bigger just because of my love for this club. And where it maybe hinders me probably as an example from the end of last season. I was playing on a pretty bad ankle. And so it kind of scupured my summer a little bit because my ankle just wasn't right. So I was enjoying my summer holidays, well, also nursing an injured ankle. Summer having? Yeah, you all happily pay the dues of seasons gone. But I'm also happy to pay in advance for what's to come. And I do that through having extra capacity to give to others, to give to this team, to give to the fans. I was trying to work out what sort of-- I was like, are we on lot of having my V2.0, V3.0? Where are you in your career? My evolution. Yeah, what version of you are we getting this season? I don't think I number it, because even within the season, I'm evolving, I'm growing, I'm feeling new things. I'm finding new heights, new depths. But I think we're of a lotter that is experienced, that knows what she wants, knows what she can give. And I think more so has the capability to-- and the capacity to-- like I already said, I think I've got a big capacity. And it's grown over the years, and it's at a point where, like I said, I'm dialed in. I know what the team wants, and I'm ready to give it all to get there. When you reflect-- did you do any reflection on your own-- not the team, but your own personal journey last season? Did you kind of get a chance to have someone to see where you're at? Because everyone-- there's a risk right in that you can be almost too introspective. But did you take the time to go, where did I get to last season? I think my reflection is more fluid. It's less of, OK, we're stopped now. I'm going to reflect. I think I do it naturally throughout the day, throughout the evening. I still live in London. I still live in Hackney, East London. So I drive home every day from-- You still do your little switch off period, yeah? And you talk about versions. Maybe I'm just the same version, but just more capable. It's developing. More-- more-- I've got more capacity, you know? So I'm the same person, same mindset, same-- same lotter, just with more. The current actual follow-up from that is that if London is your home, and this is still your club, what does change in your life? What? Is there something about this environment that's helped you? I would say so, yeah, I mean this is the first football club I've played at overseas where I have actually set out loud like this is my home. I feel the most at home here than anywhere in the world besides Melbourne and my family. And I would say it's just the ingrained culture in the club. It's very much a club that prioritises its values and the family nature of it. It's not just my teammates over the years who have become like family. It's the staff that work every single day. You know, there's people like our chef and Sue who works in our meal room who are just like the most warmest caring kind of people and when you make decisions about where you want to play and where you want to stay and what team you want to represent, those things come into it and I just think Arsenal do that really really well. That's really cool. So when you're extending your contract that's that's something you're genuinely thinking. 100% yeah. I'll go into that a bit further for me. That's that's really special because I don't think that's the case for all footballers or maybe not the case for all clubs either. Yeah definitely. I mean in the past I've just not something that's come into it for me but I think I think maybe the older you get as well. Certain values and things become more important and for me feeling happy and feeling like I'm around people that I enjoy and I genuinely care about and want the best for has become really important and that helps me on the pitch as well to be proud of who I'm representing and knowing that I'm not just playing for myself as a footballer to try and impress or to get awards or accolades like I am representing my club who there's foundations of that of layers of people that I really truly care about and that makes it really powerful when you achieve things and when you're out there fighting and keeps you mentally in a good place. And I guess equally people have come before you as well and there will be people after so the fact that you kind of occupy this sweet spot right now is a real real privilege and we've also seen so much business in the transfer window so many players coming through just looking around how exciting is it for you to know that you're now bringing in all these amazing people to come and elevate the team even further. Yeah I think it says a lot about where the clubs going and where it's been as well I think Arsenal has a history of success and even what we're doing in terms of our fans and the support we have at the at the Emirates we're playing at the Emirates consistently now I think from a player playing outside they would look at Arsenal as a really attractive club to come and play out and I think we're consistently pushing for trophies we've definitely not won as many as we would have liked. We've done well we've you know the Champions League was obviously huge but we are very motivated to win more and I think you can probably tell from the outside so I think when players sign here they they know that and they know they're coming somewhere that's not just they're to participate where constantly pushing for more and good players want to be in those kinds of environments. Well stuff that has been absolutely wonderful to sit down with you the very best of luck for this season and I'm hoping this amazing vibe and amazing some of the we're having continues for you as well. Thank you I appreciate it. Okay so we've heard from four very important players I think the perfect way to finish up is bringing the boss Renee how are you? Yeah good thanks but I want to know straight away the summer now you have had such a busy summer in terms of the players that are coming in I assumed that you would have spent your entire time on the phone to players convince them to come through the door you've actually managed to get a bit of a break. Yeah I had a break I've been places I've seen some beautiful places in England as well so it goes really nice and what was on the list South Coast wise where did you go? It was Devon in a really nice hotel on the countryside so some really nice fishing villages beaches coastline so it was beautiful and now but we we did a lot of things earlier so you're in a really good place by the end of the season with a lot of things ready to go basically so but yeah I have been in and out at the training ground. Did you know what you wanted I mean I assumed that you did because like you said you were very active very quickly but as a coach did you know what you wanted? Yeah yeah I think we want to be ahead of the game and anticipate what a game is going so we want to think forward and be proactive but also the needs right now and the qualities that we that we think we need in the way we play and who we are and so I'm really happy with signing new players coming in. You'll be delighted here everyone that you've spoken to has been so energized and I think we said straight away to Lotta it sounds like you've had another Ren A team talk and she was like yeah literally I think it was either today or yesterday she was like she got into us and gets sort of fired us up how are you doing energy wise? Now I'm really excited we had a session today on the pitch with the full squad and I think what you can clearly see is that these players really needed a break so they they've had a real off season now some players that I haven't I haven't had that since 2017 2018 and you can see that they come back with so much energy with so much excitement you will always have that that going into preseason everything is open you're building towards something but I think they're honestly they've been decompressing recharging and they they are feeling the love for the for the football and and just look forward to getting on the ball again so strongly and I think sometimes you have to you have to understand what you're missing when it's not there and I think that's what the players have gone through so you can really feel that the excitement to be meaningful you need that space right in order to understand that there's something to miss yeah a lot of them won't have had that opportunity to miss football now so it's been so important for them I think so I'm so happy for the players they got this summer and but then I also think you have to be good at it whilst you're in the thick of it to to have gratitude for where you are have perspective and and zoom in zoom out all those things that are also quality such you need in the thick of it but yeah this is really what they needed how much did last season take out of you I mean there was not really any point where you could let up or disengage I guess so on a personal level what did last season do for you yeah we spoke about it as a staff of course of course it does something to you and if I look at myself what I try to do was what I try to do in the season is to keep my energy level steady and I'm still learning about myself what works for me what doesn't work for me what works what what works for you to keep your energy level steady and in the middle of the day finding a moment to reflect so go away for a walk and and organize my thoughts and then being able to perform in the afternoon for example in the days but also I need my I need my sleep I need to eat well I need to make sure I exercise all the basics I need to be in nature need to do things that I like listen to music play board games reading books is does not much time with two small kids and so spending time with family so I think I have a better understanding of what I need but of course at the end of the season you feel like I've given everything so I also want to break yeah so you you were saying I interrupt I'm sorry you were saying that you shared it with your staff so you spoke about with the team did they reflect back what you thought they would yeah and then we always we don't talk about it without action so always when we reflect or talk about things it's so what will we do next time so that's been a conversation that we had leading into this season with the staff how do we make it as sustainable as possible how do we have a clear mission statement and how can we be the best people we can be for the full season so bring the best us to bring the best out of the players so yeah that's the description we have with staff so and the other thing is is that so many points during the season I mean look it was the way in the WSL now and in the Champions League everything's fine margins right so I wondered what things you go away and look at in in yourself to try and improve when it if you go back to Champions League we're talking centimeters of difference that ultimately can flip a narrative one way or the other so how do you go away and improve on yourself when the margins are so small I think you can always that's my belief as you can always impact the margins and then if the margins haven't been on your side you accept it and you learn from it and then you you you go again so yeah no I think that's that's the mentality of the team and if I look at what we're really good at what we pride ourselves on in in the group staff and players is that we're a really reflective group like I just said we always want to learn what happens why did it happen what will we do next time and yeah that's a real strength of the group and I think we're gonna need it next season again you almost have I don't want to say it's a cheat code but the fact that you have such incredible home support I imagine is an enormous boost for you energy wise but at the same time that must also be sometimes a drain because the amount of expectation on you as well when you when you maybe don't get what you want you really feel it with 40 50 60 thousand people in the stadium yeah and of course the home games at the Emirates we've been really good and we for me the dominant feeling that I have with our fans is the love that we get and the support that we get and it makes us stronger. That's how I feel about it and of course there's difficult times and of course there will be emotions and frustrations but I don't I don't think about that beforehand. So really before games when we get to the Emirates, when the North London forever is on and when you see the fans and you see the players connecting with the fans that just it honestly fills my heart and it gives me belief so I only see the positives and we're really grateful for the fans. That's a special thing to have as a coach. Yeah, this is something honestly I haven't experienced in my life before I think same on the day of the parade. Driving the bus through North London when the man won the Premier League and we were celebrating the the Champions Cup just seeing every single phase and the diversity of people that are supporting us and really connecting with them it's it's something I think yeah like I said I haven't experienced before in life. Yeah we asked Lotta whether whether that is a once in a lifetime thing obviously you'll be hoping to do that again but just the collision of all of those circumstances it must have felt like a very unique experience to do that. Yeah it was it was and I think the intensity of it of course with the huge huge achievement of the man winning the Premier League and having it all come together looking at where the club is now and how they are driving things forward and getting the rewards for it I think it's just such a proud moment for everyone. What now? Take the next step. What's the next step? We are in a really good place so the next step for us is to be bold and be explicit with we want to win the WCell. Do you like hearing that out loud? Do you like hearing your players saying that out loud? Yeah there's a real hunger and drive and I do because I think we need to be bold and of course winning is still something it's easier set than done so of course we're going to focus on what we can do for winning to be the effect of everything we're doing. So what's important for us is a part of what we're saying is we want to be the team that's most capable of doing it and that means that we have to put actions and daily standards and and action humble moments that we're going to have to stack we have to put them into place to be able to do it. Does the league feel like I don't want to say more of a priority because of course you want to win everything but does the league feel like the thing that you've got on the horizon that you want to hear? Yeah and of course the travel hug is the FA Cup there's so much history around the FA Cup and we're not happy with exiting the tournament in the quarter final last year. Champions League was an amazing experience but I think what this team wants to achieve and what we want to prove ourselves on is endurance in the season and I think that's what the WSL mirrors there will be 26 games and we want to show that we can do it over long periods of time without drops and we know it will be hard but we want to be able to get all those games over the line also on a rainy day on the hard pitch in the middle of January so yeah we're quite we're quite clear with that and we believe if that's if that's we become good that enduring that then the other competitions will follow. I know that obviously it's behind closed doors and you share things with your team that you won't share with us but so many times when we spoke to Arsenal players they say about your ability to share a message to get a message across and the fact that it lights a bit of a fire for them so I'd like to know how do you prep for something like the talk that you've just given them over the last was it today that you sort of spoke about the idea. How did you prep for that and was there anything that you did to kind of get ready to make sure that you're actually sort of being the spark that that lights that fire? Oh there's a lot of thinking going into it and there's a lot of collaboration with others so there has been collaboration with the captain's group with other players in the squads with the wider tech staff other heads of departments in the in the staff with management high-rop but of course this the way I then formulated and presented that grows over time and yes I have been off over the summer but I do have a notebook. See this is where we're at that time when. Yeah no but I've had great help of so many people and I think it's important that alignment and the same drive that this is what we want to achieve and yeah and I play around with the positions I take in the meeting room or sometimes even reading a piece and yeah I try my best I must say that there are some really good natural speakers. I wouldn't classify myself as a really good natural speaker but I do my best and I try to really what's the English word I try to really nail the key message that's that's what I often go after. Final question we've had loads of your time but you mentioned your note pad there are you someone that scrolls so while you're away and you're supposed to be resting do you get things fire into your head and you go right yeah get us called down. Yeah and I don't mind that because I'm still off and I'm still playing ping pong with cousins or it could be anything but then you know and that's I think when you're relaxed you get creative as well or you're outside of your environment that gives new ideas and new inspiration so I do like to know down things new ideas and and and a lot of them they just go away again now when I see them the next week like now it is not but yeah I do yeah. Well it is wonderful to see you again the very best of luck for this season and we can't wait to watch your team again. Thank you I look forward to it. Right well that is the end of our dream five aside lineup at Arsenal. Love it here from Rene there as well and I think really clear that this Arsenal squad have one very specific objective in mind they'll be challenging for the league this season which of course will be the ambition for many of the other sides that have been flirting with the top of the table over the course of the last few years and we are going to make sure that over the course that the next few weeks that we get out to as many of these sides as possible there's loads more brilliant episodes coming your way the main episodes will be back very soon as well but if you haven't subscribed to the feed make sure you jump on and do that and as these pods drop over the course of the next few weeks with the clubs you'll never miss an episode but for me in London cloning we'll see you one next time. [Music] Prisma is a valuable being triggered.
